Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Chester

Always a lovely stay at Chester House. This stay we booked a room with a jacuzzi bath but there was not enough hot water to fill the tub sufficiently to use the jacuzzi jets. Disappointing, but we will continue to stay at this friendly & welcoming hotel when we visit Chester.

Room was very clean and comfortable, Loved the jacuzzi bath when we had hot water. courtyard was very quiet and a nice touch to the outside space off the bedroom . Breakfast was lovely The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly.

A really enjoyable stay. The room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and there was a jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. The bed was super comfy and huge. The breakfast was very good and we will definitely be returning to this lovely place.

The room was so spacious for our family of 4, the jacuzzi bath was an added bit of luxury which we all got to enjoy. The host was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were given a complementary upgrade to the Safari room which was a lovely surprise, the room was absolutely gorgeous and with the added extra of the double Jacuzzi bath it was amazing!! I would recommend getting this room if you can it was just so luxurious. The Staff were really friendly and we were able to leave the bags at the hotel as we were there early. 100% would stay here again.

Beautiful room - very modern, spotlessly clean and spacious. The facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Really recommend the safari room for the tv in the bathroom and the jacuzzi bath. I need one! Staff were fab - had some issues with the tv in the main room but staff sorted it. Key drop off only on check out which was great but would have liked to have said thank you!

Loved this hotel - it’s easy to find and we got a free complementary upgrade to the safari room with double jacuzzi bath because they weren’t busy. The location is great - really close to everything and a stones throw from the car park Would highly recommend, loved the themed rooms Flamingo has the copper bath in the room for anyone wondering

Well appointed, clean and comfortable room. We appreciated having a small fridge. Although this is near the A55, we found our room to be quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly (reception and bar/restaurant). Good choice of breakfast items in the buffet - including pastries, yoghurt and fruit. The restaurant menu has a long list of international items. There are also a few chef specials. We didn't have high hopes, but we enjoyed what we ordered both nights we ate in; fish, chicken, beef and fresh veg all perfectly cooked. The French wines we had were very acceptable too. Plenty of parking at the hotel - the surrounding fast food areas do get congested. This is a busy service area. Note too that the A55 can be far from an expressway with frequent holdups.

Great hotel . Modern and clean restaurant with a wide selection of food both at dinner and breakfast. All very tasty and well presented. The staff are a lovely asset here. Kind attentive cheerful and personable. Interesting and interested in their guests. My bedroom was clean comfy and well equipped. The bathroom was a tad tired but didn't alter my stays enjoyment.

Location good, room very comfortable with tea and coffee, good quality toiletries. Restaurant on site although we didnt eat there, also Mcdonalds and another restaurant in same grounds together with petrol station. Two ladies at reception very friendly and welcoming. We asked about a short extension as we were going to a wedding and this was arranged with ease. Special mention to Dylan who was receptionist on the day we checked out, we were having problems with the IHG app but he sorted it out for us and was very friendly and helpful, an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Well kept grounds and plenty room for parking.

I had a lovely experience here. Starting from reception I was welcomed by Veronika a professional friendly receptionist oriented to the customer needs. The entire staff which I meted here was lovely, helpful and nice with everyone. The rooms was clean, free from odor or anything bad. The accommodation was fantastic, loads of parking spaces, restaurants close and in the hotel with very delicious meals. At restaurant I was greeted by Mrs Maria, a multi language speaker lady who was carefully helping everyone in the restaurant to have a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone. Great hotel, we stay here 3 times a year. Room was clean and fresh, beds very comfy. All Staff just amazing and friendly, especially want to mention Gabriella from the restaurant,she is amazing, we had a dinner there 2 evenings, thank you for your hospitality we really was feeling welcomed. We had really good stay and Definitely will be back soon.

Great room, comfy beds and lovely staff. Restaurant was fantastic, speedy service attentive staff. Pool and jacuzzi/sauna facilities were an excellent bonus to a really good hotel. Were there over Xmas so appreciated the team so much more.

Great value rooms and leisure pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room

Everything! The apartment was lovely, perfect location between the train station and the town centre so there was no need for public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was so comfy it's the best sleep I've had in ages. Honestly can't fault it. Looking forward to going back in the summer as there's a wee garden bit you can use which would be perfect for unwinding In the evening.

The location was ideal, being just a short walk along the towpath to the centre of Chester. The apartment was a good size, modern and tastefully decorated. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the cooking facilities, but full size oven, microwave and hob all were clean and ready to use. Instructions for entering the property were clear and once inside it felt very safe and secure.

It's located outside the City centre, but only a ten, fifteen minutes walk. There's a nice canal side walk, or you can walk the road way. The apartment was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen / living area and TV. Lovely outside patio area. Excellent secure reserved car parking. Waitrose supermarket is a five minute walk along the canal.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. So clean and cute right by the river. In a safe gated courtyard too so was very quiet.

The whole apartment and surrounding apartments were clean, welcoming and homely. And the beds were so comfy, tidy and spotless.

Absolutely amazing stay! For parking there were ample spaces to park at the end of the road but located straight in front of the hotel. From the moment we arrived we were met by Amy with a really big smile. She was very warm and very polite and professional in checking us in and showing us to our room. Our room was cosy and immaculately clean and the bathroom was a great size, although the bath could be a tad bigger (only because I'm 6ft4in) 😉. The hotel is located approximately a 20 minute walk from the city centre and there are plenty of shops, coffee shops, bars, eateries around to choose from. The breakfast the next morning was amazing and definitely one of the best we have had. Again, Amy greeted us with a big smile and so friendly and warm and took our order. The food was so fresh, hot and absolutely delicious and couldn't complain about a thing, even if we wanted to. The best thing about it was you could do taste the quality of the food. Faultless! In addition, the hotel offer additional extras you can purchase with your stay i.e. miniature pamper sets or a romantic upgrade. Booked our stay at an amazing, affordable price and loved everything about our stay here and nothing seemed too much trouble. First class all the way! I would without a shadow of doubt, recommend this boutique hotel to anyone. Fantastic! Thank you!

We were happy before we had even pulled up to The Stone Villa as it was easy to find and everything looked just as nice as it does in the pictures. Amy on the front desk was exceptionally helpful in everything she did! She checked us in with a smile, even though it was a miserable weathered Monday afternoon and showed us to our room. She helped us with booking a taxi to the restaurant we'd booked that night and couldn't have seemed happier to do so. When we arrived at the room, it was I'm pristine condition and was very spacious. The bed was enormous and comfy. Another great part of the room was the fact there was a small seating area with a table and not only was there the basic tea, coffee and biscuits, there was also hot chocolate and instant lattes! The shower was amazing and we had shampoo, conditioner, body wash a shower cap etc included. Downstairs. There are a selection of games. Dvds and books to choose from. Breakfast was lovely! A welcoming dining area and once again, Amy was hot off the mark to have us seated and take our orders for breakfast. She had drinks on the table in a flash and made sure everything was perfect. Check out was easy and simple! I totally agree with the good reviews for this place! We are already considering going back and booking a longer stay.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, bed was huge and so comfortable. Lovely young lady (Lilly) was very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the local area. Saw her again the following morning at breakfast and was smiling and doing a great job on an obvs busy breakfast service. Breakfast was amazing! Ordered off an extensive menu and served at the table. Lovely quality ingredients, hot and extra coffee, toast, juice as you wanted. 15 mins walk from central chester. Went to a lovely Italian around the corner (made in Italy) one of the best meals we have had in a long while. Def would recommend omens this hotel and visit again.

Boutique Hotel was so lovely. Distance from City centre 20 minutes walking, Cheshire Oaks 10 minutes drive. Ample parking. Staff were friendly & attentive - bag carrying was offered. Rooms; luxurious look & spotless, beautiful white crisp cotton bedding, towels fluffy & white, sumptuous toiletries, coffee maker with biscuits & lots of assorted tea/coffees. Little touches like fresh milk in the fridge, fresh water in bottle, chocolates and bed turning option. Breakfast was huge & served by polite and attentive staff. A hidden gem… walk out of the hotel round the corner to find pubs, restaurants, shops, chip shop, pizza place, off license, spa next door. We will return!

Clean, modern and welcoming. Room had radio, small fridge with fresh milk and water in it and nespresso coffee machine as well as normal kettle with tea/coffee. Bathroom was lovely and good shower. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast made to order. Free car parking and chester city centre only 10 minute easy walk. Booked the hotel as we had a special offer on the room but would come back here again and again to stay full price.

It was convenient to airport for early morning flight. We got a bus from a stop quite close to the property. We could have walked or got a taxi but bus was handy. Room was clean and comfortable, we did turn down the heating on the first night. We were also able to get a bus nearby to city center and a quick change of bus got us close to Anfield for a match. Coffee/ teas in the room but not suitable for meals. There’s a Premier Inn nearby also where we ate on one evening. There were other restaurants nearby but again this was handy. Host met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. It was good value for money for us.

We had an early morning flight back to Malta and decided to travel to Liverpool Airport the night before so that we could at least get 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep before the flight. This was achieved in great warmth and comfort in a very cosy self-catering annex on the ground floor at Gateway Lodge. Our host, June, could not have been more helpful and obliging in selecting our room. We were able to walk to the airport in around 15 minutes the next morning, arriving fresh and unflustered after our sleep. The private annex had everything we required, including a very comfortable bed, a modern bathroom (with a Shower unit), a well-equipped kitchen and a restful lounge area (with multi-channel TV). The bus stops to and from the airport and Liverpool City centre are located 4 mins from the accommodation.

Fantastic value for the location - 10 min walk to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff - check in and check out was very easy. Rooms were clean and tidy, nice range of tea and coffee in the room and then soap/towels in the shower was useful so I didn't have to unpack mine! (Awesome power on that shower too!) Excellent for parking too - £15 for 5 nights so close to the airport is a brilliant deal (although I didnt drive there in the end for other non related reasons). Would definitely stay again if I ever fly from John Lennon airport.

Exceptional. Exceptional. Exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by the owner. Room was spacious, clean, simply beautiful. Had a twin room with wood floors, plenty of natural light. Large bathroom with mansion of a shower. Genuinely wish we had more time, as we only stayed one night. Short and easy walk to the airport.

Great location and friendly, attentive staff. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice surprise. Room 11 was very clean and spacious with views over the River Dee. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress) and the bedding wasn’t too heavy - a problem I seem to find in other hotels. Thankfully I could also open the window for fresh air and there was the added bonus of a tall, freestanding fan (I like to sleep in a cool room with white noise at night!). The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. There was a nice selection of teas and coffees in the room too. I ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant (plenty of choice) and there was a nice atmosphere too.

I felt comfortable and relaxed here straight away. The pub and restaurant are so cosy and atmospheric, with lots of different sitting areas. I noticed all the lovely, good quality prints and pictures, a lot of them with maritime themes, on the walls. The woodwork everywhere is beautiful. The outside areas also look great for a good day, with fantastic views, but the weather was too rainy for sitting there during my stay. The food was really good. My room was spacious, comfy, cosy and clean. The place was a breath of fresh air and welcome relaxing respite, after staying a few days in a row in much less comfortable accommodation, and the price was reasonable, too. I would love to stay here again.

A really great and well maintained pub with rooms above. The food offering at dinner was excellent We had a fresh and well presented roast dinner. Loads of other mains as well. The staff were really friendly, despite it being an extremely busy Bank Holiday weekend. All of the staff we met were chatty and happy to help. The room was very clean, well presented. Teas and coffees, including decaff available in room. The breakfast was also good quality. Despite going down ten minutes before breakfast service began, the staff welcomed us, explained that the chef was still finishing kitchen prep, but offered hot drinks, cereal, and juices right away. The views across the salt marshes were amazing. A great little find. We will look forward to a return.

Wonderfully supplied room, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and dinner was spectacular, very tasty and for dinner there was a smaller portion option which was perfect for me! My only niggle was the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. However, I had little contact with them so I would definitely stay again. Location was excellent, beautiful views.

Great location with wonderful views over the marshes to the Welsh hills. Lovely room, very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Roof top terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or two and soak in the wonderful views. Evening meal was tasty as was the breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Friendly and exceptionally good value small guest house, very convenient location within the city walls, in a quiet side street. The guest house was freshly decorated, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the rooms with fresh milk in a small fridge. The guest house does not serve breakfast but there are excellent cafes within a stone’s throw.

Pleasant room, comfortable bed and easy chair, very friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. Tea,coffee etc provided plus a fridge with a bottle of cold water and a bottle of milk. Shower and bathroom good. Breakfast not provided but a great little friendly panini cafe very close by - highly recommended. Also the Red Lion and City Tavern Chester pleasant, good service and meals and friendly staff. VERY highly recommended is Katie's Tea Room, lovely staff, great cup of tea and wonderful cakes!

Well, where to begin! A long story, but we had to re-arrange a previous stay and to say that Alison and David, the owners of this gem of a hotel, went above and beyond to help us would be an understatement to say the least. They are lovely people, hugely helpful, prompt responding, kind, thoughtful and they made what has been a pretty hard few months for us an absolute treat during our stay. The hotel is perfect - so central it is hard to be anymore central, spotlessly clean, individual rooms with a fridge, complimentary fresh milk, plus the facilities you'd expect but rarely find - quality biscuits - Lotus Biscoff! - proper fluffy towels, nice toiletries, a choc each on the bed, spacious room and bags of character. Parking is nearby, very nearby actually, and a wealth of city centre eateries and pubs to choose from, most visible from the window! This in itself is enough to want to stay, but the hosts really make it special and although we live only 30 mins away from Chester, we now want to come back and stay again for a few nights to really explore this lovely city as tourists not shoppers and semi-locals - using this hotel as our home from home base of course! Thank you Alison and David, we loved our stay!

We loved everything about the property . It’s in such a great location with easy access to all the city has to offer . Everything is within walking distance. The owner Alison is lovely and so friendly and welcoming and has thought of everything to make the stay like home from home. Tea , coffee , chilled water and fresh milk in the mini fridge when we got to our room . We were in room two on the first floor . Plenty of room and an en-suite which was small but well designed and ample for us . Toiletries provided too. We didn’t miss breakfast as there are lots of places nearby offering breakfast including hotels that do buffet style for walk ins .
