The corner view of the city was beautiful at night, clean room, comfortable bed. Everyone was nice and helpful. A 1 service for breakfast. Jacuzzi was nice.

This is a modern property in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City. No problems at check-in then made our way to the room it was a standard double and was well appointed, modern with a large comfy bed, flat screen TV and coffee facilities. Large bathroom with good quality toiletries and a travel size bottle of Loews branded hand sanitiser. The Stilwell restaurant in the hotel serves a varied menu and the food quality was very good, our server was really friendly, professional and helpful answering all our questions about the food. There is a very large well stocked bar next to the restaurant and was very busy with a great vibe. Check-out was at 11am, we didn't include breakfast in the room rate but there's a coffee shop in the lobby area which sold very good croissants and coffee. Valet parking was at a reasonable rate and the car was delivered quickly to the lobby entrance. The hotel is located in the middle of the Crossroad Arts District and the surrounding area is a great place to wander around, there are art installations all over the place and you are only a few minutes walk to some good night clubs, restaurants and bars.

We recently celebrated our anniversary with a staycation at the beautiful Loews Kansas City Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. Loews is truly one of the finest upscale hotels in the city, featuring multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within the property -- offering a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality. During our stay, we spent some time at Stillwell, the elegant bar located in the hotel lobby. The bar itself is a masterpiece of design -- stylish, sophisticated, and inviting. The ambiance immediately sets the tone for a memorable evening. The bar staff are incredibly talented, crafting every drink in-house with precision and care. Unlike many places, nothing here feels pre-made; every cocktail is expertly crafted to perfection. Stillwell operates with open seating before 5 PM, but it gets lively and bustling as the evening progresses, so it's a great idea to arrive early if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. The service was exceptional -- warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Since we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with complimentary champagne, a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our evening even more special. The hotel offers its own parking garage for guests, but there are also street parking options nearby if you prefer. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway or simply an elevated night out in Kansas City, Loews -- and a visit to Stillwell -- should be at the top of your list!

The location was very walkable. Hotel is next to the Performing Arts Center. Staff from valet, reception, restaurant staff and housekeeping are all exceptional They are very professional,friendly, helpful and knowledgeable … very welcoming. The rooms are designed very nicely, clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a pool, work out room, beautiful terrace as well as lots of options to choose from for meals. Also communication with the staff is very open and easy…. You can call or text whatever your needs are. We definitely will stay here again when we visit Kansas City lots of things to do or see

Little on the expensive side for normal people, $285-$299 a day plus fees, $28 a day parking and $50+ per day taxes and tourism fees. I'm not sure what those are??? Very nice clean, well maintained typical motel/hotel room. Don't expect a free breakfast included, on site $$$ restaurant $22 breakfast buffet. Staff was exceptional, very helpful a few didn't speak English, but there was plenty close enough that did. We had a handicap accessible room but was surprised at no grab bars in shower. Someone in a wheelchair or other mobility issues could struggle. Kinda limited TV, but not there to watch TV anyway.

We love the rustic ambiance at this hotel. The themed rooms are so fun and clean. The jacuzzi suites are my go to. This is the best hotel in this area and rooms are usually affordable. Love the views and abundance of attractions and dining choices near by.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed in the king suite with Jacuzzi tub and TV in the bathroom. Very relaxing and the decorating is nice.

Room was lovely! Jacuzzi Suite, large room. The bed was hard though and the room not soundproof.

We wanted a little family getaway for the weekend. The property location was great, the restaurants were so close and the lake trail was so fun with the kids! The trail went under a bridge, led to a park, and then a waterfall. Breakfast was amazing, sausage, eggs, potatoes, French toast, bagels, yogurt, pancakes and more! The coffee was amazing! Next time going to upgrade to the family suites or do a couples weekend away in the king suite. We didn’t try the bar, but next time we will for sure! Loved loved loved our experience!

We loved the look of the hotel—it had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, and the location was perfect: close to town, yet set in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved This Place! Would Totally Stay Again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just got back from a stay here and honestly, it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. They were always smiling and happy to help with whatever I needed. My room was super clean. Everything looked fresh, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place nice. Now let’s talk about the breakfast—amazing. Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They had a ton of choices, everything was fresh and hot! I actually looked forward to getting up in the morning just for breakfast (which says a lot). The location was great too—close to tons of food spots and right near the interstate, so getting around was super easy. Whether I wanted a quick bite or needed to hit the road, it was all right there. Overall, just a great stay. Super clean, super friendly, and super convenient. Would 100% stay here again!

We were there for a funeral and stayed 3 days visiting friends and family. we have stayed in this hotel before and had a good experience that time too. The hotel is just south of the highway yet is very quiet and safe. It’s an affluent area so lots of upscale restaurants and stores and entirely safe but you must drive there. There’s plenty of free parking next to the building. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nicely decorated with good linens and pillows. the room had a sofa, desk and counter for coffee and drinks. everything worked. It was a comfortable stay.

Thanksgiving week…i arrived on sunday, it was quiet. As the week went by the property started filling up and it still had a private, quiet feeling. They managed the crowd well. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could ask for and always plenty to feed the crowd. The hotel spaces are utilized well. Always clean. EVERYTHING WORKED!!! You know that feeling when half the lightbulbs are burnt out. Well not the case here. And the gym! Perfect! The staff was ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and on their game working on many tasks. But there was always someone close by to help. You didnt have to search for anyone. I can’t say enough about this lovely little gem!

A very pleasant hotel and experience. The staff were all polite and smiley. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. The Rainforest blend of coffee...omg, so good! Beds were very comfortable. Not a fan of the pillows, but that's just a personal preference. I like firmer pillows. Check in and check out were very easy, and there was always someone up front to help or answer any questions. I loved the small "store" they had just off to the side of the front desk. Well stocked with Gatorade, bottled water and a large variety of granola bars and other snacks. I also was very impressed with their gym: a couple bikes, treadmills, mats, a large range of free weights, etc. Their location is also perfect. We were close to several restaurants, shopping options, and hospitals (you know, just in case lol). Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and neat interior of hotel. Room was on the 17th floor with great view of the city. Elevators are vintage - small. Breakfast was Buffet for $15 each. The breakfast ladies were friendly when questions but gave zero assistance unless you asked them - cost, where’s the water, do you have Orange juice, where do I sit, where do I get coffee… each question required me getting up and going to the counter and asking. Zero volunteered info. Buffett is self serve, water is in pitchers on counter, ask for orange juice or coffee, sit where you like. Parking is valet or self park. 6’ 5” clearance in garage for valet. The self serve garage just around the corner is 7’ clearance - just barely fit my Tahoe with roof rack. Overall - neat hotel, good location, friendly staff.

We were in room 2007, and had an absolutely fabulous stay. Great sleep quality, quiet, clean and friendly employees. Stunning Art Deco lobby. Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, it is just a couple of blocks from the free tram (which takes you to both the WWI museum and the Steamship Arabia museum). Only downside was the coffee at the Italian breakfast restaurant. No lattes, cappuccinos, espressos coffee offered. Breakfast entrees were very good, despite a somewhat limited menu.

From the moment I walked into the bar, I knew I was in for a great experience—and I was absolutely right. Shandalin was the highlight of the evening. She’s not only incredibly professional and attentive but also warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her energy is infectious, and she made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The service she provided was truly exceptional. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and offered thoughtful recommendations from the menu that were spot-on. Every cocktail was crafted with care and presented beautifully. It’s clear that this bar takes pride in the details, from the quality of the drinks to the overall ambiance of the space.

This hotel was amazing! It's a historic property that is very interesting. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The rooms and bedding are so soft and comfortable. The bathroom could have used a deep clean but otherwise it was surface level clean with new hygiene products. This hotel is in a perfect place for walking to all of the great places in the Power and Light District. Enjoy!

Stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. Had a great time. The location was great for getting around downtown and checking out all the other places we wanted to go. The hotel was clean, quiet, had really good options for food and drink. The speakeasy was fabulous. Great jazz and delicious drinks. The restaurant was very good, room service was easy and quick. We loved the ambiance and decor. The old school vibe was great and very inviting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Vanity at the front desk made us feel at home immediately.

We came across some issues for a one night, while we checked in at front desk, we decided to have breakfast incase we wanted to extend our stay, and we ask the staff to add on to our booking. Next morning we head to the lounge and we told the staff we paid our breakfast already, the server came and said we don’t have reservations so he can’t serve us. My husband went to clarify it and met the same lady we checked in with, she confirms that we’re good she added us, he came back the server said no we’re not, it was so embarrassing!! My husband went with the manager and realized the lady didn’t add our request so he got upset about it because he said the lady who checked us in acts like she didn’t know what was going on after she just told him 2 min ago that we’re on the list. The server came and said our breakfast is complimentary free at this point. It was solved but i had to order something because we know it’s not free and in front of all the other guest in the room we’re not trying to get free breakfast. We don’t want to double pay it if it’s already added to our room bill. At this point my husband did not want to extend our stay. Property experience our room was very clean, so great job to the amazing housekeepers for the room feels clean and comfortable, but our AC had issues that i had to call maintenance to fix cuz the heat was on and it was so hot, the shower leaks that we were hearing the dripping sound all night. So would i come back? Of course! People make mistakes.

The view of plaza Christmas lights was amazing!! The rm was perfect, vary spacious and comfortable. The bar was fun, the food was delish! It snowed the evening we were there, so getting out was not a safe option, so we just hung out at the bar, and enjoyed the drinks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made check-in seamless. The lobby was modern and inviting, setting the tone for the entire stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that provided a perfect night’s rest. The amenities were top-notch, from high-quality toiletries to a large flat-screen TV and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The view from my window was stunning, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Whether I needed directions, extra towels, or just had a question about the local area, the staff was always quick to respond and eager to assist. Overall, my stay at the Hilton was everything I hoped for and more. The combination of comfort, great amenities, and superb customer service made it an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning!

Perfect location with walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants! Clean hotel, nice contemporary remodeled interior, great view and welcoming staff. Little side note: if there are 3 guests in a room, it would be helpful to supply 3 sets of towels, coffee, etc. instead of default 2. Also, the lotion bottle in our bathroom was empty.

The location is great, and it was really nice to have valet right there (the valet staff was stellar). Front desk and restaurant were very friendly, as well. The room itself had a great layout, very clean and overall comfortable. There were a couple of issues that I noticed - there was something weird and gross stuck to the ceiling over my bed, but the staff cleaned it up fairly quickly. (A towel was left on my bed where I assume someone stood to clean it up.) Additionally, the water pressure for the shower is abysmal, and the sink took 5-10 minutes to drain after you wash your face or brush your teeth. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning like the place across the street, but it wasn't a big deal for this stay. Overall, the staff and location were really great, I'd stay again since they were so responsive.

We stayed here on our road trip from Atlanta to Salt Lake City. We were moving our son with his car and belongings. So we were leery to stay just anywhere hearing all the stories of people's stuff all getting stolen. We asked the hotel staff if we could park our truck and trailer and stuff in front of the hotel and they were very cooperative and allowed us. This kept our stuff safe. The room itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beds are amazing even their sofa bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was ample and very delicious - they even had little quiches. Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

New hotel across the highway from Worlds of Fun. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Free onsite parking. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well maintained with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect!! We came for KC Chiefs game. Stadium is 12 mins away. Breakfast & parking are complimentary. We stayed in room 406 which is in the front part of the hotel. Very clean, TeeTree products and spacious room. This hotel is only 2 yrs old & very well kept. Very friendly staff, heated pool, gym and outdoor area w a gas fire pit. Hotel is across the highway from the amusement parks, near Wendy’s, Waffle House (hotel offers fresh waffles in breakfast!), target, Chipotle, Starbucks, etc. Car is highly recommended. We paid about $190 for a car with Avis for 4 days. Downtown is about 20 mins away. Union station is a must!

We recently spent one night at the Springhill suites. It is very modern and clean resort. The rooms are laid out well with a couch and a work desk. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a large shower. We even had a view of the roller coaster at Worlds of Fun. The staff was all very nice too. The breakfast was good with a good selection. It would be nice if they served til 1000.

We stay at the Springhill Suites in Ames, Iowa often, which is why we chose it here. This one definitely isn't up to the quality of that one. It was very clean but not spotless like that one. The bathroom had several things that needed to be fixed - a couple broken tiles on the wall along the floor, water leaking out of the shower along the side (I thought it was just a door problem but it was beyond that). The shower controls and door hinge were also set up backwards so you couldn't get to the controls without going into the shower and closing the door. However, Springhill Suites has the BEST beds. They are so comfortable, making up for everything else. Their pullout was also a daybed with an actual mattress. SO much better than a pullout. It was a very comfortable night's sleep.

Our overnight stay with The Hampton in Overland Park was perfect! Registration was pleasant, the room was pleasant, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was perfect with plenty of wonderful pillows. The breakfast was the biggest surprise! A wonderful full course breakfast with choices of hot breakfast favorites, juices and coffee or tea! The employees were all outstanding; from registration through breakfast. Your chef is wonderful. All in all, a wonderful visit . We live in Leawood and had made reservations there for several times. No wonder they enjoy their visit to our are so much! thank you!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished (desk, closet, night stands with drawers, a fridge and microwave). The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options from pastries to cereal, waffles and warm items with coffee and juice. Some fresh fruit available.

Facility public areas and rooms were well cleaned and fresh smelling. Rooms are well equipped with flatscreen TV, minifridge, microwave, and keurig machine,super convenient. Room and bath were clean and well kept with minimal aging details❤️. Full set of bath towels and toiletries are provided, and room service offered daily 😊 safe location, plenty of parking space, and lobby offered infused icecold water, coffee,and fresh fruit for snacking.Thank you for an exceptional stay experience.

Hotel seemed older, but was maintained well and very clean. The only negative during our stay was the complimentary breakfast. We stayed over on a Sunday morning. Breakfast was served until 10am. We arrived for breakfast about 9:15am and the area was messy and many items were empty and not replenished even when we were finished. Oatmeal was watery, brown sugar was empty the whole time we were there, as well as the dark roast coffee urn. Breakfasts that are hot and fresh are one of the reasons we choose Hampton Inns, but this one was less than impressive.

I was very impressed with my stay. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the AC worked perfect for an extremely hot summer concert I had attended. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet during the rest hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Second time at this property and we are very happy to return. The staff is friendly, fun and knowledgeable. The breakfast lady was very nice and kept the bar full enough. She was so friendly while keeping up with all the guests needs. The pool was clean and relaxing. I think the owner deserves kudos for his leadership because its the best we've encountered

After despairing about the state of customer care lately, this place was a breath of fresh air. Right off the highway, but I couldn’t hear anything. Clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was blueberry compote for the waffles. The oatmeal had about a dozen things to add to it. Thank you to the staff for a job very well done.

This hotel was a wonderful experience. Close to an outdoor mall with good restaurant choices, a CVS and two good grocery stores. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to highway but the sound was well dampened. Comfortable beds, alternating days housekeeping, and a really nice pool. The bar area drew people if you wanted to talk but there was a comfortable separate seating area. Best Marriott variation we've stayed in. We will certainly stop here when in area and look for the brand in other areas. Just a very comfortable place with so much going for it, especially the great staff.

Loved this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bedding and beds are so comfortable. Great location close to restaurants, stores, and easy access to I-35. Nice breakfast area. All items separated on different counters to help with congestion. Great toppings for oatmeal, the best biscuits, and excellent coffee with real half and half. Would choose this hotel again and again if in the area.

I have been staying here for a work project for a few months and I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff here are top notch. Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and super genuine. I have stayed previously at a competitor chain for work and the customer service was not even close. Staying here makes me miss home a little less. Leaving here I will definitely miss the staff. From breakfast with Amanda and Wanda to the front desk with Makayla, Jonathon, and Malik, and of course Amber, the bartender who gives me all sorts of good area advice for food, etc. Even the maintenance guy is super responsive and kind in the halls despite being busy and running around all the time. They really take care of this place and it shows. The rooms are SUPER clean and the beds are really comfortable. I love that there are little kitchens too! I would highly recommend staying here if in the KC area. Even if it isn't quite near your destination, it's worth the little extra drive to have the piece of mind to know you're staying at a clean place with fantastic people. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyable three night stay at Crown Center Westin as first time visitors to KC. The hotel itself is somewhat outdated, but the reception and lobby bar area are all renovated. Hotel is attached to the Mall which is a nice feature for dining and just general window-shopping. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet for sleeping with good aircon. We had a view overlooking the pool and striking war memorial tower. There was a quasi-balcony, which did not open to the outside, which was too bad. The pool is nothing fancy and needed to be cleaned, but still a pleasant spot to relax and take a dip. They really do try to cheer things up with beautiful flowers and decorative grasses, but there’s a lot of unattractive cement to detract from. TIP – There is a water refill station in the gym, which is near the pool. We used the paid self-parking which is attached to the hotel with easy access. Once you park and take a ticket, the hotel will replace the ticket with your room key for in and out privileges and it’s billed to your room-very convenient. For breakfast we went to Panera across the street and Starbucks in the Mall. We did go to the lounge at night a few times, which was bustling with conference attendees. Location is convenient for WWI Museum, Union Station and the “street car”. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Crossroads or oppositely to KC Wheel and Boulevard Brewing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned and smelled clean - something that is so important to me. Tanner at the front desk was amazingly kind every time we saw him. Jennifer, Jay and Tonja at the bar were amazing, too. Indeed, I have not seen a hotel bar/restaurant staff as happy as this group. Even the morning breakfast cashier was super kind and efficient. She worked alone but was on top of it nonstop -- even with early morning historians (we can be cranky). I highly recommend this hotel but do hope the wifi system can be improved. It was super slow.

We loved our stay. The room and property were impeccably clean, and we had an amazing view. Plus, the bed was sooooo comfortable. The hotel is connected to Crown Center, so it was lovely walking around and checking out the stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, and the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. It's one of my favorite hotels in KC!

Came in for a family wedding so we were quite a big party. This hotel was exceptional in so many ways and exceeded my expectations. The bar area is open and perfect for a large party that included some kids running around - no problem. Tate, our server, was fantastic - not sure how she kept everyone straight with a smile, always. We had the pork belly, which was quite good. The room itself - very spacious and the beds are very comfy. The pool and gym are absolutely amazing - nothing like your typical hotel pool, but more of a high-end resort somewhere. Includes machines, weight room, sauna, spa - it has it all. Prices on food and drink are a bit on the high end for a Midwestern Hotel, but this is the only negative I can think of .

My favorite hotel in KC. Beautiful views fro both sides. Nice spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The bar was open late. Staff was exceptional. Prices were average. Pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. The deck was clutter free, but you could tell it was time for some tile scrubbing. We will always stay in this hotel if it is available.

This trip was for my father's funeral, so I really wanted and needed a safe, quiet space to mourn, journal, and process all that was happening. This hotel was easy to find, had plenty of free parking on-site, courteous service, effective climate control for each individual room, and even a small balcony with a sliding glass door and screen. This was wonderful as I could open the door to let in the breeze and fresh air without having to worry about bugs. There were a couple of chairs and a small table on the balcony, too...not much room, but a nice option for fresh air and peace and quiet. I only wish there would have been an aux cord input for the alarm clock (so I could hook up my iPod to it). Other than that, though, it was a great hotel for a good price.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the entire place was clean , the room updated and very quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom vanity was separate from the bathtub shower and toilet.

The hotel was very nice and in a quiet area right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a balcony with a large slider door which let in a lot of natural light. The pool was nice and had a lot of tables/chairs. The breakfast options for purchase were quite limited, we ended up going out for breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised!! The staff was amazing! They were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The hotel and room were extremely clean … it smelled good the minute you walked in the door. Although the area is relatively busy, it was very quiet and the room darkening shades allow for a peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, both hot and cold items, and was kept stocked and clean. The area itself has a number of fast food restaurants and a Quick Trip that are walkable without having to cross any intersections … all within a 4 minute walk. Definitely would stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing! There was a hot buffet with more selection than most motels have...plus a lovely yogurt bar with lots of toppings! There was also fresh fruit, breads and pastries and waffles with toppings too....not to mention the hot and cold cereal! The motel is probably an older one , but has been renovated and is very clean,..nice updates!

The beds were extremely comfortable! Bathrooms were very clean as well! The A/C worked great and the staff members were incredibly nice. The bedding was also very clean as was the mini fridge. The pool was very clean. The elevators were fast and clean as well. Everything was stocked very nicely and the breakfast was a good hotel breakfast! Bonus points for the biscuits and gravy on our last day of stay!

I'm old-school when it comes to hotels. So . . . I couldn't find any "cons" with this place. The room was spacious, clean and fresh. The bed very comfortable. The pillows were typically soft and flat (we always bring our own). Bath area clean, well stocked. Everything in the room worked well. Breakfast selection was great, from diet to carbs. We will be staying again on our next trip.

We liked how clean and spacious the rooms were! Breakfast was also a bonus cause it was so good! We liked all the variety and different options for breakfast. The rooms really spacious and clean and cool after a hot day in the sun!

We were in town for a concert at the Starlight theater & it was our first stay at a Best Western. I always worry about the neighborhood around the hotels but this was in a nice, quiet, corner area - closer to a neighborhood feel. It was off the main roads but only a quick drive to get on the hwy. The grounds were well-lit, clean & felt very safe. Very pleasant. The front desk staff at check in was absolutely wonderful! (I forgot to get his name but just excellent, excellent customer service. He was very friendly, courteous, professional & personable. It’s so nice to actually feel welcomed to a business when the face of their business offers flawless customer service. The room was clean, updated. I just wanted a budget friendly room for the night after the concert & the quality was exceptional for the price. The pool room was so clean & bright, lots of windows & quite large, much nicer than many of the more expensive places we’ve stayed. My daughter is starting to start traveling on her own or with friends & I would feel comfortable with her staying here alone. We normally skip the breakfast but they had some seasoned breakfast potatoes & the rest was enjoyable also. Definitely recommend.

This Best Western did not disappoint! The rooms were comfortable, safe, and clean. The pillows were soft, but not too soft. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and respectful!

My husband and I flew into Kansas City for a few days to do some ballpark chasing. Staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfy and clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. I loved that they put a bed topper on to provide more cushion. I don’t normally sleep well in hotel beds but I slept so good here! In a great location, next to quite a few food and shopping places but not congested with traffic at all. Would stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Immaculately clean. Hallway is under reno currently. Quiet. Smells good. Campus is clean. Great wifi. Pool, fridge, microwave, close to a lot of restaurants. No issues. This place was great

Our stay was great. The front desk clerk, Katie, was very friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. The room smelled fresh and clean.

Pros: New property, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet guest rooms, no problems to speak of. Cons: Immediate area doesn't have much to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. In any year I spend upwards of 120 nights in hotels so for me to find one that doesn't stress me in any way is difficult. I am happy to say my stay at this new Holiday inn property didn't cause me any headaches or stress. It was easy and effortless from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious and included both a work desk and chair/table so I didn't have to watch TV while lying in bed in a weird position. The shower had decent water pressure, I didn't hear any guests in adjacent rooms, and I didn't have to hack the thermostat to get the room to a comfortably cool temperature. There was always parking available not too far from the door, every front desk employee was friendly, and the ice water in the lobby was always full- and welcome because of the warm weather. Although no fault of the hotel, the immediate area doesn't have much to offer aside from the Worlds of Fun theme park. There is a Wendy's, Burger King, Waffle House, Taco Bell, and QuikTrip convenience store/gas station, but nothing in the way of sit-down restaurants, grocery stores, and other kinds of retail. For that, a short drive is required in either direction. This is one of the rare hotels for which I would not hesitate returning to for another stay. There is definite value in stress-less experiences.

One night stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking in a well-lit and clean lot, felt safe unloading the car. Check in/out was smooth and efficient. Room was good sized with sufficient storage surfaces for our luggage and great condition. Room was very clean and everything we used worked. Beds were comfortable and in room heating/ac was quiet enough we could leave on through the cold weather night. Only issue is that even though the shower seemed to have been renovated, the water pressure would drop significantly during the morning shower. Fortunately the water temperature didn't change too much. Breakfast was not included, not a big concern for us as we usually look for a nice local place. Overall a very good stay and would return.

We liked everything about the hotel except the breakfast! We got two adult breakfasts and got free breakfast for the kids, but the French toast was inedible- some kind of weird spice they used? The sausage was undercooked or just boiled but not browned. We left breakfast half hungry so had to spend more money elsewhere so we had energy for the busy day. The room itself was clean and appeared “fresh/new”, the pool was clean but older and it need of freshening up and more seating for non swimmers. Housekeeping was on the ball and tidied up our room when we were at breakfast. We came back and the kids asked “who made the bed??”

The bathroom was super-clean. The shower was large, with sleek glass doors. I loved the small piece of art on the bathroom wall; refreshing, nice, uplifting touch. The room was also clean; bed and linens comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff were especially friendly.

Everything at this Courtyard exceeded expectations as I just left another Courtyard in Oklahoma City that was terrible. The Courtyard Kansas City was a short distance from the Convention Center so it was easy to walk to and from. Everyday I came back my room was clean! The room I was in was spacious and modern with plenty of space. This shares a building with the Residence Inn so you have two choices for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and all common areas were very pleasant. All the front desk staff were very kind and every night I came back there were cookies waiting at the front desk. I want to shout out Maddie who helped answer my questions prior to check in and coincidentally she checked me in when I got there and checked me out when I left. There was also a small issue I had (not the hotels fault) which the manager helped me with right away. Looking forward to my next stay when I’m back in Kansas.

Visited KC from New Zealand in June 23 with 2 things in mind, catching a Royals game and Tim Magraw in concert. The concert was a 10 minute walk away so it was the perfect place. The public tram stopped right outside so it was great to take us to museums and the market. The room was great, spacious shower and the concierge Robert was fantastic. Greeted with a big smile and the 3 days we were there that smile never left his face. Great restaurant Loeu'.s across the road made the Courtyard a great place to stay, The valet parking was very prompt and always friendly staff. The fresh cookies on arrival and when we returned every day were very good. Thank you to all inolved.

Check-In was seamless. Elise was extremely friendly and helpful! We asked about good local eats, and she offered a printed list of recommendations. Hotel is very clean and room was spacious and in great condition. Did realize the cold water at the sink wasn’t working, but maintenance came and fixed it quickly. All the staff we’ve come in contact with are so friendly. Easy access to convention center via a sky bridge by crossing the street and going into the Loews Hotel and up an escalator near the bar.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and was told about the coffee, breakfast offered in the morning, and other hotel features. He also gave me two small bottles of water, which was much appreciated, because it was hot and humid that day. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. There was a large bottle of Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but no lotion or q-tips, shower cap or make-up remover cleanser. So bring your own if you like or need that. The pillows were very comfortable, but the bed was too soft and felt "old." It was very uncomfortable. Overall, for the price, it was really nice, but not sure I'd stay there again.

Convenient: We needed a place close to the airport. It’s about 10 minutes away by car. They have a nice snack shop with beer as well. I would prefer craft beer rather than Bud light, Miller light, and Coors light. However, this is a minor feedback which doesn’t affect my ratings. Value: Value was good for the space that we required. We had 6 adults. We rented 2 rooms which could sleep 4 each. These are suites. It’s spacious and high quality and super clean. I have stayed at other nearby hotels for same price, but they’re dated and need upkeep. This place is contemporary with 24 hour gym and complementary hot breakfast with eggs and oatmeal. This reminds me of a slightly improved version of Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn is usually my go to but the space and the updated design of Springhill will be a gamechanger. Physical plant: As mentioned above. Clean. Modern. Updated. Nice lobby where I could chill after hours after everyone else went to bed. Service: Front desk staff were cordial and welcoming. They were helpful. I met 4 idifferent staff members over 2 days, and all of them were professional and hospitable and warm.

A typical Springhill Suites, very comfortable and well located. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Availability of luggage carts was helpful. The fridge in the room was nice too. Several restaurants in the area too in Zona Rosa.

I stayed here with an out-of-town friend on a long weekend. This is a newer property and well-kept. Our queen suite was very spacious with a small refrigerator (no freezer, however), microwave, and mini coffeemaker. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. No face cloths were provided and we had to ask the front desk for some. One outlet on the nightstand was not working. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was no dresser but rather a side/sofa table with two drawers and a shelf underneath for storage, but more drawers would have been helpful given the length of our stay. The walk-in closet was spacious and additional hangers were provided upon request as there were only a few in the closet. A large flat-screen TV was mounted on the wall between the bedroom and the sofa. We were shocked on the last night of our stay when we put the TV back in place that it fell off the wall! Panic! Upon talking to the hotel manager the following morning, we were told that there was an ongoing lawsuit against a contractor who did not use anchors when installing televisions, towel bars, etc. My friend and I were concerned about the safety of guests, especially children, if something like a heavy TV could fall off a wall! We hope the hotel management/owner has taken steps to mitigate this safety issue.

What a great place! Comfortable rooms that are spacious. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding . Easy location and good price. Breakfast was good and kept clean and well stocked. Highly recommend. There are many stores and restaurants nearby.

Loved the location! The ladies at the front were kind and helpful. They also dressed very professional which I think really helps a guest feel more comfortable because staff take their jobs seriously. I loved the breakfast buffet. There was a very good selection of food. The room was spacious and clean. Very good stay!

The management here is doing a great job. The breakfast budget is going to the breakfast (not the manager's pocket). Breakfast had scrambled real eggs each day and also hard boiled eggs for we who shant eat yolks. There was bacon and or sausage every day. There were rotating days of blueberries, hand cut strawberries, raspberries. There were apples daily and bananas sometimes. There were bagels, toast, pastries, muffins, yogurt and cereal everyday. Waffles and pancakes alternated days. Breakfast was presented resort/convention style by staff who were clearly trained or at least led by culinary trained chef(s). They accept tips and we left plenty...we primed the tip jar when possible. The room was clean and QUIET as we always request ahead of assignment. Room service was performed accurately on days we didn't have the 'do not disturb sign out'. ALL basic 3 start hotel assignments were exceeded. This is easily a 4 star hotel. (I wonder why they are not 5 star?) We will book this hotel any time we visit and by chance do not stay with relatives in KCMO. I generally save 5 star ratings on surveys for folks like Jonah Salk or Mother Teresa, so when you see 5 stars in my reviews you know the place did well.

The room was comfortable and a great location. Staff was friendly and fun. Lorraine in the Boulevard Grill was exceptional!! Her service and attitude were fantastic. She helped another family find a restaurant and even helped them get their food ordered. I'd come back again just to hang out at the bar while she's working!!

We enjoyed our stay at the clean and relatively new Hampton Inn. We were checked in by the GSM, Erica, and she is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel opened in August 2022 and the facility is very clean. The breakfast options were great. Hot food included eggs, bacon or sausage, and potatoes daily in addition to 2 different waffle flavors, fruit, yogurts, cereal, and toast. The pool was only open for part of our stay, so our daughter was a little disappointed about that, but again the GSM Erica was wonderful and took care of us. The beds were comfortable, and the full size bathroom toiletries were very nice. There is a little noise from the main road, but we didn’t hear much with our room on the back of the building away from the road. We were within a 10 minute drive to the attractions we wanted to do in Downtown KC including Union Station and Crowne Center. Also a 5 mile drive to good restaurants. We tried Waldo’s Pizza KC and BRGR Kitchen + Bar in Prairie Village, KS. And as far as the previous persons complaint about theft from parking lot, we felt the area was safe and our vehicle was safe. Definitely recommend staying if you’re looking for a great hotel that doesn’t break the bank for staying near KC.

This hotel is new. Nicely decorated. Nice large bathroom. Shower is designed with control on opposite end of shower head which is so convenient. Bath products are on the wall by sink and in the shower. Nice quiet area. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hilton should use this property as a model for all other Hampton Inns. The location was easy to access off of the interstate. Erica at the front desk was an absolute joy. Customer service & genuine kindness like hers is hard to come by anymore. The property is brand-new and the rooms were spacious and had lots of counter space and hooks for you to put down or hang your luggage. The hotel was sparkling clean, well-appointed with a spacious workout facility space, and had a pool as well. Breakfast served in the morning gad great variety, everything you'd want: western omelets, muffins/pastries, a many flavored waffles, and fresh fruit and yogurt options. Slept well. The air conditioning unit was actually quiet too; those who travel frequently will come to appreciate and notice that. Overall, a great experience. Would heavily recommend to others. Keep doing things right!

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great, eggwhite omlettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles. The employees were so kind, friendly and helpful. One, I think her name was Jackie, was from the same hometown as I was. She gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at. My car broke down as we were leaving on Sunday and the front desk help was great with that also. They let us relax in the lobby, on the patio and offered support while I was trying to figure out how to get back across the state to Hannibal. The hotel was so nice and clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Will stay again.

We specifically booked the room with the Jacuzzi tub. The tub was wonderful and very clean. The whole room was very clean and well maintained too. I could tell the hotel had made recent updates to furniture, paint, decor etc within the last couple of years. Looked very nice!

Our room was not ready yet for check in and the host was very polite and appologize for invoice me and upgraded us to a room with jacuzzi tub.

had a short but comfortable stay at this property. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area, with clean and well-maintained facilities. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was quick and easy. They offer online check-in, which helps speed things up upon arrival. The room included a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, temperature control, a TV with plenty of channels, and reliable Wi-Fi. I didn’t use all the amenities like the pool or gym, but they were available and appeared to be in good condition. Breakfast is included. The dining area looked clean and organized, with a good variety of options. The room was generally very clean. I did notice a small towel in the shower and faint marks on one towel and some linens. It seemed like a minor oversight and didn’t affect my overall experience. Overall, the hotel is a nice and comfortable place to rest. I would stay here again.

I choose this hotel because I was going to be in town for one night. The price was perfect. The service at the front desk was excellent. The lobby was clean and inviting and it appears that this hotel has been renovated. My room was very comfortable and quiet. A microwave and an inroom refrigerator was provided.They served breakfast which I enjoyed along with access to coffee 24 hours. There is also a gym and a indoor pool on-site. This hotel is close to the airport with many restaurants close by.

Let's get those out the way ... the only thing that keeps this hotel from receiving that coveted 5th star is the walls must be made of paper! Do not expect any quiet moments ... but let me be clear ... if it's quiet overall ... it's quite ... but you will hear everything if something is going on ... people walking in the hall, toilets flushing, conversations. I'm used to many hotels not having the most up-to-date sound proofing installed (LOL), but this was one of the first hotels where I was finding myself constantly thinking, damn, I can hear everything! I also had some toddlers (presumably) staying in the room above me because I could hear the pitter-patter of little feet constantly ... didn't bother me too much, as I have kids and understand. But on the brightside, the hotel was very clean, the service I received was exceptional, my room was nicely decorated and spacious, fast-wifi, the breakfast although standard (egg white, cheese omelet, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc) was actually really good! I also took advantage of the fitness room (not big enough to be a centre) only three cardio machines (Bike, Elliptical, and Treadmill), dumbbells, and a couple of Bosu/Stability balls. But being in there by myself made it work perfectly for me. It's amazing how reviews work ... I've read some folks talk about bed bugs etc. but I did not encounter any of that. If anything changes by the time I check out, I will update ... but so far so good!

We spend four nights here in a King Suite, which was lovely. It's well decorated and supplied with TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, sitting area, etc. Ice was down the hall and there is a laundry on premises. The bath is a bit odd because they've built a solid wall to enclose the shower, leaving only a small passageway to step in. Counter space was good. Our top complaint is that the mattress is very, very soft. It's like getting out of a bath tub since you have to raise up over the side to get out. Since it's a new hotel, I don't understand why this is. Breakfast was the usual but good and well-stocked. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking is free in the rear of the building but just watch the signs to make sure you park in the correct places. The reception is on the second floor so you do need to go up one floor to check in. Rooms on the third and fourth floors require a room key to use the elevator. Location is in Kansas, not Missouri, which as we found out makes it very hard to find with your GPS. Once you enter the correct state, it's fine. Either in the building or a short walk away are several restaurants/fast food places. A short drive down the hill is an Applebee's (not one of their better restaurants) and a terrific Mexican restaurant (Taqueria Mexico). It's close to Interstate 35 and all of the downtown attractions. We would stay here again.

Large and comfortable room. Linens were fresh and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Shower/ water pressure was strong and hot water plentiful. Room was quiet despite being right across the hall from the elevator!! Breakfast was as expected (except no cinnamon rolls).

Clean..check. comfortable…check. Quiet…check. Great buffet…check. Central location to UKMC…check. Easy to register online…check. Price conscious…check. I think this covered everything. Arrived after midnight, but they waited for me…lots of great restaurants nearby (within 50 meters)…overall, excellent stay. If you are headed to UKMC, this is where you should stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast buffet - pancakes, sausage, gravy, eggs, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The coffee was pretty good too. Conveniently located near the freeways, but tucked back behind a gas station so I didn't feel safe walking around. The hotel was a bit stinky. The lobby is right next to the breakfast area and the pool. It was hot and perpetually smelled like chlorine and breakfast. My bathroom smelled like a sewer. I closed the toilet lid and plugged up the bathtub, but these did not improve the situation. I noticed water stains on the floor the first day I was there. On the last day, just out of curiosity, I tried to wipe them away. Ewww - they were pee. I'm a bit disgusted that it was not cleaned up despite numerous visits from housekeeping over my four day stay. Perhaps that was the smell.

The staff is super friendly! Free water at the front desk. Restaurant quality free breakfast. The cook comes out and makes pancakes fresh to order. The rooms were clean and fresh. It's only 11 miles away from Arrowhead Stadium. Harrahs Casino is right down the street. I travel all the time for work and leisure. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Great value and quality for the price! Two night stay for $310.00 dollars! Amazing deal! Bonus I even worked out in the morning before the Chiefs game on Black Friday!

Breakfast the next morning went very smooth and Donna was excellent; very friendly and very engaging. She even packed cinnamon buns to go for the children. Kept the breakfast area clean as she spoke with each and every customer coming into the breakfast area. Appreciate the hospitality!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very please with our stay. 1. Room on the 3rd floor - clean, plenty of towels, spacious. The space was a selling point as we did not want to be cramped while we are dressing or ironing clothes. I loved the lounge chair area which gave an additional sleep option for those restless sleepers. The bed was soft and the pillows were great! 2. Shower - pressure was perfect, not too hard, not too soft - massage like feel 3. Breakfast - hot and a good variety. Pancakes, biscuit and gravy, fruit, turkey or traditional bacon options to name a few. 4. Parking - we have a big truck and I like the space available for parking 5. SERVICE - we were extremely late and I loved how the front counter was waiting for us. They greeted us each time we entered the front door and when we were leaving. The cleaning crew was very nice and accommodating. When we go to North Kansas we will be staying in this hotel again. I recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay away from home.

We stayed in the August Meyer room, and there was a binder with history on the mansion as well as August Meyer, an historical figure to the KC area. The room was comfortable, adorable, and had local art! We LOVED the Jacuzzi tub. Had we stayed more than one night, we would have enjoyed the parlor and patio very much.

The rooms are charming and comfortable. We had a great experience staying in this historic home. We stayed in the top level of the carriage house and loved the jacuzzi. We also enjoyed using the common rooms of the main house. Highly recommended, plus it's very affordable when staying in the heart of the city.

An absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! Southmoreland on the Plaza will be my “forever favorite” of places to stay in Kansas City. Charming, comfortable, clean…with everything one could ask for… and location, location, location!… close to so much, yet quiet and private. I would also like to mention that my experience with management, specifically Justin, was truly amazing. Each email I sent, each question I asked, was answered promptly and professionally…so welcoming and informative! When my flight was unexpectedly delayed and my arrival was very late, I was assured that all would be ready and it was! My room was simply perfect! I will be returning…again and again!

Wonderful experience. I stayed in the Leroy "Satchel" Paige room - so cozy and comfortable. Loved the wood fireplace in my room, which I enjoyed using during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept. Wifi worked great. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in KC!

We were in town for a 17U basketball tournament and the entire team and their families stayed at the Southmoreland. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Every little detail was noted. Because we booked the entire house, we were able to use the kitchen to cook and feed our crew. Perfect set up. Plenty of room to be together, with the privacy of our comfy rooms when we wanted to get away. Location was ideal. Emily and Josh were very responsive & helpful for our needs. Highly recommend.

I was working in the Area. My Company put the Crew in this Hotel for the night of Tuesday 7 /6/21. Check in was Very Friendly. We had the 7th Floor. The room was nice and had everything you would need, Fridge, ( No Freezer) , Small Microwave, Plenty of Drawer Space, for your clothes and Plenty of Bathroom Amenities. I cant tell you about the TV, (Don't Watch it). There was Plenty of Hot Water for a Decent Shower,with Towels and Wash Clothes. I did Not get the Room Temperature down to what was Comfortable to Sleep at, though. The Room, (#722), was 76* when I got in it at 4:30 pm, ( I set it at 65*) ,It only got down to 72* by the next morning. It ran the the entire time on High.I usually like to sleep with all the Covers on me, But, this time was, Sheets Only, !!! At Check in, They said The Restaurant, attached, (Green Mill ), had -" Pay For Breakfast"- starting at 6:30 am, and Dinner Starts at 5:00 pm. I seen the Menu by the Elevators, Looked good and the prices didn't look bad. Due to the Covid, they Only Served Chicken Wings. They were Good, and the Server, Nancy, was Very Friendly.. I travel and stay at Alot of Hotels, and this one was One that you Could put on your , - " GO BACK TO"- List

Amazing experience start to finish at this hotel! From being greeted by Ryan at the front desk to the wonderful clean room to eating at the KC restaurant, all was 5 star! Wonderful to waitress named Priscilla was such a breath of fresh air, so professional and friendly and tended to ever need promptly!

Room was very clean! The staff was very friendly! Hot Tub was hot, making it PERFECT! Pool was nice n warm. Breakfast was Awesome... Hot n delicious! Shower was adjustable. Very roomy Room. Plenty big 4 four of us. Awesome stay.

Good overall experience. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had good amenities with large TV with HBo and cable, small fridge, microwave iron and ironing board and a very comfortable bed The pool is small but nice with towels and seating with tables chairs and lounges. All within a hotel courtyard. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. Oatmeal. Fruit, pastries, English muffins, and juice and coffee. The location is adjacent to major highways so access to downtown is fast and easy and there are decent restaurants and stores within blocks Overall a good experience and I would go back.

We had a 3 day stay. Every one of the staff members, right down to the maintenance man were super friendly. Very convenient location as KC is so spread out. We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom. Cons: Right downtown, so as per several uber drivers that brought us back late, was told don't walk around by yourselves at night. The bar next door got a little loud, but we were super tired. They serve food and we got their late on a Friday night. The men outside the bar, were very loud and didn't feel safe around them. We went in to eat, cash only and so loud we couldn't even hear the waitress over the music, so we left. You do hear outside traffic and people in the parking lot, but not too bad. Each door is is on a hinge that slams shut and they are loud, but safe. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant/bar as 4 separate guests said don't bother. It was basically complimentary hotel style breakfast made to look cooked/reheat. But a lot of people seemed to like the bar. Weirdest thing was no alarm clock at all. Most people use their phones, but it would have been nice as a back up. Would stay again.

I travel to Kansas City about once a month so I have been waiting for this hotel to open. It is a quiet, small hotel with quirky decor, dark colors and non square rooms. Good WIFI, many outlets and USB plugs, modern TV with live TV and Netflix. Adequate parking that seems shared with local businesses. It has a small restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Only concerns were that could hear some road noise, needed more lighting in rooms, no coffee pot in room and AC was noisy but worked well. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Beautifully crafted property, great water pressure. Exquisitely designed and decorated. Comfortable room, and the bed was also comfortable. Clean rooms and hall. Breakfast was great. Staff was professional and courteous. Check-in was seamless. Lots of nightlife and restaurants, lots to see and do and if you like walking, take a walk. Quiet neighborhood. I am becoming very fond of The Tapestry collection. Their properties are very interesting. This property represents the Westport route. There's always a great story. I will have to visit them all.

Courteous staff. The lady-technician (called through the Front desk) promptly answered the call and set right a minor problem with the Room TV and the toilet seat. The room was spacious with all amenities like Safe, Fridge, Mirrors etc. The shower enclosure is big, clean and well-fitted. The breakfast cafe is kept clean, and the food was sumptuous, ordered from a few Alacarte items listed in a menu card. The cook-cum-server lady was very polite and helpful!

We were here with a large conference. My very favorite thing was the Lync (we referred to as the gerbil tube) that linked you to almost everything - other conference hotels, Crown Center shopping/eating, Union Station, aquarium, legoland, Hallmark Visitors Center, etc. I never had to get in the street unless I wanted to. But when we did, the free trolley was fantastic to get around on. We were given a room on the 40th floor. What an amazing view! Room was very clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. I was pleased by the amount of outlets and usb ports. The bed and linens were comfortable but I was not a fan of the lumpy pillows. (Out of all fairness I am sure they would have remedied that if I had called the front desk). The bathroom was clean and had great lighting. I loved the products they provided (Gilchrist and Soames bath gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap). The room was quiet and you didn’t hear hall noise and such like other hotels. The bar/restaurant in the hotel had delicious appetizers. (I have never seen wings so large) The elevators were hit and miss - kinda quirky. This hotel is older but you can tell that they have worked hard to keep it beautiful, clean, and updated. The staff (housekeeping, bar, bell staff, maintenance, & front desk) was always so pleasant!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the area.

Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!

Convenient location if you don’t mind walking a little bit, clean, and friendly service. The city view from our room was spectacular! We loved The Link, which is the glass walkway that goes directly from the hotel all the way to Union Station. Very convenient. Then you can hop right on the KC Streetcar, which is the free trolley that goes all the way up Main Street. We also enjoyed the outside pool located on a lower building’s roof. I wish the hotel offered water for the guests in the lobby or at least a convenient place to fill up water bottles.

Friendly and helpful service, clean rooms, great beds, quiet, walkable area with lots to do and the streetcar is nearby to take you places as well. Loved it!

The Sheraton Kansas City offers spacious and clean rooms that are properly serviced each day, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The hotel facilities are well maintained and feel secure, which adds to the overall convenience. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming, as they often appear indifferent and lack the willingness to assist. Additionally, the food quality falls below expectations, especially considering the price, making dining on-site less appealing.
