Everything!!! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast and evening kickoff were both hot, fresh and delicious and great coffee. Location is close to everything.

It was as good as it gets. Hottub was hot and pool was cool, all staff were kind and respectful. My wife and I will definitely stay at Evansville location again👍

We travel alot and whenever there is a Drury Inn, we always stay there if there's vacancy. We've stayed in alot of Drury Inns and Suites and we're always 100% satisfied. However this one in EVV, not only had an AMAZING breakfast, happy hour, and movie time snacks, but also had a dinner buffet as well. This was a first for us. It was very nice and super convenient!! The beds were sooo very comfortable. And the pool and jacuzzi were both relaxing. And lastly, we had a BEAUTIFUL view on the 4th floor. We'll definitely be back in our future visits.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was nice with hot fresh food served daily but the overall variety was limited. However the freshness and quality made up for that and it was a great way to start my day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay.

I came for a grad school interview at the University of Evansville. I liked the downtown location of this hotel, it is very walkable to nearby sights and restaurants. Despite my room being near the elevator I found it to be very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was able to prepare for my interview without any distractions. The shower had great water pressure. The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, much more food than I expected! Parking was easy with a safe outdoor lot. I was also able to check in a few hours early with no hassle, and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This location felt very safe for me, as a woman traveling alone. I ultimately was accepted into the grad program so I will stay here again when I return to Evansville!

Staff really worked to make sure our needs were met when our room wasn’t available. We were very satisfied with the outcome and could tell front desk worked hard and were very dedicated. Herbert made the best espresso martinis as he tended bar and checked customers in! Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We also liked that the location was within walking distance to good restaurants, river walk and bars like the speak easy on main st. We found a live band playing on the street and enjoyed a drink from the local bar that sponsored them. Nice casual yet energized environment within about 1/4 miles the hotel.

The hotel, itself, was VERY clean and the staff was inviting, friendly, and helpful. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The lounge area outside with fire pits for warmth were clean and very cozy, as well. My only complaint was that the outside noise was awful and kept us up most of the night. Never heard a peep from the rooms next to us; however, the noise from outside the hotel was unbearable! There were police and ambulance sirens three times at midnight and 2am, people bumping loud music with bass at 11pm and 1am, then a couple of cars revving their engines in between the other noises. This hotel could really benefit from soundproof windows. I've stayed at hotels in/around airports and never heard this much noise. If that doesn't bother you, this is the hotel for you. I only stayed one night in Evansville but if there was a second night on my agenda, I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.

Wow!! One of the best Hyatt Place Hotels ever!! So many positive comments, but as I sit in The Placery this morning… I am overwhelmed by the quality of the breakfast experience. Everything was perfect… and well prepared in a pristine, spotless environment. That has not been the case for several recent stays at other HP properties! The bacon was crisp, the eggs were hot and tasty… presentation was flawless. I was so impressed I had to ask to talk to the Chefs, as I wanted to thank them. That’s a first for me as a top tier member for well over 25 years at Hyatt, and at 130 qualifying nights this year alone. They were both charming and lovely… Bravo, ladies! You deserve an award!! Other hotels should be required to visit your property to set the standard for all others to follow!! This is what Hyatt advertises…. And you deliver it perfectly. Wow!!! My room was immaculate. Comfortable. Pristine. Hotel had some of the largest and nicest common area assets I’ve witnessed in a Hyatt Place. Large, spotless gym area. Large pool area. Tons of comfy places to relax and/ or work in the sprawling lobby area. Charming staff. Great location in the downtown area. Walkable and safe just blocks from the waterfront and Casino. Evansville is a lovely small city… and this Hyatt Place is a jewel! I’d never consider staying anywhere else when returning to Evansville!! Visited Sunday, October 19th. Room 317. I’ll be back….

I loved the location, especially being in the downtown area where everything looked clean and older buildings were renovated. It was easy to get on the expressway to go to retail and restaurant areas. The entire Hyatt hotel looked new and clean, was well maintained, and smelled fresh. Towels were not old, dingy, or thin. Bed was very comfortable. I loved having a sofa to sit on to watch tv or read a book.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The rooms were spacious & clean. Very comfortable atmosphere & very friendly staff. Only drawback was an hour wait at the table of Stone City Grill for our dinner order to be taken. The hotel was packed for an event & they should have been prepared. A heads up on nearby restaurants is Angelo’s Italian restaurant a short walk which was primo. Blissimo👍

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service! Hotel was super comfortable and clean! It also smelled amazing! It was right across from the event center we were visiting, and had some restaurants within walking distance.

Quick and friendly check in. Bar and restaurant were so busy and lively! We were highly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. Easy and safe walking over to the Ford center. Bed and pillows were amazing! Wonderful New Year's Eve at the hockey game and the hotel!

Clean professional hotel with good service. Parking was convenient but expensive for a small town. Amenities were lacking for the price. No restaurants or shopping near by even though it’s downtown. I did like that they had a snack bar downstairs well equipped but the rooms had ice buckets and no glasses or ice tongs. Direct tv is a really bad idea. Drizzled outside and it had to reboot. Food was limited for room service.

This Hilton exceeded all my expectations. I went to see the full solar eclipse and the staff had brainstormed a solar gift bag for visitors. It had solar glasses imprinted with April 8 date, a package of eclipse gum, and Sun chips in a cute “outer space bag.” The whole hotel felt so clean and well maintained with such friendly staff, especially at their dinner spot/ bar and breakfast buffet. Almost unheard of lately- rooms are cleaned daily! This Garden Inn along with several other hotels surround a nice little pond and open space. Many people watched the eclipse and walked the half mile path around this pond. Cracker Barrel and other restaurants are walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. We did have the buffet breakfast one morning (breakfast is not included, but that was clear when we booked). It was a typical hotel breakfast, but two servers were there to bring your drinks. They were very friendly and attentive. We will stay again.

The hotel is very clean and new looking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even though they were sold out. Breakfast was just ok. The hot items were a little on the cool side. The pool was warm but a bit small. Its advertised with a bar/lounge and restaurant . Not really what i was thinking when I saw it. Very very small bar and very few tables for a restaurant. It served the purpose but not what you think of for a hotel lobby bar. All in all it was a good experience.

This HGI is probably a 4 star hotel, but the staff and location, make it a 5 star, in my view. The location is great, and close to several restaurants, and shopping. The staff- from Kim and Josh at the Front Desk, to Christi and Aaron in the bar, are all top notch. (I'm forgetting other names, but they were all great!). There is an indoor pool, and a decent workout facility as well. The restaurant has decent food, and the bar (for a hotel), has a surprisingly good selection of liquor. Superb staff, clean rooms, and a great location. My family will return.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and well kept. I had a gorgeous view of the lake. Kim at the desk was great, friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of middle school age kids for a soccer tournament also staying there and a few were running up and down the hallways at one point. Kim took care of it immediately and in a nice way. It was very quiet the rest of the night.

Last minute booking during work travel and needed a hotel that allowed pets. Excellent customer service when there was a reservation issue. Went above and beyond to fix quickly and it wasn’t the property’s issue. We arrived in town early and they had a room available for early check in which was extremely convenient for us. Free garage parking, enclosed walkway to hotel from parking, easy check in and out, clean room/bathroom, nice water pressure in shower, and comfortable beds with white spotless bedding. Pet rate was very reasonable. Nice cold air conditioning. Great location, as many restaurants were within walking distance and the paved walk/biking trail along the river is just across the street!

Room #402 was nice. plenty of space. Hotel was not hard to find from the parkiing garage. Water in the room was a nice touch. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Comfy bed, couch and mutiple tv channels to choose from. Interesting view of the city, the Bally's sign and parking garage. Ice machine is on the same floor as our room was.good. Elevator was easy to get to as well. Loved the free drinks in the casino and the The Tap House ( temporarily upstairs from check in right now). The Tap House was incredible as far as the food, and the service. Was able to get a wakeup call which is helpful. Checking in and out was easy, The people were nice everyhere we went. The casino was fun as it had been a long time since I had been in one. Free drinks and good customer servive. Free wifi was the bomb. Pillows were nice, but next time I will ask for a few more. Definitely would come back again.

Our room was spacious with 2 very comfortable queen beds with plenty of pillows, floor to ceiling mirror that doubled as a door to the closet and walk-in shower. There is a little deli to grab a quick snack or have dinner at the Tap House inside the Casino. A quick 4 block walk to Main Street to enjoy local eateries, the Ford Center, and lovely Historic buildings to look at. Or stroll along the scenic riverfront.

Very nicely located, friendly staff, nice suite and breakfast options were good. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi was out of service and we didn't know that until we got there so we can were disappointed.

Staff was super friendly. The pool area was clean and enjoyable for my family. Only disappointment was the bathtub shower chair had a little mold. The rest of the room was clean tidy. Very quiet so we were able to rest

This was a great little place to stay! We stayed for one night and the staff was great, everyone was very friendly, even other guests were very cheery! Nice, clean room with lots of ammenities. Not sure, but I think it may have had soft water too? Good breakfast! The thing I liked the most was the surrounding area. Easy to get to off the interstate, but they are on a pretty quiet road with a nice, shaded path to walk around a small lake out front. I saw a playground out of our window, I think that was accessible for guests, but didn't verify. I brought my small dog and the place was super pet-friendly. They had doggy bags by the door and a corresponding waste container outside the door. I'm a local and just used this for a family get-together, but I will definitely recommend it to others and keep it mind for the future.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was made very comfortable by the staff. I arrived very late (11pm), but the front desk person was waiting for me as the last check in person for the evening. The next morning complimentary breakfast was fantastic (I had the waffle) and the Hotel Manager (Mr. Bruno) was there and greeting the guests as they came in and asking if everything was to our liking and if there was anything he could do to improve our stay. My room was impeccable, clean and all needed appliances (coffee, refrigerator, cooktop) were in pristine condition. Several entrances provided easy access to my room. Location was perfect for me as I had several calls to make on the east side of Evansville and the Newburgh areas.

This is a very nicely run hotel, all staff are extremely friendly and the GM Andrew seems to go above and beyond for his guests. I stayed over thanksgiving but second stay this year and both stays were very enjoyable. The breakfast has a different variety each day which I enjoy and the rooms are very clean. I chose this hotel for the location and then being pet friendly. Looking forward to my next stay when I come back into town.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast area with short and tall tables and chairs. Spotless bathtub. Eco-friendly body wash, lotion, and shampoo dispensers in shower, all of which were full. Cooked breakfast selections with egg turnovers, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, and a good selection of fresh fruit, coffee is good, several juice options. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet HVAC unit. Fridge was making a strange noise so I unplugged it to sleep. Good room lighting. Clean carpets and windows.

From the time we arrived all but one employee was most helpful, curious and interested in making our stay a pleasure. We asked for a down stairs room and were allowed to stay in one. We appreciated that so much we made reservations for next year. Regard the young lady w/ the scary body art in the breakfast area, you could have stolen the refrigerator and she would not have known because she was glued to her phone. We ate breakfast each morning and I believe we say her get up twice. The breakfast area tables were not kept clean rather we had to wipe them down ourselves. She dis clean some around the food while spraying the food and everything w/ whatever was in the bottle. She expressed no concern for cleanness or condition of the breakfast area including the food.

I was very impressed with the hotel from check in to check out. The staff was very helpful when I called and very pleasant when I checked in. The hotel was fresh and comfortable. The beds were perfect. The breakfast was outstanding for this type of hotel—cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy, delicious biscuits, eggs and omelets. The entire hotel was clean.

We stayed here For 3 nights in July 2020. Our room and other hotel was nice and clean. Our Bed was comfortable no real complaints! The desk clerks were very friendly as helpful! Pool and breakfast buffet were closed due to Covid restrictions however I suppose their in nothing one can really do about that. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Very helpful and friendly staff, with good sense of humor. They helped us find a good place to get pizza. Very clean and nice, with labeled choice of soft and firm pillows, hand sanitizer packets, hooks to hang clothes/backpacks/coats, and great shelves/desks to put luggage and belongings on without having to use the beds. Breakfast was a grab bag due to covid 19 but tasty.

Beds are comfortable, rooms clean. King suite was spacious room with jacuzzi in room was nice. Could use some updating to decor but isnt bad. Breakfast is so so, could use more healthy options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants.

First time ever in Evansville, so I didn’t know what to expect. The location is right off the Lloyd “Expressway” (I use that term loosely), on the western edge of the city. Despite the expressway not exactly being so, it’s not that far of a drive to downtown, maybe ten minutes, depending on traffic and lights. There are several restaurants near the hotel, and a movie theater in walking distance. I arrived early just after 10AM not expecting a room, but George (I think that’s his name), found one and allowed me to check in. He was very friendly and welcoming, a nice start to the experience. On the way up to the room, I notice the place has an older style, possibly 1990s. It’s possible it was something else beforehand. The halls were clean, and so was the room when I did check in. Bathroom is typical size, TV has a decent selection, bed is comfortable, and area is very quiet. The AC does its job keeping the place cool. The only issue is the ever too present weak water pressure found so often in hotels. Breakfast was in grab n go bags, due to the virus. Coffee was available in the room. Pool is the average size, but there is no spa. There was at one time- you can clearly see where it was. Not sure why they took it out of commission. Not sure if my travels will take me to a Evansville again, but if so, I will stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property and rooms were very clean, the beds quite comfortable. Personnel was helpful, and even the coffee was good! Plenty of restaurants in the area, the Cross-Eyed Cricket was especially good. We’d stay again when in the area!

Sometimes you just gotta get away and unwind and relax. This is a hidden gem. Quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating. From the spa like toiletries containing essential oils, comfy space, artisanal tea sachets, hot chocolate and coffee service 24 hours a day, to the bountiful hot breakfast with homemade (by you) chocolate and regular mini Belgian waffles, fluffy eggs, sausage, tater tots, biscuits and gravy (that tastes like a famous breakfast place). Large and soft Plain, cinnamon, and everything bagels for toasting. Muffins, donuts, mini cinnamon rolls, yogurt and two kinds of cream cheese. Quite a spread and equally delicious. If that alone isn't enough to encourage you to come relax, the staff and owner are the sweetest, coolest, but professional people you could hope to encounter. The owner is the kind of person everyone should hope to encounter in the world. He's truly a blessing. So the next time you feel like getting away for a night or two. Chose the Sleep Inn as your destination.

Wonderful breakfast. The best hot hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed on the first floor. Clean, seamless walk-in shower. Fluffy, clean, white towels and wash cloths. Great bedding. I will stay again when in the area.

Breakfast was just right and as expected. The facility is quiet and clean. Our room had everything we needed: clean and comfortable beds, refrigerator and TV, clean bathroom with all amenities. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

I am always reading reviews before booking anything. Honest mom review here ... lobby clean, front desk girl nice, hallways have a smoking smell but it's not out of the normal for hotels.... Room clean, sheets and towels clean, room was smaller but had everything I needed. Bathroom was smaller also but clean. Fridge, dresser, microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast was a to-go (covid).. I picked juice, granola bar and muffin... If not for covid, this hotel is in a great spot to walk for food and movies.... Would stay again.

Spacious rooms...hospitable employees who were understanding and helpful!!! Definitely will use them and refer property to friends and out of towners as a convenient clean location. Allowed a late check out and when court held me over they didn't make a terrible fuss about an hour that turned into another night's stay. So helpful. 24 hour coffee was a great perk.

I had a wonderful stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Evansville East! The staff here are truly exceptional very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for everything I needed in Evansville. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and personal attention I received here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of!

Very clean and maintained daily. The staff are very friendly as well as they have daily breakfast too. I have stayed here for the past month with zero issues and always a friendly desk help. Especially in the mornings you’ll find in my opinion the best crew but the whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Didn’t have any issues! Clean and comfy beds and the Heater worked perfect the whole time. The shower was a bit small and not a lot of pressure from the shower head. We only stayed two nights, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Affordable hotel to stay at

Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside I was nervous. But OMG! We had room 216 (The honeymoon suite) It has 3 tv’s 3!! So no matter where you are in the room you can see the tv! Softest bed I’ve ever slept in. Super clean!! Amazing staff! Literally from front desk to maintenance, everyone was so nice! My husband and I was truly blessed to come across this establishment. You can tell they care about making it better. I don’t know what it looked like before, but it was so beautiful. Now, unfortunately I can’t just say how amazing it was without letting you know everything, and the lack of management making it right since we paid $358.31 (1 night) for the stuff we got but couldn’t fully use. We got a newer room, and so it wasn’t completely finished (no shower door, so water got all over the floor, so we had to use extra towels to soak up the water, and unfortunately our jacuzzi was leaking from the bottom, so we didn’t get to use it like we would have liked. And we had to use more towels.) but once they fix those minor issues I would give this hotel a 10/10. Im not sure the maintenance guy’s name, but he was so amazing, he caught us before we left, we showed him the tub, he apologized repeatedly, and appreciated our feedback and never got rude. We will definitely stay there again whenever we would be in that area. Definitely give them a try!! It is stunning!!!

We absolutely love staying at Envi. Great experience every time we've stayed. Super clean. We definitely have plans to stay again soon. Very convenient location with all the restaurants on the strip. Breakfast is always hot and fresh! Staff is always super helpful and friendly!

The King suite was super comfortable with plenty of space for us. The bed was beyond comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Elisha at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. We got there quite early, but she took our information and called us as soon as our room was ready. The breakfast was very good! And the lady (I really wish I had gotten her name) who was keeping it stocked and cleaned up for an amazing job! She was very friendly, and helpful. This is definitely a place we will return to.

The hotel check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning areas that sometimes get over looked. No dust behind the TV or nightstand. In room refrigerator and microwave were spotless. Our room was quiet. I would stay here again. It was a good value. Breakfast options were good.

Bed/Bathroom stocked and cleaned well, Room was nice with seating area. Warm beverage bar available. Hot breakfast bar and other items. Lobby was was nice. Night worker was carefully mopping the entry floors by lobby. Staff friendly, helpful.Check in and out quick easy, no wait. This place was quiet , but full on the day we were there. Easy to find location.

I loved that it was very clean, check in was quick and friendly. The best thing for me was I am an early riser, 4:15am, and I loved the fact that not only did I have coffee in my room, I was able to go to the lobby and coffee was already to serve. Breakfast was good, I wish there had been bacon, but there was plenty to pick from.

This place was absolutely amazing it was a very relaxing place the staff were very friendly. The rooms were so clean and very well kept up housekeeping super friendly and professional. The best part of the stay would have to be breakfast there's a staff member cooking and restocking and bringing out fresh food all throughout breakfast hours so many options and the food was delicious can honestly say this has been one of my favorite stays in Evansville and there's has been a lot of stays definitely will be booking only here from now on

Room looked and smelt very clean. Bedding was very clean and seemed fresh. Mattress was comfortable, pillows were soft and breakfast was by far the BEST I have had in a hotel since before COVID. Breakfast crew kept it clean entire time. The facilities were VERY CLEAN. Only complaint would be softer washcloths and offer coffee in lobby for those cold nights.

Always stay here. Clean rooms spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Awesome shower. Fabulous hot breakfast with plenty of other breakfast items. Coffee 24/7 Staff always helpful and courteous. Looking forward to my next booking 5* I would never think of staying anywhere else. Close to shopping, banks, restaurants, airport etc.

Starting with check in I was sent a link to pre checkin I did that then I had to do the same again once I got there. The front staff tho was great very friendly. The hotel is very clean & my room was ready. Bed was nice but pillows need replaced. A lot of light comes thru the door so room was not as dark as I like. The room was large however the bathroom was small and you have to fight the toilet getting out of the shower. Whoever designs these rooms needs to do better. Shower water pressure is Wonderful & the tub drained great. Mini fridge with freezer was great. Remote on TV a little hard to figure out. Now on to breakfast, the room where the food is is small not enough room for people to get their stuff. Scrambled eggs were scrambles so small they were barely there (use a spoon). The rest is what you normally get. Great coffee. The seating is also at a premium not enough room. Take out the huge sofa in the lobby and expand the breakfast seating. Apples were very old with mush spots. No salt & pepper. On the outside the parking lot only has 1 way in & out. There were wires sticking out of an AC unit anf the column by the front door sidewalk has a large piece sticking out. Outside maintance needs done.

Nice hotel and convenient to the interstate. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but I feel it could be just a little better. The lady that checked me in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Curtains in the room did not fully close and towels were thin. The shower had great pressure. Breakfast was above average and well tended to. I would stay again.

Excellent service. The receptionist, Angel Singletary, was very kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good and complete. The room was clean and comfortable (although the carpet needs to be replaced; it is very old and with several stains). Location is very good, with easy access to many places and good restaurants. Very safe. My wife and I will come back to this hotel whenever we travel to Evansville.

This is our second multi-day trip to this Hampton this year. Each time we’ve found the staff to be warm and welcoming, the rooms clean and quiet, and the property well maintained and safe. We’ll be back!

The location is really good, right of US41 next to the airport. The airport is not busy and was not noisy at all. The property, the rooms, the breakfast are and more are all very well maintained and clean. Our beds were really good and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, not bad at all for a free hotel breakfast. The breakfast are is very large and comfortable as well.

Location was great. It was very quiet in clean, the staff was very friendly cleaning ladies were very friendly, the continental breakfast was excellent. Coffee was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay there again. The beds were so nice and comfortable . Everyone made you feel welcome. Thank you.

Central location. Friendly staff. Modern and spacious room. Large dining area for breakfast. One of the staff cleaned off my vehicle after the snow/ice storm. I did not have an ice scraper. I asked for one and planned to clean the vehicle my self, but the staff member did and said he was happy to help me. What a blessing he was today!!!! My daughter has stayed here before and has mentioned multiple times how nice the staff is. Now, I understand why she is happy with this Hampton Inn and recommends it often!

I arrived late in the evening after my flight and was welcomed by a friendly, efficient staff member who checked me in quickly. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet the next morning gave me a nice start to my day. I appreciate having this location so close to the airport.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Evansville/Airport, and each time we have enjoyed the stay. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, even blessing us (this time) with a complimentary suite upgrade. The room was very spacious and VERY clean. The hot breakfast was delicious. We will continue to return to this property in the future.

It was a excellent hotel as the outside pool and the area was clean and nice and stayed open until 11pm and open at 8am my 7year old love that she got to night swim and day swim it's not far from Holiday world splash and safari, at all where we was visiting twice. The staff was very nice,helpful,kind,caring. The breakfast was hot; amazing good selection and the coffee was amazing different creamers which is a plus for me lol the juice tasted like juice the breakfast bar stayed open so every guest could get even after the hours very respectful of them. I will be staying again here, the price was reasonable as well. Only downfall is bring your own pillows cause very uncomfortable pillows the bed was amazing sleeping on a cloud but I threw every pillow in the ground so uncomfortable 😣 slept better no toss or turn just laying my head in the mattress it was sleeping on a ☁️. Besides that it was an amazing hotel and amazing stay and trip. The staff was very nice, respectful,kind,caring. I recommend this hotel!!

Very clean quiet and close to downtown, i liked that they had maintained the Howard Johnsons colors and themes, yet still made it crisp and clean. Helpful front desk, good breakfast bar. Exceptional value for the dollar.

The staff was very friendly..Vicky is the Indian guy.. . would always ask me if there was anything i needed and how I was enjoying my stay. Even put the coffee on earlier than breakfast just for me every morning. The rooms and dining area for breakfast are very clean. Breakfast is always early and never late. The location is amazing because EVERYTHING you could want to do or go in Evansville is less than 5 minutes away. The mall is across the road. The price was very good... I will definitely stay here again when j return to Evansville.

All of the employees were so very nice, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was very cute! The sitting areas on both levels were unique, very colorful and attractive. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and was constantly being cleaned up and restocked. Our room was really bigger than expected, the bathroom was large and attractive, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We really liked the easy chair and ottoman. Everything was very clean, the hotel was quiet, we certainly felt safe and the price was so affordable! We would definitely stay there again and have told our family and friends about this nice hotel!

Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The elevator and room did have a stale smell to it. It was a long walk from the elevator to our room 205. The showers have plenty of shampoo/conditioner in wall containers. The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were hard, the gravy was pasty, and the breakfast potatoes were hard/uncooked. I would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else. The hotel felt safe and secure. The area is close to shopping and convenient to the highway.

I wish I would have stayed here in the first place I’ve been traveling for a month moving from hotel to hotel !! I really enjoyed my stay peaceful clean clean so clean the bed the bathroom the hallway where all clean!! Checking in I told the young lady that I had a rough time finding the right place she was so welcoming as well

The staff were amazing and very very helpful. I was able to check in and out with ease! I enjoyed the range for hours of operation for the outdoor pool as well as the hot breakfast bar. My room was clean and fully stocked with great WiFi connection!

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Rooms clean and comfortable and staff both friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good and coffee always available. Location also good with shopping and places to eat nearby. Ive had two stays there in last 5 or 6 weeks. Each stay was for several nights and really felt at home.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had more choices than other hotels in the area. Ample free parking. Within easy walking distance of two restaurants, and a very short drive to another restaurant.

Overall, everything went as well as one would expect here. The front desk agents we interacted with were very friendly. The breakfast was a good spread. The location was within a mile of many dining options and a Target to pick up any items forgotten at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower.

We had a family emergency at the hospital near by. They were very good to us friendly, helpful, understanding. The rooms were very clean and the beds so, so comfortable. Breakfast was free and very good. Coffee excellent. I can't find anything negative about this experience.

Easy check in once at the desk. Where to actually enter the hotel is odd. Looks more like a place where you would enter once you already have a key. The wifi is useless, but for an up charge you can get working wifi. Considering covid they have a great breakfast and area was very clean. The beds were comfortable and may stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Home2Suites in Evansville! The hotel is very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The kids loved being able to swim in the heated indoor pool. The adults appreciated being able to workout in the fitness center. The room with 2 queen beds also includes a sofa bed, kitchenette, and moveable table which was helpful for snacking and crafts. The breakfast provided lots of options and was so good that the kids visited twice! (Something about making your own waffles is so fun for them. ) It was a fun and relaxing weekend get-away and we would enjoy doing it again. Great value for the money.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, the service and the food here. Everything was very clean and up to date. Ample plugins and usb ports. The room was spacious, the bathroom had top quality soaps and shampoo, the beds were comfortable and we especially loved the kitchenette, complete with dishes, utensils, dishwasher and a full refrigerator. The coffee maker was cute! A cuisinart 2 cup beverage server so you could make 2 drinks at a time. Plenty of coffee, tea and sweeteners. The flat screen TV was good, just needed to be centered more for people in both beds to be able to see. The breakfast was good, more pre-packaged, but they had healthy options: gluten free muffins, make it yourself buckwheat waffles, yogurt, organic milk, sausage and egg sandwiches, packaged cheese omelettes, juices and more. Overall, a very good experience

Our stay at Home 2 hotel was amazing! The room was welcoming, with clean floor, clean sheets and good fragrance. We felt rested and enjoyed our stay, to the extent that we wanted to extend our stay. The staff are extremely courteous, the decor is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! The kitchen, cutlery, and the dishwasher in the room made our stay much more convenient. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. We look forward to staying in Home 2 in future.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Room was spacious and well equipped with extra towels, microwave, and fridge. Good hot breakfast and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They inspire confidence and trust. The free breakfast is pretty good for a buffet and always plenty of food so I never had to wait to eat in the morning. Coffee and tea 24 -7 is a real plus for those of us who keep late hours. The property is in tip top condition and super clean. The only opportunity for improvement might be to keep the hand sanitizer stations full on a more consistent basis. Over all super great value for the money and we came away very happy with the stay.

We had a last-minute trip at put us into the northern Kentucky southern Indiana area and shows to stay at the Fairfield Inn Evansville West. We were greeted by a very friendly and courteous Karla who made sure that we have the proper kind of pillows and room accessories to enhance our stay. Our room was very clean, I would’ve just preferred a firmer mattress. Breakfast was adequate and standard fair for Marriotts, there were two small areas of housekeeping in common areas that they alerted the front desk too, and they assured me they would get these taken care of right away. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, modern, and professional and courteous staff

We selected this location because of the breakfast bar pictures and it did not disappoint. In addition to a terrific room with a GREAT selection of cable channels, easy to use internet, well stocked bathroom with better than average towels and HOT shower, the breakfast area had PLENTY of room to spread out while serving scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, and a pretty much amazing selection of toppings for your oatmeal in addition to waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, milk, orange juice, yogurt and more. All very clean as well. Easy parking. Pool.

We enjoy staying at this property annually for an event. The renovation has been completed and the improvements are wonderful, except for the outlets near the bed. I realize this was not a local decision since it’s like this at all the renovated properties. It would be nice to have outlets that are accessible on or near the nightstands. I prefer to have my phone easily accessible while charging during the night. Other than that, the property is a pleasure to visit. Breakfast selections are plentiful and delicious, the breakfast area is very clean, and the staff are wonderful.

Great place as all Marriott s are nice breakfast and super clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staf We were there in the winterans no outdoor pool but the unside was more rhan comfortable. highly recommended it for the valuef

One of the few places left with a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi in Evansville my kids loved it we plan to return soon.

Breakfast was outstanding - good selection of hot and cold foods. Area was neat and clean. Breakfast hostess, Liz was incredible. You could not ask for a more friendly and capable employee. Front desk staff were polite and efficient too. Room was clean, but a big worn. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure.

Good value for the area. Stayed here 2 nights. Room was clean and king bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small and did not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast area is busy. Though many food choices are offered the food quality is just fair. A number of hot items like biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs were good. Coffee was ... well ... both days not sure if it was coffee. There was only one attendant to take care of it all and clean tables and she did a good job. This Inn is in a congested area made all the worse due to local highway construction. All in all, would stay here again due to competitive price, but choose to eat elsewhere..

Everything was great: the breakfast, the personnel, the room, the pool. The receptionist was very kind as well as the owner; both gave us a great reception. Also, the mother of the owner, who is in charge of the breakfast, was super kind! I like the warm temperature of the pool! This was a plus for us. The breakfast was very complete. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady working breakfast was working very hard to keep things going and the food out, and the tables clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Would stay here again!

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn for almost two weeks. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Convenient to restaurants. Breakfast was a notch above the normal continental breakfast. We had hot scambled eggs and sausage each morning with toast. Starting our morning with protein was what we needed not sweets. Once when we overslept as the time changed they went back to the kitchen and made us fresh food. I would reccommend this hotel over the others in the area. The Wifi at the hotel was rather frustrating as you had to log on several times a day.

I stayed for 2 nights ( July 7 & 8, 2017, room # 217 ) and my experience staying here was very good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, clean soft sheets on the bed, pillows were comfortable, clean towels etc. in the bathroom, bathroom was clean, air conditioning worked well, plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. All for a reasonable price. My room was 178.00 for 2 nights including tax. If I'm ever in Henderson KY again, I will definitely stay at Comfort Inn.

This was our home base for the Little Sturgis Bike Rally. This place was perfect. First of all, the staff were great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome. My friend was looking for a local map to look at and one of the staff, I think her name is Jennifer, gave him a whole big book of maps, which was really awesome. She was really awesome, along with the rest of the staff we encountered. The hotel was very clean, inside and out. My room was a king room on the third floor, right next to the elevator/vending area. I thought sure it would be noisy, but I was wrong. Extremely quiet room, I didn't hear a thing, and I am a very light sleeper. Breakfast each morning was adequate, nothing special, but there wasn't anything bad about it either. Typical continental type breakfast. I really cant think of a single negative about our stay. I would certainly stay here again without question.

We used our reward points, great, front desk clerk great on check in, friendly and helpful. We asked for a first floor room, we were two doors from lobby. Front desk person told us they had just remodeled , you could tell it. Everything was modern clean and neat. Breakfast was very good, well stocked and lots of choices. Front desk person came over to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. We stay at choice hotels when we can, great choice this time, easy to find, every one was very helpful and friendly. Very good choice for the night and we will stay here again when we are in the area.

First off, I'm reviewing this vs other hotels in its class. Here is my breakdown. First the room itself was pretty good. The bed was comfortable, nice size fridge, the tv worked. The clock was broken though. The bathroom was the weak point of the stay. It wasn't dirty but there were some set in stains and fixtures need to be updated. The shower was fine, plenty of pressure and hot water. However, the sink would not get above room temperature. So much for shaving. Here is the surprising part. The breakfast buffet was very good! The scrambled eggs tasted like eggs. The gravy was sausage gravy not that crappy tasteless pepper gravy. Sausages were plump and juicy. The staff was outstanding! The most attentive I have ever seen in this level of hotel. One woman even bought in fresh tomatoes and cantelope from her garden. They were both excellent and the cantelope was outstanding. So, to break it down, Bedroom 4 stars. Bathroom, 3 stars. Breakfast and staff over all, 5 stars.
