The family run hotel has exceptional customer service. Elke, Michael, Peter are always there with a smile. Whatever you need or ask for they are always happy to accommodate with a smile. Doing everything for their guests seem to be their motto. They were more than happy to pick us up in the middle of the night. The staff in the restaurant and also the people they have employed for cleaning are super friendly and are very well trained to take care of the guests. Food is great in their restaurant, they have a fresh juice maker in the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast comprises of eggs, bacon, sausages, different types of cheese, nicely chopped fruits, yogurt, various kinds of bread and a lot of other things. You can get a 4 course dinner at a very good price. Good wifi, Rooms are very clean, the Sauna is exceptionally clean. They have taken care of little things all around the hotel. The location is fantastic, views mind blowing and the quality of the accommodation first class. It's the cleanest and best maintained hotel we've ever stayed in. The menu for dinner changed every day and the food was all lovely. The team who work here do everything to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Being veggie didn’t phase them either unlike some Austrian restaurants. Cannot praise this place highly enough and its great value for money.

The hotel is located at an altitude of approximately 1650 m, with a beautiful view of the peaks of the Alps of Austria, Italy and Switzerland. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Towels are also cleaned and changed daily. The restaurant is located in the old part of the hotel and is very impressive. A perfect combination of old and modern. The food is freshly prepared and very diverse. On Tuesdays, the ambiance is enhanced with live regional music. All in all, this is a real oasis for vacation. However, the owner with her sons and the entire team left the biggest impression on me. As I already mentioned, the hotel is at 1650 m and we came by chance on a day when there was a snowstorm. There was no possibility for me to arrive with the whole car without chains, which I did not own. I called to say that we couldn't make it that day. In a very gentle and soothing voice, she said that her son would come pick us up and park our car in a private garage until the weather improved. And it was like that! We were delighted! What's more, her smile is not only towards the guests, but towards the entire team. Everyone will love Elke Zegg and her Hotel!

My sister planned a ski trip and we decided to join. As she already made reservations we joined also in Regnum Zegg. What a wonderfull experience! The place was great, rooms large and very clean. The view was amazing and the food delicious. The service was really great. I have been in a lot of places, but this one standed out on all grounds

Beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location, with comfortable bed and large Balcony. Good and professional service. Dinner was tasty and the the breakfast buffet was fantastic. All in all a nice experience.

The room was beautiful, had amazing views of the mountains and fields, lovely listening to the cows and their bells. The indoor outdoor swimming was the same views as the room so it was lovely. The food was fantastic as was the salad buffet and the breakfast. It was good having an underground garage, that was free of charge. The whole hotel is geared to for disabled people and you could tell, it was so easy to move around and everything was flat, would recommend it to anyone, but if you are in a wheelchair or struggle with mobility this is definitely the hotel for you. Also there was an added bonus of afternoon snacks, hot and cold, cakes, tea and coffee all were very nice xx

Perfection. The hotel was luxurious, the staff kind and very very helpful, the breakfast and dinners were both varied and tasty. The saunas area great. The mountain view amazing and also not far (by car) from Serfaus-fiss-ladis ski area. Extremely recommended.

Booked last minute for one night but wow this place is really fantastic and we could have stayed a few nights. The staff are amazing, facilities are fantastic and the food for dinner and breakfast amazing. We came by motorcycle and the road to get there is also amazing. They have one of the best garages I have ever seen for a hotel.

Absolutely incredible place: hotel near the farm and with fantastic views at all 360°! Everyone od personal was very friendly and amiable. The room is very clean, modern design. Breakfast was excellent: omelet/fried eggs with ham (very tasty), big choice of cold dishes, fresh bread, jogurt, jam, sweets, tea/caffe/juice. So it was very pleasant, thank you! If we will be in this area one more time, surely we will turn to this hotel!!! Very very comfortable beds

Super friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and I had a large seating area, table and balcony. Breakfast also was great. I bought a ski pass from the hotel and got the discounted price and it was super convenient. Would stay again.

Completely renovated hotel, felt like we were first in our room. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner in-house. The hotel is fairly away from any other options so a drive is required both to the ski resort gondolas and other dining.

The resort was quite luxurious. We enjoyed the pool after a long days cycling and the room was well appointed. The included Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety to choose from. The secure bicycle storage was excellent.

Our room had a beautiful view, we could also see the sunset from our balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and breakfast and dinner were delicious. The sauna and pool area were great! Not too far away from Ischgl and St. Anton. We would come again to this hotel when in the area.

Wonderful spacious room with fresh renovation. Breakfast has something for everyone, but I would have liked to see more fruit selection rather than just apples/pears and fruit salad. Half board includes a wonderful dinner, which consists of soup, salad, main course and dessert - very tasty and made from local products.

We had a really lovely getaway in Fließ. The staff were very kind and attentive and the vibe is very nice in the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and good value. The pool is a nice touch and the views are unmatched.

For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before. Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes. Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

Hotel is located on the hill with perfect view. Room is cousy,very modern. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Five stars.

We stayed at this family ran hotel during the Christmas holiday. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good, with a nice choice, but the fruit salad did not seem to be made out of fresh fruit. Dinner in the evening was of a very good quality, tasty food, although it can get a bit noisy in some parts of the dinging area. One slightly negative point is that there is a smoking room downstairs, which you pass when going to the restaurant. That smell is not nice... Lovely staff, even a very friendly sommelier (one of the owners). The sauna area is also spacious and clean. We are returning there for Easter for a short ski. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive away from the slopes, but that did not bother us at all. They have great package deals for families at prices that seem hard to beat (i've looked around quite a bit). The small inconvenience of having to take the car or skibus in front of the hotel gives quite a discount on the hotel rate.

Comfortable and clean room with comfortable bed. Very good location, friendly staff. Plentyful dinner and breakfast in a nice, fancy restaurant. Even though the hotel is situated in the city centre the rooms are quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic. All in all I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Just keep it up owners!

Convenient location in the middle of the village. I opted for the half board option & was very pleased I did. Both breakfast and dinner were superb. High quality food and lots of it. Outdoor terrace looked good - too cold to use it while I was there, but this would be a great place to dine in the summer. Room was big, well fitted out and the shower was warm and powerful. Sauna and steam room in the basement.

Awesome and friendly staff, delicious food. There is free charging for the hotel guests, and the location is perfect. The best service so far we have received in any hotel in Europe. Breakfast is well spread with several options, fresh and daily made breads and cakes are served. This explains how much the hotel cares about its guests. It's just wonderful!!!

This is already our second year at this place because we enjoyed it last year so much! needless to say, it was amazing! Location is fabulous, right next to the cable car, 3 minute walk. Also close to the shops. The apartment is so nice and airy with 2 balconies with a great view! Even though, it is in a hotel, it feels very private like a apartment in a building, which we loved. For kids, there is a whole amazing playroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definetely come again next year!

Beautiful Hotel in a lovely area, enjoyed the wellness suite. delicious and high quality breakfast buffet. Would love to come back in skiing season. Arrived on the way home from a Dolomites Motorbike trip, having just spent the day in the soaking rain and having the evening, night and morning at the hotel was just what we needed to pick everyone's spirits back up. Very nice and helpful staff too.

Perfect location close to the lift. Clean, good beds, good sauna, good breakfast and very friendly personnel.

They upgrade our rooms and it was very spacious in a big Appartment with a kitchen. The bathroom was big with shower and bath. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety, but did have an additional charge.

Our stay in the toalstock was pleasant.The staff where very helpful, The Bar was very nice. As a romantic hotel I was expecting couples only,but to my surprise lots of children staying but it was still okay. The shower in the room fantastic,the bed had a dip in the middle Spa was great.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

The apartments had everything we needed, close to lift and grocery store. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were very nice and comfortable. The food from the restaurant was delicious. They staff was very friendly.

Love the modern achietecture and interior. It was clean and the rooms very spacious and well decorated. The apartments has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spa is small but has everything you need. A little bit of everything. The food was good and definitely a value for your money
