This is one of the best hotels we have ever been. > Check in - We came a bit early and they managed to accommodate us before the check in time, it may not work for everyone but it worked for us, which we are so grateful. > Room - it so spacious, clean and complete with amenities. Very quiet and comfortable bed. > Spa - the swimming pool is decent size and there are lots of treatment room available. Dry & wet sauna, Scottish shower and jacuzzi. > Massage - this is not included in spa package but I had facial massage and it's so relaxing. Definitely worth the money. > Breakfast - very nice selection of breakfast buffet. We definitely enjoyed it especially my husband, he went for second round. > Restaurant - we only had drinks and one meal but it's very decent, we didn't try a lot of dishes, and the portion was good. > Check out - the hotel advised that we need to inform them upon checking in if we need a late check out. The check out time is already brilliant, which is 12:00, but we asked an hour before our check out if we can stay for another hour which they granted and allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. Again, it may not work for anyone but for us, it worked. > Airport Transfer in Luxury car - it is definitely a luxury. This needs to be booked 24 hours before check in. Very comfortable car (Maybach)

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a luxurious king room! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the tone for our entire experience. The modern decor was the perfect backdrop for our getaway, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, radiating a European flair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight—nicely sized and ultra-modern, with everything we needed presented in pristine condition. We loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient. And oh, you have to experience the incredible spa and pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Don’t forget to grab a delicious beverage and an excellent meal on the hotel terrace—an experience you won’t want to miss! The continental breakfast was top-notch and included with our stay, giving us a delicious start to our day. This hotel is perfectly located with all the major attractions and the city center just a quick 10-minute drive away. We highly recommend it for an excellent stay!

The hotel is in a nice area in Iasi and it is at the foothill of the Bucium Hill and has a beautiful view to an orchard. The rooms are very clean and tidy which everything taken care of, starting from bathrobes, to slippers and ending with amenities like a coffee machine. The bathroom is very spacious, very clean and bright which gives you the sense of warmth and coziness. The breakfast is one on the best I have had until now, it is very diverse, starting from the basic stuff like eggs and toasted bread to things like pancakes to apple pie. The beds are very firm and you can have the best sleep in them. The spa is very cozy and the water in the pool is warm so you can have a nice end of the week relaxation.

Without hesitations I can attest that this is one of the best hotels i’ve been to so far. Firstly, great attitude from the staff: friendly and helpful people. Any issue would be solved within the matters of minutes. Secondly, it’s very clean and quiet place to stay in. Thirdly, the cuisine in Novella restaurant is great, every dish I ordered was delicious. Moreover, you can be offered a premium class shuttle from/to an airport at any time of the day which is really comfortable. For those who train regularly - spa/gym is opened during the whole day. I really appreciated my stay here and strongly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Iasi. Best regards, Orest

We are staying here for the second time. The first time we found this magnificent hotel by chance, guided by the proximity to the airport (5 minutes by car). An amazing combination of convenience, comfort, coziness and attitude towards guests! This is really Home! Here you can feel the soul of the owners in everything! Perfect cleanliness, comfortable beds, personal style with an embroidered logo on towels and pillows, there is absolutely everything for personal comfort (robes, slippers, hairdryer, shower chair, chamomile tea!) Flowerpot with living, not soulless plastic, plants in room! And how convenient is the opportunity to park the car for the duration of the trip, transfer to the airport, breakfast! At night I was met from the airport. at 4 in the morning they met Mom, took me to the city center and helped to solve my affairs. Thank you very much for your concern. Spa area was super nice! But it can get pretty crowded with young people and the Jacuzzi can be unavailable for a long time due to that.

In a very nice area above Iasi, with a beautiful view . We've been there for a wedding and even we left the event before finish, I didn't hear anything in the room. SPA facilities, but no time for it. Clean room. Good breakfast, diverse. Parking in front of the hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the blinds help keep a good temperature without having to use the AC too much. Staff was great and very helpful with additional requests we had. Location is very good at wlaking distance from the walking street, Copou park and Central station. Area is quiet and the minibar has a lot of options for every taste

Beautiful hotel close to the railway station and 15-20 min on foot to Palace of Culture. The staff is helpful, thank you for printing my boarding passes. The room is spacios, very comfortable, has electric kettle with tea/coffee. In just 8 minutes on foot is Piața Unirii, from where the bus #50 goes to airport every 30 minutes, costs 3 RON. We took it at night at 4am.

Very good taste in selecting furniture, tapestry, carpeting, decorations; the room was large, comfortable, well equipped. The location is also perfect. The dining room for breakfast was also very nice and the service excellent.

We had a great stay at Uptown Apartments. Emanuel, who looked after us, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He sent us detailed video instructions beforehand on how to access the building, which made the check-in process super easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishes, mop, vacuum, ironing board, and hairdryer. The balcony was a lovely touch, and the large fridge was great for our stay. Emanuel preferred payment in cash but was also flexible and accepted Revolut, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a really comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Modern apartment located in a new building, 10 minutes walk from Palas Nicely decorated, equipped with anything you would need for a short stay, comfortable, spotless clean Key pick up/drop off in a little safety box outside the room. Friendly host, happy to provide useful info to make your stay in Iasi more pleasant. Excellent value for money.

Our meeting with our host was seamless. Parking was convenient and safe. The apartment was spotless. The bed was large and super comfortable. The internet worked very well. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. Finally, the location was perfect - a 5 to 10 minute walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see.

The location was perfect, 5min away from Palas Mall. It also had a supermarket right at the corner. Small but very comfortable studio. Large storage space, hair dryer, good wifi, kitchen. The mattress was comfortable, we slept well, it's quiet as the location was not nearby the main road.

Pros: - very close to the city center (Pallas Mall, various business buildings, etc) - the studio included virtually everything you might need during the stay (fully equipped kitchen, a lot of storage space, a sound heating system that guarantees instant hot water). This goes well beyond what you find a typical hosting unit offers. - very comfortable bed - the host is very friendly with excellent communication skills - very clean - a nice neighborhood that also features small stores to get essentials in a minute

The property is amazing from all points of view. If I could rate is super excellent and amazing in the same time I would. The owner is more than nice and welcoming. The property is close to airport and city center in the same time. Location is in a new buildings complex close to Palace Mall area and airport. The flat is very modern and new, spacious, comfortable and very good value for money. I will recommend it to all my friends and do not hesitate to book it.

My mother’s flight was cancelled late in the evening and we had to act quickly to find accommodation for her. Thankfully, there were available rooms at Palas Studios. The communication was very quick, 30 minutes after her flight was cancelled she was already safe and sound at this place. The host was extremely helpful (he literally accompanied my mom to the supermarket at night so she could get some food), he also helped my mom call a cab at 3AM. At some point it even felt wrong to have so much help! Thanks so much!!!

I liked that it was close to city center (15-20 min walk to Palace of Culture) and had all you need for a medium length trip. The bed was comfortable, kitchen appliances and utensils were available, mosquito net on windows and doors and AC for hot weather. It's fairly quiet at night even with windows opened. Has two small shops close by and the shopping centre at a 10-15 min walk.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good lumbar support, exceptionally good water pressure in the shower, mirror had it's own lights which is handy. Breakfast had vegetarian options. The stuff is friendly and always there. Wifi was also good. The windows cut out most of the street noise (like passing cars for instance)

The hosts were very nice and hospitable they helped us with information, taxi and tips on everything we asked. The air conditioner was working great so we could actually sleep even in very hot weather. The food was nice and decently priced. We received cold water in our room upon request. The area is quiet and nice we felt very safe and cozy.

Hands down one of the best places I've stayed in many years of travelling. The room was more like a suite, complete with a small kitchen area, a functioning fridge, huge bed, desks, chairs, TV with lots of channels, and a superb bathroom with a walk in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the host had provided us with everything we could need and much more besides. The hotel is in a peaceful residential area and the rooms have excellent sound proofing, so you'll rarely hear traffic noise or sounds from the other rooms. It's an ideal spot for light sleepers or those looking for a calm environment. Even though the location is residential, you're never far from the sights of the city, with the train station less than 15 minute's walk away and a huge range of shops, attractions, and landmarks even closer. For heading further out, there are plenty of public transport options nearby. Otherwise, use Bolt for a quick and convenient option. We only bumped into the host once, but he seemed very friendly and asked if everything was okay. Otherwise, the hotel is mostly contactless, though if you do need something it looks like it's easy enough to get in touch with the host. There's no breakfast option in the hotel as far as I can see, though we weren't looking either as we had other plans. However, there are lots of places nearby to try, with excellent coffee and food. Thanks for an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Iasi!

- the place is quite central but not so noisy as is the central streets (with many cars and old trams); -close to main city's landmarks; -the amenities were very nice (all you need for bathroom, espresso coffee maker with spare, water and ...a beer; -the self checkin system is very fast and convenient; -the owner was also very fast to communicate after reservation; - the bed is amazing comfortable and the room looks cozy;

The property is very cozy, with modern decorated rooms, with all facilities for a 3* to 4*, and situated in a very quiet zone near the center city. There is a kitchenette inside the room , with facilities, coffee machine and a big fridge. The owner helped us with extra info we needed, even it should be a not-attended hotel, self-care, with a key provided in a box inside the property. There is also a terrace in the little garden around the property. The property impressed me, I already stayed there for 2 times.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need, and more. as well as coffee and coffee machine. Personal are very friendly. I and my wife weren't embarrassed by the small windows, we were walking around the city. In addition, the design of the room is very harmonious. The hotel is located a 15 min drive from the city center. There is also a bus stop nearby, but I actually traveled by car. Reception is open 24 hrs, restaurant takes order until 21 (consider that if you have an evening flight): has good choice of meals. Room is spacious, clean and modern with plugs near the bed, minibar, desk, TV. WIFI is working fine. Bathroom with shower, soap and shampoo available. Breakfast is from 7.30 with a buffet that has good choice of eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables and also cakes, cornflakes croissant. If you arrive by car, there is a parking space in the rear (I actually did not use it but it seems to have plenty of space).

we stayed for one night when we just landed and came back after a week for two additional nights at the end of the trip to actually visit Iasi itself. the hotel is very clean, the room is huge, free parking available, wifi reception is great, coffee/tea set in every room, we didn't use the minibar but it is there to use if you wish and we put our milk there for the morning coffee. breakfast is very good. the location is out of the city center so we used bolt/taxi alot but we did know this in advance and bolt is very cheap so just a few minutes in/out of town were perfect for us.

Stunning view from the window toward the city and hills, you can watch the Sunset every day. -Modern, beautifully decorated and organised rooms in a recently built hotel. The breakfast is good and the stuff very friendly. You can also have lunch or dinner here, which is very convenient.
