This place was even better than I had expected it to be! I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. It’s so modern, spacious, clean, and the views of KL are stunning. I literally laughed as I walked in the apartment as I was just so happy to be there after an intense day of flights! The bed was extremely comfortable too. Nice sofa area with smart tv so you can watch your own Netflix. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, which most of the time I had all to myself. And the gym was great too - all clean, well maintained and modern. Having an on-site supermarket was a life safer too. A little more expensive than other supermarkets, but not by much. The staff were available by WhatsApp, and were incredibly responsive, polite and helpful. I messaged to ask if they have a clothes rack to dry my clothes instead of using the dryer - which they didn’t - but they offered to provide more clothes hangers as a solution. Within 10 minutes they delivered them to my door - so grateful! I clipped the hangers onto the windows and they dried naturally in no time. I got a very good deal - so the quality vs price was incredible. I’ll absolutely be staying there again!

Absolutely loved this apartment! It was very spacious, with excellent Wi-Fi, I had no issues during Zoom calls. With two desks, it was ideal for remote work for two people. The bed was hotel-quality and extremely comfortable. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure and warm water. The apartment’s tasteful, modern design and amenities, including a washer, dryer, clean pool, and up-to-date gym, make it perfect for a longer stay. The building complex is highly convenient, with two food courts and a grocery store right on-site.

A very pleasant stay, most of the essential facilities are available in the unit. The check-in instructions are given in details, not confusing at all. The unit is spacious, clean and comfy. Netflix available. No balcony but washing machine + dryer available. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to KL Sentral and Midvalley is available. Definitely would consider this homestay again.

We stayed on the 48th floor, had some of the best views in KL. It’s close to train station. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The bar, restaurant and infinity pool on level 51 was amazing and had an amazing view of the city and twin towers. The pool area is a hidden gem.

We really enjoyed staying at the Premium 2 KLCC Platinum Suite and James who we were dealing with was so helpful and kindly went out of his way to organise a room for us to store our luggage in on both the day we arrived and the day we were left due to early arriving and late leaving flights. Originally we were a little confused when trying to understand where the suite actually was as this suite is actually located within THE FACE Suites, Kuala Lumpur, building and not a Premium 2 or Platinum building as I had assumed it would be. The apartment is beautiful and very modern with stunning views and great amenities. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed especially a washing machine which was so appreciated before we left for home. All I could add is that it may need a few more glasses in the cupboard but this was not a major at all. The rooftop pool was impressive with the most fantastic views of the city skyline, the KL Tower and the Petronas Towers. It was just a short walk from KLCC mall, KLCC Park and all the towers and surrounding attractions. A great plus as well is that there is a late night supermarket and a 7/11 with everything you might need just a couple of minutes walk down the road along with a food truck or two literally right across the road each night we stayed plus a restaurant within the building itself. The place is great! Spacious rooms and living rooms, nice views. The amenities including the pool and gym are amazing and have fantastic views. Did not like how there was not service at the pool. But they do have a restaurant up there too. Very overprices though, spent over $100 on dinner for 2.

Its a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all hotel facilities within walking distance from Petronas, the host Jackson was kind and helpful, the apartment has amazing views of the Petronas with superb infinity pool on the roof top, Minimarket and coffee shop in the next building makes it super convenient,

I like that the room is clean, the jacuzzi is great! Breakfast is cheap but with fewer option. It would be nice to have scrambled eggs in the menu also

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is convenient and I really appreciated the spacious car park perfect for my car, unlike many other hotels. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, making the whole stay smooth. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a hotel I’d return to!

Best hotel. Near to shop and near to food stalls. Food at the restaurant are very delicious. Their Gajah Tiga Restaurant very recommended to eat there. Food are delicious and value to spend. About the staff, they are very friendly. All the staff was very helpful when needed. On my latest vacation at this hotel, I need to stay 1 more night and the staff arrange it very quickly. Car park is fully guarded although it was open parking in the hotel compound.

The hotel was relatively new and well-designed. Every corner was picturesque but that did not take away from the great service they provided. Very charming and captured the retro aesthetic well. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfy, basic amenities provided. Room was also clean despite the 'intentional dated look'. Loved the lounge as it was cosy and serve pretty good pastries and coffee - we went twice because we loved the ambience so much. 10% off for merch and F/B items for guests. Overall it was a pretty good stay for us. Price was very reasonable for the stay we had!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean,the room was big and cute, everything worked well and I had all I needed and more (especially great toiletries). The staff is very friendly and helpful, delicious pastries and drinks in a cafe downstairs. Special thanks for the complimentary snackbox (literally saved me from fainting) and tea/coffee in the rooms.

The interior of this hotel is incredible! The lobby and cafe have lots of fun details and the styling is fantastic. They even have a free Photo Booth! The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is also 24hours so it meant I could check in at around 11pm. The rooms don’t have phones but I was given a WhatsApp number to message if I needed anything. The hotel is a set location on Grab making it easy to get to and from the city centre/have food delivered. The room was comfortable, clean and exactly like the pictures. I was provided with a snack box upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Also they let me keep the room keyring which is a lovely souvenir for my trip to KL.

The general aesthetic of the hotel is very Wes Anderson style — so cute! I super loved the lobby area (perfect for photos!) & the fact they had a little coffee shop there & a free photobooth too was a nice touch :) The staff were helpful and friendly, it was easy to get around from, and for the cheap price it was a comfortable stay — would definitely stay again & recommend for a city break!

Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend.

The hotel is generally fine. Room is spacious and clean. Pool on 51st flr has great view but the view to Petronas Tower is slightly blocked. Doesn't exceed my expectation but it's pretty good. Waiting time for the lift usually takes a while. There's no face towel or hand towel in the bathrooms. No comb and shaver provided so be sure to bring your own. For 2 bdrm we got 4 bath towel + 2 for swimming. Location wise, it's quite ok. Nearest mall is Quill City Mall, about 8-10mins walk, have to cross main road, walking area not very convenient. Nothing much there but good enuf for some groceries shopping if necessary and quite a few restaurants. Walking distance to Kampung Baru, same direction as walking to Quill City Mall. Also a cafe and small mart to the left of the hotel but a bit pricey. There are 2 MRT lines, very near but walking there is not stroller friendly. We didn't get the breakfast so can't comment. Was hoping to see a kopitiam/coffee shop nearby but none. Complimentary packets nescafe, lipton tea, white and brown sugar, creamer and bottled water. The washing machine comes in handy but a separate tumble dryer would be better. It's a 2in1 washer/dryer and the washing and drying takes a very long time. You need to set your timing properly if you want to use this otherwise, you will have to wait very long. 1/2 full takes about 4-5 hours to wash and dry.

God and nice personale making things go smoothly. There wasnt any problems with our stay and the rooms got cleaned every day nicely. The breakfast was good and tasted well. There was a bit few things to pick from but the overall was nice and clean. The personale here was very fast, nice and wellmannered. The pool on the top (floor 52) is perfect with a perfect view worth seeing and enjoying especially in the night. Sadly we were on the wrong part of the hotel because the Face suite have two towers with a pool on top and the other tower was facing the Twin Towers (thats why be aware where you book if you want the extra good view). The bar at the pool was also good. It was a bit dead when we where there but it was fine. Good personale that also knows very well to make videos of you drinking your drink if you are gonna have a video of that 😉 The rooms was very big and nice. So overall everything was good there.

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Rooms are very spacious, clean, and accessible to MRT and walkable distance to the Petronas Tower. The breakfast buffet is good enough, not a lot of choices but it's complete. The SkyDeck is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

It’s a good hotel chain — MyKey. At Scarletz, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good toiletries and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself is nice, and the gym is great. The pool, however, was dirty, and many of the jacuzzi areas weren’t working. Other than that, the location and safety were excellent.

Everything was nice. The room was as expected, the staff were friendly and welcoming, bed was comfortable, shower was great, the view was nice and the hotel pool and gym were a big plus. The room AC was perfect and much needed after a long hot day in the sun. The building is huge but four very fast elevators made it easy to get around. The location was also good, walking distance from Suria shopping center, Petronas Twin Towers etc.

This amazing building is located close to the city center, within easy walking distance. You'll find several good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and the view were simply breathtaking. The presence of a coffee shop and a small supermarket on the ground floor added to its convenience. Furthermore, the room – actually an apartment – was fantastic. It was well-equipped with everything you might need, and the furniture was brand new and stylish. The view from the windows was mesmerizing. I could have easily spent hours just sitting there and gazing out.

The jacuzzi is lovely! You don't always get to find a hugeeee tub of jacuzzi with a very very affordable price.

Jacuzzi bathtub and extra bed for family room are great. Generally clean and comfortable. Friendly receptionist.

The jacuzzi is superb. Many public parking available. The room & bathroom come with window view. The room design, bed is comfy. The receiption area is great & the staff efficiency. They even comes with floor mat is a big plus.

The Jacuzzi hot tub was amazing! Cleanliness good, comfortable bed. TV got a few chanel cinemax, Axn. Worth the price. Free parking. Hotel parking is limited but quite ample parking around.

I have just left Expressionz Professional Suite by MyKey. My stay went perfectly: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the pool on the 48th floor is absolutely breathtaking! (The pool on the 48th floor is not included in the price.) The hotel is well located (just 10-15 minutes by Grab from the city center), so we enjoyed peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Farah at the reception—she was incredibly kind and helpful, always professional and smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

We were quite surprised by the reviews of this hotel, as there were many not so good reviews so we didn’t know what to expect. However, we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean & spacious. Hot water, good WiFi and even washing machine. The staff was friendly & the pool was amazing! Obviously there was an extra price to pay but it’s worth it - 20RM per person. Overall, we highly recommend !

The view and the pool was so amazing 😍😍 and the room was soon spacious. The bed was comfortable didn't expect the microwave or the fridge but all in all the room was fully equipped and made my stay very comfortable.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and clean, with modern and complete facilities. This is my fourth time staying here because it's convenient to get around, especially when looking for great places to eat.

Smooth check in. Clean big room with good air-conditioning and shower. We get rooms closed to each others as requested. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly especially Nick. Restaurants, cafes and eateries are just opposite the hotel and shopping is few steps away. Public transport is 200m away. it is within walking distance to Central market, Merdeka Sq, Jamek Mosque and River of Life. Daily breakfast comes with 2 types of cereals, milk, a fruit item, a noodle dish, a soup, chicken sausages, pototoes wedges (not so suitable for breakfast), fried eggs, both white and whole meal breads, butter, peanut butter and jam with tea and coffee.

Third time staying at this gem in Chinatown. The hotel is ideal if you wish to be outside the busy Bukit Bintang or KLCC areas. Plus, with the new MRT stop at Pasar Seni (5-10mins away) the area is a lot more connected than before. There are a bunch of new hipster cafes in the area and plenty of old school restaurants too. The area itself seems like it is on its way to gentrification. The hotel has some splendid views from the upper floors of the KL skyline too. I've come back for the location and the rooms - the latter are really spacious, comfortable, clean, and functional. Breakfast is still the usual spread - nothing too fancy but the good basics. The breakfast area itself might need to an update ;) but that's hardly a complaint. The staff at brekkie, at the front desk and the cleaning staff are all friendly and easy to speak with.

Room is quite clean. Location is good. Simple spread of breakfast but good enough. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi working most of the time. View was good as it was facing the city area, saw fireworks on one night. Minor issues: no full shower screen so some water is out to the toilet area; water host was laying on the floor without a hook near the toilet bowl. No hand towel. Can hear probably sound of the hangers hitting to the wardrobe from the next room.

The hotel location was excellent for our plans. Hawker stalls, restaurants and small shops right in front of the hotel. Easy access for Grab rideshare pick up and drop off. Centrally located from all tourist sites. The wrap around balcony was an added bonus as we had a view of the Petronas towers and the Merdeka 118 tower. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite which sleeps 6 comfortably. It had two large double beds in the main room and two single beds in the secondary sleeping area. They refreshed our coffee, tea and single serve bottled water daily.

Friendly staff , very close to Chinatown , 7 mins from train station , like the food and shopping . Breakfast limited choice but the taste make up for it , recommended to taste it , however coffee was not my likings . Everything were almost perfect until the night time when I took the shower , the water was not very hot and it took quite sometime before a little warm water came out though , pressure if water not that good , it would had been perfect stay if this issue was not there

The location is quiet and private. Friendly staff from guard, receptionist to kitchen staff. The room was the best for couples in which to have honeymoon or short relief from stress from work. The best part was the jacuzzi. Definitely will come again.

An oasis of quiet in the heart of the city. Off-street parking and very private and quiet grounds, with running water that blocks the hum of the city traffic. Our Luxe Crib room was great - very clean, quality bedding, spacious bathrooms and an outdoor patio with private jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent - fruit, yoghurt and muesli on the buffet, and then they also have a full all-day breakfast menu with both Western and local options.

A calm oasis in the centre of KL. It’s an amazing place where you wake up to birdsong. Feels like staying at a retreat. Superb pool swim able from the back of ground floor rooms. Our room had a very large plunge pool/jacuzzi which was amazing. Unusual herbal teas complimentary in the room which was incredibly spacious. Staff in restaurant were knowledgeable (special mention to waiter M N Amin) who told us about local dishes. Breakfast was a wide array of continental/Asian options. Walkable-30 mins to Petronas towers in a quiet embassy area.

The location is perfect. The room is clean, you can fill your water bottle in the shared dispenser, wifi is good, warm water available, clean sheets and towel too. Overall its worth the money

An exceptional budget stay with all the necessary amenities provided, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location is fantastic as it is close to the major shopping areas in KL. It's also right beside the monorail station

The room that i've been giving is very nice, clean, privacy granted, calm very suitable for me to enjoy my reading. What i don't like is a smelly pillow but once i asked the staff to get a change it was smoothly done by the staff in team and also the quick and promptly help by the team staff to give me affordable room when i've missighted my checkout for my departure. Im very grateful toward them. Its my pleasure to have my vacation to stay at Expressionz proferssional suite (Exsim) and will do the same in my next visit to kuala lumpur.

The stay was great! I have stayed at the same premises with several vendors before. Wodages' response time was prompt and instructions were crystal clear. Check-in process was super easy and they allowed me to do early check-in which helped a great deal! One small comment - if they have daily housekeeping, that'd be perfect!

Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website.

it was good , the place was perfect except the pool which was the reason why i booked that accommodation it was not available during our stay and im bit disappointed.

I had a pleasant stay at Royce Residence—definitely one of the best staycation spots! The check-in process was smooth and quick. The facilities are excellent, offering a pool for kids and adults, a jacuzzi area, BBQ space, and a lounge. The pool, open until 10 PM, comes with a stunning KLCC view and is well-maintained with guard supervision. It was clean and not crowded, making it a highlight of the stay. The house comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 kids, but for our trip, it was just three of us. We fully utilized the amenities, including the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and even the oven for cooking and baking. These features made our stay feel like a home away from home. A couple of minor drawbacks: only 2 towels were provided, with no floor towel for the bathroom, and there were no toothbrushes available. Parking is at Level 10, which requires circling up quite a bit to get there. Overall, it was a great experience with fantastic facilities. A special thanks to the host, Abil, for the excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in KL!

I had the pleasure of staying at Residence KLCC by Cobnb for five days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the welcoming atmosphere and the stylish, modern design of the residence. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the iconic Petronas Towers and surrounded by incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The high-end finishes and contemporary decor made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing me to prepare meals when I wanted, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing rooftop pool and gym, which offered stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to unwind, whether I was enjoying a swim or just taking in the breathtaking scenery. The staff at Cobnb were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Overall, my time at Residence KLCC by Cobnb exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. If you want a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay right in the heart of the city, this is the place to be!

We stayed 3 nights in Royce Residence and had a great stay.We were within a short walking distance of the Petronas Towers and there are lots of lovely restaurants,,near by there is also a Starbucks It was quite close to the KlCC park, so we could walk around the park and watch the fountain light show light show at night The communication was excellent, from booking it (Booking.com)to the message updates and arrival at the reception desk.The person who showed us into the apartment and the receptionist were both friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable and had a lovely rainfall shower and even a bath.It also had a filtered water tap which is an added bonus, along side a washer dryer which was great to be able to dry clothes too.They even provided washing powder.It was easily accessible The roof top pool was lovely and the views were amazing.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Awesome condo. So comfortable and very clean. We travelled for 3 months all over SEA and this was our favorite accommodation. Really has that homey apartment feeling. Full kitchen, smart TV, awesome view from balcony. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Shower and king size tub were great. The rooftop pool is the show stealer. Amazing views of the Petronas towers, which is just a 5-10 min walk down the street. Elevators in the property worked fast

My room the balcony view was really bad. The balcony is not that clean, and besides that, the room is quite clean. Walkable distance to Twin tower. We can find a nearby restaurant and Minimarket to get some cooking items and drinks as well. The roof's top swimming pool is quite clean and tidy. Pool viewing is the plus on this location. Staff are very polite and respectful. Car park is really bad. I stayed at floor 15, even there is a space in Level.1 or 1A or 2 or 2A I should have to drive all the way to 10A floor which takes a out min 15mintz..That makes me damn disappointment. I had travelled with my two kids and when I raised a request for a lower level car park but they didn't agree.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Kuala Lumpur City Center, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Our stay being Situated on the 48th floor, the views of the city's skyline from the property were simply breathtaking, especially with the iconic Twin Towers in sight. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. The convenience of being just a short walk away from the nearest train station and marts made it all easy. The Dormeo Destinations staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The kitchen in the property was fully equipped with everything we needed, from utensils, refrigerator, stove to an oven, making it easy to cook our own meals. The space itself was immaculately maintained and truly extraordinary, with amenities including a bathtub and a rooftop pool offering stunning panoramic views - rooftop view was out of the ordinary!! Although there was a slight delay with the lift access at times, it was never more than 3-5 minutes. In conclusion, this property is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

A great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur! Had to book it last second because my initial booking was cancelled. We got a room on the 18th floor, not much of a good view because of the big building opposite, but the apartment was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything one may need - a nice living room to chill in, a modern kitchen and a perfect bathroom with a bathtub. The highlight was for sure the rooftop pool on the last 51st floor of the building. A stunning view over Kuala Lumpur and the famous Petronas Towers, very beautiful both at day and night. Not too crowded, either. We are very happy with our booking - unmatched value for money.

Location was ideal, and easily accessible to central location. Easily reachable with taxis to any destinations. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing. Upon arrival the staff suggested i upgrade to a room with better views, which I did. The room was spacious and had great views from the balcony

The rooms were very spacious and modern. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also very large and modern. The pool with city views was honestly amazing! The gym was also really good and free for guests which we enjoyed it had great views also

The one-bedroom, two-full-bath unit was very clean and spacious, with a balcony offering a view of Kuala Lumpur's iconic buildings. Housekeeping staffs were very professional, accommodating and friendly.

Very spacious room the air con was good and quiet, WI-FI good, swimming pool on roof ( closes 10pm) Proximately to bars and restaurants (walking distance). Very clean and very very large bathroom.

The emplacement is great, near the Twin Towers and the malls. The view is crazy, especially if you get a high-floor room. The room is clean and comfy, and the kitchen was well prepared even if you won’t use it. Also, the rooftop and the gym have an amazing view.
