From the moment we arrived til the moment we left everything was 5 Star Shivani at Reception was professional, courteous, cheerful and helpful in suggesting tourist excursions and making external and onsite restaurant reservations for us, this included TemptAsian on the 9th Floor where the view, food, ambiance and service from Danilo, Dewa, Roma and Doma was exceptional The hotel is in a quiet location but less than a 10 minute walk to Sliema seafront where there are many cafes/bars etc and boat trips and the 5-10 min ferry ride to Valletta Superior Room (637) on the 6th floor was clean, spacious and quiet Lovely sea view. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked eggs, omelette’s etc lots of choice of other items Bar had a nice ambiance shout out to Lawrence friendly and professional Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

We had booked a city-view room but were pleasantly surprised to receive one on the 8th floor, where we enjoyed both beautiful city and sea views - a lovely bonus. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit all preferences. The rooftop pool area was a highlight - beautifully maintained with stunning views across Sliema and Valletta, perfect for unwinding. Overall, the hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience with friendly staff, great service, and an unbeatable location.

Fantastic hotel, in a quiet area of Sliema yet only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront, harbour and main area of Sliema. Our room was clean and comfortable with a partial seaview and a balcony. The infinity pool area located on the 9th floor was a great place to relax, the views looked out to sea, across to St Julians and beyond and in the other direction Valetta which looked beautiful especially at night. There was a great pool bar up there too serving food and drink all day - Happy Hour between 3pm and 5pm served cocktails 2 for 12 Euros. Breakfast buffet to start the day was so good with plenty of choice for everyone, there's no reason to leave hungry. We ate in three of the onsite restaurants, the food and service was great in all of them, especially in Temptasian on the 9th floor (best to make a reservation) the food here was amazing. There is a tour desk in the main lobby, thanks to Sandra for sorting our excursions. On a last note one of the best thing about this hotel is the staff, from the Management and down, the customer service was second to none. Too many to name but thanks to Dominica, Kristjan and Chang at the pool bar and Puja and Julia at the Temptasian restaurant. We would like to say thanks to you all for such a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back.

We were taken to our deluxe room and was impressed with its size and cleanliness. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The cleaning service was very good. We had chosen half board and was not disappointed at the extensive choice and quality of the food. The lovely lady, from the Phillippines, who greeted us had a lovely, friendly demeanour at all times. All the staff in the restaurant were very helpful. Our waiters Sailendra for breakfast, and Maricar for dinner, were exceptional. We could see how happy they were with their work, nothing was too much trouble. Sailendra made the best cup of tea and the strongest coffee, always welcome in the morning. Maricar always looked after us in the evening and tempted us with her desert recommendations. The hotel is in an ideal location, in a residential area. It’s only a five to ten minute walk to the sea front, shops, bars and restaurants. The downstairs terrace, Talk of Town Cafe is an ideal place for food and drinks. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing evening drink. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

The Saungweme's from 🇬🇧 AX The Palace was a really good choice for our stay in Malta. We booked the junior suite; the room was spacious clean and had all the amenities you'd expect in a 5 * hotel. We looked forward to getting back to the relaxing comfort of our room each day after spending the day exploring Malta. The bed was very comfortable; we had a balcony that stretched the length of our room with sea facing views. There is a concierge service and car parking available at the hotel at a small fee. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel each offering a different cuisine from around the world. The buffet options in The Tabloid restaurant were amazing and catered for different palettes. The attention to detail and service by the staff; from dining through to house keeping was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special mention to Front Office Manager Simba Mapfumo and Shivana, who added a personal touch to our stay making it even more special. They were knowledgeable and gave us some good tips and advise on places to visit. We will definitely be staying here again.

Where do I start. We booked 3 nights with breakfast, normal room. On arrival, the entrance to the hotel is next to the hotel bar, can get really noisy which I'll come to in a minute. When you go straight into the hotel reception, the door closes, and you don't hear any noise from the bar. The girl on reception, Antoinella was incredibly friendly and helpfull. We asked if we could upgrade to a Seaview room, best thing we did. The room is very spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable as are the pillows. The bathroom is big, modern, with a big walk in shower, and a endless supply of hot water. The terrace was overlooking the bay of Sliema, where you sit, watch the world go by, with a drink of choice. Once the patio door is closed, you don't hear sny noise from the bar. Breakfast is served buffet style in the bar on the ground floor, you have more than enough choice to choose from, and plentiful, from 7:30 until 10:30. The girls working the restaurant are friendly and helpful. They show sport on the bars TVs, and English football, and a great pint of Guinness. I could go on and on about Malta, but if uou do decide on a holiday, stay in this hotel, and try to book a Seaview room, it's worth it.

Just returned from a 5 night stay and it was pretty good and relaxing. Location is perfect, a stones throw away from the Sliema Ferries stop. You can get to Valletta in 10 mins. You are right on the harbour with tons and tons of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc you will not go hungry there! Also, Tigne Point shopping centre is a short walk away. Local buses also stop nearby. We stayed in the exec sea view room (14 floor) and the views from the room is amazing. The room itself was modern, clean, spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Only complaints would be the shower did not have a door so water went everywhere when you had a shower and the sink area did not have any space to put toiletries which wasn’t great. The bed was big but the pillows were not the best to sleep on. Breakfast was basic but it had enough to get you through the day and the staff at both the hotel and breakfast were friendly and nice. If you wish for a proper tea/coffee I’d recommend you go out for this as there are a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. The pub joined to the hotel was always busy and lively however it was not too loud and on the higher floors I’m sure you will not hear much noise. Overall i would recommend the hotel. Well kept and lots to see in the local area. P.S: Make sure to check out Jeff’s Pastizzeria if you are in the area for an extremely cheap pie or pasty.

Lovely quiet stay here. Hotel is adults only and I think this is basically for safety as my room was on the 13th floor and had a balcony. Hotel didn't have a massive reception with loads of noise etc and I couldn't hear anything from the bars downstairs but I did have the city view room. What I liked was there was only 4 rooms per floor so you don't have the constant noise of doors shutting and people going up and down corridors. My room was modern with a massive bed and lovely modern clean bathroom with a great shower. This hotel is ideal if you are planning to be out and about all day as there is no pool. My only regret is I didn't get a harbour view room as the harbour is stunning and if you can grab one then the view would be amazing. Breakfast in the attached bar was a buffet style and a decent enough choice. All the staff I encountered where very friendly and polite. Location of hotel is ideal only being a 5 minute walk from the ferry port that takes you to Valletta. I would probably stay here again if offered the choice.

Perfectly located to public transport bus/ferry, restaurants, bars, shops, waterfront and the promenade, The Londoner Hotel, is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are large spacious clean and stylish, with facilities such as a AC/fridge/ hairdryer/ kettle. The bed is large and very comfortable. The views from the balcony of the waterfront are breathtakingly fabulous, morning noon and night. The rooms are soundproof so once the patio doors are closed it’s silent. I stayed for four nights and slept soundly each night. The breakfast is delicious, with multiple choices (cooked traditional breakfast, eggs, tomatoes, beans, continental selection of cold meats cheese, pastries, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereal, toast/bread rolls etc). Most importantly, the staff in the hotel/bar/ restaurant are so nice and friendly, particularly David who worked on the Hotel reception desk, he went above and beyond with his level of help and support, from sorting my room request, advice regarding the local area/trips, helpings with my taxi booking, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is perfect in every way. I will definitely be retuning.

Iron and ironing board available upon request. Fridge and electric safe in the room. Refreshing to have a double wardrobe with enough space to hang all your clothes and enough hangers. Floor length mirror. Plug sockets either side of the bed. Rooms serviced daily. The breakfast is served in the hotel bar directly next door with polite staff to see you to your table. Continental breakfast included in our stay - hot eggs/bacon/sausage, fresh pastries, cereal, fruit juices and a coffee machine - its a help yourself buffet. Good security level, which requires card key access at main door. Card key access to hotel rooms. Always someone on reception greeting you every time and willing to share detail/location of local area. Hotel bar next door does good drinks, plays the sports on tv too. Good atmosphere. Hotel is located very centrally and easy to get to other parts of Malta. Ubers/bolts can pick you up right outside your hotel which is handy, especially if you have difficulty getting around. Affordable to stay here too and good value for money :-)

the staff was really friendly, we found the room with a lovely surprise for our anniversary: the bed was covered with love hearts and a jacuzzi at the balcony, this made our stay very special and we appreciate a lot your gesture. Recommending to every person that asked about our stay in Sliema. We'll return for sure❤️

Great location, good for getting to places like to Valletta ferry and down to the promenade. Many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. A bolt can pick you up and drop you off right to the front door. The terrace and beach club were great with an infinity pool at each, the terrace pool was only waist deep, but the beach club pool was reasonably deep and amazing views at both. The beach club is right on the sea front. Even when the waves were big and splashing at the beach club we were still able to use the pool which was great too! Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodative when needed. The concept of not having room keys was great and worked very well too. We had breakfast included and there was a great variety and it was good to know we had that there to start the day. In our second room on the 10th floor we had a lovely view from our balcony.

The room (Premium suite) was simply stunning, bright, spacious and relaxing. Incredible views of the sea from the balcony. Every single member of the hotel staff were so friendly, attentive and would do anything they could for you, even making sure you had cool water in your room fridge. Rooftop pool was amazing, although getting into warm water for a swim was a little shock (it’s heated only by the sun). You don’t have to leave your sun bed for drinks or food, simply scan the code on your table to order and it arrives. The beach club/infinity pool is not attached to the hotel, it’s across the road off the promenade. It too is stunning, cold and refreshing with unbelievable views across the sea. Spent many hours in the water watching the cruise ships coming in and out. Again, staff here were amazing, attentive and very friendly. I have booked to come back already.

The breakfast was so delicious and not expensive for what you get . So zen and incredible . Drinks and food is super amazing . Housekeeping was incredible . Felt like royalty . We loved the upper rooftop pool . So comfy and relaxing . The beach club pool was fabulous. We loved the spa and went everyday . The steam , dry sauna and the pool was so relaxing . We also had massages . Millijana Pavlovic was fantastic . By far the best massage I ever had . I would definitely recommend this hotel spa resort so luxurious and extremely well located . Thank you for such an exceptional vacation . One I will never forget . A+++

The spa was also brilliant and I used it everyday, had massage which I would recommend. They also did a free yoga class at the beach club at 7.30am which again perfect setting and a nice touch for hotel to put on. Great location for ferry, close to restaurants and the amazing views on of Valletta a short stroll away. Would highly recommend, the staff really friendly and polite at the spa, beach club and reception. If come back to Malta will be staying there again. A few reviews of building site going on around the hotel which is true but there is everywhere along the coast of Malta and doesn’t really impact your stay at all so don’t let that put you off.

Everything was great! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really friendly. We also had a jacuzzi with a nice rooftop view. Definitely worth staying!

Personel were so kind, open and full of positive energy. Jacuzzi on the terrace🤩 Really good breakfast in southern style. We spent fantastic time in Malta.

Great place for sightseeing - close to the Port where you can jump on an a boat. Very helpful and supportive staff, great breakfast, jacuzzi on the rooftop is also fantastic.

First of all, absolutely lovely service. Modern and cozy design of rooms. Adorable breakfast included (amazing vitamin shots!). Rooms have everything you need and even a pretty good coffee machine. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Moreover, we were upgraded to a room with a spacious balcony and jacuzzi. Lovely! Made our trip. Thank you!

Everything was great! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really friendly. We also had a jacuzzi with a nice rooftop view. Definitely worth staying!

Personel were so kind, open and full of positive energy. Jacuzzi on the terrace🤩 Really good breakfast in southern style. We spent fantastic time in Malta.

Great place for sightseeing - close to the Port where you can jump on an a boat. Very helpful and supportive staff, great breakfast, jacuzzi on the rooftop is also fantastic.

The location was perfect , the sauna and jacuzzi , the cleanliness, the staff was super nice and friendly, the shower was amazing

This hostel is so clean and cozy! The jacuzzi and sauna are amazing after a busy day or walking around. I came here alone and found it to be easy to talk to the other people staying there.

Wonderful place. The sauna and jacuzzi is an amazing option for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The whole hostel is very atmospheric. The kitchen is very nice there is everything you need. The facility is close to stores and bars

The property had everything you needed for a solo traveller. The sauna and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Highly recommended for a cozy stay in the heart of Sliema but away from the hustle bustle as it’s inside a nice quiet street.
