The room was a little small for us. It would have been good to have a little more storage space. The customer service was the best we have ever had in Romania! Staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. The food at the buffet was tasty and healthy. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. We loved the window seat, which was comfortable and gave us a great view over the sea. We stayed in room 510. Overall, a very good experience!

First of all, the entire staff should be noted, from the reception, from the restaurant, from the Spa area. They are very attentive and efficient in helping guests at any time. I received a very clean room, with a splendid view of the sea, and which, although small, is furnished in such a way that it gives you the impression that you have all the space you need. The spa area is very well maintained, and the pools, with warm water, offer you moments of complete relaxation. Last but not least, I note the wealth of dishes available at the buffet tables and their quality.

Nice welcome and quick check-in. We had a wonderful vacation for a few days with my family . The view was amazing at the 10th floor, we went for all inclusive which was great, food was very tasty, all kind of dishes, free mini bar, lots of options for drinks during the meals too and nevertheless, with amazing Spa facilities.

Where should I start, very warm welcome on check in amazing reception staff, friendly helpful, always Sorina is available with very positive attitude that exceed expectations , room clean, food tasty and lots of variety. One of my favourite places. Huge credit to all Hotel staff & Managmet you make this place great 👍

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, restaurant with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good .Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff at the reception is polite and efficient. They can help you with anything you need. The room is cozy and spacious enough for 2 people. Only some of the rooms have sea view (generally the apartments). The spa has a variety of massages and treatments so there is plenty to pick from. The pool can be crowded at times which is not always pleasant but if you manage to come at the less crowded moments it's really nice. The food for visitors who opted for one of the hotel's meal options is changed everyday and it is delicious. It is served in an all you can eat style : The food is layed out on some tabels and you can pick whatever you want from there. They come from time to time to fill in the empty food trays. However, if you don't want to take their breakfast/lunch/dinner options, you can also come and ask for their menu as they also run as a restaurant. Lastly, the beach is close and there is a big enough parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The stuff should be mentioned first, super friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was maybe too big so it seemed a little impersonal, but it was comfortable and we liked the round shape of some of the windows and the view to the see in the morning was beautiful. Ciorba de perisoare (meatballs soup) was so tasty.

The accommodation: spacious, cosy.The appartment we stayed in was very comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and the warm rooms, the central heating on, as it was quite cold outside for May.

The ladies at the reception are very warm, welcoming and always ready to help (they sorted out an issue with our room very quickly and professionally), so we are very thankful for that. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the food (at breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, we enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great room with sea view. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated in the common areas. the room was updated, we had bathrobes for going to pool, sauna or spa area, the breakfast had a lot of variation for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The hotel is cozy, the room was large and confortabile, a huge balcony and an extensible sofa bed. The breakfast was amazing and the cappuccino there was very tasty. Also the indoor pool and jacuzzi, were ok, unfortunately the sauna was under maintenance throughout our stay.

Our start at Iaki Hotel was absolutly wonderful and made for an amazing family holiday! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Their helpfulness and warm hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The service throughout our stay was fabulous, making us feel pampered and well-cared-for. The food was another highlight—both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options that pleased every palate. Our room was immaculate, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The pool area was equally inviting, offering a serene and relaxing environment where we could unwind and soak up the sun. The staff were amazing. We are already looking forward to returning to Iaki Hotel for another unforgettable family holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay! The room was very spacious and modern with all facilities- tea, coffee, fridge, WIFI. The breakfast was fantastic based on Romanian food and international food. The swimming pool was amazing, with a bar next to it where you could get drinks and snacks. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a short stay.

The room was great and spacious, clean and really comfortable. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. Pool was clean, and the staff very friendly. We had a great time.

The facilities are 9 out of 10 (for us). You don’t even need to leave the complex: restaurant, bar, pools, saunas, jacuzzi, gym, massages and treatments. The food and the food selection & variety was great, the pools were great, the sauna (we’ve only tried the dry one) was great, the restaurant staff was amazing, the reception was good (they’ve even helped us with an earlier check-in). The view was absolutely amazing, the courtyard looked impeccable (and a nice option for a walk after eating). We’ve stayed here when everything was already closed (or closing) after the summer season (we went in the second part of September) but it was quiet and nice for us. We had a few days of beach time and the private beach was also a plus.

I liked the cleanliness of the pool. The pool was clean and the water did not smell of chlorine. The towels were clean si barely used. Also I liked the room. Big and clean. We stayed in 203 and 204 (2 double rooms with Sea View). In one room we also had an extra bed for a child and still we had plenty of space to move around. The rooms were spacious. On the balcony we had 2 chairs, one small table and a rack for wet clothes. The hotel has 4 elevators and we did not to wait to much. The hotel has a guarded parking space and we did not need to be think about the car. The Breakfast was varied and the staff attentive to the needs of the tourists. Although the Check-in is 18:00, the Reception was very kind and they give us the room cards earlier (without us asking or expecting for it) on their own initiative, telling us that they had rooms available and they can accomodate us earlier. The hotel garden, is green, clean and maintained. The access to the garden from outside is based on room card. This created a sense of security especially for the kids who played alone everywhere without worrying they will be lost.

Nice rooms, great breakfast and lunch buffet. All rooms have sea view. Garden is great, with lots of green and relaxing corners. Great swimming pool with bar service, private beach with free chairs & umbrellas.

I just returned from Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord where I spent a lovely weekend. I arrived early in a busy weekend and I was welcomed by the friendly staff of the hotel. The hotel has a large garden with relaxing areas, an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a cool drink in the hot summer days. They also have indoor pool and specialists for massage for relaxation or various affections. All rooms are big and comfortable and have sea view and balcony. It is a hotel where every detail and the satisfaction of the client counts. I felt very spoiled and if I have the occasion I will come back for sure.

The entire staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the garden grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the spa is world class. Restaurant was very nice and most things we tried in the menu were fresh and delicious.

I liked that the room was spacious enough for a person (I stayed in a single room), very clean and the bed super comfortable. Also, I really appreciated that it was very quiet in the evening and night, so I could rest properly. (My room was on the 1st floor.) I had the breakfast included, it was buffet breakfast, not poor, not fancy, just an honest selection of usual foods for the morning that I was satisfied with: prepared eggs, sausages, hot dogs, a few types of cheese, yoghurts, jams, raw vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea etc. Bottom line, the inn is cosy, close to beach - a few minutes walking - and near the old town, very good location from my point of view. Very satisfied with the self check-in and check-out!

I stayed here solo for a night and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, and the room was very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The location is calm but still close to the beach and city center and some nice places to eat. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety and quality.

Good localisation - close to the beach, restaurants, in the middle of Old Town. Tasty breakfast served on 2nd floor with nice view. Staff was very helpful and nice. Quiet and clean, with specific atmosphere. Comfy beds.

We have been staying here since the 2010's as the place is good value for money and is close to Modern beach and the Old Town. The breakfast consists of a generous buffet with a nice view of the old houses and the sealine. I always loved this view and it is probably my favorite moment of the stay. The beds are always clean and comfy.

We got the room I had admired the most from the web site which was great. The room was an excellent size with chairs and a couple of tables as well as two beds (one huge, one single). Beds very comfortable. We were welcomed by a lovely man on Reception who was very helpful and friendly, as was the lady doing the breakfasts. The breakfast was amazing and up on the roof terrace so you could see the sea. Location a short walk from the beach and the old town. Onsite parking too. I thought it was great.

Best hotel ever! The room was so lovely and spacious. There was no strange smells and everything was neat and clean. The location was excellent. The beach was within walking distance and it was also close to some tourist spots. The property was located at a quiet neighborhood, so it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The person who helped me checkin was very friendly and helpful! They were patient and gave me several calls making sure I was able to find my room and settle down. Overall, I’d definitely stay here next time if I’ve ever got a chance to visit Constanta again!:)

The place is picture perfect. Has a private sauna, very cosy and romantic. Room is huge. Some hotels have a mini bar, this room had a proper bar. Just amazing. Free champagne on arrival is a nice touch. There are lockers downstairs to leave your luggage at checkout. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Speak great English.

By some distance the biggest room (or, rather, "rooms") I have stayed in while travelling. Spacious and comfortable with loads of storage space and great facilities (fridge, coffee maker, kitchen and living room tables, big bed, big sofa, two TVs, nice shower etc). I'm not 100% sure it's there for guests but there's a washing machine and dryer in the building that they let me use, which was a big help as I could do a big load of laundry while lounging around in my room. Staff were communicative. The place was conveniently near the train and bus station, a stroll into town and the beaches. Plus it was super quiet. I slept until noon my first day, catching up on sleep from the trip. It was so quiet outside that I thought it must still be early morning...

Nice antique style furniture with a very high ceiling and chandelier. Large bathtub in the spacious room, big comfortable bed. Well stocked mini bar and fridge. Heaps of toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff, even got a late check out.

A very cozy and clean apartment, me and my partner really loved it, especially the sauna and the tube inside our room. The doors have smartlocks, so you can enter only with pincodes which we really liked because it wasn't needed to look after the keys so we not lost them. We taught that the beach will be too far but it wasn't, it was like 15 minutes walk. It is a store 50 meters from the property and a really good restaurant with cheap menus Hat Hat I can recommand.

This is simply the best property I ever have rented in Mamaia during my entire live. And I am soon 53 years old. It has at least 300 degree view on the resort, direct to the sea, lateral to the sea and direct to the lake. The living room enjoys the same 300+ degree view. I was on 6th floor and the view was amazing.

The apartments are in a great location and the sea view/ partial sea view apartments in particular are hugely spacious and have beautiful views. Great for a group as we were able to use the open lounge/ kitchen areas in one of the rooms for group meetings and shared meals.

The view was fantastic. You can enjoy both the sea and the promenade. The rooms were very spacious. Overall, the apartment was large and comfortable. It was well-equipped, with a nice kitchen where you could prepare and eat food while enjoying a view of the sea.

We stayed in a 2 room apartment, side sea view, it was very, very spacious, great location, great view. We arrived late at night and the receptionist left the key in a deposit box, which was convenient for both.

Perfect location. Close to City Mall, City Park is just across the street. Owners are very friendly. Apartment is quite big for the studio. Interior is not new, but clean and well maintained. You can find it beside everything required for the few days stay. Cooking plate and utensils, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioner and laundry machine are available. High-speed Wi-Fi.

This place has everything you need. A well equipped kitchen, a good location nearby the beach and a very modern shopping center. The host / man who handed over the keys was very friendly and gave me very useful information about the city

Quiet, clean, close to mall, park and Mamaia. Also a bonus was the private parking. We found all we needed, including an iron and iron board, coffee, oil, salt etc.

I recommend it 100% It looks better than in the pictures. Very clean

We had the reserved parking place - very important in that part of the city. Wifi works ok. The apartment has all the necessary home devices (the oven is a bit tricky to turn on but it's alive). The hostess met us to show everything around, ( thanks!).
