This is, without a doubt, my favorite hotel in Pernambuco, and we’ve stayed there several times! Located on a peninsula, the place is simply stunning, with a practically private beach for guests, providing a paradisiacal and very peaceful environment. The rooms are renovated and extremely comfortable. This time, we stayed in a family room facing the sea, which was excellent and made our stay even more special. The breakfast is very good, offering variety and quality, although the dinner was just okay. The hotel infrastructure is great, but the kids’ activities could be more engaging and dynamic, especially for those traveling with children. Unfortunately, during this last visit, we had a minor issue at checkout. A soda costing R$10.00 was incorrectly charged, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the receptionist called the maître to confirm. I found this unnecessary and a bit awkward, considering the small amount and the hotel’s standard. Even so, the overall experience was wonderful, as always. It’s a place we love and keep coming back to, as the unique location, paradisiacal beach, and attention to accommodations make it worth it. With a few adjustments, it could be even better!

The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

The resort is amazing! Very family friendly and great atmosphere. They have very clean rooms, restaurants, pools and beaches. Best part is the amount of animals you will find there. Rabbits, araras, monkeys, tucanos etc They have recreation time with kids and adults and super friendly employees. I will definitely be back and bring my entire family next time

The food and the staff were simply amazing. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and do their best to facilitate your needs. The breakfast was simply incredible. Waiters Eduardo and Lidiane were very kind and helpful. I will recommend Villa Pantai to all of my friends and family and definitely want to come back.

You never feel like you're just another guest. All staff are extremely polite and attentive. They have managed to take away all the down sides for an all inclusive: you don't feel like you're getting into a tray buffet. The restaurant has a fine dining look and feel. You don't feel like you're fighting for a table or to get close to the buffet. The food is an experience on its own. Again loving away from the all inclusive feeling. You don't end your meals feeling stuffed with heavy oily food. Everything is well thought a d carefully created. Same with the sunbeds. Tons available everywhere. Not a single issue finding your spot however you like. Well distributed as well, so you don't feel the place is overcrowded. Amazing distribution of fridges and bars and snacks throughout the day. Amazing entertainment, throughout the day and at evening for all variety of guests. Maintenance is non stop. Not only room, but all facilities are spotlessly clean all the time.

This hotel is simply outstanding! From the front desk to housekeeping, bartenders, and chefs, every staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They even knew my kids by name and greeted us with warm smiles daily! The hotel itself is stunning, with all the luxury you’d expect from a Westin. The food was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and changing daily, a rare treat for an all-inclusive. A huge shoutout to Manager Adrian, Julio César at the front desk, and Emerson and Ana Cecilia at the pool bar for making our stay truly exceptional. This was my first time in Brazil, but it won’t be my last—hands down, the best experience ever! 10/10!

Very nice staff, close to the nice village and a beautiful beach. Rooms are nice, also our plunge pool is nice to have for more quiet relaxing. We had dinner at Tuna, very nice interior and a very nice staff. It was a real nice sophisticated dinner.

The mix of Velas and Galinhas offerings showcased a remarkable blend of regional ingredients and culinary artistry. From the presentation to the textures and seasoning — everything was simply flawless. The atmosphere at the restaurant echoed the elegance of the hotel — refined yet relaxed. The staff guided us through the menu with warmth and professionalism, making the evening feel both special and seamlessly comfortable. If you’re heading to Porto de Galinhas, make sure you experience Tuna, Velas & Galinhas at The Westin. It’s a culinary masterpiece that will stay with you long after the last bite.

Great hotel, right on the beach, everyone from reception to all service staff was kind, helpful and sweet. All food and drinks are included, and even when restaurants are on break, you can find food at the bars by the pool, the food truck or the cafe. Highly recommended, and will definitely come back:)

Simple rooms but absolutely everything needed for beach stay, modern clean & stylish. Right on the beach, waves breaking a few metres from bungalow terrace, beautiful pool & really good cocktails in the swim up pool bar. Great breakfast, omelette & tapioca freshly prepared when requested. Really friendly vibe & staff, we were very sad to leave!!

The facility is just what my husband and I were looking for. It's located right at the beach, the chalés are very comfortable with AC. The garden is very well maintained with peacock, little. monkeys and, birds . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty. They offered an optional private romantic dinner to celebrate our anniversary. It was excellent! We highly recommend it

Property is amazing. Plan ahead to stay at least 2-3 days there because it’s a relaxing environment and this way you can make more of it. Everything is clean and staff is very friendly. LOVE the pool. Super clean and slightly heated. Wet bar, outdoor hammocks are great, rooms are clean and room shower has good pressure and hot water.

It looks like a resort! The view is amazing, the facilities are all clean and beautiful. The staff is great and helpful :) I had to work early morning and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic as well, we had an amazing time!

Exceptional facilities, a great pool and very cleanly kept garden. Breakfast is served right at the beach and they offer to prepare tapioca and freshly made eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they certainly contributed to our great stay. Awesome value for money.

We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

Buffet café da manhã com muitas variedades, inclusive sou celíaco e tive muitas opções sem glúten. Almoço, todas as comidas no geral Simplesmente deliciosas, saborosas, restaurante também uma delícia! O churrasco na área da piscina fantástico! Bebidas? Nossa com direito a chopp e cervejas a escolher de todas as marcas. Vinhos tintos, branco, rose todos português com direito também aos Prosecco e espumantes, sem falar nos drinks a escolher!!! Lugar de paz! Super agradável! Além dos jogos, brincadeiras, academia, spa, praia… Fantástico!!!! NARAVILHOSO!!!! Nós já querendo voltar!!! A estrutura é bem aconchegante e arejada. Conseguimos ficar todos os dias de frente para a praia com conforto e sombra. A praia é excelente, ao longo do dia na maré baixa formam-se piscinas e bancos de areia. Os atendentes são muito educados. Melhoria: o ambiente onde está o bar da recepção é muito barulhento, dá muito eco, então torna-se um local desagradável de permanecer.

Experiência ótima! A proximidade entre a praia e as dependências do hotel é ótima. Colaboradores muito prestativos, educados e gentis. Buffet sempre bem servido, reposição constante, comida muita saborosa. Durante o dia bastante opções de entretenimento mas, acredito que poderiam ofertar mais opções noturnas, principalmente da cultura regional. Nossa avaliação para uma viagem em família e para descanso foi excelente.

Great experience at Armação Resort. Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious meals and plenty of activities for the kids. Nice swimming pools and great view of Porto de Galinhas beach.

Nice hotel in a beautiful beach. The staff is professional and helpful. The provided breakfast is real good. Porto Gallinhas is wonderful. The beach is fantastic. No complains at all for what it was a great week.

Lovely place directly at the ocean. The different pools offer a great alternative, but you can also go into the ocean. The beach is super clean and so huge - great for walks. It is a nice distance away from Porto de Gahlinas, so that it isn't so busy, but you are quickly in town. The breakfast Buffett was excellent and the staff very helpful. The style of having individual houses with a few rooms rather than a big hotel block is super appealing and creates a very relaxed atmosphere.

Resort is beautiful and well-kept. The food at the restaurant buffet is excellent. Great variety of items for breakfast. The beach is wonderful. On the negative side, all guests were eating indoors when everyone knows that that's the worst thing you can do during the pandemic. We would get our food and walk outside to eat at one of the outdoor tables. Brazilians did not seem to care as they would all eat indoors. Really a shame!

The hotel setting is breathtaking and the staff extremely welcoming and warm. The resort is very family friendly and they try as much as possible to accomodate your every wish. The entertainment staff is super fun and the games are so creative and interactive! Both for children and adults. We had a blast and the caipirinha prize for sure is a good motivator! 🤭 We would still go back and would for sure recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time and little piece of paradise on earth!

Foi excelente em todos os sentidos. Ganhamos um up grade no quarto com jacuzzi. Esta foi nossa segunda estadia no Vivá. Gostamos tanto que voltamos..Comida, praia e entretenimentos maravilhosos.

Foi uma ótima experiência nesse resort com muitas opções de lazer. Quarto confortável, piscinas e restaurante muito bom. O ponto alto da nossa estadia foi a massagem realizada no Spa do hotel, com acesso à jacuzzi e piscina aquecida! Única sugestão é melhorar o isolamento acústico do cinema, pois os shows que são realizados no ambiente ao lado interferem no áudio do filme.

What did you like about the property? Viva Hotel strikes a perfect balance between being large and spacious yet cosy and welcoming. It’s a place where both kids and adults can truly have fun and relax. I must confess, the food at the main restaurant (buffet-style) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner isn’t just good—it’s absolutely extraordinary. The quality is top-notch, the flavors are magnificent, and the variety keeps things exciting every day, with new and delightful surprises from a clearly talented chef and an excellent service team. Breakfast (café da manhã) is especially impressive—diverse, fresh, and abundant. Honestly, it’s hard to imagine a better way to start the day. Every penny spent was worth it. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

Amazing experience. Visited with my family of 5. From checkin to check out the resort was 5 stars. The buffet was delicious for all 3 meals with a huge variety of different food for all tastes. My kids was always excited to go to dinner. The kids entertainment was good, my kids are not fluent Portuguese speakers and they still were able to participate and play with other children and give us 1-2 hours alone. The adults entertainment was simple but also good with great bands. Beach is absolutely gorgeous. They could use more beach chairs in the weekend. We did not had any problems, but saw a few people upset for not having chairs to enjoy the beach. Finally, the service was the best one we experienced in an all inclusive resort in Brasil. Everyone was helpful, polite and eager to help and please. Thank you Viva resort for a wonderful 5 days.

I must say this hotel is extreme pleasant especially for a family with kids.. those little ones have so much fun!! Like everything else nothing is perfect but there are just a few things those two owner brothers could definitely improve, and one of the is the Internet by ALL means the worst I have ever experienced with one exception central Africa !!! On this day and age is inadmissible an internet service such as that.. I wonder if there are not proper technicians available on that area. The other minor complaint is the quality of the meat. The responsible owners know as well as I do that the difference between good meat and “so so” meat is MINIMAL. Finally check in takes forever and personnel at reception are not pleasant! Remarkable quantity of employees, the owners didn’t spare and overall service is amazing, facilities such as swimming pools and other services also excellent. Room cleaning top, breakfast is worth staying in the hotel to experiment!! Dinner buffet is not the best and as I said meat leaves a lot to be desired specially being in Brazil where meat is amazing and they can buy good quality filet mignon at very reasonable prices ! My final comment is that they should improve in those minor offerings just to make the hotel absolutely TOP.. despite all that I recommend it and will definitely come back .. maybe by next time they would improved on those items especially INTERNET!

Hotel pé na areia, bem construído e bem conservado. Ótimo para quem quer curtir a praia, com todo o suporte desejável, inclusive barracas de frente para o mar, serviço de bar molhado na piscina que se estende até as barracas, piscina com jacuzzi, etc. Quarto com comodidades adicionais, incluindo frigobar, cofre e varanda. TV de tela grande. Ducha forte no chuveiro. Limpeza impecável. Recomendamos.

Great leisure area, the pool was very nice and clean and beautiful beach right at the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. There were always many activities for kids. There was also live music every single day. There was an amazing vibe!!

Wonderful rooms, the staff member are amazing , there was always someone that could help no matter where you were in the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel for anybody especially families!!! Right in front of the beach not even 5 feet away. Front desk really patience and helpful

My daughter and I enjoyed the picturesque spot-it really is lovely. We were surprised that more of the staff did not speak English, but perhaps it is not a place where many English speaking people go. We also were looking for more fresh food and local food, but did not find that at lunch or dinner (for example good salads and fresh cheeses)

Clean, with great facilities, friendly staff, nice activities with the guests. Also near Porto de Galinhas which is a lovely town near by. Would come back many Times!

Loved the staff at reception and how helpful they have been especially with me not speaking very well Portuguese at all and traveling solo!!! Very large room and comfortable bathroom, loved the rear terrace and the hammock hung there all for me!! Food at the restaurant is superb especially for lunch/dinner!!! Also the merenda served each afternoon is a bonus for a quick snack! Finally high praise for the massage!! The spa is actually very tiny and it consists of one jacuzzi style mini pool with mild jets but the quality of the massage...wow..one of the best ever!!! I would definitely go back again, it was really hard to leave this lovely Pousada!

The place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, very quiet and peaceful, great staff, great breakfast and even afternoon pastries were included. Spa and sauna in the evenings was perfect as well. One of my favorite places that I've ever stayed!

Location, rooms, breakfast and specially the staff. They were all amazing a very special thanks to Francisca always smiling and checking how is my breakfast and room. And Talita very welcome and efficient. Talita has the perfect combination of friendly and efficient... Always giving tips where to go and to do, always on top of any challenges which may arises ( and did). Instead of focus on the problem she focus on the solution. I work in hospitality and I know our staff needs to work with us and not for us... I will give a suggestion of a share bonus between the staff ( proportional to their level and work hours). I really give 10 to all.

Perfect location, amazing staff and clean!

This was a small family hotel. They looked after us well. WiFi was available but signal not strong and intermittent. Language was also an issue for us as we didn’t have much Portuguese and they only had one staff member with any English. But they did their best and in the end finding the best way to ask questions and get information became part of the fun😀. if you are looking fo a quiet place with few luxuries but within a short walking distance of town then a nice place to be. It was quiet , we felt safe and were well cared for.

Good location walking distance from anywhere yet feels like an oasis of calm, with nice garden area. Room has very comfortable bed and breakfast is excellent.

A estadia não foi perfeita devido a alguns fatores que não tínhamos como prever, o wifi não funcionou nenhum dia, o ar condicionado era bem fraco, o chuveiro muito ruim, e ao ligar sentíamos um cheiro muito forte de esgoto q não identificamos se era da água ou do falo, além do banheiro ser super apertado. Pontos bons: ótimo café da manhã, ótima limpeza dos quartos e local geral.

Excelente opção em Porto de Galinhas. A pousada é muito bonitinha (não se vê muitas nesse padrão por lá), com diversos detalhes decorativos que tornam a hospedagem muito aconchegante. O café da manhã é delicioso e alterado diariamente, então para mais dias é muito bom pois não "enjoa". O quarto que ficamos, no andar superior, era grande e limpo, mas o ar condicionado desligava-se sozinho durante a noite, o que não foi um grande problema para nós. A recepcionista Jaqueline foi maravilhosa conosco, ajudando a escolher os melhores dias e passeios e dando boas dicas. Havia outra recepcionista simpática, e o restante dos funcionários eram mais fechados, mas nada que incomodasse. Com certeza retornaria!!!

Pousada maravilhosa! Pequena, mas muito aconchegante e bem estruturada. O café da manhã não tinha muita variedade, mas o que tinha era delicioso e feito com capricho. Todos os funcionários muito prestativos, mas um destaque para o Lucas que nos deu dicas ótimas. Uma informação importante, é que o anúncio consta estacionamento, porém não vimos estacionamento e o carro ficou na rua, mas na rua existe uma praça em que os carros ficam estacionados tranquilamente, então não foi um grande problema, somente um conflito de informações. Fora isso, foi tudo muito maravilhoso e especial.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. One of the great perks was being able to use the washing machine, which was really convenient. The location was perfect - close to the city center, yet in a peaceful area. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the garden was lush, green, and wonderfully quiet. The bedsheets smelled fresh and clean, adding to the overall comfort.

The host was very kind and he speaks English, l felt comfortable in the room and there was a mosquito net if you want to open the window. Clean room with good amount of space and pool outside. Close to the center
