I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Conway and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made the difference. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. A special shoutout to the lady at the front desk whose friendliness and efficiency made check-in a breeze. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. It's always such a relief to walk into a hotel room and immediately feel at ease, and that's exactly what I experienced at the Hampton. The bed was cozy, and everything was just as it should be. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. Oh, what a spread! But what truly set it apart was the inclusion of everyone's favorite breakfast treat: bacon! There's just something about waking up to the smell of sizzling bacon that starts the day off on the right foot. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the quality was outstanding. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, thanks in no small part to the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic breakfast. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this hotel for future visits. Highly recommended!

The hotel upon entry smelled so fresh and clean! The breakfast area was large and the breakfast each morning was very good! Hot items, cold items, fresh items. A large variety of options! The room was clean, smelled fresh, air stayed cool. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Every front desk attendant I came in contact with was so friendly, always smiling and wanted to see how our stay was going!

This hotel was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while! Check in was really quick and the person who checked us in was so friendly. The lobby smelled really good and everything looked very clean and modern. Our room was great! My wife and I stayed in a king room and the bed was really comfy. The room was large and very clean. The TV was big and had a variety of channels to choose from and even had apps that allowed us to watch other movies/shows. One of the best things about this room was that the window had two easy to use blinds that covered the whole window. This was nice because it allowed the room to be darker in the morning without light peeping through. The bathroom was really clean and the water got hot instantly and stayed hot throughout showers. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from. My wife enjoyed the waffles. Check out was easy and we were a bit sad to go. We would definitely stay here again because the location, atmosphere, and staff were all great!

The hotel is clean, modern with spacious comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, way above average. Easy access to the highway and plenty of options for dining in the immediate vicinity. It's a good hotel, I would definitely stay again.

Newish hotel, very clean. Rooms are comfortable with great lighting. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. My room had a king size bed and a walk in shower. Hotel provides Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and body lotion. Room had an iron and ironing board, keurig coffee maker, and a safe for your valuables. There was a tiny bit of noise from the adjoining room. Front desk employees are friendly and professional.

We needed a place to stay overnight in Ft. Smith, AK so we booked the Holiday Inn by the Airport. It is AMAZING! We got a warm and sincere greeting from the man at the front desk, as soon as we walked in. Our room was one of the best I have ever stayed in for around $100 + tax. Everything is shiney new and super clean, this place was only 6 months old on Nov. 2021. From the comfortable bed, to the easy to navigate TV channels, to the super clean pool and wonderful double size shower - it couldn't have been better. They also serve a first class breakfast with many different choices that is restaurant quality. You can't go wrong staying here!

I had a very good hotel stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a complementary breakfast, it was delicious. I also received great service from the breakfast staff. This hotel is located very close to the Fort Smith Airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The signs outside said "Now Open", maybe new in 2021? or recently refurbished? Anyway - my sister and I were in town for three nights for a family visit. From the first interaction checking in to checking out, service was first rate and friendly. The lobby and small dining area was spotless, comfy and well lit. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon one day, sausage another, rolls, muffins, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee and hot tea. Our room was very spacious, better lit than a lot of hotels, and the beds were super comfortable. I mean, reeaaally comfy and I'm a picky sleeper. The bathroom was well stocked with towels - not just the standard one set each. The water pressure for the shower was decent and the shower head was adjustable. for water output. They did have tiny shampoo/conditioner things, was glad I brought my own. We didn't turn on the tv even once so cannot comment on that. There were plenty of electrical outlets and usb outlets as well. On site I did see the workout room (did not use it). It's small but the equipment looked decent (not old or outdated). It's February and it was raining so we didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked nice. Plenty of parking - which was free! Jonesboro isn't a massive city, so this hotel location was fine. it's right off the highway but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Not walkable though.

The staff is so friendly, attentive and helpful! The beds are great and the room was very clean. I appreciated there being a treadmill in the fitness area as well as towels. We hoped to use the pool but didn't roll in early enough. It looks very well maintained though. Ice machines work beautifully and for the most part, the night was pretty quiet! I definitely felt safe traveling alone with my kids.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I found waffle batter and a waffle iron, a warmer with cheese omelets, bacon, and home fried potatoes, in addition to the typical cereals, yogurt, and breakfast breads. There was a variety of juice and coffee, as well as milk. My room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nicer if there had been a chair for relaxing and possibly a table.

The property was very clean and comfortable to be in. It felt very inviting. Customer service was very friendly. Me and my family checked in late but the lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. We needed towels in our room and housekeeping brought the towels quickly without us waiting for a long period of time. I did not know how to turn on the A/Cand I called customer service and the lady came up to my room immediately to assist me.

Close to the Highway, restaurants and fuel Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is minimal but what I’ve come to expect from a hotel breakfast. Overall good value and I will stay again.

The hotel could easy be a 4.5 or 5 star. It was very clean. The staff is amazing and attentive. My room smelled like tobacco and they moved me immediately! The pool and gym is very nice the maid kristiana is amazing and the gentleman from the kitchen don't really speak much English but he was so sweet and helpful and made sure the breakfast was always full and hot. Oh and the breakfast was so amazing. You get real food. Pancakes, French toast, scrambled, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal tea, coffee all kinds of toppings, toast, bagels, juice, tea and coffee and cold cereal! Han ds down i will stay here again.

Friendly and polite staff. Clean. Comfortable. Accommodating. Spacious rooms. Shower, beds, pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Bartender was nice... i asked for a sweet mixed drink, and he hit it out of the park with a blue hawaiian. Pool/hot tub were clean and relaxing. Free wifi came in handy. Check in/out were a breeze when i booked a full weekend room. I called prior to inform hotel i was probably arriving later than 530 per instructions, ended up able to arrive early in the day and had no issues.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. Very clean and modern hotel. Check out was 12:00 which was later than nearby hotels. Breakfast was excellent- home cooked food and not powdered eggs, etc. Oatmeal was great. About 10 min from Univ of Arkansas and a target across the street. Staff available at the front all hours and were very friendly and accommodating! My daughter missed the breakfast by 30 min and the front desk lady (also from Texas like us) asked the kitchen staff and they had leftover food for her. Clean indoor pool with a separate hot tub that worked well. Comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows. Even the couch was comfortable and was a small sectional. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Convenient to the UA campus. The hotel and premises were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Dining and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The staff were nice, polite and helpful at the front desk. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful and did an exceptional job keeping the property clean. Our room was perfectly comfy and clean and smelled nice. Exercise equipment was clean and well maintained, as well as the pool area. Breakfast was great!

Our stay was relaxing. The suite was clean & comfortable. After a good night’s sleep, we woke up and were greeted by Ms. Peggy downstairs for a delicious omelette breakfast. The next day we got the same warm welcome and a delicious biscuit, sausage, and gravy breakfast with cinnamon waffles! Both days she made sure that we had everything that we needed! Our weekend stay was enhanced by her delicious cooking and southern hospitality! We will definitely stay again when visiting Hot Springs!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn located at this site. The night auditors, Denzil and Makayla, were extremely helpful and ensured our accommodations were comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent. Peggy and Andrea provided outstanding service and were very courteous during breakfast. The facility was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel. One area for improvement is the air conditioning, which was somewhat loud and could be quieter when in use.

I would like to start with the reason that we chose this hotel. It's pet friendly and we have a dog. We had a suite, and it was very clean. Our dog loved it. The hotel has a grassy area behind the hotel to let your dog relieve itself with trash stations and bags. The staff was very very friendly and always asking if there was anything else that needed to be done. Ms.Peggy at breakfast was over the top with making sure we had everything we needed. She helped me make a plate to take to my wife in our room and even took the time to get a larger box to carry the plate plus my wife's coffee to the room. Ms. Peggy even got the coffee for us. When we go back to Hot Springs, Hampton Inn will be our choice.

Sparkling clean entrance, breakfast lounge and rooms. Exceptional breakfast, Host Peggy is super friendly and she never lets the food trays get empty which is a problem I have experienced at other Hiltons. The food was hot and neatly displayed. Peggy is a special ambassador for Hilton. She greets everybody with a smile, asks each patron if there is anything else they need. She is especially good to the children, asks each how they are doing and can she get them anything. I watched numerous children laugh and talk with Peggy . They are not ignored here. Exceptional service.

I liked having the sink on the outside so I could shower while my wife was getting ready. I will drive down and spend the night again just to eat breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were just absolutely amazing. Food was incredible. You couldn’t ask for anything better. We had better service at that breakfast bar than we have had at most restaurants we went to. They are very kid friendly. We had two of our grandchildren with us and they brought out pool noodles and an inflatable for them to use in the pool. 10 out of 10

We are traveling around the US Rock Hounding and mostly camping. We reserved a room with BW Winners Circle based on 2 reasons. 1. Fur Baby Friendly 2. The breakfast reviews. And let me tell you, we were in for a surprise! The room was incredibly clean. I love hotels that have a small sitting area to eat or do work. Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King. It had a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and plenty of HOT water! The toilet had some rust around the bottom and the caulking needs to be redone and it’s kind of wobbly. The bed was so comfortable! Pillows too! It was very quiet and no complaints about any traffic noise, or people or dogs. Now let me get to the breakfast. Not only was it hot, delicious & plenty of things to choose from. ALISA & JULIE are the kind of people I love to meet while traveling! These 2 ladies whipped up biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes & eggs. AND they chit chatted & visited with us the entire time. Getting to know us, where we are from , what we were doing. Once they found out we were Rock Hounds, they gave us so many tips and pointed us in the right direction for some deals. This is the type of service that is hard to find in America anymore. OH and the front desk staff were incredibly professional & friendly as well. We may swing back through Hot Springs on our way home to Minnesota and if we do. I already know where we are staying!

Oh we love EVERYTHING about this place! Front desk staff treat ya like family! Hot breakfast is amazing compared to all these other cheesey “free breakfast” this is real breakfast that comes with! Super clean nice rooms comfy comfy beds and location couldn’t be better to casino. They also have dog park and are pet friendly

The stay at Best Western Winner’s Circle is always exceptional! We come here often during racing season: it’s a short walk to the track & casino, & they have an amazing hot breakfast daily. This time, we stayed in late June: the pool is well-maintained and has a 9 foot end! The rewards system allows us to accumulate points for discounts on future stays. This trip, my husband had a medical emergency (anaphylactic reaction that meant a trip to the hospital emergency room plus ICU). Because we had missed out on entire day at the pool and casino, they allowed us to have a late checkout to get in a little time at the pool. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Special kudos to Alisa in the breakfast area: she serves a nice breakfast and hustles to get everyone what they want and need! Service with a smile:)

It was enjoyable. I loved the breakfast varieties. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The beds were soft and comfortable. When back in town, I will definitely look you all up.

Front desk reps were super helpful and went far above when I asked to stay in our room for one more unexpected night. Breakfast was ok, did its job. The hotel was clean for the most part, room was dated but spacious and bead was comfortable. The gym could definitely do for a serious upgrade and add equipment, expand, and fix items they have. I give the resort 4 stars alone for the room Size and the friendly staff.

I like the location and in a good part of town near restaurants and family things like mini golf, arcade. Close to the lake. Beds were comfy, sheets were perfect and pillows were fluffy. A/C worked great after a hot day walking around downtown all day. Our room had significant sized stains on carpet that need to be cleaned. 😳 The roll down shade was a little tattered and needs to be replaced but blocked out sun. Bathroom was big, clean and loved the huge frame lit mirror. Daughter is looking forward to the breakfast. I'd def consider staying again.

I arrived early and was able to get a room without waiting. The staff was really friendly and told us of things to do and see while there. The breakfast was really good there was plenty to choose from and it was warm and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I appreciate that you have good smelling body wash, shampoo and lotion not the cheap stinking kind most have.

My recent experience at the Staybridge Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to assist with any needs. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment was also evident. The "lights out" policy was taken seriously, and front desk personnel emphasized that the best way to ensure it is upheld after hours is by reporting any disturbances directly to them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—both of which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay. A standout feature was the weekday happy hour offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which included complimentary appetizers, wine, and soft drinks—a thoughtful and welcoming amenity that added to the overall comfort and value of the stay. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure at all times. I never felt uncomfortable or at risk, whether arriving late at night or walking around the area.

Perfect property! Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, large living area & big kitchen. More than I could have asked for! And the price was outstanding! Came for my aunt’s funeral. The 2 bedrooms worked great for us, since I hadn’t seen my male cousin in 10 years. Loved the desk for my legal work & living room to reminisce about my sweet aunt. Good shopping& restaurants close by. Easy airport access and quick jaunt to Conway & Maumelle. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Arkansas. Truly can’t say enough good things about this fantastic property.

This was my fourth time to stay at this hotel. I bring my dad to UAMS every six months for doctors appointments and we always choose this hotel. It’s convenient to the hospital and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! We love the two bedroom suites with two bathrooms! It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable. Safe area. Breakfast is good and on certain week days they have an evening social with free food and drinks. They also have a free laundry mat. They also offer special rates for those who are in town for medical appointments.

First time staying at the Little Rock location. Brand new feel, very clean, quiet, and the reps was very professional, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was okay, didn't eat anything, this will be our pit stop layover when we're traveling east from Oklahoma.

One of the nicer Staybridge Suites we’ve stayed in. Brandon checked us out at 5AM and was cheery, professional, and super nice! Rooms fully stocked kitchen, quiet, comfortable, big room. Shower strong and clean. Highly recommend. And they take dogs so always a plus!

Another great stay at the Graduate in Fayetteville. The location is super convenient and steps away from restaurants and shopping at the downtown square. The staff are always friendly including Lindsey at the bar, and Baylin and Amber at the front desk. The valet parking was really convenient and Max went out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend the coffee shop and breakfast sandwich for a quick & easy breakfast.

I love the decor in the Graduate hotels. It’s perfect for a college town. It was very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient! Close to the university and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It has a great lobby area bar and restaurant

Not our first visit and when we knew we were headed back to NWA, we booked a room again at The Graduate. The staff is always fantastic and the atmosphere is so fun. And getting to shop on the square in Fayetteville makes the trip especially fun. Brenna at the coffee shop in the lobby and Caden in Valet were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Brenna makes a fantastic latté and Caden was friendly, polite and engaging, both when we arrived and unloaded our vehicle and upon our departure. If you're visiting NWA the Graduate is a must! Thank you to the staff and team for welcoming us back so warmly!

We were going to visit friends and family and picked a central location to everyone. We were specifically looking for a hotel that would take dogs as we were traveling with our Bichon Frisée. What a fun hotel! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and catered to Pixie. She got a pup cup each morning for free. Our room was quirky and the king size bed was very comfortable. We spent an evening at the hotel with friends in the lobby having snacks and drinks. It was such a great atmosphere and the food was delicious.

The location, quirky decor and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile! loved the bar area. Drinks were great. We didn’t try the food though we saw other patrons eating and the food looked delicious! Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Lighting was great for a hotel room. The little details were the most fun. Even the room keys were neat! We will absolutely stay here again!

From checkin to checkout, excellent stay. Room was ready (received upgraded room because of Bonvoy status) when I arrived. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the room unexpectedly quiet for being downtown. Located on the Arkansas River boardwalk, with Old State House adjacent, lots of history. Many nice restaurants within easy walking distance. M Club had excellent breakfast, with nice range of warm items & fruit. Exercise room was clean & had lots of equipment.

Very convenient location. Hotel staff members were very friendly, courteous and professional. Especially front desk staff. . Awesome team! Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were well appointed and spotless. We booked two adjoining rooms and both were great. Breakfast in the M Lounge was really good and I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel since it was the Peabody, the first time was around 2005. They have upgraded it considerably. The beds are very comfortable the rooms are very clean, maid service is excellent. My only gripe is that there was a bit of noise where we were this time but it didn't seem to bother the kids and I never figured out what it was. The Heritage Grill was excellent where we had breakfast and dinner. The valet is top notch. The staff is friendly and very professional. Staying here has become a yearly trip for us to enjoy the Anime Festival. I could not think of staying at a different hotel. The Mariott is the best in my opinion.

The Front Desk personal were the best I've ever experienced. Helpful, friendly , patient and professional. Wish I could remember their names. They did their job with a genuine warmth. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was good. I would stay again. Be aware of valet parking. They were also friendly and professional.

On a recent road trip, my wife and I stayed here on our way from Memphis to Hot Springs. The location was convenient and put us ahead for our travel the next day. I used Trip Advisor and the Choice Hotels websites to make the selection. The staff is friendly and we were checked in quickly. We always request a room on an upper floor to avoid the clomping of elephants above us. The room was clean and smelled fresh and was quiet. Breakfast was typical Choice Hotels fare and served the purpose of not having to go out for breakfast. The area was monitored and kept filled and clean. We always appreciate predictable and reliable experiences!

It is hard to believe that this hotel is around 15 years old. It has been so well-maintained, that it looked brand new. It's in a nice, quiet location, near plenty of great restaurants. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious, amazingly clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical for the brand and flavorful. Fitness center was spacious, with up-to-date equipment. Pool area was nice, but pool was not heated. They do have a hot tub, which I enjoyed. Quality well above the price point. I can highly recommend this hotel !

The room was neat and clean. Bed was firm. TV had a good picture. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and fresh. Scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, and pastries. Waffles too. The staff was attentive and helpful. Recommended a good nearby restaurant.

I've stayed at this hotel other times and it's still fantastic. This time I was twice in March General Mager Mrs Audra Bumgarner and her team remain professional and fantastic. My first stay at a Hyatt, but not my last. We upgraded a bit for a room with a seating area, upper floor (only five floors, no view really). Everything about the room was comfortable, clean, nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered some daily variety. All good.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. The lobby, halls, and elevators we very warm for 90° plus day, but when we walked into our room it was nice and cool and felt great. The room was clean bit the fridge didn't seem like it got very cold. The shower had a crack in the ceiling and when the unit above ran water, it was steadily dripping into pur shower. The beds were very firm and we did not sleep well at all. The beds were not comfy at all. We went down to check out the breakfast and decided not to eat. There wasn't a lot of choices and my kids were bummed they didn't offer waffles or pancakes. This hotel will work for people who like a bed that is like laying on the floor, and if you don't care about breakfast options.

The hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. Every staff member we saw was very friendly. Very convenient location as well. Lots of restaurants around and a short drive to Bentonville. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Inn of the Ozarks is an older property, but has been kept updated. I have stayed several times and always find the rooms exceptionally clean. The rooms are large with large flat-screen TVs. The food in the on-site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, is delicious with an extensive menu and salad bar. (Be sure to order the Possum Pie for dessert.) Myrtie Mae's is one of the favorites with the locals, especially for breakfast. The friendly desk staff and restaurant staff make the stay very pleasant.

Room just as pictured! It was comfortable, large enough for two people who are just friends (so many rooms seem designed for married couples!). The bathroom mirror was actually bright enough to do one's make up. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet so one could be in the shower while another was at the sink or drying their hair, etc. There was a full length mirror; they cleaned every day and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is there is no elevator so taking one's luggage up a flight of stairs can be a challenge for those over 70. The other downside is the lack of complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on the premises and it was very good, but that means one has to wait to be seated.

Pros: very spacious king size room, comfortable bed, pull out desk (that could even be used as a dinner table), great shower head, keurig coffee machine in room, comfortable couch and chair, the breakfast is not included with price of room but it was well worth the $15 for all you can eat - variety of options although a waffle maker would be nice, got a 2 pm checkout since I am an IHG member, great pool, awesome hot tub, and wonderful workout room (see con for this) Cons: the only con is the workout room. Because it is right by the pool it is insanely humid in there. Perhaps a purchase of a dehumidifier would be good in there! They do keep it on 60 degrees so it makes it bearable. This hotel is older, but I don’t care as long as it’s comfortable and clean, and this is! Will stay again.

This property is pretty special. I love that the center of the hotel is open to the top floor with the rooms surrounding that open center. That means no long Closter phobic hallways. Hot breakfast buffet had lots of choices with a huge yogurt bar and fixings for hot eggs. The dining area is cozy and peaceful and a staffer noticed I was drinking decaf and brought me a fresh pot. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The couch and chair was like new and the office chair was super nice. So nice - I decided to stay an extra day! I interacted with staff several times and each time it was literally minutes and I was taken care of or something was brought up to to my room. I was happy the refrigerator had a freezer section to refreeze my ice packs. There is a really nice restaurant in the same parking lot you can walk to. I will definitely make this my regular stay when working in the area.

Have stayed here multiple times before but it has been years. Plenty of parking. Nice facility. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed and even comfortable pillows. Clean. Would have been a 5 star except for breakfast. Breakfast is not included but $15 more per person. That’s fine. Mostly normal offering. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juice. But nothing special. No hot waffles like most places. Instead, there were tough, chewy, cold and not very tasty “French toast sticks”. A place getting everything else right can do better.

I rarely write or provide reviews but this is an exception. The guest service associate, Mac, was the most helpful, friendly, and the most accommodating of anyone I’ve ever meet through my travels. He contacted me prior to my arrival and couldn’t have been nicer or more pleasant to speak with. Upon our arrival, there was a minor drainage problem with the lavatory sink and he was eager to correct the problem, and did so without hesitation and the issue was resolved. If you’re planning to be in this area, I strongly suggest you consider staying there. Great location, plenty of easy access parking, clean and rooms are well stocked for a guest needs, with incredibly comfortable mattresses, pillows, and the perfect bedding. I can’t say enough great things or have more pleased with the guest services, and it was due to Mac and his attention to detail, professionalism and desire for all guests to be provided for and attentive. We have family in the area and had been staying at another hotel that seemed to be going downhill physically. Their staff was wonderful though. We thought we’d try Holiday Inn & were very glad we did. The room was clean and in good shape m, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allie at the desk was great and at their restaurant, Brenda was fantastic! All the other hotel staff were friendly & helpful, as well, but Allie stood out! Great choice for the money. The complimentary breakfast was really good offering eggs, meat, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit, juices every morning. My husband especially liked that the pop machine was working during the breakfast so he was happy. We had requested a water view but unfortunately the room they gave us had electrical poles and trees obstruction most of our view. We could still sit outside and eat our breakfast overlooking the lake. Hotel was clean & updated. I would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

We loved the nautical themed room, the patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake… it was perfect during the day, the sunset, and at night… we had a jacuzzi room so that was the icing on the cake!

The room was pleasantly updated from what I viewed on the website. It was very clean, including the jacuzzi tub. Excellent view of the lake and the sunset. Pool was too cold to get in during my visit, but it had just opened and the area was nice. They even provided you with pool towels. I read about the hummingbirds online, but never have I ever seen so many hummingbirds in my life. It truly was a cool site to see them each evening. Fridge, microwave and table with chairs. Full bath/shower in addition to the jacuzzi tub. Received a nice orientation to the town upon check-in by the owner. Oh and did I mention the firepit? I didnt use it but it was available with a stack of wood next to it. I would stay here again!

What a great motel with excellent rooms and unbeatable scenery overlooking Beaver Lake. The romantic jacuzzi room was fantastic and perfect for sore muscles. The pool was beautiful and clean and I appreciate the motel providing clean swimming towels for use. The only negatives are very minor in lieu of my happiness with this motel. The hot tub did make the room unbearably warm; it'd be ideal if the A/C unit could blow colder air. The in-room coffee was not very good. Bring your own grounds and filters. There is no continental breakfast so the property and Expedia need to update their amenities list. With the in-room microwave and fridge, I was able to place an InstaCart order from Aldi's to get coffee, breakfast sandwiches and food for the weekend. All in all this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

My husband and I moved to Arkansas from Florida causing us to stay at this location. Very clean hotel, breakfast was amazing, and quiet! What made this hotel excellent was the front desk agent! She was so amazingly kind, sweet, and professional. Misty is hands down the best front desk agent we have ever encountered. She made sure to meet any of our needs no matter how busy she was. I noticed she was like that with each individual. She took the time to make each guest feel special and she would do anything for them. At breakfast she would talk to guest and knew their names! She talked to them and us like family. I wasn’t the only one who noticed other guest would compliment her as she walked away. The manager and the other front desk agents were nice but they didn’t have what Misty had. They could learn from her, you can be professional and still make people feel good at the same time. This first encounter at the hotel makes a huge difference. I walked into a clean lobby and a welcome that made me want to stay. She could make a career on training front desk agents people skills and handling task in a professional manner.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of plugins for accessories such as phone and watch chargers and my c-pap. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy consisting of sausage,eggs,biscuits and gravy etc. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!! Worth the deposit and price!! Very clean hotel! Smelled amazing and the rooms were outstanding. Front desk agent, Misty, was great! She greeted us with a smile and after check in she would greet us every entry by our name! Made us feel very welcome and special. We had issues at check in because we didn’t know about the deposit but Misty took care of us with care and understanding. She brought in the whole team (as in management) to help take care of us. Even though we were upset at check in and we were persistent she kept a smile and did everything she could. She even went the extra mile and notice my children were irritable from the long car ride and the process of checking in, that she took money out of her own pocket and bought them a drink and snack, set them up in the dinning room and turn the tv on for them, so they could be comfortable during the process. I was upset but left feeling horrible about how upset I was and had to write this review to show how great this place really is. The breakfast was a feast of a buffet style cooked food, extra clean, and a front desk agent that shows people still care about others even when they probably shouldn’t. I will stay here again because it’s worth the deposit!

I was really not expecting much when I booked this place, especially for the price. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean, modern, quiet and overall great it was! The check in and check out staff were super friendly, even at 5am! The breakfast was more than you would expect and the place seemed like it was new, even the towels and sheets were crispy and clean. We will make this our new go to in Jonesboro!

They were doing some construction so there was a bit of tarp, and no gym (they did offer using Planet Fitness' Gym if needed), a good portion of the parking lot was unusable due to construction equipment and also there was a cheerleading convention going on while we stayed so using the elevators was a bit annoying... That being said though, the room was nice and quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the location. Would stay again if we ever find our way back to Hot Springs AR

I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years and never liked their standard, noisy, atrium design, so I avoided them where possible. The Hot Springs CC one changed my mind. The hotel and guest suites were completely redone, very nice, contemporary design, functional layout, comfy and welcoming. I also tend to avoid eating at hotel bars, but I was exhausted and did not want to leave the hotel. I just had a burger, nothing fancy… but it now ranks in one of the top 5 I had, ever. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Good WiFi and AI powered phone system (very cool!). They definitely pay attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Starbucks for coffee lovers. Nearby, you'll find a fantastic place for breakfast—Panera. There's also a nearby gas station, ensuring you can refuel for the next leg of your journey. The hotel is very clean, and our room was fantastic, with a nice view. We stayed on the 5th floor; if rooms are available, I highly recommend it. Even Zaxby's is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. After a busy day, you can enjoy a hot shower and great coffee in your room. The lobby downstairs is spacious enough for quality time with friends or new acquaintances. I would recommend it to anyone.

Overnight stay during travel across the U.S. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly upon checking. Breakfast was hot and fresh and included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal, along with hot and fresh coffee. Hotel also parking accommodated our truck and 15’ trailer. Would definitely stay again.

The young lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the breakfast bar was also friendly and was keeping the area very clean. The room was clean, neat, and smelled great. The door to the room we had was outside, but once the room door was closed, it was. I didn't hear any highway noise at all. Very grateful for that after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent. Way more variety than I had expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and toppings, toast and jelly, and even different fruit yogurts and fresh fruit too. As well as COFFEE! I can't go without Coffee before I hit the road. Everything was clean and kept clean. I so appreciated that. Very pleasantly surprised. I will stay there again if I'm in that area again.

The staff was wonderful, the LED lights in the pool were fun (we didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately) and the pool was clean. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water for two showers. The breakfast and coffee were good. The place had lots of people booked, but you couldn't hear anything once the door was shut, and no noise through the wall.

Clean - The room was spotless. Are you looking for a 5-star hotel? I don't know about you, but I sleep with my eyes closed, so I am happy with a place where I can get a good night's sleep. Comfortable - The beds were great. Just the right firm for me. Cost-effective - A good deal ... and a quick breakfast to boot. Convenient - Right off the highway and a gas station down at the corner so you don't have to make a second stop. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

The desk staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. The parking was very convenient in front of each room. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was attractive, fresh and offered a good variety. An excellent value.

Pleasant surprised at this motel. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We have a cat so I especially appreciated the LVP flooring. We have stayed in several hotels in this general area and most of the "pet friendly" hotels have carpeting in the rooms and stink as such given they are pet friendly. This place was very clean and no pet odor. Location was good and there is a surprisingly excellent Mexican restaurant walking distance away (and we are from Texas and know Mexican food). Room was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

My stay was awesome. Jessie, the front desk clerk, was super friendly and helpful. He was literally the only person I saw working front desk not matter what time a day it was. I love the peace, quiet, and comfort. My original stay was Nov 1-5. On the 4th I decided I wasn't ready to go and got on Booking and booked my room for 2 more nights. I plan to use them again unless I can find something cheaper with same quality. The breakfast was really good and as a sole traveler I never felt unsafe. My experience was amazing. Again I would like to thank the front desk clerk, Jessie for being so kind and helpful during my stay. Even though I believe he was working like 16 plus hour days he never showed that in his job performance. I know he had to be tired but he stayed courteous, always had a smile on his face, and very helpful. Thank you Jessie :)

This motor court was EXACTLY what we wanted -- and at a really decent price. All staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I love being able to park right in front of my room. Plenty of hot water. Everything super clean. Extra towels. Soap, body wash and shampoo. Decent breakfast -- better than most lodging that charges more. Seemed safe in the area. TV worked. Internet worked. Refrigerator spacious and working properly, as did the microwave. I would definitely stay there again.

After 10 hours on the road, we very much wanted a good rest. The pleasant person who greeted us placed us in a nice clean, comfortable room, then we walked across the street to the Waffle House. If we had needed any supplies, a Walmart was a block away, so this was a great location for convenience. Our room was spacious and clean. After a great night’s sleep, we enjoyed a nice hot shower and filling breakfast. We’ll stay at this location again if we’re ever in the area.

The hotel was extremely clean, from the lobby all the way to our room. The room was spacious, clean, and in very good condition. The breakfast is a little different each day, but has plenty of choices, and the area itself was very comfortable and clean. If ever in the area again, will definitely stay here.

The fire alarm going off due to smoke machine at party in conf rm was an added bit of excitement for new years eve. I think having a little informal get-together to celebrate the new year might have been nice as well, especially for those of us who had nothing else to do, and for long-term guests.But having a place to stay, especially on somewhat short notice, was very helpful for us. The breakfast was a little bit less than what it is advertised, but we made due. Could have had a little more variation between days, especially with the omelettes. But loved having coffee (especially decaf) always available in the lobby as well. And good creamer options. Oh, and could have used some non-dairy options for milk at breakfast (almond, coconut, soy, etc.). Lots of people don't drink dairy anymore. Also would have liked hand/body lotion in the bathroom and a bathtub, but did not realize the room only had a shower until after we had already booked and got to it. Will look more closely next time, but should like it to be made clearer in the booking too.

Mid scale basic hotel that is great for families. Our two queen bed room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel decor is basic but modern and the facility is well kept. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. The offerings are your typical hotel food offerings but the quality was subpar. I felt like the hotel was a good value and would definitely return.

Hotel located near attractions like Walmart Museum and approximately 50 mins drive from Eureka Springs. This is a great hotel to stay if you are planning to visit Eureka Springs for the day. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The rooms offer amenities like a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. They also have a coffee machine in the room with free coffee and tea. The hotel also offers a good breakfast and vary during the weekend and weekdays. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provides very good customer service. The only thing that bothered me during the stay was that the room tend to get hot during the night. I am not sure if the hotel turns off the air conditioning at night. However, overall, this hotel can be recommended to anyone.

Stayed here a few times just a decent deal. Booked room with a jacuzzi and requested top floor away from elevator due to being a light sleeper and traffic on & off elevator plus noise above me keeps me awake. Reiterated this to front desk upon check in....i was given a room on rhe 1st floor and no jacuzzi . So thaz wss ver disappointed and was told rooms on top floors were not cleaned. I checked in well after 3pm.

It was all we expected and then some and breakfast was awesome! only disappointment was I paid for a room with a big tub / jacuzzi and did not get either. I worked 17 hours and needed it badly, but got to room and it was not worth the hassle of going down stairs and trying to make a change at 11 pm--though I did pay for it 4 days in advance in order to get it!

We have been traveling by vehicle across the country. This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways: 1. The room as very clean. It was larger than we expected. There was a wet bar with microwave and fridge. We were more than comfortable! 2. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. More than many other hotels on our road trip. Kudos to the staff and management! 3. The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel since COVID. They had a buffet set up with a cheerful masked and gloved staff member ready to serve your breakfast order in a to go box while you wait in the lobby. The selection included so many hot breakfast choices! I had oatmeal, bacon and orange juice. Hubby had cheese omelette, cinnamon roll on orange juice. There were many more selections available. A top notch way to handle the COVID precautions and still serve guests a complete breakfast! 4. COVID safety was evident as staff members were ALL wearing masks covering their mouths and noses. As a senior citizen, I appreciated this vey much. In many hotels where we have stayed since COVID, this was not the case. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in the Little Rock area.

The room was clean, newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, safe area, extremely friendly & kind staff. I asked if they had laundry but bc of the hotel being renovated they didn't. However the next day the woman at the desk made sure to tell me that the washer/dryer was delivered & I was able to use it whenever I needed it. She even remembered my name. Lots of renovations happening throughout our stay but they kept it clean. The noise was during the day when we were awake & weren't bothered by it.

Due to bad weather, we were stuck in Little Rock overnight and needed to quickly book a room for the evening. For the price point I thought this hotel looked good online and was so pleased to find out it was just as nice in person. We had a great room, 2 queens with a pull out bed in the sitting area, which was perfect for our family of five. The front desk was always super nice and helpful. We had no luggage with us and the front desk was so nice in getting us a bag full of toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, etc. After a really long hectic day of traveling and getting stuck somewhere we didn't want to be, we were so happy to get a comfortable night of rest in a hotel that felt clean, comfy, and super friendly. The guy the shuttled us from the airport to the hotel was also one of the friendliest and helpful people ever!

Right next to the airport and yet it wasn’t noisy at all. The proximity made it easy to get to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and had the amenities we wanted. The staff were very friendly. They served breakfast early starting at 4:30 am which was great for us early fliers. Breakfast included coffee, tea, orange juice and several food options to choose from. There was no extra fee for WiFi or parking. We didn’t use the gym but they had a nice hotel gym and a pool. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

Great hotel that’s as close to the airport as possible. Mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. The only terrible thing is the low flow shower head. Completely miserable experience. A bucket with a small dipper would remove soap with more vigor. Shuttle service was amazing. Restaurant was less than appetizing but friendly folks.

This hotel offered excellent attention and customer service, with great housekeeping. I stayed one short night and left on an early flight. Like all Marriott properties, free WIFI. This one offers free on site parking and EV charging. I love the free breakfast and was able to get a breakfast as I boarded a 5am shuttle to the airport!! Weekends breakfast starts at 6am. Clean, secure, and wheel chair access rooms available. There's even a fire pit!

This hotel is awesome and clean and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot is well lit so it’s a safe area. 2 minutes from the airport. Get a drink or some food at the bar after a long day of work or travel. When you check in the staff is very friendly and informative.

I enjoyed my stay here, exceptional mattress and pillows!! The floors wrap around a large open center and their waterfall can be heard in the room, relaxing if you’re into that kind of thing through the night… Good food, great chips and salsa/queso, the breakfast and coffee good too, but you have to pay for it. Note, there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms, though the restaurant/bar is convenient & legit. Overall a comfortable and quiet place.

Clean room, comfortable mattress and a decent decor. l think hotel is going through a remodel because one glass elevator wasn’t working and they were working on the atroum waterfall. We were there at Christmas - not usually a busy time and it showed because l never saw the bar as open. Problem with room was lack of amenities - no hair dryer,.microwave or refrigerator. Coffee was wrong type for the brewer and downstairs coffee was $2 or more. A lack of decent coffee is a major problem for me as l need my morning coffee! Fortunately, thwre is a great coffee shop within walking distance called the Fort Smith Breweing Company. Otherwise, decent stay.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent with a good menu. We ate breakfast there three mornings. The waitresses were very nice. Teresa, the waitress, helped my wife with her special requests. The front desk personnel were very friendly and informative. Katrina was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions for those in good health (6 to 20 minutes). Ample parking on-site and across the street in the overflow garage.

When I entered the lobby the first thing I noticed was it smelled so good. sounds odd. but you could tell it was clean and welcoming. the front desk staff was friendly and informative. Traveling cross country for the past week this is the 5th hotel we’ve stayed in and by far our favorite. Breakfast was good and we loved the Nescafé coffee machine the Beds were comfortable. can’t complain about one thing.

This hotel provided a truly restful stay with its incredibly comfy beds. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to get settled in right away. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had debated whether to stay here or at an Airbnb since we were going to be here a week and wanted a kitchen. After comparing prices, it was about the same price to stay at staybridge suites. I'm so glad we did. There were three of us and we got a sweet so we had a separate living area and one person stayed there and two of us stayed in the bedroom. I love that there was a full kitchen, the parking was really convenient and the hotel was clean and safe. What we especially enjoyed were all of the amenities. There's a full hot breakfast every morning with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon some days, toast,cereal waffles, oatmeal, anything you want. They also have a social hour on weekdays early evening which provides a light dinner and free soft drinks. I think they will also give you a beer or two but I'm not sure since we didn't drink. We also loved eating our breakfast on the outdoor patio which was very nice, and at night they had a fire pit which made a really nice place to sit out and talk. They have an indoor pool which we didn't use, a work out room, and free laundry facility for guests. The lobby is a nice place to work if you need to get some things done using Wi-Fi or if you want to just hang out or play board games at the comfy chairs were tables. Be aware that they have very limited housekeeping so don't stay here if you want full housekeeping every day. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Fayetteville and would absolutely stay here again

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, but the real standout was Jesse. His friendly and attentive service made my visit exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The suite was beautiful and accommodated our needs so well! While I attended a conference at the university, my family waited comfortably in the suite. Jesse was so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. Our suite and the hotel itself was clean and so handy to and from the suite to our car as well as to the venue as well. My only suggestion is to acquire a backup ice machine. The ball tournament participants wiped out the ice in the breakfast area filling their ice chests so we had to go out elsewhere to get ice. (The ice maker in our refrigerator didn’t work either.) I highly recommend this property, especially if you’re staying for multiple days.

We were there to visit our granddaughter who is in college there. It was a perfect stay for us since we had a two bedroom suite. The rooms were not modern or updated but very clean and certainly clean and comfortable! We always try to stay there when in Fayetteville.

Beautiful property & clean rooms. The staff is friendly and are quick to assist with any needs. Good breakfast options and on the weekends opened until 10:30AM. Perfect for getting a little more sleep! Not to mention pet friendly 🐶

The property is in a safe location in Springdale, close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our multi-day stay. Great breakfast each day! There were only a few minor issues; the room will probably need updating soon, we noticed stains in the carpet and the couch worn with some torn fabric showing. Also, when choosing a room with a 'kitchen' we expected to have appliances such as a full refrigerator or a stove top. There was a large counter top with a dining table nearby, but a microwave and tiny microfridge you'd find in a regular room. With that said, our stay was enjoyable.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel. Our daughter is a freshman at U of Ark and we traveled up for bid day. Everything in Fayetteville was booked, but we were able to find an available room here. The hotel is very convenient & only 10 min from campus. The hotel was very clean! The beds comfy! Bathroom had AWESOME lighting! The staff was wonderful. Always smiling & offering help. Jennifer, the morning breakfast hostess deserves a special mention. She welcomed every person that came in to eat or grab coffee. She worked hard to make sure everything was full and readily available. I travel a lot & this young woman is one of the very best hotel employees I have ever encountered. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

My stay was a relaxing stay. After a long day it was nice to come back to a nice clean and quiet room. The staff were very professional and made the check in check out process nice and easy. They answered any questions I had with polite and professional knowledge of the area.

I stayed here to be closer to the hospital where I work because I was on call. The hotel was in a good location. The breakfast had all the essential breakfast items. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. It was quiet even though there were several guest there with small children. The staff was helpful and friendly. I did enjoy the outdoor pool when I was not at work. The gym had plenty of equipment and met my needs as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family, friends, and coworkers.

The associates at the front desk were welcoming, professional, and courteous at both check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortably furnished, quiet, and sparkling clean. I particularly appreciate the good lighting both for reading in the chair and working at the desk - some hotel brands seem to be cutting down on reading and work lights, I guess assuming everyone is on electronic devices. Some of us still have real books and real paperwork - thank you La Quinta for recognizing us! The HVAC was quiet and accurate and the room had all the needed amenities. The hotel is very convenient to I-57 but it's well-insulated and there's no noticeable road noise in the room. For those who are traveling with a dog, there is a grassy area on the north side of the hotel that's good for short walks and a quiet street to the side of the hotel going up towards the high school for a longer walk. All in all an excellent place for a good night's rest on a road trip - highly recommend!

Could hear upstairs neighbors moving about periodically, but otherwise quiet. Did not eat breakfast, so I can not comment on it. Would stay there again. Easy on/off highway. We planned my teen daughter’s birthday sleepover here for a night, rented a king suite and king deluxe next to each other, both rooms were very nice and spacious! The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage was amazing. The juice was good too not watered down like most hotels. The gym was nice, had a treadmill, cable machine, dumbbells and Elliptical. If I were to have anything negative to say it would be that the pool needed some maintenance it looked a little worn down, had a few particles in it and I guess some kids or immature teens threw some of the landscape rocks in it had to fish those out. The hot tub was not hot or working. The girls still had fun. There was a person staying there on the same floor of us obviously smoking marijuana, the hallway near the elevator reeked of it. The staff were all very nice! Overall though very nice stay!!

We stayed despite a couple of recent poor reviews and found this hotel to be the opposite of those reviews. Our king suite was clean, pleasant- smelling and comfortable. The linens were soft and clean. The room cooled well, and the young lady at the front desk was easy to work with. The fitness room was well equipped and secure and right next to the spacious indoor pool. Breakfast was warm and tasty. Of note: if you're depending on using the sofa bed, it is a loveseat-sized sofa bed, with a width somewhere between twin and full. Size wise, that's a single adult or maaaybe 2 young kids.

We were moving my 89 year old mother out of Russellville and Nehal at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She really went out if her way to help take care if our needs. Ordered food to go from the restaurant and it was very good and we were able to pick it up within 15 mins of ordering. Breakfast was good with a very good selection in a very clean breakfast room. I will stay again any time I am in Russellville. Great property and the room was very clean, quiet with very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

We were traveling through Arkansas on our way home. This was by far the best motel we stayed at on our trip! Wendy at the front desk was so friendly! What a great employee to have! The rooms were very clean and nice! The restaurant and bar connected to it were a great place for drinks and supper. The breakfast was a great bonus! They had hot choices, waffles, and more. It's a clean and nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and grounds were quiet and it is right on 630 and University so it's very conveniently located to restaurants and hospitals. The staff was very nice and the evening shift desk person was extraordinary and helpful with a very pleasant attitude.

Stayed one night with wife and family to attend funeral nearby. We got together in the bar/restaurant. Jesse was an amazing bar tender/server. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Good value. Pool looked nice and refreshing but didn’t have time to get in.

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hotsprings, Ar. I stayed here on a vacation with my wife and we both loved this hotel. I recommend getting a room with a lake view, as the balcony was relaxing and the view at night was beautiful. The room was well stocked and included dishes, cookware, and a stove. For the price you will not find a better place to stay. Staff was also extremely helpful.

The hotel was also located near fast food, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy.

This location was quiet and very convenient to major roads, gas, restaurants, and groceries. All of the staff that I encountered were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. The coffee maker is the single packet kind... I wish it was a Keurig so I could bring the coffee I like. There is a choice of light or dark roast in the lobby. The front parking lot was paved during our stay so we had to park elsewhere. That was a huge inconvenience due to being chair bound. Two employees were excellent. Luke was exceptional! Anna was excellent and as accommodating as possible. I didn't like the cheap plastic toilet seat... I didn't like the arm chair. It's not very comfy and the ottoman is heavy and uncomfortable. The pool is outside and it was very enjoyable with nice seating around it. It is located close to the hospital. I will stay again in a heartbeat.

We booked this hotel over a year ago to visit family & watch the total eclipse and we were extremely happy with our stay! When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist and quickly checked into our rooms. I'm a light sleeper so I had asked for a quiet room when I booked so they put us on the top floor away from the elevator - thank you! The rooms were clean & comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast that was provided was pretty good also as they had a variety of items to choose from and tried to keep up with demand but it was busy due to the eclipse event. The location of the hotel was great because we were able to walk next door to Sakura Japanese Steakhouse & had a really nice dinner. The only thing that I wished had been explained is that you must call to set up housekeeping. Unfortunately, we didn't know this so we were without regular coffee & clean hand towels so when we tried to call for the next day but our phone didn't work - it was dead. My husband was finally able to tinker with the phone & found that it wasn't plugged in correctly and got it to work. I stopped at the front desk and requested housekeeping in person and it was done then.

I think this must be the best hotel in Batesville! The employees were all professional, but kind and very helpful. The room was plenty spacious, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and always delicious, giving a great start to each day. I wish all the hotels we stayed at throughout our trip were as nice as this one was. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Everything more than met expectations. Check in clerk went out of her way to be helpful, especially since there was a mix-up with our reservations. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very well maintained, and breakfast area was very clean and neat.

This property is week kept and nice. It was easy to get to and located to most everything there. Breakfast was good and the person who was in charge was very friendly and helpful The room was very nice and we stayed for multiple days, when I asked for more towels and shampoo, they brought more than I needed. The only thing I would recommend is we travel quite often and more and more places are switching to a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower and a hand soap dispenser that is screwed into the vanity. I would highly recommend this. We had one bar of soap to wash our hands and shower so we had to make adjustments.

The hotel has just undergone a major renovation. The rooms are clean and fresh. Each hotel has a kitchenette and a coffeemaker. There is also coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Beds are comfortable too. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Cons: Nowhere to sit in your room should you prepare a meal. There is one chair and a desk so one person sits, while the other sits on the bed or stands to eat. The chair is not on wheels and hard to move. There are also no common areas for people to gather. I booked three rooms for graduation and we had to meet outside in the parking lot. I have to go back to move my daughter out but under the circumstances may stay at another location. They do give a small discount if you are a U if Ark student parent but not during graduation.

Candlewood Suites was a comfortable place to stay. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The room did not have an easy chair or sofa. I don't like to sit or lay down on the bed in my clothes, especially during the day, but there was nothing else to do. There is a kitchen in the room with a full size refrigerator, large sink, microwave, coffee maker and a stove with two electric burners. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and utensils along with plates and bowls and flatware. There is a table with two chairs for dining. Oddly, one of the chairs was a swivel desk chair. All in all it was a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Per the sign, I pressed the intercom button. After pressing it several times & holding it down several times, i looked through the glass to see a post- it in the welcome desk. I couldn't read it since I didn't have my glasses but no one ever came. I eventually walked around the hotel to another entrance on the side & was able to get back in. I didnt feel very safe as a woman in this situation outside at night by myself walking around the outside of the hotel. Be very aware if you have to step out after hours or are returning late!

Everything was clean and relatively updated. Breakfast was typical, but they did have grilled onions and peppers for the scrambled eggs. There was a new pancake maker, but it wasn't set up yet. The only negative would be that breakfast (on Saturday) ended at 9:00. Seems early for a weekend. They had a coffee machine (cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc), which was a nice option. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the price was great.

I loved this place. Both the Lobby and our room and the halls smelled good. That’s a big plus for me. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. I especially liked their coffee machine that made all the specialty coffee drinks. I had plain coffee with a shot of expresso.

The Front Desk Staff were friendly and eager to please. They did a room change to accommodate our needs and offered to upgrade to a suite. Housekeeping worked hard, was friendly, and helpful. Maintenace Our room was spacious but needed updating. Bathtub had been resurfaced and was slippery, needed a bath matt. We had a warm breakfast but the attendant wasn't able to keep up with the demands.

This hotel was affordable and amazing! Bedroom is separate from the bathroom. Have a living/sitting area. We were next to the freeway but it was quiet. The only downside is you can hear people in the hallway and when doors are slammed shut. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was free with an arrangement of make your own waffles, eggs, sausage and bagels. There were a lot of other hotels and restaurants around.

We have a large family so it is nice to find a hotel that has room options for us. The breakfast was good (but some items ran out before we got there). It’s a bit out of the way from the main areas of Fayetteville but convenient to campus.

We had debated whether to stay here or at an Airbnb since we were going to be here a week and wanted a kitchen. After comparing prices, it was about the same price to stay at staybridge suites. I'm so glad we did. There were three of us and we got a sweet so we had a separate living area and one person stayed there and two of us stayed in the bedroom. I love that there was a full kitchen, the parking was really convenient and the hotel was clean and safe. What we especially enjoyed were all of the amenities. There's a full hot breakfast every morning with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon some days, toast,cereal waffles, oatmeal, anything you want. They also have a social hour on weekdays early evening which provides a light dinner and free soft drinks. I think they will also give you a beer or two but I'm not sure since we didn't drink. We also loved eating our breakfast on the outdoor patio which was very nice, and at night they had a fire pit which made a really nice place to sit out and talk. They have an indoor pool which we didn't use, a work out room, and free laundry facility for guests. The lobby is a nice place to work if you need to get some things done using Wi-Fi or if you want to just hang out or play board games at the comfy chairs were tables. Be aware that they have very limited housekeeping so don't stay here if you want full housekeeping every day. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Fayetteville and would absolutely stay here again

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, but the real standout was Jesse. His friendly and attentive service made my visit exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The included breakfast is very good and with a concern with Covid protocols. It is close to many restaurants and bars as it is close to the university. Excellent price/benefits.

The suite was beautiful and accommodated our needs so well! While I attended a conference at the university, my family waited comfortably in the suite. Jesse was so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. Our suite and the hotel itself was clean and so handy to and from the suite to our car as well as to the venue as well. My only suggestion is to acquire a backup ice machine. The ball tournament participants wiped out the ice in the breakfast area filling their ice chests so we had to go out elsewhere to get ice. (The ice maker in our refrigerator didn’t work either.) I highly recommend this property, especially if you’re staying for multiple days.

I like staying at this hotel and would stay here again. The gentleman st the desk was welcoming and immediately told the screaming kids from the pool to keep it down(he could tell I was tired from a long day). I appreciated that. The lobby and breakfast area is very neat and clean. My room was very nice and clean and the small refrigerator was already cold so I could put my beverages in that I brought with. The bathroom is super nice with an amazing shower. I did miss having a tub but the shower was soooo nice I took showers even when I didn’t need one! The bed was really comfortable and I had plenty of pillows. AC worked well and wasn’t loud like most hotels. Nice size TV(although I didn’t watch much). There are several restaurants nearby and easy access to highways but in a quiet area.

I’ve never left a review for a hotel. I rarely leave reviews for anything really but I had to for this place. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It was literally immaculately clean. No smudges, no dust, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The towels smelled fresh and that’s unusual for hotel linen...they usually have that hotel smell no matter where you stay....these however smelled CLEAN. The entire place smelled fresh and clean and the staff was genuinely friendly. If I HAD to complain about one thing I would say add some bacon or eggs to the breakfast LOL. I 12/10 recommend this place and if we were to ever be in the Fort Smith area again this is where we are staying!

I loved my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Fort Smith and will absolutely return if I find myself in the area again. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are adequately sized, and the beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient. Despite being close to the airport and plenty of dining establishments and shopping options, I didn't notice a lot of noise. The employees that I encountered were friendly, and they seemed to be following Covid-19 protocols. The grab and go breakfast is limited because of the pandemic but had enough options for me.

My husband had a total hip replacement 10/26/20 at mercy orthopedic hospital in Ft Smith, AR and we live 2 hours away. I needed a place to lay down, sleep for the night, shower, and rest once his surgery was over. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, secure, check in early to rest, and was even willing to give me a late check out (which I ended up not needing). This hotel is perfectly located, super quiet and safe, comfy beds, extra clean, and breakfast was really good with the corona restrictions going on. I would a million times stay here again and hope you do also if in the area. Thanks ladies you are beyond wonderful!!!!!!!

Second year in a row to stay here for Big Dam Bridge 100 bike ride. We requested a room near the one we had last year on the 4th floor facing the river. The night lights on the river makes for a really nice view. If you plan to stay, ask for a river view. The History of Arkansas museum is next to the hotel is extremely nice and free admission. If you need to be at the convention center, it's a 100 yard walk. Plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Suggestions are Flying Fish, Bruno's Little Italy and @ on the corner just two blocks from the hotel. This area around the hotel is clean and has plenty going on. Highly recommend staying. We'll be back in 2025.

All the staff made me feel like home in Little Rock, from the reception to the breakfast personnel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, and I was lucky to get a nice view. The Southern breakfast and the coffee were good, and I really would like to thank the reception lady on Saturday night who gave me a freshly baked cookie when I left to catch my midnight Amtrak train!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who promptly checked us in and gifted us a fresh cookie and complimentary waters. She was able to provide recommendations for entertainment also. Our room was clean, the bedding was crisp and the view was beautiful, especially at night. We had a clear view of the river and the colorful bridge. The noise was minimal and allowed for a restful night.

Staff at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful as well as the gentleman at the front door that carted our luggage up to the room. The room was very clean. The view of the river was great, especially at night. My spouse really enjoyed the night view with the lights

Normally when I get a cheap room it looks cheap and isn't always that appealing but this hotel was super clean, nice, and had exceeded my expectations everything worked in the room and everything was clean no problems staff friendly and it was quiet no strange people coming and going very convenient, even though it's right off the highway I didn't hear the sound of the highway.

Very pleasant and convenient property, beautifully renovated and fresh inside. Good breakfast with cheerful staff. Only complaint is that the bed could have been a bit less lumpy. Other than that, clean, fresh, convenient, quiet and very pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable with a great staff. They go above and beyond to allow the guest the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our favorite TV channel wouldn't work correctly last visit. The ONLY channel with a problem. But the new guy working the front desk worked with it until he got it to work. He had to come to the room and reset something, but he figured it out. The staff is always like that, anything they can do, even fixing our favorite channel. Good breakfast, per friendly. We love staying here.

My room was spotless, the bed & pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast choices were amazing. Keith was at the front desk when I checked in, and he is a treasure - so friendly and welcoming, making sure I knew where everything was and that I felt safe. I can’t say enough good things about him.

The name best at the front, describes it all! The comfort exceeds the price! The safe is awesome, normally you get them ok but one with a bad manners, and rude but this property I can say everyone goes beyond and help, is very polite and my children loved them! Jessy is my favorite you gone get a laugh while checking in! This is my go-to place for Arkansas when we come for sure! I can’t think of one staff that didn’t help, late check outs are accepted, pet friendly and clean and the breakfast is tasty, fresh and hot! You pay half the price of the expensive hotels and you get allll the comfort!

The price for our night was very decent! We needed a room last minute & this hotel was near where we were, so I read some reviews & decided to book it. I was a little concerned since it's a best western...they've seemed to go downhill in the last decade or so, but we were VERY decently surprised! Our bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was in good order & the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly too. On our drive to the hotel, we did go through a questionable area, so I started questioning our choice, but when we arrived, it was out of the ghetto & well lit. There were cameras all over the building too, so that was nice. (Whether they worked or not, I don't know, but it was a comforting thought!)

The room was really big with a pullout sofa. We really appreciated the extra space. Plus they had a nice jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The swimming pool was big, warm and not crowded at all.

I stayed here after a friend said she was pleasantly surprised by it, and I couldn’t agree more. You’re in a motel off the highway, but two single women staying alone give this two thumbs up. When they’re not busy, they tend to room on the back side, so it minimizes the highway road noise 👍 The rooms are clean, well appointed, and spacious. 👍 The breakfast is a full spread, and Moses watches over it, attending to your needs. A very pleasant surprise. He’s a talker if you engage him, but this man loves serving and it’s evident. 👍👍 Clean and kind of warm indoor pool! I wish it were a little brighter inside, but the pool itself was nice. They have a very spacious patio on the south side that I discovered by accident on the last day! (Opposite end from the breakfast area). Benches and patio tables dot the space, and there’s a paved trail right there you could easily hop on if you wanted to engage in some NW Arkansas trail walking or biking action. It’s part of the Fayetteville trail system so we’re talking miles (if you desire!). It was the perfect place to eat breakfast before the long trip back home. 👍👍 Overall, for a motel off the highway, I would easily stay here again, and probably will!

The front office, the room, the building and grounds were very clean, and the building welll maintained considering its age. I particularly appreciated the immaculate floors in the front office, as well as the detailed cleanliness of our room. Our bed was well- made and the sheets were crisp and clean (a bit scratchy on sensitive skin), but plenty of pillows. Designated smoking areas were clean, and the gazebo area was notably clean and the lawn maintaned round about. Overall, a nice stay for the price. My only issue was the adjacent property which looked to be a run down, abandoned hotel. Obviously, Best Western has no control over what the city allows to remain standing to clutter the area , but Best Western makes up for the neighboring eye-sore by professional management of their property!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip with family nearby. They are doing renovations on the hotel. With that being said, we NEVER heard them doing work or inconvenienced us in any way. I was pleasantly surprised because when I saw the work, I immediately became worried about us having disruption, but I was wrong. We booked a room with a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean. There was plenty of space for us to set our belongings somewhere so they weren't sitting on the floor. There was also a couch in the room that could have easily been converted into a bed. The bathroom was pretty clean. I did post a few pictures of marks in the room that may been done when they were renovating. None of the marks bothered us, though. They do not offer individual toiletries. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash locked into the shower/bath tub where you can dispense a certain amount in your hand. I think that would be my only complaint about this hotel because I don't know if the employees wipe down the bottles. The complimentary breakfast was really good and they do offer Covid safety precautions for the buffet if you are concerned. If you are looking for a nice, clean hotel for a quick stay -- this is the place. My husband and I will be back in the future.

After an 8 hour drive we were greeted by friendly staff, delicious cookies, and a clean room with the view of the sun rise. To our surprise the continental breakfast was plentiful, the staff was super helpful, and the hotel was quiet. Easy to locate and right near the streets we needed to enjoy our trip. The TVs are low and the ac unit was a bit loud but it kept us warm throughout our trip. We watched tv on our phones. Shower pressure was good and warmed up fast.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, safe and quiet, the breakfast was well-stocked and maintained, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Stayed for 1 night. Lots of parking. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were large and clean, with comfy beds. Pool was located outside. Breakfast in the morning was served by staff. You say what you want and they plate it up for you. Lots of offerings including cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, eggs, muffins, pastries, coffee, milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, and more! Staff were all helpful and friendly.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, with current decor. We felt welcomed with the staff. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Those super comfy beds were made for vacation stays! If only I could have slept in longer each morning!

I bought snacks at the front desk and the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was quiet inside the room. I liked the shampoo and body wash. Plenty of bath towels. Spacious bathroom with lots of mirrors and lighting. I really liked the biscuits and sausage gravy and crispy bacon and how big and nice and clean the breakfast dining was. There are towels and water with cups in the gym. There is an ice machine, guest laundry, and a guest computer with a printer. It was a small brightly lit safe looking hotel, so I let my 13 year old daughter go to the gym and pool on her own with her own door key. Also, the room had such a nice deep closet. The air conditioner and heater were fabulous!

Over all, we will definitely stay again. The 1 king bed room with a nice walk in shower was amazing. The whole hotel smells clean, even the 2 elevators were clean. Stayed on the second floor elevator was smooth ride, couldn't hear other rooms. We even had the opposing college team that played the hogs and we never heard the floors above us or below. (4 floors). Breakfast was hot and refreshed when got low. Offering chocolate milk, white, yogurt, toppings; granola, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. 1 waffle iron (which was BUSY), two day stay and both days was scrambled eggs and choice of sausage or turkey sausage, bread choices was biscuits, english muffin, variety of muffins (blueberry) , bagels, toast, and cereal. Coffee was not the best feature. (Watered down) They have half&half, cream or hazelnut. Offers hot tea as well. Oatmeal is also offered on the buffet.

We stay in hotels fairly often, and the breakfasts are always subpar… I was pleasantly surprised to see a FABULOUS breakfast! There was delicious fresh fruit, bagels, turkey sausage and so much more. My son was there for a track meet, I was prepared to go somewhere and buy a breakfast, but the hotel had a great selection for him to choose from! The room was great! Clean, spacious, and had a microwave! All small things but big for us! The staff was incredibly friendly!

Mary greeted us so kindly - she was friendly and so welcoming. We had travelled for four hours and had to get up early for surgery and she was just so wonderful. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh and clean. The room smelled great and was so clean and comfey. I will be back

This is Leons wife writing this review. we had an amazing stay. we were in town to see our eldest son graduate from the Bryant police academy. The ceremony was held at the Conway convention center. We had our pick of what hotel to stay in because there were so many in that location. The hotel we chose was phenomenal. The room was so comfortable and spacious. It accommodated our family beautifully. The breakfast was exceptional. I work at a hotel in our hometown and am the breakfast attendant. My husband is the maintenance man, so to know what the jobs entail and still see the exceptional work from the staff. My son was in a wheelchair following a surgery and everything accommodated him well. The front desk was amazing. Any time we left and returned to the hotel we were met with smiling friendly faces. There were a few times we needed towels and a few other items and they were more than happy to help us. The professionalism and great attitudes of the staff and amazing room, breakfast, and pool will definitely ensure that we will stay at this hotel again.

Convenient locale to shopping and restaurants, comfortable beds, super clean, lovely, modern, newly updated room decor, and a great continental breakfast served by friendly, attentive people like Jennifer, make this a five star stay every time we come! The most impressive aspect of this hotel has been the awesome, professional, friendly, accommodating staff. We have stayed multiple times this summer on business, and have always had superb service, regardless of who is working the front desk. Special thanks to Ruth, Wes, Robbin, Walker, Alexia, and Jennifer for making us feel like special guests and thus making this our favorite (and only) place to stay in Conway! Clean and friendly staff. Nicely remodeled. Front desk staff very helpful when we needed a restaurant suggestion for dinner, looked up number and gave directions. We always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if possible. Reliably clean with nice breakfast. An enjoyable stay!

Traveling for a long day this was a very comfortable place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast area. This is a very pretty hotel in the lobby. We did not use the pool area but it looked clean. The fun thing about this HI was the baggage carts all had names and a sign about how important they were. Will definitely stay here again.

We will stay here again when we visit family. The building is being remodeled but they have kept it extremely clean. The double queen room with handicap accessible features was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a mix of fresh and packaged goods. All the freshly prepared foods were cooked well and changed out timely. The staff was so pleasant and attentive!

New hotel, modern decor, very clean, efficient design, plenty of room, friendly staff, fair pricing, lot's of activity in the restaurant/ bar. Nice location, lot's of shopping nearby. Pet friendly. Parking all around the hotel, easy to access the hotel.

I've not been thrilled the last 2 times I've stayed here... however, my third stay was the charm! Ryan at the front desk was helpful, professional and very thorough. The computer system was down and the first room wasn't finished being cleaned but Ryan didn't skip a beat and got me quickly checked in to a nice, quiet corner room. This was my best stay so far. I am in town often and stay at the Aloft because it is the closest hotel. They have fun things coming up, too, like food truck round ups, hot breakfast, etc. Anyways, great job, Ryan. I enjoyed stay, appreciated your customer service and am looking forward to my next stay!

This is a wonderful Marriott hotel! We stay at a lot of Marriotts, and we really like this brand. Most Alofts that we have stayed at are great, and this one is one of our favorites. The price was very good especially for a Saturday. We were able to walk to dinner (Sullivans Steakhouse) which was nice. They had a live band that was entertaining, and the bar area was really fun. There are all kinds of board games, shuffleboard, and a pool table. The room itself was clean with modern decor. This was night 79 of an 80 day roadtrip, and this was one of our favorite stays. Highly recommended!

Justin was so friendly and he had us smiling and laughing during the entire check in process! We stayed in 420 and the room layout was so cute and colorful. The entire property has a clean, modern look that really made the stay unique. The location is also a huge plus for this city! The lobby area was excellent, with options including the bar, live music, and so many game stations. The outside area was the perfect hangout spot! Service was prompt and really held up the Marriott standard. Thanks again Justin for being awesome!

Upon first entering the lobby, you can see that it’s very well maintained. The assistant manager was the one who checked us in and he was awesome. He gave us extra towels right away because he said he knew us ladies liked to have extra for our hair, which I thought was very considerate of him. He also had a fun personality and was welcoming. We arrived early but he was able to get us checked in even with the big game going on, which we greatly appreciated. The lady who came in after him wasn’t nearly as personable, but she could’ve been having an off day. The room felt surprisingly homey. It was bright, clean, and well decorated. It felt like it was updated recently. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles mounted in the shower which was convenient and surprisingly decent quality. The shower pressure was insanely good. The beds were comfortable and clean as well. There is a bottle of water and snack in your room as well as coffee, though housekeeping needs to remember to clean under the coffee maker tray. There is a decent selection of snacks available to purchase in the lobby and breakfast was pretty good, but a small area for the size of the hotel. We loved the location as it’s not far from Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, which is why we were visiting. Overall, I’d say this is adequately priced and I would stay here again.

We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Bentonville for three nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. My daughter particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great bonus for our family. My husband was also pleased with the water pressure in the shower, which he found to be exceptional. Another highlight was the awesome breakfast each morning, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites Bentonville for both business and leisure stays.

Room was spacious and beds, with the sofa bed, was perfect for our family. Shower was hot, and full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a luxury. Laundry facilities were helpful and I appreciated they were on the 2nd floor close to our room. Included breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the indoor pool but many families were and seemed to enjoy it. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24/7.

The reservation process on the Marriott Bon Voy website, the general location, the rate, the parking and the desk staff were all good. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, with good lighting, electrical outlets, mirrors and seating options. The bathroom area was spacious, and the exhaust fan worked well. The air quality was good, and the window opened, though the HVAC filters were slightly dirty. The breakfast was excellent. The grounds were clean, and I did not notice any construction going on. As others have said, it was a challenge to get into the driveway because of the median, and we had to double back to make a right turn into the driveway. Construction on the Waffle House next door appears to be finished, however that restaurant had not yet opened when we were there in mid-July. I plan to stay at this Springhill Suites Bentonville again.

This is THE place. It was perfectly located with easy assess to everything we wanted and needed. It was clean, very comfortable, and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Beds were perfect, able to sleep well. Quiet. Breakfast was very good with several great choices. Staff was very accommodating and very friendly, nice, willing to help in whatever we needed. We will stay here again because it was so good. Awesome!

We stayed at this property for me week while traveling on business. The property is updated and comfortable. For the most part I’m a remote worker; I found the desk space in our two bedroom suite very comfortable to work from during our stay. Our rooms were very clean and well appointed and made our stay very comfortable. We travel with our German Shepard and really appreciated the grassy areas around the property. The 150.00 pet fee is a very reasonable charge and worth every penny to have her traveling with us. The biggest reason for our review is the team that GM Alaa Williams has put together. Her kind and consistent leadership and customer focus is a 👩‍⚕️ bing factor of this property’s success. Her staff are caring and detail oriented and exhibiting outstanding customer service and care. The morning breakfast was an absolute treat every day of our stay. The options accommodated almost every dietary need. Miss Rita who prepares and runs the program is a true blessing to everyone. This was an outstanding stay. We are grateful for the experience we had at this property.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. During the week, they offer hot options with their continental breakfast but weekends are cold only. There is a large selection of individually wrapped foods. They laundry facilities are priced well. The pool was a comfortable temperature and no more than 10 people allowed at a time. Reservations for the pool are made to help ensure this. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a lovely day at the residence Inn in Little Rock. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially give high marks to Rita in the kitchen who prepared a wonderful breakfast, including gluten-free options.

Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time.

I have been here before, but have never stayed the night. The staff was all above-normally WONDERFUL. Steven and Gavin were particularly great, and so was our waitress at the 4th Floor pizza restaurant. We also loved our driver - we would simply call the hotel and they would pick us up downtown. The hotel is amazing, quiet, safe, and very charming. The shower water temp was iffy, but it’s not a complaint because it is a bldg from 1886. Be sure and go on the ghost tour!

I have stayed at the Crescent numerous times over the years, including holidays. The staff is always helpful and efficient. The facility, although old is well-maintained and kept clean. The rooms are nice and updated yet maintain the Victorian charm. Our room was spacious and although we had a smidge issue getting the AC to stay on once we got it figured out it worked great! Room was very quiet.

Our room did not have a chair. The night lights from the exterior of the hotel were impossible to completely block out with the blinds. Otherwise everything was great. The staff in all areas were helpful, professional and friendly — could not have asked for better. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A great getaway for us

We stayed at the hotel to be close to Mercy Hospital. It was a perfect location with easy drive to hospital, even in snow storm! The hotel has a simple but delicious menu for breakfast and dinner with helpful, friendly service! They also have a bar and a small market with drinks and snacks. The room was comfortable and clean.

Perfect stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, very quiet and reliable AC, quiet location, spotless room. It was built around 2020 I’m guessing. Great layout of the building, excellent fitness center. The ‘free breakfast’ people could go elsewhere. I was delighted with my stay. Would love to return.

This is a new hotel and it is so nice. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The shower is huge. All the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Located close to all kinds of shopping and eating. You wont go wrong by staying here

We were in Bentonville recently for two nights. We used Marriott points to stay at this hotel. It seems fairly new. Check-in was an easy process. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower water pressure was kind of weak. The towels were large and fluffy. We only used the Bistro for morning coffee, but it was convenient. There is a very large outdoor seating area with a firepit. There are several chain restaurants nearby. It was about 15-20 minutes to downtown Bentonville and the Crystal Bridges museum. If we are in Bentonville again, we would stay here.

Nicely laid out. Near lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Huge bed- clean lines & large bathroom. Glad to see that they fixed putting the shower control where you can reach it without getting wet. Friendly staff but didn’t interact much since hotel is under covid service levels. Did feel safe with mask mandates.

You could tell that the floor in the breakfast area was mopped around. The floor was stained where the mop could not go. It was a quiet place and hotel staff was friendly. Fresh cookies and bottled water offered upon check in.

Bathroom was nice, but the shower stall needs a hand rail getting in and out as the floor in shower was slippery. The large drain across the entrance to shower stall was loose. The safe is unreachable. It is above the clothes closet, great if your 6 ft. tall or more....worthless place....whoever designed placement of the safe should be fired....they have no clue, safe not user friendly. Valet parking price of $30 is ridiculous, but very difficult to park downtown as I wanted to be near the Quapaw bathhouse to utilize as I am a senior and can't walk far with all my old age ailments....so had to pay the price. Staff very helpful.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our family. We were visiting Hot Springs for the first time and knew we wanted to do hiking while there. You could walk out of hotel and hit the trails just across the street or from the back of the hotel! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Colton, the valet boy, was extremely polite and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We also visited the RoofTop bar both nights. Pretty views and friendly service. We weren’t ready to leave The Waters or Hot Springs. Our family of four would stay again when visiting Hot Springs! You can walk to everything with very clean rooms and friendly service.

The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at Valet. Beautiful view from room was only outdone by the view from the rooftop restaurant. I do wish we would have known the rooftop closed at 7 on Sundays when booking because we planned to have dinner there the 1 night we stayed. Room was updated, clean, & spacious plus the bed was very comfortable. The somewhat private trail off the 4th floor was a nice bonus. Very much recommend!

My husband and I spent three nights here in February and had a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely—clean with a view of the Arlington Hotel. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious Southern-style breakfast at The Avenue, using our Hilton credits—highly recommended! The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across from Superior Bathhouse Brewery, making it easy to explore the area. The Brewery is the only National Park that offers beer and fun flights. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the only rooftop bar in Hot Springs at this Hilton Waters location was closed for the season, but that’s just something to keep in mind for winter travelers. The staff was attentive and provided great recommendations for dinner spots nearby. I had read some reviews mentioning concerns about the bathrooms, but I found ours to be well-equipped with plenty of counter space, lots of towels, and even a robe. The barn-style door is a bit noisy and doesn’t offer much sound privacy, but aside from that, the bathroom was more than sufficient. For parking, we discovered a convenient and secure multilevel garage just a short walk behind the hotel, past Grateful Head Pizza. It offered free parking and was well-monitored with multiple cameras, located above the police station. We also walked over to the Arlington Hotel—its lobby is charming, but the upper floors felt quite dated and spooky, making the choice to stay at Hilton Waters a no brainer.

Location was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. The overall aesthetic was attractive and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The drinks from the rooftop bar were fantastic. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast menu.

The location was across from a casino which gave us food options since the local area was not the best and had very little restaurant options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was clean and you could smell that it had been wiped down. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I was up early and breakfast wasn't open yet but i needed coffee and she made sure the pot was fresh and ready for me to get some and just the nicest person. Front desk was also extremely helpful! Will definitely stay when we go to pine bluff.

The free breakfast was wonderful. Elijah, who checked us in, was very friendly and professional. The ladies preparing breakfast buffet were friendly. All employees we met smiled and said hello.

Awesome staff and really good breakfast. I travel ALOT and don't care too much for the breakfast at these places. OH MY' the biscuits and gravy tasted home made. The warm soft cinnamon roll was delicious but Miss CC and the other staff members are SUPER friendly, very professional, and welcome you like you're coming home. Thank you for making this last minute stop so comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here one night when we were looking for homes to purchase nearby. I was concerned when we were trying to find the hotel which is behind a vacant Pine Bluff Mall (thanks covid). The hotel itself was well lit and parking area clean. Our room was very nice, beds comfortable, bath room clean. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, all staff was very nice. We drove a short distance to Saracen Casino which we enjoyed too. We would recommend to others looking for clean accommodations and close to Saracen Casino. I noticed some comments about Pine Bluff being a mill town and smelling bad LOL we're from Wisconsin and I (a woman) worked in a papermill so I have no complaints. The mills provide jobs for many hard working people who provide necessary items people use through out the day and night. The air is cleaner than most big cities. And we did find a very nice home not far away from here in Pine Bluff. We liked the city.

Jacuzzi room was super nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the soaps smelled really good. The shower was super nice and spacious. The AC was perfect. I wish there was a little bit bigger TV in the room, but not a problem. Almost everything was super clean. My only complaint was that the jets in the jacuzzi need to be cleaned, glad we didn’t turn them out when it drained you could see black residue from the jets at the bottom of the tub.

Staff was amazing. Stayed fir two nights and staff reminded us of all the th I nga going on and about the breakfast times. We had family from town visit us and the staff at the bar served food all the up to closing time and clean up time. So friendly and attentive. Even the morning staff that helped people at breakfast were just as helpful and attentive. Everyone was so nice and made the visit great!

We love staying at this hotel! We feel it is a very undervalued location and we always enjoy it. Having the bar and restaurant on site is wonderful. Food and drinks are fabulous! But the main pleasure of this hotel is the staff: whether front desk, restaurant or housekeeping, everyone is friendly and welcoming. And they have real oatmeal on the breakfast buffet (something which is disappearing from other IHG properties). If you want comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, you won't find a better hotel than this.

The hotel is a clean and friendly place. The breakfast is amazing and Lynda makes you feel like you’re at home. She is very friendly and makes you feel like royalty with her service at breakfast. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stay the every time I come to town. I am in Texarkana about 1/2 the year for work.

We were very happy with our overnight stay. The location was great, although it was a little hard to find after dark. We thought the overall appearance of the building, including our room, was clean and attractive. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel grill, and thought the food was tasty. After a long day of travel, we were thankful not to have to go out in a strange city to find a restaurant. (It was open until 10 pm.) Breakfast also was good with more choices than the usual “continental breakfast” and of higher quality. The service was excellent from everyone. Only small negatives are that the desk chair in our room looked really shabby. The “leather” was totally stripped off the seat. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to the corners when doing the floors. Our bathroom had a dirty buildup in the corners. Also, we thought at such a nice place, there would be a bigger tv than 32”. All-in-all, though, we were very pleased with our experience and plan to stay there again.

We had a nice room with a jacuzzi tub which my husband loved. We were within walking distance of two good restaurants and a small shopping center. We were right across the road from a huge hospital complex. The choices for breakfast were a yogurt machine, waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs and sausage patties. I would stay here again. The soap and lotion were in wall-mounted bottles next to the sink and in the shower.

You don't need to keep searching; click "Reserve" at this outstanding location! I work for a non-profit, and so I'm always looking for clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Convenient to major highways is a huge plus. This outstanding hotel checked all my boxes. I will DEFINITELY reserve here again. Friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, nice breakfast set up, lots of restaurants in walking distance and safe area. This location was PERFECT for me, and at a great price!

We spent one night in a King room on the first floor. It was located next to the breakfast room area. The room was nice enough. It was clean, comfortable, all the amenities however, it was a bit noisy. Some early risers were downstairs in the breakfast area about 5:00 AM drinking coffee and talking very loud. That area echoes some which we heard most of it. It was hard to sleep in. Also, when they started preparing the breakfast area we could hear the pots and dishes being set out and filled. Some loud noises from that. I will say the hotel facilities are nice, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again but, we would request a room farther away from the breakfast area and front desk.

Hotel was clean and had a welcoming lobby. It’s very convenient to Mercy Hospital. Room was quiet. I had to skip breakfast so no review of the food but it looked good. They have a weekly breakfast menu posted showing what will be served on which day. Nice touch! My only negative is it felt like bathtub was slippery and it doesn’t have a large flat surface to stand on. Made showering a bit precarious.

It was our first time staying in the area. Very clean facility, polite and helpful staff, and good breakfast. Breakfast was served until 9:30 and was kept warm and constantly refilled if needed. The pool and hot tub was clean and perfect. It wasn’t noisy and didn’t cost a lot of extra money to have our dog with us, which I was very thankful for. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our room in this newer hotel was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, walk-in shower was great, towels large & fluffy. Our only issue was the shower leaked a little because it was hard to make sure the door was closed tight. Breakfast was good, and cinnamon rolls were to die for—best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!

My husband and I stayed here the night of a concert at First National Bank Arena and were so impressed by this hotel and staff. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location close to the arena and town. Secondly, it is very clean and well-maintained. And thirdly and most importantly, the staff is phenomenal! Sharon, Daniel, and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Sharon's outstanding service on the telephone when we were booking convinced us to stay at this hotel and the phenomenal service after arrival ensured we will always choose this hotel when staying in Jonesboro. Thanks again!!

Stayed here one night while our air conditioning was out. Front desk was very friendly and location is near several restaurants. Went to the lounge for an after dinner drink and bartender was a great guy and we enjoyed chatting with him. Room was clean as was the rest of the property. Highly recommend.

The people who work at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. After a long day of travel, it is so nice to be met by friendly people. Everyone that we encountered and spoke with who works at the hotel was that way. Nice and happy to help if we needed anything or had any questions. Most industries (not just hotels) have staffing issues these days that affects the quality of everything, but this hotel is doing something right because they have better staffing than anywhere I've stayed in the last few years. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast offerings were restocked all throughout breakfast, so that later sleepers in my family had the same breakfast options as the early risers did. I only travel a couple times a year to visit family, but this was the best hotel experience I've had over the last few years and this will be the first place I look for a room next time I am visiting family again. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

First, I want to rave about the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel, including the rooms, is clean and spacious. The refrigerator and mini kitchen were perfect for our one-week stay because we made dinner there since my husband was recuperating from surgery. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The choices vary a few times a week, which I liked. The food was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Lucy was amazing, extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. One of the kindest hotel staff we’ve ever met. She made the stay a most relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family. This property provides all of the essentials-clean facility, comfy room/bed, relatively quiet even though next to a freeway, friendly staff. The exercise room is small but useful to get some movement if staying here. The only knock I have is the quality of the breakfast. There seemed to be only prepackaged, frozen food options - but nothing fresh, not even fresh fruit or eggs. So, this place is a good quality stay, I just wouldn't plan to eat a nutritious breakfast here.

The hotel is about 15 min to the U Ark campus . The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well. They do not clean the room everyday because of staffing issues from COVID, but will you give me towels when asked. There was free breakfast every morning . They had a rotating menu of prepackaged omelettes , pancakes, sausage, or ham. Daily they had English muffins, prepackaged banana nut muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bagels. Coffee and tea wee available throughout the day. The fitness room was basic with treadmills, elliptical, and free weights. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the Fayetville area.

I have done a lot of hotelling in the US and this was a memorable good hotel for a couple of reasons: friendly staff, good fitness room, comfortable beds and clean rooms, and a well-stocked snack store. The staff people I can highlight as being especially friendly and kind are Richard and Summer and also the breakfast associate (I don’t recall her name).

We stayed one night at this location. The hotel is brand new. Work is still being done but we had no problems with noise etc. The beds were comfy. Lots of TV channel selection. Good computer work station, Breakfast selection was standard. Front reception was very welcoming. I forgot my phone charger in the room and called the next day and they held it at the front desk. Seemed like a safe area. The area is a bit depressed. Not many restaurants in the area but did find a BBQ Restaurant (Wright's Ranch House) close by. Food was good and also served adult beverages. There is a subway across the road and a seafood restaurant down the road. There are no chain restaurants in the area. You must drive to Pine Bluff for chain restaurants and your choice is only Chilis or Red Lobster. We found the best food was at the Pine Bluff airport about 15 minutes away at the Grider Field Restaurant. They are only open 11-2 M-F. Cafe style dining.

Very attentive and inviting from the moment we stepped in the door late in the evening. Made us the focus, as if the very Sweet Mgr Kadija and her crew had only been waiting on us to check in! Easy process Rooms very clean and quiet. Comfy bed all's 2 types of pillows Shower needs a bit more pressure but i simply changed the setting and got it a bit better. Wish there was an exhaust fan in Bathroom, not not many hotels do that any more! The check out process was just as easy! Even though i was about 15 minutes late checking out of her room We were so comfortable we slept in and missed our chance at breakfast, but heard it was amazing!!

After only being opened about three weeks ago, we expected the hotel to be nice and clean but we were unexpectedly surprised when we arrived June 15, 2018. We were checked in by Erica, who was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and got us to our room with ease. Our room was nice and clean and cool on a 95 degree day. The hotel is in a modern design with attention to detail at every turn. The bathroom amenities were excellent and the large LED television was a plus. The beds were very comfortable which made for a good nights rest. The next morning we were again surprised with a full breakfast, with choice of sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. The neatest thing was an automatic pancake maker. Just push a button and one minute later your had two cooked pancakes. How easy! We foresee this hotel as the #1 Choice in the Pine Bluff area. We definitely will be coming back at the next opportunity.

The stay was fine it's the misinformation provided by Hotels.com on the establishment. I choose this particular hotel based on information stated. There was no restaurant, there was no bar, there was also just your run of the breakfast offered. Same as if one stayed at a one star hotel. There were minor things about the room like ice bucket full of water which didn't upset me like being misinformed. After driving all day last thing my family and I wanted was to drive more for dinner. But took the receptionist's word on a Mexican restaurant that was absolutely awful but that's on that particular place not Holiday Inn. We were also told later to leave sink and shower 💦 ng due to cold weather. I do have to say the receptionist was incredibly friendly. A pure pleasure to interact with. She seemed somewhat new to her job. She was having trouble on processing my Hotel.com booking and adding my IHG member number. Overall a nice place to stay if you are not looking for a place that includes food and drinks.

2 adults and 5 kids and I have never been as impressed with a hotel stay as this!! So much room! The family suite has 2 queen beds, which very comfortable, the room also had a couch which also folded out into a full size bed (which was brand new with plastic) and a t.v. and around the corner in the room were 2 bunk beds with their own tv and air unit. The breakfast was amazing as well and included. Awesome pancake maker and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls along with bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, 2 types of omelets and more!!!! Perfectly clean and new— only a couple of months old! I could use more family suite rooms like this and I hope Holiday Inn continues to update their rooms to include this exact layout. Clean and friendly staff as well! Great pricing for all you get!! 5 stars without a doubt!

Had excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville, Arkansas, the room was immaculate, sheets were clean ,beds were clean, bathrooms, clean, everybody, very accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious, the bartender, Carlos, was very helpful in everything that he does. He delivered our food to the to our table, and we had a wonderful time, ended up visiting with other people at the Hilton, very good rapport with everyone. Absolutely wonderful time. I would suggest this hotel to anybody that comes to Northwest Arkansas, the night manager ,Michelle was very accommodating with my needs, texted me frequently to make sure that I was comfortable in my room with no problems. An extra special attempt to keep me happy. The house keeping personnel were very accommodating with my room. Excellent services.

Was a great experience. Very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. If you stay in room 120 know that the hot and cold water are backwards for the shower! They Gym was great as well as the pool. At night they have a little cozy bar. The location is ideal for the surrounding area. The house keeping was on point and everything was clean! Very accommodating! They even have a shuttle service to the airport.

We stayed 4 nights on the 3rd floor. Hotel is conveniently located near the Interstate, but far enough away from any noise. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We requested housekeeping on one day. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival. We enjoyed the extra space which a suite provided. Comfortable lounge on premises, fitness room and business center. Breakfast was convenient but overpriced. There are multiple restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking space.

The rooms were very comfortable. up to date, and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, but skip the scrambled eggs. They provided complimentary cookies and water and coffee in the lobby. The reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the center of town, so you will need to drive to Crystal Bridges. I will stay here again.

Hotel staff was friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile and informed about all the lovely amenities this hotel has to offer. The room was clean and inviting. The new chef delighted us with a fantastic dinner on Friday night, defiantly going to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. The front desk attendant, Autumn, was super kind and chatted with us about the hotel and the area, which added a personal touch. The hotel felt very clean and well maintained. As IHG Platinum Elite members, we were offered both a drink and a snack at check-in, which was a nice surprise compared to what we usually receive. Our room was on the first floor and felt spotless, with the only flaw being some minor fraying on the desk chair. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature were solid, and the beds were really comfortable—we got a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was listed to start at 6 a.m., but a sign said closer to 7. We didn’t need it, but that might matter to someone planning to grab food early. The pool looked clean, though we didn’t use it, and there’s a patio with a fire pit out back that made for a nice place to hang out. The area felt safe and had plenty of food and shopping nearby. Overall, our overnight stay was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the interaction with Autumn made it even better.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The check in and breakfast staff were nice. The breakfast was good and well presented at 6:00am. The room we were in had a major roof leak at some point and the ceiling and walls had been or were in the process of being redone, but the damaged area was obvious. Other than that, we’d definitely stay here again. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip.

Was in Magnolia for a business meeting and decided to have family come too. This property was only one I found with an indoor pool so my teen would be pleased. The good points were several. Beds very comfortable, clean and plenty of quality pillows. Room had a copious amount of USB ports (6) and plugins. Room was clean, well designed and overall ambiance throughout the facility. The bad points were some patches of mold in shower, computer center was half out of order, and pool was also broken. No discount was offered for missing annemity. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for a Holiday Inn Express. This should be improved for the price. BONUS- The nightshift customer service person was extremely friendly and helpful. Her recommended eatery was a home run. My wife forgot her phone charger in the room and several hours later, we returned to know it was turned in by the staff. Honesty if very important to me and I appreciate it. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. We got a good night's sleep 😴👍

This was my 3rd trip to Magnolia this year and I have stayed in a different hotel each time. This, by far, has been the best. Yes, it is a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area but it is definitely worth the extra cost. The hotel seems newly renovated and up-to-date. The room was very clean. Mini fridge, microwave, single serve coffee maker, great lighting, good tv, comfortable beds, great shower. The breakfast was good both days that I was there — they served different items each day. I will definitely stay here again.

The areas location has multiple restaurant options while being far enough away from heavy traffic to provide and nice quiet sleep. Top it all off with the friendliest, helpful staff. We came in late and they greeted us with a smile and welcoming behavior. Felt safe it was well lit also.

The staff in the office were very friendly, and the on-duty manager (who may have been the owner) was helpful, friendly, and seemed to truly care about his motel. The room seemed spotless, and was very quiet until some new tenants seemed to check in around 10 PM and never seemed to go to sleep. One one side of my room, the TV was on for nearly the whole night until 7 AM, and the those on the other side seemed to chat for that same period. When did they sleep? The facilities were wonderful, with two minor exceptions: the knob controlling the shower was missing, so you had to squeeze the little threaded screw and use that to operate the shower. Also in the bathroom (first time that I've ever seen this, and since I was alone, it was a very minor problem, but had I had someone else in the room with me, it probably would have been of greater concern), the door to the sink & sleeping area would not close more than about halfway until the toilet seat was lifted up! Once the toilet seat was raised, the door would then just barely miss it on its way to closing; maybe a slightly smaller toilet seat or a slighly smaller door would fix the problem! But overall, a very nice motel, especially for the price. My next time in the area, I will likely stay here again.

Wanted somewhere convenient to both hot springs and crater of diamonds state park. We booked one night but after sleeping in the unbelievable comfortable bed and pillow we decided to stay another night. This location was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things. It is well worth the hour drive to either or both state parks just to have a good nights rest at this super 8. Econo branded motel with a 5 star hospitality and comfort.

This was our second time staying here and we just love it. The price is great for such a clean and comfortable room. The staff are very welcoming. Mexican restaurant right next door. Well maintained pool. Close to everything, city but also river and lake. We will definitely be back!

While we did not use the laundry on our floor, I did notice that the machines were new and the area was very clean just like the rest of the property. We had a very relaxing quiet night. I would stay here again.

My car battery died, and I needed a jump. I asked the manager for help, and he checked his personal vehicle for jump cables. Then he asked his maintenance man to check his car too, and he let me borrow cables to get my car going. This is huge to me. Most people behind the desk would probably say, "Sorry, can't help you." These guys went the extra mile to help me out. The staff also made excellent efforts to provide snacks for our 3-day conference. They even made us fresh cookies! The conference room was nice and clean...good for about 30 people. Tables and chairs were in good shape. The staff made every effort to ensure our comfort & success. Furthermore, the breakfast is very good. They provided omelets, sausage, bagels, warm cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal, Chobani yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. I may have left something out. My room was immaculate. Bed was very comfy. All fixtures (tables, lights, curtains, bathroom stuff, etc.) were in excellent condition and clean. The gym has free weights, which I used. The pool looked clean. All in all, I felt I got excellent value during my stay.

First of all, what's important. This was a very comfortable hotel to sleep in. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And after 8 hours on the road, that's what was really important. The bathroom facilities were nice as well, although it lacks a bathroom fan which is really necessary, because the air in there does not breathe. There needs to be a way to vent the bathroom. Breakfast was not great. We had a breakfast pizza, but it was no different than a regular sausage pizza. there were very few choices and due to Corona virus we could not make our own. So we just went somewhere else. You can get breakfast anywhere, but the important thing is, the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than the hotel, the area is not the nicest but I still felt safe inside the hotel.

This Holiday Inn Express off of Exit 3, is our "go to" when traveling I-40 Atlanta to Albuquerque. The beds are PERFECT for us to get a good night sleep along the journey. The continental breakfast was perfect for starting our day. Usually, there's a warm breakfast included but on Christmas Day, the fare was different. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. (For travelers relying on WAZE... Do NOT get off at exit 7!!!)

Check in was rough. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower had the nice soaps and shampoos in the shower pumps. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool area with heated pool, breakfast was great as my young son also enjoyed the mini pancake making machine. Breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were the most kind and were very enjoyable to speak with. The parking lot also was spacious and was very nice as a staff member on Sunday afternoon was making sure that the parking lot was attended to. The only other draw back was although the establishment has signs posted that quiet times begins at 10pm some patrons refuse to adhere or ignore completely. First nights a group of people thought it was ok for them to visit loudly and slam doors at 1 am. 2nd night the couple in the room next to us had a duck call alarm go off starting at 430 am that lasted until 6am and talked and laughed very loudly while we were still trying to sleep.

First of all checking did not take more than one minute it was super fast. Mia at the front desk was so polite, professional, and welcoming. Our room was super clean my wife normally brings Clorox wipes to wipe off countertops and these were really clean. No dust or dirt. Room was spotless. Overall, it was a good stay. I can’t forget the breakfast. It was good they had a variety. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was delicious and the tub of bacon never went empty! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the area with snacks for purchase was well stocked with a great variety of goodies.

It was in process of remodel but our room had been completed. Very nice! Good style and comfort. The other aspects of remodel did not interfere with our stay at all. Breakfast had good variety. They did not have individual coffee pots in room but fresh brewed was available in lobby 24/7. I am a big coffee drinker but did not mind that switch to cut down on waste. Fresh baked cookies were available in lobby as well. There are not a lot of restaurants in town that are open in evening. Some fast food chains.

We came here on a busy Saturday night maybe because it’s about to start spring break most of the hotels around the area are booked and I’ve worked for IHG before and always been a member. The lady that checked as inn is very nice and told me where to park because there’s no place in the parking lot. The room was clean and spacious the breakfast is good typical hotel breakfast. The lady who works in the breakfast area is a hard worker and nice too.. the only downside are in the morning when we tried to used the water in the bathroom it was so slow not a lot of water comes out then after maybe after 1-2 mins it went back to normal. She checked in around 12am and the pull out bed doesn’t have the beddings so we have to go back downstairs and ask for it which I don’t mind but it’s hassle when you’re tired and ready to lay down. I had to pay for 190$ for this stay. 165 for the night and the rest of the charges are all taxes. It’s crazy when you looked at the receipt. Overall we had a good rest.

Location was great and easy to find with plenty of parking. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations; they had so much food, and it was delicious. Our room was spotless, had plenty of bathroom amenities, including shower products. The beds were comfortable with plenty of charging ports nearby for easy charging access.

Room was clean and comfortable. Booked a room with a king bed-it was on the firm side. No carpet in our room, no odors, very roomy with very tall ceilings. Modern decor. Nice size shower with two shower heads, one was adjustable. Breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs with toppings and hard boiled eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. There was also cereal, muffins and doughnuts. The price was good and we would definitely stay there again.

We were travelling from Virginia to West Texas, so the Hampton Inn in Maumelle, on the Western outskirts of Little Rock, was convenient for getting back on I-40 without having to go through town. Not super direct on and off from 40, but not mired in in-town traffic. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming to travelers who had been on the road 9 hours or so. This is either a very new, or recently updated hotel. The rooms are very clean, and quiet despite being on a fairly busy road. I found the bed very comfortable, and macro-photography of local wildflowers on the walls (local artist?) was nicer than typical hotel art. Very modern shower with massage settings. One interesting thing I especially liked- they participate in a program that collects all the leftover slivers of soap from hotels and motels, and processes them into new soap bars to distribute in impoverished communities around the world. There is a center across the street with a great little bakery named Shipley's that has great doughnuts as well as breakfast items like kolaches and breakfast tacos. Grampa's is a good catfish restaurant very near by.

had to recheck in and the man at the desk was alot more friendly than the women. Didn't get his name but tall red headed guy. WAY more helpful too. I asked about a room in quiet area and he was VERY helpful and placed me in room 308. that was a lot better than 217 and on back of hotel and quiet. Alll way better till took shower the soap container did not work??? had to step out get the Bar of soap to use. The kleenex box I didn't even want to look at shoved tissues in there no new box. When I come to stay whether fun or like this medical I am wanting to have stress free. when the housekeeping doesnt care then thats a problem.

Rooms, beds, and linens are clean. Special care is taken to ensure breakfast room/coffee station are clean too (cups and utensils are individually wrapped and gloves are offered at the buffet station). Breakfast was cheese filled omelettes and maple glazed sausages - a twist on the normal Hampton Inn eggs, potatos, and sausages.

My priority was finding a safe place to stay near Little Rock. The hotel is located in a great area and I felt very safe. We were super excited to be greeted by friendly staff and yummy fresh baked cookies. We asked the front desk associate to recommend a good place for dinner and she gave us an AMAZING recommendation that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel was also a great value for the money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a clean and comfortable stay. The lady in charge of breakfast was diligent in keeping everything available and tasty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the pool wasn’t open, traditionally pools open Memorial Day weekend. Our boys were disappointed to not be able to cook off in the pool after their ball tournament. I would stay here again if the pool is open.

This was a nice, quiet hotel in the center of downtown. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. It is in a good location with the river just a short walk away. We also tried the restaurant next door called Dizzy's and it was fantastic. I highly recommend their cheese dip! The parking was a little confusing as it in around the block in the back of the hotel, but there was a pathway that lead straight to the hotel. We just had to find street parking to check in before we could go into the parking garage. Overall, this was a nice hotel in a good location.

Great location. The cheapest in the area and best bang for your buck. While this hotel is certainly showing its age, other “fancier” hotels in the area are in similar condition and charge $40+ more per night with no meals included. The free breakfast is always a nice bonus and the main reason we chose this hotel over others in the area. It’s very safe as you cannot enter any door nor use the elevator without a key card. The staff was all very kind. The breakfast offers more items than I’ve seen other places offer in quite awhile. The hotel over-all was quiet, clean, and comfortable. All the furniture squeaked and that was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Parking is $15 per day in the garage behind the hotel or there’s a cheaper parking garage ($12 per day) a very short 2-block walk.

When we arrived, our room smelled awful! It smelled like a chimney bc whoever stayed in that room before us smoked & that smell was embedded everywhere. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, the front desk staff apologized & immediately got us into a different room. The accommodations were good from there. Quiet, not noisy so we were well rested. No doors slamming late at night or early in the morning waking us up or interrupting sleep. Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & plenty of linens. Breakfast was very good & clean & staff was kind & accommodating.

Everything about this property was clean and orderly. The room was very spacious and the room temp was just right. The staff was courteous and helpful. We didn’t know where to eat, so the concierge had a list of restaurants that was helpful.

Of our three days of traveling, this was the best hotel that we found. It was comfortable, quiet, clean. It was everything a weary traveler could ask for. The room smelled clean, which is more than I can say for the other two hotel rooms we stayed in. The staff was lovely and personable. We will definitely stay here again if we end up in El Dorado!

It is pet friendly, clean, quiet, easy to find. Free coffee. They have kitchen & nice long counter/desk area in each room. Other cooking appliances are available in the lobby as well as games & books.

I was meeting up with friends over a weekend in June 2023 in the Little Rock area and had decided to book a room at this Hilton Garden Inn. (I'm a Hilton Honors member, tend to stay at quite a few Hilton properties, and like the bar that's a typical amenity at any Hilton Garden Inn.) I stayed here on a Friday night and a Saturday night. I arrived early on Friday afternoon and had a pretty smooth check-in experience. The room that one friend and I were in (#432) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I appreciated the business center because I was able to use one of the computers for a bit, and we had breakfast at the hotel on the Sunday morning before we checked out. Breakfast was pretty good. Plus, a couple of us got to enjoy some drinks at the bar on Saturday evening which was great! The bar seemed to close a bit early on Saturday evening but we were able to have some drinks which worked out fine. Altogether, this is a nice hotel... a bit of an older property but my friends and I enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to see a hot tub in the indoor pool area, but we understand that hotels are gradually doing away with those. The only other thing was that we wished we'd had actual mugs (rather than the disposable cups) for our coffee with the sit-down breakfast at the hotel on Sunday morning. Not a huge deal, though. It was a pleasant stay overall for us!

We had reserved a suite, which was spacious, modern, and very clean. Staff at check-in were over-the-top friendly and helpful. The lighting in the room was excellent, way better than the usual HGI fare. There were some small flies buzzing around the breakfast area, so we skipped it after the first day — but otherwise, this was a flawless stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nikia is an excellent front desk agent. She's very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty. The hotels location was convenient. The rooms could use a deep cleaning because of the past pet guest.

Awesome Staff and property! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great girl's trip! All the ladies at the front desk and the Sales team greeted me by name every time they saw me. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere, and the pool was very relaxing.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is great eveyone i was in contact with was very helpfull and kind. The rooms are clean and the food was delicious. The breakfast was so good that i stayed in that night for dinner. I 100%recommend this hotel.

We got to stay in their 1 jacuzzi room. Room was a little outdated but we didnt mind. Bed was super comfy and jacuzzi was great, thats all that really mattered to us. Jacuzzi right beside bed and another one in the bathroom with shower. One down side was i paid through hotels.com and didnt realize the hotel required a $100 cash deposit. We did get it back after they checked our room at checkout.

Pro: I liked the staff, friendly and prompt. Check in was easy. Lobby was attractive and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and never ran out of hot water. TV worked, liked having the small loveseat, but would have preferred a recliner. (Back problems) Towels were white and fluffy. Microwave and refrigerator worked and were large enough. TV remote worked. Cons: Usually when I stay in a motel (and I do quite often), housekeeping will come in on the second day, make the bed, empty the trash, bring fresh linens, etc. As far as I can tell, housekeeping never even glanced at the room while I was out. There was no TV guide, phone book, notepad, or pen available, nor was I offered any of those things. The bed was still unmade when I came back last night at 10 p.m. after being gone for 14 hours. No fresh towels, no empty trash. I can't comment on breakfast because I don't eat breakfast. I feel that when I stay at a motel, I am paying for housekeeping to freshen up the room on the second day, IF I am staying more than one night. In this case, I stayed 2 nights while attending a conference in the area. Oh, these are a couple very minor annoyances, but the bathroom needed to be swept, and there was visible dust chair legs, and one of the legs on the table was beginning to list to one side pretty good.

Great place. Everyone here was so friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. I slept well on the comfortable bed. It is conveniently located, so everywhere I went was a hop skip and a jump away. Plenty of convenient parking as well. All this for much less than I expected to pay. I’ll stay here next time I’m in town.

Amazing stay, the place was so nice and clean. Very quiet and the bed was amazing not too hard not too soft made for a good night sleep. The staff and people were friendly and very helpful and if they didn't know they would find out for you. I will definitely stay here more.

I stayed in this hotel many times as a child when it was a Crowne Plaza. It has been renovated, apparently recently, and it is as comfortable and clean as you would want. The best part of the experience, however, was the staff of this hotel. Christy at the front desk was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming, even in the midst of a large conference crowd checking in on her shift. She's an incredibly pleasant person. I ordered room service late one night and the front desk clerk was attentive and the food was fast and delicious. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and quick with a hello in the halls. I will stay here any time I need to be in Little Rock.

Awesome service with Smiles from the moment you walk in. Check in was exceptional. Very courteous & extremely helpful. I had a little trouble with my key not working. Housekeeping manager was in hall checking out the rooms available tgst ea we’re ready for check ins & helped me get into my room & personally went diwn with my pass key to have it reset. Everyone on Staff were helpful & went out of their way to insure your stay was relaxing. Each greeted you with a good morning/day/night if met in halls or lobby etc. always helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an immaculately clean hotel & impeccable service!!

When we first arrived - Guest Services was very professional, up beat and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed soft but we did have an issue with the internet connection. Darrin came up and attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He also gave us another room nearby and unfortunately it had the same issue. Darrin checked several rooms, then found us a room on another floor as it appears the network issue was impacting multiple rooms. I appreciated his willingness to help and friendly service. Thank you Darrin. The shower is always the highlight of any hotel we visit and the shower here did not disappoint.

We spent 1 night on trip home from vacation. Our 1st room TV was not working and the tub drain plug had matted hair around it. The front desk had us moved to a new room with clean bathroom and working TV but shower converter wouldnt work. For just one night we took baths and crashed. Beds were comfy and otherwise a quiet night in a comfortable room.

was a little skeptical due to the negative reviews, but this place turned out to be pleasant surprise. Rooms were clean, modern appearance hotel did have a few areas that seemed worn but within the 3 - 3.5 star class. Beds were comfortable, friendly staff, only negative was the free breakfast but would definitely recommend.

This is my preferred hotel when working in northwest AR. Its an older property that is well maintained; but it is the AWESOME Staff that keeps me coming back! Special Thanks to Shelby (Front Desk); Blaise, Devan, Michael (Bar/Restaurant) for making this stay an A+ Experience. BTW, I highly recommend the bar/restaurant. The food is so good, I had dinner in the hotel 3 nights in a row.

Modern up to date facility. Appears to be new. Spacious and comfortable room with large walk-in shower which I really liked. Friendly professional staff.

Updated quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Huge TV. Cooked to order breakfast was great but not included but reasonably priced. Close to Arvest baseball stadium and interstate highway. Extremely friendly staff, especially the general manager. The location was perfect for what I had planned.

The hallways were messy from some construction but our room was very clean and comfortable. Location was convenient and close to several stores. Staff was very friendly and the warm cookies were AWESOME!

The morning breakfast was extensive and fresh everyday. Front desk staff offered us a cool bottle of water each time we arrived at the end of our busy day. Friendly and excellent service all around. The hotel is a bit tired but everything is functioning and clean. The gym is well equipped and in perfect condition. One of the best gyms I have used in my extensive travels. The smooth operation is due to the leadership of the General Manager Brent Hageman. He runs the hotel like home-away-from-home and treats his staff like family resulting in a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. The Front Office Manager, Kristin Manibusan was very helpful including helping me get my Uber app up and running! This is our second stay but will not be our last. When you travel and know what to expect in advance, it takes away a lot of stress. Thank you to Brent, Kristin and the entire team.

Took family here for a 3-day stay on busy June weekend. Very clean, very quiet and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we dealt with them. It is about a 10-minute drive from the central part of Bentonville. The only minor complaint we had was that the indoor pool was ice cold, even for a hot June day. My kids love pools, and this was a central reason we chose this hotel, but it was so cold we could only tolerate one short swim.

A great place to stay with good prices. Beds very comfortable with nice pillows. Room was clean with plenty of room. Bathrooms were also clean with four towels and hand towels. Nice fridge and Microwave and sink out side of bathroom (basically a small kitchen area). Lots of room. Pool area is small(did not use). Breakfast one of the better ones we have had since covid. Breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and a few other things that were good. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. Highly recommend

Breakfast was adequate, hot sandwiches and the other continental fare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a very nice experience, we will stay here again.

I've been bringing my family here for years to swim and the property is clean and safe. Pool is very comfortable and clean. They provides clean towels for the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. Very close to the casino for us grown people after a great day at the pool. See y'all soon. Regular guest here while visiting friends in Memphis, better than staying in Memphis itself, perfect location, only 10 minutes drive from downtown Memphis and you get a great view of the Mississippi as you cross over the bridge. Use the back road to get onto the interstate , it's safer than going diectly onto it by the front service road. I used the mobile check-in to save time at the desk. Nice comfortable hotel, always clean and nice to stay in. Room was nicely cooled off on a scorching hot day. Very clean room, only snag the desk light switch was bust, but after contacting the front desk the repair guy was there in 5 minutes, and replaced with a new lamp, so 5 stars for service. No fridge in the room, which would be handy in such a hot climate as Memphis, pleanty of space for one. Wifi was still pretty slow like last time, 6 Meg, but did the job, I know some hotels have 300 Meg wifi now off 5G feeds, so no excuse really. Overall happy to recommend for a short stay.

Easy polite front desk staff at 11 pm. Check in very smooth with efficient guidance to best parking for room proximity. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Shower and vanity dated, however clean. Friendly continental breakfast. We'll stop again.

Nice friendly staff clean rooms. The staff is very courteous and helpful . The pool is clean they also offer a great breakfast. You can tell the property has been well taken care of and never seen suck a warming and caring staff I would d f recommend this hot

My first stay here while visiting friends in Memphis from England. I had seen some negative reviews of this motel , but noted the owners responses, so I booked it for my stay, and not dissapointed. Very nice hotel, right on the main I-40 to Memphis. Loads of eating places and stores a short distance away. Met by a very nice charming lady at the check-in desk, made you feel a welcome guest. Nice room 229. Very clean and cooled off on a very hot day . Good TV with plenty of channels. LOVELY hot shower in a nice bathroom , really enjoyed that after driving all day. Shower instructions on the wall, nice idea. Wifi a rck solid 28 Meg, very easy login. Good nights sleep, NO traffic noise from I-40. Only missed not having a fridge for cold drinks on a hot day, otherwise still happy to recommend. Just a tip, use the back road over the highway to get to on I-40 to Memphis, its safer than joining the highway outside the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We dined at the attached sushi restaurant “Junto” and it did not disappoint. Top tier food and service. After dinner we had a nightcap in the hotel bar, which has last call a bit early, but convenient. The rooms are efficient and comfortable for a short stay. Easily walkable to downtown and other restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend if you’re in town for business or pleasure.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location, definitely the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Bentonville. Forget the valet parking because u can park in the municipal lot for free which is behind the hotel and most likely where the valet will park your car anyway. It’s a short walk and Bentonville is super safe so no worries about your car or personal safety. We really enjoyed walking into town for meals, coffee, ice cream, and relaxing in the charming town square. The hotel has great coffee and pastries for sale in the morning and both an indoor and outdoor bar area get a beer or cocktail and sushi type food at the end of the day. There is an outdoor play area for kids as well. The Japanese restaurant came highly recommended but we could not get a reservation.

What a phenomenal property! Staff was friendly, rooms were impecable and amenities were great. 2 blocks from downtown plaza and restaurants. Hotels coffee shop makes great coffee and matcha — and it’s conveniently by the entrance. Junto sushi restaurant was so good i are there 3 times! The bar has great vibes and you can order from junto’s limited bar menu as well. Made use of the gym which is small but has everything one may need (free weights, kettle balls, bikes, treadmills, cable machine, bench, etc). Only issue for me was the bathroom switch had a light that you can’t turn off and woke me up one night but i covered it with silicone sticky bra the next night lol. I would highly recommend this hotel (and i always find something to complain about). It’s that good!!

I had a fantastic, first-time experience at this hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly chatty and helpful (as I asked about good area restaurants). He also followed up with me each time I returned to see where I had visited. I love the water station by the elevators...so much better than bottles. The main hotel area has a ton of seating areas as the rooms are small so you wouldn't want to spend the day sitting in one! My son and I ate at the restaurant bar two nights in a row because the edamame and fried rice were so good! The bartenders/staff were great. My room was small, clean and well appointed. I was very impressed by the utilization of space! The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the pillows so much that I asked where I could buy them. I can understand the comments about noise because the rooms are narrow so you are kind of living wall to wall. I wear Ozlo Sleepbuds (and should be a brand ambassador I love them so much...check them out...live changing for snoring partners/hotels/light sleepers). Anyway, sound is never an issue for me. Overall, I look forward to staying here again. The location is perfection.

We got to jacksonville late, but they were ready for us. I had a knee replacement and the guy at the desk was so sweet. he got us on the first floor closest to the breakfast door. All the doors faced out to the parking lot or in to the outdoor swimming pool. We got amazing customer service from him! Our jetted tub room had the jets broken so the next day they moved us one door down to one that worked - which was awesome after such a long drive we'd had. The bed was comfortable, room was simple but totally had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, microwave, direct tv, and clean everything. Cleaning staff came by in the morning and tidied up and gave us a couple extra shampoos and conditioners since I"d forgot ours. Hotel was quiet and the blackout curtains kept it nice and dark. Breakfast was hot and really good. The lady working kept it stocked and clean. She was so sweet and friendly. Our trip was to see family for a medical issue - one of those last chance kinda trips - and it was so nice to come back and decompress after an emotional day. It was right by lots of food places, gas and a walmart plus we found out about 4 min away from other family there.

We had a really pleasant stay here. Staff is very professional and friendly. general manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled good too. Having a fridge and microwave (which was very clean, didn't smell either) in the room was also convenient especially with kids. We had such a good stay that we decided to stay again on our way back home from vacation

Was visiting my son, who lives on the Air Force Base and wanted something close and needed a super affordable place to stay. For the price I paid, $70ish a night, I would definitely stay again. Everything was clean and in very good working order. Again for the price the breakfast that was served was a pleasant surprise. They may have been out of a few things at breakfast, but still had some good choices. I know, I’m going to spell her name wrong, but the lady that oversaw breakfast was so welcoming and pleasant. I believe her name was Pia

easy friehdly check in , the lady handling the breakfeast in th e morning was friendly kept the food well serviced and the dining area clean and sanitized . check in person was very friendly and helpful .room was clean with no bad oders.the only problem we had was there was only 3 pillows on the bed when we checked in and when we asked for a forth we got it immediately. .
