The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the location was peaceful, the staff were very attentive and kind, and this will be my primary hotel when I travel to Fresno. Also the pool is heated and the jacuzzi gets really hot. I like that the patio had a grill and a fireplace. The rooms were extremely clean, I had a one bedroom suite and the room was spacious. The hotel has very inexpensive prices for their rooms considering how much they offer. Even the pull out couches were comfortable per my kids.

I had a good stay at Sonesta ES Suites Fresno. The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient option for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette that must be great for preparing meals during longer stays. While the furnishings are not the most modern, everything was clean and functional, clean which made my stay pleasant. The double rooms have a gas fireplace, which is wonderful after a long winter day at the national parks. The staff was polite and helpful, addressing any questions or requests promptly. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a nice touch to the overall experience. The amenities were satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with enough variety to get the day started, though it could benefit from a few more fresh options. The outdoor pool and fitness center were clean and provided a nice way to unwind. The location is convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to get around Fresno and the surrounding areas. Overall, Sonesta ES Suites Fresno provided a solid and reliable experience. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it for travelers seeking good value and convenience.

I stayed at the Sonesta ES Fresno in early August 2025 and had an absolutely exceptional experience. My room was wonderful – spacious, comfortable, and with a shower that was perfectly warm and relaxing. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. I was warmly welcomed and served by Carrie and Laura, who truly went above and beyond. They prepared fresh pancakes for me right on the spot, topped with the perfect combination of syrup and pecans – a delicious surprise to start the day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care in making sure I had everything I needed made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Carrie and Laura, for turning a great stay into a truly memorable one. I will definitely be coming back!

Decently sized pool facility with jacuzzi. Pool was warm. Quick and convenient towel service. Clean gym facilities. Equipment in good condition. Peloton bike was a nice surprise. Standard treadmill, elliptical equipment as well as free weights and cable machines were all useful and in good condition. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet and accessible. Front desk concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast was average. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and the driver was friendly.

So we were wanting to stay somewhere close to the airport for our flight out in the morning and this property got the bill! It’s super close to the airport. The only super small negative was that my friend and I (both female) had to leave the building out back to go into a gate to get to the jacuzzi. There had been some loitering down the road at the Starbucks (like 0.1 mile away) when we stopped there- so we were a tiny bit concerned about that 1 but didn’t end up having problems. The hotel is super clean! The staff was friendly. It appeared that there was coffee available all of the time in the lobby. We left for our flight before breakfast so we didn’t get to try that! I would definitely stay here again and we are very picky on where we stay!

Very nice hotel, fairly new (5 years or so). Spacious rooms, lots of storage, nooks and crannies. Firm bed. Large bathroom, large walk-in shower. Clean, bright, comfy. Nice that they had an airport shuttle. Gym, snack/drink vending at front desk. Only downside … Not near any restaurants. Ride share or Door Dash for lunch or dinner. Free breakfast fairly typical of free breakfasts. Clean, spacious breakfast area.

Pros: Close to the airport Clean, spacious rooms Parking on side, free Cons: None Spent the night here prior to flying out the next day. This hotel is located about five minutes from the airport. It is also conveniently located around several fast food restaurants. Check in was easy. They even gave me the option of what floor I wanted to be on. I chose the second floor since the first floor has the breakfast and I didn’t want the noise to wake me up. The check in staff was very nice. She even gave me a list of places I could find food at that time of night. The room was big. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom had good toiletries. They did have a fridge and a microwave. It was nice to have the little extras like the welcome on the TV with my name on it. Sometimes little things like that make it better. The AC worked well. They have tea and coffee all day at the lobby. For breakfast they have hot and cold items. Very continental breakfast type. Appropriate for the type of hotel. Parking is available on site. The parking lot is well lit.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Bedding was soft. Check-in was easy and clerk was friendly. Privided us two bottles of water, which was nice. Bathroom sink worked well and shower was great. I like that there were several hooks to hang towels. Inly complaint about the room is that the sliding barn door to the restroom would not stay closed. A simple hook closure would do the trick. The clerk was very nice when we checked out and advised of the issue. Breakfast was just okay, but it could've been just that day. Only stayed one night. I feel the parking is safe, as it is not riddled with any folks loitering about, and is well lit with other hotels in the immediate vicinity. We would choose to stay at this location again.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Great service, workers are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable Location was amazing just walked across the street to the concert. Totally recommend it. Definitely will go back.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The room was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance, with all the modern amenities I could need. The staff was attentive, making sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Everything about the hotel exuded quality and care. I was a bit disappointed to find that the pool area closed earlier than expected. After a day of exploring the city, I was looking forward to a late evening swim, only to find the area already closed. While this didn't detract from the overall fantastic experience, it would have been even better if the pool hours were extended to allow for more flexibility in enjoying the facility.

This hotel provided a great location to serve as our base during our visit to the area. It’s central location and ease of access for both highway and train station made arrival and excursions a breeze. The room was spacious and clean. Reception was super helpful and friendly! Kudos for the welcome cookies. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend it to others.

We abandoned a horrible airbnb and ran to this double tree. We were so thankful for the large, comfortable and clean room. The staff were friendly, the hotel quiet even though it was busy, the restaurant was good and we loved the pool area.

Everything was great. The spa wasn't working when we were there which was a bummer but Everything eles was good. It's very clean and safe with very friendly staff. My kids liked the cookies and we liked the convenience of the bar and restaurants. The Gym was small but great.

Hotel is clean and staff was super friendly. Plenty of room for parking, as I had a boat trailer for this trip. This property is a 4 story building, (I was on the 3rd floor) and unfortunately the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. Staff did not offer help, nor did I see them helping anyone else, with their belongings. I spent some time in the pool / Jacuzzi. The plaster is in need of a re-do, and although the Spa was hot, the jets were not working. My room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. TV and other amenities in the room worked great. The shades, however, were trashed. I would stay in this property again assuming some maintenance were performed.

Friendly check in people. Hotel is generally clean and nice, and breakfast buffet was better than average. Room was a bit tired, and sheets didn't feel fresh. Location next to busy freeway wasn't great. Still, an OK option for stays in this area.

A 2 night stay while having service on my RV nearby. Easily the nicest hotel in the immediate area, clean, well maintained, and outstanding staff. A very nice breakfast service with hot food options. Good wifi, and workspaces in the rooms. I believe the hot tub was under repair while I was there as it didn't seem to be operating when I tried it, but that really wasn't a detractor to the stay. Onsite night security is provided in the parking lot which is a bonus as they have RV/Truck parking in the back. It is located directly off the 99 and in an industrial area, but again, I feel it is the standout lodging in the area. I would certainly return.

We stayed at the Best Western Fresno Airport Hotel at the end of our trip before flying out early the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located only minutes from the airport and although we didn't use it (we had a rental car) they do offer 24 hour shuttle service. We knew in advance that there were few, if any, restaurants in the area and, as we were arriving in Fresno late in the afternoon we had dinner prior to checking in. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was clean, comfortable and quite large. Because our flight out was leaving at 6:00 a.m. we didn't have breakfast but the hotel provided, coffee, juice, water, yogurt, apples and granola bars for those guests leaving prior to breakfast being served. Very nice! The only downside was that as we were preparing for bed the toilet in our room overflowed. Oops! We called the desk and they we able to let us move to the room next door which was vacant. A young lady brought us a key to the new room within minutes of our call. Things happen; no one's fault. The front desk staff certainly gets a big thanks for handling this dilemma so very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

The property is great and the staff is super nice. The breakfast spread was fantastic (I love a waffle machine at a continental breakfast). The only downside was that my shower was backed up and I was standing in an inch of water. The valve to switch to the shower from the bathtub faucet was also not very tight so it was still dumping out of the bath tub part and I couldn’t get good water pressure to come from the shower part above after trying a few times. I just kept it a quick shower. But other than that it was very convenient to the airport and a nice easy overnight stay.

The breakfast was great. I worked out in the morning at their gym and was happy with all the machines and weights. I was able to eat my breakfast right after my workout which was convenient. They had a variety of breakfast items too. The location of the hotel by the airport was perfect. It was less than 15 minutes away from my friend’s house. Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly and attentive.

In need of an overnight hotel option near the Fresno airport, I selected the Best Western-Fresno Airport hotel because of its proximity and the availability of airport transportation. I left completely satisfied. Read on for details. Arriving at the Fresno airport late on a blistering afternoon, I called the Hotel for a pick up with the van and and a friendly driver arriving in minutes. This was the first thing that impressed me about the hotel: all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was spacious, comfortable and reasonably up-to-date. The hotel would benefit by updating the availability of USB-A to the now current more universal USB-C ports at the bedside and desk. The complementary breakfast was higher quality than what I usually see at an airport hotel at this price point. Even better, the breakfast started earlier than the advertised 6 AM allowing me to grab something before I hopped on the 5:30 AM shuttle back to the airport. The next time my air travel takes me through Fresno, I will be back at the Best Western-Fresno Airport.

We had an incredible stay at the Best Western near Fresno Airport and would absolutely recommend it. The property was spotless, and our room was huge – same for the bathroom! The water pressure was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Amenities were excellent, including a microwave, fridge in the room, self-service laundry, airport shuttle, reliable Wi-Fi, and a TV. It was also wonderfully quiet, which made for a restful stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we loved that you could buy snacks, drinks, and other items in the lobby’s small store. Breakfast was good, with options like a waffle maker, cereal, eggs, and meat. The only thing we’d suggest is adding more fruit and vegetables to the breakfast selection and advertising the airport shuttle more clearly – we didn’t realize it was available until after we arrived. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable, and overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Fresno!

This hotel is convenient, a good value, and sparkling clean with a good breakfast and 24 hour coffee! Comfortable beds, clean white lines, clean bathroom. 10 minutes...really...from the airport. Shuttle 24 hours a day. Decorated beautifully for Christmas is a nice perk. Home away from home. A delightful place.

We had a bad experience at the Best Western next door so this hotel was a delight! The young woman at the front desk was so friendly, checked us in quickly and when she found out we had to leave early in the morning, she got us snacks. (She had been in training only for a couple of months!) The rooms were clean and the hall was quiet. I liked the bath/shower; there was a rubber mat so no one would fall on the slick floor and this hotel has upgraded to amenities in pump bottles on the shower wall. Our shuttle was on time for the airport. I would stay here again!

Really friendly staff. The guy on reception was training but was easily one of the best hotel employees from my two week trip. The rooms were clean and modern, the pool was the perfect temperature, the hot tub was broken by other guests, but fixed for me when requested. Just a decent place to stay with really friendly staff and good rooms and breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn Yosemite/Fresno Airport. Had a double queen suite with pull -out couch. Very comfortable room. Check in was easy. Was able to purchase microwaveable food items for dinner at the hotel. Enjoyed the full service breakfast in the morning. Good looking pool; but did not use. Hotel felt very new, clean, and safe. Special shout out to Ryka- my son left his glasses behind….and she was able to FedEx them home…the glasses almost beat me home! Really appreciate it. Definitely will stay here again when I am in the Fresno area.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from yosemite. Perfect place the stay if going to the airport the next day. The dr rental return is so close and the makes it for a stress free morning. The room was exactly what we wanted, clean, comfortable, and good tv options. The continental breakfast in the morning is actually quite superb. We checked in, slept great, had breakfast and left. We had a great experience. We would stay again if in the area

The breakfast was really good!! Various options to self serve and the custom Belgium waffle maker was great! The young lady working in this area was really attentive to our needs and kept the area clean and stocked. I think her name was Anna. The room was a great size to my surprise. The beds were large and comfortable. I was glad that there was a workout room and free parking. From the front desk staff to housekeeping the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again when my son comes back to enroll at Fresno State University in the Fall 2025.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, had lots of pillows which I like. Liked the shower gel dispenser in the tub/ shower as well as the shower head that gave a good flow of water and a nice shower. Overall I was pleased with my stay. Would stay here again if I needed to.

This hotel is always clean, the stay is always quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you forget your phone charger they have a loaner. At night very quiet for the guy visiting from a farm in a rural area. Lots of great places to eat close by. If you need to get somewhere fast the highway is just far enough away to not hear it, but close enough that you can get a coffee at Starbucks before you hit the speedway. When staying in Fresno on business this is my go to and I recommend to everyone.

Friendly and polite staff. Comfortable bed, decent size room with 2 queen beds and cold AC. Smaller hotel with small pool , nice sized fitness center. Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient location. Breakfast had a good variety, some foods ran out, but lots of other selections to choose from.

100% satisfied and zero complaints about my two-night experience in this hotel. Was in town for a concert but needed to work by day, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I'd have a quiet room for work calls/Zoom meetings by day and restful sleep by night. Wonderful Ahjeah assisted me both by phone in advance and during my arrival on site and was amazing - so professional, helpful and gracious in addressing my requests. Also, when I needed to check out but had more one more work video call before hitting the road, Valentina & Ahjeah generously coordinated and made it possible for me to quickly use a spare business room to complete work needs. As a professional, their great professionalism meant a lot! While the hotel is an older building, the recent remodel is great; the interior was all new and also spotlessly clean. I wouldn't likely have known the hotel was older had they not told me so when I complimented the interior. My room was quiet with zero highway noise despite the hotel's proximity to the 41 onramp. The housekeeping staff must be wonderful, because my room was spotlessly clean. Clean carpet, clean sofa, clean bedding, towels, bathroom - all spotless. If you're headed to Fresno for work or for fun or both as in my case, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent, professional staff who care about your nice experience here. I'll stay at this hotel whenever I need to head back to Fresno! Thank you, staff, for everything.

The location was excellent as far as getting to places in the city. We went to a game at Selland Arena and had no trouble getting there in 10 minutes. The hotel is located in an area that is safe and quiet, usually. The only problem was it is in the flight path of an airport and even though it wasn’t continuous there was enough noise to wake me a few times at night. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean and felt new. Aside from the noise the only other downsides were Expedia says there is hot breakfast available for $10 which was not the case and there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The coffee in the room was fine, but my husband likes to get up early and go down for coffee without waking me. I can’t remember staying in a hotel recently that didn’t have coffee. You can buy Starbucks at the lobby cafe which is the reason they don’t have free coffee I’m guessing. We will stay here again when we have reason to travel for sports. Just take earplugs and make coffee in your room. Not big sacrifices for the reasonable cost and other advantages of this hotel.

This older property is well maintained and comfortable. The front desk as well as Starbucks cafe are super friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfy and pillows too. Blackout curtains with most rooms having a balcony and screen doors. My room faces the pool and courtyard on the 3rd floor which was really quiet. Also, as a frequent business traveler with fragrance sensitivity, this hotel is perfect. They don’t clean with strong smelling products and the lobby and dining area are free of the annoying Marriott signature air fresheners. It’s a basic no frills but perfectly comfortable stay.

the property was very clean quite and up to date. their breakfast selection is amazing. so is there dinner. The staff was so nice and helpful. i have no complaints I will definitely stay here again. I reserved the king bed with balcony view to the pool. if you book you will be satisfied.

Excellent safe location easily accessible to major freeways. Lots of free parking. Hotel environment is very clean, room is freshly smelling and spacious. The bed, pillows and shower head pressure felt perfect. The staff were very welcoming and efficient upon check in and check out. Breakfast offers healthy and wide selections.

This hotel is clean, comfy, good location to where I want to go. Friendly front desk when we went to get towels and change for laundry. Great option for contactless check-in/check-out, and mobile keys, so convenient. Check-in online, got our room assigned, mobile key, and went straight to the room without having to stop at front desk when we got to the hotel.

Everything was clean id recomend to stay it was a 10/10 experience the food was good , room was comfy , alcohol was delicious, wish it had a jacuzzi though, other than that id give you guys a 100/100 rate thank you

A very clean, nice, convenient hotel before going into Yosemite. It is located in the nice part of Fresno, with restaurants, groceries, Costco, etc conveniently located nearby. Hotel room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

They are professional and family-oriented. Their pillows are the most comfortable. A pleasant, quiet, and clean experience. Large TV and friendly personnel. I'm glad they maintain a safe and healthy atmosphere. Excellent for downtime or business meetings.

Receptionist, honored request for Ground floor, Breakfast attendant friendly, Front Desk attentive, Decent breakfast, well lit parking lot for PM arrival, bathmat and grab bar for safety, decent wall mounted toiletries, welcome bottle of water! Coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge all appreciated. Comfortable bed. Indoor pool.

Although there were some minor issues with employee attitudes and the lack of the bar consistently being open, the stay here was amazing. The fountain-pool, although it can be cold, and breakfast were enjoyable. The rooms were neatly organized and provided adequate space to walk around. Most downstairs units have patio doors which allow you to sit outside and enjoy listening to the waterfall pool. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hospitality crew is mostly Spanish speaking, so it would be helpful if you are bilingual or have a translator ready. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Very comfortable room which was clean and welcoming. Microwave and Fridge all very clean. Good bed for a great night's sleep. Excellent food in the restaurant if a little on the pricey side, as we had no car access there were no other options within walking distance. Generally a good stay with the staff being super helpful throughout. We really enjoyed our stay for the most part especially as the Wyndham is so close to the airport for an early flight. The decor and setup of the Atrium was pleasing.

This place charge $10 for parking per day! Breakfast is very limited and the staff seems unhappy working the breakfast bar. Front counter staffs were friendly and helpful. Great thing about this place is they have a heated pool and jacuzzi with bathrooms. Downside, you have to ask for towels every time you use the pool and return them to the counter. (Pool close at 11pm, 👍)

This is my 3rd time staying at this location and it never disappoints!! The entire staff is first rate very welcoming friendly and helpful!! Rooms are clean beds very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious as well. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Well lite parking lot. Nice lobby!! Can’t wait to stay here again next year

From a super easy check in, to very polite and professional staff. We enjoy our stay breakfast was awesome, my girls loved it. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, and night swimming in the pool was fun very clean pool area. Definitely a positive experience. Great job.

This property was great! Lily, at the front desk, was so helpful and patient with us when we wanted to check-in early. The property is very clean and in a safe area. There is a CVS within walking distance and everything seemed very new & clean! Breakfast was also top notch - eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, juices, coffees, etc. Lots of options!

The common areas need a little sprucing up. The jacuzzi was cold. The elevator give a significant jolt when stopping on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was fine.

Rooms were clean and roomy, breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and had fresh brewed coffee at 1am when we arrived. The only thing I would change would be the shower head, but even that wasn’t a deal breaker. Room was super clean and bed was very comfy!!!!!!

It was enjoyable, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Close to the freeway, easy to find. Close to many choices for dinner. After a long drive from Oregon we had an enjoyable dinner and we’re well rested to continue our trip in the morning. Excellent breakfast too

Staff was very friendly and even had fresh coffee made at 1am when we finally arrived. Room was great size, comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was great, self serve waffles, and buffet style eggs, sausage etc.

We loved that everything in the room was clean and functional and included a fridge extra sink and microwave. The king suite works amazing if you have a baby that naps. The door with a room makes all the difference if your a parent. Bedroom and Bathroom was large and updated. Extra closet space, two tvs. We needed extra towels and blankets and the staff immediately full filled our requests. Ac was super cold. The pool was clean and functional, plenty of chairs and tables. Breakfast was delicious and there was everything we needed for oatmeal, cereal, eggs sausage, toast, yogurt, fruit juice, waffles, coffee and other muffin things.

Everything was top tier from guest services welcoming me to the room being clean, smelling good and comfortable. I got the jacuzzi suite with the king bed, not only was the bed beautifully made it was amazingly comfortable and very clean!!!

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The amenities were good and well supplied. I had a very positive experience at check in. The bed was very comfy. The shower was great. I enjoyed a quiet peaceful sleep. I got a cup of orange juice when breakfast was served. Access to the highway is easy. Lots of nearby restaurants, a Chevron gas station across the street. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would enjoy a return visit here again, if I happen to be in the Fresno area. Especially for the friendly people that you find here, it's worth staying at this La Quinta location.

This is a gem of a hotel. Great location, very clean facility, very clean and spacious rooms, very quiet, safe and comfortable, friendly staff, plenty of free parking.

Positive: - large, comfortable and clean room - good king size bed and good shower - Friendly personnel - breakfast included Negative: - disposable plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast (not attractive and certainly not ecologic) - location is not very attractive (next to a highway), but convenient as an intermediate stop

Had an unexpected business stay and found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The room was very clean and very spacious compared to previous stay at HGI’s. Staff were responsive to some minor maintenance things and my breakfast sandwich in the restaurant next day was really delicious! Appreciated the luxurious touch of having raw sugar at the coffee station in the lobby too. Very nice. Thanks HGI Clovis!

The hotel is in a great location close to nice restaurants, Target, and Costco. The large room we got was perfect. We had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchen. Bathroom is big and nice. Loved the breakfast buffet. It's also about 10 minutes away from a Tesla supercharging station inside a shopping center where it's safe and can eat and/or shop while charging. Super convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel seems brand new, comfortable bed and nice layout to the room which feels like a studio apartment. Smart tv, spacious modern bathroom and kitchen. Nice new clean hallways, elevator, lobby and good breakfast.

I had an excellent stay at the Homewood suites by Hilton! First of all- the social hour with wine and tacos was delish! The front desk staff were pleasant, I was sent to my room with cookies. I had a wonderful stay through and through. The jacuzzi tub was a nice night cap! The room itself was MASSIVE, up to date, and clean. There were no strange smells/odors and it looked immaculate. The front desk informed me they are due for an update/remodel next year and I can't wait to see it. I will be staying at the Homewood Suites exclusively whenever I find myself in Fresno work (which can be every few months). Thank you for providing me (and my service dog) a comfortable home away from home! We will be back!

After a long and stressful road trip, this hotel was comfortable, convenient, and clean. Leah, at the front desk who checked me in, was especially helpful and friendly and really made my day after so much stressful travel. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Safe area right across from another hotel and down the street from a cvs. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was extremely polite and wonderful to have our room ready for our family of 6. The rooms were extremely roomy! Nice kitchen/living room and bedrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable but the only thing was the pull out couch was not comfy at all. Very thin but overall stay was nice!

This was a rainforest in a hotel/motel desert. It was clean, people were really safe, in a nice way. Shelter was safe, quiet and comfortable.... At breakfast working people were there and ate breakfast too.

Property was nice and staff helpful . My electrical and AC in my home were being repaired and my stay was 4 days . I had my pups with me despite being away from their home and yard it was cool and comfortable . With the weather being an avg of 105 degrees we stayed cool . Bed was very comfortable The continental breakfast was a plus with yummy waffle bites you can make fresh in less than 3 minutes , yummy eggs and premium coffee . A good experience all together

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot water came into the shower quickly and the breakfast was just right. There were all sorts of people in the dining room. Everyone was vey friendly. The pool was crystal clear and it was great to lounge on the pool deck.

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, although a little outdated. We could've definitely used a USB charger, although maybe we're just picky like that. We had a room on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise. It was very quiet. Didn't hear any train. Breakfast was suprisinlgy delicious! Food was super fresh and had everything ... oatmeal, cereal, waffles, omelets (which were DELICIOUS), sausages, fruit ... honestly, we had a very pleasant and filling breakfast here. Service was super friendly and attentive. The gentleman who checked us in late at night was so nice! We forgot a toothbrush and I locked myself out of the room (classic) and the receptionist was happy to get me a new key (free of charge) and supply me with hygiene products. Finally, the fitness room is great! Has new equipment and it's very clean. Overall, this is a good place to stay for 1 night. Starbucks across the street is a plus too :)

This was a great stay. I have to give a big shout out to Carrie at the front desk. We arrived at 1 PM drove in from Vegas a 7 hour drive with kids and a dog was a lot. I had originally selected a first floor room to make it easier to take my dog out. Carrie informed me the room was not ready but she can set us up in a second floor room close to the elevator for my dog. It was very kind of her. Our room was comfortable and clean. This place was great it is hard to find affordable pet friendly hotels anywhere that are clean and quiet. We checked out 2 days later and realized we forgot my husbands work clothes in the closet shortly after we hit the road. I was able to text Carrie and let her know she was so accommodating and had the clothes at the desk when I arrived. Thank you for being so accommodating and kind during our stay! And a big thank you for the clean quiet room that allowed my puppy!

Right off the freeway was a huge plus since we were just driving through town. Bed was clean and pretty comfortable. Shower had supplies so I didn't need to unpack my own. Breakfast had make-your-own waffles which family loved, hot oatmeal, small hot food and cold food bars, as well as grab & go items. All very convenient to start our day without addit stops. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Staff was friendly. I didn't like the area and there was construction all around with detours, but again I'm sure that was temporary, and I wasn't staying in town, and it was right off freeway so might not be an issue for many. For those staying, it was a pretty close drive to a big target shopping enter and a couple miles away from an In-n-Out & Mc Donald's that are open late. We would stay again if we had to go back to this city.

This hotel welcomes the disabled and service dog. All of the staff were friendly and professional. They all seemed happy to be working there. Clean and Comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast. Good coffee. Close to many restaurants with good food and a variety of stores. I appreciated everyone's help and the next time I go back to Fresno I will stay here.

Very spacious room. It was clean and smelled fresh. No bugs. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice and quiet up until about 8:00 am when people started going to breakfast. The parking lot has a security guard and it felt very safe at night. Cons: (1) the tv would turn on, but I could not get it to do anything else.(2) There was a lamp at the desk that would not turn on, (3) there was only one trashcan for the entire room, and that was in the bathroom which made it inconvenient. Other than those minor issues, the room was great and so was our stay.

This was a great place to stay the area is still being developed which was nice there is a huge shopping center just up the street with tons of food options the room was spacious and clean Briana who checked us in at the front desk was welcoming and helpful she made check in quick and easy the property was well kept and breakfast was amazing!! We come to Fresno yearly for taekwondo tournament for our son we will definitely stay here again

I LIKE THE ROOM WITH THE JACUZZI IT HAS A LARGE LEATHER PAPASON CHAIR THAT ROCKS WITH A NICE SIZE TV. IT HAD A MICROWAVE REFRIGERATOR/SMALL FREEZER. LOTS OF SPACE.

Room 162. The thermostat does not work. The bedside lights do not work. The vent fan moter in the bathroom does not work. The chair at the writing table is dirty and stained. The pool and hotub are in need of repair.

Hotel is right off the freeway and easy to get to. The rooms were clean although in need of some updating. Prices were excellent as was the breakfast in the morning. We wanted to use the Jacuzzi but could not get it to warm up. I think they were having some issues at that time because I saw them working on it in the morning when I left. We had a queen suite with a very nice kitchenette and living area. It was a perfect place for my seven friends and I too get together before going out to dinner.

It's rare for me to write reviews, as we travel extensively for business. However, this hotel truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, it felt homey, spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly made our stay remarkable was the staff's genuine friendliness and welcoming nature – we instantly felt at ease. During our stay, we encountered a frustrating situation with our car, which needed to be shipped home. The constant changes in the pickup schedule were incredibly stressful. Patrick went above and beyond by allowing us to stay until 4 pm, something we've never experienced at other hotels. Pete was also incredibly helpful and friendly, as were all the other staff members, each offering a warm welcome. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel boasts a lovely lobby with a pleasant ambiance and a spotless environment. An added bonus is its convenient location right next to Costco. Overall, we are absolutely delighted with this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the owner for creating an environment where guests truly feel at home. Without a doubt, it deserves a 5-star rating!

The hotel was amazing, the beds were so comfortable and the room was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was just as amazing; sausage gravy with biscuits, sausage links, eggs, and potatoes. Location was good and close to many restaurant options. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and super clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The common areas were very clean. The coffee was good and readily available in the lobby, and there was a coffee maker in the room.

Security to get to the room was excellent because you can't get on the elevator without a room card. The room was spacious, clean, had a small fridge and refrigerator...they have two washers and dryers for guest use ($3 per load per washer, then dryer so $6 total per load) they have breakfast every morning tho we never tried it... and a small store for the little items that might not have been packed. They even have frozen meals for the microwave in your room!! It's been the best hotel I have been in tho I have not been in many... but it was perfect for us. No pool or Jacuzzi but they also have a fitness room with a few machines.

The hotel is very tall and because of its height was easy to locate when we returned to the hotel from our events. I liked having hot coffee available 24/7. I loved that our room had a great air conditioner and I was able to floor the air conditioner without feeling guilt. I did not need to keep the air conditioner on long because it worked so well. I slept very well. Cleanliness is important to me and our room was very clean and so was the bedding. The continental breakfast was nice. We were at the hotel 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts. The first day the breakfast seemed great and the second day the breakfast was okay—nothing had changed in the foods available. I like fresh fruit to put into non fat plain yogurt and they did not have either. The breads offered were okay (white bread and bagels). The muffins were delicious—to me, the highlight of breakfast! Staff was very friendly. I noticed a small gym. They also allow pets, even though we did not bring our two dogs. I did see a few dogs—that made me happy.

Check was great, Jada and Jason were super friendly and helpful with dinner ideas. Lobby was bright and cheerful with a great free breakfast selection. Rooms were well decorated, clean with large bathrooms and comfortable beds! Super close to Old town Clovis which is a great walkable city with cute shops, restaurants and things to do in the weekends, Big Hat Days, classic car shows and rodeos are a few.

I had an excellent stay at the Piccadilly Hotel in Fresno. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional. The hotel has a lovely jacuzzi and convenient self-service laundry facilities. Everything went perfectly, and the staff were kind and attentive. A special mention to Steffany for her outstanding service and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed one night at Hotel Piccadilly, and it was a fantastic experience! Our room was clean, and the parking situation was incredibly convenient. They have multiple small buildings with rooms (instead of one big building with all the rooms) so each building had their own little parking lot which was convenient. You were never too far from your car. A highlight for us was the drinks, they were excellent (tequila selection could be better, they mainly had the mass produced tequilas). We didn’t get to try food items from the menu but breakfast was included which was nice. The front desk staff, especially Renee, was so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and quaint hotel.

Well maintained property with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet is very tasty with a good selection. There are no elevators to the second floor rooms, so those with mobility issues should be sure to request a ground floor when booking.

It is a basic property. Room was clean. Front desk staff was courteous. Bed was not very comfortable. Pillow is one thing everybody complained about in our family. Wash room had good hot water, basic toiletries. Fridge in the room and no microwave. Pool was not heated and there was no hot tub. Plenty of towels available at the pool. Lots of eating options and shopping available around the property. Everybody mentioned great breakfast, however I disagree. I had several better breakfast experiences in other places. You have the those non appetizing scrambled eggs, boring potatoes, pork sausage, a few serial, cheap orange and apple juice, cheap commercial pastry, coffee, hot water for tea, and pan cake maker. Apple and banana for fruit. In short not much of protein in breakfast. However the restaurant area was clean and they kept refilling the food consistently to be fair. Over all it is an ok place to stay, nothing special about it.

This is absolutely my go to place to stay in Fresno! Its August 2025 and I've stayed 4 times and will be in town again in the coming months. 2 or 3 times last year. Its a no brainer! Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable. You wont find anything better. A fridge in every room, some with a microwave, and a tasty, extensive breakfast. Oscar at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating this trip. Iv'e eaten at the restaurant only once and it was very good. The pool area looks very nice, (though l have never used it) as does the rest of the property.

I had to wait for registration because night attendant was away from the reception desk for a while. The room was recently remodeled and the pool and jacuzzi were removed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had variety and was well stocked.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Great location for my purposes, easy highway access. Comfy bed, nice shower. Satisfactory breakfast, and if you want to breakfast with friends, there's an IHOP within easy walking distance. Really welcoming and efficient staff. If you're worried about being right next to Hwy 41, don't be. I barely heard it, and only if I was listening for it. If I had to come up with a negative, it was that the toilet seemed to have acid reflux. Not a problem. Two flushes and it was good.

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean. The pool bathrooms were locked and the door to get back in from the pool didn't work but the overall experience was great. The included breakfast was very good and varied. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

As many have read, the hotel is undergoing renovations. We lucked out with an updated room. We also got a room that faces the parking lot, so it was relatively quiet. Beds were comfy and the room clean. The staff provided a crib for our baby boy and that was awesome. There were a couple things that bugged me. The staff was under the impression that the pool was heated. We arrived after sunset and found the pool cold and unlit.There were area lights but no pool lights. The second, due to renovations, the second elevator is out of service. While it seemed that only 4 people were ever using it, you could imagine a busy check-in/check-out really congesting one elevator. Staff are extremely helpful, generally knew what was going on and took care of our needs. When looking at hotels in the area at this price range, cleanliness was my top concern. That's what I got. Comfy bed and some breakfast too.

A great Quality Inn to stay at. In spite of being on a main street, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was top notch, especially the evening lady at check in (sorry, I don't remember her name). We had a slight television problem that the front desk lady addressed and solved immediately. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and hotel grounds were well taken care of. Being on a main street, the traffic did cause some problems getting into the hotel; if you come west from Highway 99 you have to go to the light beyond the hotel and double back to get into the parking lot because of the cars waiting at the intersections, that was a bit of an inconvenience. Getting back to Highway 99 was easy, it is just a right out of the hotel, and both on ramps are right there. Breakfast was hot and good, offering a lot of the normal variety, loved the waffles, but lacked protein selections beyond yogurt (no meat/eggs).

All staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful -- from the front desk staff who cheerfully greet you when you come and go, to the breakfast-buffet service people who (correctly!) recommend the crustless quiche. The hotel seemly newly built. The rooms have modern details like plentiful device-charging options; great extras (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge); and comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent in quality and variety. The hotel location is nondescript (next to office buildings and a Denny's), but if you're looking for a quality place to stay while in Fresno and/or visiting the national parks, this place is hard to beat! We'd be happy to stay here again. ;o

Arrived to a beautiful lobby, very clean air conditioned room with a large step in shower. Gym was very modern& clean. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selections including waffles, egg soufflé & oatmeal bar. Would stay here again!

This hotel was clean, well maintained and the area surrounding it was quiet and easily accessible. It was centrally located in Fresno, and in easy driving distance to shopping areas and some exceptional restaurants and eating experiences as well. We originally chose it for it central location to get to both Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, as well as a side trip to Monterey Bay.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Very polite and helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out. The rooms were very clean and I loved the big bathroom. The breakfast had a variety to choose from eggs and bacon/sausage, waffles, oatmeal bar, pasties, fruits, etc. Very fresh and hot. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the best managed, well kept properties I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. The room looked just like the pictures, was super clean, and well stocked. The bed itself was super comfortable with great bedding. The shower was huge, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and also super clean. The large fridge and microwave was a surprise and a delight because I came back with leftovers. The breakfast was also amazing with lots of options, hot, and frequently refilled by staff. All in all, my stay was absolutely perfect and the next time I’m in Clovis/Fresno, I will be staying here again.

Everything was great, room was very comfortable, only comments would be that our room didn't get clean during our stay, not even trash was taken out and during check in front staff informed us breakfast was served from 7-10 am, the next day we tried to get breakfast around 9:15 and everything was locked up, an employee said out loud that "we were lying and breakfast is always served until 9" but kitchen lady went above and beyond offering my family some waffles, bacon and eggs. Rave to that lady from the kitchen.
