As suíte com hidromassagem são ótimas. As mais simples deixam um pouco a desejar. E a segunda vez que me hospedo la a primeira vez fiquei na suíte com hidromassagem e tirando o Wi-Fi que so funcionou no 2 último dias depois de eu reclamar horrores foi ótima, faxina feita rapidinho todos os dias. Já da última vez fiquei no quarto simples e eu deixei a chave na recepção as 10:00 quando voltei as 16:00 a faxina não tinha sido feita. E o café da manhã é todo dia a mesma coisa. So tem 3 opções de frutas, não tem iogurte o leite quente so tem aquele de máquina que é feito com água. Isso deixa muito a desejar, mais em compensação é muito pertinho de tudo e tranquilo.

Ótima localização para o descanso e sossego. Rua isolada de comércios e trânsito. Janela do quarto de frente pro mar, e basta atravesar a rua a pé para desfrutar da praia. Que como sempre é de água fria, mas é linda! Quarto limpo, berm organizado, e equipe receptiva. O Café da manhã deixa a desejar em alguns detalhes de variedade, e apresentação dos alimentos. Falta um capricho do serviço de cozinha, para mercer um elogio de execelência. Mas não prejudicou minha experiência. Recomendo, e voltaria novamente!

Ótimo para quem tem criança, pois elas se divertem no parquinho principalmente a noite. Senti falta do parquinho ter um toldo, pois de dia fica muito quente e as crianças não conseguem brincar. Praia em frente ótima.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Location. Great breakfast, easy parking, good shower. Clean and well maintained.

Great location and installations, nice breakfast, rooms and attentive staff. I had a problem with the TV remote control and it was solved in no time. The swimming pool area is beautiful and in the end of it, you go straight to the beach. At the time I was there, there were lots of families with kids due to the kids areas available

It was a nice environment, everything was very clean, staffs were amazing (specially Bia and the guys at the reception), great breakfast, the location was great, we had an amazing experience! We definitely would go back.

The views are amazing. Location is perfect in passagem near all the restaurants and also near boat pier to get picked up from hotel. The food is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel has parking. The coffee break in the garden is great. Instrumental music in the garden is very relaxing and the hammock and sitting area in the pool is very comfortable. Very safe area, always busy with tourists.

The most beautiful hotel right across from “Ilha do Japonês”. Breakfast was amazing and facilities in the hotel were super! I advice you to eat at the hotel restaurant ‘José” aswell at night, because the food is outstanding! The staff is very nice, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot here!

This hotel is located in front of a beautiful beach, which you can walk also to conchas beach where there are lots of quiosques. It's a very scenic beach. The service in the hotel is superb. Everyone is very nice, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. Has tons of food - which includes fresh juices, fruits and Brazilian specialties. They have a small gym The only issue here is if you want to go out it's kind of far from everything else. So be prepared to spend some money on uber rides or cab to the town or another beach area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel is located right across from the beach. Its only separated by a paved road and then your feet touch the sand a few steps later your feet are in the beautiful blue clear water. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is perfect for families or couples. This is not a party hotel. They have sound restrictions from 10pm until 6pm. I har a very wonderful relaxed time with my wife and 1 year old son. You can go for walks and find shopping and places to eat very easily and its a very safe area. Police monitor the beach along with life guards as well. I will be back again.

Small but nice, clean hotel in a gorgeous location, beach across the street. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and restaurant dinner is good, but service is poor. Very noisy hotel on the weekend. No office chair in the room to get work done at the built-in "desk.". To reserve a room, it must be prepaid and is non-refundable. They are manning the check-in desk 24/7 now.

We were lucky enough to stay at this little treasure two weeks ago. We have stayed in all sorts of hotels all over the world, and the staff at this little gem are second to none. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and they have just the right measure of attention. The hotel rooms are clean and functional and have all you need. (I would have liked an extra mirror above the desk/dressing table If I had mentioned it, I am sure that the hotel staff would have fitted one there and then!) The location is perfect and it is just as it looks on the pictures. The prices of the drinks and food are very affordable and good value for money. If you want a treat, the cocktails made by an award winning mixologist are definitely worth a go! If the excellent food served in the hotel is not for you, there are a selection of 'eateries' within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is an absolute must for families and couples alike. It is in an ideal location for exploring the treasures of Cabo Frio. We would definitely return and would like to thank all the staff most sincerely for making our stay memorable.

first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job.

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Si bien esta a 10 minutos a pie de la playa, esta muy bien ubicado. La primer habitación que nos dieron (una cama matrimonial) era demasiado chica considerando que viajamos con un nene de tres años, pedimos el cambio a una mas grande y nos dieron (al tercer día) una con cama adicional. Gracias PEDRO (y a los chicos) por la gestión y por las recomendaciones sobre los lugares a visitar. La pileta en el ultimo piso muy linda y con buena vista... A veces se sentía un olor feo que venia de la chimenea (la tendrían que direccionar hacia otro lado). El desayuno muy completo. El restaurant muy buena opción para comer a la noche, con precios accesibles. Las habitaciones cuentan con heladera y microondas... En frente del Hotel hay un supermercado grande. Por ultimo, un aspecto a mejorar es el WiFi, en la ultima habitación que nos dieron no llegaba la señal (en la primera si). En resumen, ¡volvería sin dudarlo!

Location and concept. Cozy boutique hotel with chill vibes. The lady in charge of the breakfast should run the place, welcoming and accommodating.

Classy atmosphere with a good summer vibe, fancy decoration, great pool and good menu at the restaurant of the hotel! Excellent location as well, close to the beach and the port (easy to go to the Japanese Island). I really recommend this place.

The hostel is very close to a nice beach and many good restaurants. and the environment is very nice. The design of the hostel is beautiful and I felt very relaxed.

we love that chairs / umbrellas were set out at the beachfront and because it’s not too near to the more populated spots of the beach, we get a pristine view. furthermore the coconuts were awesome and amazing. if you’re looking for a place to chill / frolick in the clean waters, then this accommodation is the place to be. the rooms were fine - aircon was strong, wifi was also great and there’s parking available. toilet cleanliness was acceptable.

The staff was suuuuuuuuuper friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. Great terrace, great cocktails and nice restaurant menu.

Desde o contato por WhatsApp, check-in e check-out todos com cortesia e acolhimento. Chegamos pouco antes do horário check-in e almoçamos no restaurante da pousada. Em seguida o quarto estava disponível. Quarto limpo, banheiro amplo, vista para área da piscina. Camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho limpas e macias. A equipe muito educada, gentil e solicita. Pra quem tem crianças tbm é excelente. Haviam muitas lá. Casais, famílias grandes e pequenas. A piscina de adulto não é grande mas as infantis são. Mas da pra utilizar, pra tomar sol nas áreas ao redor, tem bar na piscina e até uma pizzaria excelente. Super recomendo.

Excelente café da manhã, quarto pequeno porém suficiente, funcionários irretocáveis, localização excelente. Senti falta de alguma opção tipo atração musical, no espaço maravilhoso que tem no bar da piscina perto do parquinho.

Pousada muito bonita, quarto confortável, bom café na manhã, almoçamos e jantamos todos os dias e tudo muito bom com preço Ok. As únicas coisa ruins são o café iniciar apenas as 8 da manhã e a falta da troca de toalha e adicionar papel higiênico, as nossas toalhas não secavam no quarto, ficaram molhadas e pedimos 4x para trocarem, demoraram muito para realizar a trocar trazer papel higiênico. Mas isso que aconteceu não desabona o lugar e o atendimento bacana que tivemos, voltaria novamente se pudesse e indico a estadia.

Nota 10 para os atendimentos da Bruna da recepção e do Dário e Gabriel do restaurante. Café da manhã excelente com suco de frutas naturais, frutas diversas, bolos fresquinhos, frios, pães...Cama confortável, com vários travesseiros. Banheiro com tamanho bom e ducha excelente. Quarto 314, com vista do nascer do sol. Lado oposto da área social e piscina. Pontos negativos: "supervisora" intolerante e mal educada tanto para resolver um simples assunto de horário de café da manhá conosco como ouvi reclamações de outros hóspedes sobre ela. Outro ponto negativo: piscina suja.

Amei cada detalhe, se pudesse e meu dinheiro desse iria passar minhas férias todas na pousada. Ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários, garçom super atenciosos, pertinho da praia do Peró apenas 5 minutos andando, essa tem um pouco de ondas e tenho um pouco de medo mas se fizer uma caminhada de 10 minutos na própria chega na praia das conchas que me apaixonei água parada é muito boa. Com certeza voltarei porque deixou saudades.

Para o meu caso específico, classifico como excelente principalmente pelo custo benefício. Necessitava de uma acomodação perto da casa de meus filhos em cabo Frio, próximo a praia, facilidade de compras pequenas com mercado próximo. Perfeito. Quarto bem limpo, roupa de cama e mobiliário novos, bom banho. TV fraca . Quarto barulhento (movimento de carros e motos) quando optei por dormir com a porta da varanda aberta. Café da manhã correto.

Beautiful location with the most amazing view over the sea and potential to see the sunrise from the bedroom or the roof terrace. Lovely details such as extra hooks in bathroom, and ice tray in the mini-fridge and ice-bucket. Great to have access to a kitchen. Multi-lingual hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. Pousada next door for breakfast, dinner etc and free use of sauna. Chance to go snorkelling and beaches within walking distance. Min-market close-by too so no need to move very far.

Everything was wonderful, the place is absolutely beautiful, views are really amazing. The place is modern, clean and well taken care of. Hosts were super friendly 😊

The hotel is rustic, yet gorgeous and quiet. Apart from our family, most guests were couples. It has a small private beach - in a very clean lagoon, rather than the sea - with a wooden pier. The pool is not big but offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea in the distance. Our rooms were clean and well decorated, each with a private bathroom (no tub). Location of the hotel is great to also visit other beaches such as Buzios and Arraial do Cabo.

Excellent service by friendly hardworking staff. One of the best breakfasts we had have at any hotel in the world: a wonderful assortment of breads, slices of cheese & meats, fresh fruits ... all expertly prepared and served with warm hospitality. This small boutique property consists of just a few charming cottages perched on the top of a hillslope in a quiet location. The ambiance is romantic. Wi-Fi is fast!!! Highly recommended for couples.

Nice place, isolated, you need a car or a boat to go see anything around. The swimming pool is awesome. There are no close restaurants, But the place has a good restaurant. It’s very nice if you want peace and no crowds. The negative part were: the breakfast starts 8:30, in my opinion too late. We arrived and there wasn’t shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. Some staff were not so happy that they were working over the holidays. Overall a good place to be, great view and environment.

Parking was gated. One had to talk over the intercom to get through. Parking was covered by CCTV. The private beach was great. Araruama lagoon's revitalization project seems to be successful. The water is cleaner and saltier than 20 years ago. The bathroom was good. The view from the room was fantastic.

Especially compared to other “hotels” in Brazil, this hotel is relatively pricey—but it is definitely worth the cost. I say hotel in quotes, because this place feels more like a mini resort than a hotel. The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Incredibly attentive and polite. They anticipate needs surprisingly well. For example, it started to rain lightly one afternoon, and we returned to our room to find an umbrella hanging on the door. The hotel is within an attractive walled enclosure, which is welcome in Brazil. You feel safe, comfortable, and free to lounge around the pool relaxed and safe. The decor is bright, attractive, and tasteful. The rooms are quite small, which is the only reason I gave the room comfort a 4 instead of 5. That said, the rooms are quite clean, well appointed, and upscale, with very comfortable beds. The food choice for dinner and lunch is limited, but the quality was excellent—and I had the best Caipirinha of our entire trip (which included the Hilton on Copa)!

Plus points: The hotel is in a beautiful Portuguese colonial style building on the water front. It’s stunning. Next to the hotel is a lovely square with lots of quality bars and restaurants, and it’s walking distance from the main city beach and another area with lots of restaurants. The public areas of the hotel are stunning. Downsides: the biggest problem I had was that the bed had a fabric headboard which was really dirty, which was really odd as the rest of the hotel and the room generally were very clean. I found this really unpleasant. The staff don’t speak much English, if any. This is not a criticism (it’s a hotel in Brazil after all) but something to note I also stayed at the Hotel Boutique Recanta do Passagem a few doors away two weeks later. I much preferred that hotel. It felt to me to be more luxurious; the staff were more as I behaved more as I would expect in a quality hotel and I found it cleaner. Also i enjoyed the breakfast much more at the Hotel Boutique Recanta do Passagem

The hotel staff was super friendly and the hotel looked amazing. The location couldn't be better, next to the bustle of the city and awesome restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, everything we tried tasted great. The bedrooms are also nice and big, and they were super clean.

Wonderfully restored Brazilian colonial period house, which originally belonged to the Brazilian imperial family. Located in the Passagem bairro of Cabo Frio, the hotel is close to restaurants and cafes in this historic quarter. Very attentive and friendly english speaking staff. Lovely clean and well equiped room. Nice buffet breakfast.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no hotel oasis, só que dessa vez o secador do cabelo do quarto não funcionava a jacuzzi estava com a água quase fria.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly but somewhat inexperienced. Parking garage is convenient. The hotel is about 2km from THE beach and area populated with restaurants

Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!

Fast check in. Polite staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. I have booked 2 rooms, in one of them, which the baby's nanny slept, room #410, the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is a bit far from the main beach, Praia do Forte, but Uber is cheap and works very well in Cabo Frio.

The location is one of the best in the area, and the staff is really nice. Shoutout to Juan for running the best restaurant, right next to the hotel—the best food we ate around here at the most reasonable prices. Breakfast is also provided by the same restaurant, so expect a good one. Outside, you’ll find lots of restaurants and tours nearby. Be aware that no one speaks any English, either in or outside the hotel, so be sure to keep Google Translate handy. The room is small, but that’s not the kind of place where you care much about it. Don’t expect anything fancy, but for the good location, it’s worth it unless it’s an occasion or holiday when the prices go up for no apparent reason. The bathroom was dirty from the start, but the A/C worked surprisingly well, and the bedroom was cleaned once a day by the housekeepers. Have fun!

Breakfast was nice facing the harbor in the morning as the place came to life in the morning. Pousada is close to everything on that end of town Priah do Anjos. Boats and fish docks are close.

Its a nice hotel with a lot of amenities, in a very small town. I would recommend paying extra for the room with a view, its worth it!

Excelente! Pousada muito bem decorada, estilo rústico, cada cantinho tinha um detalhe, uma beleza. A vista da área da piscina é muito linda, e mesmo a vista para dentro da cidade tbm é bonita, com as casinhas coloridas no morro. Os funcionários são muito educados e gentis. O café da manhã é muito bom, é possível sentar em mesas na varanda, com vista para a praia dos Anjos! A única sujestão seria colocar frigobar nos quartos, sentimos falta disso. No mais, amamos muito ficar hospedados lá e com certeza voltaremos no futuro!

The place is really amazing, the room was very nice and the breakfast was very complete. You have a private beach you can access to, and the swimming pool is a good advantage in case you want to stay at the hotel and just enjoy the facilities.

The beach is almost a private beach, since not too much people want/can access to it because it's a little bit far away the town

The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant staff were also very kind, Jardel was willing to use google translator to communicate with me. I asked to try tapioca for breakfast and Daniel made me a sweet and savory option without me asking just so I could try both, so nice! I felt very safe and taken care of. They even let me store my bag for a couple hours so I could wait by the pool till my next hotel check in. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard, but that is just me bejng picky. So go stay! Its great!

I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service

The staff at reception are excellent, there is always some one who can speak english, I was in a unique situation where my partner arrived before me they allowed her to check in ealier and i did not know how long i was going to be staying and they made it easy to extend the stay each morning. My only issue is that the pillows were a little but small, but the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and it is reasonably priced.

Amamos o hotel ! Bem localizado e próximo à Praia das Dunas. É numa rua principal com supermercados, restaurantes, lojas comerciais. Tem estacionamento e restaurante próprio. A piscina na cobertura te proporciona um por do sol espetacular e tem um bar por lá. O Adriano, barman faz drinks. Deliciosos. O Café da manhã bem gostoso, com vários itens, reposição o tempo todo. E ainda tem tapiocas feitas na hora pra vc. Tem espaço kids e sauna. Vale super à pena.
