Lovely hotel - not a chain so you get a more authentic and 'local' feel. We had a superior room with jacuzzi which looked modern, was large and had everything needed for a good stay. No significant facilities like you'd find in the chain hotels as it's a mid size hotel but the location just down from Parque 93 was great - very safe and a number of restaurants in the area worth visiting. Storia D'Amore was our favourite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport pickup worked well and was reasonable (pay driver rather than it being added to your bill for reference but you can pay in USD if you dont have COP). Return transfer also worked well and was cheaper. Takes around 20-30 mins to reach the airport depending on traffic. Did a great city tour with Gran Columbia tours which was superb and they picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel too. Handy little supermarket at the end of the street for snacks and drinks. Breakfast had cook to order eggs and a good variety of hot and cold dishes in a buffet format. For the price, the stay was very good value.

The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable in any way! We loved our stay! The bed was amazing! The shower and bathroom perfect. The breakfast was super super nice and tasty. Staff were all friendly. Super clean. Quiet. Located in a nice area of Bogot. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. But more like an expats- feel. So safe as well. A bit far from la candelaria. But easy connection to the airport. Gracias por todo 🙏

We stayed here for 9 days and booked a spacious room with 2 double beds on the second floor. It was very comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities we wanted. I used the gym 4 times and really enjoyed it as it was usually empty and all mine. The service was excellent. When we needed something the staff didn’t delay in obliging. The breakfast was varied daily and fresh and tasty with good options. The area felt safe and was within walking distance to many restaurants.

Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel! Well located and friendly staff, our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and we really enjoyed the spaciousness. All the staff were friendly and always helpful, even with my bad Spanish. The breakfast was very good and plenty on offer. Highly recommend this hotel when in Bogota!

Great place to stay in the medical area of Bogota. It is a good neighborhood with many restaurants and very walkable. Great staff at the hotel. The jacuzzi and sauna and Turkish sauna are very nice. No complaints.

Well what can I say, we absolutely loved this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is great, it’s quiet and busy at the same time. The room/apartment is wonderful and well stocked. The jacuzzi is massive, the shower has almost instant piping hot water(which is not common at all in Colombia), the bed is comfortable and the TV even had directv with movies and sports 😲😉, The breakfast was great too, fruit, yogurt and then eggs cooked to order. I would suggest downloading the Rappi app for food if you are arriving late at night though as the hotel doesn’t cook at night. This is not a five star hotel but for us it was a five star experience. Fabulous.

The calentado was rotten, and the waiters were worried about the Asian looking guest than the Latinos i observed how the would go around offering coffee and after waiting I long time I had to get up and Walt to the hosted if anyone could offers me a coffee, funny enough the same day we had the same experience, we also had dinner and we had the same experiences super slow service and the food was ent so good. I also had a massage at the spa and they timid me I could sower to remove the oil but they didn’t give me a towel and I had no way to call anyone so I had to put my closed with the oil on my body.

The hotel was very nice; delicious breakfast, large, clean and comfortable room, close to the airport, very friendly staff and helpful with transport around the city and airport transfer.

Everything met or exceed my expectations. The hotel is very clean and you can tell they put in the effort in doing that. The breakfast was standard but good. The coffee is amazing. The restaurant makes great food and the room service is late, until 10pm.

Everything exceeded my expectations about this hotel. The room was very spacious 37sqm. and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was especially nice. Strong water pressure. The spa experience was great, although you have to pay separately. There was a 20% discount as hotel guest. Breakfast was good.

Liked the exclusiveness from our floor, the jacuzzi, my daugther loved the pool. The guys at the primavera restaurant were very nice and also sung for my daughters birthday, Diana at the Guadalup restaurant gave us excellent service every morning for breakfast and the Cuban guy from the bar was awesome as well.

This hotel is near several inexpensive restaurants (within 3 to 7 blocks). What stands out in my mind is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They are willing to do whatever for the customer. Speaking Spanish helps (I am fluent), but they will try hard to accomodate you if you speak English only. The morning breakfast was good and they will fix you eggs any style in addition to what you see on the tables. Alvaro in the restaurant is very friendly. The rooms were ok (two stays - room 612 and 305) - it is a little noisy and the rooms are small, but decent. The shower could work a little better but it was fine. Transportation - hotel/airport to and from available. No gym or pool here - just a lower cost hotel with security, free parking, free Wifi, and free breakfast. Close to airport.

Everything about this place was spot on. Location is perfect, cause its close to the airport and to Bogota center. Breakfast was really good and tasty. Room was very clean. Staff and management friendly, helpfull and amazing.

Ok location, not a lot in the general area of the hotel but Transmillerno stop nearby allows a quick trip rip to airport or Bogotá city centre so avoiding the traffic. Great staff, very welcoming. Rooms were clean and well maintained., really powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was really great but would advise not to leave it to the last hour as food can run out.

The room was excellent, breakfast is dedicated to Colombians mainly not expatriates. So don't expect the usual breakfast you see in other countries. Mainly Arepas, Scrambled eggs or you can order your eggs as you like it, cereals, fruits and once there were meatballs in the breakfast. But the overall quality of breakfast is ok. Our room had a jacuzzi which requires external activation but it was nice. Try to choose a room ending with number 3 as it's not looking the street, so less noisy and also doesn't have the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff was good, but Julio was exceptionally supportive and addressed all our requests exceeding our expectations. The hotel is very good and highly recommended because the area is safe, with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. As a common practice in Colombia, don't walk at night unless you are in a group or have secured transportation.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are welcoming and courteous, making it a pleasant place to stay. The establishment is clean and beautiful. Our bedroom had all the necessary amenities, and the beds were comfortable. The food is great. The free breakfast and the room service, no complaints there. I would gladly return. If you need to stay in the area, or if you need to travel elsewhere, I recommend using Uber or a taxi. It is conveniently located.

Location is excellent for anyone to visit US embassy. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Room and washroom was neat and clean. Hotel staffs and reception was very helpful. They arranged the accommodation as requested.

The property was well maintained, rooms were clean and the location is perfect if you are going to the US Embassy.

Most importantly was the location of Cite Hotel It was our first time in Bogota, and we found out from two guides that picked us up from our hotel told us that we were staying in the best area of the city. Central to most everything. We walked to a couple of great restaurants nearby in the evening and all around during the day and never once did we have any issues. Now safety aside, what a cool hotel with such a great staff, so accommodating & super friendly. Breakfast in the morning was perfect with an egg dish made to order and lots of fresh fruit and pastries plus hot dishes to choose from. The room was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed. Room with a cool view! And now, so important to us was a very hot shower in a beautifully tiled and appointed bathroom. And then above everything it was a quiet part of town, so there was no partying in bars nearby. While it was easy to go to restaurants & bars walking wise, we were far enough away to not let the noise disturb our sleep. This is now our go to place in Bogota and we will be recommended to all of our friends & family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cite Hotel! It was our first trip to Bogota and we chose our hotel based on the reviews, close to the Zona Rosa but not too busy. We got a room on the 8th floor offering magnificent views of the mountains and the city lights. The room was big, modern and very clean, including a safe, coffee maker, and minibar. Bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was great every morning, and the green juice is delicious! Also try the whole wheat mini croissants, they were incredible. Our stay wouldn't be the same without the staff. Alex, who we met every night, responded to our needs in a timely manner and courteous as ever. Also the staff during the day, breakfast service and the cleaning staff was very helpful!! Sunny regards from Aruba!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed is excellent with private clean bathroom, great view, TV in room etc. The place is spotless, the staff are helpful and kind and the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had with alot of choice. The welcome drink is an excellent touch too. The hotel is in a safe area with lots of shops and restaurants around! Has a rooftop pool too which is lovely

Location: lovely surroundings, near a park. Room: Very spacious, light, large window overlooking the park. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Good air con which is important to me for a good night sleep. Great shower. Facilities: lovely rooftop pool. Didn’t use the gym but looked well equipped. Breakfast: amazing array of fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, as well as traditional Colombian foods to try. Omelettes were fantastic. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, perfect for a night snack and drink if needed. Closes around 9pm. Staff: Wonderful. Were so helpful, generous with their time and provided excellent service. Tours: We booked these through Book a Guide and were picked up and dropped off from and to the hotel. Used Uber to get around and no more than 15mins from a restaurant hotspot and about 25 to 35 minutes from Cardinal, the main restaurant and historical area. I recommend this hotel if you want a bit of tranquillity after a day of exploring. An early morning walk in the park before breakfast was wonderful. On Sunday, roads are closed to cars to allow, runners, walkers and cyclists to do their thing - they have priority, as they should. So, if on a tour or trying to get somewhere, build in extra time to get there.

This an amazing place to stay been many times Bogota have tried several hotel around park 93 and Virrey Park non compare to Cite Hotel. Amazing restaurant location and super friendly helpful staff. They actually have over sized king bed super comfortable and amazing pillows. Is quiet and safe. Police sub station aceros the street beautiful park what else can I say

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the reviews but I am so happy I booked it anyway. I will most certainly be back. The area around the hotel is safe and fantastic. Packed with excellent restaurants (Maraflor and Osaki are two examples), nightly entertainment, high end shopping mall, 24 hour groceries, cafés and more! I was so delighted in almost every way. I stayed in the best suite and it was packed with features: 2 person hot tub, living room with a fireplace, office area, kitchen area with full size refrigerator, safety deposit box, television, beautiful and large bathroom. They have an underground parking lot which was amazing, despite some minor issues (see below)! And the kitchen staff really sealed the deal for me. Carolina in the restaurant spoke English and was so sweet and accommodating. I told her I was vegetarian and every morning she offered to make me meat-free scrambled eggs. The food choices are plentiful, delicious and the coffee did not disappoint! I don't agree with the negative reviews at all. The staff was happy to replace my 2 towels whenever I asked and the building looked inviting from the outside. Inside, everything was clean and the upper floors are accessible by elevator. I do not feel that it is in need of renovations.

Loved our stay at Gio! Breakfast was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It is a few blocks from Parque 94 where there are tons of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and spacious but could have had some repainting and a couple of minor fixes done. It seems to be more of a locals' hotel, so the staff didn't speak much English, but this made it feel more immersive (and a great bang for the buck). Loved the staff, loved breakfast, loved the location and value.

Location was amazing in a nice trendy Neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés, and bars options. Casa real was very clean and staff was friendly, specially Mr. Andrés the Night-shift receptionist. This man is a gem! Was so helpfull and friendly. The place includes a modest breakfast, and daily house keeping which are always welcomed. Over all a good stay.

The room was very comfortable and the staff kept it very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel is very safe and walkable with many good restaurants close by.

It was a hidden gem! The staff made us feel like family, and the pool and children's playground were perfect for a relaxing stay. The included breakfast was delicious, and they even offer lunch options. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay

The service, every single detail on the restaurant. When they serve us all the waiters, the receptionists night shift , the security guards , the kindness of a special waiter, who gives us a nice dessert on him . It was a very nice detail. We fell in love with the workers, from the cleaners to the housekeeping, all the security guards, people at the Terraze restaurant, at the pool. The location is perfect around the corner. You have a supermarket, and then on the other side, you have 2 blocks down. You have so many different restaurants. Coffee places everything was walking, distant, close to the museum. It was perfect.

The hotel is pretty, the room was large, the beds were comfortable, I liked the view. The elevator is clean. We bough breakfast buffet and it was delicious. We also used the pool which was warm and I liked the design of the pool area. They also offered me taxi service from and to airport.

Restaurant is good, with home cooked style meals, and special weekly menus. I had one night a fish pasta al pesto that I loved.

The breakfast was good and the room was nice. The staff was really friendly. Although the hotel was opposite a noisy club, the bedroom was very quiet. We arrived past midnight, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when checking us into our room.

Hi. I selected a hotel instead of an Airbnb because of the security. And this hotel provides this security that I wanted. Staff helps you a lot. They are very friendly, from the chef to the cleaners. If you need any advice related to the city. They can give you that, just ask for them, they’re always there to help you. Was my first time with my brother in the city, I was concerned about the taxis and the mobility in the city. However, the location is perfect, is near of everything. If you want to go to downtown, best restaurants, airport, malls, or a place for a concert uber cost you no more than 25k or 30k COP.

Like most hotels in Colombia there is lack of available outlets to charge phones, Ipads and such. If there are 2 people staying someone always has to charge their phone in the bathroom or else you take turns fighting for the outlets like middle seat passengers fighting for armrests. :-) Overall very good. Great Value. Will stay again.

I love the location it’s very close to the international airport El Dorado a short taxi journey to the the city centre and the Salitre bus terminal. Reception organise safe taxis if you ask them. Breakfast is of excellent variety with traditional Colombian fare as well as a continental breakfast variety and of course Colombian coffee. As a regular customer the staff got to know us and always deliver excellent service, equally to all other customers. Staff is attentive to customers at all times, very polite and professional service.

The reception and room service are good; the only inconvenience I had was on October 6th with the person assisting in the restaurant, and precisely today, October 7th, the same lady was there. She is very rude and lacks customer service training. On two occasions, I had to get up to ask her to help us with the coffee because we already had everything and our breakfast was almost over, but she was reluctant to assist us. When she finally brought the coffee, it was like a hurricane, and my mother's dress got splashed due to her rudeness and lack of service. The restaurant service is good, but these individuals with such an attitude undermine the overall experience.

The staff was amazing; super helpful and friendly. The facilities were also excellent and the location was safe and very central. The only thing was that the street was very noisy at night, with music playing through 2-3am and you could hear it from the room.

I was just on a quick overnight from the states and heading to Quito and this was a perfect stop. Hot shower. Big Bed. There was even a TV station in English. The breakfast was nice. The room is simple but if you just need to refresh, this is perfect.

Location is everything with this place! When I say you step outside into everything, I mean exactly that! Night clubs, upscale shopping mall, numerous amazing restaurants/bars and even three casinos are with in footsteps of the front door! The building is so brand new and sturdy that it barely shook during the 6.7 earthquake that hit while I was staying (don’t worry travelers, earthquakes that big are extremely rare in bogota). The staff was amazing, the apartment was perfect, everything working, water nice and hot (not everywhere in bogota can boast that) and though the balcony was very tiny, had an amazing view of the mountains. Even have an amazing laundry room as well with real washer AND real dryers.. believe me I know it sounds silly to get excited about a dryer but in Colombia a vast majority of laundry are washer/dryer in the same machine and they are horrible.. here you can do your laundry easily without having to send it out to be done right

I recently stayed at this small hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure all of my needs were met. The guys from kitchen was beyond kind and nice! And the girl in front desk so helpful. Spacious rooms, breakfast is nice, the staff is very helpful and speaks English (not all of them), beds are very comfortable, hot showers with great pressure, great location for the conference, some nice restaurants and bars in the street. Left my luggage for a week with them and it was perfect.

The hotel is clean, safe and cheap so it is ideal for an overnight stay after or before a flight. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle service with limited hours. The neighbourhood is a bit industrial and very very local, there are some bars mainly strip clubs and a shopping mall within walking distance. I felt safe enough but would feel the same if I was with children or a female

A warm welcome in Bogota. One of the staff spoke enough English to sort out any queries and make sure we felt safe and welcome on our first night in Colombia. The breakfast was good and there was a panoramic view of the city the mountains and the rolling dark clouds from their roof top restaurant.

There. was no heat! You get only one free van ride, either to or from the airport , area kind of rough,close to airport but far from everything else. Breakfast was OKAY but nothing special . What I loved the most about the place was every detail, the water fountain there are fishes in it, the yoga temple and the dome, perfect places to meditate and to chill, nice cushions to sit down and really comfortable; another highlight is the staff welcoming and from different parts of South America, I was caught by the 3 lovely cats mainly I planed to stay there 2 nights and ended up spending 6 in total. It includes breakfast and also you can have drinkable water Staying in the hostel was perfect because of the location and the proximity to main avenues. Every bed has a lamp and curtains so the area to sleep is completely dark. I also like that they offer products made there like food, honey with bees in the place, kombucha, etc

It was clean and each bed in the dorms is private, you can close it off , it was quiet and I got a good sleep! Friendly staff, central location and they had lots of cool stuff to sell in their store

Elias was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, friendly and it was brilliant to practice my Spanish with him. It was also possible to refill my water bottle with filtered, chilled water and also to get coffee whenever you wish. The WiFi is extremely fast too. The views from both the room and balcony are amazing, and the security couldn't be better - it is in a gated block with security guards 24/7. The bed was also probably the most comfortable I've slept in over my whole trip. I would certainly book again if I'm in Bogotá.

Location was great. Very safe and quiet. Amazing views of the mountains. Elías was an amazing host.

You could not ask for a better host than Elias. He is so kind and attentive! I was going through a hard time in my personal life and he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok while staying there which is not even something he needed to do. As for the apartment, the rooms are well kept and clean and it is a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. There is even a small bodega in the building too so if you need something real quick, you don't necessarily need to find a grocery store. I highly highly recommend this place and Elias is the best host anyone could ask for!

All the staff was very nice and attentive: always ready to help you with whatever it is you need. The facilities were beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. The location is excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi is a must if you're staying there!

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Cassa Luxury Homes is the perfect alternative to a hotel. The rooms/ apartments are so spacious, generous and beautifully decorated, and also very well equipped with kitchen, kettle, big Tv, desk etc. The location is perfect, in front of a park with playgrounds and restaurants and shopping nearby. The personal is very kind, super attentive and made us feel again very welcome. Another nice plus are the gym and the heated roof top pool. The breakfast is delicious with a vast choice of cold and warm food, rather a brunch! this was our third stay at Cassa and we can highly highly recommend it!

What I liked most was that every day there was a surprise, like having sleepers or extra luggage racks after our daily room service. Breakfast was always awesome and there was never the same menu. Some items remained but we always found something new to try. The decoration of every space was simply spectacular. We loved the fresh flower arrangements, tropical leaves, the small electric fireplaces, and specially, the ethnic decoration incredibly matched with updated and modern items and colors. Staff was very welcoming and polite, and reflected how well they have been trained and managed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a perfect addition to our stay, and the gym was perfect for keeping our exercise routines while away from home. Of course, the coffee was always great. Every space was in pristine condition. It is very well located in the city and there were several options nearby the hotel for dining or getting last minute items, like snacks or medicines; not to mention that there is a nice mall in about three blocks walk.

We stayed here for a day and night on our way back from La Paz. This was our second time. We paid a little extra for a room upgrade so that we could check-in early in the morning. Our room was modern, very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was also a fantastic view of the city. The toiletries were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent - diverse, fresh and delicious. Room service was great. We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor. The pool/sauna/gym complex is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had one of the best massages of our lives at the spa.

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch—professional, attentive, and warm. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning views of the city and mountains. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The hotel’s spa and indoor pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal—close enough to major attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Only downside is that it was so nice I didn't want to leave the hotel :)

There was an ARA grocery store nearby, there’s crêpes and waffles along with a couple other restaurants the room service menu is excellent especially if you are getting there very late in the night. It’s 24 hours. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. Everything feels modern. The breakfast is awesome! They have eggs, fruit, cheese, assortment of bread, coffee and butter. The staff is very helpful for whatever you need. I really appreciated the help of Jonathan, Leonardo, and Javier the rest of the staff was excellent as well. Whenever I needed something, they would be very accommodating. The hotel offers transportation for an additional cost, which was very reliable and very convenient since Uber does not work very well in this area. My husband and I are from the states and we felt very safe there. I highly recommend coordinating transportation from the airport to the hotel. It took away a lot of stress.

Our trip for the Linkin Park concert was extra fun due to our stay in the GHL. The staff was very friendly and on the vibe (they've got Linkin Park songs playing and cupcakes). The hotel also saved us by providing the COP $10-pesos shuttle to and from the Coliseo Medplus (it was chaotic to go and exit the concert). Plus, the restaurant appears to be open 24/7, and their food is delicious - we were starving after the concert (around 1ish am).

The property itself is very well kept, very clean and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. Breakfast has a bit for everyone, you can definitely find something you like. The hotel and the people are really, really good.

The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms renovated, the bed very comfortable, and the decor has clearly been carefully chosen over the years, with great attention to detail. The breakfast service is delicious, served with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt, fresh juice and other dishes prepared every morning by the owner. The location is also incredibly convenient, in a safe and quiet location in La Candelaria. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and I would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Bogota one day.

I loved staying at Candelaria House Boutique. It’s a beautiful colonial house located in the heart of La Candelaria. I requested the room with the balcony, and it was perfect — featuring a very comfortable bed, plenty of space, great privacy, nice decoration with a table and books, and lots of natural light. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even keeping my luggage for me when I returned to Bogotá for a few hours a few days later. The breakfast was delicious, and the room where it is served is absolutely stunning.

Our stay at Candelaria was great. The hotel is located in the old town, very convenient for exploring Bogota. Camillo was very friendly and super helpful, he took time to show us top attractions. Checkin was very convenient. The room was comfortable with a mattress heater. Breakfast was delicious and Lucia, a great cook and very friendly.

I really liked how cozy and well decorated it was. It felt like coming to a family home. It is very quiet and peaceful, rooms are decorated very well and the patio and breakfast room are lovely! I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff member, Jairo, with whom I had very nice conversations and he was really kind in accomodating my requests and making me feel at home. The location is very easily walkable to all tourist attractions and is perfect for 2-3 days of doing touristy things on foot. La Candelaria is safe, as long as you dont act recklessly. I had nothing to complain about.

Wow what an amazing home to stay at while in Bogota! Camilo did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from helping us with a very late check in (after a delayed flight) to a home cooked breakfast each morning. The rooms are comfortable with a private bathroom and the dining room and sitting area is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with options for bread, fruit, eggs and cereal - all prepared fresh. The location is great - all within walking distance to La Candelaria however just out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The Salvio has an understated elegance. Modern yet warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each room has a balcony with stunning views of Bogota. The location is convenient to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is what sets the Salvio apart as each member is professional, friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome and important. The Salvio is one of the best hotels in Colombia.

The location was wonderful, with many places to eat around the park and even a drugstore in the block. It felt safe and great to walk around. I was working remotely from there and the hotel provided great working space on the bedrooms and on the 4th floor. The views from the rooftop bar/breakfast were also great to work and get a fresh view of the mountains. Also the hotel is near zona T with many bars and even more restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Great beds and shower by the way.

An extraordinary place, we absolutely loved it. The hotel’s location is great, no more than a half hour’s drive from pretty much everything to see in the city and located right in the middle of one of Bogota´s main shopping and restaurant centers. There’s even a bunch of restaurants sharing the building with the hotel itself – we tried the Mexican place on the top floor and it’s a total must go for anyone staying in the hotel, awesome food and drinks and stunning views of the city’s hills. Breakfast was also held on the top floor and was really good – shout out to Rodolfo who always made the utmost effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is also really well equipped for anyone travelling on business – great Wifi signal all over and a number of computers and printers available for guests to use also make it an ideal place to work, not to mention the many conference rooms the hotel has. The room itself was extremely comfortable and spacious and everything related to cleanliness and room service was always spot on. Very cool place, we will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries.

It was very pleasant. There was a store on the corner to grab snacks and water. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options fresh fruit, different breads/rolls, smoothies, eggs, fuit juices, coffee, cheeses, cold cuts etc. The breakfast area was actually where you could grab pastries and coffee outside of breakfast hours which was very nice! Staff was Awesome very welcoming and polite!!!..there is a washer/dryer that guests can use and front desk has laundry pods for purchase (very convenient) There was security guard desk at entrance 24/7 who pleasantly greeted you as you entered and exited. Gym was nice and bright with several different machines. Hotel was very well kept and only 15mins from airport.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good shower. Overall it was quiet (I was on the 8th floor), with good restaurant offering a variety of food for breakfast (included in the room) and also for dinner. The staff, despite not proficient in English, made all the effort in understanding my needs, so greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. All aspects were superb. I can not give enough praise to the housekeeping personnel, the front desk was attentive and helpful, security was top notch. The buffet breakfast was a real treat. The Placery restaurant food was tasty and a good variety. I'm a smoker and would have liked to see a couple of benches outside of the hotel to be able to sit and relax on days I didn't venture out. I would stay again.

We loved our stay at EK Hotel in early January. We arrived ahead of normal checkin time but were given a room straight away, with lovely views. The bed was really comfortable, great shower and spacious well thought out room design. Breakfast felt very relaxed, in a much more boutique style than the average large buffet. Although the selection was a bit limited there was good changing variety every day, always good coffee and wonderful fruit, hot and cold options and attentive staff. The area around Parque 93 is safe and walkable and with a good variety of restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend EK for a leisure stay in Bogota.

We don’t speak much Spanish, but everyone went out of their way to help us communicate and feel comfortable. Loved this wonderful hotel perfectly located within 10 minutes of El Retiro and Park 93. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room (junior suite with king bed) was large, great view, and well laid out for our 3 night stay. Comfy bed, great air con, terrific shower. Nespresso in room and bathrobes. Very quiet at night, right in the middle of a garden area with lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices (including eggs made to order). We checked out at noon on our last day and had a late breakfast. The chef was so nice, making us omelets and chatting with us. Everyone made us feel welcome. And the location superb!!

The hotel is well located close to shops and an ATM right next door. The area felt very safe to walk around. It is within easy walking distance of many good restaurants. It is also easy to get an Uber ride into the old area about 20 minutes away. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything functioned. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of foods and excellent fruits. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again.

The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and the breakfast is outstanding with excellent and attentive service by the staff and a wide variety of wonderful breakfast options to choose from. I also highly recommend the restaurant Cook's Porterhouse for dinner that offers a variety of perfectly cooked steaks and has a good selection of wines. The 12 noon checkout makes for a perfect stay for couples. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a better entertainment selection on the TV such as Netflix that has a greater selection of English language entertainment international travellers. We will definitely be back next year.

During my stay in Bogota, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sonesta. The location was perfect for my needs. Close to local restaurants, and right across the street from the mall. The service at Sontesta is beyond 5 stars. From checking in, to the room cleaning staff, to the amazing breakfast buffet, laundry service, and the cleanliness, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. A hotel Operator named Alejandra was such an amazing, refreshing and energetic resource for all of my needs. I don't recall her last name but she spoke English which made it very easy for me to communicate with her. If you have a need for business or general travel to Bogota, Hotel Sonesta should be your choice. It's about a 30 min or so drive from the airport. Upon my checkout, Alejandra coordinated with the front desk staff and had a lunch packed for me free of charge for my travel back home! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and not once have I had this experience. This was such a simple, yet considerate display of their absolute amazing attention to customer service. Everything about my stay there was amazing. Very clean, comfortable, and service oriented. Such an amazing experience and I cannot say enough about the staff. It was a very pleasurable travel experience that I highly recommend staying at Sonesta.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast staff even remembered how we like our coffee by the second day. The breakfast buffet and fruit choice was amazing, very varied with something for everyone. The beds were very, very comfortable with good pillows, and I'm picky in that regard. The shower pressure was great with nice, hot water. The room had all facilities and kits you would need. We required a different room, and the reception staff was also very accommodating. Laundry service was also great! I know Bogotá, so for me the location is perfect for what I needed. It's not central per se, but it's a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a great mall on front and lots of nice little vendors and shops around.

Everything is great about this hotel. Staff is nice and friendly. Room is big, comfortable. Bathroom is big and comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was amazing, many options, specialty yogurt and juices, holiday specialties too, egg station for any eggs you like, coffee right to your table. Really enjoyable. The area is great and safe, I knew I had the mall very close with supermarket, movie theater, shops. First day I ordered room service and had an issue, they IMMEDIATELY resolved in the best possible way. Absolute First Class Customer Service. I was impressed. Loved this hotel, you won't regret staying here.

Stayed twice recently with work. A wonderful well presented Hotel, with professional and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was particularly good with a great selection of fresh and cooked foods available. Naturally the coffee and choice of fresh juice was also amazing, which is the standard for a visit to Colombia. The hotel is close to the airport in a safe and secure Embassy area. City centre is 20 min taxi ride, which costs €10 approx by Uber . The hotel is adjacent to a plaza, which contains numerous eateries, coffee shop and a fully equipped gym with a small pool area. Really enjoyed the simple comfort of this hotel. Try and get a room with the view of the Mountain that surrounds the city, it's an amazing view to wake up to during your stay.

I do recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, clean hotel, a perfect buffet breakfast and delicious a la cart dinning options. Spacious hotel room with airport shuttle. Around the hotel are also good restaurants available. Shopping Mall at 10 minutes walk. I will for sure stay again at this hotel.

Modernized building and updated rooms. Great services and friendly staff. We were upgraded to the Executive Floors which breakfast and evening snack bar are served on the same floor, included in our room rate. Clean and spacious room. Although, not located in the very center of the town, it is a safe area and a short taxi ride to the Bolivar Plaza.

I only stayed for one night, but it was great for resting. The best thing I enjoyed was the breakfast; there were various meals for all tastes, and all the food was delicious, at least what I tasted. I used the room service to ask for dinner in my room; it was fast and tasty, too. My room was clean and comfortable. This hotel has a privileged location in the city near restaurants, pubs, and malls.

I stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Bogotá for a month and had an overall great experience. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, although English is only spoken at the reception desk. Breakfast is at a satisfactory level with a decent variety of options. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, which was important for me during my stay. While the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, I would say it’s somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. Some details in the rooms are slightly worn out and could use an update, but that didn’t take away from my overall positive impression. The laundry service works well and was very convenient, but I would recommend that the staff pay closer attention to washing instructions. A few of my clothes shrank due to being washed at incorrect temperatures. All in all, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5. I had a fantastic time and would gladly return.

We had a great time there. It was certainly an excellent choice as the hotel fulfilled all our expectations. Lobby and restaurant areas always clean. Staff always kind and helpful . Our room had a great view of the city, clean areas, cleaning was done every day, towels and sheets smell clean. Breakfast was really good (variety of fruit) offering great different options to guests. TV wasn’t working.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at after arriving on a late flight. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was super easy.The vehicle was luxurious and immaculately clean and the driver polite and courteous. The hotel itself was superb and I could not fault the room in any way and it more than exceeded my expectations, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good with plenty of choice. The staff at this hotel were excellent and they made my stay very enjoyable. Thankyou.

Nice houses and expensive looking buildings fill the area. You can see, 4 blocks away, the beautiful mountains that surrounds the city. Plenty of big trees on the clean streets. I would say this place is a must for romantic getaways. Highly recommended

I had a great stay. This hotel is about as perfect as I've experienced anywhere. The location is great -- a few blocks from the Zona Rosa but in a quiet upper-class residential area. Buses to everywhere half a block away. There is some noise on weekends, but the sound-proof windows in the room blocked at least 80%. The common areas are stunning, several sitting areas with fireplaces. The staff was universality friendly and helpful. The room was large and everything worked and was perfectly clean. It was a little plain but comfortable with tons of closet space, drawers and outlets. The wifi worked great -- about 40 Mbps available. The only negative is there doesn't seem to be heating in the room and Bogota gets chilly. The bed is a bit hard but I slept well and warm under the substantial duvet. Breakfast was very nice in the attractive restaurant. The second breakfast I was offered eggs to order and they made me a fantastic ham and cheese omelet. All in all a super weekend and I will prefer this hotel in the future.

The hotel was situated in an extremely quiet and safe area!! It is possible to walk around without any issues. There are lots of restaurants and shops at a walking distance as well as the Andino Mall. The hotel offers breakfast (extra fees) and it also has an in site restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, it has a fridge and coffee filter, internet, tv, huge clean bathroom. It is one hour away by bus from the historical center.

Hotel Porton is an amazing experience! The property is beautiful and the staff is excellent. My room was modern, sanitary, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is a delicious feast. The location is on a quiet and safe street near the Centro Comercial Andino--an upscale shopping/dining/entertainment district in Bogota. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including Soul Burger, where I ate the best hamburger of my life. Hotel Porton Bogota gets my highest recommendation.

We love this hotel! We enjoyed a clean and up-to-date, large room with a king sized bed and a view. Good breakfast in a well kept, comfortable salon. Helpful, polite and friendly staff - we left a jacket at the hotel previously and they kept it for us for when we returned. Hotel is near shopping, in a safe location (American Embassy nearby) and fairly close to the airport. The staff can provide airport transport if requested. The future roof top patio and possible restaurant is as yet unfinished but when completed will give a wonderful view of the city.

We stayed two nights at this hotel in May, and other than a few glitches with the wifi, we were very pleased. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in any hotel. The room and bathroom, although not large, were completely adequate. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, so it's quite convenient, and it is a very short Uber ride to the beautiful Centro Comercial Gran Estacion Shopping Mall. Additionally, there is a supermarket in the next block, and four blocks away was the wonderful restaurant, Soy Carnivoros!

The staff is their biggest asset and made us feel really welcomed. Everybody has been extremely nice and responsive and helpful to every request. We spent 5 days at the hotel and we felt so comfortable and at home. From the reception, to the hotel manager, to the people at the restaurant, the cleaning staff.. we loved it here. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, they are very friendly & attentive. The restaurants are great also. There is a restaurant where traditional breakfast is served, but at noon and dinner has Arabic dishes. The other restaurant has delicious sushi and oriental dishes...I could almost eat there every night. The rooms at Bioxury have some of the best showers in Bogota. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor once, and it had wonderful water pressure and very hot water in the shower. I recommend this hotel, for its location, food, tranquility, and hot showers, and for the availability of transportation at most hours of the day.

The location is a short walk to an upscale shopping area and there are many restaurants relatively near. The old part of the city is a bit of a car ride away (20 min), but its much nicer to stay in this area. It was a good value for sure.

This is a very good hotel, the customer service is amazing, it is clean and modern, very conveniently located in the zona rosa/zona T lots of shopping and dining, very secure area. Very good included breakfast and 2 restaurants on property. Only complaints are: no coffee machine in the room, the bed is a bit too hard,also no bathrobes like the website says and no Spa, they can call for room treatments. But I was very happy overall and I definitely will come back.

Hotel is very nice, on a tree lined street overlooking a park. Very close to Zona Rosa shopping and dining, in 5 minute walk but on a quieter street with little noise. Common area is very nice. I did not use the restaurant, but was nicely kept. In room had coffee maker and water to use, as well as a stocked minibar and snacks for purchase. Bathroom was very clean and bright. Shower pressure was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Electronic shades made the room very dark and sleeping was very quiet. Area feels very safe, but there is 24 hour security at door and key cards for access to guest room floors.

The spacious and comfortable rooms provide a tequila retreat. The attentive and friendly staff ensure a good level of customer service. Hotel is is well located with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and safe comfortable walking in the environs.

Excellent staff who work hard to make your stay comfortable. I stayed in 3 different rooms over 2 weeks. The locker size varied - the smallest would fit a carry on backpack while the largest would probably fit those super big backpacks. Beds were medium firm, with shelves, plugs, and a pull down shade. I ate several meals at the on site restaurant - very good and inexpensive (2 eggs, toast, fresh squeezed juice, bowl of mixed fruit, and coffee was 3.75 USD) Lots of spaces to hang out, free dance classes 2x a week. Not a party hostel, but friendly vibe. All age ranges. Place was very clean. Has a kitchen for cooking. They are eco-conscious. They accommodated a special request. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood during the day, but didn't go out a night. WiFi was good to stream a show. Sometimes, the restaurant gave out free treats.

Everything was clean, the shower had warm water, the bed was comfortable (we stayed in one standard room and one king room, so I can't comment on the dorms). The staff was helpful and some of the staff also speak English, which you can't expect in Colombia. They even made us breakfast sandwiches at 5 in the morning when we left for the airport. The location is also good and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hostel also felt safe, the doors are locked so no one from outside can enter the hostel. We used Uber to get around after sunset, the area doesn't feel very safe after dark.

I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. It was also perfectly located within walking distance to everything I wanted including the main plaza, market, museums, restaurants, cafes, and more. Breakfast was included in my accommodation and it was delicious. Staff was very kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic to help and answer any of my questions. The whole area was relatively safe and I did not encounter any issues, although I did not walk after sunset, so I cannot comment on that topic but the doors were locked at night and I had to buzz in and wait until staff had to open it for me.

In case that you need anything there is a pharmacy near by the hotel that is open 24 hours which is very convenient. They hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offer a very good breakfast and the rooms are clean every day. You can see the supervisor of the hotel every day supervising the hotel and also she is extremely friendly. They offer offer you optional airport shuttle for a fee which i take and strongly recommend because the fee is very reasonable. Also if you want to visit touristic places like Jaime Duque Park, Zipaquira or go to Andres Carne de Res in Chia they offer a taxi driver that will take you to those places wait for you and take you back to the hotel for a very reasonable price. In other words i strongly recommend this hotel anytime. I have personally stayed in this hotel 7 times and I will stay again in my next visit to Bogotá because I do believe they offer good service, quality, breakfast and location for a very good and reasonable price.

This hotel, the the Chapinero area, is central to downtown to the south, Zona g and yuppie party bars (if that's your thing) to the north, as well as great restaurants in La Macerena which are a 5 min cab ride away. Not to mention the bars and cheap eats in the immediate area that cater the the areas university students. The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean on the day to day sense but the walls could use a little deep cleaning. Nothing gross though. This hotel is a good deal.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It is a central location, so expect it to be loud during the work day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the location to be good and close to restaurants and some attractions, but it's a bit far from La Candeleria.

This hotel is located in a good neighborhood. The rooms are kind of small but very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The wifi works excellent witch is great. The only thing I didn't like that much was breakfast. On the pictures you see they present breakfast as something amazing and the real thing is that it is just ok but not that good. Also and this is very important, if you have a friend that you want to visit you, they don't allow anybody from the outside to visit your room. They argue is for safety reasons but I personally find it ridiculous.

We were given a room with a view of the street which we loved. The location was marvelous. As we hadn't expected to be in Bogota, the first day we walked north on the commercial street and found a perfect jacket and shoes right there. There were so many great cheap restaurants around that we didn't even have breakfast at the hotel although the breakfast room looked nice.

I highly recommend this Hotel, is clean, quiet, friendly staff who are available at all times. The Hotel offers good breakfast every morning and staff at the cafeteria are amazing, let me tell you their names, Amauri Burgos Ángela Salgado and lastly, the lady that cleaned the rooms that our family stayed, she did an excellent job, I forgot to get her name. Front desk staff were great, friendly, polite and respectful including the bellboys. We arrived October 24, 2024 and left on a trip the next day, we left most of our luggage at this hotel and on our return, the Hotel took care of our belongings without any issues, I feel that this place is very dedicated and loyal to their guests, I witnessed and lady supervising the rooms right after the staff finished cleaning them, you can walk barefoot without getting your feet dirty. In general, I was very impressed and want to congratulate and thank all the staff at Egina Hotel for the great work, and for having such great staff and for the great training. And lastly, the area where Egina Hotel is located, is safe, close to shops, restaurants, pharmacies ETC. ETC. Highly, Highly recommended.

The hotel staff is welcoming, especially some of the cleaning crew and bellhops. The daytime employees are friendly but not very helpful or knowledgeable when you need support. They listen well but don’t offer solutions or choices. They appear young and inexperienced, except for their manager. The night staff is less friendly and not as accessible. One cleaning lady was sometimes rude, but the rest were nice. The bellhops are excellent, and the restaurant staff is outstanding. The restaurant has limited hours, and breakfast is average, but considering the room price, it’s a nice addition and sufficient for many. They often have a selection of pastries and fruit, and eggs can be cooked to your preference. The coffee is strong and delightful. During one of my stays, I found a stained sheet while changing rooms, and I have stayed here multiple times in different rooms. In some rooms, especially those facing the street, the windows don’t close properly, allowing a lot of noise and cold air at night. The walls are thin, so you can hear the guests next door, and the staff doesn’t provide much assistance with this problem, especially at night. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4-star; it feels more like a 3.5. The building is in a great location and is well-kept. The lobby and atrium have beautiful architecture with a European vibe. The prices are always reasonable. For a long stay or a one-night visit, it could be a good choice for many travelers.

First of all, the hotel is in a great location, a quiet street close to many restaurants, pharmacy, little markets and a pretty park. You can walk everywhere and feel safe (you should always be aware of surroundings in all big cities). This place has the feel of a boutique hotel, with a small but comfortable lobby, with coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super nice rain can shower head in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect for us. It was 3 ladies, so comfort and safety was crucial to us. The staff was constantly helpful and friendly, I haven't received this type of hospitality anywhere else.

The location is excellent in walking safe area of Chapinero. We were offered a welcome hibiscos drink on arrival. Staff quickly and neatly collected luggage from our group at the curb. Check-in only had one delay, which was remedied with a fairly rapid rescanning of documents. The room was very clean and minimalistic. The toilet is in a separate space, with a sliding door that does not close all the way or lock. Not a problem for me, but for others it could be. The shower was similarly open, with a frosted glass door that did not have a space to exit hidden from the rest of the room. The glass and openness lended to a spacious and airy feel. Coffee is also “ordered” from a staff member, while the juices and milk were self serve. The property is in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Very pleasant stay.

All the staff are amazing, so helpful and nice! From the cook to the reception and waiters everyone is so polite, professional and helpful. This is by far the best asset of this hotel. Premises are correct and comfortable and breakfast very balanced with eggs and variety of fresh fruits. Location is excellent in walking safe area of Chapinero. The value that this hotel offers for the price is outstanding.

The area is safe, and the people are friendly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Edgar is awesome, he provided a great breakfast experience daily! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and resourceful. They provided a great recommendation for a private city day tour and a tour to the Zipaquira Salt Cathedral with Sergio. My room was very clean and spacious. I love everything about my room except the pillows! The breakfast at this property was fairly okay. I basically ate the same items each day because there was not a large variety of beef, chicken, or turkey options to choose from. They mostly offered pork.

My recent stay at the Fairfield Marriott Bogotá was a delightful experience. The hotel's comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and convenient location made it a perfect choice for my trip. The climate control in the room was a lifesaver, ensuring a restful sleep. The view from my window was also quite pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of both local and international options. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Señora Claudia who cleaned our room and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient airport shuttle services leaving every hour, making it easy to get to and from the airport.

The Fairfield by Marriott Bogota Embajada is in an excellent location if you have an appointment at the US embassy or any government offices nearby, plus it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The area isn’t super touristy or residential, but it felt very safe, probably because of all the important buildings around. Having a mall in the same building with lots of restaurants and a Crepes & Waffles nearby was super convenient. We tried the hotel restaurant for lunch, and it was surprisingly good and affordable. The portions were large, and everything we had was tasty. Breakfast had a great selection too, though I’m not sure if they rotate the options daily. The staff was really nice and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.

Breakfast, the food, and the restaurant/bar staff were awesome, especially Don Edgar, who was so special and attentive to us. The location of this hotel is perfect very close to nice restaurants and shopping centers.

The location is also very convenient, right by the lively 93 park and walking distance from the shopping/restaurant area of Andino & T. The staff were so incredibly attentive and helpful. They welcomed us (at our extra early 4am arrival) with a delicious hot chocolate, biscuits and croissants. They kindly helped with my toddler’s meals and bottles every time I asked. Promptly organised for safe transport to any place, any time we needed. We felt safe, relaxed and pampered. Which isn’t easy travelling with children, we are most grateful! Special mention to bellboy Alejandro who was always so very kind and helpful! Thank you.

This hotels was clean and modern and in a lovely safe neighborhood, right a rosy from the French embassy. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cool cafes and a short walk from cool shops. The reception staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English which was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast buffets was large and very well done with amazing fresh fruit and juices. The rooms were a good size and very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is always a pleasure to stay here at the Hotel Estelar Parque de la 93. Very clean, modern, and very-well located in a safe area. A lot of restaurants at walking distance. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Jhon helped us really well. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 in the morning. He made a reservation to have Van (4 adults with large luggages) pick us up on time. He also made sure we get breakfast boxes to-go so we don't miss out on the breakfast that was included with our booking, again at 4:30 in the morning!! He even offered to give us a call to make sure we woke up for our flight. What a service! It was our second time here and won't be our last. The hotel Estelar Parque de la 93 is highly recommended. Easily a 10 out of 10 stay in Bogotá.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the airport and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a lot of delicious options. However, the rooms are not soundproof, and the noise from the street can be quite loud, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Overall, it’s a nice place with great service and a convenient location.

Hotel front desk staff at checking was very friendly. Unfortunately, we waited at the airport for an hour and a half for shuttle that never arrived because information of transportation was not updated. The staff was unmoved about the inconveniences and blamed Expedia for the error. We weren’t even offered a comp for this issue of having to pay an uber to get to the hotel and no comp for being VIP package customers. Concierge was excellent with treatment of my family. Rooms were as described and pictures on website, no AC, but climate makes up for it. Room service was excellent that night, food was delicious and very local cuisine. Unfortunately, breakfast buffet staff were not as welcoming or centered on client experience, felt like a highway roadside hotel’s continental breakfast. Hotel offered no orientation about places to see or reputable tour companies. No safety or location layout orientation either. Unfortunately, if we returned to Bogota we would seek accommodation elsewhere.

It was a pleasure staying at Capital Hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and well stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous every day and for Mother's Day the brunch was spectacular. The service was constant, attentive and courteous. We had a theft incident one night outside of the hotel and the staff called the Tourist Police and had the officers come over to report the theft and take our testimony. Their help was really appreciated. All the hotel staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

Breakfast is inkluded and if there is a certain way you like your omelet or eggs they will even do that. 🙂 You can even do your laundry free if charge. The kitchen in the room is great to and if you need a blender to prepare your own smoothies, they will provide you with one. The internet is stable and fast. Good upload/download speed. Amazing 4 night stay in a ‘grand suite’ room that had great cross ventilation from two massive double sliders ( floor to ceiling Windows) beautiful roof terrace on 8 floor (plus gym) with Mountain View’s for morning coffee. Granada is amazing and in an excellent location. It is close to all the great restaurants, grocery stores and museums in central Bogota. The staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. It is quiet after 10PM and the rooms are clean. The kitchen facilities are great for travelers that want to cook for themselves and there are plenty of pots and pans available for use by guests. The vibe in Granada is very peaceful and positive. You will meet travelers from all over the world. Highly recommended. I will stay there again for sure.

The staff here is so attentive every time. I’ve stayed multiple times, and this is by far the best experience I’ve had compared to other Marriott properties. Sebastian at the front desk is always professional and helpful. The breakfast team is amazing — super friendly and they really make dining memorable. Everything is fresh, and the open space with the garden view feels like eating in a botanical garden. The bellman from Medellín is awesome, really passionate about what he does and always ready to help. Being close to the airport is a huge plus, so I always stay here when I arrive and the night before I leave. The shuttle makes things even easier. The pedestrian street leads to the Usaquén Square with fantastic restaurants around it.The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The service at the hotel is superb. Pedro and Ana at the bar/restaurant are the most important reason why I stay at the hotel. Their personalized service is like no other! They are just incredible. The breakfast is also very good. There is a buffet with all kinds of breads, a large variety of tropical fruits and juices, cereal, waffles, etc. You can also order eggs any style from the kitchen. The hotel is located in a residential area with a beautiful park in front of it. Great views from the rooms. I stay at this hotel at least 4 times a year. This is my 2nd stay at NH Hacienda Royal. The first time we stayed together with my family of 3 kids and both times it was great. The hotel is located in a perfect green and quiet area with gorgeous neighborhood,a park ,plenty of restaurants,cafes,small shopping mall,clinics . I had an amazing hiking experience on the weekend during my rehab after the surgery and it was just perfect & a walking distance from the hotel . The hotel is very clean, smells great, offers delicious food and great breakfast buffet. Stuff members are very friendly and helpful. Room service and cleaning is on top. The service at this hotel is amazing. Pedro and Ana at the restaurant provide the best customer service I’ve had at any hotel. The hotel is attached to a beautiful shopping center that has a supermarket, drug store, shopping, restaurants, etc. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood and a two block walk from Usaquen Plaza where they have amazing restaurants. They also have an artisan market on weekends. This is my second stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. All kinds of tropical fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices, a large array of breads and cereals, and eggs any way you want them.

The area it was in was great. It’s attached to a shopping mall in a nice neighborhood. Lots of bars and restaurants around and felt safe the whole time. My wife and I both commented on how helpful and nice the staff were. We stayed 4 nights and it was extremely clean, quiet, and relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant.

Casa Dann Carlton in Medellín was a great stay! The views were amazing, the location perfect, and the free breakfast was a big plus. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A lot of restaurants down there. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’m highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good standard hotel. The rooms are comfortable with a big bed and the bathroom is nice and big. The breakfast is nice with lots of options and the spa area on the roof is a nice place to spend a few relaxing hours. The gym is a nice touch too although slightly dated. The location is good and safely walkable to Parc 93 which is a fancy area with bars and restaurants and very close to Zona t another bar and food area. It takes around 30 minutes in an uber to the Candelaria district, the main central area, and so it felt fairly central. Would totally recommend.
