All the facilities are amazing. The restaurants are plenty of everything we need, we have seven restaurants. We experienced the room with jacuzzi and it was amazing. Mr Omar the Operations Manager just take care of everything we needed.

We have an amazing time at Bellagio resort , Facilities,were great ,nice pools ,with sun beds and umbrellas ,beach area was great too ,with sun beds &umbrellas. Animation team was very good ,good entertainment during the day , dancing class,aqua gym ,foam Party in the pool and water games . In the evenings they do mini disco for kids ,my daughter loved it ,and good night shows ,like circus and party on the beach with live music . Restaurants were good too ,buffet has a good selection and food quality was good,we went to two of the restaurants a la carta and they were good too. They is a bakery that opens all the day ,and is good for juices ,ice creams & cookies . We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi ,with amazing sea views ,our room was very confortable and clean . Once we contacted Omar ,manager of Bellagio resort ,because we need help with something ,and he was very helpful ,we back home with a wonderful memories from our stay . They have the option of late check out ,our flight was at 18:30 ,so that service was very convenient for us . From Bellagio to the marina is 15 minutes by taxi.

Our room was super comfy, spacious, and well-equipped, giving us the perfect space to unwind after a day of sun and fun. We loved every second of our time here and can’t wait to return. During our 4-day stay, we received the utmost attention. Our room was located on the 4th floor with an eastern orientation, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise from our private terrace. Every morning, we were gently awakened by the sun’s rays, which made each day feel special. The room’s size, cleanliness, and equipment were all perfectly satisfactory. The glass wall of the shower added a unique and exclusive touch to the interior. The large, comfortable beds ensured our undisturbed rest. The rooms were well insulated, and the temperature was just right. Staff: Everyone was kind and helpful. The entire staff was well-groomed, working in clean, pleasantly scented uniforms. Daily operations such as cleaning, gardening, and pool maintenance did not disturb our relaxation. Beach: There were plenty of sunbeds available, so we always found a spot regardless of the time. I especially recommend it for families with small children, as the sandy beach is shallow and deepens gradually. Activities: We received adequate information about both the in-hotel and optional programs. Restaurants: Clean and consistently maintained without being intrusive. The food was exceptionally delicious and flavorful. Multiple locations offered high-quality, varied dishes. The à la carte restaurants were also impressive — both in terms of the food and the service. We will definitely return. We had a wonderful time, and the entire Bellagio team contributed greatly to that.

“Well, I’ll start with the reception, which I can only describe as exceptional and highly professional. From Mr. Mahmoud to Mr. Ziad and all the reception staff, they were outstanding. I had originally booked a room with a mountain view, but when they knew that we are a newly-married couple , they upgraded my room to a lagoon view at a lower price than the mountain view room, just to welcome me. They were very friendly and accommodating, and the rest of the staff were equally professional and helpful. Of course, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the view is incredibly beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere, which led me to extend my stay.”

Came to bellagio for 5 nights as a single um with 2 young boys 6 and 2 and it's been the best holiday iv ever had..upgraded to a jacuzzi room as soon as we arrived..I don't have 1 bad thing about this hotel or staff x pools was heated which was lovely and so many things to do x food was lovely x fedhi was our cleaner room 1551 and he was amazing

Lovely hotel and staff! We had booked the double deluxe jacuzzi room. The room was lovely and spacious, the down side was no privacy whatsoever in the room. In the pictures we saw before going the bathroom had pull down blinds around the jacuzzi bath/shower etc. On arrival we found there are no blinds so as long as you don't mind being on view whilst you bath/ shower and go to the toilet (as only a small frosted screen partially covering you on the loo) you'll be fine. The waiters are very friendly and cant do enough for you. You do get hounded quite a bit for the spa services and trips but they soon do stop once you tell them (or book). Spa services were really nice and were worth booking though in saying that. The food was nice the majority of the time, not always to our tastes but its all inclusive and catering for a lot of people so its expected. Nowhere to go outside of the hotel unless you book trips.

Our stay at Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The resort is beautifully maintained — lush gardens, clean pools, and a stunning beach with crystal-clear water. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a lovely view of the sea. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The food at the buffet was delicious and varied — there was always something new to try, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. We especially loved the evening shows and entertainment team — they brought so much energy and joy! The best week in Egypt for the first time We arrived late due to a delay , the staff were on hand and we was shown to our room at 2 am The staff were so nice and friendly We had an issue with one of the rooms which was resolved the next morning and we swapped rooms The restaurants There was always a great choice of food for all meals and freshly cooked items also We booked the al carte restaurant which was lovely The premises So clean always staff on hand for everything , pools and beds cleaned The rooms Aircon was great Spacious and comfortable with great views The beach The beach part of the hotel was lovely and the water was so nice and warm The bars All the drinks were great and cocktails was good The entertainment was good there was always something going on The shisha bar was lovely but take your bug spray you will need it There was some maintenance works going on on site but didn’t disturb There is building works going on in the next property but it wasn’t an issue it was actually fascinating watching them build it All staff including lifeguards were great and could not do more for you There is a shop for snacks , shop for clothing , shop for inflatable S , scents , pharmacy and trips arranged on site

The hotel is about 30mins from the airport outside the main Hurghada area. We spent 10 super nights of a 18 night holiday in the Bellagio. The other 8 nights were on a an awful Nile Cruise ship called the Semiramis 1 but nothing to do with the hotel in October this year. We had 2 different rooms both clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating without being in your face. There were numerous restaurants with a great selection of fresh foods. My husband is fussy but always found something. I loved it, lots of salad, veg and fish. There was a lot of upgrading and renovation work going on during our stay, but didn’t distract from our holiday. Entertainment was very good, from animation team at pool and beach to evening shows. We never had a problem with noise. We went All Inclusive and the staff tried their best to give you what you wanted.( I had the best Bloody Mary in the Lobby Bar, no Tobasco) We need to mention several members of staff who looked after us above and beyond. Pool, ABD ALKADER Bar, BEMEN, YOUSEF, AHMED Foot Spa, AML, MUSTAFA Beauty Salon, ESTER, NANCY Rose Restaurant, Mahmoud, Elsayed, Mina Milas.

Location was great, Jacuzzi was fantastic. Private garden and privacy in general. Easy check in and check out. Security keep us sleep very well. Silence around the location was amazing. I liked the place and sure will come back again and strongly recommend it.

It was spotless and abanoub was super nice and helpful, the view was lovely, the location was close to downtown and marina in a very quiet and relaxing area.

Absolutely beautiful views and apartment. Very close to the marina, enjoyed a lovely coffee and breakfast with an amazing sea view at the marina which has a variation of food spots, and it’s only a 5 minute drive away :)

Firstly this villa is beautiful, the hosts make it so easy for you with all the guides !! The villa is spacious , clean and has nearly everything you need except a hairdryer 😉, pool and views are heaven , so peaceful here a great retreat and luxury, My kids are 3, 5 , 7 and 8 and we just came from Pickalbratos Neverland now thats some hotel to beat, but the kids absolutely loved it and they were dissapointed when I said only 2 nights stay. It safe, secure and really private, pool goes 50CM to 150CM depth and quite large so everyone can have fun not just kids 😆, cleaned daily !! Host was on point with anything I needed, the area is 5 mins drive from all the Marina , beautiful restaurants, is used Indrive app for taxis so easy and usable. I would 💯 recommend this place to anyone amazing ! Grocery stores, food, breakfast all a quick taxi drive away, even got a hair cut at Thair Scissors Uk standard fade loved it !! Try Bongoyo for food 😋. I will definitely book this again this time im bringing my parents with me so they can enjoy it with my kids, they would love the peacefulness and calmness plus the beauty what an absolute gem!

Nayah Stays is an incredibly professional rental company that I highly recommend! If you are looking for a place for your family or for business I can recommend Paradise with a heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet and it is only 8 minutes by Toktok to Downtown. It is very clean compared to Egyptian standards. You have everything you need in the kitchen and with an espresso machine you can enjoy your coffee over the fantastic view of the pool and lagoon. You can order with breakfast, and have it delivered to your door every morning. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses in all rooms. The pool area is magical with a view of the mountains and the warm sunset. Can really be recommended!

The villa is fabulous. Everything was clean and renovated. The private pool is heated and we spent a very nice time there. The location is 5 minutes away from the marina and downtown. The breakfast, tea and coffee were a good idea and distinguished from any other places we sateyed in before in El Gouna. Hope to come again and again in the future isA.

It a wonderful place in El Gouna. I consider it my place everytime I go with my family. It is very comfortable and convenient. Nice location and view of the lagoon, also the huge swimming pool is fantastic. The rooms and the ac are good ..

Beautiful villa with a warm atmosphere. Clean and neat with all the necessary equipment. Breakfast delivered to the door in the morning and a magical sunset in the evening made the stay memorable. The service from the landlord when we needed it was impeccable.
