Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Atlixco

We stayed here with our family (parents, grandparents and our two boys of 6 and 8) for one night. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely come back. The hotel has 10 very beautiful decorated rooms with all what you need. Very comfy beds and a great rain shower. Everything is very tasty decorated and the staff warm and friendly! Very nice garden with pool. We had dinner and breakfast and all was fresh and tasty. We highly recommend this place! Thank you and keep up with the good work!

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Calm and Relaxing! Clean. Wonderful calm music all day. Comfortable beds, shower and gorgeous flowers throughout! Exceptional staff- especially Elizabeth and RobieSpier. (And the maids) We will be back soon!

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

Nos fue excelente, el hotel es bellísimo, el servicio excelente en todo momento, fuimos en pareja a festejar aniversario de bodas y es el spot perfecto para desconectarte y disfrutar. Los bungalows son super cómodos, jacuzzi privado, las albercas climatizadas y con hidromasaje, el spa es buenísimo y tienen 2 restaurantes para comer muy bien.

The facility was outstanding! Such a beautiful hacienda. We came across one difficulty. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, they informed us it was reservation only and that they needed 3 hour to light it up??? I have never come across this. So we reserved it and when we went it was cold, they informed us that the could not find the person to start it so it was still pre heating that the would call the room once it was ready, they never called. However, I would totally recommend this hotel, great getaway for couples.

Beautiful and historic, totally unique property with a view of the volcano, such a stunning room with great decor. A couple of very good on-site restaurants, great service. Pool area is beautiful and service is quick and attentive. There’s a marriage of old and new, almost like 2 different properties. They have parking. Super clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, very quiet, slept super well. A short drive to the town.

Driving through Atlixco on the way home from a weekend trip, my wife and I decided to make a stop and explore a possible stay in Atlixco and found this hidden gem. We made the reservation and arrived to be pleasantly greeted by staff. Check in process was swift. The property is breathtaking, the restaurant(rated separately) is a perfect option during the stay, the SPA is small but the couples massage was very good and the facilities very nice. Only 9 rooms, some of which are not that private but we were told that a new section will be completed by May 2024 and we will sure be back. The rooms were very comfortable. We were shown several. There’s a well stocked mini bar and room service during restaurant hours. We were advised that Fridays and Saturdays the property is almost always booked for an event, primarily weddings.Rooms may be available for non-event goers but that it could get loud, all night and all the way through mornings sometimes. So if you’re not in wedding crashing mode, probably best to avoid. Our Sunday through Tuesday unplanned stay was absolutely worth getting to know Hacienda Santo Cristo because it was definitely a place we will visit many times again.

Beautiful buildings and the grounds. The pools are very refreshing and relaxing. The staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant prepares delicious traditional food.

Fue una pequeña escapada de fin de Semana, pero aún así, el hotel fue bastante disfrutable. Tiene un ambiente y alrededores muy agradables, aparte de que las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Puntos a favor.- - Areas verdes disfrutables. - Habitaciones amplias. - Jacuzzi público con calefacción. - Piscina amplia. - Restaurante bonito. Puntos con contra (pero justificables en ciertos aspectos). - La alberca grande tenía el agua bastante fría (es costoso mantenerla caliente y el clima no era favorable). - El personal de aseo no usaba cubrebocas. - La comida del restaurante está rica, pero necesita más diversidad de platillos. - El cuarto del escusado en las habitaciones necesita más ventilación para que no se quede el olor encerrado. - El precio por noche me pareció un poco elevado, pero hasta eso, vale la pena. Fuera de eso, me pareció un excelente hotel con un agradable esquema, aunque falta un poco de mantenimiento en ciertas áreas. Aún así, lo recomendaría, y por supuesto, hay que apoyar mucho a este Hotel para que los servicios mejoren.

Es un pequeño hotel con bar y restaurant muy sabroso, alberca y buen servicio, la habitación es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario, excepto wifi. La iluminación del baño no es la mejor. Es agradable

El hotel es espectacular pero se encuentra deteriorado en el mobiliario, sobre todo la madera, la cama y almohadas son premium. Los muebles del bar son blancos pero se encuentran muy manchados.

Un hotel hermoso, con bellos jardines, le falta un poco de limpieza en los baños que están en el restaurante y en el bar, las toallas muy percudidas.

I like the personal and professional service

Atlixco is a quaint Pueblo Magico with lots of floral charm. This hotel is beautiful and historically impressive in every way, right in the center of the main square, a few steps away from the central Zocalo, for perfect night walks to the Italian Coffee Company. Check-in was easy and fast, right after we were greeted by the courteous receptionist Gaby, Luis helped us with our luggage as he guided us to the elevator. The room was impecable!! Comfy king-sized bed, spacious room with two accent chairs, small balcony looking out onto the side of the hotel with, AC, tv, fully-stocked mini fridge, cozy robes, and complimentary slippers. The only two cons were that a brighter light was needed in the vanity area, and, yet another frosted glass door used for the WC; very inconvenient. The bathroom area was extra large, with the shower stall being as big as my entire home bathroom. Perfect water pressure for warm showers after walking all day around town. The entire hotel was impeccably decorated and lit. A roof-top terrace overlooked the Zocalo. At times it felt like we were the only ones there, and they opened the terrace just for us at sunset.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of the zocalo with places to eat and shop within walking distance. The coffee across the street at the Italian Coffee shop was delicious!!! The hotel is worth the price. I hope to return in the near future.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect location, right in the heart of everything. The rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was very attentive. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. They were patient with my limited amount of spanish. The hotel was contemporary which i normally don’t like but it was beautiful and elegant. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and the room had a main park view. The jacuzzi in the room was large. The view of the volcano from the roof top was amazing. The girl at the spa was helpful and made our sauna and vapor bath very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel right on the Zocalo. Great restaurant at the hotel with lots of healthy options. The jacuzzi was super relaxing and nice. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed.

Great service ; view and nice rooms; after a room leak wr where moved to a better room with jacuzzi

Rooms generally super clean. Room 11 noise, above it the bar, pushing/ pulling chairs.Forget to get rest until 10PM. After 1 night I left this room, and updated to Room 10,what is expensiver, but quiet,nice room. Staff super helpful! Breakfast is late( normally from 8AM), but only for me, I've got it at 7:40. Breakfast is not european standard..5 different menu( for 3 menu no drink/ juice), i guess such a hotel, what is one of the most expensivest in Atlixco, should be better, more wide breakfast menucard . Parking by car is " not easy" because of the narrow spaces , and dangerous, if you want to drive out, without help( you can't to see anything from the street, because you have to drive through a tunnel) Generally the staff is super, but for such a price they have some points to improve.

Wonderful hotel! Very quiet and pleasant despite being right on the square, and staff were very attentive. Room was clean and pretty, and the courtyard and upper terrace restaurant were so pleasant. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities including the massage, sauna, etc, but we'll be back.

Place was really nice and definitely clean. The staff was great. Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries.

It was a great place with only a few apartments with a lovely pool. It was clean and save. There was a nice terrace in front of the room with a relaxing chair. I was looking forward to sit outside and look at the evening rain. But the roof was leak, so all were wet. At three o’clock at night we woke up because the neighbours were talking and it seemed like they were sitting in our room. It was very loud.

The studio with 2 bedrooms has a nice size, the kitchenette is practical, big fridge. The terrace is quite big, lots of chairs, huge dining table. The pool is kept very clean despite ashes from the volcano.

Great facilities, pool heated, kind staff, good value for money, nice and vast food. Well equipped rooms and comfy beds. You have everything you need. Overall nice Friendly place

The pool was well-kept and heated. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, flowering trees and vines, plenty of places to sit and relax. Our room was spacious. The bed was very firm, but we like that for our backs. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast each day for a reasonable cost.

Such a gem. Beautiful and peaceful. The hosts attend to guests needs with pleasure. The food is very good and they make wonderful drinks. It' s a small private resort with a warm and beautiful pool. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. 5 minutes to Historical center by Uber.

It was a good location for a good price. And it was dog friendly! Very quiet and private.

The staff was very kind and willing to help. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are dogs in the lobby greeting you!

Extraordinario lugar de descanso atendido con calidez, disfrutamos mucho el jacuzzi, la comida y los bellos jardines.

Le falta que le den mantenimiento. Los juegos que tienen para los niños no funcionan, un avión que no tiene asiento y que la hélice la puede quitar un bebé y él sube y baja sin como poder agarrarse. En área del jacuzzi tiene tele pero no la prenden ni tienen música, les falta un poco de mantenimiento al jacuzzi. La caja fuerte no cerraba y el cable para que pudiera verse tardaron. Buena calidad de los alimentos. Excelente el agua de la regadera. El servicio se termina de lunes a jueves a las 8 de la noche, sería bueno que en puente consideraran dar el servicio.

El hotel esta muy bonito, pero hay un detalle muy importante que es la temperatura de la alberca esta helada y asi no se puede meter uno, no sirve de nada que la tengan nosotros ibamos por eso y no nos pudimos meter. Tienen un jacuzzi y en la mañana tambien estuvo frio, ya despues lo calentaron pero mi hijo regreso enfermo por eso. Lo unico que le haria falta a este hotel es climatizar a la alberca asi iriamos muy seguido de otra manera dudaria en regresar. El spa es muy bueno muy ricos los masajes.

The environment is what makes this stay pleasurable. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. It's a beautiful and very calming, quiet location only 10 minutes by Uber from Atlixco Zocalo.

El hotel rio Atlixco. Es muy hermoso, tiene muchas tranquilidad y cuando te entregan la habitacion está muy limpia. El gerente del hotel es muy amable. Pero si hay varios puntos que no nos agradaron. 1. El hotel tiene muchas escaleras ya que es en desnivel, por lo que hay que bajar y subir mucho. Y para personas de la tercera edad considero es cansado. (No contaban con ascensor) 2. No nos hicieron la recamara al día siguiente. 3. En la noche no contaba con agua caliente por si deseabas bañarte. Considero son punto importantes, ya que no sé si regresaría a este hotel por estos 3 detalles en mi estancia.

El hotel con vista muy linda pero está nada accesible, no es fácil pedir Uber, no hay nada para comer cerca o caminando, se necesita coche para todo. No había amenities de baño. Los cuartos muy básicos, limpios pero básicos, se escucha todo lo de los otros cuartos. No me volvería a quedar la verdad!

Está bonito. Hay que pedir que prendan la calefacción tanto de la alberca como de los cuartos y eso no me gustó para nada. De ahí en fuera está lindo y cómodo. La entrada para llegar no está pavimentada y está como a 10 min del centro

This place is lovely but it is hard to find! Don't distrust google maps or your gps...it is on that narrow bumpy rocky dirt road. We arrived after dark in a driving rainstorm, after blundering around town for almost an hour. The staff were very nice, ushering us around with umbrellas. The room was spacious, pretty, and comfortable. The next day was sunny and I looked around the grounds -- very pretty. We were sorry we couldn't spend another night.

Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones, limpias y bonitas. Es un hotel pequeño pero con lugar estacionamiento jardines y un pequeña alberca. En la mañana el restaurante estaba dando servicio. El único detalle es que no nos dieron clave de Wifi y cuando regresamos en la noche la recepción ya estaba cerrada, y ya no pudimos solicitarla. Recomendable, si regresaría. La ubicación es como a 1 Km del centro de Atlixco.

Quiet place, staff is great. Maybe more menu itemes to choose from. Get some local delivery services.
