It was a very clean and comfortable place. I also had a great view. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs a slight adjustment is the shower water. You can tell when people are using the shower that the water runs hot rather than cold.

Went to Boise for my nieces wedding in another hotel downtown. We walked to and from the event across downtown and felt safe and had a great walk the hotel was clean our room was perfect with Mountain View gorgeous! The surrounding area was clean safe and family friendly lots to do will definitely come back

We loved our stay here! The lady checking us in was so so friendly (wish I caught her name) and Jay who was in the breakfast area was amazing. So friendly and helpful-she deserves a raise! You can tell she loved her job. The pool area was a big highlight for my 3 year old. We worked to 8th st area and found good places to eat. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will be back.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Had great suggestions for restaurants. Super friendly. You WANTED to chit chat with them. Breakfasts at the hotel were great and the dining area, including the background music, were very classy. Room and its bathroom were clean and comfortable. Hotel was a short walk to the Plaza on 8th St. where most of the restaurants were. Best restaurant, though, was the sushi place right around the corner from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and cozy. Nice that there’s coffee and tea in the lobby along with the afternoon cookies. Continental breakfast is a full breakfast. Noticed that a bowl of fruit, oranges and bananas are left out throughout the day for folks to have a healthy snack. Good idea and the fruit doesn’t go to waste.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel, each time is better than the last. We decided to get the king room with the jacuzzi tub, and when we checked in we were upgraded to one of the best rooms on the property! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay with a ticket for a free drink, $15 in room credits and the upgraded with a view room. Happy first anniversary to us with many many more to come.

Location was exceptional on the Boise River with easy access to the biking/ walking trail that runs for 25 miles along the river. Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are large decorated with beautiful photos of the area. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Clean. Yes, there are lots of conferences and activities going on along with live music at the on site outdoor restaurant but the music was wonderful and the business didn’t bother us . It felt very festive when walking around. Couldn’t hear anything when we were in our rooms. The outdoor heated pool is amazing and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes was one of the best we had after a month road tripping and after eating lots of hotel breakfasts!

The service is above and beyond! The front desk check in was very friendly and worked hard to get us a pet friendly room. The area the hotel is in is great! The room was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and wonderful shower. The breakfast is full restaurant service with a buffet and omelet station! Definitely not your typical free hotel breakfast!

The breakfast buffet is excellent. It is also kept open later than most, 11am and 12pm on weekends. The biscuits and gravy was extremely good. Lots of hot food and omelet bar. The staff was very friendly overall. The restaurant and bar by the pool was very fun and convenient. Parking was good. It's on the river which is fun.

Tru appears to be very new. The room was clean with new decor. The front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. There is walking trails to the beautiful Idaho River and the view from my room was exceptional. Very nice place to stay. I will stay there again.

Breakfast is very good. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Enjoyed back of the hotel , perfect for walking and jogging. Not to mention the river view.

The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the river side and and in front of it there is a free parking, private for hotel guests. The room was nice and modern with a big shower and very nice shower cream and shampoo. The breakfast was also good with pancakes that could be freshly made by the guests and some other nice options such as egg omelets, available fresh for the guests. The bread was not at its greatest quality and seemed of the day before. However, overall we had quite a nice experience and we would recommend it!

very clean hotel, friendly staff large room (we had a suite), by far the best breakfast we had (we started 3 weeks ago in Vancouver via Yellowstone), wifi connection excellent, bathroom and amenities bery good, microwave cooking facilities, we arrived after long drive from Grand Teton NP, so long drive with 2 kids, felt like coming home. Kids enjoyed everything and especially the breakfast. Very nice coffee.

This is a great hotel, very well appointed in a very safe and upscale end of town. There are several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. As for breakfast it is the best I have had at this level of accommodation.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast menu and the coffee was excellent too. The front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a week at this location. We chose a first floor room since we have two young kids and were surprised to find 10” ceilings! Each suite has a large, comfortable West Elm couch and ottoman to lounge on, a great desk with plenty of electrical connections for charging your items, and lots of lighting. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. COVID cleaning protocols were observed. Housekeeping is automatically opted-out unless you request it. We were able to leave our garbage out in the hallway and have them pick it up without coming into the room. Drinks (including a bit of beer and wine) were available for purchase at the front desk. Mini fridge stayed really cold and worked nicely. Folks were sanitizing high touch areas and wearing their masks properly. Breakfast was unimpressive but I imagine it is heavily impacted by the pandemic. We will absolutely stay here again if visiting relatives in Boise/Meridian.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel looks and feel NEW, modern furnitures & fixtures. Lobby is inviting. Staffs were attentive and courteous. They gave us free waters as part of Hilton honors( this time we didn't have to ask for it).Free great breakfast y'all!😁 Coffee is good. Room was spacious with everything we need for a few days. It had alot of cabinets for storage. Everything was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with big refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink,waste disposal & kitchen utensils. You may asked for portable stovetop upon request. The room had comfortable sitting area. Smart TV that connects to Netflix & YouTube. Carpet was thoroughly clean. We loved the privacy curtain that separate the bedroom and sitting area. Bathroom had tiled floors with standing shower,single vanity with spacious counter space to put toiletries. Great refillable toiletries - shampoo,conditioner & body wash. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Location is close enough to restaurants and town center. Easy access on roads and yet not too busy nor noisy.

Conveniently located right off I-15. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. A bonus was two restaurants shared the parking lot. It was great to avoid fast food or having to go back out to find dinner.

The rooms are spotless, modern and attractively appointed. A full kitchen and sparkling bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The window blind was 100% light blocking and the room quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and satisfying.

Conveniently located next to restaurants. Stayed here 4 nights, went to Yellowstone and the Tetons on 2 separate occasions. Around 2 hours from each. Used the pool and jacuzzi a couple of nights, it's open 24 hours which was cool. A really good place

This hotel never ever disappoints. We've stayed there numerous times with our kids, but this time it was just for the grownups. We got the loft room with a jacuzzi in the room and it was heavenly. Love this place!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! I like everything about it. It was clean, well, maintain, beds in rooms. Well set up, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, the Jacuzzi and pool were amazing, the gym was adequate, and it’s got excellent access to the Boise River walkway. I plan on staying here when I come back next week!

Our front desk clerk at check in was amazing so friendly and welcoming, our room was nice very comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was warm not very big and no hot tub which was disappointing. Breakfast was amazing food was hot and soo many options but the breakfast staff was not friendly at all didnt smile nothing and the front desk check-out clerk was not friendly either. Very disappointing after such a welcoming staff at check in.

This property was clean and safe, but what really stood out what how much effort and energy were put into personal touches and making it an incredibly comfortable and welcoming space. The staff when above and beyond to make it a great stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool was heated and fun, there were personal touches like Broncos flags and painted murals, and there was a free and easy shuttle to and from the airport. It is not the most up to date hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here at the end of our Boise trip. It is in a good location and a short drive to many places we wanted to visit. We also walked to a nearby area with a river and trails. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. This is also the 2nd HIE I have stayed at this month with the coffee maker that makes fresh coffee on command in the lobby all hours. I really like it. The weather wasn’t good, so we didn’t swim in the outdoor heated pool. We did see a few people swimming. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from our 4th floor rooms.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay at this property while in town for work. I find this location very convenient for getting anywhere in the Treasure Valley. Restaurants nearby are easily walkable and I especially like its closeness to the Greenbelt for evening walks. The rooms/beds are comfortable and always very clean! I joined the free happy hour (beer, wine, snacks) they offer on Wednesday evening this visit and it was very enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back!

Hampton Inn Coeur d’Alene was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our road trip from Seattle to Glacier NP. It’s a beautiful hotel in a peaceful locale. We were surprised to learn that the hotel has been open since 2007. It looks new! They’ve updated and maintained the property very well. We stayed in room 309, a king bed with balcony. Sitting on the balcony overlooking green space and the mountains after a long day of driving was so relaxing. The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. There was good water pressure in the tub with lots of hot water. We also liked the hand rail in the tub. (We think all hotel rooms should have hand rails). The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. We also liked the breakfast buffet and the close proximity to several restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn CDA.

Quiet and clean with very comfortable beds. Most of the guests were there for business, so it was quiet. For those of us who had to leave before they set up their breakfast buffet, a brown bag mini breakfast was provided. The hotel is across the street from a Starbucks and numerous restaurants.

We decided to bring kids over to Triple Play for spring break. First impression upon walking in was the hotel was clean, open and big. The construction had zero impact on our stay, and they had bottles of water ready for everyone coming in. We needed so many things during our stay. Pack and play, and extra blanket the first night, two more blankets and a pillow the 2nd night, I also needed ear plugs. One of the on site handymen brought up my pack and play and offered to help me set it up. Front desk let kids borrow some goggles and noodles for swimming. The pool area was nice and warm with clean fresh towels and plenty of space to lounge. The breakfast area every morning was SO good. The kids loved the waffles and yogurt and the coffee bar was nice! Breakfast went all the way until 10am which was so nice and there was no shortage of food items. I wasn’t expecting anyone to come in while we were out at the water park but someone popped in the room and made the beds so nicely and refreshed our towels and also laid my sons special blanket out for him across the bottom of the bed and he was so excited to come in and see it look so nice! Thank you so much for everything, we will 100% be back.

Why this hotel is #2 and not #1 in all of Coeur d'Alene is a mystery -- especially with staffers like Amika (who gave us a wonderful Diamond-upgraded studio) and Nathan, who greeted us upon arrival like royalty, is a wonder. Maybe by this writing they will be the #1 they deserve. Our room, which even had a balcony, was positively spacious -- including a wet bar area by the door and a bath tub. The window also opened and provided spectacular nighttime views. Breakfast (Easter Sunday) included red potatoes, bacon and delicious scrambled eggs, along with bagels/toasts and oatmeal. Super-fast elevators, too. The fitness room had free weights, the usual machines and plenty of towels, pool adjacent. Good show, GM JayCee!

Beautiful hotel for a good price right in the heart of downtown Boise. Although it was downtown, it was quiet inside. Our room was clean and comfortable. We went swimming in the outdoor pool, which was fun. The included breakfast was good and the front desk lady was very helpful when the hot water dispenser was empty in the breakfast area. The staff were all very friendly. I also loved that there were drinking fountains in the hotel with water bottle filling features--something I don't often see in hotels.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Service at the front desk was mixed - the guy who checked us in had an odd sense of humor and didn't seem to want to be there. The woman in the morning at checkout was amazing. Breakfast was convenient and nicely presented but I'd hoped for potatoes in Idaho and... no potatoes!! Location is great and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. This Hyatt is modern and clean with friendly staff, great full breakfast, convenient parking, and a lot of amenities making for an excellent stay. The room has an extremely comfortable bed, and the showers have great water pressure. This hotel is conveniently located for easy access to any area of Downtown Boise and the surrounding areas. This is now my go to hotel in Boise for business stays. it’s conveniently located to the airport and the central bench area. Clean and modern rooms with all the amenities you need. It’s quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a lively Applebee’s across the street that gives a discount to residents of Simple Suites.

The best part about my stay at Simple Suites was the staff. My house flooded and I had to quickly find accommodations for my roommates and me. We are pilots with different schedules, so scheduling individual times for a month duration was complicated. Kami and Ashlynn were super accommodating and empathetic about our situation. And then the insurance adjuster, Andrew Cunningham with Safeco texted me before he left for vacation that he doesn't think the insurance company with cover our accommodations, but would contact me a week later. So then, I cancelled all of our reservations and begin searching for places to sleep. Again, Kami and Ashlynn were amazingly professional and helpful. They clearly care about their guests. The room with kitchenette was clean and mostly quiet considering it's an extended stay hotel. I also felt safe.

Simple Suites doesn't appear to be a budget hotel so don't let the price fool you. It is very clean and appeared to be fairly new. Spacious and very comfortable. The towels were better than I had expected and of a good quality. I was surprised to find a shower dispenser so no tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles to fight with. My room was very quiet my entire stay. I stayed 2 nights, which meant there was no maid service.

Very friendly front desk ..we dropped our luggage off ..too early for the room ..they let us check in an hour before Room clean ..comfortable bed ..very quiet…close to the airport Microwave ..coffee maker ..large fridge ..did make some noise and air conditioning a little noisy too ..but we slept well We needed an airport drop off ..they paid for the Uber

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, and easy location right off the freeway. The suite was well- equipped with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, and a 2-burner cooktop. Bathroom was immaculate, bedding of good quality. Coffee/tea available in lobby. Right near Boise airport but not noisy. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

One of the nicest mid-range motel/hotels I have stayed at in my many years of road travels. A pleasant greeting at RECEPTION from RIDGE who was helpful with local information. The room was spacious, very modern and spotless. The sink area had a lovely modern lighted mirror and upgrade DOVE toiletries. Modern style lamps all had power outlets and USB ports. The bathtub was modern and had a well-needed hand rail assist. The bed was big, firm and provided a lovely night's rest. MOST IMPORTANTLY (for us light sleepers) the HVAC unit was modern and QUIET!!!! The breakfast was standard continental.

This was an overnight stay. The location was great. We were close to the highway, but there was no noise. Our room was perfect. It was clean & updated, the bed was comfortable, & the bathroom clean. We had everything we needed. We used the gym, pool, & hot tub. All were quite clean & in good working order. Breakfast was standard & OK. The staff were nice & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I called the day before to request a "quiet room." Bill was extremely accommodating and get us a very quiet room at the end of a hallway. And, others on the staff were very helpful and friendly. The 2-queen bed room was spacious and nice looking. Breakfast (a very nice looking breakfast room) was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast = very good. A different meat every day (we were there for 5 nights) and lots of choices with everything else. Every day there was a rectangular, crispy, probably baked, potato cake (delicious). After all, "Famous Potatoes" is on the Idaho license plate. Two big pluses and two minuses, but it's still 5*****. Plus 1. Maybe the best lit hotel room I've ever been in. Overhead and floor lamps everywhere. Plus 2. Maybe the largest hotel fitness room I've ever been in. Huge. Lots of equipment. And, a good-sized indoor pool. Minus 1. Their address. You can be fooled by the West Overland address. VERY hard, I thought, to get into the mall (hotel is smack in the middle of a shopping center) from West Overland. EASIER: from West Spectrum Street, behind the Cracker Barrel. Minus 2. The light above the sink is terrible for shaving!

..........yes, there are several "buts" 1. The pressure in the shower was terrible. I did try all the "settings." 2. The light above the sink is terrible for shaving. Just terrible! 3. It would be really "nice" for the hotel to recycle....have some recycling containers around, at least one in the lobby. 4. This is pretty common to all hotels, but it seems that the trash cans in the room tend to be not very wide (they are "tiny"). And, once housekeeping stretches a plastic bag across the top, there is no "depth" for trash, which sits on top of a piece of plastic, rather than IN the can. 5. The "business center," which consists of a computer and printer is smack in the middle of the lobby. No chair. But, the printer worked! With that said, there are tons of pluses: Good-sized and comfortable 2-queen room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with excellent coffee. A laundry room with a really cheap-to-run washer and dryer. And, on this trip, I learned how convenient the hotel is to downtown and places east and west. After leaving the hotel, if you catch a couple of green lights, you can be on an interstate to downtown in 5 minutes or less and then it's just a few minutes to downtown.

This hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Pool and hot tub are clean and warm. The double queen room with kitchen was clean, spacious and well stocked. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Overall it's a nice place with friendly & helpful staff. Nice bright front lobby & breakfast area. Our room was mostly clean & bed comfortable. Just a couple of items in room that needed attention - shower was clean yet there was what looked like rust around bottom edges & corners of shower (shower only, no tub). Hooks on wall outside shower were loose. It looks like they are possibly in the process of renovating shower because sheetrock plaster was uneven & little hooks for towel were not attached securely. The other thing is that the hallways to the rooms on each floor are very dimly lit. It just didn't give a good feeling walking down the halls because of that but otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was fine. We arrived late in the evening after a very long drive & were too tired to go out in nearby town to get food yet we hadn't eaten since breakfast. It was nice that they had a selection of frozen & refrigerated foods available in the lobby (for purchase) that could be heated up in our room.

Perfect stay. Not one issues. Lovely clean up to date place. All the employees were efficient and friendly. Busy check-in but went smoothly. Room was clean, up to date, and everything work just fine. Coffee maker, frig, microwave, hot water in shower, plenty of pressure. Room was quite. Bed comfortable. Room large. Breakfast was tasty with a deceit range of offerings including: juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy and 4 types of yogurt. The only thing I would suggest adding is some pastries. Young women that worked the breakfast was right on top of everything!! She kept the offerings full and the area spotless. There was also plenty seating. I would stay again next time passing thru town. What a value for your money.

We had a room at the end of the ground floor which was convenient to take our dog out the end door and avoid the lobby. There were nice grassy areas for the dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the awesome shower! It was walk-in and roomy, so no contending with a shower curtain or sliding doors, and a great shower head and strong water flow. The bathroom had a big counter and seemed so roomy. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was just okay. Lady at desk was friendly, helpful and answered questions in a pleasant way. Getting on and off the freeway was a breeze too.

We needed a place to sleep at the end of busy days moving college kids into their apartments in Rexburg. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, property was quiet, and the location right off the highway was convenient. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with extra towels. Water pressure in the shower was good. We did not use any of the amenities or stay for breakfast, but the breakfast selection looked decent. The exercise room was small but had sufficient for a good workout. We got back to our hotel too late to use the equipment (closes at 10 pm), but it appeared new and in good condition. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and available.

Hi gang, Spent 2 nights @ Sleep Inn Yellowstone in Idaho Falls. Hotel was clean, friendly and quiet. Easy on/off I-15. The bed was very comfortable. I noticed some frayed carpet in the breakfast area, someone at breakfast mentioned a loose shower curtain rod. I told him mine was fine but he should tell the front desk. Small items that could be easily fixed I’m sure. I also noticed going to my 2nd floor room that the elevator floor has a bad gouge gouge, something to be careful with. Pool got a lot of action from kids, they really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, still scrambled eggs in a bag, but the rest was simple, but filling. If you’re looking for a quiet stay in Idaho Falls definitely check out this place. Occasional thunderstorms will keep you entertained as well. Rich

EVERYTHING! The view the beds, the size of the room, the large spaciousness of it, the parking, the quietness, the people, the Jacuzzi tub, complementary, cozy robes, the veranda. I’m already making plans to go back again!

The room was beyond expectation. It was very spacious and comfortable with a wood burning fireplace and wonderful jacuzzi. There were sitting areas outside both the front and back doors.

Loved the location and the view and the Jacuzzi tub. Would highly recommend

Very pleasantly surprised with LA Quinta. It was very clean, friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, swimming pool nicely heated and the hot tub wasn't slimy and full of chemicals. If there's any advice to give would be to revamp the breakfast. It was probably one of the worst hotel breakfast we've had. Location was absolutely perfect! Would we stay here again. Absolutely. We have another baseball tournament and I will be booking here again.

Everything. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, check in and out was easy. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable but smelled of woman perfume.

The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The facility was well maintained and clean. They were able to accommodate my request for a walk in shower which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in Meridian 5 nights for baseball tournament. The hotel was a highlight. Close to the freeway, restaurants, stores, baseball fields, gas station, etc… the deluxe room was worth the extra spend. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Felt like a small apartment. The pool was busy but very nice and felt clean. The breakfast was great. Only gripes we had was the lack of water - water fountain elementary school style was not great, and the elevator was miserably slow. We ended up using the stairs and grabbing bottles of water from the gas station. Would strongly recommend this property for quick stays and long stays alike. I’m a frequent traveler and La Quinta is growing on me. Our team is planning on coming back to this tournament next week and we will most likely stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great, and the check-in and check-out went very quickly. I did laundry while my husband and children swam in the swimming pool and used the jacuzzi. I can watch them, since the fitness, the swimming pool, and laundry were close together. That was convenient.

I stayed at this hotel this weekend Saturday night as I was on my way driving down to Las Vegas. This turned out to be a great experience. Hotel grounds were spotless, rooms were immaculately clean and everything Smelled clean and fresh. So far so good. Oh so I erroneously booked the Sunday night instead of Saturday so the girl at the front desk corrected my reservation for me without any trouble. I ended up using a combination of points and cash for the room so I got a very inexpensive rate. the pool and area is very nice and I was thinking about a dip in the hot tub but I was quite tired from driving all day so I elected to hit the bed . I took a fantastic hot shower with lots of pressure and slept soundly, woke up and realized I missed the complementary breakfast. Luckily the hotel offers a grab and go breakfast option which was absolutely perfect for me because I was heading back out on the road, it came with a nice fresh bagel with peanut butter and jam, a granola bar, an apple, banana and a bottle of water it was just perfect. We have stayed here before as a family and will definitely be back. Thank you for making a good stay great

We were shocked to find out that this hotel is not brand new. Everything is perfectly clean and kept up. I’m pretty loyal to the brand and travel quite a bit, and I don’t think I have ever had such a perfect stay at a Hampton Inn. The room and bathroom were pristine. Plenty of USB ports. Nicely thought out space and bathroom area. I always dread breakfast at hotels, but they had it completely handled. The seating area was gorgeous and set up nicely. The breakfast itself was basic but perfectly done. Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful, but Nikki was just amazing. She was multi tasking and had just the best sense of humor. She gave us a perfect dinner recommendation (Cafe Toscano across the street) and hooked us up with a 10 percent discount! We couldn’t be more impressed!

This hotel was a five star experience from top to bottom. I was here on business and it started with a shuttle arriving shortly after calling. The driver was friendly and quick. The front desk employee was nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the fluffy pillows and the blackout cover for the window. The shower was warm and had a nice pressure. And we capped it all off with biscuits and gravy for breakfast with orange juice that wasn’t watery. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I’d gladly stay here again! Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was standard for a complementary breakfast. I liked the kilbasa style sausage but missed cold cereal until I bought a box. Room was clean, large, and bed was comfortable. It is next to a travel center which was equivalent to a well stocked 7-11.

The hotel was a very nice surprise. They have updated the rooms with wonderful decor; new carpet, tile is bathroom was very tastefully done; the shower was very nice, lots of room to spread out and relax. I stayed in a suite which was a nice change to the normal King but got to view both and they were both excellent choices. Tracey was an absolute gem to work with; had a small issue with my fridge and she had it swapped out that morning- no problem. The hot tub was very comfortable and hot, the pool has a fence with a nice artificial barrier so the view of the parking lot is not there. The spa includes a dry and wet sauna and the little "store" in the front lobby was satisfactorily supplied for those quick drinks or dinners. There is a nice outside pergola with cusioned chairs and fire pit. The convenience of this locations can be an asset for those traveling as you are literally right next door to the truck stop for fuel, snacks, showers (truckers) and a full resturant which we ate at and it was good family style food. You are not near a residential area so walking to someplace is not recommended. And the noise from the highway is definately there but the hotel provided small earplugs for those that are light sleepers. Thank you Tracey for you wonderful hospitality and professionalism. Your staff that worked the desk day and night were wonderful as was the convenient and quick shuttle service to the AP- I would stay here again for the quick access.

My visit was actually March 2024 - however, dates to list on the menu stopped in October of 2024. I meant to write this review much sooner! My apologies. This was my first stop on a 3 week road trip to the MidWest. I had unexpected car trouble just 10 miles away from the ID/OR border. I called the hotel and was reassured that there was no issue with me being late! I did arrive approximately two hours later than planned and was exhausted. Front staff was very welcoming and helpful. I bought a TV dinner in the little shop by the desk. I thoroughly appreciated the welcome note in my room from the manager!! Bed was extremely comfortable and after a great night’s visit, I had a wonderfully complete breakfast and left on my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a fellow traveler.

Travelled to Boise for a sports event, used my Hyatt points to book a room. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel offering basic breakfast. Comfortable beds and hot shower, plenty of free parking on site. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was given an early check in as my room was ready. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The best thing I can say about this location is that it was quiet making for a good nights sleep. That was much appreciated. Really good staff. The breakfast was excellent with comfortable seating. The room was clean, the bath was large and clean. Very good WiFi experience. Other than the room the hotel was not especially clean.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and a lovely heated indoor pool! We travel every 6 months for our son's doctor appointments. The road trip is long and stressful. Arriving to the Hyatt is always welcoming. We enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping stores, and the freeway.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very nice and clean. Location was perfect and close to everything. Family loved the pool and breakfast. Our new favorite hotel when we are in Boise. Also staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfy and the showers are great!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The size was better than most. The fridge and microwave came in handy. The pool and hot tub were both large for a hotel. The pool area was clean and the seating was nice. The dehumidifier’s they had running made the pool area better than most. The breakfast was amazing and something we haven’t seen since pre COVID days. The food quality and selection was fabulous. The business center was small and I can’t imagine sharing it with another person but it did come in handy. The cocktail hour was also appreciated. We had a small issue with our shower slow draining and they had it taken care of immediately, which was great and not how it usually goes with things like that.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There was this amazing buffet wrangler with an arm tattoo that said "misunderstood." She kept that whole breakfast area moving, restocking food, utensils, drinks, offering smoothies, emptying trashes, bussing tables. She also had a friendly disposition. Customer service, awareness and efficiency are values I admire in the hospitality and she exhibited all of those.

The place was very well thought all. Nothing missing. Breakfast was good and the seating was relaxing and spread out. The pool area was awesome plus the outside splash pad and putting green for kids and game in the lobby all added to our families fun. The additional end tables in our room were unique to your hotel and appreciated too. The location was key. Very close to dining and Silverwood The bikes available was an added bonus unexpected. We loved everything about our stay. Staff was very very friendly and helpful

We had to leave a night early due to a family emergency but while we were there is was amazing. Staff are all friendly, very clean, kept the sidewalks salted, from ice. Breakfast was super delicious.

This was a last minute booking and was perfect for our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the hotel had a pool, jacuzzi and gym.

Very nice hotel for the price. Pool and Hottub were great. Only complaint is one of the front desk guys was on a power trip and told kids to quit playing games in the pool that followed the pool rules.

We had the most pleasant check-in ever. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The pool is open 24h. Room was great and clean although not large. Breakfast was very good. There is plenty of restaurants close by You can even walk for a dinner. This is my second time I stayed in BW and I’m considering of becoming a member as both stays were exceptional.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable, pool and hottub area are set up nice with a nice outdoor area. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have ever seen or had at a BW. Lots of fresh options and a good assortment of breakfast items. We stayed at this location as we were going to Silverwood for 2 days. Would stay again.

This is one of the very best Best Western hotels we have stayed. It's an older structure, but updated and well maintained. It has a bar which often features music on the weekend. It also has a restaurnnt on site. The reception was welcoming and efficient. I was using one of the BW gift certificates we had earned for multiple BW stays. Unlike the location I had used the first one, this location handled it seamlessly. The room was large and clean. It had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and although a large hotel, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was one of the more extensive we have been offered at a BW. It was served in the restaurant, so plenty of booths. They even had a coffee bar where a 'barrista' made lattes etc. It was a lovely stay.

What a great choice yet again for staying at this Best Western. Quiet rooms, pet friendly, family friendly and just honestly great friendly staff. The pool area was great, clean and lots of towels. Great parking, easy access from the Interstate. Very easy to get anywhere we were going to. The room was clean, pool view, and comfortable. The dinning room is fantastic and the stay comes with free breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and already have booked again at Coeur D'Alene Inn.

I have stayed here a couple of times prior and really like this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is very welcoming. The included delicious breakfast is a bonus. Have eaten in the restaurant many times with my family while visiting my parents and the food is delicious! Also like the bar with bar food and friendly staff. A really good choice!

When is the last time you heard piped-in music at the elevator? Yes, it’s that kind of an old-fashioned, almost Las Vegas-era hotel. And it’s massive, 4 floors full of really large rooms. We had a King Suite with a Kitchen — and it feels like an apartment. The kitchen is gigantic, even the trash basket is large, full refrigerator, very big dining table. The windows open for a breeze, the living room has a desk and office chair and the TV’s are huge. With more than 600 Hilton nights, we love the Hampton and Hampton Inn and Suites, but you will never find another Hampton like this, it’s that special!. There is a nice fitness room, with free weights, 2 benches, machines and a scale. The indoor pool is, not surprisingly, gigantic and there is a very hot jacuzzi. The Monday night we stayed they had an evening reception (soup, salad, delicious heated rolls). The dedicated breakfast room had plenty of places to sit comfortably as you savored scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, pancakes, oatmeal and fresh bananas. Special thanks to Sharon who helped arrange this one-of-a-kind room for us, and Doug who got us in promptly and professionally. GM Diane, you and your exceptional team are truly to be commended. We will be remembering you fondly the next time we squeeze into a regular little Hampton room.

Three of us stayed here on 8/13/25 in rooms 323 and 325. The hotel was easy to find, had plenty of parking and the exterior and lobby look good. The rooms were in good shape (323 has 2 queens, 325 has 1 king). The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the hotel was quiet. The desk chair in 323 needs repair, it doesn't adjust up or down. The rooms had a sink outside the toilet/shower room with lots of counterspace. The bathroom was good sized, the shower is high up, so if you are 6 ft or more you'll appreciate it and the water pressure was great. The rooms had a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The internet was very good. Check in was good, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The night we were there the hotel had a early evening light dinner (chicken Alfredo) available in the breakfast room. The breakfast was very good, lots of fruit and an assortment of other options. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Note: the hotel is .5 miles from Jackers one of the best restaurants in Idaho Falls.

My Family had stayed before at the Hampton Inn Idaho Falls a few years ago and had such a great stay that we decided to book here again for a night as we were on a summer road trip holiday. Shannon was fantastic in getting us checked into our two rooms and after a quick few minutes of paperwork we were finished and enjoyed the complimentary fresh baked cookies which were always delicious! Our rooms were very clean and modern and the beds and linen were super comfortable for an excellent sleep. The hotel also had a mini gym, a large pool and a hot tub which were all available for use 24 hours a day. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as always and on that morning there were tasty omelets, sausage patties, pancakes, waffles and all your traditional cereals along with milk, juice and coffee. Thank you very much to all the wonderful staff of Hampton Inn for your hardwork!

This is a older property but extremely well maintained. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The room although dated was spacious and well maintained and had a nice feeling to it. The breakfast was above average. Perfect location close to restaurants, downtown and the Falls all walkable from the hotel. What makes this property standout is how well managed it is. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in years, everyone I encountered was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bar and restaurant staff are awesome. Specialty Yexis and Dalton! Front ends staff are also great. The food from the restaurant Burger Theory is also very tasty and fresh. The folks running the front desk are very helpful. This place is clean! Never have seen a mess inside or out!

Great place to stay in Nampa ID. Clean quiet, friendly staff. Comfy Beds and pillows. They also have a restaurant called “Burger Theory” with sit down seating or at the Bar. Great place for food and cocktail's. They have some of the local beers on tap.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, front desk staff were very friendly. Pool area was nice. Easily accessible to many restaurants and a lot of shopping options. Only negative was the breakfast buffet is very overpriced for what is available and the woman working in there so unprofessional, talking on her cell phone and very unkept. The little market next door had a lot of fresh options.

The breakfast was just ok to be paying 10 in advance and onsite it was 12.50, little pricy when we have stayed at the Fairfield down the street and the breakfast is included and the buffet if so, much bigger (more available). The service was good but not like bend over to make sure your happy, the onsite restaurant in the evenings was exceptional, great food and there the service was excellent and friendly.

Hotel was under construction. So it was noisy and messy during the day, but evenings and nights it was very nice, generally quiet (if the room above me wasnt' rented), and you can see and smell the wonderful trees and river from every room. Breakfast was very good, with a reasonable selection of food, it was a solid breakfast, not a continental breakfast, so it adds real value to the stay. The facilities are nice, the shower however was another story. The water flow to the bathtub was ample, and can fill the tub in a couple minutes. But the shower head was so severely flow limited, that the water mists out. That's so funny, because this hotel is surrounded by a large and a giant river, but apparently they are required to make showers suck? So my usual 5 minute shower ritual became a 15 minute ordeal in order to rinse off and feel clean. Otherwise, the rooms have a TV, a fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, real hangers, ... and they were super clean. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and easy to talk too.. This has become my goto hotel when I need to be in Orofino.

In every way, the staff catered to the guests. Many hotels offer a "hot breakfast." It might be sausage and eggs, or biscuits and gravy, it might be waffles, toast, muffins or fruit and cereals with juice or coffee. All of these were offered each morning...your choice. I brought in my thermos and had planned to pour some coffee from the self-serve air-pots to take with me for our day of fishing. The server saw my thermos, came over to ask how breakfast was and did I want coffee. I said yes. She took my thermos, rinsed it with hot water and filled it with fresh coffee. Awesome. The fish cleaning room was a very pleasant surprise. Professional chef style stainless steel sink and drains with non slip cutting boards, plastic bags and a chest freezer for guests to store their daily catch until their stay is done. It was impeccably clean. They have clear covered geodesic "Yurt" style outdoor enclosures on the deck overlooking the Clearwater River where guests can enjoy the outdoors during winter months in comfort, an on-site restaurant with a bar has excellent food and drink and of course an indoor pool and spa so you can relax with everything you might need at the end of each day's adventures. All of this at no additional charge.

Beautiful hotel. Bed very comfortable. The room was very clean and modern. The view was spectacular! Walking distance to restaurants. Staff were very helpful. The patio was perfect for enjoying the view and just relaxing. First time here and really enjoyed the Kelly suite,the hot tub was so nice and the electric skylights were so cool! The beautiful view from the bed, you could see the river and mountain views and they were spectacular!

I can't say enough about this location and the incredible staff. I've stayed here three times in the last year and every experience was excellent! The rooms are very clean, smell so fresh, and the place is so quiet despite being full. All you every notice is doors closing. I haven't heard voices in the room next to us, or any noises at night that might disrupt sleep. The beds are divine! So comfortable! There are ceiling fans in the rooms and the air conditioning works perfectly as well as the heater. Breakfast doesn't disappoint either. They have plenty of variety and extras such as strawberries and whip cream for the waffles! The staff is so helpful and happy, never an issue there. I feel totally safe, welcome, and relaxed during my visits. You get what you pay for at this location for sure. Getting a free breakfast offsets the price of the room, making the value very satisfying. I highly recommend this motel! The town is quaint and quiet and offers adequate amenities for travelers as well as the natural beauty of the river and location.

We arrived and had a bit of confusion where the actual front door was. We kept seeing signs for the Budget Motel. This was definitely a motel type of building. Driving around we located the front and checked in. The Budget Motel is a recently(?) acquired sister property, I believe that is further around the building. The motel experience was a bit different than what I was expecting but the room was updated and clean. Everything was in perfect order. The A/C/heat unit was quiet and worked well. The room was more spacious than I had originally expected. I slept very well and comfortably. Don't judge things by the first impressions sometimes. The breakfast was the usual fare but they has both strawberry and blueberry preserves for the waffles which was very tasty. The person handling the breakfast room was very attentive and kept everything neat of clean. I would stay here again if in the area.

All staff we encountered were polite and attentive. Room clean, breakfast good and tables sanitized as guests left. Ice machine away from rooms and fitted with extension to easily fill tall tumblers. The rooms we could see had well marked exterior outdoor access doors, not internal hallways. This may be bothersome to some guests, however we felt very safe in this location. It is just off of the highway and there is some traffic noise, but that goes with the convenience of on off access. The entire facility is large and spacious and includes a convenient attached family restaurant and a pub that offers 10% discount to hotel guests. We enjoyed our meal and drinks at the pub. The breakfast room may be a bit of a walk for those who have mobility concerns, but once inside it is easy to navigate. Overall this is an excellent hotel!

The rooms are always so clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed in a pet friendly room with our 2 dogs. That room was equally clean and nice. Sometimes other hotel’s pet friendly rooms are not very clean and this room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was impressive too. We stayed in a courtroom facing room and it was beautiful.

It was nice Phones in bathroom was gross but overall nice the conference room nice. The bar tenders were amazing. Friday night they had a one man band he was amazing. We got yelled at the band the next night. Not so good. But the food at the bar and the drinks at the bar was great. The bar tender was very accommodating and was amazing

I travel a lot on business and enjoy staying here (at least 5 times) because of its consistency: Staff is friendly, the grounds are maintained and decorated in seasonal display, the public areas are clean, as are the rooms. Lovely huge courtyard with fire pit area, pool, spa, game and grass areas. I travel with my pet and there are always baggies in the stands placed strategically around the premises in grassy areas. Parking is good, and security makes the rounds. Breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful, and can be enjoyed until 930. A definite plus is the onsite restaurant- no need to drive out for a meal once checked in. Overall a very pleasant inn. Note: currently some renovation in some back units.

This hotel is an A+ in every way. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed by staff who genuinely care. We were offered cookies and ice water at the desk. Although the hotel is 2 years old it is kept up so well it looks brand new. The rooms are large and quiet. The pool and exercise areas are well maintained as well. The breakfast room staff were very attentive and the food selections were plentiful and the entire area was spotless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This NO hands down was an amazing hotel and one of the BEST we have ever stayed in. The front desk was always friendly, the food court area went above and beyond to keep things top notch and their friendly crew was exceptional. We came for not so great reason and they made our stay so comfortable. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy and they were so accommodating to our needs.

We stayed at this hotel with many family and friends for a wedding. I can not say enough great things about the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire weekend. Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and very updated. The beds as usual were so very comfortable. I have yet to stay at Holiday Inn Express that did not impress me.

I loves our stay the front desk guy was super professional and sweet help us check In super fast. Help with all the questions and sign us up for the rewards program. Breakfast was amazing the ladies are super sweet and helpful felt like home. Pool was so clean and the house keepers were super nice and sweet . Coming back soon

There was a whole room just for guests to do their work on their computers. Everything was very modern by design. They had complimentary hot chocolate and coffee. Also a tiny little convenience store for any essentials. The breakfast was amazing. So many options and completely your choice on how much you wanted. The receptionist was very friendly. Sadly the pool was closed :( beds were clean and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants and other activities. Also easy access to parking garage.

The location was amazing- I was there for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center and it was walking distance. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. We did not have the continental breakfast. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a comfortable chair for relaxing in. The bathroom was spacious, clean and new.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the clean, oversized king room. It had a large walk in shower and adequate vanity space. We took advantage of the wet bar to prepare meals. The large desk served as a dining table. It lacked two chairs but another was devised with an ottoman. There was plenty of storage space for all of our luggage. The bed was well made and the mattress was very comfortable. The room was quiet after dark when traffic died down. The windows may be opened. There was no masking of staff or fellow guests. The breakfast offerings as expected at a Hampton Inn with bread slices individually wrapped and plastic gloves for food handling. There were hot items and grab and go bags. We would stay here again when in town for the convenient location, the cleanliness and the comfortable bed.

CHECK IN: The check-in was easy and the front desk staff were so nice and we were able to get to our room in no time. ROOM: We had a king room. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a side chair that you could use at the desk and a 2 person love seat. The room was very clean and looked well attended to. BATHROOM: The bathroom had everything that we needed to be able to get ready for our day. Towels were plentiful and there was room on the counter to be able to place all of your toiletries. There was a night light which was a nice touch to be able to see in the middle of the night without waking your partner. AMENITIES: Coffee pot in room and coffee tasted good. Small size refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast was standard fare; bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, juices, fruit, breads, bagels. LOCATION: Right near the Idaho Center and a Dutch Bros coffee close by was conveniently located

We found our room comfortable, clean and fresh. Very quiet. The handicap shower had a curtain that was 2 to 3 above the floor so the water flowed into the bathroom and required several towels to wipe up. Need lonnger shower curtains for handicap showers.

My wife and I stayed here during a business trip to Boise. First, its ideally situated near the airport and downtown Boise, restaurants, etc. There are also a couple restaurants you can walk too. The hotel staff was extremely nice—everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful—we really felt welcomed! The room was a nice size, the bathroom had a good walk-in shower and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a nice breakfast that included items such as pre-prepared omelets, sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and several other items—it was a good, solid breakfast. Overall, we really liked everything about our stay. We highly recommend you stay here. We’d definitely come back!

Came in at midnight for check-in and was immediately greeted and taken care of within minutes. Room was clean, bathroom was well stocked, shower had good temperature and pressure. No offputting smells at all. Air conditioner was working well. Even though the hotel was near an airport, I couldn't hear the planes and slept through the night without any issues. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet. Got there at 8, so I'm not too sure what it'll be like later in the morning, but at that time there were lots of options and everything seemed fresh. Cinnamon rolls, eggs, pork sausage, orange and POG juice, milk, and coffee were all tasty. Was able to check out, return the rental car and get through the security gate at the airport within 30 minutes!

I spent a few nights here over the busy Memorial Day weekend and for the most part found this to be a solid choice particularly if you are flying in or out of the nearby airport. I requested an upgrade via email based on my IHG elite status and received a prompt response saying that I would be upgraded based on availability which unfortunately didn't work out but they still put us in a top floor room with extra floor space. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and modern. I always appreciate the yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast at Holiday Inn Express hotels and this hotel was no exception. I particularly appreciated the fact that breakfast hours go until 10am everyday so you can actually feel like you're on vacation and sleep in a little. The only reason I didn't rate this property "excellent" was because they forgot to clean our room which was disappointing.

Very clean facilities from when you first walk into the building carrying on throughout, including our room. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and very nice pillows too. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly, professional and efficient. Very tasty breakfast as well!

High quality, professional, modern, comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 3am but someone was there and they had a to-go breakfast ready for me. Also close to downtown Boise. Highly recommended!!!

We loved staying here. The restaurant/bar looked and smelled amazing but unfortunately we got in a little too late to order food. The pool/hottub/fitness center is open 24 hours!! The bed was very comfy and everything was squeaky clean. The only improvement I would make would be to have a mini fridge in the rooms like others have mentioned.

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably nice and super helpful with anything we needed. I want to shout out Jamie, victoria and Diane. Thank you for all that you do! The amenities at this hotel are great! I recommend the hotub especially for how much snow is there, nice way to warm up. The rooms here are super clean too and very nice. One of the best night sleeps Ive gotten in a hotel in a long time for sure. They offer free breakfast in the morning and its really good. As for dinner I recommend going outside of the hotel. They have a restaurant within the hotel but in my opinion it is extremely overpriced with okay food. If you would like to have the fancy dinner experience while you are there the checkpoint restaurant is perfect. But be prepared to be left hungry. If you want a better dinner spot I recommend reos pizza down the street from the hotel. They have great food for a great price and its family friendly atmosphere with old arcade games and fun claw machines. Not to mention a full choice of food items. Overall I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Its a great hotel and great people surounding it.

Their continental breakfast was better than expected. Everything we tried was delicious. We had a chance to visit briefly with the mother/daughter duo that works the kitchen, and they informed us that breakfast is served fresh every morning (fresh eggs, nothing frozen, etc.), and they try to make something different every day. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The bar tender was friendly, front desk was helpful. Thank you for a cozy stay in the mountains.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at hotel NoBo in Cascade, Idaho. The staff is amazing, super friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms are inviting, very sleek and very comfortable. Everything was very well maintained and very clean. The hotel is quiet, the king bed was cozy, and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, with a little different variety each day. Highly recommend!

Adequate hotel for passing thru the area. Probably the least friendly staff we have encountered, not rude or anything but not as friendly as other places we’ve stopped the past 2 weeks. No elevator in the hotel, we stayed on 2nd floor. It was quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Interestingly we had a king room and it did have 2 actual chairs for sitting instead of having to sit on the bed. Breakfast was just okay, same old buffet offerings. Would stay again if in the area.

Kind, fun, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds are clean and there's plenty of parking. It's a perfect place to stay on the way to Bear Lake. We will definitely come back.

Both Hotels have signage and websites still indicating their old names Both hotels are undergoing renovations or have done upgrades. The Comfort Suites has large modern clean spacious rooms and comfortable beds. if you pay a little extra you can get a room with views of the Idaho Falls. However, this was marred by the balcony not being very clean and the windows that were very dirty. The access doors to the balcony was very difficult to open. Another small item was that there was no toilet roll dispenser/holder in the bathroom. Breakfast supplied was of a reasonable quality. The staff (understaffed) were friendly and helpfu.l

Room was amazing! We had a high-level room/suite with a balcony that allowed us to see the falls from our room, as well as the rest of Idaho Falls looking southeast. We stayed for one night as a stopover having just come from Yellowstone and still unsure where the rest of our travels would take us. The room and hotel grounds were immaculately clean. Everything in our room worked; room was well-appointed; and bed was super comfortable. The location was great because we were across the street from the falls and close to restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a coffee shop. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean and new. It also had a very large free breakfast with many options. The room was very very large and clean. I also enjoyed the assortment of furniture including a full couch, desk, and additional sitting chair. There was also lots of room in the bathroom. The room had everything you would need including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, which was incredible! The balcony was also nice, and I got a partial view of the falls which is almost as good as the full view. The location of this hotel is unmatched, easily walkable to downtown and the falls.

I will say I was hesitant when we pulled up to the hotel. I booked online and the outside looks rough. Totally different story when I walked in. This hotel is in the process of updating everything. The lobby looked great. Gisela at the front desk was very nice, personable, and professional. You can tell everything was newly painted, new floors, furniture looked new as well. We reached the room and we were ecstatic! The room had been renovated. It was very spacious, super clean, and the beds are comfortable. You can tell there is new light fixtures, sinks, etc. The room had two queen beds, plenty of table space, a desk, lots of outlets, microwave, mini refrigerator, and a sectional couch. The view was great! I spent slightly more to get a falls view. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. They are working on the outside. Kudos to the owner and management for working on getting this hotel back to its glory! Love it! I will stay here again if I come through the area.

The stay was great, staff are always amazing, could use some fine tuning on cleanliness, dust, cobwebs and dirty windows in rooms. Common spaces the floors are always dirty with small debris and the outside is obviously a work in progress. They have a free breakfast but the amount available is very limited!! Out of the 7 days I stayed we had breakfast once unless you are there at 6 you may not have any breakfast. Bed is firm but good all other services are good. I continue to come back because the view is amazing and love walking along the river!! Hoping for continued improvements!!

Friendly ladies at the front desk, very accommodating. Parked close to the room. Ice machine close by. Very quiet. Toilet and shower separate from the sink, which is convenient when traveling with someone. Clean, vinyl laminate floors. Breakfast was very good, the lady was very attentive and kept the hot food fresh and the counters clean.

The room was clean and smelled fine. We had a microwave, refrigerator and hair dryer. The bed was comfortable. The fan/air conditioner was in the wall, which was nice because it is usually in the window and then the curtains get in the way. The sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom, I appreciate that. We had a convenient outside door. They had a good hot breakfast and the girl watching the breakfast bar did an outstanding job keeping everything neat and full. They staff was very nice. The one bad thing was that the door seemed paper thin, we could hear everything in the hall. Fortunately, it was mostly quiet....until morning, when they started cleaning rooms before 8.

We made a reservation at the last night using the Best Western app. The rate and location worked with our fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants adventure. We were warmly greeted. The room was clean and well-appointed. The restaurant next door, La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, has a 10% discount for hotel guests. Not only was it convenient to walk across the parking lot, the food was really good. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of options, although the space was a little cramped when there were a lot of people there at the same time. The best thing was how nice and friendly the employees were.

The front desk staff was really helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable. It looks like they are renovating as the building looks a bit rough in places, but everything was very clean and the room I had was up to date. The breakfast had a large variety from hot to cold that should cover pretty much everyone. It was also fresh. Sometimes the biscuits at Best Western can be hard, like they were reheated. These were perfect! This kind of attention to detail shows care for the customer. I would definitely stay here again.

We got in late and left early so we didn’t really get much of a chance to really enjoy all that the motel had to offer. But the room was very nice and rustic. The jacuzzi bath was excellent. Hot water for days. If you like a super soft bed this was the place. It’s pretty much on Main Street so you can walk to a lot of places. We went down to Bullets and Brew and got some coffee and breakfast burritos which were very good for the price. The town definitely has a “country” smell (I’ll) which my wife didn’t enjoy. But my grandfather raised cattle so I didn’t mind. It brought back lots of childhood memories. We visited all the Dallas around the area and they were very beautiful. Would def stay again.

I'm so glad I found this hotel online as an overnight stopping point on my trip. It was very nice, comfortable, safe and clean. When I first got there, no one was in the office but it was easy to get a hold of someone and get checked in. Both the gentleman I talked to on the phone and the lady that checked me were friendly and helpful. You can tell they are definitely making some upgrades. If I ever was in the area again, I'd stay here. So convenient to have a restaurant right next door too. Overall it was a wonderful place.

I love the boho vibes, it’s so clean, the inn is so cute perfect for a nights stay. You for sure get more than your moneys worth and I was able to bring my cat and dog in! It was the perfect place with food nearby (walking distance) the beds were so comfortable the pillows were great and the sheets and blankets you get are perfect to get cozy in! First off, you are on top of the world here (specifically, at very neatly Pocatello’s highest point) — which means the view is absolutely breathtaking. We had a most unique room, a 2-King Bedroom Suite. One king with a giant TV in its own room with a door, another King bed in the room that serves as living area with couch, desk and a wet-bar. The bathroom is spacious, with a bath tub. The windows open for a breeze and there’s that view. Fitness room is large, with free weights, the usual machines, even a doctor’s scale. Indoor pool and jacuzzi adjacent. The business center has a fast printer (2-sided, even). All day long you can get complimentary fresh-ground Costa coffee made by the cup, decaf or regular. And we had Costa coffee all through Spain, it’s just delicious. If you are down for coffee at dawn, don’t miss the spectacular view of the city’s lights down below all over Pocatello. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, Chobani yogurt cartons, bananas, the famous Holiday Inn homemade sweet rolls, breads and bagels Special thanks to Lauren on the phone for helping us pick out such a perfect room and also to GM Sarah for getting us in so promptly and professionally and especially for timing our room’s readiness with our arrival. That was really appreciated. What a true joy this whole hotel was.

We had planned to stop in Idaho Falls but were not terribly excited by the opportunities to stay so drove on to Pocatello. So glad we did!! This hotel was up a mountain, with lovely views. We were greeted with such friendly professionalism, AND warm chocolate chip cookies!! The hotel is quite new and immaculate. It smells good! Views can be lovely. Our room was well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, Dove product amenities...just lovely! Breakfast was in a beautiful location and the buffet was exceptionally good: including a make your own pancake machine that was fantastic. Healthy options galore as well as muffins and sweets. The woman in charge was unbelievably attentive and kind. Great stop. Felt like a luxury brand. My husband has titanium status with Marriott and Globalist with Hyatt. This was like a better Hyatt brand, hands down.

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable which made it a great stop over after arriving at SLC airport to kick off a ski road trip. We had a room on the top floor, with a comfy king bed and balcony. The staff was very nice, with accommodations to match. Our evening front desk staff also helped give us local recommendations for dinner. Our room had a nice nighttime view of the town, and in the morning we could see the mountains beyond Pocatello. Breakfast was great, and included in our stay. Pebble Creek was an easy half hour drive from the hotel!

We are frequent visitors and IHG members to Holiday Inn locations throughout the country. We booked here based on other TA review. We stayed only one night. We found the room clean and a decent size. There is a view although it is not a grand majestic scene as some indicate. You can see the hills off in the distance, but you have other hotels and buildings screening out the sight. As Holiday Inns go this hotel stands with the majority that are well kept, comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay at. In that we enjoyed our stay. Reception was pleasant and the staff all were top rate. The only thing we absolutely abhorred was there is no coffe or tea maker in the room. Instead there was a lacking sign on the mini fridge, that explained: in an effort to save on plastic coffe k cups as a guest we could help ourselves 24/ 7 to coffe in the lobby. OmG what a lame excuse for saving money! This is the first Holiday Inn in a cross country trip that had no coffee machine in the room. What if you want coffee or tea in your room late at night? We are hoping this is not a new national policy for Holiday Inn, because it's cheap and beyond ingracious, and inconvenient. And as IHG members one expects at least the minimum of the availability of a coffee machine in the privacy of the room you book . This does make one wonder about the hotel chain as a whole. So, with that said, I have to say points comes off for this Pocatello location.

If you, like us, have traveled extensively throughout America, you'd have expected just an OK hotel in a town such as Pocatello, population 90,000 in the southeast corner of Idaho. This will blow your boots off from the moment you walk in, with a wrap-around view of the cities and Rockies foothills from the large and ranch-like dining room to your room itself, which, if it's like ours, will be large, clean, bright, well appointed, and including a bathroom with an enormous sink and lots of counter space. The staff couldn't be nicer, the breakfasts couldn't be better (at least not at an IHG property, and the comfort couldn't be more welcome. Nothing is perfect, though, you say, so here were the two nits in our stay: the bathtub, despite its one grab bar, was very slippery, so be aware if you stay here and hop in. And the little refrigerator was warm — and still not cold enough after a staff member found that someone had turned it off from the back. But this is the perfect place to stay in the "Gate City" (Pocatello is the gateway to much of Idaho, the Teton country in Wyoming, and northern Utah, depending upon which direction you're traveling. If you're heading this way and need a break, this is the hotel for you.

With the AC turned off and the refrigerator unplugged this was the quietest BW I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I’m a light sleeper and had no trouble with external noise or neighbours. Our receptionist, Debbie, was very friendly and helpful and the pre-booked check-in was smooth and fast. The nearby Wingers restaurant was sporty, loud but served an excellent choice of dinner menus for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Breakfast is via a voucher at a Wingers and was very good. The room was clean, modern and functional. I have no complaints and would highly recommend for an overnight stop off on a long journey.

We met our friends in Mountain Home for one night and stayed at the BW. The room is lovely - barn doors on the bathroom, impeccably clean, and the TV is huge. The front desk was very friendly. We stayed in a pet friendly room and were able to walk our dog out back. They gave us a breakfast voucher for Wingers restaurant next door. I do not recommend the biscuits and gravy. However, all the other breakfast options our friends had were excellent. We had dinner at the steakhouse next door - very good. We will stay here again!

While staying in a quiet town in the middle of the desert I wasn't expecting much but I was very happy with the staff and the hotel itself. The pool was gorgeous, and the included breakfast from the restaurant that's right there was perfect. It was also a great dinner and drinking spot choice. On a more important note, even though you are in a quiet town there is still a Pokemon Go gym at the hotel as well as more stops nearby! I'll be making another visit here within the next month or two and hope to get more stops and a route nominated as well, so look forward to those!

This property is located right on Interstate 84 within the NE corner of Nampa and next door to a major local hospital. There are restaurants available nearby but you will need to drive to them. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and catered to most tastes with a variety of offerings. The pool/hot tub were clean but show a little wear and tear on the surfaces. The only suggestion I would add regarding the pool area is to add more chairs and definitely some small tables. Our room was comfortable and clean but the tub surface was showing wear and the unit is in need of being replaced. Overall, a nice, comfortable place to stay with a friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My fiancé had never been to Nampa and were visiting some winerys while in town, but the hidden gem of the stay was the hotel bar and the bartender Richard. Rich was amazing charismatic and an amazing bartender. We had no need to go find somewhere to get a drink we simply went downstairs and sat at the bar talked with Rich and other guests and had an absolute blast. Overall the trip was great and Rich was for sure the cherry on top of it all. Will most definitely be staying at this hotel again

We really liked this location from its large parking lot to the unique public areas inside. Very easy to find with good amount of parking. Very friendly and quick check in. In the halls there are numerous sitting areas and alcoves, some with a TV or a fireplace. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was a typical IHG spread, which includes hot and cold food. I also took advantage of tg6e gym and laundry rooms, and both were clean and well maintained. We would stay again and do highly recommend.

The property is clean and safe. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Easy access to main roads (traffic lights). The staff members were friendly and very polite! Breakfast was really good and the staff did an excellent job keeping the food service area and dining tables clean. Plenty of seating. If back in the area, will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean, great breakfast bar. Will book here again on next visit to Nampa. Friendly, helpful service from everyone. Restaurants, stores & conveniences nearby. Rented a car, didn’t need the airport to shuttle service on this visit, but will look for it on the next one.

This hotel is amazing. The room had a small kitchenette with a full size refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a small peninsula with 2 stools. The living room had nice wood burning fireplace, couch, chair & TV. Double French doors led into the downstairs bedroom with its own private bath. The bed was super comfy with freshly laundered sheets & pillowcases. Around the corner from this downstairs bedroom were the stairs leading up to the 2nd bedroom (loft). You could look down into the living room from the loft area which was actually very private. This upstairs bedroom had its own private bathroom too. We were in Building 9 on the top floor. Each building has 4 "apartments", 2 on the bottom & 2 on top and the area was very quiet. Hot or cold breakfast is served from 7 am -10 am and included fresh oatmeal, pastries, sausage, eggs, bacon, toast, 2 waffle making machines, cold cereals, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea & water. It was fresh and good. The dining area was clean and cozy.

Comfortable stay, it felt like an apartment which was good. very quiet. breakfast was good the only thing i would change with breakfast is have the same food everyday, i enjoyed the breakfast sandwich on the first day but it was only for that day. staff was friendly and helpful, they had homemade cookies out everyday that were delicious.

Staff really nice and welcoming. The ambiance of this property is really nice. We had a king suite which had a full kitchen. The king bed was really comfortable (supportive but soft on top). Everything felt very spacious. The property was very quiet and felt very safe. The breakfast in the morning was better than most. Had bacon and boiled eggs. We bring our own coffee but it looked like they had a variety of strength options. Parking was right outside our door. The hotel location was right next to a park and the dog park was a 7-minute drive away on the other end of the park. That dog park is really nice.

We loved our stay at this Residence Inn! The rooms were spacious with everything we needed for the night. The bed and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with multiple healthy choices like fruit and steel-cut oats with various toppings. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We stayed near the back on the first floor and it was quiet there. Kudos to housekeeping as the room was immaculate! We'll be back.

I stayed here for Independence Day due to it's location to Ann Morrison park which had fireworks. Great location to walk over to the park. It's also a quick free shuttle ride to down town (which the hotel provided twice for us). Pick-up was also offered, but we walked back (which is about a mile). Bring or rent a bike and you can ride miles of trails next to the Boise river. I also believe the pick-up to "float the river" is close by. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and large. Free breakfast and dinner. My only request is that they upgrade to a King bed (I think it was a queen). Other than that, I will stay here again.

There is a restaurant in downtown Jerome that has a great backyard grassy area and is dog friendly. Also, Red Hawk Restaurant in Twin Falls has an amazing dog friendly patio overlooking the canyon! Needs improvement- Wi-Fi has been slow for years Beds are hard Sheets feel rough (not soft at all).

The best part of our stay was breakfast!! An amazing spread of food at the breakfast buffet (a Sunday morning) included freshly made biscuits, sausage gravy, sausages, steel cut oatmeal, and lots of toppings. There is also a great little store onsite that has beer and wine as well as foodstuffs and souvenirs. The hallway carpet and the room's carpet was dated and worn, but the bed was comfortable. Parking for our truck/trailer was made much easier by the hotel's cooperative agreement with the McDonalds next door -- we were able to park it in full view of our window, just across the hotel parking lot. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Jerome has a great traveling support infrastructure, with two gas stations, a Walmart, and several restaurants right nearby.

The hotel was so nice! Log furniture in the lobby. Beautiful log wood front desk countertop. Metal deer wall sculpture, stained glass and etched glass woodsy themed windows. The staff was great! The room was clean. The bed was nice and comfy with clean linens and towels. The included breakfast was delicious! The cook prepared us fresh, delicious omlettes and french toast made to order! She was amazing! We will be back!!!

Good location and convenient to many places to eat and easy access to hwy. We have a dog, and the pet friendly room was the best we have ever had. The room was very large, had a good-sized refrigerator, a "dining" area and large table and comfortable chairs. Outside, had plenty of areas for the pet to walk. Breakfast was excellent with many choices for both a hot meal and cereal. They had an omelet bar. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Room was very clean and had no doggie "smell". Would definitely stay there again.

I have nothing but RAVE reviews for this Best Western property. I included a "Special Request" with my reservation. My request was graciously honored in full. My room was nicely appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were lovely, friendly and went overboard to assist when I had an issue with my car. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the dining room immaculate and comfortable. There was coffee on and available for guests 24/7 in the comfortable and inviting TV lounge area. My stay extended for several days and this truly felt like a HOME away from Home. Highly recommend!!!!

The breakfast was the best ever! Lots of real like homemade food. Angela the staff who did the breakfast was so nice, attentive and Kept it all clean. She watched the room and had Plenty of food out. The potatoes were real roasted chopped potatoes. The scrambled eggs were real and tasted great! They weren't watery like other hotels I've stayed. Many food choices, sausage and pancakes too. The room was very clean! Beds comfortable! Just stay here. I wouldnt stay anywhere else. This was better than much higher priced hotels.

What an amazing find!! We got a great deal on Priceline. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. From the minute you walk in, you feel at home. I cannot express how welcoming the staff was as we checked in. The room was newly decorated and the beds WOW, so comfortable. The added accessories (shampoo, soap etc) was a great touch. The spa was heated perfect and a great size. It's outside, but good wind cover. There is a firepit outside adjacent to the spa with really nice comfy seating. The pool is inside and was warm and super clean. There is a burger restaurant inside the hotel. I give it three stars for taste. One star for service. We sat at the bar several minutes while the one bar tender spoke to a friend. Then she grilled me over my id (I'm 60 yrs old lol). She finally said she just had not seen the new California licenses. So may just a Cali hater. But drink was good. We ordered food from our room later from the restaurant. They said it would be 15-20 minutes.We had to call to check on it 50 min later. They said should be on its way. About 15 later it arrived. Order was completely wrong but we were done and hungry so we kept it. They need customer service lessons from the hotel staff haha. All said and done. This will be our hotel stay every time.

This was amazing hotel to stay at. The pool was open 24 hours which was nice cause we drove 10 hours that day and when we checked in which was so smooth and fast we went and sat in the hot tub for a an hour to unwind and relax. Beds were amazing the bath tub is very small but I’m spoiled with a socker Tub. Breakfast is great No GF cereal if your GF which my son was but we figured so we brought his own… Donna was so friendly and kept everything well stocked my daughter loved the pancake maker. Hotel was very clean, fresh and well maintained I would hight recommend this hotel

Staff was so friendly, room was big, clean, new, and comfortable. Pool was refreshing and clean. The whole place was very welcoming and nice. We stayed over the 4th of July and the hotel was packed with people, including lots of loud kids, but our room stayed quiet. It was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

The shower (no tub) was large and had good water pressure The hotel is about 5 min. from I-84 (turn at Hampton Drive), has plenty of free parking, rents bikes and is a good base if you are exploring City of Rocks (30 to 40 min away) . Breakfast (on Sat. ) was from 6 to 10 am. The breakfast was fine, typical of a Hampton. There are lots of places to eat (mostly fast food type) within a 5 min. drive. We would stay here again.

Exceptional Hotel with water views, friendly front desk staff, spacious room with comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower. Nice complementary breakfast. Hotel looks fairly new and recently opened Edgewater Restaurant Nextdoor that offers lunch/dinner plus a 10% discount on food if you show server your Hampton hotel key. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel or have dinner at Edgewater Restaurant next door.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable as well as safe. The staff was amazing. Every single staff member we dealt with was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They bent over backwards to meet every request/need and made us feel like family. We both had favorites and would name them but were afraid we'd leave someone out. They know who they are. They offered to help with Sam's walker, our luggage, etc. The cost included a full breakfast with a huge variety of choices as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies etc. available at all times. There were even to go bags with bottled water, muffin, and a piece of fruit. When we asked what was being built next door it is a restaurant. We had such a wonderful time that the Hampton Inn will be our "go to" place in Burley or anytime we are headed through Idaho. We highly recommend them and would have liked to stay longer. Pros: Beautiful riverfront location—perfect for bird lovers. The warm indoor pool at sunset was a highlight, with two walls of windows offering stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains and in-room access to Disney+ and Netflix. I appreciated the quality hair conditioner in the shower and the warm, welcoming staff. Freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. Cons: Very few! The pool is on the smaller side, and the nearby bathroom was quite cold. Breakfast was just okay—biscuits were dry even with gravy, and I would’ve preferred scrambled eggs over the pre-made cheese omelets. That said, the make-your-own mini waffles are a fun and tasty alternative if you’re open to something sweet instead of savory.

This place was seriously great. I have stayed at several hotels in both Meridian and Eagle and this was by far the nicest. The room was big, clean, and quiet! Not only did I never hear anyone talking through the walls, when someone in the hallway did close a door, I could hardly hear it, and if I did, it sounded muffled because the insulation is so good on the place. Without even asking, the worker at the desk upgraded me to a room with a balcony which I highly appreciated. Honestly, even the breakfast here was the best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. I will 100% stay here from now on when I visit the area.

There was no mention that there was a charge for having a dog anywhere. But when we got to hotel there was a $75 charge fir having our yorkie. Homewood Suites said they told Hotels,com. But i didnt see it anywhere, i just saw that it was pet friendly. Otherwise, the beds were super comfortable and soft comfy pillows! Clean and quiet. A great restaurant across the parking lot as well. More fine dining like.

We have high expectations, and we were very impressed with Homewood Suites Eagle Boise. It was super clean, there were nice upgrades (like fun added lights under kitchen cabinets, around the bed frames, and behind the vanity lights-- nice kitchen faucet, full size dishwasher and fridge, lamps, motion light switches, really comfy pillows, etc.). We LOVED the blackout blinds that actually get the room really dark (perfect for afternoon naps and with young children!). We loved the queen bedroom suite, the living room/kitchen area was roomy, and the bedroom was really big- fit a dog crate, pack n play, two queen beds, dresser, desk, luggage, and armchair with plenty of walking space! Loved the pet-friendliness. The breakfast was excellent. My favorite part was the oatmeal and the cheesy scrambled eggs. Our only complaint was that the pool area floor was SUPER slippery! 5 out of 10 people in our group slipped hard on the floors. When getting out of the pool and walking very slowly its still really hard to walk without slipping. I'm surprised nobody has gotten hurt badly enough for them to change it. It is made from a wood-look tile (I think?) and seems like it's not meant for around a pool.

We had an amazing time. Every little detail wowed us . From the continental breakfast to the room it was fantastic. The continental breakfast had everything you need. The lobby had games for our children to pay. A basketball court and outside patio games . The room was spacious and we all fit with a full kitchen. It was amazing . The outside looks gorgeous and it’s right next to a park that had it all. We went for a soccer tournament and it was only 5 mins away.

Hands down a wonderful hotel! Staff were assertive to your needs and extremely professional but personable! The King Suite with balcony was amazing room that’s makes your stay not feeling like your in a hotel room! Breakfast was amazing and the chefs were so nice! I spoke with several people from different states and we all agreed, one heck of a nice hotel and one we would return to!

Great location, easy to access off of I 84. Clean, well kept exterior, grass and dog areas. The room was spacious with a sitting chair and desk with the king bed. It was really quiet and peaceful. Lots of hot water in the shower. Breakfast area was very nice with lots of seating and breakfast choices. Great coffee and available 24 hours a day.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Normally we would be arriving late at night and leaving the next morning, so not a lot of time to enjoy it. We attended a tennis tournament this time so we had time to enjoy the neighborhood, nearby restaurants and the terrific breakfast. The staff was beyond helpful and so nice. The carpet cleaner worker was there every day and so friendly as we walked by . The other customers were very considerate at breakfast and not pushy. The breakfast room was open any time for coffee and reading near the lobby .Thanks so much!

Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy.

Place was quiet, even with our room by the elevator. Desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly but most importantly it was clean throughout. Breakfast choices good and great coffee. Would stay here again.

I am an elderly lady that traveled alone. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The resident manager was professional and accompanied my needs like providing a shower chair and lending me a charging block. The room was very clean and the breakfast area was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

ALSO I was worried about parking because of the reviews but the parking garage is in the same parking lot, there’s always parking available (when I was there) and it only about 10 steps from the hotel building and your key card lets you in and out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boise ID.

Excellent stay in downtown Boise. Newer. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Daily housekeeping. Lovely large modern lobby with bar. Easy walk to the greenbelt and the best restaurants and events downtown. Highly recommend.

The whole hotel was great:spacious, clean and the staff super friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was very attentive so was the staff at reception helping finding restaurants.

(This was around 8:45 am.) Many other after us showed up and dint have much to grab to eat.

I stayed at Courtyard with my family. We all loved the experience there. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Especially, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Two days after we checked out, I found that I left my personal belonging in the closet, so I called them. They quickly responded and mailed my stuff back to me. It was great.

The Hotel is a beautiful old house with a classic environment. The lobby was warm and comfortable. . . a good place to get some work done or just relax with an afternoon coffee. The hotel is in our favorite area of CDA and we were able to walk to almost any destination we wanted to visit. It is in easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, the lakes, and the library. We definitely hope to stay there again.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pillows must have been memory foam and there must have been a memory foam topper on the mattress. I stayed for the Coeur D’Alene Half Marathon and this hotel was very easy walking access to the start at Mccuen Park and the downtown strip on Sherman Avenue. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent amount of options. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was pretty strong. Convenient to have an access code on the lock on the door instead of having to carry around a physical key. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

This bed and breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfy and quiet. So close to down town! We loved our stay here!

We normally stay at the resort, but since I was solo on this trip, I took advantage of the opportunity to stay here and I’m so glad I did! Charming and elegant is an understatement, and they’ve done such a wonderful job keeping the old world feel but with modern amenities and comforts. The morning breakfast selection was more than abundant, and I love that they offer snacks and drinks 24 hours in the kitchen for their guests! It was very comfortable, inviting, clean, and I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to town!

This is our second time staying at the Blackwell. It’s a quiet place with 7 rooms in the house and 3 in the cottages in back. We’ve stayed in both areas. Easy walk to the lake and shops. Totally feel at home and safe here. Love that it’s adults only. Breakfast was amazing again! Look forward to staying here again if our road trip takes us through Idaho!

Great location, safe, bright entrance and parking. Comfy size of room, friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet for the most part, felt safe coming and going alone. Bed was comfy, convenient ice machine and vending and snacks.

Even under construction/remodeling, this motel beats most others in town. I had to leave another motel after coming back from dinner with friends because, when I pulled back the sheets, I saw that the bed linens hadn't been changed (seriously--you don't want to know) and the room was honestly filthy. Walked into HIE at 2:00 a.m., and they gave me a cold bottle of water and put me up in my favorite room. What a difference! Friendly, helpful, professional, VERY clean. I was so comfortable, I slept through the beginning of morning construction noise! When I checked out, Brian, the manager, made sure my room was billed correctly. (I can't remember the name of the night front desk clerk, but she was so kind and helpful!) Many thanks to the crew at Lewiston Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel is very attentive to COVID with being super clean and requiring masks and social distancing. It made me feel safe staying here with my family. The to go breakfast bags are great too with lots of goodies. We had an issue with one staff member at the desk, the older lady, I think her name was Tammy. She was not that friendly towards us when we were getting our breakfast and she was incredibly rude to the other front desk guy that was there with her Sunday. When we came back through later, she was then talking really bad about the other guy and other employees to Carly who was coming on shift. As a business owner, I would get rid of this person as she will be toxic to the entire staff.

This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the cozy fireplace in the lobby, and St. Patrick's Day decorations. Plenty of hand sanitizer was available in the lobby. My room had a lovely view and patio. The patio only had one chair, and some cigarette butts on the ground...my only complaint, especially since the room was expensive. I would stay here again if traveling to Lewiston.

Mark at the front desk made pleasant conversation while checking us in. He asked if we would prefer a 1st or 2nd floor room and explained amenities of hotel. He said to let him know if we needed any help. His demeanor was friendly, courteous and welcoming. This is our second time staying here. Rooms have older finishes and parking lot views but are very clean and comfortable. We appreciate that restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk across the parking lot. Property is in a well lit business area and feels safe. Morning breakfast had options and was good.

Professional and courteous desk clerk at check in. She asked if we would like to sign up for IHG, but discovered we're already members. Breakfast area very inviting, spacious, and clean with an excellent menu choice. Pool area was excellent. Relaxing and peaceful.

Very convenient access from I-90. The room is comfortable. We didn’t use, but there is an indoor pool which is nice for the family. We will stay again.

Great stop off I-90 on our way to Seattle. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and efficient, the room was clean, cookies were put out in the evening, breakfast options were plentiful, and it was quiet and safe. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Best A/C and that was important because there was a heat wave - the temps in Moscow were 104-105 hot! I was here in Moscow and stayed at La Quinta for a 3 day class and U of I. The pool was amazing! SO refreshing. The jacuzzi was just warm I would have liked it to be hot! Free cooked buffet breakfast was GREAT! Staff at front desk were outstanding! They told us places I can visit and where specific restaurants and stores were located - even Starbucks and Shari's Pie Restaurant very close by! University was only 2 minutes drive away! Loved it here!

We spent one night here, The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was safe and not too far off the state hwy. Wifi worked well. We were too tired to use the pool, but there is an indoor pool. Breakfast was okay--a decent choice selection. And there was water. (I normally just drink water and a lot of hotels only offer juice, milk, coffee or tea)

We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Ponderay! Our room was perfectly clean. The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The amazing breakfast included- make your own waffles, cheese omelets, potatoes, bacon, ham, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, eggs Benedict, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, espresso and 4 choices of juice and more! Check in and out was a breeze. BUT the most impressive part of our stay was the friendly, helpful, kind and efficient staff! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the maintenance gentleman, all were wonderful! Bonus- loved having Sweet Lou’s literally in the same parking lot, if you need to grab a meal or late night cocktail.

The hotel was very comfortable. Free breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed the coffee machine. The restaurant next door was good for dinner. Don’t miss the mountain views from the patio along the whole back side of the hotel, accessed through the breakfast area. Weather permitting, it’s a nice place to sit for breakfast or coffee.

This is an amazing Best Western. The breakfast was really fresh and more varied than a typical hotel breakfast. They had options for room configurations with a separate, connected room for the teens and the main room had a great apartment like setup. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The decor in the rooms and common areas was updated and tasteful. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Restaurant in the oarking lot was decent and convenient. The proximity to skiing was great. They had a great ski locker which we didn’t need, but would be useful. Great hotel for skiing families!

I found the hotel to be kept clean overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Local restaurants were near. Sweet Lou's had awesome food. The hotel was convenient to the highway which is nice. Beds were comfortable and the free hot breakfast was great. Staff kept food coming out fresh and hot. I will be staying there next time around for sure. Thanks!

Stopped here on our way to Seattle on a MINI Cooper Rally. This was a really nice hotel. It is well kept, clean and had a friendly staff. Our room was clean, well appointed and laid out nicely. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The Hotel was easy to find and the parking lot was well lit and had plenty of room. Idaho Falls is a neat little town and this hotel offered a quiet and relaxing nights sleep.

A very nice, clean hotel with easy, safe carparking at the front. No restaurant only basic breakfast items down near reception. Has a children's area too. Friendly staff. Can walk behind the hotel alongside the Snake river to the Falls and park area. We ate at Jakers restaurant - a short walk across the road, which was excellent. Would recommend.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate they have a table and plug ins on each side of the bed (a lot of hotels don’t) and that their shampoo actually lathers. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was a bit noisy, we turned it off but you could still here the air conditioners from other rooms. The hotel backed onto the river so it was nice and quiet and provided good scenery. It was also very close to a couple of restaurants so it was easy to walk to. Overall the hotel was great!

Unfortunately, the shower was super slippery. Without warning, stepping into the shower, you immediately slipped and had to catch yourself from falling due to the shower flooring surface. This happened to both my husband, and I therefore I wonder if the slippery nest was from the cleaning products they used or if it indeed is the material on the shower floor. After we are finished showering and drying, we located a shower mat behind the toilet. It should’ve been readily available with this slippery of a shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel because it had airport in its name. It was very quiet and comfortable. I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and spent a long time soaking in it which was great after hours of driving. The tub would easily have held two people. Breakfast was pretty good, including lots of hot choices. I would stay again.

My wife and I are a month into an 8,500 mile road trip around the US, and we have stayed in a number of motels during our travels. We award 3 stars to a hotel that meets our needs; 4 stars to one that has something extra to recommend it such as extra friendly staff and or a recent remodel; 2 stars to one we wouldn’t want to stay in again. We almost never award 1 star or 5 stars. Something has to be exceptionally wrong or surprisingly wonderful to merit those. Comfort Suites Airport in Boise earned 5 stars, mostly based on the quality of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the impeccable cleanliness. We slept in too late to sample the breakfast, but we’re not big on breakfast anyway. The suite was beautiful. My one suggestion for improvement: There is a comfy couch, perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Unfortunately there is insufficient light near the couch to make reading possible.

This well-kept hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. It has a trendy vibe with a nice feeling of excellence. The bed was very firm- too firm for me. Otherwise the linen and pillows were what I expect from Marriott. There is in room coffee and fridge but no microwave. Coffee in the lobby is for purchase and the gal working there on Sunday morning could learn a thing or two about customer service. Ordered dark roast drip, she came back with light roast while she told us they were out of dark roast. I wasn’t happy about paying for drip coffee in the lobby to start with so of course it irked me. Walking distance (couple blocks) to some casual restaurants. Also just a couple blocks to the greenway bike path. We brought bikes and the front desk folks were gracious about storage off the lobby. There was ample parking around the facility- plenty of space for our large truck.

Staff greeted me as a valued guest, the room were clean, bathroom spotless and the location is within walking distance for any restaurants. My only complaint is that I did not have an extra pillow as requested, but all in all it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

The rooms were perfect. They were cozy and extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed the view out onto the courtyard. We were there only in passing, on our way to Seattle, but it was a restful and comfortable sleep.

The hotel, outside spaces and the room were clean and well maintained. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only thing missing is free continental breakfast, not a deal breaker. Downtown and the Capitol building are a 10 minute walk, easy to do.

The room was incredibly clean, new carpet, fresh paint, bedding, walls, windows bathroom, all very clean. The pool and hot tub room was also incredibly clean.I was pleasantly surprised as this was a hundred dollar room. The motel shows its age as the only updates I noticed were carpets both inside and out. Surrounding properties weren’t too fancy either, large dirt parking lot, nothing scenic, but good location for travelers. Breakfast was eggs, links, and coffee apples bananas.

The room was fresh and cozy. The staff was very professional plus easy to understand. Breakfast was warming and tasty. Good menu. Adjacent to I-84, entry & exit served as a peaceful location. There's even a fitness room and laundry! Plenty of parking for all size vehicles.

Easiest check in process honestly, if you are looking for a hotel that has a pool..they do not and sites like booking.com will tell you that the hotel has a pool. You walk in and somehow feel you're missing some square footage. One side of the bed was nearly up against the wall, with no space at all for a nightstand. But the bed itself and pillows were good. Kitchenette has full-sized fridge and dishwasher. Good wifi and shower. Clean. Our room at the end of the building had a nice river view. LAUNDRY: Free use of washer and dryer are a plus. Bring your own detergent or spend $1.50 at the hotel shop for some. Worked great. There's also a gym that I believe is open 24 hours. BREAKFAST: Does not exist. We've gotten spoiled by so many places offering at least some type of breakfast, that it felt strange not to have this, or even a restaurant on site. Perhaps they figure since you have a decent kitchen, you'll want to cook yourself? OVERALL: I think this hotel is more ideally suited for someone doing a little longer-term stay, with its kitchen and laundry services. Single-nighters like us have slightly different needs. But not a bad place to stay, either way.

After being on the road for almost a month, it was nice to stay in a place where I could make my own meals and not have to deal with housekeeping every morning. (Housekeeping is provided for stays over one week - but if you need anything changed, washed or replaced before then, just ask at the front and they’ll take care of you). I thoroughly enjoyed my bright room which included a queen size bed (very comfortable with awesome linens), an open kitchen which featured a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two burner stove, dishwasher and all utensils, dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans and cleaning supplies. The bathroom was modern and had a nice deep soaking tub/shower combo. A closet and dresser provided plenty of storage and a desk with two chairs proved quite efficient. Laundry facilities are free (either bring your own detergent or it’s available for $1.50). There is also a very nice gym with modern equipment. The common areas and hallways are kept spotless - I felt I was ‘living’ in an upscale apartment building. The location is right on the Snake River and the Snake River Greenbelt runs right alongside the hotel - it’s a lovely 15 minute walk to downtown. The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly especially Chey and Britt who both took time to chat with me and truly made me feel at home.

This is a fantastic property! This was our 2nd time here and we were still very impressed. The suites are perfect, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We travel with a small dog and they are very welcoming to him and the dog potty areas are very nice. Great walking trail along the river to walk our dog too. Comfortable bed and great air conditioner. Great central location to get to restaurants, shopping. One of the beat hotels we've stayed at!

The Candlewood Suites were a nice pit stop on our way back from Yellowstone NP. Amenities that others have noted inside the rooms and building are all well-maintained and COVID-clean. Our room had a view of the river (see photo) but it's not that special of a view given that you're staring at an industrial area and the evening we were there a bit of police activity was going on across the river. But with the smoky haze from the forest fires further west coloring the sky it was a very colorful sunset. Check-in/check-out went very smoothly. Parking is ample. The property itself is about a couple miles from the falls area and the freeway. Only one real issue and, hopefully, this gets someone's attention. During our stay we were walking near the lobby area and it appeared that a staff meeting was going on at that time. The individual running the meeting was being somewhat inappropriate with the staff, berating and being quite critical about a number of issues. Such conduct should NEVER be conducted in full public view (IMHO as a manager of 30+ years) and I'm surprised the staff puts up with it or ownership condones it. This was a real mood killer for my wife and I. Staff meetings should be conducted in a meeting room out of earshot of guests, period. Except for the above, this is a really nice property.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Falls. This is a nice hotel. Very clean, situated right on River Walk, dog friendly, complimentary laundry. We enjoyed the small gazebo on a beautiful fall afternoon. The small kitchen area was perfect for an early breakfast before a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable when we came home tired. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to sleep but first hotel that I've been to that you are not allowed to sit in the foyer area without the receptionist coming to ask why you are and asking if you're a guest there. Night shift clerk was very concerned about anyone who was in the common areas after 10 pm. Breakfast was provided but not always stocked withthing the one morning there was no Biscuits for Biscuits and gravy. There was guests that used English muffins instead because they were avaliable. The next morning the bacon was out as well as the apple juice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows left more to be desired very soft and not supportive. Plenty of plugs and USB ports in the lamps to recharge electronics. Pool and Hottub were relaxing. Seems strange to enter the fitness room which is in the pool area with your room key which is necessary to use to access the pool area, very redundant. Plenty of Parking around the hotel. No elevator to access the second floor only stairs. If you're outside your room sitting in the foyer or on the patio the night receptionist will come ask you what you are doing and question you about being a guest ther even when you're staying multiple days. Never stayed anywhere else that guests were not allowed to be in the Lobby areas or patio before.

This older hotel has a beautifully remodeled atrium. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and well-cared for. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. We will definitely return as we visit Boise several times a year.

The stay at BW Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites was a very good one for me and my husband. The location was very accessible to all the locations we visited and parking was ample. The front desk young woman was very friendly, helpful, & got us on the first floor without us even asking. She was professional & courteous. Very close to where we wanted to meet with friends for dinner & near to where friends live as well. Clean room & bathroom. Facility very clean & organized. Breakfast was wonderful & a variety of choice in food selection. My husband didn't like the light shining from the bathroom reflecting off the mirror. He put a blanket over mirror. A door to enclose the bathroom sink vanity area he thought would be helpful. Everything else was wonderful & a great stay. Thank you!

Megan at the front desk was friendly & helpful. They have a good breakfast with biscuits & gravy, bacon, eggs & fried potatoes. There were also cold food options and a coffee machine that makes an assortment of coffee styles and hot cocoa. The housekeepers were friendly and did a good job cleaning. Our room was nice & comfy.

Check in is easy and quick . Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are Clean and spacious at least the ones with king beds. The breakfast is pretty good different choices to choose from and staff keeps it stocked and clean. We always stay here because it’s close to my moms care facility.

This is our first stay in a Tru by Hilton Hotel. It is very modern, well designed an d efficient in a minimalist way. They have designed the rooms to get the maximum use from minimal space. We had a King bed room. The photos in the description on the site are very accurate. If you are looking for a large motel room with lounging and relaxing space this is not the right choice, however if you want to save some money and are looking for efficiency with some in room amenities then this should suit you well. The bed was pretty comfortable, There is a chair in the room that is also efficient and not uncomfortable. The television is huge. The floors are all tile/laminate, so no carpet which I think is probably a plus. The bathroom is decent size with a nice large shower with no tub, which we never use anyway. We happened to be in a room which faced due east and when the sun came up in the morning and the shades were open it was obvious that the shelf that the TV sat on and the TV stand itself had a little dust build up, but it wasn't so bad that you would notice it any other time. The large windows had a good black out blind to keep the sun out when you didn't want it. The one issue that we did have was that we were on the east side of the hotel which is very close to Eagle Road in Meridian and the traffic is heavy and loud. If you are sensitive to the traffic sounds, ask for a room on the west side. 1 very small refrigerator, no microwave. Very friendly service.

Very modern hipster-styled hotel (love it or hate it!). Has lots of places to sit in the lobby, and lots of nice seating outside to enjoy a quiet evening. Has some limited alcoholic beverage options - nice. Great to have a pool table and various games in the lobby. The rooms are smallish yet nice and everything is setup for space-consciousness. Room flooring is vinyl, which can be good or bad. Water pressure at the Meridian ID location is bad with the shower at least, sink and toilet are fine. Breakfast is pretty decent with many offerings. Coffee is so hot the McDonald's lawsuit comes to mind. It's like they use 212F water in it...I know a few like that, but it's abnormal. Pool is nice but smaller, hot tub is excellent and large with long run times on the jets. Overall a good experience here and would recommend.

I had a quick check in the two gentlemen at the desk were very kind about the bug problem they were having and explaining it to me, and when I went to grab something to eat, I came back and asked them if it was a safe hotel, the gentleman behind the desk said yes, but if you feel more comfortable, please park in the front I thought that was very kind Considering I wasn’t a gold card member, the breakfast was very lacking. The coffee was awful, but thankfully there was a Starbucks about 10 minutes down the road so it made my morning very enjoyable overall it was a great day and I would stay there again!

The hotel was quiet and comfy. The staff was very helpful. I had no complaints and was surprised when i found the complimentary coffee. Plus being able to walk over to a place for Dinner was great to stretch the legs

Property was a bit older, however, well maintained. The most amazing part of this property was Aubrey at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful over the phone. Than, thoughtful, thorough, and very sweet upon check in ! We were incredibly exhausted from movers being at our home for 11 hours that day. Aubrey was wonderful!

It was amazing wish there was one everywhere I traveled. Rooms were mini apartments and didn’t rob the bank. The staff were amazing so helpful polite and professional. I give it a 10 out of 10.

It was very quiet and secluded but still nearby downtown restaurants and the main highway. Very clean and comfortable!

I found the staff quite friendly and my room was very quiet. Bed was decently supportive. Bathroom shower had no handles on the sliding glass doors nor an anti slip mat in the old tub.The toilet very old style and only 12-14 inches tall…not ADA compliant. The tv had 2 remotes which was confusing to use. The room was very clean and the towels fresh Overall, I would call the facility vintage 50’s or sixties.. I would stay again knowing that now, because it was so clean despite the age and the price was right.

The only reason I did not give five stars for the condition is as you can imagine this is an old established property that's been in business in a small mountain community for many years. They simply don't have the resources to update and remodel like some of the fancier big name chains. If the Hilton is what you are expecting when you come to Challis, well than better you just stay home in the city. This place was just fine for me! Clean, quiet, and comfortable along with owners who are extremely friendly and helpful.

The motel is well-worn, but clean, comfortable, and quiet and reasonably priced. The restaurant is very good. The staff was friendly and extremely efficient and the food was first-rate!

It’s not the ritz, it’s better. What it lacks in Francine’s, it makes up by being clean, affordable and quaint. However the best part is the crew. Amazing friendly customer service. I cannot praise them enough. The restaurant on the property is pretty decent too. This one is it for me, I will never stay at another place when in the area.

Excellent hotel. Dominic at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as we made the reservation by phone and also when we arrived. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The suite included a complete kitchen - two burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, knives, pots, pans, mixing bowls, kitchen towels - everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay with the ability to eat in your own room. There was a very nice complimentary, hot, breakfast buffet every morning too. We used the self-serve laundry onsite and it was great. The gym and indoor pool were very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!

Very happy with our stay. Two-bedroom suite exceeded our expectations. Very roomy, clean, actual doors, great pressure from the shower/bath combo, multiple TV's, work desk away from the 'living room', plenty of pillows, kitchenette necessities all of the things that hit my list. No time for the pool but I did notice how nice and inviting it looked. I'm not a hotel breakfast 'buffet' patron. I've had rubber eggs, hotel pancake's/waffles, cold cereal before, as long as there is coffee, I'm ok. Our daughter went down both mornings came back with a 'meh' for the selection at breakfast. Teenager, take it from that point. Parking was no problem we came and went at all hours. Now my complaint and it has nothing bad concerning the hotel. It's the two main roads that intersect where the hotel is located. Eagle Rd. runs North/South the crossroad Overland runs East/West when it comes time to leave the hotel to return to Meridian or the Interstate the ONLY exit from the hotel is westbound on Overland. You have to get creative to return East or North in VERY heavy traffic. If you have appointments in Meridian or anywhere off the Interstate even if your GPS say's 2.2 miles away don't rely on that because IT WILL take some effort to navigate with u- turns to go north or east. Ask some of the staff if they have a solution for getting back into Meridian. There could be a less frustrating route that we didn't see.

We had a 1 bedroom kitchen suite because we are eating in during COVID times. The front desk person on Sep 12 gave us a top floor room away from noises. He was super sweet and also brought us a lightbulb when we realized on of the lamps needed one. The suite is huge! Lots of space to walk around in, and two closets to store your stuff. Kitchen was fully stocked and you can borrow mixers and blenders too. The king bed was super comfortable and we heard no road noise. There are two TVs and a dining table for 4. Everything looked new and clean. Rooms were better than Residence inns. The best part was they had breakfast. At a time when hotels are paring back services, they went out of their way to provide a clean breakfast. You can walk up to the front desk and get prepackaged omelettes, bagels, yoghurt, cereal and fruits. They are all individually packaged. Super impressed with the rooms and service. I will look for Townplace suites for my other stays too.

Rally nice hotel. The staff was great and helpful when asked. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Really liked the room. The outstanding thing was the breakfast. There were so many choices. The choices were great, and some were unusual. If we are ever in the Boise area we would stay here again.

We stayed at the RV park in July 2020. The sites are full hookups with 30amp power. Each site had a concrete pad and was gravel everywhere else. Some of the sites back right up to the river, however we were on the back of the motel building. There aren’t a lot of extras, but if you’re just looking for a safe place to have your camper parked to sleep at night after fun activities this place is perfect. The location is very central to all of the fun places in Lava and literally a 2 minute walk to the hot pools. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here any time we can get a room. It’s always are first choice. The place is clean but a little run down but we don’t mind because it’s always clean and quiet. On our last stay we had to barrow a plate to heat up food and a few other things from the front desk and they didn’t blink an eye. The employees are always smiling and helpful. The city broke a water line and we didn’t have any water in our room for a day but they said they’d help in any way possible and they did. It’s not a million dollar hotel so don’t expect that. It is great for the price though.

Best RV site that we visited on our 10 day trip through Idaho and Montana. Great location on the river and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and activities in town. Recommend floating down the river on a tube. Big fun.

This property was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and location is close to the Hot Springs as well as restaurants and shopping. The door to our room was a little tricky to close securely but otherwise we had a great experience.

The room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable. Front Desk staff was friendly and professional.

Reading a lot of the reviews I expected staff to be rude- I experienced the exact opposite! Everyone was so kind, helpful and easy to talk to. The room was very cozy and quiet and we got amazing sleep on our long journey back home.

Only complaint is that the pool is under construction and we didn't know that until after we checked in, maybe they could of stated that in their advertisement but other than that it was super clean quiet and it's right next to the freeway so it's an easy going way of getting to your choice of entertainment, I will definitely stay again but hopefully the indoor pool is complete and oh yeah the staff is super friendly.

Everything was a perv, and I say that because the price was 2/3 less than any other same style HOTEL. And I had a restaurant right on premises that was delicious Indian food. Very helpful and wonderful staff. Aiden was a pleasure to check us in late at night. I look forward to coming back.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, modern, and provided an above average breakfast buffet. We were only there for 1 night, and we did not take full advantage of the nice kitchenette. It was well stocked with dishes and had a full size fridge. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was free. It is only a short drive to get to the marina, Tubbs Hill, etc.

This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. I have to say thank you to two people specifically. Anne and George!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me, and my teams stay as comfortable as possible. They treated us like friends and not just customers. It was very refreshing after having to stay in other hotels that don't really have great staff like this location. The entire staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were great. The breakfast food was really good. I, especially, enjoyed coming home from a 14-hour day of work and having a clean room. Not a lot of places clean the rooms anymore without requesting it. I travel for work a lot for wildfires and as busy as it gets, you don't really remember to request a room cleaning; however, this was very nice, and the cleaning crew are very professional and some down to earth people. So, again thank you to you and your staff. If you are looking for a place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, you won't go wrong staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Thank you!

Great pool and hot tub. Really excellent customer service: we discovered that a family member was allergic to down pillows and the manager went out of his way to acquire 2 non-down pillows for us, as soon as was possible. The breakfast buffet each day was fresh and had different items on rotation. To a person, every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The laundry machines and dryers were clean and very new, and all worked well. Also, laundry facilities were free! The hotel was incredibly quiet, despite being at capacity. We will definitely be returning to this specific location, and will plan to stay here again, despite there being other suite-based hotels in the area. As an aside, we also stayed a few nights at the much more expensive CDA resort, and had we known about the excellent service at this Staybridge Suites earlier, we would have made different choices!

This was the BEST place I have ever stayed while vacationing. The room was super clean and comfortable and fully stocked with so many amenities, it was better than home! 😃 Full kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplied for my 3 day stay, bottles of drinking water in the full size fridge with ice maker, oven and microwave, kitchen cooking pans and kitchen tools, cups, dishes and silverwarkleenex, paper towels, a washer and dyer with laundry soap, dryer sheets and even a laundry basket. Iron and ironing board, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and water pressure, with extra tp and kleenix, a/c, huge tv. Plenty of charging outlets. Everything was new. So many details are given to the needs of the guest. I requested a ground floor room because I am recovering from a broken hip and they gave me the first room in the hall, so very convenient. I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were very cordial and efficient.

The room is like a studio apartment, minus an oven, so it is very comfortable size, and has almost everything you need for an extended stay. However, it is also nice for an overnight. The hotel is brand new, in excellent shape, with modern design aesthetics. I dig it. I also like the free coffee machine in the lobby, offering many types of coffee drinks. Nice place, I would definitely consider staying again. It is not really a walkable area for getting out for dinner or coffee, at least it didn't seem like it last night, so I took my car. But otherwise, a very good experience.

I really like this property. My last stay 2 months ago was perfect. I appreciate the kitchen and all the things you need to make a basic meal. It’s convenient to grocery and other shopping as well. I like that there is someone at the desk for late check in. I arrived at 10:00 pm. This time my room wasn’t quite the same. It was little things like the clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, the disposable salt and pepper set wasn’t a new set, so nothing big but noticeable. Fortunately the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Things were rectified quickly. Overall the space was clean. I will definitely stay again when I visit the Boise area.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Silver Creek Hotel as part of our summer 2020 road trip. Upon entry we are greeted by a friendly staff, ice cold lemon water, and a comfortable lobby. We met the owner (Greg) and he was super friendly and helpful in suggesting local attraction and places to eat. The rest of the staff made us feel like family. The pool area was clean and refreshing, just the ticket after a day of driving. The room was nicely decorated in a Mountain Modern decor, not at all typical. All the typical ammenities. The breakfast included breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, hard boiled eggs, and cereals. It was fresh and everything was spotless. The breakfast was excellent when compared to our other stops which offered a brown paper bag breakfast with granola bars and stale muffins. Cannot forget the coffee, it was the best of our entire trip by far (fresh ground, and yummy). Would stay here again in a heartbeat !!!

I was traveling to the area for business and waited until the last minute to make a hotel reservation. This hotel popped up when searching for a room and I am so glad it did. I have found my home away from home when traveling to Nampa. This hotel is new, and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious I felt like I was in my own studio apartment. I loved the area outside in the evenings by the fire pits in the most relaxing chairs ever. Socializing with some of the other guests was so much fun and the staff gave some fantastic suggestions for places to go for dinner while there. I travel every couple weeks to Nampa and will always stay at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and book a room there, you won't regret it.

The property we stayed at didn’t have a garden, but it had an awesome BBQ/Grill/Out Door area! Our stay wasn’t long enough to use it, however it was really nice! The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly! You couldn’t ask for better service. The room was clean, quiet, and I would feel safe if I were traveling alone. The area has several places to eat within walking distance. Most importantly it’s worth the price! The room is like a studio apartment.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of cross country trip and it was the most relaxing hotel. We visited thus far. It is very modern and clean. The room was unusually large with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We felt that parking was very safe and the employees were kind and welcoming. We did not use the outdoor grills fitness area or the multiple outdoor patios, but if we stayed longer, we certainly would have enjoyed them.

Room was like a large studio. The Everhome in Cheyenne, WY is like an apartment. I only stayed one night, so the layout and room size were fine. Bed was comfy, walk-in shower was fantastic. I never could get their TV and my phone to connect for casting, which the welcome screen suggests, but the cable/ satellite package was fine. The coffee pot in my room would send Luke warm water through the coffee pod. It worked after 3 tries. I had to leave early due to weather and travel time. I would stay here again.

After reading bad reviews of this place I was worried about staying and almost cancelled our stay. I am glad I didn't. Our room was very good, spacious and clean with a large bathroom with a bath and shower that worked well. The kitchen area had a very large fridge freezer, sink, microwave and hob, all spotlessly clean. It also had a large TV and plenty of storage. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the very small pillows. The hotel operates a cleaning by request service. You pay extra for the cleaning if you require it. If you need clean towels or bed linen etc you can change it at reception, or wash it yourself in the hotel guest laundry. There is a free to use gym. Also a vending machine in the lobby. The car parking is free and plentiful. There is food available close by. If you want a cheap hotel in Meridian this place is for you. I found it to be perfect for us. We stayed for 17 nights and it saved us at least £1000 compared to other hotels in the area. .

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Room was simple, modern and clean. There was a small but comfortable kitchenette in it. You can use own kitchen items or disposable ones or rent them in the reception (pots, cups, plates etc.). Good value for money - longer you stay, less you pay. Very good location - close to highway. Very big parking lot. I had everything what I expected (exactly what was written on the hotel website).

It is a basic hotel, on arrival it was spotlessly clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile. There is an on site Gym, and a laundry. There is a coffee machine in the reception area, and a vending machine in the foyer. There are many places to eat or drink close by and a huge free car park The room. Our bedding and towels were changed once during our stay but you could ask and pay if you needed it done more often. The kitchen area had a large fridge freezer, sink, hob, microwave oven and bin. If you wanted crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans etc you just asked at reception. Bathroom was spacious with a bath, great shower, sink and toilet. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well keeping us cool in 110 degree heat. Room also had a desk 2 chairs and an arm chair. Plus the usual storage and a TV. It was a nice touch to find a clock and telephone in the room too.

No thrills room. Clean, roomy and its like a small studio. Quiet and conveniently located. Easy to get to with only one round about. Night time it can get tricky, but it’s not bad. Staff may not be a desk, but wait wasn’t long. No coffee or extras in room, but theres a “pay for” coffee machine in lobby and some vending machines. Affordable price! Will be staying there again. Veteran friendly

Cute googly eyed carved bush out front that coordinates with animal sculptures along river walk across the street. Riverwalk is paved path with free scooters available, lovely sculptures, great views of the falls. Quiet beautiful area. There are several very good restaurants within a short walk of this hotel, and since they are also just across the street from the River walk path it's very enjoyable walk to and from dinner. One of them has some outdoor seating where you can bring your dog.

My husband and I get a suite every year for a weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoy this tradition we started 3 years ago. We have every intention to continue this tradition. It's always clean. I think the only down fall I can think of is all the suites are on the basement level and you can hear every footstep if someone is staying in the room above you, but I'm willing to put that aside to have a suite with a personal hottub on your personal patio. We love Sawtelle!!

Room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The bed was very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and very soft bedsheets. The bathtub was wide, so clean, and felt very comfortable to take a shower in. Literally everything was so clean, and we have VERY high standards for cleanliness. Location is only a 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Sam Patch Grocery store is literally right across the street so very convenient to buy food for Yellowstone trip. Breakfast has an automatic hot pancake maker, eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal, and bagels. Standard American breakfast that is not amazing but much better than lots of other hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

It is an amazing, luxurious resort with comfortable, spacious rooms that are wonderfully decorated and have a modern style. Overall, the amenities and aesthetics are excellent! The location is excellent, just about 25 minutes from West Yellowstone. It was the best place we stayed during our 20-day road trip. They even considered details such as scent. There were subtle air fresheners in the hallway and in the room itself. The bathroom was impeccable, though it was noticeably cold. I didn't see how to heat it up. If it had been winter, I probably would have frozen. I couldn't see how to heat the bathroom. There was a very good breakfast for meat and egg eaters, including an automatic pancake machine (just press the button), but the refilling of empty trays was very slow. There were very limited options for vegetarians, but unfortunately this is the case in most American hotels. I would really like to see more vegetables, real cheese and fresh baked goods at breakfast. Various T-shirts and sweatshirts with the Island Park logo are available for purchase in Lobby. When we arrived, it was probably from the back or in some other unusual way, we walked around the buildings for several minutes before finding the actual entrance. It would be helpful to put up some information boards with arrows pointing towards reception. The hotel staff did not seem very friendly.

The room was larger than I expected. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room felt very fresh and up-to-date. The bedding was clean and comfortable, HVAC was quiet and kept the room at the perfect temperature. Breakfast, as far as hotel breakfasts go, was delicious! The hashbrowns and pancakes were our favorite. The biscuits and gravy were also delicious!

I really like to find a property with a very nice pool and Jacuzzi that’s my highlight. That being said this pool was not clean and fresh. It had bugs and Band-Aids in the pool and the Jacuzzi was running, but there was an issue with filter sand in the bottom of the Jacuzzi. I did mention this to the staff as just a comment not as a complaint so that they could casually address it. I figure almost $200 a night on a hotel that these amenities would be under better control. The staff was really nice and our room was very clean and very prompt housekeeping service , if the pool and Jacuzzi were cleaner, we would love to return to this facility

The breakfast was great. Staff was warm, friendly, exceptional. Room was comfortable, roomy, nice amenities. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing. I will highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

We absolutely loved the pool, the hours of the pool, the cleanliness of the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the rest we needed. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. We did not stay long enough to have breakfast, but the location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was an added bonus to find Costco gas close by.

What an amazing hotel! From the clean rooms to the yummy breakfast, my family had a great time. Granddaughter Canza loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Granddaughter Alice loved the warm clean pool and granddaughter Lennox loved making her own flavored lemonade in the afternoon. A great hotel for your family of any age. The hotel was great. The beds were comfortable and they actually had a thick enough comforter that i wasnt cold. The breakfast was great and lots to choose from. My only complaint is the pool, hottub, and fitness room are very small. Other than that it was wonderful. Oh and they had free coffee 24/7 with all the extras. Thats always a plus. I would stay again.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The free breakfast until 10 AM is nice and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The only downside is the busy road close by, but I would stay again.

We were warmly greeted. Our room was conveniently located so getting into our room was very easy from the parking lot. We found the room clean and the beds were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep before continuing our trip. The breakfast in the morning was good. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were hot and tasty.

This is an amazing lodge that is in a quiet area with great amenities. We stayed in the deluxe king suite and it had its own balcony, jacuzzi tub, and kitchen. The pool and hot tubs were also very nice. Would stay here again.

This is one of the BEST places I have ever stayed. It is gorgeous, spacious, quiet and friendly. It is PERFECT for families with teens or littles. Lots for the family to do. The pool is amazing and two hot tubs. Our room had every amenity. We walked all around the golf course next day and the weather was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Honestly the best place I have ever stayed.

We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom suite during a 3 day ski trip to Grand Targhee. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast each day and we could’ve easily prepared a nice dinner, if we wanted. We didn’t spend much time at the property as the skiing was really good, but we definitely looked forward to coming back to the lodge after a long day on the mountain. The lodge was quiet, we never heard our neighbors. There’s a nice restaurant and bar next to the lodge that was great. Just remember to make a reservation as it’s small (plenty of great dining options nearby in Victor and Driggs). The website photos are an accurate representation of the rooms and lodge. We thought the value for the room was good. We will stay here again and look forward to coming back in the summer!

Originally booked for 2 nights and we loved this place so much we ended up staying for 5. Room was delightful. Spacious, clean and very homely. The pool area is fantastic with lovely views of the mountains. Staff all very friendly and helpful and the restaurant/bar has great food and beautiful views of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with a great pool, golf, fitness center, walking & biking trails, and lots more activities available (fly fishing, UTVs, spa, etc). All the employees were super nice and helpful. Our 1 bedroom condo was a good size, very clean, and well supplied. It was quiet and a close drive to Victor, Driggs, Grand Targhee, and Jackson Hole. It was so quiet and relaxing....a nice escape from the crowds/tourists of Jackson. There is also a restaurant and cafe on site, if you don't want to cook.

The Hampton by the Mall Idaho Falls is clean, comfortable and a pleasant staff. The continental breakfast was very good with banana bread waffles, egg omelets with cheese, sausage patties, and breakfast potatoes, apples, oranges, along with cold cereal, juices, and pastries. Our King bed is very comfortable, microwave, refrig, and great shower and bathroom. All is enjoyable.

Lovely overnight stay at this place, staff so friendly, hotel so clean & fresh, lovely area of Idaho plenty of shops & restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast fresh & hot, excellent amenities. Felt safe & secure.

Stayed here on our journey to Grand Teton National Park. It was situated in an area that had convenient access to food, major roads and gas options. Room was a standard 2 Queen bed option. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - including making restaurant recommendations. A budget friendly choice for family travel.

Location was great , walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had the jacuzzi sweet, it had free private parking right next to our door! The room was up do date and very clean. We wanted to take the bed home with us, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in in a hotel! Room was right on a street but the sound canceling walls and doors made it seem extremely quiet in the room. Breakfast was grab and go, burritos fruit pastries bagels juice tea coffee bottled water.

Nice, clean and centrally located. Comfy bed! Only complaint is it is 3 different buildings so we had to walk to another block to get to the building where the jacuzzi was at, then walk back in the cold. I would have booked a different hotel has i known that because that was the amenity we wanted most. 😔

Liked everything about this motel. From the crystal clear pool and hottub to the clean large rooms, even the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay between the west coast and Central Montana.

I booked the silver Suite which had the private jacuzzi. That tub was huge. The room was clean and spacious. I only wish there were dining options on site in the evening as most of the restaurants in town closed up fairly early. I ended up buying sandwich fixings at the grocery store.

Very nice facility. Close to downtown. Professional staff. The hottub most pleasant!

Everything was top notch, especially the pool and hottub.

We loved the cabin with jacuzzi. The fishing lake and swimming pond were incredible and we used them every day! They have such a great set up with everything you could possibly need like row boats and a rope swing.

Amenities were great. Horseback riding, and alot more to do. We were mainly focused on visiting Yellowstone so we did not get to use many of the amenities, although we did wnjoy the private jacuzzi. Never had the experience anywhere else I have stayed at. There was also a Campfire pit so smores was a must. The cabin was great. I was sad the o e we had did not have a fireplace, but that must have been the one really big one cabin number 11. That one and the smallest cabin have the best views with an outlook looking at the great views of the area. Ours was cabin number 4 and was a short 2 minute walk to a great scenic view of the area. The stars at night were amazing when it was a clear night sky.

A typical La Quinta hotel. The rooms are fine, the breakfast is OK, the gym was OK, but they did have a big pool and Jacuzzi! I did request a top floor room which I was not able to get, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem. The staff was generally friendly as well.

Great room. The girl at the check in desk was very nice . Up graded us because they over sold our room. Very nice room . The jacuzzi was awesome. After a long drive . The area was safe.

The lodge is 30ft. from the Henry's Fork river with a lovely balcony overlooking the river.The dining is excellent with a varied menu and again a wonderful view of the river. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

We loved the hotel. We loved the convenience of the location. However, we did not love that the website was not updated to show that the restaurant was in fact closed. I am not blaming the hotel at all; it was like that for everything in the area. Once we got to West Yellowstone, it was the same situation. We booked it because of the restaurant and bar. But it is what it is there. We were told to check into one room, but once in we noticed that there were no towels. A quick text and we were off into another room. That was definitely not a deal breaker for us, and we loved the other room, too. The view...OMG the view is breathtaking and that alone is worth the stay there. The river is gorgeous, and the sunsets were out of this world. The hot tub was not full and stunk like ammonia, but we set it anyway! Nothing was going to keep us from having the time of our lives and making great memories. We will definitely be coming back. With a couple of tweaks on our end, we will have another great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and had plenty of outlets and desk space. We were in room #335 and didn’t have any issues with noise. We felt it was a very quiet hotel. Our view was towards the entrance of the hotel, parking lot, and snow covered mountains. We liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Front desk staff was a mix of friendly and helpful and not-so-friendly; not rude just not friendly. That was a little disappointing. The lobby area is very pretty - has an upscale lodge feel to it. We were very happy with the cooked-to-order breakfast. Big shout out to Virgina, the gem of the Gem State! She waited on us each morning and was so friendly! She also gave us great recommendations while we were in the Boise/Eagle area. Becky, too, was a friendly waitress, which we appreciated. We would stay again at this hotel.

Grand looking hotel. Huge room comes with balcony facing the river. Very peaceful and quiet! Front desk service is great too! Breakfast - choice of buffet or cook to order. Spacious lounge with cosy sofas and fireplace. Restaurant next door is good to grab a meal but they don’t do well with room service. Suggest for hotel to improve especially for international guests. Also IT setup for meeting room to improve to make the devices connection more seamless and professional looking.

I was in Eagle for a week on business. This hotel was such a comfort while being away from home. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was super roomy and cozy. Loved the fresh coffee and breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and housekeeping was phenomenal. Excited to return!

The property and Hotel are some of the cleanest I have come across. The staff is all amazing friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient being in the lobby. The river out back is very nice so clean and clear great place to bring a chair and relax. My only suggestions would be a clock in the pool area and the timer for the spa there should be a sign letting you know how long it goes for, and they should have firmer pillows available (not everyone like to lay their head in a cloud). Those would be my only suggestions. Other than that great hotel would definitely stay here again

The bed was really comfortable. The lighting was soft and gentle. The TV service was great. The jacuzzi was just the right height and size.

We weren't sure what to expect, because the hotel seemed unique. Each room has its own theme. But we decided to take a chance and it was well worth it! The decor in our room, the Romeo and Juliet, was creative and well done. The room was immaculately clean, with every need accounted for. In short it was great fun! We especially liked the shower room in the castle tower and the circular stairs in the opposite castle tower going up to our balcony bedroom from which my wife played Juliet to my Romeo down on the ground floor next to the standing armor sculpture. For a fun night full of imagination and a glorious jacuzzi tub for two we highly recommend it. PS the 65-in high definition TV was a wonderful bonus.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Black Swan and it truly felt like we stepped into a fairy tale for a day. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the city buzz. The building itself was stunning, with a beautiful garden featuring a lovely fountain. It was picturesque! Inside our room, everything was exactly as we had seen when booking online. It perfectly matched the photos and descriptions, which was fantastic. I was there with my sister, and we had a wonderful time, but honestly, I kept thinking how absolutely magical it would be to visit with a significant other. It's such a romantic spot! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Another big plus for us was how safe the neighborhood felt. Being in a place that felt secure really added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. We had such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and enchanting getaway.

Everything on our stay was wonderful. Room was unique. The owner created all the murals and the cement accents to make room realistic was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The seating area for watching tv was great and you could easily watch from my bed. The tv was high quality with great picture. I can’t say enough about the staff. They took great care of us and truly love their job. The only downsides to the stay were the tub and shower. While they were unique to the room they are very deep and as an older person I really struggled getting in and out. I have recommended they add a step. I could not find a shower mat and shower floor was slippery. I also recommended a grab bar for the toilet area because the toilet is low. The only other recommendation I make was to put 2 kpods in room for early risers. They did come with our breakfast. The price was high but you literally felt like you were on a vacation where you never had to leave your room. Highly recommend 👍

So, our stay was for personal reasons! The room was immacualte and spacious! The ammenities were great! They had Dove products for personal care attached to the walls for convenience! It smelled good too! The pool was luke warm and the jacuzzi was hot! The breakfast was good & plentiful! All in all a wonderful experience!!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Idaho Falls/Ammon. My husband and I visit the area frequently and have tried almost every hotel in town. We will continue to stay here in this one in the future. The employees were professional, happy, and had a sense of humor. The place is clean clean clean and updated nicely. Did I mention it was CLEAN?! Very clean! Housekeeping cleaned our room every single day. They changed out the pillowcases, made the bed, and got us fresh towels. At the last 10 hotels we have stayed with the housekeeping never cleaned our room for us during our stay one time. The free breakfast was decent but not great. We were visiting family in town so this wasnt a big deal for us because we went out to eat.
