Everything was very clean. Very quiet. Dinner in the cellar bar delicious. Breakfast had very good choices for all the tastes. Leisure centre was not too busy, had plenty space for swimming and jacuzzi outdoors was amazing.

beautiful hotel, was given a free room upgrade also on arrival which was a lovely addition. Pool/Sauna/Steam room and jacuzzi were amazing. The bistro was amazing for dinner, and all for standard pricing you would expect at a hotel! Will definitely be back here as i enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful location and surroundings . Staff were all so pleasant an friendly especially in the bar staff . Spa was so nice really enjoyed the Jacuzzi . Food was excellent. Enjoyed some nice walks .I would definitely return for an other visit .

One of the friendliest, cleanest, relaxing hotels I have been to! From the lovely welcome to the attentive bar staff and the lovely restaurant staff The Twelve Hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Room was really spacious, spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The bar is comfy and cozy. Outdoor seating available (although not used). Food is top class! Breakfast menu divine! Its also very dog friendly. But if you are not a dog lover there's no doggy 'aromas' at all. There's no pool or gym, but sometimes its nice to get away and just relax. Nearby is a lovely harbour (with sea food restaurant) and costal walk literally 2 minutes away from hotel. A sandy local beach (great for surfers) is only a 5 min drive.

My wife and I travel a fair amount and this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! The room was very large (not usual in Europe), very clean and well appointed. The hotel has a very fun bar and the food there is excellent too. We ate there for lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast provided each day was unbelievable. They had a large continental food section, but also numerous hot items you could order from the kitchen. The room plus breakfast was an outstanding value. We highly recommend you pick The Twelve Hotel, you will not be disappointed!

Our first time to stay at The Twelve despite being a regular visitor to Galway. More than happy with our short break at The Twelve. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The bar was lively for a Monday night and we enjoyed our time there. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was lovely. Bearna has a number of lovely restaurants and Donnelly's pub make The Twelve an ideal location to base yourself for a break with Galway city and Connemara right on your doorstep. A really enjoyable stay and we will undoubtedly be back again.

Very comfortable rooms. Sufficient space. Excellent bed. Warm in cold weather. Tea and coffee in the room. Sufficient fridge to keep additional supplies. Breakfast is great. Excellent staff. Cosy bar. Can have dinner if you chose in main restaurant but even better to try the West restaurant - excellent experience!!! Will come again for sure. (Dogs are welcome 🤗)

A minute away from the centre of Westport. Really good swimming pool and sauna. The room was a very comfortable and big. Jacuzzi can fit 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were delicious too. Would like to return again.

This hotel thinks on everything great size rooms, air conditioning, fridge, coffee maker, jacuzzi bath & balcony 🥰 so quiet too which was so important for me and my partner 🥰 great spa 🥰 friendly staff great restaurant with a good choice of food and drinks 🥰

We had an amazing stay and were upgraded to a junior family suite, which delighted us all. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and offered plenty of choices. The accommodation and facilities were top-notch. The Jacuzzi bath was a real treat after climbing Croagh Patrick.

Could not find a fault with anything at all! Super comfy luxurious room with a jacuzzi bath. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Hotel itself is of very high standard with complementary under ground parking. We will definitely return!

Welcoming staff, beautiful spacious modern room with comfortable bed, fluffy towels and little extras like dolce gusto coffee maker, shoe polisher, bottled water in fridge. Excellent gym and pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. View and grounds outstanding.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was wonderful, clean and spacious, pool, sauna and hottub were perfect and the food was amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying at Willowbank House for one night and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly hosts, Sean and Aoife. They were so welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast that was served to us in the morning (try "The Stack"). Sean and Aoife truly outdid themselves with a delicious spread of freshly baked bread, fruits, and a full Irish breakfast. It was the perfect start to our day and fueled us for our tour in Northern Ireland. The location of Willowbank House was also perfect for us. It was a short 10 minute drive to Enniskillen, where we explored the town and enjoyed some local food and drinks. The surrounding area is also beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, our stay at Willowbank House was truly amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The hospitality and kindness of Sean and Aoife made our experience even more special. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Enniskillen. P.S. They have 2 adorable cats!

We had a great time and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. They arranged for us to have a couples massage in the actual room (considering outside was a storm, it was very handy) and it was very relaxing and a first for them also. For an escape from everyday life this is the perfect location as it's very private and quite peaceful while offering a very cosy and comfortable stay. A home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, a projector with a wide range of apps to choose from and PlayStation which my husband had to try very briefly, bbq and hot tub outside. In the morning they also prepared us breakfast and brought it up to our room and it was delicious. The massage and breakfast were not included in the price but considering it was our 1st year wedding anniversary it was well worth it. All in all I think it's safe to say that we will be back! We had such a great experience at this B&B just outside Enniskillen. The setting is beautiful – peaceful, scenic, and the perfect spot to relax. The food was top quality, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, cozy, and well looked after. You can tell they really care about the place and the guests. Overall, a very positive experience – we 100% plan to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the area!

It was our best experience in Ireland so far. The B&B was in a perfect location for a relaxing stay, the hosts were unbelievable friendly, the rooms were perfect, the breakfast was just great. Even if you would search something negative, you cannot find something. And even the little details were just perfect with several needful things in the bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee in the room and even the offer to get fresh milk. 3 wonderful nights!

Everything was as we hoped at Willowbank House - friendly owners, clean, good shower, comfortable, good recommendations for places to eat etc - but the stand out was the breakfast. Fresh bread, well cooked bacon, sausage, white pudding, black pudding and potato cakes, gluten free options - all delicious. We stayed in four different places on this holiday and this breakfast got 10/10.

The home is within walking distance to a restaurant and pub and in a charming, scenic area. The owners did a fantastic job restoring the home with beautiful features and modern amenities. Our room was lovely all around: the bed was incredibly comfy (we slept great) and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. The family is very friendly and the hostess was kind and accommodating. The dog is a good girl and loves pets.

The chalet was absolutely pristine with two very comfortable fold out beds. The shower was amazing, very strong and hot. The location was great for walking on the greenway. Free wifi. The owners were very welcoming, and friendly, and allowed us an early check in. The view was lovely, with animals in the field beside us.

I wanted a quaint quiet night away and this was pure bliss 😊 , from the amazing view of the country side , to the details of the room which was spacious, super warm , and a bath to soak in , it was a little slice of heaven for me , also close to center parks if your looking to head to the spa for the day and then a cosy night stay after by yourself or maybe with friends or partner. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time . Susan was so pleasant to deal with and would definitely recommend anyone that's thinking of staying.

This is such a beautifully restored, spacious and very cosy house and a pleasure to stay in. It’s located right on the royal canal greenway and beside a great pub with excellent food. The owners are really lovely and very welcoming, and the homemade breakfast is delicious and freshly made. The room we stayed in was just gorgeous and had a huge bathroom with a claw foot bath - perfect after a long walk on the greenway! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful house in the middle of the countryside. Perfect place to spend a night relaxing and enjoying the comfort of the beautiful house and peacefulness. Very welcoming family. Home away from home and our little dog was also welcome. Lovely breakfast - fresh and tasty. We will be back!

We loved the outdoor jacuzzi!The location is nature, a great place to relax!

Absolutely loved the our accommodation, the quirkiness, felt like a home away from home had everything you needed. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Being dog friendly and closed off area so you could sit back and watch our dog run around and have fun was amazing. It’s peaceful and the views are beautiful. We sadly didn’t use the hot tub this time but next time we will. The wood pellet stove is a lovely touch to the space. Lightening outside at night is lovely. Even all the little touch’s around the grounds birdfeeders and minions are so lovely.

Beautiful location. The Lakeview Apartment was perfect for our family of 5, spotless clean, spacious, pretty and had everything we needed. The kids had great fun while we relaxed and enjoyed the view.

The view was stunning, and very relaxing. Adrian was very nice and helped us find a place for fishing. We also loved the fresh farm eggs for breakfast we even bought some on our way home! Thank you very much for everything it was amazing. ❤️ 😊 🙏

This was fabulous spot for a girlie break away. We stayed in the stage coach which was so pretty. It had everything we needed and ws toasty warm. Therefore 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Outside we had our own space. There was an area that was covered so we could sit outside. The gas heater ensured we were warm. The most amazing part was the outdoor wood burner hot tub. This made our night. We spent 2.5 hours in this. Considering it was middle of October and weather was cold, we were super warm in the hot tub. Also the scenery was fab and nice and quiet I would definitely go back again. It was perfect for a girlie catch up. It would also be suitable for a family with 3 kids.

Our host, Nicky, was very welcoming....a lovely lady. Everywhere was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The history of the house and its connection with Charlotte Bronte was extremely interesting and added a special touch to our stay there. It took only five or six minutes to walk to the nearest pub/restaurant (Flynn's), where we enjoyed a delicious meal. We were delighted to have found 'Charlotte's Way' and would highly recommend it to other travellers. Very good value for money too!

Geurgous design and it was great to learn about the history of the place. The host was very welcoming, have is suggestion what to explore with the kids. Well maintained room, despite the old style we still have all the expectations met: bathroom was great and the room had all the comfort. Great beds. Beautiful furniture and chandeliers. Carpet everywhere in perfect sand clean condition.. kids were big fun of the 2 dogs, they were calm and ready to be with them.

Very friendly host .Beautiful history of the place ,she told us. We wanted to leave very early and told her not to worry about breakfast it will be too early but she woke up very early to accommodate us and prepared breakfast for us. Very clean neat rooms ,beautiful vintage

Beautiful home with history exquisitely decorated, warm and inviting. Halloween decorations added a festive flair. Room was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast was served in a lovely dining room setting Short walk into the quaint, small town for pubs and restaurants. Loved our stay.

It's a friendly and welcoming appartment, big enough for six people. Furniture and accoutrement are mostly older (with some wear), but high quality, tasteful and comfortable. The house is well-insulated and soundproofed. The location is very central and in easy walking distance not just to the beach (you even see the ocean from the upper bedroom window) and to all the things to enjoy in Salthill (lots of stores and restaurants around the corner), but also to the Latin Quarter. Easy to reach by car and includes a free parking space. Great hosts, friendly and attentive. We felt right at home.

Really great little set up! It has everything you need and was great for our 5 day stay. Great spacious lounge and kitchen area with balcony. Large bedrooms And a great shower - hot and powerful. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. It was great as we were able to watch tv and chill whilst making dinner on the evening we didn’t go out! The Balcony views were fab too! Such a charming apartment! Our gracious host, Sean, made sure this is the perfect place to stay for a 5-day visit to Galway. In addition to having a view of the bay, it is a very spacious, comfortable apartment, and has everything you need – washer/dryer, stove, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. It’s about a 20 minute, beautiful, and interesting walk to the main attraction for us – the diving tower at Blackrock. It is walking distance to downtown Galway, although we took the bus, which you can pick up less than a block away. It’s also just off the main road with all the restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores, and even a short distance from a movie theater and great indoor community pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – we had a lovely time.

The location is perfect as you are not too far away from the city centre. The view from the appartments is stunning 😍 Very private and safe location. Staff all very friendly. Sean and Conor were very friendly and gave good advice about the restaurants and bars near to us.

The location was great in lower Salthill area. It was walkable to restaurants, shops, ocean, and playground. The bedrooms were spacious and the shower worked well. The apartment was clean. It was nice and quiet at night and easy to park our vehicle.
