1. The atmosphere was quiet as it is located within the neighbourhood area. 2. Penthouse condition was tiptop. Clean! True to pictures shown in the website. 3. Breakfast was okay. Got 2 options, to have it in the room/in the cafe itself. 4. The staffs were very friendly, and attentive.

The family suite was clean, bright & comfortable. We could request for breakfast to be served to our room as well.

Spacious penthouse type of room with two bedroom, homey decoration and kitchen. Bathroom is clean and feel at home. The TV program with net-flix and you-tube are working well. Location is in the residential area and 10 minutes walk to mini-market. Staff were very helpful for any request and they smiled when met them. Overall good stay experience.

Nice & comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Except that the wi-fi signal aint that good, it is very slow.

I liked everything about this place, the room was beautiful, I booked the Toproof room and was amazed with the room and the grand terrace with jacuzzi. The breakfast you choose from a menu and Gugun our host will make sure you get what you ask for. Gugun is just amazing helping you with everything you need, tours, transfers you name it is a 5 star men. You can have dinner at the hotel and the food is yummy. The pool is fantastic and the gardens beautiful. I will not hesitate to stay here again if will be back in Bandung again...Excellent.

The room, the environment and the people have such an authentic feeling. Such a hidden, beautiful and unique place secluded from all the hectic of the city. We had such an amazing experience with Gugun, we got in contact with him and he arranged our transport from and to the train station of Bandung. He literally facilitated everything we could ever wanted, a unique diner on our private balcony looking over the greenery, every morning a delicious Indonesian breakfast and even got us in contact with some amazing people. The staff is also so helpful, you really feel appreciated and they’re always there to help you with whatever you need. Thank again Gugun and the staff, you guys are amazing and we had such an unforgettable time!

It is a very nice pet-friendly place to stay, especially if you want to escape from the busy city of Bandung. Rumah Lereng has a huge garden and trekking area, making it perfect for those who wish to bring their pets and go for walks with them. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming towards pets. I highly recommend staying here.

The place is very clean with a natural breeze, fresh air, great view, no insect (minimum), clean pool. The staff is also friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast for our family, including kids. They had a great time at Rumah Lereng.

The location was amazing! Really beautiful and peaceful with an amazing pool. Bandung centre is quite a ride (approx 1H) but for us this was not a problem. Also the family is really kind of. Expect a typical Indonesian breakfast, which is delicious. Also possible to have lunch and dinner. It's a perfect escape from the busy Bandung, in the middle of nature.

Excellence is written all over this place. From check in day, when I was welcomed with a fruit plate delivered to my room, to check out day when the front desk team personally thanked me and bid me goodbye. The highest standards are set and met by all employees. It is a beautiful property. The rooms and facilities are spacious and meticulously maintained. All employees had the professionalism and courtesy to engage with me and show me that I am a valued guest. It is rare to experience such solidarity and continuity. Kudos to the management team. Norman, Ridwan and Julius are just a few names that come to mind. They went above and beyond and were genuine in their efforts to welcome and accommodate. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the extraordinary breakfast buffet spread. Usually, in a foodie city like Bandung, I skip breakfast to save room for a hearty and tasty local lunch and dinner. Not at this place, you lose if you skip breakfast. You are treated to a plethora of iconic Indonesian favorites like Bubur Ayam, Gado Gado, Pisang Goreng and so much more. I don't recall the name of the young gal who welcomes guests at breakfast, but she has an infectious smile that'll light up your morning. She knows how I love their fresh squeezed orange juice, so she immediately sets me up with two glasses to start. Because of these fine folks, my exceptionally fun week in Bandung will forever be etched as the fondest of memories.

Had a very pleasant stay in Crowne Plaza Bandung. The location is very strategic, within walking distance to the famous Braga Street. The hotel has a large parking area in the basement. All the staff were very kind, attentive, and friendly, especially Icha (Front Desk Agent), Rian, Clara, and Ratih (in the Executive Lounge). They allowed us to check-in early at 1 pm, and as we arrived at 12.30 pm, and the room wasn’t available, Icha escorted us to the Executive Lounge (we were using the King Premium Room with Lounge Access). As our room was ready, Rian delivered our keycard while we were in the Executive Lounge. We were surprised that our room was upgraded to King Premium Club Room which is located at the corner and the bathtub has a view overlooking the city. The staffs (including the staff in Mosaic Restaurant) recognized me as an IHG member. Not to forget, they also allowed us to check-out late at 1 pm. Please take note that the early check-in and late check-out depend on the occupancy. The food and drinks served in Afternoon Tea, Evening Cocktail, and breakfast all tasted good. Thanks for the very extravagant service. Surely will come back again.

Crowne Plaza is definitely my favourite hotel to stay in Bandung. I was very happy with my stay! My room was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, including breakfast, dinner, massage, and the executive lounge – all top quality. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

the staff was excellent. from the time you get out of the car the concierge, front desk were very welcoming and helpful in fulfilling our requests. Room that we were upgraded to was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was in a quieter part of city which was nice. Breakfast was the best. Who can say no to Haagen Dasz for breakfast? Good spread of western and local food and it tasted fresh.

Staff were exceptional. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a King room with lots of space and a great bathroom...including a bath with a view. Breakfast was exceptional and prices for dinner were very reasonable.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Pasteur Bandung from 5 to 7 March 2025. It is a very good 4 star hotel. All the staff from top to bottom are very friendly and helpful. You were welcomed as in a family hotel, where you quickly feel at home. A very well maintained hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and equipped with all amenities, such as hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, all from the Dove brand. The bed had a hard and a soft pillow. Warm welcome words on the mirror. A safe, iron and ironing board are available in the room. I On March 5, we participated in the Iftar. It is the evening meal after sunset. There were 399 dishes, so a particularly large meal choice. There was also a music band. The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly. The service was excellent. An occasion that you should definitely experience at least once. The breakfast was very extensive and of good quality. Finally, I think this hotel has everything for 5 stars. The General Manager is of the caliber that you often do not encounter in a 5 star hotel. We will definitely come back here on our next visit.

Its me and my family very first time to visit Bandung, Indonesia for a short family vacation. We decided to choose this Holiday Inn By IHG hotel as they have bigger room under premium especially family room which suit us. The staffs here are all very friendly and helpful. Its perfect hotel for big family especially with kids as well. Staff Mr Yanz took extra initiative to even hand written surprise positive vibe messages for us on the table while we were busy choosing food during breakfast. We were spoilt with so many varieties of local interesting and delicious foods. The breakfast food option is a must if you stay in this hotel. Mr Steve another staff even greet us with full of morning energy and every friendly as he willing to try to get to know us a little bit. Overall stay was amazing. Good Job to all the staff. Keep up the positive working vibe to make visitors feel welcome and happy stay.

I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.

First time in Bandung and staying in this hotel. It is really a wonderful experience. The family room is clean and spacious facing moutain view. The services here are great too from front desk to housekeeping to eating breakfast at their hotel restaurant basically every staffs in Holiday Inn. Just naming a few staffs like Bunga, Yana and Stevie in the food/restaurant sector. Starting our morning breakfast with positive vibes. Keep up the positive working energy. Overall awesome. Will surely to recommend.

Clean, big, spacious family room. Fully equipped with room facilities. Buffet spread was scrumptious 😋 Rean and Sabila were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs in the restaurant.

We stayed at the family suite. Spacious, clean, has its own small kitchen and dining table. Loove the simple decor, the small balcony, the bed n breakfast feel ( tho there is no breakfast, but there is a small cafe/bakery). My daughter was really happy with her bunk bed. The area is also nice and quiet, lots of trees and old colonial houses
