I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Main River, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants and a supermarket are easily accessible on foot, which was very convenient. The service at the hotel, especially at the bar, was top-notch – friendly and attentive throughout my stay. A unique and fun touch for business meetings was the Candy Bar, something you don’t see very often! Only a small tip: when parking in the garage, be careful not to miss the right entrance, or you might find yourself going around again. Overall, a great place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the gym, which added a nice touch to my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the U-Bahn and within easy reach of the city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The food was also great, with a good variety of delicious options for breakfast. We had halfboard so we enjoy every evening 3 course dinner which was always tasty and fantastic. You could choose from 3 options for maincourse. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was impeccably clean, bright, and spacious, providing a wonderfully comfortable environment to relax in. The large shower was a real highlight, with plenty of hot water. The extremely large bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks was a thoughtful and delightful touch. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service — everyone I encountered, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive restaurant team and the diligent cleaning crew, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Our room was bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. Big comfortable bed, fantastic power shower and plenty of space for our belongings. The mini bar with the complimentary selection of local soft drinks, beers and water was a lovely touch. There was a steamer in the wardrobe which was very handy and robes & slippers were also provided. The reception staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. Check out time was 12 noon however we asked if we could leave our room at 1pm as our flight home wasn’t until later in the afternoon and reception were more than happy to arrange this for us. We had breakfast included in our booking - this was quite a basic offering in the restaurant but tasty enough. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend.

Good hotel. Great views from room over the city. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette is basically a microwave and use of the mini-bar fridge. There is a kettle and a coffee machine which uses capsules. The shower is in an open glass cubicle in the bedroom, which might not suit everyone. The hotel is modern, very clean and everything is new. the house-keeping is of a very high standard. Fresh smelling room. All in all, perfectly good hotel.

This hotel has nice rooms, clean and plenty of space to relax and make coffee or warm up left overs. My favourite thing about the room was the awesome view of Frankfurt. We had the highest floor and so the views were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options for all diets, coffee machine that makes a delictable cafe americano. The check in was a bit weird. In order to check in, the reception is on the 22nd floor, rather than the ground floor.

This is a business hotel- catering to business travelers. The room was clean and more than adequate. Arriving at the hotel via car was a challenge as their is not "unloading" area or place to pull up. Lobby is on 22nd floor-so it was not exactly easy to get in. Parking was even a bigger challenge. Instructions on how to park and navigate to 22nd floor would have been nice in advance of arriving. The staff was very accommodating and friendly upon check in. This is not a full service hotel by any means. If you just need a room, want to be left alone and don't need any other services, then this would be a good hotel choice. (Although there is a small gym and sauna). Don't expect a traditional grand welcome or access to tourist type information. The room was very modern. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette was a bonus. The view is awesome. The entire room is one big window providing a panoramic view of the city. This hotel is one block away from great shopping/cafes and a very short walk to old town, but it is on a very desolate street with not a lot of foot traffic around.

Nice light and spacious room and amenities. Very quiet. Good breakfast with decent healthy choices. Very central - I was able to walk to where I needed to go. My only grippe was the rather inefficient WiFi first thing in the monring and I feel WiFi should be completely free and unlimited for such a central hotel in FFM.

We arrived early and hotel was nice enough to accommodate us. Rooms were just as shown in pictures. They were clean, roomy and had beautiful views of the city. Walking distance to so many sites. The automatic blinds were a cool feature. Only concern was that free wifi was restricted to one device. If you had more devices, there was a charge. Also, on day of checkout we had to pay for wifi access as well. Wifi should be free for all devices during entire stay. Breakfast was rather expensive- $29 Euros- for the selection provided.

Wunderschöne Suite mit exklusiven Zugang. Ungünstig ist die Bar gleich nebenan, die bis nachts geöffnet ist und natürlich laut ist. Aber immerhin: im Schlafzimmer hört man fast nichts davon, wenn die Tür zu bleibt. Der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse war etwas zu kühl, die Aussicht war gut, ist aber am Balkon der Bar gegenüber des Zimmers wesentlich besser. Frühstück war entsprechend der Kategorie angemessen. Personal ist überwiegend unsichtbar/unauffällig. Gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt mit Zweck zum Feiern oder mit Freunden chillen.

Lovely hotel and great location. Reception staff very friendly and also the cleaners. Negative - Rooftop bar has amazing views but we were a party of 5 and there was no room for us to have a drink. We could not sit in restaurant area as they were closing and bar area was full. One of the staff members in rooftop bar/ restaurant was not welcoming and quite rude to us No kettle in room Pillows not great. We had 3 rooms Rooms are great value for money but one of the rooms was extremely hot even though heating was not on. Overall, very satisfied and would go back

The hotel was fantastic! The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, and there's an Aldi right next door, which was very convenient. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center, 7 min to the bus stop and 15 to the metro station. Also, the view from the rooftop is simply stunning. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel staff was great, from check-in to the rooftop brunch and breakfast (only the bar server during dinner time was a let down, but we won't judge the entire staff on one lazy guy). The rooms were super comfy and spacious, great for hanging out together as well (we were a group of 3). Fridge and air conditioning was working flawlessly and super easily. We had nothing to complain about at all!

We love our stay at The Blasky! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, there are restaurants nearby and 2 grocery stores. The housekeeping clean our room everyday. And Akef, the front desk is always helpful and effecient whenever we ask questions of where to go to eat and shop grocery. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lot of choices. We will stay here again if given the chance to go to Frankfurt again!

Staying at this castle hotel truly felt special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always kind and attentive in every detail. The entire place was spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly quiet – creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was another highlight: room service was tasty, breakfast was delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was unforgettable. In fact, it was one of the best meals of our whole trip, with an outstanding wine list – even compared to several Michelin-starred restaurants we visited. A perfect combination of history, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive both prior to our arrival and during our stay. The room was very spacious, well-appointed and immaculately clean. It was nice to have the complimentary mini-bar (no alcoholic beverages). We also enjoyed having the small balcony. The breakfast was simply amazing and the professionalism of the waitstaff was superb! A very special place!

We stopped here during our drive through Germany, seeking a touch of luxury on the road, and we were not disappointed. The place was absolutely beautiful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and there was ample parking available. A lovely bonus was the little treats and a cozy little bed for our dog. The premises also offered a nice area for a relaxing walk. Since we were only staying for one night as part of a long drive, we wanted a convenient place to eat and have a drink. The bar exceeded our expectations with fantastic cocktails and a very friendly bartender.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – A truly fantastic stay that exceeded expectations I had a truly fantastic time at Schlosshotel Kronberg. I had requested a small birthday cake, which I was happy to pay for, but the hotel went far above and beyond anything I imagined. When I arrived, I was greeted with champagne on ice, glasses, cutlery, plates, cakes, chocolates, fruits- everything beautifully arranged. My room was much larger than expected, with a lovely view over the park. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a wide choice and attentive, friendly staff. After checkout at 12, I decided to treat myself to afternoon tea in the lobby by the fireplace- very reasonable for the amount and quality of food, and such a relaxing experience. The grounds were absolutely stunning; I loved walking around the golf course and through the rose garden. This was my third (or fourth) stay at Schlosshotel Kronberg, and this time exceeded expectations again. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate — just book it. You’ll have a wonderful, authentic castle experience close to Frankfurt. I also recommend visiting the town of Kronberg itself, with its winding streets, medieval houses, and charming cafés. A memorable, five-star experience in every way!

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The bar was perfect for an evening aperitif and casual dinner. It was the most beautiful historic hotel that I have visited in Germany.

This stay was pretty nice. I've stayed more than once now. Housekeeping is friendly but the language barrier is difficult. It took quite some time to get a change of towels and a roll of tissue without needing a full service. I do wish the freeb water was replaced each day of the stay since each day is paid for. I shouldn't have to go into the mini bar if I've paid for each day. That said, there's secure parking with a fee, cozy rooms, a nice bar with more than beer and soda, good breakfast, and it's quiet (unless your neighbors are unreasonably loud). It's a place I would stay again.

I usually stay outside Frankfurt but wanted to be downtown this time. I like the apartment hotel concept and liked the flat I was given - large, with lovely balcony (perfect weather for it) and well equipped. Even a candle in a holder to have on my balcony table - though did not seem to have sugar for the tea/coffee. The decor in the flats is a little scuffed, - clean but a little worn - tear in the fabric of my couch, stain on the curtain. It's not a big chain hotel so you don't expect those facilities. Staff friendly and pleasant, - English not perfect, had difficulty giving me directions to walk where I was meeting colleagues. Reception only comes on at 8am - which was later than ideal to check out, but can be managed. Quiet location and good night's sleep. simple breakfast in reception - perfectly adequate. I would stay here again, especially for a longer stay.

The hotel is very close to the "Alte Oper" which is really in the centre of Frankfurt. I have chosen this apartment hotel because our new office is just 3 minutes away. The room have was very nice with bedroom incl. living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a balcony. The room was clean but unfortunately the wardrobe was pretty dusty. The internet was slow but still aceptable to work with. The room was very quite but there was noise coming from the toilet. Therfore I had to close the door in order to be able to sleep. What I found a bit disappointing is that there is no real breakfast. You can get coissants and coffee in the room where the reception is - not very big space and that's it. If you wish to have a lager breakfast you have to order it and get it collected at the reception. I prefer to rather go to a coffee shop and get my breakfast there. Also the reception is only busy between 8.00 and 19.00. If you need information outside this time range nobody can help you. For me it's still convenient and I could probably stay there again. But for foreign people who need some help or recommendations from the reception it might be difficult.

high end technology amenities , great Kitchenette with mini dishwasher , electric range, microwave all in perfect shape working condition. bed in excellent quality mattress and duvet in clean ironed presentable arrangement. great shower and bathroom with heater which was required in December . AC working perfectly in silence. overall just perfect experience for us as a couple. very quiet street in great location.

Central location near Old Opera and the pedestrian shopping area, on a quiet residential street. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Easy check-in. The apartment has everything you’ll need for a week-long stay, good shower pressure, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed.

What we really liked about the apartment is that it was comfortably warm, which was nice especially when it’s coldish outside. We also appreciate fresh towels every day. We rented a one bedroom apartment, number 18, it has quite a big balcony with a door in the sitting room and in the bedroom which is convenient, the bedroom is comfortable and there is enough space near the bed if you need a crib for a baby, the sitting room is quite nice, has everything you might need for this money. The kitchen is ok. The bathroom is comfortable. The location is Westend which is basically the Center of most attractions if you come to visit them and it is a business centre too, at the same time the building with apartments situated in a quiet residential area, therefore at night no noise from the streets, so I guess everyone can find what he/she likes. Parking: it was said in the confirmation email parking spaces are limited, but we never had to look for a space, we stayed for 4 days and always parked a car just beside the building. Staff is nice, thank you for changing the bedding when we had a little accident)

We had a lovely staying at Villa Magnolia. The family room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful view 😋 😍 The host was very friendly and helpful with information from places to visit or to eat, and even parking . My kids were very excited and happy to meet the cat on the property 🐈 Garfield We visited Selingenstadt village, which was a fantastic place with a lot of great restaurants and terraces, an amazing monastery, and just perfect for a walk-around.

Clean and spacious room. I love the red checker curtains and the dinning room very much. The staff (including the cat) were very friendly. Fabulous breakfast with good views. There were also many restaurants in the town nearby for dinner.

We booked the family deal but requested to stay all in then same unit. We were upgraded to the suite which was spacious, clean, comfortable and decorated very very nice. The guy at the reception was so helpful. He answered each request with a smile and even gave our daugher a small gift upon checking out. Very diverse breakfast.

We came to see a concert in Frankfurt and stayed here for three nights in a Junior Suite. Reception staff were professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and had great views. The only negative thing I would say is that there was no privacy with there being no blinds or frosted glass on the bathroom window. There was a turndown service at night which was a nice touch. We had bottled water every day which was really nice. The lifts were amazing we had no problems at all very quick and you didn’t have to wait long. The Sky bar on the 47 th floor was amazing with fabulous views…. well worth a visit. The breakfast selection was amazing and also delicious! Something for everyone. Staff very attentive and everything was well stocked. It was such a feast for the eye to see! I’m missing the breakfast now I’m home!! The VIP lounge was also very good and a lovely little haven to relax in. All in all a beautiful hotel in Frankfurt and would certainly not hesitate to book again.

The hotel is beautifully designed—colorful, modern, and elegant. Our junior suite was spacious at over 30 square meters and featured a stand-alone tub and a large shower, both of which made the room feel extra luxurious. The location was also excellent, with a shopping mall right next door, giving guests easy access to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The VIP lounge was another highlight, offering basic breakfast, light lunch and dinner and snacks. Lunch and dinner had good variety with alternating dishes most days. Lara at the reception was kind and helpful. Margarita, the guest relations manager, made our stay especially memorable. She was attentive and always happy to help. She consistently went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. Her outstanding professionalism truly stood out and added to the quality of our experience.

This was a fantastic stay. I have been staying at NHow for work for a while, but this was the first personal trip as my family came to visit me in Germany. The staff could not have been nicer. We got an early check in and a late check out with no issues or additional cost. The breakfast has everything. And the rooms are so comfortable, quiet, clean and relaxing. I can only praise again the staff - they made everything so smooth and are so friendly. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I hope to do so again for a personal trip soon!

Definitely 10/10 hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The VIP lounge was fully stocked at all times and monitored constantly. The deal breaker was the room service robot. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar was coolest I ever seen. The view was stunning. The location was inside a mall with so much food options and high end shopping stores. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are sound proof so my stay was extremely peaceful. Loved this hotel 5 stars and definitely will be visiting again.

The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, but the real stars are Manny and the team at the Gold Bar in the lobby. Their service is outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They create an atmosphere that’s both fun and inviting, making you feel right at home. Unfortunately, the experience at the rooftop bar was the complete opposite. While the setting is visually impressive, the service was some of the worst I’ve encountered in Frankfurt—unfriendly, unprofessional, and lacking any basic courtesy.

It was the perfect stay in a stylish hotel with character. Perfect location within walking distance to both the Hauptbahnhof and Messe. Tram station is one minute from the hotel but it takes only 20 minutes to get to the Römer by foot via marvellous business district. The cleanliness of the room - exceptional. The room is equiped with everything you need and more (marshall speaker, clothes steamer). The bar downstairs is an attraction point itself and provide you with delicious cousine and cocktails as well as with great continental breakfast. The staff was really hospitable, attentive, friendly and not in the least stiff. It was like staying at your friends house but with a designer‘s touch.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here. There are a few things to note which might help you decide your stay. The place is eclectic for sure, really nice furnishing and is modern, TV, WIFI, coffee machine all very good. It was a great addition to have a marshall bluetooth speaker/radio in the room so we could get ready with some music. Bed was comfy and the hotel is nicely located, we were far enough away from downtown to avoid any issues or additional noise. We walked or took scooters around. We visited the christmas markets and surrounding areas. The chicago williams restaurant which serves in the same space was great, food was very tasty and the mac n cheese was huge!! Our waiter was an excellent bloke, very attentive and we shared some whisky with him! Unfortunately, we had not managed to get cash out yet for tips so hopefully the whisky was enjoyed! If you're looking for something to compete in terms of their luxury such as the W hotel, you will be disappointed. We recommend this place for sure, we managed to get at a very good value per night too.

Very stylish rooms. Loved the rooftop bar. Bluetooth speaker in room. Excellent range of delicious smelling toiletries, and lovely bathroom with large shower, and a proper wall separating it from the bedroom, NOT glass!! Relatively quiet area, but close to main train station, and tram stop was 2 minute walk away. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!! Excellent housekeeping!! Generally good service from staff. Welcome beer on arrival was a nice touch. Coffee machine and water in room.(We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment) We would definitely stay again!

Loved this hotel and the service was amazing. Every single receptionist I spoke with was super kind and the hotel has a really nice vibe. There were also some great restaurants within walking distance - I highly recommend Mama’s Ramen Fennischfuchser! I felt safe enough to walk by myself as a solo-travelling girl at night to get dinner, although it’s worth noting I am used to Toronto which makes Frankfurt feel super safe in comparison. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed, and the toiletries smelled amazing as well! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool and classy hotel in Frankfurt that is walking distance from nearly everything you’ll want to experience.

We were upgraded to a prestige suite, which was beautiful and so spacious. The service was wonderful. All staff were attentive and friendly. The location was great, very close to main sites and luxury shopping. Breakfast had lots of food options. There was a buffet and a la carte menu. Anne from concierge was so helpful in organizing our day trip to Heidelberg. Room service and housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. I got a great massage at the spa. We had a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Fab location, very helpful front desk staff (special shout out to the concierge team who are delightful) and the room was spacious and very clean. Great amenities in the room and I loved the Dyptique products. The best thing however was the bed - my god it was massive and so comfortable, I had a ridiculously good sleep. Common areas very swish. I didn’t make it to breakfast but I ate lunch in the bar and it was great, gentleman behind the bar could not have been more helpful. Top marks from me, I will return.

We had a superior room & we were not disappointed. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable; the staff extremely helpful. We had coffee & breakfast dinner at the restaurant & the coffee & food were of great standard. A big shout out to Tino, Sebastian & Philipp for all of their assistance during our 3 day stay. Location was excellent for doing sightseeing on foot, getting to restaurants and supermarkets.

We arrived late but our room was ready. We upgraded to a large king room. The view we had was very nice. We had dinner at the bar the night we arrived because the restaurant was closed, and it was a nice setting but the food was mediocre and its a shame . Breakfast was excellent with top service from all personnel. Service at the front desk was also very good. The location is very good and within walking distance to every thing with lots of good restaurants around or just a short ride away.

The hotel is in the Frankfurt region, about 25 minutes away from the city centre. It is located in a somewhat secluded and very quiet area, where you can definitely relax and have a nice day, without being too far from town. There is one just about 5 to 10 minutes away by car, whilst Frankfurt lies about 25 minutes to half an hour. It took me that long to get to the airport. From the moment you drive onto the lot, you feel that you are entering a wonderful atmosphere. There are two parking lot. One that is covered, and another one a little bit further away adjacent to the hotel. The area looks very quaint and welcoming. When she stepped into the hotel, the service was 2nd to none. The public area is very clean, well laid out, well lit, quiet, and so is the room. Large, very clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but not tiny. I wouldn’t call the room sprawling, but it gives that impression. It is done to a high standard. It is very quiet, and you don’t hear a peep. I used the gym, which has all the basic amenities someone may want. They also have a sauna, which I did not use. Although it is a bit secluded, the Wi-Fi works perfectly well. Not always the case in some instances. The restaurant is quite large, food is the usual fare… But the staff is very responsive, and comes across as very dedicated to making your experience a delightful one. From start to finish, the only downside is that the stay was too short! Must go back!

This was absolutely a great stay. Everything looks brand new and the main hall, where the bar is located, is all newly built but in a sort of Tudor style which looks stunning and makes for a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, breakfast is delicious with a great selection (from fresh fruit to cereal/porridge to bacon, sausages and on-the-spot cooked eggs as you like them). Location also excellent just 10 minutes walk from Oberursel, a great little town with a gorgeous old city centre and quite a few amazing restaurants. Easy to get to Frankfurt too.

We initially planned to stay here 1 night before moving to our next destination in Germany. But the hotel was so exceptional and the staff was so exceedingly friendly and welcoming that we stayed an extra night. We thoroughly enjoyed. Only knock is the dinner buffet was wildly expensive for the quality. But everything else was just magnificent. If you’re coming to the Frankfurt area I would strongly recommend this hotel. It’s quiet, peaceful and backed up to a nature preserve which was excellent for an afternoon run.

Everything was perfect. I love this hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly, responded to requests quickly. The mattress was comfortable and the A/C was very good. The hotel very quiet in the forest with great view towards the trees. I really felt comfortable during my stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark! The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The hotel is located in a quiet, green area, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. The blackout curtains and comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially enjoyed the sauna — it was a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Great property. The family room was slightly smaller to our expectations but still comfortable. The location is great. You get a good view of the Frankfurt Skyline. It is charming at night. The Breakfast was exceptional. Property is quite new and is well maintained.

Nice big, modern and clean rooms with a good and clean bathroom. The beds have good mattresses and are sleeping great. I have been coming here now for months(every other week) and the rooms are good and clean. At the bar\restaurant you can have a decent meal and find some friendly people behind the bar serving you. Especially Jackie will bring a smile on you're face with her unique presence and good service behind the bar.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even with our late check-in, and the hotel's close proximity to Frankfurt Airport was perfect after a long flight - an ideal place to relax before continuing our journey. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the convenient parking made everything even easier!

Very good hotel. Nice room. Excellent restaurant for breakfast. However the food for dinner is little bit overpriced. There are not that much options in the surrounding, could be challenging if you do not have car. I had dinner in other restaurant belonging to other hotel chain close by paying better prices and excellent food. Installations are modern. Reception very kind.

My Partner and I recently stayed at the NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers stunning panoramic views of Frankfurt, and the room architecture is modern and thoughtfully designed. We had booked the Premium Double Room, which was spacious and comfortable. However, we were slightly disappointed that the room did not include a bathtub, although some photos online had suggested otherwise. Unfortunately, there was no option to request one during the booking process, and our email inquiry to the hotel remained unanswered, which was a bit frustrating. Another downside was that the windows in the room could not be opened. While this may be standard in high-rise buildings, the air conditioning system didn’t quite compensate for the lack of fresh air. After meals or in the morning, the air in the room often felt stuffy and stale. On the positive side, both the spa and bar areas were elegant and usually not crowded, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. These amenities added a touch of luxury to our stay. In summary, we really enjoyed the overall ambiance and comfort of the hotel, but a few details could be improved. We would rate our experience a solid 4 out of 5

The goods: Fabulous views (from all sides). Fun and innovative decoration throughout. Impeccably clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. High quality coffee and tea provided in the room. The medium: Fast internet is only available at an extra charge! I can imagine for business guests this is very irritating at this price point to not have access to adequate internet! However I must say - I used the free internet and found it perfectly adequate even for streaming Netflix. The bads: For a new hotel there were a few things broken or chipped in my room which dampened the effect of an otherwise beautifully decorated room. The shower only has two settings ‚on and off’ which means you can’t control shower pressure. There was no bathrobe in my room and by the time I realised it was too late (I presume housekeeping would have brought one but I had already showered). A little more seriously - there was a billing error. When I checked they charged the price of my room again onto the card I provided as a deposit. Luckily I noticed later that evening but this could be exceptionally annoying if I was a foreign traveller.

I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Great welcoming, excellent hospitality, delicious fresh breakfast every morning, very romantic dinner atmosphere. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and hotel overall smells great.

Beautiful hotel right next to the shopping mall and the train station. My corner room is very spacious with gorgeous view. Staff from the front desk, restaurant &bar and room cleaning are super nice and helpful! Breakfast buffet is delicious with a lot of varieties. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star is because of too many constructions around the property. Overall I had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The room was comfortable and clean. The price was unbeatable. The kettle with coffee and tea options in the room was perfect. The hotel is near the metro and last but most importantly the staff were friendly, helpful and available 24/7.

This is a lovely hotel in the perfect spot for exploring Frankfurt's Museum Mile on the River Main. It is easy walk to all of the museums (located about a block from the river, roughly in the center of the museum district), and it is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. There's great transport options nearby, but it's very walkable as well. Inside the rooms are well appointed, with lots of nice touches. Great shower, with both a shower wand and a rain shower head, nice kitchenette, cool sports themed rooms. The computerized entry system makes it easy to come when you need to check in, and the front desk was very flexible accommodating my needs. They stored my luggage during a morning meeting, which was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and very welcome.

Clean, comfortable, lots of places in room for storage( well planned storage) . The best pillows EVER! The pillows were big squares that you could easily fold in half for the person who likes a high pillow or lay flat for the person who likes a flatter pillow. The snacks in the room were free and perfect! The man who serves breakfast is so helpful and friendly. My husband and I were both university athletes and liked all the sports themes in the hotel. So nice to have a fitness center and sauna in a boutique hotel. Great location for walking to restaurants, sight seeing , the River and shopping

The room was really spacious, clean, with everything you could need and maybe a bit more (it had some free goods such as snacks and drinks). The guy at the reception was more than kind and helpful. The hotel was also really clean, close to the South train station and in a safe location. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom also spacious with toothbrush toothpaste and many towels. An amazing value for money, totally recommend.

This is a cute boutique hotel in a great location for tourists. Easily walkable distance to nice cafes, the riverside, tourist spots in the city and the main train station. Our room was comfortable for a couple, with a compact bathroom, mini kitchen and in-room tea/coffee. The staff are lovely, and we arrived late at night so reception was unattended but the self check in at the front door was quite easy (English translation available). The hotel is clean and modern, with an interesting sports decor. Wifi is good.

loved our stay. The complimentary minibar was very welcoming with snacks and drinks after a hard day travelling. Only a 15 minute Uber/Taxicride from the airport, the hotel is walking distance to tge old tiwn and almost everything else and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay again bext time.

What a great place! It really felt like a luxury experience. The bed was amazing. Everything was super clean, including the bed sheets (they felt as new!). They even provided coffee capsules. The location is great -if you need to stay near the airport. The shuttle is super convenient. In 2 minutes walk there are great restaurants and amazing Rewe shop. And the best part is the stuff. Seriously, those guys are beyond friendly and helpful. And I have never seen better replies - I was messaging them to clarify something about the shuttle - and they were replying so thoughtful and personally to me as they had so much energy and patience for me... It felt amazing. So - best customer service ever!

Reza ar reception was very friendly and pleasant,made us feel very special. We arrived early hoping to be able to store our luggage and were happily surprised to be able to check in already. The room was spotlessly clean, albeit a little cramped with all our luggage. The bed was conformable with crisp bedding. The shower was hot with great pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, great coffee. The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient and the hotel is close to the U-Bahn allowing easy and fast access to downtown.

Great Stay Near the Airport and Concert Venue The location was very convenient—just a short distance from the airport, which made our arrival and departure easy. We stayed here for a concert at Deutsche Bank Park, and it turned out to be a perfect spot for that as well. We were a group of four and shared an apartment that was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was a comfortable and practical option for a one-night stay, with all the essentials we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone attending events nearby or looking for easy airport access! Open 24/7! We saw as well that the hotel is providing shuttle to the airport. Possibility to rent umbrella. Underground parking available for 24€/night.

I think B'mine is a high quality hotel for an affordable price. We chose it because of its airplane spotting options, so we really appreciated the plane spotter room (it is an upgrade depending on its availability, for 10€) and the amazing view of the breakfast area. The room was nice and clean, and had good soundproofing. The bed was really comfortable. Last, but not least, the breakfast was exceptional, with high quality, varied food and drink (my favourite: guacamole, salmon, and the rice pudding), it was really one of my top hotel breakfast experiences.

One of the closest hotels to the airport, situated just a 10-minute walk from terminal 2. The building appears recently constructed, with modern, fresh furnishings that create a cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast offered was of high quality, featuring a variety of fresh, local, and delicious options, making it an excellent start to the day.

A classic airport hotel. Very nicely furnished. Great large room with a “concrete view.” Easy online check-in at the hotel and not far to the subway to the airport. In short, I'd gladly stay there again. Breakfast on the top floor is not to be missed. 1. Very tasty and extensive. 2. The view of the airport. 3. The view of the Frankfurt skyline. 4. Fantastic rooms, nice, large and pristine clean. It was absolutely perfect. Parking the car next to the room was a treat, saved having to unload and unpack everything. The room I had, while not up near the top floors, still gave a great view of the end of the taxi-way by Terminal 2. Although the motorway is visible from the balcony, it's completely silent in the room. The breakfast was amazing up on the 12th floor. Great range that catered to every taste.
