The hotel has an excellent location, not far from the beach. a very safe area. The hotel staff is amazing! Rooms are fairly simple, but very clean with a minibar. The hotel doesn't offer massages, but if you are looking for a good quality facility with good quality massages I can recommend Luz em Gotas Spa, that is located about 15 minute walking distance from the hotel, or an Uber ride costs approx £2

Hotel was just in the photos and in the description. The room was nice and clean with good beds and airco. The breakfast was great, enough choice with a lot of fruits. The pool was also good, based on some reviews was worried that it would not be nice, but it was good for a quick dip. There was also a nice sun deck and a playroom. Very close to the beach and the hotel provides with towels that you can take to the beach and to the pool. Overall a very good experience.

Central location, close to everything. The restaurant staff Jefferson, Sandro and Dilange were exceptional, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. They were definitely the highlight of this hotel - excellent manners and customer service skills, will be missed.

Otima localização, café delicioso, camas maravilhosas, piscina quentinha, equipe solícita. O único detalhe fica por conta dos elevadores as vezes lotado no.café (mas eu já estava ciente disso), e um pouco mais de capricho na limpeza (havia cabelo de outros hospedes assim que chegamos, debaixo da cama estava bem sujo), mas nada que atarapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria e recomendaria com certeza.

Foi muito bem recebido pelo pessoal da recepção que nos mostrou toda as dependências do local.

Ótima recomendo para quem for viajar pra Balneário Camboriú antes de fechar entre no site da pousada marquesa. Você não vai se arrepender

A estadia foi dentro das minhas expectativas. Funcionários gentis, limpeza adequada e o localização excelente.

O hotel era simples, e ao escolher a estadia dizia que tinha estacionamento , mas ao chegar fomos informados que era pago no valor de 70,0 a diária, em vaga aberta, na brita e sem nenhuma cobertura contra sol e chuva.

Na chegada ao hotel o check in correu mal e em vez de nos ajudar, a rececionista disse que nós é que teríamos de resolver o problema… encaminhou para a colega das reservas e em vez de ser ela a explicar a situação, passou-nos o telefone para resolvermos. O quarto tinha imenso pó, deixei uma nota a camareira mas a situação não melhorou. O atendimento na área da piscina era péssimo, por vezes acabávamos por desistir do nosso pedido no bar porque não havia ninguém para nos atender. O pequeno almoço tinha muita variedade mas pouca qualidade… pão duro, reposição demorada, falta de identificação em algumas comidas. Na área do jacuzzi não havia ninguém para verificar se as regras eram cumpridas… por vezes em momentos de relaxamento haviam crianças sem vigilância a perturbar o espaço. O serviço de refeição de quartos é muito demorado, e entregaram-nos apenas 1 par de talheres.

Tudo perfeito, desde check in, atendimento ótimo, água de cortesia e chocolates. Quarto muito confortável, vários elevadores, todos espaçosos. Área Kidd, piscinas externas e uma interna. Banheiro de hidro interna. Bar funcionando a beira da piscina, incluindo sorvetes. Academia boa. Estacionamento terceirizado de muita qualidade e com desconto para hóspedes (funcionários muito prestativos). No check out ganhamos águas de cortesia e chocolates para viagem. O café da manhã impecável, muita variedade e qualidade. O restaurante anexo, Hugani, maravilhoso, almoçamos lá, cardápio excelente e preço justo. Além disso, o hotel tem um mini cozinha aberta aos hóspedes no andar 7, com chaleira elétrica, pia, microondas e filtro com água geladinha. Sem dúvidas, esse será sempre o hotel em que nos hospedaremos em Balneário Camboriú!!!!

Boa excepto pelo tv do American Bar que parece ser de propriedade do atendente e do pessoal da recepção que assistem o que eles querem no volume que eles gostam.

The hotel was great. I had a nice view of the beach and a private balcony. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Leonard at the front desk speaks good English and was very helpful with recommending places to eat and also calling for taxis. I can’t wait to visit again.

I found this to be a good hotel. Especially for their price. Book directly with the hotel for the best prices. Have stayed in their 'hotel' rooms and in their apartments rooms. If you're planning to stay for a longer period of time, ask for their apartments (since they don't advertise with them). Price is much better value and you get your own small kitchen. If you want the hotel's breakfast (which is very good and extensive) you pay a bit on top of the price. The location is just perfect, being beach-front. Not smack in the middle of the centre but within a few minutes walk of everything. Keep in mind that Balneario Camboriu can be very, very crowded during holiday's. They have free valletparking and I especially found the front desk staff to be very helpfull, skilled and efficient. Some even speek a little English. Hotel has a small rooftop pool with a nice view. In my opinion not really for spending a whole afternoon (although some Brazilians don't agree), but great for a splunge. Hotel has some good restaurants in the neighboorhood. So overall, not a very idyllic place (in Balneario they do not exist), but good in ammenities, and with a -for Brazilian standards- reasonable price. I liked it. PS I now live in Balneario Camboriu, so if you are planning a trip, please feel free to contact me.

I was at Bhaly Hotel in June 2016, in a nice room with an excelent side view for the beach. Staff is kind and attentive. The room is pretty well cleaned, with a nice Queen size bedroom, nice shower either... Tv is ok (not full HD). Nice breakfast. Didnt try room service. Only point i'd improve: lack a black-out.

the hotel is located right in front of the beach. There are incredible views from there ! the sunsets are incredible and beach views are really nice during all day and night . the service was nice and the hotel is very clean , not pretentious !

I've been there for 1 week for business reasons. Position of the hotel is very nice, in front of the beach with lots of restaurants around. The rooms are nothing special but anyhow they're clean! Breakfast is very good with a wide choice between fruits, cakes,sandwiches, juices ecc ecc.and it is normally included in room's price. At the end... a very good relationship between price and quality. if you'll stay in Camboriu, i would suggest this hotel

Very clean hotel! Lovely amenities. Pool table, table tennis, swimming pool, and the gym were great add ons, especially considering the price. Also had a lovely receptionist called Anna, who spoke English and couldn't have made my stay any easier. Had a slight problem with some outside street noise outside of my room, and within minutes Anna had organised a lovely replacement room for me. Her work ethic is incredible and her demeanor was even better; didn't see her once without a smile on her face. She is a credit to the hotel! Jacuzzi is a bit outdated, and the room interiors are outdated. Could do with a little modernising

Pisicna incrivelmente quente para os dias de frio do inverno. Bar/ restaurante do hotel com atendimento e refeicoes saborosas. Quarto familia excelente. Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. 1 quadra da praia. Loclaizacao otima. Cafe da manha mutio bem servido e delicioso. Hotel nao tem academia mas dispoe de convenio com academia bem proxima ao local. Estacionamento no local com manobrista cobrados a parte. Atendimento da recepcao muito bom. Recomendo.

Hotel muito bom, limpo, com cheiro bom, chuveiro maravilhoso água forte e quentinha. Só o horário do Bar que deveria se estender até a meia noite, pois quem chega às 22:00 já não consegue comer um lanche. Mas no geral, recomendo demais esse Hotel.

Breakfast was simple but good. Location was the reason we booked this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. We were greeted with a glass of moscato on arrival in the beautiful lobby which smelt amazing. We had a wonderful stay due to the staff especially Ardnei who made breakfast very special each morning and was attentive to whatever we needed. Sandro was friendly and served us for dinner late one evening and took a photo of us and had delicious caprihinas in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was comfortable and we had a choice of room service and beer/ wine in the room. They offered a towel for the beach and pool. The pool and spa was warm and had clean facilities. The reception staff helped us with directions and free access to Cristo Luz. We would stay again!

The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

We stayed here for four days with our two young children. This was the best experience! The staff are unbelievably friendly. The cleaning crew left little treats for our kids, the front desk knew them by name, and everywhere we went people were so kind and nice. We really do not have words to express how great this hotel is. The rooms are so clean, the breakfast is delicious, the location is phenomenal, and the pool is amazing and so warm. We were sad to leave!

The room was really good and very comfortable. The only problem was the people on the hall speaking out loud for almost 2 hours. I am not sure, but I believe they were Argentinian because they were speaking Spanish and a lot of Argentinian tourists visit this beach at this time of the year. The breakfast was ok, I expected more of it. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. The indoor pool was really cool.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights in this hotel. I really like it. It’s quiet, my room had both, a beach and pool view and a jacuzzi in the balcony. Breakfast included with a lot of options. 15 min driving from Atlantic Ave.

Great place to stay at and unwind from the Busy world of Balneário Camboriú. Not far from the city, Beach across the road and some restaurants around as well. Close to other beaches too. Staff was overall very nice and attentive. Hotel is looking a little tired in some areas so it looks older however they keep it very clean. Wear and Tear is the only downside as the years go by to any hotel. I would stay there again. I would try to get a room with a Pool View or their best room with Ocean view.

The hotel location was great, niver beach and a few nice restaurants around. The staffing was amazing, very courteous and polite. The hotel was beautiful but probably need some maitanace and updates, norning shower was a hassle since the water took for ever to warm up. We also lost power one afternoon and took a while to fix it, at same night we had more problems with the power in the middle of the he night and took a while to be addressed. Breakfast was nice too, but had to pay extra for espresso. Overall we had a great stay!

Minha estadia foi de 04/01 à 09/01/2021. Excelente lugar para quem quer relaxar e curtir a pousada! Com uma infraestrutura com piscina (limpa e filtrada todas as manhãs) Jacuzzi (nos primeiros dias ela não estava funcionando o aquecimento, mas foi resolvido) sala de jogos com sinuca, pebolim e ping pong, Café da manhã excelente, com uma variedade razoável de comidas e bebidas. Quarto confortável, deixando a desejar somente na questão de canais de TV ( muitos canais sumiam o sinal, além de ser por recepção analógica, qualidade bem horrível). Também poderiam melhorar a questão do interruptor principal de energia, onde é inserido o cartão, ele estava solto e ficava dando mal contato, desligando a energia. Na pousada tem um bar, onde é servido bebidas e petiscos, mas com um preço muito caro, na minha visão, se aproveitando pela praia não oferecer comércios próximos. A Praia de Estaleiro é uma praia bem tranquila, porém de ondas fortes, não recomendado para crianças.

Viajamos em casal, inicialmente ficamos 8 dias e estendemos a diária por mais 1. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, falta gente para atender em alguns momentos mas notei que estão com vagas abertas para vários setores. Quarto simples, nada sofisticado, mas dentro do oferecido no anúncio. Piscina e jacuzzi sempre limpas. Café da manhã acima da média e serviço de alimentação com bebidas e lanches. Tem uma area de churrasco e quadra de esporte que não utilizamos. Localização a menos de 100m da praia de Estaleiro, que estava bem tranquila mesmo na semana mais movimentada de Balneário. Únicas ressalvas: TV apenas com canais abertos e qualidade de imagem ruim e principalmente a internet. Apesar de ser uma viagem de férias tive atender alguns clientes online e me obriguei a sair do quarto para conectar, dentro do quarto só o 4G do telefone e as vezes até esse caia por ser uma área afastada.

Anne não mediu esforços para nos atender da melhor forma possível! Nosso voo chegou tarde e ela muito prestativa nos aguardou para que nos sentíssemos acolhidos desde o primeiro momento. A Pousada é bem localizada, próxima ao parque Beto Carrero e praias. As dependências da pousada sempre muito limpas e organizadas, quartos confortáveis, chuveiro quentinho e camas muito confortáveis.

Incrivel, atendimento excelente, comida muito gostosa, local pra la de agradavel, ambiente familiar, muito bem localizada , voltarei mais vezes
