I like everything about this hotel, from the minute I arrived until I left two days later, the experience all over was very good. The friendly host, great sense of humor, helpful and always available at the front desk. The room has a friendly cosy atmosphere and vibe, also clean and bed comfortable. Small bathroom but everything you need. The location also very central and close to beach and good restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful host. Nice quiet room with excellent bed and shower. Good advice about places to eat dinner and continental style breakfast. WiFi fast and adequate and was password protected. The place was spotlessly clean, which we had also noted the previous time we stayed there.

Hotel aviz is the place to be if you want to rest and have s wonderful holiday. It's very central, close to the beach and the staff are a lesson of how to treat customers. Always with a smile, very helpful and cheering. Great wifi and breakfast included plus the views from the top are amazing. I totally recommend the hotel.

we really liked the hotel, we had a great room with a huge terrace, lovely to sit out at night. the location is great, near to restaurants and bars and also close to the beach. the room was simple but comfy. the hotel management were friendly and have great sense of humour. recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel with my 10 year old daughter. We absolutely love it!!! The hotel is located on a quiet street yet close to the ocean, the center and restaurants. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive! The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. Good internet ! Recommended !

I recently stayed in one of the rooms at the EXE Wellington Hotel, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Additionally, the view from the window was enchanting and added a touch of magic to my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The quality of service was also excellent, with everything I needed easily within reach. I highly recommend the EXE Wellington Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable and high-quality accommodation.

Without a doubt, the ideal place to stay in Figueira da Foz. From reception to check-out, the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests and make our stay enjoyable. The location is central and close to many restaurants and bars, 2 minutes walk from the promenade and the city market and next to the casino. The parking arrangement is convenient and very reasonably priced (7 euros per day) The breakfast is excellent, rich and varied and the staff is efficient and helpful.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. We particularly appreciated the secure storage for our bikes and the help we got to get the bikes into the storage area. Rooms were very spacious, clean, comfortable. The reception staff gave us some recommendations for dinner, The one we chose was very good. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a really pleasant space to eat in!

Beautiful hotel with spacious and comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean place with some sports facilities, with a possibility of parking the car in a parking garage (not expensive), close to the city centre and the beach, offering different kinds of food in their restaurants. There’s also a casino right in front of the hotel, the staff were very nice. The breakfast rich and great variety of foods.

The room was very spacious, a modern bathroom, a very delicious breakfast buffet included. Plus, the hotel provided a garage space for my motorcycle.

This is an older hotel with nice tile walls up the staircase and really quiet rooms. For me, the size of the room and bathroom were just right. The wifi worked well and I really got some much-needed sleep over my 5-day stay. Every morning, I would go down to have included breakfast and the proprietor would quickly present a huge, flaky, buttery croissant, a basket of rolls with jam and butter, and a whole pot each of coffee and steamed milk. Juice and regular milk were also available. The proprietors were really pleasant and genuinely friendly. It is located a block from the clock tower at Praia da Claridade. It was a great, old-style European hotel at an amazing price!

Very neat hotel, the entrance, stairs, room were very clean. Central location close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location in the central area, yet still quiet at night. The breakfast was generous -- more than what we could eat. The proprietor offered a back hallway inside to store our bicycles overnight. Very accommodating. We would certainly recommend Hotel Alianca.

Very central . I received a very warm welcome 🙏 from the lady owner ( Maria I think ) . She provided a place to keep my bike indoors . Nice room and breakfast. Very attentive. Speaks French, Spanish , obviously Portuguese and bit of English . We had fun communicating 😀

I stayed at Costa de Prata 1. Lovely clean hotel, had a large room with a view over the sea and a great breakfast. The beds were a bit soft. We took our evening meals at Prata 2, the sister hotel. The food was not good, especially for vegetarians. Figueira is not a place to visit in October, as most things are shut down and it rains incessantly. Still warm though and the huge seas are impressive.

The views were stunning.the lady on check-in was very helpful. The room was basic but clean.

I loved the location. Clean and nice facilities. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Central hotel. We had a room with a view of the sea. Well appointed room, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was plentiful. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the front where you’ll find cafes and bars. The beach is vast and the sea a long way out. There are great boardwalks and promenades to walk/ cycle along. The hotel is within 2 mins walk of lots of restaurants and the casino. We arrived by bicycle and storage of the bikes was no problem.

Great location, fantastic sea view, balcony, clean, very helpful and caring staff (big thanks to Sandra). Safe overnight bike storage. Fabulous breakfast included - lots of options. Good air con too.

We had a lovely stay at B&B HOTEL Figueira Da Foz. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The price-quality ratio is very good, and everything was spotless clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed: simple but functional, very clean, and with quality amenities — we especially appreciated the Dove shampoo and hand soap. The open-space lobby and breakfast area felt cosy and well-lit, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast setup was well-organized, and I really liked the availability of free coffee, tea, and other drinks at any time. The receptionist was kind and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

Excellent hotel! Very close to the beach - 3 min walking. Personal was very cute, smiley, helpful and polite. Common room is very stylish and clean. We had a family room with a huge double bed and a single bed. Everything is very clean, good smell. Super comfy and cozy bed. Breakfast was very nice too - lots of pastry, cereals, jams, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits. Coffee and tea were available 24/7. We went to Figueira da Foz during a music festival. I was a bit afraid that it's gonna be loud in the room since the hotel is so close to the beach, but I was wrong. We could barely hear the music and slept very good. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

My stay was overall very positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile, which made a real difference to the experience. The rooms are functional and minimalist, yet comfortable and very clean, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast stood out for the excellent quality of the food — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms had the essential and very clean, with air-con. Included a mini fridge very handy to keep fresh water (and other drinks or fruits for a late snack). Offered extra towels in both bath/bedroom, however unnecessary - I guess depends how long a person stays. I would suggest to have both, hard and soft pillows. They might have had extra pillows in the top part of the wardrob - I didn't search for it nor asked the staff. The hotel is quite central and at walking distance to the seaside - which was exactly what we wanted.

This little Ibis is conveniently located in a central area of Figueria da Foz next to restaurants and the port area (beach is a little further away if you walk). The rates are low and the quality, like in all Ibis chains, according to price. Don't expect big luxuries but just the minimal comfort including clean room, free wifi and uninspiring corridors. You can park around the area, and while metered, you can buy up to 10hr of time for as little as Eur 5 so that's not an issue (some hotels offer paying parking but this is not needed outside of the higher season).

Breakfast was unlimited continental, so good value for money, everything was freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and if there was anything we wanted/needed, to ask them straight away.

A delicious start to the day 😋 The hotel was in a quiet part of the town but it was easy to reach the restaurants the beaches and generally wander around this lovely town. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We loved the added extra that there was always cake and coffee or tea whenever you wanted it.

You will live in an old townhouse in Figueira da Foz - and there are not too many left. The owners renovated it with love and understanding. As soon as you enter the house you feel welcome. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are decorated elegant and yet modern. There is an "honesty bar", a library, a court yard, the breakfast room is simply wonderful and the breakfast offers more than enough to start a day. And if something is missing the staff will do anything to please you and help. Wow!

The room was so clean and comfortable, but so well decorated at the same time! The bed was big and cosy, the breakfast was delicious, location was great (lots of restaurants and cafes nearby), and the staff was so friendly. Excellent price for the quality of the stay.

The house offers 2 common rooms (outside terrace and living room with wooden stove) for the travelers to meet. Great breakfast selection and outstanding staff - very helpful in terms of food options, where to travel and general sugggestions. They make you feel very welcome and at home. Can only recommend others to stay there if travelling to Figuera da Foz or the sourrounding areas

Wonderful house, with shared kitchen, living room and outside terrace, individual bedrooms each with own bathroom. Beautifully decorated in a very modern style and very well equipped. A really modern and refreshing change from the usual holiday rentals. The owner also owns the beach bar/restaurant a few minutes walk away, renting sunbeds (25€\ day for 2 beds and 1 umbrella), the beach restaurant is a similar modern style and the food at both lunch and dinner was excellent. Very friendly staff and good service both at the house and the beach bar/restaurant.

It was very stylish, with lots of care and attention to detail. It was gorgeous, beautiful to be in with high spec modern finishes and touches. Lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities and comfy clean bed. Air conditioning provided and excellent cleanliness throughout. A real treat and I loved that the owner was relaxed and ran the beach bar on the beautiful beach a few hundred metres down the street. The whole experience was great, excellent food and surroundings at the beach bar/restaurant added to the stay. It was a resort for local Portuguese holidayers and felt authentic, not touristic. The local supermarkets, bars and gift shop added to the charm of the place. Carlos was a very helpful host.

Design house, very comfortable and practical. It was amazing our stay. We cooked in the kitchen, which has the best equipments and appliances, we used the common living room - so comfy- I it felt like home or even better I wish this was our home. About the location, is great, you can walk to the beach and to this bar xiringuito owned by the same owners of the house, and the bar is really great, at the beach. I travelled with a todler and a baby and it was perfect!

The house is extremely beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need within. Bathroom and kitchen are always very clean, the room was soo comfy with a huge bed. Carlos is a very nice host, he also have a chiringuito on the beach very close to the house with delicious sangria and amazing sunset views. We’d love to be back! Thank you for everything!

The house is beautifully designed, very spacious and well equipped, super close to the beach, small grocery store, a coffee shop and a bakery. The beaches are beautiful and quiet here, we really recommend the Xiringito restaurant directly on the beach with a beautiful view and good food.

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay. Easy free parking nearby, and lovely stroll to bars and restaurants. The front staff - Rui and his grandmother - were lovely and Rui was exceptional with his help and advice! The room was very nicely done - really clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, the delicious breakfast was individually prepared and served. The whole experience was very thoughtful and personal.

My stay was perfect from start to finish! The room was sparkling clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I could possibly need. The breakfast was fresh and tasty — I even took it a couple of times with me to the beach. The staff were genuinely kind, polite, and always ready to help. I also loved how close it was to the beach and the lovely local restaurants. I left with such good memories and would happily return anytime.

Amazing stay for 1 night traveling from Lisbon to Porto. A cosy place with all little attentions. The family room was very spacious and had a private terrasse. The location was perfect in front of the marina. The breakfast was delicious and pre-scheduled since the sitting area is small. It was easy to park on the street but the hotel doesn’t have private parking. Definitely a place to stay for a romantic getaway but also for a family vacation.

MCH has nicely appointed and well maintained rooms with modern airco. Our room had a terrace with a nice view on the marina. The breakfast and service were excellent. Eggs made to order, variety of breads and pastries, meats, cheese, coffee/tea and some fresh fruits.

Location, set up and staff were all amazing. Quick walk to the beach, cafes, bars and clubs. Woke up to a home cooked breakfast from a welcoming wonderful staff. They even watched and played with our toddlers while we were eating breakfast! Wish we could could have given them 12 out of 10

The service is perfect from A to Z. Excellent location, right by the sea and all the shops and services. Easy to get around on foot. The owner is friendly, helpful, and available with good communication. The place is quiet, there is space but also always a some people around to socialize. It's a good balance. The dorms are comfortable, and you can keep your belongings safe in a locker. There are several spacious toilets and bathrooms available, so you never have to wait. There is a beautiful view from the hostel. The interior decoration is also very pleasant. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and 2 fridges available for storing your food. There is a large living room for working or relaxing with an excellent internet connection. It's a good value for money. I highly recommend this hostel 100%.

a lovely stay in an excellent old building, with perfectly clean shared bathrooms and a very comfortable bedroom. we booked a private room and had a comfy double bed and an airy bright room. the neighbourhood is lively but the building faces a street that is quiet at night, a perfect combination; lots of excellent restaurants and bars, and of course the beach in walking distance. our host was extremely kind and helpful. if we return to figueira, we will definitely stay here again.

Spent one night in the hostel. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but Luis was super helpful and quickly corrected my mistake. Awesome location with windows to the river's mouth, close to the beach and shops/pastelarias/restaurants, right next to the local market. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, spatious bathrooms and common spaces. I bought some wine in a nearby grocery shop, drank it on the beach over the sunset, then went to sleep with an amazing smell of sea coming in the window and a big smile on my face. Thanks Luis!

This is place is in a great location, close to the marina, beach and shops. The hostel is in a beautiful house with really high ceilings, it has a great atmosphere and it feels like home. The kitchen is gorgeous e fully equipped with dishwasher and fridges - easy to store and cook food. It las a large living room with sofas, TV and games - windows facing the marina. On the other side of the house there’s a balcony with a washing line and facing an internal garden with a massive tree - birds leaving in the morning and arriving in the evening were a great company too. Toilets are spacious, clean and with plenty of hangers for clothes and toiletries. Rooms have lockers, bed with sockets, spot lights and a little shelf - my room had a balcony with an extra access to the toilet and kitchen (I felt lucky!). The great atmosphere is created by Luis, the owner - he’s super kind and helpful, a person with a beautiful heart. I ended up booking two extra nights - so hard to leave a great place! Definitely a hostel to come back and to suggest to friends and family! Thank you Luis!

Perfect location, not far away from the bus/train station, the center of the town with all restaurants/shops and the beach. A building with history in it - you see cool old furniture as soon as you enter the front door, then the wooden stairs, high ceilings... seasoned with a story from Luis :) that's what I truly admire! The place is 'alive' and has a great atmosphere so we felt at home there. The living room and bedroom are spacy and have a great view from the windows, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen is stuffed with everything you might need. Luis is extremely kind, helpful and an interesting person to talk to. So all in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back!

Breakfast was good and had a good variety at the buffet. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool and the pool area, garden and facilities are amazing, I spent most days not even wanting to leave the hotel to go elsewhere, because it was perfect and very relaxing. The room has aircon and all facilities were more than enough for me, as a solo traveler.

Location good for access to motorway or national roads. The hotel was on the edge of the town near to supermarkets and restaurants. Great car parking within locked gates. We were welcomed warmly. Staff friendly helpful. Room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice. WiFi reception was great.

They serve an excellent breakfast with a great variety of goods. The host did an excellent job in fulfil my every need. Very professional. The rooms are very clean and have comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Location was a little difficult to find at first with satellite but this was due to the bridge and motorway network. After the first visit it was easy. The complex was immaculate as was our room. Stunning is the only word to describe. Raquel at reception took great care of us during our stay, nothing was to much trouble for her, she was very professional at her job. Breakfast was superb with a great variety for all nationality's. The pool was perfect as a cool down from the blistering heat. I probably should not have left this review as I believe it will be difficult to make a booking in the future due to being full with guests. First class hotel. One of the best we have stayed at in Figueira da Foz. Well done

Surf, skateboard or bike! The beach is right across the street with a nice boardwalk. The jacuzzi is great for cool nights watching the sunset. It is a friendly, family run place. Marco and his staff were very helpful. They set a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop patio. (Extra $) The rooms are very clean and well kept. Downtown is a 15 minute Uber or Bolt. We hope to return!

We can not wait to come back for a longer stay. This is really place with a special vibe, especially for those who want to be near the ocean. Marco and his team are very professional and very good people. You really enjoy every moment here. Roof terrace with bar, pool, jacuzzi, living room with different board games. You can rent a bike, el-scooter, surfboard, etc. Very good choice for those who wish to learn surfing.

Everyting was amazing, from helpful staff, through breakfast, and lastly to the most friendly host I have ever met, Marco. The place is close to the beach, you can also visit local restaruants while you are there! There were few people, so if you need some peace it s definately the place for you. Every space in the garden is carefully occupied either by hammock, tables with chairs or garden with vegetables. You can do whatever you want, you can hang out with people in the suit if you want, you can go surfing, go lay on the beach or just sit in jacuzzi as long as you want. The place definately brought peace and quiet for a bit, definately want to visit again. And lastly I want to thank Marco, for being so nice and helpful, especially when we were leaving. Lovely place!

We were delighted with the private and spacious second floor apartment! Six rooms and the decor was so fresh and welcoming. We loved it. The owners are so friendly, helpful and engaging. This area is very walkable, and felt very safe, even walking home from dinner from the great restaurant recommended by our hosts. Our hosts also delivered a generous breakfast basket to our apartment in the morning, it was lovely! There are some exterior stairs to climb, but it definitely adds to the privacy and charm of this property, surrounded by sweet gardens and beautiful swimming pool. 🩵

What an amazing and relaxing experience. An exquisitely maintained home. A sanctuary to relax and unwind. We only had time to stay one night but I will savour this experience for many years. A wonderful experience so different to a traditional apartment or hotel. The hosts were amazing. Breakfast delivered in a beautiful woven basket to the door. Art magazines and hanging on the walls. Space for the children to move around. Wonderful space for a larger group. The most beautiful comfortable beds we have been in since arriving in Portugal a week ago. I would travel back from Australia to stay here again. The supermarket was just around the corner, along with laundry. The beach area was a 15 minute walk away but if you have a car I'm sure there is plenty of beautiful coastline to explore nearby.

The two hosts Nathalie and Anthony are wonderful and made our stay a very precious one! The studio was very clean and provided everything you need. (kitchen utilities, big fridge, pool/beach towels, wind shield to take to the beach, parasol, and even two bicycles to use for free.) And in case we needed something, Nathalie and Anthony organized immediately. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Each morning started with a yummy breakfast with eggs, cheese, rolls, croissants, jam, yoghurt, coffee,… For us, Vila Branca is located perfectly well to easily visit places around, e.g., Aveiro, Costa Nova, Reserva Natural das Dunas de São Jacinto, Coimbra, Ruínas de Conimbriga, Passadiços do Paiva, Óbidos, Nazaré, Alcobaça,… just to name a few. The nights have been very quite and relaxing in a big and cozy bed. We definitely will come back!

Beautiful restored old building which has retained original features. Located close to town with restaurants and shops. The apartment has so much space and light and all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely, perfect temperature for hot summer days. Beautiful gardens. Choice of items for breakfast basket which is brought to the room. Small outdoor area to eat or huge dining room inside. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely return if we are in the area again.

A perfect stay. The hosts were very welcoming and the small house was full of character and thoughtful touches, with everything needed for a comfortable break. We loved the great shower, the outdoor swimming pool, and the delicious breakfasts delivered each morning with fresh rolls, eggs, juice, and homemade jam. The renovation of the 1915 main house is stunning – tasteful, unique, and full of charm. We would highly recommend.

Really tasty breakfast with lots of choice, everything was fresh and enjoyable.

My stay at the Casa da Avo Bela guesthouse was both enjoyable and comfortable. The host Isabela was warm, friendly and very helpful. Her English was much better than my Portuguese, but went out of her way to explain things if she didn't know the english words. The residence is very comfortable with spacious well appointed rooms, and quite large bathrooms. The outside space is great for families, and the porch is a lovely relaxing space with great views to the hills.

The property had the most perfect location to all amenities! We were close to the beach, supermarket and various excellent restaurants! Views of the beach and the mountains. We were treated like royalty by the owner Isabelle who served us with a breakfast better than some hotels! As we travelled with a toddler, the house was perfect with all the facilities to keep him entertained!

Wonderful accommodation! The room and the entire guest house are very nicely decorated! Spacious bathroom, comfortable beds. Absolutely wonderful and very delicious breakfast, very delicious coffee! Very nice, kind, responsive landlady! Thank you very much for the warm welcome, we really appreciated it!

It has been some time since I last enjoyed a place so much. A 5 star from reception to the time we left. Clean room, support when needed and help when my wife lost her dress at the beach. The room had a lot more than I expected. A little fridge, a balcony with enough room for us all to relax, great shower in the room. Last but not least the location is 10-12 minutes away from the main avenue and boat crossing.

The receptionist, from Porto was just exceptional! Super friendly and informative.

Sao Juliao is a old building in the historic center of Figueira da Foz. Very close to railway station where you can take a train to Coimbra, the accommodation is good value for money. The room I stayed had a refurbished modern bathroom which was nice. Also my room had a large window with a view of the sea.

Large, clean and comfortable - perfect for two night (or more) stay. Great location for walking Figueira da Foz beach, shops and restaurant. This booking exceeded expectations! Host was communicative and friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommend family run Mar A Vista for traditional grilled sardines.

This is a real cozy place! It's absolutely tidy, nicely furnished and has everything you could ask for. The bathroom has a very modern feel to it and outside are laundry facilities. Much love and care went into the decoration of the room(s) and into making the guests feel welcome ... little things like a nice bottle of water and two glasses in the fridge, for example, were highly appreciated. The "Villa" is very close to the beach ... just a 3 min walk. As it is situated second row behind a row of hotels, you can't actually see the beach and the street is not too picturesque. BUT the great plus of the villa is that it's a very beautiful little retreat ... as soon as you close the gate and shut off the street you step into a lovely quiet little yard and find yourself in "another world". A perfect place to let the evening fade out with a glass of wine and a book on your knees. Can't actually think of a better place to stay in Figueira. Highly recommendet! And thanks to Lucinda for being so lovely and helpful with advice and recommendations.

amazing!! after traveling around in hostels i needed a little time to myself and this was so perfect. the bed was extremely comfortable. had a washing machine free to use. super quiet and secluded area. tv had some english shows on. felt clean. owner was quick to respond to my texts.

A fantastic well equipped and well designed cosy flat right in the centre of the town just 1 min from the beach. spotlessly clean and excellent communication with the caring host. there is even a lift to the 2 nd floor flat. from the bedroom window you can even see the sea. Kitchen has everything you need for simple cooking and basic condiments which is great . Everything is brand new . nice touches ( games / cable tv / bottle of water ). Spotlessly clean and comfy bed ( son slept on sofa bed fine). would definitely come back . thank you !

The apartment is in a phenomenal location in the heart of Figueira da Foz with multiple fantastic restaurant choices within short walking distance. I will certainly return again and again!

The room was comfortable. The employees were nice. I loved the location and everything was very clean. The hostel is quiet despite the nightlife in the town. It is easy to park the car close by, but not on the street.

Rooms & bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff are friendly and help you with anything you need. Outdoor seating area is great place to chill out & play cards.

It was worth the long drive along a forest road (Casa Pinha is well signposted if your satnav plays tricks on you like ours did). The view over Figuera da Foz is fantastic, rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable (mattress a little too firm for me, though) with wi-fi, small TV and H&C air conditioning. En-suite shower rooms have individual water heaters. The owner was welcoming and spoke a few words of English. The buffet breakfast was decent, with tea or coffee served at the table. The restaurant and pool are open to the public. This is really a perfect place to stay in summer, with the Atlantic breeze cooling the sun terrace around the pool, which was just warm enough to swim in on a sunny early October day but in winter I imagine the location could be chilly and bleak.

Small, friendly hotel situated just a short drive out of figuera da foz, little difficult to find at first as not recognised on sat Nov. But once there, gorgeous view over figuera da foz. Lovely welcome with a glass of sherry. Had a family room, double bed and bunk beds, basic but comfortable and very quiet. Only improvement l would suggest would be to have a hairdryer in the room and room did not include any shampoo or shower gel. The breakfast was excellent, buffet style with range of cereal for the children and rolls, cheese, ham, cakes, yogurts and fruit. Would recommend.

We had a lovely holiday at Casa Pinha. The owners are wonderful, and the location is perfect, offering a breathtaking view. The breakfast is excellent, and the cleaning lady is both friendly and thorough. The only area for improvement would be upgrading the beds and shower cabins. With that, it would be a perfect 10 .

Lovely people running the place. Looked to me like a family of immigrants - all good people. I felt welcomed. The room was clean and very spacious with a small terrace window to the main street. The common areas also very spacious and clean.The bathroom (shared) was also good with plenty of space! Very quiet all around. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city, easy walk to anyplace you want. Good (not great) wifi.

Excellent location. Short walk from the bus / train station. Close to shops, restaurants and the downtown area. We stayed in the twin room with two twin beds and private bathroom. We had a small balcony from which we could see the Mondego river. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and the gentleman who greeted us at check in was very kind and showed us to our room.

Clean, central and fairly priced. Good wi-fi.
