It was a great hotel, very clean, modern, fixtures and fittings of a high standard, spacious room. We were in room with a jacuzzi.

Our suite was beautiful, the jacuzzi on the balcony was filled and it was pleasant touch.

I paid to upgrade to a jacuzzi room, and it was the best decision. The room was stunning and the roof opened, which was an amazing surprise. I arrived with a terrible cold, so the jacuzzi was a welcome relief. The hotel was very clean and in a lovely quiet street but only a short walk to shopping precinct. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a lovely range of eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses, nuts, juices, and coffee.

We booked this very last minute due to a cancelled flight and had a lovely one-night stay. Our room came with a jacuzzi, which was pretty ideal on a huge balcony. The hotel is walking distance from pretty much everything in the town but far enough to be quiet at night. The staff were great, we got fantastic recommendations for restaurants and help getting to/from the airport. The room was very modern, clean, well decorated and contained everything we wished for.

Our time at Artion Boutique Hotel really added to our holiday in Heraklion! We loved staying in this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and it has everything you could ask for and more. We also really loved the jacuzzi! The breakfast was good. The staff catered to our every need and they were very nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time on Irida Hotel. It's located in the quiet village of Agia Pelagia, not too far from Heraklion, and it felt like we were in paradise. The village has everything you need if you want to stay nearby. The hotel is very close to two beautiful natural beaches. The hotel has amazing views, and the facilities, such as the gym, pools, cocktail bar, restaurant and outdoor areas, are wonderful. We felt so calm and serene there that we didn't want to leave. Our room was big with a porch, and our bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing with several options and delicious food. All of the staff were amazing. We loved Bill; he's hilarious and very professional. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is absolutely perfect. There are too many things we liked about it but I will try and list some of the things. The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. I didn’t get all of their names unfortunately but Angela stood out due to her happy & bubbly personality - she always has a smile on her face. All of the staff are so nice, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel also has 2 swimming pools (one being the quiet pool which was so peaceful & relaxing!). The food at the hotel was delicious & the beach/restaurants (so many restaurants to choose from) are only a 5 minute walk away!! The bus stop is right outside so you can get a bus into the city. Lastly, the room was so homely, clean & comfortable. The list is honestly endless. We loved our stay. We will definitely be back & I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Overall we had a very good stay at Irida, the location and surrounding at the hotel is enjoyable to stay at. The hotel rooms were recently renovated, spacious and comfortable, at least the room we had booked and been assigned to (#23 and #28). Very good bed mattress and pillows. The seaview from the elevated rooms as a bonus is fantastic and very beautiful, especially sunrise view is breathtaking. The hotel offers free parking, ideal as a base for several excursions to Knossos, Heraklion, ... The front desk manager and the hotel manager were very accessible for all kinds of questions/issues and very helpful. The female staff at breakfast and by the pool were very friendly and outstanding. The male staff at breakfast appeared to me to be a bit 'moody' and not so customer service orientated as the female staff, at some point even a little bit unmotivated (= personal subjective observation). Breakfast quality was excellent and variety more than sufficient to us, more in particular we loved the fresh bread, freshly boiled & fried eggs and the fresh orange juice.

I don't know where to start, this is an amazing hotel. The room itself was very spacious, with a sea view, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is styled very nicely and there are 2 pools and plenty of spaces to relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious though lacking a bit of choice and the cocktails were just amazing. I cannot emphasise how good the staff is, the 2 receptionists were very helpful and made us feel welcome (and we got a room upgrade), everybody was very kind and going out of their way, a special thanks to Chronos who was very nice and generous throughout the whole stay! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We loved our stay at the Irida Hotel. This boutique family-owned hotel was perfect for us. It was modern, clean and fresh with great views across Agia Pelagia bay. Service was outstanding, with staff remembering your name, always smiling and friendly. Great cocktails and good food and wine - we were also able to do a local wine tasting session which was great. The room was modern and equipped with a small kitchen which was useful. Comfortable sun loungers and nice pool area, pool a little cold but to be expected for October. In a good location about a 7 min walk from the main beach. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was great and the restaurant was amazing! We had a junior suite room facing the sea with a jacuzzi tub on the terrace. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and the dinners were the best we had in Crete!

Just stunningly beautiful week in this hotel! Super friendly staff, good service in everything, clean, own jacuzzi, lots of different beach beds always available, amazing breakfast. Everything was 10/10. Luxurious experience with reasonable price. Wow.

Fabulous spot for people who want to relax. Excellent staff and exceptional Dimitri Mokka (I hope I am spelling it right). Everyone made us feel incredible, food was lovely, Cretan wine was brilliant. We had a suite number 11 with jacuzzi, only a stone throw to the restaurants and well equipped beach. We would highly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

The staff was exceptional—always friendly and polite, making our stay truly enjoyable. The food was outstanding, and we particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful variety of delicious options. Our spacious ground-floor room was impeccably cleaned every day and featured a relaxing jacuzzi, along with a private mini-yard that provided direct access to the beach and outdoor restaurant. The bed was incredibly comfortable, topped with the best pillows I’ve ever experienced—I slept like a baby! The WiFi was impressively strong, allowing us to connect even at the beach, which was a fantastic bonus. Plus, a supermarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus station to the city center was conveniently located right across from it.

Friendly, always nice and helpful staff. Location of the hotel is perfect if you have a car, not in the crowded city center, just 10mins driving when you need to. Facility is clean, has a nice pool and beach. They welcomed us with a nice cold glass of handmade lemonade. They offer free sunbeds and beach towels. For breakfast, you are free to choose anything you want in the menu, which was tasty, also they have nice coffee and freshly squeezed juice options included. Beds were comfy and rooms has large balconies with nice views.

We had a swim-up beach and pool view room. The room size was adequate and clean. The breakfast choice was very good and the staff exceptionally friendly, couldn't do enough for us. I would like to mention George in particular who was a lovely young man and helped make our holiday. Also deserving a mention are Manos and Kostas who were also very friendly as was the receptionist. The beach and pool were beautiful and buses every 30 minutes into Heraklion which is worth a visit and from there buses to other parts of the island at reasonable prices. Buy them from the minimarket as quite a bit cheaper than purchasing on the bus. The shops and restaurants were all very good in the main street and the Havana Beach Bar next door to the hotel was great for drinks and snacks hosted by the lovely Michael who also couldn't do enough to welcome us when we arrived and look after us while we were there.

Small hotel with Location right on the Amoudara beach. Beach chairs are clean and free. Pool is also very nice with really nice seating arrangements. Spacious rooms with good view. And is Cleaned daily. Very Friendly staff. Good Breakfast is served ala carte ( that was cool) and inclusive in price. Lots of options nearby- supermarket, resturants, bar, car hire, shops,bus stop etc. A 15 min walk to the left of the hotel along the beach- the beach at that location is cosier.

Wow! A wonderful hotel and very relaxing environment! The service from the receptionists, and the waiters was perfect. Excellent breakfast and dinner, great drinks too. The pool and the pool beds are beautiful and very comfortable. We loved our room with the sea view balcony and private pool, it was perfect!!!! Thank you to the receptionists for your kindness and help with local recommendations. We really had an amazing time.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel.Everything was perfect – the food was delicious, and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire hotel staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. The room with the pool was the best – a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! A big plus is that there were no screaming children in the hotel or by the pool.

We were there on our honeymoon so we got a free upgrade to a suite with outdoor jacuzzi! We are very grateful. Breakfast is excellent, very central location. Very high tech with the led touch light switches!

We stayed for 2 weeks using it as a base to visit museums in Heraklion and for visiting the south and east of the island. The hotel is in the centre of the city, ideal for sightseeing and restaurants, but in a very built up area. Parking is at a premium in this area, with cars parked absolutely everywhere around the hotel. The hotel has a great arrangement with a valet parking lot, literally across the street from them which worked perfectly for us. We stayed in a Business Room, Courtyard View which was very compact with just enough storage and the view from a tiny balcony was of another buildings wall a few metres away. If you would like somewhere to sit outside, then this room is not suitable and did detract from our otherwise lovely stay in this hotel. If staying for a couple of nights it would be appropriate, but if we were staying as long again, we would pay extra and take a larger room with a balcony at the front of the building. The staff were amazing, so kind, friendly and helpful making us feel "at home" during our stay. They worked such long hours, but nothing was too much trouble. On the last night as we had stayed so long, they provided a lovely surprise gift which was so kind of them. Breakfast was more than adequate with continual restocking of the buffet. There is also a small bar just off the reception area. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would use it again.

Excellent hotel in the city centre, within walking distance of the port, the shopping streets, the museum, the municipal art gallery, restaurants, bars and all worth seeing. New (or renovated) public areas and room, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, very good breakfast Very clean lobby, restaurant, room and bathroom. Air-con quiet and working fine, power sockets either side of the double bed, clean linen and towels, quality toiletries. We especially appreciated the offer of very early breakfast before our 6 a.m. departure. Dom now is our go-to hotel for Herakleion. Highly recommended!

The small hotel was centrally located in the old town of Heraklion within easy walking distance of the Venetian port, dozens of restaurants, shopping and museums. All of the staff we encountered, including front desk, breakfast room, room service, and cleaners, were friendly and efficient, going out of their way to be helpful when we had questions. The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished with modern decor. There was a wide selection of hot and cold food items in the breakfast room (with excellent Greek pastries), and we were given complimentary pastries and drinks on arrival. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and large outdoor terrace with views over the city. We felt at home immediately and couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our visit to Heraklion.

Dom Boutique Hotel was such a great find! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was really clean, spacious, and comfy—perfect to come back to after a day out. The location is also amazing. It’s in a safe neighborhood and just a short walk to tons of great restaurants, bars, cute little boutique shops, parks, and the main sights. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to Heraklion!

We had the roof top apartment with lots of outdoor space and a jacuzzi. We loved it. Great room with great views and great facilities. Team at the hotel were always there to help with any questions and point us in the right direction. If we go back to Heraklion we’ll be hoping to stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city center with an excellent view from our 5th floor top suit with a nice jacuzzi. There are so many excellent restaurants next to the hotel that it was hard to pick the best one. Moreover, there is a touristic bus station very close to the hotel. On top of that there are lots of nice shops around. The staff was very supportive and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

The location was excellent. It is near the famous cathedral Agios Minas. It is very close to the center and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Supermarkets are 2-5 mins walk away. There is a bus stop in front of the cathedral. We had the superior room and the room was seeing the cathedral and square. We could also see a little bit of a sea view from the other side of the balcony between the buildings :) It was nice to sit on the balcony and look at the view both in the day and night. The room, beds, sheets, towels everything was clean. The cleaning staff was doing exceptional work everyday and they are also so friendly :) The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was so helpful, friendly and caring. They answered all of our questions. They were willing to spend extra effort and time to help us out in the best way possible. They let us to leave our luggages in the lobby until the check in time and also after the check out till we left for our flight. The breakfast was nice. It was in the cafe under the hotel. They have a few options of pastries and breads, eggs (boiled, fried, scrambled), coffee, orange juice, a few types of cheese, yogurt and chopped fruits etc. The stuff of the cafe also was so friendly and service was exceptional.

Amazing view on the square, church, city and a bit on the sea. I think, it’s one of the best views you can get in Heraklion from a hotel from a private huge terrace! Huge terrace, where you can also quietly sunbathe and enjoy your drink. Really friendly and helpful staff😊 Great very spacious modern and perfectly clean room, bedding, towels, big and comfy bed😊 In my room there were also bathrobes, slippers and even a body scale!😃

The location of the hotel is a perfect starting point for walking around the city centre and exploring Iraklion's main landmarks. We particularly enjoyed the direct view on the quiet, fascinating old square and the breakfast served in a very relaxing atmosphere at the nearby cafe. The room is very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable, with soft beds and excellent bathroom.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The elegant design and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect setting to unwind. The restaurant was excellent — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, all of them flavorful and well prepared. Overall, Manili Boutique Suites and Villas exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It perfectly combines comfort, elegance, and authentic Cretan hospitality. I highly recommend it and would be delighted to return in the future.

Cannot praise this place enough. Absolute bliss. We wanted a quiet but luxurious property to chill out for a week and Manili delivered on every front. Comfortable air conditioned rooms with our room opening out onto the pool. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and always so helpful when asking for recommendations. Quiet little village is a couple of minutes walk away with restaurants etc.. so perfect for an easy dinner. Also only 20 mins in a taxi to Heraklion if you want smarter restaurants and bars. Bar has excellent cocktails and drinks selection too. Iced coffee is also delicious. Recommend Boutari Vineyard nearby for a wine tasting too!

Manili Boutique is a stunning hotel! It has an old charm but it’s very new with modern facilities and beautifully decorated rooms. The pool area is cosy, clean and comfortable. The staff are truly incredible and will always go the extra mile to meet your needs. A special thanks to Nikos who made our stay wonderful! The bar area is gorgeous and so handy to have on site, there’s live music and cocktails some nights which was brilliant. The location might not be for everyone, but we loved being in a quiet town with a lot of history. The main city is just a 20 minute drive away if you feel like venturing further afield. Cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was simply above and beyond expectations. From the service itself and the staff that just went perfectly, very nice and extremely kind! The location was excellent, in an authentic and quiet town, the hotel is close to restaurants and the town center, the hotel provided a very clean room with a full fridge and clean towels, a bistro bar with excellent food and excellent cocktails and in general the whole experience was amazing, we will definitely come back and recommend everyone to come and enjoy the place and these people!

The breakfast was good, the cocktails at the bar were perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. It was a bit far from the center, but that was what we liked about it The taxi drivers were also nice and fair in price

Excellent tropical vibes by the pool. Relaxing stay with comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor bed loungers. We discovered the jacuzzi near the back and very much enjoyed! The breakfast buffet was amazing with traditional and local foods. Very professional staff. Short 5 minute walk to beach.

The pool area is remarkable, pool very clean and the jacuzzi was wonderful. We really enjoyed the sophisticated lounge music which created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered plenty of choices.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel is soooo cool. Adults only. Private pool. Shared Pool. Jacuzzi. 5 min walk from the beach and the staff will do anything to make your stay perfect. 15 min from the airport,

The staff in particular the head bar man and waiter Michael. They were so amazing ! The breakfast was excellent. Having no children around was total bliss. Pool area was fabulous and you must book the room with a jacuzzi - it was fantastic !

Wonderful experience. A small, yet modern and exceptional hotel. From wine and sweets upon arrival to honey and local spices upon departure. Rooms with private pools. Beautiful views of the bay. Excellent breakfast (exquisite menu). Sauna and dry jacuzzi (Thank you, Nikos). All our questions and requests were answered perfectly (Thank you, Eri). The best hotel in the best location in Crete. Sea view rooms have an absolutely fantastic view - it's better than being on the beach. Breakfast food made to order is fantastic and so is the view (which is also the Galea restaurant in the evening - be sure to check the amazing dinner there!). Room is large and comfortable, as is the balcony with the plunge pool. The plunge pool is an amazing amenity after a hot day out. Staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating and did much to make our stay as great as possible. In Agia Pelagia a few steps from the hotel you will find pretty much anything you need on daily basis. If you are staying longer than 2-3 days however, unless you want just to chill on the amazing balcony, I suggest to rent a car - the hotel is well positioned to explore Heraklion and the surrounding area.

The location was perfect for us. The room is beautiful and spacious, its view was spectacular. The pool was supper clean, and we spent more time in it than anywhere else. Made to order breakfast is delicious, fantastic range and perfect view. The same space uses the Galea restaurant in the evening – a MUST for foodies. We enjoyed the music playing in the restaurant on our balcony and in our room but could close the windows which are well soundproof. Only a few steps from a great beach and a very short ride from other nice beaches. The Staff is attentive, accommodating and welcoming.

The stuff are super friendly and very helpful, they also managed several day trips for us. The suites are very nice The first floor suites has more privacy than the ground floor as they aren't on the same ground floor as the garage area where everyone passing in the garage might peak a sneak look between the small tree fence to the ground floor suites, but the suites on the ground floor are two levels and are spacious space not for lazy people 😅🤣 you will exercise inside the suite going up and down .. hahahah also we were in end of April (before the season start) so actually not a lot of people were passing in the garage. And I liked that the bed is in upper floor in the ground floor suite so you can have a sea view from the bed ... you get the same view from the first floor suites as well. The Bar, Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great and the view from there is also the best view of the sea. Can't stress enough how friendly the people are.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was not only spacious but also had a fantastic view of the beach and sea that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. They offer a great breakfast in a terrace with that same view of the beach. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

We enjoyed our stay on the 5th floor with the jacuzzi! Wonderful views, wonderful people, wonderful food! 100% would recommend!

We stayed in the rooftop suite with hot tub for our honeymoon. The room and hotel was beautiful, provided breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. The location award also excellent and close to many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were related specifically to the suite; we almost had to go to the hospital as the balcony seemed as though it had not been cleaned, was extremely muddy and got very slippery after using the hottub just once, resulting in my partner falling and hitting her head quite severely. The hottub also did not get cleaned once and was unusable by the third day as it smelled terrible.

We were very pleased with this hotel at the center of Heraklion. We had a balcony to overlook a plaza and churches, there were tons of restaurants, bars, cafe's, stores and bus stops just a few minutes' walk, and it was very close to the downtown area. Even parking was not bad - we found a 24-hour public parking close by. Our room was cozy and quiet with a large bed, and a clean bathroom that had no water leak (happens often in abroad). The staff were nice and helpful We tried the restaurants they recommended and we liked all of them. The only thing was the quality of breakfast served by the "Hacienda" cafe in the hotel building. The food in buffet was mostly dried and cold including coffee probably because they are prepared all at once. Well breakfast came "free", but we usually understand that it is included in the hotel fee. Anyways, besides that our stay was wonderful. We will definitely go back there.

Staying at the Metropole Urban Hotel in Heraklion was a highlight of our trip. This modern, centrally located hotel was immaculate, well-appointed and comfortable. Our room had a small balcony with gorgeous views of the Cathedral of Agios Minas set on a busy city square lined with restaurant terrasses and loaded with happy families, the children having the time of their lives playing football, hide-n-seek and riding scooters throughout the day and evening. Such an idyllic setting! We were within easy walking distance of shopping and popular attractions such as the Venetian Fortress on the water as well as the extraordinary Archaeological Museum. The staff at Metropole Urban were friendly and professional and the room rate was very reasonable, especially considering the extremely abundant and delicious breakfast that came with it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a memorable Heraklion experience.

My husband and I visited unique blue for a few nights May 2025. When arriving at the hotel we were instantly greeted by welcoming staff. I communicated with Chatzogiannakis, the front office manager before arriving and he was very helpful. He also arranged for us to have a generous upgrade which made our stay very special. We stayed in one of the villas and it was breathtaking. Very large with a huge soaker jacuzzi tub. It also has an expansive outdoor area with a private pool. All of the staff were great and had a high attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Unique blue!

Wow. What an incredible establishment! Money well spent indeed. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated to amazing service. I’m certain that you will not find a hotel providing a level of service like that in Crete. The staff ensured we felt like home and were friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Manos and Anna (Pool Bar) who really went the extra mile to brighten our days and make our stay even more pleasant. Service aside, the views are breath taking. Whether it was day or night, the views from the main/pool/blue bar overlooking infinity pool, sea, sunset and sunrise seemed so unreal. To top it off, the views of planes landing just a few miles away to the local airport was fascinating. The buffet food was amazing but the A La Carte took fine dining to a whole new level - we would highly recommend. The massage as also fantastic. My partner are 26 and 27 from the UK but sometimes felt like the the bar staff felt a bit patronised serving us and we slightly felt their “coldness”, there was also sometimes an issue with the language barrier with the staff serving drinks to the table. Nonetheless, this didn’t hamper our trip in anyway nor should it to anyone else planning to go. A solid 9.8/10 trip - see you again next year! P.S I’d also recommend checking out the Peskesi restaurant next door too as a bonus.

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt im Sentido Unique Blue! Wir hatten ein Swim Up Zimmer gebucht aber wurden dann mit einer Cicada Suite als Upgrade überrascht! Wir hatten dann eine eigene Villa direkt am Strand, mit großem eigenen Pool, einem eigenen Gym im Keller und zur Begrüßung gab es einen Sekt, Früchte und Co. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Positive Punkte: • sehr stylisches, modernen Design • sauberes Hotel • sehr freundliches Personal • leckere Auswahl am Buffet (obwohl sich die Speisen oft wiederholten) • Handy App mit der man Getränke und Speisen direkt an die Liege am Pool/am Strand bestellen konnte • Gutes unterhaltsames Abendprogramm • leckere Cocktails am Abend (die von der Poolbar tagsüber waren so lala, leider wurde kein guter Alkohol verwendet) • es gibt ein A la Carte Restaurant, wo man ein Abendessen umsonst bekam, es war sehr lecker! • für die Cicada Suites gibt es auch einen eigenen Privatstrand Negative Punkte: • von Freitag bis einschließlich Sonntag läuft sehr laute Musik in der Nachbarschaft (2 direkte Beach Bars/Beach Clubs) • das Buffet hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können • das Wasser ist sehr Chlorhaltig (auch in der Dusche, am Waschbecken) • auch Getränke von der Poolbar schmeckten teils nach Chlor… • die Pool Liegen waren direkt ab 7:30/8:00 Uhr belegt Wer auf sehr modernes Design, tollem netten Service und einer perfekten Auszeit aus ist, der ist im Sentido Unique Blue genau richtig! Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. Clean property, kind and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and design and right on the beach. Food and drinks were good too. Hope to return one day.

Absolutely LOVED this is resort. The cleanest and friendliest one ive ever been to. You could tell they really took their time cleaning. They were very helpful with any questions. Conveniently located on the beach and very relaxing. Made my spouse and I feel comfortable. Beautiful aesthetic as well. Definitely would go back.

We stayed in end of May 2025. The food as part of the all inclusive was “excellent”. So much variety and and there were new dishes on the menu for lunches and dinners. All inclusive wines, beers and at least 20 cocktails made with wines, ouza and Raki was included at the pool bar as part of the all inclusive deal. The quality of the meals was excellent and the restaurant staff were amazing. Special thanks for George and Viktoria at the Restaurant for making our staff welcoming. Huge thanks for the Head Chef for the amazing dishes. We also had amazing views from our balcony. Beds were comfy. The hotel had entertaining shows every night.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was a good size very clean and modern with a great view of the sea. Restaurant was great. Choice and quality of food was excellent. Evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable particularly events in the amphitheatre. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Free bus to local beach was very handy.

Good 'all inclusive' service, great meal variety. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a free room upgrade from a deluxe double room to a family suite when we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Nikos from the Reception for being very helpful. Great view from rooms (sun dawn + see/beach). There is a 'mini club' with various activities for children: drawing, playing, dancing, etc. Highly recommend to visit Sunset Cliffs in the evening which are just about 15 minute walk from the Hotel. Besides that, although the hotel provides free transfers to the Mononaftis beach (which is actually at about 5 minutes by foot in a steep hill), I would recommend to go to the Psaroumoura beach which is lot more cozy and not that far away. Agia Pelagia main sandy beach is at about 20-30 minutes by foot.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, good size and clean rooms and the food was amazing! The area around the hotel looks wild but nice if you want to walk around but there are a lot of great amenities offered by the hotel if you are looking for a more relaxed and convenient vacation!

Everyting is perfect except Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was already filled with water. We did not use it, as we assumed the water had been used by previous guests, which did not seem very hygienic. Additionally, the surrounding area was quite messy, and the jacuzzi appeared to be malfunctioning.

For the 130E per night which I paid, it was a GREAT value for money! Close to the beach, spacious rooms and a nice private jacuzzi!

Everything was excellent! We received a free upgrade to a two bedroom room with a huge balcony and jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the sea. I surely can recommend this all inclusive hotel to all families with small kids!

Its a beautiful resort. I loved the gardens and our suite with jacuzzi. It was so spacious and views were amazing. Food was also really nice which i didnt expect after reading some of reviews before arriving. But guess some people are just miserable. I read people complain about lack of choices and truly cant understand why! There is so much to choose from and literally impossible not to find something you like. Restaurants had some stunning views of the sea which was great too. And the staff were really lovely. So helpful with everything we asked for. Definitely 5star service

I want to thank to the all staff for the great service! The hotel is big and there are many places to walk and relax. The territory is very green and well-groomed, very beautiful views. The hotel has a private beach. Delicious food! Despite the fact that the hotel is huge, there was no discomfort, the service was at the best level. We had a very pleasant surprise on the day of our arrival since we were upgraded to a larger, two bedroom suite with a large terrace and jacuzzi. The suite was clean and comfortable. While several comments mention that rooms are outdated, I actually did not mind that since it has that elegant vibe with the black and white tile floors, the older but very elegant decor. The views were very pretty as well. The grounds are nice. Food for all inclusive guests was varied and tasted really good. The desserts were very similar in taste and texture, but you have a variety of fruits as well to pick from and unlimited ice cream. Also, if you have kids, there are a lot of fun activities as well as a playground for them. Last but not least we loved that there are photographers on sight who offer their services. We took a 30 min. family photoshoot with a very professional photographer who took such great pictures that we ended up purchasing the entire package of close to 300 pictures.

Un personnel vraiment chaleureux et tout sourire. En revanche ils venaient d'ouvrir pour la saison et beaucoup d'équipements n'étaient pas disponibles comme par exemple le tennis qui n'avait pas de filet, et les activités n'étaient pas encore d'actualité. La nourriture était excellente et très peu chère, je vous recommande vivement de prendre le All Inclusive ! Il y avait des chambres avec jacuzzi ce qui n'était pas notre cas mais elle était convenable. En revanche la tuyauterie est bruyante.

The staff was amazing, helpful polite . The food in the buffet was great ! We drove around the town and the food was not as good as the buffet in the resort, they had a verity of food. I highly recommend this resort. The surrounding area is all resorts. The beach area has cute shops with reasonable prices.

This resort offers nice rooms with effective air-conditioning, and a good all-inclusive package. The food is nicely prepared and there's quite a bit of variety. The setting is attractive and quiet, and the beach is close. The multi-lingual staff are pleasant and helpful. Evening entertainment is reasonable. There is limited car parking at the resort, but if the car park is full you can park in the road. Heraklion and Knossos are 30-40 minutes' drive away. The gym can get a bit warm, as they are frugal with the air-con, but it is otherwise not bad at all. This is a very good resort with no major flaws. You can eat well, relax and explore without any stress. Obviously, nothing is perfect, and there are few areas in which Blue Bay could improve- bearing in mind the very high quality of most of its offering, and the fact that there are more expensive options. Firstly, the wi-fi is only in the lobby, and can get slow at times. Secondly, some of the rooms are in buildings that leave you needing to climb a number of steep stairs to get to the main complex. Thirdly, one or two of the sports facilities need improvement: the tennis court is a rough tarmac court with a basketball hoop on the baseline at each end (so you can't hit serves or overheads from the middle!), and the miniature golf has about 5 holes, some of which are covered in tree debris. Finally, there are few English language TV channels-- but then you don't go there to watch TV!

10min walk to a beach where there are some restaurants and supermarkets. 10min drive to a PADI diving center. You can also relax by the pool. The full board price is 25 euro per day which is quite reasonable. You can also enjoy the sunset in the bar!

Loved our stay here, we had beautiful sea views from our well kept and modern rooms. Staff were so helpful and there was loads of veggie options to choose from at dinner.

The hotel is located in a quite area at the center of Heraklio, walking distance to the restaurants, cafes and bars . It's a brand new hotel that provides whatever the guest would like to feel comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms , very good restaurant , very good breakfast, beautiful spa with heated swimming pool Jacuzzi, sauna and high technology in the rooms since it's the first smart hotel in Crete, the Ethereal Whitel Resort has absolutely everything !

Brand new beautifully executed smart hotel in the heart of Heraklion! A family group of twelve stayed here while traveling to Crete, Paros and Athens and this was a favorite. We only stayed one night but loved our visit. The hotel is modern and classic at the same time with beautiful marble finishes. When our group arrived, we were greeted at reception to sign in on iPads. Afterwards, several of us were upgraded gratis to luxury rooms. It was over hundred degrees in Heraklion so we headed up to the rooftop pool and bar which had a view of the distant sea. It was a perfect way to ride out the heatwave. The AC was superb, the bed amazingly comfortable with crisp clean linens. The shower was huge as was the double vanity sink. There were robes, slippers, a coffee and tea maker, a safe and iron. There was even a small private balcony to hang our wet bathing suits out to dry. It is located within walking distance of the lion fountain with many nearby restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this hotel. And hope to return.

Immaculate, modern and comfortable. Freindly staff especially reception. However web site does not really make it clear how small it is. As the hotel title has resort in it, you'd expect it to be bigger. Example, on roof terrace there are only 8 sunbeds. The bar and restaurant are one and bar only has a few seats, which are also for reception. Breakfast was spoilt because once the food is cooked and put out, there are no heating plates so the food goes quickly cold. The waiting g staff bring the juice, not sure why there is not a juice station so you can help yourself. Being british we love our breakfast tea, the teabags used are extremely weak and even with 3 teabags on the teapot it is still very weak

Our family group stayed for several nights (3 rooms), and absolutely adored this hotel. Quiet, comfortable, and right in the center of life in Heraklion. We could easily walk to the main shopping and community squares, as well as all the major sights. We grabbed the bus line 02 out to Knossos, which was simple from this hotel. The beds were all comfortable, and our family was happy to have multiple bed configuration options. The rooms are quite large, which gave you space even with luggage opened and undone. The room is under complete digital control, very modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We did book several treatments at the spa (one per traveler) and everyone was so happy with their experiences (massage focused). What a nice amenity to have, and a wonderful way to unwind during travel. I definitely will stay here again when we return to Crete.

Great hotel near the city center, close to airport and ferry port with good options for food, drink and shopping. Easy walk to the water and museums The hotel and room were spotless. (really remarkably spotless), and staff were helpful. High-quality breakfast with warm and cold options, including eggs, prepared multiple ways and a espresso/coffee options. Easy to arrange taxi in morning on way out as well.

We had a quick stopover in Heraklion and Porta Suites made it very nice. Lovely, helpful staff. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and it was great. Jacuzzi went to 40 degrees C and the jets were fairly strong as well.

Everything was clean in its place and the jacuzzi are was a bliss and me and my partner enjoyed e very last second until sadly we had to check out at 11 am we thank you for your service and keep up the best place we stayed so far ...

Very nice rooms and an awesome jacuzzi. Only interacted with the staff through Booking.com because we checked in and out during times when the reception wasn't open. They were very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at these wonderful apartments and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of the place. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Ioannis was so helpful! Thanks to him we were able to check in to our room 1 hour earlier, as we arrived at 10 am in the morning and check in was avaialable after 15.00 only we left our bags in the hotel and went to a restaurant for breakfast. It was hot in the afternoon and we came back to the hotel hoping that our room is available earlier and we can check in. Ioannis was at site and he kindly asked: "How can I help you?" we said that we are so tired after sleepless night in the airport and we arrived in the morning but had to wait for the time to check in and suggested us friendly to let him check if our room is cleaned up and can check in earlier. Hopefully, our room was ready and we could go and rest in the room 1 hour prior to check in time. His kind heart, helpfulness, professionalism and friendly service helped us a lot and we were happy to stay in the apartaments. Ioannis you're top!
