I stayed here in late December 2023. The hotel is very nicely appointed and just seems fresh and modern. The rooms included new / modern furniture, decor, linens, carpeting. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy as well. The hotel is situated off of a main road, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a few selections, including hot items. The breakfast area included modern and new furniture, including comfy booths. The lobby area has a nice coffee / tea area, with regular and decaf coffee and tea, as well as coffee mate and sweeteners. Great to grab a hot drink on your way in our out of the hotel. Although we didn't use it, we walked past the indoor pool area, which looked nice, although the pool seemed a tad small. All in all, it was a nice stay and we will be staying here for future stays in the Buffalo area.

My family stayed here 3 nights. Upon check in, staff was welcoming and very helpful. The lobby has self serve coffee all day. Our room was clean, room service came one of the days we were out to change our towels. Bed was comfortable, we have no complaints. Daily breakfast is good; the hot buffet breakfast is mostly eggs with potatoes and breakfast meat (sausage patty, maple kielbasa, chicken sausage patty). My kids enjoyed making waffles on the waffle iron, chocolate and original. Staff is always refilling stations so if you think something you wanted ran out, go back for another round and check! There is a self service laundry on site that we used. They have 3 front loader washers and 3 dryers that are $2 in quarters. If you don’t have quarters, the front desk said can provide change. We did not utilize the pool or fitness center but when we took a glance it looked modern and clean. They are a pet friendly hotel! We loved seeing the different dogs at breakfast or in the lobby! Overall, we had a great and wonderful stay!

The breakfast was nice. Not a fancy buffet with dozens of selections but definitely what you want (eggs, bacon/sausage/waffles/oatmeal/selection of fruit/breads/juice/cereals). The t.v. selection was excellent (HBO channels, etc). Wifi had no issues. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was also comfortable. Shower area is spacious. Free coffee/teas/hot chocolate 24/7 !! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was very easy. Checking in went smoothly. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast dining area was extremely spacious and food options were very plentiful. I liked how there was hot water and tea and coffee available all day. The elevators were extremely modern. The hallways were very bright and well-lit. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had no tub just a large and spacious shower which I absolutely loved with great water pressure. The room had plenty of usb outlets for all my family’s charging needs. The fitness room was probably the nicest I have ever seen in this category of hotel- lots of machines and weights and plenty of space! Also, they had a filtered water station. I did not get to use the pool but I could see families with small children that were able to enjoy it. Overall, it seems like this hotel is either fairly new or went through a very successful renovation. The only thing that would make this hotel perfect would be if it had EV charging. I will most definitely return to this hotel if I am ever back in the area. I definitely would recommend it as well.

Since we discovered this hotel, it has become our "place to go" when we visit Amherst, which we do at least 4 times a year. It's always nice spending the night there after the drive from Toronto and a busy day at the shops, as it simply provides you with all a traveller needs and looks for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, The place is quiet, clean and well cared for. Rooms are spacious, airy, sunny and always spotless, plus very well equipped. Same can be said about their rather nice bathrooms. The internet service is very good and the beds and linen excellent. The hotel also provides a very good breakfast, with gluten free option among cereal and a surprising variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and very good yogurt. Besides, coffee - regular and decaf - and hot water are also available in the lobby all day long along with hot water and disposable plates and napkins.

This was a good stay overall in a modern, updated and comfortable building. Highlights include friendly and attentive front desk staff, a very decent breakfast, good WiFi and low noise during the night. Some minor complaints: a broken drain stopper in the bathroom, very thin walls and weak, almost undrinkable coffee downstairs. (You can order better coffee at the bar.) The breakfast area is relatively small and gets very crowded by 8am or so. Also the TV in the room is streaming only (no cable), so you’ll need to connect some other device to it to watch anything.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The daily breakfast was excellent! We had a choice of many tasty and fresh breakfast items, no waiting for hot items to be replenished. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We truly had a lovely experience!

Great central location for shopping. Wonderful hot buffet breakfast was included. Very clean and very quiet suite. Even close to the highway, this hotel allowed a very restful, restorative and peaceful sleep with black-out curtains and comfy bed. Attentive front desk. No problem parking. Would recommend!

We visit the city a few times a year. This is a clean hotel and well maintained. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The bed was a dream...literally! By far the nicest and best value place we have stayed at in Buffalo. This will be our go-to from now on, and as a bonus, it is close to our favorite local restaurant! Easy access to the interstate, safe location. There were several hot and fresh options available for breakfast.

We frequently stay at this Hyatt because of the proximity to the highway and Main St. It's very clean and well kept, the breakfast is better than most places (fresh fruit!) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only frustration was that there were not enough kitchen staff. We were there for a busy few days when the hotel was full. It seemed only 1 person was busily trying to refill coffee urns, refill the breakfast food dishes. bring out clean plates and silverware, etc. When I stuck my head in the kitchen to try to flag someone down (on two occasions: there were no plates/ no spoons), there was only 1 young woman frantically washing dishes. She left her work to help me get what I needed, but obviously they need more staff in there. I don't know if it's hard to hire workers, or if people were out sick that weekend, but they need more staff.

The Breakfast was awesome!!! I truly loved the omelet station especially the jalapeno popper omelet it was delicious the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Valet was just as professional and bought our car around quickly. I really loved the view in our room as well as the lounge room in the hallway. You were able to see the skyline and all of downtown buffalo at night. The rooms were very clean and smelled really good. I also loved that the water was filtered and really enjoyed the air purification system in the room. The Restuarant was a 10/10 I ordered an old fashion cocktail, it was chefs kiss, the salmon entree was amazing, and the brussels sprouts were so good. Needless to say, we had an amazing stay.

Loved the spacious room and large bathroom! The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was convenient for dinner and great food. The pool was nice and all areas were kept very clean! Will be staying here next year for our annual dance convention.

The hotel is beautiful! The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The next thing I noticed when we got off the elevator onto the 5th floor, was how wonderful it smelled! You normally don’t get that from many hotels. The room was lovely and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and such a huge variety of items to choose from. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future!

The staff provided exceptional customer service. I found the valet to be very quick and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with lots.of variety.

The typical Embassy Suites never disappoints with its suite room layout. Ours was spacious. We were situated right in the heart of town. The staff was attentive and professional. The on site bar was in a more private area feeling more like a bar/restaurant. Breakfast was good and area was well run.

The lack of parking was kind of a pain. It ended up being $16 a day to parking in parking garage recommended by hotel. It was just a short walk away and easy to find. Room was bigger than expected, clean and perfect for our family of 4. We brought an air mattress and there was plenty of room for it. Beds were super comfy but the pillows were FLAT. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. We preferred the Starbucks that was close by for coffee. They also didn’t have breakfast one morning of our stay due to staffing. Staff did a great job putting up notices to let people know. The best part was the location. Other than the noise of the train during the day, it was super quiet and within walking distance to everything. The waterfront was beautiful and the restaurants amazing. I have never been to a city that was so quiet. Next to no traffic (car or people) it was actually strange. We will definitely visit again and would stay at this hotel.

We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean.

B.W. and Mario at the front desk were very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. The room was uber spacious, very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Passport Office (the main purpose of my stay) and walking distance to numerous restaurants.

The staff at the reception were amazing, kind helpful, welcoming. Receptionist BW is the soul of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Room was nice and spacious. Very good king mattress. Quiet area. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out was quick.

Very modern, clean and spacious room, like a suite. Only stayed one night but would have been happy to spend several days there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Better free breakfast than most. Many venues for food and coffee within a short walking distance.

We had an excellent stay recently at this hotel!! It is very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and to a venue we were attending. Check in was easy. The front desk gentleman was very very pleasant and helpful! The hotel is VERY clean - lobby, hallways, elevators, and room smell clean and fresh and are very bright and airy!! Our room was super comfortable, clean, spacious, and the area was quiet. We had such a restful sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious, with lovely products to use! Shower had great pressure and hot water immediately! The free breakfast included in the room rate was very very good! Exceptionally good!!! There was: fried eggs, bacon, sausages, roast potatoes, a make your own waffle station with all the fixings, 4 types of cold cereals, bagels with cream cheese, toast with peanut butter and jam, mini banana muffins, blueberry yogurt, fresh fruits, 3 fruit juices to choose from and a coffee and tea station. It was serve yourself as much as you wanted. The area was tidy and replenished speedily. Everything about our stay was perfect! We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!!!!

Location was perfect. Close enough to everything I needed and quiet enough at night. Breakfast filled me up and the coffee jump started my heart for the coming day. :-) Desk staff were personable and helpful w directions and the such. Cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly in my interactions with them. All in all it feels like the crew here enjoy what they are doing and it shows. Will definitely stay again when needed in this area.

The location was perfect! Beautiful fairly new hotel that was very clean and everything was in working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet and the price was very reasonable. Microwave and fridge were in their own separate area which was nice. Lots of plugs and USBs for charging electronics. Parking was very convenient. Elevators are fast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough to put our bicycles back together (which we had shipped to the property for a bike trip we were embarking on - and they were very accomodating with this, also). The breakfast was more than adequate. They provided fresh fruit along with the usual waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We used their small salt-water indoor pool one evening, and that was nice treat. The location in North Tonawanda was great for being very close to the Erie Canal bike trail (not the beginning point in Buffalo, but we did that section on a day trip) We spent 3 nights and did two day bike trips before starting our main trip (one to waterfront Buffalo and the other to Niagara Falls). There weren’t a whole lot of food options within a short bike ride (off of a busy road), but it worked out fine for us - a Bob Evans very close-by. There's a Trader Joes and a Post office not too far away. The elevators were large enough to easily get 2 bikes into. We would definitely recommend this to other cyclists doing the Erie Canal trail.

Very adequate hotel in prime location. The hotel is relatively small, and stays pretty quiet at night. Only occasionally can you hear a neighboring room door slam shut, but it usually stays quiet the entire night. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, nice TVs and huge bathrooms. The breakfast is great too, lots of options for anyone that is always included with the rooms. The wifi works really well. It's a great hotel that I will continue to stay at every time I come into the area for trips. I can't get over the prime location too, being so close to the boulevard makes it so easy to quickly run out to any store to pick anything that's needed up.

This is a fantastic hotel. The free breakfast was the best we have ever had. There was a huge selection and delicious fresh baked pastries each morning. We were on the 6th floor in a king studio suite. The room was spacious and included a full size fridge. It was very quiet on our floor. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and places for carry out which was super convenient. The lobby was very warm and homey, and the front desk had fresh cookies each afternoon. All of the front desk staff and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are in the area.

We booked three rooms in this hotel less than a week before our stay. The VRBO reservation we made in Allentown months ago was cancelled by the host at the last minute. It was a Bills home game weekend, and hotels closer to downtown and Orchard Park were either sold out or extremely expensive. We've stayed at several Staybridge Hotels in the past. This one needs a little refurbishing and the water pressure in the shower (room 103) was not good. The door from our suite's bedroom to the living room had holes where the knobs used to be. However, rooms are being renovated in a phased approach. We passed a room where work was being done during our stay. Only one employee was working to restock and clean up breakfast on Sunday. That employee--Ahmed Ali--worked the front desk all 3 days of our stay (two nights), working VERY hard on Sunday morning to clean up breakfast (by himself) while simultaneously monitoring the front desk. Fortunately, more employees were available to clean and restock the breakfast area on Monday. Ahmed Ali is an excellent, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable employee. His work ethic and customer service are OUTSTANDING!

Best hotel in Amherst When I stay here, I don't want to ever leave. The staff here is so amazingly helpful and friendly. Upon check in she was not only smiling and cheerful but gave me different room options which I really appreciated. I was staying a week so she wanted to be sure I was happy with my room. The breakfast always has a nice selection and clean space. I thought the afternoon snack Monday through Wednesday was genius. The computer room is so handy, I needed it several times. The free laundry really seals the deal for me. It takes the stress out of doing laundry while on vacation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and gets hot immediately. I would never stay an

Visited the area (we lived in Buffalo previously), with my children to catch up with friends. This hotel was perfect. Bright, clean, spacious with great staff. Decent variety for breakfast, and the M-W Social Hour was great. Very flavorful food and nice variety. Wonderful Bites and Sips. We utilized the regular bed and sofa bed- both were comfy. Spacious and clean bathroom. Love the seating area. Also utilized the business center to print a much needed travel document. Also washed clothes. Thank you especially Linda, Mars and support staff Aaron.

The check in was smooth. The facilities were clean. The breakfast bar was fantastic. Every day fresh food. The staff working the breakfast area wer friendly and kind. Helped us when we ran out of items. The associates at the front desk were magnificent and very helpful. Location within the small shopping and dining center near UB and the Maple 8 Cinemas.

We stayed at this Inn two nights upon arriving and leaving the Buffalo area. The staff was friendly and helpful including the desk personnel, shuttle drivers and café workers. Particular praise for Ann and Ted and for Rich who made sure breakfast was what we wanted and that we were happy with our food. Beds were comfortable. A good-sized table was provided for computer use. Outlets were plentiful and Wi-fi decent. The dresser had 3 large drawers and there was a coffee station. A sitting area was available in the spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Several food and souvenir items are available for purchase in the lobby. As this is an airport hotel (with quick response from 24-hour courtesy shuttle), there wasn’t much of a view from room, but we were there for convenience and not sight-seeing. A bit more lighting was needed in the bathroom including a light over the tub. As a former teacher, I feel compelled to give 5 circles (an A+) only to amazing hotels, so don't misconstrue the 4 circles as I would totally stay here again if I return to Buffalo.

While picking up our daughter at midnight at the Buffalo Airport, our car’s alternator died. We stayed the night at the Hilton because the car had to be towed. The nighttime staff, especially Benita and Nicholas, were so very kind and accommodating. They really tried hard to make us feel welcome and safe in a very stressful situation. In the morning, we were greeted so cheerfully by the breakfast chef Rick and Peyton so very generously provided transport to the nearby garage where our car was towed. Hotels are plentiful in Buffalo but the Hilton Garden Inn at the Airport is really a friendly, safe and welcoming place to stay.

Very clean. Good restaurant. I'm 63 years old and this is the first time I've enjoyed hotel coffee. All the employees are cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Only issue was a funny, but luckily pretty quiet, noise that seemed to flow out of the plumbing pipes.

The desk staff rearranged the rooms so our group would be together and offered transportation accommodation to make the early morning trip to the airport quick and easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This property was fantastically convenient with a family member in extended stay at Buffalo General Hospital during a major snowstorm. We were able to walk right across the street (including my disabled mother ) without any issues. The affordable room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Hallways were fresh and smelled very nice. Very clean shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. Friendly attendant at the breakfast, offerings were substantial and delicious: Seattle's best coffee, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, English muffins bagels cereal yogurt pancakes! A lot of choice. All of the staff were kind, polite and helpful. It was great to rest here during a worrisome and stressful time.

The facility itself is dated - rooms are clean, but lack higher end upgrades (mugs instead of paper cups, better coffee machine, more drinking water given in room) the staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast was excellent and different hot items each day of our stay. Location was in the hospital zone, so not much right in the local streets to see or do. A short 15 min walk was near many restaurants and some shops. Being from Canada, I had terrible phone service in the Buffalo downtown area, which impacted things greatly, could not get an Uber, or look up restaurants even though my phone read it was reviving T-mobile service - I would recommend getting a SIM card next time and possibly ATAnd T seems to be a better network.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Fresh coffe was always available! Nice buffet breakfast. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

This is a beautiful property and a very convenient location. The room was sparkling, clean with all the amenities in place and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very quiet in the nighttime hours so sleeping is not a problem. The hotel has a shuttle bus service that takes you within the downtown area so you can let valet park your car and not worry about driving yourself around! It’s an ideal place to stay if you want to experience some of Buffalo’s nightlife.

The customer service was amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly during our stay including the chef during breakfast. We availed the valet service as we had to go in & out of the property. I don’t think they actually removed our car from the guest ramp so it was pretty convenient.

Pool and jacuzzi were awesome and amazing, just what i needed to relax. Room was great with the balcony. Beds were a bit uncomfortable since they were so soft.

The hotel was amazing, it was very clean and very nice inside. I had no complaints at all. The restaurant had quite a few options to order from for breakfast and dinner. The room was very clean and spacious and I loved how hot the water in the shower was. My favorite part was the jacuzzi, after having a long week I really needed that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lindsay was my server and she went above and beyond! I came down for a beer at the restaurant and sat at the bar. Lindsay was very friendly and answered many of my questions. Most of my questions centered around breakfast due to the fact that I have an early flight out of Buffalo in the morning, a few hours before breakfast is served at the hotel . Lindsey was extremely accommodating in helping me, providing me with available options including yogurt, orange juice, liquid creamer for coffee that I will make in my room in the morning, and even stir sticks for my coffee. Lindsey’s assistance was truly appreciated, and you are fortunate to have such a positive and supportive individual representing Courtyard Buffalo-Airport, Cheektowaga, NY.

I was really impressed with this courtyard. Marriott in that the staff was so amazingly friendly and you really felt comfortable, which is not always the case when you’re traveling alone. I had dinner in the bar in the lobby and Lindsey and Mello made my stay even more special, with their attentiveness snd professionalism. I told them I would be back the following Saturday for another overnight stay. Sitting here in a cozy corner with my own TV monitor is fabulous. Lindsey & Mello really add to the whole comfortable experience. I also see how they treat all the guests. The front desk was also very helpful in booking me the very early shuttle to the airport. All in all this suspend an extremely pleasant experience.

Lindsey and Carmelo at the Bistro in the Marriott made our visit outstanding. From the moment we sat down, their warm welcome and attentive service stood out. Lindsey was friendly, professional, and quick to make great recommendations, while Carmelo went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They worked seamlessly together, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious, but it was their service that truly elevated the evening. If you’re dining at the Bistro, definitely ask for Lindsey and Carmelo — they’ll make your visit memorable. Highly recommend them for top-notch hospitality!

A last minute find and it was amazing!! Very welcoming staff and clean spacious rooms!! We had a 7th room floor and when we opened the drapes in the morning we realized it was actually a Lake view! We got in late so had no clue about the gorgeous views of the Lake and City! Beds were comfy! Big shower! Breakfast was a bit busy and hectic but the staff did their best at trying to keep up and there were many delicious options! Starbucks attached to the front the of the Hotel! Pool area looked nice! Clean and safe neighborhood! Only 30mins from Niagara Falls!!

Right from check-in we knew we had picked the right hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and a fantastic kitchen and sitting area which is fantastic when you are staying a few nights. The hotel grounds are very well kept and the hallways and common areas are very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections and the coffee was very good. We will definitely be staying here again as we frequent this lovely city.

We had been staying in Air BnBs for most of our 30-day road trip, so I wasn’t really looking forward to staying for three days in a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the Residence Inn in downtown Buffalo. What I liked: The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were about the most comfortable on our 30-day trip. The hotel and the room itself were very quiet. I always appreciate having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The breakfast was reasonably good for a hotel, self-serve breakfast and it was nice not having to spend an addition $5 for a cup of coffee or $25 for breakfast. They actually provided housekeeping, a rarity since Covid. Free parking, free parking, free parking. What I didn’t like: The draperies were opened and closed with a remote, which didn’t work 75 percent of the time. Does everything have to be automated and if so, please get it to work. The first night the room temperature was comfortable. The next two nights it was HOT. We turned off our heat, and while it was 40 degrees or lower outside, our room was still 75. I think they overheat the hallways and that heat seeps into the rooms. The television was not good, and, again, the remote was finicky. You had to continually press buttons that wouldn’t work. Somewhat minor issues (except the heat thing) and I'd stay here again.

Clean, modern property. My room had large windows and was bright. Loved the bathroom as it was big and the shower was large and comfortable with hot water. Large comfortable bed. The bathroom needs more hooks for hanging though. There is also no safe in the room. Kitchen was very well equipped. The whole one-bedroom apartment was fitted out like a real home. Loved it. Used the laundry twice. Very clean room, easy to use machines and free detergent! A Walgreens is conveniently located next to the hotel Unfortunately, there was no one to help us carry our bags. They don't have a concierge or bellhop.

Solid Residence Inn - very good location on the outskirts of downtown. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice, good-sized room with a kitchenette. Perfect for our four night stay. Close to fun, casual restaurants and gay-friendly “Allen Town” neighborhood. Onsite, shared coin laundry. Decent breakfast included. Walgreens next door. We managed to get a good price during high season. Only about 25 min from Niagara Falls.

The staff were very professional (don’t see that often anymore) The hotel was very well taken care of and clean . Even the entrance was very nice and well kept , valet service was very friendly and helpful . They had carts available for you to take your stuff ..right at the door. A very nice bar/restaraunt for dining with wonderful friendly staff. The room was nice ..needs a lil update nothing serious but comfortable, clean and shower was amazing!!!! They were pet friendly which made our trip easy , just wish they had a lil dog park near by but still nice.

The staff was exceptional at all levels. What a welcoming atmosphere. Efficient, friendly, and excited about pleasing. Love the new decor and the lobby was so warm and relaxing. Loved the room, a bit small but the bed was very comfortable and the decor very warm. Loved the historical pictures of Buffalo throughout. Liked that you needed your room pass to enter the hotel after 11 pm. Very safe. Great location too.

Huge rooms and comfortable double beds. Great downtown location. Nearby nlbars and restaurants and 20 min walk to waterfront. Starbucks, bar and restaurant in lobby. Staff all really friendly. Valet parking available which we used was very good.

We were on a road trip and decided to stay the night midway through the drive so we picked the Westin as it was dog friendly. Everyone was very nice whom we met. Everything went well. The parking is either valet or a public garage around the corner from the hotel so like a few mins walk. There was a trash can in front which we appreciated for our doggy but otherwise the street was bare of it but surprisingly very clean. Not much grass in downtown but we figured it out. Loved how comfortable our stay was, we grab to-go breakfast at the breakfast place downstairs called Jake’s cafe. A breakfast sandwich will run you $9 bare minimum but it was tasty and quick! We checked out the only “bar” that was dog friendly about a 9 min walk/ 4 min drive away called “fatty beer” since we got in super late on a Sunday! We would love to reign if we do another road trip that passes by here again! I can’t remember our check in agents name.. but it might be Fara since she checked in on us! She worked the evening of 5/5 and checked us in around 9:30pm. She was lovely.

We visited family in Buffalo for the Easter weekend and chose The Westin mostly because of the good reviews and for the Bonvoy points. We were simply blown away by the friendly and professional service we recevied at every moment of our stay. We had a slight issue with our remote control working and within minutes someone was at our room to fix it. The major highlight for our kids was the robotic butler Chip who made a surprise delivery of buffalo stuffed animals shortly after we checked in. Our kids were so excited--what a lovely way to welcome children! Later, we requested extra towels, and within minutes these were delivered by "Chip" as well, which was not only amusing, but also extremely convenient. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made you feel like a valued guest. The room itself was well-appointed and clean with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend The Westin to anyone traveling to Buffalo!

Dry pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this property. Staff are amazingly friendly. Shout out to Nahadi who checked us in, upgraded us to a jr. suite as bonvoy members and gave us great area restaurant recommendations. Our jr. suite was great with two large screen TVs, a large bathroom with a big walk in shower and plenty of storage area for our personal items. Also real bar soap - almost non existent these days. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of storage area. AC worked great. Always a plus for us! Nice area for restaurants and walking around Buffalo to see the great architecture.

Been here now 4 or 5x for business. Pros: Newish property, clean, well-maintained, good location, adequately staffed with polite, helpful staff. But: in general, the housekeeping not good. Every day for a week they were sure to forget something: No cups, then no new towels, then no fresh coffee. One day the maid service didn't show up at all. Dynamic pricing, so when busy this Buffalo hotel will cost nearly $500/night -- Buffalo! If quiet, might be in the $250-300 range. Also their restaurant Patina has gotten awful. Very limited menu of food that's not all that appealing. Onion soup was awful, covered with croutons. Pasta was pasty and bland, served tepid. In- room dining room took over an hour and the order was wrong. The gym is very nice, although no connectivity so nothing available if you like to watch a screen while you treadmill. In sum, still pretty good but on a definite downward trajectory.

My recent stay at The Westin in downtown Buffalo was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and a glass of champagne made me feel special and set the stage for a memorable stay. The amenities are top-notch, especially the state-of-the-art gym, which made my workouts enjoyable and convenient. The dining options are equally impressive, with a variety of delicious meals available at the on-site restaurant. Overall, The Westin Buffalo exceeded all my expectations. With its excellent service, luxurious amenities, and prime location, it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting downtown Buffalo. I can't wait to return!

Huge room very quiet. We got the room with the jacuzzi tub so I can’t speak about how big other rooms are. But this one was huge. Easily could have accommodated 6 people (with 4 on the floor/a cot/etc). Not that the hotel would allow that but just to give you an idea. Parking was quite convenient, just a bit “hidden” from the street. You don’t pull up to the street address. The lobby is accessed in the back where the parking is. Quite convenient once you get that part. The only downside if you can call it that was the restaurant in the hotel had apparently closed down a few months prior. But there were plenty of restaurants in the area, nice ones too, in walking distance and not fast food. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean , chic and modern. The property appeared to be brand new . The location was not central to attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The Steele restaurant has good cocktails and appetizers. Emily at the restaurant/bar is so nice and friendly. Try the pineapple upside down cocktail and blue berry lemon drop . The cold cauliflower is so good . The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

This is by far the best hotel (not a resort) in which we have stayed. It's modern, clean, well designed everywhere, comfortable, close to convenient businesses, has fabulous amenities like a bar with great cocktails and a restaurant with special appetizers and gourmet meals and personable helpful employees! Stayed here on two non consecutive nights. Will always choose here when visiting Buffalo area family.

When we were booking a hotel for a relative’s graduation, The Mosey was the same point value as the Hampton Inn down the street. Knowing this was once a Wyndham Garden, we decided to give it a try. The hotel looks very upscale from the exterior and lobby. While it shares a building with apartments, you would barely know it (if not for gated upper level parking and locked doors near the elevator requiring code access). The room was in great condition and very comfortable. The only complaint with the room was the AC shutting off in the middle of the night due to the motion sensor - sitting up in bed and waving normally solved the issue but it was an annoyance. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was extremely friendly. We felt welcomed and at home. Breakfast was okay. Things were a bit pricey and nothing to write home about, but at least you got a decent amount of food. Unfortunately, for elite members with the $15 food credit, there is really only one item (a breakfast sandwich) that will fall within the credit by the time you add coffee and tax. There really should be more options that the credit can cover. Overall, we would return again but we would probably save the food credit for the bar and have breakfast at one of the places down the street.

Although my friends and I only stayed overnight (we were in Buffalo for a concert at Kleinhans Music Hall), our experience at The Mosey Hotel was a positive one. The hotel was easy to find (it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside) and had free underground parking. The lobby is nicely laid out and was spotless upon entry. Our room was very clean and spacious and had a large flat screen TV, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine in it. Four adults travelled together and had more than enough room to move around without getting in each other's way. I loved the shower and the amenities that were available for us to use: two shower heads and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. This was my first stay at The Mosey Hotel, but it definitely won't be my last!

Recption was always friendly and was greeted every time with a warm hello or good morning. Love the fresh macadamia cookies every afternoon. Very quiet and rooms well kept and cleaned. Perfect location for me and close to supermarket too.

Everything. The staff was sweet and responsive. Breakfast was good and plenty. Rooms were very comfortable, and we were able to see the sunrise every morning from our beds, what a view! Location was perfect!

The hotel was doing upgrades but it was really clean, peaceful with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very quiet hotel, very clean room, comfortable large bed, tv worked great with general channels, the shower pressure and temperature was great, the room temperature was good, and the tub was a bonus! I appreciated the mini fridge, closet space, and desk! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, lots of options, clean seating area, and a tv to watch while you eat.

I was pleased with this hotel - I got a great price off Priceline ($54 - $70 after taxes etc.) and it was clean and mostly comfortable. Modern hotel rooms seem so cramped as they are designed for monetization, not comfort. My room at the Sleep Inn seemed large and roomy, and the (old) showerheads really shot out the water, unlike modern ones which laudably conserve water but barely give you a trickle to wash your hair. I wrote this place was dated, as the furniture was worn and the shower had plastic peeling from it (see pic) but those minor things didn't bother me. The beds weren't great - kind of soft and bouncy - and the pillows are too thick for me. So when I first went to bed I was not comfortable but I was so tired I fell asleep quickly and slept the night. Breakfast had a lot of options but no fresh fruit - the woman working said they usually had it but the truck was coming the next day. The staff is just ok, as I asked for a wake-up call to back up my alarm and the clerk said their system wasn't working since the time change so they couldn't call me. Okayyy....But mostly a positive experience and I would stay there again even at a higher price point.

The room we were given was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The desk clerk worked very hard to find our missing reservation from a third party and would not give up until the problem was resolved. Great job!! The following morning we were welcomed by a fantastic breakfast. The last motel we stayed in was rated almost the same as this Sleep Inn, but the rating was not deserved. The breakfast at Sleep Inn was about as perfect as one could be with just about all taste accommodated for. I even received a personal tour of the available breakfast options from Sue, the Breakfast Attendant. She oversaw everyone's needs and was a delight to meet with.

This was not a particularly fancy hotel, but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and wireless phone charger. Always nice! Also, a desk where I could set up my computer and a comfy chair for reading. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful - every person I met - front desk and housekeeping!! I needed to move my 3rd night as a friend was joining me. They made my move totally seamless. Downstairs sports bar had a great Greek salad and good prices for drinks. Nightly rates were extremely reasonable even for the weekend, best I could find in the entire Buffalo area. Highly recommend.

i stay here everytime i’m in buffalo, a couple times a year and i love it. it’s not too pricey, it’s clean and cozy, and the attached bar and restaurant is a great hangout spot!! hotel and bar staff are always so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is still under renovation. The photographs on their website do not match the conditions of the rooms or amenities. Our room was very spacious and fairly clean. Walls look dingy and decor is cheap and outdated but it was comfortable, spacious, and clean to sleep and eat. The fitness center has two wastebaskets catching water from the leaking roof. The room was not arranged to use the small amount of equipment present. The basic equipment does allow for you to get a good workout in for a quick hotel stay. The hallways and floors were in need of cleaning with visible debris everywhere. A work in progress. Close to our destination. Easy to get to and from. Friendly staff but no initiative to go above and beyond for customer service. Website was not updated to reflect no food available and false pictures advertised as to conditions of the hotel.

Booked this hotel for its patk and fly package. Check in went well, room was perfect no issues, very clean and renovated. Shuttle to airport went perfect, driver was great. The attached restaurant/ bar was good, the 10% discount is only on food not alcohol. Shuttle from airport to car lot went smooth and waited less than 5 mins and driver was great. The one thing to be aware of is they will not take cash to pay for your stay. Would recommend.

I stayed for 2 nights to attend a high school reunion. The room was perfect for me, nothing extravagant or fancy, but clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is small and older, but again, it served my needs for a weekend stay. My reunion event was held in The Yard and it was a perfect outdoor venue!

We really enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very attentive and ensured all items were kept stocked and areas were clean. They were also kind and greeted customers with a warm smile. Kind of repetitive from day to day with the hot items but they were fresh and hot and plentiful.. Also, limited in seating areas as the last day we were there, we didn't get to sit at a table with our family but had to sit by the front door with a coffee style table. Not very accommodating for small children. The front desk gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming and kind. Our room was very large, the beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were soft. We had 2 very large TVs in our room with lots of channels and they each were wall mounted with swivels. Remotes were easy to use. The bathroom was large and the walk in shower was large. The bathroom products they offer are of good quality. The water pressure was very good. The room smelled fresh. I felt very safe at this location for myself and my children. The pool was a comfortable warm temperature and they had a shower and bathroom available there. The pool hours are great! We will definitely come back to stay at this location again!!

Would be 5 star rating except for the beds, which are the newer style (possibly a hybrid?) and very very very soft, to the point they are hard to get out of and feel hot. Okay for sleeping, but to sit on and watch a movie etc, you just sink deeper and deeper into the foam. They were Beautyrest hospitality brand. Very clean room, nice towels, clean bedding, wonderful shower. There were young kids running up and down the hall screaming and laughing till midnight, but that is not the fault of the hotel, just bad parenting. We enjoyed our stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check in clerk, the maintenance man who helped up bring our things from the car to the room when no luggage carts were available, and the very kind breakfast attendant. I called down around 9pm for an extra blanket and toothpaste (we forgot to bring toothpaste...oops!) 2 blankets and toothpaste were brought up by the night clerk within 5 minutes (thanks!). Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was great! The pool was clean and open from 7am to 10pm. We would book here again. I think I just have to get used to modern beds. I sleep on an innerspring extra-firm at home.

This hotel was very convenient to stay for our trip to the Niagara Falls. It had adequate parking, the staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for a hotel at this tier. It would have been nice to have at least 1 item change in the breakfast so you are not having the same things every day. Since we were there only for 2 nights, it didn't matter but any longer would have been a bit irritating. Overall the place is worth the price and good to stay. The pool was clean and a very decent size.

Property was in a nice easy location, close to Niagra Falls. close to shops and many restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool and gym both very clean and comfortable to use. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall wonderful stay, would love to go back one day.

Although this hotel is located in an older area of the city it was pleasantly surprising how modern and clean it is. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the room very comfortable. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds made it a great experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would also stay here again!

We had a good stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has some variety. The staff in the breakfast area must be commended for their kindness and helpfulness to all the guests. They made sure to help the guests in so many ways in order for guests to enjoy their breakfast. It is a short distance from the Walden Galleria, which is convenient for shopping and other restaurants. There are other hotels in the immediate area so that is what surrounds this hotel. It is very close to the airport .

The breakfast was delicious especially the warm cinnamon rolls. Coffee was good too. The only issue was a slow running drain in the shower. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and fresh smelling.

Everything about our stay! Location and ease of getting to and from. Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and more in close proximity. Hotel is directly across from Buffalo international Airport. Breakfast both days were great and full of choices. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at every level was friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book here again. We are primarily a Holiday Inn family and this was one of our favorite stays.

This is a pretty solid hotel, easily one of the best in the Hamburg/Orchard Park area. The price ain’t bad. I’ve stayed at much worse places for much more money. The value here is really about on par with what it should be. The staff isn’t overly friendly, but they aren’t rude or off-putting either. They get the job done for what their job is. Our room was clean, modern enough, and we were relieved to find coffee in there because we’ve recently had a string of hotels that did NOT have coffee in the room. I think what was particularly above average was the bed. It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. All the traveling we’ve ever done all over the country, dozens of different hotels, and this is a bed we’ll remember as one of the best. However, I was disappointed in the breakfast. I was really looking forward to breakfast because it seemed they have a decent one as far as free hotel breakfasts go, but there wasn’t much. The pancake machine wasn’t working, the metal containers were empty… Basically just a muffin and yogurt with coffee.

Clean rooms. Good free breakfast. But staff super friendly. Hotel was packed for Bills game. But was very quiet. Slept well after 6 hours driving. Easy friendly check in too. Only complaint if you could consider it is the shower had a dent in floor. I am sure it was probably caused by a guest and not cost effective to replace tub. Overall a good experience.

Last minute reservation on our way home from a long trip. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Upon check in, we were told there was a big crock of soup, cookies and water, all complimentary. That in itself was great, as we were tired after driving all day. Then when we took our dog out, we were given a wonderful treat bag for him, which he absolutely loved. Breakfast was standard, but very good. We will definitely return to this location…clean, comfortable, friendly, and the extra touches were awesome,

My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The location is convenient, the rooms well appointed with comfortable beds, an excellent hot breakfast is provided. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Best of all, daily maid service was standard, unlike many hotels that now try to skip this service. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. All staff was very friendly. Pool was open. Breakfast was wonderful, Mike was amazing. He was very friendly and efficient with keeping items tidy and filled at breakfast. He's a major reason we'd come back. Truly someone who takes pride in his work and that's rare these days. Breakfast was full stocked with 20 minutes left of the buffet. Thank you for making our stay on the 4th of July wonderful, especially with being so packed, we will definitely be back.

Our room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great counter space. The towels were the softest we've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with numerous choices of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. We found the location perfect, with easy access to main roads, and many nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

We found this place shortly after Covid short staffing made us abandon the place we'd stayed at previously. Breakfast location was fantastic. The breakfast room was very spacious and never felt packed even when there were quite a few people in it. Continental breakfast was fairly standard, was very well maintained and had a nice variety of foods. Hot food choices changed daily, which was nice as we stayed four nights. Always a variation on eggs and breakfast meats. Also oatmeal, a couple of waffle stations, variety of drinks, sometimes freshly made biscuits. Please tip the staff. Available hot water, tea, coffee and hot cocoa 24/7 (or at least every time I went to look for it). Staff were consistently informative and friendly. Elevators were quick. A well-stocked convenience store/gas station is also immediately next door.

We have stayed in many Hamptons across the country. This one was one of the very best. Very clean rooms,bathrooms, breakfast area and other public areas. Front desk people all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent-much better than other places. Hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs instead of those premade cheese omlets-some people cannot eat those. Skim milk and even almond milk available. Good lowfat yogurt and the muffins and bread were a higher quality than other Hamptons. The breakfast lady was very helpful and kept items stocked. Josh does a great job here.

Megan and Frank and Mike were so very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. Rooms are new and clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and good TC channel Selection. Breakfast was delicious especially the frittatas and the blueberry scones. Nice hot coffee and tea. Lovely pool. And decent gym. Great value. Highly recommend. Pizza Nextdoor is sooo good.

The jacuzzi in the room, pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The room was spotless. Front desk clerk was very nice, and the room service personnel were very friendly .

I would give 4.5 stars if possible. We had a great stay here. The location is great and the service we received at the front desk was excellent . They were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a small issue with our first room and we requested a switch, they made it super easy for us to do so and didn’t act like we were a bother at all. We figured we would go to McDonalds across the parking lot in the AM for breakfast, but no need! There was a nice hot breakfast right in the lobby from 6-10am. Hot coffee and cucumber water was available at all hours it appeared. The room itself was standard and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet as well. Even at check out there were some nice fresh cookies to take with us, it was just very pleasant from start to finish. I would stay here any time I am in Buffalo!

What we loved about the place was the McDonald's and Chick-fil-A were just across to walk, so if kids are picky that was the best option. Breakfast was good with a lot of options, hot breakfast with omelette, waffles, oatmeal fruits. The pool was great but too much chlorine, water was muddy and not clear, don't know why. So did not feel like it was the clean pool. Convenient to highways, malls, and food places, beds are comfortable, plus they have nice tables at reception so people can take out and eat there with family. The receptionist can be trained, the lady was on the call with someone while she was attending to us continuously, she did not greet us, lift her head to look at us, 2 minutes super fast script to explain the lobby, and breakfast timing that we had to ask to repeat. Every time we went she had no name or uniform and always talking to someone on the phone that to on the speaker, I don't know how this is allowed at the front desk that they can talk to someone constantly while attending to customers, no greetings, smile nothing. She looked highly frustrated with this role. Rooms are deceiving with curtains, have very narrow windows, so if you want sunlight and privacy then please go on a higher floor, the first floor if facing parking it will be totally dark with dark curtains. Overall comfortable stay with family, and I will highly recommend it.

We had a great 2 night stay at The Hampton Inn. Check in was great, friendly service! Fantastic hot breakfast in the lobby from 6-10am eggs, sausage rounds, toast, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, cereal, juice, coffee!! The room was clean, shower was great! We were 3 gals there for a shopping weekend & it was perfect for us!

The hotel is very clean and the common areas are nicely designed. There is plenty of access to computers in the lobby. The staff is very friendly. The cafe had good choices and friendly, helpful servers. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The hotel is convenient to main roads, the I-290, and the airport. It is not a walkable neighborhood. My room was showing signs of wear - scratched furniture, stained carpet. It was nicely designed and comfortable.

We stayed here 3 nights. I chose it for location and price. It is right off the 290 so very convenient. Not too far from UB and Tonawanda. On line It was the lowest priced of Hiltons and Marriott which is what I usually choose. Called hotel directly and each night was well below $200 per night which is very good. Did not include free breakfast. Free and plentiful parking. Free WiFi. Room was spacious and quiet. With small sofa and king bed. Good quiet AC and heat. Acceptably clean . Good shower. Only negative is that room is a bit run down. Stain on carpet. Happy with my stay.

Pros - Good hotel, generally clean facilities and rooms; comfortable beds; friendly staff. Has a Starbucks / bistro. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, which is a thoughtful thing to do for guests. Lobby is nicely done with plenty of sofas and TVs. Lots of outdoors seating as well, outside the pool and the bistro. Convenient driving distance (~25 minutes) from the Niagara Falls. Cons - Pool is not heated / water was cold. No shower at the pool. Had to spend a few minutes playing around with the cables behind the TV to get it to show content. No safe in our room. Bathrooms are clean but small. Overall a pretty good experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasant, quiet, and family friendly atmosphere. There were three things that can be improved: 1. The wallpaper in our room was peeling in a couple of places 2. The coffee in the room left a lot to be desired. Thankfully there was a Starbucks in the restaurant on the first floor (which we had to pay for separately, of course). 3. There was a gap in the sidewalk when we exited the hotel to the left, towards the parking lot, that I tripped on, but I was caught and didn’t fall, thankfully. This should be fixed so no one else falls, please.

We only stayed one night here en route to Niagara Falls and we absolutely loved it. I believe the hotel was very recently refreshed as everything in the room looked clean and new. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious enough to fit 2 kids in a king room as it comes with a sofa bed. The hotel has great amenities and a lot of lounge space in the lobby. The lobby cafe also has Starbucks coffee. Service at the cafe was amazing by the 2 lovely ladies. Shoutout to Lisa at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, but rooms need updating (wallpaper peeling) and breakfast service really needed a boost!! Would stay again because staff was so friendly - but Hyatt should invest in some updating!! Location is nice and near some really nice restaurants - no real shopping - but food and bars are nearby!

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Amtrak station, by bus, metro or ride share. I really like the "old school" appearance of lobby and the restaurants. The front desk staff are delightfully pleasant and professional. But this is the only Hyatt that didn't respond to my daily texts letting them know that I was leaving and the room was ready to be serviced. Still, the housekeeping staff did a good job. That said, the hotel seems a little dated, and the hallway carpeting on the 10th floor could use a good "deep clean" as the high summer humidity brings a faint stale smell. Visually, however the hotel is well maintained, and I would stay here again

Great stay. Always nice to see the owner greeting people and making sure that they enjoyed their stay! Breakfast was greqt and the room was spectacular. Jacuzzi tub heats up nice. The only thing that would have made it better was a free dinner at the restaurant! Call me Russ!

Stay was amazing! Had the king Jacuzzi suite for my wife and I. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Decent and comfortable room. Has a jacuzzi (though we didn't use). Free breakfast. Convenient location near the airport.

The personal touches, the cleaning staff left a note wishing us a happy anniversary (we were celebrating our 20th), they announced our anniversary on the front marquee of the hotel which was a nice touch too. The jacuzzi was so big and comfortable I nearly fell asleep in it.

Great value hotel. Loved having the jacuzzi. The k cup coffee and handwritten note from the housekeepers was a nice touch.

The Edward hotel is a beautifully decorated Renaissance style eclectic with regal style in a great neighborhood I had the pleasure of staying in the champagne room just amazing beds were soft and comfortable TV was huge also the bathroom and shower was like a spa perfect air conditioner was at the right temp the room is set up with coffee fridge there is a nicely decorated set up downstairs for more coffee tea water ice machine and microwave staff was very accommodating and respectful also helpful I would stay there again and again in a heartbeat best hotel hands down I give this place more than 5 stars

Exceptional. Large suite with clever but not overdone decor. I stayed in The Kennedy Suite with its large room and sitting area and large bathroom. The building appears to have historically been a large private residence with handsome detailing. Good location convenient to my work meetings and to Kleinhans Hall for the Buffalo Philharmonic. I parked on the street outside the building. The staff was very friendly, the property exceptionally clean, and an amazing value for the price. Although there was no front desk staff when I was there in a standard hotel format, I found my questions were quickly answered through the booking app. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows.

Great location a short walk from the lovely Elmwood Village. The room was lovely and we really appreciated the tea, coffee, ice, breakfast bars and microwave popcorn! Erin was lovely and so welcoming and helpful. Self check-in was also very convenient.

Had a late appointment in Buffalo one evening followed by an early appointment the next day so my wife and I decided to stay in the city and make a night out of it. We booked sort of last minute and even though we'd never heard of this place before we were pleasantly surprised. The property is pretty unimposing from the outside, but we loved the ease of parking and self check-in. It was great to use the codes and not have to wait in line or fill out paperwork to check-in. We could go right to our room which was the Kennedy suite. Very spacious and comfortable, with a bed and ample sitting area. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The huge tub was the show stopper though. I took a long bubble bath and could've stayed in there all night! I hardly wanted to go out for dinner, the place was so cozy. The room was also much quieter than expected even though it's in a relatively well traveled part of town. If we stay up in Buffalo again we will certainly check availability here first.

Our room was amazing, bed was absolutely comfortable. We stayed in one of the king suites with jacuzzi tub, on the 3 floor for our wedding night. Staff was amazing and loved the aquarium just past the desk. Next time will try the bar, we regret not staying 2 nights.

I really loved all of the chandeliers and the unique garden theme design throughout the hotel. The bar was a plus in case we wanted to have a few without having to drive. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub, so that was amazing as well.

The room and bed where very comfortable the only thing we did not like was the hot water in the shower was not hot it was Luke warm we did not use the jacuzzi because of the water temperature

This hotel is beautiful inside!! The rooms were comfortable, it was easy to find, and jacuzzi tub was definitely nice to have.

The breakfast had a wide variety which I loved. We had a beautiful room that had the comfiest bed and an amazing view of the pool/bar area and you could walk right out to the pool. We had a big jacuzzi tub in our room that fits two people comfortable too!

This was a one night stopover on our way to Indianapolis. We arrived around 5pm, check in was easy & friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant/Lounge, twigs. The bartender Sue was great! We had the complimentary breakfast- which was fairly typical of a self serve breakfast buffet. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities , other than wifi, which worked well. The pool looked lovely, everything was very clean.

We stayed at the M Hotel, M stands for Millennium, during a holiday weekend. As a result, they were fully booked but guest services were friendly and helpful. Check in time is at 4, which is on the later side of check-in times, but yet rooms were not ready until well after 4:00 which was disappointing. Our Suite was huge and the jet tube was spacious enough for two people. For such an old hotel, the new Millennium owners did a fine job with renovating the inside and outside while keeping the old mid 1980's feel of the tropical and cozy pool courtyard. The rooms had impressive updates like Samsung TVs, Moen bathroom faucets, and comfortable beds! The hot breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast you might find at a roadside chain hotel. They lacked someone to wipe off tables and empty garbage cans regularly. But, they did keep up with replenishing the food which was impressive considering the amount of guests. The gym was a little below average and only consisted of a handful of cardio machines, a couple of exercise balls, a bench and a row of dumbbells. It would have been nice if the bathroom sauna was open/functional and if the gym was cleaner. Location was excellent! The Galleria Mall is a short walk away, across a couple of parking lots, and there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance as well. Our We enjoyed our stay!

This seems to be an older hotel with typical cracks and chipped places in sinks/tub. The room was very clean, the staff was so nice. We enjoyed the twig lounge after 5pm. It has typical bar food and drinks. The conversation was pleasant and the bar tender was very nice to chat with. The free breakfast had a variety to choose from along with coffee, juice and water. The set up is very nice and clean. Over all we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff.

The lobby is spacious and comfortable with nice visual appeal with the fountain. The rooms are spacious and bedding is comfortable. The rooms that overlook the pool area are an extra bonus with the balcony that offers additional space and a tropical vibe. We stayed with a group of other families and the atrium next to the pool was a great gathering space to share a meal and spend time together. Security was especially friendly and good natured with our young teens while still setting appropriate limits.
