Christo and Lambrini are the perfect hosts. Any request was met immediately by them and Christo was a world of information about both Kastoria and the surrounding areas. The guesthouse is absolutely spotless and the temperature inside was perfect, even though it was cold outside. We stayed in the loft room which had a wonderful atmosphere and a view of the lake was absolutely spectacular. The breakfast room has the same view which was the best way to start your day whilst eating the huge, freshly baked breakfast ( thanks to the culinary skills of Lambrini). The guesthouse is situated on the North side of the promontory of Kastoria slightly elevated, so as well as an unbelievable view is a quiet area, within a few minutes walk to the shore. We used Kastoria as a base for five days , exploring the immediate area as well as the surrounding areas and thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Lots of coffee places and wonderful restaurants close by which had very good quality food and incredibly reasonable prices. We'd definitely recommend both the Filoxenia to anyone.

It was incredibly clean and comfortable, with an amazing view even from the room. The breakfast wasn’t your typical hotel buffet variety, but everything they served was absolutely delicious, with some amazing homemade desserts. The owner was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

The owners were very nice and friendly. They helped with everything we asked and gave good advices/suggestions. The location is amazing and has a great view to the lake. The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice and welcoming. The rooms were super clean. The area around is very quite and you can reach the lake quickly (ask the owners to show you the stairs for the shortcut to the lake as it did not appear in Google maps). The breakfast was nice and tasty. It was nice to have breakfast outside in the garden with such great view. We would definitely stay again there when we visit again kastoria and will definitely suggest to others.

Guesthouse Filoxenia, very cozy place in the northen Greece., situated in the small romantic town Kastoria, this big family house offers an amazing view from tha balcony and the dining room. The staff was very nice and willing to help, here is a parking place directly next to the guesthouse and the breakfast with the view on the lake was wonderful. It is also a good starting point to make a tour around the peninsula. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay a lot. A place to remember.

This cozy, feel-like-home hotel with its breathtaking lake view is better than Hilton overlooking lake Como. The owners were very kind and hospitable, the bed comfy, the room spacious and clean, the balcony wow, and the breakfast just amazing. Thanks for the great hospitality, we'll visit again soon! <3

Everything was excellent! Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful, great service, great breakfast! The room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture is stylish, decorated with great taste. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

For us this was the perfect boutique hotel, everything was top quality, (the bed, the fixtures & fittings, breakfast & location). But what makes the Konstantinos Bakeris extra special is the wonderful & friendly welcome and service from the 3 sisters who operate the hotel. They are an absolute delight and can't do enough to ensure everything is perfect during your stay. We loved Kastoria andwe loved the Konstantinos Bakeris. We WILL be back!

Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view over the lake But what made our stay truly exceptional was the friendly and helpful hosts. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Since we stayed during a quieter time, we got to enjoy the boutique-style experience without the crowds, and at a great price too. Overall, we highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay that you just can't get at regular hotels.

Beautiful house , very tasteful decoration and a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast is fantastic. The place is quiet and there are some good restaurants in the direct neighbourhood. The room has beautiful traditional furniture and is really cosy. The room is very spacious. We admire the creatvity of the owner who succeeded to combine antiques with well hidden modern bathrooms. We chose this place on the recommendation of a local friend and we weren't disappointed. I wish we could score it 11 out of 10 because it was perfect. The view of the lake was stunning, the location excellent, especially since it was right above a fantastic coffee shop. The attention to detail and all the fittings etc. were superb, a recent refurbishment means that everything was super modern and high quality, hightech TV. We are both vegan and they made an extra effort to produce some delicious breakfast options for us. It really could not have been more perfect.
