The place is simply fantastic, lots of different activities are available (golf, tennis, water skiing, biking, walking, in-house cinema and snooker table), the jacuzzi lodge was amazing, we enjoyed very much both restaurants at the lodge, the breakfast and the fantastic lay out and various plants and trees

We stayed here for a weekend in November and I have to say it exceeded all of our expectations. It is short drive from Geneva airport. the hotel offers a shuttle service for c£54 which is the cheapest we could find. The location is stunning. Surrounded by the golf course and mountains all around. It was also lovely weather. We were able to sit out in our swimwear for a good few hours in the day. We had one of the lodges with a private Jacuzzi and it is one of the best places we have stayed. It is like a private retreat. There is a spa and I had a lovely massage there. The food and drink is very nice though a little expensive. We didn't eat at Shamwari, but the restaurant looked nice. Staff are very professional and attentive. There are bikes that can be used free of charge. We went for a bike ride to the centre of the village where there was a supermarket and some other shops. If you are looking for tranquillity, with stunning views and ultimate luxury this is the place for you.

This hotel is amazing. It is set within the most lovely surroundings, with a view of the Mounts Jura from your room. Everything was perfectly clean and stylish, a pool, spa and the type of restaurant you would expect to find Gordon Ramsey in charge of. Our room was well designed, great TV that you could watch from the bath, bed was really comfortable and the views were great. If you wanted a bit of privacy, you could put down the automatic shutters on the windows (how cool is that?) My husband really liked the shutter button. Ate at the restaurant in the evening, great atmosphere and great food. We had one of the nicest meals we have had anywhere. It was a little pricey but the quality was exceptional. I would love to go back on a golfing weekend the next time and get up into the mountains. CERN is just around the corner too.

Everything was perfect ! The hotel has so much to offer in terms of facilities, large beautiful bedrooms, pet friendly, pool, private cinema etc. However, the most impressive part of all is the attentiveness of the entire team. Everyone is so friendly, professional and very attentive in making sure each guest is well looked after. I went there to relax and I got exactly what I needed thanks to all the amazing staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing holidays in a beautiful hotel.

We spent a lovely peaceful week here. We had a double cosy room which was big enough and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The aircon was really good and it was a relief to come back to such a cool room after the August heat. The room had a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge and heated towel rail. We swam in the pool every day, this was clean and a perfect temperature. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town but there is a bus stop just outside, you can get a bus for 1.5 euro to the centre of town by the railway station or the hotel can arrange taxis. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each day, enormous buffet with hot and cold food which even included macaroons. The only downside was the mosquitos that were bad by the pool in the evening, take insect repellent with you.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem of the region. We stayed here for a week during our family trip to the south of France and couldn’t have been happier. Especially if you plan to visit multiple destinations, this hotel is the perfect base. It is beautiful and so stylish!!!! The rooms are incredibly comfortable! The breakfast and lunch are delicious. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly and makes you feel like old friends. The hotel is a small, family owned boutique hotel so don’t expect the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, or 24 hour room service, but we found it to be such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were visiting friends who live in a beautiful mansion in the south of France. The area is quite and filled with trees. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. But we decided to travel around and this hotel is perfectly situated for that. It is only 40min from Nice, 40min from Cannes, and slightly over an hour from St. Tropez.

We really enjoyed our stay—the hotel has a beautiful design, a peaceful atmosphere, and felt instantly comfortable. The staff were exceptional, with Sandrine making us feel like the most important guests and even turning an unexpected restaurant closure into a perfect evening. It was a wonderful romantic getaway, and the location is ideal with the coast just a short drive away. We will be back!!

Our stay was an experience not to be missed. We arrived late and had a rather small room. When Jonathan the owner Manager saw our disappointment he arrived for us to be transferred to a suite the next day. It was absolute luxury. Jonathan's attitude was so helpful at all times, as only an owner manager can be. All staff were friendly, and helpful and made our stay one of the best boutique hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. The swimming pool was a good size, the breakfast was varied and substantial and the Spa well appointed. Love to go back!

The hotel is in a beautiful quiet location with lovely communal living room, terrace and garden and we had a wonderful view of the estuary from our balcony. The room was clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful.

The host was very welcoming, beautiful location, very quiet and relaxing. Salon and the terrace were exceptional and fabulous views of the estuary. Great beaches nearby.

The host was very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. It is a first-class boutique hotel surrounded by thick towering pine trees in a very quiet and bucolic setting overlooking an inlet. Easy drive to beaches and other aquatic opportunities. Very clean and comfortable. Full*****"s. Also close to many excellent golf courses.

Wonderful peaceful location on the coast, lots of umbrella pines. Easy to get to local restaurants, Le Chantier was exceptional for seafood. I really liked the angel/health theme and the high quality of the interiors. Lots of spacious public spaces with comfy seats and a sauna.

Firstly - I would like to make clear that we have not even a single complaint about this hotel. It was amazing. The staff - fantastic, our room - immaculate and beautiful 7 the location - the best in Cannes. The hotel is situated centrally, walking distance to all beaches, port, shopping and dining. Upon booking our room, the concierge contacted me immediately as any 5* hotel should. It was my son's 10th birthday on our 2nd day of travel. They arranged a cake with his name to be cut during breakfast. it was very special. We booked a suite and were allocated a beautiful room on the 5th floor. the room is beautifully furnished and bright, airy, the bathroom, shower and bed were not as many european hotels. These were large and open. The bed large and comfortable. there were 2 flat scren TVs in the room with many movie and channel options. 1 floor up was the restaurant, bar and pool We took advantage of the wonderful breakfast every morning. it was a continental breakfast - perfect for my family. The food was fresh and delicious. The pool was small as we expected. It was on the roof of the hotel, so we enjoyed the open space every day. Fresh towels, chairs and drinks were always available. the best part about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in planning a wonderful vacation. Thank you Five Seas Hotel - you made our vacation memorable. We will be back next year!!!!!

Everything. We visited for a special occasion and the staff were incredibly welcoming and did everything in their power to make this an unforgettable stay. The pool area was stunning (nicely heated pool too), the room (junior suite) was very spacious and oozed luxury and the staff were regularly on hand to assist where needed. I'd recommend the rooftop restaurant to anyone who visits, fine quality food with an excellent view and at a reasonable price. It's hard to better all that. In terms of the room, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite which made our stay even more special. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and had all amenities required. The bath itself was also very relaxing. The free minibar and perfume provided were also very nice touches. It is also worth mentioning how clean the rooms were. It actually smelled so fresh in the room every time we went back in.

Our stay at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes was a spontaneous booking due to a last-minute change of plans. We had no particular expectations of the hotel or its staff. This made our arrival at the hotel all the more surprising, as we were greeted with a remarkably courteous, friendly and helpful service. The staff immediately took care of our car and luggage and we checked in with a drink in the lounge. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and, although facing the street, it was quiet enough to sleep with a window open at night. The service in the hotel, from breakfast to reception, concierge and restaurant staff was unobtrusive, professional, courteous, attentive and always friendly and helpful. We have not often enjoyed this type of service in the past. Location, facilities, food and beverage are all important, but first-class staff always make the difference. This is certainly the case at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes. Chapeau and our sincere thanks go to Max, Katy, Daniel, Louise, Cedric, Paula and all the many lovely colleagues who made our stay such a special experience.

This property has just opened and all the hardware is new and clean. The location is unexpectedly convenient, in walking distance to four metro lines (2, 3, 14), the Grand Boulevards, and Boulevard Batignolles. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops within one or two blocks of the site. Breakfast was good but you will have to pay for the quality and convenience. The rooms were adequately sized for Paris. And our room, which over looked the back courtyard was very quiet. The only noise we experienced was from neighbors in the hall and their opening and closing their doors. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower worked and had god water pressure and temperature. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Speaking English was not a problem here. I can highly recommend this clean convenient hotel.

The service staff were outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. A big thank you to them! My king bedroom was clean, with a comfortable mattress and plush pillows. I had great nights sleep. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony overlooking the street to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was fantastic, surrounded by excellent restaurants and bar. Plus, the Metro Line 3 was just a two-minute walk away, and Saint-Lazare station was only five minutes from the hotel, making it highly convenient for getting around.

Small and comfy hotel in a nice modern style. the staff was just so amazing and friendly, always calm and smiling. Coffee machine right next to the bed, which was super comfy, small French balcony and breakfast is simple but quite tasty if you have not the expectation of a 4* breakfast.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was outstanding from start to finish — Julie, Mimi, Jenna, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and kind. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. When I realized I didn’t have an adapter, they even lent me their own charger and adapter, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I left extremely happy and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Warm welcoming immediately upon arrival from a very thoughtful and professional staff. The hotel is nicely located, close to the metro and nice restaurants. The rooms are small but everything is newly refurbished and very clean. I received an upgrade to a room with a balcony and lovely view. The street was surprisingly quiet, even for Paris! Also, bear in mind that this is a boutique hotel, which is quite different from large conventional hotels. I really enjoyed my stay, got a good relaxation and slept in a very comfortable bed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

2 superb pools Fabulous it wasn’t busy Restaurant staff were BRILLIANT - esp the sweet waitress in Italian restaurant, very chatty & kind L’Amardin restaurant- very tall waiter ⭐️ superb, as was the manager/sommelier Ludovic on reception, SO helpful & welcoming Jardiniere suite very lovely, calming - ooo but 2 jets not working in jacuzzi !

Hotel was amazing. Room exactly like on the pictures. Clean, spacious. Great bathroom. Very comfortable and big bed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast and good value for money. I had a massage at the spa and it was very nice and relaxing as well. Also roof swimming pool was great and very relaxing.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a friend meet us after the first night. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms are all very good, with comfortable beds and soft deep pillows. Maybe a couple of finishing touches need to be addressed such as some sort of blind on the bathroom window in order to not be seen by the people in the villa type accommodation opposite. The wardrobe area in our room too had a few handles missing from the drawers, but as I said earlier I think it was in the later stages of refurb. However the staff made up for anything else as they were all very friendly and helpful. The first night we ate in the restaurant and we were welcomed by the staff on arrival and taken to our table outside with a lovely view over the small harbour. We were given 3 pre starters which we thought a bit strange, one after the other, but later discovered that they are trying to create a fine dining experience for all to enjoy. We later met the chef who was very willing to please and said he would be happy to prepare anything we wanted. The manager looked after us well too and tries very hard to see all the guests over dinner to make sure they are happy. Finally, just through the gate leading to the harbour there is a small beach with umbrella’s which would be ideal for adults and children alike and only about 20 metres from the hotel. All in all a nice break with lovely views from our balcony and excellent staff.

This hotel surprised us in every way. The first thing we noticed upon crossing the bridge to the small island in a lagoon was the uniquely beautiful locale. The real surprises unfolded once we entered the lobby. Wow! The lobby is a work of art in interior design. Check in was a breeze as we were greeted by the chief receptionist, Laetitia, and her assistant, Karen. They welcomed us in such a warm and hospitable manner.and at that point the general manager, Franck Laporte appeared like magic to welcome us as well to his gorgeous hotel. We were then quickly wisked to our deluxe room which truly will impress the most jaded travelers. The room was perfect with all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay and the best part were the views - stunning! After spending 6 weeks on the Cote d'Azur, we finally felt the sense of being genuinely pampered. The entire staff is there to fulfill your every request. The food for breakfast and lunch was very good, but the best treat is definitely experienced during dinner at the restaurant L'Almandin, Chef de Cuisine, Christophe Schmidt, creates beautiful, fresh Mediterranean dishes that are a testament to the local food sources and flavors. As if all this was not enough, the entire top floor is occupied by the Carita Spa which sole purpose is to pamper and soothe you to a state of pure luxury! We will be returning to this gem of a hotel most definately very soon!

We had nice dinner at the Michelin star restaurant on-side. The breakfast in buffet style was a nice spread that we enjoyed at our leisure. Staff were very friendly and attentive. With good weather dinner and breakfast can be had outside overlooking the marina.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one of them- friendly, helpful, patient, kind. They were fantastic. The location was great- close enough to bus stops and shopping/restaurants but also quiet. The room was comfortable and peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The pool and the bar area were definitely a highlight. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and enjoyed it very much, it was excellent quality. The room service food was great value for money and delicious. We also tried the spa, which we definitely recommend. Also have to say we loved the artwork in the hotel!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful., both at reception, in the bar, and in the dining room. we had a perfect dinner and a perfect night sleep. The room was great and the two full size beds with four pillows each was a real treat. in the morning, we got up and had the most spectacular massage each and almost had a hard time getting on our way for the day. It was amazing.

This beautifully decorated property is entirely elegant with first rate service. the ladies at the front desk Marie and Marion are just so welcoming and warm, they really helped to make us feel so welcome. The furnishings are carefully curated and the Vincent Shepherd chairs really give the place a relaxed resort feel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a roomy patio. The Nuxe toiletries are first rate and add a touch of luxury. The restaurant with its excellent sommelier is first rate as well. highly recommended for those seeking a relaxed luxurious environment to spend some time at.

The whole stay was amazing, from the warm friendly greeting on arrival to our departure. One night was not long enough. The hotel was spotless, from reception through to the very comfortable room. We had a wonderful meal in the evening, made even better by the lights outside. The food and service was excellent. Breakfast did not disappoint, again met by lovely staff, a great selection of nice fresh food. The hotel was easy to find and had good parking. Highly recommended and will certainly be back for a longer stay.

From the minute we arrived staff were so very friendly. Ground floor room, dog bed and bowl in room. Nice touch. Balcony overlooking courtyard garden. Bed bigger than superking very comfortable great pillows and linen. Room excellent. Pool and bar area looked fantastic, little expensive at €10 a pint. Evening meal In restaurant was exceptional, food cooked to perfection and the waiting staff extremely knowledgeable about food and wine made the whole experience worth going back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and managed to get two rooms that could communicate one with the other. Someone even offered chocolates to the children. Decoration for Christmas was very nice. Breakfast brunch was very nice and complete. Rooms were big (level 2 rooms) and classy. Bed very comfy. Shower was big enough for two (kids) with a lot of water pressure. Casino is really through the hotel hall and attached to the hotel: a jacket is not even needed.

The hotel is well located. There is a huge carpark in front due to the Casino next door. The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Check-in and out was easy. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. One point to not is that they have a fantastic breakfast spread. I think, it's one of the best ones, I have ever seen. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Hot and cold choices, pastries in different variations, fruits, different cheeses. It was wow.

Cottage Jacuzzi réservé pour une soirée en amoureux. Propreté impeccable, literie très confortable, peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes, produits de douche, mini bar, thé/ café à disposition. Possibilité parking (indispensable pour le quartier) Accueil chaleureux, aimable, service parfait. Petit déjeuner pris en chambre à l’heure convenue la veille, très copieux avec viennoiseries, pain, beurre, confiture, fromage, jus de fruit frais. Nous avons trouvé le cadre parfait. Un petit hôtel reculé de l’avenue, avec un joli jardin. Vraiment inattendu dans ce quartier. Nous n’étions pas venus pour visiter Nice mais pour une soirée cosy, intime, en amoureux. Le challenge fut relevé haut la main et nos attentes dépassées. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

This Boutique Hotel is for you if you think you would enjoy the feeling of staying at a wealthy friends villa just outside the busy beachside area of Nice! I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. He was an amazing host and gave amazing directions, hand written by him on a walking map after he asked us what we would like to do on our stay. No person at any of the other hotel we stayed in on our trip through France, Italy and Switzerland did this. That is how much Hotel Villa Rose wants you to enjoy your stay! The property is amazing. It has a patio garden with seats and tables to relax at and also eat breakfast at. The room decor was very nice and comfortable. You feel like you are in someone's home and the key is a skeleton key from the days of long ago. We were able to walk everywhere 20 to 40 minutes to get where we wanted but there is a city train/tram that runs you back and forth to the tourist/beach area of Nice running very regularly. We loved this place. It was perfect for what we wanted and it lives up to everything the website explains it to be. Feel comfortable making this reservation. You do have to contact the front desk before 9pm if you are checking in late after that. This is more a home than a hotel. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Rose. It is outside the busy rush of central Nice, but still so easy to get into the centre on the tram, which is a 5-minute walk away. We were surprised with a free upgrade to our room, and our every whim was catered to. Breakfast - local Viennoisserie and breads, was delicious, and the bed was very comfy, as were the towels. Son was an amazing and hard-working host, and gave us the best recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and cosy place to stay, which isn’t in the middle of the tourist melee, we would highly recommend Hotel Villa Rose!

Charming boutique hotel with a cozy and beautiful garden, very clean and tastefully decorated room. The host were extremely welcoming, helpful and very knowledgable on the area. Breakfast was superb, served in the garden with fresh croissants, artisan bread, yogurt, cold meat, eggs, choice of coffee or tea as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.

Situated in the heart of Bordeaux, the Intercontinental was the perfect place to stay. It's an easy walk to many of the best sights in the city. Although we didn't take the modern tram to any more distant places, it runs directly in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room (402) had a rather elongated layout, with separated bedroom, entryway, and desk areas. It had a small bathroom and a separate commode. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. As a bonus, our room had three separate balconies, with nice views over the city. A refrigerator, safe, and tea/coffee maker were provided. Breakfast was good, although preparation at the egg / omelet station was rather slow.

This is a first rate hotel with all the facilities you would want, including a great rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and close to shops, restaurants , tram stops as well as being centrally located to access all of the delights of Bordeaux.

I cannot say enough good things. Everyone has exceptional customer service from when we got there until we left. We arrived by car. They unloaded our bags and parked. We went to dinner and when we got back our bags were already up. They even had a personalized welcome message on the tv. The room was exceptional. So clean and beautifully done. I don’t know what Josephine’s salary is but you need to triple it. She suggested restaurants and even brought canalles to our room. So amazing. I hope she sees this! We appreciate you!

Our stay at the Intercontinental Bordeaux was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were looked after so well. The room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. The food both at breakfast and in the evening at the restaurant was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and so attentive. The whole experience was a joy and we are looking forward to our next visit to Bordeaux already.

my second stay. The room I stayed in during my first stay was excellent but my second stay was disappointing. I was in the jacuzzi room and the shower was terrible and despite asking three times during my two night stay nothing was done to rectify it. Apart from that the hotel is conveniently placed for transport and sightseeing. The staff are welcoming.

We spent three nights at L’Empire Paris and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance of the hotel and the warmth of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Louvre, the Seine, and so many charming cafes and shops. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable, especially for my wife who was visiting Paris for the first time. Our room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom—rare finds in central Paris. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and quality coffee. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between boutique charm and modern comfort. It felt like a peaceful retreat after a long day in the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

This hotel is in a very good position to see the sights of Paris. 5 minutes walk to the Seine and about 10 minutes to a main RER station. The reception staff are very welcoming and can speak english well. The rooms are bright and large size for city hotels. Plenty of lights and plugs. The photos are accurate and rooms are of a modern design. The only concern we had was about the shower which requires you to step into a bath to enjoy the excellent shower. As a mature person, I was concerned about slipping and would have appreciated a couple of handles on the walls. The breakfast room is small and you may hit a busy period but there is a good selection of cereals, fruit and cheese with a hot tray of scrambled eggs and sausages. An individual basket of fresh breads is placed on your table - lovely. The bar is small and a bit limited in choice but the staff are friendly and helpful and do their best to meet your tastes. Altogether I can thouroughly recommend this hotel to give a safe and well located stay in Paris

We loved the charm, history, staff and breakfast at this hotel. The reception desk, the stairway, and the sitting room with a bar give you the feeling you are stepping back a few hundred years in time. The same with the breakfast room, where we were seated at a reserved table having made arrangements the night before. The breakfast buffet was like the picture on the hotel website and there were egg options also. The staff was very personable and helpful. In our room The bathroom was small, but everything was modern, clean and worked well. We parked for free in a city parking lot 1 block away as the staff mentioned. Like many European hotels, there was no air conditioning. We had a tasty dinner at the creperie across the street, tho we had the mussels and lasagna. We found a convenient gas station a couple blocks away which was a treat given the hassle of finding gas stations in other cities.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The room in this quaint historic hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Room appeared newly renovated with an eletric tea kettle, comfy bed and nice shower. Room cleaned, linens changed daily. Strong wifi. Delightful staff that was extremely friendly & helpful. Nice having a microwave available for use in the lobby's common area. Several restaurants and a few grocery stores located close by. It's just 10 minutes from the train station & bus [Nomad #2 takes you to Mont Saint Michel].

Beautiful old hotel full of character. Friendly owner and staff. We stayed for 2 nights with a very enjoyable tasty buffet breakfast in a charming restaurant at a reasonable price. Cooked breakfast was available and plenty of mixed buffet food. Nice ensuite room. Beautiful staircase. Would stay again at this beautiful interesting hotel, it's like going back in time with all the mod cons.

The family room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and everything was clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. There's a pretty garden in the rear with tables and chairs where we ate our dinner as we had some trouble getting a table at the nearby restaurants. There are plenty of take away options close by. It was a short walk to the train station where we arrived and took the bus to Mont Saint Michel. It's also not far from the laundromat and a lovely old church. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location: it’s 8-10 mins walk from Pontorson railway station, from where you could go to Mont Saint-Michel by No 2 bus. If you want to go hiking from the hotel to Saint-Michel, it probably takes 2 hours, trust me the view is great! Community: very quiet and there are many restaurants, you’d enjoy the food. Room: very clean and comfortable. Staff: BW staffs are excellent and extremely friendly and wonderful! They helped us with check in, getting us the bus schedule, and recommending good restaurants. Fantastic room with a view to die for overlooking the beach, nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view with a glass of something chilled! The room was very clean, huge bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable bed, 2 fridges, and AC, the only downside is that there is no free parking, and even dropping off luggage can be a bit of a pain due to the road being narrow and there being very little room to stop. We stayed in the separate building which houses the Privilège rooms, no lift but only 2 floors so no big problem. It is only about 20 yards from the main building which has a great bar/restaurant, the food there was excellent, although not cheap, it was value for money. The bar, like most in Corsica, is expensive when compared to the UK or Spain (8 euros for a large beer!) but had a lovely atmosphere. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, overall a very cool place to stay, and parking is available about 5 minutes walk away, in the station car park for 2.5 euros a day.

Good value, excellent room, fine views of sea front make breakfast a real treat. Bar handy for last evening drinks. Close to main square restaurants and bars, beach a short stroll away. Enjoyed our stay.

We booked a superior double room with sea view. We would not have wanted to be in other rooms. It is modern and minimilistic.The room did not have enough storage space, with a small wardrobe and no drawers or cupboards.The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the beach and many places to eat. There was some road noise, but the view of the bay, from our room was outstanding.

What a fabulous hotel in an excellent location. The room was large and well equipped with a wonderful sea view. We enjoyed drinks, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, all were excellent. Without exception all of the staff were very friendly especially the two receptionists who went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Would most definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Perfect! Quiet, not too busy or loud. Easy to get everywhere. Easy access to Ubers. Lots of local sights and shopping! Museums 1 block away. Classic, comfortable and friendly staff. Rooms are clean comfortable and well stocked. Rooms are extremely quiet for having traffic below. Great views! Totally worth the extra expense, service in resturants is too notch! In room coffee maker, hot water kettle and bathrooms amazing. Amenities provided, toiletries provided. Soft towels, bathrobes, slippers. All the good stuff! Romantic and soft. Fluffy bedding that is perfectly smooth and clean! I adore the double windows . . . . Christopher in the dinning room is so jovial and happy all the time. Quick to serve you and bring you anything you'd like! Food is outstanding! Staff all around - reception to concierge are so friendly!

I had stayed in the Hotel Scribe several years ago and so was familiar with the hotel and its central location. The Scribe has had a significant refurbishment in the interim and is now a plush and sophisticated hotel. The location can hardly be bettered. It is possible to walk to all the major museums and galleries. First class shopping and restaurants are close by. The welcome at reception was friendly and professional. I think I was upgraded and had a top floor room with views across the Paris rooftops towards the Place Vendome. The room was comfortable and quiet. If I had a quibble it was with the lighting. It was almost impossible to read anywhere in the room. Breakfast was perfect with a wide selection of hot and cold fare serves by an incredibly friendly crew. Special mention needs to be made of the Concierge who helped me with several excellent restaurant recommendations and bookings.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day, which made me feel very comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of my stay was breakfast. Every morning, I was warmly greeted by Christofhe, who not only remembered my name but also spoke multiple languages — Chinese, Japanese, English, and French — fluently. Talking with him was a delightful way to start the day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming — perfect for relaxing before heading out. The front desk and entrance staff were also incredibly kind and efficient, always quick to assist with any questions or issues. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and well-managed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

The hotel is in a convenient part of Paris - a 10 min. walk to the Tuileries garden , twenty minutes to the Louvre. The interior design and decor is spacious, simple elegance. Fresh flowers are evident everywhere in the common areas. The staff is incredible. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They want to please you. In particular I want to mention two people working in the hotel who I had encounters with. The first, when we arrived, was the chief concierge, Emmanuelle. She was excellent and accomplished every guest request from where to shop for well made, affordable, clothes to ballet, opera and show tickets. She worked to get dinner reservations in some restaurants where reservations are difficult to acquire- no small feat. Also, the hotel restaurant manager, Christophe. He was charming and attentive to every table of guests. I would rate the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera a five ( shining) star hotel!

This hotel is fabulous. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and were extremely happy with the luxury and location. Sofitel Le Scribe is located very close to the Paris Opera House and the Metro underground railway. The hotel is very classy and the reservation staff are extremely accommodating. There is a tour desk in the large foyer which also hosts a wonderful bar and luxury restaurant. We were able to book tickets to Versailles there. The room was very large with a very high bed which was so very very comfortable. A pillow menu is available, but the pillows we had were amazing. There were French doors that opened onto Rue Le Scribe and a very comfortable table and line chairs in the room. The room had a hallway from the door into the bed/lounge area. Off this hallway was a large bathroom which was beautifully appointed and a separate toilet. There was ample room to store our suitcases along the wide hallway. The decor was classic and wonderful. There was a coffee station and a very large pull-out fridge drawer and plenty of hanging space in the closet. Above the mantelpiece, opposite the bed, was a mirror that also functioned as a widescreen TV. My wife wants one of those now. The location couldn’t be better with The Louvre and the Opera House within easy walking distance. The Metro was very close and allowed access to all the other parts of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysées and Palace of Versailles by public transport.

An excellent location but 15 mins from porto vecchio. If you arent driving its troublesome as no public transport and cab cost €25 one way. Dont book ferry on sunday or go anywhere as public transport is nil, nothing other than very expensive taxis about €105 to Bonaficio. The sea here is amazing, which makes up for distance. And, the pool and view etc, from the top of the property, including the jacuzzi, are fabulous. The staff are helpful and courteous. Bring insect repellant as there are mosquitos. The comfortable apartments aren't grand, but basic facilities are sufficient with fridge, kitchen, utensils and a TV. The beds are comfortable and great for 3 or 4 people. A lovely location with an unbeatably beautiful beach.

Nous avions une chambre studio premium , très jolie avec la salle de bain extérieur un super plus . La chambre est très très bien équipée ( vaiselle, machine Nespresso ... ) la propreté nickel !! La residence et magnifique , décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très moderne . Le personnel est très agréable Par contre les studios sont très proches les uns des autres et on entend souvent les conversations des voisins même si ils ne sont pas bruyant . Gros bémol nous sommes restés 5 nuits , et nous étions situés juste à côté du local des femmes de ménage ( entrepôt du linge de maison) et très tôt le matin jusqu’en début d après midi on a entendu la porte claqué contre notre porte constamment ou elle été claquée constamment au lieu d être fermer normalement on entendait les femmes de ménage parler très fort et des bruits de talkie-walkie et des gens parler très fort dedans . Nous espérions un peu plus de calme et de tranquillité dans ce cadre Deuxième bémol la seule piscine « chauffée » est très très froide et pas très bien nettoyée , du coup malgré le peu de client tout le monde attend son tour à la chaîne pour le jacuzzi check in a 17h et check out a 10h ... un peu limite pour ce prix

We especially loved the location. Santa Giulia is magnificent. The apartment was newly renovated and tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We loved the view and the proximity to the swimming pool. We very much enjoyed eating at the local beach front restaurant U Santa Giulia. The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious. We had such a wonderful family holiday. Perfect with kids!

My wife and I enjoyed a 4 night stay in late May at this lovely location. We traveled independently with 5 other couples from Australia. The location is superb. A short walk to the delightful Santa Giulia beach. When on the beach, walk to the left 100 m for a cluster of various calibre restaurants and to the right for a 2 km walk along a lovely beach. With relative fitness you can climb the mountain overlooking the bay an easy 2 hr circuit I would suggest go in an anti clockwise direction, over the bridge and follow the trail You’ll see 2 gates after 1 km go to the one on the left and follow the trail. Be sure to have dinner at the nearby authentic Corsican restaurant. Ask at reception. An easy drive to Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio each for a day and equally easy drive to Figaro airport make this an ideal venue for a weeks stay in Corsica. Stock up on provisions at the Spar supermarket down the road a few kms and self cater in your unit at night whilst you sip on a beer or wine overlooking the bay. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the bay. Upstairs preferably. If you want to be near friends or family ask to be so as there is a significant distance among the villa complexes. Don’t miss this superb opportunity

Beautiful apartment and view from the room. Definitely a lot of loud activity at the pool so not always relaxing. Beach is great and the restaurants on the beach were great lunch options. Dinner in the area required a drive but we didn’t mind that. Staff were very helpful with any questions!

A perfect stopover for us on our drive to Spain. Hotel is conveniently located clise to the Motorway to Biarritz. Area is safe, and Hotel is all in perfect order and scrupulously clean. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open for dinner over the weekend, but I know that this is true of many others too.

Welcoming receptionist on arrival, lovely clean comfortable rooms, nice bed, powerful shower, we will definitely stay again in this hotel if we travel to Spain, be aware restaurant is only open Monday - Thursday, we found a lovely Chinese buffet you can eat at that is close by, overall 5 stars for this hotel

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant had a varied menu and good food. Best of all, breakfast was much better than expectations - a wide variety of food.

One night stopover en route to Portugal. The hotel is easily found and not far from the main route down to northern Spain. Lots of parking. Good service at reception and a nice room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast that set us up for the next days travel. Lovely staff, all very helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and clean room and really helpful staff. Loved everything about this hotel except the uninspiring dinner choices at premium prices... Breakfast was good and staff were all very nice and even filled our water bottles before we left. Word of advice: its in the middle of an indiustrial business park so nothing within walking distance other than the supermarket across the road which closes at 7.30pm

The swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa were excellent. A particular mention for Tiffen who gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. The restaurant and bar were also pleasant.

The hotel is a bit further from the historical center but close to the sea. You can get to the city center by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and you could get a good night's sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff, all questions were solved promptly. The hotel itself is authentic, beautifully and originally decorated. The spa area has a pool, but there was no sauna for some reason. There are beds in the air, where you can relax in a quiet atmosphere. We were taken to the beach by the hotel staff as it is far from the hotel itself. The beach has all the facilities which made us very pleasant. There is a restaurant on the beach that serves very tasty food. Thank you for a good summer holiday.

Both room and bathroom were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, they even had juice press for freshly made orange juice. The little balcony was an unexpected plus we enjoyed very much. The restaurant serves excellent dinner. There's enough parking spaces for the guests. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Bastia.

Great service of the personnel-really client-oriented , caring and efficient ladies at the reception, quality breakfast, very delicious dinner at the restaurant, the restaurant itself is well-designed and spacious. The spa offers a variety of treatments, the hotel sells great Corsica made cosmetics. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel also has a screen with the tourist information from highlights to Corsican wine to try. All is really well thought and well organized for the comfort of the clients. Bravo to the whole team.

The staff were amazing, very willing and helpful in a relaxed way. We were on a stopover and arrived late but enjoyed the nice bar on the terrace and the spa pool and garden the next day. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. The hotel is well positioned for getting out of the city to the rest of the island. The mood is pleasant and laid back. Enjoyed our stay.
