Everything was really beautiful, we had a lovely evening on the terrace and in the jacuzzi, the amazing weather helped, of course. Hoping to come back some time.

Clean room, great bed and jacuzzi was perfect!!

We had the best time! Firstly the lodge was absolutely beautiful, spacious and modern. The location was on point, it had warm cozy pubs, the beach and nature walks near by. There was so much for the children to do, they enjoyed archery, laser tag, clip and climb and visiting the animals at the farm. Aiden (one of the staff members) was absolutely brilliant with the children! The restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed a meal there, not too expensive and nice cocktails. We finished our stay off with a sauna, swim and jacuzzi! Absolutely perfect!

I loved how peaceful and quiet the location was, we could see the sea in the distance but felt we had our own pocket of luxury all to our own. For a relatively small lodge, we had all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay - not to mention the tea, coffee, milk etc that was left for us! The bed was the perfect size for a good night's sleep, and the hot tub was simply divine! The staff were so attentive with room service and cleaning the hot tub etc. The room service food was delicious and served promptly, yet fresh and hot. We enjoyed the tennis court and gym, as well as the ideal location to drive out and down to St Ives and Falmouth.

Staff was very friendly, the location is fab, really close to the beach. Great facilities, and delicious food at the restaurant Most importantly lots to do for our toddler. The soft play and pirate themed playground was a huge hit and loved visiting the animals on site. We'll be definitely back. (Rooms were big and comfy, 2 bathrooms in our pet friendly lodge, stairgate to keep children and pets safe, spacious kitchen and living room.)

Great sea views, really nice location, bar and restaurant. Great room. Loved the jacuzzi and pool.

The hotel is placed at a beautiful location. Water View everywhere. Great swimming pool, and jacuzzi and a lovely game room for kids. Food was delicious.

Nice relaxing stay at a well run hotel with great food and facilities. My daughter enjoyed the games room and my wife and I appreciated the private access to the pool and jacuzzi.

This beautiful hotel is situated on the cliffs with lovely sea views and coastal walks either side. The restaurant and extremes area which is like a huge glass conservatory have amazing sea views. Food was delicious lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and kind upgraded us on the day to a sea view room. We had a bath and a shower which were great the room was big bed was comfy 2 radiators in our room which we didn't use as the room was the right temp for us. Heated towel rail in the bathroom. The pool and Jaquzzi was an added bonus and we enjoyed our massages by the very talented Lucy I felt so relaxed after. This hotel is close enough to Mullion village to walk and we found a gorgeous thatched roof pub which was very quint and quirky it had a bread oven in the side of the wall it's called the Old inn. We eat in the other nearby pub Mounts Bay inn the food was extra nice I had a delicious fish pie and crumble and custard staff were really nice even giving us free carrot cake. after defo recommend going there to eat. Hotel was clean and warm we will definitely be back

The location of this hotel is just perfect for a secluded get away. Right on the coast with an easy walk from the back of the hotel if you wish to explore the surrounding beauty (which is highly recommended!) or if you wish to sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee with a wonderful view from both eating areas. Also perfectly situated to be able to drive out and explore the surrounding areas (which again I would highly recommend). Breakfast was included in the room cost which is perfect especially as I travelled out of season meaning some places were still closed for the winter. There was a great range of hot and cold foods and staff were happy to help with any queries or amendments. My room was lovely, warm, clean, spacious. I took advantage of relaxing in the bath every night! I ate in the restaurant a couple of nights during my staff and the staff were always pleasant and welcoming. I had the most delicious pea, mint and feta risotto! As I visited out of season I was able to access the pool and gym facilities without any issues and there was always a car parking space available. I also accessed the spa for one of their spa day treatments - head, neck, shoulder and back massage followed by a facial - heaven!! My masseuse was brilliant! This included afternoon tea in the hotel which was delicious with very generous portion sizes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

2 bed apartment with Jacuzzi was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when approached. Ample parking on site and cocktails excellent value for money during happy hour. Communal bar facilities very clean and in great condition. Would highly recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

On site parking, good for large car. Nice spa and gym. Viv loved jacuzzi bath in bathroom. ( large bath with jets) nice atmosphere, well staffed. Food wasn’t bad, accommodated my garlic allergy. Nouveau cuisine.

Spa, pool and steam room well looked after and lovely although jacuzzi not working working and waiting for parts. Communal areas generous and comfortable and breakfast high quality with good options. Lovely room with fab terrace balcony and views of the sea! Met by Simon who was charming, arranged drinks whilst waiting for our room (we had an early start from London) and showed us to our room. Will definitely book in to stay again.

The friendly staff. Especially Blade who was so nice and accomodating to our whole family, making everything work down to the smallest detail. And welovedstaying at the Landlubber with its private garden and jacuzzi, the luxury toiletries and the free coffee and biscuits. Location ideal for city, shopping, beach and harbour. Esquisit ❤️

Short walk into Falmouth, which is a great base town for exploring Cornwall and a fab town to visit. (Bear in mind it is all uphill on the way back). Lovely facilities with a pool, sauna and jacuzzi and outdoor space for the nice weather. Room was nice with a lovely sea view and hotel itself is well maintained and very pleasant. Decent breakfast included.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely sea views, exceptional food. So glad we were able to stay for an evening meal during our stay. Silky smooth pate, tender duck and a mouthwatering Toblerone brownie to finish. Heaven. Breakfast was every bit as good. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, quiet & smiling which made our stay very relaxing.. Assistance with electric vehicle charging was much appreciated. Our ground floor Seaview room had a lovely walk in shower and was spotlessly clean and beautifully fitted out. Lovely views out over the bay & towards falmouth. We'd definitely love to visit again. Do keep an eye on which direction your sat nav is taking you when heading away from the hotel, as the lanes (in common with much of this beautiful area) around Gweek and Constantine can be particularly narrow and twisting if you have a large vehicle and head out that way, rather than heading right in the village, towards the main road. Take your time, and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way.

This was a lovely place to stay. The hotel was set in a very peaceful location with stunning views out across the ocean. Our room was very well equipped with a lovely well supplied bathroom. The view from our room was amazing as too from the gardens and restaurant. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also amazing with cereals, toast, juices, tea and coffee all served with an English breakfast. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family and I would definitely be staying there again. Many thanks to all the staff that made the stay so pleasant

The quality of the Room was very good with a comfortable bed and cosy chairs giving views over the bay. The en-suite was clean and worked well. The restaurant was exceptional and the Hotel has its own well-stocked bar. There was plenty of parking on site and the hotel is situated in a lovely area of the Cost Path and has lovely lawns to sit out on and enjoy the views. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and looked after us very well.

The hotel is comfortable and homey. The location is a 10 minute drive outside of town, but a lovely quiet area. The view was spectacular. Our room was a good size, nice decor, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy, clean and had a luxurious feel. The dining room, where we had breakfast, was spacious and nicely decorated. The food choices were varied and everything was delicious.

Breakfast was excellent and efficiently managed with a pre-order system in place. Great selection - I had the poached eggs on avocado & sourdough with chili oil. The room was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet with a beautiful view. The bar has a good selection of wines and spirits, also local gin and cider, as far as I could tell. We didn't have dinner there but it seemed to be a popular restaurant.

The hotel is warm and welcoming and is well located in the heart of Porth Leven. The staff were all brilliant, entirely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a harbour view room the first night. A nice view but the room was uncomfortably small. We were in a different room the following night, we had made a mistake with our booking, and our next room was very comfortable and spacious and we didn't miss the view at all. I think we would choose the larger room without the view if we stay again.

Loved everything about this stay. The location is beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was so comfortable, had everything you could want and more. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. All the little touches were great and it was spotlessly clean! The food in the restaurant was incredible for both dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend and this will be our go to place for any date night or special occasion in the future. Thank you.

We booked a harbour view room and I’m so glad we did. It was beautifully decorated and the window alcove with chairs was the perfect spot for watching all the harbour activities. The room had a mini fridge and a great selection of teas and coffee. Fresh milk is always a bonus! The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was fabulous. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely gorgeous. The quality of food was brilliant and there was lots to choose from.

The room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect being right on the harbour side.

Clean, comfy and cosy. Nice little touches like Nespresso coffee machine and bedside radio and modern large TV. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Well done 👍

Beautiful B And B in quiet village. Janet and David are friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious comfortable bed perfect view overlooking stunning garden and very clean felt like home from home. great location with local shops and pub for food at reasonable prices. Loved sitting for breakfast in light conservatory with pretty views of garden and being able to sit outside enjoying the peaceful garden. Breakfast is very good lots of choices and variety. homemade jam delicious. Weather perfect a real gem would highly recommend and will be back when in cornwall.

Such a lovely place and the owners are very welcoming and attentive. I have never been to a small B&B that has so many 'little extras' to offer. The hotel is a mixture of home/cosy/character/comfort, where everything is so nicely placed/decorated/clean and so beautifully organised. The room was spotless, the bed soooo comfortable, the bathroom had a bath, a shower, two sinks and even colour coordinated towels for each person, so no mistakes when it came to using them. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast, with good choice of cereals, fruits, home made preserves as well as cooked breakfast made to order. Small fridges where filled with juices, yogurts, milk and water. The garden is so well looked after, cleverly hiding the bits that need to stay out of view. Such a relaxing place-the best small B&B I've ever stayed in-thank you!

We stayed in the Shepherd’s Hut for 9 days and absolutely loved it. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare breakfasts and dinners as well. The hut was very clean and incredible comfortable and pretty. You’ve got plenty of privacy and silence because the hut is located in the beautiful garden and has its own terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for different day trips by car throughout all of Cornwall. We would even highly recommend the normal B&B accommodations, because we had breakfast with the other guests once and it was phenomenal. We already miss St Day, the lovely general store around the corner and the beautiful hut, which was a lovely home for the last days.

It was our first time in Cornwall and location of hotel was perfect as central and a short drive to all sights. Beds were comfy and rooms were super clean - which is one of the reasons we booked the Cedars. Dave & Janet were perfect hosts, giving us advice and even lending us cash for a takeway! Dave remembered the Chinese Takeaway only took cash! He even set us a table so we could eat in comfort. Breakfasts were good and an excellent start to our full days of sightseeing. We enjoyed our short break immensely, even the ducks who roam the gardens are welcoming 😁

This is a lovely building, tastefully decorated with bright, comfortable rooms. The bathroom was really nice and the bed comfy. The location was excellent especially for the Armed Forces weekend with the events area less than ten minutes stroll to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. The beach front is only five minutes in the opposite direction with a bar that has a great seafront aspect but it’s a little expensive. There is also a takeaway hut and a handy Co-op. We had a sea view room which although partial was nice to wake up to and the well stocked honesty bar in the garden room was a great addition with seating inside and outside which was great to unwind at the end of busy days. We were met by housekeeper Karen, who is lovely, as the family were experiencing health issues and she let us check in early after our very long drive down which was welcome so we could enjoy the rest of the day. As I have a disability this was really beneficial to us. We loved our stay at Gyllngvase House and would definitely return in the future. Eating out we found the Hub Box down on the Harbour was really good, friendly staff and much cheaper than Gylly Beach cafe down at the beach. The Wetherspoons is a longer walk but worth it for the great roof terrace.

We received a warm welcome and was shown to our room. Free parking on sight, lovely comfortable room with soft towels, lovely toiletries and plenty of tea and coffee. The showering. Our room was a corner unit, so could be a problem for larger people but had piping hot water and the choice of a rainfall shower. Although near a road it was very quiet, as were the other guests. We slept like a log. The breakfast in the morning gave a choice of cereals and either full English or continental. The food and service was excellent. There were ground with a garden room offering drinks or for a short walk you can either go into the town or to the beach with its beach cafe, restaurant and bar. The staff were very friendly and it was a very pleasant stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guesthouse, and we can't recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and conveniently close to public transport. The guesthouse itself is immaculately clean, with a lot of attention to detail that truly enhances the experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast – a delicious start to each day with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, this guesthouse is a gem. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. We can't wait to return!

Simply the best place to stay in Cornwall :) :) :) We wouldn't go anywhere else. Warm, kind, helpful and generous hosts. Fresh, clean, peaceful, spacious room. Lovely comfortable bed. Strong shower with plenty of hot water. Delicious and generous breakfast. Gorgeous new garden room. Ample private parking. Easy walking distance for town or the sea-front. Fast reliable wifi.

The twin room (no sea view) #19 was spotless. It has 2 windows that opened (with safety locks so only opened enough for air), comfortable beds, decent pillows & blackout curtains. The shower ensuite was tiny but sufficient. Good selection of teas/coffee. Very friendly & helpful staff. Lovely views of the sea & beach from the breakfast room. Happy they had oat milk at breakfast. Well appointed for beach & short walk into town.

A delightful hotel perched above Gyllingvase beach, with superb views out across Falmouth Bay. Very friendly and helpful staff making you feel very much at home. A good variety of breakfasts on offer in a bright and airy dining room taking full advantage of the views. Plenty of off-road parking, and within a short walk of the centre of Falmouth. If you don't fancy the walk back, after your evening out, the taxi service from town is excellent. Falmouth offers a wide range of restaurants, 'Fuel' was one of our favourites. The hotel is also very well placed for visiting an excellent fish restaurant (Hooked on the Rocks), at Swanpool beach. This is just a pleasant 15 minute walk along the coastal path, with rewards of lobster, scallops and prawns, in another superb, elevated setting. All in all, the Anacapri is a very comfortable, clean and well appointed hotel in an excellent location, for enjoying what the Falmouth bay area has to offer.

the staff where both friendly and extremely helpful with all our needs. we had a lovely room which over looked the beach. it was roomy, comfortable and all the basics you need for a few days away. loads of storage space and plugs etc bathroom was clean spacey and bath and shower. breakfast was cooked fresh for your choice if you want hot food, but plenty of other cereal fruit yougerts if not and room over looks the beach. when we return to falmouth we would definitely rebook the anacapri easy walk to town and nice parks beach nearby

Room 8 was a really good size, large King Bed with a comfortable seating area in front of the large windows overlooking the beach which was literally a stones throw away. Breakfast was really good, you re order you choice for the morning the evening before all good quality food and the restaurant/breakfast room enjoys those stunning views over to the beach. Satff really helpful and friendly the hotel overall exceeded my expectations and was amazing value for money - we'd definateley book again when visiting Falmouth and the surrounding area.

Seafront location with a beautiful outlook and a glimpse of the sea from our room. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff, great service at reception and in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely! Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from, our cooked breakfast was served hot and fresh, with good portion sizes and quality. Room was clean, bathroom spotless. Very quiet when we stayed (February). Easy walk to the town centre, nice beach opposite the hotel. Free parking.
