Great hotel. Clean. Has jacuzzi and pool. Clean gym open 24 hours. Breakfast was included. Great service. Has a bar and a restaurant for dinner. Not walkable distance hotel. Clean rooms. We were staying with kids for soccer tournament and would stay there again.

Outstanding Hilton Garden Inn property that is well maintained and superbly managed! I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member and this is my "go to" hotel in the North Houston/Spring area. Have been staying here several times every year for the past five plus years. Excellent Texas friendly staff at all levels and service areas. Hats off to Otis who keeps this place running sharp and providing Excellent customer service for all. Clean comfortable rooms and beds with a pleasant welcoming modern decor. All the in room Hilton Garden Inn amenities you have come to expect. Fitness and business center. Lovely outdoor pool area and patio for fun filled times and conversation with friends and family. Very good restaurant and cocktail lounge/bar. Their chefs in the kitchen know how to prepare everything from delicious salmon and steaks, to the best juicy hamburger in any hotel restaurant. The kitchen puts out a nice continental breakfast buffet in addition to tasty popular gill favorites like eggs, pancakes, french toast, and all the usual morning side dishes. The bartenders and all the wait staff provide outstanding service with a smile. Lots of convenient off street parking, with easy access to Interstate 45, and the toll roads in the area. Also, an easy drive to Houston Intercontinental Airport. Very Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant experience at this Hilton Hotel. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and everything was very delicious. Servers were very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, also I want to share that I forgot my bag at the room and Kandy was beyond helpful in getting my bag returned, I would definitely stay at this location again!

Very friendly staff. We were there for breakfast, some drinks, and have encountered a lot of people from frontdesk, to restaurant/bar to cleaning. They are just friendly good people. The hotel is also good, clean, well maintained, room was clean (we have high standards) and no issues with noise or anything.

I chose to stay at this location during my second visit to Houston due to it's proximity to the airport, continental breakfast, and airport shuttle. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe at this location. When I checked in, the front desk handed me my room key with the room number facing down and didn’t tell me aloud what my room number was. Even though the lobby was empty, I still appreciated that extra step in making sure that I was safe as a solo traveller. The breakfast was very good and hot. I also observed the hotel workers continuously checking and replenishing the food for guests during breakfast and cleaning the tables after each guest departed for the day. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. I was only there for a few days but I appreciated not feeling like I was in a shoebox. I also liked that my room had a shower room and a toilet room (both equipped with sinks!). Hotel shuttle was extremely easy to use! I wish I took advantage of it on my way to the hotel but that's user error on my part. If you call the hotel, I believe you can get picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle (noted for my next visit!). I stayed during May 2025 and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. It was super quick and convenient. Just let the driver know which terminal you’re going to and you’ll be there in no time!

We arrived at IAH airport and used the hotel's shuttle service, which worked very well - a large van came to collect us, we also used this service to return to the airport. This property is well located several fast food restaurants are located with in about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was very quiet and dark for a good sleep. The only negative thing I will say about the hotel is that breakfast starts at 07:00 in the weekends meaning if you have an earlyish flight you won't be able to have breakfast prior to leaving the hotel (nor is there an option to take something from the buffet with you to snack on later. The hotels good sized outdoor pool gave us a brief respite from the Houston heat.

Arrived early after our cruise and they checked us right in. Hotel is very clean and smells clean. Staff are friendly and shuttle service was quick. Taco Bell, Jack in the box and gas station with churches chicken. Breakfast provide had nice options . Only heard few planes over head for being so close to the airport. I would recommend and stay here again.

The property was really clean and well taken care of. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I appreciate the free parking, free breakfast, and accessibility to airport shuttle. While this hotel is so close to the airport, the noise of the planes flying over was truly not noticeable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, airport shuttle is very fast and quick. Rooms are well designed and spacious, new, very well kept, beds comfortable, clean and extra bedding already in room. I would book again as a first choice. Great value q up quality for money for couples and those with kids

Yolanda and the front desk staff are delightful. I do wish there were more Jacuzzi suites. When traveling, Jacuzzi suites are so helpful to refresh ones body to continue pleasant traveling when there are long hours in a car! The pool and hot tub were very nice this trip. Thank you!!!

My husband & I do a lot of road trips. The Best Western Plus in Humble, TX. is lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Yolanda the front office manager is great! She was the first to wish us a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was more than we expected, including daily specials. We will be returning on future road trips.

Quick trip to the area to see the kids and help my son move from his apartment that was right down the street from the hotel. I used to live in the area, and it appears that it has been recently renovated. The interior was very tastefully done, and the lobby with a curved staircase was gorgeous! A feature that my young grandson thought was too cool! LOL! Comfortable beds, good water pressure, pretty quiet and a decent breakfast. Will certainly stay again when we go back to visit and can hopefully take advantage of the other amenities then. The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel, but the location. Doing a lot of construction on the road it is on. Once that is done, this will be the perfect place to stay as it is literally the mid point between the two kids houses.

Vary clean, neat, and convenient hotel. I will definitely be staying here if I have to be in Humble again. The staff was very helpful on suggesting good places to eat. Rooms were very neat, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to local shopping and dining.

The hotel was so clean .The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My husband and I loved it.

Long story short - it was a chaotic night at the Bush Intercontinental due to severe thunderstorm. My flight was cancelled and I was unable to re-book a new one until the next day. Stumbled upon Staybridge in quiet Humble around midnight after getting turned away by 6 other hotels; and when all hope seems lost, sweet Kathy let me stay in one of the "out-of-order" rooms. Room was spacious and clean despite being under renovation, although the switch system was a little confusing, and bed was not the most comfortable - but at this point I had nothing to complain about, especially when I was given a discount and having a free shuttle ride to the airport. Breakfast options were decent, but can be improved considering the price. Staff was very lovely, attentive and helpful. Look forward to another stay if I have the chance to return to Houston.

Big room and very comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great. Breakfast was tasty with good choices. It is very close to the airport but room are very quiet so perfect for a good night of sleep before flying. Staff was very friendly You also get a shuttle bus taking you to the airport.

Our stay at Staybridge Hotel was truly exceptional! After a long trip from Michigan, we arrived earlier than expected and were so grateful they allowed us to check in early. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the lobby to our room, which was spotless and welcoming. It was such a relief to relax in such a well-kept and accommodating space. Extremely clean with a quick and easy check in! Front desk was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Room was super clean and no smells Bed is nice a comfy we immediately fell asleep after our shower! Lots of room in my queen room, fridge microwave and k cup coffee maker. Bathroom equipped with Dove bath essentials and nice plush towels Water did take a while to warm up but honestly wasn’t a big deal. I did have an issue with the dish network, but the front desk associate came right upstairs and personally fixed the issue. It was much appreciated. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in recently, would stay again!

My stay was uncomplicated and effortless. I truly enjoyed my stay. My room was perfect, I wanted to take the shower head home with me and the bed was 'princess & the pea' perfect. I was a bit sceptical about booking with La Quinta due to a very bad experience with the La Quinta Inn here in my hometown of Bossier City, LA back in July 2023, but your breakfast alone made up for bad taste that I no longer had. The staff is friendly and helpful and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

Place was super clean (room and all), front desk was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. We had a nice breakfast options from hot breakfast, pastries, cereal, or fresh waffles. Multiple drink options available and even a nice area in the lobby to dine in. We loved how breakfast was served a little later on weekends. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the hot tub was broken. It did not heat up. Other than that amazing and would recommend!!!!

Great experience staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Humble, Texas. "Karen", the front desk rep. was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, kind, understanding, and quite knowledgeable, And the staff person who prepared the daily 7:00 a.m. breakfast was very nice and made some fantastic dishes...it was a real treat! The king bed room was very clean and comfortable...I recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay...and it's pet-friendly as well! You won't regret it!

We stayed at La Quinta in Atascocita, TX for three nights. Every day maid service came in and brought fresh towels and straightened our bed and emptied our garbage cans. Very friendly, helpful staff! Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sausage, to name a few items.

Modern, comfortable hotel near the airport was really nice bedrooms. There is no restaurant (although a limited range of evening meal choices are offered) and no real bar (a small selection of alcoholic beverages are served though). No lunch is served. Essentially there is a counter that serves Starbucks breakfast options in the morning and it doubles up in the evening to serve a small range of food and beverages. If you are travelling on business and want a restaurant with its own restaurant and bar then you should look elsewhere. If you are happy to have a limited choice of food (all walk 5 minutes to Double Tree Hilton) and a quick beer before bedtime then it will do just fine. The hotel is right underneath the flight path so you will have aircraft noise in the bedrooms until late in the evening. I had no hot water in the sink making it hard to shave but thankfully there was hot water in the shower.

Good stay overall. Convenient for IAH, especially with a free shuttle. Although I didn't know I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. My expectation was they were running constantly and just needed to find them outside (as in some other airports). And there were no messages to let us know. I booked through Booking.com and most of other hotels have messages to notify about parking/shuttle and other arrangements. I also had an issue with breakfast. I've booked breakfast inclusive room rate and stayed with entire family (2 adults + 2 children), which was stated on the booking. For some reason at the breakfast I was told I only had one breakfast included. When speaking to receptionist, she just sent me back to the breakfast counter, "as they are separate companies and they don't deal with breakfasts". Basically they left me to sort it out, offering no assistance. This was a bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyable stay with good room and beds. Perfect for airport layover.

Wonderful staff-very friendly and helpful at check-in. Nothing was too much trouble! Spacious clean rooms and comfy beds. Proximity to George Bush Airport. Comfy chairs in the lounge when we arrived very early. Quiet,civilized and calm hotel-which suited us really well.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited, and initially they said not included but when I showed my booking they said to put it on my room. My first receipt was correct, but after I had left another was sent to me that included charges for my breakfast. I have had to call and deal with that. Irritating. Otherwise, the hotel was convenient and staff friendly and helpful

This hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised as hotel airports aren't always the best. This is definitely one of the better hotel airports that I have stayed in. Good bed. Softer pillows (which I like). Bathroom was nicely appointed and clean. I was on the top floor and it was quiet. The primary upside and hence downside to the hotel is the proximity to the airport. One airplane flew over after I arrived (and I arrived quite late) and two (that I can recall) flew over around 5am. There isn't much the hotel can do about that, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Shuttle to airport worked great and the driver was helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, and once again it was amazing. The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast bar delicious! While in the area I also enjoyed bbq at Tin Roof BBQ and had a relaxing in-room professional massage provided by Realm of Relaxation Massage Therapy (281-948-3166). I will frequent all of these again

We stayed one night for a UIL meet that was nearby at Humble HS. On entering the hotel, you could tell it was new - nice clean and fresh smell with very friendly staff! We were even able to get a late checkout! We had a very nice spacious room with a large bathroom as well. Nice free breakfast is included in your stay! I was in a walking boot on my scooter pulling my luggage on the way down to check out the next morning and a housekeeper assisted me onto the elevator and made sure I was comfortable in the lobby while I was waiting for my husband to return from the meet! So sweet of her to assist me - that was going above & beyond!! I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in this area!

I stayed here with my wife and baby while our house is undergoing Renos, we’ve stayed at various hotels all over USA and this one is definitely one you’d want to stay at. Everyone from the front desk to cleaners to cooks are all very nice people who do their best to help you. Wifi is fast and rooms are very clean. Breakfast food is good even for a vegetarian like me. They have a pancake machine which people don’t seem to notice but you press a button and you get some delicious pancakes. The coffee dispenser in the lobby is delicious as well

Staff was SO Friendly! Everyone that I've talked to was super... I just wish that I would have looked at nametags or requested their names, as I would have liked to mention them herein. The coffee was DELICIOUS! I've preferred the freshly ground coffee in the lobby vs. the K-cups in the room, although that was good too! The room was nice and the plush pillows were amazing... In fact, I thought of asking if I could purchase them! I've even thought of "stealing them", as they were just amazing, providing a night of deep rest.

The room was cool, clean and comfortable. We experienced a problem with our flight and we were able to get checked in early with no problem which was awesome. The pool was closed due to routine inspections being scheduled so that was disappointing. The breakfast was wonderful! Nice options, hot, fresh and beautifully presented. We scheduled a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Shuttle was on time and the driver was nice. Would definitely stay at this location again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very pleasant stay! Everything was very clean, front office was very welcoming an de the room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good compared to other hotels, because there were also healthy options to choose from like yoghurt and fresh fruits, as we are not used to eggs, bacon, pancakes or hamburgers for breakfast. If you arrive in Houston for a road trip, the hotel is very near the George Bush airport and it has some good stores nearby to do your shopping before going on your trip. I also enjoyed the free parking and the fast WIFI and the food and service at the restaurant were good as well. Thank you, I would recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was truly pleasant, and my family greatly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. The property is clearly well-maintained, which immediately made for a welcoming atmosphere. I found the bed in Room 222 exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect – wonderfully hot and relaxing. A particular highlight, especially for a Houston visit, was the air conditioning system. When the fan was set to "On," the room became incredibly cool, reaching 52 degrees Fahrenheit even with the thermostat at 75. While this is a fantastic feature for combating the Houston heat, I did find myself quite cold at night due to its powerful cooling. The breakfast was also a definite plus; the eggs with rosemary seasoning were particularly tasty. While the omelet on the following day needed a little adjusting, it didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable meal. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the condition of the walls, as there were some black markings that could use attention. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed any minor issues, and I would gladly choose Holiday Inn again.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. Our server and the restaurant was excellent as well and our shuttle driver was amazing too. The only negative is when we went to the restaurant in the morning for the continental breakfast I didn’t like how the fella yelled to us from across the restaurant to have a seat instead of greeting us at the door as well. There was two staff rolling silverware up at the bar, leaving all of the tables with dirty dishes on them when people were coming in and trying to find a place to sit, but all the tables were dirty.

Such a lovely ,Clean, comfortable hotel. The reception staff were excellent and the young lady on duty Friday 20th June was very helpful, allowing me to have a midday checkout. Also organised a uber to get to to the mall. The room was very good . The Hotel is well run by super efficient staff, the breakfast and dinner very very nice also reasonably priced. The free shuttle was clean and tidy and on time for both pick up and drop off.

Hotel was fairly new and very clean rooms. Staff was helpful, lobby was spacious. Outdoor patio seating was a lovely welcome surprise and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had and the menu in the dining room grill was more than typical bar food. Wish all the Holiday Inns were this nice. And the price for a Saturday night was very reasonable. We stayed here, which was close to the airport (which there was a free shuttle offered) prior to taking an Uber the following morning to Galveston port for our cruise

From the moment I arrived, Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease after a long journey. She was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request or question I had. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, Jasmine handled everything with professionalism and a genuine smile. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional, largely thanks to Jasmine’s dedication and outstanding service. It was close to where I needed to be. It was clean. Heather was very helpful and joy at the front desk. Mary who worked in the kitchen for breakfast was helpful. She put out coffee even at the end of breakfast. Great staff and the my room was clean.

This is a newer hotel so it might have an edge on some of the older "models." The staff was kind and helpful; the hotel clean and modern. The parking was free and it's near a few great places to eat. The rooms and bathrooms especially are spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed my time there as a business traveler and only wished I could have stayed an extra day to check out the pool and relax. The continental breakfast included meat and eggs. Apparently they switch back and forth from sausage to bacon; I missed bacon day, but I can't complain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property. The location is great and not too close to the city center. Made for an easy getaway back towards Dallas.

Stayed here for 1 night for business. It has a new hotel feel and the place was clean and comfortable. Hot foods served for breakfast. Snack bar located at the lobby. Free, spacious parking lot. TV in room is old and could use an upgrade, especially in size. Staff was friendly and there were no issues with my stay. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

This was a very convenient hotel to stay in for a layover prior to an international flight our of Houston. As it is easily accessible via the (free) subway at the airport there's no having to worry about getting a car, no traffic worries or no concerns about having to walk miles with your luggage so that was the main attraction for us. Torin (I think that was her name), gave us exceptional service on check in with options for the M Club and wifi and checkout which was much appreciated. She was friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough for making us feel welcome. This is an old hotel but the amenities have been updated and the room was modern and functional. The restaurant has great food options and we enjoyed a meal there.

A beautiful hotel and right IN the airport. You just go down the escalator and get on the subway ( loops every 3 min) to all the terminals. We stayed here the night before our 6 am flight. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The Bed was VERY comfortable. We also ate in the hotel restaurant. The food and drink were great. There’s also a beautiful outdoor pool. We didn’t swim but sat outside a while. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress in the restaurant because she was amazing with her recommendations, efficiency, and friendliness. If we return to Houston I would not hesitate to stay here again

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing. The hotel is so conveniently located at the airport. We had a fabulous dinner at the Flights restaurant. Our server Michael went above and beyond for us, So professional and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay! Was a two night stop over between flights (NZ to UK); the beds were very comfy and large, the room a good size and clean, with a great shower! The restaurant served delicious food, the pool was refreshing, and staff helpful and friendly. Oh and the absolute ease getting from the airport - hop on a little train at the bottom of the terminal and takes you straight to the hotel, total highlight for our toddler, plus staff organised helping get our bags to our rooms and the airport. Everything you what you want for in between long flights!

Stayed 1 night (this time) at IAH Hotel. We were warmly and professionally greeted by Madison when we arrived. She instantly made us feel like a valued Marriott member (I am Gold, so not super high status). She was prompt checking us in making sure we knew where our room was and how to get to it. She even topped things off by leaving a handwritten note on our door as she overheard our conversation about recently celebrating our anniversary. Really made us feel special. In this world courtesy and kindness seem to be disappearing. This young lady really is the embodiment of what everyone who deals in customer service should be! I’ll also mention the serving staff in the restaurant for the morning buffet. Carlos (chef) was also very welcoming, kind and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our food was fresh, hot and tasty. The rest of the staff was smiling and welcoming as well. We have frequented this hotel for years. Service has never been better. This speaks loudly for whomever is managing this property. Great team!

The breakfast is hearty and wholesome. Plenty to choose from and the layout and presentation of breakfast is lovely. The restaurant is good too! The main waiter there is fantastic. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and in general everyone is pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for an overnight airport stay coming into San Jose Costa Rica and/or leaving CR. It's super convenient and close to the airport. Just beware of traffic and plan ahead to get to the airport. It is close but traffic can be brutal depending on the time of day and it can get blocked up around the airport at times, especially after 3PM and until about 7 or 8PM at night. Weekends there is less traffic but there is still some traffic so just a word of caution about the traffic in San Jose.

The property was newer and very clean and they have an airport shuttle service. Its nice that they have a restaurant and a bar but neither was very good. The restaurant served cold coffee in the morning and the margaritas were terrible. The restaurant menu is limited and the soup tasted like canned minestrone soup. Stay away from the restaurant and you should be ok.

Clean / comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and shower. It was nice to find a safe in the room. The restaurant / bar had reasonable food. A limited choice, but was good quality. It was close / convenient for the airport.

The folks at the Sheraton 4 Points are awesome! The managers have done a marvelous job in training their people. I enjoy staying where they treat me like royalty! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast (not complimentary) was delicious. The bar was awesome!! So, over all , stay here it ROCKS!!!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Lori the shuttle driver was helpful, friendly and made sure the restaurant would take care of us even though we were a late arrival. Gabby in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

Staff has been pleasant. Guy at front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Bar and restaurant is nice and convenient. Honestly my only complaint would be the hallways were very hot and the carpet looks dirty. I totally understand it's a busy hotel in proximity to the airport so it gets alot of business. My room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small with an old style tub shower but overall it's still a nice hotel and worth the money. I will stay here again if the circumstances come up.

We were stranded at IAH due to weather conditions. The whole airport closed so EVERYONE was scrambling for overnight accommodations. We were fortunate to find this hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient despite dozens of incoming, cranky, frustrated travelers. An older property, it was remodeled very nicely. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was adequate, a/c worked. Breakfast buffet was fine, though they didn’t have any gluten friendly bread options. We had a terrific lunch in the Blue Dixie restaurant on property. Transportation to the airport was on time and comfortable.

Isabel at Holiday Inn Airport was very helpful, friendly, and sweet. She was so supportive of our efforts. Thank you Isabel. The breakfast was fabulous, fresh fruit, fresh omelette and coffee. Great beds and very clean.

Overall the hotel is nice, but the AC didn’t work in the fitness room and the trash was overflowing. The breakfast area was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Wish they didn’t fill in the pool and jacuzzi.

Hotel is basic, but very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being so close to airport. Keurig coffee machine in room is nice touch. Breakfast also basic, but ok.

The hotel is older but well taken care of and very clean. Check in was quick and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but there were plenty of options for us to choose from and everything was stocked, fresh and clean. They also offer tea, water and coffee 24/7 which was nice. This hotel was great for the price.

Location can't be beat. I travelled into mid to south Houston daily. This location was good to access the 610 Loop or continue via 59/69. Housekeeping was clean, orderly and fast. The hot breakfast is always good and appreciated. The staff makes the difference for me. Experienced, friendly, efficient, the front desk personnel have been with this hotel for a long time. I have two experiences where the manager and front desk saved the day for me. I actually left my billfold in my room, checked out and didn't discover my error until I stopped for gas in the next state. They arranged to send the billfold to me promptly. Such a relief. Let me add that the hotel is very convenient to stores.

It’s close to everything in new caney and safety is a must! I am sure I’ll highly recommend it! It’s pet friendly since I am a mother of 9 dogs! Although they didn’t came with me but I’ll make sure my friends are aware! Also it’s extremely clean and everyone is so polite. We decided to take a last minute vacation to the beach for my birthday and to visit family. Since it was last minute we did not make a reservation ahead of time. The front desk personnel was more than accommodating and SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE! We had not been back since they finished the remodel and we were very pleased with all of the improvements! Breakfast was great as well! Overall another amazing stay here and we will definitely continue to stay here again!!!

This pasta bar paradise is where it’s at every Thursday at the Hilton. Yolanda Perez, the pasta bar chef prepared me the most delicious bowtie pasta with shrimp and vegetables (spinach and broccoli) this Thursday for lunch and it hit the spot. Anthony was my server and he checked on me to make sure I was doing well and had gotten my delicious lemon ginger tea they provide. I also enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie and love their salad that’s also included with the pasta bar lunch. This is the best place in Houston for pasta because it’s fresh, Yolanda makes it on the spot in front of you, you can chose any pasta you want, and all the veggies of your choice. I wish this pasta bar was open more than just once a week. Hilton, please give us more pasta days. Yolanda and Anthony are the best! Pasta Thursday at the Hilton in Greenspoint is where it’s at for a fun and tasty lunch. Let’s all have a lunch rendez-vous there every Thursday and enjoy Yolanda’s pasta creation.

This hotel is extremely comfortable, clean, and the staff is very welcoming and professional. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times so I just wanted to highlight how consistent they are. Today I decided to do lunch at the Harth, and Mr Anthony was so amazing to me. He treated me like family. Found out we’re both Jamaican and that made my day. He greeted me with a smile and showed me the upmost kindness. The food was fresh and healthy. Thank you for the hospitality.

She insisted she help me get the food order to our room. ❤️ As a matter of fact all employees have bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Brad at the front desk welcomed me like a pro. I am Hilton gold and IHG platinum. I know what great service. Jazmyn, has been providing me with texts for my requests. How convenient to get some extra towels, coffee, toothpaste. She is so polite! The rooms are awesome, the main floor is the size of a mall and decorated beautifully. Stay here you won't be disappointed. Cuddos to the GM.

I really had a lovely stay. I had an overnight and decided to go with Wingate and was not disappointed. I love that the hotel was very clean, smelled amazing, and the staff were all nice and friendly. The room was really nice — clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had a fantastic rest too! The bed was comfy. I did order takeout because I was advised that it was best to avoid being in any unsafe danger by going out at night in the area, but I still felt safe and comfortable during my time there. Highly recommend if you just have an overnight stay and want somewhere comfortable to sleep.

The front desk staff is wonderful. We let her know about the shuttle need to the airport and time. She even adjusted our checkout time by 1 hour to accommodate our needs. The room is delightfully calm and very clean. They even made a tissue bow for the box of tissues. :-) They took care of the smallest details. I will gladly stay here again. They offer a buffet breakfast from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. We like orange juice with breakfast, but they had good coffee, cold filtered water. and lemonade, which were good alternatives. I prefer the omelettes with cheese that some hotels have, but their scrambled eggs were fluffy and tasty. They have real butter. They also have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which was fun to try. Their snacks are very reasonably priced for a hotel. There are no surprise costs that some hotels have.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a little convenience store located on the premises. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee delicious. my room was nice and quiet until my upstairs neighbor started walking around. I can hear his footsteps clomping around. When trying to contact the hotel for airport pick up, I had to let the phone ring 12 times before somebody picked it up. The bath towels felt like sandpaper. Fairfield can use really good fabric softener. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were horrible.

Breakfast was very good, had everything I needed for a healthy breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Seating was comfortable. Bed/bedding were comfortable. Staff was great.

It was ok. The hotel was clean shuttle driver was friendly *you must call for the shuttle!!* Hotel staff was sparse at night but available. Room was blah and somewhat small but the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was impressive!! Neighborhood: It’s not really a walkable location at all, esp at night. The holiday in next door had the Blue Dixie restaurant - closes at 10pm and I barely made it. Uber eats late in the area didn’t offer many exciting options either. A mini mart would have a been a mile in the dark with no sidewalks in either direction.

I really liked the on demand should service and the friendly driver. Also the bed was super comfortable and the roof spacious enough. WiFi easy to access, my room was quiet, AC controls easy and accurate and all in a all a pleasant experience.

This place is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Everything was perfect including The free breakfast the pool was absolutely spotless and it smelt very good. Staff came in and cleaned the place every day. You cannot go wrong staying at Holiday Inn. Courtyard Houston Kingwood was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lastly there was plenty of parking so that wasn't an issue.

They were very accommodating since I had to add a couple extra nights to my trip. Very comfortable, quiet and safe. I did have breakfast one morning that was very good and an excellent cocktail one evening.

We arrived early and expected just to check our luggage, but they had a room available and let us check in early. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. We used the pool and hot tub. Had an early flight the next day so went to bed early and the room/bed were super comfortable and quiet.

Very clean hotel. The lady at the desk was so sweet. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy and the rooms were spacious and had everything we could possibly need including dishes, coffee pot, coffee, cream, sugar, fridge and freezer full size. Couch was huge and had cable on the tv. Pool area looked beautiful and even had a fire going outside. Last but not least breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of options. They even had a soda machine in the breakfast area along with juice and coffee. We would definitely come stay here again.

It's clean! Friendly staff! It's next door to a movie theater! Several restaurant choices in just that intersection! What more could you want! But if you want more, I can tell you that the room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioner was cold, huge bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And let me just add, I love it when the mirror/sink is outside of the bathroom. Such a waste having to wait for someone to get out of the bathroom for me to fix my fair and face. We actually walked to the movies one evening and noticed the fire pits outside on our way back, looked amazing and wished we would have had to enjoy them. Maybe next time.

We recently stayed at this hotel in anticipation of Hurricane Laura hitting the Houston area. This was our first stay and definitely will not be our last. The hotel is immaculate, the front desk staff is exceptional, very warm and friendly. The cleaning staff is very nice. We had a 2 room suite, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in each room. The hotel also accepts pets. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast I've ever had, very tasty. This is a wonderful hotel.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and really enjoy it. The location is super convenient as it is near the highways and all your shopping needs. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great and overall rooms are clean and comfy. Only comment for improvement is our room had an obvious red stain on the carpet and closet doors had remnants of spatter residue.These were minor aesthetics and would not prevent me from staying here again.

Great rooms - plenty of space, full kitchen, fridge etc. Work/kitchen tables, lots of power points, good wifi, bed very comfortable - amazingly a good breakfast. Very stress free environment and easy to work, even though it was busy it was quiet so a bit of a sanctuary. Pool and outside area really neat and clean and again, quiet! Lovely! You do need a car BUT Uber is easy here and there is a Walmart 5 minutes by Uber. Great place and certainly recommend.

This property is clean and the staff is friendly And incredibly helpful! My family stayed there for my daughter‘s wedding weekend and they were so helpful. The room was clean and offered a very comfortable stay. Will definitely look for a Homewood Suites when I travel from now on.

Relatively new location and not ‘broken in’ like some hotels turn out to be, as of 10/6/24 Extremely clean and nice inside. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in and the breakfast is well above average. Good quiet location tucked away in a patch of woods and easy access to the highway with plenty of dining options. Great value for the price paid.

Always enjoy staying here when I am in town It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful. The suites are spacious and breakfasts are plentiful with healthy options like chia seed pudding with nuts, blueberries, etc.

The most memorable part of my stay was Ms.Pie att the front desk. She was so accommodating and helpful. Even though she wasn’t familiar withthe city she went the extra mile everyday we were there to help us plan our day. She was friendly, kind and professional. She made sure our stay was as cozy and comfortable as we hoped it would be. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help. The hotel was clean and in a great location. This hotel is newly renovated. Clean inside. Employees are amazing. They have a free Continental breakfast that’s pretty good. They do have things for children to do as well. In a safe area and is literally 5.minutes to the mall. Right up my alley. Clean and very close to all things one would want to venture to. Wait until you stay for 65 bucks a night. It’s a win for sure!! You must check it out!!!

This is a very nice hotel for a quick convenient stop. The staff are unfailingly friendly and pleasant. Things are very clean, the breakfast is varied and nicely managed, the hours of the pool and gym are very convenient, other guests were quiet and respectful. We came and went for 4 days and it had everything we needed. The pool seemed to need some cleaning and possibly more chlorination, but that was the only thing we'd change.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The room that I was assigned had a shared door with another room, and I could hear the people from the other room talk. I did not feel comfortable listening to my neighbors and having a shared door even if the door was locked. I went to the front desk and shared my concerns and asked to be moved to another room. They did it without hesitation. The rooms were very clean. Even though was very close to the airport I could not hear any noise in my room. The hotel also is next to a really cool restaurant that has delicious food and good prices. I would stay there again if I go back to Houston.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant needs some improvement. I waited a while in a restaurant with only two occupied tables. The Canadians a couple tables down from me were complaining about wanting to cash out. Lots of socializing, not enough focus on spending clients.

The front desk was exceptionally courteous, and check in was very fast and efficient. Manager Sai keeps all his employees in check and makes sure that guests have everything they need to make their stay cozy. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!!

loved everything about my stay. booked last minute, got a great price, very friendly receptionists, the shuttle service worked great (I called them using the airport wifi and they gave me simple instructions on where/when to meet the shuttle). my room was large, clean and very comfy. there was even a 24h shop across the road. would definitely recommend for a long layover!

This was an ideal stop over, close to the airport. It's clean and well-equipped. The wifi was fast and there's a few restaurants in walking distance. The staff were friendly and even organised a complimentary return shuttle trip to the airport. Every aspect was excellent and I can heartily recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and since we didn't have a vehicle we could walk to restaurants and the convenience stores at the gas stations. The hotel also had an airport shuttle, which was very helpful.
