Spacious and comfortable room, spotless clean. I was surprised the room was equipped with a complete kitchen. There's a small self service shop in the lobby of the hotel to buy basic items (for breakfast or a quick meal). Staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking and we could keep an eye on the car from the window of the room. Location is very quiet, a 10 minutes walk from the Wind Creek casino and event center (I was there for 2 nights to see shows at the event center and this hotel was perfect for my needs).

We loved everything about the property. Our room was amazing. It had more than we expected. The location was perfect for our outing. It was clean and comfortable. Janelle at the front desk was a perfect host. she was able to answer questions and direct us to a good place to get dinner delivered. She also advised us to drive to our venue because of the location and her directions were perfect. Highly recommend!!

My suite appeared brand new, don’t know if the hotel is new or if it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and functional. Kitchenette had everything one would need: microwave, stovetop, full-size refrigerator, pots and pans, etc. Excellent shower, comfortable bed with a top sheet which I really appreciate – – too many hotels have started using comforters only, and you will never convince me that they actually wash those comforters after every guest. Three chairs provided, including a comfortable recliner. Room to work on a desktop. A bargain at the price for that area, right behind the casino complex.

Nice size room with fully equipped kitchenette. Good lighting, outlets, temp control. Nicely laid out bathroom with plenty of hot water and water pressure in shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Pool looked nice though we did not get a chance to use it. Very convenient to Wind Creek event center and nearby restaurants

Wonderful stay here!! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect - clean, comfy, and plenty of room. Breakfast was good each morning. Like having the ice/soda machine!! Pool was great - clean!!! and tucked away from the noise. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants - without being too close. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a lot of chain hotels on this road trip, and this was far and away the nicest. Room was spacious and quiet. We had a suite with dedicated workspace and a couch, chair, ottoman, and full kitchen! Bed was comfortable and linens were good quality. The breakfast space was amazing — really nice furniture, plenty of space with tables placed far apart, rug, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, pleasant view — head and shoulders above any other we found! There was a very good workout room and whirlpool (pool closed for the season) — again, the best fitness facility we experienced, by far. The front desk was able to recommend local restaurants, and we are at an excellent Middle Eastern one, a few minutes’ drive. Check in and out were pleasant and efficient. Highly, highly recommended!

Very comfortable for extended stay. Good value for the price. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily. I asked not to change the sheets. Towels were changed and trash were taken every day. Bedsheets and towels are all white and look really clean. Buffet breakfast has good selection and the main dish varies daily. Laudry machine was complimentary. Except for one staff in breakfast buffet, everyone was friendly and look genuinely happy with their work. Easy parking. Close to the airport.

We've stayed here several times during the 2021-2022 ski season. The two bedroom suite worked well when all three of us stayed here. The breakfast is good in the current pandemic times; vegetarian-friendly, with hot food, cereal, juice, fruit, breakfast bars, etc. I wish the weekend breakfast started earlier than 7:30, which would work better with Blue Mountain's 8 am weekend opening time. Exercise room has free weights. Quiet location, many restaurant options nearby. Reasonable TV channel options. The rooms have been very warm on arrival; turning off the heat for a while for a reset before restarting the heat has been effective for comfort.

A great hotel, friendly staff, clean, good pool, bed was comfy, room is spacious and food was delicious. Best part is that it is a dog friendly hotel. I didnt have a dog with me but I enjoyed seeing all the dogs coming and going. I love when hotels are dog friendly. The whole hotel was spotless and it smelled fresh and clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed some time in the pool. The water was a great temperature and the pool area was heated so you weren't freezing when you got out. There were also a variety of chairs and tables to relax by. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the size of the fridge wgich housed our leftovers and snacks with plenty of room to spare. The bed was comfortable and the room temp quickly went to where I was comfortable once set. Breakfast had a variety of options and was quite delicious. This was my first experience at this hotel chain and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

I loved the fact that the rooms were clean and newer. The dinning area for breakfast was also clean and well maintained.The rooms were spacious with a modern feel to them. I especially loved Zero at the Front Desk. He made you feel like family. He was helpful, welcoming and easy to talk to. The man needs a promotion.

The suite was spacious, clean, attractive and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and quick!

The hotel and rooms felt new, very spacious and comfortable, and nicely appointed with touches like plenty of USB charging ports. The bathrooms were bright, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was very good—the food was pretty standard but with a couple of plus features. I liked that there were 3 waffle makers available, so we didn't have to wait long. Also the toppings bar was a nice touch. Plenty of seating and an upgraded dining room. Also free coffee/tea/hot chocolate was really nice, even when we arrived at midnight.

The staff was so wonderful. In the morning the coffee ran out and the girl at the front desk had backup coffee ready to go in under 2 minutes. Smiles for miles by ALL staff. The room was spotless and the bed was amazing! It honestly felt like we slept on a cloud! The entrance is so modern in a comfortable way with several places to sit if you want to escape from your room for a bit. The restaurant was fantastic and they had karaoke which isn’t really my thing but the crowd was having fun so we relaxed and enjoyed it more than I thought I would/could. Bar/restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. My boyfriend used the gym and said it was clean and modern. We didn’t swim but the pool was very inviting. This stay couldn’t have been better. Every time we stay at a Four Points by Sheraton we are happy.

The room was very comfortable and perfect for a single traveler or couple. The attached restaurant was open for breakfast at a low price and great food choices as well as dinner with a bar. restaurant was not open for lunch which I didn't find a problem. Located directly across from Dorney Park with a great view

For those wishing to stay near Dorney Park, this is the perfect property! I stayed during the offseason so I cannot speak to the park noise, but it is literally across the street from the park. The road in front of the 4 Points is a busy one - which means access to shopping, the interstate, etc. with relative ease. But it also means that it is “at your own risk” if you want to walk to any of the nearby stores or restaurants. There is a restaurant on the property, as well as a snack bar for items you wish to charge to your room. My room unfortunately had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles - which I didn’t realize until I was in the shower, so I recommend that you check these when you arrive. The alarm was also active for 5 AM, so I encourage the housekeeping staff to check both of these between visitors AND visitors to check and ensure they have the peace of mind. There was also very low lighting throughout; a feature I don’t mind but want to caution folks who may need lighting for zoom meetings. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, would stay here again

Convenient to shopping and restaurants! Staff was amazing! We were there from out of town celebrating my sons birthday and the gentleman who checked us in gave my son $20 for dinner at the Linx restaurant! Very clean and friendly! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was in a safe part of town. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean and had plenty of free parking. They do not have a free breakfast, but you can purchase breakfast at the attached restaurant.

I recently stayed one night at this Sonesta Select, my first time using this brand, and this hotel is a former Courtyard Hotel. It clearly was renovated and had the Courtyard decor prior to name change. The property was clean and nicely renovated. I did not like how there was only one elevator though, and it faces the rather tiny pool, so if you want to use it, there is no privacy. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, and I has a corner suite with a huge balcony, with very comfortable seating, although some highway noise. In the room I couldn't really hear it which was good. I had room # 302. I skipped the (very) expensive breakfast options and went to the Dunkin across the street instead after check out. My only issue was my shower had NO shower gel and had 2 shampoos instead. Luckily I had my own soap! I booked early and got a great price and would definitely stay again. Overall the room was very large and comfortable, modern furniture, LOVED the super comfortable couch, and overall really enjoyed my stay! Great hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, and no issues gets 5 stars from me! I would definitely return and recommend to others!

The hotel was very nice/convenient. Very close to many chain restaurants, a good dinner and shopping centers. Many of which are walkable. Overall pretty clean, the shower had some residue from I’m assuming when they cleaned it, toilet as well. The bed was very comfortable, moderate to firm. Had a nice pool but it was very cold, gym was good for basic workout. Staff was very friendly and had good recommendations for food and activities. Would absolutely stay again!

My son had a baseball tournament close by. We were originally at a hotel up the road and after having a terrible experience with that other hotel, we were looking for another hotel at 9 pm. The hotels were pretty packed by that time with all the sports going on in the area. When I called Courtyard, the front desk associate was SO helpful and made it seem like it was no problem to help us out. It was appreciated greatly as we had a very busy day and were exhausted. The hotel is in a great location with dining establishments and Starbucks close by. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large, updated and clean. The couch that was in with the King bed was the highlight of my son's stay as it was modern and "cool looking". They had everything we needed and it was a quiet, clean, and convenient stay. Very happy with Courtyard and will defenitly be staying at them going forward for tournaments.

It was a quiet and well maintained property. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very minimal, and you should plan to get your coffee and breakfast off property.

With this property you are about as close to the airport as you can be. It’s a beautiful hotel. Breakfast and dinner options are phenomenal. They serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Family TV room in lobby. Nice indoor pool, and courtyard out back. Most of the rooms have a balcony also a nice touch. Showers have blazing hot water if that’s your thing 😋. Beds and pillows are excellent. Being close to RT22 doesn’t affect sound at all. I was in room 202 and didn’t even hear the highway and I was right next to it. WiFi was fast as well. Staff is as friendly as can be. Will continue to stay here.

Smelled great as soon as I entered the lobby so clean! Great front desk staff! Room was beautiful and very clean so much space! Pool is open late and the jacuzzi is big and perfect temperature! The beds were so comfortable my child slept like a log. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Great location. Stores, beer, park trails, and Texas road house, TGI FRIDAYS all close by.

We stayed in room 216 from August 30, 2025 to September 1, 2025. The hotel is conveniently located, close to parks, museums and caves. I liked everything from the breakfast, which was very varied, to the pool, the water in which was a comfortable temperature, pool towels were constantly brought clean, a large jacuzzi. The room was clean. The hotel greeted us cordially, explained everything, and changed towels the next day. When checking out, we also did not have to wait for anyone.

What a great hotel , the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and acknowledged my rewards status . Please ignore any poor reviews , as this hotel is quite amazing for what it is . Ideally situated to get into Bethlehem - about 10 minutes by car - plenty of free parking outside. Our room was large , spotless and well equipped. two huge comfy beds , a separate sitting area with sofas , coffee table etc. A large desk and chair , buffet style kitchen area with fridge , sink, tea, coffee , bottled water etc . The Air Conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. The bathroom was equally spotless and had large fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful with a selection of hot and cold drinks again the staff were very friendly ,tea , coffee etc are available at a 24 hour station. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a welcome bonus especially as they are open until 23.00 which is great after a long day out and about. The pool are was again spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. We will stay here next October on our annual trip to visit friends. Highly recommended.

Super clean and amenities in the bathroom were full size Dove products. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Temp control was easy to use. Good size TV. Indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. Laundry facilities 2 washing machines and dryers. Good price to use them. Hot breakfast such as bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee. Kept clean and stocked. Was very pleased with offerings. Staff at the front desk and in the self serve breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend near the Wind Creek casino, Steel Stacks, Bethlehem, Easton, Hellertown. Route 78 is right there. Waffle House next door. Would stay again and have already recommended to others. Keep up the great work! Booked through Booking.com and felt I got a great value for my money. ❣️👍

The location was close to the Lost River Caverns and the on-site parking was free. The room was large, quiet and clean and well-appointed with many outlets. The bed was comfortable and the desk area was large enough to accommodate all of my paperwork and computer. The adjustable shower head was an unexpected plus The staff was impressive. The front desk clerk was bilingual and able to handle my checking in as well as another guest's questions in two languages almost simultaneously. Sondra kept the generous breakfast buffet area tidy and stocked with fresh warm cinnamon rolls. And when I passed the housekeeping staff in the halls, I received a cheery "good morning". The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect for swimming laps.

This is an easy to get to hotel right across the street from Dorney Park. There is a McDonald’s a few doors down. The hotel has ample parking. It must be new, or newly renovated, as everything looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a king room with a shower. My room was well-appointed and very comfortable. I remarked to the front desk staff that I couldn’t remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel. The bed was amazing and the blackout shade really helped keep out the morning light. Even though I was right next to the elevator I didn’t hear any noise during my stay. My room had a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. For a business traveler, the many charging outlets and comfortable desk will be well appreciated. My room had a good size bench for my overnight suitcase with hooks above. There was also a small armoire to hang clothes with a safe to store valuables. The tv was large and there were many channel options for entertainment. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with a variety of choices. The eating area was nicely appointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was excellent in every way! The rooms and the entire hotel was very clean. We stayed in a double queen bed room. The room was well designed. Had large screen TV, AC, microwave, mini fridge, desk, and plenty of charging ports for electronics. Bathroom was very clean and had fan. Rooms were cleaned every day. There is a gym on the first floor and plenty of free parking. There is a daily free breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9:30am with a great selection (omelets, boiled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, home fries, biscuits, bagels, toast, English muffins, gluten free bread, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea). Food was fresh and tasted good. Staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. And it is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM DORNEY PARK! Excellent place! Would definitely stay there again.

I LOVED Everything. The staff was very helpful easy to comfortable. I Loved the room. So clean and had full sized DOVE shampoo conditioner and body wash i case u forget yours. I loved the this is your vacation vibe. Loved the breakfast! The man there made sure no one felt awkward getting food He made sure u ate, he was very helpful and friendly. I will be back. This was a very nice Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast area was across from the check in area. Breakfast was the normal fare and tasty with a variety of foods from pancakes and oatmeal, to cereal or eggs and sausage. The room was very clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Great job to the managers and employees of this location!

Hotel room was perfect. Incredibly comfortable bed, amazing refreshing shower. Great view of Dorney Park. Only downfall and it’s not a huge deal, is they don’t have blackout curtains. That should be mandatory for all hotels. It’s literally a shade, personally idc. If you choose to look in that’s your problem. Lol, enjoy the view!🤣

The hotel was nice and clean. It has a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also has a bar. The only downside is breakfast hours are limited. They should extend breakfast until 11am. The room was clean and spacious. The beds are soft pillow top and comfortable. There is a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds that you can choose from. The bathroom was clean and is stocked with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Body Lotion. There is also a hair dryer. The toilet and seat should be replaced. The toilet had rust marks inside the bowl and the seat had a peel mark on it like it was painted. They have an indoor pool that is open from 10am-10pm. It’s kinda small but the room is clean and heated. I had one issue with staff to which housekeeping knocked on my door at 1030am my first morning there asking if we wanted fresh towels, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. They did the same thing on the morning of checkout also. They knocked on the door at 1015am asking if we were ready to leave, but check out isn’t until 11am.

Easy access to nearby attractions and towns. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Bed is clean and comfortable. Plenty of charging ports and Quiet at night too. Easy and safe parking. Pool is clean, breakfast is good.

Nice hotel. Had exactly what I was looking for: clean, safe, affordable, quiet and easy access to the highway. I travel this route a couple of times a year and have tried several different hotels in the area. On these stays I typically only use the room for maybe 7 or 8 hours before getting back on the road. I am not interested in "extras" and I really like that breakfast is optional. I have zero interest in "free" hotel breakfasts and never eat them. I chose this booking over several other options BECAUSE the it offered a discounted room without breakfast. If I had to pay the "free" breakfast rate I probably would have booked a cheaper room somewhere else. The room was quite nice. I liked that there were a lot of hard surfaces and places to set things down. The coat hooks and bench were a brilliant touch - loved it! Room was also very quiet - soft close doors are much appreciated! Plumbing also seemed to be quiet - not sure how many other guests were staying in the nearby rooms, but I never heard any. Will look forward to staying here again next time.

This was nearly a perfect stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. Experienced a problem with the shower and was moved to another room with no issues. They even comped my breakfast, which was very good. Lots of selections for breakfast. The Wi-fi worked good. The location was perfect for where I needed to go. Felt safe and comfortable here.

Everything pretty much. Free parking, room & hotel was clean, beds & pillows were clean and comfortable, staff was nice, pool was clean, it was quiet. Location was great. Breakfast was okay and very reasonably priced, kids under 11 eat free. Housekeeping actually comes around & clean the rooms. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

I had an amazing solo mom weekend at the Glasbern over Mother's Day. The spa/massage was wonderful and every meal I had was delicious. Their staff is so kind and warm. There was a wedding going on that weekend and I was a little nervous it would be loud but I didn't hear any guests in the Packhouse where I stayed. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in my room! I also really enjoyed the walking trails and ponds around the property and the short 5 minute drive to the Nature Preserve down the road. I will 100% be back in the Fall with my husband for our anniversary. It's a very romantic destination!

Wonderful location - quiet and tranquil for a relaxing reset from a busy schedule or romantic getaway with walking trails and great views throughout the property. Excellent food…dinner was well presented and delicious - We have had dinner in many upscale restaurants and hotels and our meal was equal to that. Compliments to the Chef and kitchen staff. Breakfast was just as delicious with a continental help yourself station and then a-la carte menu selection. Breakfast is Included. Overall the staff were professional and friendly. The property was acquired this year by a new owner and is being managed by a hospitality group. They have done great improvements to the overall beautification and it looks fabulous. I had a chance to view some of the rooms - love the different options and there are many choices depending on your needs - couples or entire families and definitely a place to hold a family reunion - you would feel at home here. Definitely a beautiful wedding venue. My last comment is not a criticism as I am sure the interior room renovations are in the process. They need a little more attention to detail - a few simple interior design details and the accommodations would take them from 3 star to 5 star. ( Having been in the hospitality business for 30 years, the old adage that the devil is in the details is absolutely true!) Certainly would not deter me from coming to stay again, and I certainly look forward to my next visit. Most certainly a hidden gem.

Unique country vibe. Really quiet and calm. Dining experience was amazing with the warm welcoming atmosphere and staff. The waiter made me feel like I was a royal Disney princess The food was amazing in taste and look. The inn rooms could have been decorated better and the bathroom upgraded. The king sized bed and sheets were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The whirlpool could have been cleaner. The scenery was a nice relaxing country feel and very pretty. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had. It included a courteous waitstaff, buffet style breakfast items along with a menu to order from. There was a great selection of healthy things to eat along with some vegan/dairy free options. Check in and out was easy and the staff was really helpful with anything we needed. The little gym was cute. Didn’t access the spa but will check it out next time. I will definitely go back again!

The Glasbern was great - a lovely, non-chain hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, easy-to-find, and reasonably priced. I would happily stay here again. The only issue was the service. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check me in for about 10 minutes - annoying and unprofessional. After checking in, I had a very minor issue with the room and, again, no one at the front desk. After about 5 minutes, I returned to my room and waited about 30 min, to come back to the front desk. Again, no one there, and I waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear. The person resolved the issue quickly - after all the waiting. The most annoying was breakfast. When I checked in, it was made clear that I needed to make a reservation at the restaurant - even though breakfast was included. I had a long trip the next day so made a reservation when the restaurant opened - 6:30 am. At 6:30 am, I appeared at the restaurant and, guess what, no one was there. I just went in and sat down. There was a couple there - other guests, and they had same experience. Those folks and I helped ourselves to coffee and fruit, but unclear what to do. The three of us were told that we would order breakfast from the menu. After about 20 minutes (!), a server appeared and did take our orders. Breakfast was fine, just this very odd wait. The owners need to emphasize customer service to the staff.

Very comfortable stay — everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The room felt cozy and well-maintained, which made it easy to rest. The location is excellent, right on the main road, making it convenient for travel and easy to find. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stop.

We had a very nice stay. The room was very clean. The overall rating of the hotel was excellent. The staff we met in the restaurant were so nice and personable. It was great to have the restaurant in the same place it was very convenient. The food was excellent also! Dinner was superb! Also we would like to personally thank our bartenders Miranda and Sage and our personal waiter Randy. They all were so nice and professional! Also in general all the staff were professional. Attending to our needs immediately. Highly recommend!

Loved the bar & restaurant at the hotel. It’s great when you can just get a bite to eat & a drink & not have to drive off the premises. We arrived late & the bar was still open and had small plates available to order. Bartenders were friendly & accommodating. The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. We sat at the bar and watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics. Very nice evening.

Rooms were clean and good sized for two. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Halls were quiet, no slamming of doors, loud talking, etc. Breakfast was standard, however set up was spacious so people weren't on top of each other making their selections. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent (food and service). Rooms are spacious and well lit. I hope I had time to enjoy the pool as it looked very nice. The evening bar is fully equipped, and craft cocktails are excellent. They were very kind with us serving us a last drink late at night when we came back from a concert. I want to find an excuse to be back!

This is a very comfortable, well-run, and well-designed hotel, a very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of closet space and drawer space as well as the bonus of a section of the room with a desk, fridge, microwave, and coffee makers as well as a couch. It was easy to adjust the temperature, and there was an extra blanket for the bed. It was very quiet. The shower door actually kept the water inside the shower! I've been in a lot of hotels these days where the style is to have only a half-door, if that, with the result that each shower leads to a flood on the floor, so this shower was a nice contrast. The exercise room was small but quite adequate for my needs. It would have been nice to have more usb ports. The only glitch was that some of the coffee cups at breakfast leaked. When we mentioned this to one of the staff, she immediately got a fresh supply.

2nd time staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially for recommending close by restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious. Large enough to entertain friend. The desk is large and perfect for even long term work stays. Nice if breakfast had more fruit selections and ham or bacon with the eggs and potatoes - breakfast as is, is quite adequate.

Fairly late check in—greeted by friendly and professional associate at the front desk. Room was clean and most comfortable. Not a complaint but took a while to figure out HVAC—thermostat on wall by entry plus controls on the unit itself. Tasty breakfast the next morning. Would happily return.

Housekeeping was excellent. Bed and pillows were good. My only complaint - the lighting in the bathroom (s) isn’t great - in fact, it’s awful! The breakfast is fine and a great, easy way to start your day. Amenities (pool, exercise room) are more than adequate for our stay. We will be back in the Spring.

I stayed at this hotel with a large group in the beginning of April. Front Desk staff and General Manager were so friendly AND accommodating The hotel rooms were bright, clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was delicious--despite the lack of a waffle maker. I've never had free hotel breakfast eggs that were so good! The buffet style dinners the GM was kind enough to arrange for us for a per person charge were AMAZING! The food was plentiful and delicious! The roast beef with mushroom gravy and heavenly mashed potatoes?! So good! The on-site night club was more of a bar that wishes it was a night club--but no complaints about it. The parents appreciated the ability to get a drink after a very loooong day. In short--it's a clean, safe, reasonably priced hotel that gets the job done. Not sure why it gets such a bad rep in on-line reviews. Perhaps the rest of Airport Road is sketchy but definitely not this place. We'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel Days, across the street from Allentown airport is my favorite place to stay in this area. It provides shuttle. There is hot coffee all the time and hot breakfast every morning. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I especially want to give thanks to a superb member of hotel staff at the front desk. Sam is such a nice and helpful person from him greeting me when I check in to wishing me a pleasant departure, this man is kind and helpful, even when high volume of guests require attention he's attentive with positivity. And thanks for taking my food order and informing me of the restaurant/lounge within hotel. The front desk guys Sam and Nick is amazing, helpful, kind, professional, and very attentive .. 5 star customer relations..

Days Inn hotel was better than my expectations, but still had some things to work on. First and foremost, the WiFi absolutely SUCKS at the hotel! I could barely get any cell service, so the WiFi would have been great if it worked. See screenshot. Their wifi was not working. I did not bring this up since I wasn’t at the hotel during the day, just when I needed to sleep, and get ready for the day. I know it wasn’t just me, because the night before I left the hotel, I walked to my car, and I overheard a guy talking to someone on the phone that the WiFi sucks, and they also didn’t have any cell service. That’s the only major downfall I see, if they don’t have this working properly, soon. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, when I needed someone. The mattresses were really hard, not a bit soft in anyway, so if you like hard mattresses that make you feel like you’re sleeping on a rock, this is the stay for you. The pillows were also not the most comfortable, they were stiff, and not soft. Otherwise cleanliness wise for the beds, were great… except I did some fine strands of hair on the pillowcases on my first day, but wasn’t a big deal for me. The base of my bed skirt had some questionable marks on it that may look like bodily fluid, but I didn’t use a black light to find out. The free breakfast food was not that great. It’s good if you’re in a pinch, but for better breakfast food, go to a Wawa or go to Bethlehem Diner!

I was hesitant to book this hotel since the rates were so low, but it had good reviews and I can see why. The hotel is very clean and you can tell from the decor that the owners care about the property. The breakfast room is large with a lot of windows - bright and airy. The location is very convenient and despite it being an airport hotel, we did not hear a lot of overhead traffic. Our room was close to the front desk and was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The property does have a "low end" feel - the rooms are sparsely furnished and the bar is actually a night club. The clientele reflects the low rates and if I were staying as a single woman, I would likely not be comfortable. My husband and I stayed five nights and had no issues. It was clean, quiet, and provided what we needed - a place to sleep. We did not spend much time in the hotel. I would stay here again.

The room was cozy, very clean, staff was amazing, they have a bar n restaurant there with decent prices menus are provided in the rooms. The pool was nice gym was nice. Location was convenient not to far from shopping airport was right across the road. They have a DJ in the bar on the weekends to enjoy. All round nice place to stay. I would recommend it definitely. Also the kitchen staff are very polite, they greet you when you go to get your food asking you what you would like, they have sausage eggs potatoes fruit bread bagels coffee orange juice apple juice butter cream cheese for the bagels peanut butter oatmeal hot tea n ice water. Good variety to pick from. I had a complained to the front desk and they handled it in a timely manner

Clean, amazing staff,and breakfast!!!!! The few previous stays had none to horrible breakfast. One worker sitting in the kitchen on her phone shrugged when we said no food! Here, the breakfast was plentiful! The staff was nice, cleaned constantly! The food was hot and fresh and filled!!! I also needed a toothbrush and toothpaste which the front desk happily provided. Definitely added this location to my favorites!!!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 2 nights. It was within 3 minutes by car from Candles and Supplies where I did the workshop. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and stores. The hotel is outdated with a very small and cold pool. The breakfast was okay: bacon, juice, coffee, and cinnamon bun. The patty was dry and the omelette was tasteless. With that being said, the hotel was very clean and the pillows and bed sheets comfortable.

I made a reservation in the morning of April 23 for that evening and received a confirmation email. When we arrived that evening, there was no record of our reservation, Jen at the desk tried using my name and the confirmation number but could not locate the reservation. However, she was very helpful and accommodated us with a room that suited our needs well. The next morning, I found the man in the breakfast area to also be very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I actually was suppose to stay at another location for two nights. Got in late the first night and realized this place was seriously not going to work (it was awful). I was on the phone at midnight to Holiday Inn, Quakertown and got Collin. To whoever higher up is reading this, Collin was fantastic. First, he had to deal with a woman on the verge of tears. He made my reservation and asked me about what I wanted. I said to pick out the room he would pick for himself. Arrived that evening, tired since I had no sleep the night before, and went to my room. Goodness, I am not sure if all the rooms are like this, but it was uge. Oh, and ht eheat worked which was lovely since it was in the low thirties. It was clean, it was quiet. My only regret is just one night. In the dining room for breakfast was Dwayne making sure food was out and the room was clean and tidy. Sweet man. Hello, Collin and Dwaye - You both made what started out as a very rough trip much, much easier!

I needed a quiet evening after my Uncle’s home going and this hotel gave me the perfect respite. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and so spacious. I ordered room service for breakfast and it came swiftly and was delicious! This was the perfect setting for the peace I needed.

The lobby was fresh, modern, and inviting. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. I said I was there for a group business meeting and they immediately knew which group I was with. I told them I was early and needed to get a few things done. The staff person walked me over to a quiet area to plug my laptop in and asked if I would like something to drink. The staff member then returned a few minutes later to check on me and to ensure I was all set up with good internet. The meeting space was very well furnished and had ample plugs to get set up for a productive meeting. The food was fresh, delicious, and had something for everyone. The audio-video equipment worked great and the room sound allowed all the virtual attendees to hear clearly and actively participate. It could not have been a better experience. Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the bar was great. Staff is friendly. Regular menu at restaurant was great! Tried specials as we were there St Patrick’s Day weekend and my meal was not good at all. Corned beef was tough and fatty and my cesear salad was just like an uncut head of lettuce with croutons on top. The night before we ordered off the regular menu and that was delicious !

Stayed one night while traveling through. This place is huge, would be a great conference hotel. Recently remodeled, very well done. Had a king bed standard room. Clean and comfy. I will say that the edge of the platform bed and my leg bumped a few times, it sticks out a bit too much. There is a nice outdoor pool, exercise room, lounge and bar area. Plenty of parking. Nearby restaurants are a bit sparse….you need a car. Overall a good choice. Near highway but seemed quiet to me.

The upgrades from the center/Holiday Inn are quite nice. the hotel really needed an uplift and it got it. all new everything from what I see. my room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I had relatively quick access to a parking lot which gave easy in - out without having to go through the lobby and elevators etc. Wifi was good. TV allowed for streaming and all major channels easily browsed....walk in shower very nice. room had all the amenities.....

Room was clean the size was spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly always helpful. Hallway very clean and a plus close to restaurants and stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodspring in Allentown during our family trip to Dorney Park last weekend! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very family friendly. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need—and being only about 3 miles from the park made it super convenient. The biggest bonus for us was the in-room kitchen. Being able to prepare meals saved us a lot of money compared to eating at the park, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, a great value and perfect choice for families visiting the area. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff is amazing, very accommodating and respectful! The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, probably the cleanest Woodspring Suites I’ve stayed at until date. The rooms are very spacious and they have a very handy kitchenette with a full size refrigerator which is a plus when staying for an extended stay.

I liked that there aren't any carpets in the rooms. I love how clean it is kept. I like the peaceful atmosphere. Great area, near shops and restaurants. I felt safe knowing that there are plenty of cameras on the parking lot..

Stayed here with my husband and a large group of people for a Bowling Tournament from Friday-Sunday (05/02-05/04). Check-in process was quick and easy for everyone. Location was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and well supplied with everything. Loved the very clean bathroom and updated glass shower doors as well as the extremely pleasant smelling hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied to us. The hotel seems to be keeping up with the times and has the toiletries attached to the walls, as many of us do these days lol. Which is great, since it leaves alot more counter space for whatever we may need it for. We ordered food from their kitchen on Saturday night after bowling all day. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with French Fries. My husband ordered their steak (Cajun seasoning, medium doneness), house salad (vinaigrette dressing) and red skinned mashed potatoes. His food came with a ceramic plate, a steak knife and normal fork. We ordered everything to-go, so that was a pleasant addition to have. Initially we were going to eat in our room but, it was a nice evening so we decided to eat outside in their garden/courtyard area. I'm glad we did. The temperature was nice, tables and chairs were available, and the ambiance of the courtyard as well as the lighting was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner outside. Check out the next day was quick and easy as well. Def staying here again! Wonderful experience

We came and stayed for a concert and to visit Bethlehem. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. A lot of shopping and dining close by. Super close to Bethlehem. Room was clean and comfortable. It was great having a bar on site. After a long day out we came back and had drinks (delicious) in the lobby which was affordable and cozy with fireplace going. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower as well as hand soap & lotion by sink (especially the hand soap). We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport and also shopping and restaurants in the nearby mall. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the in-house bar/restaurant was well-provisioned. The food was also tasty and varied and a touch above typical "hotel food." The room was clean and comfortable, and the stay overall was flawless. Not sure when I'll ever be in the area again, but if you happen to flying in or out of ABE airport and in the Allentown-Bethlehem area, I doubt there is any better hotel.

We stayed here in an overnight trip to PA. The hotel is pretty much as all other HGI’s. Nice lobby, clean rooms, breakfast. Room was very warm (it was really cold that night). We always have breakfast at the hotel because it is convenient, but first time having dinner at this hotel. And were not disappointed. They had an ample menu (Thought the choices would be limited). Our food was delicious and pretty affordable. Service was great. The evening server (did not get her name) but she was accommodating, sweet, just awesome. It was worth staying in as it was a very cold and windy night in PA. I recommend this property and dinner.

Our second time staying here. Just a great hotel. It's clean, it's safe. The property itself is very nice. The breakfast is really good and dinner is great. Many dinner options and affordable. After a day of sightseeing, it's great to go to the hotel, shower and not have to leave the hotel for dinner. The staff is kind and accommodating. This is our go to when in Allentown.

I was there…..I checked in 11pm around,guy at desk was great…I called before hand from park they said everything good with the 2 rooms one was on second floor was smaller. MY ROOM was a (( suite 2 beds with additional living area )) $190 on Saturday night !..I think this room was big…450 sq feet easy or bigger….u get 2 beds…huge area with couple couch chairs ,desk, tv…..you get a living room with tv couch full kitchen sink ….rest is small fridge micro coffee……it’s made for full kitchen appliances but it’s not there…plus, theres a kitchen table to in a separate little room… It’s nice for couple nights or more…..was clean….very decent. If u see other reviews it’s cause being worked on probably…mine was at the VERY end 3rd floor by ice machine….that room was nice big clean ….. if u going to sesame place next day and you got kids family of 4…….HUBBY will love alllllll the room kids and himself have…..regular room is 330 sq feet….this room feels like double……you got diner across street…..breakfast good in hotel….pool 6am to 10 pm….no jacuzzi just pool….its BEST I MEAN BEST ROOM for your money cause of the SIZE OF THEROOM….its big. Probably have full kitchen on executive suite idk…..my room was great…….

We stayed one night while we were in town for an Art Festival. Our stay started out with a friendly and welcoming young lady at the front desk. Jayleen was so sweet and made us feel noticed and welcomed. Our bed was so comfortable! And the room was clean. I was so happy to see pump had soap in the bathroom ! It’s about time someone figured that out ! I won’t miss the little bar of soap. The ladies did a nice job with the breakfast bar. And BeBe was friendly and helpful at check out. We will stay here again when we come back to the Art Show next year.

Although I only stayed 1 night, it was great. We got there early and had no problem checking in. It was fast and friendly. Th rooms are clean and have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with k-cups. The free breakfast was great. They had a lot of variety, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was constantly replenishing the hot food and immediately cleaned tables and floors when someone finished. I did not check out the pool, but I did see a family in there. They seemed to be having fun. Overall, it was a great stay!!

My husband recently traveled alone for a business trip, the first time since we got married. I wanted to send him a little love, but I wasn’t sure how to do it. So, I called the hotel and spoke with a kind gentleman who had a lovely accent. When I shared my idea, he assured me that he would help, despite his "bad handwriting." He suggested I email the hotel with my message, making me feel that my gesture was truly important. About 20 minutes later, I received a call from the hotel supervisor, Vildred. She was enthusiastic and eager to assist. Going above and beyond, she offered to write the letter for me herself—she has beautiful handwriting—and promised to place it inside a heart-shaped arrangement on the bed. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to both of us. As a hotel manager myself, I know how crucial it is to appreciate staff like Vildred and the agent who answers me the call. It's the small details that elevate a guest's experience from good to exceptional. The team clearly pays attention to the finer points and is committed to enhancing the overall guest experience. As for the hotel itself, my husband reported that he slept very comfortably—the bed was plush, the breakfast delicious, and the atmosphere quiet. He had nothing but praise for the staff, highlighting their exceptional service. It’s these kinds of experiences that truly make a trip memorable.

Checked in and was greeting immediately by a friendly, professional staff member. Hotel was clean, safe, quiet. Next morning we went to the complimentary breakfast. Food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. The gentleman that was taking care of the breakfast was very attentive and ask if I wanted him to make me plain scrabble eggs due to my dietary needs. Overall this hotel was an outstanding place to stay.. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed 2 times over more than a week combined. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and no issues. The bed was comfortable. Heat and air worked perfect. Felt very comfortable for long work trip. Would highly recommend. During the week it is a lot of business travelers. Which overall it was quiet, cordial friendly people. The weekend had families and such come through, but it was still quiet overall. It is in a convenient location with easy access to highway and food.

We literally needed a place to sleep so we could be close to the PPL Center for Muhlenberg College commencement. We arrived late at night; I had messaged the hotel when I made the reservation to have them note the late arrival. They replied that it was taken care of. I called when we got on the road at 9:30pm just to reconfirm that we were guaranteed, and the front desk person was almost surprised by my doubt - "it's already noted in the reservation!" So, very on top of things. The night person was very friendly when we arrived. The room was newly renovated - very modern and tasteful. Comfy bed, for the relatively few hours we slept in it. Can't comment on breakfast - my husband had a blueberry scone he said was pretty good, plus some yogurt. I had asked him to get me eggs if there were any, so if I had a complaint it would be that the "egg maker was broken that morning" so there were no eggs. It happens. Great location - maybe 20 min from the PPL Center. I would absolutely stay here again!!

My experience at this hotel was excellent. Rochelle at check-in was excellent one of the best check-in service I have ever received. She went above and beyond to make sure I my stay was comfortable without me even asking. She deserve a raise or promotion her service was exceptional. The room was comfy, huge, clean and modern with all the amenities of a mini apartment. Slept like a baby.

Always and continue to enjoy my multiple stays at this hotel. Front desk is very hospital. Rooms are super clean n spacious. Also n nice relaxing outdoor patio with free gas grills and fireplaces for a nice relaxing evening. Location is also great with multiple food location and bars. I will be continuing my stays here!

We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Our room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen had the utensils needed for cooking. The toiletries were in those " attached to the wall refillable pumps' that were eco-friendly. Front desk was very accommodating as to our questions and requests for iron, extra towels and toilet paper. Shout out to Nick and Tianali who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the usual hotel food fare. Dining area is very well maintained and clean. Indoor pool was fine as well, and the deepest height is 4 feet 6 inches, which was very convenient for my children who are non-swimmers! The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi connection at times and our newly issued key cards did not work. But was easily resolved by front desk. Overall, very good stay at this hotel!

Too late to make drive home stopped at 1st motel. I was pleasantly surprised at price, $99 plus tax. The room was clean and inviting. Did it have a few issues, yes, but I could overlook by the price. Everything I needed was clean! They had a bar where I could get a cocktail to go. Food service until 1130,but did not use. More than substantial breakfast provided. Just the perfect quick stop.

This is a great property. Check-in was a breeze. Room was ready early which was nice. Inviting lobby. Very spacious rooms. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Towels were large and soft. Breakfast was complete with many choices and well prepared. Parking was easy. Many restaurants in area. Great place to stay in every respect.

My family and I had a good experience. Very clean and quiet . It was relaxing. What I liked the most is that we had access to coffee all day. I was not so thrilled about the breakfast, overall it was good.

Property was clean so was my room. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lobby looked modern and colorful which gave an inviting vibe. Providing an airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was standard nothing to brag about but not bad. If I’m in town again I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

It’s amazing how a bubbly, exuberant and very, very helpful staff can add so much to a positive experience and that’s what you get while checking in at this establishment as well if you need some assistance navigating the neighborhood. That’s exactly what you receive from Alexis and Brycen , the front desk staff at reception. Alexis’s sunny disposition and Brycen’s helpfulness surely made our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We’d recommend this facility just to expose others to such a positive experience that is not hardly ever experienced anywhere else. Also, the facility itself is clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Go Alexis& Brycen!

My family & I had an excellent one night stay on our way to visit Bethlehem. The staff were all very friendly, especially the staff member at breakfast who took the time to inquire about our stay and ask us how we were doing. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and even included gluten free items, which we were extremely grateful for as my teenage son is gluten sensitive. Location was approximately 10 min to Bethlehem, so it was convenient for our needs. Overall, a great stay.

Great, low key hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was comfortable and clean, there is a small outdoor pool. Basic breakfast and 24 hour coffee included in the rate was highly appreciated. Would not hesitate to return.

We are 3 couples and come to Bethlehem every year around Christmas. We always stay at the Fairfield Inn because the staff is friendly and the location is convenient to downtown Bethlehem. Front desk staff Nick & Jennifer go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. Though problems are rare, Manager Yamilka is always there to promptly resolve any issues. Another benefit of this hotel is their shuttle bus. Driver Nick is very friendly and will drive you into town to a local restaurant and pick you when called. The shuttle is very busy so it is best to schedule your drop off in advance so Nick is expecting you. As parking is limited in the city, this is a valuable service provided by the hotel. GM Jeff Moore must be proud of his staff and their 10 star service!

I travel extensively for work and this was a better guest experience than I’ve received at many luxury hotels. We arrived and they had fun fortune cookies with little prizes in them, handed out welcome bags with water, snacks and a nice letter welcoming us. The rooms are nice enough and perfectly comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of this property, was blown away by the incredible level of service I received here.

The hotel is in a great location and my room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great. Dominique in particular was very professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating. She has exceptional customer service skills and she is a very personable. Her knowledge and expertise at her job is the reason I continued to extend my stay. She should be promoted and given a raise.

This hotel was fine - nothing special but OK. It was clean, the staff was friendly. I will say the breakfast area was beautiful and clean. The food was fresh, hot and always kept full. I did find the $250 per night room hold on a credit card ridiculous - never in all of our travels have we been charged that, but we were told it was standard (and it was even on a placard at the front desk).

This is the perfect place for a getaway its quiet, everyone is friendly and poliet and even when we had an issue the second day they were very quick and convenient to have someone fixed it. Also a bonus to this place they also have play and go cribs available which was huge gor us as we came a distance and it allowed us to save room on packing. I would highly reccomend and will definitely return to.

The girl at the reception desk was very friendly and courteous when I asked if I could check in earlier and she was helpful. Came back and was able to access my room early enough to use the pool with my daughter. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of spacious seating. Pool was supplied with towels and the front desk girl, who was the same girl, sorry I did not get her name checked me out easily.

Stayed in a jacuzzi suite. Do wish the jacuzzi was a little bigger as there's only room for 1 and a 1/2. Check in fast and friendly. Room clean. Always had hot water. Slight leak, but very slow, so not an issue. Good breakfast. Had a great time! Definitely recommend.

I loved that the front desk employees were very nice and professional. I also liked when we had issues with the jacuzzi they were willing to place us in another room to make sure we got what we paid for. The breakfast was also amazing for a hot breakfast.

Prior to my visit in May 2025, I previously stayed here a few years ago, and not much has changed, besides updating the branding/signs. At check in, the younger woman seemed a bit confused as to whether I had paid already or not but figured it out. There was no cookies like last time but I did arrive later around 9:30pm. I had room 127, a King room with Jetted Tub that I booked months in advance as they sell out quick! The room was clean overall, although there was some dust, and wear/tear/scuffs on some furniture. There were plenty of towels, 4 bars of soap, and 5 pillows on the king bed which is great! Bed was comfortable too! There was some paint patches/mismatched paint in bathroom and one of the towel hooks by the hot tub was loose and fell when I tried to hang a towel. It also took a long time to fill the jetted tub, but once filled, it was very relaxing, and jets worked well! The breakfast was wonderful. The older woman tending to the breakfast area seemed kind, sweet, and kept everything full. There was a lot of variety, which was great, including blueberry waffles, coffee cake, I liked the sausage links (I am picky), eggs were good, and there was even nutella for toast! Great way to start the day! Large breakfast area too so it was very comfortable. Loved that check out is at noon and I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend this hotel to others. It is right off the highway but I didn't hear a thing!

We visited Allentwon for a few days as we were showing our dogs over the weekend. This hotel first is pet friendly, there were doggie trash cans, plenty of grass around. The most important of all is the property was VERY well lit. I felt very safe walking around the hotel ground during early morning and late night. I was very impressed. The surrounding area was clean, well maintained. The room was a bit dated but clean. We were comfortable and the daily breakfast was adequate. The service was friendly too. I would come back here.

Room was very clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Hotel staff were very nice and did a good job keeping food going during breakfast and keeping things clean and tidy. The heat worked well in the room and it was very comfortable. The bathroom had flickering lights but not the end of the world. There were a few things that looked like it should have been in a cheap shabby hotel and not a comfort inn, such as the toilet was not flush with the wall and you could see behind it. They hadn't hired a good maintenance person to fix things, but the overall experience was good and I would go there again. Oh, Wi-Fi barely worked and they didn't have streaming platforms available on the TV. If you don't need those amenities you'll be fine.

Stayed in jacuzzi suite. Clean and comfortable. No complaints great price

I would give her stay a three star and that's only based on the fact that it is very outdated as far as the room although the room was very clean. Though we did spill some water and we used one of the bath towels to wipe the floor and it was black but I'm sure with that type of floor it's hard to get a really good clean people are walking over it but the bed was comfortable the hot tub was nice the shower was clean there was enough towels and it was cute having the little fake fireplace in there and the staff were very friendly and helpful so if I am ever in the Quakertown area again I would definitely stay

Check-in was quick, easy, and met with great customer service. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with possibly one of the nicest hotel beds I've ever slept in, and it was very easy to relax and unwind for the night. Overall it was quiet and peaceful and a pleasant experience! The only drawback was that the floors were a bit dirty so walking around barefoot led to dirty feet but it could've been easily prevented if I remembered to bring slippers or flip flops!

Very fine hotel. I like having my car outside my door. The room was clean. Few tiles missing at the floor molding but overall nice room-no complaints at all. Very clean sheets. We have a dog and he was happily accommodated! We treat the room with respect. He does not sleep in bed with us nor stink up the room Staff was very friendly. Breakfast of waffles,cereals ,yogurt,toast - coffee all day/night. Excersize room looked good to. Thanks for a restful night to all who work here!

The check-in was seamless. The concierge (desk clerk) was very personable, affable, and informative. She was quick to share a list of local eateries with phone numbers and addresses when asked. Our room was very comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and there was even a chaise lounge chair, which was unique. The AC unit worked very well, and we were able to get a quality night's sleep. The breakfast area was AWESOME! I was fascinated with the pancake machine because it made perfect pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious! All of the items on the hot bar were at the perfect temperature and prepared very well. The entire area was impeccably neat and clean. The staff was quick to refurbish items when they were low. The coffee was the first, and no one had to wait because the staff member timed it perfectly. The breakfast dining area was very clean and modern as well.

It was a great stay. I was very impressed with how clean everything was in the hotel. The pool and area was very clean and well maintained. Fitness room the same. The dining area for breakfast was also very very clean. Staff were very welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone. I am definitely returning. This is my go to hotel when in Allentown. Near by restaurants, fast food and other things to do in Allentown, PA.

Clean, well-lit, close to the interstate and lots of gas/food. Had a 1st floor King room, was average size but very clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. We checked in at 1:30am and it was easy and the attendant was pleasant. Staff was helpful & pleasant in the morning as well. We felt safe, clean, and Allentown had a lot of options for food & entertainment (park for dog, Farmer’s Market for grabbing breakfast).

The only hotel to stay at when my family is in Allentown PA. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel for various reasons. First, we got a hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport very soon after we called the hotel. Thank you for providing this service. Second, we liked our room. It had a spacious, modern appearance and functionality. It had a comfortable lounge chair for sitting. There was a good-sized refrigerator and microwave. If you want to brew your coffee in your room, there’s a Keurig machine for coffee making. We liked the chain for pull-down down and pull-up shades instead of a set of curtains. There were lots of places for plugging in electronics including USB ports and plugs on both sizes of the king-sized bed. I liked the dimming lamp on the desk. I also liked the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Third, breakfast was served hot, buffet style. The hotel had attendants for managing the breakfast. There were plenty of various foods for everyone, and the buffet was well cared for. There’s an exercise room, which didn’t have time to use, but it had treadmills. There’s an outdoor pool, which is seasonally used. I’d definitely stay here again when in the area.

Staff was super friendly checking in and with any questions I had. The room we had was super clean and stocked had a coffee area in the room with kcups and supplies also a small fridge. Beds were super comfy and clean. Breakfast in the morning was really nice, tasty and a lot of options very convenient. Kept really clean.

The location near the airport was convenient and centrally located for our needs around the Lehigh Valley. The property was clean and maintained. Our room, on the 3rd floor faced the back of the hotel and was quiet. Comfy beds and soft linens. We appreciated the breakfast every morning and the self-service laundry area. The counter space in the bathroom was large enough for two people. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff,

Absolutely perfect. Clean comfy room. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Highly recommend. Only criticism is the short shower curtain. Spent a lot of shower time trying to keep water off the floor. Other than that 💯 awesome
