He was always available, genuinely caring, and even offered to get us some Pakistani food from outside if we fancied it — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. We had an awesome stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ibrahim, who was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The kids’ room was fantastic, and having the live stream of it directly on our in-room screen was a brilliant idea that kept our children entertained. It was a perfect place for a family stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Friendly staff, prompt response and comfortable spacious room. There were chairs in the kitchenette part, that was nice.

Nice place to stay. Location close to the Corniche. Spacious room, comfortable beds, fast wi-fi. Good variety for breakfast. Staff is helpful. Really pleased with our one night stay there, good experience.

The hotel is very good, clean. And the worers of hotel are very freindly, kind and helpful. The airport transfer is fast and excellent. I have only one problem: the internet is not tőő fast.

In general a good hotel. Clean, comfortable, practical location, and good room service. The only comment is for the management, they don't allow check-in unless the entire due amount is paid in advance.

The speed of the check in and check out was outstanding, the room was ready instantaneously, very clean, and spacious with partial sea view, staff is polite and cooperative and attentive, the breakfast was a royal treatment experience, overall the hotel is very convenient for busines and leasure travel and I will definitely book this hotel again for my next visit

Everything.. the hotel is modern, quiet and comfortable. The reception Saad and Hussain gave me an upgrade for the room with an excellent view. The hotel is located to the nearest restaurant you can go by walk.

I got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the same level which made it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel, in between the city center of Khobar and the Dhahran Expo center, is very good for traveling to both places. Free parking space just in front of the hotel.

The property is new and very well maintained! Reception staffs were very welcoming! Breakfast was really good and filling! All the other staffs were really helpful and caring. Kids play area was good! Swimming pool was excellent for men and kids and the water temperature was maintained warm during winter!

I recently stayed at the Sofitel Al Khobar Corniche for a leisure trip with my wife, and overall we had a pleasant experience that highlighted both the strengths and some areas for improvement at this property. Based on my experience, I’d rate my stay 3.8 out of 5. Pros: 1. Excellent sea view from the room — beautiful and relaxing. 2. I was upgraded thanks to my Accor Gold status, which was a nice touch. 3. The pool was great, deep enough for a proper swim, not just wading. 4. Welcome drinks were offered upon arrival — appreciated. 5. The room had a bathtub, which added to the comfort. 6. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and welcoming — made a good first impression. Cons: 1. The room needs maintenance — especially the bathroom door, and the toilet flush button required pressing twice. 2. The welcome treat was just basic fruit — at other Accor hotels (like Novotel) I’ve received better treats like chocolates, which feels more premium. 3. On the first morning, there was confusion about my breakfast inclusion — staff said my room wasn’t listed, even though I had booked with breakfast and club access. 4. No towels provided at the pool, which is inconvenient. 5. The club lounge offered very limited snacks, and what little was available wasn’t refilled — didn’t feel like proper club access benefits.

An unforgettable stay! The sea view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the peaceful ambiance to the delicious food made this experience feel like a true escape. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back!”

It's our first time in KSA. Just randomly booked affordable hotel through booking.com . We had a great time! The hotel is clean with enough supply of toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Have easy access to the malls, corniche, restaurants, etc. Only concern is no hot shower but still worth the 5 ratings.

This is an old hotel but kept tidy and clean. Breakfast is very good. All hotel staff very friendly and responsive. I have extended the stay for couple days with ease. Room menu has limited options but everything ordered were of exceptional quality. Value for money is excellent.

This is a new hotel, everything their is immaculate, the service is great, the people are friendly and really try hard to satisfy every need of the guests with big smile. The most that attracted me wad the Bedding, its a 5 star quality. The location next to a mall is an added value. What I would like to recommend is to install another elevator and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner for those eat inn guests. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and love to go back.

I booked thru booking.com and the rent was affordable. Despite checking in earlier, reception agent allowed it. I was able get my accommodation 1 hour early.The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and impressive . It was near the big malls. The staff were very accommodating. The downsides were: slow Internet for my standards, hope there was a TV channel guide, supplies in the public toilet should be restocked and should always be clean, and I can here some noise from the other room. Overall, loved the place and yes I will book again if given the chance. I rate it 3.7 stars.

It's difficult to summarise this place as average or very good with the only two best options, but I would say it was good. Located behind Venice Mall it’s not so difficult to find the hotel, with a kind helping hand through the porters. Room size was adequate & very well stocked with free amenities & a free laundry service (for two clothing), with a bathroom that was clean but average. What makes this place stand out was the cleanliness of the place & price for a quick weekend break this place has the right price, with a very fast WiFi.

They also offered us complimentary hot tea and gahwa with dates in a very presentable manner in our apartment.

Our stay at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana was exceptional! We spent 4 nights in rooms 1516 and 1510, both of which were impeccably clean and offered stunning sea views that made our trip unforgettable. The daily breakfast at Elements restaurant was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of tasty options. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, providing a great spot to unwind. The check-in was quite slow, especially during the busy Eid holiday time, which was a bit of a drawback. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to Dammam Corniche (5–10 mins. by Uber), the airport (30 mins.), and Al-Khobar (20 mins.). The staff from reception make it a great experience at check in and the people with the Arabic coffee to share are friendly and welcoming… I really appreciated the cold towels on arrival. The hotel has large grounds that in the cooler months close to the water is a pleasure to walk or run after a day of work and de-stressing . One of the things I loved most about this apartment was its location. It was situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet it was just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay.

Excellent place for business and travel, the management and housekeeping staff are very professional, helpful and excellent. There is a guy called Rafik who is very helpful. The facilities including the restaurant pool and common areas are excellent and well maintained.

The appointment was very clean, location was perfect, staff were friendly specially Zahra. I reached early coming all the way by car from UAE and i was hesitant to ask for early check-in, however Zahra's welcoming and offering coffee, dates and juice made it easy for me to ask for early check-in. I had a lovely dinner at Sakana House. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Arra was quite helpful with dish recommendations based on my preferences, and took extra care to add a lamp to my table because she saw me reading a book. I will certainly be visiting Sakana House again sometime for another memorable dinner.

The room was large and clean with sea view, perfect with a comfortable large bed. The location was very good. The best thing about the hotel, I felt was the friendly and professional staff, all of them, particularly Sabah (I hope I got the name correct!). She was incredibly friendly, helpful, polite and well mannered, she was an absolute joy and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would certainly recommend and stay there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Park Inn Dammam. The location is excellent and the hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is very good with a large room for two people or more, it has 2 beds and it was ultimately confortable. For the food it’s quite more than good , the breakfast is delicious with tasty corrasint , eggs , and a coffee!etc.. I can’t really say something about the lunch since I didnt try it, well for the dinner it’s actually fine. Well for the internet(WI-FI) it has a really great quality while holding immense amount of people using it! Forgot to mention the pool it’s good and most importantly it’s clean , the same goes for the gym except it’s a bit small I tried the hotel for 3 days. Your dear costumer. Clean and well maintained property. Dine-in menu prices are reasonable. Though there are other dining options in walkable distance in Lulu Mall and nearby. Shopping Center with Hypermarket entrance makes more convenient. Near to city center and other goverment offices. The staffs are very welcoming and possess positive attitude and energy. Mr. Khalid at the reception is exceptional.

The hotel is excellent in all aspects. In detail: Rooms: Spacious, excellent, and clean. Service: Excellent and responsive. Gym: Clean and has most of what you need. Swimming pool: Clean. Food: Perfect in every way, and the customer service (Ashwaq) at the restaurant in particular is very excellent.

Our Eid hiday with Wyndham has been enjoyable, fun, and memorable for me and my daughter. We enjoyed our stay at a nice deluxe twin beds bedroom with a city view. My daughter had enjoyed the swimming pool while playing with other friendly kids.The overall stay at Wyndham is excellent. From the facility to staffs is worth the money.

I stayed at the hotel for around 13 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was humble and polite throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that need attention: • The hygiene level in the washroom can be improved. • There were repeated issues with water supply, especially during shower time. • Breakfast and dinner options for vegetarians were very limited, which was disappointing. • It also appeared that cost-cutting measures by the management have led to a noticeable decline in service quality. While the staff remained courteous, they seemed restricted and unable to address guest concerns effectively due to management limitations. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but there is definite scope for improvement in both facilities and guest support

I stayed briefly in this hotel for business. I found it to be an excellent hotel with fairly good value for money when compared with similar hotels in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and super quiet, which was great for sleep quality. I found the buffet breakfast to be excellent. When I travel in this region I prefer to take the local, traditional offerings. In my experience it is difficult to make traditional breakfasts "amazing", but this hotel managed to do just that. The breakfast has so many delicious little extras. The hummus and mutabal were outstanding, but the best item was the makdous. Delicious! One of the restaurant staff, Ashok, also intuitively knew how to make diners feel welcome. Great customer orientation. Overall a great experience for a short stay.

Very impressed with the staff and quality of accommodation at the hotel, from the moment I arrived the staff were all helpful and friendly. The quality of the room was super as it was large with a good working area and seating area. The room was modern and well maintained and clean throughout. The breakfast options were extensive and again great service from the staff who were constantly looking to help. A great business hotel and a very enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Al Khobar, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a cozy bed. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

This is a super modern, brand new hotel in a business district. Beautiful design and very friendly and kind staff and good amenities. They have a decent room service. The rooms are spacious, bathroom well equipped with a good water pressure. Silence at night. Across the street from the hotel is a great breakfast/lunch place Koy&bakery which serves fantastic food. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Ascott. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants around. It’s located on a bustling and very clean street. It’s also very close to the corniche and other sights of attraction. The amenities and furniture are really clean and comfortable. The suite came with a dishwasher and a washer dryer so that was very convenient. I recommend booking a sea view room because honestly the view is unbeatable. The staff were really helpful and the reception sent us a fruits plate after check in which was a nice gesture.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable room, well maintained. Spotless, quiet, great bed. The Sky Lounge was pleasant, breakfast very nice. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes, a few minutes from the Corniche.

In one night, this hotel became my favorite hotel to stay in when I'm visiting the Dammam, Saudi Arabia area. The room was immaculate, the hotel lobby well lit and very clean (I notice these things) and the staff very helpful, but not overpowering. The restaurant was very clean, service was great and the food just wonderful. While they had a buffet for dinner, I was tired from traveling and just felt like ordering from the menu, ordering from the menu caused no problems. I usually stay at a Holiday Inn whenever they are available and this one certainly rates my highest recommendation. When I needed a car to take me somewhere, it was done. The car was clean (I notice these things) and the driver was knowledgeable of the area. This is a good choice for staying in the area.

I recently stayed at this property for a brief business trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the check-in process smooth and even took the time to offer helpful recommendations. While I wish I could remember their names, I want to express my gratitude to them for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The level of service was truly exceptional, and it's one of the reasons I’ll be returning next week. Even though it was just a short trip, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made it stand out. I look forward to another great stay!

Apart from a few grumpy members of the hotel spa staff, everybody else at the hotel was particularly friendly and helpful, always happy to please. This may not be the best location for a hotel, nor the best facilities, but the staff will try to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as they can, so I would certainly stay there again. And the facilities that they advertise were all in place and clean and working.

The bed arrangement was excellent. Have a big living room to accomodate visitors or friends nearby. The Rooms are well maintained or cleaned and their availability if requested is in quick response. Adding to that is the good and kind assistance of staff specialy sir Rod. Lastly. I have a wonderful experience for having my breakfadt serve well and the good hospitality of their chef Joseph as well as the kitchen crew. They are the best. In general.. The Swiss Spirit will give you a relaxing experience and comfort.

We stayed for 4 nights at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Al Khobar -the hotel location is prefect, there's flamingo mall which is less than 5 mins away and very close also to Al Rashid and Mall of Dhahran -the hotel is well lit and the smell of the hotel lobby and hallways are very pleasant. -room is spacious and clean. -bed and pillows are just right. We had a very nice sleep. -breakfast is delicious and had a wide variety of selections. What stood out the most was the excellent service and warm hospitality received from all the staff but most especially from Mr. Abdullah Al Ghamdi, who upgraded our room to ensure that we will have comfortable stay, Mr. Philip, who assisted us with our luggage and made sure that everything was perfect in our room and Mr. Ayoub, who always welcome and serve us with a smile during breakfast in the morning at Primavera Restaurant. They are the gems of the hotel which made us feel relaxed and at home. Thank you so much, Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Team! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Just finished a stay at Crowne Plaza Al Khobar, and I gotta say – don’t judge this hotel by its slightly retro vibes. Sure, the building may be flexing its 2009 architecture proudly, but the team inside is what makes it 5 stars. The Front Office crew? Elite. Fast, friendly, and sharp. I had a small issue at check-in and it was handled like magic – no drama, no delays. Big respect to the manager on duty who clearly runs the show like a one-man orchestra. Professional, efficient, and somehow still smiling through the chaos. Legend. Room was comfy, AC colder than my ex’s heart (in a good way), and housekeeping kept it spotless. Breakfast? Plenty of variety and the staff were on it – refilling trays like Formula 1 pit crew. What made the stay great wasn’t luxury—it was the hospitality. That real human touch. Staff who actually care if you’re happy. You don’t find that everywhere. Would I come back? 100%. Just know you’re coming for the service and the vibes, not marble columns and golden fountains. This is Crowne Plaza, baby – where the staff are 5 stars even if the furniture’s still waiting for its glow-up.

We stayed in two bedroom apartment. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the layout of the rooms and its luxury vibes. Room and water temperature are fine considering cold winter outside. Location is very strategic, just beside Rashid Mall with Carrefour and cinema. Plenty space of parking are available outside building and at the basements. Overall our 2 days stay was wonderful.

Has real kitchen with the basic to book, microwave, refrigerator and washing maching, kettle and tea pot. -Big windows in both living room and bed room, even though not much view from the apartment except a busy road in front. -Good gym with full equipments -There is a shopping mall just cross the road with Carefour hypermarket, easy to access the highways then not much around. -House keeping staffs are nice.

The receptionists were very welcoming and professional. The 9th floor restaurant is an experience not to be missed especially around sunset time as it overlooks the coast and is on the rooftop. The room service team are very organised and quick to respond.

・I made a reservation on the spur of the moment, but they accommodated me well. ・The interior of the room was old, but it was well-maintained and clean. ・There are grocery stores, home improvement stores, etc. in the vicinity, making it very convenient. ・In this country, it is often very difficult to walk to the other side of the road, but there is a pedestrian bridge nearby so you don't feel any inconvenience.

Love the hotel and its location which close to the sea. Awesome view that you can enjoy especially when it’s your first time visiting Dammam. I loved my hitel room it has big living room with two windows that you can open upp and enjoy the sunshine. Cosy bed room and clean bathroom. The staff are helpful nice and respectful. Whenever I need help or something they help directly and fast. They were also very very welcoming when we decided to stay more days at their hotel. My husband works long hours and travels alot in his car so they were okay to wait for him till he got to the hotel after his job for payment. I feel always safe at their hotel when my man is traveling. Best regards to the receptionist Nada, she is one of many reasons I chose to stay at this hotel while I’m in Saudi. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were basic and spacious, which was more than enough for us. Bed was cozy. The location was great. Eateries, cafes, grocery store and laundry places all at walking distance. Malls were a short drive away, and Corniche not too far either. The only downside was the breakfast. It was not satisfactory at all. The breakfast area was completely deserted (except for one or two people) when we went. None of the dishes were labelled, unlike other regular breakfast buffets. Nothing tasted great either. It was the saddest breakfast ever. We didn’t even bother going down the rest of our stay.

Room & every thing was spacious +having beautiful atmosphere as well. Breakfast was awesome the location also perfect near to food point & hotels .

Excellent staff, hygiene, breakfast and location. Close to SALT, Rashid Mall, mosques, hospital and coffee shops.

I have booked the hotel meeting rooms for a four days event for Saudi Aramco project. The hotel location was very convenient and near to my company’s office, the place is calm and clean, the staff is very supportive and they have made sure all required facilities are available especially Mr. Mahdi, Mr. Abid and Mr. Asad and the restaurant chef and restaurant manager. The food in The Square Restaurant was delicious and with good variety. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was amazing. The booking cost for the meeting rooms and the residency rooms was very reasonable and not expensive at all. Overall I strongly recommend Novotel hotel for both business and leisure.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my visit especially the one who assist us Mr. ARLYN. Stayed for 10 nights on business. Location of hotel is good for business but nothing much to do nearby. Hotel staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. Food was delicious. Best thing I like about this hotel is that they have Europcar office near the lobby which was very convenient for me to hire and off-hire rental car. Room service was very prompt My special thanks to Mr. Masaud of housekeeping and Mr. Basha from room services division who ensured my staff was comfortable and enjoyable. My thanks to all Europecar staff as well, who were very cooperative and ensured car was available in short notice. Good selection of TV channels. Excellent LAN and WiFi coverage However, there is always room for improvement. I would appreciate if hotel Management looks into following points for improvement: 1) Need to keep some refreshments in the fridge or at least some fruits in the room. 2) Fridge cooling was not sufficient to keep any items inside. It was better to keep soft drinks (that I brought from outside) out in room which was cooler than fridge. 3) Suggest fixing acrylic sheet between bathtub and basin as water spills on floor no matter how good you try to draw shower curtain. Over all experience was FANTASTIC!!! I will definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend to others as well.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Corniche. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm welcome I received from a young gentleman whose desk was next to the reception on the right side—I believe he is of Pakistani background. He was extremely polite, respectful, and very helpful. He assisted me quickly with the check-in and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Fast check in. Quiet and comfortable room. Bed was super comfortable. Fast food chains open till late with a couple minutes walk.

The hotel management has done a wonderful job in maintaining the Hotel I was afraid before visiting because of the reviews but the stay was awesome. Parking is also not a challenge. Room were clean and the bed was super comfy.

We had a great stay at the Zara Continental. It was excellent value for money overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was perfectly acceptable for our needs. They provided a cot for our daughter, which was very helpful, and the underground parking was convenient. There’s no elevator from the parking area directly to the lobby, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we’re very, very happy with the cost-to-value ratio and would gladly stay here again.

There is one major drawback which need to to looked at immediately was with the flow of water in the shower area, it was very bad and they water was just dripping, twice had called the staff, they came and checked, but it seemed it needs a bigger team to get hat rectified.

Excellent location…beautiful Ajdan walk part of cornish is just 5 minutes walk away. Very spacious rooms (we booked Royal suite). Very helpful staff (Noor in particular). We were worried about any bad smell reading recent reviews but we didn’t face any such problems.

He is Gem of a person, and the Hotel should be proud to have him on board. We really need many like him to be working in different Hotels across KSA. Secondly, the Hotel Apartments are amazing. Sparkle clean would be the right word for it. The facilities are amazing, spacious rooms, new furniture, bright lighting, comfortable beds, outstanding Gym, Swimming Pool and Kids Play area that make it enjoyable for families with children. Easy access is available to disabled persons, and plenty of parking is available outdoor and indoor. The Cafe at the ground floor is commendable with delicious Arabic Coffee made to order and delivered in the apartment. Overall location is perfect for traveller's with easy access to highway and commercial centers. Supermarket is 2 mins by walk with all items available for use. All in all its a Home away from Home with Great facilities and immaculate hospitality. I would to extend my appreciation once again to Mr. Faisal Siddique for all his efforts. We surely marked this Hotel Apartment as our prime destination of stay when visiting Dammam in future.

the receptionist Saudi gentleman is very helpful, welcoming, kind, friendly, respectful and understanding. Our reservation was for 5 adults and 2 kids and we’ve chosen the appropriate amount of bedrooms but we received a confirmation with less number of beds! I contacted the hotel, and this gentleman assured me there will be the same number of reserved beds with no extra charge. i wish I knew his name to mention it here but apparently he’s the only male receptionist around. also, the service is fast! they also have a house keeping service, an indoor pool and kids area in the basement. the smell in the lobby and all over the hallways is so classy and relaxing. it’s located on a well serviced street that has everything, barber, supermarket, laundry service, krispy cream, logaimat, flower and gift wrapping shop, restaurants, specialty coffees..etc

After arriving, I was upgraded to a higher tier room. Spacious and super comfortable Staff was very friendly and supportive. Overall a great stay

The place is very clean and comfy. We liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The housekeeping service is very good but you have to request cleaning the room before you leave. We liked the easy access to many stores nearby (mini market + Bakery + restaurants). Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

The staff friendly and helpful! I was staying on the 13th floor in a nice apartment, equipped with a sleeping room a living room with kitchen and two bathrooms (one shower). The room was absolutely perfect for my stay. Only the wifi could have worked faster. The breakfast was delicious but not the best I ever had. In sum a solid hotel.

Here’s your refined review with the feedback on towels and toiletries included: I had a great experience staying at this facility. The place is clean and spacious, making it ideal for large families. The staff was extremely cooperative and honest, especially the reception team. They informed me at check-in about a minor water leak in the room and promptly took care of it, ensuring our comfort. Room service, particularly Mohammed Shahdad, was exceptional—always attentive and doing his best to assist. Our reservation included breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options suitable for the whole family, including kids. The chef was actively present, checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, which added a personal touch to our experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, making our stay even more enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: The only thing that needs improvement is the availability of towels and toiletries in the room. We had four restrooms, but one had no towels at all, while the others had only two towels each, with no hand towels or different sizes available. Additionally, the number of shampoo and body lotion was limited to one per restroom, and one restroom had none. Overall, this was a comfortable and well-managed stay, and I would highly recommend this place for families. With a small improvement in towel and toiletry availability, it would be even better!

I stayed with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made our stay even better. The staff were very professional and welcoming—special thanks to Fawaz and Abdulaziz at the reception for their kind assistance. We requested an extra bed and it was brought very quickly. Nour was also very helpful with our luggage upon arrival.

Breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect, very close to the cornice. Easy access for ubers and taxi. Overall the room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and being able to make your own food, and having microwave and living room was fantastic.

The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The staff were all really professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice and they would bring you extra things if you asked. I ate at the restaurant as well and it was good. The room I was in had an interconnecting door. I was lucky that the family in the next room were quiet but you could hear them when they were talking at a normal volume so the room could potentially be noisy.

Breakfast was always tasty and filling. I would like to particularly thank the restaurant staff. Many thanks to Mahsoud, the restaurant manager. He is exceptionally courteous and helpful and goes above and beyond to be of service. The lobby area is spacious and clean.

The breakfast is excellent, I would like to see the breakfast opening half an hour earlier. If you are in the Hotel for business, you will be collected at 07.00, and then there is not enough time to enjoy your breakfast, return to your room, and get ready for your 07.00 am pick up. It would also be nice if the life cooking chef starts when the breakfast opens and is not 10 minutes late, since then you will miss the life cooking of omelet or scrambled eggs.

I stayed in EID holidays in Mooj Hotel, very near to Dammam corniche and other famous places. I booked two bedrooms apartment, very neat and big rooms, installed central AC, good quality toiletries provided by hotel. The reception guy is very friendly also their room service is very excellent.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. Very peaceful and quiet ambience. Great location with Danube next door and maestro pizza and luigini bakery right opposite. Teatime aand golden juice a short stroll away. Pizzarific is at a stines throw. Boudl itself has a great restaurant and room servoce at affordable prices.

The outdoor pool was clean and maintained well. The apartment was very clean too and it has all the necessary equipment for your stay. The staff are friendly. The location of the resort almost in the middle of Khobar, whatever you need is around.

The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere, and its location was ideal – close to a mall, coffee shops, and a station – everything you might need is within reach. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was pleasant.

We came for our wedding anniversary - smiling, welcoming, friendly conversation with lovely Amrah on reception who really made us feel at home, our room was upgraded for free, and we were encouraged to ask for anything we needed. Boutique paradise and we look forward to coming back soon.

The hotel has a great location, with the Ashate Mall just a 2-minute walk away. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and features a kids’ playground, making it a great option for families looking to save money. A special mention to Mr. Mohamoud, who made the check-in process smooth and easy. He also kindly provided a room with a poolside view, which was a nice touch.

Moussa and his team from Boudl Al Shartea are one of the kindest and greatest people in the world. I guess that is one of the Saudi people’s values too to be generous. The hotel is well located in town close by shopping stores and restaurants. Moussa went above and beyond by helping me to get through the night when all exchange places were closed and I had only canadian dollars, running short of Saudi Riyal. Moussa provided me with his own local visa card and trusted me to use it for taxi and dinner. That was one of the most generous gentleman that I have met so far. Moussa got to be proud to be from Saudi, the land of generosity and the blessed country. I will definitely stay at Boudl Al Shatea hotel when I come back next time to Dammam.

Check in was very smooth and quick; the apartment was very clean and quiet. A hypermarket is next door to the building.

A good location for taxi, Careem or Uber to and from the airport and Dammam City, Corniche etc. Lots of food shops, supermarkets and other shops all within minutes walk from the apartment. Comfortable rooms and staff were excellent and very friendly. A Wonderful stay at great apartments. Don’t to forget to visit The Heritage Village in Demmam, it’s fantastic!

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. Though not a hotel chain, it was clearly managed personally by the Manager or I guess owner himself, which made all the difference. He was a genuinely kind and welcoming host, greeting me warmly and making me feel right at home. A truly personal touch that added to the overall experience.

First of all, it is the manager, Mr. Saleh Yousef. He welcomed me immediately on my arrival and was always prompt to reply to any of my requests and queries. The cleanliness of the place and the comfort of the beds were exceptionally excellent. The location suited me perfectly with easy access to the major roads I needed.

Cleanliness and quietness is very important to me, and I found what I want in this facility.
