Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Borovets

The location of the hotel is very good, in the heart of Borovets but at the same time around the forest. Clean fresh air. Good furniture - classic style. Jacuzzi in the room. Hotel upgraded our room with the apartment without additional payment. Swimming pool is nice.

We got upgraded to a large 'spa apartment' with a Jacuzzi bath and 2 fold-away beds. Plenty of hot water, fruit and wine provided on arrival. Breakfast provided good choice - pancakes, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats/cheeses, hot food (sausages, eggs etc). Location to one of the ski lifts - 50m away.

We stayed off season, there were almost no other guests, so we probably didn't get the right impression - but on the other hand the price would have been too high. We enjoyed the comfort of the room (we were given a larger room than we payed), especially the bathroom with the jacuzzi was fun. The view and the hotel surroundings are very pleasant. The food was excellent in comparison to other places we visited in and around Borovets.

We had a great time in Borovets. On arriving at Sofia airport we had arranged a transfer in advance through booking.com. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival with a clear sign. We were welcomed to the Festa Winter Palace Hotel by Petar on reception. He was very friendly, helpful and informative and answered any questions we had throughout the stay. We had booked a junior suite, which was spacious and clean. We booked ski equipment through the Hero ski shop in the hotel. The boots and ski were great quality and condition. Rumen who worked in the ski shop was always so helpful ensuring at the start of the holiday we had equipment that was the right size. We returned the ski equipment every night to the drying rack and he greeted us each morning and knew exactly which ski equipment belonged to us. Great breakfast with a large variety of items. The spa was amazing and just what we needed after a long day skiing. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the slopes, bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to return to Borovets and return to the Festa Winter Palace Hotel. Thanks for a great first skiing trip :)

We stayed in a maisonette as a family of four - this offered excellent accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hotel was clean and comfortable if rather dated, but the location was fantastic - walkable to all slopes and all restaurants etc. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was good. The pool was also fantastic!

There are several pools and they cater for all tastes. The jacuzzi is the biggest I've ever been to. The spa has several masseurs. The breakfast is varied and nothing is missing.

The atmosphere at the hotel is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the rooms are fairly large. The spa is excellent, a 30 degree heated pool, a sauna and a hammam which is actually a huge jacuzzi spring. The staff at the reception did not speak English, we somehow managed. A very satisfactory stop for a night in the area. The receptionist did not provide any explanation about the stay and the conduct at the hotel, we looked for the towels for the spa in the spa itself, it turns out they were hidden in a small bag that was placed in the room.

This hotel is a testament to the perfect blend of comfort, cuisine, exceptional customer service, and wellness facilities.

The hotel is very nice - both pools inside and outside are great 👌 , the water temperature is about 29C, which doesn't make them too hot. The garden is well maintained and the entire area. We had included breakfast, it was completely fine. We had lunch at the beach bar, which is very comfortable during your pool stay during the day, we ate pizza there. We had also dinner at the restaurant every night. After that, you can take a cocktail from the lobby bar, they are excellent, I tried Mojito and Maitai.

The spa was great. However, you do need to know that the outside pool is seasonal. While we were there, the children's pool outside was working, though. You get all that is necessary in the spa (three pools, one pool inside, one children's pool outside, a big pool outside, a Roman bath, a sauna, a salt room, a steam bath, warm sunbeds, plus massages and pedicures but at an extra cost. The rest of the spa is free to use.). The breakfast is also very good. It's a buffet breakfast and anyone can find something to their liking. The tea they serve at breakfast is especially tasty. The location is nice and quiet, however, there isn't much in the vicinity and if you want to go to a nearby town or city, you do have to go with a car. However, it's much cleaner than being in an actual city, because you can take a breath of fresh air. The lack of a city nearby was a positive experience for us. It is a great hotel and it has a great location if you want to relax and rejuvinate. If you are looking for something to explore, Tsari Mali Grad (a cultural historical complex) is nearby, in the village of Belchin, and it's interesting to see for newcomers.

The indoor pool and spa facilities overall. The outdoor jacuzzi under the pine trees. Restaurant was also very good, we ordered a la carte. Room was spacious enough to accomodate 2+2 kids (studio) and beds were comfortable. Very peaceful place but was not too busy at the time we were in (end June)

This is the second time in a row that we visited Lion Hotel in Borovets. The main reason is skiing but the other reason is the hotel! In this accommodation you’ll find everything you need. The breakfast buffet is really good and well thought out with many options. The spa is amazing, I especially enjoyed the outdoor sauna and the jacuzzi but mostly on the day that we took off from skiing because in the afternoon it gets really crowded inside and out. There’s a van that gets you to the ski lifts everyday which is an almost 3 min drive. We didn’t get the evening buffet but we loved the food in the restaurant that has quite reasonably prices and very polite and lovely stuff. The room was spacious!

We had a lovely weekend at the Hotel Lion in Borovets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered an excellent value for the amenities provided. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the spa facilities were excellent, and the meals in the restaurant were well prepared. Really, the restaurant is so convenient we felt no need to go up into the center of Borovets and were happy to have every meal at the hotel. The breakfast included with the room is also excellent with a very large selection to choose from. The Lobby Bar is also the perfect spot for an excellent afternoon coffee or drink. The location in the woods is also very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning a return visit!

For 3 adults, we booked a standard room, but we received a free upgrade to an extended room (spacious and well equipped). Very quiet area, in the forest, about 20-25 min walk to the gondola (in summer). Superb breakfast, buffet in WE and a-la-carte during the week (to choose from several options) when there are fewer guests. Varied a-la-carte menu for dinner, large and tasty dishes, fast service (but we were the only ones in the restaurant) The swimming pool and the fitness room were open, clean and free, but we didn't use them (we came back very tired from the mountain)

We’re hotel Lion’s clients many times ago. Clean and comfortable hotel/rooms. The staff is polite and professional. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Located in the pine forest, it is a good choice to refresh yourself for hot summer days. The terrace is sunny during the summer days to relax. The pool and spa center were available for free.

The staff was very friendly, especially Vania from the restaurant. The rooms were big and modern with all necessary facilities and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The outdoor pool was with nice mineral water. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are new and clean. There was a private massage jacuzzi in our room. You can choose between garden and a pool view. There is an amazing football field plus the pools work 24/7 which is rare and great! The sauna and steam bath were excellent!

We booked the option room with jacuzzi and those are the ones pictured on the official photos. It was cold and windy so we were reluctant to undress and use the outside mineral water pool, but the other guests did seem to enjoy this (some of them until after 3 am). The room is big, as well as the bathroom, and the jacuzzi was really nice. We really did like how close the complex is to Sofia and it's a good option for a weekend get-away. We would consider to come back in the warmer months together with our kid as there are facilities on site.

Excellent location, very helpful receptionists and friendly porter. The hotel was lovely and warm. Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant / bar / breakfast area has a lovely cosy feel and a lovely fireplace. Lovely food too. Good view of the slopes. Great to have a ski school /rental service in the hotel too. All very efficient and easy to use and easy access to the slopes.

Perfect location for all activities. Great view of ski slope and pine woods. Food was delicious every time at breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff made us feel welcomed and at home. Clean, wood-paneled rooms. Clean and updated bathroom. Comfortable and relaxing stay overall. We were fortunate that there was availability for our travel dates.

Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of food presented (English brakfast also), the Irish pub/restaurant is great, we tried it for the dinner and the service was fast, food was tasty, the personnel was friendly. All the staff for the accomodation and reception was super accurate, friendly, replied to all questions. Rooms were great, houses are super cute and with very nice mountain feeling. The location is at the center, near everything. The houseit was warm and clean.

Amazing property, cozy atmosphere, rooms and all common areas were super clean . Rooms are big, bed was very comfortable, the balcony overlooked the snow slope which was awesome. Tea/coffee facilities, bathrobes and slippers and toiletries were provided. Towels were super thick. Extra pillows were also available. Breakfast was abundant, we ordered from the menu on weekdays while it was buffet during the weekend.

The breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Only thing was that it was the same every day, variety could be improved. The reception guy was extremely helpful. Location is brilliant just by the slopes and ski hire in the same building. Our room had beautiful view of the ski slopes and trees and a balcony was a big +. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, bath robes and slippers etc. Live music in the restaurant every evening.

Very cozy clean room, with amazing big bed, electric fireplace, nice table and chairs. Very clean and warm. Nice jacuzzi. On the weekend it's possible to park the car next to the house for free (during the working days 8-18.00 it's paid).

The facilities and furniture were in good condition, and despite our late arrival, the property host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The jacuzzi added the finishing touches.

Loved the big pool, and the hot one was perfect .. especially for the kids! The staff was friendly and always smiling!! The grenery surounding the complex was full of happily chirping birds and added to the relaxing facilities!

The hot mineral water everywhere. It's simply amazing and the outside pool area is big enough to enjoy and relax but also to get a decent swim! That being said, the hotel is indeed 2 stars so you should adjust your expectations when it comes to accommodations or breakfast. We have been coming here for years and in all honesty, the kitchen got significantly better recently, the amenities are better taken care of and the personal is just wonderful so there are many reasons for us to come back again and again and again haha.

The yard and all the available options to spend your time within the ground of the villa - a pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, sauna. The breakfast was wonderful and more than enough for every guest. The staff was smiley, helpful and very nice.

The host was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable and warm. The common space was spacious, there was everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The jacuzzi and sauna were also very good. Overall, the place was very comfortable and perfect for a group of friends. Last but not least, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty and homemade.

The hotel has been renovated and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the terrace is amazing. The location is also very convenient, not far from the ski fields. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options available, and the dinners were equally enjoyable. The lobby is not crowded, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The spa center is also quite decent. A very important note: If your child is over 12 years old, the hotel does not require you to book two separate rooms, as they consider them an adult. Instead, they allow you to reserve a three-bedroom room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the heart of Borovets, very near to the cabin lift Yastrebets. The hotel is renovated in mountain style which contributes for the overall feeling. Nicely maintained backyard, clean pool and spa center. We had breakfast and dinner which were quite good and tasty with options for meat type, vegetables, fruits, etc but the top were the cakes at dinner time!

The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious, there was a variety of different meals, pastries, salads, etc. Very satisfied with the massage service and overall liked the SPA center. Would like to also mention the cocktails at the lobby bar which are simply amazing, must be tried!

The staff were very helpful - the guys at the bar, people at the restaurant, reception... everybody was awesome. The food at breakfast and dinner buffet was very good - wide variety. The lobby is very cozy great for playing boardgames and. drinking a cocktail. The room is quite nice. The location is convenient.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast and restaurant is on an excellent level. Great staff, friendly, helpful and very kind! We were big group of 9 adults and 4 children, quiet noisy and yet the staff was highly attentive and supportive and looked out for everyone’s comfort. There is kids play ground as well with someone to watch over the kids.

We had a great stay! The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet place outside of Borovets Ski Resort. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our room was overlooking a majestic pine forest and had a really nice balcony. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We loved the restaurant - everything from the amazing food to the staff who were professional beyond expectation! The ladies at the reception were really kind as well! The SPA area was nice. The herbal sauna was very pleasant. We loved the bar area with the amazing fireplace!

The service was excellent - The desk managers, the waiters in the restaurant, and the people at the spa were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food - both in the restaurant, the lobby bar and the breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed every bite of it. The location is on a sky slope which is very nice and there is an entire forest for the guests where you can hike and travel in nature. The pool was good and the spa was ok - more details in what we didn't like, but overall I would give this place 10/10!

Everything was perfect! Staff there are really helpful and polite, they always try their best! We asked the last day for the schedule of the buses and although they didn't know, they searched just for us! Spa was magnificent, all facilities are perfect, we loved steam bath and herbal bath and Thermarium too! Pool was perfect too, really warm and it was perfect swimming, while outside it was snowing! Restaurant inside the hotel has high quality. Biliard is a nice add in the hotel. Breakfast is rich, traditional! We will return for sure!

Great location at the base of the Sitnyakovo ski area (about a 5min walk - longer with ski gear - to the gondola to the Markudjik area). Ski room facilities were great and we made good use of the pool and jacuzzi after a day of skiing. Breakfast was plentiful but varied in quality. However, there were more than enough options to keep most happy. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids and were happy with the size of the room, comfort of the beds and overall amenities.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the ski lifts for three different directions, to the nice park Pesako with night lights which leads to the centre of the resort and there are wonderful views from the terraces. Very convenient for those who seek diverse experiences beyond just SPA or ski - we consulted with the people from the adventure park in the hotel and they gave us great ideas for walks nearby. Reaching the Musala hut and lake just for 1,5 hrs by lift and short walk was a dream come true. The swimming pool is clean and large, with nice greenery around it. The steam bath and the Turkish bath are very large and well-maintained, the SPA area in general is convenient for many people and offers perfect relaxation. The massages were amazing. The lobby bar is spacious and cosy for groups of friends.

The rooms were amazing!!! They were so warm and cozy! The owners were so kind and helpful. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the dishes were mouth watering! The portions were gigantic! The homemade ice cream and chocolate soufflé were divine and the Bulgarian breakfast was fulfilling and delicious! We were so lucky to have found this amazing hotel!!! Highly recommended if you want to have an unforgettable experience in Bulgaria. We will definitely come back!

An excellent choice for a getaway in this area! Hotel Nicole in Samokov provided us with a perfect experience – clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Delicious breakfast and the restaurant serves very good dishes. The location is ideal for quick access to the Rila Mountains and Musala peak. I highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend this hotel to those with kids and family who want to literally ski out the back door to the ski lift. Great snow and runs for all. Svetlio the manager was amazing and so kind, as well as Svetlin the ski shop manager who is very helpful and kind with ensuring you get all the proper equipment for skiing or snow boarding. The restaurant and bar service was great and so accomodating, including Tzveti who makes great coffee early in the morning. It was like staying in the comfort of your own home with family, but had all the necessary hotel accomodations you would need while away from home. Great hot showers, comfortable bed and sofa chairs, great wifi, clean and great snack bar outside the backside of hotel for breaks throughout the day during ski time. The Borovets village is right out the front door with many unique shops, and lively restaurants, bars and very walkable. And it's only a short hour or so drive from Sofia airport. Amazing trip all the way around.

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

Top location, ski-in ski-out. Clean and spacious rooms. Great restaurant and bar. Very attentive and welcoming manager, really tried hard to help us with all our requests. Perfect view on the mountains. Will definitely come back for our next stay!
