Everyone on staff provided absolutely outstanding customer service :-D I'm stingy with my stars but happy to let fellow travelers know they will have a wonderful stay here !!! Ed Thomas & Leticia at the front desk, friendly & welcoming, placed me in the "just right" room. Spacious & spotless, w/fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Slept well on super comfortable bed with lovely linens. Bathroom was absolutely sparkling. Best of all was the dinner! Restaurant quality. Offerings the night I was there were Pasta Alfredo w/chicken on the side, steamed veggies, fresh green salad, chili w/chips & nacho cheese, jalapeños & salsa, everything nicely presented & area kept clean, items refilled by sweet Jade. Next morning, breakfast was every bit as enticing & Emily kept everything topped off & tidy. Brittany, Ashley & Lynn behind the front desk, contagiously cheerful, sent me off with a smile. Worth every penny & I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly, room and facilities were clean!! And well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. The staff taking care of all the food and breakfast area were clean and constantly maintaining stock and supplies. Great options for hot breakfast!! Coffee was fresh… linens and bath towels were like new and fresh.

I rarely give reviews to the hotels i stay. This one made me write a review because it exceeded all my expectations. To Start with, the checkin process was a breeze. Especially Roxanne at the front desk was awesome!! She was warm and welcoming and explained everything with a smile. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet and the Supper Buffet was too good!! Especially the evening cocktail drinks were exceptional.. The helpers at the buffet were also so caring and warm. The heated pool was clean and maintained well. My kids didnt want to come back to the room. They loved the pool!! It was very near to St.Louis downtown and all other attractions.. Overall it was worth the visit!! Definitely would highly recommend to everyone!!

On a recent trip to Kansas City, we decided to stop and see The Gateway Arch and found this gem of a hotel just outside St. Louis across the river in Illinois. It was too late to visit The Arch when we arrived so we settled into our hotel, went to dinner, and planned to visit The Arch after checkout the next morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet and ours had an enormous walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was customers smoking at the rear entrance and 2 of our party have asthma and COPD. An enforced smoking area away from the entry door would fix that. First time staying in a Drury Inn and would definitely consider them on our next trip.

We stay at this particular hotel quite often and I would say this was our best visit yet! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the location is central to what we need when we are in town. Despite being on the first floor this time very close to the elevators and a set of exterior doors, things were quite quiet, which was very nice. Our room was absolutely spotless, which is the highest point for me because I value cleanliness so much when traveling. Breakfast was fresh, stocked, and clean and while I did not have any of the evening food choices, the Happy Hour drinks were great as always. We keep coming back to this property for a reason and this stay was another reminder why!

Everything!!!! From check-in to check-out-everything was wonderful. Our room was on the 6th floor and close to the elevator. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast was awesome, with lots of selections and all foods were fresh and very tasty. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We were sorry we missed the evening hors d’oeuvres. We can’t say enough about how great our experience was at Drury Inn and Suites. We will definitely look for you on further trips. Thank you so very much for this wonderful experience.

The hotel was spotless...our room and all the public areas. The beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. There was such a good variety of food options for breakfast. The food was plentiful, fresh and we enjoyed having hot food items as well has cold options like boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. The staff was helpful, professional and polite.

The product dispensers in the shower are the best idea ever! MUCH less wasteful and more environmentally friendly. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderfully hot and fresh with so many options. The staff was exceptional!

Excellent stay. Easy on & off access for our travels. Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast with hot and cold choices, good coffee, dining area clean, great staff very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend if needing a place on your travels. Did not use the pool/spa area but did look in and it looked very inviting, clean, nice spa area

Our room was clean. We had plenty of thick towels. Good lighting in the room. Very nice shower. Comfortable, roomy bed. Free popcorn soda drinks, coffee, hot snacks/drinks. Great breakfast. Super friendly and courteous staff! Just an overall nice experience. The bed was also very comfortable!

This is an amazing hotel. The location is excellent, in a very safe area, close to public transport and very easy to walk around to see the sights. The Chicago River Walk is across the road. Walking into the hotel lobby to be greeted by blazing fire in the fireplace after a chilly day exploring Chicago was just delightful; such a treat to sit by the fire in the lobby reading a book. The staff of L7 were exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any question. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was greeted by Alex on my arrival and he could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. Just one of the many wonderful staff working at L7. My room exceeded any expectation. I had a fantastic view over the river with a "little window seat". - great for watching passive river traffic or the twinkling lights of the Chicago skyline The room itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were luxurious. A welcoming (and delicious) cupcake was in my room when I arrived The added touch of a rejuvenating face mask was most unexpected and gratefully received and used. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

We came to Chicago to attend the FabTech conference. I stayed at L7 Chicago by LOTTE with my daughter and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Ebony and Jason went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the doormen team — Vincent and Antonio — were always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our suite on the 12th floor was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city that made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and spotless, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common spaces. The location was also ideal for exploring Chicago. Thanks to the amazing team at L7 Chicago by LOTTE, our trip to Chicago felt extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and my daughter and I are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Clean, quiet and spacious with a very central location. The staff were exceptional and friendly. The restaurant and bar great (especially the happy hour cocktails) with friendly bar staff and fabulous food. We stayed for a conference at The McCormick Conference centre which was easy to get to via bus in around 15-20 min. Coffee machine in room which was a plus.

I stay at L7 every time I come to Chicago. It’s the perfect hotel- a hot towel at check in, a facemask and slippers waiting for me in my room, spacious rooms with floor length mirrors and ample bathroom counter space. Great shower pressure. 24 hour, complimentary latte machine. The onsite restaurant, Perilla, is exceptional. I love their happy hour for delicious cocktails and small bites and their Korean breakfast in the mornings is a true experience! When I just want to stay in, they’ll deliver it to my door. The location- right on the river and close to shopping and restaurants can’t be beat. I’ve stayed here a half dozen times and my experience has been exceptional every time. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is exemplary is every way. From the warm greetings and outstanding service from Antonio, Malcolm and Ebony to the chic and comfortable lobby, room and restaurant, we were delighted. The luxurious bed was a relief after a four-night stay the previous leg of our trip with a saggy mattress. Water pressure in the shower was great, and they have filtered tap water in the bathroom and at the 24/7 station in the lobby, so there are no plastic bottles — yay! We also loved the in-room coffee. We loved everything about the room, actually! We stayed here previously because it’s so close to the Chicago Theatre; keep it in mind if you’re seeing a show there. But it’s ideal for any activities. Valet parking is pricey ($69) but convenient, with in & out privileges. The location is unbeatable for public transit, too—just around the corner from the State & Lake L entrance and an easy bus ride to Lincoln Park and Navy Pier. We only had breakfast and a nightcap at the onsite restaurant, Perilla, but food, ambiance & service were excellent. The bartender made us a special mocktail with housemade Campari. However, there’s no shortage of restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want to explore, and it’s a quick L ride to the West Loop for an array of terrific choices. (I recommend Rose Mary.) The only caveat is that being so close to the L does yield noise on that side of the building, but I’m a sound sleeper and wasn’t bothered.

Drury Inn Marion is top notch. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast and dinner is delicious. Such a great amenity. Sharon was so kind and fun in the evening. The heated pool (84°) is inside and very nice. They reward you for skipping daily housekeeping, very nice. Midweek, I asked to exchange my towels for fresh and some tissues and TP. They were happy to oblige. They are handicap friendly, free parking, pet friendly, safe, and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here. In speaking with staff they told me the management is very caring and thoughtful of staff, they are paid well, and have a great retirement package. I will try to find a Drury Inn for all my travels. Thank you Drury for a great week!

This was perfect for our overnight stop. The lobby and breakfast area looked fresh and renovated, and the breakfast was very good compared to other hotels with free breakfast. The hotel staff was especially friendly and professional.

We truly enjoyed our time spent at the Drury Inn & Suites. Check in was simple, we were able to get into our room flawlessly. Our two children, my husband and I were able to go down to the pool and hot tub and relax. It was extremely clean and neat. They had ice water available to us just outside of the pool area. There was popcorn and a soda machine available that the kids loved. We went down for a complimentary dinner of bbq sliders, beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, chicken noodle soup, nachos, and even hot dogs. It was such a nice experience to take advantage of a meal, during such expensive times we are living through. The next morning we enjoyed a hot breakfast, and had an easy check out. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and spacious. My only negative about the entire experience would be the shower head water pressure. It was a little weak. Aside from that I will still recommend this stay to all of my family and friends. I have several hotels booked for 2025 for our daughters competitive sports and I will be switching the reservations to Drury Inn & Suites hotels where available.

Ron at the front desk was super helpful and nice. He explained all the amenities and recommended some places to eat. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! We were staying in the area for a wedding, so we were never there at cocktail hour, but im sureit was just as nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was so relaxing.

We appreciated the clear communication, the willingness to accommodate us, and the overall positive attitude of everyone we encountered. It’s rare to find a place where customer care remains a priority, even near closing time. The quality of food, service, and atmosphere all came together to create a memorable visit. This visit stood out because of the consistent courtesy and attention we received. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back—and we definitely will. Breakfast and evening buffets were both excellent with plentiful selections which were kept refilled and the serving area kept clean. The kitchen/serving staff were wonderful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and being friendly to customers. Getting two meals a day plus drinks in the evening makes the stay very helpful on the budget. The rooms were clean, landscaping maintained, and lounge/sitting areas plentiful and clean. The location is near the interstate and shopping/restaurants, some within a short walking distance or quick car ride. This Drury Inn is exceptional and well managed. We would definitely choise it again!!

Good location - about two blocks from I-90/I-94, a few miles from The Loop. Very clean and well-maintained. High level of security. Large room, with comfortable beds, couch and desk. Great view of the city - floor-to-ceiling windows.All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast included. Rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of the city. No self-parking - Valet parking only. But valet staff were very friendly and helpful. They retrieved our car quickly, and offered to help with loading/unloading onto baggage carts. In-and-out parking for the daily fee. This was our second visit to this hotel. We recommend it.

We had a nice stay here. It was clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful staff, it felt safe, good wifi, comfortable bed, nice workout facility, great rooftop lounge/bar/restaurant, and walking distance to Milwaukee Ave. It’s a $20 Lyft to other fun neighborhoods, but you can also walk, too. Nice location! The bottles of water and coffee in the room, and Granny Smith apples in the hallway, were a nice little touch. We will definitely consider it again!

Loved the room, very quiet and clean. Plenty of outlets for chargers and laptop. Mini fridge, coffee maker. Great desk area for working, nice livingroom area for relaxing. Breakfast better than most with plenty of options but would like longer hours. 9am is early to end breakfast when on vacation. Beautiful views from breakfast area. Nice view from 4th floor room.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hyatt Place Wicker Park in Chicago in June 2025!!! I came to Chicago to celebrate my late husband's life on what would have been our 30th year wedding anniversary and was thrilled with the beautiful Hyatt Place at Wicker Park!!!! My husband always stayed at the Hyatt Place hotels because they are consistently first class, affordable, and conveniently located no matter where you travel. And, Hyatt Place Wicker Park was incredible!!! Everything first class: Clean, fresh hotel and room - beautifully decorated, incredible buffet breakfast, and the BEST Rooftop Patio and Bar!!!!!!! Just Wow!!!! Best hotel view of the Chicago Skyline no doubt!!!! Lastly, we were able to take the transit bus right outside of the hotel and it was so convenient and safe!! Thank you, Hyatt Place, you NEVER disappoint and can ALWAYS be trusted!!!!!! We will be back for more adventures!!!!! God Bless!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Wicker Park. First, the gym had an amazing selection of cardio equipment and free weights, and it was kept extremely clean with the nice touch of towels on all the cardio machines. Second, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable (I prefer a softer mattress and down pillow). Third, the breakfast selection had great variety (lots of hot items, cold items, and many types of milk for coffee). Lastly, the hotel restaurant/bar has great food and cocktails. I would happily stay here again, especially for the price, so don't change a thing!

Enjoyed my stay at Sable, Curio Hotel by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The front desk team — Carlos, Ernest, Nadia, and Yesenia — were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The housekeeping staff and the coffee shop team were equally wonderful, making my stay feel seamless and comfortable. The room was a highlight. The bathroom had a spa-like feel with wood grain tile and high ceilings, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bedding was soft and cozy, perfect after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable. Being right on Navy Pier meant I could enjoy fireworks, live music, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars — all just steps away. Overall, this hotel blends excellent service, modern comfort, and a vibrant location. I would absolutely recommend Sable and will look forward to returning on my next trip to Chicago.

From the time we checked in until we left it was one of the best vacation experiences. The hotel is located on the Navy Pier with windows facing Lake Michigan with spectacular views. The pier has everything you need! Great restaurants and bars. We were fortunate to be here for two fireworks shows. The architectural boat two was well worth it! Big Bus On/Off was also worth it as each stop is close to the sights you want to see! The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Everyone of the employees was smiling and welcoming. From the time we checked in with Ethan who was wonderful and made us feel special. Always there to help. And Diana who was cleaning a floor, what a wonderful ambassador. Ernest the Bellman, a smile and kind words when I met him! The food at Lyrica was outstanding as was our waiter Roger! We asked for him each time we ate there. Service was exceptional! And a stop at Chef Ciccio in the food court area for a Chicago beef which included directions on how to eat it was amazing! Everything about this hotel and location was exceptional! I've named some staff, however, everyone was GREAT!

We stayed at The Sable Hotel at Navy Pier for a girls’ weekend in Chicago, and it was the perfect choice! I came into town on a Friday with a friend, her daughter, and my own daughter to see the Dua Lipa concert, and the location could not have been more convenient. Being right on Navy Pier gave us easy access to restaurants, Millennium Park, and sightseeing—and we were able to get to the concert at United Center without any trouble. The staff went out of their way to be kind and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay. The kids loved starting the mornings with smoothies from the hotel, while the adults appreciated the excellent coffee at the restaurant. Our room had a stunning view of both the city and the water, and the kids especially enjoyed watching the boats go by. On top of all that, we accidentally left behind an item for one of the girls after checkout, and the staff graciously went out of their way to find it and help us get it mailed back. That kind of extra care really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. This is a wonderful hotel for families, especially with tweens, and it still felt like a stylish and comfortable getaway for adults too. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great two nights here. Views are incredible, rooms and bathrooms are modern and spacious, location is easy to get an uber in and out of, and we were provided exceptional customer service by Mayte at the front desk. She was friendly and efficient, and went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be. (Thanks for showing us where the water bottle filling station was!) It was the perfect location for this trip-- walkable to everything, but with a lake view that made you feel miles away.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile and it was an exceptional experience. It is our favorite hotel in Chicago. From the moment we walked into the elegant lobby, we were greeted by friendly staff. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to some of Chicago's top attractions. Overall, our stay was truly memorable thanks to the exceptional staff, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

A perfect location for our stay of 8 nights in Chicago. The hotel is in a pleasant neighbourhood, not too far from Michigan Avenue (Magnificent Mile area) and an easy walk to the beach. It was quite quiet and we could barely hear road noise - unlike friends who were in a hotel a little closer to the river. Our superior room (2109) was very clean and so comfortable! Water in the fridge every day was greatly appreciated. Our rate included breakfast and there was plenty of choice every day, so we were never bored. The breakfast (restaurant) staff were all very pleasant and a real credit to the hotel. We'd certainly choose Sofitel again if we were to return to Chicago for whatever reason.

My trip to Chicago was for a family event. However, right before we left for Chicago we found out my daughter, got into grad school and coincidentally later that day I got a text from Kyle at the hotel asking if we were celebrating anything during our stay. So of course I said my daughter just got into her #1 choice grad school and we are so excited, however we were coming for a family event. Well that got Kyle into action and he put together an amazing surprise for my daughter based on all her likes, color of the school she will be attending and even a flag of the school as a backdrop to a fun celebration in our room, which by the way was amazing because he upgraded us to a lovely suite. We could not have been more Excited by everything Kyle did. He was truly amazing and went above and beyond every step of the way. I also have to give a shout out to the bar manager who put together a bespoke cocktail for my daughter based on her love of peanut butter and chocolate! The drink tasted like a Reese's peanut butter cup. It was so unique and clever. They really made this stay so much more memorable And we will definitely come back. Thanks so much to Kyle!!

I come to Chicago every October for a conference. The food is fantastic. The wait staff (Jimmy and his crew!) are always amazing, friendly, kind and very attentive. Tea and coffee service is great. The bed is like literally... AHHHHMAZING. In fact, I had a friend who couldn't attend this year, and she texted me to ask me to lift the bed to see what type of mattress it is. The location is fantastic to the Magnificent Mile and lots of great shopping and dining. Go to Lou Malnatis for pizza!! Room views are also amazing. Hotel includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion all included in non-travel sizes affixed to the wall. Stand up shower and bathtub included. Great bathroom lighting. Just overall a great property! Oh, and a bluetooth speaker so you can hook up your phone to play on the speaker!! Well done, as always, Sofitel!!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff at the front desk was kind and nice to chat with while we were getting checked in. We were given a free drink at the bar (the bar is top notch with an amazing Creme Brulee). Our room was super comfortable with a great view of the city. The next morning we had brunch at the restaurant CDA. The ricotta waffles were to die for! My wife and I loved this hotel and look forward to returning soon!

Clean room. Clean hallways and breakfast area. Breakfast was superb. Kind staff at front desk and breakfast mornings. Two night stay, breakfast both mornings = highly recommended. Pool is smaller but nice. Towels are thin and shower curtain was very short. Toilet paper offered is Angel Soft Professional and very thin. Very soft bed and comfy pillows. The air conditioner seemed to be off at night or maybe it was our unit. We keep the room super cold. Our room 415 had a few minor problems: TV remote didn’t work, shower head needed replaced, conditioner needed refilled, but #1 thing = the outlets were in bad condition. Plastic slide covers missing and difficult to keep items plugged in without falling out.

We stayed in a dozen different hotels during our recent trip to the U.S. and Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg was far and away the very best. The location -- near to the adjacent Woodfield mall and just 25 minutes to O'Hare -- is excellent! The check-in was friendly and helpful (albeit a little slow). The entire hotel is refreshingly bright throughout (hallways, lobby, rooms, bathroom, etc.). Our room was large and comfortable, with a convenient work desk. Everything was super clean! The bed and linens were luxurious. Room was fully equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and more. The complimentary breakfast was good, but we'd prefer if they offered pork sausages rather than the bland chicken sausages (be decadent while away from home!). All-in-all, a really nice hotel and very pleasant stay!

The place was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place where it is established is very quiet, relaxed, and clean. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and has a lot of variety. When we arrived at reception, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us some bottles of water. The lady in the kitchen helped us with the waffle maker, she had everything very clean and with food made instantly she was very kind. When we checked out, the receptionist kindly asked me if I needed a copy of my stay and thanked me for staying with them. We did not have the pleasure of using the pool, but we will definitely return to enjoy the entire establishment. Thank you!! 🙏

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet AC, helpful front desk employees. Easy free parking. Anthony in particular was super friendly and went out of his way to help us out. My coworker ended up having to take an overnight flight and arrived at the hotel an hour before we had to head to our event. Anthony went out of his way to get him checked in early so that he could get a nap and a shower before heading to work which was amazingly helpful. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items. Hotel and rooms was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful Beds were comfy. King room was roomy. Good water pressure in the shower and sink. Large mall and plenty of restaurants and stores near by.

We arrived ten minutes before the end of the complimentary dinner and drink hours. The front desk clerk suggested we visit the bar and dining room before taking our bags to our room and gave us several options of how to take full advantage of the perk before 7 PM. We took her advice and were able to get our food and drink and enjoy them in the lounge before moving our luggage to the room. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, hot and very enjoyable. After a 12 hour drive we were thrilled to not have to go in search of dinner. This perk puts Drury at the top of our list for future travel. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. There is a plethora of retail and restaurant availability in the area, some we could safely walk to (the hotel is at a very busy interchange off the interstate). They definitely honored our request for a quiet room as ours was set back from the hall in a little alcove. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Incredible value for the price. We felt very pampered.

A wonderful experience. Upon arrival the front desk staff (Lisa) and Melody were very friendly and helpful . 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm a delicious meal is complementary along with 3 free drinks from the bar! Leah, the bartender was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious along with a nice variety. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was quiet. We liked it so much we stayed on our return trip a few days later. Quality all around.

Renovations were nearly complete—all that was left was the hot tub! The pool was indoor/outdoor, which my kid loved. Our room was well appointed and clean. Bathroom spacious and also clean. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Also! They serve dinner and breakfast. Wonderful for travelers. I also appreciated that the hotel is right off the highway.

We have stayed at The Rose multiple times and have always had a blissful and seamless stay. The team is always gracious and welcoming ( Imelda, Angie, Alejandro!) and it’s our go-to in the Chicagoland area. The rooms are spotless with the incredibly comfy Hilton Serenity beds . Lots of outlets for charging and a small refrigerator for convenience. The rooms are simple with fun and funky touches and the bathroom is well stocked and the shower is roomy and relaxing. The in-house bar and restaurant (The Thorn) offers a creative and solid menu with brunch and breakfast until 3 PM! Two words: smashed potatoes!

This is my third stay at this amazing airport hotel. The rooms are immaculate, toiletries are high-end, and the linens are pristine. The towels are luxurious and very white and so is the bedding. The beds are excellent, as I had two different rooms from two stays. The front desk is very helpful and very kind. They welcome you as soon as you walk in the door even if they’ve seen you many times. I had two meals at the restaurant and each meal was excellent. The service was prompt and the menu offerings were abundant. They also have an exceptional wine menu, and featured cocktails. I utilized their shuttle service, and Richard, their shuttle driver was amazing. He thanked me for being a Hilton honors member and was very knowledgeable on the hotel, and the timing for airport arrivals. He was very accurate on his recommendation that I leave the hotel at 5:30 AM for an 8 AM boarding. I had time to spare, and I was so grateful to have taken his advice. ORD is not very organized, and the lines were long. I was glad I took his recommendation, and had plenty of time. This hotel is quiet, immaculate, and very well run. You can tell that their management Takes training, seriously, and hires the right people. I stayed a total of five nights over the course of 10 days. I stayed at another Hilton property in downtown Chicago, and was so disappointed. I ended up moving back and making the commute and it was perfect. I will return again and again.

This hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very welcoming, especially those working at the in house restaurant! Very engaging group of individuals. My son and I got in late and our driver for the shuttle service was very apologetic and committed to getting us to our hotel asap so we could grab a bite to eat or drink at the restaurant to relax. The rooms very clean and the beds were very comfortable! My teenage son enjoyed the exercise room and all the available equipment. Usually stay downtown at the Canopy Hotel or The Virgin Hotel, but will definitely stay here again when I prefer to be in a relaxing atmosphere and close to airport or Fashion Outlets! Also appreciated the Beekman 1802 products that were available.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and ensuring that I needed nothing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was equipped with newer weights and look well maintained. The location was a perfect distance from the Allstate Arena. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

I needed a place to stay near O'Hare for a one-night stopover on my way to somewhere else. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It runs an airport shuttle that makes regular trips from the hotel, but you have to call ahead if you want to get picked up at the airport. I stood in the cold for about half an hour before I called and found that out. My bad, but I didn't see that on the website. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a bloody mary in the restaurant that was great, along with a sandwich that was pretty awful. The next morning I ordered breakfast to my room that included a cup of coffee that was great, and a breakfast sandwich that was pretty awful. I didn't eat anything else there, so maybe it's just the sandwiches that fall short.

So much fun! Extremely clean environment, the bar at night, breakfast, and pool/hottub area not closing until 11pm is amazing! We will definitely be back to try the spa area next time!

We had a wonderful Valentine weekend away. We stayed in the suite with the fireplace and jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing weekend and a perfect getaway!

I recently attended a convention at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. This hotel turned out to be the perfect place to stay. It is very modern and clean. Parking is available both in an outdoor lot and in an adjacent parking garage. There are several fast food eateries within easy walking distance of the hotel including a Mcdonald's restaurant. Getting to the convention center was a 25 minute walk, driving there takes about 10 minutes depending on traffic . A breakfast buffet is available every morning and serves the basic breakfast staples such as bagels, scrambled eggs, etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. After I checked out of the hotel on my last day, I was allowed to keep my car in the parking garage until my convention was over later that day.

Staff was exceptional in response to requests, from check-in to after check-out. I realized I left my coat in the closet and the same lady who checked me in was so helpful in getting it shipped to me. Every request to the front desk was efficiently handled with a smile. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great and kept stocked with healthy and tasty food and beverages. The fitness center was clean and well-stocked. For me this was an ideal location between downtown Chicago and Elgin where I was visiting family, and so very close to the expressway and airport. Free parking in small lot or attached garage. I felt very safe

Convenient location to the train, downtown, river, restaurants and bars. One night stay for a party. The jacuzzi room is worth the price if you make time to enjoy the tub, fireplace and TV.

Room was spotless and beautiful. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were fabulous.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, bed was comfortable and temperature was easy to control. Shower pressure was fine! Jacuzzi and pool area were clean and comfortable, and there was breakfast offered. I wasn’t a fan of my room smelling like dirty feet and the weird stain on the toilet, but pleasant experience overall.

This hotel was centrally located for my friends to pick me up for the various adventures we were planning to go on. It was exceptionally quiet and clean, and unbelievably comfortable. The room I had was perfect for my stay, the hair dryer was awesome (not just a rinky-dink travel dryer), and the shower was hot and had great pressure. The gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Gerardo, was very welcoming and attentive. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (my friends had restaurants they wanted to take me to) but it smelled fantastic, and the breakfast area was very cute and seating was ample. One of my favorite parts was the lighting of the room. All very easy to access and provided plenty of lighting options for times of day or TV watching. The hotel is near train tracks, but surprisingly you could only really hear the rumble and it sounded more like just a big truck driving by than anything. The horns were even muffled and just sort of nice background noise. There honestly, wasn't anything I didn't like! I even told my friends I would recommend that as the hotel for anyone else coming to visit.

As expected, the room was clean, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of healthy and hearty options. The hotel was quiet and safe. What set this hotel apart from the rest? Amazing customer service! My husband had flowers delivered to the hotel (a bouquet from Sammy Wammy - just across the street…it was lovely). The lady at the front desk took them up to our room so I would have beautiful surprise when I entered the room. Such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciated her extra effort. We also had a “user error” situation with our room key. Another women working at the front desk came to our aid and gracious helped us trouble shoot our problem. Her helpful nature, great sense of humor (and “magic key”) was so appreciated. Great location as well! Two Brothers Roundhouse is within walking distance (delicious food) and the German Christmas Market was just across the street.

I’ve stayed at a couple of different properties in this area as it’s close to the office but this is the first time I’ve stayed here. Wasn’t expecting this to be anything other than just another Residence Inn where the rooms are spacious and there is not much else. Pleasantly surprised. The room was as expected – spacious, refreshed daily, clean and comfortable. The bar was a nice surprise and they also served food in the evenings which after a long flight and slow journey from the airport to the hotel was very much welcome. Food was good, fresh and tasty – not always a given. The bar area was empty except for one other guest so a great place to chill out and catch-up on a beer and email. Breakfast was also very good…great choice, plenty of space to sit and all very tasty. My only one complaint, and I appreciate I’m being picky, was the coffee in the room. Whatever that was supposed to be, coffee it was not. I’m not expecting artisan coffee beans from some exotic location, but drinkable would have been nice. Coffee aside, would stay here again as this delivers the basics well.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Downtown Loop for 3 nights during a USA trip! First time in Chicago which we absolutely loved by the way. A big part of this was staying at this hotel, from check in to check out we had an amazing time. Staff were wonderful without exception - special shout out to Reuben who was super friendly, professional and helpful helping to arrange our transfer back to O’Hare airport. The location was smack bang in downtown, easy to walk to main attractions. 7/11 downstairs and all named shops nearby. Nail salons and eateries all around. Breakfast included was of a high quality and was spacious and calm which was nice. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and of a high standard. Guest laundry was convenient. Just a great stay and would certainly be back again when in Chicago! Thank you!

The property was very clean with a welcoming and helpful staff. We traveled in for Lollapalooza and expected it to be a little loud but there was blissful quiet and comfortable beds. We got a nice view and had a very good breakfast. We got into the city early and rooms weren’t ready, but we were able to store our bags at the hotel and explore the city. They called us as soon as a room was available. Also they offered guests who were needing to change outfits a clean restroom to change before they stored their bags. Clean and updated rooms. Very nice public spaces. Full breakfast everyday was not the best tasting or very hot but great variety. Worked well for my friend who is vegan and I can't eat grains, yet there was something for all of us to eat. Coffee at breakfast was normal strength and not weak dirty dishwater. Staff were friendly but not overly effusive (which makes me crazy). There's yummy water infused with fruit in the lobby that we drank every time we came and went. There is a 7-11 downstairs which is super convenient and the attached restaurant called Roanoke is quite good with nice servers. Convenient location about 10-15 minute walk to the Cultural Center and the AIC. Very good bargain for our winter girls' long weekend.

Brilliantly situated in the heart of the Downtown Loop, the Residence Inn is genuinely stylish and perfect for a city break. Rooms are spacious and well equipped: beds and pillows are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern with a range of good toiletries. Really courteous and helpful staff at check in and a superb breakfast. Whole place has a luxurious but easy going vibe.

My Sister and I have DEFINITELY placed Hyatt House Chicago/Medical District on the top of our Chicago places to stay!!! Everything from the room layout to the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We had to come to Chicago to be with our dad who is hospitalized at Cook County/John Stroger’s hospital, so we searched for places near. Hyatt House is literally across the parking lot from the hospital, so location wise was perfect. We entered our room which was VERY clean and spacious for two. There was plenty of storage space and a small kitchen area that included a sink and stove top. We are a little germ cautious so we usually bring our own cleaning supplies. We didn’t need to use them (we still ran a bleach wipe on the knob’s and toilet for peace of mind), this room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They showed us how to get to the hospital, and when we came back they were very caring about how our visit went. The restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor are nice additions. You don’t have to just sit in your room if you don’t want to leave out. D.J you were one of our favorite parts of our stay if not our favorite part!!! He greeted us every time he saw us, he was attentive and helpful. We simply mentioned towels and he had them ready for us when we returned. He asked about our father’s health and his concern for our current mind state every time and it truly felt genuine. We are truly grateful for you and hope to see you out next stay!!

Within walking distance to the United Center where we attended a concert. Clean, comfortable rooms, hotel bar/restaurant had a good burger which was a convenient dinner as we had a short amount of time to eat after arriving/before the concert. Great continental breakfast and friendly staff! Safe location in the medical district.

The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. Room was a perfect size for a 3 day stay for 2 people, and was very clean and user friendly. Parking seemed to be an issue when booking online but we were able to park in the hotel lot and not the hospital lots. I could see the lot when exiting my room through the day and was able to make sure my car was safe and sound. The lot is not very big at all so I can see how it would fill up quickly. The hotelwas in a very convenient location (10 minute walk to the United Center, 10 to 15 min uber rides to other areas/restaurants) and was not hard to find for someone not familiar with the area. The incidentals hold that they put on my account at check in dropped off immediately at checkout ( other hotels have taken forever to remove the charge so this was a nice suprise), and the parking fee was billed at checkout without issue. Even though it is next to several medical facilities, the room was fairly quiet with the occasional plane or helicopter passing over, but nothing overly disturbing.

Fantastic stay, may seem a little out of town but the Blue CTA line takes you direct from O'Hare to the hotel and once there the pink line is also a couple of mins walk away, giving access to most of the city. Medical District felt very safe to walk to and from train and arena. Reception Staff were brilliant and super helpful. Breakfast staff were great but a little understaffed. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you would need. We had a Hyatt House room with kitchenette which was very handy. The bar had great food but take aways were across road so again really handy. United Arena was a 10 min walk away from hotel so went to Blackhawks and Bulls Games, great fun. Ideal location for a city break for us unless you want to be able to walk out of your door straight into the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again.

Very cozy and clean. Not very spacious but really quiet. Great View of the United Center and really code to Downtown and great places to eat. Very clean and felt very secure and safe. Very nice shower and the heat/air conditioner was up graded and worked properly

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. It is located within easy walking distance to Millennium Park and even Navy Pier. (If you are more into restaurants and bars, I'd suggest the north side of the river, though.)The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant Hoyts was nice, and the food that we had there was delicious, (try the cinnamon roll waffle!) although pricey. As a Platinum TravelPass member, I was given a voucher for breakfast for each day, and I mistakenly assumed that I could use it to order breakfast in the restaurant from the menu. That's what I'm used to as a Marriott BonVoy Platinum member. However, when I presented the voucher after breakfast on day 1, I was told it was only good for a breakfast of croissant, fruit, and oatmeal so I had to pay the $70+ incl tip for our breakfast for 2. Just be aware of that. Also, valet parking is $75/day, which I WAS aware of. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the elevators were fast with very little wait. The fitness center was nice and clean, and the cooler of eucalyptus face cloths was a nice touch.

It's the perfect location, right on the river front! Our room was on the 34th floor facing the river and offered amazing views, especially since this was our first time in Chicago it made a great impression. The girl at the reception when we checked in was great, super friendly, and very welcoming! The room and the hotel met our expectations and didn't disappoint. Clean, great decor, comfortable beds, and fluffy towels. Daily housekeeping was greatly appreciated as there is nothing better than coming to a clean and made-up room after a day of exploring. The coffee machine and daily coffee supply refills were welcomed by the coffee drinker in the family. Also, we loved the gym, which is a full-size gym and face towels, and the cold refill water station at the gym was great! We had a great stay, I highly recommend and will stay there again.

I have only positive things to say about the Royal Sonesta in downtown Chicago. The location was perfect - it was an easy walk to almost everything we wanted to do and the couple of things it wasn't, the train stations were close by. The view was unbeatable - we had a river view. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We got housekeeping service every day - and that seems to be a rarity these days. And every person on the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant, so we can't speak to that. By far, this was the best hotel experience we have had in a long, long time. I will not hesitate to look at the Sonesta brand for any future vacations and definitely will choose this hotel if we are ever back in Chicago.

We had a corner room on the 10th floor overlooking the Chicago River and the views were fantastic! The room was large enough to comfortably fit both queen beds and a small bar top table near the windows. The room was clean and updated, staff very friendly and accommodating. Location could not have been better, many attractions and restaurants are walkable, including Ocean Prime two doors down Wacker Dr. Valet parking available but pricey, still better than navigating a public parking garage at night. Bar and restaurant (best for breakfast and light meals) onsite. Doormen friendly but not overbearing. We’ll be back!

The location of the hotel was convenient and safe. The room amenities were perfect; the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was warm and had good pressure, the toiletries were satisfactory, the tasty coffee station and refrigerator functioned well, as did the iron and hairdryer. The double walls of windows on our corner room made the room rife with natural light and gave it a cool ambiance at night. The one downside is that the shower door base and bottom few inches on the side had no seal so the shower leaked abundantly with a long shower by my teens. I tend to blame the teens for this one, except that proper shower design would avoid this even with long showers.

My daughter felt safe loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing...

The room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. I enjoyed the bathtub. I used the fitness room, which had a good selection of weights and other machines. I didn't use the pool or hottub but they looked very nice, and I would have if I had had time. Close to restaurants and other things to do, plus obviously close to the airport and free shuttle with very nice drivers. I was impressed with the selection of foods, snacks and beverages available for purchase at the front desk.

Love the location, 10 minutes away from O’Hare airport & rental cars drop off was about 6 minutes away.. the complementary breakfast was good, jacuzzi was nice & hot my kids loved it ..many restaurants and fast food places to eat.. there is also a nearby Dollar General and Family Dollar and Walmart..

I have to say that this place surprised us. Location across from O’Hare and curb appeal set us back a bit, BUT, a big but, don’t let the outside fool you! Digital room key was ready two hours early. Side door was locked and digital key worked (no smelly ashtray at the door that seems to be the norm these days). Hallway was clean and fresh. Updated decor. Room was very clean and I have never seen so many working USB outlets in a room before. In our 18 hour stay we heard 1 airplane taking off across the street at O’Hare. Pantry next to front desk was well stocked with plenty of options of drink including premixed cocktails. Front desk was attentive. Breakfast bar was clean, well stocked and smelled of coffee and waffles naturally. Price was right. Zero complaints.

The location is close to O'Hare, 294, & I-90. Parking is safe, well-lit, and FREE! The staff is exceptional and the lobby has places to gather with your group, including a cozy area to watch TV. The pool looked inviting & the fitness center quite adequate. The room was very comfy, updated, and clean. Super comfy bed & pillows with a fridge & microwave & everything you need. If not, just call the front desk & they will deliver! FREE unlimited bottled water is included. We loved the high-end shampoo, conditioner, & liquid soap in refillable dispensers (no little bottles!). The FREE breakfast included hot eggs, potatoes, & chicken sausage. Also, two waffle makers (large & 4 minis) & hot oatmeal, fresh melon, etc. Again, wonderful stuff re-stocking & cleaning. Breakfast available until 10am every day!

Very nice hotel, we had the 1 bedroom Spa Suite which had a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower in the bathroom and a living area separate from the bedroom.

Staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. I also loved the added security on the hotel front door and elevator with the key card.

Instead of going on a cruise my wife & l decided on a Staycation for our anniversary the staff specifically Gabby was exceptional Our rm? Was phenomenal. Divided area. Great view. King size bed. Spacious Jacuzzi & shower. We had access to great restaurants and when we dined in we enjoyed good food and great service ( Edward was fantastic. We definitely would recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Royal Sonesta River North, which is located a short distance from all the best sights. We walked everywhere, but the staff is happy to help if you need transportation. The property is hip, nicely decorated, and offers a fitness center and beautiful roof-top deck. You can enjoy a hot cup of regular coffee or tea each morning in the lobby/common room, where you can chill on the comfy chairs or warm up in front of the fire place. We were lucky enough to get a spa suite, which has a jacuzzi, sitting area, coffee pot/pods, fridge, and floor to ceiling windows that provide an amazing view of the city's diverse architecture! Every member of the staff catered to our needs and made us feel welcome. The culture of excellent, friendly, customer service is apparent and is exemplified by Antoine, who gave us a “wow” customer experience! He was genuinely interested in helping us enjoy the property and Chicago, a truly great city! He also gave us some great tips on places to go and to eat. We appreciate all of it! Hotel is at a great location for sightseeing. Nearest subway station is in the next block. The hotel was classy and clean with a nice lobby beside entrance and a terrace on the top floor. My room was very large, clean and stylish and as a corner room had windows on two walls with nice street view. Bed was perfect for me. The hotel restaurant served me with the best guacamole and smash burger ever. I was served by Edgar who was fantastic and chef Alfonso prepared me an amazing culinary experience. Shaundra from the hotel service staff was a true gem. She was very friendly and attentive wanting to assure my expectations were fulfilled. She provided me with a capsule coffee maker and arranged a birthday present to my room with card, balloon, a bottle of wine and chocolate box. Front desk staff was friendly and always greeted or wished a good day when I was going to see the city. Dining in the evening is possible in the bar which felt comfy. In overall the hotel compared to others with the same pricing within US has earned it's every rating star rightfully. Few defects and inconvenience were that pool was out of service and nearby fire station and busy streets made noise through the night.

We were super happy with our stay at this Drury in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccably clean and it was quiet at night. We had other plans so we didn’t make it to the free happy hour (food, two free drink tickets), but the breakfast buffet was really good, plenty of comfortable seating in the breakfast room. Very convenient location right off the interstate.

Can not say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. If every experience with Drury is like them then I have been missing out. First, the hotel is in a great location to the city - 25 min drive in. There is lots of parking in the front, side, and front. The whole building is clean and inviting as well as the staff. Breakfast attendants, maintenance, cleaners, everyone all said hi and checked on you. There is plenty of lounge seating for individuals and groups. In the evening, the hotel hosts a dinner with a lot of options for kiddos and adults. In the morning, breakfast had lots of options as well. Everything was delicious. The coffee was fresh and food was warm and kept stocked! Our room was clean and everything was great quality. We also had a tornado warning during our stay and every single staff member was on top of their game checking on guests, updating everyone, keeping everything under control, etc. They all deserve a huge bonus!! Definitely choose this hotel for your stay!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable and relatively quiet rooms, great hot breakfast, free drinks and dinner snacks, convenient location, in all a very good stay. My only issue was the room had something sticky brown and splattered on the wallpaper next to the bed and lip/hand prints and splatter all over the doors and window and refrigerator/microwave giving the room a sticky nasty unclean feel even though we had a clean bathroom and clean bed. The hotel itself and the landscaping felt a little shabby/worn.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet location right off Highway 64. Incredibly quiet for the location. Ample parking, great car park lighting (safe!!), great sized rooms with everything a business traveller passing through could need. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance for lunch or an evening meal. A great example of a Drury Inn Property. Congratulations!!

Nice hotel with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of close-by parking in their well-lit parking lot. The grounds and outdoor areas are well maintained. Plus, I love the breakfast and dinner buffets--they make the hotel and even better value.

Everyone from the front desk to the bar tender is nice. Everyone there is extremely friendly. They honored early check-in for $25 which isn't bad at all. I was able to get a room at 11am. They have a happy hour 6-7pm. No restaurant on-site though. Very close location to many restaurants and the river walk area. Free Breakfast there is good and clean. The hot breakfast selection was fresh. Wish they had make your own waffles that would be a plus. I would come back here again. I wished they would clean the rooms everyday though. Rooms are spacious and clean and did not have any foul odors. Parking is crazy here $75 a night though. Other than that no major complaints.

Staff was amazing, great attitude, friendly, very helpful. Best hotel on our trip having stayed in four different places. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options in comparison to many places that have included breakfast. Staff was kind enough to keep refilling and keeping doors open as people kept coming even 30 minutes past closing time which was 9am on weekdays. No one kicked you out or refused to get you something that was missing. This place believes in customer service! Enjoyed the lobby area, the views, and the 5 to 15 minute walk to so many sights. We arrived early and they held our luggage in a secure room, which was very helpful. Really appreciated the water bottles that could be requested at any time for no additional charge. Helped us keep hydrated. Bar area/ handwashing station in room with microwave and refrigerator were very helpful and convenient. Also great gym on the top floor with a beautiful view. Washers and dryers also available to run a cycle for a small fee, they sell detergent at the front desk. All seemly quite organized here at this hotel!

This place rocks. First I was greeted by Rachel. Very knowledgeable professional and understanding of my groups needs. They worked with me and my group in getting us rooms as close together as possible. The lobby staff were professional understanding and above all patient. The lobby was busy but they greeted and handled it quickly. The staff were well groomed and personable. The lobby was clean and very inviting. I travel a lot and this is my best accommodations to date. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Hot food was hot and cold items were cold. It is a very family friendly setting. I noticed a lot of help given to patrons that I thought was above and beyond. Kids spill stuff and the staff was quick to clean it up. Ariel and Noorson and Crisiel and Kenny worked as a team to keep the food replenished and fresh and available. They were clean and worked safely. Shout out to the Lobby staff and the restaurant staff. Security was tight as well

Family stayed here for four nights visiting Chicago. The room was clean and spacious enough (one bedroom suite) and the location was ideal to catch public transportation (5 minutes to Red Line, even less for bus to Navy Pier). Staff was friendly and attentive. River North neighborhood (along with the rest of downtown) felt quite safe despite what you might hear about the city. Only once did I feel any threat at all (accosted once by houseless person). As for the quirks…there is an elevator just to get you from street to lobby. Only one was working and it was shaky. Elevator to get to room also felt shaky but it worked. Breakfast…lots of selection each day but the quality varied. Coffee was strong but acidic. Sofa bed in room. Son slept in that and claimed it was comfortable. Must be nice to be young as in no way I would have thought it was comfortable. Housekeeping did not show on the designated day. They claimed we had DND on our door but we removed at 1130 to go to Wrigley Field. They did remedy with a quick resupply of towels and trash takeout Honestly I would give this 3.5 if I could but I will round up based on effort and location

It's a very good hotel at a convenient location in downtown Chicago. We enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room at 21st floor and in the fitness gym at 27th floor. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food like bread, bagels, eggs, cereals, fruits, and a variety of hot & cold drinks. We also enjoyed the self-service drinks, such as cucumber water, coffee, and hot cocoa at night and before breakfast. The lobby area was quite spacious and comfortable with the artificial fireplace, and lots of coffee tables and chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and would like to stay at this hotel again!

Staff were incredibly polite, helpful and patient. If I decide to go to the con in the area again I will choose this hotel in a heartbeat!!! Extremely good hotel for the price I had paid, comfortable and clean rooms. When checking out alone a staff member let me know I was welcome to ask for help and when asked sided me in carrying my luggage from my room to the area to check out. Kind staff helped me get a dolly to load everything into my rides car. Overall, for my first time ever booking and staying at a hotel without my family’s aid it was an incredible experience. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for making me feel safe and comfortable. And thank you to the staff in their restaurant as well!! They all were very sweet. If I’m ever in the rose mount area in general, this will absolutely be the hotel of my choice to stay at. Unfortunately I didn’t take more pictures then the one shown, the bathrooms in the rooms are honestly amazing!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and it is situated in an ideal location next to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated daily, and very upscale/advanced. Definitely work the buck your paying for. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a beautiful gift shop. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet for about 20 bucks and it's absolutely delicious! Anything you order can be charged to your room and they allow you to take your drinks upstairs. Very clean facility and beautiful ballrooms! I really enjoyed my first trip to Illinois especially attending the dance event I was in on property. It was a wonderful location to host this event and I cannot wait to return.

I’m a traveler, I’ve been to 5 stars hotel including st Regis, ritz, Waldorf, cosmo in Vegas, langham, trump and many many more exclusive hotels and boutique privately owned etc and etc. when I’m staying near the airport and have a flight next day I want to be comfortable but not just that, I want it to luxurious! Well this is the place by ORD! They have shuttle to airport, a great easy restaurant, In room dining and Starbucks! I love how the hallway is beautifully lit up and the rooms lighting makes it very welcoming. The staff is very welcoming which is very important!! I never usually leave a review, but this hotel caught me by surprise! What an enjoyable heavenly one night stay! Thank you Westin, see you soon!

Stayed 2 nights with my family. Room very clean, AC worked great. Shuttle pick up was very smooth as well. For super early flight, the first shuttle goes at 4:40am so if your flight is earlier than that, Uber or Lyft is about $15 to the airport. Two employees went above and beyond. Joey and the gentleman from Mexico (im sorry I forgot his name) working breakfast on Saturday 5/7 were amazing at the Benchmark restaurant. Titanium got me 2 buffet breakfast per day. Quality of food was excellent in the morning.

Westin is a great hotel, clean, feels modern even though I think it’s an older hotel. It was also a great location, just over a block to the L station and not too terribly far from the convention center, which was the reason we were there. It’s a good hike though, so if you have any mobility issues and you’re trying to walk to the convention center it might be too much of a hike. Other than that, I just had two issues with it: - you’re not able to control whether or not you have “heat” or “cool” running. We were there in winter and the room was too hot, made it really hard to sleep. We could only get the temp down to 65 and there was no way to turn the “cool” option on. Ok fine, we tried turning it off…it got unbearably stuffy. We tried opening the window to get fresh air in…it’s in the direct path of landing airplanes at O’Hare so having the window open was incredibly loud any time a plane went over. Not too much of a problem for me as I’m a heavy sleeper once I’m asleep, but it kept my partner awake until we had to close it…then we were both kept awake because of how hot it got in the room. -the shower floor has no grip and was incredibly slippery. I ended up having to put a towel down inside the shower while I showered so I wouldn’t slip. Maybe add a rubber mat to the bathroom so people don’t slip in the shower. Again overall this was a great hotel, just not sure if we’d stay there again because of the temperature issues.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

Beautiful property located a few feet away from the Magnificent Mile. Plenty of dining options, shopping and entertainment. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Clean and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is included and well beyond your basic continental style. Plenty of options with warm items (reminded me of the delicious breakfasts you would find at all-inclusive resorts down south). The restaurant located in the hotel is also worth mentioning. The culinary options are wonderful and well priced. All in all, an amazing comfortable stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. All staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious and amazing. Breakfast options were good and plenty of options to choose from. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly shout out to Lauro and the restaurant manager for taking care of us!

The reception is on the 20th floor and concierge service at street level. Concierge staff could have been more welcoming with a smile on entry and exit. There is no room service - you order and then collect yourself from the bar. After a long flight from the UK, this felt exhausting but the gentleman in the restaurant greeted me on arrival and got me seated and the bar staff were very attentive and friendly as I waited only a matter of minutes for a very delicious salmon meal. Breakfast was complimentary and had lots of options in a spacious room overlooking the city. My room had a kitchen and microwave and full cutlery/crockery etc which was unexpected but welcome as I could retreat into my room after a busy day and relax with some snacks etc

Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Andrew Mroweic-Barnhart who greeted me opon my arrival and others were exceptionally courteous! Thank you all! 😍😍 The spacious, room has a beautiful street view, clean and crisp linens, smart room technology, functionally-situated lighting, a comfy bed and furniture. appliances, utensils, etc. The 20th Floor has a fantastic view of the architecture surrounding the hotel location. Spas, food, luxury and other shopping, and the chicago River are conveniently located close to the hotel. I slept very well like I do at home! All the I never had breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I rate this hotel ambiance at 10 stars, even though it was a one-night stay. I will return.
