Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building on a quiet street behind main street. Spacious room, exceptionally clean. Great aircon. Super comfy beds. Roof terrace all to myself! Beautiful pool/spa area with relaxation beds. The staff were professional, especially the lady on reception who was super friendly! The best bit…. I forgot to check the safe and left my Rolex in there. After about an hour I returned and they had it in a bag waiting for me! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had a few VERY MINOR niggles, the main one being, no kettle for tea. They brought one but I had to call every time I needed tea bags or milk as it wasn’t replaced daily, I felt a pest! The jug of milk they provided did not fit in the mini fridge and didn’t stay fresh in the heat. With the lift broken at the time, I’m sure they could have done without running up and down 3 flights of stairs for me if they’d just ensured tea facilities were provided. Roof terrace was empty of people, staff and facilities. There didn’t seem any way of ordering a drink and in the heat was too uncomfortable to sit up there for long. I did stay an hour (using two chairs as a lounger) but left for a drink rather than hike up and down stairs again 😂 I loved this hotel, I didn’t use the restaurant as I was alone, I don’t eat breakfast and not looking for anything special for dinner. But would def dine there if I return. I stayed as a solo traveller for 3 nights in July (pre UK school hols). I felt very safe in this hotel.

Elegance with a welcoming vibe . The pool and relaxing area for all guests was a special experience swimming in a cave! Dinner was spectacular. Loved the rooftop patio and views of the castle close enough to touch. You are perfectly located with the river on one side infront of castle next to you ( go on a cruise or drink on the barge) and the square minutes walk. Tons of other quaint restaurants right by the hotel. Front staff was efficient welcoming and helpful and the rooms were steeped in history but with modern amenities just as we expect and are thankful from a Chateau and Relais property.

As you enter, you are greeted by friendly receptionist. The building is historic. The rooms mainta.in this history and provide modern conveniences. Everywhere you want to go is a short walk away. The street is quiet. The food to die for! The breakfast is delicious and provides many options. Do make reservations for dinner as it will be the best dinner you have ever had. Dinner was exceptional, mouthwatering flavors and impeccable service.

So glad we ended up staying at the charming Copernicus for our first trip to Krakow. The location is ideal: right by the beautiful Wawel Castle with a great walk to the top of the hill. The street is very ancient and beautiful and the key is- it’s quiet! We realized once in Krakow that many hotels would be noisy and in and near the old town square can get very crowded and touristy and noisy. Copernicus is not that. The concierge team helped us so much via email before we arrived. I would highly recommend all of them, very quick to answer and helpful. They organized a private tour guide for us at Auschwitz and a driver to take us there quickly and comfortably. With a packaged lunch. Seamless. And they made several dinner bookings for us. All fun and delicious. We also preferred to eat breakfast out and about and then suggestion of Bistro Charlotte was perfect. Somehow the hotel also managed to let us keep our same castle-view room for all of our nights, when I’d booked it they had said we would have to change for our last night. All to say- excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you team. Bravo.

We visited Kraków and the Hotel Copernicus as the last leg of a long trip around Europe, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is historic and beautiful, with gracious staff and the perfect location. Our room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, albeit without an outside view. The glass-roofed central courtyard is a lovely space, highlighting the hotel’s medieval architecture while making it more congenial in a rainy Polish summer or a cold winter. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of Kraków’s historic center and, of course, a fantastic angle on the Wawel. The bar is decorated with original wall paintings and a medieval ceiling. The location of the hotel is ideal, directly below the Wawel hill and ten-fifteen minutes’ walk from both the Rynek and Kazimierz. You can easily walk down to the river, as well. The staff is wonderful; they arranged various transfers for us as well as quick and efficient dry-cleaning. They also offered to arrange private tours of local attractions, although we did not take them up on that offer on this trip.

This is an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean and with comfy beds, although the pillows are rather odd and could be improved upon. Good sized bathroom with large enclosed shower with hairdryer and toiletries provided. Plenty of parking, very accessible if driving from the Airport, just a few minutes walk from the Salt Mine too. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was superb, but sadly we didn't get a chance to test the sauna. The breakfast was extensive and all very tasty although a few more cereal options would have been nice. We dined in on one occasion and the Pork Medallions were excellent as was my Beef Burger. The area around the hotel was very quiet and safe and there is a 24 hour McDonalds which we needed arriving late on a Sunday night. Overall, an excellent choice of hotel and one that I would happily recommend without question. Thank you to the staff at Turowka Hotel & Spa for making us so welcome.

The staff were so nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained. The room was so spacious and clean, comfy and warm. Pool and spa area was such a nice treat and the breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also very tasty. The hotel is within few minutes walking distance from Wilechka center and the salt mines. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Turowka. Room was clean and spacious. We were bit surprised that there was no curtain or blinds on the window but mayne it motivated us to get up early. Spa treatment was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Massive highlight was the food at the restaurant. Whatever we ordered was delicious. Salmon, Steak, duck dumplings, pizza and great variety on breakfast buffet. Thank you so much for everything.

Everything was fine at the hotel, and the advantage was that it was very close to the Velichka mines. It was a little strange that the hotel was so quiet that we thought we were the only guests (during breakfast, we saw that we weren't the only ones). The breakfast selection wasn't very large, but the food was very tasty. We had a really tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the kids found something they liked to eat too.

Good location. Walking distance to town, and a less than 5min walk to the station for a train to Krakow. Room ran a little warm but aircon is decent and not loud. Room was spotless. Bed is massive and very comfortable. Robes and slippers a nice touch. Room large and spacious. The late checkin possiblity was great as we arrived just after midnight. Reception was friendly and quick. Breakfast had a good range on offer, both sweet and savoury options. Had late breakfasts most days and everything was well stocked, tasty and warm. We stayed in the Green room over the weekend, and there was a dance party in the evening which is directly below the room. We were warned the would be somewhat noisy, but there is good sound insulation so it didn’t keep us up. We’re mid sleepers, so maybe light sleepers would have an issue but it was no problem for us. Went down for a drink and it looked a good time, if you fancy a night of dancing.

Location , easy to reach from the highway. Modern design, comfortable rooms, bed, delicious and varied breakfast . Pet friendly with no extra charge for a 4kg dog , private parking lot, a supermarket in front and a petrol station. Ideal hotel for 1-2 nights on the way . Highly recommend!

Nice hotel located lil bit away from busy city center, but extremely convenient to get to via nearby train takes like 20 minutes). Good breakfast options (really recommend getting breakfast included in your stay), good food overall. Nice staff, good spacious rooms for really competitive price. Highly recommend to any travelers coming to Krakow.

Pretty room, beautiful wedding place, the restaurant has delicious kitchen, the athmosphere is lovely. Free parking, kind staff. I could use the fitness room and the wellness (which has finn sauna, infrasauna, salt cabin, and jazuzzi all with beautiful lightings) the stuff was helpful with everything.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the Wawel suite, we stay in a lot of suites and this is one of the best we have experienced so far. Love the jacuzzi, it’s absolutely huge. I asked for them to arrange a heart decoration on the bed for my partner’s birthday and paid for the birthday cake to be delivered on the last morning of our stay at 9am and they were very punctual. The service we received from all the staff was amazing, I’d absolutely stay in this hotel again when visiting Kraków. Also, for some reason we got a free welcome drink due to booking via Expedia which was a nice surprise.

Inx Design Hotel: A Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location Inx Design Hotel offers a convenient base for exploring both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The Standard Room was pleasantly spacious, equipped with the usual tea and coffee facilities. While additional services like dry cleaning came at an extra cost, the daily fresh towels and room service were welcome touches. The water machine near the lift was a thoughtful addition. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, even assisting with airport taxi arrangements, which proved to be a cost-effective solution. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we enjoyed the warm Polish hospitality at each place we visited. A really nice hotel in a good location. Located in the Jewish quarter, a 20 minute walk from the Old town and there was a tram stop outside the hotel which took you into town in 5 mins. Shops and restaurants next to hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good shower facilities and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff and able to book tours/transfers from front desk. Breakfast was good and lots of range. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter close by the river Visutla with easy access to the old town with its many restaurants and bars - lovely friendly staff, nice decor and clean and tidy. Coffee and tea making facilities - drinking fountain nearby. Lovely comfy bed - could do with more pillows - quiet location as whilst the trams were running early in the morning and late at night I could not hear them.

Absolutely amazing place in the city center of Kraków right next to the Galeria Krakowska mall and bus station. The room was very clean equipped with all the desire facilities and we could also enjoy a lovely balcony view. Last but not least, the breakfast was truly exceptional with the most amazing selection of fresh food.

The hotel is located near the town center next to a park. It’s a quiet location. It has private parking free of charge. The check-in was fast and hassle free. The room was spacious, very clean and also had AC but I didn’t use it. Our room also had a nice balcony. As the hotel is not enormous the breakfast didn’t have a huge variety but everything You would want was there - sausages, eggs, coffee, even salmon.

The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, including the cleaners 😊 they were great. The location is amazing, right next to the park and just far enough out of town to be peaceful. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The continental breakfast was lovely, it ticked all the right boxes.

Perfect place, friendly people, quite (in front of city park), good kitchen, good breakfast.

It is situated 10-15 minutes from the airport, I recommed when you travel. Beautiful place - looks like a mini “castle”. 😁 Breakfast was amazing.

We had two bedrooms and a huge bathroom with jacuzzi! The location was very good, in the city centre, close to all attractions. The staff was very friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The room was very nice for four people. Two bedrooms and 1 and half bathroom s. A beautiful jacuzzi tip in main bathroom. We walk right out into Old Town Kraków.

I had an advance request to check-in one hour early and the hotel was kind enough to have my room ready without any extra charges. I’m really really thankful for that! This hotel has made my stay at Kraków really memorable! It firstly was easy to reach. Room was really clean, had good quilt, towels, kettle, tea bag, cup, bottled water, wardrobe with hangers, small fridge, heater, toiletries, hair dryer, mirror, perfect closed shower, towel rail heater and interior decoration. The room also had chair and TV which I haven’t used much. It was warm and welcoming, has overall positive vibes, location was absolutely perfect in the center with walkable distance to many of the city tourist spots. Morning breakfast was good, and, coffee and tea was available any time of the day. Staff have been all the time responsive and friendly :) At every breakfast morning, I have seen staff clearing up used dishes quite quickly, maintaining clean atmosphere for the next persons. Totally exceeded my expectations of what I spent for my stay :)

Great location for visiting everything worth seeing. no where was far to walk. Even places like Schindler’s factory was well within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was big with bath and shower. ok you had to go to reception or down stairs for Wi-fi. But you’re on holiday, don’t live on your phone. Breakfast was continental with eggs and sausages. But delicious enough to set you up for the day. Coffee machine in restaurant to help yourself anytime. Receptionist helpful and full of information.

We stayed in the family room in March. Check-in was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. There is no wireless connection in the room. However, there is no problem with wireless connection in the breakfast room. Tea and coffee are unlimited in the breakfast room all day long. The hotel is right in the center. A few minutes walk from the main square. We were very pleased with our stay in Great Polonia Krakow.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic—surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The area had such great energy, especially in the evenings. The tram stop is right outside the building, which made it super easy to get around. If you don’t feel like walking the 15–20 minutes to the city center, the tram is a convenient option. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and my friend slept well on the couch. There was even a fan, which was helpful on the one particularly hot day. Overall, a great stay—and I would definitely book this place again!

Great apartment, perfect location, good price. What more do you need? Super easy self-check in with door codes, fast wifi, comfy bed, nice bathroom with plenty of fresh towels. Despite the central location, the flat is super quiet and I slept like a baby. The area is wonderful with tons of great restaurants, cafes and takeaways at your door step. In the kitchen, you have tea bags as well as a nespresso machine.

- Great location! Near the old town and close to a lot of restaurants, pubs, bars. Also close to public transport to take you to the old town and many other spots. - The apartment is fully renovated. You can tell it is not a new building but there has been a lot of energy invested in making it as modern and new as possible, with a lot of new furniture and devices, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc. - Easy access: the directions to find the apartment as well as to get inside are clear and straight forward. Very easy - Everything was super clean! - This is a 25m2 square apartment! Pictures make it look big but it still is 25m2 and it is indicated as such, so don't complain if you expect something bigger. For us, on a 4 night stay, it was good enough.

The apartments was very clean and well equipped. They gave us more than enough towels, tea, coffee etc. Everything was in great condition, beds and sofa comfy and TV fully working. Location is quiet and pretty nice. Many stores and pubs very close to the apartment. And last + is a non contact check in and check out. I definitely recommend Nook nook apartments to everyone visiting krakow as they're definitely a solid and safe company with a really good prices.

Good double glazing. Plenty of piping hot water. Comfy beds. Great helpful staff available 24h. Breakfast available during extended hours and good value for money. Apartment looks out onto internal courtyard. Amazing location. Bars on the ground floor but they were quiet by the time we wanted to sleep, so nice to have the option for very local drinks/coffee. Bars looked out over a square. This and the local streets are filled with great restaurants and bars, jazz clubs and cafes. All a short step from this block. Easy walking to everywhere in the old town and to transport to other parts and airport.

Amazing apartment, with everything we needed in it. 8 of us for a weekend. Would highly recommend location too. Tea and coffee provided and the included breakfast in the bar/cafe downstairs was just what we needed to start our day. We even had a late night drink in the cafe/bar where we had breakfast - amazing value for money and only a few steps from our apartment. Would go back to these apartments! Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic apartments, great location 1 min walk to main market square. Very clean & spacious we had a 2 bed for 5 friends and it was perfect. Also Scandale Royal restaurant & Bar who do the breakfast‘s is well worth it buffet style for £30 zloty (£6), they also do amazing cocktails.

The bullring is amazing, the stained glass windows are so beautiful, the whole place is extremely warm and clean. We found it very central just a very short walk to the main square. The apartment itself was perfect for us. There was a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and 2 ring hotplate cooker. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. All towels including the tea towel were wrapped in plastic bags. Shower gel and ml hand wash in both the bathroom sink, shower and kitchen. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. The lift omg!! We was told it’s the eldest in Krakow and it has so much atmosphere to it we loved it! It We would definitely start again and fully recommend.

You can't get any closer to the main square than this place. The staff were always so helpful and super nice. We felt safe in the area and it was also quiet, so we slept well. The reception is open 24-7 and there was always someone to help even if it was late at night. The rooms were great with a kitchen area and a refrigerator, though we did not use it at all since we mostly ate outside. If you book with breakfast included, you can eat that at the restaurant next to the apartments and they serve a really good breakfast.

it’s spacious apartments close to the city centre. there is a bath tub with jacuzzi, kitchen with kitchenware, even a separate table to work. also, there is a self check in with detailed instructions. also, please notice there is no elevator in the building. it wasn’t a problem for us but might be for somebody else.

The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful—when we encountered a minor issue, they went above and beyond to solve it promptly. Such attentive and caring hosts really make all the difference, and I wish everyone could have the same wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Very clean and convenient apartment, easy check-in and out, helpful support in any question. There is an amazing bakery with great coffee right across the street and also a Żabka shop in 4 min walking range. Of course the old town is super close.

Honestly, this place felt like a hidden gem. When we walked up to the outside door, we were apprehensive. However, when we got inside we found a modern, beautifully renovated apartment. Even the small details were nice, like soft closing doors. It was perfect for a family or a romantic getaway!

Perfect location , helpful lovely staff , smart clean modern style & jacuzzi bath was great after long day exploring krakow.

We may have the cheapest room in the attic :-) but it was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and quite cheap for the centre of the Old Town. Next time, if you'll offer us for the same price the room with jacuzzi , we'll give you even better rate ;-)

We lived the hotel and the location in the old town. Staff were friendly. The rooms are great, we had a junior suite with stairs up to the kitchenette. We had a jacuzzi bath with a hand held shower but would have preferred a fixed shower.

Beautifully refurbished apartment with great central location just off the main square. Loved the jacuzzi bath! The staff were extremely welcoming and the on site cafe breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

Fabulous stay at this spacious stylish well appointed Jungle design 1st floor apartment in quiet tree-lined street in a great central location jut 5-10mins walk into Old Town and Kazimierz and train stations at Głowny and Grzegórzki. Busy road outside but didn’t bother us and was super quiet at night and we slept well with the black out curtains. Despite no aircon, the high ceilings and lots of windows gave comfortable airy through-draft and we didn’t need to use the free-standing fans provided. Clean, comfortable contemporary furnishings, plenty of towels & bed linens, ample kitchen utensils, tea/coffee and household supplies with nice little balcony table & chairs for morning coffee. Great communication from courteous attentive staff. Super easy check-in/out process and they let us store our carry-on bags at their office reception. Shower cubicle small but powerful mains water so be careful of overflowing the shower tray. Overall we had a superb stay at this hidden gem and I highly recommend it. Will be back! 🙌😊

The aparthotel is on the corner of Dietla and Sarego which is an area between the old market square, Rynek Glodny, and Kazimierez district. Five minutes walk to the centre of the old square and 5 minutes to the heart of the jewish quarter with a great choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and music. I lived in Krakow 20 years ago when I worked there and this area is perfect as a tourist. It is safe and local to all you wish to see in the city. Wawel cathedral 5 minutes as is the lovely walk along the Wisla river. There is a 24 hour shop around the corner with all you need and many others within 2 to 3 minutes. My apartment was on the second floor and there is no lift so you have to walk up quite a few steps. The web site said there was a desk that was manned from 9am and check in at 11am. TBH I chose this place as my flight was early and I was at the hotel early, 10am. There is no desk but I phoned the local number , spoke English told them I was outside and in less that 10 minutes a manager was there and took me to the room. The room was very clean and tidy and modern and twice the size I expected. Everything you need including washing machine, ironing board etc. Microwave, plates, pots and cutlery. Plenty of space and an excellent bathroom with a strong flowing shower. Overall a great spot, I was there for four nights and slept well. Would definitely book again if I was going back. Prices I thought were reasonable for location and standard of room. NBP. Wales. August 2018.

This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our party of 5. The location is close to the Old Town. there are several cafes and coffee shops for a convenient breakfast. The one on the corner directly below has lovely food and vibe but the service is so slow. 25 minutes to hand over a take away sandwich which was already made in the window. The little balcony of the apartments is lovely. The main lounge is spacious and very comfortable.

Loved the location and cleaniness of the flat. Shower was clean and the shower pressure was perfect. Each room had a fan and was necessary for the temp of the room. Great location for us with brilliant coffee shops nearby for breakfast and great food options on either side within a 10 min walk. Beds were comfy too.

Great location. 10 minute walk to Old Town the same for Jewish Quarter. Plenty of restaurants bars and mini markets on the doorstep. Lovely high ceilinged spacious early 1900s apartment with modern bathrooms. Clean. Nice location that seemed very safe.

Really nice, spacious and comfortable apartment. We were 7 people - 3 adults and 4 kids. Perfect for a large family. Very quiet and convenient location, close to a tram station and city center. The sauna gives luxury feeling and comfort. Katarzyna, the host, is a kind and very helpful person. We were grateful for her tips about the city. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. We will definitely book it again next time we are in Krakow.

The most wonderful welcome by Katarzyna who couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful with many interesting tips and ideas of what to do in Krakow. The apartment itself was everything we hoped for and we didn't even get around to using all there facilities like the sauna! It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended.

Our stay was excellent. The location couldn’t be better—right across from Jagiellonian University, close to the historic area, and just a 10-minute walk to Wawel. The apartment was comfortable, with quiet evenings thanks to the view of the back yard. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had surprisingly great water pressure for the third floor of an older building. Most importantly, the hosts were wonderful—kind, attentive, and always easy to communicate with. Their hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable

The location was fantastic, very close as it’s right on the main square. Carrefour express shops and cafes. The bedroom was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, smart tv and a little desk, plenty of coffee and tea (you can use pod capsules in the machine in common kitchen). The private bathroom was a great size and very clean. I felt very secure as a female solo traveller, just make sure you have a copy of the combination codes etc! Someone locked the main door from inside as they left their keys in the hole but the staff were very responsive and were prepared to come investigate this but didn’t need to in the end! I recommend leaving your keys in your lock box each time you leave and screen shot the codes on your phones or something :)

Excellent communication from owners and easy access to the property upon late arrival. Rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Bathroom facilities separate to room however again modern and really clean with towels etc changed daily. Our only negative and a point to consider it’s three seperate apartments in one and out of the owners control is who is the actions of other apartment users. We had a young group one night who decided rock music at five in the morning was the order of the day but again I messaged owners and it was sorted quickly. Overall location and price along with quality of facilities adds up to a really good choice

The hotel is located beside the Szary stables which adds to the experience. We love horses so we wanted to spend some time in a place where we can interact with them. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The restaurant was really good as well. This is a very nice option to spend some time away from the city in a peaceful and green surroundings.

The place was in the countryside. Location was perfect, nice view all around. Hotel staff was friendly, professional, they spoke and understood english well enough. Rooms where clean, comfortable and had a nice view.

Super location on the hill with nice view. Quiet, yet close to Cracow. Excellent food at the restaurant for dinner as well as very good breakfast in the morning. Modern, bright room.

The rooms are not very big, but they are comfortable and clean. The staff was also very polite and friendly. What we especially loved was the breakfast — honestly, it was amazing! Such a big variety of food and everything was really, really tasty. Definitely worth mentioning. Another big plus is the gym, very nice and well equipped. The whole territory of the hotel is pleasant, and overall we were more than happy with our stay. Even though it was short, we left very satisfied.

I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite, with a mezzanine level and its own jacuzzi. The facilities were fantastic and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The location is spot on. Walking distance to every where you need to go, and also in a quiet place. Inside the hotel is also quiet. The staff are helpful when asking questions. The bath/jacuzzi is also good once it’s full.

Excellent location, peaceful street but in walking distance to the old town and Jewish quarter. Beautiful walks along the river and it was great to walk to other areas that aren’t completely on the tourist track. We had a superior apartment and it was incredibly clean, well designed and had one of the most comfortable beds. The jacuzzi bath was the icing on the cake! Didn’t try breakfast but we enjoyed trying the different options across the street. Really loved this place, so glad we paid the extra to stay here, I think that’s the only thing really is the price - not the cheapest but as soon as we got there we didn’t care as it was so lovely!

The room was spacious, had a great view with a balcony and chairs, was comfortable, and super clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. This would have been good enough, but the staff were also very friendly and helpful without being over-bearing. And the cherry on the cake - the included breakfast was INCREDIBLE. They must have their restaurant chefs make breakfast because it was insanely good. The location was perfect for us, based on what we wanted to do... It's right on the border of the Jewish quarter, which wound up being much, much cooler to shop, hang out, and eat than the old city. We felt like we could get anywhere without any difficulty. I would absolutely come back to Kraków, and I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

What a wonderful stay in beautiful Krakow! I was looking for a base for a 5 night stay located with ease to all the city had to offer and stumbled across the Queen Boutique Hotel - after emailing some enquiries with the front desk Kacper let us know room type availability and we selected the Queen suite for our stay. We were also offered additional transfers to and from the airport & were picked up promptly in a beautiful executive car. From a friendly and warm checkin we were escorted to our room which was perfection. A large, modern and super clean living space, bathroom(s) and twin bed room - air conditioned to help us cool off during the heatwave. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful advising us on sites to visit and accommodating us whilst the restaurant & bar was closed on evenings. Professional and efficient with just the right measure of warm friendly hospitality. Breakfast at the hotel is just delicious with so many options and additional extras and so accommodating for me, as a gluten free coeliac, with safely cooked seperate food and options highlighted on the buffet. Can't wait to stay again - special thanks to all staff - especially Piotr & Tomasz

We have just returned from this hotel after a 6 night stay and I can honestly say that it was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and very well equipped and well designed. It was cleaned to a high standard and things such as a plug to use for the hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini bar and safe made our stay very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and it included something for everyone, all well cooked and delicious especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is very well situated- about a 10 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter and 15 minutes to the Old Town. However there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and convenience stores in very close proximity. We have had the most amazing time in Krakow and will certainly be returning to this beautiful city and the Queen Boutique Hotel as soon as possible.

Our first visit to Krakow and so glad we stayed here - perfect location right between Old Town and a walk across the road to the Jewish Quarter. We were able to check in early after a very early flight which was much appreciated. Room was spotless and well equipped. Air con could only be set at 18 degrees unfortunately and it was a bit of a heatwave but it was adequate. Fridge was handy, you could connect to the smart tv - bathroom was modern -pressure on shower was a a bit low but to be expected. Breakfast had a great choice for everyone and was nice and fresh. Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and polite. We didnt eat in the Michelin restaurant and werent sure we could get a drink downstairs as theres no lobby bar. All in all- a fantastic trip and we will book again when we come back

We both very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's located close to the old town and the Jewish Quarter. It's also close to the Planty park. Encircling the Old Town of Kraków, this pleasant and quiet park is a veritable sea of green and was lovely to walk through when the heat was getting too much. Lots of benches and sights as you walk the circuit. Our room was very nice at the front of the hotel. There is a tram line right outside the hotel. We were aware of the noise of the tram but by the second night and with the air conditioning on we didn't really notice it. Nice bathroom with a shower. Room was kept clean. Air con only went down to 18 degrees which some nights we found warm. Breakfast was great as were the staff there. We would happily have gone to dinner there but didn't find the menu appealing. Staff at reception were really good. Very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by. Lots of things to see close by including a walk along the river. We felt very safe walking around and the people we met were extremely helpful and friendly. Krakow is a great place to visit and Queen Boutique well worth considering to stay at.

Location of this hotel is superb for Krakow Old Town, couldnt get more central. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially if you are vegetarian, there was such a selection. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage. Bathroom a good size and clean. The pool was especially lovely, so nice to go back after a busy day for a swim, jacuzzi lovely, sauna great, the steam room was out of order, but we were notified and wasnt an issue. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, wonderful, polite professional service, very nice people at the reception, clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms, swimming pool area, salt cave, jacuzzi and saunas at a high world level, clean everywhere, it shines. My grandchildren were delighted with everything, especially the pool, we will definitely go back there with pleasure.

Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel!

Plain modern yet a very beautiful Hotel. In perfect condition and wonderful state, the location is rather magnificent as it is placed in the heart of the old town so by stepping out of the hotel u are at the heart of the city and within walking distance to a lot of places. Staff were polite and helpful, not very social I have to say but very decent and helpful. It had I believe 66 rooms. Swimming pool which was cold to use as per a lot of guests, jacuzzi is amazing and sauna and steam room. Breakfast is little odd like they have two types, A la carte or buffet, buffet was not that impressive so like 5/10 . Biggest problem we faced and disliked was the heating / airco and water temperature. Airco was blowing only hot air no matter what we did and heating couldn’t be turned off so the room was really warm therefore we had to sleep with window open in order for us to bare the temperature. Shower is frustration as there cold tap and hot tap and balance to get a normal water temperature is like mission impossible and had to try for long time and afterwards temperature of water kept changing. Aside from that, housekeeping team is amazing and highly skilled and amenities in the room is perfect . Very hard bed, which we don’t mind but as FYI. Overall, would I stay there again? YES 🙌🏻

A solid choice for a long weekend in Krakow. It was interesting how the decor was similar to the other Indigo hotel we have stayed in which was in Bath. A lot of velour, rose gold metal and shiny green tiles. Our room was 201 which had no view and was rather dark but it was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee machine and the generous toiletries supply. Front desk staff were young and friendly. Breakfast was an extra £16 each and was OK. There were plentiful local cafes for a cheaper alternative. It is a short walk from the main station and into the Old Town so a convenient location. It is also opposite the local covered market which is well worth a visit for the amazing produce and a focaccia sandwich bar called Fokarnia. Nobody seemed to use the bar or restaurant much as there are so many in the immediate area. We did have a nightcap of flavoured vodkas one evening and the barman was helpful.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Room was very cosy, not a huge room but a good size (regular double room). Espresso martinis are amazing for those cocktail lovers! The restaurant in the hotel provide an amazing breakfast! The evening meal was lovely, presentation to a T! The restaurant closes at half 10 on the dot, even if you have ordered your dinner before this time but want to order a dessert after this time it will be a no, I would recommend ordering your dessert with your dinner if you really want one!

Our room was amazing, the bed very comfortable and staff were extra friendly. we had heated floor in the bathroom which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the variety and freshly cooked breakfast. This hotel definitely deserves its star rating. A couple of notes. We did ask for our light bulb to be replaced which was forgotten.. The cocktail bar downstairs is modern and well equipped with good ingredients however somehow the cocktails are not well executed and taste flat (both whiskey sour and negroni were disappointing for the price). Despite these minor details, this hotel is an amazing place to stay and would return no doubt. It is a very relaxing and pleasant place to be!

We were more than happy with our 4 night stay at this property. The location is within easy walking access to the touristic square. Directly adjacent to the Hotel is the city market which is a fun place to see locals & tourists shopping for produce, bakery, inexpensive gifts & clothing. We especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was at night with hardly any street noise after 9pm. The property is exceptionally well maintained, guest rooms are very clean & comfortable. The front desk staff is happy to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast features menu items or an ample self serve buffet. The restaurant has cheerful natural lighting, plenty of room, and the staff are extremely polite & helpful. The self serve espresso & coffee machine was my personal favorite :)

What a fabulous hotel! We booked a double room with breakfast included for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great with lovely shower room, the bed was very comfy, dressing table area and a separate tea and coffee making area. There was a safe, mini bar, iron and hairdryer. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. The hotel bar was a lovely addition and a great place to end the night. The old town is literally a five minute walk from the hotel, so it’s in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a superior room which was massive. Spotless, with everything you needed. Great toiletries which included a lovely scented shower gel and hand wash. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of storage space, and a lovely view that over looked the garden terrace which had plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar. Happy hour ran from 4 to 6pm daily. The breakfast was delicious especially the light and fluffy omelettes, you need to order one they’re not with the buffet. There was a great choice on the buffet from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans if you wanted a traditional English breakfast. There was also a superb choice of fruit, yogurts and pastries. Even a glass of fizz if you wanted it. The location was within walking distance of everything, Across the road was a supermarket with everything that you could need. The staff were outstanding, they were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble (we even asked for a jug of fresh milk to make our cups of tea, which we stored in the fridge). I would recommend this hotel 100 percent. 😊

Great hotel! We enjoyed 4 nights here. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is fresh and delicious. The rooms are a good size for storing suitcases, they’re modern with big comfy beds and pillows. The bathrooms are a decent size as well. The little courtyard at the back of the hotel is pretty, quiet and relaxing. We also visited the onsite restaurant, Fab Fusion, for dinner one night and enjoyed our meal. They offer 10% discount for hotel guests. The location is perfect for exploring all areas of Krakow and is only 5 mins from one of the main line train stations that goes to the airport. There’s a shop opposite which is great for buying water and snacks and open 5:30-23:30. The only downside is the roadworks that are currently running on the road outside the hotel. This is no fault of the hotel’s and it didn’t affect us much at all because we were up early each day, but they usually started around 7:30am. Our room was above the road at the front of the hotel. Our kids had a room overlooking the courtyard which wasn’t impacted by the noise at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel in Kraków exceeded all expectations. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel’s location is perfect: nestled in a quiet area just a short walk from the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thought of to ensure a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the food — both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation were superb, and the restaurant staff were equally impressive in their service. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, location, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Every aspect of our experience at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, it was impeccably clean, and the location was exceptional. It was lovely having a restaurant connected to the hotel, where we found the food and service to be excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious and provided an excellent start to a day of sightseeing. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the faultlessly helpful staff. I wish that I could remember her name, but we greatly appreciated her assistance in confirming our booking for our private Auschwitz tour. She was reassuring. As other reviewers have noted, a generous boxed breakfast/lunch was provided when our early morning pick-up resulted in us missing breakfast.

Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, large clean comfortable room, great shower (we booked a superior double). Great value for money, plus the location was perfect for us, right near the edge of Old Town, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and the main train station (Glowny). Right next to the Grzegorzki station with direct access to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the airport. The only minor complaint we have is instant coffee only in the room. We did not have the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here if back in Krakow in future.

So glad we chose Sky hotel for a short trip in Krakow. Location is perfect, right near the central railway terminal and Krakovska Galery shopping center. It's an old building with high ceilings rooms which was completely renovated and modernly designed using brand quality materials and equipment. Everything is crystal clean, breakfast is perfect, hotel staff is exceptional as well ! Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Krakow.

The Sky hotel in Krakow, is very close to the main train station & Galleria mall. It’s a beautiful building. Hotel reception staff were really friendly. Our luggage was taken to our room later in the day. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice. Taking an early trip we asked for a breakfast bag and the hotel packed plenty of snacks and drinks for us. The room was comfortable twin beds and plenty of hanging space. Tea and coffee available. Good shower & bathroom was of a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was about 15 mins max to walk into the main square.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Krakow. It’s located right in the edge of the old town and right across from the main station. I arrived about an hour early and they let me check in without any problems, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, bright and spacious and also really quiet. The rooms are great and very well furnished and the breakfast is superb. I’d definitely stay here if I was staying in Krakow again without even bothering to lol at other options.

Very nice hotel, located perfectly right next to Krakow Glowny. Modern, up to standard room, very cozy and comfortable. Exemplary clean. Nice comfy bed and matress. Very nice breakfast, good selection of food. The only minus I can find is that our room was facing the railway and the noise could be noticed. Although we didn’t have any problem with sleeping, the windows are well sound proofed. Excellent choice this hotel, we’ll definitely come back.

Next to the main station which would be really convenient for guests arriving by train. 10min walk to the Marketplace through the park, 2min to the shopping mall in case you need anything. Loved the shower both the rain and misty. Would highly recommend if you’re traveling in summer as the great sleep is assured with the air conditioner! Had no problem with any noise, although the hotel is located next to the railway. Perfect place if you only need a clean room to sleep. Staff are polite and super friendly! Even though the parking was fully booked when we asked in advance, the front desk was able to arrange a spot for us at the hotel :) Would definitely stay again!

The Grand Sal Hotel was very nice. Everything in the room was clean and stocked with soap, body wash, towels etc. The staff was very kind and helpful. They accommodated me by speaking English, as that is the only language I know. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was also extremely good. Breakfast the next morning was great with many options and a coffee / expresso machine. The location was perfect to walk to the salt mine tour the next morning. I was extremely pleased during my stay at the hotel.

Perfect location for visiting the Wieliczka salt mine and the places around it. The room was cozy, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, offering a large variety of quality products. The staff was friendly.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were warmly welcomed by the attentive receptionist, who promptly provided our keys. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Breakfast was not only delicious but also very affordable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

What a beautiful, peaceful hotel in a lovely village, close to the salt mines. The staff was extremely helpful, and our room for three people was comfortable and large with nice amenities, including tea/coffee and great Wi-Fi. There was a nice sauna in the hotel, also. We enjoyed a delicious, affordable meal at the restaurant and walks around the gardens. The Salt Mine is next door, so we walked to our tour in the morning. It was easy enough to get transportation to/from Auschwitz and Krakow. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone.

The location of the hotel on the main square in Krakow is perfect for sightseeing. My bedroom (double room for single occupancy) on the second floor had a grand view of the Cloth Hall, St Mary's church, the Christmas market, and the wonderfully decorated Christmas tree in the middle of the square - arguably the best view in Krakow. Despite its central location, the hotel is not noisy as it is adequately sound-proofed with double-glazed windows. Inside, the hotel is characterful, harking back to a more genteel age. My bedroom was enormous with high ceilings, beams and wood panelling. The bed was canopied and set on a platform - I felt like a queen sleeping in it! The bathroom was modern and fitted with a rain shower and a hand-held showerhead. Dressing gowns and slippers are provided along with brilliant white fluffy towels. I loved having a Nespresso capsule machine in the room - nice coffee to wake up to every morning. There was also a useful small fridge. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Instead, we went to Cafe Wentzl (next door to the hotel) which serves excellent breakfast, coffee and cakes.

Exceptional hotel!!! We got the room on 4th floor with a view on the main square and could literally people watch, as well as, enjoy the beauty of the square right from our balcony. The staff were pleasant. The room and the hotel have very good ambience, and even though it’s a historical building, it was very nicely renovated. The room is large, with nice furnishing, has tea, coffee, soda drinks, refrigerator, safe, etc. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast since there is ton of options just a few steps away. There is market on the square (literally downstairs of the hotel) selling souvenirs and variety of food, quick bites, as well as fancy sit down restaurants. Horse drawn carriage goes around the square. We only booked hotel for 1 night, but if I knew how amazing the hotel and the location, we would’ve stayed longer.

Location great, with view of the square, many attractions, restaurants, bars and shops on doorstep. Staff really helpful, polite and friendly. Good breakfast selection, excellent coffee. Bed very comfortable, decor tastefully designed and well maintained, with some quirky features. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

An excellent location by the main square and a great view from the window. Interesting old-style interior decoration. Very easy access to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Big comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice (even if it took longer to eat than in a buffet because you had to order your choices from a menu card every morning). Very quiet room even if it was in the main square.

Incredible views from our window overlooking the old town square and church tower. The staff were friendly and helped us several times, including providing a breakfast when we left before breakfast hours. The breakfast was nice with cooked options. Room (35) was comfortable and quiet when windows were closed. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating available. Easy to walk to main sights from hotel.
