The apartment was very good, quiet, large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace, jacuzzi, there is a nice view of the mountain. The beds are comfortable.

Fantastic gigantic apartment which had everything we could have asked for plus a rather nice bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Entrance & underground parking with lift up to fifth floor where this apartment was situated easy. Air conditioned & views in all directions & nice outside balcony with hottub & great views. Taxi ride into Graz old town cost c 16 euros which was not an unexpected price.

Great location, comfortable and spacious, was perfect for a family of 4. There is a Billa near the flat and a very good coffee shop (also for breakfast). Underground parking was very spacious with a lot of free parking spaces.

Spacious, clean and quiet appartment on second floor equipped with everything necessary for short or long stay and with nice terrace. Easy and professional communication with the host. Underground easy parking is available. Nice cafe and supermarket in the neighborhood. Bus stop in 100 m and 15 min bus ride to the center.

Wonderful family stay – everything exceeded our expectations! Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! We traveled with our children and felt welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and approachable – they surprised us right away with a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture and a great start to our vacation. The room we received was spacious, perfectly clean, and modernly equipped, with plenty of space for the whole family. The kids had their own cozy corner, and we had the comfort and peace we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spotless – everything was at a high standard. Breakfast was diverse and very tasty – there was a wide selection for all tastes, from hot dishes to fresh fruit, pastries, and healthy options. We especially appreciated the attention given to children: there were high chairs, kid-friendly food options, and staff who were patient and cheerful. The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible and well connected. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, welcoming, and relaxing – perfect for a family getaway. A big thank-you to the entire hotel team for their hospitality. We truly felt at home, and that’s something rare these days. Highly recommended for everyone, especially families with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was very clean, the hotel is nice decorated and modern. Breakfast was good. Parking on site, in the backyard. Room was really clean, beds comfortable, unfortunately the AC did not work and was really hot. Lady at the reception was very friendly!

Our stay was only for one night and half day but it was marvellous!! All the staff was so hospitable,so kind and generous!! They were ready to fulfil every wish we had. All the facilities were so clean ,,very nice furnished,with all the details,the food was delicious and the breakfast was amazing!!! I wish we had more days to stay!!! It's nice that the hotel it's not near the city's centre because it's very quiet!!And very quickly you can go to the centre. Thank you for everything!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pension Seirer. The location is absolutely breathtaking — nestled in the mountains with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with that charming alpine touch that makes you feel right at home. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great local recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a lovely variety of options to start the day. Whether you're hiking, skiing, or just looking for a quiet retreat, Pension Seirer is a fantastic choice.

Perfect location. The village is small, nice and tidied. The pension is wonderful and comfortable place to stay and make excursions. The View from balcony is amazing. The garden is stunning and beautiful. Room and bed linen were clean. Breakfast is rich and delicious. The owner is very kind and helpful. I recommend to stay in this pension. The owner was very nice, helpful, speaks perfect english. She is an amazing host in her sweet pension with beautiful views and lovely breakfast. The room was cosy, clean and well-equiped. As a bonus for our 2-yo there was a lovely playground just few steps down the street, which she really enjoyed before the long trip home.

Lovely friendly hosts and beautiful property set in a stunning quiet location. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. We took a cable car up the mountain and the views from the top were breathtaking. Loads of places to eat and drink.

It was a very nice and cozy place, everything was clean. The hostess was a very welcoming and friendly person. The room had a great view outside and the breakfast was delicious. It is only a few minutes walk from several cafes, and about 20 minutes drive to the city center of Graz.

The hotel's location is excellent—by the river of Mur, within walking distance of downtown. Parking is not a problem; nice guys from the hotel park your car in the garage, albeit for 22 EUR per day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice city view. The bad is comfortable. The girls at the reception are kind and helpful, to be commended. The hotel has a cozy bar, where you can have some drinks and cake as well as breakfast ( a la carte).

Fantastic small hotel set under the Schlossberg Hill, perfectly situated for exploring the old town. Refurbished from a very old building resulting in a charmingly quirky arrangement of rooms. Bedecked throughout with original modern art. The hotel has a very modern and smart, yet friendly, vibe.The staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed. The cafe on the ground floor provides excellent breakfasts and refreshments. Small pool and terraces above the hotel have great views over the city rooftops Very highly recommended!

Perfect location in beautiful UNESCO heritage Graz. Super stylish but is giving cosy feelings at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and caring . Egg-cellent eggs Benedict and cafe latte for breakfast. Splash pool at the rooftop with an amazing view and at nighttime cute bats and glowworms. Very comfortable bed. Loved it so much - looking forward to the next stay.

This hotel is just wonderful and very special! The most I liked the decoration and the beautiful view of Graz, there was also a nice pool with view, opened 24 hours, very clean rooms, very tasteful interior. I also loved the delicious breakfast and the kindl and helpful staff! Also quite close to the center. I had a special room: the pool house, felt like a very personal stay!

Delicious breakfast from A la Carte menu, lovingly prepared fresh. Good coffee too. Room was large, well equipped, comfy bed good pillows. So handy to have the cable car to top of hill next door. Town has a good 'feel', is buzzing and many events and museums. Needed more time to see everything. Charming helpful staff. Hotel well located, cleverly designed, a gem.

Newly renovated, very comfortable and quiet rooms with special charm. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, great location close to the city center. Hotel also has a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor seating area. We got a coupon for a free drink upon check-in. Breakfast was not a buffet, which some people might not like, but had a lot of options including vegan. Special requests, like gluten-free, were easily accomodated. We stayed 2 nights and had the option to skip a room cleaning in exchange for an additional free drink coupon. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is quite near the well-known Kunsthaus and a short walk from Hauptplatz and historical centre of Graz. It is 15 minute walk from Graz main train station. It lies at a rather busy crossroads Lendplatz-Volksgartenstrasse, but this is not noticeable thanks the well-insulated windows in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite a treat. They have individual style, are clean, and well-kept. Housekeeping is perfect. Breakfast is very nice - it is not a buffet but ordered by menu. The restaurant part is also very good. Surely can recommend this place.

The location is a 1 minute off the bus stop, which is a 5 minute ride from the train, one of the most convenient locations we visited. It looks right at the Schlossberg and it's just minutes to walk to the historic center of the city. The Restaurant is charming, the breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and the bathroom renovated and modern. A really charming place, will definitely go back

Great location and food, friendly staff. The restaurant is always busy which shows how popular and good it is. My room was much nicer and modern than I was expecting but with a traditional feeling. Location is perfect, not too busy but some great bars, restaurants and entertainment right on the doorstep and it is only a short walk into the centre of Graz.

We loved this hotel! It is a joy to stay in. The hotel is immaculate, bright and airy, stylish with top art and great F1 displays. Our comfortable big room had a great view from the balcony looking down Lend main street and over to the Clock Tower in the old town. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the lively Lend Square with its great restaurants and bars and its not much further to the beautiful old town. The roof terrace gives wonderful views over the city and the fitness equipment is well laid out in a pleasant room up there too. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels in Graz.

Great location in beautiful Lend, easy walk over the river to everything. Great rooms; comfortable beds, modern bathroom, good hairdryer, plenty of space. Breakfast (we went for a la carte instead of buffet) was tasty with good coffee.

It was my fifth stay in this hotel on my way to skiing in Italy. Hotel is situated very close to the historic city center of Gratz in many choices restaurants and other tourist attractions. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Service is nice and friendly. Paid parking across the street. Very good breakfasts. In the bar before going to bed try lokal liquiere Zirm. I have a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is very new and clean (Formula 1 fans will love it, as it features Red Bull drivers’ helmets on display at the ground floor), located about 10 minutes from the city center of Graz. The entire hotel feels like a contemporary art museum, with artworks and paintings by various artists displayed across all four floors. The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely spacious and clean

I had a great stay at Amedia Luxury Suites in Graz. My room was quiet and clean, with a nice view of the courtyard below, and the main street heading into Graz. Breakfast always included fresh cut fruit, yogurts, eggs any style, and fresh breads. As well as coffee and juices. The staff was always very friendly any time of day, and I was always greeted when I came in for breakfast. Though located a little out of the way, there is easy access to transit options, there are two groceries stores next door, and there are also nice restaurants less than 1km away and are easy to walk too, I recommend Heinz. Next time I'm in Graz, I would stay at Amedia Luxury Suites again.

The hotel was really good. Welcoming from the reception staff who explained everything we needed to know especially about the local trams. Our room, 303, was a double room with kitchen facilities. It was large, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Good shower room facilities. Be aware there’s no actual door separating the shower room from the main room, a panal of frosted glass covers half, however shouldn’t be a problem for a couple. Good kitchen facilities , hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Safe in the wardrobe. Air con worked well. Balcony which overlooks the road with train sidings across however we didn’t notice any noise from them. This hotel is situated slightly out from the centre of Graz and there is very little close by. A Lidl and Hofer supermarket and a McDonalds but if you need somewhere to eat and drink you need to go into the centre. The tram is a 2 minute walk away, line 4, and runs every 10 minutes during the day. Very efficient. Underground car park was useful and we were lucky to get a silver member upgrade of free parking. Would definitely recommend.

The room is spacious, clean, very well equipped and modern, with cosy beds and well lit space. There is a secure, privete parking. The vicinity is not noisy and it is very pleasant. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. There is a trem stop a minute walk from the suites. It takes you 5 minute ride to the city centre. Amedia luxury suites is a great choice!

Perfect for a one night stay when we needed a break from driving >1000 km. The room was great, with comfortable beds allowing us to get some good sleep. Even though it's near the train station, the windows are perfectly soundproofed and you couldn't hear any noise from outside. Excellent service - kind, helpful and welcoming staff. Incredible breakfast - wide variety of products, freshly baked pastry and even small details like single-use jams etc. packed in glass jars not in plastic. Reasonable prices. Underground parking garage, what was particularly important for us. Not a single problem during the whole stay. Honestly felt like home :) Thank you!

One of the best customer service ie Attentive and friendly. Apartohotel with decent breakfast, room size and all amenities needed for short and long stay. Im a returned customer for the 3rd time now. Convenient for travellers ie 100m from tramline, 15min to city and 10min to murpark mall. And yeah they upgraded me to suite plus for being loyal, such a lovely hotel and team.

I had a great stay at Hotel Urdlwirt. The location is very convenient—close to Graz and easy to reach by car, with plenty of parking. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: lots of fresh choices, local specialties, and excellent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience—I’d happily stay again!

The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. To my delight, Mr. Bende and the Chef noticed I was tired and probably hungry, they took the time to prepare me food, which BTW was delicious. The room is very modern and extrelmely clean, the location is amazing, breakfast is out of this world. Awesome place, I will be back again.

I had a great stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, which made me feel valued right away. The hotel itself looks freshly renovated with a lot of care put into the details—high quality materials, modern design, and everything spotless. My room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the whole place felt very quiet and restful. I slept much better than the average hotel. A wonderful balance of comfort and service—I’d gladly return.

This was our first time visiting Graz, Austria, as a stop on our way to Vienna. The town itself is very charming, and the hotel is located just 18 minutes away from Arnold Schwarzenegger's hometown and museum in Thal, a great side trip for fans. We arrived at 1 AM, and the hotel reception was incredibly accommodating despite the late hour. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a large living area that gave the impression of staying in a private home divided into suites. The many large windows and cozy layout added to the warm, residential feel. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The lobby featured a large, comfortable seating area, and the staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the choice of artwork near the room. Some pieces, particularly a painting of a woman pointing a gun at her head while having birthday cake, felt a bit unsettling and might be considered offensive to some guests. While art is subjective, this piece stood out as a strange choice in an otherwise peaceful setting. Overall, it's a unique and welcoming hotel with a lot of character,especially great if you're looking for something different from a typical chain stay.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Schlossberhotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate, and there were plenty of healthy and tasty options. The staff at breakfast were quick to offer coffee or freshly made egg options. My only complaint, or more of a suggestion, is that the room TV ought to be connected to the internet so that streaming services can be accessed.

We were placed in the apartments across the street from the hotel. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The kids slept on a pull out couch and we had the bedroom. The bathroom was modern and spacious as well. They cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels. Everything in the room was very clean! The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. They catered to my two small kids and made them scrambled eggs every morning. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling in Graz!

Great hotel in a very nice location. Walkable distance to all the attractions. Quite spacious suites with all required amenities, also very warm rooms. The staff was friendly and polite, very helpful at all times. We ended up in the hotel on Christmas Eve, and thankfully the restaurant was working, while the whole city was closed. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh, one of the best cake selections I've seen in hotels.

Great hotel location. It's within walking distance from the train station (about 20mins); it's in the middle of a pedestrian area with many shops, bars and "simple" restaurants; and it's within 15mins of the Old Town with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Wonderful welcoming and friendly staff. My room was very large with a very comfortable and large bed, nice bathroom with separate toilet (great set-up!), very quiet due to great windows. Breakfast was plentiful in assortment (savory and sweet) and quantity, with a great coffee machine making fabulous coffees!

The room I had was much larger than I expected. The hotel is fully renovated, and the lighting mechanism are spectacular, both in the room and the very wide super well illuminated hallways. Other hotels should follow suit. Huge bathroom (toilet area separate from the shower and sink, beware, if that is something that bothers you); the shower is cavernous, fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, everything from salmon to cereal, breads, pastries, you name it. Staff was very attentive and helpful with directions, how to get to a bus station with several options, etc. Visit Graz, stay here, you will be pleasantly surprised. Can't wait to go back!

This boutique Hotel was a real gem, excellent location just over the bridge from the old town and in amongst lively Bars and Restaurants. The room we had was spacious very well appointed and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast contained a good variety of hot and cold foods including some delicicious cakes.

Excellent and quiet location even situated almost in city center, spacefull and clean apartment, standard breakfast offering + glutenfree bread and cakes, very clean restaurant, personnel very helpful and friendly, everything as it should be.

We found this accommodation really great. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient, including loaning us a kettle for the room. Location is excellent, being just a short walk from the old town. Our double room had a modern look and was very clean and well appointed. The room had a big TV and was air conditioned. Toiletries were provided. Their checkout time was 11.30am, which was also an added bonus. Buffet breakfast was substantial. Also, we happened to be there on my wife’s birthdays and the following morning we discovered a small bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate hanging on the door handle. An all round pleasant experience.

Very kind and helpful staff, spacious room with balcony. Quiet at night, comfy and big bed, with 2 different pillows for each person (size, thickness). The location was perfect for us since it was very easily accessible with car but still close to the center (aprox 10min). The room was ready even earlier so they let us in directly when we arrived (like 2h before). The parking in the garage is paid extra (19€) but they let you leave it on the day of your check-out for the whole day without extra charge. The pool is nice, small but enough to cool down and/or swim a bit, the whole wellness area is nice. Overall perfect stay and if we go to Graz again, we're sure staying there.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the city centre (on foot). There is a big park just behind the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The swimming pool is marvellous, clean and big enough as there are no huge crowds. The sun terrace is also very pleasant. There is a sauna and a gym. The room was spacious enough. The bathroom provided us with all we needed. It is a hotel which offers as much as you pay for it, but there are small things that shows the attention they pay to the guests. Welcome chocolate, welcome card, etc. The bar makes wonderful cappuccino and not more expensive than in the city. So it was a nice surprise. Would definetely return.

The Augarten Art Hotel is truly a remarkable find in Graz! The hotel is a living gallery, with interesting artwork adorning every corner and hallway. The staff deserves special mention: their warm and attentive service made every return to the hotel feel welcoming. My room was absolutely outstanding, very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of fresh, quality options. The hotel also has wellness facilities a wonderful pool, a sauna, and a small gym.

Perfect stay. Clean and tidy room facilities. Professional and attentive staff. Located near tram stop with free travel to the city centre. The pool and spa was excellent too (open 24h, which is amazing), extra towels provided. I arrived by train and did not partake in breakfast, so I cannot comment on those.

Apart from being clean, beautiful and a great location, the staff put so much thought into the extra touches to make your stay more enjoyable. We love the pool and wellness centre and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel has a great location just outside the city centre. The bus station is near by. They have some free parking slots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also great a lot to choose from. Overall a great hotel to stay at when in Graz.

Great hotel, great people working as receptionists, staff in the restaurant. Hotel is clean, has great wellness with the swimming pool, food at the breakfast was outstanding. People who work in the restaurant serving breakfast are great! Highly recommend this hotel and I personally stayed twice.

Nice and clean room, kind and helpful staff, breakfast was delicious, on the day of the MotoGP, you could have breakfast from 6:00 a.m. ( this meant a lot to us, very positive ).

Our stay was superb. We are traveling with a 2 year old which can be challenging at times but everything went super well. The room was already prepared with a cot, it was large enough for her to run around. The bar/ restaurant is perfectly lit and the music is only in the background, so we could enjoy a lovely dinner while our daughter was sleeping in the stroller next to us. Further, as we are not big eaters there is the possibility to order breakfast a la carte, as s second option to the buffet. What I would like to mention as well, everyone who is working at Aiola is extremely kind, helpful and authentic. They helped us with reservations for breakfast, dinner, getting us a taxi, providing us with milk at 6 am for our daughter, whatever we asked for, they helped and supported. We will gladly come back.

Beautiful and modern boutique hotel in the heart of Graz. Room was spacious, comfortable, with modern interior design and contemporary vibe. Would also recommend the bar and restaurant, breakfast was great. Location excellent, right in the city center with everything in immediate walking distance. Everything!! ♥️ Beautifully decorated spacious room. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Delicious breakfast (23euro extra per person). Loved their Amouro Bar and also the clothing and home goods store attached to the hotel. Fantastic location in Old Town for restaurants, shopping, the river and points of interest; all within a 15 minute walk. Taxi transportation train station to/from hotel takes about 10 minutes. The Graz Festival was supposed to take place on the weekend we were there but sadly canceled due to the unusual inclement weather of high winds and rain. Despite this, we loved visiting Graz!

Very centrally located - in the front there is the pedestrian zone - a very stylish hotel. Nice large bed, large room with also seating area for two and extra opportunity to work, stylish bathroom (shower), without disturbing noise from neighbouring rooms or street. Nice restaurant and bar (opposite) also run by the hotel (owners). Super friendly and kind staff - I was lucky because the room was ready for early checkin even, no discussions re receiving an invoice or other support. I did not have breakfast included but the offer looked very inviting. I would love to go there again.

The hotel is new and due to this, everything is great. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is tasty and sufficient. Location is close enough to the city center which can be reached by foot by fitted persons but also you can easily book taxi service and the price is not high.

Very nice gasthof in the middle of nature. The room was perfect: clean , spacious, with very comfortable bed. Perfect place for recharging the batteries and surrounded by nature and silence. The owner was very pleasant and friendly and the breakfast was very good. Nearby there are some shops and restaurants if anything needed. It was perfect

The thing we liked the most was the attention of the owners to seemingly little details that make for a great experience. We do appreciate it a lot. The place is totally recommendable for both a short stay or a longer peaceful respite. We had a really great rest thanks to a spacious room with great beds and a very quiet working air conditioning. There are armchairs everywhere, indoor and outdoor, inviting you to sit down for a bit with a coffee, beer, or a book. The hotel, or inn if you wish, is nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. There was some private event when we came so we had dinner in a nearby restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty. There is ample parking space. If we ever need a stopover in that area ever again, we will not look for another place.

Beautifully renovated rooms and lovely place to stay with friendly hosts and good breakfast. The trains did not disturb at all, rooms had AC. Location was quiet and close to nature all around. There was also restaurant on the groundfloor and even tennis court in the garden. There was couple of minutes walk to the center of the village with shop and restaurant. Plenty of free places to park in front of the house. The owners were very helpful and welcoming, took into consideration baby and prepared bed and chair for him. It was very nice gesture.

It all starts with exceptional staff! So kind, smiling, very attentive and helpful! Then there's the location, oh come on! You will like you are in the high mountains, green everywhere, and despite of being next to the road and train station it was so peaceful and quiet! Our dog couldn't be happier too. Dinner was delicious. We will be back hoping for more than one night!

The "Gasthof" is in a beautiful and quiet location, the room was very clean and newly furnished. The breakfast had everything we could want. We also had a very tasty dinner in the restaurant. The owners are very nice, we will definitely stop again when we travel to southern Europe.

One of the best hotels experiences we have had in last months. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome, and they really take care of the place. Small gifts as delicious donuts, fresh water, water and snacks for dogs at the reception are a nice gesture. We booked a standard double room and we got a nice one, probably upgraded one with a huge balcony and beautiful view on a small pond with a tiny willow-tree "island". Room are nice, super clean, kept in nice tonality of light grey and deep blue colors, beds are comfortable and big, bathrooms same well-arranged, with spacious shower. They also provided bathroom with Prija, oriental-ginger shampoo-shower gel 🙂. It smelled so good that I want to buy it now 🫠. The hotel is dog friendly, and stuff is very nice towards your four-legged friends. There is also a Hundezone approximate 15 mins walk from a hotel - search for "Hundewiese". Hotel serves breakfast from 7 until 10.30 at 18.90 eur per person, it is a breakfast-buffet, and breakfast was generally speaking very good: we could have pancakes, scrambled eggs, lots of cheese, ham, small sausages, jams, fruits, yoghurts, bread, and some cakes, coffees, juices etc. Hotel is located approx 15 min with a car from Graz. Super recommended!

Perfect stopover on the way to Italy This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling to Italy and looking for a peaceful place to rest near Graz. Located on the outskirts of the city, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view of a pond right outside the window – a lovely touch that adds to the charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and great quality – a perfect start to the day. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip south!

Great staff members on check in and in the morning ., very helpful and friendly. Amazing spacious room with balcony and view of the small lake. Peaceful, lovely neighbourhood. Late check out at 12pm and 2pm on Sundays. Comfortable big bed.

Really great stay! The staff were super friendly and polite — always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was there, from good Wi-Fi to plenty of outlets and a nice hot shower. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, both hot and cold options. For the price, I was honestly impressed — great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!
