Honestly the most amazing place I've stayed at so far. My mum went first. Everyone made sure to make sure she felt comfortable and welcome on her arrival. Always there when she needed a hand or someone to help guide her around it was fantastic. We were picked up by a Private driver at the airport who had water and a towel to help take that yuck plane feeling away. The rooms were absolutely amazing constantly clean and they made sure to mosquito spray the room twice a day. Provided mosquito spray as well for the family and spray. Pools were clean and the hair products and body wash was amazing that was provided. I have curly hair and it made my hair so soft after every swim. The poils are large basically a lap pool which is amazing. My son spent his whole time in the pool it was amazing. Staff in every area from the minute you walked in to the kitchen were so kind and friendly to both us and our babies. Always had a smile on their faces and just over all super kind. Short walk to the city square with every store which was amazing everything you need is in walking distance including the beach. I would give this place a 10 if I could.

We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom private pool villas and it was amazing. Clean, relaxing, peaceful and the staff were amazing! The on site restaurant ‘kilo kitchen’ has delicious food for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the location from the villas to the Main Street of Seminyak is only a short walk which is great if you want to venture out to the shops/restaurants/bars/clubs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Uma Sapna in Seminyak. The villa is beautiful, clean, and has a simple yet elegant aesthetic. The location is perfect—close to the beach and the vibrant entertainment spots of Seminyak. The space is spacious, spotless, and smells amazing, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A highlight was the breakfast from Kilo, one of Bali’s most popular restaurants, which made each morning extra special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Seminyak.

Beautiful villa that was super clean and comfortable in a gorgeous setting. Staff were so lovely, made sure everything was perfect for us, the location was so central but our oasis of a villa was extremely quiet and peaceful, which was bliss to return to each day. Kilo kitchen breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the restaurant such a beautiful setting. Could not fault this amazing accommodation. Highly recommend.

Aesthetically pleasing villa with beautiful wooden furniture and tasteful art works. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and feels like a private oasis. The pool, while small was perfect - we didn’t want to leave!!! The Kilo restaurant breakfast provided was gourmet and delicious - heaven for a foodie. There were so many options. Kilo also does excellent food and delicious cocktails. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the villa is spotless.

This was our second time at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa and we loved it as much as the first time. The location is absolutely amazing in the middle of Seminyak with a beautiful view over the beach and the ocean, the resort is luxurious with it's beautiful exotic garden. We had a ocean view room with jacuzzi which was wonderful. Plus a lot of ammenities in the room. The breakfast is very variate so you choose from many options and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. This definitely won't be our last visit here.

My recent stay at Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa was nothing short of exceptional! Over four nights in their Ocean Villa, I experienced unparalleled hospitality and luxury. From sweet Aussie's friendly welcome at check-in to Trisna and Nika's warm greetings during breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A shout out to Retna for seamlessly arranging a late checkout and to Rista and Aldi for their efficient assistance during checkout. The level of service at this resort truly sets it apart. The resort itself is a haven of tranquility, impeccably clean with meticulously maintained surroundings. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight of my stay, offering breathtaking views and relaxation. I also indulged in the Kahyangan Spa, where the Liang Manah treatment left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The Balinese Cultural Night was another unforgettable experience, with delicious local cuisine and captivating performances. With beachfront access, stunning pools, and delicious dining options, Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa exceeded all my expectations. Its prime location, just a short walk from Seminyak Village and charming boutiques, made exploring the area convenient. If you're seeking a truly regal experience, look no further than Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa. I can't recommend it highly enough – a true gem in paradise!

Exceptional stay at the resort, staff is amazing, helpful, nice, always smiling and having nice words to you ( restaurant/breakfast, security, pool, welcoming, lobby, cleaning etc). We always got small attention that make our stay unforgettable ( welcome cocktail/ free lemon water at the pool/ luggage service due to late flight and possibility to take shower and enjoy pool full day before leaving). We appreciated the photoshoot offered by the resort as well. The room is very comfortable and high standard. There is all what you need. Cleaning is done as per convenience and done very well. The resort is very well maintained. The infinity pool on the beach is impressive. The garden is also very great. There is restaurant, bar, shop at walking distance which is great to go in the city. It was our best choice to book this hotel in Seminyak.

We came for our honeymoon and we fell in love with The Seminyak almost straight away! They were very understanding when our flight got delayed and ensured our room was kept. Upon arrival we were treated exceptionally well by staff. The room, facilities and the location were all exactly what we had seen in reviews, and even better in person! We received a lot of help from the staff in planning the rest of our honeymoon. We were so pleased especially with Akram from the customer relations department who went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The manager Raj and Putu were also very friendly and professional. We were also offered a complimentary photography session. We had so much doing this with Yoga from Photo Leisure who listened to our requests and made it a fun experience! One of our highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was well staffed, clean and tasty! We also loved the Infinity Beach Club (pool area) which has beach front views and a relaxing vibe. Make sure to attend the Balinese dinner nights on Wednesdays for a real cultural experience! We regret not attending this however the staff still welcomed us to watch the cultural dances when we joined later on. We will really miss this resort and will definitely be back next time!

We stayed at the villa as a couple and had an amazing experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offered safe and delicious options for dining in Bali. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, available to assist us even late at night, as was the restaurant service. The villa itself was very comfortable—romantic, quiet, and free of insects. We also appreciated the extra room that served as a closet, which added to the convenience. Overall, it was a perfect choice for us. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and for creating such memorable moments for us.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Impiana private villas Seminyak. This stunning villa with a private pool located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the surroundings. The villa is nestled in a lush tropical garden, with vibrant flowers and foliage that create a sense of tranquility and calm. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It was equipped with all the modern amenities and had a private pool that was simply stunning. The entire villa was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional Balinese and modern style. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, with large, comfortable bed that ensure a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. But the real highlight of this villa is the private pool. It's an absolute oasis, surrounded by swaying palm trees and comfortable sun loungers that invite you to relax and soak up the sun. Whether you're swimming laps or simply lounging in the water, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. The staff at the villa are also incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help with any request or question. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. We loved our deluxe one bedroom villa. Very private, beautiful tropical garden with an amazing pool! The villa was spotless and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you were having a great stay. The villa location was perfect, on JL. Kunti. There are more Impiana villas located on Sunset side. These are too far away for easy walking access to great shopping, bars and restaurants and the large supermarket, located across the road on JL. Kunti. The Indian Restaurant and Oswego Bar/Restaurant, located on either side of the main Impiana Reception were beautiful. Both great food and customer service. The property pics on the booking site truly reflect the actual reality of the beautiful villas at Impiana Private Villas, Seminyak. Thank you for our surprise villa upgrade, Sindy. 😊

It is the best villa in Seminyak providing high level accommodation. We booked 6 connecting villas having two big private pools with group of friends and families. Enjoyed the stay very much and got full of positive emotions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Taking this opportunity I would like to thank each of them for their warm hospitality!! Our villas were clean every time, they do housekeeping twice a day. Provide hotel buggy free of charge services to the restaurant and to the beach if buggy is available. The breakfast can be served at the restaurant or in the villa at your choice, which is very convenient especially when you plan tours early morning.

Our stay was amazing, all the staff including the security were helpful and catering to your needs. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and well maintained and exactly as pictured. The pool is a great size to. We loved that the room had a filtered water tank so water was always accessible and safe to use. The breakfast options were great and we enjoyed having different things to choose from everyday. We also loved room service, who deliver and set the tables for you. You are in a great location surrounded by marts, restaurants and laundromats which is very convenient.

We treated ourselves to 2 nights at Double Six Luxury hotel in peak season . We paid $600 per night for an ocean view room. When we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary cocktail and great service. Staff showed us to our room which was clean and roomy with a great view. We had an issue with the air conditioning which I informed staff the next morning. They were extremely accommodating and suggested they find us a new room, and we could inspect it before we moved our belongings. They would contact us when it became available. 2 hours later we were shown the Penthouse with jacuzzi!! Oh wow… we were actually there to celebrate out 34 year wedding anniversary ( staff did not know this). In the evening fireworks were on the beach while in the jacuzzi and the Penthouse was amazing. Breakfast was also the best I have ever seen! Complimentary late check out with free use of pool, free drinks, massage chairs and lounges with amenities to freshen up before your flight. This was a huge plus for us as well. Excellent location, room upgrade and service from the staff made for a memorable stay.😀

Stayed: Junior Twin Room | 13–23 May 2025 Our stay at Double Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak was exceptional from start to finish. Every team member was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit unforgettable. The Junior twin room and bed was very comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Joy at reception, who not only helped me extend my stay but also assisted in securing a refund from a less-than-reliable booking site—truly above-and-beyond service! My group of 4 was also incredibly grateful to Muliati, the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, for making our birthday dinner celebrations at the in-house Plantation Restaurant so special. From complimentary first drinks and a surprise cake to a heartfelt birthday serenade, the food was delicious, every detail was perfect. Service across the board—from pool staff to chefs, housekeeping, admin, waitstaff, and the departure lounge team—was consistently top-notch. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious amenities and a stunning rooftop sunset lounge with panoramic views, DJ, fantastic food and drinks, offering an unbeatable atmosphere. Its central location also made it easy to explore the surrounding shops, restaurants, and bars. We can’t recommend Double Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak enough to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Seminyak

We stayed for 3 nights in an ocean view room and enjoyed every minute… Pros: Great beach front location, friendly staff, quick check in and check out, rooms are very spacious, clean quiet and well appointed, king bed very comfortable, coffee pod machine is a life saver, Plantation Grill Restaurant and cocktail bar is outstanding with a Gatsby vibe, a live jazz musician played during our dinner, the food was excellent, breakfast served on the rooftop bar with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, the pool is huge with pool bar service in the pool, beach across the road and everything in walking distance. Cons: didn’t have any negatives, everything great. Would we stay again: YES

We stayed at Double-Six in Seminyak and loved every minute! The rooms are super spacious (plenty of room for teenagers to spread out), and the views over the beach were amazing – especially at sunset. The pool is huge, with lots of lounge spots, and there’s a poolside bar where you can order fresh juices , cocktails or mocktails. The location is a win – right on the beach and close to shops and cool cafes, which meant the kids could explore a bit on their own. Breakfast buffet was a big hit too – so much variety and everything was fresh and tasty. There’s a chilled, stylish vibe, but it still felt relaxed and family-friendly. The team looking after us were amazing and nothing was a problem. On arrival you get an envelope full of vouchers for free drinks in the rooftop bar and a voucher for a 3 course dinner. On checkout if you have a long delay before heading to the airport you get access to a lounge where you can chill before heading out . All in all it’s a 5 star experience.

the hotel was amazing with the ocean view. very spacious & clean room . the bed was very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the location is very nice and very close to everywhere . so many restaurants are closed to the hotel. the pool was very nice and relaxing. the breakfast was very good and has so many variety of food. the view from the restaurant was amazing. we had enjoyed every second in our stay. thank you for making our stay memorable 🥰

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to Seminyak village & a lot of F&B nearby. Hotel is clean but a little rundown. The bathroom taps were hard to turn and the jacuzzi has broken parts that kept coming loose. The staff was friendly and overall value for money.

the staff are friendly and accomadating. room was true to picture. i totally recommend this hotel for those traveller who likes to party and it is 5 mins walk to pub and club. the area is very busy and theres live band at the restarant. theres a mini mart right infront of the hotel. hotel breakfast is superb but limited choices. the jacuzzi needs some maintanance as some of the outlet is not working.

Hardly any amenities. Gym is small with few equipment. No spa at the hotel. Quite difficult to go into the swimming pool because of its design. No grab bar in the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet. Suggest you treat the floor with anti slip. We almost fell twice! The floor of the bathroom is dirty. Insufficient towel hangers in the bathroom. Limited food selection at the breakfast buffet. Seems to us that only trainees are attending to guests during breakfast time. Mattresses could be firmer. One light in our room was not working. Excellent toiletries. Free mini bar is always welcomed. The generous provision of bottled water is much appreciated. Hotel is centrally located, near lots of restaurants and boutiques. For the price we pay per night, we really expected more amenities.

It was an old villa so dont expect amenities to be in tip-top in condition. However, staff was very warm and for the price, it was a very enjoyable stay. My 9 month old daughter totally enjoyed swimming in the pool daily and it was really awesome to have the pool and jacuzzi right at our doorstep. One negative was the breakfast which to be honest was very average and you could get far better meals ordering via Go-jek,

Very happy with our stay. 1. Location: Nicely tucked away in a quiet spot of a bustling city. If you rented a bike, traveling anywhere is easy from here. The villa provides bike rental at US$7 a day. Otherwise, taking a taxi is pretty easy and affordable too. 2. Checking-in: Arrived before check-in time, and before the our room was ready, deposited our baggage and went roaming around town till the afternoon. We were then greeted with a nice cold whole coconut and cute little wet towels, which were really refreshing. There was even an orientation of the room and facilities. All the staff at the villa were super polite and helpful, so everything was easy. 3. Villa: The room was great. It was really neat and clean inside with a little indoor pond and a daylight glass over it. It was nice falling asleep to the sound of running water. The bathroom was clean too, although the design of the water hose beside the toilet bowl and tap knob could have been better. Gotta be careful when turning on the tap as water runs from hot to cold. Give it a full turn to be safe. There were marigold placed all around the room, giving a lovely smell when you walk past them. 4. Outdoor: You get your own private pool and jacuzzi which was lovely. However, since the jacuzzi was installed outside under a cluster of vines, it gets a bit messy when it rains as soil/leaves fall into the tub. A quick rinse should do the job. All in all, great stay, wished we had more time though.

My partner and I recently stayed at Aksari Villa for three nights as part of a trip to celebrate our anniversary. Both the villa and hospitality made our stay a very memorable one. Everything was provided - from a fully stocked kitchenette with minibar, to hair dryer, ironing board and beach towels. The villa had universal power sockets within easy reach, an extensive room service menu, and paid laundry service with same-day option. The highlight of our stay was the private pool, jacuzzi and hammock which we enjoyed relaxing in after a long day exploring Bali. The reservations team also contacted me a week before our stay to ask if we needed any additional extras - e.g. airport transfers or a rose petal display on the bed (see pic) Aksari is located on a secluded road with very little traffic, yet it's possible to walk or easily catch a taxi to the heart of Seminyak or Kuta. There are convenience stores for essentials just a few minutes away, or Bintang Supermarket is an easy 15 minute stroll for a large selection of groceries, drinks and souveniers. Staff at reception will gladly offer to book transfers or taxis for you, however we also found Grab (similar to Uber) to be very popular in Bali and a cheaper alternative for those on a budget. All staff were extremely friendly, professional, spoke excellent English, and always greeted us with a smile. We could not fault their hospitality in any way and appreciated their efforts to make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

We had a lovely honeymoon at Aksari Villa. The location of the villas is quiet and located on a dead end street. The walk to the nearby shops is easy once you figure it out (there is an alley/laneway that takes you direct to Bintang supermarket/shops/cafes). The walk to the beach is fine too, we didn’t mind. We didn’t use the villa shuttle. The one time we tried we couldn’t as we were supposed to have booked it apparently. Tip: just hire the scooter the villa offers - it is an inexpensive ($9 Aus a day!) and fun way to get around however there is only one so get in and book it early. If you aren’t confident to ride the scooter, you can get a ride pretty much anywhere on a scooter with a local for around $5 Aus (50,000 r). The villas themselves are neat, tidy and spacious. The pool and spa combo is a great idea and made for some great relaxation. We watched a movie from our spa :) the pool is nice and deep and they clean it each day. The room service is ok but we would often venture out for meals and cocktails instead. There is no bar as such in these villas so you can only have premixed drinks by the pool. The wifi was a bit hit and miss and needs some improvement. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. They always greeted us with a smile. The surprise on the last night was fantastic :) All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing space in Seminyak.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvilla was nothing short of magical. Just a stone’s throw from KFC and perfectly tucked away in a peaceful spot, this villa delivered everything promised and more. What truly made our experience exceptional was Bayu, the incredible staff member who made this villa feel like home. From the moment we arrived, his warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out. He welcomed us with a smile, patiently explained everything we needed to know about the villa, and went above and beyond by personally preparing a beautiful “Happy Anniversary” flower arrangement on our bed. Bayu checked in on us daily not out of obligation, but out of real kindness. He showed us what true Bali hospitality looks like. He’s honestly the best host we’ve encountered so far in Bali and all the 3 Asia countries #tour we have been at. The villa itself is exactly as shown on Booking.com, if not better! It features a clean private pool, a serene outdoor bamboo shower, and it was the only villa we stayed in with a fully paid Netflix account a small touch that made relaxing evenings even more enjoyable. We left Villa Bougainvilla with full hearts and unforgettable memories. I would return again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and exceptional service in Bali.

This property was quiet, private pool was clean and well maintained.staff excellent, villa very clean and roomy. Close to everything we needed. Sercurity was fabulous. Room was spacious, comfy couch , small table and chairs, our door shower and toilet, plus a bath. Definitely stay here again

the staff was soo friendly, the cleaning was done everyday, the room has an amazing size. it has even Netflix for the guest use. very close to the villa there is a scooter rental so it made everything easier. the breakfast is delicious and every single person that gave us service, was always polite and smiling. thank you so much for this perfect experience!!

This was my second stay at Lasanti Villas Seminyak, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — they truly make you feel at home. The villa looks exactly like the photos: clean, comfortable, and cozy. It’s tucked away from the busy streets, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, yet still conveniently located. Getting to nearby restaurants and attractions by bike is super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Seminyak!

Accommodation: awesome, lush surroundings, very quiet near some great restaurants. Centrally located near Seminyak. Villa: large, very clean, king bed, private pool and outside facilities Inc microwave and fridge. Pool a decent size for swimming, cleaned every day as was the entire villa. Staff: very attentive, accommodating and hard working. Kitchen staff were able to provide room service when my wife was unable to attend breakfast on a couple of occasions and also looked after our baby son whilst we were eating. Credit to all staff. Food: small restaurant serving hot food. Breakfast is a choice of American or continental with fresh juices and hot beverage. You can order additional meals or use Grab to order take out. Overall a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. If you want privacy and away from the noise and hussle, this is a good choice yet still be accessible to town centre withing a 10min car ride.

The hospitality at this place is unmatched. As soon as we arrived, we got greeted with such kindness and warmth which was beyond welcoming. The villa was gorgeous, clean, spaceous and well equipped with modern amenities while maintaining their very unique and authentic local balinese touch… the private pool was gorgeous, well maintained and cleaned everyday. The staff was adorable. The location is perfect… walking distance from central Seminyak and the beach, but still secluded enough to be very quiet and peaceful.

We chose Lasanti for Nyepi day and we weren’t disappointed everything was as described on booking and on photos. They have a breakfast menu and you must choose the day before. The breakfast may be served at your villa or at the restaurant. Breakfast was good but the coffee (french press) a bit too weak for us. We also had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times- the food was good but not exceptional. All in all a good option if you are tired and just want to relax without heading out to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. We enjoyed our stay at Lasanti a lot and the only negative I could think of was the fact that when we went to extend our stay by one day (we were heading to another island and weren’t sure everything would run smoothly the day after Nyepi) the Lasanti front desk quoted us a higher place than we found on booking.com. This left a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths.

Absolutely beautiful villas with excellent staff, rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained, all set in tropical setting, service was excellent all staff were extremely lovely and always willing to help, breakfast was delivered each day to our room and was not only excellent but exactly the way you ask. Room and pool were beautiful with everything you need. Location is away from hustle and bustle but easy to Gojek by bike or car, local restaurants on street nearby and mini marts and laundry services. Walkable distance to Bintang supermarket around 10mins. Aircon, tv, wifi all worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again! Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏

We stayed here for six nights as part of our Bali tour, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a large, beautifully designed property with a main pool, a kids’ pool, and a “Secret Garden” pool. At first, we stayed in a regular room, which was already very stylish and thoughtfully designed — the shower could be accessed both from the bathroom and directly from the terrace. The service throughout our stay was excellent. One minor downside was that the main pool closed at 7 p.m. However, we decided to upgrade for the last few days to a villa — and it was definitely worth it! The villa was stunning, featuring a private pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower. You could step right into the pool area from any of the rooms. The service remained outstanding, and one of my personal highlights were the many personal boxing training sessions with Rai — we had a great time! Thank you again, Rai, for the amazing workouts! From my point of view, this is the most beautiful hotel in Seminyak — highly recommended. The food was also excellent. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, very diverse, and offers everything from Western and European dishes to a wide variety of Asian options.

This was our first trip to Bali, and we wanted it to be perfect. After doing copious amounts of research and reading countless reviews, we chose Hotel Indigo. From the minute we were greeted at the entrance and escorted to reception where welcome drinks awaited, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The staff were warm, personable, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome all throughout our stay. The room blew us away. It was much larger than depicted in the online photos and far more comfortable than any hotel room has a right to be. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could want or need. From the daybed on the balcony and the large shower with rain head fixtures to the ample walk-in closet and the supremely comfortable bed, we felt like visiting royalty. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many choices and everything prepared perfectly. We had dinner every night at the hotel – why go offsite when everything was so wonderful? The outside areas – pool, gardens, and beach – were beautiful. The surrounding area was easily walkable and felt very safe and the hotel was far enough off the main road that we weren’t bothered by noise from the many clubs and restaurants. If we had any complaints at all, it would be that we didn’t stay long enough. Hands down out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, Hotel Indigo is the best! We can’t wait to return!

Oh how we adore this hotel! The location, dining options, big pool and beachfront views are just perfect for a Bali stay - especially if you don’t plan on leaving the resort (like us). We absolutely loved the many dining options on site, breakfast and dinner at Makase, happy hour at Tree Bar, lunch at Sugarsand and our favourite coffee at Pottery Cafe. The 20% off discount for IHG members is a great perk. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were so thoughtful. Loved the in room press juicer as a wellness touch as well! Most importantly, the service here is AMAZING! Every single staff wr interacted with were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They truly made a difference in making our stay so wonderful. Special thanks to Eka at Reception and Lika and Deny at Pottery Cafe + all the staff working breakfast at Makase. Can’t wait to be back and enjoy Bali on a longer trip next time.

“An absolutely wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and dinner at the Asian restaurant was truly delicious. We were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. They even surprised us with a beautifully decorated cake and fresh flowers — it made our celebration truly unforgettable. The spa experience was also amazing; ASIH and ANGI were both excellent and very professional with the massage. Many thanks to the amazing staff!”

My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful villa for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We highly recommend The Wolas Villas & Spa if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Make sure to download the Gojek app prior to arriving in Bali for the most affordable transportation option! The staff, the breakfast options, the size of the villas was superb. If you have any special request, just send them an email before your arrival. We experienced eating at the restaurant for dinner one evening. The food was good but a bit too expensive for what it was. We tried to not be too put off by the price because we enjoyed our dinner while watching traditional Balinese dancing. A tip would be NOT to buy into the special 3-course dinner packages on entertainment nights and just eat from the regular menu. If you are after the affordable dining options that everyone raves about in Bali, we recommend eating at "Warung Batavia". It's located just a 2 minute walk down the road from The Wolas. We never experienced Bali belly during our trip. As for a negative, I would say I wasn't as happy with my spa experience. The massage itself was amazing but the room where the massage happens needs improvement to be more in line with the standard of the rest of the place. The jacuzzi was in a horrible condition, therefore, I didn't even bother using the flower bath apart of my spa package. I would only recommend a standard massage, not a spa package until they make improvements.

Breakfast: wide range of options to choose from their menu. Can order the food to your villa so you don't have to walk to the restaurant area to eat. Food was good, fresh fruits and coffee. Location: right next to the centre of Seminyak so can either walk or a short scooter ride away. Villa: absolutely beautiful, modern and so quiet. I stayed solo for 2 nights and had the best time ever. Enjoyed the pool and the room itself was so spacious and clean. Bathroom area was huge and has everything you need, both a shower and a bath tub and an outdoor shower too! Amenities are re-stocked everyday, including bottled water to brush your teeth so can avoid using tap water given the Bali belly problem that most people are worried about. The bed was so comfoy and it's just so quiet I slept very well. Staff: extremely friendly and helpful. When I booked a grab cab to head to Tanah Lot temple for sunset one staff member was worried that it might be hard for me to find a taxi to come back so he advised me to negotiate a return journey price with my grab driver and it worked out very well so huge thanks to him! He checked in with me the next day which was nice.

The villa was large, spacious and beautiful. It honestly exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, huge bed. The pool was amazing. I liked that the pool was shaded by trees as it meant we weren't getting blasted by the sun whilst swimming. The free breakfast options that came with our package were all yummy and great value for money (breakfast meal options plus choice of fruit, juice and a coffee). The spa/massage therapists were AMAZING and really cheap prices compared to neighbouring spas. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. I was given a great recommendation for a place to do yoga walking distance away. Staff were extremely flexible with organizing room service around when we would be out of the villa. Great location on a quiet little street with multiple convenience stores at the end of the street. Short walking distance from multiple retail shops, restaurants and other spas. Two great restaurants basically across the road from the villas and a massive strip of restaurants/shops about a 10-15 min walk down the road. The villas offered airport pick up and drop off at a very reasonable price. Honestly, could go on forever about how great this place was!

This was my first time staying at this property and I will definitely visit again. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating to your every need. There was always someone at the front desk to help. The villas are spacious, modern and clean. The private pool is devine and I loved using it every day. The breakfast is also lovely which you can have served in your villa or the restaurant at any time you wish. They have 3 different types to choose from. The property is also close to many great amenities - restaurants, shops and bars. Check out was fast and easy. Our flight left very late so they let us shower and change in the spa. I LOVED this property so much!!

we had the studio, which had a jacuzzi at the rooftop. so we spend NY eve with champagne in here. large apartment with good beds, very attentive staff, good gym and away from the noice but close to the city centre. highly recommended

Balinese people are gentle, warm, welcoming and ever so friendly. The hotel exudes these qualities and charm through its staff that are an asset to the hotel. Their welcome drink at check-in was an example. We experienced a hiccup on check in. In their registry it showed 2 adults checking in. Our hotel confirmation showed 2 adults + 1 child. After the check-in staff consulted with reservations, it was fine. Originally she thought we had underpaid. Make sure you bring your proof of reservation on phone or paper! This puts a marr on the stay. My daughter fell sick during our stay. She had a terrible runny nose. When I called reception at 4am to ask for another box of tissues, they were very obliging and brought it to our room. Thank you! Housekeeping staff were very efficient with daily service of the room. On our 1st day we went to breakfast and returned to a tidy room 40mins later. This totally surprised us. This happened everyday during our stay. You can access the beach from the back of the hotel (near pool). It’s not a private beach. If you walk along the beach, you can reach Seminyak Square (couple of turns later). It’s lovely to walk and sit on the beach during sunset- gorgeous! Lots of people do it. You can access lots of restaurants from the beach side. Menu items are inexpensive. In the evening, neighbouring bars and restaurants puts out beanbags in the beach for their patrons, some offering entertainment like fire dance, live music. It’s a happening area!

Excellent resort, open aired resort, right on the beach, COLD aircon, HOT showers, if you like true Indonesian style interior exterior this is the place for you! Buffet breakfast had a large selection, coffee actually was good! The pool was clean, the swim up bar is awesome! Stayed here for our honeymoon, close to everything, shops, circle K, massage, airport is approx 30 mins away. Could not fault the staff at all; please tip your concierge man, he’s the best! He’s there every day, the room was clean, the sheets were clean and pressed, and bathroom was clean and smelt clean, little touches like shampoo and soap and toothbrushes, (don’t use water) only bottled water for teeth. We loved our stay!

Every single staff member we met was so friendly! This hotel has everything you need- spa, laundry, 24/7 room service, money exchange, swim up bar and the biggest plus is you walk across the road to the beach (you can see the beach from the pool/ restaurant). The location is great, you’re off the Main Streets of craziness but a quick walk to the shops. They also put on different activities that you can do. Our room was spacious and the bed was massive. Our room had a small balcony which did the job. Breakfast was okay, they rotated foods but we got quite over it after 5 days but I would still recommend adding the breakfast for convenience. Negatives: the pillows are extremely uncomfortable (quite firm), I asked for a softer pillow and they did bring a different one but still wasn’t my cup of tea. Being a young couple, we did notice that there was quite a lot of older people staying here. The laundry & spa is on the pricier side, but directly across the road you can get both for half the price! There is also a convenient store across the road which was handy. Same with money exchange which you can get a better rate at. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Beach adjacent; there is a narrow service road (for the beach bars) which separates the hotel from the shoreline. Beach is clean with good selection of restaurants which offer live entertainment at dinner. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely pool. Decent selection of food at breakfast.

The beach view from the room was great with the jacuzzi on the balcony. The rooms were spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and a huge bathroom and toilet area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was great too.

The breakfast was lovely and had different spreads right from Indonesian to Indian / English breakfast . The location was great by the beach . The jacuzzi in the balcony was an icing on the cake.

Really wonderful property, spotlessly clean, great staff, only truly beachfront resort in the area. It’s starting to show its age in some areas, like none of the jacuzzi’s work, but all pretty minor, it’s a great resort.

Very nice hotel with amazing location and views. We had a jacuzzi on balcony and in bathroom but water was quite smelly and dirty. We had to get help to get it fixed. Problem was resolved quite quickly but jacuzzi jets were still not working. It’s good to check these things early but otherwise pleasant staff and great location.

This was our third time staying at The Haven, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. The resort’s ambience is truly beautiful — a perfect blend of tropical serenity and stylish design that instantly puts you at ease. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going out of their way to make us feel at home. Yasa, Perdita, Sugi, Arik, Endang and Bagus were especially kind and friendly. We attended two special events during our stay: an Italian buffet night and a Balinese cultural evening with traditional music and dance. Both were fantastic and added something unique to our trip. I highly recommend them. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Sugi greeted us warmly each morning, and Aditia prepared omelettes to perfection. We also appreciated the 24-hour restaurant, which made dining convenient and relaxed. One of the most memorable moments was a poolside class with Angaa, where we made traditional offering baskets and woven decorations. He was incredibly patient and talented. Yasa made fabulous strawberry daiquiris — the perfect holiday sip while at the pool! Be sure to try one. In summary, The Haven is a stylish and relaxing retreat that offers more than just a beautiful place to stay — it gives you the chance to truly experience Balinese culture in a welcoming and peaceful setting. Recently had 3 weeks at The Haven paradise , it felt like coming home ! Wonderful staff welcoming us , and the GM Mr Wayan soo friendly and accommodating. Our suite room was bright and clean , newly painted and new furniture. The gardens are really beautiful and well maintained, as are the 3 pools. Breakfast was a delight to look forward to each morning with a good selection of International and Indonesian cuisine… the custard filled donuts are an indulgent treat ! The Beach Club has been renovated with a wooden deck and shower and nice comfortable loungers . This Hotel is an absolute gem , close to supermarket, restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beach or take the Hotel buggy. Thank you so much Mr Wayan , Sugi ,Yasa , Nanda ,Adi and Yulan and all the exceptional staff who made our return so memorable, now planning a return trip soon .A suggested improvement would be to replace pillows which were uncomfortably lumpy and hard … bed very comfortable and linen spotless . Great location in Seminyak walking distance to many restaurants and shops, spas, and to Double Six beach. Loved the kids playground at the beach as well plus the free shuttle. Incredible & efficient staffs from check-in, housekeeping, room service, and security. We're extremely grateful with all the ladies staff at the restaurant - Desi, and all others. Everyone loved my 1 year old baby, and everyone treats all of our family members well. We had our wedding event in Nusa Dua but we spent the first two weeks in Seminyak at The Haven. All of our family & friends who travelled from afar would come to have breakfast and dinner at The Haven's restaurant - almost everyday! Great entertainment as well during dinner, and plenty of options for breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean daily, we had issue with the AC and they sent engineering to fix it quickly. Pools are all heaven throughout the property. We will definitely come back when we go to Bali again.

The hospitality, cleaning and front desk staff are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel staff and Balinese people are very helpful, respectful and patient. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spreads and helpful staff every morning with fresh ingredients with Balinese influence. The room of third floor were kept very clean and promptly refreshed daily. The buffet food was filling and staff led by Aguing provided a great spread and responsive service with candlelight and musicians played laid back music on Tuesday and Thursday. There are a few renovations going on the 3rd floor during the day to refresh some rooms. The poolside is very relaxing and refreshing with bar staff nearby. Central location and not too busy end of town. Late night music next to bar until midnight could be scaled down to reduce noise for early sleepers.

A perfect experience! A beautiful hotel, immaculate throughout. Stunning landscaped gardens with big lagoon-style swimming pool. Restaurant practically on the beach! All stunningly lit with lanterns at night. Our villa was set across the road from the hotel (a buggy was always available) with its own garden with frangipani trees, pool and seating area. Rooms were spacious; we had a 4-poster bed. Large double shower in enormous bathroom which also had a jacuzzi. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling. We were so well looked after. We would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing villa, very spacious with full-size plunge pool, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor shower. Villas serviced twice daily, once when at breakfast and again in the evening. Best hotel room I've ever had. Private pool, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rainfall showers both inside and outside, delicious breakfast delivered to our villa, very comfortable bed. Food was good but pricey (seems to be typical of Southeast Asia resorts where the cost of our food was often more than the cost of our room). Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn't really like Seminyak very much - just crowded and overrun with tourist garbage, but the resort itself was incredible. Overall and truly outstanding experience.

Far too many vacation experiences have been memorable and very nice, but with these trips i was always a tourist visiting. AT the Samaya in Seminyak for the first time i felt like a princess, transformed not only by the scenery and facilities but by the service. This hotel is not large and sits on some prme beach real estate in an area of Seminyak filled with restaurants and shops. The villas are out of this world. They are very private and luxuriously furnished for comfort but not over the top. The private swimming pool and lounging area is very romantic and peaceful. The outdoor shower room is just one option of three for bathing in each villa (also an oversized jacuzzi and oversized indoor shower). The giant king bed is very comfortable. Outside the villa, the grounds are magnificent, with the greenery of the well kept lawn contrasting with the blue of the communal pool and ocean. Even though we had the villa, we still found ourselves drawn to the comfortable lounge chairs and cabanas by the ocean during the day or at night for a sunset cocktail. But the most important thing to know about the Samaya are the people. We were always greeted with a smile and by name. Many of our wishes were anticipated and our requests were always accomodated with politeness. These are not just staff workers, but professionals from the butler, to the waitress to the front office. Thank you to all for their kindess and excellent care.

This was the part of our trip that I was looking forward to in view of our anniversary. Everything was fantastic from the check in until the time that we left. We only spent one night but that was enough time to relax, unwind and just have a perfectly serene moment as a couple. The whole area is peaceful and the Spa Villa we got was immaculate. It was clean and we had everything we needed there and then some. There were free drinks (Pocari, carbonated water, green tea) and there were free cookies too! The only thing that we thought could have been better was the temperature of the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, I don't think they had the temperature control on. But that's okay. We still had the Sauna and the bath tub for the warm water we needed. We ate dinner inside the villa and it was delicious. The prawns were tasty, the steak was mouth-watering and the Green Team creme brulee was yummy! The bed was huge and we had enough space for ourselves. Wifi was spot on. The speed was fast enough to catch an NBA game using NBA league pass. The staff were nice and friendly and they always served you with a smile. We ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was so filling. It is a 3-set meal with hotcakes as finale. Their homemade hotcakes were very delicious! I highly recommend The Amala if you are looking for some quiet time with your loved one but don't want to travel as far as Ubud.

My husband and I spent two nights of our honeymoon at The Amala and our experience here exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service are definitely on par with 5 stars resorts but the price is very reasonable. We stayed at a pool villa and to our delight were given freebies such as welcoming bed arrangement, romantic bath set up, a 30-minute photoshoot within the villa and a small gift since we were on our honeymoon. At one point, my husband requested a candle to be sent to our villa and they fulfilled it with no additional cost. Food here is delicious! I especially loved their breakfast, and they vary their breakfast menu every day. You can also have them in the comforts of your own villa. The staffs are also very courteous in the sense that before their kitchen closes they will call in your villa to check if you would still like to have breakfast. I really appreciate this gesture as neither of us is a morning person, and if this was just another resort we would have just missed our complimentary breakfast. The whole resort is very quiet and calming, with beautiful landscaping, but the villa itself is already so cosy that we didn't spend much time outside.

This is a quaint boutique hotel. We had the spa villa room, which was nice. The steam shower was an added bonus! The all you can eat breakfast was amazing and the other food we ordered from the restaurant was really good too. All of the staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. The staff arranged for us to have a driver for the day, and our driver Harry was fantastic! We ended our stay with amazing massages!

The staff at the Amala are incredibly friendly and service was exceptional. We were treated very well during our stay, and little details were looked after without us needing to ask. The service was very attentive. The gardens are beautifully maintained and we felt as if we were in our own sanctuary. Food was clean and delicious. The Spa provided one of the best massages we have ever had. Quiet and serene atmosphere - almost no guest noise at all. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Amala. The villas were lovely and all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the yoga and healing sessions with Dewa. And the sound bath, and massages were also excellent. The Amala was super peaceful and relaxing, and the bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay there again.
