Clean, modern multi-storey hotel close to Agrigento Archaeological Park. Generous buffet breakfast. Restaurant available for dinner. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms equipped with tea & coffee making facilities. Would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the swimming pool in its delightful garden setting.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, warm room with all the creatures comforts (kettle, tv, bath, lifts) and the balcony with fantastic views over the Valley of Temples. 24 hour reception with an actual person greeting us, taking bags to the room booking a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner etc. It truly was the place to recharge our batteries during our travel across Sicily!

This property was great. Pool was lovely. We sat out our first afternoon and really enjoyed it. Grounds are truly beautiful. Gardens, lighting, paths. Room and bathroom was very spacious. Simple furnishings but comfortable. Clean. Staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast had traditional Italian as well as sausages/bacon and eggs. Juices. Cappuccino, espresso. All excellent.

Lovely large room with balcony over- looking the garden and with view across the valley. Beautiful pool area and towels provided. The staff on the reception desk were all very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for walking to the Valley of the Temples entrance [15min]. We got up early to view in the morning because it was so scorching hot by midday.

Wonderful rooms, facilities and lovely staff. Great breakfast, lunches and bar by the pool. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, in a lovely city with great nearby restaurants and not overcrowded with tourists. We watched the sunset from the rooftop Jacuzzi, which was a very nice experience! We traveled with car which I'd recommend as the city of Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples and several beaches and vineyards are close by and worth visiting during your stay here.

We felt very much at home. There was a real family feel, and we felt very welcome. My husband had a blast practising his Italian - they were ever so patient!!! We upgraded to the executive suite, and oh my goodness, we weren't disappointed! It is perfectly set up and the furnishings and details were gorgeous. We loved the private indoor jacuzzi and surrounding indoor space. The owners were wonderful, even making a call to the local restaurant to let them know we were dining there.

The location outside the city was a nice reprieve from hustle and bustle. Also, being close to the sea made access to Scala dei Turchi easy. The temples were also super close by car. Furthermore, the staff were exceptional as they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and worth the upgrade.

Location, staff, accommodations, services, breakfast, the pool, the rooftop area with the spa, there is nothing lacking at this property. Centrally located to the Valley of the Temples and the Beach. Tonino & Maria have built a real experience at this excellent property and their entire staff is perfect; genuinely friendly (not a paid for put on smile in the place), attentive and always cleaning or asking if you need anything. Tonino and Maria are so very genuine and, not just on site every day but also working, greeting, delivering delicious snacks, etc. Breakfast by the pool, the quiet and peaceful music. Lovely, serene and so, so relaxing.

The hotel is an old monastery with an amazing view of the Temple of the Gods and the sea. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The jacuzzi baths were a great bonus after walking all day.

Stayed with family and loved it! Great view of the Valley of the Temples and olive garden. Friendly host, comfortable room designed to feel close to nature. The evening jacuzzi with temple views was unforgettable!

Great location with fabulous views; beautiful grounds, wonderful breakfast and dinner on location. Relaxing afternoon in jacuzzi. Fabulous chef that created best dinners we had on entire trip.

It had beautiful views. We could walk to Valley of the Temples in about 20 minutes. We could unwind in jacuzzi. There was also excellent dinner for extra charge. Breakfast was great.

Everyone is so extremely kind and then the view from our Jacuzzi!!!

Very nice room, lovely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Big balcony, fridge and safe parking space. Big pool with great view, beautiful terrace to watch sunset and to have breakfast in the morning. Very good breakfast with typical sicilian cakes and sweets, as well as juice, coffee, fruits, joghurt,... Nice village, about 15 minutes by car from Agrigento. We enjoyed our time here very much!

The location is difficult to navigate to, but the staff were wonderful and sent us directions including a video. While the location is not really convenient, it also ends up being charming and an adventure in getting to and from the Valley of the Temples. The owners also have a trattoria within walking distance that is delicious and fun. It felt like the whole village was there the night we ate dinner. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. With a view of the whole area from the terrace, it is a great way to start the day. The whole experience was excellent.

Perfect 10/10. Had a very relaxed stay. Very rural and quiet. I’d recommend to stay for at least 2 nights. Go for the beach or some city (e.g. Agrigento) during the day (everything interesting is aprox. 20 min around the corner)and come back in the evening to enjoy the view and eat authentic (extremely good) food in their restaurant around the corner. Calogero was a great host with -impeccable- hospitality. Very friendly and open. Everything in the room was in perfect working condition and the bed was great. Go and relax. Forget expectation or comparisons, just relax and enjoy :)

Everything was perfect. The hosts are so lovely and helpful and our room was so cute and cozy. The family also have a restaurant nearby and we went there for dinner. The food was really good and authentic as well as the breakfast at the accommodation with a beautiful view.

We found it on booking and there has been only one review, so we were not sure. We took the risk and were rewarded. We booked the suite and we absolutely recommend. It's all brand new and with a lot of taste. The bed is phantastic, not too soft and not too hard. I have back problems and this an important factor for me. The bathroom is small but with excellemänt quality. Big shower with non slippery surface. There is a jacuzzi in an extra room, but we didn't use it, as we have one at home. The pool is the best we had on Sicily with easy access and shallow area for resting and deep area for swimming. It is made of a soft and non slippery foil, very interesting. Water is having the right temperature and it is cleaned every day. The dinner is taken at the pool side and we had from seafood to pasta a variety in the three days we stayed. There is a nice bar at the pool as well and you can have drinks all day. Wine list with local wines is also great. The garden is in amazing condition and the grass is awesome, i don't know how they did the grass, but we would like to have a lawn like this at home. If you like a calm.stay, there is no noise to hear at all, streetvis too far away. Brekkie is typical italian standard, you can order omelette and scranmbled eggs as well.

Don't miss this gem of a place. Only a few mins drive to the valley of temples, close to the ocean with ocean views. Beautiful pool, well maintained grounds. We stayed in the main hotel, however, we were kindly upgraded to a suite with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The rooms are high-tech and eco-friendly. The beds are really comfortable and supportive. The gardens are beautifully designed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails are so delicious. The restaurant is 10 out of 10! Every bite and every dish was a masterpiece from the pasta to the grilled octopus to the squid. The breakfast included was substantial, eggs to your request, all different specialty coffees, homemade tarts, cakes, and cookies all done fresh by the chef. Best place we've stayed so far in all of sicily and we are on day 12. You will be very pleased if you stay at this top-notch resort.

The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind, and the breakfast was a delightful start to each day. The entire environment feels fresh and welcoming, as it’s a new property with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home. Plus, the parking is safe and convenient, which added to the overall ease of my stay.

The hotel is fantastic, with friendly and professional staff, splendid well-kept garden. We feel like home but with luxury treatment. All the rooms are very clean and also the swimming pool. Nice breakfast and amazing restaurant with local quality foods and lovely presentation. We will come back sure. The power of wifi is perfect. Well done

Absolutely everything. It was modern, clean and extremely comfortable in every respect with free parking outside. The hosts were very helpful. Our gluten free needs at breakfast were amply taken care of with a big smile so felt very special. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely view to the sea and township from our balcony. Very reasonably priced.

We had a great stay at Terrazze Naos. The view from our room was amazing. The staff was exceptional and very kind, and helped us with all our questions about the area, which improved our trip. The location was right by the beach and just a short drive to essential sites like the Valley of the Temples, San Leone, and Agrigento. The rooms were very comfortable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and makes us want to return to Sicily every time.

Excellent staff and very clean, crisp, well-appointed room, with great ocean views from the balcony. Breakfast was self service, apparently because it’s a quiet time of year, but not very elaborate: pre-packaged bread products and cold cereals, yogurt, juice. The accommodation is convenient for visiting the temples and much easier to get to than anywhere in Agrigento itself.

We liked everything. Extremely friendly staff who greet you with a smile, always there for your needs. Simple, clean and nice rooms. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a vacation. The beach is 7 minutes away. All compliments and highest recommendation.

Great location, across the road from the beach! ( both free and lido available) plus nearby restaurants and local shopping! Exceptional rooms and facilities - easy self check in, private, great design and the jacuzzi was such a bonus and immaculately clean! Roberta who runs the business is truly delightful, could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was superior! My highest recommendations! We loved Ammare!

We stayed two nights in Ammare rooms and absolutely loved it. There is self service access to the apartment, which is super easy to use. The room itself was brand new, really clean and stylish. We had the room with the jacuzzi, which was perfect after a long day walking around the valley of temples! Roberta was an amazing host, gave us lots of recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast was on another level, so may choices everything was super fresh and my fav part...the homemade apple pie!! The beach is about 10 meters away from the room, loads of restaurants in walking distance

Our stay at Ammare Rooms was exceptional! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A true highlight of our accommodation in Sicily! The room is beautiful, new and very comfortable with high-quality finishes. There’s a lovely walk-in rain shower and the room was nice and warm. The beds were large and comfortable. We had our own private entrance and terrace to enjoy the sun. The beach is literally across the street and we could see the sea from our French doors. Roberta welcomed us every morning with a nice breakfast with fresh pastries. She was very kind and gave us great tips on places to visit in the area. A true gem of a host!

Literally everything. The hosts, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the sauna, the room itself, the garden. It was all just as described and 100% to enjoy.

It’s a nice B&B runned buy the owners, so it’s a very relaxed environment. The room is comfortable, has lot of ammenities (sauna, jacuzzi, pool), so it’s good for a romantic stay. The breakfast is very good as well, and the host (Krizia) is very concerned to help the guests. She helped us to make a reservation in a very nice restaurant with a gorgeous view of the Valle dei Tempi (Valley of the Temples).

the checkin was exactly what I needed after a long trip : extra fast, not too much talking for anything.. so it was perfect ! so quick that I might have forgot to ask how the jacuzzi was working ;) Krizia was very welcoming and efficient! and god… the breakfast ; there was so many choices we had to try everything but also not to waste anything, we asked to take 2 little dishes with us. so I strongly recommend to stay there ! ;)

Loved everything! Perfect perfect perfect! Hands down 100% the best accommodation in Sicily. The quality and attention to detail in this beautiful little paradise are truly appreciated. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean. Everything comes with the highest standard. More importantly, the breakfast is delicious, fresh, and filling. The host is very friendly and accommodating and helped us to book a great restaurant locally. Hair dryer is provided even for curly hairs! Iron is also provided at request. The premises is ery safe and secure with free gated parking available. As there are only 2 accommodations at the premises, the experience is very exclusive, and the host provides real quality and care. I couldn't recommend enough!

Borgo delle Pietre is a hidden gem. It is located in the countryside above Porto Empedocle. However, we had no problems in reaching it. Ancient inn for travelers where they could make a stop during their journey. Nowdays it continues the tradition but in a much more fancy way. The owners, Marta and Domenico, gave a second life to the place, rebuilt it from ruins and made this place full of beauty. They welcome the guests by themselves and are very nice people to communicate with. All the team is smiling and so hospitable. The Borgo is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Swimming pool for sunny days and olive grove for some reading. The rooms are made in a rustic style, very elegant, clean and comfortable. Our room had a stunning view of the fields. Inside the room we had a teapot, mini bar and fridge. Wi fi is fast. The bed is super comfy, as well as pillows. And the bed linen is so soft. We slept like angels. Breakfast is great. We were so happy to get eggs, cheeses, avocado and homemade banana bread. After spending sometime in Sicily, we missed a hearty breakfast. Pls also do not miss the opportunity to have a dinner there. Honestly speaking, it was our best meal during our Sicilian trip. Very refined and yet simple. We will definitely come back. Not only because the place is so beautiful and peaceful, but because the hosts treat it with lots of love and care to their guests.

No words could describe how wonderful this place is! It's just a true jewel and one of the best places we have stayed at. From extremely friendly and helpful staff, through a beautifully designed and renovated historical buildings to the most delicious dinner we had in Sicily. It is a family business and you can really feel the level of attention to details they have to make their guests' stay unforgettable. Located in a calm rural area, surrounded by an olive grove. A very convenient location to explore the coast and the Valley of the Temples. A car is needed and the road to the property may be a bit challenging but it is really wort it. Do not hesitate to book a dinner (vegetarian option available and a good selection of local wines) and, if only the weater is good, enjoy it outside. It's magical. The chef Adriana is a star! I am also very grateful for such a great dining experience. I am allergic to some of the most popular products in the local cuisine and they we able to accommodate it and made me feel very safe. Huge thank you to the amazing staff and above all to Mara and Domenico who created such a wonderful place and were the best hosts!

An exceptional stay at Borgo Delle Pietre - many thanks to Marta and Dominic for such a lovely stay and warm welcome (with us getting there later than we'd hoped!) - the room was spacious; cool on a very hot day/evening; comfortable and very relaxing. The meals (evening and breakfast) were excellent - particularly the evening meal - on the terrace; was wonderful; delicious. The grounds are very relaxing (wish we had more time to try out the pool and use the hammock under the trees).The sofas and chairs in the garden in the shade are a lovely touch. And finally - the best bit of local knowledge from Marta that book author Camillieri's Inspector Montalbano was born in Porto Empedocle - we went down to the beach after leaving and soaked in the sun in Vigata (magical)

Mara +Domenico have rebuilt an amazing , tranquil, very comfortable Haven / Borgo on the top of a hill. No small feat. Wonderful ,gracious helpful hosts. Close to Agrigento, but serene and lovely. Food very good, dinner + wines superb. We had 3 happy , quiet nights in the Mennula suite. Spacious, thoughtful, beautiful wood furniture in rooms and dining room. Nice pool + garden space. Bed, towels all new, and super comfy. Want to return soon. The stars above complete this dreamy place.

Lovely breakfast, presented with care and attention. Loved the fresh orange juice as well as plenty of fruit. The cappuccinos were of a thirst-quenching size. To sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy a calm breakfast or dinner was heaven. The dinner menu was perfect, with something for everyone. A very personal approach from Mena and Domenico made this a very special place to stay and the highlight hotel of our Sicilian holiday.

Gorgeous structure with nice patio that takes to an amazing garden overlooking the Temples Valley. The garden also has a small jacuzzi tab. From the tower you can see all surroundings. Breakfast was a dream and the restaurant offers delicious dinners. The Hotel is at walking distance to the beach and a short drive to amazing spots. Staff were very professional and very nice and welcoming. My friend and I loved our stay there.

The beautiful large gardens and expansive view at Baglio Della Luna were the best we've seen, so many varieties of plants and flowers with many birds tweeting their approval. The gorgeous jacuzzi nestled under the trees was a welcome rest after a hot day. Rooms were cool, clean and comfy and offered great views of Agrigento. The hotel arranged a private tour of the Valley of Temples for us and Sergio was a fantastic guide. We ate dinner at the Hotel's stunning open air restaurant twice because the food was so delicious and our waiter was a delight.

It is also just 5 minutes from Via Atenea (the main tourist street) by taxi. The staff is kind; they recommended good restaurants and beaches and helped us book a taxi to and from Via Atenea. The room was way better than I expected. It was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The bathroom was good too (well equipped). The room had an amazing view of the three temples of the valley. The breakfast offers an amazing variety of foods and good quality. The hotel has a big garden where you can enjoy some amazing panoramic views of the valley. The parking was easy and convenient.

The location and view was spectacular. Quick walk for dinner or coffee. Easy to walk to Valley of the Temples. There was a large outdoor area/ garden overlooking the Mediterranean where you could sit and enjoy. The staff were always happy, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great shower. Breakfast in the mornings was fresh with a huge variety. Will definitely be coming back!

It was easy to get to since it’s not up the hill in the main part of town. There are 5 restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient to Valley of the Temples. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful, especially the dark haired bearded man with glasses at the front desk (sorry, didn’t get his name.) The breakfast was very good, with many choices and make your own coffee machines. Very good pastry selection. Beautiful, huge garden and patio area, with a view of the ruins and lots of seating options. Very nice place to finish a morning coffee. The room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated a fridge and kettle. Lobby areas had lots of seating.

We booked a classic double room for one night, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a double panoramic room with a truly fantastic view of the garden and the valley of the temples. In fact, we were so impressed by the beautiful garden right next to the breakfast area that we decided to stay another night (luckily the same room was available at the regular price, which is worth what you get). Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious shower, small fridge, private parking - in short, everything you could need. Thanks to the really nice and helpful staff!

Other gripes included looking for bar staff after dinner and 'entertainment staff' (although very friendly) interrupted us on the beach, on the terrace and at the dinner table mid meal to announce their next performance in the mini ampitheatre. Breakfast was the best we found during our island tour, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel is ideally situated for the short drive to the valley of the temples.

I was travelling with a group of a dozen doing the standard tour of historic Sicily and we were here for two nights. This was the best of the four hotels we used on the tour. Booking was by the tour operator so I have no idea how much they charged. Reception was fine and the room allocated was good, clean and comfortable. We had arranged dinner for both nights as there aren't any alternatives within walking distance. However the dinner was good and enjoyable so no complaints. Breakfast was the usual Italian buffet with plenty of choice and well-presented. The pool wasn't open - this was the week before Easter - nor was the gate to the beach and the wellness centre seemed closed as well. Probably a bit early in the season but it looked like a good place to come back to.

This hotel is not easy to find and on the drive there we were dreading arriving as the local area is run down and very poor and shabby - much like the rest of Sicily. However, once admitted to the gated complex there is everything you could need for a short stay - pool, beach, 3 bars 3 restaurants and excellent service from all the staff. The rooms are large and very well appointed with stunning views across the bay from a large balcony equipped with table and loungers. It is a lovely place but don't stay long as there is nowhere to go at night outside of the hotel. It's a good spot to explore the south and west of the island and even for a day trip to Palermo (any longer is a waste). Good rates too and excellent food both at breakfast and dinner.

Older style resort but great location across the road from the stunning view of the point and 5 minutes walk up the road to see the spectacular white stone cliffs hemming the beach. We originally booked an economy room which wasn’t ideal and had some issues but the receptionist was lovely and organised a better room with an upgrade. Air con worked excellent in the room and it was a peaceful spacious room to sleep in. The pool is pristine and refreshing after a busy day. The restaurant staff are excellent and the dinner menu choice we had was delicious. Breakfast was a buffet was ample with a varied selection. This location is ideal to see Agrigento Valley of the Temples as it’s only a 15 minute drive away. Also just across the road down a stroll down a few minutes you can walk down from the pizza bar to the long stretch of sandy beach. The nearest supermarket was hard to find, we ended up driving 15-20 minutes up past the town of realmonte and found a big one for supplies.

Fantastic stay at Scala dei Turchi Resort! Safe location, just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. The pool area is great, food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Superior room which was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The pool was excellent. Proximity to the beach and scala dei turchi couldn’t have been better. Maybe 100m to the free entry to the steps to the beach. The receptionist told us about a Tuktuk Driver that would take us to the beach for two euros. The 200 steps to the beach were quite manageable, but it was just as easy to take the tuktuk and walk all along the beach to the scala. Maybe 15 minutes. The rooms were quite big. 114 and 116. They faced the courtyard. Shutter doors kept the glaring heat away. The air conditioner unit worked well. The pool was warm and the loungers comfortable. Exceptional staff.

We used this hotel to get some beach time and as a base to visit the Agrigento historical sights (must see), it took us 20 minutes driving time from hotel to get to the Valley of Temples while the beach was a five minute walk but beware very long steep steps down to the beach level. We had a superior room was was basically two large rooms, the entrance room had the fridge, cupboards and a small table which still left loads of wasted space, clean rooms and direct access to the nice swimming pool. Breakfast was very good but we found the evening meals too expensive, best use as a treat as cost for two exceeded 100 Euro's but good quality food, there are not many other options within walking distance though, the bar service was a bit hit & miss and during the week no lunches are served. There are signs that you cannot hang your wet towels/swimsuits etc on the balcony or outside of rooms but the option of a cloths airer being provided by request fell on deaf ears............clearly they do not have sufficient for their guests!

The room was very large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The pool was nice and clean. Great location. Close to the beach. There is a bar and restaurant on site, but we didn't go to either. We would recommend.

Breakfast creation and management and staff were fantastic to bring you anything you need. Great lunch and dinner menus...Clean large round tables, everything in white linen. Gorgeous!

I have been looked after exceptionally by the amazing staff at the front and dining area. Breakfast OK, with lots of fresh pastry, yoghurts, etc and some savoury options as well. The restaurant was serving fresh and locally inspired dishes for dinner. Pool area was very well maintained. I could hear the relaxing sounds of the sea from my room.

There's a pleasant atmosphere here and everybody was relaxed and chatty. The location is seafront so I walked the beach every day. All that fresh air meant that I appreciated the firm bed and had a great night's sleep each night. There's quite a bit of sound bleed through but the hotel does go quiet around 10pm. A decent shower started my day well, followed by a good quality breakfast with lots of variety. In the local town there's a good number of restaurants and bars and it's a short drive to Valley of the Temples and other tourist attractions. It's a 4 star review for the hotel but one extra star because the staff went the extra mile for me during a rental car problem, special thanks for that help, graci mille Sophia.

The location and size of room and balcony were exceptional. This was our favorite stay of all 8 places we traveled to while in Sicily. The pool was lovely. It has a little bar in the main area. The restaurant was very good. Fantastic breakfast choices and wonderful coffee. Everyone was lovely and bonus parking it right outside of the hotel in a real parking lot! Easy access! The mattress was also Comfortable and they gave two pillow per person which as nice.

It’s fabulous. On the beach and only 1.5 kn away from Scala dei Turchi. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very nice. Amazing breakfast! Lovely bar by the pool.

From the minute we arrived the staff were super friendly, informative and helpful! The hotel is small but modern and spotless. The design of the rooms is super clever with space saving tricks and ideas everywhere which made for a fun and comfortable stay! The position is central and there were some great eateries and shops a short walk away ... parking was super easy as the hotel has a very cheap deal with the station's car park directly opposite ... we never heard any train noise so no problem there either!

It’s a delightful boutique hotel with stylish, modern rooms. The location is perfect for a tourist, just an easy 50 yard walk to the bus stops for all three lines to the Valley of the Temples. Breakfast is simple and delicious with all the bases - cold meats and cheeses, cereals, juices, pastries etc - covered. The gentlemen on reception, who doubled as coffee makers at breakfast time, were patient, helpful and kind. It would be an easy choice when I return.

Hotel is situated in the best location, right across from the train station where parking is a available for £15 a day which is worth it. Rooms good size, wonderful bathroom, good water pressure, comfy bed, safe and bar fridge. Breakfast was extremely wonderful something for all tastes. Location is superb very close to old town bars and restaurants. We found the gentlemen on reception went way beyond helpful with advice, directions and requests. Thoroughly recommend.

Conveniently located next to the train station. Friendly, welcoming staff that offered great recommendations for local restaurants, activities etc. Very clean, quiet, modern rooms. Very pleasant stay and would not hesitate in the least to stay here again / recommend. Very enjoyable.

Friendly, attentive staff who helped out and went the extra mile (flat tyre pumped up, beach umbrellas supplied, bikes offered, etc). There's even a hidden outdoor jacuzzi in the lovely gardens, which are filled with fruit trees, flowers and herbs. And dinner in the superb restaurant was something special: stunning views of ancient Greek temples accompanied by great Sicilian food and wine (Michelin standard). Can't recommend it highly enough.

Our group spent 2 nights here at this beautiful spot. The grounds were impeccable with beautiful views and plants. The area with the jacuzzi was heavenly with gentle music. We enjoyed 2 meals with delicious food and pleasant waitstaff. The room was great but there was unfortunately no view. The front office was staff was very attentive.. The hotel has a watch tower which at the top has great 360 view of the surrounding area. Overall we had a fantastic experience here.

From checkin to checkout this was a beautful, peaceful stay after driving the aggravating stradas of Sicily. The grounds are enchanted and look out to the Valley of the Temples. Amazing and fragrant flowers abound. Don’t miss the secluded room-temperature jacuzzi-style pool surrounded by trees. Room is clean and well-appointed with classic old fashioned monogrammed linens. Staff is lovely and restaurant for dinner is great. I would agree with previous review that bright lighting in restaurant at night spoils the view! The lights glare against the windows. That’s my only criticism! Loved the center courtyard for drinks and retro music playing. Easy parking++++

The hotel is set in pretty countryside very close to the Valley of the Temples. It is set around a central courtyard with beautiful gardens and views of the surrounding countryside. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms, which were traditionally decorated but with modern bathroom and in very good condition and clean. We had pre dinner drinks in the lounge area and the service was formal but friendly. The restaurant is a glass conservatory which had lovely views of the garden and a very nice ambience. Our dinner was of a good quality and a very enjoyable experience. Breakfast the next morning was laid out in an adjoining room with a generous spread of pastries, yoghurts and fruit. After breakfast we were taken up the winding staircase to the top of their heritage watch tower for wonderful views of the local area out to the coast. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was amazing Salvatore and the other staff were terrific and very fun. The restaurant was amazing, we ended up eating there both nights and both meals were amazing as was breakfast. Beautiful view at night of the Temples. The walk to the beach is a bit much yet the beach was wonderful, maybe a cart or shuttle would be a nice addition. Room was nice and comfortable and only issue of our stay was that air conditioning didn’t work well, we were offered a room change but only if we did it that very minute, which we thought was a little harsh and we had a driver on the way for our outing for the day. We would highly recommend hotel but a couple of things need some work Also I am a swimming pool consultant and contractor and would highly recommend changing the drain in the hot tub, Internationally their is the VGB act requiring a drain over. I my self had one foot held down with the suction momentarily and I was strong enough to pull it off however a child might not be able to do so, just fyi.

The room was clean, spacious (especially the bathroom!), and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, very typical of what you normally get at an Italian hotel. On the day we checked out, he allowed us to leave our bags inside the hotel so that we could continue to enjoy the town without lugging around our luggage. Because of this, we reclaimed a day of our vacation! Overall, the only thing that may be negative about this hotel is that it's in an alley, but the location is absolutely perfect otherwise, due to its proximity to the train station, bus stops, and restaurants. This hotel was the best value for the price that I've ever stayed in, and I'd recommend anyone who wants to visit Agrigento stay here.

This is a basic hotel which got the basics right, unlike some 4 star hotels we stayed at. There was good storage space with plenty of hangers and lots of drawers so we were able to store all our clothes and items without living out of our suitcase. Simple things like sockets at waist level so easy to access, large mirror in bedroom, superb central light so we could read, comfortable warm bed and a bonus, we could access an English speaking TV news channel. The receptionist gave us a detailed map of the town and also the Greek temple site, a printed bus timetable and lots of useful information. The hotel was very clean, and looked newly decorated. Our room was big and also very clean. Breakfast was a good cold buffet and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also well situated, within easy walking distance of railway station and centre of town and also is just behind a beautiful tree lined boulevard overlooking the valley below. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a back alley hotel. Pretty easy to come to, for the money I really can not complain. Location is good, hotel is clean, I did not try breakfast but went outside (plenty of options). Main streets of the city are walking distance. Temple valley is also not very far (for a car). Location is also quiet (not on the main street). Seemed like a safe neighbourhood.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very nice. The location was terrific (centrally located near the bus station, good restaurants nearby and safe area). The food for breakfast was high quality and the coffee was some of the best we've had in Sicily.

The hotel was very comfortable - situated in a prime location in San Leone, near the beach, close to restaurants and only 10 minutes by car to the Valley of the Temples. Our superior room was very clean, well equipped and spacious; fortunately situated on the top floor on the West side of the hotel, where the panoramic view from the balcony was stunning - across the pool, over the bay and up to Agrigento and the Temples. Although the walls were quite thin, it was quiet, but certainly rooms on all other sides of the building would have been much noisier. The pool area was superb. The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were very helpful. However the public areas were rather impersonal, catering for large numbers of coach parties that use the hotel at this time of year, and the breakfast was a rather mediocre cold buffet. Also, the staff in the breakfast area seemed rather miserable. Given its ideal location and the need for quality hotels in the area we felt that there was great potential for making this hotel even better!

The hotel complex is by the sea with a spectacular view of Agrigento. It has a large swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean and a pool bar. The hotel is located in the town of San Leone with access to the many bars, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean and spacious. Our breakfast each morning was included in the price of the room. It had everything: eggs and bacon, a variety of fruit, breads and pastries, juices and coffee.

Wonderful short stay! The staff is amazing! Thank you Dimarco, Mirko, Tiziana, Olivia and the banquet mgr !! You guys are rock stars! The hotel location is great, steps away from the beach and great restaurants. The room was beautiful and spacious and the balcony views breathtaking. We loved our stay!

A great location on the beach, close to all activities in Agrigento and in San Leone. There is something for everyone in the area from youngest to oldest. Host Claudia is an amazing person. She helped with all excursions and information about the area. Claudia is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Antica Perla is in a perfect location. Very close to the Agrigento city and its great restaurants and of course the valley of the Temples. The pool at Antica Perla is big, beautiful and made for peaceful, lazy afternoons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ample and good variety for all tastes. The bar is lovely and great for a drink or an afternoon coffee. Parking is always available in their lot. The staff made our stay very comfortable and memorable. There are several good restaurants walking distance and many more a short drive away. Great take out of Italian specialties and great supermarkets nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antica Perla. All our family loved our stay there. We look forward to staying there again in the very near future.

The hotel is a straightforward beach hotel modern nice lounges good rooms, not luxurious but spacious good balcony. Lovely helpful staff. Location is far from town near a not great beach but beside an area where locals wade in the water to look for octopus so from your window is a beautiful view. But you need to know the hotel does no meals apart from breakfast and the nearest real resturaunt is too far to walk about 2.2 km. There is a one beach bar which serves basic food in a basic beach bar type setting, pizza some fish which was OK but otherwise you need to drive.

This hotel has a great location across from the beach and a huge swimming pool. There is free parking, free Internet and a great complimentary breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They suggested some great local restaurants to try, and I would also recommend them, as prices very reasonable and food delicious. Very close to the Valley of the Temples which you can see from the road. There is a small stove, oven, refrigerator and sink with the utensils to use if you want to cook. You definitely want to get the beach view which has a nice balcony with tables and chairs to sit out on.

The hotel is situated next to the sea and a bit out of town. In season with the pool open and the pizza bar and resturant across the road it would be wonderful. The welcome from reception staff and quick service makes up for it at any time. The hotel is comfortable and smart inside the entrance area with sofas books and magazines. The rooms are large spacious and comfortable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the sea with a table and chairs..there was also a fridge and basic cooking facilities too. The bed linen and towels were of a high standard. Breakfast was of a good quality and varied, self service in a lovely breakfast room. The food was kept topped up by helpful staff. It was the first hotel we have stayed at in Sicily and we would recommend it highly. It is close to the tourist attraction,,The Valley of the Temples which we really enjoyed. Staff made us feel comfortable and at home and the sunsets were spectacular.

This is a good Hotel and for our purpose suited fine as we just wanted to relax and visit the Valley of the Temples. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a good swimming pool well maintined and in our room we had a small built in kitchenette where we were able to make lunch. The breakfast buffet was good although we expected a greater selection of fresh fruit. However, you definately need a car when staying at this Hotel as there are no facilities e.g. cafe/restaurant near by. The Hotel is situated almost on the beach and when we were there lots of kite surfing going on and the scenery is splendid. It is very convenient for visiting the Valley of the Temples and Agrigento. The surrounding area outside the Hotel is dirty with refuse stacked up on the side of the roads and litter everywhere but we did hear there was a dispute currently with the refuse collectors. Overall our experience was good and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Mose in Villagio Mose, a few kilometres away from Valley of the Temples and Agrigento. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very helpful. There was plenty of free onsite parking. The pool was fabulous with plenty of space and loungers for everyone. There was a great breakfast selection and even though the dinner menu was limited was very good.

Easy to find on main road into Agrigento. Reception Staff were pleasant and helpful. AC unit was temperamental, it was quite warm. Evening dinner menu was limited and seemed to be the same on alternate days. Modern hotel both clean and comfortable.

A hotel with a very nice architecture. Rooms are pretty large and well decorated. Bathroom and shower are a bit small though. Breakfast was just OK, missing integral bread, but that is almost in whole sicilie the case. Coffee could be better. Swimming pool is nice but we could not use a lot, we were just one day in this hotel. During dinner I received some chicken that wasn't burned at all, but had the taste of being burned.

Really good hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room for 4 actually had a separate twin room for the kids. Autumn half term, so we had the pool to ourselves. Well situated for the Valley of the Temples. Only issue is the surrounding area, which is a bit run down. Local shops and restaurants hard to reach even although they are only 100m away due to the traffic and lack of road crossing possibilities.

We felt comfortale there and got excellant service from the front desk manager and staff. It is really a 3 star, and could be upgraded to a 4 star with a litte work. I would recommend it, if you want just a clean place to sleep, pool was nice and we used it daily. The location was good, we had a car, only 5 mins to the town of Porto Empedocle center. Great little town, with lots of restaurants.

The hotel is modern and spacious, with good size rooms and well appointed rooms. The swimming pool is large and clean, with a good pool side area for relaxing. The location is just outside the town on a busy road, but you don’t notice this once at the hotel, as it is set back from the hotel. A short drive to the local lido and good shopping centre, if you wanted to stock up on water, and nibbles while on the beach.

Hotel was satisfactory. Clean and comfortable. Only stayed 1 night. Had a nice dinner at a trattoria down same street. Had a piano in the lobby my husband got to play a little on. Breakfast was just ok ....minimal juices. We had a great day after checking out. Agrigento ruins (valley of temples) were awesome -can’t miss that if you’re in the area.

we were travelling around Sicily in October 2014 and this was our second stop. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good. There seemed to be a lot of locals using the restaurant in the evening which is always a good sign.

This hotel was one of our best stays. The attention given to us by the gentleman in charge was so helpful and attentive that we gave him a gift on our departure. Can't really fault the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Hotel is in a great location for bus transport into town so we got to do all sorts of activities and right near a food shop. We had an amazing time and felt really comfortable.

Towels & room cleaned/changed every day. Good buffet breakfast & restaurant pasta with seafood was yum. Staff could not be more helpful & friendly. Donatella found us a place on an evening cruise with Crew Lopez from San Leone harbour - not to be missed. Only a few km from the temples - children free upto 18 but bring ID & go early when cool. Go to the culture Farm in Favara. Agrigento full of churches, museums, lovely little streets and restaurants. Very hot in July/Aug - so maybe visit in the Spring or fall if you don't like the heat. Recommend to hire a car to get about easily. Beautiful sandy beaches. Will be back!

As we were travelling with a group of tourists on a tour to see Sicily in 9 days, we spent only one night at this hotel. Our room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. The restaurant for the breakfast was also spacious with an excellent choice of food. Of course, we do not know the situation during the summer season - we did not have time to see the pool area.

Even though the hotel is pretty weathered and could do with a makeover, we had a nice stay. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was continental and plentiful. Pool was large and clean. Room was large and beds were comfortable. A little further away from Agrigento than we would have liked but it was very close to the Valley of the Temples, which was amazing.

Stayed two nights en route between Cefalu and Selinunte. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable. There is a restaurant for an evening meal and the breakfast was good.

We had the pleasure of staying at Fabio and Sandro's B&B, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel right at home. I cannot praise their breakfast enough - it was truly outstanding. We were treated to a delicious spread of fresh fruits, pastries, and a variety of salted breakfast options. Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but it was also beautifully presented, reflecting the incredible attention to detail that Fabio and Sandro put into everything they do. What truly sets this B&B apart, however, is the level of hospitality provided by Fabio and Sandro. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local sightseeing and dining. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to help truly enhanced our experience during our stay. Fabio and Sandro's passion for what they do is evident in every aspect of their B&B. Their attention to detail, outstanding breakfast, and genuine hospitality all contribute to creating a truly memorable experience for guests. I cannot recommend their B&B enough and look forward to returning in the future.

The hospitality of our hosts was beyond expectations. They were extremely generous, friendly and inviting. Interaction with them was a real pleasure. It gave the entire stay a sense of so much more then a regular stay at a hotel. The facility is inviting, beautifully styled in a very welcoming fashion. The room is extremely comfortable. Mattresses were very comfortable. A central place with a kitchen and a dining area is available 24/7 with lots of small perks such as coffee, yogurt, biscuits, fruits , juice given all free of charge. Each morning, the hosts insisted we take a picnic bag filled with food (again, all for free) When we mentioned we are on a gluten free diet, they went out of their way to get us ingredients that suit our needs Breakfast was rich, diverse with many local dishes and was delicious. The location is great, close to the main street and all the bras and restaurants We would love to stay there again.

We came for the temples (not to be missed!) and stayed in this very beautiful historic town. Fabio and Sandro have a great little house 5 minute walk from restaurants and bars. They could not have been more helpful. Very comfortable and quiet. Fabulous breakfast served outside on the terrace. Amazing. If you are searching for the right place (we all do it), you can stop now. If you can manage a few stairs (it’s a hilly town) this is perfect.

Oh wow where to begin. I honestly think the best part of our stay was meeting Sergio & Fabio, people who show true passion and pride in what they do. From the start they helped us carry our luggage from our parking spot to the accommodation and then served us refreshments and an afternoon snack after we'd had a long journey. They spent time to talk and get to know us and likewise we got to know them. Every morning they served out a breakfast FEAST all made by them and everything delicious, I wish I planned slower mornings so I could've luxuriated more in them. The breakfast spot outside is also idyllic. The room was bigger than expected, comfortable and clean + good bathroom and WIFI facilities (enough floorspace to spread out 2x full size suitcases) and plenty of resources for activities in and around the area. About 5-10 minute walk to many cafes, restaurants and key spots in Agrigento. Not much parking next to the property but they were very helpful in guiding us to reliable spots and never had an issue finding parking during our stay. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and I wish Sergio & Fabio all the best :)

A perfect B&B when visiting the area! The location is one minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to The Valley of the Temples and about 20 minutes to Scala Dei Turchi. A minute walk to many restaurants, coffee and gelato. It was quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the main street. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, ocean view and the breakfast outstanding. The breakfast had different offerings each day and many of the items homemade/ home grown. The hosts, Sabrina and Michela, are just lovely people. They made sure we had everything we needed from restaurant recommendations to a beach umbrella. Parking was easy and free. Epic sunsets from the promenade. Definitely look forward to visiting again and will 100% stay here.

Everything was above and beyond expected! Starting with the hosts Sabrina and her husband Michel (sorry if I misspelled his name) who carried my luggage upstairs and down when I was leaving everything was at the highest level of hospitality! Sabrina's breakfast was all home made and baked and the spread was like a good buffet at the restaurant brunch. The tastefully decorated rooms, the linens, the toiletries, the balcony with beautiful view - everything made me feel as I were at a nice hotel. Location was great, right across from the beach where I went even at night in the dark to take a dip and had delicious dinner after that at the restaurant right next door per Sabrina's advice. All I can say is that Le Notti di Morfeo was the best place I ever stayed at. You can't be disappointed with it!

The B&B is a family run business. They are all so very friendly and welcoming. We weren't in our room a lot, but it was a nice place to relax before we went to sleep. It was quiet. We could see the ocean from our balcony. They are a block from the beach, so I woke up early and had a lovely stroll along the beachfront boardwalk. I have diet restrictions and they were very responsive and wanted to make sure I had enought to eat for breakfast. They also recommended a delicious dinner place and the best gelato of our trip to Sicily. I would recommend it to anyone. We stayed there when we were going to the Temple of the Gods. It's just outside the main bustle of the city while being a very quick drive to the main tourist sites.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From when we arrived Michele came out and helped bring our bags in, his wife Sabrina was there to greet us and had excellent tips on the best way to enjoy La Valle dei Templi as well as restaurant and gelato recommendations. The room is perfect, cosy but plenty of space to move around even with suitcases open, a lovely terrace and most of all perfectly CLEAN and modern. Breakfast had ample choice with lots of homegrown homemade options and was delicious. Michele and Sabrina are the perfect hosts warm and hospitable but not suffocating or intrusive. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

The rooms were well equipped and highly maintained. The location was perfect - close enough to the center and very quiet. Breakfast was rich and exceptional with delicious homemade food. I loved everything about this accommodation. Host Sabina was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Wow. The apartment sits high above Agrigento, with stunning views of the Valley of the Temples and the sea beyond, Free secure parking is provided and the apartment easily accommodated 3 adults. The host was helpful and welcoming. The apartment was modern, clean and nicely furnished. The second bedroom was up a small flight of stairs. We declined the offer of nearby dinner reservations and instead chose to purchase food at a local store and enjoyed dinner on the outdoor patio overlooking the city. We did find the bed very uncomfortable. It felt like a single box spring without a mattress. This does not detract from our high opinion of the apartment. The basic breakfast was again enjoyed on the stunning view. We highly recommend La casa di Pippo Flora if you are visiting the Valley of the Temples.

One of our best stays ever! The hostess, Sabrina, was brilliant! Friendly, welcoming, she was so gracious and helpful with suggestions. The room was large with an excellent bathroom and shower. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, warm croissants, juices, coffee, sweet melon and more! And best of all, the incredible view down to the Valley of the Temples, it was breath-taking! I only wish we had stayed longer!

The location is great. High on a hill with views of the sea and the Valley of Temples. Walking distance to the town and restaurants. Drive out of town is quite short. The property is beautiful and scrupulously clean. The breakfast area is awesome, and the food delicious. We booked a room with 3 beds, which worked well for our family with 2 college age kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One cannot emphasize enough how gracious Sabina is as a host. She took great care to make recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations each night.

B&B Liolà is a little gem just above the centre of Agrigento. The landlady Pinuccia is wonderfully welcoming, cheerful, happy and extremely helpful - nothing is too much! Breakfast was lovely, very plentiful and generous and we were almost "forced" to eat more and try certain specialities. Pinuccia made our breakfast to order (need I mention the fabulous cappuccino?!) and there was plenty to choose from. She also provided us with lots of tips as to what to see and where to eat, where to go and when to do so, providing us with a local's advice. We'd definitely stay with Pinuccia and Alfonso again, were we to revisit the area. Parking outside the B&B was easy (end of April, mind) as advertised by the property. The room and the whole house is beautifully done up, full of loving detail, comfortable and welcoming - it feels like a home! The location opposite the duomo is spectacular, though it is a bit of a walk down to the main street (restaurants and bars aplenty). We had a fabulous stay - thank you very much!

We are in a fairy tale! Amazing room in an amazing location with amazing breakfast and most importantly with amazing hosts. A bottle of local wine was waiting for us in the room. The hosts not only gave us a lot of useful advice, they made our stay a holiday. We parted as friends. Once again, I will say separately about breakfast: it was certainly the best breakfast that we had in hotels or restaurants. Thank you very much!

Parking was important to us. There is free parking on the street in front as well as a large plaza area parking a few meters further along by the large church. This B&B is not in the ZTL zone. We had the blue room. Delightfully decorated and comfortable. Good AC. Decent bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV slightly bigger than my cell phone LOL. I don’t know if it works. The great couple who host you are amazing. They give you many choices for breakfast including eggs and fresh pastries and multiple fresh fruit choices. Awesome breakfast.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings offered the first truly restful sleep of our month-long journey across Italy. What a gift! The morning began with an amazing, varied breakfast — delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with love. It was the perfect way to start the day. Rosalie has a special way of making you feel like one of the family — warmly welcomed, deeply cared for, and completely at home. The shower was excellent — strong water pressure and sparkling clean. A convenient corner store just two minutes away on foot had everything we needed. And the location is ideal: only a 7-minute drive to the archaeological park. We left with our hearts full of the beautiful energy we received during our stay. A deeply nourishing experience, both for the heart and soul.

We had an exceptional experience here at every level. Our multi-room suite was spotlessly clean, the hosts were smiling, helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was over the top great. Rosalia and Gigi were fantastic hosts. Rosalia went out of her way in multiple ways to help us with some of our special needs. We had bicycles,and she took great care to ensure they were well protected and safe. Parking also is a major plus. It was inexpensive, right on site, and would have been extremely difficult had it not been for available. Our car was on the bigger side, and it would have been difficult to squeeze into those small street parking spaces. I would make special mention of breakfast. They really were fantastic, with hand-made little crostini and sandwiches, besides all of the standard great things: pastries, cakes yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. It also was an exceptional value when we stayed there in November. I would call it cheap for what you get! One thing I would point out just as an FYI: the walk UP into the main part of town, while short (10 minutes), does go up a few flights of stairs. This really was no problem for us at all; in fact, it was a good walk. But for those who might be a little less mobile, it is something to consider. I would highly, highly, highly recommend staying here.

This recently renovated B&B is wonderful. Very stylish and super comfortable in a quiet location very close to the centre of town. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Rosala was the perfect Host ensuring we knew about the property and helping us plan our visit to all the sites around Agrigento. Breakfast provided had a variety of sweet and savoury choices. Delicious.

A modern oasis amidst mid 60-ies buildings. All over very modern, light, fresh and impeccably clean. Excellent breakfast options and of course Italian espresso and fresh orange juice. They offer a private parking place which is a big plus anywhere is Sicily where finding a parking place is hardly possible. They have their own tourist map of Agrigento and several recommended places. About 200m from the main square and the train station. We were there at the festival time and it was full of people and good spirit everywhere. Can't rate it more!

The roof terrace was great, too. You have a great view over the valle dei templi and can enjoy the stars by night. We‘d definitely come back!

This was an absolutely an incredible place to stay for a few days while visiting beautiful Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The hosts of this B & B were very gracious and helpful. The property on the 12th floor (top) of the building is very clean, well decorated, and modern. There is a huge outdoor seating area for relaxing and a great location for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast it was an absolute feast for the eyes and palate. The meal was made with a lot of attention and love for Sicilian food. The hosts were a treasure trove of information and were quick to offer suggestions and answer questions. My room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The A/C and wifi worked really well. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Agrigento and the Valley of Temples in large part due to my accommodations and interactions with the hosts. I highly recommend the La Terrazza de Empedocle and would stay again if I ever back in Agrigento.

This is not a hotel, a fact which is not obvious on booking. It is a bed and breakfast in a high rise apartment with four rooms for guests. We enjoyed the stay of two nights. The location is good, a short walk but out the back of the apartment block and up a dark passage and set of steps. I’m not sure I would have been comfortable if I’d been on my own. Spooky. One highlight is the FABULOUS VIEW. We paid extra for a room at the front and it was worth it, particularly at night when Agrigento archeological site is illuminated. The view was just as stunning from the huge terrace available to all guests. It was on this terrace that the other highlight, the FABULOUS BREAKFAST was served. Because we were staying two nights we got two complete different breakfasts, glorious traditional foods. Not your typical help yourself breakfast but one prepared individually. Delicious! The young couple who manage this B and B work very hard to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Five stars!

Quite a unique B&B on the top floor (12th) of a high rise apartment block. As you can imagine the views from the terrace are spectacular over the Valley of the Temples to the sea. Chiara and Lello are wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make your stay memorable. Yes parking is not easy but driving around Sicily, especially in the towns/cities is not for the faint hearted. Italian motorists drive fast, hard, with no sense of courtesy or consideration for others. Adopt their modus operandi or die! We had no problems in eventually finding a space in front of the block. Our room was very clean, functional and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the old town. Great in the evening when illuminated. Breakfast was fab, with a different twist on each of the two nights we stayed. Absolutely delicious. Location is great, just five minutes to the main street and all the shops/restaurants and sights. Certainly one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in.

We loved absolutely everything. This B&B is outstanding. Our room was large, comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. It also had a view towards the archeological park and a terrace to sit on in the evening. We had full use of the grounds and pool, lots of places to sit outside. Beer,wine,soft drink and water is provided in fridges with an honesty box in the main house. There are lots of animals housed behind the main house and peacocks, dogs (very friendly) and cats roam around. Breakfast is amazing and huge. Lots of local produce is used. We were lucky enough to be there on one of the nights they provided dinner....so much excellent food and wine....I couldn't move afterwards! The staff are truly amazing. Helpful, kind and friendly. They assisted us with some travel issues we had (no train or bus to our next destination as we didn't have a car), they definitely went above and beyond to help which we truly appreciated. We didnt want to leave. 2 nights went so quickly. Highly recommend this amazing place

This is a magical place with uninterrupted views to the Valley of the Temples. It is the best B&B ever. We stayed in the terrace room which has a view over the property to the sea. The room was extremely comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge and a well equipped bathroom. The Italian breakfast was a feast with home cooked treats , fresh juice and good espresso coffee. The property itself is beautiful with fruit trees, an olive grove and peacocks roaming around the beautiful gardens. The donkey, pigs and other animals were a bonus. The family were very hospitable.

The property is gorgeous, the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is an absolute must — fresh, local, and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Agrigento.

A family owned B&B, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We felt like we were staying on their traditional Sicilian farm. We only stayed one night, I would have liked to stay a week! It was so peaceful and the pool was very welcoming on a hot day. Breakfast(included for us) was served on the terrace by the family and was traditional Sicilian fare. Delicious! Amazing location away from the noise, surrounded by olive (and other) trees, with an amazing view on the temples. Beautiful and very agreable garden and terrace with different places to sit and read while looking at the temples. Very children-friendly with animals behind the house and peacocks walking around, and children toys available. The brekfast is home-made and delicious. The family who runs theB&B is really friendly and helpful, dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Fantastic accommodation, extremely clean and luxurious. Stephanie, the owner, couldn't have done more to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the area, where to visit and tips for parking and dining out. The large rooms are extremely comfortable and the little private terrace lovely to sit and admire the mountain views. The bathroom is large and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room nor anywhere in the building to get a drink at night, however, Stephanie kindly lent us a kettle, pot and cups, as we had brought some tea with us. She did say that this was something she would be looking into and so this might not be an issue anymore. The only other slight complaint is that although there is a TV, there was only one English speaking channel (CNN I think). The continental breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied and all of the highest quality. Especially tasty was Stephanie's homemade cakes. Stephanie even let us take a selection with us on our final day to eat on our onward journey to Syracuse. The location is just off a busy main road (although far enough back to not be disturbed by traffic noise) outside Agrigento. Perfect location for exploring the area but you do need a car as it is virtually impossible to walk anywhere. Not far to drive to The Valley of the Temples and Scala Dei Turchi (both worth a visit). Easy parking and great WIFI.

Beautiful, comfortable, modern bed and breakfast with large rooms. Breakfasts have variety and are nicely prepared and presented with graciousness from our host. Rooms are spacious, have several chairs and a balcony with a view over the landscape. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are well-equipped. There is a lovely courtyard for guests to use. Our host was friendly, helpful and professional. She suggested a beautiful beach and ‘insider’ convenient access to it.

Stefania is a great, responsive and kind host. She kindly welcomed us, recommended great restaurants and wonderful landmarks, and helped my husband to make a surprise for me for my birthday! :) She is an amazing host! The rooms are big, with a wonderful view to the valley and mountains, a large and very comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. The rooms have a modern design and are very fresh and clean. We had everything we needed in B&B Sorahnia and felt very comfortable and cozy. And the breakfast in the B&B is extremely tasty and hearty :) I would recommend B&B Sorahnia as the best place to stay in Agrigento! We'll certainly return there in our next trip to Sicilia.

Stefania was such a kind and helpful host and the rooms are furnished to a high standard and very modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious out on the cool terrace with a fantastic breakfast selection including scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurts, pancakes and delicious homemade cakes. Was so convenient also to have onsite parking on the property. We also had our own balcony which is shaded in the late afternoon which was very pleasant. Excellent base to visit the Valley of the Temples and we took Stefania’s excellent advice to do this towards evening which was much more pleasant and less hot.

Stefania is the lovely hostess of this beautiful B&B. It is immaculately clean and modern with a nice terrace to relax if you have time. There is an amazing breakfast that Stefani’s makes every day with fresh baked goods, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereals, coffee and even eggs to your taste. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is big with lots of hot water. Thank you for a really nice 2 night stay!

Our room was spacious, airy and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with juice, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, olives, THE most amazing pastries on offer. We loved our stay... It was perfect. I highly recommend a stay at this BnB if you are looking for comfort and convenience in Agrigento.

The host, Ottavio, was very helpful and friendly, with lots of local information. The room was very comfortable, great bed and shower. Breakfast was very enjoyable and anything we didn't eat Ottavio let us take away for lunch (no extra charge). The location is terrific, being so close to the train station and buses, restaurants etc. Even Valle dei Templi (muat-see) is walkable, Temple of Juno 30 mins walk. Or go there by local buses line 1 or 2 (timetables at ://www.trasportiurbaniagrigento.it/orari-e-percorsi/). As we had an early departure, Ottavio gave us a packed breakfast to eat on the train. A great stay and a lovely place.

We had a pleasant stay in Agrigento. The room was very clean, the host was gracious, and breakfast was delicious - the host provide us with a selection of Sicilian pastries, many of which we had not tried before. The pistachio/Nutella croissant was particularly delish. The bed is very comfortable, the B&B is on a quiet side street, and the impressive Valley of the Temples is just a few minutes drive away. Street parking nearby was not an issue for us. The host recommended nearby La Scala for dinner, and the food/service was excellent. Our table was situated on a 2-person balcony on the second floor of the restaurant overlooking the cobblestone street below – very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at la Passeggiata di Girgenti.

What an amazing stay! I can see why it’s so highly rated on here. The host is amazing, he’s so lovely and really cares about the place and his guests. We were leaving early on our last morning so would’ve missed breakfast and he made sandwiches for us to take! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, everything was great. Felt very safe and secure and was nice and quiet. Great location with views from the room we stayed in. Train station and main food areas are only 5 min walk away

The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of space for the three of us. We loved the wee balcony and the view of the sea. The host was so helpful and friendly. He found us a free park for the car. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We were able to take what we didn’t eat with us. We were close to the old town and to cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect to visit both Valle Dei Templi & Agrigento. The facilities are modern & very clean. We received a friendly welcome with a glass of Prosecco. Breakfast was delicious & beautifully presented. The host is delightful & recommended dinner at Trattoria Dei Templi, just steps from the lodging- we can highly recommend the restaurant. From our balcony we could see the Concordia temple illuminated at night-so beautiful! The parking is easy.

The entrance to this B&B is actually in the back of the building with a pizzeria in front, so despite all the bright yellow signs pointing the way, we missed it the first time past. However, there's a large parking lot, and the room was comfortable and attractive. Our room actually had a sea view in the distance. We showed up early, and the staff scrambled to let us in and set us up with our room. There are restaurants in easy walking distance, and the museum is walkable too, though you'll probably want to drive to the Valley of Temples. Breakfast was delicious, and included a giant cannoli. Gina was welcoming and helpful, and the refrigerator in the room was stocked with water, grapes and prosecco.

Clean, comfortable, modern. Balcony looked out at Temple of Concordia and ocean in the distance. Magical! Good breakfast (coffee, juice, cannoli, panna cotta, fruit, meat/cheese). Location is great… only 800m (10 min) downhill to Temple of Juno/Eastern entrance. From here you are at the top and can visit the temples going downhill and approach the “front” of the temples (as they face East). Can walk back up or for 3 euro per person a taxi will take you back up (from Porta V entrance). There is also free parking right next to the hotel.. very convenient and safe. Great stay.

We only stayed for two nights but Mirella did everything and more to make us feel welcomed. Her B&B truly is a wonder, everything is new, modern and very clean. We had a wonderful view from our room of the Temple of Concordia, even from the bathroom. The room was furnished with everything we could have needed and there was champagne waiting for us in the minibar. The breakfast made by Mirella was unique and special delight. Her attention to details and genuine care she shows for her guests is a marvellous thing to see. She helped us organise the airport transfer and gave advice on nearby attractions. We had to leave very early on our last day and miss the breakfast but Mirella once again showed her care and left in our room wonderful breakfast with homemade jam, panna cotta and some grapes in the fridge the day before. She really was the person that made the difference and I wish all hosts and accommodation owners were like Mirella. Grazie mille!

We stayed at 5 Elementi for 3 nights to visit the surrounding area. A pristinely beautiful place to look at.....almost clinical in some respects. The whole place was very clean with not a thing out of place. My compliments to the owners for the appearance of their lovely property. The gardens & pool are really beautiful & in impeccable condition. We stayed in a modern room called "Aqua" with lovely sea blue tones within, a balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool & distant sea views. We found the room a little small. The bed & pillows were really comfy, air conditioning was ok, lovely shower with good water pressure, a TV & good free WiFi. Coffee/tea making facilities were available in a common area downstairs as well as crockery, cutlery, etc as there was an outdoor cooking area if you so wished to cook your own meals. Breakfast was just average. The owners were lovely & their dog Giustina very friendly. The property is a close drive to Scala Dei Turchi; we were able to quickly drive down to see sunrises & sunsets with one sunset being very spectacular on one night. Lots of restaurants nearby, even within walking distance, but the main road was much too dangerous to walk on due to the traffic so you really need a car to get about but that's not a negative.

Great remote location to relax. 5 min away from Scala dei Turchi and a 15 min drive to the valley of the temples. Beds super comfortable, rooms clean, super friendly hosts, good breakfast and if they offer a dinner evening can only recommend to book it - the self cooked Sicilan food was awesome. Perfect location to visit all sights around.

Our best stay in Sicily, hands down. What a great BnB! Very friendly and helpful hosts, lovely, spacious and clean room, amazing breakfast and a very good location. Walking distance from San Leone beach, restaurants and only a very short ride to the Valley of the Temples. There were even some free drinks and sicilian cookies in the room when we arrived, which made us feel super welcome. Parking is free and easy in the street.

The breakfasts truly are exceptional; the views from the terrace stunning (sea and temples), and the room and facilities very comfortable and spotless! Parking a real bonus in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants without the need to use the car (i.e. the ability to enjoy the wine and Amari with our meals). Would recommend 100%!

I normally don’t leave reviews but Dina’s hospitality deserves one. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She emailed us ahead of time to help us secure parking for our car. Then when we needed to have breakfast earlier than the B&B starting time, she arranged for us to have breakfast in a coffee place nearby which she paid for. The B&B is very well located, just a few steps away from Agrigento’s main street yet quiet enough not to hear any noise. The view from the terrace where you have breakfast served is amazing and is open for the guests to use at any time. In sum, a charming, beautifully decorated B&B run by a very attentive couple. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Breakfast was lovely and very generous. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They gave us advice on restaurants, what to see and where to catch the bus - all this with us having no Italian and their limited English. They even picked us up from the train station when we arrived. Having breakfast on the terrace, with a fantastic view overlooking Valley of the Temples and the ocean was amazing! Our room was a little dated but that did not matter as it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. LIt was great value fir money. Absolutely one of our best stays in Sicily - we highly recommend it!

We stayed at Tetti di Girgenti for one night as we wanted to visit the Valley of the Temples (which were amazing). The communication from Dina prior to arrival was great and she showed us how to get to the accommodation (she sent a little video which was fab) and she and Mario arranged to meet us as we arrived in the Centre to ensure that we didn't get lost (some of the streets are vary narrow). The hotel has a wonderful location right in the centre of Agrigento and very close to plenty of restaurants, shops and the key attractions. Our room, on the 1st Floor, was clean a decent size and had a practical bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was served on the terrace (which has incredible views across the town and of the Temples - it is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon sunshine with a glass of wine) and was an incredible experience. It consisted of a vast array of Italian / Sicilian sweet and savoury dishes - Mario is in charge and his objective is basically to get you to eat as much as possible .... and he relishes this challenge. The food was lovely and Dina provides you with fresh coffee / tea. Dina was able to help with recommendations for dinner - she suggested Krokos and we enjoyed our meal there. We really enjoyed our stay and Dina and Mario are not only lovely people but were wonderful hosts - its just a shame we were only staying the one night.

Dina and Mario are exceptional hosts! They were readily available to help us navigate the narrow and complicated streets in Agrigento upon arrival. They were so calm, cool, and collected, which immediately made us feel at ease. Seeing Dina's warm smile made it all better! The B&B is just fantastic and has so much character. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I woke up with no back pain! In addition to Dina and Mario's warmth and friendliness, the terrace is another main attraction. Oh, and the breakfast, too! The terrace is a major "wow" factor! You get a panoramic view of the land where you can see the Templi all while you relax and enjoy a cappuccino and indulge in the several delicious savory or sweet options provided! The food is plenty and typical cuisine of Agrigento, Sicilia. The best part is you're not rushed and have the option to access the terrace any time and for however long you want. Definitely, we recommend this place!!

This place has one of the most luxurious and tasteful bedrooms we have ever stayed in - massive circular bed, and original artwork on the walls, with a well-appointed modern bathroom. And it's very quiet. The location is ideal, in the most upmarket street in Agrigento, with a view from the roof terrace - where you have breakfast - out over to the temples and the sea. It's an easy walk into the old town, which is well worth a visit. When we arrived, we were surprised to find B&B Triskeles is actually the top floor of an up-market apartment block (there's a small lift). The benefit is the terrific view from the terrace. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. They don't speak any English, but are used to dealing with non-Italian-speakers. Breakfast is modern Italian style: fruit, biscuits, cake, cheese, yoghurt, criossants, coffee/tea... Don't expect cereal or anything cooked. It was no problem to find a space to park in the street but, as usual in Italy, care is required to avoid chargeable spaces (blue outline) or any with special reservations.

The view of the terrace , the position of the guesthouse amazing! Wonderful communication before arrival ,a early check in and a really warm welcome with a coffee and a drink , a city map and a lot of tips for the Valle dei Templi , the old town and restaurants for the evening. The 4 rooms are big and beautiful furnished - wooden floors,new bathrooms,aircondition, heating system , safe and frigobar ! The owner was asking us for the breakfast wishes and we had a drink at the terrace and a really warm comfortable stay in this amazing place in the beginning of Dezember 24. The sunny and warm days even in Dez where perfect to visit the Valle dei Templi at Agrigento without much tourists!!! We also had time to visit the amazing Farm Culural Park Project in Favara and the Scala del Turchi / Lido Rosello with a seafood lunch.

I can write a almost a story. But to give you a few, probably is located in the best and most modern part of Agrigento. Our room was very clean, specially modern toilet and bathroom, very comfortable bed, surrounded by beautiful antique Sicilian furniture. And best of all, Cristian, and his parents are super friendly and polite. You feel like being at home. Just imagine that on top of everything, they gave us an umbrella, a cold box, and two beach towels, jut to make our beach stay time more enjoyable. This is another level of being a super host. The check-in and Check-out was very smooth and no issues. For breakfast, you will have a table of tasty Sicilian pastry, fruit, yogurt, and juices. Don’t miss their coffee. Bouno! I guess if you need egg you can ask but we did not ask.

The owners Giovanna , Giovanni and their son Christiano were very friendly and welcoming - it was like being welcomed by your Sicilian family . The B&B is like staying in someones home but you still have separate and private rooms with your own entrance. Our room had a nice balcony with table and chairs . The view towards the temples from the terrace is beautiful and and nice for relaxing and breakfasts served there. The breakfast was ample with all cakes and breads baked by Giovanna - the owner. Also lots of fruit andeggs made to order which is unusual for Sicily. I must also mention Caramello - he was so friendly and helpful with luggage or any help we needed and speaks a good english.The lift is a big bonus. The B&B was very centrally located, only 10 minutes walk to old town for restaurants and shopping.

Super friendly host who greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine, amazing view from the rooftop, quiet and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and again a super friendly host that gives great advice about sight seeing, restaurants and beaches in the area. We even were provided with beach towels and an umbrella!

The location was perfect, in the historical town with a breathtaking view to the Valley of Temples and to the sea. There were parking places in front of the house. We decided to take public transport to the town and the appartment was in a walkable distance from bus station/ train station. Our room was clean, functional, comfortable, exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast was a typical sweet delicious Sicilian breakfast, more than enough. Alf was a great host, friendly, helpful and flexible. We could leave our luggage at the place even after checking out. (We couldn't find a luggage store in the town and our bus left in the afternoon.)

Are two nights in Agrigento were wonderful. Alfonso could not have been more helpful. He spent time explaining everything we needed to know about the town and visiting the Valley of the Temples. The location is excellent. We arrived by train from the airport and B&B is in walking distance as well as the bus station and the main center of Agrigento. There are several restaurants a short walk from the B&B. Our room was was large, clean and had great view of the Temples from our large balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and large. Every morning Alfonso brought us breakfast to our room at whatever time fit our schedule that day. Breakfast included different juices, jams and wonderful cornetto’s.

Amazing place. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and terrific, terrific view. And for 10 eur we even got That upgraded :) Sea and Valley of Temples view became direct and not side, even bigger bathroom, and a piano. But, both rooms are really great. You look at the windows and fall in love with the place. Some other practicalities below. We got breakfast in the room, felt very local, lots of things freshly made from the bakery, fruit, yogurt, juices, the owner helped with the dietary asks as well, it was super nice of him, thank you!! The owner also allowed us to leave bags earlier than checkin time, and we are very greatful for that as well. The place is before ZTL, and there are parking possibilities around. Free and underground garage 8 eur per day. The apartment building itself is oldish (just like almost all other buildings in Sicily), but inside is nice and clean, starting from the entry into the building.

We took a deluxe suite with balcony and sea view, on the 11th floor of a building just on the edge of the historic district, which was extremely accessible from this location. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, the bathroom modern and very comfortable, and there was free parking in the area that did not require a reservation. Our host was very friendly, helped us find parking, and made a good restaurant recommendation for dinner that was walking distance from the B&B. On the one evening of our stay, we were running late and hadn't returned yet to the B&B as we were finishing up on a tour of the Temples and a visit to the local archaeological museum; he phoned me on What's App to ensure that we were ok and not lost or otherwise needing help!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The view from our window over the Valley of the Temples to the sea was spectacular. The shower was good and hot. Strong Wi-Fi. The included continental breakfast is a bonus. Our host, Alfonso, was welcoming and very helpful - his information prior to arrival was comprehensive and communicated quickly in response to our questions. His advice about local attractions and how to access them was also comprehensive. Highly recommended and great value.

This was a lovely place to stay in. Very close walking to the sights including cathedral and opera house. As well as a couple of great bars, restaurant and bakery shop around the corner. 3km from the Valley of the Temples, Room has been renovated with a little balcony off of it and lots of nice touches. Even a curling iron. Nice and bright. Highlight was meeting our host Rosanna. She was amazing with so much energy, humour and always helpful. Her breakfast was all fresh- squeezed orange juice, delicious cut up fruit, scrambled eggs, bruschetta. A bit tricky to find if driving and using GPS. We just parked and used google maps walking and found it easily when we were about 300 metres away. Parking good too. Rosanna can also be contacted on WhatsApp and she is also very proficient with Google Translate.

Perfect place to stay! My room was comfortable, and the friendly owner provided helpful information using translation to English. She served an amazing breakfast and met my dietery needs. She actually asked me if I had dietery restrictions which I did, so she made a variety of delicious foods for breakfast! I took the extra for lunch. I appreciate such a kind and helpful host - especially when traveling solo!

I loved our stay in Agrigento at Rosanna’s property. It is a beautiful house, really nice decorated, with beautiful furniture and attention to details. The location is perfect, right next to Piazza Pirandello but very quiet and cool even with 34 degrees outside. The best place about this property is deffinetly Rossana, the best host ever ❤️. Even before we arrived she sent us information about what to do and visit in the city, bus schedule, where to eat in local restaurants and she kept doing that for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, she would prepare savoury or sweet, with fresh fruit and local juice and for our beach day she was ready with an umbrella, thermal bag and iced water. Please chose Rosanna’s place for your stay in Agrigento, you will remember the house and especially Rosanna for ever ❤️

The host is an amazing lady. She was so kind to us during our stay. She was very helpful with offering assistance. This was especially nice because I had twisted my ankle just two days earlier. The Aljama B&B is great value for money. The bedroom was very confortable and cozy, overlooking a nice piazza in Agrigento. The bathroom is also modern, well equipped (with all kind of amenities) and confortable. Despite being very close to the town centre, it was very quiet at night and we slept like babies. Apart from the facilities, Rosanna the owner is just great! So nice and helpful! My partner had hurt himself in a knee and she was most caring. She gave us very good recommendations on what to visit, where to eat, etc. Breakfast was also great and homemade. It is also worth mentioning that she pointed us to a multistorey parking nearby, very convenient if you travel by car; she has an agreement with the parking so we only had to pay 4€ for the 16 hours or so we had the car in there.

Francesco was so friendly and welcoming, sharing the history of his home and his family’s history there. It was lovely to hear about who the photos on the walls from the 1930s were of, and the providence of some of the art work, ceramics and statuettes. The house is very centrally located, an easy walk to everything in Agrigento. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the breakfast terrace and the local specialities provided there.

The B&B was beautifully decorated with wonderful views from the garden terraces. The rooms were warm, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. He even accommodated our request that he play the piano. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of Sicilian specialties. A parking space was set aside for us across the street which was most helpful after a long day's drive.

Francesco was the most delightful host, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace overlooking the Valley of the Temples, it was so romantic. Agrigento is a lovely town with some very interesting restaurants and bars. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable, and the decoration an eclectic mix with so much history. We would definitely return!

Gave us an awesome family history of the building and provided a map and overview of the valley of temples. Also gave us nice restaurants recommendations. We booked the top floor deluxe junior suite and it was large and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of delicious baked goods. The views from the two roof top patios are lovely. Thanks Franceso! The hosts were really kind and gave us some recommendations what to see where to go ecc. We also loved the location! It was really central and super close to all the sights. The accommodation had an AMZING shared terrace with a beautiful view (Piazza del Municipio, old town, sea view and Valle dei Tempi)!😍🏛️ Breakfast was served on the same terrace and was really delicious and inspired by the local cuisine (local olive oil, sweet pastry filled with ricotta, Panelle, ecc.) It was really easy to find a parking spot. The hosts also helped a lot regarding the parking situation and gave perfect instructions!

We loved our stay here. We were made to feel very welcome. Benji and Fiorella were so helpful and informative. Loved the fact that the car was taken care of with no worries about parking. Benji organised a lift (paid) to and from The Valley of the Temples which was much appreciated. Hotel is in a great location with an easy stroll along the main street to numerous restaurants and shops. Nice spacious quiet room. Delicious and generous breakfast on the terrace. Great view. Quirky building which just added to the charm.

The staff was very friendly & super helpful! Room was comfortable & clean & although we had a shared bathroom it had easy access & was kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent with many local favorites & had an amazing roof top view! Great location to easily visit Valley of the Temples & Archeological Museum. Parking was tricky in the area but parking service was available through the hotel.

Amazing views from the terrace. You can have breakfast in that terrace while looking at the Valley of Temples. Very communicative/friendly Staff. Breakfast was really good, cooked at the moment. There is a Big paid Parking lot at 200m, otherwise, it can be quite challenging to park the car in the street, as it is always full. The room was clean and full of space. I would return for sure!

Restaurant in the same property has amazing food and decent prices. We were there during low season so we were the only one having breakfast, served to the table with fresh fruits, ham, bread, croissants and other pastries like cannolis. Juice, bottle water and coffee included. Really nothing to complain about, everything was amazing.

First, ample parking. Second, this is a fantastic restaurant with B&B. Third, breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh. The restaurant serves some of the best food in Sicily, great wine, and fabulous pizza made in brick oven in front of you. And there is more here than just pizza. Fresh sea food, amazing pasta, great wine. Beautiful terrace, with lemon trees. Gerlando is a gentle and gracious host/shef. Rooms are cleaned daily. If you wish, breakfast will be brought to the room! Staff is kind, attentive, and learning English. Very accommodating and they have a good sense of humour. Also remember every whim of their customers. There is a kind personal touch everywhere. Unlike in the rest of the country, there is more doing than talking here. The place is walking distance from the sandy beach and the famous Scala dei Turchi, and 10 minutes driving to the Valle dei Templi. Gerlando even provided a weblink to a multilingual tour guide of the open air museum. Absolutely loved the place. Will come back here.

We arrived before the check-in time, yet we could check in before the time which was very nice considering that we had a night flight. The room was nice and clean. The rooms are next to the restaurant where after 7.30 pm you can eat late dinner. The restaurant is clean, the dishes are big, the staff speaks little english yet they make effort to communicate with you. The restaurant have normal prices and it is quite used by locals as the food is delicious. The rooms even if they are close to the restaurant, they are silent. Every day they were cleaned by the stuff. In terms of the wi-fi it worked (however we did not spent a lot of time in the room). Breakfast - was in the restaurant. Everyday we had a seasonal fruit dish, a dish with different types of jam and cheese, coffe, juice, water, some suits (croissant, cookies etc. ) plus some marmalade and chocolate. There were big portions - we couldn't eat everything.

Everything was perfect. The room was very beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was amazing. We tried the pasta, the pizza… everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It has free private parking. It was the best hotel in our two week vacation around Sicilia

Smelt lovely and fresh when we walked into the room. Felt like a 5* hotel. Room was well presented. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, the thickest hot chocolate. Served, fresh fruit and fruit juice, coffee, meats, bread, cakes. Restaurant next door was packed the whole time we were there so recommend booking in advance.

Dimora dei Templi is a wonderful B and B: our very comfortable, beautifully furnished room had a terrace with an amazing view of the Valle dei Templi (which is very close) and a gorgeous, spacious bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. Though it is in a quiet, rural spot it was very easy to find and is a short walking distance to some excellent restaurants. There is also plenty of parking space at the property. Francesca and Vincenzo were so lovely and welcoming, and served a superb breakfast of delicious local specialities on the roof terrace (again, with a fabulous view of the temples) – we felt thoroughly pampered. We cannot imagine a better place to stay in the Agrigento area and would love to return.

The host couple were absolutely the best hosts I have ever had - they were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We were even given a free upgrade to a larger room with the temple view, which was a nice surprise. The lady of the house was always available to help us with anything we needed, and she even helped us book a taxi from the train station to the hotel. She always respond promptly through WhatsApp. Because the Airbnb was located in an old building without an elevator, her husband kindly offered to help us carry our heavy luggage to our room on the third floor. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the Sicilian breakfast provided by the hosts. It was absolutely phenomenal - the orange juice was fresh and delicious, the cappuccino was perfectly made, and we had a choice between a fried egg or an omelette. We were also treated to some delicious Sicilian cake and pistachio, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was even better than the breakfast buffet I've had at some four-star hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is planning to visit Agrigento. The hosts were wonderful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. It was a truly memorable experience.

This property has everything especially if you are able to reserve the room with a balcony. We reserved Stella (Star) and it was perfect for our needs. What makes this property special besides the location are Vincenzo and his mother Messina. We were lucky enough to meet them because we arrived at the property before noon. Vincenzo was very welcoming and informative regarding the area and the Valley of the Temples. He also helps his mother Messina clean the rooms and serves breakfast. Messina prepared for us the most delicious, piping hot zucchini omelette with all the Italian fixings served on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Temple of Concordia. This breakfast will hold you for most of the day whether you are touring the temple complex or driving to your next destination. Francesca, the owner is very prompt in her communication with you and any special requests you may have regarding the property and restaurants nearby. The location is primo with lots of dining options within walking distance. We got food at the deli nearby and a very good pizza restaurant; brought it back to the B&B and ate on the rooftop looking at the Temple of Concordia.

Lovely property, beautiful touches everywhere. Communication very clear through WhatsApp from host Francesca with pictures of the building, self check in directions - super easy- btw and some suggestions of things to do! The room was inviting, nicely decorated, comfortable, and immaculate!! Loved the quaint, little balcony overlooking the Valley of Temples, and the sea in the distance. Stunning. The breakfast was really nice- lots of fresh, regional food! The women who served us were warm and friendly. We ate on the terrace with its gorgeous views, food was served beautifully table side - Italian style yogurt with pistachio, sweetened ricotta, pears and mortadella, a wonderful pound cake with marmalade, and an almond cake, zucchini and cheese omelette, fresh fruit, delicious cappuccino (two for me actually)! There was also a self serve area with juice, croissants cookies, and Nutella style spreads. The vibe and experience at Dimora Dei Templi was simply wonderful. We can’t wait to come back again. We highly recommend visiting the Valley of Temples in the evening. Incredible experience.

Very nice small B&B with very welcoming hosts! The owners are very caring and friendly. The communication was great prior to check-in. The room was very nice, we stayed in triple and it was perfect room size for us (2 adults and 1 child). The beds were super super comfortable! we slept as babies! The breakfast was one of the most delicious that we had in Sicily. We had plenty of options of sweets, cold meats/ cheese; we received a tasty omelette, yogurts. Everything was fresh and tasty! We felt very welcomed! The B&B is 5 min from the entrance to Valley of temples (our main reason for stay in Agrigento) and it is about 20-25 minutes from Scala dei Turchi (I loved that place a lot).

Our room was very central, connected to the main street of Agrigento. It was modern, clean and well appointed including common space for our wonderful breakfast provided by our hosts. The shower and bathroom were exceptional . Great restaurants and bars near by.

The property is within the center of town, with easy access to cafes, sites, shopping, in an alley off the central street. The bed was comfortable, the location quiet and peaceful. Staff was very kind and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to navigate the town. Breakfast was delightful, with a mouth-watering array of breakfast items on our table awaiting us, coffee and eggs made to order.

We loved the location, right in the center of Agrigento town, a few steps off the main street. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and sights. The main street was buzzing from locals' strolls (we were there in the off season), and had a lovely atmosphere. Even the walk to the Valley of the Temples (outside of town) took no longer than 40 minutes, on paved sidewalk (there is a bus service for those who prefer that). Our room was perfectly clean and well designed, equipped with everything we needed for a 3 days' stay. Orazio checked us in and made sure we had all the information and amenities we needed. We appreciated the attention to details, the cookies, candies, bottled water, toiletries. Martina, a lovely and hospitable lady served us the exceptional breakfast. We had never seen anything alike in Italy, this breakfast had literally everything you can wish for, we called it gourmet breakfast, absolutely abundant, delicious, and served with style! All in all, Amelies's is a wonderful accommodation, highly recommended, especially for couples!

Location was perfect!! The hostess was absolutely top notch; she didn’t speak much English, but that didn’t stop her from making herself clear. She persisted, using translation on her cellphone when needed. She made great restaurant recommendations and solved parking questions. The breakfast was unbeatable and she packed up what we didn’t eat at breakfast so we had a delicious lunch on the road. The room was clean and comfortable and sweet.

Gorgeous room - very clean and quiet. Such friendly and helpful hosts and amazing breakfast - so much delicious food. Right in the heart of Agrigento - parking in parking station about a 5 minute walk away.

Brio B&B was excellent. Aldo, the owner, contacted us via WhatsApp with all the information we needed to find our accommodations. He was at the facility when we arrived, offered us a warm friendly welcome and helped us with parking in front of the building. He checked us in, immediately offered us a written list of restaurants, gave us a brief orientation to the area and the facility and showed us to our room via an elevator. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we had extra pillows to pick from. There was a little refrigerator, hot pot with tea/coffee and all the other amenities. The room and the area were very quiet. The bath was good sized and the shower more than adequate. We had a walk thru door window that took us out on a lovely patio. Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of selections. There were two lovely ladies that assisted us. You could see how thoughtfully the property was created and maintained. Having the owner there to greet us on arrival was very nice. I highly recommend this B&B.

Cozy, clean and beautiful bed and breakfast close to all points of interest in wonderful Agrigento. We enjoyed our lovely room with a huge and sunny terrace! Breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and local pastries every day. Rosa is just delightful and she always welcomes the guests at breakfast with a warm smile and some happy chitchat. Aldo is a great host, providing guests with all kind of info about activities to do and good restaurants. The atmosphere at Brio is so warm and familiar! Highly recommended!

Aldo is a wonderful host and shared great information about his city. We were able to get free street parking out front of apartment and over two days we were there noticed there always spaces available within 100m (October). Rooms and facilities are modern and fresh and comfortable. Breakfast is great and team that prepares and organises breakfast and coffee etc is friendly and welcoming. Apartment name was on side building as you drove up so easy to know you were in right place. Rooms across 3 levels but lift provides access. A great base when driving to explore Agrigento.

Great location, with easy parking. Arlo was a very welcoming and obliging host. Lovely room with comfortable bed, complimentary water, mini bar, tea and coffee. Toiletries provided and a great shower. The patio area outside our room was beautiful. The lift was great for getting luggage to room. Breakfast was lovely! Can recommend Arlo as a host in this very quiet location.

This is an excellent establishment, run by the amicable, helpful and multi-lingual Aldo, a real mine of local information. The rooms were much larger than expected and spotlessly clean. While not luxurious, the rooms are comfortable with free bottled water, tea etc. Great views over Agrigento from the terrace. Breakfast is excellent. All-in-all, remarkable value for money.

Our overnight stay at La Casa di Bacco was nothing short of a Sicilian dream. Given the secluded location, we opted for dinner on-site and weren't disappointed. The food was scrumptious, and the attention to dietary preferences, like offering a vegetarian version of the set menu, was much appreciated. The room, while not extravagant, was comfortable and spacious. It served as a cozy retreat for the night, but the real morning delight was breakfast. I can confidently say it was the best breakfast I've ever had in Sicily. The variety was astounding: homemade items, an assortment of juices, coffees, and sweets that seemed to never end. Parking was seamless, eliminating yet another common travel concern. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend La Casa di Bacco to others? Without hesitation. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with luxurious comforts and delectable food, look no further than this charming Agriturismo. A lovely Agriturismo in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location, but not difficult to find if you follow the very helpful signs en route, and instruction from the host (rather than Google maps directions!). Close to the Valley of Temples and the coast, so really convenient for touring. The rooms were basic, but had everything needed, and were clean and tidy. The pool was a great place to unwind after a day exploring; very quiet and surrounded by vines. Breakfast was really good - lots of choice - both savoury and sweet and the 4 course dinner was perfect, especially when accompanied by a bottle of their delicious wine.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Maria & Giuseppe's Agriturismo. They are fantastic and passionate hosts making you feel really welcome and at home. The accomodation is a bit outside the city, but offers stunning views over the wineyards. The rooms are rustic (as per usual in an Agriturismo), but clean and with everything you need (incl. AC, TV, fridge, etc.). There is a nice pool there too. The foods is really good, the host prepare a really rich breakfast with freshly baked pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, egg, cheese and cut meets - delicious! The dinner is great too, so you should def stay for dinner and enjoy the chef's homemade and local specialities. Overall a great experience and def a place I would return to! We had a very relaxing overnight stay at this beautiful property drinking wine and overlooking the lovely view. Took part in the dinner that is offered and thought it was delicious and excellent value (several courses). It was very relaxing just chilling at the property rather than having to drive anywhere else for wine/food (this is exactly why we chose this property). All of the staff were lovely. Had the weather not been so windy, we could've easily sat by the pool for many hours enjoying the quiet (and more wine). Breakfast, the next morning was varied and filling. We did not find it difficult to locate the property as there are signs posted. The room is simple, but very comfortable.

A 10/10 experience! Nothing to complain about. Most friendly family owners, beautiful views, clean environment, EXCELLENT breakfast! We paid €30 extra for dinner which included delicious sicilian nibbles, amazing pasta, another plate of lamb, coffee & ice cream. We are so satisfied with our stay!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the terrace overlooking the main street is wonderful: we were able to relax with a glass of wine and soak up the ambiance of this lively city. There are many interesting bars, restaurants, shops and cafes nearby and the Valley of the Temples is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Fabio served a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Agrigento is an area worth exploring and B&B Dimora di Girgenti is the perfect base. Spacious and comfortable with a great breakfast included! Fabio met us at the arranged time and was super helpful in answering our questions and helping us to settle in. The apartment is right in the middle of town, very close to cafes, bars and restaurants but far enough up the alley to provide a quiet retreat when needed. Just a short walk to public transport so we could easily connect to local sites such as the Valley of the Temples. We were traveling with our adult daughter and we all had our own space. We thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The B&B is very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Agrigento, with many shops, restaurants and bars very close by. There is convenient public parking nearby as well.

The property is right in the center of everything and also easily accessible walking from the bus. Fabio was an excellent host. He allowed me to check in earlier since my bus was arriving a little earlier. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, separate bathroom was spacious, clean and the shower was great. I enjoyed fresh pastries, yogurt and cappuccino every morning prepared by Fabio. Wi-Fi worked well, check out was also flexible and easy. The location is just perfect.

Fabio was amazing! Very polite and always with a smile. The bed was super comfy and the terrace was beautiful even though it was raining and we didn't use it. Breakfast was basic but nice with really tasty croissants. Though it was on the main alley where bars and restaurants are, the room was very well insulated so you could barely hear the noise.

You can get a bus back but check the times in advance. The building is very secure. The room was large and well equipped with an amazing view down to the sea (and the temples). Very comfortable bed and all very clean. Breakfast was amazing and Georgia had taken the trouble to have some items to suit my diet. We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The room was clean and offered an amazing view. The breakfast provided was great, with a variety of delicious options. Although the host did not speak English, they were very friendly and we managed to communicate effectively. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions, and the free parking was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in this B&B only for one night, and it was stunning. Rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated, beds are comfortable, everything was really clean. Well located in Agrigento center. Basic room on 3rd floor with elevator and stair access. Older building but room was clean and comfortable with panorama view. Advise to call before arrival because not staffed 24 hrs. Receptionest friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. Breakfast included but we left early so unable to comment. Short walking distance to commerce, lively old town, and restaurants. Bus station nearby for shuttle to temples.
