We stayed here while attending my grandaughter's Volleyball tournament and were pleased with the experience. The room was very clean and pleasant There was a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Daily housekeeping was very attentive and coffee was replaced daily. Unfortunately, they only supply only paper coffee cups. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback for me was that windows do not open and the room gets a little stuffy at night. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant in a bar setting. The food is good and portions are generous. There hotel has a small shop with soft drinks and snacks. There is a very good gym and a nice indoor pool. You will need a car as there is not much within walking distance of the hotel, but a short drive will take you to Walmart, Safeway, and restaurants. Car rentals in Edmonton are very easy, get off your flight and you will find car rentals across the street. West Edmonton Mall is only minutes away and you will also find a variety of restaurant options there. The mall is interesting but we found the shopping rather bland. Same stores as anywhere else. What makes up for the lack of Edmonton scenery are the very friendly natives, They are among the nicest people I have met anywhere. Everywhere we went people were so friendly that we went home with a very very good impression of the city.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a delicious variety of fresh options. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. Checkin was easy and quick and friendly staff. The suite was super spacious, clean and quiet. There was even a sofa bed. There is also a restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast. Would definately recommend.

We loved the check in cookies, surprising ups ale menu in the restaurant and the relaxing bar/lounge. Services was attentive and friendly. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed.

Not my first or last time staying here. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The public areas are also clean and in good condition. The food provided during the conference was quite good. The front desk staff were consistently professional but curt and not particularly friendly. The conference room chairs are extremely uncomfortable. If this were a less expensive hotel, I would give a higher rating.

It is adjacent to Kingsway Garden Mall, walking distance to NAIT, and a short distance to any professional services, especially, Royal Alex Hospital and speciality health care.

Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

The hotel common areas, however, have seen better days. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Parking has plugs available for winter (for block heaters). Great location near a major mall. Despite the shabbiness of the common areas and the frequent smell of cigarette smoke in the entries and hallways, I’d stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the awesome Kingsway Mall and just a close Uber ride away to the Rogers Place! In the hotel we had the family suite and it was a good size for us. We tried out the hot tub and it was a good area too. The staff was excellent in all areas. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, early dinner and late night snacks….the snacks we took back to our room. It was my birthday so I even got a free piece of cheesecake with my dinner which was delish. Between all of us we tried the standard breakfast, French toast, pizza, nachos and all of it was so good! The staff at the restaurant were a 10/10. The checkin was quick as they sent a form via text which contains the information they ask you usually at checkin. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is clean, quiet (even on a full night) and very cozy. The beds are comfy and the room was spacious and clean. We checked in very late and Avnita at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. She made a late night much more relaxing.

This was a perfect hotel to come to after a long day of travelling! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was even nicer than anticipated, super quiet rooms, and tons of breakfast options! Location was convenient being so close to the highway (though we never heard any noise outside or even our neighbors) and WEM. Would recommend this hotel 10 times over!

Very happy with our stay here. Good lighting in bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Pool area was very clean and had comfortable loungers and water dispenser. Also pool toys! Breakfast was adequate, 24-hour coffee machine in lobby was also very nice. Fitness centre was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely modern spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast food was basic (met expectations) but the real plates and cutlery is nice touch and the dining area is very comfortable. Did not try the pool. Plenty of parking, sorry convenient location. I will definitely come back.

An amazing experience!!!! It is dated yet very well maintained with a mind to catering to people's needs. The staff, very helpful and professional. I have stayed in so many hotels over the years, yet this is the first to just call the room a few minutes in just to check if we were settled in OK. The cleanness was on a whole new level. 10/10 does not do it justice. Most newer/newish hotels mask dirt behind their newer/modern facilities. This hotel was spotless. Things may be dated, but they were squeaky clean! The bed was very comfortable, too! Wifi was perfect! Thank you.

ALERT!!! Parents …GO HERE!!! Here’s why!! 1: amenities We have all travelled and had our shampoo spill in our luggage right? Well, worry no more! This hotel offers a huge shampo, conditioner and body wash! I still don’t know why all hotels don’t do this… but it made us meet our weight requirements to get here!!! Breakfast Breakfast is good and is mostly geared to children. Waffles, cereal - that they will actually eat!! Okay, so let’s talk coffee… they have a coffee called Spirit Bear… it’s the BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD! Or maybe because I haven’t drank coffee in a while but it was so smooth and no heavy bitter taste at the end!!! SWIMMING!!! How many of us moms cringe during pool time because we don’t want to get our hair wet? Well the water height is PERFECT!! I’m 5’ 2 and it was about to me knee in the shallow part and around the 1 meter at its deepest point great for ages 6 and up Hot tub is AMAZING!!! It’s right beside the pool and positioned at a great vantage point to see the kiddos!! Staff were friendly if I needed anything I never had to wait long to receive any aid required All in all, my children had a BLAST here and loved this hotel very much. Which makes every parent proud and happy they made the right choice. Make the right choice too! Choose this establishment!

We received exceptional care, with our numerous request handled promptly by the hotel staff, who consistently exhibit a courteous and professional attitude. The hotel room is immaculately clean, with bedsheets that are extremely comfortable, fresh, and clean ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience, Breakfast is of exceptional quality with replenishment made promptly whenever necessary.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Henday, great for getting around the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a decent size and price. The complementary breakfast was delicious with food variety. The pool is and hot tub was ok a little wear and tear but was clean and has lots of seating and the water slide was fun. The staff were really amazing, I left behind my coat in the room. I called the front desk they sent someone right up to the room to get my coat and held it at the front desk until I was able to get back to pick it up.

Friendly staff, quick and easy check in/out, very clean, updated rooms and free laundry, close to west Edmonton mall and lots of other malls, restaurants, shops. Perfect for long stays, we stayed for 10 days while visiting Alberta. The 24/7 little convince store is a great touch for morning coffee, drinks or late night snacks and some little essentials. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect choice for longer stays. Bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom/shower is great, BBQ grills are a nice touch and we used often. Huge refrigerator, microwave, and dual hotplate makes in-room cooking a breeze. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays

Underground parking for those cold weather nights . Swimming pool and hot tub are great also for a relaxing soak.

This hotel was amazing it was super clean and modern very family friendly the staff was kind and welcoming the hot tub and pool were awesome but a bit slippery. Our room was awesome and breakfast was fantastic! The waffles are unreal good and the pineapple coconut water qas delicious. I wish they had flavoured watwr available all day like the tea and coffee set up but all in all fantastic stay!

I stayed here on the night of the 28th and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed—it had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff checked in on us whenever we were coming and going, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym this time, but I’ll definitely try them on my next visit. One small improvement could be expanding the breakfast options and add some more items. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Edmonton!

Our stay was an enjoyable one. Check-in was smooth. Friendly staff. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants just a walking distance or, just a short drive. Parking is not a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Their breakfast have plenty of choice. Overall, our experience was very good. The only suggestion to the hotel management is to remind the guests that if they have children, they should be made aware that should be running in their rooms and in the hallways past 11:00 as guests also want to rest and enjoy a good sleep. But we would still come back and stay in this hotel

This was our second time at this hotel we enjoy it a lot. Beds are comfortable, always so clean & the staff are always amazing. We always book the 2 queen suite for our 5 person family and it’s such a great room and so much space for everyone. A few dinner options in walking distance, Mr mikes attached to the hotel & gas station right beside it. Easy to find. Breakfast was good, handful of options. Pool was nice clean and not to cold.Will definitely be back

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge Suites in Edmonton! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were so present and welcoming—it really made a difference. My room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, which was perfect since I had school assignments to work on. Even though I brought my own breakfast, the hotel’s spread smelled absolutely delicious every morning! One small thing—I accidentally left two anklets in the pool area, and while the cleaning crew tidied up, they didn’t bring them to the front desk as I had expected. But honestly, I appreciate that they keep everything so clean, and since the anklets weren’t real gold, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Parking was decent, and while the hotel is open to anyone before midnight, I never felt unsafe. Once I locked my door, I was completely at ease. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

We stay 1 night and from the beginning I felt a good vibe with the place. Reception lady was so friendly! The room was clean and cozy. All the residents in the hotel were friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. And what made it more special was the breakfast, omg it was delicious, the bacon was crispy the fruits were sweet……. Our stay was so pleasant I would recommended. Thank you for making us safe and happy.

Had a great stay-comfy spacious and really felt more like a home than hotel. Everyone was friendly and everything was super clean. Pool -no hot tub but nice fitness area. Breakfast was more basic but usually cooked eggs, a meat, toast, waffles and yogurt bar. Great laundry pay for soap (or use your own) and machines were free. Appetizers Monday-Friday with snack snd drinks for free.

The hotel is conveniently located to both the city and West Edmonton Mall. Reception was friendly and efficient. The suite was large and well equipped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. Breakfast was satisfactory but the dining room was too small. We took our breakfast back to our room. Excellent Indian restaurant located next door.

I booked my stay here due to an environmental issue at my home apartment. The room I originally booked was small and rather plain, so I called guest services to inquire about a bigger room and they upgraded myself and my wife to a king suite for free. Thank-you! The new suite was spacious and clean with the only issue being were some footprint stains in the carpet from someone's muddy work boots which didn't clean up, but it was a minor detail really. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

Our second time staying this year. My lover drove from Calgary and we spent time with Family in Edmonton. Kids came for a swim to burn some energy. No issues! Great free breakfast and parking. Loved watching a movie from the Jacuzzi tub! Comfy beds. No complaints!

This was our 3rd stay at this place. My boyfriend and I are long distance and from out of town and we like to meet up here and enjoy a weekend together. Watching shows in the Jacuzzi tub is a real treat, we love it. The bed and pillows are very comfy. It’s Nice and quiet. Food within walking distance. Great free breakfast too! A little something for everyone.

Loved watching TV from the Jacuzzi King suite with my man. We had family children come visit and join us in the warm pool and hot hot tub. Was nice not to be hassled about having guests. Came to Edmonton for my mothers funeral. Got there around noon and they were fantastic at getting us into a room right away. No waiting until 3 pm! Was given all discounts available from Military, to Government to AMA. First room was on the 2nd floor and unbeknownst to us, there was a dance competition going on in the city. That meant there were all kinds of young girls and coaches running around. It was quite noisy so we asked if another room was available. Without hesitation, we were changed to a suite on the 6th floor at the end of a hallway where it was beautifully quiet! All the time the staff was courteous, professional and friendly and served us with a big smile on their faces. The room was exceptionally comfortable. Bed was very comfortable with nice clean, white sheets. Pillows were just the right fluffiness so my neck wasn’t sore in the morning. The shower had great water pressure and I thoroughly enjoying my bubble bath in the tub before bed. I would recommend this wonderful place to everyone! However, the Raddisson at the airport will not be getting such a rave review!

What was particularly lovely was the bathroom which had ample space including a large walk-in shower, double sink and the jacuzzi which allowed us to relax and wind down in. The quality of sleep was satisfactory and the stay overall reflected the TripAdvisor rating average to date. It won't rock your world but it is a solid offering. The accommodations was of very good value for price paid. Being in an industrial zone, the area does not particularly have a ton of interesting amenities within walking distance, but with a vehicle it was convenient to access attractions further away. Please be aware not to confuse this location with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Edmonton at 18520 100 Ave NW as the names of the properties are similar and they are within 5km of each other. I thought I should write an updated review of this location. We checked into the jacuzzi suite Mar 15 - 17. Hotel staff are freindly, helpful and just awesome. The hotel is very clean and well kept. We checked into the room, and were immediatly shocked at the space, the bathroom was 18x8. I've stayed at New York hotels that were smaller than this bathroom. Very clean room, and spotless. Two large tvs, Kuerig machine, actual glassware, plates and stoneware coffee mugs (my biggest bug in hotels is paper cups only, they have both here). Plenty of towels. I have no complaints about this location and will definately stay here from now on when we come to Edmonton again.

Room 518 Check in was warm and welcoming. Very efficient. Hotel well located and clean. Room was very clean and well equipped. Bed was semi soft and comfy. Sheets clean and soft. Room was very quiet and dark. Bathroom was clean and had quality products. Towels large and soft. One con was stepping into the shower, floor was VERY slippery but they provide a shower mat, I advise using it. Other than that, it was a great place to stop. I recommend. As there is no breakfast at this hotel, Ricky's is attached and has good food and service.

Hotel had mostly friendly staff. A couple who made errors during my stay (did not provide all food vouchers at check in, did not add the confirmed guest (that I confirmed months ago by email) to the registry and a restaurant staff who accepted a voucher with a wrong date by accident then another that wouldn't accept the one I had left in the end) and gave a little bit of attitude but others who were super friendly and accommodating. The errors made were rectified in the end. Pool and hot tub were convenient with great hours. Both a bit small and in need of a drain and clean/repair by my visit in Sept (end of season). Hotel rooms were a little dated but super clean and the beds were soft and sheets and towels fresh. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Immediate surrounds don't have much for tourists except food but there is a bus stop right outside and the bus goes right to the West Edmonton Mall and the hotel is in convenient driving distance to many attractions.

We stayed here overnight. The hotel was convenient and easy access as we had a truck and trailer. Check in was quick and easy with no wait time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. What more could you ask for.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada South in Edmonton on the evening of January 9, 2025. We were treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff at the front desk especially the gentleman that checked us in ( as I checked in online but needed to get the plastic door keys) . Our room was clean, especially the bathroom and the beds. The beds had a wonderful assortment of the most comfortable pillows ever. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Had a wonderful sleep and headed downstairs to Len Steve’s restaurant for a wonderful breakfast of pancakes as sausage with a coffee and my husband had scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, 2 bacon , potatoes and toast . Absolutely delightful staff and great service. Food was delicious as always. Definitely recommend. Check out was quick and efficient. No issues at all.

One would think the hotel was abandoned closed down if you never went in front of the building. Not sure why the owner didn’t feel this amazing little establishment should be neglected like this. I for one would have certainly show cased my establishment with material that would have been more pleasing to the visual eye. Perhaps investing into material that would have made this place pop siding or stucco better options. When you walk inside it’s immaculately clean, staff are super friendly eager to please their guest, the rooms beautifully spacious and the dining experience amazing great tasting food! Message to the owner you have a gold mind here with amazing staff invest in your outside property don’t get petty because the city isn’t helping you with the exterior issues. Instead rise above it and look for alternative ways to showcase your property so your customers feel comfortable and safe staying in your establishment.

Hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and very clean and spacious. The bar is beautiful and the bar staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was OK. There was one particular staff member that was a little aggressive and abrupt. The area is a little sketchy. Walking around the area was not the most comfortable experience. One side of the building is boarded up and I am not quite sure what that was all about.

We really enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and clean. Great price. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub was great. The fireplace didn't flicker, but the light worked and it put out heat so it worked ok. There was a little kitchenette area which was nice. The hotel was located in a great area, easy for shopping. It was a lot quieter than I had expected being that it was between Gateway and Calgary Trail. We would stay there again.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities at the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool (which was very clean and well maintained) with our kids and our room was spotless when we arrived. We were also pleased to discover that this location is close to so many great stores and restaurants. The staff were all amazing and made our three night stay very welcoming.

We had a fun family day weekend at the hotel. It was super busy and the staff was doing an excellent job helping everyone. Fun pool and saw staff cleaning and stocking area. Breakfast option were good and tasty. The family room worked perfectly so mom and dad got some privacy at night. Great value for your dollar, minutes from our restaurant and shopping in south Edmonton common!! Thank you for the memories we will cherish a lifetime, see you next holiday!!

Staying in the igloo room was amazing for my kids. They loved the LED lights and fireplace making them feel like they were outside. The jacuzzi topped it all off for them!

No complaints about this hotel at all. We probably won’t go on a weekend again, as it is definitely more expensive! The breakfast was very good and we were lucky enough to go to the hottub and freshwater pool during a slight lull. We had to go to the front desk for towels, as they had all been used earlier. Would definitely stay here again.

This St Albert’s BW property is well managed, from its care to sanitize surfaces including luggage trolleys and availability of shoe covers, to its friendly-yet-professional reception to its helpful-but-unobtrusive room service and generous, varied full breakfast buffet. Our room was quiet, with a window which opened while also featuring blackout curtains. Two comfy beds had a bedside alarm clock, lamp and outlets for USBs as well as traditional appliances. Desk had a comfy office chair, lamp and lots more electrical outlets. Even a mini-kitchen which included coffee maker, microwave oven and fridge. Didn’t try the full-sized ironing board and full-sized iron in the generously-sized closet with safe. In the bathroom, a large shower with rain shower head. Plenty of towels, and citrus shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in environmentally-friendly wall dispensers. (Just wish the hand moisturizer was also dispensed this way rather than in a tiny purse-sized container.) The pool and hot tub were appreciated, just down the hall on the main floor, past the business nook where guests could use the desktop computer and house phone. Criticisms? Lack of overhead light, recycling bin and comfy chair in our room and lack of lighting at the entrance to the property guiding cars into the property and to the right toward the Reception. (The driveway is semi-hidden at night and it is not clear for a first-time guest which side of the building they would find the entrance.) Will return!

Check in was smooth. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. I found the towels to be softer than most hotel towels. They don’t feel like sand paper when I dry my face. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are soft. I appreciate that hotels are now transitioning to smart tvs are smart capable. The internet worked as required. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning, the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. I would have enjoyed bacon more than one day, though. That’s about my only criticism, more bacon.

Jacuzzi suite that holds a small family and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Small room with 2 twin beds made it possible to put kids to bed and still be able to spend time together.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Hotel was quiet, staff was very nice & helpful at check in and check out. Attached bar was very welcoming, the tenders and regulars are nice. Area outside was comfortable for smoking, never felt like we were in any danger even in the middle of the night. On site free parking, close to restaurants and a grocery store across the street. We didn't have time to go to the attached restaurant but it looked nice from the window. Our room had some markings on the walls but apart from that was very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure.

It's a nice, convenient hotel, which is down the road from the Millenium Place recreation centre (which hosted YEGPin, an awesome pinball expo). The staff was super friendly and extremely professional. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was included and was well stocked with hot and cold items. There is also a restaurant on the premises which provides delicious meals. It is also next door to an A&W plus a convenience store, so it checks all the boxes in my opinion. Next time I go to YEGPin, I'll definitely stay there, even if there is available at a closer hotel. It's that good.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. ALL of the staff we had encountered were super friendly! Check in was very easy and quick. They give you a number that you can text for the front desk, so if you have any questions or need anything it's convenient. The rooms were clean and modern, the pool was clean as well. Breakfast was good, staff were ontop of all the food and everything was always full. (they also have the best waffle batter out of any hotel I've ever been to) The only critiques I would have are; the black outlets with the USBs on the side of the nightstand and tv stand are GARBAGE, they are very loose and do not hold a cord in. We had blown a breaker in our first room trying to plug a phone charger in (staff transferred us rooms and were very helpful with that) the second room we were in the plugs were just as bad. So we just stuck to using the outlets on the walls. Second critique is the in room coffee pot is in a very odd location, it is almost on the floor under the tv... Haven't seen that before but I'd assume that's probably one of dirtiest places to put it. Just seemed a little odd. Overall 4.8/5! Definitely coming back.

The service at this hotel was great! I had left my charging station, even after going and making sure I didn’t leave anything behind, and as I was checking out, housekeeping called down to say it was there and that she would run it down. Checking in was equally as great, they had all our information ready to go and greeted us very warmly. We ate at the attached restaurant and it was very good. The breakfast was great as well. On Sunday they even served western omelets and bacon. They had a waffle station with assorted toppings, my niece said it was delicious. The pool is a little small but still fun and the hot tub was the perfect temperature and very nice to relax in. The beds were somewhat comfortable, and the room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only critique I have is that the Wi-Fi was not very good. We booked with a third-party and I called ahead to make sure our reservations were in place. Charlotte made a real effort to make sure everything was in order for us and even called me back two times to assure us everything was set and ready to go.

My husband and I having been staying at The Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/Sherwood Park for six nights. The hospitality has been perfect. Victoria and Charlotte at the front desk were so helpful and friendly everyday. Both were so willing to help in the dining area when available and needed. It was plain to see that they took much pride in their work and your hotel. Charlotte took get care with my purse that got forgotten in the dining room for two hours. The breakfast staff, room service and gentlemen in blue shirts were also friendly and so helpful. One blue shirt gentleman went running for an item that went flying in the wind for us. Great hotel to stay at for our trip to Edmonton. We stayed a bit outside the city because of the lower price and were very happy with the choice. It was a great hotel for a family of 5 (2 seniors, 2 kids, 1 adult). Very clean room, nice breakfast, and amazing staff. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Parking lot and walkways were extremely icey and little cleaning was done over the 4 day stay. Hot tub jets were not working properly for a day and a half but still comfortable to just soak. Shortage of towels seemed to be a common occurrence so we improvised bringing room towels as needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Good looking hotel, either new or renovated. Lobby is very impressive. Not in a very pretty part of town so the view isn’t really a selling point. Room was clean for the most part and the beds were comfy, sheets were a little thin, and the metal sink was very crusted with water stains. Not very soundproofed either. They do provide a glass cup and mugs and a mini fridge so that is a plus for me. The shower has a very oddly curved floor that makes it quite slippery especially with no bar to hold. Mainly came for the pool and hot tub— Both were in good condition but whirlpool jets are pretty weak. The steam room/steam button did not seem to work at all and was barely even warm, which is very disappointing. The free breakfast has quite a good selection. The fitness center is quite small, and carpeted which is an odd choice to me. Overall it’s not an objectively amazing hotel by any means but it works quite well for a short stay, and they have decent beds. I’d come back as long as the lowest price isn’t above 150 a night.

Room was spacious and recently renovated. Hotel was clean - but could use some new carpets and upholstery in the near future ! Breakfast wasn’t great but there was variety- they’d be better to just stick with fresh continental style options. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful! Easy to access location with lots of free parking !

Overall a decent visit but the bathtub/shower felt small as it curved inwards and was slippery. Breakfast food was okay but not great, could be better. Carpet in the breakfast banquet room has a rip on the floor that needs to be repaired to prevent an accident of tripping. The room was overall good, spacious, private and cozy and what came with it was excellent.

It was quiet (very important!) And clean. In a location where there isnt a lot of traffic. The restaurant and bar is good. The only complaint i have was that i didnt get a breakfast coupon for each morning of my stay without asking. Its out of the way but it turned out to be a good thing because i could avoid traffic to get there. Its a lovely hotel

Breakfast was wonderful, exceeded any free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (except they were out of butter/margarine for toast, etc). Veggie omelettes, sausage, scrambled eggs, make-your-own waffles!!, bagels, danishes, juices, coffee, french toast, delicious yogurt with choices of fruit or granola… it went on and on. We had a room with an electric (very realistic) fireplace and a jacuzzi, for a very reasonable price. At night it was SILENT, no parties in other rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was our first time at this property. We come in excess of 10 times a year to the city from McMurray. The hotel was very clean, pool and hot tub both working and clean. Service and staff were super friendly, the breakfast also was good for being included. The location also was great for us as we hit up the complex across the road for the wave pool and indoor playground for our little girl. To be honest I have nothing to complain about, room was clean quiet and comfortable for our stay.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Edmonton visiting family. It's very convenient as it's near both the Anthony Hendey and the Yellowhead. There are some really good restaurants close by and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly yet professional and the complimentary breakfast is AMAZING.

My wife and I stayed at Cedar Park Inn last weekend, and we had an amazing time. Even with my wife being in a wheelchair, we had no issues navigating the hotel and enjoying all the amenities. Having an on-site restaurant was a huge plus—we had breakfast and dinner there every day, and the food was great. The front desk staff was fantastic, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also visited the VLT lounge, and the staff there was just as friendly. One of the staff even took the time to help us understand how the machines work, which we really appreciated. I know the hotel is undergoing renovations, and as per the manager, they should be completed in about six weeks. I can’t wait to return and see the upgrades—especially the newly renovated Jacuzzi rooms! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service.

Great property and safe area to stay in . Close by to many amenities ( Restaurants, Grocery Stores and close to Downtown and Old Strathcona). Property has great breakfast at the restaurant and pool/gym facilities. Restaurant also has a small VLT lounge that is separated, so not in eyesight of the restaurant dining area. Merlin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and spacious.

Location was great, stores and a bus stop conveniently in-front of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The lady working at the breakfast buffet was helpful, even offered us fresh coffee as we sat and ate. Lots of great hot food options, I had a cheese omelette, back bacon and some fruit. My husband had the same, but also indulged some Greek yogurt with toppings. We really enjoyed our stay, we would love to stay here again.

The room was comfortable and very clean The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was exceptional. Reena, Saima and the others were friendly and very attentive. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to our friends.

I am a Marriott Platinum Elite with nearly life time status and have stayed in a lot of properties in my work travels. The staff here are always amazing, rooms are clean, amenities are great and I love the Central Social Hall Resturant. Perfect place if I need to have a quick business meal for breakfast/lunch or dinner or just eat before or after I am done working. Will also mention that the location is great, I can access different parts of the city very easily. You guys are amazing - thank you!

I just spent 8 days at the Four Points Sheraton for a business trip in a double queen room. The sleep was great! The beds were on the firm side, but I slept wonderfully with the variety of pillows they provided. The microwave and fridge were awesome, but I was also close to plenty of restaurants and Walmart for food options. I appreciated the spacious room with a long desk/countertop to organize all of my goods and work stuff. The bathroom had a fan (not all hotels do!) and a light-up mirror for makeup, the room heat was easy to regulate, and it was very clean. Super accessible to West Ed mall and all main roads. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again!

Clean, friendly, comfortable and conveniently located. My room was missing the TV remote and I didn’t end up receiving one after reporting this, and my in room coffee maker was missing where the coffee goes, but the rest of the stay was great.

This hotel was perfect for the conference I came to the city for. The rooms were large and very Clean - comfy beds, quality linens. Check in was easy with friendly staff, secure access, great parking, super location, the only downside was a hallway carpets that needed to be deep cleaned. I would stay again.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. The king suite was huge. Comfy bed and pillows. We did not use the pull out sofa. The rain shower was lovely for hair washing day but very awkward to use if you’re trying not to get your hair wet. It would be nice to have the option for a hand held shower head as well. The soaker tub was massive. Our only complaint was the breakfast was not worth the additional cost - there were only 4 “free” breakfast options to choose off the restaurant menu and one was grilled cheese with fries. There was plenty of other good food on the menu though - eggs benny looked amazing. Next time I will decline the additional charge for breakfast and just pay for what I actually want to eat.

Travelling from BC to Manitoba, we encountered an unexpected stay in Sherwood Park. I cannot say how friendly ALL of the staff was. Mella at the front desk was one of the most pleasant workers we have encountered in a long time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, used the restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the rate was very reasonable. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Spent three nights in a very spacious, comfortable room, very comfortable beds, awesome pillows, excellent sound proofing to muffle traffic on busy road. Unfortunately the soundproofing between floors not great but we were lucky enough to have fairly good upstairs neighbours. The only fault I could point out was the abysmal complimentary breakfasts. We could have paid for full menu, but as the hotel provided us with coupons for complimentary breakfasts we opted for those. The choice was pathetic, no OJ, sausages were cold and undercooked, pancakes were tough and leathery, food trays were not refilled or replaced with fresh food until empty and then I was told the complimentary breakfast was only till 9am despite it saying until 11am weekdays and 10am weekends. We were there at 9.10. We opted out of breakfast the third day. We would go back but would skip breakfast.

I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton, Sherwood Park as I had a business meeting the next day. The front desk staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a perfect location! There is a restaurant on site and several others close by. I highly recommend staying here!

We’ve got a very good experience staying one night in Jacuzzi room in Continental Inn and Suites Hotel in Edmonton. The hotel locates within walking distance of Mayfield Common Shopping Centre and a few minutes drive from the excitement of West Edmonton Mall. Huge parking lot was clean and safe overnight, plenty of room to park in front or in the back of 6-storey building. The staff at check-in time and during our stay was very friendly and helpful; front desk manager Mirna made us welcome, and Lolita and Jamie O. in restaurant walked us to buffet area and also offered menu with delicious meals and reasonable prices. Donna and Rita made our mood good for the whole day at breakfast time. The room with freshly laundered bedding, dust free comfortable furniture, and fully operational electrical appliances gave us good sleep overnight. Despite hot weather in Edmonton at that time, the temperature in our room was cool due to good air-conditioning running throughout the hotel. Our room was facing busy Stony Plain Road but 6th floor kept us completely away from outside noise. We also were notified by front desk team that all rooms at the end of each floor were the quietest rooms. It was our second time in that hotel and we will definitely come again and recommend others to stay in Continental Inn and Suites Hotel.

Perfect location for many attractions and restaurants , the staff are very nice and friendly especially this lady named Natalia..she was awesome and made me and my family feel very comfortable when she was on shift as well as all the othe staff...the dining was totally awesome and the food was obviously made with detail and care and the watressess were extremely friendly and helpful and made my kids love it there...they may not have a pool but they show respect and care for each and evryone in there hotel...you must try this hotel as it was our first time staying there and will stay there again next trip...they even have a security guard at nights which makes the stay that much more comfortable...the room was hardwood floor which was niceer then stained or stinky carpet in other hotels we have stayed at......wifi could have been a bit better on top floor but not a big deal....,the beds were very comfortable and they have big comfy pillows which were to comfortable.......this is one of the top hotels i have stayed in and loved it......highly recommended in my books.

On January 6, 2020 we had the pleasure of attending the Orthodox Christmas Dinner at the Continental Inn, 16625 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, Alberta. We came away completely satisfied with everything! The buffet style dinner offered many traditional dishes and several other dishes. The food was attractively served, well prepared and very delicious. It was impossible to try all the dishes as there were many however all that we had met our every expectation. The deserts were as appealing as the salads and the main course. The dining room was attractively decorated, the staff were pleasant and helpful without interfering with privacy. Donna McElwain, the Kitchen Manager was quietly and efficiently supervising the event. She is a great asset to the Kitchen and Dining Room at the Continental Inn. This is our third visit to this Dining Room and it has been excellent in every way each time we were there for dinner. We highly recommend this wonderful place that offers "Home Style Meals"! I have never stayed at the Hotel so I cannot comment on it.

We had a great and convenient stay! This is the perfect hotel to stay at if you want to catch the Northern Express Bus in the morning. We boarded the bus just after we checked out. Awesome timing for us! There’s a spacious parking (free!). We were able to park near the entrance which was really favorable to us considering our load of stuff. The room was big enough. The beds and pillows were perfect to our liking. Not too soft and not too firm. We slept like a baby! We got the rest we needed after a long day. The staff, from the Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Servers felt genuinely friendly. All smiles and laughter here and there. Such a delightful scene in the morning. And the buffet? Soooo good! Kudos!

This is place is affordable yet clean and tidy. Free breakfast and comfy beds. We had a great stay in this hotel. We are on the 5th-floor which is perfect. We are glad to find an affordable and perfect.

Was actually there as the JWM is the venue for the Le Petite Chef interactive dinner and show. We arrived about 40 minutes prior to our reservation, so had a drink at the bar in the lobby. Service was attentive and i would say pricing is on par for this type of downtown establishment (ok, a little high but again, youre downtown in a nice hotel). Lobby lounge is very modern and comfortable, and was probably at half capacity. The dinner itself was on the second floor. We were greeted and seated promptly. Service was a bit hit or miss at the start but once settled everyone seemed to get looked after. Very clean and well run venue for certain. The dinner itself was pretty good, though both our steaks were over done. Not much they can do mind you as it is a staged dinner/show so timing is key. They were still pretty good and i did make mention to the staff manager for the evening as they asked for feedback. We have also had dinner before at the hotels restaurant, and was good then too. Easy to recommend for a nice night out, good service, and a bit fancier night out.

A great skyscraper hotel that is connected to Roger Place. The arena hosts Ice Hockey games for the NHL team, the Edmonton Oilers. It was great stay from the start. The reception is professional, courteous, and helpful. There have valet parking or plenty of parking garages around. The rooms were luxurious, beds comfortable and linens smelled fresh and clean. The staff is very friendly in the hotel. It was busy with guests all weekend. They have a couple of good restaurants on the ground floor, a nice well laid out bar and seating area. Location is central to Edmonton. There is shopping center two blocks away and plenty of restaurants and shopping around. It is a good way to spend a weekend and catch an NHL game with the stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at JW Marriott Ice District made us feel truly welcomed. They go out of their way to ensure every guest has an incredible experience through their friendly and professional service. Our room was beautifully clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and we woke up feeling refreshed every morning. The pool and hot tub area were clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to relax and swim. One of the best parts was the convenience. The pedway connecting the hotel to Rogers Place made it so easy to get to the Oilers game without stepping outside, and the location in Ice District put us close to great restaurants and entertainment. Overall, our stay was fantastic. JW Marriott Ice District delivers on every level—exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and top-notch amenities. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stay at the JW Marriott as we were attending a concert at Rogers Place - very convenient, they are connected. The valet was great, front desk staff were super friendly, the room was beautiful. The complimentary flavored ice cubes (from the ice menu) brought to our room were such a nice touch. The pool was lovely. The Executive Lounge was great, super friendly staff, good selection of snacks & breakfast was great. Alchemy Bar has an amazing patio & handcrafted cocktails - definitely worth a visit. The only complaint we had was all the lights turning on in the middle of the night & not being able to shut them off. We called the front desk several times - no answer. We learnt at check out that it was out of the hotels control & we understood completely, but it would have been nice to know what was going on & if the front desk wasn't 24 hours, that should have been mentioned at check in. For the inconvenience, they took $50 off our bill. Besides the night interruption, we loved our stay & will return.

This hotel is great, close to the highway, the rooms are very nice and lots of room. The restaurant is great, always good food! One complaint, watch the hottub! There was about 8 of us in it and our eyes all felt extremely burned from chlorine. I honestly think it was over chlorinated. Really needs to be fixed.

Our family just finished 4 very enjoyable and relaxing nights at this hotel. On arrival to a large and spacious lobby with an elegant feel throughout, a room that was well appointed, quiet and warm (it was cold outside). I appreciated the iconic pictures of local Edmonton landmarks and prairie scenery. The pool and waterslide was fantastic with my son enjoying hours of play. Water temperature was good and a hot tub for me to relax in. Dinner and breakfast in Chop restaurant was excellent with friendly service. Recommend reservations on Friday and Saturday nights as it was very popular. Throughout the stay, the front desk and housekeeping staff was friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained throughout. Highly recommended.

I arrived very tired 90 minutes before check in, after a stressful six hour drive. The room assigned to me wasn’t ready but one on a lower floor was substituted. I was able to use this room upon arrival, which was such a relief! There was no bathtub. However, I appreciated a spacious shower, comfy bed, fridge, room darkening drapes, quiet space, clean carpets and clean elevator, clean common areas etc. Unlike many places these days, the swimming pool and hot tub were actually operational! There is a gym with treadmills that also worked! Attached is a nice steak house that also serves breakfast. You do need a vehicle to access this accommodation as it is in a new area of Sherwood Park surrounded by other similar accommodations. I will use this site again - much, much better than some places in Sherwood Park and on a Sunday, priced competitively.

Loved the quick check in, super friendly. All staff super friendly. A bit of a walk down the whole hallway to get ice and up or down a floor but not bad. Not much for snacks and would be nice to have some more options in the machines or in their room that had snacks. Never did use the hot tub or pool as we ended their on family week with a lot of kids but looked nice with the water slide. The connected Chop restaurant had excellent food but wished they had more small items like nachos or sandwiches when you didn’t want too much to eat, food was all excellent though. Very clean and modern and loved in our double queen room the separate shower with rain head and separate handheld and then a really deep tub. Easy parking. Nice location to shopping and supplies and other restaurants. Will stay here again. Glad we explored from our usual place just a short distance away but did miss the continental breakfast it had.

This is a really nice, new hotel. The front desk staff were friendly. I didn’t request a corner room, but got one and it was really spacious! If I’d woke a little sooner I could have had a beautiful sunrise view! The windows have the most unique double shades; one fits right in the window frame and completely blocks out light. The other is more sheer. The bathroom has a nice vanity with space for stuff and I am always pleased to NOT have a raised “bowl” sink. Nice built in pumps for hand soap and lotion, so much more environmentally friendly than individually wrapped bars and personal sizes. I didn’t use the shower or tub so can’t comment. Bed was fine, not a pillow top but comfortable enough. Besides a closet, there were several coat hooks on the wall beside it for coats or purses, and a bench beneath it….nice touch. Nice Keurig coffee bar, fridge, and microwave. The included breakfast looked fabulous, way better than most hotel brekkies. I only had a cinnamon bun, yogurt, and coffee, but there was oatmeal, sausages, pancakes, pastries, cold cereal, omelettes, apples and bananas….even a picky eater should be able to find something! This hotel even has a laundromat, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a hotel with laundry for guests! Would definitely stay here again. Nice location, easy access to the Henday. Good shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great selection of breakfast food. Staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and professional. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was super comfy as well. Holiday Inn Express always makes my stay comfortable and relaxing. Great Location! just off the Highway and about 5 minutes drive there’s a complex filled with shops and movie theather.

Hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious, TV was large and clear. Mattress was comfortable with good support. Plenty of electrical power outlets (USB's) in the room. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Good choice of hot foods, hot and cold beverages, breads and cereals. It was missing herbal tea. Front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.; however only 1 of the 3 I met had a name tag, Room had a coffee and tea station, microwave and mini fridge with freezer compartment. Location is just off the Anthony Henday ring road.

With a standard refregirator, kitchenette facilities, a comfy TV zone with sofa and 2 spacious beds with lots of storage space - this was the most comfortable room of all rooms we experienced during our trip! 2) Gym and pool are clean, spacious, greatly maintained. Towels available, water, etc. 3) We loved that we could use quest laundry (2$ for a load and dryer) - so I washed and dryed all our clothes for 4$. 4) The breakfast was very good! It had lots of things to select for both kids and adults! Porridge and waffels, ready made muffins and sandwiches, eggs, fruits, yogurt and milk - etc. etc. Also, good coffee and tea available 24/7 at the reception.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Home2Suites - Edmonton South (Alberta, Canada) on June 5th for one night. After flying for 17 long hours, we were met by the kindest and welcoming face. His name was Upendra. Considering that it was 1:30 am, we were pleased with the swift check-in process. So that we would not miss the breakfast offering, Upendra asked if we wanted a wake-up call as well as offered 2 bottles of water. We stayed in Room #222 and it was beyond comfortable. The room was spotless and well-laid out, the kitchenette setup was fabulous, the bathroom was supplied well and the BED...oh my goodness! The bed! As being a seasoned traveler, I must say that this is the MOST COMFORTABLE bed that I have ever slept in. To continue to enjoy the bed, I even asked my husband if we could stay an extra night. With the wonderful bed, we slept well, enjoyed our coffee in actual coffee cups and had enough room to spread out and re-organize our luggage. Upon check-out, we met John (Front Desk) and Joan (Food Supervisor). What lovely people they were. I was sad to leave as I had not had the opportunity (in quite awhile) to relax like I did in our Home@Suites by Hilton room. Leaving out the door, I was surprised to see the BBQ grills. What a cool, forward-thinking idea that is! We often travel to Edmonton as we have 2 young adults attending University in the city. With that, we'll be sure to make a new reservation at the WORLD'S MOST COMFORTALE HOTEL.

The hotel is in a nice area. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast offers a great variety of items that are replenished frequently and there is a nice large seating area. 24hour coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby. Pool and hot tub area is nice and clean and the exercise room has a variety of equipment. We had a King Suite room and liked how spacious it was as well as having the kitchen area which also included a dishwasher so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. The staff were so friendly and attentive, we will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is quiet and safe. I moved from a hotel downtown to this one part way through my trip because I felt so unsafe downtown. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate always available. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I missed was having a bathtub instead of a shower. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Edmonton on business.

I spent one night here with my young son and our little dog while in town to see a friend. The staff were super friendly, especially with my son which I really appreciated! Breakfast had lots of quick options (breakfast sandwiches, cereal, bagels, etc. as well as fresh waffles. Our room was right next to an outdoor exit which was great for walking my dog. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I also liked that I was able to grab snacks and a quick microwave dinner from the little canteen in the lobby when we were hungry before bed - no need to leave the building. The pool was lovely and pretty warm, too. Overall, it was just a really great place to stay - no complaints at all! This will definitely be my new go-to hotel when I’m visiting Edmonton!

We stayed at the hotel for a soccer tournament. The hotel was new, clean and very nice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a very large shower with glass doors. The hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed it three good nights of sleep. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but very good. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Evario Events center are so wonderful. They are always smiling and super helpful whatever we asked about or needed. The facility itself is super clean and the restaurant/bar was perfect for our group. A special shout out to Swarnjit at the front desk who went out of her way to provide exceptional service. 6 stars!!!

The rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were fabulous. The buffet breakfast is your typical hotel buffet, but the service was great. I'd highly recommend staying here. It is in a quieter location for the south side area, which made it feel like you could get away from the noise of Ellerslie Road and Highway 2.

We appreciated the distance from the wedding venue in Morinville where we were attending my cousins wedding.

I travel a lot with my job so I stay at many hotels. This is by far one the better ones I’ve ever stayed. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries which is rare for hotels. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s even board games in the front lobby which my kids and I had a few hours of fun with. The pool and hot tub are clean and that slide is surprisingly fast and fun. We stayed there twice now, and it won’t be the last.

Though I understand why there was limited parking due to the barricade between Holiday Inn and near property, take into consideration spots to accommodate guests. It was a fairly busy weekend and the with the one elevator down was grateful to only be on the second floor as the stairs were the only option for us unless we wanted to wait for, I don’t know how long, we gave up after a solid five plus minutes of waiting for it to show. We did that a few times and then didn’t even bother to try. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made those problems fade. Room was fantastic even though super busy it was not noisy. Breakfast was always delicious, need to work on the coffee, which was horrible. Dining area always clean.

It has a very convenient location, full breakfast with lots of choices, polite, friendly, and helpful staff, and a pool and slide that are great for families. The rooms are very clean and modern.

Overall we had a great time. Breakfast was good. Room was big and spacious and clean. We stayed in 216. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was quite empty when we stayed there. But it got so crowded on Friday evening. There was more check-ins that evening. The hallways were neat and well taken care of. The only thing that was a turn off was the smell of urine or some type of stench in the 2nd floor corridor. There was obviously something wrong with the ventilation in the corridor. The room we stayed in had no smell. And the smell was not there in the lobby or breakfast area. I am not sure if the smell were there in the other floors. I noticed once when the ventilation in the corridor was running the smell was less. Hope this improves. Overall we will come back again.

Okay, first - I am an evacuee and so have spent a great deal of time in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and modern and are outfitted with microwave/fridge /coffee maker, toaster and glassware etc. My room facing onto St Albert Trail (freeway) is very quiet. The individual A/C and heating unit allows me to perfectly control my room temperature. Beds and linens are top-notch comfort. The restaurant staff and lounge staff go out of their way to help in any way they can. Food and beverages are great and also a real value (even in today's hyper-inflated times) The housekeeping staff are also excellent and friendly and very detail oriented. Location of this hotel is awesome. At the junction of 2 major freeways, it is easy to get about E-town in an efficient way. It's about a $13 uber ride to Kingsway mall. And even though I have spent A LOT of time here. I will definitely be back when I am next traveling for business or pleasure. A class act all the way around.

The property is fresh and clean, apparently quite recently renovated. The staff is wonderful, front desk polite and efficient. Cleaning staff do a great job. The rooms are considerably larger than most newer hotels, the beds are comfortable, the pillows large and fluffy and a delightful restaurant and bar area in the lobby. The breakfast was adequate and a nice touch is the pancake maker, for those who love pancakes like myself. And real orange juice!

This is a nice quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood, with a beautiful park right across the street. We had a 1 bedrm suite so we could have a kitchenette for the dog & us! The furnushings are sturdy and the king bed very comfortably firm. The living room was adequate but could use an easy chair for extra comfort, with 3 people and big dog the sofa isnt big enough. My son said his hide a bed was very comfortable. The hotel festure free breakfast in their breakfast room. A nice selection every morning, juices, coffee, lattes, tea, hot chocolate. Fruit , 2 selections of fresh hot breakfast ie bacon or sausage, french toast, quiche, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, hashbrowns. Always available , waffles. pancakes, toast bagels mufffins hot &cold cereals . Excellent selection, very pleasant,room. Lots of restaurants in the vacinity and Hotel is set up for Skip the dishes delivery. Shrtwood Park is a nice bedroom community close to the city and lots of local shopping.

The property was clean and well maintained, everything that one could need away from home to make them feel comfortable was there, the rooms were clean, spacious and the kitchenette is handy especially if you’re staying with young kids, couldn’t hear anyone, we had a restful sleep, the beds were comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were helpful and very accommodating also not to forget the complimentary breakfast which was well set up

Queen beds were very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. I couldn't believe all the things offered and especially the elaborate coffee machine which we all very much enjoyed.

The room was clean, cozy, and really comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made me feel right at home. Breakfast was great not the cheap kind you sometimes get. You could tell they put care into everything. I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to others.

I booked this for our last night in Edmonton before we flew out the following morning. The property is located about 9 miles north of Edmonton International Airport and has very easy access. Pros: Reasonably priced. Adequate and free self-parking. Breakfast included. Serving starts at 6 a.m. You may not be able to take advantage of this if you have a really early flight, though. There is a gas station within a kilometer of the property where you can fill up your rental car before returning. You may have to wait for a train to pass, though. There are some restaurants within walking distance, though we had already eaten dinner before arriving. Quiet at night, despite the rail line not far away. The trains don't blow their whistles here and I only vaguely noticed any noise from passing trains while awake. Staff seemed friendly. Convenient to Hwy 2 / Calgary Trail + airport. Cons: I didn't encounter anything that was a dissatisfier. If it matters to you, you are about 20 minutes from downtown Edmonton here. Depending on what you need regarding lodging, this is a good choice.

The daily breakfast was delicious with wonderful variety to choose from and truly tasty items. Our room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed with plenty of room for both my husband, myself, and our 5 year old son. We appreciated that the sofa bed was comfortable enough for our little son to sleep on happily every night. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was clean and had towels to use right there. We will stay again!

Older building but clean. Breakfast is ok. Furniture is clean but looks a bit worn out. The guest room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, pillows are soft and fits well for the need. Linens are clean.

Beautiful room, very comfortable, absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub, great water pressure in the shower as well. Wonderful breakfast options and GOOD coffee! I do not say that often with hotel stays! Our room included breakfast and the breakfast selection was amazing. The staff was very helpful and gave us extra blankets, coffee/sugar/cream etc and towels when we asked. Coffee was available in the breakfast room, all day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was a pet friendly hotel, I was a little concerned when I book, that the rooms might be a little roughed up. But it seemed to be a newer hotel kept in very good condition.

Coffee and juices were also available. Overall breakfast was very good and the breakfast location was nice and cosy. Hotel location is great! Close to dozens of restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel is also linked to Ampersand 27 (restaurant) and you get a 10% at the restaurant for staying at the hotel. I tied Ampersand 27 and food was very good but more expensive than some surrounding restaurants.

We enjoyed the bed and found it very comfortable. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was standard and good. We booked the room with a patio, but we didn't use it nor expect to since it was December. We still had access though and I think it would have been pleasant in nicer weather although not entirely private as we could see the neighbouring balcony. Breakfast was good, although nothing special. It was exactly as expected for a hotel breakfast, hot and cold food. There were breakfast smoothies though, which is a nice addition. The coffee at breakfast was good, although not great, and the coffee in the room was normal for a hotel (meaning just fine). Whyte Ave is a great area and I would suggest venturing out. We only stayed one night and instead of bothering to look for parking we opted to use the valet service for our car and it was a smooth process. I would recommend using it for your own convenience. You can park directly at the door upon arrival, then park your vehicle afterwards.

Booked for four nights for road trip. Overall we liked it. Pros: - Great location on Whyte with lots of stuff going on, fun neighbourhood - Nice people at the desk, seems locally run - Free breakfast well above best western/holiday inn level, has latte machine, kitchen staff are attentive - Free valet parking - Great price - Comfy beds and pillows (I want to buy the pillow if I can find it) Cons: - Old, gas that musky/damp kind of old hotel air - HVAC struggles to change air temp quickly, again probably related to old building/venting. Central air, but hard to cool room especially on hot day. Their server room ventilation runs 24/7 likely trying to cope with same problem. - Similar to above, gym is not usable because it’s hot, poor airflow/suffocating - Valet guy very nice and helpful, but it takes minimum 20 min to get your car, a few times it took over 30. I think the garage is far away or something. Especially at this price point, I would for sure stay here again. Breakfast and parking and nice beds at this value, and walkable to cool things. hard to beat.

Location was great for amenities. Lots of places to eat and a great to walk around. But some social disorder, homelessness etc. Wouldn't feel safe walking after dark alone. Hotel was nice. Rooms were very spacious and had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was excellent for free breakfast with added additions of nespresso coffee and fresh fruit. Skip the lounge food. Overpriced charcuterie board with very little meat and stale bread. They said they changed the menu but didnt have a menu we could actually order food from. They give earplugs in the room so we expected the worse, but we slept well and it was quiet. Valet was efficient and staff was friendly. Would stay here again for sure

This place is right on Whyte and is full of shopping and restaurants wine bars. This is my second time staying here. I find it very comforting and convenient.. Everything is clean and modern stuff is friendly and they have a wine bar with meat and cheese boardson the second floor..

Wonderful Stay in Edmonton! I had a lovely experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which really set the tone for a pleasant visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. It was the perfect start to each morning! Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Edmonton.

Overall excellent experience. Bed was extraordinarily comfortable and the room was quiet and dark, which made for a good sleep. Bathroom was spotless. Stuff were friendly and helpful. Ample parking. Convenient location in the northwest. Reasonable breakfast - best steel cut oats I have had.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and I liked the down pillows. Liked the adults only time in the hot tub. The lobby was modern and inviting. The staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel reception staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. The room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very acceptable for vegans. Cereals, plant based milk, toast, peanut butter, fried potatoes, fresh fruit. Overall a very good stay but housekeeping was somewhat lacking - beds were not tidied to a hotel standard and basics in the bathroom not replenished without asking , tissues, toilet rolls. However, we would stay at the hotel again as it was very nice with pleasant views over trees to the front.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with a king bed and a couch in a separate area for lounging. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our relaxing get away, and the hot breakfast selection was amazing. The front staff seem overworked though, as they are required to be at the front desk while also managing the restaurant and bar.

Had an extended stay at the hotel and it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious and rooms are nice and clean. The area is close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store which was very convenient. The legislature down the street, my stay included my two dogs which offered a great place to walk around. I would definitely come back.

People at the front desk were very nice. Bed was comfortable. I liked the Illy coffee machine in the room. And I was able to check-in a bit earlier and checked out a bit later, which I appreciate. Breakfast was ok, but not great, but service at the Breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing , exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for a weekend away with my husband and friends. Went for a hockey game. Hotel in perfect location to restaurants, arena. Hotel is very clean, staff extremely friendly, beds super comfy, breakfast buffet very good. Would defintely stay again

The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and has a great layout. Very quiet as well. Kitchen is quite well stocked and the hotel is within walking distance of many great restaurants and venues. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is either underground for an extra fee (Small parkade) or outside not too far. This was the most inconvenient part of the stay.

Room were clean and comfy, Beds were so comfy. The staff was so helpful and always available. Sharon was so friendly and pleasant to talk too. Security was wonderful as a smoker was outside smoking and he made sure we were safe late at night.

Suite comfortable and very clean . Kitchen well stocked for basic cooking . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Area very convenient with grocery store close and River with park and walking trails two blocks away .

It was the perfect place to stay for a family! We had 2 king beds in 2 separate rooms, plus 2 full baths. The kitchen was just what we needed for breakfasts, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Didn’t use the stove but it had one. It also had laundry which we used twice! Especially after the water park at WEM. It was spacious and clean and comfortable! It was perfect for our concert weekend getaway! Close to groceries, restaurants and the LRT station to Commonwealth Stadium.

Our 4 night stay was fantastic. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was great especially the woman at the front desk who was there upon check in and check out. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but she knew mine all weekend. Just the fact she remebers indvidual names given all the guests is amazing. The area is super convenient with tons of dining options. We were really inpressed wjth our stay. **One thing to be weary of is the pathway from hotel to Wendys. During the day it's fine but at night its very dark and there are a lot of homless people milling around in the darkness. Unfortunately one of them pepper sprayed my buddy in their attempt to steal our Wendy's. He was ok though and they didn't get our Wendy's. Best to avoid the pathway at night. Stick to the streets and its perfectly fine.

We stayed at the Campus Suites Hotel while we were visiting our daughter who was in the University of Alberta Hospital. This was our first visit. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It is easy to find for visitors like ourselves. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, fast food and convenience stores. There is covered, monitored on-site parking. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ours had a great view too. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. All the the staff are extremely friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and understanding. After visiting the hospital it was really nice to get a smile from the receptionist or any other staff member we met on the way to our room. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay with exceptional service. We arrived well before our check-in time and were given immediate access to our room. The room was clean and comfortable (including the pull out sofa) and close to many amenities within walking distance. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There was a power failure during our stay but staff were calm and professional in trying to help those of us who were momentarily stranded in the elevator. This was my first stay but wont be my last.

Very friendly and helpful front staff. Excellent location for both the U of A hospital (one block to main doors) or the University. Like most all downtown and University area, parking is extra unless you have Expedia VIP access that gives you free attached covered parking (low ceiling height, no trucks). Nice clean suites with AC and light meal prep.. Safeway grocery store nearby. Walkable to Whyte Ave where you will find several restaurants as well as nearby restaurants. Most definitely will stay here again if in this area of the city.

What wasn't to like? Room was spacious and very relaxing, we had a great view of the city skyline, especially at night. Room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable Lots of room to navigate with my wheelchair Stay was very relaxing. Just what I needed.

Loved this place . Room was clean staff were amazing . Only issue was that there was no happy medium with shower temp . Anyone who used water while you were in the shower affected your shower temp . Not fun . But over all I would stay here again

We always enjoy staying at this hotel and have been staying here regularly for many years. The staff is always friendly upon check-in and they are super helpful throughout our stay whenever we might need something extra. We look forward to seeing Tanya and Cora at the front desk, as they are always very pleasant and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are friendly and hardworking. The staff at Hampton also treat our kids really well. The pleasant staff, delicious breakfast, pool, and spacious Queen suite are what we like best about this hotel. It is also priced well and there location is convenient — near the highway, restaurants, and the mall. Would recommend Hampton Inn and Suites, especially for families.

Nice hotel at the west end of Edmonton. Lobby was spacious and clean. Check-in went quickly. Rooms are newer and very comfortable. Nice shower with a separate sink area. Bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Breakfast was the usual fare and enjoyable. Plenty of space in breakfast area.

Pros: The front desk staff as well as the housekeepers were very professional, friendly and welcoming, the hotel room was clean and very quiet at night and the stay there was extremely pleasant and relaxing overall. Cons: The air conditioning worked TOO well, making the room feel like a frozen tundra at times until you turned it off. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and just okay (avoid the scrambled eggs and sausages at all costs), the pool was always full of people and the elevator was a slipping hazard due to excess pool water from folks not drying off properly before going to their rooms. Also, sketchy people hung around the lobby and front entrance (not sure if they were guests are just put up in the hotel for some reason). The "guests" at the hotel next door were even worse. I'm not a snob but coming across them was one of those "things that make you go hmmm" moments.

Hampton Inns never disappoint! I love them and chose them wherever I can. Rooms are always fresh and clean. Beds and pillows and comforters super comfy! Really the cleanliness is all I care about when choosing a room, but they also offer 24hr coffee/tea station which is lovely, no need to dirty single use coffee machine in room just pop down to lobby for a fresh and good coffee any time. Location is good, a short easy maybe 5 min drive to west ed mall. Walmart and other stores/restaurants available right across the road.

Good hotel. A little disappointed the hottub was closed. Very friendly staff, and helpful staff, helped boost my truck in the parking lot.

Very comfortable stay here. Surprisingly quiet hotel room, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water. Front desk staff were fantastic super friendly and helpful. Ate in the area as well very close by to great restaurants and cocktail bars, quick uber or hop on bus over to Whyte avenue as well. Easy to get morning coffee too as attached to city centre mall with walkway connecting.

Actually the staff in the downstairs bar/restaurant were exceptional. We were looking for a place to have dinner and they talked us into eating there. They booked a reservation and sat us upstairs in a very quiet area. The food was great by the way!

Amazing location. Surprisingly quiet and comfy. Very dated. For the cost you'd expect a bit more included (snacks or coffee and drinks in lobby... vouchers for breakfast... )

Everything was wonderful; from the location of the hotel, to the amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. The workout room was very nice and recommended. The pool and hot tub were nice… although the pool was not labeled for the depth in anyway. Therefore, if you’re taller than a small child, be careful when jumping in. There’s paid underground parking you can pay for through the hotel. It was $28/night and also recommended as it’s cheaper per night than any alternative options. As well as, secure and safe so you don’t have to worry about leaving something in your vehicle and/or any other concern. Overall, everything was wonderful and I recommend staying here.

Overall, it was a great two night stay for a friends’ weekend at the Varscona. Deluxe king room was very nice, comfortable bed, soft pillows and fairly clean. I did notice a slight musty smell on arrival and soon discovered that the carpet under the window was quite wet. My room looked out onto the roof so maybe a leaky HVAC? I informed the girl at the front desk about the carpet but she said to just fill out the card in the room. It wasn’t a big enough issue to change rooms but I thought they should at least have had someone in to check it. Bathroom was quite clean and I was impressed with the large walk-in shower as opposed to a bathtub. The toiletries were really nice, as was the Illi coffee in the room, and the complimentary bottled water was much appreciated on a hot summer day. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful, probably the best staff at the hotel. The breakfast was good with lots of variety, so well worth the extra charge. We enjoyed the complimentary wine at the bar one night and the service there was excellent as well. I heard no noise at all during my stay and we always felt safe entering and exiting the hotel. Whyte Ave is an interesting and unique shopping/dining area and a vibrant part of the city. Sure there are some interesting characters around, but during the day it’s relatively safe. The entrance to the hotel is actually on a side street so a bit tucked away from the noise. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip.

It's a charming older renovated hotel with character. Room was quiet and clean, beds comfortable. The hotel is located on Whyte Ave. within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Staff in the Restaurant, Bar, and housekeeping staff were pleasant, attentive and efficient. Delicious full breakfast with many options from which to choose. Free glass of wine included in price for room was nice - good quality wines.

I enjoyed my six day visit to Edmonton while staying at this hotel. Service at the front desk was very very helpful each day with bus schedules, bottle water, room questions and general Edmonton questions and suggestions. The attached hotel restaurant was enjoyable. The maid service was very good and friendly. The hotel is on the bus route, close to restaurants and stores, walkable distances. The furniture in the lobby could use some upgrading. I prefer early check out, which they do not provide. I used the do not disturb on my room door which they honored each day. I would definitely stay here again. We were able to meet with friends in the main lobby to discuss the day and in the Ampersand Restaurant for breakfast or happy hour. I really enjoyed my stay there! ❤️

Very big and comfortable room, with a huge bed. The separetely offered breakfast was very good, with the best service. Although somewhat outdated, the facilities were perfect, large, comfortable, and very clean. I particularly appreciated the location, close enough to many restaurants and bars as well as the river park, so that I did not need any transportation.

We had a pleasant stay at Varscona. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating, going out of their way to honor our request for a quiet room. A special shout-out to the team for their warm hospitality! The linens and towels were clean, and everything in the room was in good working order. While the hotel could benefit from some upgrades and a thorough deep cleaning, the attentive staff made our experience enjoyable. Thank you for a comfortable visit!

Our stay at APA Coast was fantastic! The hotel's central location near downtown was super convenient. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Despite a hockey game that night, the hall was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend APA Coast for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

We stayed at the hotel the first weekend in March for my husband's 50th birthday and to see the Oilers game. We arrived after a long drive and through a snow storm, and had no issues. Check-in was easy and wonderful staff from beginning to end. Great room with a view from the 19th floor. Comfortable & cozy & very clean room, and it had a great bathroom! We parked in the indoor parkade with no issues. We left our car there all weekend as we pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go. There are plenty of great restaurants close by, plus we were within walking distance to the arena. We had a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the main floor. Wonderful service! We would definitely recommend this hotel for any events in downtown Edmonton! I'm sure we'll be back for another visit to see the Oilers!

Very happy with our room and experience at the hotel - comfy bed and pillows, spacious, very clean, welcoming staff, had a good view out of our window even seeing fireworks at night. Good central location within Edmonton. Overall would recommend.

We were in Edmonton for a conference and stayed at the Coast Edmonton Plaza. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a microwave for our breakfasts and one was brought to our room within minutes. The room itself was on the 15th floor. It had a wonderful view of the city and the sunsets were spectacular from our vantage point. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was at capacity but very quiet and had good night sleeps. Would definitely stay here again!

Surprisingly, this hotel also has a little kitchenette(a stove and utensils), a gym and Sauna... so I booked a room with 2 Queen size beds. The staffs were extremely very friendly, ready to help and assist us.. breakfast was ok(bread, waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, orange and apple juice, coffee and cereal). I liked the location of hotel - very close to everything including Crumbl Cookies and Krispy Kreme Donuts and of course, the malls. Also, liked the rustic look on the wall on the 3rd floor we were...Cleanliness was ok. The size of the room and bathroom were ok. The beds were so comfortable, towels were really white and soft(I love white towels). The coffee machine in the room was really hot(I brewed the coffee and left it on for almost 2 hours and it was still very hot- I loved it)..The lighting in the room was very dull(need to be changed), the chairs (in the gym) were torn(could easily use a chair cover) but very sturdy.. Definitely, we will re-book this hotel on our next Edmonton trip..

Overall this hotel was good. And for the price I really can’t complain. I didn’t realize however that it was above a little strip mall and a bar. I probably wouldn’t book again just for that reason. Positives: the sheets and beds were comfortable The bathroom was updated and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Negatives: the water pressure was non existent. The bedding had a stain, though didn’t appear to be not clean. You can tell they clean the main areas of use but the carpets were kind of gross and there was a lot of thick dust buildup behind the tv and beside furniture. And the remote didn’t work for the TV.

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Beds comfortable. Shower great. But furniture was very worn -holes in table chairs. Dresser propped up with piece of wood. Sitting area was comfy. Breakfast was good. Area was quiet. Great location to get to Jubilee auditorium and for shopping .

The Hotel is nice and clean and quiet. The internet worked well and the bed was nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good selection of choices. The hotel is also well located near lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The bed was so comfy, the staff were kind and the free Buffet breakfast was really great! Hotel is a $10 uber ride away from West Edmonton Mall. Enjoyed the peace and quiet area. We upgraded to a room with a jucuzy for our last night and it was right in the bedroom. Will come back here for sure.

With the pricing the hotel is spacious nice and clean. Specially the bedding is so comfortable, sheets and washrooms are so clean. Breakfast was good too. The also accepted our request of late checkout. 2km close to Edmonton West Mall. Highly recommended

The entire facility was clean, and smelled fresh. Every staff member we encountered were warm and welcoming. They seemed to genuinely care about how our stay was. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was wonderful too. Never have I had a continental breakfast where a staff member approached my table (and everyone elses), to ask how our breakfast was. The entire team was stellar and went above and beyond! There was complimentary underground parking, which was a nice surprise, and so was the little kitchenette I didn't expect to get. Pricing was actually better than many of the low end hotels. Will definitely stay at Element again!

I made a last minute booking at the Element Edmonton West due to unexpected change in our travel itinerary, as Icefields Parkway was shut down for half a day, and we couldn't get to Banff without a long driving day. I've stayed at an Element before, so sort of knew what to expect. Upon arrival, I remember the distinctive smell that the Element uses, which I quite like. Check-in was fast, easy and friendly. Our room was quite large and comfortable fit 5 people. Like all other elements, it's had nice, simple, European look that I like. Bed were very soft and comfortable. Also took advantage of the small kitchen to reheat some dinner leftovers. Our room did face the highway, so we certainly did hear the road noise - not the worst road noise I've experienced, but certainly noticeable. I measured the WiFi speed to be around 30Mbps, which is pretty good. Breakfast is very simple here. Regular toast, one meat (sausage), one potato dish (hash browns), a couple of cereal options, oatmeal, yogurt, whole fruit, and eggs-prepared-to-order. To drink, you can choose from coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice or water. Building is connected to the Four Points, so I'm not sure if there are any shared facilities, as I didn't use any. Plenty of parking during our stay. Overall, the hotel met my expectations for an Element. Nice, modern, and clean. Service was fine, only wished there was variety for breakfast, but still a good stay.

This was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the parking is right close to the door and was always easily available. The lobby is clean, modern, big and beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even helped us check in early so that our son could nap on time. The room was beautiful, spacious , clean and exceeded all expectations. The restaurant downstairs was great food and the staff there is super friendly and was playing with our children in between serving us. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and will be returning anytime we could back to Edmonton

Nice and new hotel, great for both short stays or even better for long stays! Lots of parking space in basement, free for guests. And the breakfast was amazing! The manager supervised everything and food, coffee, juice were all great and so pleasant. Check-in front desk crews were so helpful and friendly, super quick service and with lots of smiles. Stayed overnight with family. New property, modern and spacious common area. Clean rooms and hallways, staff were attentive so you’d see someone cleaning. Hot breakfast available was ok, typical of what other hotels would provide. Pool and gym area not very big. Very convenient location and close to shopping complex. Very satisfied with stay even though it was short. Would stay again and recommend.

This is our go to stay when we are visiting family for Thanksgiving. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, modern and in good repair. Well located on the west end of Edmonton. Restaurant is has a breakfast buffet but they will cook eggs to order if you ask. Staff are friendly, always smiling and greeting you!

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. We were also able to store our luggage for the day.

So, according to her assessment, the hotel deserves 10 stars out of five. )). In fact, the hotel is really very cool. Everything is great in it. We had a very nice stay. Even though it was downtown I found the room relatively quiet. Very clean with a fresh scent, no stale air at all. Front desk were helpful when we requested a rotary fan and extra coffee. We were four in the room and it was spacious.

The hotel was located downtown making it very convenient to get to different places. It was quiet, comfortable, and a nice sized room. There were a few issues, including a bathroom fan not working, the taps to turn on the shower were very touchy and very hard to set to a good temperature. The window view was the cement wall of a parkade.

It seems to be 10 minutes from anything you need, and that is the main reason we booked this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the window opened, which was quite nice. There was construction going on across the street, but I had the window open all day and I really didn't hear much outside noise. The breakfast offerings were slim, but they did have bread, waffles, yogourt, and cereal. There was also scrambled eggs, all day coffee, juice, and water. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't stay in the same room. There is many restaurants and stores nearby, which is handy if you want to have a bite out to eat. The west side is the quiet side, the east side faces a main road. There were many people staying in this hotel when we were staying here and I didn't hear any noise from the ahllway or people running up and down the hallway. This is a great choice if you need to be in north Edmonton. I didn't check out the pool, but from the children's happy faces that I saw in the elvator periodically, I think the waterslide and pool were a hit. All in all, a good stay.

This hotel is my home away from home when I travel to Edmonton every summer to visit family & friends. I have been a regular long stay customer since this hotel opened and have always had the best experience. The manager anticipates my extra needs in providing extra clothes hangers for my wardrobe, gives me the same suite every year and all the staff is welcoming, helpful and accommodating. This hotel is spotless, my room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the a/c always works. Great healthy self-serve breakfast is always available. For me the hotel is situated to meet all my needs - just off the Anthony Henday ring road from the airport; adjacent to walking paths in a lovely residential area; adjacent to a selection of eateries, coffee shops, pharmacy and supermarkets, gas stations. It is located less than 15 minutes from downtown Edmonton and the beautiful river valley and 20 minutes from West Edmonton Mall with 100's of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Comfortable beds, clean, walk in shower. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The website photos showed the walk in shower with a grab bar but there wasn’t one. Therefore my elderly father couldn’t shower as it was unsafe. My only suggestion is to put a grab bar in the shower and add some no stick surface or shower matt.

Very comfortable bed, nice and clean room, nice comfortable shower, location is great with easy access to major roads and full amenities, employees were polite and welcoming and plenty of well lit parking, we also like how quiet our room was even though it over looked 97 st at 3rd floor level, we did not hear the bustling traffic at all. Breakfast was ample and plentiful.

Enjoyable stay, staff was great & buffet breakfast was well stocked with “to go” options. Many restaurants close by & area is quiet. Was able to take advantage of the fitness Center which is well maintained & clean! Will return again!

Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was very clean, and the bed, pillows, and sheets were all comfortable and fresh. The space of the room gives you a feeling of being huge because of the high ceilling. The washroom was spotless and beautifully maintained. We were traveling with our dog and appreciated being placed on the main floor—it was perfect! We were able to park just steps from our room, making it super convenient. We also had easy access to the amenities like the gym, pool, and dining area, which were all on the same floor. The breakfast was excellent! We stayed for two nights and loved that the breakfast options were different each morning—it was a great touch.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, even if the room could have used some updating, it was well maintained and clean. The area was conveniently located to all shopping centers and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh, coffee was hot. Any requests we made were fulfilled immediately.

Hotel in the downtown area close to the convention centre. It is a typical Courtyard/Marriott property. I liked the location because it’s in the outskirts of downtown which makes it less busy than other properties around it. Clean and modern, it has all you need, including a good restaurant with a decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are just the right size with expected amenities. I was lucky to get a room overlooking the river and the view was just spectacular. Bed and pillows were great. Bathroom was kind of small, with the door closing against the sink (?) Two issues: temperature was difficult to maintain. After fiddling with the thermostat, I decided to just turn it off. Also, as a gold member I am used to have free water bottle (like $2 each, maybe?) Not here: you are charged $5 per bottle. Not cool. Overall, I would return.

Great central location and easy to get around downtown Edmonton. Downtown Edmonton sometimes gets a bit quiet at night. I can never decide between staying downtown or in the west end.

All the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Service was great and attended to our needs. Great restaurant and food. Rooms were comfortable. Location is good and a nice view of the river.

In Tap 25 they do a $5.99 breakfast which was very good & every day between 2pm & 5pm they have 50% off the entire menu. There is also The Kitchen, Fatburger, grab & go, Italia & Asian. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to & from West Edmonton Mall, reception will give you a timetable. All in all if you’re looking for a hotel in Edmonton we can’t recommend the River Cree enough. Absolutely loved our stay here.

We were there for an event, and we arrived earlier than the check-in time; however, we were greeted by friendly professional staff who allowed us to check into our room early. We were asked what the occasion was, and when I told them it was for my Birthday, we were each given a choice of a cute stuffed animal they had as promotional items! :) We were able to get settled in our room before our show. The rooms were large, clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. After a wonderful show, we had a delicious dinner at the Italian Restaurant. We enjoyed a great breakfast next morning for a super price. We felt very special!

Front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant servers were all great. My favourite was the doorman working the morning of June 14, he was exceptional. Rooms were clean, shower was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Room was pricy but everything was great.

My room was clean, well appointed and comfortable and very quiet despite it being pretty full for a concert. The main hotel entrance is to the far left. I accidentally parked far right and had a big walk to reception. I would definitely stay again.

Right near the river and the park along the riverbank, too; I was only here a day or I would've taken advantage of it. Not far from Jasper St, so quite easy to get to buses and such (a main factor for me). (People online suggest avoiding Jasper St, but I had zero issues--no worse than any city.) Great view from the main floor restaurant, too; food was great and service was lovely. If I'm ever in Edmonton again, I'm definitely staying here again.

The property was clean and bed was very comfortable. The concierge lounge was disappointing, was expecting a better continental breakfast. The hot breakfast available downstairs was ridiculous expensive for what you got, should have been half the cost of what it was. The rotating restaurant was amazing and the Bellamy lounge made great drinks, would have been nicer if it was open a bit later. Would stay here again but likely wouldn't pay for the concierge amenities as an included breakfast was why we were willing to pay more...but the breakfast was disappointing. Hot breakfast should be included when paying for concierge floors.

I experienced a comfortable stay. I appreciated the staff charging me the same rate when I asked for a second night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The meal in the restaurant was very tasty. It was quiet.

The room was spacious, very clean with good working WiFi connection. Reception hall, dining hall and common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated in boreal forest style with elements of West Indian culture, such as giant dream catcher on the wall in the main hall. Breakfast is a good continental buffet breakfast for thirteen dollars, which is a good price.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great as were the evening meals in the restaurant. Good beds-just right and not too hard.

The desk staff here went above and beyond. We arrived early and wanted to leave our vehicle while we took a taxi to the muttart conservatory. They instructed us not to leave our luggage in the vehicle but to bring it into the office to be safe. Not that they had any incidents but didn’t want any opportunities for one either. The breakfast wasn’t free but it was a large buffet and very good. Staff there were very helpful and friendly as well.

We always stay at this hotel any time we come to edmonton and it's always a hit! This time we wwre surprised with a jacuzzi suite (was a little bummed it was out of service for repairs) but it was still a cool experience to even see. We will definitely be back! The kids love the pool and the staff is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

The soft music in the lobby and the hot chocolate/coffee bar are very inviting as you first step in. Our room was spacious with a fake fireplace and it felt cozy and clean. The bed was soft with crisp linens. Loved the full length mirror. The Little keurig in room for coffee/tea was nice. This hotel is right along the QE2 highway but I never noticed any traffic noise. Never noticed noise from our neighbours either. Elevators are decently spacious and never had to wait long even tho the hotel was right full while we were there. This hotel is also located near a bunch of fast food and 5 mins from tons of shopping , IKEA and all the box stores in south common. Very convenient.

We felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and responsive. The rooms were well appointed. We especially appreciated that each bed had 4 pillows so we did not need to use the extra pillows we brought along and the beds were very comfortable. Communal areas were clean and well maintained. Our room was very quiet even though it was on the main floor and relatively close to the reception desk. The only thing we struggled with was the toilet which seemed quite small and very low to the floor. Younger people would probably not have difficulty with that amenity.

We were very happy to stay here for three nights. Coffee in the lobby was top notch, rooms were clean, comfy and quiet, breakfast was amazing each morning and the pool/hot tub was a great way to spend time !! I saw complaints about a swim school using the pool from other reviewers. We did witness the swim school but it didn’t interfere with our time! Highly recommend.

There was only one microwave for the whole hotel. There’s no laundry room. No pool. Poor water pressure. Very poor locations to plug in your devices. They are too loose. AC works more like a fan. The staff were very kind and very professional. There is no Wi-Fi that is advertised. You cannot connect. It’s impossible. Five of us tried for five days. The location is ideal. It’s an easy walk to the West Edmonton mall. And as mentioned, the staff are very nice. And the building is very clean. Our room was cleaned perfectly each of the five days that we were there. It is the place to stay if you would like to be able to walk back-and-forth to the mall easily. But if you’re looking for a more modern hotel with what is considered basic amenities in 2025, you may be disappointed. But we will likely stay again due to the location and the cleanliness. And the staff were very approachable. No, they did not have any answer for the Wi-Fi situation. And don’t stay there based on the deal with the park tickets. Because in the end, the deal doesn’t really work out. We just bought the passes from WEM as we had on our last visit.

Overall amazing stay staff was friendly and helpful and were able to answer any and all questions with detailed or helpful responses. Along with that the staff member who helped check us in ran into us a couple nights later and talked with us about the stay and everything else. Overall amazing stay would stay again!

We stayed for 1 night and were very happy with the accommodation. The room was super clean, quiet. There was a fridge, hair dryer, coffe machine, two water bottles available. Breakfast was simple and tasty: boiled eggs, yogurt, pankakws, juice, tea, coffee etc. There was free parking oitside or underground for extra $10.

Great value, with included WEM vouchers. Room was spacious, up-to-date, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Only disappointments were the noise transfer from the next room from an especially loud family, and the limited breakfast selection.

Great quality , at a very good price. The interior of the room was very clean with a very good lay out. The room smelled fresh. Room was very well equipped: microwave, mini fridge. Greatly located : 5 minutes driving distance from West Edmonton mall. Beds were very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay and we will book again on our next weekend trip in the near future. WiFi worked well. No concerns at all during our one night stay.

Beautiful hotel. Our host checking in was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the view from our room was great. The food at the restaurant was delicious! There was an event and left the bathroom and far end of the grounds with some garbage on it and also in the bathroom on the lower floor. I called to ask some questions before arriving, the male person that answered was a little abrupt. But other than that. Our stay was great!

I enjoyed every minute I stayed in your hotel not to mention the beautiful view of the river from my room. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Staff were friendly. During booking we phoned the hotel with any questions we had and front desk was helpful and friendly. Check in was quick. We stayed in the queen bed suite and were very happy with the spacious room so was our baby who had plenty of room to crawl around and play. The tub was great! Very nice and big jetted tub. Room was clean and housekeeping service was very good. The breakfast had a nice amount of selection for everyone and was very good we liked the hashbrowns in particular. Not really important but there were no sandwiches as advertised on their website but they did have good water in the lobby. We liked the decor of the hallways. Overall clean, good service, good location and good value. Only complaint would be that the bed was noisy and the day we checked in it was packed with people and children making noise in the hallways and our baby had a difficult time trying to get a nap after travelling all day. We wish there was a pool but that's okay. We were happy to stay at this location and plan to make it our go to hotel when we visit Edmonton from now on.

I stayed for 6 nights for work and was looking for a budget friendly hotel that was clean, safe, and had some basics like a fridge and a coffee maker. Quality Inn gave me that. I was actually super impressed with the size of the room and the fridge in the room, it was more than a mini fridge and even had a freezer. The hotel is close to lots of different dining options. I had the free breakfast buffet a couple of times. It offers lots of options, food was okay. They lock the main door at night so only key card access can enter as well as having additional security. I didn't feel like the area was unsafe anyway, but the extra measures made me feel safer as a person who was travelling alone. I needed to use their business center once to print which is just a computer with internet and printer/fax but it did the trick. Rooms were cleaned well every day and bed was comfortable. Noise wasn't too bad either. Everyone was really nice too so I'll definitely be using them again the next time I'm in Edmonton.

Everyone on the staff, from the front desk through to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed, good sized room! As a bonus, the restaurant Ricky’s, was quite good - excellent staff, food came out fast, fresh and hot. A good value all around.

All staff in both hotel and restaurants were exceedingly polite and helpful. The room was spotless, the pool clean (though filled with girls soccer teams). We have always liked Ricky’s restaurants and this one did not disappoint.

We always stay here when we come to Edmonton. Staff is fantastic; friendly, happy, always willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were located at the back of the hotel; trains were not overly noisy (they appear to be moving slowly to minimize noise; we were not disturbed overnight). Bed was very comfortable. The room we had (with the king bed) had a microwave, fridge without freezer compartment and a keurig coffee machine. There's an office chair at the desk (which could use a little more padding), chair with ottoman and bistro table with 2 chairs to eat at.

Walked in without a reservation after a long tiring day on the road. At a Holiday Inn, you know you will likely get clean and comfortable accommodations, and maybe more. We got what we expected. Everything was very good, and certainly the price was right -- guess Edmonton didn’t have many tourists in mid-June. Breakfast is not included. There is an onsite Indian restaurant called Monsoon, with several Indian families dining there, so I guess that means it’s good. The hotel should put milk in the vending machine.

Great breakfast and pool and spa and jacuzzi

We just got back from a 5-day stay at this hotel. We were in Edmonton for a family wedding and families on both sides of the bride and groom stayed at this hotel – so we were a rather large group. We would give this hotel a 10 out of 10. For me personally, I would have to say that this hotel stay is the best “hotel stay” I have ever experienced in Canada!!! The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the entire hotel is spotless. The room / bathroom was quite spacious, with a full kitchen. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable! It was easy to work the heat/air conditioning. Nice large window for natural light and blackout curtains for sleeping. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The complimentary breakfast was just delicious and well-stocked! Good location - easy walking distance to many great restaurants. Two restaurants right across the parking lot (so really close) had amazing food: Bodega Ellerslie and Amazing Wok (best wonton soup and egg rolls ever!). And many others an easy 10-minute walk (e.g. Chop Steakhouse). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I visited Towne’s place again after a long time and it did not disappoint. Still very clean and safe. The staffs were more friendly this time and welcoming. The kitchen ladies were amazing and breakfast was decent. The receptionist responded promptly to calls and were more helpful with replacing room keys. Overall, we had a great experience and I am back to staying in this hotel after a year of not going back there due to poor customer service.

Given the reviews I booked here with a good bit of trepidation. But the location was perfect and the price was right (comparable to the Courtyard and much less than the JW). But it turned out that we were blown away by how nice the Westin was. The rooms were wonderful with a Westin bed, ample storage and a luxurious bath/shower. The staff was warm and efficient and there was coffee/tea every morning. We had complimentary breakfast and while our first one suffered from some things that had been left to cool in the buffet thereafter we ordered a range of very tasty items from the menu. And the pool and gym were 24/7 - a welcome change from most hotels in the US. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at The Westin Edmonton was very smooth. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is quite aged but extremely well-maintained. We liked the concept of having shampoo and shower gel in wall-mounted dispensers in the bathroom—it makes them very convenient to use. The sleep quality was excellent, and the view from our room on the 20th floor was quite impressive. The swimming pool was decently sized, which was exactly what we needed for a winter staycation in Edmonton. The breakfast and coffee were great too.

Quick trip to Edmonton. The Westin was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Location is convenient to rapid transit and many restaurants downtown.

The restaurant was amazing. The chicken wings and roasted nuts were best ever had. Front desk attendant was amazing, she was very informative and happy. Room was very clean. Walk in shower roomy.

Had a wedding there and it was amazing ,the food was sooo good ,the staff made the day so enjoyable ,they helped out in any way they could ,to make the reception part enjoyable and stressfree. I was skeptical about this hotel as the price was so reasonable. Check-in was no fuss, very quick. The staff friendly. The room did not have an amazing view but was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on the main floor by the lobby. I read the food was iffy. However, the fish and chips were amazing. The taco bowl salad delicious. A very large free parking lot and a mall just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is somewhat older but the rooms appeared clean and kept up. There weren’t any pens, paper or advertising in the drawers in the room, which would have been helpful . Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms quite quiet. Was there three nights. Front entrance was clean and nice carpeting throughout a spacious lobby. Restaurant was reasonably priced. Food good. I’d stay here again.

I liked having the balcony and the view of downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy with the warm, welcoming staff as we came from New Brunswick for vacation in Alberta. We stayed 3 nights and then moved on to Banff. On our way back we decided to stay at your Inn another night. And it was a bonus to be able to have the same room as we had the prior stay! Thank you for everything.

The front desk Staff Sam was very nice and friendly. We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Very easy location in a central area but quiet and safe.

The view of the downtown skyline from our 6th floor room was beautiful and exciting! The room was vintage but very clean, with updated beds that were very comfortable. Security teams on site and friendly staff. The little restaurant was just fine. The stir fry was tasty. Lots of free parking front and back. The Aviation Museum is in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is a few minutes away, and Kingsway Garden Mall is easy to find close by.

I was in Edmonton for a couple of days on business with the UofA. The hotel's location was perfect; right on campus! The staff were very friendly, the room/bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Even though there are many student dormitories around, it was very quiet. After checking out I had breakfast right across the reception which was very convenient.

I was interested in going to U of A so being on campus was great to begin with. Staff at the desk are friendly and helpful. Maps were given for the campus and also pointing out places to eat. Ventilation is a bit poor. It was stuffy and warm in the upper hallways and my room. My window was facing other rooms and was also above a bike rack so I had to adjust my blinds sometimes. Window doesn't open all the way. Convenient to have a private bathroom. Sheets, towels, and soap were provided which was nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean (carpet looked like it could have been vacuumed a bit more). Nice big desk with a keyboard tray, convenient for doing computer work while there. Rate was pretty good. Would stay here again.

staff was super nice! Rooms were very clean. Had wifi and free local phones. Also TV. Very satisfied in terms of meeting my needs, which was a pace to have a hot shower, sleep comfortably, and get ready for my meeting the next day. Obviously because it's also a residence hall (guest rooms were separated from the residents) there was some noise in the stairwell that transmitted to my room which was close to the stairs even after midnight. But it wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep or was woken up from my sleep. The linens were clean, but towels and bathrobe were kind of scratchy. The pillows were probably the most uncomfortable part of the stay -- they were very soft. Since I usually sleep with a firm pillow, it was difficult to get used to. But again, I still was able to accommodate and had a good sleep.

Stayed here for 6 nights, it was the perfect location to lots of food options and activities as well as any classes at the uofa or the faculty of social work Edmonton based campus. I am really picky and make sure everything is very clean before I accept a room and this is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. Also, the bed is very comfy. This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending any conferences at the uofa as well because the rooms are right by the conference centre - in the same building just down the hall.

Just stayed last tuesday (May 06), one night, room 325. I actually live about half hour away from this hotel, but our corporation was having annual meetings and seminars for a few days, so we had people in from all over western canada (some were there three nights depending on how far they were from; i only needed one due my participation level). Prob 100-200 people depending on the day and the planned functions. Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Room was clean. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was a microwave, but no mini-fridge which would've been my only extra that would've made it better. Check-in/out was fairly easy. Not sure why a $10 self-park charge for an open parking lot that wasnt full (parkade did not look good for a half-ton truck). Facility was good for what we needed. Lots of room in the conference rooms and the food and water/coffee was decent. Buffet style lunches each day with a good mix. Lobby bar was not huge, but accommodated those of us that met there after meetings. Service was quite good also for the amount of people over-taking the bar in a bit of a rush. Small beer 'pint' glasses. Overall a very nice hotel. Clean lobby and the staff were friendly and attentive. Easy to recommend for large work functions.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Delta. The service was amazing. The hotel recognized my Elite status and automatically upgraded me, provided coupons for free breakfast and gave me late checkout. The room was large and very clean. It felt like it had been recently renovated. No automatic daily housekeeping, but you could call to request housekeeping. Breakfast was very good and the servers were fantastic. This will be my new go-to hotel in South Edmonton.

Great location for our needs. Breakfast was delicious and you had an option of a quick breakfast, muffins, bagels etc or a sit down hot breakfast. Room was clean and well appointed. Check in was quick, courteous and friendly and I loved the smell of the lobby. Not sure what scent they use but it was fabulous.

I truly loved my stay at the Delta Edmonton South. The property is in a fantastic location with super easy access to all of Edmonton. Plus, there are a ton of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The pool, gym, and on-site restaurants are a great fit. But the true stars of this property are the staff. Everyone and I mean everyone is focused on making your stay memorable. It doesn't matter if it is the front desk staff, restaurant servers, bartenders, room attendants, or even the custodial staff. They will do whatever it takes to make your trip enjoyable. During one of their busiest weekends, they experienced a serious water main break. The management and maintenance teams did everything they could to minimize any disruptions in their operations. They handled it with class and professionalism ensuring that the guest's needs were still being taken care of. This was extremely impressive. (All I can say is that I wouldn't want to be the one writing that big cheque for this unexpected water main break.) All in all...I would highly recommend this property to any business or leisure traveler.

I stayed at the Delta for two nights for business and had a perfect stay. The staff are all amazing with top notch customer service. I really appreciated the room service deliveries for breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on my business trip. Thanks, Delta Team!

Very nice place to stay! I was surprised to find out we were staying in a suite with a jacuzzi!

As a treat I booked a jacuzzi room for myself over the holidays and it did not disappoint. I'd stayed here ages ago in between the COVID lockdowns and I was pleased to see the hotel now, at its best and during better times. It was super clean, had wonderful staff and my room could not be better. I really enjoyed the complimentary treats they left in my room for Christmas, and literally everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was superb. I even watched one of the front desk staff handle a rather grumpy guest and she never stopped doing her best to deliver excellent customer service even though I personally thought he was being a bit of a pain. This is the best downtown Edmonton hotel bar none.

Went for a Game so location was perfect. Lots of restaurants, bars close to the ice district. Indoor walk to the stadium was nice. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have more then 2 large towels. Convinent products in the shower were nice Complaint is for how much we were paying it would have been nice to have a free coffee in the morning, we had some espresso for the odd machine and even Tim Hortons was closed, Restaurant was packed - struggled Saturday morning to grab a quick coffee Staff were all super friendly Would like to come back

The staff is exceptional! I booked this hotel for a five nights event for 44 people. Mr. Than Zaw, front desk manager, went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect; he checked in regularly with me as the planner. He is warm and kind hearted as the welcoming face of the hotel. Camille Lenon, my event planner at the hotel, was accommodating and swift with her replies and courteous with suggestions and organizing delicious meals in consultation with the outstanding chef, Lovelyn Turner. The food and beverage operations manager, Hemantkumar Dubey also made a point to inquire about our experience during our stay. I want to acknowledge the courteous and friendly and attentive staff who were with us throughout our time at the hotel: Buddhi Guaini and Jwun Mangante; Rosario Manego and Shewit Resom; and lastly, Danica Tec. These are faces and names no one of us will soon forget for the memorable and positive experience we had at Edmonton Delta City Centre Suites. The hotel is modern and clean and perhaps the best located hotel in downtown Edmonton; but it is the people who work there that made us feel like an extended family.

It was a good place to stay for a few days. Well kept and clean. It is an older motel but I was surprised by how well kept and clean it was. The staff were all friendly. The location for me was excellent. The area around the motel is in transformation from older building to new commercial building and restaurants. I will definitely stay again. For the price, it was a very good deal.

Close to the Anthony Henday, Calgary Trail/Gateway BLVD which are main arteries to get ANYWHERE in Edmonton. The check in was very easy, and the staff at the counter was pleasant and quick. The bed was comfortable, ac worked great. TV was easy to sign into my prime or Netflix for the night. Check out was smooth with a little breakfast offering of fruit, yogurt, muffins, croissants, cereal and coffee! For a quick stay while passing through I'd recommend.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

The room was clean - the beds were comfortable - the pool area was in good shape - the breakfast area was clean and well stocked - the staff were friendly.

Mu husband didn't use the swimming pool, would have been nice but we spent most of our time at the West Edmonton Mall. It was quiet, which we loved, the bed was made up daily, another bonus because not all hotels clean rooms daily. The only thing we didn't like was upon clean up at check out, we stripped the bed, took shower curtain down to put with the towels, we also tied up the garbage, all to make it easier for housekeeping ( I was a housekeeper so I know the work we had to do and I also know how busy it can get when the hotel is full so I try to help out by stripping everything down) HOWEVER, my husband checked under the bed and there was an empty Smirnoff Vodka bottle under the bed. I should mention that my husband and I don NOT drink, we do NOT smoke, and we do NOT do drugs. The other thing was the flat sheet had a cigarette burn on it, granted it was clean, but we did NOT want to get charged for something we did not do so I took a photo and sent it to the text number I was sent upon checking in. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and loved that it was close to everything we we wanted to do.

The staff were friendly, reliable and helpful. They served the guests with nothing less then a smile and a friendly gesture. Enjoying the breakfast is my favorite part of the whyndham experience. The late check out, allowing me to take my time, would be my second favorite. Thank you Travelodge for always providing the best services for the best price!

Room and public areas very clean. Building was older but appeared well maintained. Free breakfast was OK, but nothing exceptional-no hot items or eggs offered. Lobby had a strong smell of chlorine from the pool area.

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Little outdated but nice, no coffee available for breakfast and fridge wasn’t working in room also couch was posted in picture in room but only a chair was available. Bed was clean and comfortable but comforter was a little to thin but that’s a preference thing so not a big issue. Toilet was not secured properly to the floor and shaking whenever you would move. Plus side of the place is that there’s lots of places to get anything you need, no frills, kfc, Tim Hortons, corner store and liquor store all within walking distance so very convenient for anyone staying there and able to get anything they need or forgot to get on the way there. Price of accommodation was fair also

I will start with Isabelle, She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with all answers with her smile. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and we had good stay. Complementary breakfast was good and area was super organized and Clean. Had good chat with Isabelle, very nice person.

We stayed one week on the March break here spring vacation and had a great and refreshing relaxing restful staycation. The staff were very polite courteous staff, respectful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable clean room and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were well cared for. We enjoyed our very decent breakfast ( basic and essential ) with peace and moderate social time. The owners are very responsible people while balancing client relations and was nice to see their care for staff as well. Thank you so much <3

The staff was excellent - friendly, efficient, helpful - clean room, cute breakfast area that was well stocked. Sketchy area, but great price and service. Was working at the Expo Centre for three days, and it was a convenient location. Always greeted by name by the front desk staff :)

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly attentive, kind, considerate, and friendly. I had a great stay and it was a very clean and modern room. No corkscrew and the coffee supplies in the room were sparse. Those are the only things that could have made my state perfect. So overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Clean, modern looking decor and the room size was larger than most single queen rooms. Friendly, helpful staff as well.

I love this hotel the staff are amazing and we always feel very safe and comfortable here.
