The unit was comfortable, spacious & bright. The balcony was very private with lots of greenery around. Our unit was tastefully decorated with a newly renovated bathroom. The pool was lovely to flap around in, perfect temperature. Located close to, but far enough away from the humdrum of the main shopping precinct. Walk to everything you need, wharf, beach, restaurants, cafes & surf club. This one is a gem, so don’t miss out. Managers Michelle & Paul were very helpful with checkin & suggestions. And their resident cat was great to pat & get your cat fix. Definitely will revisit next time we are visiting the Sunshine Coast. Cheers.

We just spent five nights at Dockside. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with full size oven and cooktop and very roomy. On-site manager Paul was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside (which was my fault for not enquiring) was the shower over the bath. I'm getting too old for that! Easy walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended staying at Dockside.

The apartment was great, spacious enough for 2 couples. Good having a washing machine & dryer. The pool was lovely & there was a well equipped BQ area with tables/chairs & lights. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. The beds were comfortable & there was a paper delivered to our door every morning. The owners were very friendly & helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier as our apartment was ready. It is very central to everything, an easy walk to the beach & shops. It was a bit noisy over the weekend nights as the locals were out & about in their noisy cars.

Very short walking distance to everything Mooloolaba. Ample private parking space for 2 cars. Unit 7 is large and offers 3 bedrooms. Comfortable beds and lounge. Spacious main bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, baking gear. All white goods and electric devices working without issues. Aircon made our stay during a very humid week very comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was heated and clean. Shared BBQ and outdoor space was clean. Everybody seems to love the resident cat hanging around the property entrance. Driveway is on Foote St. Loved the beach walks. Everything to hand for a home away from home. Would definitely book again in this complex.

Rooms were clean and well presented and even had foxtel which you don't get elsewhere. Staff were amazing and friendly and made you feel at home. Mooloola beach, Alexandra Heads beach,shops, supermarket and restaurants were just a short stroll away. Secure carpark with wide car bays was added comfort to know it verification was safe Highly recommended and we will be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed me stay at Osprey. The apartment was amazing clean and modern. The ocean view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL. With the beach right across the road it provided perfect oppiortunites to watch the Sunrise and set. The apartment was on 5 minute walk to local restaurants and supermaket facilites. The property had a pool and spa which I used frequently. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was so convenient for all local amenities. the apartment was so clean and the view amazing. The heated pool and spa was great for families, lovely gardens were kept and directly opposite the beach incredible views from our balcony. Staff were extremely friendly. We got an upgrade, and we had a spacious, beautiful 2-level apartment. It was clean with beautiful views. It had all the amenities, a huge fridge, a well stocked kitchen, foxtel, and an extremely comfortable lounge. Very comfortable main bed and pillows. Location was key. We had shops, restaurants, and a beach within a 5 min walk.

We stayed in the penthouse and found it exceptional. The views were amazing and the apartment was very spacious. The kitchen facilities were great, the beds comfortable and the living areas were very welcoming with views from many vantage points. The balcony area was enormous with lots of outdoor furniture. The location was very central to lots of cafes and restaurants and the beach was right there. We enjoyed the pool area . The manager of the property was an extremely helpful and friendly lady. We would love the opportunity to stay again in the future

What a fabulous place Beach on Sixth is a perfect location for a holiday or long weekend away, park the car and walk everywhere . Within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, Cotton tree shops, 50 m to patrolled beach & Maroochy surf club. The Ocean View apartments are very roomy with everything you need. I love the two balconies gives you a feeling of such space in the unit. The kitchen is larger that some homes with a long stone bench. The pool, spa and BBQ area are great to entertain visitors or perfect for a quiet afternoon relaxing at the pool. Kerry and Col are excellent always helpful to ensure your stay is memorable. Once you holiday here you will definitely return!!

We had a couple of days here on a short trip to the Sunshine Coast. The place is not really near the bars and restaurants but very close to the beach. We booked a studio room and were very surprised at how large it was. There was a lounge, dining area, kitchenette and a large fridge. We stayed on the 2nd floor but still had a nice view of the water from the huge balcony. There was also a washing machine and drier in the large bathroom. The pool and spa area was on our floor and a small gym also.......both areas were well maintained and really lovely....just a little cool to swim at this time of year. The check in was easy and the gentleman there was friendly. They also have undercover secure parking. Overall I'd recommend the place if you want a relaxing few days on the coast.

Our apartment was perfect for our needs. We had a lovely view, it was nice and quiet and with nice restaurants within walkable distance. Our apartment was VERY clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Although we bought our own salt and pepper. The laundry facilities inside our apartment were great too. Thanks very much. We had two separate apartments and we loved our stay. The resort was clean, the staff friendly. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. Parking was secure. We did have to re-insert the Foxtel card which had been installed upside down - but that was presumably caused by a prior guest. My apartment had a view of the canal and we loved watching the bird life - pelicans and swans with cygnets were particularly special for my grand daughter. The location was so convenient. We walked easily to the shops and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. A great stay. Very relaxing.

Amazing apartment. So much space and so clean. Comfy beds, great laundry, 2 beautiful balcony’s. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and a great size. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Plus close to beach and the river. Definitely 5 star accommodation.

M1 is a perfect holiday location we had a brilliant holiday. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in a great location close to cafes, the beach, the river and the Sunshine Plaza and Big Top centre. The managers of M1 are friendly and helpful and we recommend holidaying at this location. One thing to be aware of is that if you book your accommodation on booking.com you are not guaranteed to get the apartment you booked and paid for. We booked a 3 bed apartment with ocean and hinterland views on an upper floor of the complex as this is what booking.com were selling. When we arrived we were put in a different apartment on a low floor without the views we thought we were getting. We would still stay at this complex, it was excellent.

We had a lovely stay at Cilento Maloolaba - wished we’d had longer! We were a family of 5 adults - the lovely receptionist welcomed us with a fruit cake and cherries as it was Christmas- such a nice gesture The apartment had plenty of room for us all and a large terrace which was great for morning coffee’s and evening glasses of wine and card games The location of the apartment is very central for all of the bar’s & restaurants and the beach and the establishments on the back waterways also We would definitely consider staying again if we go back to Maloolaba

The room was amazing and clean. Everything you would need for a trip. Pool was heated and the spar was amazing. Location was amazing. Had 3 restaurants down the bottom so you didn’t have to go far. Free wifi which was great.

Lovely unit with 3 balconies, including 2 large - one off the 2nd bedroom with views of Glasshouse Mts. Glimpse of sea from the spacious main balcony. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Also an easy drive to the Big Pineapple. Good parking underneath. Also a free area for a few hours after handing in keys. Will definitely use Cilento again for an affordable stay in the centre of beach and hinterland life.

Pool was nice, water was warm, jacuzzi was great! Hotel well located. Shops, bakery, cafes within walking distance. Coles within 15 minute walk. Beach the same. Staff friendly and ready to help.

Good location - a short and easy walk to esplanade and restaurants, cafes and boardwalk, as well as main shopping street. The check in process was easy, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in had no view (we were aware of this when we booked), but was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The shower was over the bath tub meaning you had to step in, but this was not a problem. The bathroom itself was a great size, and the power outlet had USB ports. The sitting area was pleasant with a small table and chairs, sofa and good size TV. There was a small balcony with table and chairs. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a full size fridge. We appreciated the free parking. Would recommend, and be happy to stay again.

This is our third visit to Alex seaside resort. After a fifteen hour flight from Canada each year we find it a perfect haven to relax and unwind for a couple of weeks before setting off to explore Australia. Our hosts Pauline and Dave are always friendly, easy to deal with and most welcoming. The accommodation which overlooks Alex beach is basic but very comfortable and well priced. It’s spotlessly clean and is conveniently located a couple of hours north of Brisbane airport. Dawn arrives in Alexander Headlands at 5am in February so it’s perfect for jet lagged travellers who are up at that time to join the local joggers, walkers and surfers enjoying the beach front at that early hour. Our only observation would be that internet access is a bit frustrating with limited data and a repetitive login process. I’d suggest improving / simplifying this process for a better overall customer experience at probably no additional cost. Thanks for your hospitality. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here, Pauline was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a ocean view that didn’t disappoint. The spa was fantastic and the shower was awesome. Gotta have a good shower. Head over the road to Francis Bean for a great coffee and Rex bar and grill for a delicious burger. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable with lovely view, fantastic shower, very nicely furnished. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kitchenette good. Sound insulation from the road very good. The only down side to room 14 was the music from the market across the road early Saturday morning. Would definitely come back!

The room was excellent The staff were amazing, and their pre arrival communication was perfect. The view from the higher rooms would have been amazing, or level 2 suite view left a little to be desired, but you could see enough to know you were at the coast. The location is second to none, right across the road from the beach, great food places within walking distance, 5 minute drive to your usual take away shops, 6 or 7 minutes to Sunshine plaza on the same road. The staff were exceptional

Such thoughtful details make a big difference. In addition to a hair-dryer and toaster, there were a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave as well as an oven and cooktop. As well as the shower, there was also a spa bath, with louvres opening discretely to the excellent view. The balcony provided a great opportunity for sitting outside enjoying the balmy air and watching children delighting in the pool. All conceivable cockery and cutlery were provided, as well as a large range of saucepans, frying pans, and so on. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was combining leisure with a visit to my Godson and his family, who lived about 10 minutes away by car. I walked to their place once and found the coastal walk delightful. My Godson was able to use my parking spot several times, as I do not drive. They came over with a special afternoon tea one day, and it was great to be able to share the pleasure of this great apartment and view, with this special family. This is a very comfortable, family friendly resort in a most beautiful and convenient location.

It was right on the beach next to a good beach bar and coffee bar. All areas were clean and tidy,minimal noise from other guests. The pool was clean and warm. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview apartment ( no.8). From the moment we walked into the apartment it was fantastic! Clean, modern, huge in size with a beautiful view of the ocean. Whoever owns that apartment has absolutely thought of everything and obviously cares about their occupants. There was everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The fridge had an icemaker with cold filtered water. The pool is amazing, with an actual deep end of 2.7m which is rare in any resort/hotel pool. Great parking in the basement big enough for 2 cars side by side. The reception girls were lovely on check-in and check-out. Great to have restaurants/cafes under the resort. The beach is right there, a 2 min walk, no roads to cross. The entire 6 night stay was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners of apartment 8 for providing such a lovely space.

Perfect is the only word to describe the resort. The buildings are located right on the beach, which has surf guards, and the resort staff were friendly and helpful, especially on how to use the door lock key-fob and how to use the car-park. Our unit had a fantastic sea view, and was very clean and the kitchen area was fully stocked with everything you could want to use, even down to egg cups for boiled eggs. I can not think of anything that needed to be improve or upgraded. We will most certainly be staying here again.

Friendly and welcoming on arrival (even though we were late). The unit was excellent. Spacious and light with everything at hand and plenty of cupboard space, crockery and cutlery. Coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, blender and a big fridge and freezer. Large comfortable beds and ensuite in the main with shower and a small balcony. 2nd bedroom was well away from the main living area and had a large bathroom with shower over a spa/jet bath and a separate toilet which made it a virtual ensuite setup. Even an "office nook" if you wanted to work on the laptop. Fast and easy connection to the internet and plenty of power points for charging. But......the views from the living area and bedrooms were breathtakingly beautiful with a large balcony to sit and have breakfast, meals or drinks and take in the ocean, river and mountain views. And walking distance to some great restaurants and the surf club. Absolutely loved this place. Oh and the parking was wonderful. Easy to drive in/reverse into allocated spaces. Did I say I loved this place??!!!!

We were so impressed with our stay at Aqua Vista. The room and resort facilities were impressive. We had a 2 bedroom unit overlooking the beach and could see from the Maroochy River to Caloundra. Within 50m, there was a Japanese and a Thai restaurant, both casual with great food. There was also a great bakery and a cafe where we had breakfast each morning. The Surf Club is around the corner, a 5 minute walk with great views over the ocean and good food. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Cotton Tree shops which have lots of food outlets, shopping and grocery store and butcher if you are inclined to cook. Despite the weather not being great, it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the board riders and windsurfers down on the beach while simply relaxing.

Perfect location with an amazing view. The unit was well appointed and spacious and the beds super comfy. Walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The pool and spa were lovely and we had a perfect view of the New Years fireworks (even though they only went for 7 minutes). Sunshine Plaza was a short distance away by car as well.

We had a lovely stay, the room was very spacious with great views. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is within walking distance to the Maroochy surf club, restaurants and the beach is one block back from the beach. The pool facilities were great. Only a short drive to shops and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I loved that the room was very spacious we had a 3 bedroom which fitted the 5 of us in easy. Also the beds were so comfortable had the best sleeps! Was also great having the pool for the kids who went swimming every day and had two balconies with amazing views! Also the beach was a two minute walk!

It was the little things like the manager popping out to help me when I was lost, and a comfy bed that allowed for rest, the heated jacuzzi, etc. etc. I can highly recommend this resort.

Our Apartment was on the 5th floor, we had 3 bedrooms, perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. From our lounge and main bedroom we had a balcony and partial view of the ocean and swimming pool. From the main spare room with the double bed and balcony the view was 6th Ave. 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds, no balcony small window facing north. All the bedrooms had fans and aircon. We used the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had all the necessary items we needed except for a coffee plunger. Maroochydore Surf Club was a 5min walk around the corner and MacDonalds was 5-10mins walking in the opposite direction. Beach was next to the Surf Club, lovely sandy and clean and manned. The water was nice and warm for Autumn. The rooms were lovely and clean and relaxing. Car park down stairs numbered your room number. There's a coffee shop across the road and plenty eating places walking distance. Went for dinner one night at the Surf Club, great for families, they really look after you.

We loved staying at the Catalina apartments. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We had an ocean view room so the view was ever-changing. We loved how the master suite was separate to the kids room, and the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Although the building seemed to be full, we never heard any noise through the walls. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great (although needed a bit of fiddling to get it to stay on the wall). Well equipped kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the beach which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Catalina Resort never disappoints. We first stayed here when our eldest child was two and we travelled from Melbourne... 23 years later and it's still our family's favourite, even though we now live in Brisbane. Amazing location and facilities. Quiet area of Cotton Tree Maroochydore, opposite the beach and Surf Club. Has been regularly upgraded and renovated over the years and is always well maintained. We have stayed in a variety of units; 2 and 3 bedroom and upper levels and garden level. All have been great.

The location was fantastic and the view was spectacular! Love the wrap around balcony and every room also had balcony access! Beach views from both ends of the balcony! Perfection!

We had 2 apartments due to availability of dates, the first better than the second. Both good, well equipped kitchen. Both apartments had washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and board. Both apartments similar but apartment layout in Tower 2 more spacious and noise levels lower. Apartment in Tower one had a room either above it or beside it with floorboards or similar making loud scraping noises from tenants waking very early in the morning 😞 Also, carpet quite stained. Location is fabulous, actually walking distance to many restaurants, Stockland shopping centre literally 5 minute walk. Fish shop with great fresh seafood just over the road from the resort. This complex is becoming a little older and dated but spacious and very clean. I feel that the rates are quite excessive, however, Caloundra accommodation 0as a whole is incredibly expensive but all resorts, hotels and motels still filling all vacancies. It begs to ask "WHAT FINANCIAL CRISIS" ??? Thankfully our stay was covered by by an insurance claim. I would still highly recommend this resort.

The location was terrific with easy access to restaurants, shops, good walks and the beach. Dallas on reception was very welcoming on arrival. A very neat little apartment with a lovely view from the balcony of the water and pool. TV with Foxtel was great for relaxing. The hot water pressure was terrific so it offered a great shower. Undercover car parking was also a bonus.

I loved everything about this property, the location was central to everything we needed ( walking distance), the pool had recently been renovated and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the heated front pool and spa .The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and informative .Will definitely be returning cannot recommend this property enough.

A lovely apartment right on the water, the upstairs terrace with bbq was a wonderful addition. Staff very friendly and helpful. The town is great, we had a fab relaxing time walking to the various beaches and enjoying the bars, restaurants and love music, all of this out of season! Thoroughly recommend it

Shirley was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We stayed a few days for a funeral of my wife's father. She had flowers organised in the room when we arrived. I walked across the road to beach every morning for a walk, went to.Oennys seafood down the road and enjoyed the amazing apartment. Great auto lounge, and amazing decor. The view oh my God when you open the door and see the view, it takes away the sadness of the reason we there. For a little while anyway.

Shirley, the concierge at the front desk, was amazing and incredibly helpful, sharing local knowledge about nearby restaurants and the top spots where locals dine. She explained everything clearly, from directions to house rules—you're awesome, Shirley! The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a 2-minute walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be booking another stay soon. I could retire here!

Everything was perfect. The location was easy to find. The room was beautiful & clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the glassware, crockery, cutlery & utensils you'd need. The spa bath in the master suite was amazing! The beds were comfy. The views to the ocean & the sound of the crashing waves were magical whether we were on the verandah or sitting on the couch with the concertina glass sliding doors to the verandah open all the way. Communication with the resort was with Shirley, who was so lovely & welcoming. Thank you for having us Silver Sea on Sixth, we'll definitely come again!!

We stayed in the garden view apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. The location across the road from the beach is terrific with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bus to shopping centre also just outside the complex. Shirley was a very welcoming host and was always on hand if we needed anything. Thanks for a nice stay.

I highly recommend a stay at the Aquarius Resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa studio was modern, spacious, clean and well-maintained. It had everything for a stress-free, relaxing getaway including a great view of the beach from the balcony, lounge and dining areas. The huge spa bath was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day before snuggling in for a quiet sleep in the very comfortable bed. I was so impressed I've already booked my next stay.

The Aquarius Resort was perfect being spacious, clean and tidy. We were in the penthouse on the 6th floor which also included a double garage for parking. A little snug but with a little direction from the other half the four wheel drive did fit. Shops, restaurants and bars were close by (within walking distance) and the best the part, the beach and Lifesaving club was just across the road. So perfect to grab a coffee and go for walk along the beach. Even though we were on the Main Street, noise was not a problem. Besides when you wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of waves, nothing else matters - Perfect!!!

The location is really amazing, as it is overlooking the beach, Just across the beach. The room is neat, tidy, clean, comfortable. The room has a kitchen with induction top stove, with available utensils and cookwares ( honestly they are clean) ready to use when you want to cook your own meal- which I really like as the whole family preferred to cooked meals than eating outside, aside from that, course dishwasher is also available. The laundry room ( washing machine and dryer) is a big help too, especially when you have wet towels and clothings afters swimming at the beach/ pool. our room is just in front of the swimming pool-which the kids love it. We love the big SPA in the bathroom, and the hot SPA available in the swimming pool.

The location of Nautilus is excellent and close to everything you’d want, beach, shops, pharmacy restaurants, cafes, bookshop, clothing etc. The apartment was very good, with a balcony and view. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was a good size. The combined bathroom and laundry was excellent. Secure parking under the building is very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is excellent and included a spa, wading pool and main pool, with changing facilities and toilets. We stayed in July and being winter we found the pool warm and inviting.

Stayed for a 4 day short vacation to get away from work, just hang at the beach. GREAT location for the beach (just on bulcock beach and a short drive from golden beach or kings beach). The pool is still being made/renovated (they adv target completion Dec 2024) and upgraded my room to apartment room with rooftop terrace, BBQ and jacuzzi. OMG fabulous party space! The pool reno does cut the place in half so you have to walk around the outside to get to gym, games room, sauna etc. However once the pool is done this place is going to be ROCKING! Food places all around. Shops and amenities close by. Sunday Caloundra markets were fun. Room itself was tidy. Had few teething issues getting BBQ and lights working (there was some sort of switch to turn on) but asked the reception and they sent someone quickly. Once all sorted, I had the time of my life! Fantastic! Will be back!!

The staff were very helpful here. We had booked a the night deal and were called directly by the resort to inform us the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. The room even we arrived was clean, spacious and modern. However the pool was under more construction than we had expected. The fence unfortunately blocking the view we were expecting. In speaking with them the next morning about moving to another room, the staff were excellent. Moving us to a close room that gave us a better view at no extra cost, the room being an upgrade with an extra bedroom. Not as modern, but just as nice. On the last day we decided to stay a night longer. With one phone call we were given another night at the same rate we had originally paid. Great friendly staff, service peaceful area, with many options when it comes to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The location of the property was great for our first visit to Caloundra. Very central, close walk to coffee, food, main shopping street. Wonderful view of the river & beach. Quick access to walking paths around the esplanade. We found the property quiet, the pool spa area lovely & clean. We were off peak so it was quiet in general. The apartment was very well equipped with all the comforts. Our bed was really comfy, pillows not great but bed was so comfy it was ok. We had a family member who lives a couple hours away stay a couple of nights with us. Having lived in Caloundra, he was really quite taken with the property & location. Parking was great, safely under the building keeping our rental car safe.

The Manager and staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the building was in a great location between Bulcock Street (Caloundra main street) and the Beach/boardwalk around to Kings Beach and beyond. Parking was provided in the basement levels, and our desingated parking spot easily accommodated a 4wd vehicle. Although on a lower level, we still had water views from the balcony.

Location was great for our purposes of the dance comp venue close by. The kids loved the heated pool which was very clean. Very spacious apartment with a lovely ocean view from the balcony. Area was quiet at night and great for our small family. The owner Tim was great and so helpful. We called to check how we could get beach towels just after we arrived. He had just headed out, but so kindly walked back to the apartment reception to provide us the towels.

Amazing views from all the rooms Impeccably clean and the beds were comfy Great location close to cafes and the water. Friendly and helpful staff Would 100% stay here again

Rumba Beach Resort has a prime beachfront location directly opposite Bulcock Beach with many great restaurants and a shopping precinct only a short stroll away. We stayed in a premium 2 bedroom spa apartment boasting panoramic ocean views. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a full size kitchen, two spacious bathrooms and a laundry. The resort provides guests with fresh linen, bath towels and beach towels and features 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a poolside cocktail bar. The only suggestion would be a larger lounge or perhaps adding a couple of recliners so all guests can put their feet up when watching TV or relaxing.

The best part about Rumba is the easy access to your apartment from any where in the resort. We booked the Beach front 2 bedroom apartment and found it spacious for the 4 of us and a delight to wake up in, as we could enjoy the sun rise and sun set. The facilities in the kitchen were sufficient for our needs, dining on the balcony was a treat as we had the comfort of being able to cook our own food and serve it on the spacious balcony. The second bedroom is at the back of the apartment and dark which is the nature of the design, so we made a conscious effort to wake our kids early so they could enjoy the sunshine and fresh air/daylight in the lounge or balcony. The access to the beach was easy and within walking distance, having the balcony view of the beach meant we could always keep on eye out for each other without having to take our mobile phones with us. Rumba location, room spaciousness and staff friendliness was a pure delight. They work incredibly hard to make sure each guest is having a great stay. Our favourite part of the day was the 7am freshly baked muffins and brewed coffee. After an early morning beach walk we were always welcomed by the barista with a smile, muffin and coffee in hand. Thank you Rumba for being a welcoming family resort and giving us the opportunity to relax and have a care free family holiday.

The room was well presented clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a premium beachfront room which said it had panoramic views of the beach but ours was cutoff by the balcony of the room beside us which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was good the only other letdown was the bar downstairs had a music on the Friday night which was loud and I struggled to get to sleep but it was only the one night we were there that it happened.

The resort was well presented and clean on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. The room was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The facilities were first class. Great pools! The resort was close to the beach, eateries and the main shopping area.

The location was perfect. Close to where we needed to be to the stadium. The facilities where amazing. The apartment facilities were top notch. Clean, comfortable & everything we needed. Communication was exceptional.

The apartment was nicely renovated and fresh, with homely touches to make it more comfy than a standard hotel apartment. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Great pool, and yes, a fabulous.view.

Great views of Caloundra at night. Sunrises were pretty cool as well. Walking distance to IGA, chemist and a variety of restaurants for takeaways or dine in. The Thai restaurant at the resort was exceptional. The main bed was very comfortable. Veronica the host was fantastic with her communication.

View was amazing! For me that was the best part. Was also nice not having other apartments in our view so felt very private from our balcony.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sundeck. We thought Ian and Deb were very approachable, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartments that my family and I had were exceptional. They were clean and had beautiful furniture and furnishings. The gardens and pool area were also kept extremely clean. Location is amazing, being across the road from the beach and only 300 metres to the surf club where we enjoyed a beautiful meal. We will most definitely be returning to stay at sundeck again.

Spacious updated apartment (no. 7), modern fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. TV and wifi. Ground floor with front and back court yards. Perfect spot to have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Play ground across the road so great for families with children. Maroochydore beach is a 2 minute walk away. Close to all essentials ie restaurants, take away, convenience stores, botteshop. 5 minutes drive to Sunshine Plaza. Good value for money.

Great location just over the road from the beach. Close to shops, restaurants, surf club, RSL. Great base to travel to Australia Zoo, Ginger Factory or Eumundi Markets. Apartments have plenty of space. We were in an older style 2 bedroom apartment but overall was great. Beds could do with an update but we softened up the mattresses with some extra blankets that were in the cupboard. Living areas were nice an spacious and comfy. So nice to listen to the beach from the veranda and lounge. Amazing water pressure in our showers too!

Fantastic low rise hotel across the road from the beach and close to a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes and walks along the beach or river. Hotel has lovely manicured lawns and gardens with a lovely feel with herbs and fruit trees mingled among the shrubs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen if dining out is not an option. Nice pool facilities with one heated and no chlorine, the other a standard pool. Fabulous on-site staff.

A girls weekend for a 50th Birthday - Justin the three of us . Best best location - the beautiful Maroochydore beach across the road - a patrolled beach - easy walk to Maroocy surf club , restaurants and coffee shops - just park your car and enjoy your holiday . The management team Ian and Deb are awesome - we booked them for in house massages - they know they stuff . Best relaxed weekend ever . I have already re-booked with my hubby and I on the 20 Dec - and included massages. Very good value for money , huge spacious Units compared to some others I looked at and have previously stayed at. The apartments were about a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. There was secure parking under the apartments. There is a lovely pool with an area to sit and eat and a bbq for everyone to use. The apartments were nicely furnished and very clean with private patio/balcony areas. Kevin and Noela were very nice, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use. My son and his family had an apartment with a hot tub and we all thoroughly enjoyed using it.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Off the main road so away from the traffic noise. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Reverse cycle aircon. Kitchen had everything you needed (even though I didn’t cook!). Spacious apartment with comfortable lounges.

The 2 bed apartment was excellent and comfortable, the beds are so comfortable, not like other hotels we have stayed at are like sleeping on rocks. We had 2 private out door court yards set amongst the palms .the ensuite is large with a spar bath. double basin and a toilet. The other bathroom had a shower ,toilet single basin, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had everything you need even salt and pepper , cooking oil etc. The staff were helpful and very nice. Under ground parking was very secure with a remote. Highly recommended 5 star. Regards Mike and Jacky .

Liked the location, nicely in between Alex and Mooloolaba. Staff were flexible and most helpful, responding quickly to the few requests we had. Place was very clean, homely and comfortable. Street fairly quiet and garage/ parking very easy to get in and out. Really good accommodation.

Bellardoo was excellent in every way. Jenny and Mark were very helpful and friendly. Location was on the beach and 100 metres from pubs, bars, shopping strip, supermarket and a bus stop in front of the premises. Pool was excellent and next to my apartment. Having a quick stroll along the beachfront to breakfast was an absolute treat and lots of fun. Family friendly and kids loved the pool. Bathroom was excellent. I was on the ground floor and had a lovely screened in verandah off the main bedroom and lounge room. Amazing views from lounge, kitchen and verandah. All in all ... had a great stay.

Excellent location for a weekend away with the girls, which is close to the bars, restaurants and shops. The management staff was friendly and helpful and in reception they even have some equipment to borrow such as beach gear to make your stay easier on the packing. We had the 3 bedroom apartment with a glimpse of a sea view and the apartment was clean and tidy and had all you’d need to get started. The building is on a main road but it’s surprisingly quiet and I’d book again when in the area.

Solitude but safe for a single female traveller, Comfortable, what I consider "real glamping'. Friendly warm welcome, even with my naughty pup trying to boss their pup around! Lots of lovely added parts - doggy treats, human treats (brownies!!) All the basics, tea/coffee (real coffee), milk, and bread.. I was warm and felt really comfortable letting my pup out and about as all nicely fenced off. The bird life is incredible, the peace amazing. Thank you so much.

Most facilities were fully functional and clean on arrival: kitchen (incl. fridge, cooktop, water, cookware/tableware), shower, toilet, air conditioner, ceiling fans. There was a nice view from the balcony, many plants and flowers in good condition. The apartment was quiet and did not let much neighbours' noise inside. The air was fresh. The location was within a relatively easy walk to all Mooloolaba beaches and sights, also allowing a short bus trip alternative.

Very clean and well presented. Secure parking. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. There was even a full laundry. Could see the beach from the loungeroom and balcony. Quiet and relaxing. Great value for money.

This was our second visit to Kings Row for our yearly family holiday and it’s just the perfect spot. We love the pool and hot tub, the apartment is well equipped, comfortable, and clean. We can see the beach, and it’s located close to everything. We’ll definitely be back:)

The property was in a great location and had a really amazing sea view. The room itself was large and had good facilities, but the bathroom was quite dated in terms of the style. There was a smell of cleaning fluid or damp when we arrived but that wore off during the stay. It was however clean and the hotel had a couple of pools to choose from, if the beach wasn’t for you (although the surf on the beach was pretty strong but good fun). Overall a good hotel in a convenient location.

The reception area was excellent and very helpful. The staff you did happen to meet were all friendly and helpful. The room itself had a pokie odd bedroom with a cupboard that had limited hanging space as drawers in the ways. There were good facilities as in kitchen/laundry/shower. The shower was off putting with the glass wall into the bedroom. Not sexy at this age. The WC smelt of urine and the timber slated blinds on the sliding door needed a good dusting especially on the back side. The room in itself looked liked it was just left over space and had limited view to the ocean but overlooked the the very noisy intersection of Lanning Street and the Esplanade. The motor bikes really revved in the nighttime to make it up the hill.

Staff were friendly. Property is showing its age. Eg TV was old and small. Tiles were chipped in places. Our room was sold with ocean views but ended up on the first level with a view of the bbq area. Other than that it’s in a convenient location and has large rooms. Safe and has great staff who went out of their way. Would recommend.

Excellent location in central Mooloolaba , nice and clean with great ocean views from the Seaview side, unfortunately the property is located on a corner near a set of lights at the bottom of a hill so there can be quite a bit of loud traffic noise at times. Also our apartment and others we know about in the building have the shower located in the middle of the Spa Bath which can be quite hard to step over for people with mobility difficulties.

What an amazing location. Directly across the road from the beach and views all the way along the Sunshine Coast beaches from Alex headlands up to at least Coolum and beyond and it is all picture-postcard stuff. The apartment was clean, tidy and neat and was close to some very nice restaurants and takeaways. It was centrally located with a short drive to a major shopping centre but within fifteen minutes walk of the river or other attractions

We are a family of five and had a fantastic stay at Nautilus. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the Mooloolaba Surf Club, the beach, and the main esplanade. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and cafés nearby, all within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. While the beds could have been little more comfortable (we’d rate them around 5/10), everything else about the apartment and resort met our expectations. The pool and spa were great and staff were all friendly. If you go in expecting a 3.5-star property rather than a 4-star or higher, you’ll enjoy your stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, well maintained, with nice decor, a large balcony and very comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The host even provided eggs, bacon, milk and croissants for us! Location was great with the beach and restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great area and so convenient to loads of restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 minutes walk and so beautiful. I had a fantastic time here and had lots to do within walking distance. Apartment 59 was so beautiful and peaceful. Great for single getaway.

In the middle appartments, a busy city carries on behind you, but as you walk onto the balcony all you can see is a tranquil river leading to the ocean and peace and quiet. Occasionally an aeroplane comes over but that just adds something else to see. The end appartments have a front and back view which allows you to see the city/ mountain views as well as the river. My favourite accommodation so far. I have stayed in three different appartments and all were clean and well maintained and would love to return. Once in, everything is safe and secure, even the parking.

Staying a week the appartments are central to Duporth Ave and Maroochy River. Trafalgar Towers is older design but functional, clean and friendly. Clean, easy to navigate and great views north to Coolum and south to Budrim. Car parking is a bit of a trick until you get used to it. Much roomier parks than new buildings. Comfortable beds, clean sheets etc bit limited on soap! Bring your own shampoo etc but otherwise ok. So close to Maroochy Airport without any noise. We would book again and enjoy.

My family and I have stayed here every Summer for 5 years. Britt and Grant are very welcoming, helpful and amazing. The rooms are always clean and homey, providing all the necessities for a family holiday including full kitchen and laundry facilities. The view is spectacular and the pool and spa are beautiful. The location is wonderful as it’s close to Sunshine Plaza, Big Top shopping centre, Cotton Tree, playgrounds and Ocean St which has great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Trafalgar Towers for a family holiday and we’ll be returning again next year.

The view was really calming. You could smell the fresh sea breeze every time you walked out onto the balcony. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Parking is in a secure carpark. Britt was very friendly and helpful I arrived outside of office hours, I booked at the last minute, and she made me feel welcome. The location is great. Most things are in walking distance. The pool and spa are heated. This is a great place to stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication from the hosts which made planning, check in and check out stress free and enjoyable. Lovely pool facilities and excellent location. Quiet, nice view of the Glasshouse Mountains and glimpses of the canal.

Great location within walking distance of everything we needed/ wanted to visit as a family. Also only a 15-20min drive to the big pineapple and a bit further for the ginger factory. Great view that you could look at from laying in bed, sitting on the couch or sitting out on the balcony. Plenty of parking spots and the kids loved the pool area.

Our stay was easy from start to finish. Room was great, bed comfy, everything clean and carpet was great 👍

This has been one of my favourite places to stay ever. David was an amazing host - very friendly, helpful, attentive and a wonderful chef. We enjoyed beautiful and plentiful cooked breakfasts each morning, including croissants, fresh fruit salad, cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, mixed greens, plus juices and coffee/tea. We were invited in for a glass of wine on arrival and fortunate to enjoy a banquet for dinner one night. The room was decorated beautifully with so many special touches and attention to detail. There are gems to be discovered within each room and main guest house with lovely pieces of furniture, unique ornaments, and touches to ensure comfort and a homely feel. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a perfect size with couch, dining table and chairs plus kitchenette. The bathroom was huge with everything we needed. The view from the back yard area was expansive and so peaceful looking out over the forest toward the coast. Great position with only a short 10 minute drive into the Maleny area, but far enough out to give a peaceful and calm atmosphere. There is a short section of gravel road, but it's easy to navigate. This was wonderful value for money - accommodation alone was better value than most, then add the amazing included breakfasts plus the hospitality and other touches and you have a real gem of a find here. Thank you to David, Dean and Bentley the dog for making our stay so perfect and memorable.

We have had an amazing stay at Highwood Park B&B. Location: Beautifully located in the Glasshouse Mountains, (only a 10 min drive from Maleny). Just far enough away so you are surrounded by tranquility and peace (with only the sounds of nature around you), but close enough to drive to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The views are just stunning. Rooms: So much attention to detail in all the rooms, with amazing views from each room! Breakfast: David serves a gourmet breakfast every morning, from fresh fruit, croissants and toast to bacon and eggs, with juice, tea and coffee also on offer. Presentation of the food was amazing. Service: David was an amazing host, very knowledgeable of the area and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay! Thank you David.

I can’t thank enough David and Dean for making our stay the most incredible one and be the sweetest hosts ever. They really looked after us, gave us advices where to visit around, and had great conversations. It was my second time there around Christmas. It was absolutely fabulous the first time and was even more the second. The rooms are so cute, super clean, with absolutely everything you need and more. Beds are so comfortable, you get heaps of towels and tea. The decoration is amazing, I loved looking at every items in the rooms and the living room. The surroundings are gorgeous, you can even enjoy the beautiful nature from the pool where you can relax on the long chairs. You can also find all the best movies for the rainy days. Last but not least, the breakfast. It’s a delicious continental breakfast with everything you expect. David is an amazing cook and his professionalism always keeps up in any circumstances. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻 I will be back 🥰

This Guest Lodge was unbelievable! The location was a little difficult to access due to recent roadworks, but our Host David guided us exactly. We could not believe the location, it was impossible to beat. High up in the Hinterland on a Ridge that had impressive valley views inland and outstanding 180 degree views along the Sunshine Coast down towards Brisbane and northward towards Fraser Island. Our room one of 9, was immaculately dressed, full of antiquities with sublime views, we saw the sun rise. Our bed was an oversized King, very comfortable. Two 3 seater lounges, and 8 seater dining room table, kitchen facilities, awesome bathroom, shower and bath. Marble and brass fittings. Stay Included full breakfast, which was amazing. There was a short drive into town for any requirements, delightful shopping in Maleny. We will stay here again. Only a 15 minute detour from main highway, but would be worth an hours drive to stay here.

The Managers, John & Sophie, are amazing,very friendly, beautiful couple. Sophie, took the time to show us on a map, places, restaurants, cafes, french bakery and shopping plaza. The air conditioned, self contained apartment was very spacious and clean. These apartments are in a fantastic location, walking distance to both Surfs Clubs, restaurants, cafes and Coles etc. The views from the balcony are exceptional, highly recommend these apartments

Location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach. Had beach view from the deck. Apartment was clean and spacious. Exactly what I wanted. John and Sophie are friendly amazing couple. Extra credit for the games room and mini golf. Kids really enjoyed that and I could watch them from my deck. Had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

The couple running the apartments were so friendly and helpful. They made sure to walk us to our apartment and showed us around. Sophie even had a list of restaurants that she had visited herself for recommendations. This is a perfect place for a quick getaway or a long family holiday. The rooms were big, and the amenities were clean. The kitchen was a great size, and so was the balcony. The bathroom was a little outdated but still worked perfectly fine, and the water pressure was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the little note and chocolates left for us and also the email they sent after we checked out. Everything about this place is friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Book deluxe if you want A/C, and I believe you have to book the step above deluxe if you want floor 6 or higher. Obviously proximity to beach and the Wharf is the best you can get. Parking is secure, and the pool area seems recently renovated, so nice and modern and clean. There’s a whole room full of pool toys for guests’ use, nice for kids. Beds are comfy and soft. Some units are due for some updates, but they have done some. Each unit is different though as they are individually-owned, so if you want to know which room you will be in ahead of time, I would recommend calling the property and having a chat prior to booking. Overall a nice, quiet, friendly property, perfect for a weekend getaway. We had a great stay.

Sidney and Lauren were such lovely hosts! They made sure we were well taken care of and had all we needed. We were upgraded from the room we had initially booked. Sidney moved us to apartment 7, which was perfect for our family. Warm, bright, and sunny! The beds were comfortable, showers were great, and the kitchen was stacked with everything we needed! The apartment was clean and tidy. We definitely made good use of the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, and the unit has a good-sized fridge. The swimming pool was awesome, the kids loved it, there were also boogy boards and beach equipment/toys etc available for our use! The location of 84 is perfect! The beach is basically at the doorstep, with amazing walks, handy to shops, playgrounds, eateries, and just across from sealife. Our family had an amazing time! We will be back for sure!! Thanks for having us.

Apartment was spacious clean & tidy. We had a 1st floor garden view overlooking the pool which was very peaceful sitting out on the balcony watching some wildlife, which included Bush Turkeys, Kookaburra's & a friendly neighbourhood Possum who would come to our balcony for some chopped up fruit at night. From the apartment to the beach was just a short 20 meter walk across the boardwalk from the pool area & you were on beautiful Mooloolaba Beach.

Perfect location, away from the noise of the central area and not surrounded by high-rise apartment buildings. Very easy walk along the street, boardwalk, or beach to get to main Mooloolaba. Room was great size, very clean and well looked after, and quiet. Very friendly staff, and lovely and helpful building managers. Easy-to-follow instructions. Directly next to the beach so you don't have to cross a road (just look both ways when you cross the boardwalk! 😊) Good facilities - washing machine, dryer, etc. Very comfortable apartment, heaps of storage space.

The location is perfect, allowing us to enjoy both Golden Beach and Bulcock Beach. It was incredibly peaceful at night, with the beach right in front of us and no complaints at all. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, which was impressive. But above all, what made our stay truly wonderful was Judy's exceptional service.

I just wrote a massive review& pressed the back button& boom lost it all. So i will try to rewrite again,lol We arrived here, after a massive day of driving with our family.( 7in total) Judy( i think) met us with a smile at reception& checked us in& even showed us where to park&how to use the keys. We were very impressed with our apartment number#12. The beds were comfy. Aircons through out the whole place, even though we didn't need to use them. Big fridge& freezer, comfy big couch,& plenty of kitchen items. The only thing that may need some attention is the dishwasher, so I chose to wash up. The cleanliness was amazing! The tiled floors were not sticky with cleaning residue when you walk bare foot. Such a vibe! I hope the cleaner is very proud of herself for working to such high standards. No corners are being cut here! Even the front veranda floor was clean, which gave it an extra welcoming feel. The apartment had no musty smells, or mould& had no artifical room fresheners, which was a wonderful relief. Our view was amazing!! I hope I have covered everything.

The unit had everything to make our stay relaxed, comfortable, and really well appointed with pretty much anything we needed. The full sized kitchen idesl for preparing food at home. The large quality smart tv was excellent. The balcony was a great place to relax and view the river. The lift made access to every floor exceptionally easy, and the locked garage was a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is very helpful.

The customer service was amazing. Judy was so friendly and helpful. The whole unit complex is very tidy and well maintained, including the beautiful gardens. The location was perfect with beautiful views of both Bribie and Caloundra. The apartment was so cosy and immaculate with everything we needed.

Our stay at Coco Mooloolaba was amazing! We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5 (3yo & 1yo twins) and it exceeded so many of our expectations for our first holiday away! There were so many extra basics in the hotel that I didn't expect, such as full kitchenette with all the necessities just like you'd have at home. The washing machine and dryer were great, so there wasn't a big build up of laundry for when you get home, as well as toiletries (shower gel, lotion, shampoo/conditioner) that were excellent quality! The extra facilities and extra kids toys/equipment for the beach and pool that is on offer to use during the stay was wonderful as we didn't have to cart all of our stuff up and down the lifts. The manager Lauren immediately welcomed us with warmth and friendliness and always acknowledged us when we arrived or left throughout the day. It was extremely close by to local shops, the Mooloolaba esplanade, the beach and restaurants. Walking to multiple places during the day several times never felt like a mission even with 3 small kids given the convenient location and it also offered a more quiet atmosphere of a night rather than the busy & sometimes noisy esplanade just down the road. The washing machine and dryer & full kitchenette that was set out with everything you could possibly need was a great bonus as well as garbage chutes on every level.

A great place to stay in Mooloolaba! Excellent location, short walk to esplanade, beach, shops, supermarket, surf club and wharf. Comfortable, clean, spacious apartments and amenities, loved the complimenary full size body products, shampoo & conditioner & beach towels. Spacious balcony area. Lovely pool,spa and bbq area. The property felt well organised, safe and quiet, staff welcoming and friendly, There was an efficient and convenient rubbish disposal system The carpark for guests safe and secure. The location was perfect for cafes, restaurants, the supermarket and the beach - all a few minutes walk without needing to rely on the car.

Highly recommended if you are travelling with young children. Great facilities and lovely staff who are very communicative and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Coco Mooloolaba is in a nice and quiet location away from the main esplanade but Coles is still really close and the esplanade and beach is only a short walk. Parking was very easy to deal with (even with us driving a people mover). After hours check-in was also straightforward with no issues. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and a nice way to unwind after a big day at the beach. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.

Excellent location, close to everything we could possibly need and right on the beach. We especially loved the 'local feel' of Kings Beach itself. We were greeted by the owner of Capeview, Andy, who is very friendly and helpful. Plus any of the cafe owners and Surf Club staff were very warm, fun and friendly. We also loved the ground floor apartment as we had easy access to the beach, the pool straight through our own private courtyard and the car park directly below the apartments.

This is probably the 3rd time we've stayed at one of the Capeview units and it was fantastic again. You can't beat the view of King's Beach from the balcony, or the 2 minutes it takes to be on the sand at the patrolled area. The units are spacious and well-equipped; there were tissues and a hairdryer in the main bathroom, which I didn't expect. Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, etc. in the kitchen. You're very close to cafes and stores at King's Beach and it's about 15 minutes to the main part of town on Bulcock Street. There is a lovely heated pool and outdoor eating area out the back of the complex. I think it might have been renovated recently? Indeed, although the units are a bit dated, it seems like various items are being renewed, like the balcony furniture. We will definitely look at staying here again.

The view was great with lots going on to watch - container ships in the shipping lanes, people enjoying the beach and park. It was also very handy to cafes and restaurants - and the beach which was patrolled and great for safe swimming. I also loved the pool which was the only truely heated pool I've encountered in my holidays. The managers were ultra friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic. we had an ocean view room and the kids loved the place. Every room in the apartment faced the beach. Was an absolute delight to be in the apartment. The Jacuzzi was great, kids loved spending time in there. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and utensils :)

The presentation of the property inside and out was of a very high standard. The facilities were awesome with sauna, spa, 2 pools, tennis court, gym and theatre room. Staff friendly and helpful. Beaches and restaurants/shops within 5 min. walk.

The location of this apartment is perfect, the ocean and beach is just downstairs, so good to have a beach side walk every morning and afternoon. Comparing with other more popular beaches, Golden Breach is less crowded but still, it has everything, shops and restaurants are about 5 mins drive and some are within walkable distance. The price is very affordable, too. With only one hour drive from Brisbane north and one hour drive to Noosa. In regards to the apartment itself, it is so so so spacious! Furniture may be a little out dated but in good quality and comfortable. Kitchen are nice and it has everything you need, nice electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and all sorts of pots, pans and utensil. They even provide kid's cutlery and bowl, very considerate. Nice balcony but if you are on the lower level, the tree will block the ocean view. I think there are only 18 apartments in the building, so it is quiet. Overall, the apartment really makes you feel like home. The hosts are also friendly and make you feel warm welcomed.

Our hosts at Belvedere apartments were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a three bedroom second floor apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything required for short or long stays. The view from the large front balcony looks straight at the beach and local park which has large shady trees and excellent facilities for families. The small shopping strip has grocery, pharmacy, news agent and bottle shops, and several excellent restaurants and cafes. There are excellent beach footpath walks in both directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

Absolute stunning view from the balcony of the apartment. Seaview's, fresh sea air and friendly neighbours made it all a treat. Friendly service and immaculate accommodation. highly recommended if you want a nice quiet stay, to stroll the along the beach, go for a dip in the pool or at the beach or even fishing all in the one spot. Close to all services and holiday facilites.

Location across from beach, park and jetty was great for the kids. Great view from balcony. The manager was friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, good kitchen, everything was clean.

This property is on Caloundra's waterfront near Bulcock Beach. The views from the wrap around balconies were magnificent, particularly the front, both day and night. Our stay was in a 3 bedroom penthouse, which was large, clean, well appointed and well maintained. There are heated lap and wading pools, a spa, sauna, games room and gym on the premises. All were clean and well maintained. The games room had plenty of options for entertainment for children and adults. The lap pool would accommodate disabled patrons as it has a ramp. Bars, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had promptly. It was a really lovely four day break. Thank you!

Clean, great location & friendly staff! We recently stayed at Monaco for 6 days & loved it! With a young family it ticked all the boxes - spacious room, close to everything - great playground just 5-10mins walk away, lovely walking paths (kids scooter friendly), patrolled beach just 5 mins walk, the main street with plenty of great food options is at the doorstep as are the sunday markets ans the apartment had stunning views with a spacious balcony. The pools and game room were great and well kept. We are looking forward to returning again in summer! 🌞

The apartment was beautiful - spacious and very comfortable. The view over the beach, passage and glasshouse mountains was absolutely spectacular, with generous balconies. Located 50m from Bulcock Beach esplanade (but a quiet street) and very close to the main street, groceries and all the restaurants. The coastal walking tracks are fabulous. We didn't use our car while we were there! Was a wonderful relaxing stay and we will definitely return.

This is the best property I have stayed in on the Sunshine Coast. Everything was perfect. The bed and lounge were super comfortable. The view was amazing. On-site activities, pool, games room etc were above and beyond other places I have stayed. A lot of thought has been put into The Monaco to make it an exceptional place to stay. Oh and the view is divine and food and beach in walking distance, as is the town centre.

I loved our 2 bedroom water view apartment on level 10. Beautiful views, spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable and quiet. Even nicer than in the photos. Pool was clean and heated.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Breeze Mooloolaba - we visited for a long weekend and it was perfect. Right on top of the beach/restaurants, really friendly and helpful staff and an amazing hotel room! We received an upgrade so got a bigger room than we'd initially booked but I don't doubt that even in our original room we would have really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright, clean and modern with all the mod-cons you could need! The only slight disappointment was the balcony - we were on the second floor so there was quite a lot of noise from the main road but this really didn't take away from the stay at all, it wasn't bad enough for us to want to move/complain at all! We'll definitely be back to Breeze for any future trips to the Sunshine Coast!

We went for the 2 bedroom with ocean view. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, modern and clean. The view from the lounge and bedroom was great, and the balconies were really big. We also had a parking space included with our apartment which was really handy for our rental car. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants and a minute or two to the beach over the road. Our only negative is that the road is very loud with traffic - of course this is not the fault of the apartment or owner, but just something to bear in mind (can’t hear anything when doors are closed though).

Our stay at Breeze Mooloolaba was a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The apartment featured a full kitchen, coffee machine, and a balcony with stunning ocean views. Right on the beach and esplanade, there was easy access to cafés and restaurants. The pool, spa, and BBQ facilities added to the social and easy atmosphere. With amenities like luxury bathrobes and Wi-Fi, Breeze Mooloolaba offered a stylish and convenient seaside retreat.

2 bed side apartment was excellent, 604, modern, very clean and well pointed. Bed was really comfy, best nights sleep for a while. Reception staff, Kim, was friendly, professional helpful and efficient. Close to the beach and walking distance to Alexandra Headland as well as to shops and restaurants at Mooloolaba esplanade. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. We were less than a minute walk and we were on the beach. A Cole’s shopping center was just around the corner with other shops and bars in very close walking distance too. We got coupons for breakfast at the pavilion and also was exceptional with amazing views of the beach. We cannot wait to book here again.

I can’t say enough about the Managers! They were so friendly and welcoming and they really went the extra mile at check-in. Our apartment had amazing ocean views and was very clean, comfortable and modern. It’s literally a walk through an arcade & you’re on the Esplanade, so it ticks all the boxes for location to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a girls weekend away but will both be taking our families here for a holiday in the near future! Loved it!

The location was awesome. Close to restaurants, coles, walking distance to sea life aquarium and the beach. The staff member we were greeted from at check in was very polite. Knowledgeable and friendly. Check in was super fast and hassle free. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, we were on level 8 and had Obstructed ocean views as there are Ocean side apartment buildings in front of Seamark but we were very happy with our view and room regardless as we were well aware that the Seamark is not an ocean side apartment and is on the road behind. We were lucky enough to watch the beautiful sun rise from our balcony and bedroom window. Something to be mindful to those who are wanting full ocean views though. Our apartment, was very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer which is so handy when traveling with two small kids. The decor is out dated and the rooms could do with a refurb soon but it never affected my stay. Due to Covid restrictions. The gym was closed but we had a look inside and it was a very well equipped qym. The pool is a rectangular lap pool. And Underground secure parking is free and so easy. The only thing that we’d say needs improvement is a few dishes and utensils were not cleaned properly, it was an easy fix which we decided to rectify ourselves instead of calling reception. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely book to stay there again.

Seamark was well located - a few steps to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. All apartments are individually owned so decor and fit out can vary. Room 804 had a partial ocean view, pleasant decor, tired furnishings but was comfortable. The kitchen area had a smell but we kept the balcony door open during our stay and it wasn’t an issue. The main bedroom had an ensuite with a leaky tap. The second bathroom had a broken tap in the shower. There was a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack etc. the second bedroom was just partitioned with some bifold doors - somewhat stuffy but there was a fan provided. Three rolls of single ply toilet paper were provided for three adults for six nights - inadequate - and you had to pay $1 for two rolls at reception for more which I thought was outrageous given I was paying $3500 for my stay. Also you had to empty bins and wash dishes on departure otherwise an extra fee would be incurred. Again - given the price - I thought this was unfair. Shampoo, body lotion, soap, washing detergent, dishwashing liquid was supplied. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Can be a little noisy if you leave the windows open - cafe across the road drags out their chairs at 6:00am, garbage trucks etc.

I cannot speak highly enough of the managers of Seamark. A dedicated mother and daughter team, Dakota and Melinda went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and safe. It was just across the road from Mooloolaba Beach, a lovely coffee shop, with easy access to restaurants. Multi layers of security meant I felt incredibly safe during my stay. Each apartment is individually decorated to suit a range of tastes and needs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Stayed here for a few days. We were impressed with the aoartment. Close enough to the centre of town and just across the road from a great spot of beach if you fancy an early morning swim. Everything you need for a great stay.. it even had a washing machine and dryer!! The apartment was large the bed was comfortable and everywhere was immaculatey clean. The staff really friendly and helpful. Didnt use the pool area as being in close proximity to the beach. We had a great stay here and would love to stay again if we are ever in the area again. The view from the balcony was a partial sea view but just enough to still be amazing. We sat out one night and had our evening meal on the balcony - just perfect.

My wife has just had to attend several medical appointments on the Sunshine Cost, so we decided to stay for 3 nights at the Alaxandra on the Pacific and book unit 6 which is a beach front apartment on the first floor. The views are almost central to the bay, and you can see the whole area from left to right which was just beautiful. The 3-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, very modern. extremely clean and is very comfortable. A great stay for a family or group of friends up to 6 persons. Underground secure parking for 2 cars included in your rental. You are within walking distance of both the beach or the shopping area where there are many restaurants if you want to eat out or you have a fully equipped kitchen if you decide to do your own thing in the unit. David the unit's manager was friendly and very helpful. Overall, this is easily a 5 star stay. You won't be disappointed.

My husband, myself and our daughter stayed here for one night. We stayed on the 5th level room 25. The ensuite in the 2nd bedroom was a surprise, which our 11 year old loved. The apartment had absolutely everything you would need. The king bed in the master bedroom was sooo comfortable, as was the singles in the 2nd bedroom. There was so much cupboard space in the apartment. The apartment itself was so spacious, with views from every angle. There wasn't front on water views but there was ocean and mountain views from both patios. These apartments are on a busy road, but once you close the doors, it wasn't a bother for us, on the top floor. The pool and spa was nice and heated. The sauna was being repaired and we didn't have enough time in our stay to actually see the games room or gym. The beach with walking tracks and shops and eateries are only a 5 minute stroll away. The only negative point I would have on this apartment is the bath/ shower and low water pressure. Everything else was so clean and updated.I would definately stay here again for longer and get a front ocean view room.

On a road trip we love Alexandra heads so spend two nights in Alexandra on the Pacific David was so friendly and we felt welcome instantly know we where going to love place . Lifts to the 4th floor room 22 great balcony to enjoy morning coffee ,breakfast and a nice relaxing drink ,sun lounges to lay on and read or just rest great views. The apartment as everything you need for a short stay or a long stay . Beds comfortable lounge comfortable 2 bedrooms beautiful shower,laundry we picked well would recommend this place we have already booked to go back for a long stay . So close to everything shops ,beaches pool ,sauna and a very lovely spa .

The view was amazing (room 27) despite being on the side. The balcony was huge as was the inside. Full kitchen and utensils and crockery was all good. Beds were firm but comfortable. Location was amazing, steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and supermarket. Price was super expensive but can be expected during holidays and soccer carnival. Would stay again for sure!

Wow! This apartment exceeded our expectations. We were in unit 32 with a great view of the Marina and up the river. The decor was very good and it had every thing you needed and more. Plenty of lounge area and a good sized kitchen. The Marina has plenty of great restaurants and a Tavern and so easy to walk to. To our surprise we had internal stairs up to the roof with an entire floor of views, tables and chairs, lounge, BBQ and a sink! Fantastic!! Just a short walk up the road is the Surf Club and the flags for the beach are right there. Perfect position for swimming. If you're going to eat at the Club, consider joining it for $5 to get discounts off your food and drinks. There are stacks of food choices all in walking distance. The internet is average but they told us this will be rectified soon. You'll see other reviews mention the stairs. There are stairs but they're not a problem if your of average fitness. The management are nice people. Friendly but also leave you alone. Having your own individual garage is great. I highly recommend this property.

Sailport Apartments suited our family so well. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with gorgeous views over the marina and an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing. clean close to the beach and shops. staff are very welcoming. The Amenities are fantastic. The pool is clean. such an amazing place good for families. I had such a wonderful time. Am looking forward to go back and spend at at least a week there.

Amazing location, walking distance to the beach, marina, restaurants and more. we didn't need to take the car out once we arrived. Lovely staff on check-in, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and had everything we needed, lovely view, great size and contained everything needed.

The location is really convenient. Across the road from The Wharf, restaurants all around, 8 mins walk to Coles Supermarket and 5 mins to Mooloolaba Beach. The hosts Heidi and Steve are really friendly as well. The apartment we booked came with the use of the garage which was really useful as my son could keep his bicycle and the bike box in there when not in use. The apartment is clean and wifi is strong.

I stayed at this place for three nights, and it was really good! The best part is that it's right in front of Mooloolaba beach, and there are many cafes, pubs, and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has good appliances and all the utensils you need. The bathrooms are nice and upgraded, with a jacuzzi and toilets. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the sea was amazing! They have parking at the hotel, and it's easy because you get your own spot.

Relaxing break with my husband. I cannot say enough about Oceans. it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. On arrival Stacey was amazing, such a lovely warm welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. Fulfilled every request we had. The apartment was immaculate and full for all the mod cons. Nice espresso coffee machine and even real milk supplied (Not the long life stuff, which I hate) Fresh ice in the freezer was a bonus. Beds were big clean and very comfy. We requested 2 queen size instead of the usual, queen and 2 singles, wasn’t a problem for them at all. Rooms are serviced every day and I made full use of the complimentary toiletries which smelt and felt amazing. Full length windows and topped of with motorized blinds had me in awe. All these little luxuries made me not want to leave. The apartments are in a fantastic location with so many restaurants on your doorstep as well as Coles and BWS right behind the building. View from the balcony was breathtaking, complete beach front. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend a stay here.

My husband and I came to Mooloolaba to cycle around the area for 2 days and Oceans was the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view, a comfy bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom, and nice furniture - so bright and sunny! It was so handy to have our own laundry machine and a kitchenette. We had a nice patio with table and chairs looking out to the ocean and we loved having happy hour there before going out to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner. The promenade out front of the hotel is so fun and vibrant - full of shops and restaurants for many blocks. It was very private. We only saw staff for check-in and check-out and they were very friendly and helpful. Our car was parked below in secure parking. And there was a grocery store about a block away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely would stay here again.

Everything! The apartment was amazing! Spectacular views over the ocean, super clean and soooooo spacious! We were a group of 6 adults and there was so much room. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two lounges, a separate dining area, huge fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony that ran the width of the apartment. They had thought of everything - outdoor dining table and chairs on balcony, as well as two sun loungers. The apartment was directly across the road from the beach. Restaurants, cafes and shops along the esplanade below and supermarket within a few minutes walk. Decor was clean, modern and neutral with lots of nice decorative touches so it didn’t feel sterile. Our group were so impressed and had a wonderful stay. We would also like to do a special shout out to Stacey on reception who was so lovely! Stacey was so warm, friendly, helpful and made us feel like valued guests - thank you, Stacey :)

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing It is a wonderful location, right in the heart of shops, restaurants, and bars but it is very quiet. The beach is directly across the road. Fantastic apartment, well-equipped, and superbly maintained, luxury, very large 3-bedroom. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly, they went out of their way to please us. Can't wait to go back.

It was all about the view, location and the beautiful breeze throughout the apartment. When we entered the apartment we were stopped in our tracks and just gawped at the stunning ocean, beach and park in front of us. We never tired of it. We could see it from the kitchen, the lounge and the outdoor area. Joanne Apartments are located opposite Happy Valley, Caloundra. Although there is plenty of beach and ocean this is not a swimming beach, however a short walk will take you to Bulcock Beach. This is an excellent beach for children as it is not a surf beach, however it is deep and has a strong tide. But it is patrolled by lifesavers. At Bulcock Beach is an array of restaurants and bars all with beach views and breeze. We loved the walk in the opposite direction (10 minutes along the boardwalk) to Kings Beach as we preferred a surf beach. And there are plenty of restaurants and bars here as well. And again plenty of things to do for the children, including a play park area, an ocean pool etc. It was the complete convenience of being able to easily walk to everything, including to an IGA supermarket, bottle shops, cafes etc. We did not use our car once. So much better to be located centrally rather than at one particular end - we had an abundance of choice.

The apartment was in the best location right on the beach with the most breathtaking view! We had an exceptionally large balcony to ourselves with lots of access points from inside. The main bedroom was spacious with its own private balcony and en-suite which was lovely, the other two rooms were small however with the view we didn’t spend much time anywhere else but on the main balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry which was super handy and the lounge room had two very large sofas that were so comfortable I even ended up sleeping on one! The smart TV and wifi made it so convenient for my little one to watch his favourite cartoons. The pool was lovely, not crowded at all as we had it to ourselves most of the time. I would say I wish the pool closure time was more like 10pm instead of 8:30pm however we enjoyed it nonetheless. Overall this property exceeded every expectation we had especially given it was so cheap, we were absolutely in love with the space. An added bonus was the staff were so friendly and gifted us an extended check out time till 12pm to ensure we didn’t need to rush on my little boys birthday. We will definitely be making this one of our family favourite spots to book regularly 😃

A perfect holiday destination when traveling through Caloundra. Walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants. Our apartment was perfect for a 2-3 day stay. It was clean, modern, had everything we needed incl. a private car port and very friendly and accommodating hosts :) We would highly recommend Joanne's Apartments!!

The property is centrally located between Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach with an easy stroll to the local shops. The facilities are well maintained and clean. We loved our ocean view 🌊 The staff are helpful and friendly.

Verve has the advantage of only being 5yrs old, so is still very modern and new feeling. The receptionist was very welcoming and the whole place felt clean and well maintained. The 2 bedroom ocean view apartment did not disappoint, the view was amazing and everything was in excellent condition. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Separate area to hang wet clothes, very well equipped for beach holidays. Very close to the beach, Maroochydore surf club and cotton tree beach - easy to walk everywhere so no need to take the car out again. Secure parking on site. We will definitely be back.

Verve was a great option for a stay while on the Sunshine Coast. Our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful water view from our balcony as well. It's on a somewhat busy road but the bedroom is soundproofed and we slept nicely. It had ducted A/C which worked great. We used the washer & dryer during our stay which worked perfectly. Parking is in a secured carpark underneath the hotel with visitor parking in front. Reception was super friendly. It's about an 8 min walk to Cotton Tree Park & Beach while Alex Head's beach is just across the road. Location couldn't be beat in terms of access to cafés and restaurants. I wish we could have had a longer stay here!

We stayed here for 3 nights in apartment 702 with a great balcony overlooking the water. We booked a 1 bedroom unit but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with separate toilet large unit. Unit was new (only built 4 years ago) and had very modern upmarket furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Staff friendly and helpful. Free wifi was excellent. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Thoroughly recommend

Second time at this resort and still the same great service, friendly staff and great apartments. We stayed here for 3 nights in Room 701. Good views and well stocked apartment which was clean tidy and all appliances in working order. Free undercover secure parking and free wifi which worked well. Walking distance to the beach and many cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to try Ricks on 6th a great Artisan bakery very close to Verve. Enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend

The room is well appointed, comfortable lounges, large screen TV etc. Full size refrigerator (with a complimentary bottle of wine), cooktop, ample pans, cutlery glasses etc to stay in and relax if that were your choice. Balcony views from room 703 out to the passage were beautiful and the view of the main street for the Beachfest car display was excellent. The view from the rooftop pool and BBQ area out to the Glasshouse mountains was wonderful, even in the cool of winter the pool was lovely and warm, we will be bringing a bathers next time. The location is terrific, right at the start of the main street, every conceivable type of restaurant is within walking distance. The Chinese Restaurant across the road was great value with exemplary service and the fish and chip shop just past the BWS is now a favourite of ours. The lift service was prompt, with individual floor access controlled by RFID fobs as was access in and out of the double level basement car park. The basement carparking is allocated by room number and the parks are a generous size making manoeuvring easy. There were 5 baggage trollies in the basement which certainly helps with the move in an out. The staff were very good, welcoming and very helpful, the explanation of the facilities was comprehensive enough to give all the guidance we needed.

We liked that the apartment was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the roof top pool was great, it was quiet and everything is at a short walking distance. We've tried the Mexican restaurant, the fish and chips place, the Thai restaurant and also Three bar and grill, which is accross the road, and they all had amazing food. If we ever come back to Caloundra, we will definately book there again! 10 out of 10, would recommend! Very good value for the money spent.

There was so much to like and appreciate about this apartment. First of all the location was perfect with waterside views but also in the same precinct as restaurants and bowling alley. The facilities were well looked after and very clean, shower taps felt amazing, satisfactory heating, beds exceeded expectations with high level comfort, kitchen and bathroom well stocked, beautiful rooftop pool and dining setting with magnificent views all around and comfortable water temperature to swim in winter. We were super happy with our stay and would stay again!

The location was central to the beach, shops and eateries. The views from every room in the apartment were amazing. The unit was spotless, and had ample crockery, kitchen utensils etc. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool and spa enjoyed 360 degree views and had great seating, bbq facilities etc. Car parking spaces were easily accessible and ample in size.
