The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi was awesome. I loved being able to swim from outside to inside and then jump in the hot jacuzzi when it gets chilly out. The free happy hour food and drinks were awesome and the breakfast was great too. Everyone is focused on having fun and enjoying their time. The staff was kind and laid back too.

I liked the location and that it was quiet and under 10 miles to the airport. My room was very clean and comfortable and suited for my disability needs. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, but it was nice to have the outdoor pool available. The free breakfast was great as well as the free Kick back snacks and drinks which could actually make a whole meal.

The hotel was very well laid out and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. The room was spacious and well organized. The beds (two queens) were comfortable and the bedding super clean and inviting. We loved having six pillows for the two of us to share. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed, and there was plenty of hot water. It was nice having a sofa and coffee table to use and the lighting was spot on. My only concern was that the carpet throughout, and especially in front of the mini-fridge, did not feel clean and was stained. I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot. The breakfast, adult beverages (3 per adult guest per evening), popcorn, soda, and dinner provided each day were outta this world wonderful. Good healthy choices and fun snacks as well. I highly recommend Drury Inn and Suites!!

Beautiful hotel. Every aspect of it was an amazing stay. Pool was cool because half of it was located indoors and the other half was outside and kids were swimming under the divider. Hot tub was really big and spacious, perfect temperate. Room 202 (two queens) had a very nice walk in space that made the room feel bigger than a typical queen bedroom. The bathroom was very clean as well as the whole room. microwave and fridge was apart of the room. Dinner every night for free down in the lobby! First night we were there, it was meatballs and mashed potatoes and it was really good. Second night it was pulled pork sliders with macaroni cheese! Amazing. Had a bar and restaurant located in the hotel. Friday night, the bartender Benjamin was not the friendliest bartender but even that, i wouldn’t hold against how amazing this hotel was. Free parking. In a great area by tons of shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My family and I agreed that this was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at as far as value and friendliness. Rod at the front desk was the nicest person and so helpful. “Kick back” dinner buffet and complimentary drinks were unexpected and not bad. Breakfast buffet was better than others we’ve had. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. I appreciated the shower soaps in the dispensers as opposed to little bottles. So much more environmentally friendly! First time at a Drury Hotel, but I will definitely make a point of booking there over other places if given the chance!

Our stay was amazing. From check in with Rodd to drinks with Rob and Ben and dinner with Jessica, our stay was perfect. Those staff members, as well as the others whose name I can't remember were helpful, friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, the pool and hot tub were clean and the room was quiet. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Incredible value. Large pool that feels like 2 because you can't hear the people on the other half. Large hot tub that allows age 5 and up on signage. Free dinner and breakfast were way better than any other chain we have stayed at (we are not loyal to 1 so we have experience at most chains). Such friendly staff that all staff smiles and greeted us and wished us a good day if time. Our toilet tank filling speed was slow but everything else was great. Clean, no noisy a/c unit in the wall, comfortable beds and furniture. Staff upgraded us to a suite for free because it was available. Our pop up camper remained safe in the Parking lot despite being unlocked. Laundry was not coin--they newly installed credit card readers on the units. Only one washer but 2 dryers. Very safe feeling room right off the elevator on 6th floor. The highway noise was non-existent and we could see prairie dogs from our window. We were above the pool and heard kids at night on Friday but the pool closes at 9 or 10 so it's not that big of a deal.

Staff is amazing, beds were very comfortable, buffet dinner and breakfast was good. Will definitely be back. Took the grandkids and they loved the pool and hot tub. Dinner and breakfast buffet had enough so everyone enjoyed their food. We will go back

The area felt safe and was quiet. Hotel is Modern and I p to date. Very clean. Bright, open, airy. A lot of different spaces to relax (lobby and little courtyard has comfortable seating, fire pit and corn hole). Small store for snacks and necessities. Ice cold, fruit infused water available in the lobby. Very nice gym. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. TV equipped with Netflix (need to sign in with an account). The room had a fridge and microwave wave that were both in cabinets. Lights, outlets and charging ports are strategically placed throughout the room. Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the oat milk option for coffee and cereal. The area was maintained well during breakfast. Quick 20 min walk from Union Station- we felt safe for the majority of it (95%). Alternatively, it is a 5 minute Uber ride. 10 minute walk to LoDo for shopping, many restaurants, coffee, etc. A lot of Lime/Lyft scooters and bikes can be found near the hotel and on the way to LoDo- we took advantage of these almost everytime we walked. After staying in an Airbnb in Aurora for a few days, we stayed here after our flight was delayed and we felt as though we found the best part of Denver! We would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, spotless, and the location was perfect — safe and walkable to so many great spots. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the attendants were always kind and attentive. The front desk staff, especially the ladies working during our visit, were knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for exploring the area. Kevin, the valet, went above and beyond — he was friendly, fast, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His service was truly a highlight of our trip!

I am a pretty picky traveler when it comes to hotels. Here are boxes checked: 1. Location! Safe area basically within MSU/Denver CC campus. We walked to Coors Field and Mile High Stadium with no safety issues. Ball Arena is even closer. We also walked downtown near convention center and US Mint - walks less than a mile and incredibly safe. 2. Cleanliness/attention to detail: Beautiful property-have never stayed at a cleaner hotel. The woman at the breakfast bar was extremely attentive-making sure everything was tidy and filled. BTW one of the best hotel breakfast selections i have seen. 3. Friendly/efficient staff: Room was ready early; extremely efficient valet service; front desk staff very helpful and informative. I read some reviews that criticized the location. If you are willing to walk a mile or 2 you can see/find anything you want without all the commotion of being in the middle of downtown. Plenty of crosswalks across busy street (Speer) then walking is very relaxed. I would definitely choose this hotel if I were going to any sporting events in Denver again.

I booked a group block of hotel rooms at SpringHill Sites by Marriott Denver Downtown and I must say, I was quite impressed with their customer service. As a business booking, there are several factors that are so important they might as well be deemed "required" (e.g. on-site parking, conference room availability, good WIFI, breakfast offered). SHS has all this and, more critically, their sales team was incredibly friendly and worked with us on MULTIPLE pivots that could have a been a real nightmare. Maya and her entire team (from Heather, Sara, Woodland, and Debriel who work the breakfast bar to Mike, Jack, Chantz, Sofia, Matt, Melanie, and Hudson at the front desk) were not only friendly but beyond helpful to me and my crew. The cost was great for the area and it was easy to get to, logistically speaking. The breakfast was a big hit with my team and everyone slept peacefully. We'd totally recommend this to other productions looking for a place to rest after the normal 14-hour days!

Fantastic hotel! We loved everything about this hotel including: The front desk staff were always very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The free breakfast is an amazing value - something for everyone. Hot dishes included eggs, bacon or sausage, and something like french toast or pancakes. There is a selection of cereals, multiple types of milk (soy, 2%, whole, etc.); muffins and bagels; yogurt and fruit. There is also a basket of granola bars that are handy to grab as a snack during the day. And the staff working breakfast were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are incredibly spacious! Our two queen room had plenty of space to walk around the beds (don’t you hate when rooms are so small that one side of the bed is jammed against the wall - not the case here). It also had a seating area large enough for a corner sectional that could easily seat 4-5 people. The bathroom is a nice size. Everything was clean and modern. A lovely lobby area with lots of little nooks for reading or chatting. It’s next to a major highway for quick access to other areas, but the hotel is very quiet inside. It’s across the street from a shopping center filled with several restaurants.

Clean. Updated. Quiet in room. Friendly attentive staff. I booked this because reviews said it had a comfy bed. The bed was comfortable. Very important to me. I had all needed amenities. They have little store for snacks and toiletries. Restaurant and bar on site was a plus. Food was average .Overall nice hotel. There is a nice walking trail behind property And you can walk to many stores/restaurants/gas station. But it is a WALK

The room was very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was very quiet, considering how loud the door slammed shut, it was amazing that we did not hear the neighbors and their kids or their door closing. The breakfast was good with plenty of things for a gluten free person to eat, scrambled eggs, country fries, fruit, yogurt, etc. The lady in the dining room offered to go boxes so that I could take breakfast to my husband who is on oxygen. They were very dog friendly. There was a nice place to walk the dog behind the building. It pleased me that our young doggie did not find anything of interest on the carpet. As I say the room was very clean.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of great options and wonderful fresh fruit. 1000% improved over the breakfasts they served the last time I stayed here 3 years ago. The rooms are very clean and extremely quiet. Love all the comfortable gathering space for bigger groups such as the fire pit area and the lobby and bar area offer lots of comfortable seating too. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby if I forgot something.

It was very clean and loved the interior decor. The room was also very clean, comfortable, quiet and met expectations. The bar had a great atmosphere. The bartender was a delight. She was friendly and did her job well. The breakfast was so good. Loved that I could make my own breakfast burrito.

This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love that it was once an old school. You can tell by the wide hallways and stairwells. So unique. Anytime we spoke with someone at the front desk they were above and beyond helpful and friendly. The valet service was also friendly and retrieved the car quickly each time we needed to use it. Our room was a little small, but it was clean, felt brand new! The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet! I don't ever sleep well in hotels, but slept great here! Bathroom and shower area was spacious, the water pressure was nice. Towels were soft and big! The location was great, we walked around and saw parts of the city. Felt very safe here. The convention center is right next door. The restaurant on site is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant, mid-day snacks at the bar and room service dessert at night. All arrived quickly and were tasty! Staff in restaurant, bar and room service all super friendly. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and chill. The downstairs bathrooms are clean. If I ever come back to Denver, this is the first place I'm going to look for a place to stay!

I believe the Slate is an older building that has been renovated. It was beautifully done. The room was very nice and spacious with a high ceiling which made it feel even roomier. It was quiet and within convenient walking distance to restaurants, etc., and the Slate has a nice restaurant and bar also with good food and drinks. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at the Slate!

hotel is very clean, nice look and feel. centrally located in Denver near Arts complex and convention center as the district area. Only one negative i could find. There seems to be an underlying dissatisfaction with the staff. They put on a good face but clearly the Hotel is not treating their staff well. I observed one busy morning as convention attendees wanted coffee and breakfast. The staff in the bar/restaurant we quite busy at this time so it took nearly 15 minutes just to be ackowledged by the staff. The patrons would have been happy with coffee until the food arrrived which was another 20 minutes. Furthermore, i observed over 4 different patrons disccussing how bad the service was as they waited so long for just coffee. I suggested to the front staff they just put a self service coffee area for patrons. Yes, the hotel would lose a few bucks by supplying coffee at no charge but the hotel is really losing as i overheard many conversations saying they wouldnt stay at the Slate Hotel again just for this reason. Putting a self service area for coffee would relieve pressure on the staff, satisfy guests especially those waiting for breakdfast....just my opinion...but seems like a really easy fix.

I absolutely loved the location! I thought that it was incredibly cool to see an old school renovated and turned into a modern hotel. I think that that kind of architecture is very interesting and unique. It’s definitely one of the reasons why I chose to stay at the hotel because I thought it looked so cool in the pictures. It’s very different from any type of hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The inside of the hotel was super clean and modern. I love the fact that there was a bar and restaurant inside the hotel, so I didn’t have to go anywhere for food if I didn’t want to. The staff was amazing, and they texted me two times throughout my stay to check on me and make sure that I don’t need anything, and if I did need anything, they could facilitate that for me. I also thought the housekeeping staff was very kind. The hotel was peaceful, and I really appreciate that because I don’t like a loud hotel. The hotel had a small amount of people - just overall great ambience. They also had a 24 hour shop where I could buy food and drinks, so that was perfect because I love grabbing food items and not leaving my hotel. I enjoyed that, and I would for sure stay here again when I’m back in town. Thanks for everything Slate Denver!

The room was a modern marvel, perfect for the business traveler. The corner room offered stunning city views through huge windows, though the blinds were a bit of a hassle. The Hilton app was a game-changer, allowing me to control the lights, temperature, and TV with ease. However, the desk, while sleek, wasn't the most comfortable for long work hours. The restaurant, while stylish, lacked options for longer stays. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond, providing white-glove treatment. The Slate Tapestry Hilton Denver is a great choice for a business trip. The modern rooms and excellent service make for a comfortable stay. A few minor tweaks, like a more ergonomic desk and a wider variety of dining options, could elevate the experience even further.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The location is convenient, , and the service provided by the staff was outstanding; they were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared options to start the day. The gym facilities were well-maintained and equipped with modern machines. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

The lobby and rooms were very nicely updated. The room furnishings were very nice and functional and worked well for my family with young children. The lobby was nicely updated and the front desk, bar, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. We thought we called ahead to be able to get early check-in but then it turned out the rooms weren’t ready so we had to wait around for an unexpected hour. They did offer us some free coffee vouchers for the inconvenience, which was appreciated! The breakfast options were fine but too limited. There were not enough sweet/ non-savory items. A Belgian waffle or pancake option would go far here. The eating space was very nice though and the staff kept it clean and stocked. We loved how hot the heated indoor pool was! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this spot to others, business travels and families with young kids alike, who need a comfortable place with friendly staff to rest their head that is close by downtown!

I really like this hotel for its proximity to the Colorado convention center and 16th St. The staff is always really friendly and the rooms are great. This was our first time staying on the Hyatt House side. I really enjoyed the extra space and the kitchen. There were a lot of families staying there this weekend for different activities, events, and competitions in the area. It felt very safe and family friendly. My only disappointment was the breakfast. I feel like there used to be more and better options. Both mornings they had the same pre-mix scrambled eggs with country potatoes and sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bread, etc. I do appreciate that they offer breakfast and fresh fruit, but would love to see some variety. Something as simple as adding scallions or peppers and cheese on the side of the eggs would be an improvement. Also, whole grain bread or bagels would be a nice upgrade. The lunch & dinner menu is very limited, too, but there are many great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for families, business trips, and single travelers.

We stayed here for 5 nights. This place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is very close to the convention center, the 16th street mall, the Buell Theater, and the free 16th St MallRide bus that goes to Union Station. Breakfast (which was included) was decent. I liked the plentiful amount of seating that is available for breakfast. The staff members were extremely attentive at clearing dishes, cleaning the tables, and replenishing food during breakfast. Elevators were prompt. I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for one of the 4 elevators to arrive. Having a kitchen and a full-size refrigerator was incredibly convenient. We were able to get groceries from Whole Foods which is located near Union Station. There is also a Target nearby. Only slight downside was the cost of parking. It was 64 dollars/day (valet only). There is street metered parking which is free between 10pm-8 am and on Sundays. There were occasional homeless folks wandering around outside the downtown area, but never once did I feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future.

We were welcomed by valet, Jim R. He was absolutely wonderful! He always greeted us with a smile. His positive attitude made for a great welcome. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It is pet friendly, so our dog was also welcomed. We felt safe walking our dog outside, even after dark. Not far from the hotel is an area for dogs—the city even supplies disposable bags to pick up after our pets. The breakfast buffet had a variety of cold and hot food. Just a few blocks away were shops and restaurants — all within walking distance from the hotel. And it was only a short drive to get to some of the sites, like the Denver Downtown Aquarium and the Colorado State Capitol Building. I highly recommend Hyatt House Denver/Downtown if you plan to travel to Denver.

Everything! Very fast and easy check-in, Katie (I hope I did not misspell your name) was a gem, super friendly, helpful and courteous, we got a little welcome present as well, spacious room, very clean, comfy bed and pillows, new furniture. Good choices for breakfast - mini cheese omelettes, bacon, sausage patties, pancakes and some more - everything tasty, good coffee as well. Friendly, attentive breakfast personnel. Great location close to highway, very quiet though, big parking lot. Awesome nature walking path for both humans and pets behind the hotel leading to a nice park. Definitely recommend and be back if in the area.

Very helpful at front desk. We had a larger suite. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds were alright. We had a fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker, desk, loveseat, and chair. Landry room was clean as was the rest of the property. Very disappointed in the grab and go sacks for breakfast. Loaded with sugary products except for the sausage biscuit which was not very good. Bags had different choices mixed. Prepackaged pastries, granola bars, apples, apple juice, cereal and milk. You cannot sit anywhere to eat, take out or to your room. By the front desk is their little store with toiletries, a cold case with drinks and a frozen case with food and ice cream to purchase. Room was fairly quiet, heard a little road noise but was tolerable. It’s a nice property and would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. I'm always greeted with a smile and treated great. Their rates are very competitive. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds. There are several restaurants in the area, with several withing walking distance.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet only about 1 mile from some RiNo attractions. My room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the rooftop Taco bar was very convenient, as well as friendly with delicious food.

This hotel is hospitality excellence in action! Every part of the stay was on point, from a caring and helpful front desk staff to a trendy and comfortable room that was immaculate. Food & beverage was also over-the-top, covering all the basis from a craft coffee shop in the lobby to a gorgeous rooftop bar featuring fresh Mex street food. Even the in-room minibar has a great selection of local brews, infused waters and snacks at very reasonable prices. The location at the edge of RiNo is peaceful yet easily accessible to the local area and an easy 10-minute walk to commuter rail (including direct service to the airport.) I'm already looking forward to my return to the Vib Denver RiNo!

I've stayed in many large chain hotels, including Hyatts, but the Hyatt Regency Denver is exceptional. Super attentive staff, superb food (breakfast, coffee bar, catered conference luncheons, etc.), rooms with amenities like coffee makers, and a great gym and lap pool (and sun deck with jacuzzi).

Requested to change room due to refrigerator making noise. They were quick to accommodate. Loved the outdoor hottub.

The hotell was perfectly located for attending conference at the conference center with only 1minute walk across the street. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and actually helped me book another night at the hotel for the same affordable price as booking.com Breakfast buffet (not included in price) was really nice, and is recommendable (still expensive). Nice gym, but a bit crowded at times (Sheraton hotel nearby is recommendable if gym facility is important to you), and nice to have the terrace with jacuzzi and three sunbeds. Cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful, and made sure I had extra coffee at my room. I had a room with wonderful view over Denver city.

I had a great experience during my stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. My room was spotless and in excellent repair—everything was in working order and felt comfortable and inviting. The staff made a big difference in the overall experience. Both the front desk team and the curbside service attendants were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They were welcoming from the moment I arrived and always available to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Denver area, especially if you're attending events at the convention center—it's incredibly convenient and offers a high standard of service.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Only complaints about the room was there were only 3 towels for our party of five. We called the reception desk and they said housekeeping would bring more. They never came. Also, surprisingly, the shower had great water pressure. But, it would only get lukewarm at best. After swimming in the pool, everyone was hoping for a hot shower. It was barely warm, every time. Huge plus was the breakfast. It had a great assortment and a custom order omelet station which was fantastic. Everybody found something they liked, staff was quick and friendly...probably best breakfast buffet from a hotel I've ever had. Valet parking was the only option and pretty expensive. But valet staff was quick and very helpful about the surrounding areas.

Embassy Suites Downtown Denver Convention Center delivered a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The suites are spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax or get work done. Beds were comfortable, and the separate living area added to the convenience. The location is ideal—right by the convention center and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transit. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, with made-to-order omelets and a variety of options. Just a heads-up for early risers: breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. It would be great if service started a bit earlier to better accommodate early birds or those with early commitments. Parking is valet-only and on the pricier side. Thankfully, there are several nearby lots that offer more affordable options. Overall, a great stay and would gladly return.

From the moment I checked in, I knew my experience would be a good one at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown. You could tell by the enthusiasm of the front desk staff that they enjoyed what they did and where they worked. They provided me with all the details of the hotel and convention I was attending at the convention center. Upon entering my room, the suite was clean, and well-suited for a four-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom shower amenities were great! Always a bonus to not have to travel with these! The breakfast buffet in the morning had more than you could imagine, but a delight to have something different each day was a treat! The omelets were made-to-order and each day the attendants were extremely kind and expeditious! I did not try out the restaurant while I was there, although drinks one evening were lovely and the bar staff was always there to refill my drink or ask if there was anything else I needed. A colleague that was traveling with me had a medical emergency during the stay and the hotel staff was always asking about him and his recovery. Even calling the hotel 4 days later to retrieve some billing information, they still are asking! This hotel is wonderful, and it all starts with your TEAM! Way to go Embassy Suites Denver Downtown! You all ROCK!!!

Fantastic all around! Staff were always so polite and helpful (Teresa and Bree especially!). Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (strongly recommend the custom omelettes from professional chefs). Location in Downtown Denver near 16th St Mall was incredibly convenient, which allowed me to walk everywhere I needed to be. I'm absolutely staying here the next time I come to Denver!

Water station near the pool is so awesome. You can refill your water bottles. Anytime reduces waste love it. The gym looked really nice… I didn’t use it, but I liked the equipment I saw on there spacious looked modern  Breakfast area clean, presentable comfortable  Front desk staff helpful and friendly  Convenience store near the front desk was nice fully stocked -24 hour coffee is amazing with delicious creamers. Rooms are very comfortable very spacious -loved that there was a mini fridge in our room .

Hotel was easy to find from Denver airport. Many restaurants nearby, Major roads were nearby, but could not be heard from hotel, getting around was easy. Hotel is bright, clean and very welcoming, staff are immense. Breakfast is good, a fair variety to eat. Room was large and clean.

Property was very clean, room was comfortable and all staff (front desk, breakfast attendant, custodial personnel) were friendly and helpful. Close to a light rail station was a nice plus.

This is a wonderful place to stay, and just a short walk to UC Medical Center. The staff is friendly and available to answer any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! With Mod Market and Carbon Coffee at the east end of the Hyatt House, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and great coffee/pastries the next morning. We had a very nice experience during our stay.

This is my second time at this location. The staff has always been professional and very patient while addressing my concerns. The cleanliness has maintained my expectations of Hyatt Hotels. Although a simple thing to take note of, I was in awe of the modernized style of the shower itself. Without realizing it, I had reserved a Suite Room instead of a Guest Room. I was pleasantly surprised about the kitchenette. It was quite spacious. Not only did it have the typical mini-fridge and microwave, the "Wow" factors were the stove-top and dishwasher. There were even plates, utensils and pots & pans available. I think Hyatt House has spoiled me now as far as Hyatt Hotels go. And I think the Suite Room has spoiled me as well as far as accommodations. If I remember correctly, I paid perhaps a $50 difference. Were I to need to utilize the kitchenette for an extended visit, the added cost would be well worth it for me.

We moved to this hotel during our trip because we had a horrible time at a different one in LoDo. The staff was so friendly and breakfast was good. Right across from Children's Hospital and was quiet. Great hotel if you have kids. There was little road noise and some of the sirens going past were drowned out by the air conditioning. Very spacious suite and comfortable bed. Showers were anti-slip and had a mat. Perfect for kids. Will be staying again.

I liked the overall look and cleanliness of the place. It seemed very clean and it was quiet. We only had one instance of someone in the hall with their baby that woke us, otherwise we couldn't hear the other rooms. I felt safe and like the way the elevator worked. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious. The view was nice too.

We have stayed here six or seven times in the past and ultimately this ends up being our go to property in Denver every time because it’s consistently great and an amazing value. The front desk staff when we checked in tonight was absolutely terrific and made us feel so welcome. This is a property that appreciates and recognizes Marriott Elite guests… I’ve always gotten an upgrade at this property, the Delta Pantry is a great perk and I’ve always felt welcomed and appreciated. The hotel was renovated a few years ago down to the studs, so it’s really fresh and clean and new. There are two bars on site, Starbucks, and a restaurant, and multiple other restaurants in the parking lot within a two minute walk. This property used to have issues with noise from the freeway, but they’ve installed double windows and it’s quiet and comfortable. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded that this is my home away from home in Denver.

A nice, quiet room for the money. (Roughly $120 senior rate) Great walk-in shower. Kind of a small commode. Huge TV. Soft mattress. Effective air conditioning. Clean room, friendly staff. No free breakfast (my breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby cost $25 with coffee and a tip). Unfortunately they don’t have a hotel shuttle. A $50 uber ride from Denver Airport. Walking distance from several eateries. And a Tony Roma steakhouse in the building.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Having options like pre-made breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well as a cooked-to-order breakfast at a Starbucks was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and the customer service agents were very friendly. The location was very convenient and close to DU which was why we chose the hotel. The area which could use improvement is the breakfast. It was not very appealing. The fresh fruit which was the only thing I chose to eat kept running out and they did not have half and half or heavy cream ( only coffee mate). Marginal breakfast but a lot of variety.

We stay here when visiting my daughter who goes to the University of Denver, which is very close by if driving. It is a nice, clean hotel. We like that there is breakfast and coffee each morning. The rooms are big and comfortable. They are cleaned very nicely each day. The staff is helpful, but not overly welcoming. It's a bit ridiculous that the hotel charges $15 a night for parking. The surrounding area is not charming, but the location is convenient and once inside, it's very nice.

This hotel is amazing! Everything was clean and modern, and the room was perfectly kept. Nothing was broken, very clean, great view. The breakfast was great with so many selections. All the workers were all so nice and welcoming! We will always stay at this hotel!

The hotel was located central to everywhere I was going in Denver. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'm not a big breakfast eater, but what was offered look good, and the coffee was great!

Very Clean and comfortable place to stay. Location was great and very nice safe location. The staff was friendly and very nice Pool and gym. The chef at the restaurant was amazing at all his meals , we had breakfast and dinner and it was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The shuttle driver was very kind. 100% recommended .

The place is spotless and clean. Everything works properly. Staff is friendly and polite. I had altitude sickness during my stay and I got free water because of that to stay hydrated, very kind. I loved how soundproofed the rooms are. There was an event going on a couple of floors lower, and I didn't hear a thing! Restaurant is nice with good food and friendly staff. You could get coffee downstairs or in your room. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, not too soft. You can see the mountains from your room, which was a delight as they were why we came to Denver in the first place.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at. While it does not rank nor provide service as a five star hotel....it was a good experience. There is no one to assist with luggage, but the carts are inside the doors. Very difficult to maneuver those to the room and out the driveway to the car. The concierge is very casual, but will offer rides within 3 miles. We went and set up the ride, concierge said it would be 5 minutes while he finished up a phone call. We ran to the bathroom and when we returned, he was driving away with a group that needed 4 drop offs. That felt pretty rude as we were told 5 minutes and were back in that time. We ended up just taking an Uber. All the staff at the front desk were having major system problems, so I don't know if it was new or broke often but they were frustrated. When I was discussing the parking situation with the guy who checked us in, he never mentioned the hotel shuttle so I would not need to drive the 2 miles (and he knew the distance as I asked the easiest way to get there). When parking, you have to download the bar code on the sign and register the license plate so it can be billed to your room. The best part of the stay was the clean, comfortable beds and the free breakfast buffet. The pastries and hot items were fresh and delicious. Overall, not the normal Hyatt Regency experience but still at Hyatt Regency prices. If your expectations are lowered, this will be an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with great city and mountain views. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for business travelers, close to the Tech Center.

The hotel was very good and good value for the quality of the hotel and all that was offered. The staff at check-in (Nathan) was incredibly gracious and went to all efforts to make our check in and stay excellent; he was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good and very good value; variety of food and quality of food was as good as I’ve had at a hotel breakfast buffet. Pool was extremely well maintained and very nice temperature. Only challenge we had was that our rooms were cleaned much later in the day that we had expected - though the cleaning staff did a great job. Overall a much better than average experience and would absolutely book again at the hotel.

I have to say the staff were outstanding! I arrived late in the evening and had an issue with locating my credit card. The staff member was really patient and helpful. The room was large, very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless with excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was very quiet overall. Breakfast was really lovely, again with super helpful staff making sure you managed the waffle maker correctly. There was lots of choice for breakfast and tea/coffee available all day. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown, but removed enough to be quiet. I would recommend a stay if you are traveling to Denver!

Kudos to the team at this location. Our 3 night stay could not have been any better. The staff, and I mean every person we encountered, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful at all times of the day. The facility sparkled it was so clean and tidy. The common space was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly. We would definitely return and highly recommend. The location was convenient for all we were in town for. Hats off to a great team and the experience they provided!

Super clean hotel, comfortable pillows (if you like down pillows), pretty firm bed, but comfortable, good water pressure in shower, microwave and mini fridge in room, friendly and helpful front desk staff, and nice indoor pool and hot tub that stays open until midnight. Breakfast is ok, but its a free hotel breakfast so.... Plenty of complimentary water, lemonade, tea, coffe, and hot chocolate. Would stay again

I am a single traveler and I recently stayed in the Hampton Inn & Suites on Speer Boulevard. I was completely impressed from the moment I checked in. "Susan" checked me in with a smile and pleasant conversation. In fact, for all the days I stayed at this hotel, I observed her speaking to every guest and also young children. She was so helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Hilton should hire her to train - she is excellent. I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool area, which was quite pristine with plenty of towels (Towels are a thing with me). The breakfast was good, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was most helpful. I loved the lemonade and other beverages offered 24/7. My room was immaculate (with plenty of towels :), the bed was quite comfortable and very safe. I did not have a vehicle on this trip and will say that parking seems to be tight for this property. (My son, who lives in Denver said that Denver is now the "Number 1 car jacking place in the U.S. so beware). I have stayed at other hotels in Denver, but this one (a new one) is very clean. I should mention there are also free laundry facilities for guests as well as a business center. I was NOT disappointed in any aspect of this hotel - but Susan made it a stellar experience.

Checking in fast, friendly and efficient. Suite was big, very big even, style was a bit dated, like me. I was happy here. Bed was comfortable, shower great. A good room. Breakfast was very good, breakfast staff were on top of it! Everything was hot, restocked and of good quality, good fruit salad, yogurt, muffins etc.. really one of my better hotel buffet breakfasts. Again the restaurant staff were friendly, busy cleaning tables and had some good information when I asked about getting by bus to the train station. I saw the manager on checkout and mentioned my positive experience with the staff here. I would stay here again when in Denver

Perfect location just off 16th St Mall, easy to walk over for shops and food options. Check in was quick, with some food and drink recommendations provided too. Room was massive and clean, no view (but we didn’t book a room with a view) comfy couch, huge bed and walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided (sulfate and paraben free) as well as the usual toiletries. Didn’t hear noise from any other rooms or floors. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of hot and cold options. Back in Denver and 3 weeks and have booked to stay at Homewood Suites which is in the same building.

Very Pleasant Stay- All Good, included breakfast was wonderful! Location was safe and walking distance to lots of things. Property was very clean and lobby very aesthetic and welcoming. Room was very large and bed very comfortable. All staff from the valet, housekeeping, bartender and front desk were friendly and helpful! Highly Recommend!

we always enjoy this hotel. Our grandson is loves with elevators so he was on cloud 9. We loved the jacuzzi, the beds were very comfy and our room was refreshed and cleaned while we were there. The made to order breakfast is always a hit.

Love the open atrium design with mostly real plants and fountains. The bar/restaurant has a wide selection of standard fare at a reasonable cost. The suite was quiet, clean and comfortable with central HVAC and a digital thermostat rather than the noisy individual mini-split under the window in most places. The bed was just what I needed firm enough to be supported but not rock hard. Didn't need the sofa bed but it was nice to know if we had needed to bring my son we could have a closed door if not a weekend to ourselves. Separate sink in the food prep area is nice. Breakfast was decent, made to order omelets, eggs, meats, and a selection of cold items. Good coffee. Excellent friendly staff. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean, up to temperature, and open late. Easy to get to right off I-70. Short drive to Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo. Nearby across the highway are more restaurants and basic shopping needs.

We chose this for location and because we love Embassy Suites breakfast and reception hour - plus a hot tub. Room - typical Embassy Suites with separate bedroom and living room. Clean and all good. Plenty of towels and all we needed. Breakfast - made to order omelets, breakfast meats, oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee and flavored creamer, juice - you shouldn’t go hungry. All was great for us. Reception hour - generous beverages, chips and salsa, veggies/dip, and 3 snack mixes. On a Monday night no line and a relaxing start to the evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna - hot tub was not hot - barely warm, pool was as expected. Sauna was the saving grace to warm up after the “hot” tub. This was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Neighborhood - industrial - no options for restaurants walkable - dispensary across the road. Restaurant in the hotel was reasonable and had good options for food. Close to airport and Anschutz Medical Center - so worked great for us!

We were in town for a local soccer tournament and this location was a few miles from the fields. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful on any questions we had. The breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. The omelet bar was a plus that started our day off on the right foot. The pool area was clean qnd relaxing. We definitely loved our stay. Thank you for the great stay.

The service was fantastic!! Daliah, the new bar tender was amazing and super friendly! I would definitely recommend staying here. The free breakfast is more than the usual hotel fair, it's a full service breakfast bar. The coffee is amazing as well.

Nice hotel, great surrounding area. About 3 blocks from a super cute area with restaurants and some shops. Only had a couple of issues during my stay. 1. Breakfast is a little confusing. It’s $12 for some breakfast items and $18 for other breakfast items; yet they are all located in the same buffet area. There is a sign with all the details, but it’s off to the side of the area and I completely missed it the first day. Overall, I do think the breakfast is overpriced for serving items that I get for free at other hotels. 2. Restaurant food from the bar area was good but my server had people visiting her and spent more time chatting with them than attending to her other patrons. Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean and the TV has access to Netflix, if you have an account.

Walking distance to beautiful pedestrian friendly upscale old-town Arvada - lovely shops, amazing restaurants with sidewalk dining where you can enjoy excellent food and ambience! Mountain views, safe area, plenty of parking on site, many shopping, dining, entertainment options minutes away. Wonderful staff, onsite food options, pool and workout, plus specious rooms. Rooms serviced every other day. Did find an itty bitty flying carpet beetle on check in and thr next evening (on the window's privacy blind) but apparently residents say those are literally in every building, private or otherwise no matter what, and one or two is to be praised for excellent keeping them out. Will always stay at this beautiful, friendly, 5☆ property and we visit several times a year!

The staff was absolutely incredible. The room was amazing and so was the food. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but convenient. We loved the gingerbread house competition and can't say enough good things about the staff and the convenience of the hotel. It's perfect for walking to Olde Town Arvada and it's so close to the G line that getting to and from Denver or the airport is easy peasy.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Arvada is a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The room was quiet with a super comfortable bed and great pillows. We would stay here again.

The hotel location is close to the 16th street walking district and many other restaurant and shopping spots. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and my room had a great view of the mountains. I chose a 2 queen bed room vs 1 king because of the bathroom layout. My bathroom was completely enclosed and made private by a sliding frosted glass door. King rooms have a sink separate from the toilet and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a great roof top restaurant/bar and a nice lobby restaurant. I enjoyed the lobby restaurant happy hour offerings. The gym has a nice variety of equipment and was clean. I felt safe at all times given there is a noticeable presence of homeless people in downtown Denver. I only saw hotel guests on the property and I was greeted at every entrance by hotel staff whether it was morning, noon, or night. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee in the lobby as well as dog treats. I would recommend staying there the next time you visit Denver.

The AC is a wonderful place! All of the staff are so incredibly friendly!! We enjoyed a corner room with an accessible room for the bathtub bench for my husband. Beautiful room and view!! The 54thirty Rooftop was a great place to see the drone show. We highly recommend Corinne, the restaurant in the hotel. So delicious. Parking in downtown Denver is outrageously expensive, so we chose the valet option. It is almost the same cost as self parking, and the valets are so helpful and friendly. Your vehicle is safe that way, too. The location is perfect for the 16th Street Mall, although the Mall is still torn up for construction. I’d love to come back to stay at the AC!!

We reallg enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely will stay here again. It is a good location where you czn walk to restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are small but super modern and clean and have huge windows. I love how there is no carpet. There are 2 bars in the hotel which were the perfect hang out spot at night. The valet is expensive but that is my only complaint. I did like how you can text the valet and they have your car for you in 10 minutes.

The atmosphere is casual and updated with a very comfortable vibe. My room was in a corner with big windows of glass and great views. As a light sleeper my room was very quiet. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were large. Kimberly at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Ebrahim made me feel welcomed and special, ready to make my stay enjoyable. Great location, I can’t wait to come back.

Vince the waiter at Corinne restaurant in downtown Denver was amazing he was friendly and welcoming he made me and my boyfriend feel like home, and I recommend this place 100/10 was amazing like extra amazing and the atmosphere was like in another planet everything was just perfect 👌 and once again Vince made our day

Excellent Location, Comfortable, Quiet, Free Parking, Great Value! Location: Inside the Colorado Mills Outlet Mall complex, so lots of food and shopping right there. I’ve stayed in several hotels in downtown Denver/cherry creek and they were all over $250 this week + daily parking fee. Choose this hotel about 15-20 mins outside downtown, plenty of free parking on site. Lobby: Hotel looks brand new, huge lobby, free breakfast buffet. Has an outdoor patio seating with firepit, 24 hr gym. Room: All suite, so spacious. A nice size desk, sofa bed, big bathroom (shower only). Bed is comfy, linens are soft. A/C is an older unit next to window that blows directly over the bed and makes some noise. Due to location, rooms are very quiet. The best part is really the location in the mall complex, all the amenities are close by. Loved our stay, will be back.

The hotel was very clean. This is my most important criteria. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were soft and plush. The shower head was nice and high and had great water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful with their recommendations for dinner. There is a shopping area that can be accessed by some steps to walk to dinner. And even though it is a busy area, the room was very quiet.

This place was amazing. I didn’t use the pool or the fitness center but they looked good. The lobby was fresh and clean. The while place smelled great. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and your had a good selection of pillows (from feathers to firm). The breakfast selection was good as well. I only stayed two nights and I enjoyed a different selection of food items both days. When I come back I will definitely stay here.

10 stars!! Front desk staff was amazing. Room was also amazing. VERY clean and the beds and pillows were to die for. We loved that the TV had HBO, Netflix... we watched a movie together to relax. We didn't use the pool but it sure looks amazing! Breakfast was decent. There was actually a problem with our toilet in our first room (not anyone's fault) and the front desk guy met us at our new room with the keys! That is superb customer service. There is tons of shopping and restaurants nearby so the location is excellent as well. We will definitely be back when in the area!

This is a lovely, well run and clean hotel. Springhill Suites’ rooms are large and comfortable. The free breakfast had nice choices. Free parking and walking distance to Colorado Mills mall- also with easy access to parkways. The staff is great- shout out to Nik and others who were friendly and professional and recognized my Titanium Elite Status. Before we arrived I had some questions and called and Jason was very helpful. The pool is ok- small but adequate. We will surely stay here again

The hotel is well situated, with the state capitol building visible from the front entrance and other major landmarks within a 10-15 minute walk. We were able to check in early and had a very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Pool area was fine but would have loved a hottub or sauna. Overall a good place to spend a night or two.

Sincerely, we liked everything. We stayed at the hotel Hampton Inn Downtown Denver for our trip through the beauties of Colorado and we liked it very much. We arrived early and went straight to the hotel to see if we could leave our bags and join our first tour to the Red Rocks and Amphitheater. For our surprise, The Lovely Lady from the reception not only kept our luggage neatly but offered us refreshments and even invited us for some coffee and muffins. We felt cherished and welcomed immediately. The room is excellent, has a lot of space for luggage, it’s impeccably clean and is very bright. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom has all the amenities needed for a pleasant staying. The breakfast is nutritious, delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay a there again if returning to Denver and would certainly recommend to everyone.

Very clean and my king size bed was super comfortable. Nice indoor pool & exercise room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was $45 for the overnight stay which is nice if you don't wabt to chance on street parking. The valet attendant was very, very nice!! I ordered delivery food and it arrived super fast to the foyer. The front desk gave me a list of restaurants which was super helpful., The only draw back was only one elevator was working. I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked our 2 Queen bed suite with a sofa bed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast -- one day we had Denver omelets, and there were always enough fresh bananas. Location is very central; valet parking is offered but if you are familiar with city parking, you can park on street and pay the meter over an app for up to two hours until you leave in the morning (be aware of the street cleaning signs!).

The staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; they had hot food. It was really helpful that they had complimentary ice water for guests. Location was both close to downtown, the capitol and suburbs as well. Public transit was convenient from this location; there are a few bus stops close by.

The breakfast was delicious, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of construction around the hotel (not the fault of Hilton) but it wasn’t disruptive. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The little market had drinks and snacks to buy, which was helpful. I love the modern, clean feel of the hotel.

Very personalised approach: I saw my name on the TV as I entered the room, which was a really nice surprise. I arrived on Christmas day about two hours earlier than the check in time but they accomodated me and allowede me to check in early. Very functional room, has got a small glass fridge, ironing board, hangers and coat hooks upon entering the room, very large comfortable king-size bed and a nice view of the city, and shower was awesome as well as the bathroom amenities and complete towel set. Room is very clean and the lobby is very chic and comfortable. Breakfast selection includes hot food, and the dining area in the basement is very spacious. I booked twice in this hotel because it is very accessible from the Union Station where the airport train and bus terminals are (20mins. walk to the hotel but you can take the free Mallride bus which stops about 5-6mins. away). It's not cheap cheap but for the location and comfort, this hotel is a great value for money!

First of all, the cleanliness was on point. The rooms were squeaky clean, and I could tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a tidy environment. The linens were fresh, the floors were spotless, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. It really made me feel at ease knowing that they prioritize cleanliness. . The hotel had excellent security measures in place. There were key card access points throughout the building, ensuring that only guests could enter certain areas. I also noticed security cameras in the common areas, which added an extra layer of protection. It gave me peace of mind knowing that the hotel takes safety seriously. This is important to me anytime I am staying in a downtown area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! they showed me places I could eat downtown, they showed me events happening nearby, I felt so welcomed! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and safety standards at the Home2/Tru Downtown Hotel. It made my stay worry-free and enjoyable!

Everything was great! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the common areas were nice and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. I also appreciated the complimentary hot beverages available in the lobby 24/7. The location is perfect—less than a 5-minute walk to the Convention Center. Being in Downtown Denver, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. During my stay, there was some nearby street construction, but it didn’t affect my experience at all. Considering the quality and price, I totally recommend this hotel!

Location was AWESOME. Staff were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary coffee (always a plus). Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Checking in and out was simple. I also loved that when I spaced leaving a tip in my room for the cleaning staff, the QR code for tipping at my breakfast table allowed me to tip for my room specifically.

This is such a fun and whimsical hotel - an artist’s haven! Every floor has a different theme - as was excitedly told to me by a little girl in the elevator when I arrived. The lobby has lots of creative sitting spaces (on the edge of a pool??). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vibe of the whole place was an upbeat celebration of whimsy (tastefully done). My corner King Suite was amazing. Absolutely silent - I felt completely private. The bed was comfortable, the apps pre-loaded into the big screen TV were perfect. The carpeting and wall paper and chairs all had fantastical flourishes. Any opportunity the designers had to make something special - rather than basic - they took. And although the decor looked a little busy in the pictures, sitting in my room it just felt fun. There were so many little details in the room - a hook for towels was a winking smiley face. Even the complimentary wall mounted lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, were from quality brands that felt luxurious. This would be a fabulous hotel for both kids and adults who love to explore. Finally, the location was perfection. You’re only a few blocks from bustling Larimer street. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops, and you’re right across from the opera and other theatres. I’m so glad I chose this hotel

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the hotel’s fun, quirky vibe set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. We stayed in the disco-themed room, and it was an absolute blast! The funky retro decor, vibrant colors, and groovy details made for such a fun and immersive stay. It was clean and comfortable. Recommend you get a themed room otherwise it's just regular hotel room. If you're looking for a sterile, cookie-cutter chain hotel, this might not be for you—but if you love personality and creativity, The Curtis is perfect! As for those who say the rooms are "dated, or “dirty” we found them to be stylish and well-maintained, with a nostalgic charm that fits the hotel’s theme perfectly. They are doing a lot of upgrading and renovating right now to make it even better. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown. Perfect if you are seeing a show or ballet in the Theater District. This hotel is a a unique hem. Don’t let a few picky reviews deter you—this hotel is an experience in itself, and we can’t wait to come back!"

Great hotel, super cute! Just understand if you don’t specifically book a themed room, they are not all themed. But the non-themed rooms are cute. Hotel is very clean, quiet, right in the middle of everything. We parked at Independence Plaza two blocks away for $10, (it’s a very short and safe walk) versus $45 at the hotel garage. Found the spot on Spot Hero, nice safe, clean garage. We got the add on breakfast option and they give a voucher to take to the Corner Office which is attached to the hotel. You get an entree, juice and coffee included in the voucher. Entrees are $18-$22, coffee probably $2, juice probably $3 so you can calculate if it’s a good deal for you. We were also Hilton Honors members and got a $30 credit to use at Starbucks around the corner, The Corner office restaurant or the gift shop in the hotel lobby. Overall, great for a weekend getaway! It is an older building and more like an independent boutique hotel so if you are looking for a standard typical Hilton, this is not the place for you. But it’s great if you like unique.

Our first experience at The Curtis was a positive one! We had two rooms and both were quiet, clean and comfortable. Jo helped us at the front desk a few times and she was so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was delicious with a great menu and the service was friendly and professional. We can’t wait to return soon!

My room was very spacious and spotless. The check-in process was seamless and took only a few minutes; the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. There was also complementary tea and decaf coffee in the room. I've been to Denver for an event, and the hotel's location was within 5-10 minutes walking distance of various restaurants and event venues, making it a pretty convenient stay.

Beautiful, unique hotel in great location with friendly, helpful staff. Loved the decor immediately when we walked in. This hotel is a renovated bank building creating a cool lobby. The checkin was quick and seamless and we even got an early check in! The room was clean and comfortable. The air temperature was adjustable to our needs (my son likes it cool to sleep). The staff were friendly at each interaction particularly the coffee shop server, he was awesome every day. Great location near multiple restaurants and downtown shops. Close to the Denver Union Station also. Parking is bit of a challenge but the 16th Street Center garage next door was easy to use.

Really nice, clean and well looked after hotel in a great location in the city centre. Awesome shower and very comfy large bed. Good restaurant on site and a nice little coffee bar that was open in the morning. Coffee machines in the rooms too if you don’t want to buy coffee first thing.

Stayed at this fantastic downtown hotel for 2 nights and to get there from Denver Airport was really easy by public transport. $10 for the airport train which takes you directly to Union Station and then just jump on the free 16th Mall shuttle bus which literally stops right outside the hotel ! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely big bathroom and nice toiletries too. Free bottled water was a bonus too. Shops and restaurants all in walking distance and a really nice hotel bar too. I also liked the history of this former Bank of Colorado building, they kept some of the original features like the safe/vault and it adds to its ambience.

The hotel has a really cool history and the various rooms that are converted vaults are really cool to be in! My boyfriend and I were visiting friends for the weekend and stayed here, and I was so happy with it, that I changed my future two reservations to come back on business to stay here instead of other properties. The service is excellent! Anytime I asked about something or for something I got a VERY quick reply, and everything was settled! The concierge lounge had a great hot breakfast each day, the fitness center was AWESOME! Lots of cardio options and a good weight selection which is a requirement for any hotel I stay in since I start the morning with a workout. The location was proximal to the dinners and parties we had scheduled so that was helpful as well! I read reviews about the rooms being "dated" but what the heck?! They're large, clean, and have everything you need in them. Anyone who needs a more "modern" room should book at a hotel brand that is known for being more modern.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were amazed by the hospitality. They very conveniently located about half a mile from Denver union station and in the heart of denver downtown, which made our stay and roaming easier by walk and didn’t had to spend a fortune on rental cars or cab services. Staff is amazing and quick to respond to all our queries and needs. Our breakfast was complimentary with our stay, but the breakfast options were amazing and tasty. We enjoyed our stay a lot
