The lobby is so cool, clean and welcoming after a long travel day or long day at the parks. We also valeted our car and the valet staff treats you so well and welcoming. Front desk staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. The pool and jacuzzi was relaxing and a great amenity that we enjoyed. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean and cool. Our beds were comfortable and we love the modern amenities. It's our favorite place to stay when going to Disneyland. We loved our stay at the Westin Anaheim.

Our recent stay at the Westin Anaheim Resort during our Disneyland trip was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel warmly welcomed and completely taken care of. Every detail—from the modern, spacious rooms to the top-tier amenities—was designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it the ideal home base for a family vacation. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Being just a short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure meant we could easily pop back to the hotel for a midday break, which was a lifesaver with little ones in tow. The hotel’s Disney-facing rooms even offered stunning views of the nightly fireworks—truly magical! The rooms themselves were immaculate and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, ample space for families, and thoughtful touches like soundproofing and blackout curtains (perfect after a long day in the parks!). The pool area was a great place for the kids to unwind, and the fitness center was impressive, too. We also appreciated the on-site dining options—delicious food with great variety, and the service was always top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from helping with park tips to making our kids feel extra special. If you're planning a Disneyland vacation and want luxury, comfort, and convenience all in one, the Westin Anaheim Resort is truly unbeatable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed here as a family for several nights for a Disneyland trip. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. They are very quiet both in terms of neighboring room noise and HVAC sounds. We were upgraded to a courtyard view room as part of Amex FHR; hoped we could see the fireworks but based on the angle we faced wasn't possible. The included (with FHR) buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items, including a fruit plate that goes beyond just having the usual melon choices found in many hotels. They are strangely a bit overly strict with the "one beverage per person rule" (eg trying to count having a coffee with milk as 2 drinks). We used the extra dining credit for lunch at the main restaurant, and the entrees there were quite good (especially the poke bowl). The self-parking charge is steep but seems on par with surrounding hotels. While we occasionally walked to the park, it will take you at least 15 minutes so given all the other walking we were doing, we generally used Uber, which was easy to find and cost ~$10. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel if you don't absolutely need to be super-close to the park entrance.

Absolutely beautiful Resort. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our stay was 10/10. When we arrived we met the GM Nick Price, he was absolutely amazing. We walked into the hotel, and was greeted with a big smile that made us feel instantly welcomed. Nick answered all questions we had, and interacted with our girls. My 3 girls said Nick was so very nice. Nick was very professional but made you feel at home. We definitely will be coming back just from this kind interaction. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, very clean and cozy! We had breakfast in their restaurant the “Tangerine” not only was the breakfast delicious but the service was perfection. We had Sue as our server and she was absolutely amazing. Sue was super bubbly and sweet. She was another person my kids adored. Sue was not only our server but also really interacted with my family.10/10 service for sure! The pool is beautiful the girls had a blast in it, my baby boy loved it so much as well. I cannot speak enough of how highly I recommend this resort. This resort is “Top Notch” . If you are thinking about booking I say do it now! We will be back. This is now our go to resort. Everything about it was incredible. “PRICELESS!!”

If you want to experience comfortability, fun, and professionalism, this hotel should be your number one choice. Huge shout out to Nilanka De Silva and the whole front desk team. they were amazing and made our stay the best. Very professional and polite in our conversation, another big thank you to Jessi-Lyn. My wife and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon and at first did not know what to expect but once again our expectations were beyond met. The lounge on the 8th floor is absolutely perfect and the views made breakfast so much better. Love the way it was all presented to us and the people welcoming us in did an amazing job. Thank you to William who was at the desk to welcome us in the lounge. I know it is apart of the job and the service that the Westin provides but everyone that worked from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday morning deserves a raise, promotion, or whatever reward can be provided to them. Everyone was amazing, my wife and I will definitely be back and will hopefully have the same experience or better but I know that the Westin wouldn’t let us down. 10/10 stay if I could give 6 stars I would.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was good and staff was very helpful. We used the jacuzzi and pool before it was closed at 10pm. Pool was a good temperature and comfortable, we were able to hear the disney fireworks from the hotel pool.

Such an awesome stay got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Very clean and roomy enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for the family.

Bed was comfy. Room deco was cute. Front desk employee allowed an early check-in (room was available) which was super cool. Nice outside pool and jacuzzi.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2025. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff were kind, attentive and efficient. Check in and out was very quick. Room was very spacious and very clean and beds were super comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Small pool and hot tub area but did the job for a quick swim to cool off. Complementary breakfast that was basic but had something for everyone. Dining area was large and clean. Very walkable to Disneyland entrance, took about 8 minutes at a slow stroll. Safe area with 3 restaurants between hotel and park entrance. Would definitely recommend for an affordable hotel that is walking distance to the park.

Recently stayed for 4 nights. The walk to Disneyland was reasonable. It’s not far, and it’s not short. It’s somewhere in between. It takes about 12 minutes to make it to the security checkpoint. Breakfast was fine for a typical free hotel buffet. If you’ve ever stayed at a Hampton inn, it’s similar quality. I had a slight problem with the water temperature in the bathroom, which was quickly resolved within one day by the hotel staff. The room was very comfortable, large, and clean. The air worked perfectly, and I appreciated the noise maker to reduce the street noise. The bed was also comfortable. I prefer staying on this side of Harbor blvd because it’s a little less chaotic than staying closer to Katella. It also feels a little safer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a hotel instead of the typical Harbor blvd motels. The walk is close enough, plus the free breakfast and comfortable, clean rooms. I would stay again.

Great experience- especially the breakfast! The jacuzzi was warm, could see the Disney fireworks from our room, and the bed was spacious and clean. My only warning is that the walls are thin, and motorcycle noise from the street is LOUD at night. Otherwise, great experience.

I loved how quiet, clean and comfortable it was. Staff were responsive to needs. Breakfast was plentiful with oatmeal from scratch, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs and potatoes. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were great. There were restaurants walking distance. This will be my new hotel for Disneyland trips!

Rooms are vey spacious and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was good, kids enjoyed being able to do your own waffles. Pool is also nice and well curated area. Very conveniently located next to Dysneyland parking so you can catch the free bus to the parks easily. The only negative is jacuzzi noise that stopped at 10pm and startene again at 5am and was quote disturbing my sleep. I would highly recomend.

I love this hotel. I love the roof top pool and jacuzzi with long open hours of 6 am to 10 pm. I love that is is just under a mile walk to Disneyland. For our group that was just fine. The walk there is pretty with palm tree lined streets. The breakfast was great with waffles, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. I love the coffee in the lobby. I loved the family room with bunk beds and the King Bed. This will be my go to place when I visit Disneyland.

Location is convenient just off the 91 freeway and Harbor Blvd. The place is always clean and well-kept, with plenty of free parking available (with pass displayed on dashboard). Our flight was moved up by the airline, so we arrived a couple of hours before the posted 3:00 check-in time. The guy at the desk went to go check if the room was ready and since it was, checked us in quickly, and all the while seemed genuine happy to do so. Everyone of the staff we've encountered in our 3 days here have been not just polite, but downright friendly. They have all been masked as well. The room is clean, the bed and sofa are both comfortable, there is lots of counter space in the bathroom, and they have signs posted in all the public spaces regarding their cleaning practices as well as other small touches that help you realize that guest safety is a priority here. A Keurig coffee maker in the room puts out a good up of coffee, but the real thing is available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast includes hot eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, fresh made pancakes, and all manner of fruits, muffins, and cereals. Very nicely done. The room rate is very reasonable at a total cost of $400 for the 3 nights- all taxes and such included in that price. All manner of food places, as well as anything you'd need in the way of shopping, is conveniently nearby. We come here annually to visit family, and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Stayed 7 nights in a suite on the sixth floor and had a really great experience. Staff were really friendly on checkin and recognised that I was an IHG member which was a welcome change. The room was clean and pretty modern with lots of space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was usual for the chain and staff continued to be friendly and helpful through the stay. Gym was fine but didn’t try the Local Fullerton area is nice with good restaurants and there is a Farmers Market and Target on the next block. I will definitely be back but will stay on a lower floor next time as the only negative was high traffic noise. That said this is a general issue in LA wherever you stay.

This is the closest IHG property near Placentia. Wish there was one closer. Our room 714 was spacious for a two queen room, very quiet, and clean. Staff at front desk were especially helpful. Breakfast ladies really work hard to keep everything stocked and cleaned. Appreciated that. And they open at 6:00! Could not find luggage cart when needed. People be considerate and bring these back to the lobby!!!!! Our room had a view of the fireworks at Disneyland in the distance and a small balcony to view. We will continue to stay here when in the area.

Excellent Value! Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Delicious buffet with plenty of options. The entire facility was clean and comfortable. Rooms had plenty of amenities like toiletries, a microwave, a fridge, and plenty of places to plug in electronics. Plenty of parking. It was very quiet and restful. This was centrally located and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Location - close to Disney yet not right on the strip itself. Close to nearby restaurants, stores, etc. Breakfast- excellent breakfast choices (hot and cold available) included is always a plus, always something I look for in a hotel especially when staying more than a couple of days. Time breakfast was offered was very convenient for those who wanted to get started early or had early plans and when we'd like to sleep in. Free parking - large enough space to look for a parking stoll. First come first serve self parking is great with an option to use the free shuttle to and from Disneyland, convenient. Room size was great! Large rooms. Family Friendly - we stayed at the hotel for a week with our kids 10yrs and 8 yrs old. They loved the place and the breakfast plus the pool that we had all for ourselves at one time. Also noticed there were pets around. Some guests had their dogs with them. We are dog lovers and have a maltese at home so we were happy to see family pets were welcomed.

Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room. A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea. We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

Our first visit but definitely not our last! From our first interaction with check in until our check out, literally everything was perfect. We arrived late, but were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable too. Breakfast was good and staff there was friendly and helpful-even after I burnt my toast...twice! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay.

First time at a Hyatt House. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen/bar staff friendly and attentive. We ordered food from the kitchen for a quick meal -- fresh sandwiches, large portions, with good fries. The room was clean and comfortably appointed. Though we didn't have a use for it this time, I liked that there was a guest laundry on-site. Since we were just visiting for a quick appointment in town we didn't rent a car for the visit so didn't explore the area. The hotel seemed to be in a business area...not sure about walkable shopping/dining. Though it was a last minute booking -- we chose it for proximity to airport, courtesy shuttle option and complimentary breakfast (early flight) -- we were more than pleasantly surprised with the property. I'd book again for future visits. Nice proximity to SNA/John Wayne Airport. We chose it in part for the

This hotel has so many great accomodations. Excellent for families. They had a full kitchen with all the necessities to either make a full mean or reheat left overs. The breakfast selection was very good and kid friendly. The premises we're very clean and their refillable water tank was very handy. The pool was heated and they had noodles for the kids. The gym was 24/7. They had a small market with chips and alcohol which was perfect. They have a bar which also serves good with a cute outdoor patio with 2 fire pits. The space was used very well and they have their own parking structure. It's also located to close to a shipping center, gas station and there are lots of places to eat in the surrounding areas. A vehicle is highly recommended. The beach was only 15-20 minutes away and there was lots of shopping and cute places to eat near the beach. The hotel exceeded my expectations of commodity and service. They also accept pets for a fee. I can't wait to stay here again.

Overall all good experience besides parking and destination fees which added 100$ to the end of my bill. I think the hotel was clean and convenient. However pool needs a renovation and a jacuzzi to stay again.

We had such a great experience staying at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. Lunch at the hotel was delicious, and the customer service throughout our meal was truly top-notch — so friendly and attentive! We loved spending time at the pool, and our room had a great view overlooking both the tennis courts and the pool area. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. But hands down, our favorite part of the stay was the shuttle driver — he was so sweet, helpful with our stroller, and made the ride to Disneyland fun and entertaining. If you’re visiting Disneyland, this hotel is such a great option. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel in a great location which was central for where we were visiting. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always on hand if you wanted to ask anything. The bar staff were brilliant and friendly especially Tamra, Erica and Adrian. When we booked in with reception Jo was amazing and as we were staying for 10 nights she kindly upgraded us. The suite was fantastic with a large lounge area. The room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff were fab.

When you walk in the hotel it’s clean, modern, beautiful but empty. Which could be good thing. In this case it was good because I don’t like a lot of people anyway and I loved the relaxation room by the front desk. Plenty of couches a TV and small bar. Very cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. My stay was quiet and relaxing. For the PRICE it was 5 star. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing Experience.. kudos to the hotel team on demonstration of customer centricity from Check in to Check out. We reached at 10:30 AM in the morning along with a 2 year old kid and we were super tired. The gentlemen in the reception ( sorry didnt take note of his name ) not only offered us the early check in but also upgraded our room as there was no rooms available of our booked category at that time. I didnt have words to thank him. also on the next day we arrived late for the breakfast and they happily opened the closed breakfast section to take the food for us and prepared special food for our kid too. 24 hours complimentary coffee and tea with temperature maintained is also another testimony for their customer centricity. I wish i could have stayed more than one night but had a comfortable experience.

I really enjoy the cleanliness of this hotel room and throughout the property. The studio option was large and had ample space to fit a family. Enjoyed the wet bar was great for storing left over food from dinner nearby. All hotel staff is constantly cleaning and are helpful, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar that is available daily in the mornings only at the hotel lobby. My favorite was the waffles and eggs. Hotel location is very very close to John Wayne Airport estimated 20 minute walk away to airport terminals. 10 minute walk away from IHOP, El Torito, and Gulliver'sTavern steakhouse. Hotel is strategically located in a business park area amongst offices, so be mindful around 5pm traffic build up nearby. Beware of the 405 freeway/ MacArthur Blvd and John Wayne Airport traffic jam trifecta at 5pm.

Location was great, staff was great. The only thing we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi or pool since they turn off the heaters. They didn’t tell us or were not aware of the situation. After a tired days we were really looking forward to relax

Our hotel stay was good. I wish the outdoor pool was heated more. It is placed between 2 buildings so it is rarely gets any sun. The walk to and from my kids were only able to tolerate the pool for 2 to 3 ninutes before warming up in the hottub. Disneyland is farther than. I would have liked. The hotel is near the Toy story shuttle but still a full 2.5 blocks walk to get to the shuttle. It is faster to walk the 25 minutes than take the shuttle. When traveling with strollers there is nowhere to store a stroller but in the seat next to you.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem in Anaheim … love the Hyatt brand… trust the Hyatt brand …but assumed a Hyatt place would be less than I’m used to. Ridiculous of me !! It was great from check in, to check out. Jenny was so welcoming and pleasant - had our room ready early so we could go straight to the Parks- offered late check out since I’m a discoverist .. which we utilized RECOVERING from the PARKS , by swimming in the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi !! Clean and comfortable - every inch of the place - including our room - which was a standard room and very lovely .. comfortable beds !! The free breakfast was VERY good! Warm fresh eggs, potatoes, Canadian bacon and waffles - yogurt bar, oatmeal - fresh fruit- mixed berries .. really great! My only advice is to leave it open a LITTLE longer .. 0600-0900 may work for the going to Disneyland crowd .. but it doesn’t work at all for the RECOVERING FROM DISNEYLAND CROWD - and we almost slept through it! Thank you Hyatt for being a brand I consistently can rely on!

The Hyatt Place is great! The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is included and has a decent selection that goes slightly beyond the normal hotel breakfast. The front desk staff were professional and made me feel welcomed and valued. The breakfast staff was the highlight of the trip (honestly!); they were always cleaning, bussing, and refilling everything, yet they were never in the guests' way! The only issue is that it is further than some other hotels. It is a 20-ish minute walk to the Parks, or a short walk to the Toy Story shuttle; the shuttle lets you skip security at the Parks, but you have to wait in line, so pick your poison. That said, the walk isn't that bad, and it's worth it to be able to stay at a Hyatt, with it's consistently great hard and soft product, a cheaper price than only slightly closer hotels, and an included breakfast. I will strongly consider staying here the next time I am at Disneyland.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our family's vacation, and they even made my son's birthday extra special! Our room, which had a separate area with bunk beds and a sofa bed, was perfect for our family. The sliding door was a must, giving us a quiet space while the kids had their own area. The complimentary breakfast was a huge win considering how expensive meals are at the parks. it had a variety of food and we never had an issue finding a place to sit. Parking was super convenient with outdoor and underground parking. The pool and hot tub were on the smaller side, but it wasn’t crowded. Another huge perk was the easy walk to the Toy Story lot to catch the shuttle to the parks. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and parking was an easy. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness and the family-friendly amenities.

Very good hotel for the area. I had business at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library just 10-15 minutes away, and I chose this hotel due to amenities and location. Stayed in room #316 which had a nice view of pool area. Clean room with refrigerator, but no room safe. Shower/Bath was good. Only real complaint with room was horrible lighting for reading in bed. No overhead, or manual reading light attached to bed frame. Lights on bedside dressers only direct lighting straight down. Concierge lounge has a few items but could not enter when I checked in just after 11:00 pm. Kevin at the front desk was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was superior. Excellent choice of items including many flavors of bagels (cinnamon-raisin my favorite), muffins, and fresh fruit (cantaloupe my favorite). Used to have free parking for the guests in the past, but now charges $22/day, and no business center on-site. Overall a very good hotel and will still be my first choice for business travel to this area.

This Marriott is my go to in the Fullerton market. It’s comfortable, easy to get around, and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Kevin and Gaby are awesome, they’re always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve been staying here for years and plan to keep booking!

First time here. Marriott Hotels are terrific. The room was clean and spacious. The king sized bed was perfect. They have full service breakfast and dinner downstairs in the lobby. The staff was friendly and were efficient on check in. Recommend coming here when staying in Fullerton.

I had a great stay at Staybridge Suites Irvine. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made it easy to settle in for a few days. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel stayed at night, even being so close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, and anytime I had a question, they were courteous and responsive. The breakfast each morning was solid—nothing overly fancy, but fresh and kept well-stocked, which is more than I can say for a lot of places lately. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the parking fee. It felt a bit steep considering the location. Also, while the hotel is convenient to the airport and freeway, there's not much immediately walkable in the area, so plan on driving or using a rideshare. Overall, though, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for comfort, space, and convenience near John Wayne Airport. I'd definitely stay again.

I went to Irvine for a business trip and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the experience staying there. The room was impecable, the bed extremely comfortable and clean, and the pillows were perfect. I travel with my own pillow and these ones by far were like mine fluffy and comfortable. The breakfast crew was very helpful and friendly. I had a suit and the kitchen had everything I need it, huge refrigerator and impecable. I absolutely love the areas, which were pretty clean and the hotel appearance was top notch. The Gardening around the pool area was beautiful. I’m very hard to impressed. I’m a photographer and I am detail oriented. This hotel was by far one of the best I stayed in California.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting my grandson who lives close by. The hotel is very nice, family friendly, clean, spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a nice pool, basketball court and recent addition of mini golf, outside games and an inside game room. We love that it’s dog friendly But what stands out the most is the front desk people. They are kind and helpful and friendly - always trying to help us and make things easier. Today we arrived hours early and they let us check in… most hotels don’t even try to accommodate that. We are very appreciative of the service. We like the happy hour and breakfast too.

Lovely place to stay, safe and secure with plenty of lighting during the night,. Reception staff so welcome and helpful, very quick check in and out.The studio absolutely spotless, perfectly for a family of 5, beds so comfortable, mattress and pillows very good quality, all bedding cleaned. Breakfast with lots of variety , with many options, staff so professional and kind, coffee so delicious . Activity for teens were a bonus. Highly recommend , we had such a lovely time located at Staybridge.

We went as a group of 4 friends. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed felt firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast had a decent array of fresh fruit, eggs, toast, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The staff were friendly and kind. Thanks for a fun get away for 4 busy moms!

The restaurant was really nice, delicious options and a full bar with great cocktails. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the 24 hour shop in the lobby, for water and snacks. There was a nice pool area though I didn't use it. Staff were friendly enough, depending on who was on reception. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful.

We were warmly greeted by Alfred Bedonia, Asst. Front Office Manager, who kindly upgraded us to a beautiful pool view room for my son’s 10th birthday. He went above and beyond this already kind gesture by offering my son to choose a treat from the hotel’s marketplace, and, furthermore, he gave us vouchers for the buffet breakfast the next morning. These thoughtful gestures left a great first impression on us, as this was our first stay at the hotel and definitely not our last. The room was beautiful and spacious, and all of the staff at breakfast were equally as friendly. The property was lovely and upscale, the pool was well kept, and it was a wonderful stay all around. Thank you, Alfred and team! We will be back.

The most things that stood out was the property was nice, there was a pool, jacuzzi, an evening reception on Wednesday, but one of the best things about this location are the front desk personnel, hands down!!!! I forgot their names, but it was a young female, name begining with an A and a young gentleman, that was really patient with my check in process in March due to our Spring Break fun time with our son. They were polite, conciderate, and helpful the entire time of our stay!!! I had to give them a shot out to them for sure AAA customer service!!! We will stay there again and this hotel is next to Disneylan parking and many eating spots including Roscoe's Chicken!!! Glad we found this hotel!!!

We flew into LA and chose to stay at this Homewood for two nights to take our kids to Disneyland. From the reception to the breakfast, our stay was wonderful. We had a huge room with plenty of space to spread out, beds were comfy and breakfast had a great variety of options. The employees that run breakfast...from replenishing food to cleaning was amazing. It was extremely busy when we were there and there was a dance competition and choir one too with so many people and kids. The employees did not miss a beat and were very friendly and kind. Additionally, the location is perfect! A short walk to the toy story parking lot to catch the buses to Disney. We didn't have to drive at all as there are also many great places to eat all around. I highly recommend this hotel in Anaheim!

We loved our stay! Clean, quiet and easy access to Disneyland! Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was delicious with variety of options! It will be our go to spot. The only thing I would recommend are high pressure shower heads.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Located next to Toy Story parking lot which you walk through to get to the Disney shuttle bus. I like parking at the hotel and not having to do anymore driving. Rooms are spacious with a kitchenette, living area, bedroom and small divider wall separating the bunk beds from king bed. Kids love having their little area. Staff is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options and staff do a great job of keeping everything filled and tables clean.

I did not realize how busy it was until i had breakfast on our second day at a notmal time but the kitchen staff was amazing they just kept replenishing the food. Everything was fresh hot and delicious! Most amazing free breakfast ever! The chicken enchiladas, carne con papas n waffles n eggs won me over!😉👍

The hotel was amazing , newly remodeled and pool and jacuzzi was amazing . Family enjoyed the in house dining and Starbucks. Nikki was amazing in the front desk. She has great customer service skills and very sweet. She accommodated my family during our stay and that was greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back when visiting family down here again.

Nice pleasant hotel and would recommend. We stayed here for our first 2 nights whilst doing a tour of south west America and this place didn’t disappoint. Wonderful beds and the best pillows I have ever come across. This hotel had big spacious rooms which were also immaculately clean. A nice swimming pool and jacuzzi area aswell.. Stayed 5 nights in this wonderful hotel on our family trip Feb 2025. Absolutely loved our experience and would definitely stay here again. Courteous staff. Beautiful spacious double room, beautifully furnished. Had a refrigerator and a safe. King size bed was enough for myself, hubby and our 12 year old daughter to share. Additionally had a coffee brewing machine. Very quiet. Location is quite close to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park mall, and the complimentary shuttle to these places was the best for us - otherwise transportation would’ve cost us a fortune. Shuttle available several times a day with incredible flexibility!! The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful, always happy to pick us up if we wanted to get back earlier. The Jacuzzi was amazing!!! The pool was a bit cold for us due to time of year and it was raining half the time we were there. The only inconvenience was the one time it wasn’t raining, our daughter was eager to use the pool but there was a dead bug in it as pool wasn’t covered overnight but she was quite happy in the Jacuzzi. We did not try the meals at the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. The hotel also had a mini store which was very handy and everything is reasonably priced. Target store is also very close by. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel and all its amenities are very nice and comfortable. The pool is a nice size and so is the Jacuzzi . The rooms are nice and clean as well. The gym is decent as well. The breakfast was good. The overall offer we got with Booking.com was very nice and reasonable.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove and had an absolutely excellent experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. The location is ideal, just a short drive or shuttle ride away from Disneyland, which made it incredibly convenient for our park visits. After long, fun-filled days at Disneyland, it was such a relief to return to a quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with cozy beds, modern decor, and plenty of space for a family. We especially appreciated the little touches like the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge, which made it easy to have breakfast or snacks in the room. The on-site amenities were another highlight. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and convenient before heading out for the day. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove for anyone visiting Disneyland or the Anaheim area. It combines comfort, excellent service, and unbeatable location. We'll definitely be back for our next Disney trip!

Great hotel. Super convenient to restaurants, Target, walkable (though it's a good 30-40min) to Disney. There's also an ART bus just to the side of the hotel entrance, between HGI and Embassy suites. The price is very fair, app to buy tickets and view routes was a little wonky. Rideshare to the parks was around $9 before tip, depending on time of day. The pool is heated and got mostly shade by mid afternoon, with the breeze while we were there it was too cool for the adults to enjoy, but my kids loved it. The hot tub is a nice size and felt glorious! Room was modern and clean. Ample towels and full size toiletries (shampoo, cond, body wash, and lotion). There was a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge with tiny freezer compartment too. Food highlights nearby: Coco's, Raising Canes, DingTea, Joe's Italian ice, Cielito Lindo food truck. The breakfast buffet was included in our room rate and had a great spread, hot eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal and yogurt bars, fresh juice, croissants, bread, bagels and jam. The staff at breakfast (Vindy and Will especially stand out), we're always attentive, but all the staff (whose names I missed) were hustling to keep the food fresh and refilled when needed. I appreciated that the breakfast opens at 6am, so we had time to grab a bite before getting on the bus and still making it to Rope drop.

Stayed here when I had to go to a wedding in the OC. Location is reasonable and is near DisneyLand. Hotel is very nice and room was decent and large for a hotel of this type. Plenty of room, and nicely appointed. Climate controls were excellent, not too hot or cold (even though it was a rather warm October day). All items in the room functioned without problem. The bed was decently comfortable for this caliber of hotel. Most importantly, noise was at an absolute minimum (a big plus). A++ for no weird flashing/blinking lights from various smoke detectors/alarms, etc in the room. Shower was decent (no tub). A full-set of shampoo/conditioner/face soap was in the room too. only downside was our breakfast (which we purchased with our room price). There was a nice buffet style as well as the made-to-order (what we purchased). Our potatoes on the made-to-order breakfast were cold, toast was untoasted, and coffee served blistering hot. The breakfast buffet looked a little better than our breakfast. I'd probably skip the made-to-order next time and just go for the buffet. Coffee in the lobby was better served than what we were given in the restaurant. Overall, I'd stay here again and if you're looking for a place central to Disneyland, this might be a good bet.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Disneyland, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The location is incredibly convenient — just minutes from the park. Which made taking a break and coming and going super easy. Walking in, I noticed how clean everything was. The lobby, hallways, and my room were all spotless, and the entire hotel had a fresh, pleasant scent that made it feel even more welcoming. The property was very well kept. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice and not crowded at all.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious, with a small balcony seating area. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and the towels were replaced daily. The breakfast was lovely and the pool/jacuzzi area was clean and a nice place to relax. Places to eat and a shop within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you are going to the Disney parks.

Very clean and breakfast was good. Jacuzzi and pool area were nice . Beds are comfy and our suite was very nice . I also enjoyed the pizza spot attached to the same building as hotel basically . Very convenient for a late night meal .

There were several pros and cons about this property. Pros: 1. Great customer service representatives at the front desk and working at the free breakfast 2. Spacious and clean rooms 3. Quiet room 4. Nice moderate sized pool and hot jacuzzi with good jets 5. Close proximity to Disney <15 min walk Cons: 1. Terrible smell in the garage and into the elevators and halls 2. Included breakfast was very limited and the fruits were not appetizing at all Overall I'm hoping they remedy the odor issue and it would be nice if they improved the healthy food available at the included breakfast but I would definitely give this place another try for a Disney trip because of the great location, clean/spacious/quiet rooms, and nice jacuzzi to relax in.

My parents and I come to Anaheim to visit family and we always have a great visit staying at the Hyatt House. We book the one bedroom kitchen suite, plus an adjacent one bedroom and it works out so well! We love that the kitchen has a full sized fridge and the kitchen appliances are so new and the kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and it is so clean :0) The location is convenient and there are so many good restaurants that you can walk to from the hotel or within a very short drive. On this trip, I took time on Saturday morning to work out in the gym, and there were only two others in there at 8AM. I then swam in the pool and took a dip in the jacuzzi and since most that are staying there are there to visit Disneyland or go to a convection, I got to enjoy both all to my self :0) On Sunday morning we needed a card and bouquet of flowers and with Walgreens entrance accessible from the hotel parking lot, we easily and quickly picked up both, so convenient! And as always, we enjoy their breakfast service and the staff are always so friendly. I also find it refreshing that Melisa (food manager) and Richard (asst. GM), can sometimes be found perusing the dining area and say hello to the guests and pitching to assist the breakfast service.

We stopped at the Marriott Anaheim from 24th May to 28th May 2025. On arrival, it was very busy with a competition at the adjacent convention Centre. This made marking challenging but, wasn’t an issue. We got checked in really quickly at reception and the staff were helpful. The lifts require a floor no. And then you’re told which lift to enter. It takes you direct to your floor. This is the first time I’ve experienced this type of lift and found it really quick and easy. Entering the room, it was clean and fresh. Very modern with two large beds, a desk and large wall mounted TV. There are storage under the desk. There are wardrobes with ample cupboards. There was a safe in our room but, didn’t work. Sliding door leading to a balcony. We had a view over to the adjacent hotel and even had a partial view of the Disneyland fireworks. The bathroom is very modern with a walk in shower. The bathroom is quite small compared to other hotels I’ve stopped in. But, didn’t take away from the overall stay. The pool area was clean and tidy. It is very modern with access to complementary towels and comfortable sun loungers. You can get waiter service to the pool side. There are a few food options available in the hotel. There is a restaurant, pizza takeout and a cafe selling Starbucks coffee, soft drinks and cold food options.

I am sitting in the Anaheim Marriott breakfast restaurant right now, my last morning here, and scratching my head at the negative reviews. We have had a stellar experience at this clean/friendly/professional/well located hotel. We came in for a wedding, but wanted to see the Disney Fireworks from outside the park. It was an easy walk to Downtown Disney and to the Park. The room was large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean (my #1 criterion). When we woke up on day two, my husband did notice an odor. The manager, Haley, was up in our room in a heartbeat, got us a better room on a higher level, and stayed with us until the bellhop had delivered all of our luggage to the better room. This room again was clean and comfortable. We were able to pay approximately $200 per night for our room here. The breakfast staff is SO friendly and professional. We valet parked our car (yes, pricey!) and had to get in and out multiple times for wedding events. The car was always right there because everything here is so well staffed. I would absolutely choose this hotel again when I come to Anaheim. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Anaheim! The staff were lovely and helpful, it was clean modern, and spacious design. The room was clean, beds soft, and daily housekeeping did a great job. It didn't feel over crowded even though we stayed here during a large conference. All of the dining options were tasty, and not too pricey considering its a hotel restaurant. The Market Cafe in the hotel has great Starbucks coffee and delicious breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were fun for my kiddos. It's about a 20 min walk to downtown disney. There is an ART bus that picks you up outside to go to Disney. It's about a 7 min ride. Lots of things to do and eat around the hotel as well. The convention center is located right next to the hotel, they share a round-a-bout. We will definitely stay again!

Never have we encountered more pleasant and helpful staff. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the room was large and clean (though the shower lower grout lines could use an update), and the bar/restaurant served excellent food and cocktails. Of special note, Pablo (our waiter at breakfast) was just awesome! Very nice, attentive, and efficient. There is absolutely no question in our minds. This is where we’ll stay next time!

Stayed here for a work conference end of October. Everything was great. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast area is super nice with a delicious free breakfast. The attendants every morning are super friendly and keep everything clean and stocked. The front desk is friendly and helpful as well. There is outdoor seating and the pool is very nice! It is walking distance to restaurants and stores. Also easy walking distance to Disney and the Convention Center. Excellent value, very family friendly and business friendly. I wound stay here again. We are a small non-profit school for students with learning disabilities. We took our seniors on a class trip to Disneyland. Our trip was a huge success! It started with Art Pili in Sales. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout! The hotel itself was great - it was clean, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were blocked as I had requested. Most importantly for students (some of whom had never stayed in a hotel without their parents), we felt safe. The staff there is fantastic! Bevs at the front desk is so professional and still so warm and welcoming. We had some minor medical issues with a student, and Bevs was so helpful. Rachel in the morning was great too. I also want to shout out the young men who were managing breakfast - Rodrigo and Kevin. They were polite and professional and didn't hesitate to assist our kids. They were so on top of EVERYTHING! They kept everything well stocked, trash cans emptied, counters and tables cleared and wiped. I don't think the two of them stopped moving the entire time we were there. Huge thanks to all of them for making this an amazing trip for our seniors!! We hope to do it all again next year!

Excellent property! It is very convenient as it is close to Disneyland, their rooms are impeccably clean and really comfortable to stay in. It is also nice that there’s a shuttle right in front of the hotel you can use if you want to go to Disneyland. They offer complimentary hot breakfast buffet that includes items such eggs, bacon, cereals, toast, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruits, pastries, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices. Above all, I have nothing but praises to the Front desk staff — extremely efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to check in early, for accommodating our needs and for your excellent hospitality. What I love with their staff too is they are so considerate that they make sure elderly people, with disabilities or perfectly healthy people are well taken care of. I saw staff checking everyone in the breakfast area asking if they need assistance, if they need coffee refills and they will get it for you and checking if food is great. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered on my business travels. Friendly smiles, Good Mornings, and eye to eye contact. Great follow up on issues, although outside of a noisy AC unit, the room was excellent. Spotless, well appointed, and cozy. My only issue was breakfast. The good. The breakfast area was spotless and well attented to. Very clean and well organized. The brand of peanut being used has the oils floating on top of the peanut spread with no possible way of mixing them. The spread was like rock. As a person who always has peanut butter in the morning, and for those who are like me, and there are many, this was a disappointment. There wasn't any whole wheat bread. White bread and plain bagels only. No English muffins, scones, or any other bread choice. Disappointing. For the hot meals there was meat, either a pork sausage or patty, and then an egg choice, either a type of omelet or scrambled. In all the Hampton Inns I visit, there are always 4 choices. One of each of the above plus always a potato of some type, and then maybe baked beans or another option. We are in California, and fruit was limited to apples and, when available, bananas. There certainly could be more choice with regards to fruit. I will say that the coffee was always fresh and always hot. All in all, the breakfast nook was a disappoitment or else i would have rated this location as 5 Stars.

The property was well maintained with a clean and safe environment. The complimentary breakfast is welcoming and it's location is in the heart of Disneyland and the vibe was nice out on the balcony. The room was very clean and a nice big size. Worth the one room suite option and with two TVs and a full kitchen it makes other rooms look less than in comparison. The beds were comfortable and clean.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Resort, and overall, I had a great experience. This hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for those planning a trip to Disneyland. One of the biggest advantages is its location. It's within a comfortable walking distance to Disneyland, which was a huge plus for my family. We appreciated being able to easily get to and from the parks without relying on shuttles or driving. The hotel also offers a decent-sized parking lot, making it easy to get in and out, which is always a bonus compared to some of the other hotels around the park. Inside, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and the Fairfield by Marriott Resort definitely met my expectations. Finally, the staff in the lobby were very nice and helpful, making the check in and check out process a breeze. In summary, I would recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Resort to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near Disneyland. The location, parking, clean rooms, and friendly staff make it a great value.

We keep moving down Harbor in our quest for the perfect stay. The Fairfield is a tad farther down the street from the last place we stayed at but we are glad that we stayed here. There was a minor snafu with our reservation but Corinne fixed it. When we arrived, Ryan called us over to the Bonvoy check-in desk. I had booked us in accessible room with a tub and king bed but Ryan moved us up to a regular room with two queen beds on the 8th floor. We were so happy that he did. We had a wonderful view of California Adventure and Space Mountain from the catwalk outside our room. The room itself was spotless and well appointed. The only issue was that the bathroom could be a bit more ventilated because when we showered , the towels would get damp. Otherwise the water pressure was fine and we were able to get the water to a perfect temperature for our baths. Speaking of water, the hot tub was the perfect temperature. I can't remember the last time that I didn't have to ease into a hot tub. While they don't have in-house food service of any kind you have Panera in front of the hotel and McDonald's next door. On the other side of Panera is Mimi's Cafe, a regional chain that is excellent and moderately priced. (Their muffins are superb.) I try to reserve five star reviews for truly amazing experiences. I don't know if this was amazing but it was just so wonderful that I had to give them their due.

We had a great stay here. Room was quiet, clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were always available and helpful. We had no problem getting extra coffee pods for our room in the morning. The pool and hot tub were nice for a mid-afternoon break or evening relaxation. Very close to Disney. Lots of restaurants nearby - easy to get breakfast at Panera or McD.

The local was convenient for walking to Disneyland, allowing you to grab breakfast at McDonalds or Panera on the way. The parking was affordable and valet service was convenient at no extra charge. They were environmentally friendly, clean, quiet, with comfortable beds, giving us a pleasant rest after a long day at Disneyland.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I like that it had vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet, bed was comfortable, and room was relatively quiet even though we were on the end closer to Harbor Blvd. Had a great view of the fireworks.

This is my go to hotel. Staff is great. Clean, Breakfast has great options. Bed is comfortable. Room is always stocked. Locating is good. Exits and entrance are secured. Staff always welcoming and will help with accommodation for my son with special needs. Most staff goes above and beyond.. they are great. Pool and jacuzzi is always clean.

This is an excellent Hotel that is about a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot where you can get the free shuttle to Disney Parks or about a 20 minute walk to the park. Eric on the front desk is super helpful and can predict the weather better than so.e weather forecasters. The hotel has a heated pool and Jacuzzi although never used. Hotel is very clean and rooms are an excellent size. Would definitely recommend as a budget hotel to stay if visiting g the Parks.

This place is simple, clean & reasonable. Great Places to eat within walking distance. Family friendly, we stayed so we could visit Disneyland and it worked out great. They include parking and breakfast in my package and it’s the perfect place to just get a nights rest. Nothing fancy about this place, just simple and convenient. Staff was very helpful and they went out of their way to make certain that you knew the lay of the land around the hotel. Very clean property. The pool area was exceptionally clean and the pool was heated (mid November). Parking was very easy: drive in/drive out. Safe lot, no issues. Breakfast is three hours (630-930) which really got us off to a good start. It’s basic (pork rounds, eggs, porridge, toast, and limited fruit) but it really is all you need. It kept my teenagers fuelled for hours which saves you some money every day. The hotel is a bit tired and could use some paint and better finishing in some areas but the hotel is super clean. We asked to be moved to a high floor and away from the highway. It made a huge difference when this was accommodated. Good proximity to the parks ($8 Lyft each way). The rooms are a bit tired but you get a small microwave and bar fridge. The fridge was your typical bar into but it couldn’t freeze anything. You can only put small items in the microwave but both items were good to have. The beds were firm and a bit uncomfortable for us and the AC was loud but powerful. The TV was bizarre. More channels than you would ever watch. However, you couldn’t access a guide which would only pop up when you scrolled enough. You had to be a marksman to find that sweetspot to change the channels or volume. If you did find some useful info from the guide, it dumps you into a general area and you have to scroll around. Overall, very good hotel

A great first time experience. No complaints! Easy check in and staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom and very thankful that the bathtub had a working drain - I read other reviews that said otherwise. Quiet and peaceful nights! The bed was super comfy! Even though it’s a 3 star hotel class, the lobby was renovated, bright and welcoming. We went to use the pool & jacuzzi right when it opened and a janitor person was wiping down wet chairs with attention to detail! Complimentary water bottles!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was kind and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower pressure. I am 5ft 2, the shower head was so high off the ground that I was misted during the shower. Will definitely stay again. Not too far from Disney. Definitely not walking distance to Disney. Target is across the street which was helpful for traveling with children. Parking was a bit expensive and hard to find a close spot to the entrance later in the evening. It was very quiet inside the hallway and rooms. (Bonus when having children with you). Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

This was one of the best hotel stays in years. It was our first visit. We are Travelers who visit many countries and stay in many hotels. The rooms, but especially the staff, exceeded any expectations. Thank you for everything! ———- Let me start by saying that I have never stayed at a hotel with a better overall staff than this specific Sheraton Hotel (Garden Grove/Anaheim). Every employee, without exception made our stay much more than ever expected. This was our first visit ever to this hotel near Disneyland. I have been around the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels of every price level. This is one of those hotels I would not hesitate to recommend. There is ample parking, and a shuttle that will take you to the parks (unlimited) for $6/day PP. The hotel is clean, has a great restaurant, and a club level lounge available. Pool, gym, business center w a PC and printer. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, newer beds, small refrigerator, internet, large TV and ample room to stretch out. See the pics that I attach to this review. Target (shopping), CVS (drugstore), and restaurants are easily walkable. By shuttle, Disneyland is about 15 mins away. Don't drive there. Pickup point is right outside. Back to employees: a special thank you to Barbara on the day shift, and Scott (supervisor) on the evening shift. Very nice clean property with excellent staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Any thing you ask for is brought to you within five minutes. It was very comfortable and the lovely stay a quick drive to Disney or you can use the shuttle that stops directly in front of the hotel, there’s a target right across the street and a fast food restaurant. The hotel also offers room service a restaurant and a bar. This is a very welcoming hotel with excellent staff. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay at the Sheraton. Every single staff member I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. I arrived super early and they allowed me to check in. The restaurant was really good---especially the breakfast. The rooms were new, super clean and the bed was COMFY!!! There is a target right across the street and its in very close proximity to Disneyland. Highly recommend---would stay again.

Staff were great but they did talk loudly outside our room in the morning. I know it was not intentional but was irritating. The pool and jacuzzi were much colder than the other hotels we stayed in this week.

I booked this last minute for a solo trip to Disneyland. I was not sure what to expect as I knew the property was older. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean and super comfortable room. The room itself was large and had a spacious bathroom as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was also plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant for my last day and the food was delicious. They had a breakfast buffet and full menu. I ordered off the menu and loved the carne asada eggs benedict that I had. It was a busy week at Disneyland, with most hotels at peak prices. This hotel was slightly cheaper than closer hotels but the walk was very easy.

Rooms are very modern and clean. Was on the 8th floor, had a lovely balcony with lots of room to sit and visit. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Nice and quiet. The walk to Disneyland was about 10-15 min but bus passes for in front pickup avail. Savor restaurant tasty for breakfast and opens early. Little store inside sells a bit of everything to include fresh coffee, donuts, yogurt and sandwiches. The grounds are kept nicely, grass and many shade trees. This will absolutely be our new go to resort when visiting Disneyland. No picketing at all while we were here. Felt very safe.

The Sheraton Park at Anaheim Resort is a bit deceiving. I was accompanying my boyfriend at a conference so ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel. The spotless and very well maintained hotel has 3 distinct pieces, the lobby area, the room tower and the amenities. The Lobby appears to be from the 80s or 90s. It is well kept, but there’s just something a bit off about it. Honestly, it may have simply been some sort of low brow auction table featured on one wall. Only one story, it is expansive, with a nice restaurant and a small amenities shop that has a Starbucks built-in. There’s also a sunken bar, but I didn’t use it. The rooms are all located in a really well kept tower that is adjacent to, but not attached to the Lobby. Our spotless room on the 9th floor was actually perfect. I especially enjoyed the bathroom and the balcony. The amenities I was most impressed with were the spotless pool area with an outdoor bar/snack bar. We got lunch there twice and it was both yummy and served promptly. All in all, I loved the hotel.

The staff were amazing, the room so clean and modern, the bed was very comfy. bathroom beautiful and spacious. The balcony had a great view. TV was good with lots of streaming options. The location was perfect near walgreens, CVS, a local shopping mall, so many food outlets with dumplings, sushi, pizza, sandwiches, noodles, rice, burgers, 7/11, McDonalds, Dennys and lots more. There was also a very nice large mini mart conveince store in the hotel open till 11pm daily. You could see disneyland from the upper floors of the hotel. Its a short walk to the entry of disneyland and california adventure park. The airconditioning works well. Great pool and spa. All in all a great hotel in a very clean area with lots of things around it that are useful. Loved this hotel. I stayed 7 nights.

The women staffing the front counter were more than helpful, and were very friendly when responding to questions. The rooms were well-appointed and equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a welcome way to end the day, or to take a break in the middle. The in-house restaurant provided good options, with help from pleasant staff.

Room was nice and very clean, bed comfortable and staff very friendly! The location was exceptionally good, as we travelled for Blizzcon at the convention center, as well as Disney (which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel entrance). This area of Anaheim feels safe, mostly tourists walking around here til late at night. There are several great food places and malls around, we frequented Target on a regular basis which is a 15 min walk away) The hotel keeps water and ice available 24/7, plus the reception was open with a little shop to get snacks or small food items. Speaking of the reception, the staff here was amazing! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful! We got help with apps, activities and every time we came back or left we had a friendly chat about the days activities, made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! Massive shoutout to Isaac, who was incredible during our stay!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Parking is ample and we didn’t struggle to find a spot at anytime during our stay. There are Bonvoy elite spots right near the lobby, which makes it a breeze. We were welcomed with cold water bottles as soon as we arrived, as well as a welcome treat. Travis at the front desk was great and super helpful. So many thoughtful and memorable touches that made our stay such a pleasure. Jeff at the bar was also super friendly and kind, made some really good drinks as well! Every single staff member we encountered were awesome.The rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the parks and the convention center.

Bed was comfy and cozy, very secure. I like that the room key is needed to access your floor. Easy parking and staff are very helpful and nice. We had a good night rest after a long day. Breakfast was very delicious. Good portion amount to start up your day. Free flavored iced water by the lobby before going up to your room and coffee at night 👌
