The place was exceptionally clean and the bed was bigger than our king size bed at home and was very comfortable. The whole place was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is nice and clean and the staff super friendly. Beds, pillows and shower are great. Breakfast is very good with lots of yummy food to choose from.

Excelente estrutura e um atendimento impecável, por toda a equipe. Bom buffet de café da manhã e o restaurante também com opções muito saborosas e a preços justos. Um salve especial à camareira Simone, extremamente educada e atenciosa.

O hotel é simples, os quartos são espaçosos e os banheiros de bom tamanho. Sempre que vou à Goiânia fico no máximo 2 dias e este hotel tem um bom custo-benefício e me atende bem. O café da manhã tem frutas, frios, ovos mexidos, pães e bolos, todos cobertos o que demonstra uma preocupação com a higiene. Máquina de café, capuccino e sucos. Para quem não faz questão de luxo o hotel atende bem.

Grata surpresa, hotel proximo ao Hospital HUGO, com facilidade de acesso ao Shopping Flamboyant, uns 10 min de carro, o quarto estava muito limpo, os colaboradores são muito sorridentes e receptivos. O restaurante do hotel e muito bom tbm, comemos uma porcao de tilapia bem servida, a cerveja gelada e a caipirinha uma delicia. E o cafe da manha é excelente, com direito a omelete feito na hora. Voltaremos com certeza!

It is a beautiful property in downtown Goiania, close to restaurants, bars, shops, parks, and historic places. The rooms are spacious, with a great view, and have the facilities for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant Murano is excellent, one of the best options in the city. It was a great discovery during our vacation travel through the Brazilian interior.

Very clean, room is big and very comfortable, good structure. breakfast is fair.

Staff were friendly, also a great breakfast!

Really enjoyed the breakfast and overall hospitality.

I stayed one night at Transamerica Collection Goiânia and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and allowed us to check in early, which was a nice surprise. Upon arrival, we were offered refreshing mint-flavored water, and our room had a great view overlooking the pool and the city. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to Bahrem Restaurant, where we went for drinks that night. In the morning, we enjoyed the breakfast selection, which included fresh fruit, pastries, and good coffee. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was modern and comfortable, and everything met our expectations. It was a great option for a quick stay in Goiânia, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

My stay at Hotel Transamerica Collection Goiânia was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, every detail was carefully thought out to provide comfort, quality, and top-level service. All the staff members are exceptional, but I would like to give special thanks to: • Giselly – always kind and welcoming, calling me by my name and greeting me with a genuine smile every day. • Gabriel – extremely competent and helpful, always willing to assist and solve any situation efficiently. • Marcos – made sure every room service order was delivered with great care, exactly as I expected. • Cristovam – handled my check-out with honesty and precision, giving me full confidence in the process. • Mr. Paulo – a true gentleman, introduced me to all the hotel facilities, helped with my luggage, and even offered to weigh it for me. The hotel itself is impeccable: spacious, comfortable, and spotless rooms, high-quality bed linens, a delicious and varied breakfast, elegant common areas, and an excellent location. The combination of high-standard facilities with warm and personalized service truly makes a difference. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that exceeds expectations, and it will be my first choice whenever I return to Goiânia.

This hotel is nestled in a great part of the city. I recommend walking to some of the local shops and restaurants near. The service was amazing and each person I talked to was friendly and helpful. I did want to highlight one person in particular at the front desk named Gabriel! He was attentive, quick (always appreciative of that after 14+ hours of traveling), and explained everything thoroughly while answering any questions we had. The room itself was nice and clean I didn’t have any complaints on that front! The only thing I will say is they need to stock a bit more toilet paper, but the housekeeping is very quick even when you need to call for it. One thing I was surprised with was the quality of their late night menu for room service! It was delicious and would recommend trying the frys, soups, and sandwich’s they are really good for late night food (ordered at 3 am). Over all awesome stay and if I every find my self back in Goiânia Ill be staying here most likely!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. Breakfast deserves special mention for its quality and variety. I would also like to give special recognition to Gabriel at the reception, who was always attentive and helpful, making our experience even better.

I love having breakfast on the 10th floor with the great view of the city ... and being right next to the fancy shopping mall is a huge Plus. I really could not recommend it more, this was our second stay, and we moved from a suite hotel downtown because we missed how cute this place was, and my girlfriend just had to have their breakfast again!

Em comparação com os outros hoteis da região é o que tem melhor custo benefício. É muito bom entrar num quarto de hotel e ter tudo novinho e funcionando perfeitamente, conforto e limpeza excelentes.

Sempre que vou a Goiânia, procuro me hospedar no Blacl Inn, pois é um hotel muito bem localizado (apenas atravessando a rua você já estará no Shopping Flamboyant). Fácil super fácil ao aeroporto via BR. Quartos limpos, bom café da manhã, equipe cordial. Estacionamento incluído. Entrega aquilo que promete sem cobrar uma tarifa absurda. Ótimo Custo x Benefício.

A simpatia, disponibilidade dos funcionários em atender bem, certamente foi o melhor da experiência. Quartos confortáveis, limpeza e café da manhã incríveis, mais atenção, para quem gosta de um ambiente mais íntimo, peça os quartos de trás, eu preferi o quarto da frente, mais solar. A localização é maravilhosa.

Nunca tinha me hospedado nele, o bairro é super tranquilo, o café da manhã fantástico, atendimento nota 10, cama muito pequena e banheiro suficiente para pequeno mas no geral, eu recomendo.

The bartender was nice, and the front desk lent me an iron to iron my clothes. The rooms were really spacious and I was given a choice of floor. I loved the view from my room and even from the space right outside the elevator. The shower was spacious too and quite incredible. Highly recommend this hotel for all. A few nitpicky areas of improvement would be to include ironing board + iron in all rooms, have more towels for guests, and more TV channels. The area the hotel is in is great, but lacks a lot of restaurants. Also be aware the hotel does not have a pool.

This is an old hotel and it can clearly do with some upgrades. But that does not take away from the charm of this lovely facility. The corridors are ample and very spacious eliminating the sense of claustrophobia in various newer hotel constructions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was most helpful, bringing in an iron board and a tea maker at 11 pm in the night. Good breakfast. Great location in quiet and safe neighborhood.

This is totally me of the best experiences I’ve had in Brazil - and I’ve visited Brazil for over 20 years. And, to my pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary upgrade to an amazing room. Wow - thank you. And their breakfast is phenomenal, especially since I really love pamonha (sweet or salty).

Stayed here many times, really great hotel. Service is great, rooms are always clean, good breakfast, nothing to complain about. Close to two parks which are great for going for a run.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Big room, a shower that works. Plenty of parking. Good value for money. Supermarket and bakery close by, even though this is a roadside hotel. Quiet. Highly recommended.

A estadia foi boa, porem o quarto que nos cederam foi de pessoa com problema de mobilidade e o banheiro nao tina box e ao tomar banho a agua alagava toda parte fora do compartimento que teria que ter um box. Outro problema, e que o cafe da manha terminava as 09:30 horas e ao dar o horario, as atendentes do restaurantes retiravam todas as comidas do buffet. Muito chato, pois no primeiro dia da hospedagem quando chegamos para o cafe as 09:15 horas e inicamos o cafe, as atendentes estavam retirando tudo do buffet.

Mesmo o hotel ficando a beira da rodoviá a acústica é muito boa e não escuta nenhum barulho de fora. Os quartos são bem confortáveis e limpos, bom atendimento de todos os funcionários e com um café da manhã adequado. Único ponto de atenção é que a cozinha retorna muita fumaça no saguão, durante o jantas, e acaba te deixando com cheiro de comida e gordura.

Quarto confortável, tudo muito limpinho, roupa de cama e toalhas perfumadas, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários atenciosos, hotel silencioso e sustentável. Jardim com lindas rosas!!! Amei ser 100% não fumantes! Não levei pet, mas aceitam, achei muito legal! Vai ficar na minha memória olfativa o perfume agradável que sentia no quarto, cheirinho de limpeza!

Excelente hotel em Goiânia, não conhecia reservei pelas avaliações e realmente superou as expectativas. Desde a localização, café da manhã muito bom com 9(nove ) tipos de frutas, sucos, pães, bolos, etc..., jantar a lacarte disponível,recomendo, restaurante do Junior (almoço)próximo 15 minutos a pé "Top", mercado perto.

Hotel recém inaugurado, novinho.. funcionários atenciosos e bem treinados (café da manhã, recepção, camareiras, etc). Quarto amplo, confortável e limpo, a ducha de banho é maravilhosa. A academia é muito simples, estava bem limpa e dispunha de várias toalhas mas pode melhorar em relação aos equipamentos (achei muito limitada), no mais, foi uma estadia bastante agradável. Bathroom shower was very good and powerful. Road noise can be a bit noisy, but that is more a fault of location, than hotel. Light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Great food and buffet choice. Gym was a disappointment, very small, but was clean. Could be bigger and better. Spa was nice. I had a very good massage there. Swimming pool looked clean, but looked no one was there. Hotel location is very good with 20min walk to big shopping mall. Valet parking very effective. You just turn up, give them the keys, they park and return car when you return. Free water all the time as well in lobby. Only annoyance, was very slow and intermittent wifi, which they must sort out, if they have business guests. When they have a conference, the wifi gets even slower.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the location is good and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too, lots of options.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days. I had very good experience with the hotel, room comfort, very clean, staff, food... The only issue I had was the safe did not work, and I reported to the front desk, they send someone to figure it out and did now what was the problem and suggested to change the safe the next day. No one followed-up and I did not bother to call again as the hotel was very safe.

I stayed one night, after having a great experience, o booked another night. The night shift, matheus and the other gentleman were very accommodating. Also the morning staff, the front desk agent with glasses very nice to help me with luggage, also the general manager help with our luggage, thats what you can good hospitality, customer service. Room was very clean, good size beds, hot showers, i had breakfast and dinner both times food was good. I would highly recommend this hotel, and when i come back to Goiânia i would stay here again.

comfortable rooms, good service nice cleanup and very quiet for sleeping, not to mention the great breakfast.

I've stayed at Otis on two separate occasions. It is excellently placed opposite Flamboyant shopping centre, with Flamboyant park a short walk away (10 minutes). Creme Cioccolate ice-cream parlour is just around the corner; well worth a visit. The receptionists could all speak English very well, with quite a few of them having spent time in England and Ireland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room structure is very good if you have kids. We were able to get a room which had a main bedroom, with a separate room beside it with a sofa bed that the kids were able to sleep on. It was much better than everyone having to share the same room and having the kids in a separate room just wasn’t an option. Next time I’m in Goiania I will definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. I would recommend buying your own water and other drinks instead of using the hotel provided drinks that you find in the fridge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would repeat it for sure

There was no cookware though and front desk had none either… Also it would be nice if they specify right in the beginning of their hotel description the front desk that closes at 10pm… they only state it way at the bottom of the hotel details. Please state that right away.

Hotel muito bom, quartos grandes onde tudo funciona, tv, ar-condicionado,secador e camas confortaveis. A única coisa que me desagradou foi que o box para tomar banho era muito pequeno, tive que tomar banho com as portas do box abertas para ter mais espaço para me mover, que é grande largo ou na altura terá dificuldades para tomar banho. Na aera de lazer foi top, a piscina muito boa, a academia é pequena mas funcional e a sauna é top de mais. Area da recepção bem limpa e organizada e os atendentes sempre prestativos. No restaurante o café da manhã estava completo e delicioso.

Muito satisfeita com a escolha que fiz a equipe ( recepção, limpeza e da restauração é de alto nível de profissionalismo! O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e silencioso. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito simpáticos. O estacionamento é gratuito. A localização também é muito conveniente, a poucos passos de muitas lojas, restaurantes e bons lugares. O quarto, o mobiliário e sua disposição surpreenderam. Tudo ali foi pensado para que o hóspede tenha conforto tão logo chegue ao apartamento. Lugares de apoio à disposição, um pequeno sofá, uma mesinha de trabalho, lixeirinha para servir o quarto, apoio para a mala de viagem, uma mesinha ao lado do sofá etc. Recomendo apenas haver papel higiênico de melhor qualidade no banheiro para que a experiência da hospedagem seja perfeita. Café da manhã excelente. Fato desagradável: faltou luz no bairro. E fiquei no escuro por duas horas dentro do quarto. Poderia ter ficado presa dentro do elevador ou não ter acesso a entrada do meu quarto(abertura eletrônica). O hotel deve ter uma solução para falta de energia como ter um gerador.

Hotel possui boa infraestrutura, quarto limpo, roupas de cama e banho limpas. Cafe da manha bom. As recepcionistas e manobristas bastante prestativos. Recomendo

Existe uma preocupação com os gastos de energia elétrica, tanto que no quarto, o frigobar fica desligado. Assim, é necessário pedir água ou qualquer coisa que necessite. Recomendo que ao menos, deixem água (gelada ou não ) disponível.

Um bom hotel para viagens a serviço, localizado bem na região central de Goiânia. Por isso mesmo não recomendo perambular por lá à noite, até porque não há nada aberto. Não leve muita coisa, pois o hotel não tem elevador. A internet é apenas razoável. Já o café da manhã é excelente: variado e farto. A limpeza também é muito boa.

Pessoal muito educado, localização central, café da manhã gostoso e no geral nada a reclamar.

Hilton Garden Inn Goiania keeps the worldwide reputation of the brand name Hilton. Convenient located, this hotel offers a nice environment, a roof top pool, good breakfast (included) and a nice internet speed. Comfortable and spacious room. Although all stuff are very friendly, I would like to highlight the performance of Joao Antonio. He was the one that made my check in and check out. I extremely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for business or pleasure trip to Goiânia. Close to good restaurant options, shopping, etc. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.

Great localization and service. Breakfast is delicious! There are so many options. There's even tapioca and pamonha - traditional Brazilian treats. I would stay there again for sure.

Existe demora para retirada do carro na garagem em horário de fluxo, mas basta ir até a garagem e retirar o carro, caso esteja com pressa. Recomendo para quem não busca luxo, mas busca um hotel confortável e com preço acessível.

Alguns ajustes necessitam ser feitos, um em relação ao secador de cabelo que não funcionou no banheiro e dois suportes de lâmpadas na cabeceira da cama que os fios estavam emendados que na verdade poderiam estar melhor recapado. Mas nada que interfira na qualidade e atendimento cordial das pessoas

There were a number of cafés and eateries nearby and the hotel was within walking distance of a shopping mall. They helped organise an early morning taxi to the airport on my last day.

Also coffee in several forms — cappuccino and latte; hot chocolate and varieties of tea. I only used the pool once, but it was well-maintained — and I had it all to myself! The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Prices are very reasonable.

This hotel is located in a nice and safe area of Goiania. Newer than many other hotels in the city, this property is a good choice: very good facilities, big rooms with shower and bath, air condition, flat screen tv, phone, free wifi connection in the rooms, ref, etc. The front desk personnel are very helpful. Check in can be a bit slow but no hassle. For shopping, the hotel is right next to the area of the Feira de Lua, a Saturday evening street fair of clothes, food, bijoux, silver jewelry, art work, handicrafts and many other interesting things shopaholics love. Also close is Rua 9 which is a long street with an array of boutiques and a shopping center. Breakfast is ok but could be better.

Provided staff that spoke English. Parking was provided without an additional cost; hotel staff delivered your car promptly when you asked. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was oversized without costing extra. The staff were courteous and helpful. A buffet was provided for lunch at a reasonable price.

i think good place with family, friends or its you to alone. Big area, good restaurant with food located, its great I recomend salads, plates of region, because this hotel to have chef of cook wonderful plates. I dont forgot

But, except for a detail in the room, which I'll mention later, there was actually nothing wrong - from the reservation via Booking including interaction via Instagram and WhatsApp and check-in everyone on the team was very friendly and efficient. The room has a good shower, good beds, they honored our request for a quiet part of the hotel, facing the least busy street. All clean. Of course, one doesn't enjoy paying for parking, but the price was reasonable for that. If you have a car, the location is very practical and close to important alternatives, like the main shopping mall in town and easy to reach nearby locations like Alphaville, the Goiânia Country Club, which for us were all places we came to visit. It's a 15-minute drive from the Sun and Moon fairs and walking distance from Sunday's Cerrado Fair. Breakfast was fine, especially on Sunday and if one has a bit of sweet tooth. I splurged on avocado "vitamins" (smoothies) and we enjoyed the "natural" sandwiches - adding slices of tomato and cucumber, items one usually doesn't find at breakfast buffets. Pet-peeve: no place inside the bathroom to hang the used bath towels after use - we had to hang them on the hangers in the closet.

Excellent staff friendliness. Comfortable room, clean and modern. Breakfast comprehensive and again friendly. Particular mention to English speaking, excellent receptionist Hytalo. Highly recommend this hotel. Opposite Flambouyant shopping. Very handy!

Hotel was quiet and staff were friendly. Some staff spoke English. There was a variety of choices for the breakfast and was tasty. The location was nice as it was close to Walmart and across the street from a large shopping mall. I would stay here again and reccomend to others visiting Goiania.

Very comfortable, large rooms, staff very helpful and always available. The only issue is that the room windows need to be clean - the is noticiable dirt on the tracks. Not a major fact, but it does look bad.

Attendants were great. Breakfast was delicious. The attendant in the breakfast area was awesome. Enigleider was excellent with me and my kids.

The bad ... The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo. And the glass around the pool is filthy, probably from the construction. The noise wasn't much of an issue for us.. I saw other people complained about it. Only real problem, we had a few small cockroaches in the room.. and the balcony is big, but seems useless with no furniture. Still enjoyed our stay there, but decided to move to another hotel for our final three days. If you want a big fancy room, good breakfast, okay lobby, this could be a good fit for you.

Depois de muitos anos sem me hospedar no San Marino, decidi ontem me hospedar e fiquei feliz e admirada como o hotel San Marino conseguiu se restabelecer por meio das reformas. Devo falar que o atendimento do hotel está excelente. Ontem fui recebida pelo Fernando, que foi extremamente atencioso. Na verdade, foi o atendimento do Fernando que me fez decidir ficar no hotel. Espero que o hotel consiga reformar todos os quartos para que todos fiquem incríveis como os quartos que foram hospedados. O quarto novo está um espetáculo. Recomendo os novos quartos! Dormi super bem. O serviço de quarto é excelente. Quando falei que iria extender a diária, a camareira já arrumou o meu quarto enquanto eu estava no café. Em relação ao café, estava ótimo. Apenas sugiro que tenha omelete feito na hora caso o hóspede peça e que o ovo mexido seja feito com o padrão da hotelaria. No mais, minha avaliação é melhor possível. Eu adoro me hospedar em hotéis e com certeza o hotel San Marino é agora um dos meus favoritos para hospedar em Goiânia. Ótima localização, limpeza, ótimo serviço na recepção e de quarto, boa ducha, quarto renovado, bom condicionador de ar, bom café da manhã, estacionamento incluído.

O hotel reformou seus quartos recentemente e se tornou, literalmente, um novo hotel! Os quartos que já eram espaçosos, estão agora totalmente reformados, com mobília nova, boa cama, ótimo chuveiro e banheiro e uma sacada ampla. A área da cobertura com a piscina está muito bonita, com excelente vista da cidade. O café da manhã é bom, a localização é ótima e o atendimento na recepção foi muito cordial. Os elevadores são rápidos e suficientes para a demanda do hotel e o wi-fi funcionou super bem. A titulo de sugestão, colocar telas de proteção na sacada (ou elevar o parapeito) dado que a mureta é realmente baixa e causa alguma insegurança, especialmente em andares mais elevados, a colocação de uma.poltrina no quarto, permitindo relaxar também no ambiente da sala, além da disponibilizacao de canais de tv a cabo ou a instalação de uma smart tv. Mas não é nada que desabone a experiência super positiva.

Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais para ficar nos quartos já reformados, categorizados como "Premium". A decoração é nova e os quartos muito confortáveis, com varanda. Os quartos são espaçosos, com dois ambientes, pequena cozinha e acomodam 3 pessoas muito bem. Ideal para famílias, Limpeza muito boa. Chuveiro bom. Ótima cama e roupas de cama e banho. O café da manhã é bom, variado, sem ser espetacular. À noite, o restaurante é muito bom, com boa variedade no cardápio. Usamos a garagem paga à parte, com manobrista e foi ótimo. Localização excelente e bem ao lado da Feira da Lua, aos sábados.

Goinania isn't really a tourist area but this hotel was close to what I needed to do. It was close to some things to do. I was there for visiting and was close for that. The morning breakfast is very good and I ate one dinner in the restaurant that was good also. The room was comfortable and very large. No carpets on the floor in the room which I prefer because then you KNOW the floors are clean!! I had a two-room suite with a sitting room that had a couch, table and chairs, etc so it would have been perfect for a traveler who needed to meet someone for business purposes and there was a door that could be closed to cordon off the bedroom area.

The room condition was average, not brand new though not too old, but the room was spacious with a bedroom and a separate living area with a full kitchen. The wifi worked fine and the breakfast was delivered to our room due to COVID19. Only one of three elevators was working at the time so this made getting up to the room a little time consuming when multiple guests needed to use it.

Este hotel é mais bonito nas fotos do que na realidade. Precisaria de uma reforma (pintura, troca de carpetes, fechar adequadamente as antigas aberturas de aparelhos de ar condicionado para melhorar o isolamento acústico) e melhorar o sinal de wi-fi nos quartos. Café da manhã OK, mas poderia ter café de melhor qualidade, opção de café espresso e cappuccino. A cama é muito confortável, ainda que curta para mim, e o chuveiro sem problemas (boa pressão e água quente).

I really had a terrific stay at Best Western Tamandare Plaza Hotel. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful..and you will usually find someone that speaks English on duty. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The hotel is conviently located and many stores are within walking distance. If you need or want a taxi the front desk can call one for you...and, I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a taxi at the hotel. Maid service daily keeps your room fresh and clean. I am very happy with this hotel...and plan to stay there again on my next visit.

I stayed there in July of 2011. It was my first trip to Goiania. I have been to Brazil 8 times. I like this hotel very much. Most of the front desk staff speaks English. They are all very pleasant and helpful. The full breakfast is very good and other good restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel...as well as shopping and entertainment. I have always been pleased with Best Western Properties whenever and wherever I stayed.

Colchões bons e bons travesseiros, toalhas de banho tinha apenas uma no quarto triplo, o banheiro tbm é antigo achei a pressão da água meio exagerada, estava com bebê então solicitei uma banheira plástica para dar o banho mais tranquila, mas não tinha ! Café da manhã muito gostoso! De maneira geral a estadia foi muito tranquila e positiva!

Foi ótimo, bem confortável super acolhedor. Uma ótima vista pra cidade, próximo a vários pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é incrível várias opções tinha até suco Detox. Todos bem receptivos. As moças da limpeza são uns amores e da recepção também todos bem atenciosos.
