Beautiful place, amazing scenery, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We loved ending our days in the jacuzzi taking in the views. Totally worth taking a tuk tuk from town to get here. Will be recommending this place to anyone coming to Jardin. Hope to come back and stay here again one day!!

Beautiful property with amazing views. Tuk tuks were easily accessible to get into town. Fun amenities on site (zip line, jacuzzi, hammocks, nets). Wonderful breakfast. Friendly hospitality. This was our favorite stay in Colombia and we are excited to return.

Stunning views, very comfortable room & bed. Best shower so far! All the extras were great - jacuzzi, zip line & treetop platform. Lovely staff - and very helpful owner. Very pretty walk to centre and easy & cheap to get tuk-tuk back.

Located outside of the city, the lodge gave us some of the best views of our trip. 100% worth the 5/10min of tuk tuk. Seing the whole valley when waking up, the sunset at the end of the day from the nets… AMAZING! Nice rooms, nice restaurant, nice jacuzzi. We loved it all.

Delicious breakfast, stunning location (but one has to keep in mind that the accommodation is only reachable by car and the driveway leading up to the accommodation is not asphalted) & great staff.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I felt at home. They'll call you a tuk-tuk to get into town. Setting by the river is peaceful and wonderful to listen to the river all night. Rustic but comfortable and clean. Secure parking.

Quiet and restful, surrounded by nature. An opportunity to see some native birds. Delicious breakfast and the best coffee. Orlando was very helpful and attentive host.

Kantarrana was so relaxing. Beautiful surroundings and we saw so many birds. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff was helping, inviting and friendly. Perfect place to relax with a great restaurant right up the road. The bus to town was easy to use. I highly recommend!!

The breakfast came with standard Colombian food with plenty of coffee and fruit or juices. The hosts provided breakfast almost immediately after we sat at the dining area. There was always available free hot water, coffee and tea. The hosts went out of their way to attend to us.

The location is maybe around 3km from the village, but we walked it and also it wasn't any problem to get a tuktuk. We had one of the big rooms with jacuzzi and it was super amazing. Enjoyed long hiking around the village as the nature there is amazing, and then relaxed the legs in the jacuzzi.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Jardín! The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and local flavors that started our mornings perfectly. The tuc-tuc rides to and from the cabin were a unique and convenient touch, adding to the charm of the experience. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we can’t wait to visit again!

This is a nice quiet place to stay a few kilometers outside, and up the hill from, the tranquil, picturesque town of Jardin. The amenities are basic, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. There are also numerous photogenic birds around which adds to the ambience.

Just amazung, its a must repeat vacay for us... host was very friendly, breakfast at the terrace was super nice and relaxing, and the tuc tuc driver is the best...I love this place

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with a great modern, minimalist style. The hostel promotes an eco friendly, sustainable way of travelling. The hostel had little tips and facilities for clients to minimise their carbon footprint, such as using solar panels to heat the shower water, lending textile bags for shopping instead of buying plastic ones, etc. Also upon arrival to the room we were presented with 2 little esentisl oil gifts. Another nice touch was, after returning from an outing, we found on our bed a little tray with hot water, coffee, tea and some treats. The breakfast is amazing. Their vegan food is beyond delicious and healthy and there are plenty of options to choose from. I wish we stayed longer so I could try all their food options. Also I need to mention the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and so comfortable. It is on the edge of the town which means it is really quiet but still only a ten minute walk to the main square. The breakfast is delicious but you can also have lunch / dinner there and the food is excellent. The facilities are great - the shower is lovely and hot, the beds are really comfortable and the room includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The best hotel I have stayed in in Colombia.

This place is a real taste of luxury for a very reasonable price! We had eaten breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (which is excellent) and decided to stay another night in Jardin so booked a night here. It was well worth it. The room was beautiful and felt really homely and comfortable. The bed was really comfy! The bathroom had lovely natural soaps/shampoo/lotion etc and the solar powered shower was hot and powerful after the slightly iffy showers we’d had during our stays elsewhere in Colombia. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all great and being able to have so many vegan options at a hotel breakfast is a definite first for me in many years of travelling and breakfast often being the least exciting meal of the day because so many places don’t even think about vegans. It’s in the town but slightly on the edge so that there’s no road noise and it’s much quieter. We even had a great chat with the owners who turned up the next morning too.

An beautiful small boutique hotel with an ethos towards sustainablility which was appreciated. An oasis overlooking beautiful green hills and towards the square and cathedral, with lots of birdlife. Lovely helpful , friendly staff, beautiful plant based breakfast with Colombian plunger coffee and fresh juice. Lots of thoughtful extras from a reusable drink bottle and bag, to fresh fruit and coffee in the room. Nice linens and comfy bed. It was the perfect spot for my stay in Jardin and less than an 8 minute walk to the square. Look no further if you want a unique experience with small number of guests, and a hotel which is looking towards the future of making a difference on the impact of tourism.

Everything. Ana María and the staff were wonderful from the get go. Attentive, kind, just over beautiful human beings. The hotel itself is fully sustainable which is awesome. The quality of the food, bedding, towels is top notch and sourced locally. They have all sorts of books for those of us who enjoy reading. It's the perfect place to retreat. Jardin is a beautiful area, however, if you're feeling burned out or just need to retreat for a quiet life, this is your place. I'd recommend staying at least 3 days, it really is an amazing place to rest. The beds are super comfy, rain shower is glorious, the room was beautiful and spacious... There really isn't anything I didn't like. Ps. Their banana bread is crazy good as well as their special fries and coffee.

-The guest house is exactly near to the main square. -Very beautiful indoor garden with traditional decorations. -Nice, spacious and clean double room. -Double room with balcony and view to the street. -Clean toilet, shower with hot water and amenities. -A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes near to the guest house. -There is a supermarket on the same street. -Extremely value for money guest house. -Kind and friendly staff.

The best hotel in Jardin. The decor of this place is wonderful, so colourful and bright right on the main square. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and with a hot shower. In the most perfect location to take in all the town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was exceptional, our best stay so far in Colombia. The place is located outside of the busy center with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and rainforest. Beautiful gardens surround the hotel, with well kept flowers and trees. Friendly dogs and cats are inside the premises and never bother guests. Rooms are colorful and well decorated, very clean and taken care of daily. Breakfast is delicious and good size and the host accommodates small requests for food types/allergies. We were given great I formations about the town and surroundings together with a map. It was awesome ! A must when choosing a place to rest in Jardin. We will definitely return !

The property was unique, cozy and extremely clean. The owner had put a lot of thought into everything. The location was maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Jardin but it was a flat and beautiful walk. There was a excellent view from our balcony and most of the property. We loved the dogs and the cats.

Loved our stay at La Boira! Very generous, friendly and hospitable hostess who gave us lots of tips and cooked some beautiful breakfasts which were different each day which we loved (but also accommodated my boring request for plain black coffee one morning :D). We loved all the cats and dogs too. Also stunning and interesting decor to add to the wonderful location and views.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Jardin, just one block from the main square and one minute walk from the bus station. It's quiet and calm, perfect place to rest, plus, there's drinkable water available. My room was really spacious, clean and comfy, the shower had hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff that were always available for anything, free water, tea and coffee. Excellent location only 1 block from centre. Huge comfortable room with a sofa, beside table, 2 balconies. Spotless clean. Excellent value for money one of my favourites!!

The location is great. Really close to the bus stop as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quiet, but it also didn't have a balcony to the street, which was a trade off we were fine with because we like quiet. Our shower was also nice and warm.

This place offers excellent value for the price, making it a great choice for budget travelers. We had a great experience staying there on a Sunday, and despite concerns in other reviews about noise, we slept very well. It’s worth noting that it might be noisier on Fridays and Saturdays, especially if you stay in a room with a balcony. The complimentary coffee, tea, and water available at all times were a nice touch. The location is unbeatable, just half a block from the main square, making it easy to explore everything Jardín has to offer. Jardín itself is a charming destination with lovely cafés and delicious food everywhere. Don’t miss the cable line, a visit to the bat caves, and definitely try the street food, especially the arepas with cheese and condensed milk. And if you enjoy dancing, make sure to hit the local spots for a fun night out. Highly recommended for its convenience and charm the hotel is a great base for exploring this beautiful town!

We loved our stay at Hotel Valdivia Plaza! We had a lovely balcony room across from a nice sitting room. The view of the plaza from the balcony was spectacular! The location in the plaza was perfect and convenient to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I could give more stars, I would! We most highly recommend this property!

Clean hotel with spacious rooms for a very affordable price. Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby area was clean and relaxing. Located right off of the main square, it's right near plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, and an easy place to start exploring Jardin.

The room was big for an hotel, the staff was very flexible and helpful. Everything was clean. They store your luggage, and they make available rooms with showers after you've left your accommodation such that can ride back to Medellin clean! They were helpful about eating places, bakeries and hiking trails (just make sure you stress you're not a gringo looking for a jeep o tour and that you know how to use your two feet). I never rent hotel on the main square, but I think this one is amazing value. At last, there is also free decent coffee.

The most central location in Jardin, beautiful view from the balcony. Cafe Macanas was my favorite breakfast spot, just few steps away. The village is very lively, lots of noise anytime of the day (if you have a window to the square), but it didn’t bother me. Kind and helpful staff. Room very simple, but nice and quite spacious, I liked a big window.
