Pool was nice and clean so was hot tub.

Absolutely everything! This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at and we travel a lot! They have their stuff together and know what they are doing! The food was good and buffet style for breakfast and dinner! Free drinks also all included! The bed was comfy, pet friendly and good location to shops and restaurants! Everything was clean clean it by far met every expectation and that’s hard to do! I’m spoiled now The staff was so kind and attentive to all your needs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Charlotte located downtown and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a modern, inviting lobby that set the tone for my stay. Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable! Nestled right in the heart of downtown, I was just steps away from fantastic restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and cultural attractions like NASCAR Hall of Fame and the BOA stadium which is why I was in town - to see the Falcons play the panthers. I loved being able to explore the city on foot. Accommodations: The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I particularly appreciated the large windows that offered stunning views of the skyline—perfect for enjoying my morning coffee! Service: The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the front desk team, who provided great recommendations, to the housekeeping staff, who were always friendly and accommodating, I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. Overall Experience: Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you need to stay here. Plus they have 3 dynamic restaurants in the hotel plus a spa. I did not have time to experience everything. On the next trip, God willing!

From the moment we arrived, our stay at the JW Marriott Charlotte was pure perfection. The valet service was swift and professional, setting the tone for the impeccable service that continued throughout our visit. We were thoroughly impressed with the modern, elegant lobby and felt a sense of luxury everywhere we looked. Our room was an oasis of comfort and sophistication. It was beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious, marble-laden bathroom, with its separate shower and toilet areas, felt like a private spa. The on-site dining was a highlight of our trip. We had an incredible dinner at Dean's Italian Steakhouse, where the food and ambiance were both superb. The rooftop bar, Aura, was also a phenomenal experience, offering creative cocktails and stunning views of the city as the sun set.

What could have been a stressful travel hiccup turned into a highlight of my trip. My flight was canceled, and I found myself spending the night in Charlotte with no luggage, feeling under the weather, and completely exhausted. I chose to stay at the JW Marriott Downtown—and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, modern, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable despite my situation. Kishia checked me in and not only took great care providing a complementary upgrade. She also hand walked me to the elevator and ensure that I had toiletries despite not having luggage. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had the kind of bed you just sink into after a long day. The downtown location was perfect, and the property had an elevated vibe that made my unexpected stay feel like a mini getaway. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely impressed. I was able to have a phenomenal steak dinner at Dean‘s Italian steakhouse located on the bottom level with another extension of exceptional service. Regardless of whether you are at Dean’s, the Carolina oyster bar or Aurora‘s rooftop nightclub the vibes were on 100. Highly recommend—whether you’re in Charlotte by choice or by chance, this JW Marriott delivers an exceptional experience.

We did an overnight stay for New Years Eve, as we wanted an intimate night out. From the valet to front desk staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very polished and clean with staff on point the whole time. Even in the Executive Lounge when we grabbed light snacks and a drink before getting ready for a late dinner at a near by restaurant and at breakfast the next morning, the lounge was very clean with a wonderful staff that greeted us, checked on us, and were just amazing people. Our room was on point in every category from cleanliness to comfort and updated. Truly loved our stay and we’ll be going back again when we want a night away without going out of town.

There’s nowhere to fill up a water bottle on this property which in this day and age is bizarre. Right next to NASCAR Hall of Fame which is RAD, otherwise the surrounding area is not that cool but nice again it’s Charlotte, not the south of France. Slow service at the bar in lobby to get coffee in AM, housekeep accidentally took my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal and lost it which was really fun to deal with on our end. Pool bar staff told us we couldn’t be in the Bar area because apparently we were enjoying our sober selves too much and so stuck us in a corner cabana but made us walk back and fourth to the bar to order drinks. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel property overall great shape.

We liked everything. Comfy room, great facilities, pool and jacuzzi (even though jacuzzi was broken the first day we arrived, they fixed it fast), breakfast and dinner. Omg, I never knew there were hotels in the US providing free dinners. That was a great surprise.

Loved the indoor jacuzzi & pool. Hotel was well kept & comfortable beds. Loved the kickback cafe, along with the free dinner & breakfast vouchers. The only thing I recommend is that they upgrade the tvs in the rooms to smart tvs. Everything else was top tier! Will be back!

We were stranded in RDU after a missed flight connection and stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We called the hotel around 8pm and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. It took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel shuttle area just outside of baggage claim. When we arrived, check in was easy and afterwards my kids swam in the indoor pool—which was a little cold—but they enjoyed it nonetheless. There were a variety of items to purchase at the little market at a reasonable price. The following morning breakfast was clean and there were a variety of things to eat/drink for breakfast. We had scheduled the shuttle to the airport at 8am and Marcus took us to the airport. Riding with him really was the cherry on top of an overall pleasant experience. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and empathic when we told him about our situation with our airline. He connected with us about our hometown (Chicago) and made the kids laugh early in the morning after what had been a very exhausting experience at the airport the day before. If we return to RDU we will definitely return to this hotel.

we arrived at this hotel and just the view and the smell of the hotel was the first thing to hit us. It smelled amazing. Just smell clean and fresh and all management and hotel staff were just amazing everyone in good spirits happy to help all of them went above and beyond all the way down to the housekeeper saying hello asking how your day was just from the beginning to the end this was an absolute the best day we’ve ever had and we’re traveling basketball Tman and we travel from August until March all year long playing games in different states and this is by far the best hotel that we have ever been in and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast and the milk was actually cold. Start to finish five stars easily we appreciate everyone and everything for this amazing stay. Cybrena Davis was my point of contact and she was the best i’ve worked with !! My guys and I had the best trip !!

Spectacular. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

Absolutely the best hotel at this price point in the Raleigh area Spotlessly clean modern with plenty of amenities. Fantastic staff always friendly and helpful. Stayed here when passing through NC. The stay was pretty good overall. Front desk was friendly. The bathroom in the standard king room is nice and modern. The room was clean. Not a big fan of the carpet as it did feel a bit dirty. Bed was moderately comfy. Could definitely be better. Tv had a good amount of channels. The pool was good, gym was fine. However, the breakfast wasn’t great. We ate dinner up the road at the Carolina ale house. Good food there. Overall a pretty good spot to stay in Raleigh area if you’re passing through.

Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The small indoor pool was well maintained. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold items. Coffee was good, both at breakfast and in the room.

I would like to compliment Theresa Frye, Holiday Inn Express General Manager for her superior leadership in managing a topnotch hotel and supervising a superior staff. Ms. Frye pays attention to customer concerns and is daily involved with all aspects of managing and running the best hotel in the TRIAD region. There is absolutely nothing I can think of that could be done differently or better. Ms Frye's front office reception staff is sharp, responsive and helpful. On my last visit (12-14 January 2025), both Patricia and Anthony provided excellent service. They personify professionalism and genuine concern for the well being of their hotel guests. In addition, I met Susan (first meeting between us) who works in the hotel kitchen. Her experience in food preparation, management and service amenities are unequalled. Susan, not only prepares a delicious breakfast buffet menu, but sees to it that all food items offered are fresh, appetizing and nutritious. She keeps the serving area spotless and appealing to all guests. You certainly start the day off right with the care and special treatment that all Clemmons, NC Holiday Inn Express customers feel before the leave the front door of this impressive and well run guest accomodation facility. The property was extremely clean, parking lot well lit, beds very comfortable, very quiet, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The most impressive thing was the staff. Wow!! The lady working the front desk at night during my stay was so friendly, I felt like we were old friends within a minute of meeting her. She was spectacular and set the bar for the rest of my stay. The lady working breakfast was also very friendly and made fast friends with all of us and some who had been there the day before were calling her by name as they thanked her and let her know if anything was getting low.

The staff was exceptional, very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got it. The concierge Crystal was so helpful. I reported a bag of trash in the parking lot and the groundskeeper immediately took care of it. The next morning Temeka at the coffee bar so polite ask me did I need anything? And Anthony was very helpful and polite. It made my stay great and I will come back.

Very clean room! My sister loved all the pillows and the beds were super comfy. It's close to Biltmore, the Blue Ridge Parkway and a lot of restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful with our questions about the area, particularly Robin. They have fresh coffee all day and a bar in the evenings. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

Our stay (daughters and grandchildren with me) was perfect for our midway stop to the beach. Robin was most helpful when helping me make reservations with my family in mind. Hotel room and guest areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for kids to help themselves, and those in charge were quick to help. Though we were there for just an evening, I would recommend for those with a longer stay in the Asheville area.

This is by far the best Hampton Inn and Suites we have ever seen. We were thrilled to book a low nightly rate, but couldn't get over that low rate even more once we arrived, since the quality here is so super! Amenities were pristine, including small indoor pool, workout gym, and a bar open from 4 to 10 p.m. (see the desk clerk when you need service there). We got a 6th floor room that has a wonderful view of the mountains. Comfy beds and everything in the bathroom super sharp--it feels like a very new hotel. Breakfast served a great variety of hot and cold food, and coffee, tea, or cocoa is available in the lobby throughout the whole day. We chose to forego room cleaning while here, but there were already plenty of towels in the bathroom. It has the Tanger Outlet just across the street, a grocery store a couple doors down, and several super restaurants near. Just a couple miles up the road is the NC Arboretum, and a short drive to Biltmore. So happy to have found this as a home base for our mini-vacay!

I loved the jacuzzi tub! That's why I chose to stay at the Drury Inn. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean. I posted pictures of the jacuzzi yesterday for my birthday and one of my cousins is interested in staying here too for her upcoming birthday.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Fayetteville I-95 and was really impressed. The overnight agent was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even late at night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made for a restful stay after a long drive. The location right off I-95 is perfect for travelers, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on future trips!

This was a great hotel to stay in during our road trip. We were on our way north and had visited Charleston and Myrtle Beach during the day. We wanted somewhere to stay that wasn't far off the highway and this place fit the bill. Its in a great location. We were greeted by the friendliest hotel staff and made to feel very welcome. Craig and Angela were amazing and our hats off to them for making the extra effort to make us feel at home. The hotel was clean, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast in the morning was more than enough for us and we got back on the road well rested and will full tummies. Great coffee too!!

From the moment we arrived, very late, to the hotel, we were warmly greeted and quickly checked into our rooms. The lady at the front desk was very kind and engaging and the stunning arrangement of varied, mountain wildflowers on the counter was breathtaking. Even though it was late, there was still fresh, hot coffee and water for hot tea or chocolate milk, which was wonderful and very much needed. Our room was conveniently located, quiet, very clean, and comfortable as we expect from Hampton Inns! The seating area for breakfast was VERY comfortable with a variety of seating options, pillows, and types of backs to accommodate various body needs which made it a great place to not only enjoy breakfast, but also to get some much needed work done. Additionally, the food was really good and offered a variety of options from quick-on-the-go to leisurely-heavy breakfast foods and beverages from which to choose. And the seating area outside featured a large gas firepit that was perfect for enjoying the chilly morning air or crisp evening with a nice glass of wine before bed (all we needed were some marshmallows and we'd have been set)! The hotel's location made you think you were tucked away in the mountain side, away from anyone, but actually, we were very close to the shops and restaurants in town. Perfect in every way. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again.

Very good hotel all the way around. I chose it for a 1 nite getaway for me and husband based on my Hilton Honors experience and the traveler reviews. I really liked it. Super clean everywhere, modern, bright. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh and warm enough. The bathroom was spotless as was the rest of the room. Everything worked like it should - fridge, microwave, lamps, charging ports. I usually don't eat breakfast but tried the omelette and coffee - both good. I'll come back here again, and will recommend.

Despite having been flooded by Hurricane Helene the hotel staff was welcoming. Parts were still being renovated but rooms are lovely with many ports and outlets to charge devices. Bath is large with walk in shower. Even had a sound machine for light sleepers. Bed is comfy albeit a bit high for me, a short person. Bed linens make it welcoming. Breakfast area opened for travelers day we arrived after being closed due to flooding. Very sumptuous! Had a hot beverage bar available 24/7. A nice touch!

I was disappointing that the spa did not have the Jacuzzi nor steam room working. The air conditioner in our room never really completely cool the room properly

It was a great stay. My son and I came for a golf trip. The staff was amazing and the hotel was top notch. Pool and Jacuzzi was relaxing. Was very impressed with golf course and golf staff. Great course and nice staff. We got a voucher for 20% off of golf and a free lunch which was a very nice touch! Will definitely be back!

Food was amazing in the restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bar and cocktails were great. There is a guitar in the bar area that people can use which is a nice touch and we used it. Pool is lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning, high-quality, grand resort at reasonable price this April. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met: all were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Only minor negative experience was the feel of the bed, a bit more firm than I prefer. Generous-sized bathrooms with great water pressure! Everwhere inside, even in the well-appointed elevators, there was an amazing soft frangrance which added to the overall experience. Finial restaurant, on the main floor, dinner was delicious, relaxing, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We stayed here in August 2025 after 21 hours on the road. We booked a double queen room for our family of 4 and it was great! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clearly recently renovated and clean. The breakfast was delicious and there was great variety (including real eggs- not powdered!). The lady who set up the breakfast was very kind and helpful. The only negative point is that the pool had too much chemicals- it hurt our skin. Also there were no available towels for the gym or pool. Other than that, great place to stop if you're on a roadtrip and wish to stay in a clean spot that is close to the highway and restaurants, but far enough from all the activity from the surrounding motels.

This is my second time stopping in Lumberton at this hotel on my journey back to Fl from NE. This hotel feels safe , its convenient (off I95) and if your hungry there is a great pizza/wing place in the same parking lot with yummy pizzas and nice selection of craft beers! Bonus last night, live music:) My hotel room was spacious with a king size bed, separate part of room with a desk, sofa (opened as a bed too if needed), fridge, and microwave. Nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash (only suggestion would be to add body cream too). Shower had good water pressure and bathroom well lit. Bed was super comfortable and had to take pillow out of case to check brand it was so nice (can never find the right pillow). Finally, there is a nice selection of snacks downstairs including beer and wine. Breakfast is also offered to all guests, not much of a breakfast person when rushing to get on the road so haven't tried it yet but looked good! And if you are not in a rush, checkout being at 12 noon is the best bonus! Thank you as well to Melena the lovely front desk person. I remembered her from last yr and that even made it feel more homey seeing a familiar face which in my mind also says a lot for the hotel having the same staff:) I will return next year for sure!

Location just if I-95 was very convenient. Sitting area was comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional with large, walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet, and breakfast was good.

Excellent location right off of 95 made for the perfect one-night stop for our family of 4 en route to Florida. The hotel is in the midst of a remodel, so the lobby had some off-limits areas, but that was of no consequence to us during such a short stay. We were in a newly renovated room and it was wonderful. Good soundproofing, spacious and very comfortable beds. The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh. Would absolutely stay again.

We liked so many things about our stay. Ambiance of the rooms. So cute with the lighted scenes above the beds. The room had the slightest fragrance that was not overpowering but just seemed to be welcoming and fresh. Very comfortable bedding. The best shower both in terms of ability to control the water temperature and we appreciated the sliding shower screen…. So much better than an annoying shower curtain. I often have to be cautious with slippery flooring in a shower, but the immaculate shower stall flooring also felt very safe and secure. Then there was the staff! Everyone seemed delighted to serve and make our stay great. The breakfast room serviced many people, but one of the staff was continually topping up and cleaning the area. I cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was. Thank you!

At check-in, realized team had read our special requests and took action. So refreshing! Hotel was clean and inviting, both inside and out. Our room was clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Graystone! My room was modern, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The bed was so comfy that I slept like a baby. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Also, I enjoyed the comp chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and tasty, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quiche was yummy! The pool looked amazing, but I didn't get a chance to use it because of my schedule.

The staff was friendly and professional. Paula and Emma went the extra mile from check-in to check out. The beds were very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast was amazing: offering delicious selections meeting a wide variety of breakfast preferences. The breakfast team was just as wonderful as the food. The Graystone provided a restful night and a great start to the day in a perfect Boone area location.

The breakfast was the best 'free breakfast' at a hotel I have ever had. The breakfast staff were friendly and constantly replenishing fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries) and other choices. The selection was great -- there was plenty to choose from, even up until the 10am breakfast closing time. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, had just been updated and were very nice. Only 5 minutes to downtown Boone, but still very close to other restaurants.

My son and I had a great time at the Holiday Inn on Wrightsville Beach. The location is perfect, right on the beach with amazing views from our room. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and we loved having easy access to the beach. The hotel amenities, like the pool and restaurant, were also fantastic. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

This is not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn The hotel is beautiful. The service is great. I recommend getting the breakfast package for every morning because it is a delicious buffet and the waitresses are so friendly. The view looks over The ocean. You are right on the beach with a big huge pool. They have a beautiful bar and restaurant and the drinks are delicious but pricey. The rooms are decorated so cute and if you stay in a room with the balcony, you get a nice view we stayed in 613 and had a view of the bay and the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again Oh, and by the way, they have a transportation bus that will take you anywhere within 4 miles of the resort And pick you up!

I liked everything about the hotel. the location is right on the beach. I had an oceanfront room. And the view was just amazing. I wanted to sit in the balcony all day long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay , there was a life band , a hula dancer and a fire thrower. It was so much fun. My daughter had a great time between the pool and beach. Last but not least , the breakfast was delicious . the make to order egg station was just wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Everything was so nice and clean. The room had a wonderful View. Beds were super comfy. Love the walk in shower. Breakfast was great and the view again was amazing.Just a few short steps to the beach. Most of all the staff were very helpful and so nice. Not just one of them but all of them. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is in great condition. The lobby is spacious and the breakfast area was very nice. The food and breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The elevators and hallways were wide and clean and bright. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of storage in the room. I really like the design of the hotel and the rooms. The location is easily accessible off of the interstate and there are many restaurants nearby. Downtown Fayetteville is also only a few minutes away.

We stopped here for 1 night on our way back home. It was very clean & looked fairly new. The lady who checked us in was friendly & very pleasant. The hotel is quiet too. It's located about 1/2 mile from I-95 so we didn't hear any noise from the highway. Our room was on the 3rd floor - a king room that was spacious. Had a couch, desk, good lighting, a dorm size fridge, a safe, microwave, note pad & pen and more. There was a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. My favorite item was the fresh warm cinnamon buns. Coffee was also good. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here on our drive south to Florida, the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Rooms are very spacious and clean as was the hotel itself. There is a nice gym and pool and patio area, breakfast is included with the room and had good options. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There are some good dinner options a few miles away in the Cool Spring Downtown District and also heard the Marquis Bistro restaurant across the street from the hotel is good for dinner and/or cocktails.

My experience at this Holiday Inn Express was awesome. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The delicious free breakfast variety was excellent for my group of high school students in town for a convention. Everyone found something they liked. The staff was super friendly and professional. I had requested adjoining rooms. On the morning before I checked in, a staff member called me to say they didn’t have adjoining rooms available for the type of rooms on my reservation but they would be able to give me rooms side by side, which to me was perfectly fine. To have them call and let me know ahead of time was great customer service. As well, we accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the rooms when we went down to breakfast, and the staff very graciously gave us a new keycard and explained the other ones for that room would no longer work—another example of excellent customer service and safety! I appreciate being treated so well—they were genuinely glad we staying at their hotel.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville, NC, and had a fantastic experience that I highly recommend. The room was impeccably maintained with a minimalist, stylish decor that made for a comfy and quiet stay, both indoors and outdoors, despite being surrounded by other hotels. The lobby offered beautiful seating areas, and the in-room amenities, such as the Keurig coffee machine, complimentary tea and coffee, and Dove toiletry products, enhanced our comfort. The hotel's convenient location near Interstate 95, gas stations, and dining options was an added bonus. While I didn’t see anyone smoking, there was a noticeable cigarette odor on the first floor, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the hot breakfast options didn’t quite meet our expectations, especially compared to other Holiday Inn Express stays, and we missed the usual biscuits and gravy. However, these minor issues did not take away from the overall wonderful experience.

The aesthetic is on point. So many good vibes. Grounds are picturesque. Hailey, Erica, and the rest of the front desk staff are extraordinary. Hailey has been here since we first came years ago and really left a great impression along with Erica. We look forward to seeing them each year. They help make Beaufort Hotel a reliable and friendly place to stay. Valet is on point. Today, when checking out, they saw me approaching my car in the loading zone and unlocked it for me. All staff are on point and keep up with things I dont even think of. You feel taken care of 100%. The room is CLEAN always. (Thank you Philly and rest of wonderful staff). The bathroom and room are spacious, clean and comfy. Quality furnishings and products. Beds are extremely clean and comfortable. Smells fresh and clean everywhere. Balconies are nice to have. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Love the style. 34° North is on site and has fresh quality breakfast, brunch (Crab Cake Benedict 👌), lunch, dinner and bar bites. Never a bad stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views of the sunset and sunrise on the waterway, wild horses on the beaches opposite the hotel, dolphins in the waterway were amazing. The room was clean and quiet. Loved the balcony views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Parking and valet (Austin) were quick, easy and convenient. The complimentary shuttle to historic downtown was quick and convenient with a very friendly driver. We also enjoyed our delicious meals on the hotel restaurant (scallops and brussel sprouts). The bar staff was the best! We highly recommend this spot!

We started our trip up the Outer Banks at the Beaufort Hotel in Beaufort, NC. What a beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location! We had a room that overlooked the water with a relaxing view watching the boats and looking for wild horses at the island across from the property. The room was decorated in a wonderful design of modern nautical theme decor. The shower was the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel. We enjoyed our delicious dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The dining room was as elegant as the view from the porch was breathtaking. The hotel staff was so charming and friendly, and went out of their way to be incredibly hospitable, especially the front desk staff. Beaufort is such a charming town with such a great waterfront and lots of nice shops. I highly recommend visiting while staying at this charming hotel.

We had an amazing time at Beaufort Hotel! The staff was friendly, profssional and so helpful. The views at the property are unmatched and it was a short drive (or free shuttle) to Beaufort's main street. The room had a classy nautical theme with plenty of space and all the amenities you could want (dining area, mini fridge, big walk-in shower). Our view was of the pool and then out to intercoastal, which was so peaceful and gorgeous. We had room service that was phenomenal from the in-house restaurant. The valet parking was so convenient but they also had self-parking available. Loved it! We'll go back for sure!

Nice location. Warm welcome. Friendly bar. Restaurant food was good for dinner, as was the breakfast. The housekeepers were delightful. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms modern, clean and with a big shower area. No bath. Short driving distance to town, shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Tryon Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to Aniyah H., who went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend truly unforgettable. She surprised me with thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel so personal and special — she is a gem! The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a chic, relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better — we were able to park once and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. Everything about our stay was seamless, from check-in to check-out. We recently stayed in the Tryon Park Hotel and were delighted at the beauty and excellent quality found at our favorite hotel chain-The Kimpton. The lobby is beautiful and we checked in as Social Hour began, starting our stay off well! Our room was on the 16th floor with an amazing view of downtown Charlotte. The linens, robes, and towels were top quality and the room was spotless. The roof top bar Merchant and Trade was lively and fun and breakfast the next morning at Angeline's was delicious. We had a perfect stay. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. I left one of my bags at home. They had most everything on hand, including a hair straightener, which was in our room by the time we returned. We had a beautiful view of Truist Field. The bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome, I love a hot shower and they definitely provided. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including the Bank of America stadium to see Kenny Chesney!!! If you want somewhere nice to stay, this is it!!! You will not be disappointed.

The hotel is fabulous! Décor and layout was very upscaled and sophisticated. Our room was upgraded for my husband's birthday to a room with a great view of the park and Truist ballfield. The restaurant downstairs was very nice and the rooftop bar/restaurant was everything we were expecting! Excellent service and views. The nightly social hour was a pleasant surprise and the location was PERFECT!

Very nice hotel. Very clean and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy parking not free. Within walking distance to good restaurants. There is a rooftop restaurant. The food was ok..they were out of a few dishes. Breakfast buffet was nice and on weekend eggs made to order. Very good. Buffet not free. No laundry room. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Rooftop bar amazing with lovely staff. Room comfortable and clean outdoor seating area with fire pit was perfect. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet all the food was cold including the coffee. Gave it a try twice incase 1st time was a fluke! Cold on both occasions had to ask them to microwave… I was not the only one asking

Our 3rd floor room was great: clean, comfortable beds and a nice street view. Employees we had contact with were helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient for walking to shops, breweries and restaurants and always felt perfectly safe. Would be our first choice to stay in Asheville on a return trip.

The hotel is very clean and they are always cleaning. Our room was a good size for a family of 4, although I felt the shower was small but very roomy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We drank at the rooftop bar, which is a fun setting. Drinks are expensive as usual for a bar. The pool is small but clean. Very walkable to downtown. We never used the shuttle. Only 1 elevator was working during our stay, and the hotel was busy. Luckily, we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we used the stairs a lot.

My husband and I LOVED this location. The room was CLEAN and spacious with pretty views is the surrounding mountains. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooftop bar was spectacular! This location also had an excellent workout facility, and Keurig cups were available in the lobby for convenient use in your own room at any time of day. They also offered fresh baked cookies in afternoon, but due to celiac disease, I was unable to enjoy them. (They looked good though!)Throughout the hotel, there was visually stunning art that suited the town’s vibe.

This is the nicest cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff do an outstanding job at making sure the whole place is clean from top to bottom. They have a bar, a lobby where you can purchase snacks or beverages including alcohol and coffee, cappuccino, espressos, etc., and an area where you can play pool or board games. When I walked into the room I was in, I was blown away. It was clean and fancy. There were two complimentary water bottles and a coffee maker and coffee pods to make your own coffee in the coffee maker. There were also some different tea bags to make your own tea and there were packs of sugar and sweetener. The bed was very cozy. I loved the lighting on top of the headboard. They make for good night lights. The bathroom was beautiful. When I saw the shower area, I thought it was as fancy as what you might see in the master bathroom of a nice house that only the wealthy could afford. There's also a safe in each room where you can secure your valuables with the use of a 4-digit code you come up with so that you don't risk losing anything valuable to you or just anything you don't want to lose that can fit in there. I highly recommend this place.

I was in Charlotte for business, so my work paid for the $125/night costs, but either way A Loft is really good for the money. Its got that fun, modern, youthful feel but still a feeling of modern elegance. PROS: -Large, clean, fun lobby. -Friendly staff -Large, clean, modern room and bathroom -Complimentary shuttle within 3 miles. -Pool and Gym CONS: -Located pretty far outside of central Charlotte.

the 3 day Ballantyne experience was relaxing, comfortable and safe. the establishment was tip top clean and contemporary. the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful and incredibly accommodating. the indoor pool was an added highlight. management, you are doing a great job. huge shout out to Kaia C. who's awesome presence at the front desk compliments the establishment in a brilliant way! thank you to the cleaning staff who were wonderfully gracious.

we had an excellent experience. We'd just gotten off a super long flight and wanted a place to spend the first night in the US to try to recover and feel a bit human again. This worked for us. The location was good, the pool was a help in the afternoon (not an amazing pool), and the bar in the lobby and food available there were perfect for us. Zane, at the bar, was really a treat to get to know a bit. He took great care of us. All staff were helpful.

One-night stay from the hurricane. This was a great spot that is dog-friendly and a nice warm pool. Zane at the bar was very friendly and the location is great and right in the back of The Bowl. The people were generally friendly. There are some older fixtures in the room but the hotel itself was remodeled well. The highlights were the pool, bar and location. I didn't have any issues with noise and my dog loved it! Love that there isn't a fee for a dog.

Excellent and friendly staff! We needed two adjoining rooms on the fly and the front desk staff had keys in our hands in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and caring. Great breakfast - fresh fruit, and yogurt and great coffee. My husband and Son absolutely loved the waffles. Hot eggs and sausage. We stayed in a couple other “breakfast included” places on our trip from Florida to Vermont and this was the best. One hotel had an old gross pot of coffee and a box of cereal on the counter with no bowls. I kid you not. For the same price. This is a little hidden gem at the Smithfield exit. It’s surrounded by bigger and more expensive hotels, but this is the ticket. Everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay close to I-95. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a night! It’s right across a plaza as well, so we walked to this great Mexican restaurant called San Marco for dinner. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

This was a great choice for a one night stay heading north on I95. The hotel is clean, convenient, and staff is friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was fair, but serviceable. I brought my own tea bag. My husband said coffee was awful. So, best to do some planning and prep beforehand. Would choose this location again while in transit on I95.

Our reservation was transferred from Hampton Inn to Hilton Garden Inn and we’re glad they did!! The hotel is beautiful, the front desk lady was welcoming, friendly and professional! The bedroom was clean and nice, beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was modern and clean! Breakfast staff was very friendly and professional! The made to order omelets were delicious, super fresh cut fruits, real fresh bacon and sausage, the grits were some of the best we have ever had! Breakfast was included in our rate, otherwise you have to pay Kudos to Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley!!!

Property was clean inside and out! Nice outdoor seating area with heat! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Very convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Had buffet breakfast that was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we decided to hang out on the terrace to the side of the lobby. Wonderful fire pit (table), comfortable chairs, and just a great relaxing atmosphere with a almost beach-like breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

I've stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times. The employees are always so nice, my room is clean, the restaurant is great, the location is convenient, and MOST OF ALL, for some reason I sleep better here than anywhere else on earth, including my own bed. I've literally pulled off the sheets to find out the mattress brand. It must have a lot of business travelers because it tends to be very quiet. The bed and pillows are perfect for me and the room is well laid out. The restaurant has good food and friendly wait staff. I always look forward to going back. Thank you to all of the great people who work there!

The property overall was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make everything perfect. There was one person - a woman working the breakfast that went out of her way to be rude- the Expedia app said they provide room service so I called to get coffee and breakfast brought up. Turns out they only provide evening room service. No where do they tell you this. The woman said in a curt tone, “You’re going to have to come down and get it yourself”. Wow. Every other staff member was kind and professional. I will come back but now I know not to get breakfast there.

I stayed here 4 nights mid February for business and wouldn't hesitate to return. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, the front staff were friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I used the gym, breakfast, courtyard and little store all while here. My room was bright, quiet, spacious and very clean. You have to ask front desk for a room cleaning, but that isn't a big deal. My room included a wet bar, fridge and microwave, which really came in handy. The pool was very small, so I didn't bother using it. It is more suited for young children. The included breakfast was one of the best I have had. Lots of juices, even an option to have the water with sugar free enhancers, lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate options, fruits, breads, yogurts, eggs or omelets, some form of potatoes every morning, and a protein that varied from sausage links to bacon and they even had sausage gravy one morning. Waffles, cereals and oatmeal with lots of toppings including sugar free syrup as an offering! As a lone, female traveller's, I felt very safe ans secure in this hotel and will book again here for future business!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh. We were visiting family in the area in mid-July 2023 and we were happy to stay here for a second consecutive year. We really enjoy this hotel. It is in a very convenient location. The hot breakfast is included and it is very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. You do have to request housekeeping services if you would like your room cleaned daily. The lobby has coffee and tea available at all times, which is a very nice perk. We were very impressed by the staff of this hotel. We really enjoyed meeting Arthur D., the Operations Manager. Arthur was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He shared a list of restaurants and offered us tips on things to do in the area. Ethan at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to another trip to Raleigh and we would not hesitate to book a stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh for our next trip. Thank you!

Love coming back to this hotel each month. Outstanding friendly helpful staff. Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms and public spaces are clean and fresh. Decor is up to date and inviting. I look forward to the breakfast- always fresh and delicious. This hotel is sparkling clean. Rooms very comfortable. Quiet close doors, no jarring slams at 5 am. Room closet Included a blanket for a bed if needed. Most hotels have done away with the extras. Shower roomy and good spray , no water "saver" trickle. Clean and large enough towels. The breakfast was enjoyed as many items included. The eating area was spacious and television in obtrusive.

This is the most beautiful Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The decor of the lobby & ballrooms is eclectic, bright, vibrant & eye-catching & it was the perfect backdrop for our Red Carpet Grammy themed family reunion. From the moment our family began arriving at the beginning of the weekend, the staff was amazing & extremely helpful. About 76 family members attended the reunion activities. Hotel staff made our family events (an evening banquet & a Sunday breakfast buffet) flow seamlessly. The Executive suite, which we used for our floating arrival reception, was just enough space & also beautiful with modern functional decor. This review would be incomplete without thanking & recognizing Brandi Cooper & Monica Shreve. These 2 ladies were so easy to work with & helped me to plan & execute my vision for our family reunion. Brandi ensured the ballrooms set up & the equipment we needed was in place & that our catering included everything that we needed. Monica ensured that our block of rooms was intact & that my family was largely placed in rooms near each other & mostly on the same floor. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or host another event there should the opportunity present itself.
