Good location pretty much on the beach. We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi for free. The staffs ( BumBim and R) they are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, big swimming pool. Room is big all work well. We definitely will come back.

The rooms are clean & well laid out with options for couples and families. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (Serene Wing), overlooking the pool. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. Rooms also have large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Cleaners come daily and will change your towels / clean your room on request. There is tea & coffee making facilities in each room, in additon there is a free bottle of water supplied daily. There is also a mini bar in each room, but we prefered to purchase drinks & snacks from the local supermarket as it was cheaper. All staff were amazing and will go out of their way to assist you. They all spoke excellent English, so it was very easy to communicate. Buffet breakfast is offered daily with plenty of options including fresh fruit, eggs, toast, Asian breakfast and hot food. There is also an air conditioned gym + creche on site The hotel is only 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants of Karon beach, so very convenenient!

The location is very good, the hotel is luxurious, the service is very good, the room is large, the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is good, the environment is very good, it is very close to the beach, the room is clean and tidy, it is cleaned every day, and there are special beach towels. The hotel provides good quality toilet paper and toiletries. The breakfast is very rich and there are a lot of fruits. The room opens the balcony to the swimming pool, which is very convenient. There is a massage and restaurant snack street at the door of the hotel, a 711 supermarket, and the beach is across the road. It is very suitable for leisure and vacation. It is a very pleasant experience. Recommended

The grounds are so well kept! Swim up pool room was so spacious and clean! The shower area was so cool & beautiful. Location is perfect. The beach is just a couple minutes walk out of the back & there is a cute shopping area with restaurants at the back gate! Front & back gates that has a guard that checks hotel cards to enter so it is so safe! Front desk staff was so friendly. They stored our bags the last day while we went on an excursion to see the elephants! Breakfast was yummy and open til like 10:30am!

Loved everything about this place. Great value for money! We stayed here for 6 nights over the Songkran holiday period. The staff here were exceptional. This place is right across from the beach, the main pool is huge, they also sell have a fun kids pool with a little water slide. The breakfast buffet is lovely and fresh, great mix of tourists stay here. Feels like the perfect location at the Northern end of Karon, close enough walk to all the Karon restaurants but just out enough where it feels less busy. When we come to Phuket again we will definitely come to Karon beach and book Holiday Inn again!

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Karon so much that we decided to extend it! The staff were always friendly and very helpful, which made everything easy and enjoyable. The pool is big and relaxing, breakfast has plenty of options, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location near the beach too. Great value for money. Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach. The pool was amazing and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The place was nice and clean, great pool and amazing staff. Especially the reception staff (Min) who were so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with one of the biggest buffet selections I have ever seen.

The breakfast was excellent- great choice of food. The hotel was very much geared up for children. Every area of the hotel seemed to have entertainment or facilities to keep them occupied and happy. The kids pool and club was fantastic - so much fun. However, it also felt luxurious enough for the adults. Choice of pools, cocktails, food. Clean rooms and spacious bathroom.

Room 941 - amazing corner balcony overlooking beach and pool. Perfect for sunsets sitting in the jacuzzi. Also recommend the club room for snacks and drinks - service was always excellent.

First room allocated had electrical fault and a couple of other issues- Pine the manager on the desk listened to our concerns and arranged an upgrade with a jacuzzi- made our holiday perfect after a poor start

Almost everything worked for this choice of ours. The location, the view from ocean facing room, all smiles service. Location - Karon beach is more family friendly crowd than areas like Patong which sees loud, party crowd. The beach front of this property is surrounded by a cliff so almost private. Room tip - D4 had an amazing view of the ocean from the bed, jacuzzi, balcony. Property is built partly on a cliff so accessibility can be a little tricky. Though detour will lead you to lifts, you will have to walk a little if you want to avoid stairs. Pool area was nice. Some more beds near the ocean would have been good. I am not much of a swimmer but it seems the ocean during this season and high tides is red flagged and you cannot swim. I woke up early for sunrise but was a little disappointed to see plastic trash on the beach. Property cannot control of it, saw later during the afternoon that cleaning was going on. Breakfast spread was good. We had lunch all the days at property and the options available is decent though one can ask for more local Thai options. Service was decently quick and all smiles. They make you download an app for room service, concierge etc. I think it would be a good idea to show the outstanding amount from the deposit made (THB 2k / night). Overall, a very relaxing stay. Would like to visit again.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the beachfront with friendly, welcoming staff. There is a terrace restaurant overlooking the beach with a good buffet breakfast. The room was a generous size with a very comfortable bed and a balcony.

Perfect location just across the road to the beach. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly…..it’s a shame other guests didn’t have the manners to give them a polite ‘good morning’ or ‘thank you’. They were so happy to see us each morning. Pool was lovely and room was very clean and quiet on the top floor. The bed was a little hard but apart from that, the room and balcony was lovely. WiFi had a slight issue one day. Located near restaurants and exchange so we had a brilliant 7 night stay. Thank you.

Very close to the beach, very central for all the restaurants and shops. Friendly staff & very good breakfast (classic English breakfast type foods, eggs cooked how you like on the spot, Thai breakfast styles all buffet food). Nice pool, albeit could be slightly bigger with more sun beds! Super comfy & big bed, good air conditioning.

This was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! If someone is coming to Karon Beach or even anywhere in the southern part of Phuket, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect – right in the center and by the waterfront – yet no outside noise reaches the rooms, so you still feel completely private. The garden is beautiful as well. Breakfast was incredibly varied, with lots of vegetables and fruits, a wide selection of pastries (which is quite rare), hot breakfast options, and freshly made eggs. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful – we honestly couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a bit dated but we didn’t mind this! Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options, very good. Staff were amazing and helpful. The pool is very nice, maybe needs more sun beds. Gym was good. Location is good, right on karon beach and has lots of restaurants and shops near by. Good location to also be in the middle of phuket as its not too far from most things. Over all would recommend.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff is always smiling, helpful, welcoming and polite. Room is clean, spacious, furnitures are new and air conditioning is in perfect working order. Bathroom is clean and spacious, the only issue is the shower pressure and I think it should be increased. Overall an excellent experience

I stayed for 12 Nights with my Mom in Anda Beachside Hotel, she came from Russia and I joined her from Dubai. Special big thank you to Pop & Num at Reception (very friendly, helpful, excellent customer service). Thank you to both of you, you made my trip so impressive. The room was clean and very comfortable. Big compliment to Housekeeping Team for the cleanness . Dear Management Team, you should be very lucky to have all of them in your Team. They make a difference. They are very professional, attentive to the guest needs. Just small advise the breakfast can be little bit better. This Hotel has a very nice Swimming Pool on the Roof Top & Gym. Location is Super, The beach is just across the road. Next Building is Darin Message & Beauty Salon: the most professional Therapists are working there. The Topest one is Therapist Ms. Kraton. She has a "golden hands". Thank you very much Ms. Kraton. If you need to pamper yourself this is the right place to go and you will not regret it. Thank you all for well spend time.

Location was fantastic, directly across from the beach! Very close walking distance to food options and shopping as well! Room was clean and had everything we needed including balcony that looked over the beach which was lovely ! Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast cost 150 baht per person. Not a huge selection of food but it was tasty and convenient.

The location is perfect. Right across from the beach. This part of the beach has a lot of sunbeds. Like it or not. Very close to "all" the restaurants, bars and massage places. The room was very quiet and had a safe and a balcony with afternoon sun. The housekeeping was very nice and efficient. There are sunbeds and a pool on the 5th floor.

We chose The Village for our first days in Thailand and it was the best choice. First of all, the staff is great, very helpful and positive, we felt so welcome and it set a very good tone for our trip. Secondly, the environment: very green area, beautiful nature, pools and jacuzzi added a lot.

Came here to unwind and relax, mission successful! It’s adult only, so no screaming from children at the pool. Most other visitors were quiet couples. Staff is really helpful and friendly, the private access to the pool was a nice extra. The happy hour at the pool bar is from 2pm-6pm, which is perfect. The pool officially is open till 9pm, but the jacuzzi and waterfalls shut down after happy hour, that was a bit of a bummer. I had room service once due to very bad weather, it was fast and good price, but would recommend to head into the village, a lot of good places to eat.

The Village Resort and Spa was an excellent experience. The open air nature and ample vegetation made it feel like you were entering a private garden. It was so quiet and very clean. We stayed in villa 528 and the room was very nice, The bed was quite comfortable and the space was very big. We loved the huge tub, shower, and day bed in the living area. All of the outdoor areas were well tended to, clean, and attractive. The pool & pool bar were very nice and too advantage of that on two occasions. Happy hour was nice! The morning breakfast buffet was extremely good and only on one morning did we meet a seemingly inexperienced and grumpy waiter. Overall the hotel is just marvelous. If you are looking for a quiet, tasteful, relatively central location, this is an excellent choice. However, for us, we were in town to enjoy Bangala Street, the water festival, and bike week. All of this things took place in Patong beach about 10 minutes away by tuk tuk (400 Bat). Getting a ride to Patong was never an issue and the security guard helped every time. The next time we will stay just a little closer to the action.

We stayed at the hotel looking at the description and the reviews online. I must say it lived upto what we expected. The location was great, just a short walk to the quiet side of Karon Beach thru a beautiful lake. The check-in was an ease. I must mentioned the people that were really very helpful and made us feel very comfortable (everyone at reception, the breakfast/restaurant staff and even the guard at the gate was all smiles every time we passed by, always helping us cross the road safely). He's a gem of a guy!! The room /villa was clean, very very spacious and comfy. It felt like home for our stay of 6 days. It looked like they had done a couple of small renovations to the resort (noticing from whats said in previous reviews) . Everything was a short walk away. The pool area / bar is a nice touch and great to relax in. Im happy we chose Karon beach to Patong or the others. We felt the other beaches were a little over crowded. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. 5/5 for us.

The hotel is not the newest one, a lot of things look a bit worn out and could use some redoing, but all the staff make sure from early mornings until evenings that everything is clean and tidy. Everyone is very attentive and kind, making sure you are ok, greeting you with a smile each time you pass by. We’ve read some comments about the lack of attention with the app but for us it worked perfectly: as soon as we requested something on the app, it got taken care of, from room cleaning to booking a taxi to requesting a golf cart for checkout. Breakfast is hands down the best we had! There’s a huge variety of asian food, fresh baked bread, pancakes, real jams, fresh smoothies and juices, huge western buffet and fresh fruit. Just wonderful. The pools are clean and well maintained, they check the PH every day. The whole premise is beautiful to wander around, it’s very peaceful and calm even though it’s such a big complex. The beach is just a few minutes walk through the complex and crossing a road. Lots of restaurants near bye. The massage offered at the resort was one of the best I got in Thailand so far. We would absolutely recommend this resort and would come back here if we’d go back to Phuket.

Booked the room "Villa Penthouse" for 2, we stayed 11 nights. It was absolutely perfect, the private pool on the rooftop was so awesome. Main pool at the hotel too, pool bar inside for food and beverages. The breakfast was huge and there is a lot of choice. The staff was lovely, always helping, polite, smiling. The hotel is in front of the beach (Karon Beach). Location is perfect : Karon Village 4min walk from the hotel with restaurants, bars, massages, souvenirs boutiques etc; 5min by car there is Kata beach and Kata Village : 15min by car from Patong. We've also done the ThaÏ Cooking Class at the hotel, it was very nice, the class in private so only the 2 of us with the chiefs. very good experience and food we did. Our stay at the Paradox Hotel was perfect ! Recommended 100%

After travelling many hours to get to the Paradox it was such a relief to enter this oasis of calm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by the kindest of staff with a drink and a cool cloth to refresh our tired faces. The lift took us to our 5th floor room where we entered the space that we would be occupying for the next 15 days. It was simple and clean and had a great view of the pool and the luscious greenery. Beyond the grounds you can see the waves crashing on Karon Beach. The breakfast at Paradox is often spoken about and on our first morning we could see why guests love it so much. The quality of the ingredients and variety is truly impressive. You can have the buffet breakfast between 6.30 - 10.30 am and you will be spoilt by the friendly staff that welcome you and lead you to your table. The resort never feels crowded and sometimes it feel like there are not many people around. This is because it is expansive and their are so many cosy corners where you can hang out. This is the best resort i have stayed in and it was painful to leave on our last day. I would not hesitate to return to Paradox. The staff here are truly amazing. All of them. Thank you Paradox!

Such a beautiful property! From the warm greeting when checking in, to interactions with other staff, we knew we were staying someplace special. Our penthouse villa with rooftop plunge pool was fantastic! Very quiet even given the size of the property. The property is clean, well cared for and the pools are beautiful. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of choices from typical breakfast foods to specialty. The location is far enough from busy Patong Beach yet easy access for excursions. Easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants…this resort has it all!

There aren’t enough words to capture how incredible this place is. It’s right on the beach, and easily one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Customer service was top notch. Every staff person greets you with a warm smile and hello, and will help you with everything from setting up taxi rides, calling other accommodations on your behalf to get questions answered, and golf cart rides when you don’t feel like walking to your room. 😊 They even left a birthday surprise for my cousin’s birthday (at no charge) and upgraded our room for the final night. The property is absolutely amazing…everything is picturesque. The grounds are very well maintained and HUGE (you’ll get ALL your steps in!). There are also lots of amenities - several pools, ping pong, pool, a childcare facility and an excellent gym. The breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced and the beachside restaurant serves great food as well. Comfy beds, excellent showers (pressure + hot water), and strong A/C.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We thought all the facilities were great. The family room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard every day fresh bath towels and beach towels provided. We lived that there was a beach bag, beach mat, flip flops and two large umbrellas provided in the room. The pool area is lovely and was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. This Hotel was also less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and literally just off the main street of Karon where there are lots of bars, restaurants,ships etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son and I fell ill during our stay and they had a Dr. To our hotel room within 30 minutes. They also organised our taxi to the airport when. We were headed home. Great experience for us all round. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Sugar Marina Hotel as a big family group of 12, including 6 children, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, and the receptionist along with the entire crew were helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality and support made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for families. They have a lovely pool with fun water play activities for children, which our kids enjoyed every day. One of the most memorable moments was when they surprised me with a birthday cake and a beautifully written card from the hotel team — such a thoughtful gesture. Since our flight was before 7:00 am, they even prepared breakfast boxes filled with a variety of delicious items, which we enjoyed together at the airport. This extra care truly reflected their dedication to guest comfort. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly, and memorable stay in Phuket. The location is unbeatable — literally just steps away from the beach. I came with my mom and two little kids, and even they kept saying, “Wow, it’s so close!” That’s how near it is. Plus, everything you need is right around the hotel: 7-Eleven, local minimarkets, restaurants, bars — you name it. Total value for money! We even got upgraded to a pool view room — the kids were thrilled! From our room, we could see both the ocean and the Big Buddha. It was such a nice surprise. We were a group of five (3 adults and 2 kids), and when we entered the room, one of the sofas had already been turned into an extra bed — so thoughtful and super cute! Another thing I loved: the hotel provides everything you could possibly need for a beach day — bathrobes, beach towels, a beach bag, and even a mat to sit on the sand. They really thought of everything! If you’re visiting Karon, I 100% recommend staying here. The value is incredible, breakfast is decent with plenty of variety, and while I hope they improve the water pressure in the shower a bit, it’s honestly a minor thing. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Karon. Don’t think twice — just book it!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the full range of amenities. We had a large family room .............. really LARGE connected room. 4 x single beds, 3 x TVs, 2 x fridges and amazing air con which could be adjusted for each room. The hotel was really clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Free bottles of water were provided in the room every day The staff were excellent - really professional and great attention to detail We had a couple of early starts for trips and the hotel provided breakfast boxes to keep us going. The hotel is really handy for the town and the beach, but also located just off the main area so was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again when in Phuket

Located conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, shops and services, a quick 5min walk and you'll find yourself on one beautiful clean beach. Golden Sand Inn, while a little dated, ensures their rooms are super clean and comforatble. Balcony overlooking street was a bonus to spend a few hours chilling, people watching and enjoying the sea breeze. Beds were comfortable, linen clean, room serviced daily. Bathroom was clean, although stepping into the bath to shower took some care (be careful). Water was hot, pressure ok, toilet flushing. The pool was large, well maintained with shower/bathrooms nearby. Free breakfast was lovely, great selection of food on offer. Also ate at restaurant for dinner and was quite surprised at quantity, flavour and price. This is a great mid range hotel for people who want bang for their buck.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to chose from and very generous serves. The room was large, bed very comfortable, plenty of hanging and storage space. The bathroom is large with lots of toiletries and great water pressure. There is a fridge and kettle but no coffee or tea but a big 7/11 across the road which has anything you could want - including gin and tonic and ice. The hotel also has drinks which you can order and sit around the beautiful pool all day sipping them if you like that sort of thing. We do. The pool area is very quiet and peaceful. the pool is super clean and the area well maintained. There are many restaurants around the place so plenty to chose from and also an in house restaurant if you don't want to go out. Nee, the beautiful lady on reception could not be more helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist us with a small problem we had with another booking and also gave us a lovely gift as we were leaving. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay and have book a further stay once we're back from the south. Looking forward to it.

Broad choice of breakfast available and made fresh. Location great, lovely beach directly across the street and close to shops and restaurants. Has a nice pool and pool towels supplied. AC worked well and everything was clean. Pool bar and massage room currently closed as they are just trying to get back to normal numbers after Covid. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap etc provided. Has kettle for making tea, coffee and plenty of room. Clothes rack for drying towels and clothes and table and chairs outside your bungalow. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

At one end of the main Karon beach area which suited us as was quieter than being right in the middle of it Lovely pool area, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel is in a great location. Shops and restaurants close by and right opposite the beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was pretty spacious and had all you needed with air conditioning. The staff are so lovely and so helpful. We stayed on a b&b basis. The breakfast was fine and you could choose fresh cooked omelettes etc. we never went hungry! The pool area is nice and is kept clean and there’s always a sun bed available. We booked our return taxi to the airport with them which is a stress for me! But again excellent service!

Location in Karon was great. Pool access room was amazing. Great local Thai food with meters from hotel as well as 7-11 and pharmacy. Happy hour at pool bar was great. Sundae at breakfast was so helpful and friendly. Katy at the tour desk is amazing so funny and friendly and helpful. We would not use another tour organiser. Great air con, bed and excellent shower pressure. Spacious room we loved our stay. Pool was clean and beautiful.

Well maintained nice hotel at the beach front. It was a comfortable stay for our family. Need to cross the road to go to the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. the room is really big, with a nice pool view balcony. the swimming pool has a place for everyone, from kid to grownups. the breakfast is rich with a lot of varieties. the hotel is very close to the beach and to nice restaurants. there are many shopping areas nearby and also at the facility itself. the room is very quiet. the stuff was very helpful.

I like this resort a lot! The staffs are very friendly, perpared a small cake for my son's birthday with candles. Room is big enough for 4 of us with an additional bed, and room got cleaned very well every day. i like the breadfest a lot too, the omelette is very well cooked, crispy bacon and fresh fruits are my must have everyday. Also, the pool is very good, water is clean, with jacuzzi and also different level of water depth so that the kids are having fun too. All in all, if I were in Phuket again, I will definitely choose this resort again！

The stay in this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the tour desk lady. Breakfast buffet was excellent and opens at 6:30 which helped with early morning tours. All the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool is very clean, the room was big and very comfortable with plenty of hot water and the internet worked great. The area is safe, walkeable and with many dining and shopping options. Our only complain was the beach. It had a lot if garbage on the sand and ocean. This is not the hotel's fault, but hopefully the local government and businesses could help keep the beach clean so people keep coming pack to Phuket.

Honestly, this hotel is a little gem! My husband and I stayed 11 nights in a lovely refurbished room, 2nd floor overlooking well maintained pool area. Accommodation was huge, clean, comfy large bed with modern bathroom. The room had a lovely reading / lounging seat by the window. Breakfast outstanding with good daily choice. Cannot fault the location, as super close to beautiful beach and multiple restaurants. In addition, all the staff at Karon Sea Sands were just delightful - always smiling, friendly and very helpful. From reception staff, to housekeeping, pool and restaurant teams - a big thank you! Would highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

The room had plenty of space, rooms cleaned daily, comfy bed. Plenty of storage. Breakfast had plenty of options, only thing I would have liked was fresh squeezed orange juice or similar, the juices were more like cordial. The beach is beautiful but in August the water is fairly rough with choppy waves, red flags on the beach often to bring awareness of rips etc. Just need to swim with care. The staff were amazing, courteous, helpful, friendly. Helped organize day trips etc. Quiet location too, entrance up a short laneway off the main road, but close to shops & beach.

Great hotel with perfect access to the beach. Breakfast not bad, could be better (more variety), but perhaps adequate vs the price you pay. Staff are pretty great, attentive but not too attentive, and friendly (as are a lot of people in Thailand tbh). Best bit is access to the beach front and to the town around the corner. There's also some nice beach bars down the beach road

This hotel is very nice for adults who seek for a relaxing, quiet hotel. It is situated quite close to there Karon Beach (some 10 min walk) and just 15 min walk to Karon center. The busy traffic road has to be crossed when going to the beach and it is a bit risky due to the heavy traffic. Breakfast was good and the breakfast restaurant had a very peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. We never saw more than 15 people there. Also sunbeds were always available. The pool was OK (maybe 20 meters long) and there is a big jacuzzi with a view over the pool. The bungalows a very spacious having 2 rooms, a big bathroom and even a storage room for clothes and luggage. Everything worked well in this hotel.

We would definitely come back to stay if all of the above issues were addressed.

The Village Resort and Spa was an excellent experience. The open air nature and ample vegetation made it feel like you were entering a private garden. It was so quiet and very clean. We stayed in villa 528 and the room was very nice, The bed was quite comfortable and the space was very big. We loved the huge tub, shower, and day bed in the living area. All of the outdoor areas were well tended to, clean, and attractive. The pool & pool bar were very nice and too advantage of that on two occasions. Happy hour was nice! The morning breakfast buffet was extremely good and only on one morning did we meet a seemingly inexperienced and grumpy waiter. Overall the hotel is just marvelous. If you are looking for a quiet, tasteful, relatively central location, this is an excellent choice. However, for us, we were in town to enjoy Bangala Street, the water festival, and bike week. All of this things took place in Patong beach about 10 minutes away by tuk tuk (400 Bat). Getting a ride to Patong was never an issue and the security guard helped every time. The next time we will stay just a little closer to the action.

We stayed at the hotel looking at the description and the reviews online. I must say it lived upto what we expected. The location was great, just a short walk to the quiet side of Karon Beach thru a beautiful lake. The check-in was an ease. I must mentioned the people that were really very helpful and made us feel very comfortable (everyone at reception, the breakfast/restaurant staff and even the guard at the gate was all smiles every time we passed by, always helping us cross the road safely). He's a gem of a guy!! The room /villa was clean, very very spacious and comfy. It felt like home for our stay of 6 days. It looked like they had done a couple of small renovations to the resort (noticing from whats said in previous reviews) . Everything was a short walk away. The pool area / bar is a nice touch and great to relax in. Im happy we chose Karon beach to Patong or the others. We felt the other beaches were a little over crowded. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. 5/5 for us.

I loved our stay here. The Staff were so friendly and very prompt with any issues. We booked here for our anniversary and they made it very special for us. It is very quiet and private. In fact at one point my husband asked if I had booked the entire resort just for us/our anniversary. The breakfast was great and fresh choices between Thai & western foods all you need a healthy breakfast. We stayed in the Pool access villa and it was truly amazing and the photos don't do it justice. It was very clean and serviced everyday. It is at the quiet end of Karon but good access to restaurants and shopping. There were no children in this resort. The guard at the front entrance always made sure you got across the road safely or got you a taxi or tut tut. 200Bt anywhere in Karon one way (about $9 Aus) I will mention that the beds are hard but that is pretty much everywhere in Phuket. previously I have request mattress toppers to be added but I did not wake up sore so did not ask them here. The pool & pool bar a great. We loved everything about this place and all the staff we will definitely be back and truly enjoyed the quietness, the peace & how private it felt.

Paradise Inn was perfect for us, ratings are based on price. We found the food at the restaurant to be good and reasonably priced, but there are shops and restaurants everywhere just outside the door. We loved the 5 star mattresses which the manager told me they use because they buy mattresses for their Guesthouses from the same company as their sister 4 star resort Pacific Club (they also use the same linens which I think he said are 280 thread count !!!, hard to believe we're getting 5 star beds for only a little more than 15 US bucks a night). Speaking of their sister resort, another thing we loved is that for the cheap rate we paid at Paradise Inn, we were allowed to use the gym and rooftop pool at the sister resort as well. We even went up there (5-10 minute walk) for one evening of peace and quiet, drinks and dinner while using their Herbal Sauna and warm jacuzzi therapy pool nicely situated in a beautiful garden (we checked other options in the area and it would have cost more than our room rate to use their facilities). On other days we went to the beach which is a 1 minute walk from the Paradise Inn. Also for breakfast we used their other sister property Karon Cafe Inn which is almost next door cost 99 to 199 baht for buffet and fresh. Marble floors and granite top sinks made a nice upscale touch. It's location is in town so more noise at night, but soundproof windows made our sleep quality fine (maybe not for everyone).

I had booked the Karon Cafe Inn but was given a room at the Paradise Inn, a sister hotel just a couple hundred meters away. It was sizable and had a kitchenette alcove with microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and nice and spacious. For 370 Baht per night it was great! Karon was nearly empty. I have been there 3 times before to see Karon bustling but the pandemic has devastated the local economy. Many bars and restaurants had closed long before my arrival. I stayed a week and was generally the only guest in the hotel. Nonetheless Chai, the superb manager who also manages the upscale Pacific Club Resort, ensured my stay was comfortable. Mae, the excellent day manager, checked daily to see that the hotel and my room were cleaned and refreshed as needed. A storm knocked out the electric on my floor and maintenance was onsite quickly to resolve the problem....it was a blown transformer on the street. Chai also invited me to visit the Pacific Club Resort for its gym and pool. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and this was added value to my stay. The lovely beach, just a 3 minute walk away, was quiet but some chairs and umbrellas were available. Restaurants nearby were quiet but the service and food were still very good. The hotel was mostly without guests but the care was super. I was happy to spend a little money in Karon and help the local economy. And I enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing week. Thanks to the staff.

Everything was great for me,,,the room is veryclean everyday,,,it feels good energy in the room, i have room 4th floor with balcony with beautiful view on mountain and you can see Big buddha on the mountai, quiet aea, 2 mins walk from the beach, 30 second walk from main restaurant area, but away enough to be quiet. You get 10% off at sister restaurant Karon cafe, 100 meter away and good discount on buffet breakfast which is very good. So my stay here was excellent. The beach is great, feels good energy there too. Month of may,,,not too crowded, just ok.

Best bang for buck on Karon beach. Location is very close to the beach, all kinds of small shops and restaurants are all around. You can leave your laundry to the hotel and they will clean it for a fee. Every staff member was super friendly, especially Chai who arranged us a scooter in 10 minutes. Room had balcony and a big fridge, good wifi and comfy bed. The reception is at Karon Cafe Inn which is few meters on the same road so if you come with a taxi or navigate by yourself, put Karon Cafe Inn as destination. I could not recommend this place enough, absolute gem of Karon beach.

Room / hotel in general was very clean and well maintained. We were travelling with a large family group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Beds were comfy, breakfast buffet was great (all tasty, lots of options), great shower, plenty of cupboard/storage space. It's nice and quiet but in a great location - 1 minute to the beach, 30 seconds from cafes/7-11/restaurants/bars/nail salons/tattoo shops etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic location - stones throw away from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Plenty going on in very close distance, but it is nice and quiet. Good spread for breakfast, staff helpful. Rented a bike for the day and was a very simple process. Rooms were nice and clean, in good condition, comfortable bed. Great value for money!

Clean, modern perfect location when you find the safe walking track to Karon village. Heaps of restaurants close by. Beach 2 minute walk, massage next door and 7/11 at your door step. Will definitely return!! Friendly staff, highly recommend. Added bonus they hire scooters on site. Loved my stay!!! See you next time

Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are spacious enough and cleaned everyday. Decent breakfast. Location is top. Near everything and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The manager Mr. Ronald is also very helpful as well as his staff at the reception. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The complimentary breakfast was great. Excellent location; 2 mins to a 7-11, 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to bars. Swimming pool is clean with a nice view towards the sea. Rooms were clean with great air conditioning and well appointed bathrooms.

Great location over the road from Karon beach. Near good restaurants and markets. Bus stop nearby, can travel to the airport which goes via Patong and Phuket. Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast was great, an egg station, cooked how you want them including omelettes made individually. Cereals, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, hot items including noodles and sausages. Coffee and teas, milk and juices. The pool was lovely and clean and there was a second pool near our room. Neither were busy and there were enough sunbeds. Our room was very spacious and clean, it had a huge bed, a bath and separate shower, a safe, fridge and drinks in the fridge which were only a couple of bhats to purchase. There was a kettle. Tea, coffee and coffee mate sachets. 2 complimentary waters were provided daily. We had a great view from our balcony. The spa was closed as far as we could see for the duration of our holiday and the restaurant was a little quiet other than breakfast time.

Rooms were very spacious, good air con! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Location was perfect! Balcony had a nice view. Bed was very comfy and big!

Karon Princess is in a great location- across the main street from the beach, next to a food stand night market, within a block to massage, currency exchange (albeit not the best rate), 7-11 and juice shops. It's really close to outdoor stands for clothes, souvenirs, etc. The shower gets hot, AC cold, bed is comfortable, and there is a great bathtub. The pool is big and is a good temperature. We were near the back by the pool, which was a longer walk to the beach, but was very quiet and relaxing. We weren't used to the time change and were easily able to get Grab Food or 7-11 breakfast at 4 am.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The friendly and helpful staff were fantastic. The beach is just across the road, which is super convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The bed was excellent – large and incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
