Extremely pleased with our stay! Hotel was clean as a pin. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was professional, friendly and customer oriented. Hot breakfast, coffee and breakfast was delicious. Breakfast team was always upbeat and friendly. Easy 15 minute drive to folly field beach. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Better late than never with the review.....Stayed here the last 2 years whilst attending the practice days of the RBC Heritage PGA golf tournament in Hilton Head. Location was perfect for my needs: despite not even being on the island, nor close to Harbour Town Links or the beaches, this hotel is only a very straightforward 5-mile drive from the RBC General Spectator Parking lot (Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn). Parking spots were always available in the small open lot at the front of the hotel Monday through Wednesday; there is additional parking under the hotel (all complimentary). Members of staff I encountered were always pleasant and helpful - shout-out to Val and Chris (dinner server and cook) who went above and beyond despite dealing with a family bereavement. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet; lobby bright and airy. Food in the onsite Garden Grille restaurant for dinner last year was tasty and much better than the year before; only had breakfast once and it wasn't that great.

My husband and I had the best experience, specifically due to the staff we interacted with! The manager at the front desk, DARION, was very helpful. We had a small housekeeping issue that he rectified immediately by calling the housekeeper to come take care of. We had dinner that evening and ANNA served us so efficiently and kindly. She was even able to provide us our specific requests of having dinner ready for us at the time we requested. And the CHEF, TY, OMG, is magnificent! The best salmon special with side salad I ever remember having! He must be a Seafood expert chef! Delicious! Then at the front desk TIM, was so helpful for every request we had! Even the day after check, we wanted to come back in to eat again for dinner bc the food was so good, so we called ahead and spoke to SUZANNA, who did some menu research for us, called us back and gave us the information! Our great experience was due to the wonderful staff!

The title of this hotel is a bit deceptive. It's actually not on Hilton Head Island, but in Bluffton right at the bridge leading to the island. This location is actually very good---near many shops and restaurants in Bluffton, but quick access to all parts of the island. We were here for only one night. Our King Suite actually had a partial view of the lovely marsh area at the bridge. The room had the usual traits of a 2-room suite---separate sitting area, kitchenette, two TV's, etc. It had a fairly large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. It was bright and airy. The hotel is back some from busy US278, so the room was quiet. Overall, we had no issues at all with the room. Free parking is in a garage under the hotel or right outside in an open lot. There is an outside pool. Staff were friendly. So what's not to like---thus, the 5-star review.

They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. Our room was spacious, modern, and had breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our balcony each evening was a highlight of the trip. Dining on-site was another standout. The resort’s restaurants offered a variety of delicious, fresh options—from seafood caught that day to flavorful international cuisine. We especially loved the beachside bar for its tropical cocktails and relaxed vibe.

Our experience was a 10+! The room was beautiful and the staff during our entire stay were friendly and accommodating. A beautiful view, most comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom and shower. A special acknowledgement to Anais at the front desk for greeting you with professionalism and a smile whenever you encountered her as well as Kitty at the concierge desk who was extremely helpful with dinner reservations. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast as well as the coffee shop were all friendly and welcoming. A wonderful hotel, visit and memory...thank you!!

Exceptional staff. Clean, beautiful hotel stay with my mother and 2 kids. Loved the private beach & the pool area was great. Always had fresh beach and pool towels. The restaurant inside had delicious food and perfect service. Cold Brew in the cafe was strong and delicious. Everything was so great we actually decided to stay an extra night and we never left the resort. Big room, beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited for a long July 4th weekend getaway. We had stayed at this hotel before but it had been quite sometime. The lobby is welcoming. The sand sculpture is quite impressive. The customer service was top notch! Housekeeping, front desk, valet staff were always attentive and helpful. We only had issues with poolside service. We were out at the pool for 2 days (about 4 hours each day) and were not asked once if we wanted food or drink, even as staff passed me by while I am holding a menu in hand. And even when helping those right next to us. But I must own that it was a very busy weekend with many families there. The pool and beach area are beautiful. Rental of chairs and umbrella at the beach was reasonable. It was very hard to secure a lounger at the pool as people would leave their belongings to claim spots and not return for hours. We had lunch at the Blue Restaurant/Lounge. Service was good overall, just very slow. Food was good though. The grouper sandwich and sweet potato fries were delicious. The burrata/arugula salad was yummy also. Our room was spacious. The balcony area had a great view and had 2 chairs and a table. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay and I would recommend to others.

Good location on Hilton Head, with plenty of everything close by for beach, restaurants, shopping, biking, walking trails and more. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was quiet, well prepared and clean, also had a nice balcony. Several on-site shops and restaurants. The resort is slightly dated, but in good shape and very clean. The pool staff is outstanding, entertaining and focused on servicing the guest. Food was served quickly and tasty. Pool is directly behind the beach. Side facing the resort is overlooking roof of the auditorium and parking garage, not much to see.

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. The resort is stunning — beautifully landscaped, spotless, and full of charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a view of the pool and the ocean. Biking to Coligny was a favorite past time and we loved having easy access to the beach just steps away. The beach itself was clean, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. We also appreciated the on-site dining options, which offered a great mix of kid-friendly meals and more upscale dishes for the adults. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. This was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we’re already talking about when we can return.

This resort is beautiful! The view the location to the beach and to town couldn’t be better! The only downside is the staff. There is a very strange vibe from this resort that the staff is not really wanting to be there and the guests annoy them. Not just from one location but several example the restaurant the coffee shop the beach bar the house keeping. We are incredibly friendly people and not very hard to impress honestly especially on vacation however the staff could not act more annoyed that you’re there if they tried. The woman who works in the coffee shop I’m assuming doesn’t drink coffee whatever you order she will give you something completely different with a very annoyed demeanor while making straight eye contact. All of the onsite restaurants shuts down around mid morning and they don’t serve and close until early afternoon for lunch. Not the worst thing but on vacation it’s nice to have late breakfast options. The front desk double charged me and if I hadn’t asked for a copy of the bill at check out and then when back to the front desk to ask I wouldn’t have known until I got home. The manager was argumentative and not very eager to fix it quickly he said he would do it when he could and call me (which he did and refunded a couple fees. That was nice) unfortunately he wasn’t eager to help until I voiced I was upset. Also housekeeping knocks on the door early in the morning to clean on a multiple night stay in a resort hotel (Monday and Tuesday). Not a weekend.

The resort was beautiful and peaceful. There was quite a bit of activity for wedding season, however, we felt very comfortable and didn't feel over populated. The staff at the pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. I loved that dogs were allowed, however, the place did not smell of pets. The pool was clean and Jason our waiter was wonderful!! He served up the best drinks all day. We enjoyed that we were able to rent bikes and beach chairs/umbrella right at the resort. So convenient! Honestly, every staff member from front desk to bike rental, pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff also did an excellent job every day keeping our room neat and clean. Thank you, we had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta Resort two weeks ago. The stay could not have been better! Wow! What a great time, from the beginning to the end of our trip! The Staff and Management were nothing less than amazing! Just a couple of shout outs to Heather, Charles, Jerome and Kevin. No need to worry about the renovations taking place either - it will not interfere with the stay at all - and they are expected to be completed very shortly. The overall grounds are truly spectacular! The landscaping is just beautiful! Tons of events to do as well - even the short walk to the ocean is so beautiful and so relaxing. Our room and the terrific view of the pool was also perfect - very , very, clean and so comfortable - plenty of towels as well! She and I just had such a relaxing time hanging out in the lobby - tons of areas to sit and relax - or just have a drink - or even a snack at the restaurant - the food is also amazing! In addition, the location of the Sonesta Resort is perfect - just minutes away from tons of restaurants and popular sites of Hilton Head. We would not even consider staying anywhere else when we return to Hilton Head - cannot wait till next year to return to the Sonesta!

Yes there is construction at the moment so check before you go to be sure you’re comfortable with what’s happening. Parking was easy and close. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Our room and the hallways were newly redone, clean, modern and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. I might ask for extra pillows if I stayed again as they are very soft. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was closed. There was construction happening around the pool but I can honestly say it didn’t bother us even when sitting around the pool. However, we were there primarily for the beach! The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is so lovely and the sand so soft. We didn’t want to leave! We rented bikes and beach chairs on site. We also purchased a s’mores kit and made s’mores at the fire pits. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay again, construction or not!

It was a perfect set up for 2 people to stay and work in the area in comfort. Even had a big jacuzzi in main bedroom!! Perfect for relaxation after a hard day of work. Close to eateries. Extremely rooms and friendly service.

We loved the dolphin pool with lazy river, my kids (ages 6 and 11) went around and around for hours. It’s tiny but the water is shallow and moving at a good pace so super fun and safe for kids. Not really a relaxing lazy river for adults though so be aware. The ocean is a very short walk and there are multiple entrance points. We spent more time by the ocean than I expected. Fun to visit at various points in the tide cycle. We appreciated the activities and did poolside bingo twice (they have lots of winners so my kids were thrilled and won both days) and my kids made soaps. There were lots more activities we were interested in but had other things planned. Parking is free which is nice with a rental car. Rooms are a bit dated but were clean which is what is most important to us! The setup can’t be beat for families- 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a large kitchen/living space.

We just got back from 10 days at the Grand Ocean in Hilton Head. We had beautiful weather. Overall, the property is beautiful and the rooms were nicely appointed. The staff was also kind and couteous. The only issue we noticed was that the property was in need of some minor maintenance. For example, the railings on the balcony need to be painted as the paint was peeling off and the hot tubs were not fully working. We drove down from NJ. It took us two days, which is no big deal as we are retired. For us, I’m not sure it’s worth the extra distance and points compared to Myrtle Beach, another beautiful property with awesome restaurants near by. The ocean at Hilton Head is a bit nicer as it is a bit calmer than Myrtle Beach. However, coming from NJ and MD beaches, where you get violently slapped when going into the ocean, that does not seem to be the case on either of these two properties. I think there is more for kids to to at Myrtle beach with the entertainment areas, as Hilton Head is more geared to adults with golf and shopping. Overall, I would give the property 8 out of 10. So far, from all the resorts we visited over the last few years, Marco Island and Palm beach are our favorites.

Absolutely incredible experience at this property. Visited during a cold long weekend and was greeted with heated outdoor and indoor pulls, hot tubs, gorgeous beach front views and curated activities to do with my two daughters. Our room was phenomenal, though we had a garden view, it over looked the garden and very clear showed the beach and was by far one of the best beach front views I have seen in SC. Definitely worth the trip.

Took a little off for conditions simply because they were doing some maintenance while we were there. They left an apology note & bottle of wine for the inconvenience, and it wasn't particularly inconvenient. The room (small condo, really) was very nice. Everything was clean, full kitchen, whenever I needed something, it was there. My kids were pleased with their room, and my husband & I certainly found ours to be comfortable. We had a courtyard-view, with a balcony. The hotel is on the beach, which is why we chose it -- lovely walks. When we returned from our outings, we enjoyed ping pong, shuffleboard, large chess, the heated pools, etc.

This hotel was outstanding. The check-in associate was kind and and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was updated with a farm door. This hotel is pet-friendly, too and the breakfast buffet was delicious. This was an outstanding experience.

We had a good night sleep. All looked very clean and updated when we checked in around midnight. That put our minds at ease and helped us sleep well. The shades really keep the room dark too and helped also. Soft pillows. Nice bed. Employees were all helpful and check in was done nicely. Breakfast was as we would expect from Hampton but blueberry waffles were a fun twist. I did miss seeing any flavored creamers but there was a Starbucks right across from us on a non busy road and that took care of my foo-foo coffee fix. Aunt give it a five eating because there were a few things that made it not perfect. A little pink moldy thing in the corner of our shower. Not large but enough that it shouldn’t be missed. Also wished there were more than 2 large towels available in the room. So little items but I’d of loved to of been able to rate it more a 4.6.

We stayed here two times once on our way to Florida and again on the way back. The hotel is in a great location and easy on and off access to interstate 95. It is a beautiful property very clean and the accommodations are very comfortable. Beautiful rooms linens and towels. The staff is great very helpful and welcoming.just to name a few Diedre Marcia Travis Andrew and Forbes.I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in or near Hardeville. You will not be disappointed. Also the breakfast served was delicious.

We stayed two nights and were very pleased. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was great, hotel was clean and quiet and smelled good. My favorite part of all, a bottle of soap with a pump hanging on the wall so we didn’t have to use a slimy little bar of soap like most hotels have!

Upon approach to the property it was clean and scenic. We were welcomed with a smile by Lori. The lobby and hallways were clean. Once in the room, it was clean, clean and pleasant smell. The bathroom was up to date and clean. There was lotion, shampoo and bathwash. The room was very spacious. Upon leaving it was easy out as well. There was no breakfast offered at this site but we found a Cracker Barrel across the street. Great place to stay, I would recommend it.

An excellent aparthotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, for example providing additional coffee and tea. The room was very comfortable with good cooking facilities - we cooked breakfast all 3 days of our stay. We used the clothes washing and drying facilities, which did not need money and were excellent. There is a restaurant within walking distance, however, we drove into the centre of Bluffton where there are lots of interesting and good value restaurants. The town is much more picturesque than we imagined. It is a relatively short drive to Hilton Head Island where access to the public beaches was easy at this time of year. Overall, an excellent few days.

It was very clean. Everything was provided. The bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. I was traveling for a wedding. I needed a full-size fridge for the cake. It worked perfectly. The location was perfect. It was only 2 miles to the venue. I needed to pick up a couple of extra things & there were several places nearby like Walmart, Publix & Food Lion to purchase those items. I really enjoyed my stay here & will definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed a 3 night stay here & loved every bit of it. Great stay for the price. Room was very clean, staff was super helpful & friendly. Area around the property felt very safe & had lots to do! Had a hiccup adding an additional day; manager Latisha and staff Brey cleared it up very efficiently & accommodated for any inconvenience. This will absolutely be a go to hotel for us! Very pet-friendly & great for service animals as well!

The hotel was an older hotel and needed a little more work to keep it fresh. Convenient to a lot of places and the interstate going to Savannah. Lori the front desk clerk was wonderful and friendly. She was always asking if your needs were being met. The Wi-Fi which has to be some of the worst in the world. The water flush will barely clear out the bowl. All and all it was quiet and relaxing.

We arrived Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 9 P.M. We were greeted immediately at the front desk by Heather. She was very friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and organized. There was still a lingering smell of possibly a cleaning product, but not offensive. When we got to our room, we found it spotless and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet throughout the entire night. Breakfast Thursday morning was fresh with a decent selection of breads and fruits. Checkout was simple. The associate Shayna at the desk was also super friendly and professional. After 45 years in the hospitality field I would say that Heather and Shayna are the gold standard for all service folks. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

I booked before reading reviews. I am here to say we had a great stay! We were greeted as soon as we stepped in the lobby. Quick check in. Our room was ready. It was spacious and clean. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. I am gluten intolerant and they had individual wrapped UDIS blueberry muffins and oat milk for coffee. I was so happy! The pool area was nice and I enjoyed the lounge chairs after a quick dip. The hotel was quiet and parking was never an issue. It was a close drive to all the restaurants,shopping and beach. My family and I would definitely return.

The hotel is a nice hotel in a very good location. Has good amenities including a decent breakfast buffet. Nice pool and gym and the staff friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that they offer room maintenance every other day but they are not specific as to what that is. Generally, that would be a cleaning, towels, trash pick up and doing the beds. We were very surprised when we returned today to find only garbage empty and clean towels and more coffee pods. Left a tip and since they ignored the bed, missed the tip. Ordination wouldn't care but we paid a higher rate as we only staying g for 3 nights.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the room set up is a little strange with the bathroom placement and the lighting is very poor.

When planning our youngest's move into her USCB dorm, my husband and I decided to spend a couple of extra days on the island. We were attracted to this location due to its proximity to the beach. Given how new this property is to the Hilton family, I was a little nervous, but it was exactly what we needed! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A family of four could easily be comfortable here. It was very clean and fresh too. The room comes with only the bare necessities including a fridge and an ice bucket. There is no in room coffee maker or microwave, but both are available in the lobby. While it's not your traditional Hilton breakfast, we really loved the bagel bar with all the toppings, plus coffee and yogurt. The hotel was a lot quieter than we expected too given that the rooms open to the exterior. The best part was the short, three-block walk to a residential beach access walkway. (I was afraid we'd have to walk all the way to Coligny Beach Park - that wasn't the case.) It was only a ten minute walk back to our room from our setup on the beach. Our only plans for this empty nest getaway was the beach, so we didn't make use of the pool area, but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for my short Hilton Head stay. It was perfectly clean, great TV, wonderful breakfast buffet, good coffee and best of all- only a 5 minute walk to the beach with the neighborhood access path and 15 minute walk to Coligny Beach via the beach or the road walking trail/path. Couldn't have asked for anything better. And the staff was super friendly as well.

Absolutely delighted with my stay at Spark by Hilton. From the moment I stepped in, the cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. The staff’s friendliness was exceptional. Including well-appointed comfortable rooms, with a spacious shower, and beautiful floors, contributed to a wonderful experience.The guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. In the morning had a perfect bagel experience at Spark by Hilton, started my morning at the bagel bar. Enjoyed a delicious creation with a cup of freshly brewed coffee with a variety of flavors. A delightful start to your day. I ended up staying for 3 nights.

We arrived late with several special needs and Kishawn at the reception was VERY helpful, kind,courteous and took care of all the questions that we had and went out of her way to make me feel assured my special requests were met. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options and changed daily. Great coffee, comfortable modern, quiet room. Only thing I'd change is lack of microwaves in rooms.definitely stay here the next visit to HHI A+++ gorgeous pool and newly renovated. great ice machine and more!!!

I really enjoyed myself there. I liked the idea that I could walk to the beach. I very much liked that I was able to bring my elder dog, Baker with me and enjoy his company. I liked that there were so many restaurants to choose from in getting lunch or dinner to go. The room was clean & the bathroom so big. Thank you Hilton for always having hotels that I feel safe, easy parking, clean rooms and friendly staff at each hotel that I have stayed in. In my next travels I will be staying at a Hilton hotel facility.

The room was modern, comfortable, parking was easy, and it was great value (we were there in low season). The location isn't on the beach but we had a car so that wasn't a problem. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The free breakfast was a bonus and had plenty of options. We particularly liked how quiet the hotel was, and note that it was setback off the main road more than many similar choices.

Room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi is good. Breakfast is sumptuous and staff are friendly.

The Breakfast was excellent. They had a great selection of food choices and fruits. The hotel and our room were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff were every friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, as we were very close to places to eat, shop and play miniature golf.

The property was clean and the rooms were clean and spacious. Great choices of hot and cold breakfast everything was great.

Really liked this place. It was as close as you can get to the beach without being oceanfront, and the price is reasonable as a result. We requested a larger balcony that you can sit on.but when we arrived, it looked like it was just another stand-on balcony. Word to the wise - you can't see the large part of the balcony if you are in a corner room. It looks totally tiny, BUT you can walk along to the corner and there is a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table! (Our room was 400.) Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine! The decor was nice, appreciated the microwave & fridge, and our room was very clean. There was no lobby to speak of due to renovation, but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was ordinary, but enough to get you started. We sat at the pool at breakfast time, and used the outdoor shower after hitting the beach post checkout. Grand Hilton Head Inn has a very convenient location, and the bike rental in the parking lot is helpful, too. We would return.

I booked this hotel because of the great experience I had last year. Upon arrival, I must admit I became a little skeptical when I learned the hotel had changed ownership or management. Many changes were taking place even during my one-week stay. The complimentary breakfast was replaced by a bar/restaurant and what appeared to be a meeting room was being built. Apparently, last year I had been upgraded to a suite because my room this year was much smaller. This room overlooked some equipment and had no access to the balcony which I really enjoyed last year. This year my room was much smaller with two queen-size beds, a desk chair and a padded chair. The large TV, refrigerator and microwave all worked very well. Honestly, I think this room would be very crowded for more than two people. With all that being said, I will say the room, bathroom and everything were very clean. What makes this place so great is its outstanding staff. Every single person from the front desk, to the maintenance, to management to housekeepers is the best. They are all so willing to help and they always had fresh, hot coffee in the front lobby. Another reason I like this hotel is the size. So many of the hotels in Hilton Head are just massive. This hotel is much smaller, close to beach access and just a 10-minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Also, as a single traveler, I always felt safe here. When I return to Hilton Head, I will stay here.

While they are going through some renovations we weren’t affected at all by the progress. Looks like the upgrades will be really nice. Parking and check in was quick and easy and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and spacious and the pool area was nice w/ seemingly new furniture. Breakfast was ok but I imagine the new restaurant will be a huge upgrade. The biggest selling point was proximity to the beach. Little path directly across the street. 5min walk to the beach. Sunrise was great. If you can stand some remodeling don’t hesitate to stay here. Pros far outweigh the cons and the property will be higher end when complete!

The location is terrific, right across the street from the beach access. They have a wonderful breakfast that I wish I had at home. Very nicely done. The staff was friendly. The management was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. They have the strongest shower with plenty of hot water that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel was recently renovated with fresh paint and new carpet.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The parking lot is a little strange and feels small but we never had an issue finding a spot. Inside everything is clean and comfortable as one would expect. We had an issue with the TV and that's when I met Arthur, the hotel maintenance, custodian, historian and ambassador. He fixed it and he was someone I kept running into throughout out stay. Really enjoyed our chats and his knowledge of the area. While this hotel in not right on the beach there is a right of way to it just the left (NE) of the hotel. It's a small path across the street and easy to miss but it's there. If you want to get to the main beach (Coligny Beach) it is walkable or you can drive to it and use the public parking lots there. To sum it up we had a great stay here and Arthur cemented himself in our memories of Hilton Head.

We stayed one night just to check out HHI after a trip to Savannah. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Coligny beach. The room was clean and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The breakfast area was clean and although we just had coffee the breakfast items looked good. The lady working the breakfast area was pleasant and did a good job keeping everything clean and organized. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was also very pleasant and helpful.

We wanted a hotel walking distance to the beach, but was sceptical about our stay due to some reviews. We needn’t have worried because this hotel was fantastic! Yes they are in the process of upgrading their hotel (we can’t wait to go back when it’s done). But the works do not affect the customers. The room we had was lovely, great balcony and views. The on-site breakfast was great. Location in to town and the beach was perfect. The staff were so friendly. The pool area was great and the dj on the weekend gave great summer vibes! We will definitely be back, and for longer next time.

Solid option for Hilton head visit hotel. Though not oceanfront, its an easy walk of ~10 minutes to the beach. Pool area was nice and outdoor shower to wash off sand is nice feature. Breakfast is your typical holiday inn express breakfast, nothing too fancy but enough to fill up the family prior to beach day. Parking was $10 a day, but given how much cheaper rate was here vs oceanfront hotels I didnt mind paying that nominal fee. Easy walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and grocery store.

This Holiday Inn express is centrally located in Hilton head by Coligny Beach. It was quiet and everything we needed for our quick getaway. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They were very professional and responsive. We got a chance to meet Rod the GM and he was able to give us pointers of where to eat and go while we were on the island. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

Amazing place that is pet friendly! The service is outstanding! Every employee we encountered was outstanding! Perfect location as it’s not far from the beach or restaurants! The front lobby lady was kind enough to help us decide on a good dinner spot!

Try the Hotel Carolina for their unusually low rates. Return for their clean rooms, nice pool area, and friendly staff. Pros: clean, friendly, central location, convenient elevator, clean pool area, complimentary bottled water and coffee.

Loved how clean, spacious, accommodating this hotel is. For our first time in Hilton head we didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a hotel; we’ve been to tybee island and while we loved that beach the affordable hotels on tybee aren’t the cleanest. We wanted to see what Hilton head was like and see how the hotels compared. It’s a complete 180. The people are friendly the pool isn’t crowded or nasty, the ladies behind the front desk were so amazing and sweet! Loved that I didn’t have to spend over $400 on a hotel for one weekend! Thank you guys and gals so much! We will most definitely be returning and telling all of our friends about hotel Carolina!

This was a great budget option for our interstate travel. It was super safe (20 security cameras were seen in the lobby display!) and so convenient to I-95. There were a ton of fast food, grocery stores and gas stations near by. Breakfast was minimal but good by our standards. We would stay here again!

I did not like that there was not a safe in our room. I did not like that the shower curtain was almost impossible to slide along the rod. I did not like that one of the beds pop like the sound of sheet metal when you lay down in it. I had one issue with staff. Our last night someone staying at the hotel had parked they large truck with trailer across all of the available parking spaces by the rear entrance. As I use a cane it was difficult for me to park farther away and transit to the door. I notified the folks at the front desk and they told me they would take care of the situation. Unfortunately the vehicle was still there the next morning. What I did like is the cleanliness and nearness of the hotel and grounds, the helpful demeanor of the staff, and the hotels location near restaurants. The morning breakfast area was kept very clean and the food and coffee were great!

The property has only been open for about 6 months as of March 2025 so everything is still very new. The staff and especially Shirley, were very friendly and hardworking. The king room we had, 427, was more than adequate for a few nights. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Diego did a superb job making up our room. Mallory always greeted us with a smile in the morning and pointed out little things around the property like the resident alligators sunbathing in the pond. There were some nice little touches like a bathroom night light and some LED lights on the light switch as you enter the room. However our LED starting blinking and it was like a strobe. I got a piece of black electric tape and ended that problem. I thought the breakfast was adequate and all the food was freshly made and the packaged products were good quality. I think they could go another step higher by having fresh oatmeal rather than microwave oatmeal. The waffle maker is always nice and we appreciated the coffee machine that gave us a cappuccino and other choices. Even though the hotel is easily accessible from 278, we couldn't detect much highway noise. We enjoyed our stay here very much and highly recommend this Best Western .

Had a great overnite stay on our trip to Florida. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

I stayed Tuesday the 11th till Friday the 14th. The most friendliest front desk lady greyed me got me checked in right away. Room was on 2nd floor, elevator was clean and no smell of weed ( which i was 100% grateful). Room 2 queen beds they were comfortable, clean ( yes I’m a complete bed checker) crisp clean. The bathroom was just as pleasing, water pressure was great. I felt safe ( I was traveling alone to visit my daughter at college) thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff was outstanding. Friendly, welcoming & helpful. We had a very early checkout & the night shift hospitality person made us coffee & had breakfast set for us so we could start our travels. Everyone was more accommodating than we could have asked!

Palmera Inn and Suits has to be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms and common areas are spotless. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room is well staffed and they are always around bringing out more food and keeping the area clean. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. We have stayed here a few times now and are always pleased. We will stay here again.

We loved it! The location is great! Restaurants and stores are close by. No beaches were in walking distance, but the drive is not too far. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pool area was really nice and clean, and we took advantage of it often during our stay. Friendly staff. Great hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits, hot and cold cereal, fruit, waffles, toast, juices, milk, and coffee.

We only stayed in the room one night! I wished we had booked our 3 days here. The room was very nice! Extremely spacious for just the two of us. Very clean, modern room. Bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet! Plenty of parking spaces. My only dissatisfaction was the breakfast choices.

The Omni Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head was one of the best hotels I have every stayed at. The staff are exceptional, always attentive to our needs, and an absolute pleasure to be around. The breakfast staff, especially Chili, made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, she always knew which table to put us. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the dinners at HH Prime Steakhouse were fantastic. Oceanfront rooms were great... most comfortable beds we ever slept in, with a mini kitchen and balcony. Live music most of the days we were there was very enjoyable and relaxing. The chefs are friendly and offer top rated delicious meals - better than anywhere on the island. The entire resort made us feel as though we were on a tropical island, and the resort is absolutely great! The free shuttle service was great...and it took us to Shelter cove shops and restaurants. The driver Clint was so socialable and fun. We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to leave and the staff hugged us before we departing. Best hotel resort by far. A+ rating. Will definitely go back again!

I had an exceptional time here! The beach is quiet and super accessible. You can rent umbrellas on the beach. The resort really has everything, but Whole Foods is 7 minutes away. The room I had was great and had a kitchenette and microwave, so you have the option of going to the grocery store or eating at the resort, which is good if you want healthier options. They have an adult pool, which I liked, and the beach was absolutely amazing. Bathrooms by the pool and beach were super well maintained. I heard a manager walking around and calling out everything that was out of order on a radio. They are so on top of it! This resort has everything! Bikes, activities, things to purchase, great beach walks and paths, tennis courts and beyond. Last but not least, it is great for EVERYONE! Solo travel, business travel, couples and kids.

Firstly, I am a long time Marriott Bonvoy member; my daughter planned this trip. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Resort at Hilton Head. From check in to check out, the staff were smiling and welcoming, they appeared truly happy to have us as guests. The cleanliness of the resort, from our rooms, the pools, the restaurants and beach, was impeccable. We had rooms on the third floor facing the pools and ocean and we couldn't have asked for better. We enjoyed stunning views of the pools and ocean. My husband and I appreciated the adult only pool which allowed us some quiet time from the noise and activities at the other pools...though it was by no means rowdy or excessive. The food and beverages we enjoyed throughout our stay were fresh and delicious...the quesadillas at the Buoy Bar even met the standards of our very picky 7-year old granddaughter. Our one regret was that we weren't staying longer. Since our return we have recommended the Omni Resort to all of our friends and colleagues; I'm already anticipating a return visit.

The whole resort was lovely! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay. We appreciated the personal touch of a note and a treat in our room regarding us celebrating our growing family. The chef’s snacks in the lobby were a nice touch, along with access to cold water and tea. Front desk, shuttle drivers, and pool staff were all friendly and welcoming. Facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the yard games available on the resort, the many different areas we could sit and relax, and the adult pool option. We would love to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay in Hilton head!

The room had amenities such as a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, ironing board and hamper. By the sink there were anti-bacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, and paper towels. Hand soap was Mrs Meyer’s brand. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and there was even a rocker-recliner in the room. I got coffee and a wrapped pastry every morning to take to the beach which was about a 10 minute drive. There is a WalMart and Wendy’s across the street and other restaurants within walking distance. I really felt at home and enjoyed my stay. Mina was wonderful: friendly and helpful and I look forward to returning! Thanks Mina for taking care of me!

The facilities are slightly "dated", but very clean & welcoming nonetheless. Especially For the price we paid of $270/ for 3 nights- absolutely unbeatable price! The breakfast is Continental style, but there was plenty of options from muffins, danishes, cereals, fruit, juices & coffee. Location was perfect, 40 mins from Savannah, GA, 2 hours from Jacksonville, FL, plus there's plenty to do & see in Hilton Head, SC where the hotel is located. Restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops, Walmart, grocery stores, clothing stores etc are all within a couple mile radius of the hotel, Walmart is directly across the street if you need anything last minute. And different attractions are all located within a decent driving distance. Hotel was also very quiet, beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure & water temperature, & rooms were well cleaned & maintained. Employees were kind & helpful, & the owner Mina always had a big smile & a "Good Morning!" Everytime we saw her. Honestly can't be beat for the price & location.

First time to Hilton Head Island for just 1 night and we loved this hotel; would definitely come back here again. We had an easy check in, a great room for a great price; perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Impressed with the size of the fridge (with freezer), comfortable bed (and this may be an unusual comment, but great quality toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towel). We did experience a problem with the WIFI connection, and the staff (son, Noah) really tried to get it resolved, but without success, however this allowed us to put the computer away, and go for a walk about, which is exactly what you should do when visiting here. It was a 15 minute drive to the popular Coligny Beach area which was very trendy and populated. Glad we were able to experience it. Even though there were plenty of restaurants here, we decided to go to the Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks to eat (much closer to our hotel) and which we also highly recommend. We had a short, but very good time and look forward to returning here in the future!

The room was so fresh, clean and had so many things to help with your stay, an ironing board and iron, wonderful Meyers Clean Day soap, not a bar of cheap soap like other hotels, full size hand sanitizer, a cozy leather rocking recliner, wow! I can't believe there exists such a kind and very thoughtful manager who really treats you like her own guest.I am proud to support this hard working team and am happy to stay in such a clean room. So nice there is modern tile on the floor and not carpet that is always so dirty. A smart, generous and kind manager makes a huge difference!

Their experience there was great. The front desk lady was very helpful in getting a sub, super friendly and accommodating. Anytime I wanted to grab some breakfast. She always assisted. I grabbed more. There wasn’t the impending doom of checkout time seeing as there was a little bit of a grace period upon my leave. I felt no rush. The location was across from a Walmart, which is very convenient and only minutes away from Coligny Plaza very budget friendly, and definitely helped to make the rest of the trip. More fun overall the location was great. The rooms were amazing overall condition of the location was superb

Property and amenities are well thought out, updated and maintained. Our room was very modern, spacious and truly felt like home. Loved the large back porch. Property is beautiful with everything you need. Very comfortable homey and close to everything, including the beach. Its a very short walk. The large and diverse pool atea is extraordinary, whether youre adults seeking some quiet time or families with small children. We particularly loved the lazy river! We booked a 2 bed/2 bath suite…it was amazing! So spacious, clean and updated. Full size kitchen with everything you would need in a kitchen. They even had starter packs of dish liquid, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was spacious and well appointed. The front desk staff was very nice. The fitness room had several cardio machines, a spin bike and weights. The pool and lazy river area was so inviting! My family and I would highly recommend this property!

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find. Not close to beach but on a main location between 2 different beaches., not a 10 min drive to either, so that was nice. Parking was always available when we needed it. Our check-in was quick and effortless. The room was as expected... Clean and spacious. The Staff was always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Even though we were there for the beach, our granddaughter enjoyed the pool every evening. (The water was cold --a pool heater would have been nice). This was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price and we would use them again for future trips. Overall: Very Satisfied.

We had a wonderful time at this resort, perfect placement with the beach. The bar on the beach had live music playing all day (3 different bands daily), and could be heard from the pool and the beach. We did have an issue with the first room we were put in (smelled like cigarettes) but once we were moved, the second room smelled clean and fresh. The one thing that I love about this hotel is that they have ceiling fans in each room. My husband and I have our ceiling fan at home going 24/7, so that made our stay really comfortable. There is an on-site coffee bar that makes your frilly drinks of drip coffee isn't enough. The inside restaurant is tasty, and the pricing isn't too ridiculous. They need to change the food at the bar, but the drinks were reasonably priced for a resort and made properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would come again!

check in was fine. we did ask to move from room 107- , switched to room 307. the bathroom / shower was not as clean as it should have been. hand prints on the windows . room 107 / hallway smelled like a barn , I believe this is the pet friendly area, but the hallway was poor. - the breakfast offered is good, good coffee- good offerings. our second day- the cleaning staff didn't arrive till 3 pm - we had just returned - declined the service ( we asked for clean/ front desk @ 0930 hrs ).. it is a very good location for a visit to -SUN CITY.

Wow! I can’t say enough about the staff at the front desk, the breakfast, drinks, and snacks, and clean giant rooms. The staff texted to let us know our room was ready, asked how our stay was about 30 min after entering our room, quickly resolved a tiny issue, and followed up each day. Each night there were cookies in the lobby, chilled ice water w lemons or cucumbers, and the breakfast was awesome!!!! So many options. Oh and they had a holiday hot chocolate bar w Marshmallows, hot cocoa, chocolate morsels and peppermint! There was also a popcorn machine (it wasn’t on, but what a cute idea)! Honestly, this hotel was lovely. Elevators are efficient and spacious, hotel is quiet, ample parking and literally the perfect location on 46 and near 278. Exactly where you wanna be. Half way between HII and right up the street from Old Town. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and want to give a huge shout out to Telisha, Kaye, and Rockeya! Smiles, warmth, funny, and beyond attentive.

The hotel check in was a little hectic but it was ok since they only had 1 person working and there were like 5 groups of people waiting to be checked in. She was very apologetic and also thanked us for being an IHG member. The hotel smelled really good and the rooms were very nice and the SMELL like I need that air freshener at home. The breakfast was good. The rooms are so quiet and you will have no trouble sleeping. If you are in Beaufort YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. THIS HOTEL IS SO CLEAN. THE STAFF ARE SO AMAZING. STAFF THEY ARE SO NICE CLEAN -THIS HOTEL IS SO CLEAN ROOMS- The rooms are fresh and renovated smells really good once again. *we stayed here in September 2022 but I’m sure nothing changed and they probably have went above and beyond in ways to be even more better*

This Holiday Inn is like so many others. We expected a clean, comfortable room—check. Free simple breakfast in a pleasant setting—check. Fresh cookies in the evening. Dog treats. But what really impressed us was the friendly staff—not only with clients, but with each other. They make this place a calm, pleasant place to be. The Halloween decorations made it fun, too. The location is great—off the busy road, so it’s quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

This is a very nice Holiday Inn, especially given their very reasonable room rates. Excellent location. The rooms are large, well maintained and well designed with a desk, very ample storage place with a closet and 5 large drawers, a couch, a medium-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee pot and a small safe. There were adequate outlets for devices. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large. The towels were rough (really the only negative). The breakfast was better than expected with multiple hot and cold options. The biscuits were delicious. Housekeeping was prompt, efficient. Although some of the afternoon front desk staff weren't pleasant or welcoming, the evening and early AM desk staff were very nice. Also nice were texts, presumably from desk staff, asking me how I was enjoying my stay. This was an overall very pleasant visit. Holiday Inn has upped their game. I would stay here again.

A delightful surprise was the complimentary Otis Spunkmeyer hot, gooey chocolate chip cookie we received upon check-in - a sweet touch that added warmth to our welcome. The cookie was absolutely delicious and set a positive tone for our stay. The coffee machine in the room took K cup style coffee pods. their coffee was good. There was a good size breakfast with a variety of choices. What was disappointing was that there was no coffee in the breakfast room. There was a big sign that said sorry there was only decaf coffee and hot water. But there was no way people could get any coffee at all. People were standing around wondering where the assistant was and a person never came. Other than that, I was very pleased with this motel.

Reviews of this hotel are spot on. From checking in to breakfast the next morning everything was great. My room was quiet, clean, a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, bath towels that were worthy of a much more expensive hotel, and nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices and a nice dining area with soft leather seats. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. There is a pool which had did not try but it looked very nice also. This place will definitely be my go-to stay when driving through Hardeeville. And bonus, you are only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah where hotel prices are 3-4 times more expensive and usually do not provide free parking.

Arrived at 4pm. Easy check-in. The staff was friendly very helpful with the A/C unit in the room. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Very spacious room with a walk-in shower. Plenty of towels. Helpful advice on great local restaurants. Served a big and delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Very spacious, clean rooms. It is right off the highway so if you are outside, it can be quite loud. However, my room was directly facing the highway and I did not hear any traffic sounds in my room. There is an amazing dog walking area. There is a great, free breakfast but, having my dog with me, I could not leave her in the room or go into the breakfast area with her to enjoy the breakfast, which is where the coffee was located. The person at the front desk was kind enough to bring me a cup of coffee from the breakfast area. That was very thoughtful.

A breath of fresh, clean air—literally and figuratively! After a traumatic attempt to stay elsewhere (we won’t name names… but the roaches know who they are), we landed at the Best Western down the street—and wow, what a difference! The room was immaculate—clean floors, fresh linens, and not a single insect in sight (10/10 already). The shower was wonderful, with hot water that didn’t take 20 minutes to show up. It felt like we were washing away all the bad decisions from earlier in the night. Breakfast was a solid win, too. A great selection of options—hot and cold—and all included for free. Coffee was hot, waffles were fluffy, and no one had to fight a roach for the last bagel. The staff was kind, professional, and didn’t look surprised to see us checking in after fleeing the other place. Highly recommend staying here if you like things like cleanliness, comfort, and not being traumatized.

Biking to the tree house in Moreland was a ton of fun. The shuttle was very convenient along with the golf carts around the property. We had a special weekend and look forward to going back to visit. Staff- I apologize for leaving anyone off because everyone we spoke to was incredible and truly made our stay memorable! Laura reached out to me in advance and was SO helpful with planning our visit in advance. I wish we were able to meet her while we were there. She was also secretly working with my boyfriend (now fiance) to plan the proposal and the perfect evening. Carol at the concierge desk was very helpful from restaurant menus on property, bike trails, and shop info to planning our day trip to Savannah (parking, restaurants, and shops). Felicia at Octagon was an amazing waitress and made our dinner very enjoyable. I could go on and on about the staff at the Inn and around the property. I wish I remember all of their names.

From the moment I drove up to the inn I knew this was going to be a special place. Every staff member was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve never experienced that level of service or luxury before, even at 5 star hotels. The resort buildings and grounds are beautiful and perfectly manicured. There are so many fun activities and places to explore. I even got to participate in star gazing one night and looked through a high-power telescope to see the craters on the moon. The pools are heated to perfection (who knew winter swimming was fun?!) and there are multiple jacuzzis available all day. Relaxation heaven. They have a coffee station in the morning, cookies, tea and lemonade in the afternoon and s’mores in the evenings by the fire. The spa, massage and amenities were great too. Montage has truly perfected the vacation experience. You can lounge and relax or you can have lots of active adventures. It’s not a stuffy atmosphere at all, but rather warm and welcoming and super friendly. I traveled solo and had the best time meeting other travelers. It’s also SUPER dog friendly! My dog enjoyed the trip as much as I did. Miles and miles of trails to walk and explore. They left a bed, bowls, and homemade biscuits for her in the room. She really freaked out over the dog biscuits so they must have been good. All the restaurants and food were exceptional too. Best meals I’ve ever had. Just a perfect 5 star resort!

Montage Palmetto Bluff is a beautiful escape. The entire property is meticulously cared for with wildlife around the area. We saw many deer, fishes, and even some gators in May river. We had a cottage with river views and it was so relaxing. The entire property is dog friendly and I had my two dogs treated like royalty. The River house restaurant is an absolute must. It’s incredibly delicious - so good we ate there twice. My husband and I are already making plans to go back!

Fantastic, spacious and scenic grounds! Attentive, knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff! Beautiful, family friendly, clean and spacious accommodations. Unending variety of activities to keep everyone entertained for your stay. Perhaps the most memorable and enjoyable experience I’ve had in my years. I was there on business but will be planning a trip back with my family and would recommend Montage palmetto bluff to all who will listen.

This place is beautiful and is only for the rich and famous. The hotel needs a small tweak to make it 5 starts. My compliments to the staff who are very accommodating an very willing to go the extra mile. The overall appearance shows that it needs an update. The rooms are showing wear as are the carpets and floors. There is a lot to do for the family and the costs are minor. Horseback riding and bicycle for riding are available and reasonable. Breakfast and dinner are not at a reasonable cost but I guess if you are paying over 600 hundred dollars a night you expect to pay over $100 for three people . The restaurant also has a very limited breakfast menu. The food for breakfast was just so so . I attended a dinner buffet and it was a delicious. Complaints are that we waited over 60 minutes to get our luggage after we checked in. This made it very difficult to get ready for our party . We checked in at 3 pm and waited for our room to be ready. We waited and waited and finally our luggage arrived at 5 pm. We were to be at party by 6 p.m. Not very easy to get a family of 5 ready for a party in one hour. Apologies were received but this was not 5 star service.

Thank you for the wonderful experience, by a friendly staff in a first class hotel. Bravo!

We stayed the previous year and so enjoyed it we booked again. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bar tenders were engaging and delightful. The room was immaculate, warm, comfortable and quiet. This places out does every other place on Hilton Head Island.

What an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing place to spend a long weekend. This property has become our “Go To” Valentine’s Day venue for the last three years. The golf course view, the friendly staff and the quiet room combine for a “Great Escape”.

Welcoming staff explained all details clearly. Hotel facilities were very cozy. Room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Morning light breakfast was very convenient to start the day quickly. Parking is free which is a great bonus.

We loved our stay at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town! This hotel has so much charm, beautiful views, great amenities (shuttle, bikes, beach chairs and towels, etc.), and the resort property is so beautiful and has plenty to offer! On top of all of that, the staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay on HHI!

My partner and I stayed here for one night at the end of December 2024 during our road trip. This has been one of the best motels we have ever stayed at (I've stayed at a mixture of hostels, motels, airbnbs, and hotels around the world). Super clean, comfortable room. We stayed on a second floor room and the exterior doors to the hall where you access rooms gets locked at night, so felt safe. Quiet overnight. Breakfast in the morning was an actual breakfast - make-your-own waffle machine; yoghurt; fruit; and a few things on warmers (which I didn't have). All staff we interacted with were super friendly. There is an outdoor pool that we didn't use (since it was cold in December). Ample parking included on the site. Overall we would highly recommend this Red Roof Inn.

For the price , this is an EXCEPTIONAL VALUE. Everything was CLEAN , CLEAN , CLEAN , from the room , to the lobby , to the breakfast room. Even breakfast was fresh , hot and decent , better actually than other places we have stayed in Savannah. We travel from Florida to North Carolina several times a year. We always stop halfway in Savannah because we enjoy the city. I normally would NEVER choose a hotel at this price level but thought , doesn’t hurt to try 1 time. I am so glad I took the chance. We will be staying here EVERYTIME we come through. You WILL NOT find a better hotel for this price level than Red Roof Inn in Hardeesville.

A extremely clean well maintained property that is pet friendly. The king bed was very comfortable in room 108 with very crisp white bed linens. I checked in late in the evening and both of the owners were so friendly and accommodating. As a single lady traveling, I felt extremely safe. The parking lot is well lighted and the grounds are very nice. Breakfast was very good as well. I will stop here most definitely in the future.

The unit was very spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of venues (restaurants, shops, etc) that were walkable. Easy access to the beach, as well as pools available if preferred. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay

We loved the location, the roomy apartment with a nice view and friendly staff. Really nice pool area. The resort is set in a lovely wooded area with a lagoon. One of the highlights was the wildlife. Very close to everything, Coligny Plaza, restaurants, bars and the beach. Highly recommend this resort.

The property has so much to offer. Pools, hot tub, turtle feeding for children, ping-pong, giant checkers, connect four. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and parks. Close to the beach. Safe area with plenty of parking and spacious rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. It is very clean and bright upon entry. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We were able to get checked in quickly, with no issues. The room was exactly as pictured and expected. The beds are comfortable and provide a decent nights sleep. The toiletries provided in the bathroom are Dove brand— and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic for a hotel. And, the most important part— the breakfast buffet is one of the best selections our family has seen at a hotel. Fresh omelettes, Turkey and pork sausage, fresh fruit, yogurts, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, a variety of cereals and hot and cold beverages. They are constantly refreshing it and again, the staff is above and beyond. If you are looking for an affordable stay that meets your needs, look no further. Book this hotel with confidence!

I have to say we have stayed in a lot of places and this property was probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. Very clean, the room was comfortable. The staff was so sweet and nice. The man who was running breakfast was top notch ! He didn’t let anything run out, everything was so clean. He was so nice and friendly. Just awesome. I wish I could remember his name. Speaking of breakfast that was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So fresh. We will be staying here again for sure !

Very comfortable stay in two rooms for a family of 6. The two adjacent rooms had two queens and a sofa bed in each! Very spacious and comfortable, with microwave and fridge in both rooms. Nearby restaurants are easy to get to, and staff is friendly and helpful. Our 4 teenage boys definitely did justice to the free breakfast buffet!

The location of this property is great, right off I95 and in the morning I 95 exit was right across the street. The staff was friendly even though they were going through a software update, which made things a little hectic. The room was very clear and it smelled really nice. Breakfast buffet was good, pork or turkey sausage, cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy. Plus you had your cereal, and choices of breads, pancakes and warm cinnamon buns. Fresh fruit,Variety of juices , COFFEE!!! OH….the beds, they were so comfortable. I think I covered everything on this hotel. This place will definitely be our place to layover from now on.

We went to the Okatie Ale House for dinner (about 6 miles away) which we really enjoyed. Try the seafood pot pie. YUM!

The room was clean, modern, friendly Staff, great breakfast, and a good price. As far as Hilton head goes, I will never go back. It took 45 minutes to get to the beach, and over an hour to get back. It was only 15 miles, but with all the stoplights and traffic jams it was horrible. This was the best hotel on our entire trip.

Hotel was clean and in a great area. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at front desk. Room was just as pictured.

Everything was great till I got in the shower and it must have been skipped to be cleaned. There was hair from being shaved and stuff on the shelves. There was also an envelope asking for a tip from them cleaning the room which I felt is really starting to get stupid. First of all a clean room is what we pay $110+ a night for; and it wasn’t all the way clean.

It looks like a new facility. I was only staying for one night, but every kind of feature and amenity was available to me! It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Extremely clean and bathroom in perfect working order. I had to leave one night early And the staff was super helpful! Thank you!

I’ve been staying at the red roof inn on Hilton head island on n off, and the location is so convenient and close to many restaurants. Walkable distance to a lot of places to visit. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms I’ve stayed in so far have always been clean and all the amenities working. The front desk ladies have been amazing especially miss franny she’s been the best and hands on always so polite and a smile on her face. She’s so welcoming and always ready to help. Miss Sara was wonderful she’s been so great as well. Very friendly. They’ve been so attentive. Kudos!! And mr Mike the manager was such a nice gentleman very understanding a great leader. Not to forget the housekeeping staff have always been so good. They keep the rooms clean and always wished me the time of day and had a smile on their faces. The coffee bar in the lobby always has hot fresh coffee at any time of the day. The ice machine has ice at anytime as well. The pool area is so cozy and the pool was clean. In fact I saw the pool being cleaned back to back during my stay which made me feel comfortable to get in often. Overall experience was amazing to me the price is great for what the island offers. I’d recommend red roof inn if you’re on a budget and trust me you won’t be disappointed. A big thank you to the entire RRI team for a pleasant and safe stay. I will definitely come back again especially because of the redipoints rewards they offer.

We stayed for three nights in a first floor suite and had a great experience. We were vacationing with our dogs and they were welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It had a microwave, two tv’s, a little refrigerator and a coffee maker. The manager and everyone working there were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to beaches, a dog park, shopping, and good restaurants. We really had an amazing time in Hilton Head and the stay here was a big part of that. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Its my family and i first time staying at the red roof the rooms was clean spacious not to mention the bed verycomfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and thanks to shaunett at the front desk our checking was quick and fast the Best part about this hotel is that its pet friendly i almost forget my dog lol the wiffi was easy to access and the pool temperature excellent and thanks to mr Mike for the restaurant recommendations i would recommend this hotel if you are in the area

The rooms are big and spacious. Beds are comfortable and roomy, big tvs in the rooms. Pool was open and kept clean. The receptionist was friendly and attentive to any issues we had in a very timely matter.

The property is showing its age and could use a bit of TLC but overall it’s good. The room was a bit musty but clean and fully functional. It was quiet and centrally located with plenty of restaurants nearby. The grounds and pool area are well kept and clean. Reception staff were friendly. It’s a good budget option.

The only bad thing I'd really have to say, is the Wi-Fi doesn't reach to the back of the hotel and the breakfast option wasn't that great and you couldn't take it to your room. You had to stay in the breakfast room and eat. Personally I would've looked to eat my breakfast in my room in my pj's instead of everyone seeing me in my pj's lol. But everything was very nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was hot and clean.

This is a very nice hotel. I don't know what else there is to do in Hardeeville that would make this a destination spot, although it is about 20 miles outside of Savannah. But as a "stopover" while travelling down I-95 it is excellent!! The room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, breakfast buffet is decent. PRice is very reasonable...all in all an excellent stopover

Great stay over on our way down south. Front desk staff were amazing! Shout out to Saager (Sunni)! Will see you the end of February..haha! Big rooms, clean beds, great price for a one bedroom suite. Big hot breakfast. Staff super friendly and willing to help.

Appreciate the staff and administration since they did a good job in welcoming our stay. We had a great breakfast and our room was very clean. The quality of the bathrooms is nice and the rooms are very spacious.

The front desk person was very nice & an easy going. He answered any questions we had. He informed us that the hotel was in the process of being renovated. Which it was. The room “did not” smell. Hot & cold breakfast.

Breakfast was ok. Hard to get thru between chairs when tables were full. Tight space. Disappointed in no restaurants to have a nice meal.

the woman at the front desk at night was great.

It had useful equipment-microwave and fridge and was a good value for money paid.

I called ahead because I had two dogs with me and the woman working the front desk was so friendly and informative. The hotel was recently renovated and we were given a renovated room even though we had our two dogs with us. Breakfast was available from 6AM to 9AM and the parking was free. The water in the shower was hot (and good pressure). The shower never got cold despite people taking showers back to back. Also, the hotel was very well lit and I felt safe parking/walking around at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again the next time we are near Hilton Head.

Motel under renovation...Nothing fancy but perfect for an overnight stay...Handicapped room needs more bars to get up from the toilet...and needs a small counter by the sink..Relatively quiet ...Strange but pleasant sound of a train whistle in the early morning hours..Bed very comfortable and TV worked well...as did internet.

No bugs seen. Everything appeared clean. Pillows were lumpy, so I should have brought my own. Breakfast was sugary cereal, milk, coffee, juice, waffles, and toast. Plenty of syrup. The juice was Florida Natural, so it tasted good. I would have appreciated butter or margarine for the waffles and toast. Eggs would have been nice.

Staff is always so nice, my room is always clean, and they’re located by a lot of convenient stores. A few food options but Waffle House is a plus… Super8 is the best hotel I highly recommend
