Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Finland

We stayed at the Lapland Hotels Bulevardi for a short weekend break in December 2024 and from the moment we entered we could tell that this hotel was something special. The decor was lovely, and there was a really cosy feeling to the place. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, in fact every member of staff that we spoke to were, and we were quickly and efficiently checked in to our room. The room itself was gorgeous. It was spacious, immaculately clean and we liked the dimmable lights and the extremely comfortable beds - perfect to relax into after a day of exploring. Our room also included a sauna and this was such a luxury and really made this experience memorable. The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean and excellently maintained. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and considering how delicious the breakfast was, with a wide range of traditional food, this was astonishing. We'd also like to say a special thank you to the lady at the reception on 9th December 2024 when we checked out who was kind enough to give our little girl a lovely activity book and colouring pencils. That was really nice and a reflection of just how lovely the staff here are. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit Helsinki in the future, and would recommend Lapland Hotels Bulevardi to anyone visiting. It's hard to imagine any other hotel matching this.

Lapland Hotel should be a 5 star hotel! Our sauna room was gorgeous , clean and so well designed. Bed was super comfortable and I loved hearing the Suomi music come thru the speakers in the bathroom. Hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was the best we ever had on our 30 day , 5 country trip. Everything was so fresh and healthy.Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. It is a bit far from central station with luggage. We took a uber to the train station to leave to catch our flight. We loved our stay so much , we canceled a 2 night stay in Estonia just to stay longer at Lapland. We took the ferry over to Estonia for a one day excursion and it was a good decision. The location is wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and cafes. We ate at the Vietnamese restaurant across the street and it was amazing. We also ate twice in the hotel restaurant and we were so impressed. The Salmon soup is to die for, best we had in all the Scandic countries we visited. We loved Finland and hated to leave especially Lapland it truly made our stay in Finland so magical. It’s worth every penny and more!

This hotel had pretty much everything I could have wanted for my stay in Helsinki. It is located in a beautiful old part of the city within reasonable walking distance of everything I wanted to see in my short stay there. Due to a failure of the in-room safe to function, Jaane, the wonderful young man at the front desk, upgraded me to a gorgeous large room with its own sauna. Needless to say I was quite comfortable and appreciative. My first night I dined at the hotel restaurant where the food was exceptional. I am not used to hotel restaurants serving this high a level of dining experience. If you stay there, or even if you don't, you might want to have a dinner there. Breakfasts were included in the room price and they are quite substantial and very tasty as well. Generally I made such a pig of myself at breakfast it wasn't necessary to eat again until dinner. Front desk staff were universally warm and accommodating. If I needed a taxi, they arranged it promptly. When I called from the airport on arriving and wanted information on how to get to the hotel, they were very specific about what taxi to take and what it should cost. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When I am in Helsinki again, and I will be, I will definitely stay at the Lapland Bulevardi again.

Beautiful Finnish styled hotel. Stunning suites with huge private sauna ! So clean and fun to have in your own room. Beds very comfortable and spacious room size. Lovely view over the roof tops and to watch the snow falling. Breakfast was amazing . Staff so friendly. Tram stop just outside. Bulevardi is a wonderful vibrant street and full of nice restaurants - Le Coucou Vert is absolutely incredible !!! (30m away) Easy walk to everywhere if you want. We enjoyed the comfortable strolls around to the harbour and into the city .

Amazing ! Beautiful hotel situated in the most gorgeous area (so many eateries and the best bakery ever). The room was clean, cosy yet luxurious. We had a bath and sauna in our room. The staff are fantastic - friendly, professional, kind and helpful. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and served with care and thought. We loved every second of our stay.

This hotel is so amazing! I would say is perfect, near the ski lift, hotel room is so clean and specious. The staff also is quite nice and friendly!!! Everyday wake up could see the beautiful snow views, and they own separate ski locker, it’s easy to save your rental equipment overnight, very convenient. The breakfast also very tasty! I spent a really lovely holiday there!

Clean modern and spacious room with sauna. Very quiet hotel. Great food at the Camper restaurant and friendly personnel. Online check in is very convenient. We got our room prior to check in time without any difficulty. Perfect for ski-inn/ski-out. Just by the gondola to reach Ruka Village.

We had a room with sauna and balcony. It was a very nice, comfortable and clean room with quite good equipment especially in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and breakfast good. We were there in the summer season so it was very quiet, compared to the other side of the village.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location couldn't be better, situated right in front of the ski lifts and pistes. This made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and to return to the hotel after a day of skiing. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean but without any cleaning services during the stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the Reception desk left much to be desired. Despite reaching out for assistance with various inquiries, I found the staff to be unhelpful and at times dismissive. This was especially frustrating when attempting to address issues with advice on snowshoe tracks and needing clarification on certain amenities and other bookings. It would be great if the staff could be more attentive and accommodating to guests' needs and use less: "We don't know!" Another downside was the breakfast options offered at the hotel. As a vegan with gluten restrictions, I found the selection to be quite limited. I encountered some issues with local taxis in the area. Despite travelling different distances, I was consistently quoted the same fare, which seemed unfair and inconsistent. No taxi meters. Overall, while Ruka Valley Inn has its merits, there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience. With better customer service, expanded breakfast options, and improved transparency in local transportation, this could truly be a standout destination for ski enthusiasts.

Good equipped studio style room, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Comfortable beds and personal sauna is a top pick. Nice restaurant with pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The place for bike storage is also quite big with electric plug to charge ebike. Very tasty pancakes for breakfast, and in general good selection of meal, almost.

Nice new room, pleasantly designed, with a very large room-size window, with an unobstructed view into the neighbouring nordic wilderness (birch forest). Animal traces can be seen in the snow. Nordic lights can be seen when they occur, even from the bed. Large, spacious bathroom (without window, though) with a small personal sauna. Kettle (tea, coffee) and mini-bar in the room. Nice, light restaurant (also for breakfast) with mountain views in several directions. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, warm and cold. Parking in front of the hotel rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great skiing options in the hills around Kilpisjärvi. With a car, the sea can be reached in about 45min. Well-stocked local shops, despite the remote location.

A lovely hotel in an absolutely beautiful setting! We stayed here (myself, my husband and 5 friends) for 3 nights on an organised Transun holiday. The rooms are exactly as shown online, the decor is lovely, it is very clean and tidy and there’s plenty of room. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and we saw the Northern lights from them. We were full board and this consisted of buffet meals, although I believe there is A la carte available. The food was good, with adequate choice. There was always salad available, with 2 hot meals to choose from at dinner with vegetable accompaniments. The only real criticism would be that it would be nice to have some cheese on the dinner buffet, as there were always crackers out but nothing to eat them with! The staff were great, friendly but not intrusive, and always helpful when needed. The best thing about the hotel is where it is. Kilpisjärvi and the surrounding area is remote and beautiful! We visited the local shop, cafe bar and had a couple of tours, all of the people were lovely and friendly!

This place was PERFECT. We went chasing the Northern Lights and needed a place that we could relax in during the day and have a comfortable sleep in after our night looking at the skies and Santa’s Chalet’s didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly. The chalet had everything we needed - a sauna, roaring fire and TV, perfect comfy beds and all of the essentials to make a delicious dinner. Shops, restaurant and bar right next door and the cosmic inferno of the Northern Lights raging above. Couldn’t recommend it more.

As part of a holiday organised by TransSun we stayed for four nights at the Hotel Rakka. We had an amazing time, with a friendly welcome and an excellent room. The trip was all inclusive including three buffet meals per day; this is something which in other places I've found to be hit and miss, but at Hotel Rakka every single meal was excellent. Lots of choices, healthier options, variety and included local produce as well as clearly being freshly prepared by the talented team. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of space to store all of the outdoors clothing you will inevitably need (if visiting in winter) and exceptional views across the countryside behind the hotel. On several nights we were able to see the impressive northern lights through the amazing floor to ceiling windows. The communal facilities were simple but comfortable with several separate spaces allowing groups to sit and chat, have a drink or read a book whilst taking in the surroundings.

Beautiful, very modern hotel, we stayed for 4 nights on Full Board for a snowmobile safari tour, booked with Lynne’s World Of Travel. The double room was immaculate with fantastic floor to ceiling picture window, giving incredible views, which we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from. The room was always a nice warm temperature. Lovely and hot shower with modern contemporary fittings. Food was of an exceptional quality. Staff all very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful location in Kilpisjärvi, just a short walk from supermarket, bar/cafe. Amazing walks directly from the hotel around the Saana Fell. Would return in a heart beat.

We stayed for only one night in a premium igloo with jacuzzi. It was very expensive but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! To begin with, the front desk was extremely helpful and we were able to check-in a few hours early and check-out an hour late. These gave us sufficient time to really enjoy our hot jacuzzi in freezing weather on both the check-in and check-out days! The igloo itself was larger than we had expected. It was clean and well-decorated. The bed was comfy and the view from the igloo was great! Service at the restaurant was good. Main course for dinner was included. Breakfast spread was adequate and variety was good. To top off a great stay, we managed to catch the northern lights from our igloo! Overall, our one night stay at Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle was certainly a highlight of our 8D7N days tour of Finland & Tallinn!

Staying in the Santa’s Igloos Arctic Circle was a definitely a bucket list for us. Our igloo was comfortable, cozy and modern. Heated floors, and glass windows were just perfect for chasing the Auroras. Attention to little details were nice! We had an Aurora alert in our room and can send a message the staff through a tablet in our room. Our Igloo had a private outdoor jacuzzi and such a wonderful experience in the snow covered areas with forest view. The location was great, only short walking distance from the magical Santa Claus Village! Very nice and plentiful breakfast served in the main restaurant. Dinner menu including a great choice of Finnish dishes including Elk, Arctic Char and Scampi, all dishes had a nice presentation and were tasty. We had breakfast and 3 course delicious dinner from every day changing menu. There are a lot of activities to do and kids friendly if you’re traveling with the family. Hotel staff is very friendly and they can arrange all the activities for you! Hope to be back next year :)

The room was soooo comfortable, clean, quiet, and cozy! We loved laying beneath the (heated) glass ceiling and looking up at the sky. Great for stargazing too. We only caught the northern lights on one night, and they were so low on the horizon we had to stand on the bed to see them. An alarm on the tablet in the room went off to notify us of the lights so we didn't miss them, plus the tablet is convenient for contacting hotel staff if needed. The food was very delicious. Breakfast buffet offered tons of options, though get there early for a good table. Dinner was also very delicious and classy, if with a very limited menu. The hotel is also 5 minutes walk to Santa's Village, 5 minute taxi ride from Rovaniemi airport, and 10 minutes drive to city center. You have to don your winter gear in order to go to breakfast or otherwise leave your room, which we didn't mind, but it's something to consider. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be away from crowds and near nature. The sky and tree view from the igloo windows and ceiling were fabulous. It was a very peaceful place to stay to watch the snow falling and to view the Northern Lights. The igloo was clean, modern, and roomy enough for two people. The onsite restaurant served excellent food and drinksyet the dinner choices were limited. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had with numerous hot food choices and wonderful blueberry juice. The Staff were amazingly kind and helpful and there was no wait when we needed them. Santa Clause Village is a ten minute walk from the igloos where you will find additional places to eat and a few shops. A highlight was meeting Santa Clause in his charming office (no cost) and standing at the Arctic Circle. There are some additional activities for fees at the Village. Note: If you take the Santa Clause Village Bus from the RVN airport ($9.00 US) you will have a walk to the igloos which is challenging in the snow or mud. It would be helpful if they offered transportation on demand from the bus stop to the igloos in their Polaris. The taxi from the airport is $70.00 US. We also took the Santa Clause Village Bus into the city center of Rovaniemi and took an excellent Northern Lights Tour with Arctic GM Experiences Northern Lights Rovaniemi Guaranteed Viewing and Unlimited Mileage. Our guide was wonderful, and we saw the beautiful lights at the end of the season.

This was definitely a dream come true place! We did see the aurora from the room by looking up the sky through the glass roof! The glass roof has heating system to melt the top snow away to see the sky clearly. But water will drip down to the lower glasses outside so it might block some view in the lower part, but it basically doesn't affect the view of aurora! The room has one tablet as well to message the front desk if there's any problem, as it requires walking in the snow in order to reach the lobby from the glass rooms. They would also send message to us when there's aurora and we could look up the sky ASAP. The front desk was super helpful in helping us to solve problem of vehicles shining strong lights towards our room which affected our view of aurora in the dark sky. Front desk staff was really friendly with nice smile. Very good quality breakfast with many choices. Room was very very clean and it impressed me. Definitely recommend! A very quiet and dark place to see aurora from hotel room!

We were impressed by the quality of this hotel. Beautiful location, superb room, incredible spa, very good restaurants, really, what more can we say? The room was incredible for a romantic getaway: comfortable bed, high-quality bathroom with a sauna for two, and a terrace with a private jacuzzi, a bay window with a magnificent view of the forest. Very good breakfast with a wide variety. A minibus service (transit) is available between the hotel's various locations. There are fun activities around the hotel: heated spa, boat tours to see the seals, llama visits, walks, etc.

Lovely location. Amazing rustic yet luxurious atmosphere. Gorgeous Lake Saimaa. Excellent breakfast & bistro food. Jacuzzi was brilliant. Sauna. AC was awesome in the heatwave. Wish I could've stayed longer! Lots of activities, got to enjoy the seal spotting trip (unfortunately no seals..) & Forest Cafe. Brought lots of cute souvenirs with me.

Great hotel for a relaxed stay in the forest and near the lake. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi next to our house a lot, the view fron panoramic window was fantastic too. Also great that we could stay here with our dog; a dog bed, towel and bowls were provided as well. There is also a great restaurant - Solitary - nearby, the 5 coyrse meal with wine pairing was fantastic.

Hottub was amazing, free shuttle service was so convenient, incredible staff who were so friendly and helpful and the accomodation was tastefully designed and perfect for photos.

Staff were excellent, very welcoming and informative. Booked all of our activities and restaurants for us - all of which were brilliant. They also drove us to each location and picked us up. Room looks as it does on the website. Good quality jacuzzi and sauna. Good views and comfortable bed.

We loved the location, the facilities and the view. The jacuzzi and sauna are a real plus. The personnel is available at all times and always ready to help. They are also super friendly. It’s a beautiful cozy room for a perfect stay in Lapland.

Overall a pleasant night in Ruka. The room was nice and large and obviously has all the amenities for a lovely skiing stay. What we looked for this time was a sauna in the room, which was great, eating possibilities near, right next to reception and easy access, elevator right in from the parking garage underneath. All good there. Nice and clean. Code access to rooms. Improvement points : it could have been mentioned in the reservation email the information about the parking (now I had to drive up front go in the hotel and ask about it and then peel back into the garage). Minor thing. I don`t recommend the Colorado restaurant for food. Might be ok for just drinking...just get out and do one of the many other alternatives near the hotel. Overall a good stay. Oh one more thing. In smaller rooms the breakfast is included but in the bigger one we had (with the kitchenette) it is not included. Very odd. You obviously can get it by paying separate but...

Our stay was exactly what my fiancé and I were hoping for! The room had absolutely everything needed for a ski trip. It had a spectacular view with both a hot tub and sauna. It was spacious, equipped with all the kitchen necessities, and was close to the rentals and gondola. Not too mention all the nearby restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Huoneessa oli erittäin siistiä vaikkakin pinnat jo vähän kuluneet. Kaikkea tarvittavaa oli ajateltu esim. hyvin varusteltu minikeittiö ja oma sauna jossa laudeliinat. Buffet aamiainen hyvä, ravintolasulun jälkeen hieman suppeampi take away buffet mutta ok.

Right close to the lifts, the rooms were really comfortable and well equipped. There is a paid parking right below the resort, so you can drop the car and take the lift to your room, very handy with the cold temperatures.

Perfect clean room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a la carte dinner, great location, clean modern sauna and hottub. I definitely recommend!

The highlight was the outdoor jacuzzi - our kids loved it so much! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was stunning menu and amazing quality The property is as you can see it in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was really really helpful and friendly

It’s only 200m away from the Santa Claus Village and it’s super convenient. The room is so beautiful and the view is amazing. We were very lucky to see Aurora right outside our room during our stay. The outdoor jacuzzi is amazing as well!!!

We had a great time stay here, the staff were very helpful, they demonstrated on how to use jacuzzi and sauna, helped us transfer luggages to Nova Skyland. 3 course Dinner and breakfast are included in the price.

Locating right next to Santa Claus Village makes it really convenient to explore around. Clean and beautiful room with private sauna and even outdoor jacuzzi available was just impeccable. We were lucky enough to see tinge of aurora through glass roof that night as well.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! Stayed in a park view suite - beautiful furnishings and view, large bathroom, good closet space and so quiet. We had a great lunch in the restaurant and drinks at the bar - it’s a lovely space. The staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for walking around Helsinki. If you need to travel by car, there is a taxi stand right outside. No complaints - would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a recently renovated Park View Junior Suite. The room was bright and comfortable. The shower stall is quite small and the small couch and chairs provided not particularly comfortable. We were not bothered by street noise but there was an odd and persistent low buzzing type noise that became annoying. Not clear that it was due to the renovation construction as it went on through the night, but maybe. ?? That being said the bed was comfortable, the breakfast buffet and service were well done and we enjoyed the “lounge” hours in the bar in the afternoon for suite guests. The staff was excellent in all respects…great customer service. The location is also great. Once the renovation is finally completed it will truly be a 5 star hotel.

Pros Pre-stay communication was handled well by the front desk and reservations department, and my early check-in request was honored. Both the arrival and departure experiences were excellent and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and even remembered that I had stayed here before. Hotel Kämp has finally switched from small cosmetic bottles to larger, reusable ones, which are both environmentally and user-friendly. Both breakfast and dinner at Notes by Kämp were of high quality, and the service was professional and well-executed. The Japanese-style decor of the restaurant was also much appreciated and added to the overall dining experience. The room was luxurious, and I had a good night’s sleep in the bed. It was also a nice touch to receive a small welcome gift and card—especially thoughtful that the gift was chocolates instead of an alcoholic beverage, as I don’t drink. Cons I didn’t experience any major cons during my stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return to Hotel Kämp soon!

I had booked a one night stay from Hotel Kämp as a staycation trip on a special occasion. Pros: Prior to my arrival I asked about the possibility of early check-in via email. The manager on duty replied during the same day and said that she would put in my request to the reservation. When I arrived I did get access to my room prior to arrival and the front desk was also able to accommodate my late check-out request. The arrival experience went smoothly and the receptionist who checked me in remembered that I had stayed here before and told me they had upgraded me to a newly renovated executive room. The room was luxurious and I got a good nights sleep. The bathroom was also spacious and luxurious. In addition, there was a lovely welcome gift and handwritten welcome card. Both dinning experiences were also on the positive side both in terms of the food and service. The breakfast staff were especially welcoming and one member of staff even remembered me by name since I’ve stayed at Kämp more than on few occasions. Cons: I didn’t experience any major or even minor cons during my stay. I hope to have the opportunity to return to Kämp in the not so distant future. In my opinion Kämp still offers superior service and small details that make it a more pleasant hotel to stay at than other chain hotels in Helsinki where I have stayed such as Waldorf Astoria.

A 5 star hotel in the style of the 19th century, but with all the modern amenities. Sumptuous rooms are well appointed, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient, and go out of their way to be accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very good, if slightly manic, the breakfast room being a little small for the capacity needed. Really enjoyed the sauna, and the chance to relax in the executive lounge between check out and departing for the airport. Re transport, if you're travelling light, I believe the train or Finnair bus from the station are good choices, being a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. However, it was a rainy day, and we had a heavy bag so we took Uber, about 2/3 the cost of a cab. No Uber from airport to town, as the taxis seem to have a monopoly on that. Location is ideal for tourists, being right on the esplanade, and an easy walk to the main sights. If I have a chance to return to Helsinki, I will stay here again

Stayed here for one night because we have always wanted to try the Lapland Hotels. The second we stepped out of the elevator to the reception area, we fell in love with the decor and ambience. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the mystique deluxe sauna -room and have nothing to complain. Very comfy bed, nice spacious bathroom and overall nice clean room. One of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!

Extremely good hotel in so many ways; lovely ”Lapland style” interiors and nice rooms with sauna. The whole athmosphere is peaceful and cozy. Staff was very professional and polite. Extra points goes to the super breakfast with many Finnish foods from Kainuu area to up North - everything was soooooo tasty! I especially enjoyed ”rieska”, ”savuporo karjalanpiirakka” and ”puolukka kukko”. 👏👏 P.S. We tasted cloudberry G&T at bar in the evening, this was the best G&T ever!

It was a very cosy and modern looking hotel, I liked the vibe in it. The beds were comfortable and we loved the bathroom that we had with both the bathtub and the sauna. The breakfast was great as well and the location was very central which was nice!

We were here for just a night and it was very comfy. Our room had an extra bed with a little window that you could whatch the snow falling. This was our highlight! The beds in general were very comfortable. The shower and toilet have even a audio speaker so you can listen to music or TV while showering for example. The Hotel is right next to the Nokia Arena. You can pass from the parking through the hall of the arena and you reach the hotel very quickly. Everything is explained very good. The atmosphere in this hotel is really beautiful. I'ts very easy to park your car in the Aimo Parking Garage. The Breakfast has a variety of food in the best quality. Try also the restaurant in the evening. We can recommend it.

Had the most amazing 5 days at the hotel, location was superb!!! Walking around the site with the snow covered trees and snowy views was breathtaking! Staff were always available to provide excellent service! Shout out to the amazing breakfast and evening restaurant team and the consistently helpful drivers on site! Restaurant is very high quality, over the week had numerous breakfasts, tried lunch and dinner (5 course taster in particular was delicious) and all were very impressive and again the serving staff were always friendly and attentive. The walk to the nearby Santa's village was stunning and a good way to burn off a hearty breakfast! One evening we were blessed to see the amazing Northern Lights and the staff went above and beyond to provide us the best advice to take advantage of this amazing experience!! Whilst we didn't take advantage of the onsite provided experiences, those that did spoke very highly of them. Overall an incredible 5 days and cannot thank the staff and hotel enough!

We stayed at the Arctic Treehouse Hotel in February 2025 for 3 nights. The hotel didn't disappoint us but I can definitely take on board some of the previous negative comments. We booked a room with a view and we were lucky enough to be allocated room 48 which looked out onto the trees and was a very serene and relaxing view. The room and bathroom both small but were more than adequate for us and very cosy and relaxing. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Rakas restaurant although service could be a bit slow and probably needs a bit of attention. We also ate in Rakas restaurant on 2 evenings and enjoyed both meals. It's very expensive and menu limited but more than suited us for the 2 evenings we dined and we enjoyed drinks by the fireside which was lovely. We could walk to the restaurant and lobby area from our room but there was a shuttle if required. I think for the price of the hotel it's very expensive because facilities are very limited but we did really enjoy just relaxing and going off on several excursions. We went on a Northern Lights evening tour which was good fun. We didn't see the lights but the experience was good and the guide cooked up some lovely pancakes. Overall, a great stay in a very unusual style of hotel. Service received from all staff was very good. We would recommend if a room with a view onto the trees was guaranteed. If we had been staying in a room overlooking the other rooms we would have been very disappointed.

Luxurious, comfortable, stylish and magical! Arctic Treehouse hotel one of the best stay in the heart of Lapland! Our suite were tastefully decorated and had a luxurious feel! Waking up every morning with a beautiful view of wonderful forestry and Finnish skyline was unforgettable. The glass wall design of each treehouse allowed us this magical spectacle and the pristine beauty of nature from the comfort from our room. We have dined-out 2 nights in the Rakas Restaurant & Bar is located in the main building of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, with its so spacious areas, cosy ambiance and menu includes made from local, were the very nicest, offering Lappish cuisine. The food and extensive drink menu on the A La Carte was delightful and enjoyable experience. Breakfast also plentiful and delicious, we tried 3 different types of Caviar! For the activities we have visited Santa’s magical Toy factory located in the remote and tranquil forestry areas. We walked through the most spectacular part of the Lapland, while chasing the Aurora Borealis, we made Finnish pancakes over open fire and enjoyed hot drinks served in the traditional Kuksa cups. The treehouse accommodation was superb - luxury bedding/towels, comfy bed, well stocked minibar, comfy seating area (loved the Cuero chairs) with the most amazing uninterrupted floor to ceiling views of the forrest.....so peaceful and tranquil! I just wanted to watch the snow fall and stay awake all night to enjoy it. (see picture below from the window). Unfortunately no clear skies to see the lights on this occasion! Breakfast was fantastic with an array of local produce on offer to suit all dietary requirements. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them - I'd particularly like to call out our restaurant waiter at dinner and the Scottish chef - both so welcoming! The reception team were also so lovely - our room was ready when we arrived so got an early check-in and they also kindly facilitated a slightly later check out time to accommodate our flight - this was so appreciated - so a huge thanks to the team.

We absolutely loved our stay at Arctic TreeHouse Hotel. The view from the room was spectacular, and we had a lot of snow during our stay so waking up to the snowy trees was just beautiful. The room itself is fairly spacious, though the bathroom is quite small and the shower is pretty tight to get in and out of. The staff during our stay were really helpful and attentive, and when we had questions, were very responsive via WhatsApp. We booked an excursion through them for Arctic Floating which was a lot of fun and the tour guide was great. We visited the restaurant a few times for lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast each day. All visits to the restaurant were fine but the menu is quite limited and not to everyone's taste, but what was served was lovely. We would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as the town is 10 minutes away and not walking distance (unless you're happy to walk 1+ hour) and taxis can get quite expensive if you're going back and forth. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a luxury Lapland experience.

Kind staff and excellent breakfast with a variety of choices! Bonus points for a real jar of Nutella (not some knock-off many hotels serve) at breakfast, delicious with some flaky croissants and a cup of coffee.

It was an enjoyable experience. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The bubble bath made happy our youngsters and gave good relaxation after a long travel day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in one of the suites where we noticed a leaking sink in the toilet. We informed the reception and they went to check it while we had dinner. The hotel upgraded our room for a better suite, gave us complimentary snacks and gave us a late check-out for next day without charge. All the time the service was top notch! Big credit to Johanna at Alma reception. You made our "girl weekend" very special!

Very nice hotel in a nice location I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Although it’s located outside the city center, it’s in a quiet and pleasant area, and the metro makes it easy and convenient to reach the main attractions. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the sauna, which was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a nice choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Our room was clean, had minimalist decor, and space was sufficient for 2 people. Room & Facilities are accesed with own key-card. There's decent WiFi. Basic cooking utensils and equipment were provided in the kitchenette. Housekeeping service is available every 2 days, and housekeeping staff were friendly. Would recommend one to bring/buy own supply of laundry soap if staying for a longer period. There is a bidet in the toilet :D Facilities like the sauna are clean and well maintained. The apart-hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. It is still accessible by public transport via light rail #15. There is a decent sized supermarket in front of the building and a nature trail nearby.

I had a lovely stay at Noli Otaniemi! The studio room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished — everything felt new and shiny. It came with an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, and cookware, which made it super easy to cook and feel at home. The real highlight was the sea view. My daily Instagram posts featured the sun reflecting over the water in different shades — absolutely stunning and peaceful. The location is unbeatable: right next to the tram stop, so I could get around the city effortlessly. Aalto University is just a short walk away, and the metro station nearby made commuting a breeze. Having a K-Market right next door was perfect for grocery runs and spontaneous cook-ups. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern, well-connected, and scenic place to stay in Helsinki!

Modern, clean and comfortable facilities in a great location near nature but with great public transportation connections. Great services also close-by, such as the K-Market including a salad bar, and the amazing Fat Lizard restaurant a 5 min walk away. No pet fee which I especially appreciate. Great feeling of community within the guests, and really nice common areas for hanging out and cooking. Price also included gym and sauna - you really get a lot for what you pay!

Comfy and clean with well equipped kitchenette. Building is modern and everything worked nice. It was clean and room was cozy. I stayed with my dog and he enjoyed the stay as well. Bathroom is a bit small but was ok for me

Very comfortable stay - quiet spacious studio, breakfast was convenient and tasty. Close to centre, approx 15m walk from train station. Very safe area, lots of shops and off licence nearby, as well as restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

Great location, everything was in very close distance, about a ten minute walk from the city center. Close to two supermarkets and to tram stops. The room was very warm, clean and cosy with everything you would need and an extra comfy bed. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped with even a dishwasher. The breakfast was very good with many vegetarian options. Many common areas such as kitchen, game room, working space, sauna etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even prepared us breakfast the previous day as we had to leave early the next morning and we would miss the breakfast hours. The check-in was easy, as well as the luggage storage.

We have had an amazing stay at the Noli Katajanokka II Apartment complex. It was very clean, furnished with everything we needed and located in an excellent part of Helsinki with easy access to everything we wanted to do. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The complimentary use of the Sauna allowed us to unwind at the end of our days exploring the beautiful city of Helsinki. Access to the rooftop terrace gave spectacular views from the apartment complex that added to our memories staying there.

We loved Noli II! Our stay was quite comfortable. The space was super clean and extremely efficiently designed. The location was perfect to catch transportation and visit the market. The only small issue we had was there is no lip on the shower floor, so the rest of the floor got wet. It was easily rectified by putting a towel in front of the door, and there was a squeegee in the shower to help. Other than that, we loved it!

Our room was clean and cosy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is great once you get your bearings - you really can walk everywhere (and Helsinki is very pedestrian and cyclist friendly). What you don't have in your room, you can grab from the "service" cupboards on your floor - and we loved the sharing and community feel.

It was a modern living space that has great facilities including a very-well equipped gym, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and a common living area with TVs and a pool table. The rooms were clean. The location was a short walk to the major landmarks of the city.

Very nice place to stay in Helsinki, very close the Cathedral and Market Square. I would certainly recommend using the hotels sauna and jacuzzi as it’s inclusive in the price.

Great place to stay, fab location, well equipped rooms. Liked that dishwasher tablets and washing detergent was provided, was great to have washing machine in studio. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and good communal spaces. Really nice roof terrace. Super close to walk from the Viking Line ferry and to the Suomenlinna ferries as well as for getting around Helsinki. Despite being a big property it didn’t feel too busy and was surprisingly quiet

- lot of games and atractions in lobby (game room) - sauna, bikes and jacuzzi - very nice rooms - well equipped - hotel's system designed user-friendly (self service) - near tram station and bus stop to the Airport - near plenty of restaurants - 30 minutes to the beach - friendly staff

Location is perfect, you can arrive by metro, bus or tram, the facilites are great, you can find everything you need, after a long day travelling or working, you can just jump into the sauna, then to the jacuzzi before heading to a very comfy bed.

Very good hotel at the middle of Sörnainen. Extremely close to stores, busses and subway. Very friendly staff and nice saunas and jacuzzi. The room was big and had everything you needed. Would definitely choose this hotel again!
