We had a relaxing two nights here. A comfortable, clean room; a wide choice of food at the breakfast buffet; helpful staff; and tea on offer downstairs in the afternoon (a necessity for us!) The hotel wasn't so busy and there seemed to be a mix of business and tourist travellers. Excellent location to wander round the town and, overall, excellent value - although the car parking was a bit more expensive. Best Western hotels tend to provide a certain standard and this place was one of the better ones we've stayed in.

Super friendly helpful staff. We actually stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. When we returned for the end, it was like revisiting good friends; they remembered us! For an extra fee they offer laundry service and stored our luggage between stays for a moderate fee. The breakfast is phenomenal and included in the room rate; I'm not a big breakfast eater but my husband ate enough for both of us. The dining area is very clean and nice. The beds are really comfortable.

Stunning hotel . Staff absolutely fantastic , so helpful . Breakfast was amazing . The room was spotless . ( just second day when they got to clean the room ) . The food in the bar was red hot & so fresh . We ate lunch one day . Was greeted by a lovely Swedish lady Katrina ( I think ) nothing was too much trouble for her . We told her that we was taking the ferry to Sweden . Katrina told us which way to go. I am going back in a couple of months with my son , to fish. Would we even consider staying somewhere else . Amazing stay at a resort hotel. We paid for a room with ocean view and regretted nothing. Private balcony with the sound of ocean waves rolling in fit so well with the relaxing time spent walking the beach and hanging out in the many heating pools and other spa treatments. The food from the lobby restaurant hit the spot and the lobby bar was fun and hopping well into the evening.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and the view and access to the beach are incredible. We had dinner at 1861, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and very spacious; the only thing that I didn’t like was the blanket, even though it was very soft, it was too thick so we couldn’t sleep very well.

This hotel is not particularly attractive on the outside but the location is fab – right on the water, walking distance to the town of Helsinør. Fun vibe inside, very busy, lots of events, fabulous sauna/spa area with lots of interesting scrubs and treatments. Great service both at check in and the restaurant. Excellent hotel restaurant. Rooms are comfortable although they have limited storage. Ping pong tables and hand shuffleboard add to the festive vibe. We greatly enjoyed our view of the water, would suggest splurging for a room with a view, so to speak. Helsinør suggestion: walk into town and sample the international food court, the Argentinian booth is delicious and inexpensive!

Excellent location, right on the water. Breakfast with a great view of ships sailing past. Well maintained, modern, clean and welcoming.

The hotel consists of several complexes connected to each other by corridors. It was quite difficult to find the room, the receptionist's instructions alone were not enough. The bathroom is small but beautiful, modern and renovated, it is perfect. The room is small and not as modern as it looks in the picture, the equipment is old. We had a ground floor room with a high wooden ceiling. The bed is comfortable, it was quiet outside all night. The view was wonderful, of an endless grass and forest. Breakfast was good, excellent coffee from the machine, scrambled and boiled eggs, marmalade, butter, 3 types of fruit, cheese, cereal. Yogurt, paprika, fresh bread and much more. The breakfast raised my impression of the hotel.

It was so lovely to have breakfast in a dining room with such an amazing sea view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the free coffees and the bottled water. We really enjoyed walking down the forest path from the hotel to reach the sea.

The building was beautiful, the room excellent. The reception was so friendly and the overall feel of the place was superb. Of particular note was the guy in the restaurant who was really helpful and welcoming,and we had the best plaice ever. We travel to Sweden regularly to visit our son, and this Centre will be a definite stop if in the future .

This property is surrounded by open grass fields and a net for volleyball or badminton. The majority rooms are not connected to the main lobby but all are a quick brief walk. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful! Lots of options, fresh rolls, fruit, juices, meats and cheeses, eggs and more! The staff was also very nice. It was a convenient drive to town and maybe 5 minutes to the castle. There is a lovely outdoor patio in the lobby building as well. It was a very nice stay!

Very nice stay, extrememly friendly staff available for check in until 2200 or 10pm, lovely property set on a picturesque lake, we stayed here in order to be near the beautiful beaches of the Danish Riviera and historic Fredriksberg Castle and the hotel location was situated well for both destinations, Hotel was very near historic downtown Hornbaek which had a delicious bakery- Bagt- where we purchased delicious pastries for breakfast since breakfast was not included with our stay, the hotel did provide a breakfast for 37 Euros but we did not add breakfast so cannot comment on the breakfast, however, the breakfast room was lovely overlooking the lovely lawn and lake, rooms were small as expected for a boutique hotel but lovely, bathroom was nice and well supplied with bath amenities and hair dryer, ample free parking in the courtyard,

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was bright and fresh with blue and white decor. We had a room that provided complementary cognac and whiskey. The Ilse Jacobsen toiletries were a lovely touch. We bought hand soap to bring home! We dined in the sun/light filled restaurant. The food was delicious and the presentation perfect. Caspar was our waiter and was very friendly, polite and helpful. A great young employee that you should nurture and keep! We walked in to the town which was small but pretty. I would love to go back in the summer. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The hotel is lovely. View from room of lake was absolutely breathtaking. Bed very comfortable, shower was fine.Sparkling clean.Room a bit small but great for the price and perfect for 1 or 2 nights for a couple. Restaurant food and service was exceptional.

The rock-hard pillows and synthetic down blankets in our room led to a near sleepless night for us.

Nice building overlooking a beautiful lake. Easy access by road. Convenient on-site parking. Friendly service. Pretty room. Room and common areas clean and tidy. Great restaurant with a scenic terrace: good food, good service, and good price for the quality experienced. Nice breakfast. 10 minute walk to the beach and port. Many shops 5 minutes away on foot.

With a location in the heart of town, and the scenic steps leading to the medieval Kärnan castle tower just outside, The Vault makes our visits to Helsingborg convenient and even more fun.

Happily surprised by the upgrade to a beautiful big corner suite with lovely views down the front and side from the windows. Loved the stylish interior of the room, the bathrobes, slippers, stylish bathroom and very big comfortable bed. Felt really lucky. Loved the gorgeous decorated entrance to the equally gorgeous lounge. The Receptionist who checked us in was also very friendly. The art deco elevator is an attraction on its own and very fun. Breakfast was also good. Because of the beautiful room it was really very good value for money. Location is great, right in the Centre of town.

The staff at breakfast is amazing, always ensuring that there are a lot of choices for breakfast, tables clean and a comfortable experience. Location of hotel is wonderful, right in the city center, easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, buses and trains. This is my 5th time staying at Mollberg, and the only choice when I return to Helsingborg.

Loved the Breakfast, the room was clean and exceedingly comfortable. For what I paid I wasn't expecting such a good room. Instead of the usual 3 in 1 shampoo / body-wash / conditioner there were three separate dispensers. The staff were polite, friendly and the location was only a 5 minute walk from Helsingborg central. As someone who regularly travels to Sweden I would most certainly stay here again. Compared to my stay in a dirty, Copenhagen airport hotel (which cost more) I'm thoroughly impressed by this Hotel's value for money, even taking into account that I stayed in off season. The beach is only 10 minutes walk and if you're staying in Helsingborg I would thoroughly recommend taking a dip, even during spring and winter.

Spacious room even with travel cot set up, clean and with great facilities and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, great variety of foods and well stocked. All staff were very helpful and kind. Great location, close to train station and near a supermarket.

The room was supremely comfortable and the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The included breakfast was superb in both quality and variety and the atmosphere of the dining room was elegant. The more casual restaurant also served excellent meals.

really convenient location and the hotel ended up upgrading us to a bed with a view of the water which was a pleasant surprise. also the included breakfast was great and convenient with a nice view of the water.

Central location was ideal, given this the hotel area was quiet with no noise disturbance. Staff were very helpful and our room was very good. Paid parking next door was useful as was the fact that it was close to the ferry port. Walking distance to all the facilities of town. Breakfast was outstanding.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good but it was always difficult to keep the hot food hot all the times. Perhaps batch cooking or hot food to order would be more appropriate? Thank you for a very pleasant stay

Excellent location, right next to ferry terminal (20 minutes to Elsinore) and train station (to Malmo and Copenhagen). Very attractive building, with lots of seating in concourse. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms quiet, and I had a view across the Sound.

Parking under the hotel, located in the city center with walking distance everywhere. If you get a room with a view enjoy the ocean and the Danish coast line. If you like exercise it’s great to take a jogg by the ocean. Five minutes north there is a public outdoor gym well worth a visit. The hotel has a gym but in the basement with a view of the wall. Highly recommend the outdoor gym, it’s amazing. There is a roof top bar with beautiful views. The pool is outdoor and kind of cool but you have to book a time slot and pay for it. The breakfast is outstanding. Nice staff and freshly made scrambled eggs. Lots of fruit and typical Swedish bread and a large variety of cheese, ham and ”leverpastej”. A must. Don’t forget the ”inlagd gurka” on top. Love it.

The hotel is relatively new. Clean and great location. Check in was easy. More than everything, the staff were great! Alison at the breakfast buffet was so wonderful. Receptionists, cleaners were also very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Nice base in Helsingborg with really good and spacious rooms. The Premium rooms are worth the extra 😉 The breakfast has many options and good quality, although the buffet area should be more tidy and especially the floor cleaner! Really sticky! No ambiance in restaurant/breakfast area…just go for your breakfast. Bar area fairly nice but visitors from outside (knowing the staff) made it a bit “uncomfortable” - I would probably skip the bar and go out… But again as hotel good rooms! Worth it.

Home Hotel Grand, Helsingborg is an excellent choice for a very convenient (3 minutes from Central Station and Ferry to Denmark) and lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night out of the three nights I booked, and had the MOST delicious dinner and breakfast that were free!!!! My room was perfect; clean and quiet with everything I needed. I most definitely will stay here again. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly - especially my new friend Andre. Thank you very much Home Hotel Grand - you made my stay absolutely wonderful.

The property was excellent. The room was comfortable and compact as it said on the site. I had dinner in the restaurant and this exceeded my expectations as did the breakfast choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend, and I would stay again.

We loved our stay - our family suite was perfect with our three kids, the beds and linens were so cozy, the complementary. tea, dinner and breakfast was amazing!!! would definitely stay here again. The staff were almost so lovely and friendly!

An additional charge of 300 SEK for staying with a dog seems excessive, even though the room includes a small dog bed and two bowls. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the included dinner consists of just one daily changing dish and a small salad buffet, with no dessert offered. The staff is friendly and welcoming to dogs. The parking garage costs 290 SEK per 24 hours, but there is free overnight parking available on public streets in front of the hotel.

I’d happily live there if I could! We loved the little touches of dressing gowns and slippers, and my mother paid for Prosecco in the room which was perfect!

We loved everything. We loved the style and decor of the facility and our room, we loved the exceptional breakfast with lots of healthy options, we loved the friendly welcoming staff, and we loved the location. This hotel is a gem! I wish we could have found places like this in the other cities we visited. This was our favorite lodging out of eight different places we stayed on this trip.

Overall good service. Kind and helpful reception and a cosy hotel. Breakfast was of good quality and there were several options. Helpful with parking opportunities. Only thing was that the room was too cold even after we adjusted the heater.

Although breakfast is not included, it is very easy to make your own breakfast in the shared kitchen which is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, clean property and ample facilities. The check in process was simple and efficient. The bed was comfy and there was no issue with the bedframe, its rather easy just dont lean on the wooden edge, it's not brain science!! It feels like a lot of these reviews are very unfair and people are just looking for anything negative to say. A hostel that doesnt serve breakfast!!! What a load of codswallop! This place is exceptional and its a shame that people with what appears to be a limited amount of brain cells put on here. Hats off to the owner, you have a very unique offering here. I will be back this year with bells on!!!

It was clean, modern, central and a good size room. Didn’t use the kitchen but that was clean and looked like it had everything you could need.

The hostel's location couldn't be more convenient making it easy to get to. It was really clean and felt very comfortable, even the common kitchen was spotless.

We partook in the community dinner, which was fun and delicious, and breakfast was nice as well (keep in mind, it's not a buffet - you order from a menu). Our room felt very cozy, however the real charm was coming out of the room and reading a book or enjoying a cocktail in the "living room" and going on long walks along the beach close by.

Wonderfully unique hotel just a short walk away from the beach. In Danish style but not minimalist, rather more decorated. Very cosy and in great condition. Dinner was a lovely experience and fun to sit at long sharing tables and get to know other guests. Breakfast was delicious and on separate tables. All very well organised.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden and at a great location; close to the beach and town center yet very peaceful and calm. Amazing breakfast and lots of options to meet people through different community activities. Everything felt very relaxed and the staff were very friendly and helpful, too.

Dejligt og roligt sted. God beliggenhed ifht. havet, natur og gåture. Fint værelse. Rigtig god restaurant på stedet. Vi var heldige at være der en aften med levende musik. Eneste minus var, at der var ret koldt i spa-området, så man kunne ikke opholde sig der i badetøj. Temperatur i pool, jacuzzi og saunaer var dog helt i orden.

Min overnatning på 1622 var helt fantastisk. Smukt beliggende ved Øresund og med 34 værelser, der gør at det føles meget intimt. Spaen havde det hele, sauna, dampbad, jacuzzi og pool samt loungeområde. Jeg fik også en virkelig dejlig massage. Virkelig lækker morgenmad hvor man havde mulighed for at bestille forskellige varme retter. Jeg kommer helt sikkert snart igen.

The breakfast is very nice in a restaurant with a view on the sea. There is even vegan assortment if you need. The only one thing that could be a problem is location. If you don`t take a taxi and you are not easy-going with gudgets, you could have some problems. There are just about 10 stations by bus with 1 transfer (Bus1-> Bus 218or219) from the city centre and it takes you just about 40-50mins. Advice - to download SKA (Skanetrafiken) application to your phone. Without it you even can not take back ticket from that location. It is not possible to buy back tickets in the bus or at the bus station near the hotel because all buses there are intercities, they simply don`t sell tickets.

The staff was super helpful. The rooms were on the bottom so easy access. We could park the car I front to unload. Food was good. The room is old but it's clean. Next to the beach, beautiful view.

Super close to Helsingborg city but also close to Höganäs, Mölle, Väla shopping center and more. We are always super happy with the service from the front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff. The surrounding of the hotel is not perfect but if you are just staying there for the sleeping and breakfast then it is perfect. Quiet. During summer time we miss the air condition, but windows are openable. The look of the hotel from outside is not as good as interior. Rooms feel modern and well equipped.

The room was modern, comfortable, clean and quiet. The use of the sauna (brand new!) and swimming pool were a bonus. The restaurant was good and the breakfast exceptional, with great choice (the coffee could be improved!)

My wife and I came here with a large tour group. However, we were on our own upon arrival. I was impressed with all the various activities for families. In the lobby, there is a large table for kids to color at. There is a pool table and ping pong table for older kids and adults. The lobby has plenty of snack options. The bar has plenty of drinks for all tastes. The restaurant offers a buffet or you can order off the menu. Even the breakfast bar offers a wide variety of options with meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, plenty of bread, and of course eggs. We were here for only one night, but it was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and more than adequate. Scandic is always dependable.

A nice hotel with all the ameneties you need. Breakfast bar is ample and has many choices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant area is cozy and warm. Really appreciated the free coffee machine and sweets by reception desk.

The hotel is super children friendly. A lot of board games, a play room, welcome drinks for free for children and a small pool were just great. For us the location was perfect but it is a bit out of the city. The rooms were clean, nice and quiet. I was truly happy with this choice. I did not expect the hotel would be this nice. Also the personnel were great. The breakfast was rich, with many available options. Recommended!

Excellent hotel in central Helsingør! Was visiting for a long weekend for my wife's and mine wedding ceremony and hotel was a perfect choice. Very centrally located in old town next to all the walking streets, with plenty of shops and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Paid parking is nearby with free parking 1km away. Ferry to Sweden is also 5 min away. Rooms are nicely decorated; if renting the apartment unit, it is very large with fully stocked kitchen and living space. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even checking to make sure we would arrive on time. Breakfast is very delicious with warm items and fantastic bread!

Arriving with jet lag from Copenhagen, the Hamlet Hotel was the cure to get over it. Very helpful and welcoming staff, comfortable room (elevator to get there), awesome breakfast buffet, located on a quiet pedestrian street near the railway station and close to restaurants and Kronborg (aka Hamlet's Castle as far as Shakespeare is concerned).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with the Neighbour hood information and other room queries especially the elegant lady at the counter. The hotel is an old hotel but has been well restored and maintained. There is a lift for the upper floor that was amazing specially if you have luggage. The rooms are nice and cozy. The location was amazing very close to the train station and main market and shops and nice restaurants around. Definitely will come back again!

We made salad on breadrolls to take with and the man on duty kindly wrapped these in plastic wrap to keep secure. Bathroom was small but renovated and very clean. My wife and I liked the firm beds. Even near the centre, it was fairly quiet.

My fiancé and I were getting married in the Helsingor town hall. Skandia hotel is only a few minutes walk! Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful for our needs. I needed an iron (given) and asked about parking for my makeup artist the next day. The next morning our townhall appointment was at 11am and checkout was also 11am. They stored our luggage until we came back a few hours later. Let us change clothes in our old room even( I was expecting the lobby bathroom) and still held our bags for longer so we could go to lunch. Through all of this they could have charged us for the room longer but they didn't! This shows they care what is best for the customer. Note- This is an older hotel. I think its very well maintained but let's say it has older charm. But the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Comfortable, family-run hotel in an excellent location on the edge of the old town in Helsingor. The railway station is just across the road. My room was on the 4th floor with an outstanding view over the roofs of the old town to Kronborg Castle, the Sound and the coast of Sweden. The breakfast buffet was very good - a good selection of everything you could want, including a delicious range of fresh bread rolls.

Hotel sent me code for entry which was very convenient. Room was large with bedding for 3 persons. Breakfast was nice. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. If looking for new and modern this isn’t your best choice. But if looking for older with character in the heart of the community and friendly staff (and clean) Hotel Skandia is a great choice.

Centrally located with parking available (not free). Housekeeping was attentive and thoughtful. Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated and the room was a good size. Breakfast was plentiful (although no herbal or decaffeinated fruit teas offered). Staff helpful and friendly.

The location, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was great. I stayed in room 4 and it was quiet, perfect for resting. A recommendation is to have the possibility of using WhatsApp to contact the hotel. For foreigners, it's pricey to call a Swedish number. Overall, I totally recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Continental in Helsingborg. The hotel is located right in the beautiful city center, with everything just a short walk away. It is very well-maintained, always clean and tidy, and offers all the necessary amenities such as a kitchen and laundry facilities. The housekeeping is excellent, and the cleaning lady was always very kind and friendly, which made my stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated the comfort and convenience, and I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsingborg.

The entire place was clean, they had all appliances in the kitchen, had laundry service too. Location was near the beach and near the central station. The room had a kettle, oven, fridge along with plates and glasses. Overall very good stay.

I like the location, its proximity to the station is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, they keep the kitchen and whole area clean. And the support responds right away when there are issues with lock codes.

An highly situated stay, especially if arriving or departing on the ferry to/from Sweden. Comfy chalet of good size and an excellent breakfast. We were travelling with our dogs and our chalet was in a special section with good walks around. A short drive also took us to a restaurant for dinner. Our visit was for one night and was extremely convenient.

Suited our needs. More like a motel than a hotel - but the rooms are nice, the shower hot and the parking easy. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast .

The property is in good condition and has free parking by the rooms. Helsingør is a few km away, where there are numerous restaurants and nice scenery. The staff was very helpful and provided a list of dining options with their addresses. The breakfast in the hotel was very good. One drawback is that there is no air conditioning, so it could be warm in the room.

What a treat to have a motel in Europe, where you can drive right up to your room and not have to worry about finding or paying parking. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Usually for me there are 3 most important things to rate hotel I’ve stayed in, not counting right location, of course. In this case location is ok, not far from town centre and with great views of Helsingborg, Sweden...over calm waters of sound. As we didn’t spend a lot of time in a hotel, actually it was only overnight stay hence there’s not much I can tell about whole hotel, only 3 important things, let’s call it 3 B’s. Bed...it was ok, not the best, but still I’d call it nice. 4/5 Bathroom...clean, enough space, nothing to complain about. 4,5/5 Breakfast...all right, this is where I’ve expected a bit more in hotel like this. I know Danish people have healthy lifestyle etc, but even for these marks I’d call it very plain and simple breakfast I had. 2 years ago we’ve spent a night over the sound in Helsingborg and breakfast there was like a day against the night comparing to this. I give 2,5/5. Nice, friendly and helpful staff as You could expect elsewhere in Scandinavian countries. Overall 7,5-8 out of 10. Do recommend it and probably will stay here again, soon.

Suite was very spacious and clean, with lots of up to date equipment. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was fresh and good with plenty choice. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are elderly or people with walking difficulties, this is not a good choice, cause of all the stairs and wide spread rooms

This is technically a convention centre but was a great place to stay. Four single cyclists enjoyed four clean very comfortable single rooms. The grounds and views were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent in a great dining room and the free coffee and fruit available all day were much appreciated. The place is about 2 miles out of town.

Came to Denmark to race in the 70.3 kronborg. The hotel was in the perfect location near enough to the race village. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfectly sized and comfortable. The location was perfect and peaceful, simple enough to get to. A lovely stay that makes we want to come back!

The hotel is part if a large conference center set on a beautiful property - though it is about 2 kilometers from town - not easily walkable. The rooms are in buildings not connected to the main building where the lobby and breakfast facility are located. The breakfast is first rate. The rooms themselves are comfortable. The shower with both overhead and hand nozzles Is great . The bed and bedding are fine and there is a good sized closet for storage. There was some construction going on and the power was off during the day - though with adequate notice,

Hotel is conviently located in the centre of Helsingborg, and had a nice breakfast buffet various types of bread, bacon/omelett and much much more). Our room was a bit worned down (toilet seat not fasten, worn out door knob). But for the price, we liked it :)

This is by far the best B&B we ever stayed in. It's located in a beautiful and laid-back town, just 40 minutes drive north of Copenhagen. We came in the summer and there are many restaurants, shops, food trucks and of course the port with a lovely beach Our host Majken was amazing and super helpful and recommended many activities and restaurants and made us feel at home. The place itself is a big house with private rooms and a common kitchenette where you can eat or meet other guests. There's also a big garden just outside the room. We had a very big and comfortable room. Everything was super clean and fancy, even the toiletries were high quality and it was obvious that the host wanted to create the perfect experience for her guests. The breakfast was rich and tasty

The perfect place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. The rooms was great, spacious and beautifully decorated with comfy bed and lounge seats and table. All rooms have doors leading to the garden where you can enjoy breakfast. The breakfast is amazing with homemade bread and pastries and enough food to make some lunch for later. The kitchen is available to use so you can buy some drinks and food to keep in the fridge which for us was great to make picnics and have a beer or wine in the evening. You can hire bikes a few doors down at a local hotel. The B&B is just a few minutes walk from the beach and a lovely coastal path. Majken is the perfect host and we couldn't have felt more welcome. If travelling by train it is only 10 minutes walk from the station. We will definitely be coming back.

A quiet and peaceful location for a restful stay! The rooms and the shared areas are all very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing...no hot meals, but a nice variety of fruits, cheese, and other options, plus delicious home-made rolls and croissants. Majken was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area, so she has great recommendations on places to visit.

Location is exceptional, loved the little morning walk into the village to get (more) good coffee and Danish pastries! The owner is lovely, friendly, welcoming and kind. The room is clean and comfortable and very quiet.

The B&B is about 10min walk from the station and easy to find. Also easy to get to and from Copenhagen by train. Our room was decorated in a very cozy, pleasant style and generously sized, with view and access to the idyllic back garden, which is shared with the other B&B rooms. King size bed with a medium-soft mattress and pillows. No TV, now that I think about it, but we didn't come to watch TV... WiFi was great though, what more do you need? The breakfast came with homemade buns, jams, and lots of fresh delicacies - what a wonderful start to our days! And thanks to the fridge, leftovers made a nice afternoon snack. Tea and coffee plus dining tables in the shared kitchen. The hosts were lovely, very pleasant to chat with, and happy to give advice for pastimes around the area. We will definitely be back during our next trip to Denmark (in a warmer season though, and for a longer stay).

Beautiful old farm that has been exceptionally designed as a super cool and very comfortable B&B. The hosts were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The outdoor shower overlooking the fields was an added bonus. 😉 Highly recommend.

Sebastian offers a fantastic place. We enjoyed it so much on our trip from Norway back home to Germany. Everything was fresh and good quality and variety. The outdoor patio overlooking the marina was the perfect finish to a perfect stay. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a small, cozy place on a marina surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods to walk in. Staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. It includes a free breakfast with a variety of traditional Swedish options. A main road with shops and restaurants is a short walk away.

nice little hotel not far from town and good restaurants and a brewery. the room is well designed, it’s a no frill type of hotel but clean, and practical so nothing to complain about. breakfast was actually excellent (we had read bad reviews about it but thought there was a good spread with lots of options even for those who don’t eat meat). we stayed there while walking the coastal path. overall, I would recommend staying there!

A place definitely to stop by on Skåne’s west coast!

The room was very clean, with floor heating and a comfy bed. The village Viken was snowed-in, and it looked straight out of a fairytale book. We stayed for one night but I wish it had been longer, because this was a really pleasant suprise. Also great for travelling with your dog! She was welcome everywhere.

I liked every thing in the hotel, the room was big with two very comfortable double beds. the hotel is very clean, the staff is very kind, breakfast is very good, very nice restaurant. I like the place of the hotel, quite touristic and safe. It is really a very nice hotel that I recommend to any one looking for relaxing and having good food.

We had rooms with windows in direction of the baltic sea and this view was phenomenal. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. We really missed nothing. Viken is also very nice with a small harbour, and a beach with a view to the Danish coast. Small cottages and an old windmill create the image of the village. The hotel has also a restaurant with really good dishes. We only missed more than one vegetarian main course.

Great location in the picturesque coastal town of Viken. We really enjoyed the sea view. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and pleasant, the breakfast was varied and nice. We will return if our travels bring us this way again.

As a big plus, I was able to charge the electric car. Location-wise is perfect to visit the National Park. Just under an hour away driving.

Maria was a really kind and helpful host. The location is wonderful, the bed was super comfy and the apartment was pretty neat and clean. The apple tv worked properly, as well as the microwave, the coffee machine ecc. Hope to be back soon, because the atmosphere and the location were amazing!

We've stayed there before with our dog and it's a convenient location for our travel. The host is welcoming and always gives clear instructions on how to access property. The cottage is clean and beautifully presented. Everything is there for your comfort and to make you stay enjoyable.

This cosy cottage at the countryside is well furnitured where old (not outworn) meets comfort. The garden cottage is like described and presented in pictures on booking. it gives you a lot of privacy. WiFi was very good. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

It's very good for what it is - spacious, clean, quiet, affordable, good beds, good breakfast (by American standards, but a bit underwhelming by Scandinavian ones), nice owners. The office was actually open till 23:30 , the owner gave me keys in person around 23:00. Really liked the roof over car parking, literally next to the entry door - it was raining, but I stayed dry.. Floor in the room was clean. Convenient location 2 minutes from the freeway.

We had to change our travelplans due to storm Hans, so we were happy to discover that the motel still had a bedroom for four people available. The reception was friendly, and there's a basic but good breakfast buffet in the morning for a fair price. Nice shower, beds were comfy and it was quiet, and close to the motorway.

This was an amazing surprise. The place is very quiet and well kept, it has a yoga studio in a beautiful attic space and also a shop downstairs with lots of healthy stuff, stones, etc. My room was spacious and comfy and I had a good sleep. I arrived late and left early so I have not met people working there, but we were on the phone and they were super helpful and quick to response. The nature around is very serene. Definitely worth stopping by if in the area.

The breakfast was great! And they made a great and delicious vegan one too! 💕 The smell in the whole b&b was so great that I wished I had it at home. The small shop downstairs was so cute, but was sadly not open when we were there. The rooms are beautiful and so comfy! Everything was lovely and clean and had a familiar vibe. Although a half hour outside Copenhagen, what a pleasant countryside castle/hotel. Staff was amazing, rooms were small but adequate/clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and I had fun conversing early morning with the staff who made wonderful lattes. The hiking trails and golf course were beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful peaceful country location. Rustic actual log cabin with a sauna in the cabin. Gorgeous views of their pastoral property. Absolutely wonderful hosts who totally made us feel at home. Ands served us the best breakfast we’ve had in three weeks of stating all over the west coast of Sweden and Denmark! Even had actual vinyl records from the sixties and seventies , plus an album recorded by our hostess Marie. Perfect!

Friendly staff greeted me on arrival and did what was possible to make everything convenient. It was very clean although the facilities were not perhaps the newest or fanciest. It got the job done. Best if you are not spending a lot of time in your room and only sleep there. There is a lounge area, if you need one. A shared kitchen where to make tea or cook. You will have your cup, plate and utensils in your room all for yourself. Several bathrooms and showers on one floor so one was always available when needed.

Spacious room with closet and fridge. Good location, about 10-15 min walk to town center. Nice facilities (kitchen, lounge, ample dining area), cozy decor, tea/coffee available any time and a little morning snack was a nice touch. The place feels very safe, with multiple doors secured with key code.

Easy going, very quiet, clean, friendly. Central. Relatively economic.

Room was small (as expected) but very inteligently composed, well-equiped and definitely was so relaxing. Window view which spreeds over the (not so close) train tracks and harbour all the way to the sea was so calming. It was very peaceful even though window was open all the time due to summer warm temperatures. Everything in acomodation was clean and bed was super comfortable. All of neighborhood is very quiet, even though it's quite large and very close to the city center. Breakfast was with enough options and plentiful. Definitely, excellent value for money. For money spent you'll definitely get more than enough for a comfortable staying.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. It's very cheap for being in such a good location, and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the train station, giving you excellent travel possibilities. We were able to take the bus everywhere we wanted to go during our visit with minimal walking by foot. It was very convenient to not have to carry our bags far when we first got here, and they'll gladly hold your bags before you check in and after you check out if needed. Since we were staying in Helsingborg for a few more hours before going home, it was really nice to not have to drag our bags with us for our final trip. Despite being next to the train station, the noise level was good. We had our window open at night, and we still slept peacefully. Of course you can hear the trains pass by when the window is open, but it wasn't very loud. There's an elevator to the upper floors. The toilets and showers were both clean and we had no problems with either. The breakfast was delicious and fresh! Only disappointment was the lack of scrambled eggs that I had last time I stayed, but I understand that the menu varies. I hope the scrambled eggs are back next time I visit. There is a kitchen open for use, but I have not tried it. It looked very clean and well equipped, though!

When I arrived at the hostel at reception check in staff was very helpful, polite and the bed and the room was very comfortable to sleep in, the morning breakfast is very good much to choose from, and again friendly staff you meet at breakfast time. So I will recommend the place to stay if any I know traveling to sweden/helsingborg. Stor Tack 😊👍

This hotel’s location is super good. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is very good. The young lady who prepares breakfast is friendly.

First checked in on 12SEPT2024 room 104 come with small private bathroom which was so EXCELLENT. Second checked in on 16SEPT2023 was allocated to room 403 without private bathroom.. a little disappointed though, but overall are good, clean and nice. Great that breakfast was included... and thanks to Anton Glaving who was so helpful and friendly, he made our check in without hassles and comfortable.

Villa Brinkly is a delightful place to stay in a very scenic, interesting and tasty area of Denmark. The hotel is a family run small operation with many personal touches; some of them, eclectic. Erik, Annette and Cristina were all gracious, friendly and very helpful owners/staff. The breakfasts were very satisfactory. While not hot, it was tasty and nutritious including a range of breads, fruits, yogurt, pastry, cheeses, and a parfait type yogurt treat with fruit, jam and nuts daily. Boiled eggs were also on offer. The couple runs a catering business for large events and Annette's skills and imagination are on show here. Coffee and biscuits are always available as is an open air dining and gathering patio to meet fellow travelers in good weather. The Villa's location is very easy to find and within half and hour or so of Copenhagen. Train travel is very easy to access (walking distance) as are a coupe fine restaurants and pizza shops. The beach is large and easily reached one block away. Our room was in the back and was so peaceful and private. Every morning we awoke to lovely bird song. The stay was so peaceful, I had the best nights sleep in a long time. We have been out for 7 days staying at different hotels both here in Danemark and in Germany: Villa Brinkly was by far the best. For the evening meal we had poke bowl & fish n' chips. The food was perfect. We ate outside in the beer garden. Breakfast was a buffet with a large comprehensive selection, the coffee was amazing... Most impressive of all was the laid-back atmosphere set by the hosts Annette and Erik..

The owners are amazing and welcoming, great to socialize when eating dinner here. The dinner was amazing too, it looked simple yet was complex and after eating, felt like a mother's healthy home cooked dinner. The accommodation was very good and has this homey feel to it.

Beautiful location between woods and water, peaceful and lovely inn, with kind and welcoming hosts; comfortable rooms. Close to art museum Louisiana, and Helsingor, for further exploration, bicycles available, walking trails. Splendid breakfast with many choices, and we enjoyed an excellent dinner prepared by our fine host and chef.

Hotel Villa Brinkly is a gem of a place that should be better known. It is run by Annette Buch Petersen and Erik Steen, who are charming and make your stay special. Annette is a superb chef (be sure to stay on a Friday or Saturday if you want to eat in their restaurant) deserving of international recognition and Erik is the guy who built the place (Brinkly means it is in the lee of a hill) and is a keen car enthusiast who has photo books of all the car clubs that have visited. The property is tastefully and interestingly furnished with a seaside/nautical theme, everything being that little bit special. Its location is a near-perfect halfway between Elsinore (Hamlet's Castle) and the superb Louisiana art museum. However, it should be noted that sea views are really sea glimpses, as Villa Brinkly is across the road from the seashore and looks over the properties opposite towards the sea. That doesn't detract from the setting, though, as crossing the road and walking up the shoreline (northwards) takes you to the lovely Vores Skotterup restaurant and the stylish Cafe Vitus at Snekkersten harbour.

Excellent one night stay with family and cat in a great location. Kids were happy and cat too. The place was exceptionally clean and the scenery was magnificent. Also we had a dinner with horses on background - what can be better?

We were warmly welcomed as we arrived. We travelled with our dog, and we appreciated her being welcomed too. The apartment is quiet, spacious and light with a lovely seating area outside.

The host was very friendly (bonus she showed us her horses) and the room is in the basement with an open floor plan.

Nice clean well kept accommodation, just off the highway. Double bed is comfortable and private attached bathroom is fitted with a nice rain shower. Bedsheets and two sets of towels are provided. No insects were there and also no foul smell were present. Highway noise is also barely noticeable. Once you close the room door nothing can be heard unless you have the window open. Ample free parking available as well as a mini golf course. Nice sitting area available outside of each room as well as several picnic tables near the parking area. Buffet breakfast is available in the morning for a surcharge and has to be ordered in advance. Late checkin is available.

Excellent location for me for one night stay while driving from Hamburg to Stockholm. Easy and short access from motorway but still a quiet place. Very friendly staff even though I was a bit late. Cosy and clean room, has everything you need.

We really appreciated the very quiet location, which served as a great alternative to staying in Malmö or Lund. The on-site parking was very convenient, and our room was both very clean and comfortable.

The hungarian receptionist Norbert really knows what hospitality means. He and his girlfriend fulfilled all our wishes and they were 24/7 always on phone available. Reacted immediately and helped with whatever our wish was! The location is easily approachable, quiet and protected by camera surveillance! We felt really good leave the car outside with all our stuff in it and to spend the night at GEG! The room is super clean! We really liked the quality of the equipment, for example the scent of shower gel (very good choice), the material of the bedsheets, the interior of the whole room! The television is high resolution Xiaomi with Netflix available. Frankly, the best stay on our roadtrip so far!

Couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable room with a cool space for the kids. Check- in/out was the easiest ever and kept us quickly on our way!

A tiny and cozy guesthouse near the village of Jonstorp. Ideally located for our bike trip along the Kattegatleiden. Good breakfast to get ready for a bike trip and tranquil atmosphere to relax thereafter. The house is run by a very friendly and helpful couple who made us feeling at home during our two days stay.

Owner was very nice, breakfast very good. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Engagerad ägare tog ordentligt hand om oss. God frukost och tillgång till kaffe/te även på kvällen. Det fanns toa/dusch uppe och nere samt parkering precis utanför entrén. Byn som Kullabygdens bed & breakfast låg i var bara några hus stor men det fanns hästar, korsvirkeshus och en väldigt social katt att titta på. Lite längre bort även vandringsleder. Det var ett perfekt stopp inför Helsingborg och Höganäs. Enda minuset var att sängarna, dock sköna, knarrade något hemskt... det kan väl vara nackdelen med återvunna möbler. Det fanns också andrahandsförsäljning av småsaker i receptionen och miljömedvetenheten gick igen även i övrig inredning. Jag upplevde det som mysigt. Ungefär som att vara på besök hos morföräldrarna.
