The room was clean, cosy and had all we required for a short stay.The location was perfect……walked to beach and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and helpful . Highly recommend.

Had everything we needed. In town for a wedding and it was close to the shearing shed and close to the beach. Lots around within walking distance. The room was clean, great shower and the bed was very comfortable. The lady who greeted me was very kind and friendly.

We loved the excellent location.. three minute walk to the beach.. ⛱️ this motel was lovely and quiet..great facilities and even has a laundry.bbq and utensils you can use. And very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Really lovely, perfect for families. We have two small boys, the playground and tennis court was great for them to run around in. We didn't use the pool because we were at the beach but it looked lovely, safe & clean.

Relaxed feeling, nice decor, peaceful. The owners were friendly and the villas are clean and spacious. If I had to fault anything it was the bathroom light didn't work properly but that was nothing as the property is lovely and will certainly return. Cute little Bali cards in the draw are a nice touch to. The driveway is fully lit up if you are driving back at night to :)

We had a lovely relaxing stay, the accomodation was clean and tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool. Handy to Cowes and the shopping and dining there as well as the touristy things to do on the island. The hosts were friendly and shared their local knowledge.

We visited in June, Winter. The location is great. My friend thought it was the best unit we had stayed in on our 6 day roadtrip (City, Warrandyte, Olinda) The apartment is extremely large and spacious. Its well maintained and is new and well built. It had a 100+ degree panoramic window view of the area; very impressive. The toilet and bedroom also has large window views as well. The ceilings were very high. The furniture was luxury new. The furnishings were well chosen. There was a large inviting jacuzzi bath; unfortunately my friend was ill and we didn't use it. The kitchen is modern large and spacious. The garden is beautifully maintained and had a large number of lavender shrubs in full flower. We had a nice veranda where we could sit and have breakfast. The building was well built, modern, luxury design. Netflix, free wifi, reasonably priced, we could easily stay here for a week comfortably. Our apartment overlooked a huge field grassland estate. At night, if it is clear you can see the Aurora; it rained during our stay sadly. There is a very large Coles supermarket about 8km away which is well stocked. The Penguin Parade and the Nobbies Centre is an easy 15 minute drive away - both are impressive architecture glass buildings; the Nobbies Ocean Discovery Center has superb spectacular views.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We loved the view from our living room. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we can't wait to visit again!

The service was exceptional. The owner was warm, professional and understood the traffic conditions which meant we needed a late check in. In summary, this accommodation delivered an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a perfect getaway. A five-star experience!

A well appointed and comfortable apartment. The water feature in the communal garden was relaxing. It was great to relax in comfortable chairs on the balcony after a long drive. It is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the chocolate! The owner was very accommodating at our check in and with messaging. It is well placed to visit Nobbies and the Penguins parade; we would recommend the small group ranger led evening experience. It was very peaceful during our visit. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to use many of the facilities but I enjoyed flicking through the magazines and could see a shelf with a selection of books. There are sun screams and blinds depending on your preference for light. We would recommend and stay again. Key drop box makes check out simple. WiFi was strong. We would have used the gas bbq if we weren’t at the ranger tour. Tank you

Perfect place to stay- we stayed 2 nights! You even have a jacuzzi 😀 All really clean and nice!! All shops and nice laundry shop close! And towels were changed every day!wonderfull service!

The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming, a lovely introduction to a two night stay. The cabin was very well maintained - being a motel I'd been careful to read reviews of similar places in the region and cleanliness was something which stood out as a positive for San Remo and our stay lived up to those expectations. There was a very comfortable and clean bed, clean surfaces and bathroom, clean coffee/snack equipment, and a well stocked fridge with well-priced emergency fuel which we really appreciated! We enjoyed the indoor chairs, the cabin was spacious, and we enjoyed sitting outside of a balmy evening with the outdoor table and chair set.

Nice, relatively quiet (rooms not directly on the road), PLENTY of towels, electric blankets, good lighting. Microwave. Clean, simple, practical. Spa salts provided. Separate spa and shower booth. Excellent location: very close to but not on Phillip Island, thus also cheaper than accommodation on the island itself. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy & friendly checkin. Bar snack selection available in the room (small extra cost).

Clean rooms, comfy beds, well kept, picturesque gardens with the jacuzzi as a surprise bonus.(Let them know in advance and they'll bring it up to the right temperature for you). The nifty cafe is perfect with exceptional customer service (despite the brekky rush), huge servings and reasonable pricing. The owners came across as prompt, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will surely return on my next trip to Phillip Island.

This is lovely holiday accommodation, very clean, bright, with all the amenities you will need. The owner was friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our coffee and cake in the sunshine from the little cafe at the facility also. Loved the little courtyard, gardens and theres a pool also. The location while a 20 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip was ideal as a short walk down a tree lined court gave access to a lovely quiet beach. Ideal for relaxing and taking time out. We felt refreshed and relaxed after our lovely break. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation. Thankyou.

It was easy to find, and we arrived later in the day, but contact with reception over the phone was fine. Keys to the room were in a locked box. The room was bright and spacious. It felt very welcoming. We came on a cold night but the heating unit was great and warmed up well. Having Netflix was a bonus and we watched a movie or two. The kitchen was clean and bright and had all we needed. Large mugs for coffee were really appreciated, as sometimes hotels have very small cups. Beds were comfy, some pillows were nice. There were a couple of pillows that might need updating, they were flimsy and not padded at all. It was a quiet street in a lovely part of Cowes. Just a few doors away was the beach, so we had a lovely walk in the morning, through a cute little bush track. We did not try the café, but it looked good with very good prices. We thought it was very good value for money and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic location, a beautiful 20 minute stroll on the beach to Cowes main street. Also have a beautiful beach right around the corner. There is a great café on site with good coffee and a good selection of sandwiches and baked treats and very good prices. The room was super spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfy! Sari from reception was so lovely and accommodating, running the spa for us late at night incase we wanted to use it. Would definitely come back here next time we’re in Phillip Island.

The location was perfect. It was close enough to the Penguin Parade and the GP circuit. It was a short walk to the beach and the lovely surprise of the coffee shop attached made it perfect for our little family. The room was clean and comfortable for 3 people and great value for money.

Absolutely perfect. Lovely, peaceful and private setting. The rooms are exactly as pictured, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts are lovely and attentive without being in any way intrusive. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, you can't go wrong with Rhyll Haven Luxury Getaway Apartments.

Apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. Great customer service. The hosts, Michele and Brian, are super friendly and helpful. A great variety of breakfast options provided. The private deck is a good place to enjoy a glass of champagne and BBQ dinner after a day out.

Everything was absolutely perfect, lovely and clean property with amazing gardens. The breakfast food provided was fresh and delicious. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough

The breakfast provisions were ample for a two day stay. We were provided with lactose free milk and yogurt as requested. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the gas log fireplace and the bathroom…lovely private courtyard for sitting outside on those warm sunny days. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The host has put in a lot of thought and care in equipping the apartment with all that we would need for a very comfortable stay.

I stayed in room 11. - It was a cute cozy room, super neat and super clean. I was very impressed. - I also liked the bathroom, the shower was modern and clean and water pressure and hot water was fantastic. - Tv has Netflix and YouTube , I had the perfect movie night. - There were necessary amenities available in the room for me to prepare food and make some tea. - The gazebo, and bbq area just outside my room was lovely. I sat out there for some fresh air in the morning. - The manager at reception, I think his name was James(?) He was very polite and friendly. He offered to suggest some tourist places. :) - The price was reasonable. - 10/10 will stay again.

We stayed in room 2, it was a nice cosy room for our family of 3. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend getaway, it even had hotplates to cook on. A nice touch was a dark coloured wash cloth labelled for make up removal, I've never seen that in a hotel and as a makeup wearer I always worry that I'll stain the white wash cloths, so this was perfect. While the decor was older, the room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we've never stayed in a hotel with such a soft, comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the shops, cafes/restaurants , and the beach. The staff are absolutely lovely too. We'll definitely stay again.

My son & I had an amazing time at the Coachman! Our room was so nice, clean & comfortable, it had everything we wanted & I loved being upstairs with a beautiful view. The spa was awesome! We swam in the pool & had a great time. The location is really close to the beach, restaurants & shops, not even a 5 minute walk! We only used my car once to go to the carnival, the rest of the time we walked everywhere. The owners were lovely, very helpful & made us feel really welcome. We can’t wait to come back next time we have a holiday at Phillip Island!!

I really liked the friendly welcome. The gentlemen was kind and made it easy for us to check in and felt instantly comfortable. Bed was comfy and the place was simple and clean. Our kids had their own beds in the seperate room while me and my partner had the tv directly across the bed so we could chill after kids went to bed. Heating in the room was perfect. Hot water pressure in the shower was great. Thankyou coachman motel we will be back!

Check in is smooth with free parking, complete amenities in the rooms, kitchen, dining, outdoor tables, shower and jacuzzi. They also have outdoor pool and jacuzzi to enjoy in the evening it’s amazing I highly recommend.

Last weekend myself and 16 other ladies stayed at this resort for the first time. We all loved it. We were mainly occupying the beach cabins along the foreshore area and it was lovely. So close to walk to the beach and town, absolutely enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows but we could have all done with spare blankets in the cupboards as Friday night was very cold and a few of us couldn't sleep. Some spare blankets next time would be great. The cabins are spacious and have views of the beach through the trees. Well equipped and clean. Thanks so much for accommodating us and we hope to return next year.

Resort was fantastic. Room clean, comfortable bed, has all the amenities needed for a night away. reception staff really helpful and friendly. Location is perfect to beach and shops/ food. Highly recommended this resort for a night or weekend away.

We booked a one night stay at Kaloha because we came up with our children to see the penguins. Even though everything was done seamlessly online, the owner came out to say hello because our daughter was crying in the car (just woken up from the long drive!) The family room (with two single beds and a queen sized) was just perfect for us. It was warm, well-lit, very newly renovated and cosy. Everything was so clean. The only thing you need to know is that the trampoline no longer exists (due to OHS as a staff member told us) but there's a lovely playground. And the pool and spa is closed for winter - but we didn't mind because when we booked, the room was discounted. We really expected a Best-Western sort of room for the price and were so happily surprised about the four-star room with its lovely soft doonas, fluffy towels and warm staff. The restaurant upstairs was packed on a Saturday night too.

Comfortable, affordable accommodation with great access to the beach and restaurants being within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed. The air-conditioning was a great help as the weather was cold.The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay - We had read a range of mixed reviews but we need not have worried ! We stayed in a Queen Bay View Room and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around with 2 adults and a teenager ! The views were amazing day and night from the 3rd floor! It was well located to walk across to the beach, jetty or down the Main Street for eateries. The hotel has a range of delicious meals as well. All staff from reception to house keeping were friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and a pleasant surprise to receive a text message to say our room was ready before check in time. Things to note * there is no lift - if you want the views be prepared to walk up stairs (not a massive amount but handy to know) * off street parking is limited especially if you don’t get back until late afternoon and in the evening - but we had no trouble finding off street parking but could be challenging in peak times * shower water pressure was AMAZING- but the drain couldn’t keep up and our shower base over flowed every night and it was VERY slippery on the tiles. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we were already talking around returning in September.

THE POS :- THE MOTEL STAFF HAVE BEEN WOUNDERFUL, VIBANT, CHEERFUL, WELCOMING & HELPFUL. LOVED THE ABILTITY TO SIT OUT ON THE BALCONY AND TAKE IN THE FANTASTIC AND RELAXING BEACH/OCEAN VIEW. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND TIDY. LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT AND WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING. THE CONVENIENCE OF AN ADJOINING RESTAURANT AND BAR. I HAVE ENJOYED MY TIME HERE SO MUCH THAT I STAYED AN EXTRA NIGHT . BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE. CONs:- CAN GET NOISY FROM FROM ADJOINING ROOMS AND BAR. BUT I WAS AWARE OF OF THAT POSSIBILITY ANYWAY. NO TOASTER AND DIDN'T CARE. BEING MINDFUL OF THE FACT THIS PLACE IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE SEA AND THEREFORE SOME FACADE DETERIORATION IS TO BE EXPECTED. WHILST ITS NOT A 5 STAR MOTEL, IT IS STILL WORTHY OF REASONABLE RECOMMENDATION

The room was very clean, it had a sea view and balcony , comfortable beds , large bathroom, friendly helpful staff, close to shops and restaurants, pool on property. 2 minutes walk to safe swimming beach.

We stayed one night at North Pier Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff went above and beyond-helping us with our bags and offering helpful advice about the room. Our accommodation featured two spacious king beds and a bath tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The coffee provided was excellent, a small touch that made a big difference to our morning. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local cafes and shops. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

This hotel was exceptional! It was one of the best we've ever stayed at! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We loved sitting at the cafe table outside with our coffee watching all the beautiful birds! Parking was free and easy, there was all the creature comforts provided (microwave, fridge, water kettle, cookies and coffee, etc), and the room was very clean. We were close by lots of fun wildlife activities, and there were lots of dining options. We had a fun and relaxing visit here, and would definitely go back! I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed here 4 days in a Queen Room with Spa. Two bottles of water and a bar of chocolate, and an information booklet about the property with Visitor Info Guide Book of all local and nearby attractions was a nice welcoming touch. The room was spotless and had everything needed for our short stay - small dining table, ample sized wardrobe for our personal belongings, cutlery and crockery for two, clean bed linen and extra towels when we asked, microwave kettle, toaster and large smart TV, milk in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar sachets with milk. There was no kitchen sink, but at the back of the room, the ceramic wash basin between the spa and the small bathroom with shower and toilet - served the purpose; dishwashing liquid and cloths were also provided. The spa was very clean and easy to use, and bath salts were provided. The location was great - 10 to 15 walk to Cowes main street, where there was Aldi, Safeway, Coles, several restaurants and pubs, and the Phillip Island RSL. Hope and Neil were lovely and always available by telephone when we needed anything.

Our space was clean and bright , quiet and spacious. Our hosts were welcoming, personable and made sure we had what we needed. The amenities were convenient and it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for coffee/tea in the morning as well as complimentary treats. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and the area overall.

We stayed in a family room at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn for one night and it was fantastic. The room was huge with the added bonus of a separate room for the kids. The room was exceptionally clean and there was ample space for all our bags. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with lovely (and numerous) toiletries It is in a great location being just around the corner from the supermarkets and not too far from the penguin parade. Staff were very friendly and have certainly gone above and beyond to provide fabulous accommodation. The provision of complimentary chocolates, water and biscuits was also a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this motor inn to anyone who is seeking very clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation in Phillip Island.

It’s easy to access the property. The size of the room was considered large and there’s ample of space for our two big luggages. Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel owner was so considerate, they provided us two bottles of water, a pack of biscuits, a bar of chocolate, tea and coffee and cream for free. There’s also a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in the room which is quite handy for a simple breakfast. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Owner was very friendly. Will definitely come back next time.

We absolutely loved our recent stay — everything was spot on. The beds were honestly the most comfortable we’ve experienced anywhere, which made for a very restful break. The house had everything we needed and more, with a great layout and quality furnishings throughout. We especially appreciated the way the kids’ bedrooms were tucked away from the main bedroom, giving everyone a bit of space and privacy. The back deck was a standout too — very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing with a cuppa or a wine in the evenings. Being nestled in the Ramada Resort was an added bonus — the whole place felt spacious, clean and beautifully maintained. Our stay at Nature Resort Villas was absolutely excellent! The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient during our stay. The standout feature, however, was the access to all the facilities inside Ramada. This added a whole new level of luxury and convenience to our experience. Whether it was the pools, gym, or other amenities, having everything so close and accessible made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Nature Resort Villas provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and access to premium facilities. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Loved this place. Nature was close by, and so was barista-made coffee. The unit we stayed in was wonderful. We all loved the disco shower, and the bathtub was also good to have. Great facilities (those extra touches of washing powder sachets and dishwashing tabs were much appreciated), and it was great to have access to the gym, spa and pool. The beds were excellent. The kitchen was also well-equipped - it was the sort of place where you felt comfortable staying in, chilling, drinking wine (beer and coke!) and cooking dinner. We travelled with a 15 and 18 yo, and they also rated this place highly - teens can be tough to please. The owner, Toni, was helpful and bubbly and did her best to get us into the apartment earlier than the advertised check-in time (we arrived early and were keen to settle). Wished we could have stayed longer.

The location was great and then upon entering the villa and looking around it was exactly how it is described. Only the photos don't do it justice! The views were so peaceful and calming you almost forgot that you were in a resort. The place was clean and homely and we settled in right away. We then walked around and explored the resort. There is so much to do at the resort alone, we hired the pedal carts and toured the resort and saw so much wildlife. The restaurant on site was perfect for breakfast and the late check out made the morning not feel so rushed. Would 100% stay here again!

As a budget motel it was clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The shower was hot and worked well. The room had everything we needed and the staff were pleasant. We were not expecting luxury accommodation but were pleased to have had a comfortable and convenient stay.
