The main lobby is very clean and smells very good, very tidy and spotless. We love the 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ice water and hot water station in the main lobby which is super convenient. The bed and pillow super comfortable, had the best sleep for the 2 nights that we stayed. The room is overall very clean. But what creeps us out was the filthy shower curtain. It has an unknown 2 inches X1 inch brownish maroon color stain that looked like old blood? And the bottom of the shower curtain is stained and smelled like mildew. However, all the towels smelled clean and like they were bleached and properly cleaned and in great condition. The hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner smells good, very gentle on your hair and body, and has zero bad chemicals. The continental breakfast was awesome, tasty, fresh, has a great variety well worth the price that’s included in the stay. If not because of the dirty shower curtain, I would have rated 5 stars for our stay this time.

The location was perfect, very close to the airport. The large lobby was well lit at the time of my arrival late in the evening and I appreciated the self-serve tea and coffee bar for a hot cup of tea to take to my room. The front desk staff was welcoming and checked me in promptly. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. It would definitely be my first choice for a San Diego hotel next time I am in town.

Hotel sits right next to the airport but is easy to access as not part of airport complex as such. Plenty of good parking if bit pricey at $20 per night. Rooms are clean & modern and of decent size. Breakfast was included but was pretty basic with poor choice each morning. If coffee & waffles is enough then you are good. Nice small pool & outdoor area. Staff friendly and helpful. Is in central position for visiting San Diego with bus stop right outside hotel on main coast road. You can walk across the main road and onto a seaside walk way if you want a stroll. When next in town would consider staying here again. San Diego downtown & Mission Beach area both great to visit. Downtown go to the busy Gaslamp and Little Italy areas amongst others. If you want relaxed vibe and great beers try East Village Brewing Company on Park & 12th.

The hotel was so close to the airport which was very convenient. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was perfect for us - we had to get up and out early each morning and it was so nice to not have to worry about food in the mornings. My son loved the waffle bar and had chocolate chip waffles every morning of our stay. It was a comfortable home away from home during our trip to San Diego!

Very clean, great quality of the shower supplies (shampoo, body lotion, soap, conditioner). Comfy bed and delicious breakfast (omelet, sausage, potatoes, boiled eggs, oat meal, waffles, oranges, yogurt ...) The staff was so nice and let us check out 1 hour later. Very convenient they have computer and printer in the lobby, that you can use for no charge if you need. Tea, coffee anx water station is also always available there. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle was quick to pick us up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was very nice and the food great. Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel with self serve! The coffee was great too! The shuttle drivers were friendly and got us to the cruise line port the next day. They also offered to drive us to any restaurant for dinner.

Fantastic staff, check-in and out, breakfast, room (cleanliness, beauty, space) and self-parking. The room ventilation was miraculous. First hotel we’ve stayed EVER where the ac didn’t sound like a jet taking off every time it kicked on—it was absolutely silent and kept the temperature constant throughout the night. Art at the desk was amazing! Expert, efficient and friendly. Exuded pride of ownership in everything he did. He was at the desk when we checked in at 8:00pm and he was still there/there again at 8:00 am!! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was on top of keeping everything available, fresh, hot and the serving area clean. Only drawbacks were the noise (abutting freeway and, just our luck to be surrounded by constantly slamming doors and coughing people), cleanliness of breakfast tables/floor, and self closing bathroom door. Wonderful overnight get stay!!

First and foremost...the employees...are...SUPER COOL/NICE/ATTENTIVE/FUN-SPIRITED. We dealt with ART, KYLIE, KRISTO, and NICK. They were helpful every.single.time we needed anything, going above and beyond their initial duties. Besides the service, the rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. The morning breakfast was better than most; many different options. Nice workout room with T.V. Shuttle service was a plus! There is a cool sports bar (Home & Away) within walking distance if you want to grab a drink and some food :)

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Their customer service is exceptional. The entire staff is welcoming and competent. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a very convenient shuttle service that will not only pick you up from the airport but also at local restaurants. This is also very close to several restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here a third time.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We love its close proximity to Seaport Village, Little Italy, and the trolly which will take you just about anywhere. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This time we dealt with Madison R. at the front desk and she was AMAZING! We arrived prior to check in time and our room was ready so we were able to get into our room right away, drop off our luggage, walk to Seaport Village,go shopping, and have a nice lunch. Madison explained all about the complimentary breakfast (6 am-9 am M-F, 7 am-10 am Sat-Sun)and the complimentary evening reception(5:30-7 pm daily). After lunch we came back to our room to cool off the we went to the reception. They had a good selection of vegetables, chips, and dip as well as beer, wine, signature cocktails,and spirits. The bartenders were great. Breakfast the next morning included a made to order omelet station where you could also get pancakes, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. They also had a variety of fruit, yogurt, breads, scrambled eggs, cereal, muffins, juices,and coffee. It’s one of the best breakfasts that hotels offer. Our room was recently renovated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the room was very clean. We had dinner at the New York West restaurant and the food was delicious, especially the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and the Grilled Cheese. Chris was our waiter and he did an excellent job! We had a great stay and will return!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — but the real highlight was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Waking up to that scenery each morning was truly unforgettable. The food service throughout my stay was top-notch. Every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and delivered promptly. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Donna, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with luxurious rooms, spectacular views, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love the location and especially the staff. I usually feel uncomfortable staying in hotels but this one is the exception. Our flight arrived 6 hours earlier than we expected and I called the hotel, Vanessa was incredible and told us we could already check in and she would text me as soon as a room was available. The maids were so so sweet and kind, the ladies in charge of the drinks at happy hour told us all the best beaches to go to that were clean and safe. I love that we could have breakfast and coffee every morning. My daughter loved the pool and I loved that there were comfy chairs and tables for me to sit at while she swam. The onsite restaurant has an amazing staff and delicious food. The valet service was so nice because we didn’t have to find parking and could just walk directly into the hotel, the valets were so sweet and helped us with our heavy suitcases. Overall just a great place to stay and we will be back

Our family had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites San Diego Downtown! The location is unbeatable — within walking distance to the Sea Port, Downtown, and so many attractions. We loved taking the ferry to Coronado and hopping on the trolley to explore Old Town. The convenience of everything nearby made our trip so much more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide variety of options, and perfect for families to start the day right. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the suites were spacious and comfortable for our family. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Diego, especially with kids!

Donna was very helpful and friendly at the breakfast bar. The hotel was clean and nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was nice and cool but we could wear shorts. Good coffee was close by and shopping and restaurants were very close to our hotel.

Pool is outdated and no jacuzzi, but rooms were very clean and updated.

Outstanding service for the price and location. All expectations were met. Always cold, fresh water with lemon and a selection of hot beverages available in the lobby. Coffee, an assortment of gourmet tea, hot chocolate and a fresh bowl of apples or oranges. Breakfast provided a multitude of hot scrambled eggs, egg white omelet style, fresh muffins, bread, bagels, ready to make fresh waffle station, a variety of yogurt and always a hot side of kielbasa or home potato. A selection of cold cereal as well as hot oatmeal daily. Location, location, location 15 minute drive to airport/downtown ferry/ La Jolla Ample parking availability, friendly staff, always fresh towels, and cleanliness.

The breakfast had a lot of varieties so that was very nice & there was a breakfast sitting area. The eggs could be better but not bad. Alot to choose from bagels, toast, muffins, eggs potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal yogurt, OJ, cranberry juice, apple juice. 24 hr water, coffee & tea. The potatoes were good and seemed homemade. Love the grass area for the Furbabies that was a big thing for my 9 year old Nugget and it was right on the side of the hotel in the front so no complaints. Hotel has a beautiful entrance & lounge area and is very clean & well maintained. Very nice & friendly staff who answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pet friendly room. AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++

Nice Hotel. Price was exuberant due to us staying over Comi-Con weekend but that was our bad for not doing our homework. Hotel is very clean, not surprising as we consistently saw hotel staff roaming around working to keep the hotel running and clean. Room has comfortable beds and convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge and clothes iron with board. Bathroom is very nice, clean and spacious with very hot water and great water pressure coming from the shower. Nice place to stay overall.

Absolutely fantastic stay. We were sad we couldn’t attend the events they provided on a daily basis!!! The staff was fantastic except for a grumpy bar tender who told my daughter and I to get off the piano in a hostile manner. A simple shake of the head with a sad face or her just coming over to us would have sufficed. I wouldn’t even behave that way with a pet. Despite the rude behavior we all enjoyed our stay! The housekeeping staff was fantastic greeting us every morning in a kind manner, the hotel staff posted at the entrance always bid us good day, the pool/hottub was always in good condition and clean. Our hotel is surrounded by construction and it’s basically in a city setting so they provide ear plugs and sleep masks. I thought this was very clever and attentive. Despite being in the middle of things and lots of homeless people in pretty bad shape we would stay here again.. it was close to a friends house and we love the food around here!!! Very close proximity to beautiful beaches and more asthetically pleasing sights…

Highly suggest a room with a city view! We stayed at MVC Pulse San Diego a couple of days before we left for Kauai and then a couple of days upon our return. It is located within walking distance to the GasLamp District, restaurants, and Little Italy. The level of hospitality and service is wonderful. There is an indoor pool and hottub that can get a bit busy. There is a great dining option on site that offers music Thursday-Saturday. The check-in/lobby is on the 12th floor which confused us at first. It is a secure building with all the amenities you may need for a vacation. Rooms are well thought out with a living area with small refrigerator, microwave and service ware in the event you have leftovers or want to heat something up. Parking is pricey as are all major cities in CA. We suggest taking an Uber/Lyft and leaving the driving to others.

It was a great hotel with a jacuzzi. Parking is expensive so don’t rent a car. Uber is cheap with everything being so close. Gas lamp, Little Italy, Baseball park, and the harbor. Use Groupon for boat ride and massages in the area. If you have to rent a car, you can park down the street at the Ace lot. Half a block from the hotel $16 for 24 hours. There’s a bigger ace lot around the corner a block and a half away but not sure about their rates. That saved us a lot of money.. The hotel parking was $62 overnight. There’s a taco stand a couple blocks away. They are amazing, but the line is long in the afternoon and night.

The location of the Pulse is close to the trolley and the bus lines and the Gaslamp District. We walked and used public transportation (to the zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, taking a ferry to Coronado Landing), so no rental car was needed or having to pay for parking. Our breakfast was delicious—scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, sourdough toast and Starbucks coffee. We enjoyed a Happy Hour and had wine and a tasty meat eaters flatbread. Our king suite was very spacious, big bathroom, clean, lovely, comfortable, and complete with dishes, silverware, microwave, and fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Plenty of dresser drawers for our stuff. We loved it and plan to return next year!

The Alma is a great hotel to stay at for SD! Right when we walked in, my fiance and I were greeted with warm smiles. Ana and Tre at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze, thanks to them. The room we had was BEAUTIFUL. Balcony with an amazing view all around. I couldn't figure out how to work the AC, so Sean quickly came to the rescue and helped us out. Joel, at the bar, gave us great bar suggestions around the area-all within walking distance. Hotel is clean and the staff really cares to communicate with the guests. I didn't get a chance to visit the rooftop bar, but that gives me another reason to visit again!

Great location - walking distance to Balboa Park , Convention Center, Midway & Coronado Island Ferries. The breakfast was fantastic-great selection. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee - both hot & ice coffee was available every morning. The afternoon wine & food sampling was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very professional, friendly and more importantly available to assist in any manner. The hotel was recently renovated and is very chic. Our room was the corner room on the 17th for with a view of the city. Large room and very quiet. The yoga class Saturday morning was a nice surprise. Would stay there again if I’m in SD !!!

If you ever find yourself lucky enough to be served by Rooster and Trayce, consider your night made. These two are absolute legends behind the bar. From the moment we walked in, the energy was magnetic. Rooster’s personality lights up the whole place — funny, sharp, and totally in command of the crowd. He makes every guest feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time through the door. Then there’s Trayce, who brings the perfect balance of chill professionalism and creativity. Her cocktails? Next level. She nailed every drink recommendation and even whipped up a custom creation based on a few flavor words we tossed her way. It was easily the best cocktail I’ve had in years. Together, they’re a dream team. Fast service, great conversation, and vibes that turn a night out into a core memory. Whether you’re coming for the drinks, the atmosphere, or just to catch a great time, Rooster and Trayce are the ones you want on the other side of the bar. Five stars isn’t enough. They’re what every bar should aim for — skilled, welcoming, and unforgettable. I’ll be back, and I’ll be bringing friends.

5 out of 5! Are at the Alma restaurant and the food was amazing. The Cesar salad was delicious and had sliced sardines (much more delicious than it sounds!). Even better, Ellie provided excellent service and was very professional, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

It was good I loved the pool and jacuzzi although the jacuzzi is small.

everything was perfect, we checked into our room 3 hours before the check in time and got a late check out, also the outside area by the pool is simply beautiful, great tequila bar with delicious bar and a jacuzzi, the hotel exceeded our expectations I recommend it to everyone!

Front desk was amazing. She accommodated me so well, knowing I was there to work the wedding. She placed me on the same floor as my clients for the next morning and it was so helpful. Room itself was great. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Great ammenities and nice view. Had room service which was convenient. $23 credit came with my room booking so it went toward my room service which was great! Overall highly recommend

We had a great stay at Marriott Marquis. It was centrally located and within walking distance to the Gaslamp quarter, Downtown, Petco Park, Seaport Village & Rady Shell. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the room being cleaned daily, which is something a lot of hotels don't offer anymore. We had a bay view room with a balcony...definitely worth the extra money! Hope, who works at the front desk checked us in and out. She was very friendly, sweet and accommodating. She started our stay on the right foot! Most of the employees we interacted with were very pleasant. The pool is large & resort style. The lights and fire pits at night are just beautiful! The gym is large and clean, though several machines weren't working My only gripes are the self parking (it is really, really tight and hard to get in and out if you have a larger car) and the rude bartenders at the Agave grill by the pool. We went there three times over 5 days and each time the bartenders were rude to everyone. Not sure what their problem was? Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I didn't expect to be so pleased with this hotel because it is a large convention one but we were all pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Rather than eating in the costly restaurant for breakfast, there is a market place and Starbucks where you can get a quick breakfast. The location was perfect for us and we did a lot of walking - Padres game, waterfront and ferry to Coronado Island and the train to Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel. And, the pool.

I love staying here for a staycation any time of the year, especially during the Humphreys concert season. I, also, recommend this Hotel to any out of town visitors to San Diego. The location is perfect, close to the airport and many great local restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the Marina view is spectacular. All the staff here are so accomadating. It is quiet and serene. The onsite restaurant and bar is also great. There are two pools and two jacuzzi's and tennis courts. This hotel is a gem and I always look forward to my return.

Room was large and comfortable and the beds were good. We were "upgraded" to a room with a patio though it was on the first floor and only had a meager view of the planted wall. The pool and jacuzzi were quite nice (though crowded) and the pool patio had a fireplace, which made for a cozy ambience. Location was good and it was quiet at night. Also, the staff was helpful and pleasant.

This hotel stay has been sogreat! They gave us drink tickets for each night of our stay and they offer a breakfast that includes eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, pancakes… the property is very, very well maintained. I can’t wait to hit the jacuzzi!!

Sabrina made this stay here amazing! Highly recommend. The pool and jacuzzi were down at the time of our stay which was very disappointing but the food was excellent and the staff is great. We stayed 4 days 3 nights at the hotel here in San Diego

Guaiza, was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. Although I wasn’t able to financially afford the vacation offered he was very gracious and helpful. My 11 year old son really enjoyed the fish pod. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed walking across the street to P.F.Changs. The is the perfect family hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were great.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Moxy San Diego Downtown/Gaslamp Quarter! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The lobby bar check-in is a unique touch that perfectly captures the hotel's playful spirit. Plus, getting drink tokens for being a guest was a nice bonus! The room was small but incredibly well-designed, making the most of the space. It had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and stylish. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. It's within walking distance of tons of amazing bars, restaurants, and shops. Plus, it's a short walk to Petco Park, making it the perfect choice for baseball fans. I was really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay from everyone at the hotel. Special thanks to Madison - we definitely spent more time at the hotel bar because of her! If you're looking for a fun, affordable, and centrally located hotel in San Diego, the Moxy is definitely the place to be!

Loved everything about the Moxy! Upon walking in, the vibe is amazing. Cute bar, fun table games everywhere, and there is even a little convenient store inside that is available 24/7. Our room was perfect - clean, AC worked amazing, and the shower was my favorite part! The blackout curtains were a nice touch as well, almost over slept because it was so dark in the room - felt like a Vegas room. We stayed in this location mainly because we had reservations for dinner at the Melting Pot. It was literally a 2 minute walk, it was perfect. This will be my go-to hotel for any trips in gaslamp!

Clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. What more could you ask for. Really appreciated the clothes steamer. Think the rooms are soundproofed as heard no noise from other guests. Waterfall shower was very nice. Complimentary morning coffee was great. Very friendly staff.

Very artsy hotel , close to many great bars and restaurant in the downtown San Diego area . Hotel has a nice bar with bartenders who know how to mix a cocktail well. Didn’t try the food . And was there for a night . Beds comfortable , rooms clean . Friendly Staff will def book here again if I’m ever planing to stay in Diego for the night .

Loved my stay at the Moxy! 🏨✨ Perfect downtown location — super walkable to bars, food, and fun 🎉. The rooms are compact but modern and spotless 🛏️👌. Great prices for the area 💸. Only downside: drinks at the bar were a bit pricey 🍸💰… but no worries, there’s a liquor store just down the street 🍾😎. Would definitely stay again!

small room, but nice. comfy bed, roomy walk-in shower. 5 min walk to beach, 5-20 walks to good local food, and very short drives to shopping and other local sites. Jacuzzi was also quite nice to end each day with. Good breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it had hot food, and plenty of choices.

We were on Spring Break, loved the space in our room. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. We loved that we could walk to the beach. Breakfast room is big with a huge variety of food to choose from Enjoyed the jacuzzi at night

Our experience as a family was great! I enjoyed the breakfast they had and their pool and jacuzzi. Front Desk was very helpful and loved how attentive they were!

This hotel provide complimentary breakfast and is near freeway however it’s pretty quite. This hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The best part is they have a chill area with a fire pit. My family spent a few hours hanging out, eating, and talking. This place was about 20 min to La Jolla and 10 min to SeaWorld. Great location. Keep in mind parking was a $26 charge per night. The staff here are all friendly and very helpful. They provide quick services.

This place is nice. Our family came for several days to visit SeaWorld which is a 10 min drive from this hotel and a 20 min drive to La Jolla. This hotel is near the freeway access but it’s pretty quiet. This hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The best part is the fire pit. My family spent a few hours hanging out, eating, and talking.

Minor maintenance needed in the suite: The closest/bathroom door (one sliding door to either close closet or bathroom instead of one door for each) was very difficult to slide. The difficulty is an easy fix by maintenance. The dishwasher needs replacing: no rear wheels on bottom rack, the machine itself kept turning off, and finally, the dishes did not dry. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, except for the fact that if the room accommodates 4 people, I would think there would be 4 chairs at the kitchen table instead of only 2 chairs. The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected: more variety than pastries and dry breakfast cereals only. Bacon, French toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, hot oatmeal, bagels, toast, etc. The pool and hot tub area was clean with ample seating and umbrellas. Towels were clean and fresh smelling.

The grab and go breakfast is very practical. We would pick it up at night and didn't worry about going downstairs. When we wanted more tea, no restrictions. There was enough parking - I counted 30 sports on the last level, total of 3 levels. My niece enjoyed the jacuzzi and gym. The price on booking is total (hotel plus city tax) but parking not included. The hotel is VERY walking distance to Little Italy and ocean, and safe neighborhood. I went with my niece - felt safe.

Great location, just beware of typical city noises when balcony's glass door is open. Second time we stay at this hotel in the past year, because of its walkability to Balboa Park, the Gaslamp District and the Embarcadero. Bed is just so comfortable, although pillows could be a bit firmer, but they're plushy enough. We had an upper floor room that provided a great view to the Star of India and partial ocean view. Jacuzzi was nice and pool is big enough for a quick swim. The hotel has eliminated their on-site breakfast options, but offer instead a breakfast discount to the Piedra Santa restaurant next door, plus there are plenty of great coffee places within a couple of blocks, including the Starbucks across the street. Parking was $30/night in their parking garage. Staff was kind, specially the morning staff at the counter, who seemed to actually enjoy their time. Thank you to all staff for assisting us and helping us feel so comfortable.

I recently stayed at BW Plus Bayside while attending a conference. My spouse accompanied me. The room and furnishings were clean and comfortable. The facility was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The coffee machine in the lobby dispensed lattes or cappuccino. The light rail that I used each day was a short walk from the hotel and 3 stops from the conference venue (SD Convention ctr). Clean and good price. There were many sites of interest within a mile radius including Little Italy, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and Embarcadero. We enjoyed dinner/happy hour several evenings at different in Little Italy and Embarcadero restaurants - all good. I left my Fire table behind and was able to easily arrange to have it shipped to me. The sidewalk directly in front of the hotel was clean, but there were a few other sections that had a strong odor and in need of cleaning. It is unfortunate that all of the businesses don't take regular care of their little part of the neighborhood.

This is my second time staying here and I will stay again. Right next to little Italy, Starbucks across the street, a very short walk to the harbor and to catch the trolley makes this a perfect spot. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I do wish there was more than a desk chair but having a balcony facing the harbor makes up for that. The folks at the front desk are very friend professional and the alternative to a breakfast buffet by using different choices of breakfast bags was a great option. WiFi worked great.

I liked the jacuzzi although it should be bigger

We chose this hotel for the availability of airport shuttle service and beautiful location. The shuttle service was excellent to and from the hotel! Both drivers were very helpful and pleasant. We are Hilton Diamond Members, and they had the availability to upgrade us to a “room with a view” on the 8th floor. We checked in just at sunset and had a perfect view right from the balcony of our room (and a great view of the harbor and city lights at night. It is within walking distance of Tom Ham’s Lighthouse- a great place for dinner. We did take advantage of their Panorama restaurant for brunch the next morning with my intown family. The food was very good (pricey as expected unfortunately at hotel restaurants these days). Our server was nice and paced the meal well. The portions were large and shareable for small to average appetites. It also has a nice view of the Harbor.

Clean and pleasant room with spectacular balcony view of San Diego. Bed was very comfortable. The food was beyond expectation, delicious with an amazing chocolate ice cream dessert, and everyone was helpful, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come here again. Very nice shuttle to airport.

The hotel was great, clean, and in the perfect location for me, which was close to the airport. The staff were super friendly as well, knowing that I was traveling for new years eve, I was expecting chaos, but really didn't notice any. One member of the checkin staff was even kind enough to check if there were any extra available rooms I could switch to and provided all the options for me (more on that below.). Parking is available, but it was $35/day, not really an issue but just would have been good to know beforehand. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and a thick blanket for extra coziness. The bathroom was a little smaller than I'd expected but not an issue at all, and was clean and well maintained/seemed new. Harbor Island itself is an amazing viewpoint looking over the ocean, the city skyline, and Coronado Bridge in the distance, with even more moor'd boats on the other side; a really relaxing vista overall.

My room had incredible bay and marina views with a view of Downtown San Diego. Hotel service was excellent (thanks Xavier)!! On-site restaurant served good food with great service!! Area is safe and fully walkable along the water. Many activities, ocean view restaurants and area attractions are within just a few miles of the hotel.

Spent 1 night at this hotel and it was a surprisingly great experience. The rooms are large and the beds were nice and clean. The furniture is minimalistic but has all things necessary. The hotel also has a pool and a jacuzzi. They provide a small breakfast buffet which is sufficient ( pancakes, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, breads, cinnamon rolls, juices and coffee). They didn’t provide water in the room but a water fountain is available for refills. They also have a parking for those who need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay barring the ac was a bit noisy.

Property was modern and spacious. It has a pool/spa as well as a lounge/fire pit area off of the lobby. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options & coffee was made available all day. The location was easy to get to and convenient for travel as it is close to the freeway. Staff was very helpful and parking was always available though the lot was fairly small.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was a great added bonus. The breakfast buffet was good and replenished often with fresh items.

The room interior is strategically laid out and makes much more sense than the traditional hotel rooms. The information form is accurate and detailed. Carpeting clean enough to walk barefoot! The little Munchie Nook (open 24/7) is pretty cool, too! The front desk is always on watch to ensure no stray or unwanted personnel can enter. Finally, the heated pool/jacuzzi and the gym completes a great stay. Thank you, all.

WOW - TOP MARKS ALL AROUND! I typically do not leave reviews but every once in a while I'm just blown away by an experience and this is one of those times. First of all, everyone was extremely friendly and service was excellent. The hotel over was SPOTLESS, I have never had such a pristine clean room/hallway/lobby etc. THE most incredible surprise was the food, we just had breakfast and I regret not getting lunch or dinner the day before. The breakfast was super fresh, healthy, and FLAVORFUL! We ordered the breakfast bowl and wow. Close to a lot of things, we stayed here to go to the CIVIC Center for a show and visit family. Great experience - will likely make this place a go-to in the future.

I appreciate how clean the rooms were, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bed/pillows, and the fact that the staff was friendly and willing to do whatever needed done to make our stay pleasant. Having Security posted by the front door overnight was an added bonus. When visiting my son, who is stationed at MCAS Miramar, I normally stay on base, but my younger son was traveling with me so we chose your hotel due to the swimming pool. The pool was chilly, but the hot tub was perfect. I also loved having Starbucks drinks available on site for breakfast.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Especially Vanessa! She set us up in the top floor room and it made our trip! We couldn’t thank her enough. She was great! The room we were in was spacious and very comfortable and had an awesome view of the Gaslamp Quarter and the Bay. The building was very cool and had lots of character and the doormen were very attentive and friendly guys.

This property is gorgeous! The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a voucher for breakfast both days we stayed which was nice. The food was good and so was the service. This hotel is close to so many great restaurants, comedy clubs and the Shout House. We were able to park our car and walk to all of the local venues we wanted to visit on our stay which made for a very relaxing weekend. I will definitely be back & I will stay here again!

This is my 3 rd time here. Liz checked me in early and she is delightful and professional. At the bar with Nick he was fun, chatty to my family and friendly. He took time to tell us a few stories of San Diego. Mickey was our breakfast server and he was super sweet and very quick. The bank vault on level S was mesmerizing

I am a Bonvoy elite, so I always rate the hotels I stay. This is a wonderful historic gem in the gaslamp district of San Diego. In its previous life, a bank. Lots of history here and the Marriott family has done a wonderful job in retaining that glamor. I was in a junior suite in the corner. Although the view wasn't there, it was a very clean and updated room. The hotel is quite secure and safe. I chose valet parking since there isn't any on site parking. Closest lot is a few blocks away. I highly recommend trying this property if your travels bring you to downtown San Diego. Lots of nearby restaurants as well. It is also an easy walk to Petco Park ~ 1 mile.

TownePlace Suites San Diego Airport/Liberty Station was lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. Breakfast options were a little limited but if you are a celiac/gluten free then you will love it 90% of options were gluten free. The pool was lovely (no hottub tho). Laundry services are $1.50 each for both machines. The snack and drink selection is great, most variety Ive seen (frozen lasagna, mini pizzas, burritos, wraps, sandwiches, meat cheese and crackers, large drink variety both alcoholic and other, and a number or sweets and packaged snacks such as chocolate bars, ice cream bars, chips and fruit). The room itself was large with two beds and dining area, a lounge type chair and an apartment fridge, dishwasher and stove top. Additionally you can 'borrow' grilling equipment for the on site bbq, spices and many other items on a first come first serve basis for free. Airport transfer was quick and easy to reserve. ⭐️9/10⭐️ Would definetly stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the airport and conveniently situated near Liberty Station. This made it easy to explore the area and enjoy all the nearby attractions and dining options. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals when I wanted a break from eating out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep every night of my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety and quality of the options available were impressive, and it was a great way to start each day. The dining area was also well-maintained and inviting. The hotel amenities were top-notch. I took advantage of the fitness center, which was well-equipped with modern machines and clean. The outdoor pool area was a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring San Diego. The staff at TownePlace Suites were exceptional. They were always ready to assist with any request or provide local recommendations. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel right at home.

We have stayed at the TPS Liberty Station a few times now. It is a consistent property with a friendly staff. This trip our room was upgraded to the two-bedroom suite with my Bonvoy NUA. These seem tougher and tougher to use these days...I never thought I use one at a TPS but better here and than have them expire after multiple attempts at other properties. The two bedroom was handy with the extra room. Breakfast was standard TPS and tasty. The breakfast area was clean and well managed by the staff. The hotel is very close to the airport terminals...the current construction might make it quicker to get to the hotel. A short wait after calling for the shuttle made it easy to get to and from the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area...nothing really walkable. One of our favorites in San Diego is Point Loma Seafood just a couple minutes away. A good stay...we'll always consider this hotel. Prices and redemption rates vary so much in San Diego I have a short list of properties that I check...this one is always a consideration.

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette, refrigerator was ice cold, and everything we needed to make dinner was available; pots, pans utensils, even dish soap was provided for clean up. There is an on-site laundry that we didn’t need but looked very clean. The gym was well equipped. The pool was nice as well. The breakfast was great! Nothing fancy but it was good enough to have every morning. The menu consisted of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, ham, seasoned potatoes, egg rounds to build your own “sausage egg McMuffins”, oatmeal with various toppings like granola, craisens, Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, salad, bread & bagel station for toasting and another station to make your own waffles. Overall our stay was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel. The front desk staff were friendly & efficient. Our room was clean and had a small kitchen area. The room itself was pretty small - if you opened a door (closet, bathroom), it would block access to a portion of the room. Breakfast had a good selection of items that were constantly refreshed. There is a lovely courtyard area with lots of seating. The workout room didn't have a spin-type bike, so I didn't use it. The location is great - it's just a short walk to the water or over a pedestrian bridge to some restaurants & a Starbucks. It's only a little over a mile walk to the Liberty Station Market, so that's convenient, too. There is a free shuttle to/from the airport. The driver of our midday shuttle was incredibly pleasant & made the short ride fun. It's possible that you might be able to walk to the airport, as it's a mile or less away. However, I'm not sure that there are sidewalks the whole way. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean rooms with comfy beds, clean linen and plenty of towels. 2 of our rooms were small suites with a small kitchen/living room and balcony. This was perfect for our family to gather and catch up! All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a very nice pool which, unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy. The daily breakfast was included and amazing! So many yummy choices. We all commented that the green salsa was delicious! Over all we had an excellent stay and hope to be back again! Highly recommend!! Thanks Hyatt House!!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House. The property looked nice from the outside, the location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking available. We were greeted with a smile from the front desk and the check-in process was very smooth. Our room was better than expected - we stayed in a one bedroom (2 queen bed) suite and it was clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds. The kitchen was great and provided everything we needed to stay indoors for our dinner, snacks and game night! The bathtub height was a little low (probably would not take a bath) but other than that, the bathroom itself was big and clean. The breakfast had nice variety and there was a gentleman staff member who was cheerfully refilling and rounding the food stations so that was nice to witness. Overall, this is one of more memorable Hyatt properties I have stayed at and would definitely recommend to others and come back again!

This was a clean hotel and exceptional and friendly staff. The location is central; not far from the beaches and a good distance to north SD. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby esp with asian food options. I felt like the breakfast could've been better with healthier options but it is free. The staff were prompt with cleaning up and ensuring food were well stocked - highly appreciated. Hotel stay was great with a kitchen suite made it perfect for us to cook breakfast which we did and we were able to stock ice cream during our stay. :) Highly recommend a kitchen suite for long stays. I will definitely re-book when we visit in the future.

We loved the location, very quiet and calm. The room we had was a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed, very clean and spacious for 6 of us. We were VERY impressed by the breakfast! I dont expect a gourmet breakfast but this was one of the best hotel breakfast! Lots of diverse options! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming, we will definitely stay here again! 10/10

We were in San Diego for our Grandson’s graduation from Marine Boot Camp. We were a family of 7 and we had several rooms booked for our stay. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful both day and night. Right from the start the young lady on the morning shift was so sweet and helpful getting our bags stowed since we arrived early and rooms weren’t ready that time of the morning. And she was so hospitable and helpful in letting us know that she would message us as soon as our rooms were ready!! The other lady that worked in the afternoon was just as Great!! She always had a smile on and so friendly. Our rooms were perfect! Everything was so clean and fresh and we had everything we needed each and every day!! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable… the bar and bartenders were great and made really good drinks. We ordered food from the bar and it too was wonderful!! It sits just across the street from Old Town and we enjoyed visiting it a couple of times for dinner and drinks… also if you are there to watch graduation at MCRD, it is really close by car. Trust me this hotel is a great place to stay and should we ever visit San Diego again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay a memorable one!!!

I wasn’t expecting too much, having just stayed in a Hilton Doubletree in downtown LA that left much to be desired. However I was wrong. This is clean, spacious and comfortable (ergo the other one was none of those things). Easy walk from Old Town Station after the Amtrak from LA; I’m not sure I’d stay in Old Town on holiday as it’s a bit limited but this was great for public transport and close to where I needed to be. Nice modern bathroom, ?recently refreshed. I had breakfast included and while I may not have paid for the buffet normally it was perfectly ok, and the waitstaff fantastic and friendly. I had dinner one night in the restaurant which was actually a pleasant surprise; really good burger and absolutely outstanding wait staff. Given this I’m guessing the non buffet breakfast is good but can’t say for sure.

The Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Old Town/SeaWorld Area was the perfect choice for our little vacation! We had spent the entire day at the USS Midway and only had to drive a very short time to reach the hotel from the Midway. The hotel is literally across the street from Old Town! Very nice to not have to drive to dinner. The room was spacious and clean; absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and I have to say it was delicious! Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Our waitress was so helpful and friendly. We’re definitely staying at this hotel again next year when we vacation in San Diego!

I like that they have an adult only pool and jacuzzi.

The property was very clean and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi were unavailable so we had to go to their sister property, but the shuttle was quick and easy. The lobby needs some TLC; very generic, not warm or a place to sit and relax. The front desk didn't know about a cocktail hour, which turned out to be at the other location.

The location was perfect for us because we were working on a sailboat nearby but wanted to have a place to sleep other than the boat which had a restaurant, a pool and hot tub, that was clean and quiet. Honestly, I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve stayed at many places and this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in quite awhile. The staff was incredibly friendly as well as helpful with any extra things you asked for, like an early checkin and late checkout. The beds were made everyday and our room was so clean and fresh every time we came back from being out and about. The restaurants were really wonderful to have on hand simply because of the convenience’s they provided us with a toddler. The food was good not anything extraordinary BUT the service was worth it and like I said above the convenience of having it onsite was huge. The only downside is that it’s really pricey if you’re on a strict budget. BUT, I think completely worth the stay because of how amazing and easy they made it for us - literally every step of our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend staying there. PS the pool and hottub are huge and super fun with a toddler and most of the time we had the whole thing to ourselves! PSS I recommend if you’re on a tight budget to get some food in advance, and possibly store in fridge, although it’s small it can be useful. Or at least for beverages because a basic bottle of wine is like $40.

I seriously give this place 10 out of 10 ! Everything was great ! 6:30 am The coffee shop in the morning was great,7:00am the fitness center was very good, they have pelotons and some pretty good weight training machines, also they have a sauna. 8:30 am the pool is amazing the water was heated at a perfect temperature my 3 kids loved it , I loved the jets in the jacuzzi it felt like I was getting a massage.. I really wanted to ride the bikes they have available out side the fitness but didn’t get a chance to. they have good restaurants something for everyone, the cheese pizza was our favorite. The price was decent.I would guess I would say because of where you we went to. I like the way that. You guys had the Jacuzzi and everything still available.Even though we didn't get to use it.We were too tired by the time we got back to the room.And all we wanted to do was just eat and get ready for bed. But it was good that it was there if we wanted it.

We stayed here during our San Diego trip and overall had a decent experience. The room was a bit dated, but it was spacious, airy, and the beds were comfortable — which is what matters most after long sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was adequate for a satisfying start to the day. However, during peak breakfast hours, it was nearly impossible to find a table. One morning, we even had to stand while eating. One of the best features was the free guest parking — always a plus in city hotels. The location was also very convenient, with nice cafés and restaurants within walking distance. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the harborfront just across the street and then walked back to the hotel easily. The only downside was the overall attitude of the staff. Regardless of the time of day or who we interacted with, the front desk staff seemed rather unfriendly and disengaged. It was a noticeable contrast to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Not rude, just not welcoming. I’m not sure why. Still, the comfort, location, and parking made it a solid base for exploring San Diego.

We liked this hotel. It was convenient with a nice restaurant across the street and access to a beautiful walk along the Marina. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was also good and tasty. However, it was a very busy space. We had a nice view from our room of the marina and that was a nice edition to the stay. Free underground parking and you can leave your car there for a week in case you are staying here and flying out. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. A potential downside is that we could hear lots of helicopters flying around due to the military base being nearby.... or it was the airport? Either way, it didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, it could be an issue. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very big. We would for sure stay here again. You get the feeling of being in the city, without paying the big city prices. We took an Uber into the city for around $10 as it is not very far.

Been to San Diego a handful of times and it is my favorite city by the pacific ocean. This would be our first trip as a family. We booked here last minute. Front desk and housekeeping staff was great. I published a review at hotels.com but i cant find it or i dont know why it has not gone live. I want to give a shoutout to the housekeeping staff who made our stay very comfortable. Consuelo, Teresa and i forget the name of the other staff member. They do leave cards out to bring to front desk if we thought they did an exceptional job. Hotel was clean, nice and staff was very helpful. The view from the room was nice. There was a target and a bunch of restaurants and an AMC. My only nitpick was that they didnt have free coffee. Sometimes a free coffee after a long drive does wonders. This was one thing i look forward to in most hotel lobbies. I really hate messing with the coffee maker in the room regardless of where i stay. But the staff was great. I wouldnt hesistate to book here again with my family.

We stayed at Sheraton La Jolla a couple of times already, so we kind of knew what to expect. Staff were great. From front desk to housekeeping staff, everyone was corteous and helpful. The lobby is very spacious. If i had time to rest i would have sat down in the lobby. Sheraton Mission Bay is very close to Mission Beach and Sea World . Its the reason why we picked it. What we also loved is there is a Target accros it with a lot of restaurants, an AMC. My only nit pick was i wish they had complimentary coffee in the lobby where you just pour or dispense. I really dont like messing with the coffee makers in the room. They had coffee in the lobby but you had to pay for it. Sometimes after a long drive i just want a warm beverage. But thats my only nit pick. Staff was great, friendly. I am bookmarking this hotel as we would be frequenting San Diego more with our son. We might even come back soon for 4th of July.

My family of 3 travelled to San Diego in Jan 2025 and we loved our extended weekend at The Westin SD Gaslamp! It was such a convenient property for walking to and from dining/attractions as well as conveniently located near bus stops. Travelling with a 2 year old, we felt safe exploring the area around the hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We needed to add an extra night stay, no problem. We needed some recommendations from concierge, a delight. They even had a little radio flyer wagon with trinkets and fidget items for our kiddo to choose from (so thoughtful!). The room was beautiful- a stunning view towards Balboa Theatre and the Laguna (?) Mtn Range. It was quiet, clean and generously spacious for a fam of 3. We also loved the dining options on property. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet & menu options and was a great choice for dinner as well. The wood fired pizza was yum! We look forward to future stays at The Westin Gaslamp!

I had gotten tickets to see Henry Cho as an early, (surprise), birthday present for my husband. Even though we live in Pacific Beach, which is about 20 minutes away, I thought it would be nice to stay Downtown for the evening. There are many really nice hotels in the area, (the show was at the Balboa Theater). I researched the hotels and restaurants in the area, but kept coming back to the Westin. I am so glad we chose it! We are Platinum Marriott Members, but opted to pay instead of using Points. We stayed in a Premium King room, upper floor. The view was wonderful. There were two windows on either side of the main window, which opened just enough to enjoy the cool temps of the evening. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows had just the right amount of firmness & softness. The room was spacious, which we appreciated. We ran the air conditioning throughout the night and it wasn't too noisy. We had dinner at the restaurant, which in itself was a wonderful experience. Having lived in the Pacific Northwest for a while, I am hesitant to order Salmon in San Diego. Our Waiter convinced me, and it was the best Salmon I've had since leaving Portland. The broccolini was cooked perfectly and not over salted. The baby potatoes had no blemishes. Breakfast was even better. We opted for the Eggs Benedict which had a citrus hollandaise sauce. So delicious! We will be back for the food and perhaps to stay, enjoy Downtown and another show.

Its a beautiful property in the heart of San Diego downtown business district, a block from busteling social life and a shirt walk from the bay. Hotel property is immaculate and always buzzi g with life. Love this place. We stayed in the suites. So luxurious and clean. Bed and sheets was so comfortable. Balcony faced the marina. Pool was very warm and jacuzzi spouts were very enjoyable. Pool was clean and pelican restaurant was convenient. All staff very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here so much. Stayed one night but came early to enjoy pool and also stayed most of the day next day at the pool as well!! Even after checkout we were able to stay parked for the one time overnight parking fee. I purchased parking on this app for $28 rather than $50 at hotel.

The Hyatt Mission Bay Spa and Marina was incredibly family oriented and perfect for our needs. One hour of complimentary kayaking was awesome, esp when we saw and heard the sea lions. Our suite was right on the bay, which was cool, and complimentary breakfast went until 11:30 a.m. which was great for those of us who wanted to sleep in. Their gym could be nicer, but it's just a small space. And I'd love to see more options in their breakfast, such as fresh berries & even a waffle station (which my kids always love). I loved that they served mock-tails poolside, as they were really delish! The kids loved their pools and Jacuzzi, esp the pool slides that were surprisingly fast! Also, the GM David Tseo was just awesome - very accommodating and proactively took care of our needs before we even requested them. Definitely recommend!

The Hyatt is very family friendly. We loved the waterslides, pools and hot tub. It was really fun playing lawn games on the property as well. Our room was spacious, clean, well decorated and had amazing views of San Diego, especially of Sea World Fireworks at night. Each morning we enjoyed walking down to the Hyatt market and had breakfast on the pier. We especially enjoyed the Pelican (poolside restaurant & bar.) The staff was excellent, from Melanie at the front desk, to the lifeguards, hotel security and the restaurant staff. The grounds were beautifully kept, it reminded us of HI. The location of the Hyatt is great. A short walk to mission beach and a 5 minute drive to sea world.

The location is very central to Asian markets, restaurants and the beach and was relatively quiet despite its proximity to the freeway.. The front desk staff and housekeeping were kind and welcoming. The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and a great value.

This is for my stays on March 10 and March 30. The two men at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially the one gentleman there the evening of March 10 overnight to March 11, a great guy who was accommodating with a particular situation. My room was clean, and on the top floor, so it was quiet, and comfortable. (I had the same room both times.) It's surrounded by eateries, shopping, and more, close to major North/South and East/West highways, having a good central location close to many things in San Diego.

Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially housekeeping. Delicious restaurants within easy walking.

Buffet breakfast at the Tequila Factory is really good. Decently priced for adults and kids (by today's standards) and a good selection of fresh buffet breakfast foods (bacon, french toast, pancakes, cereal, bagels, coffee, etc.) Easy walking distance to Old Town with tons of things to do there. Nice pool and spa, both clean. Decent shower, typical low water pressure for a hotel but good temperature range. Beds were pretty good. Pull out couch bed is pretty small, only had 1 child on there but it was fine for them (elementary age), you probably don't want to put an adult on it. Room was a little cramped for a family of 5 but it worked out. Less than 10 minute drive to Sea World. Parking garage was cramped but felt safe.

This is a nice clean hotel with lots of rooms. It is an old hotel. There is no continental breakfast, although there is free coffee. There is a restaurant onsite with a decent breakfast. The rooms are older but the beds were comfy. The one major downfall for this hotel are the stairs!!!! Lots of stairs!!!! From our room to the lobby was 68 stairs. Side note, great view of the sunset. Aside from all that it’s a clean hotel that is a short walk to food and fun.

The BW Hacienda is charming with gorgeous views. The flowers were beautiful and it seemed like a little paradise after a long day. The staff are so kind, and really went out of their way to make my trip with my son fantastic. The complementary shuttle was extremely convenient to getting in and out from the airport. And the shuttle drivers have been so helpful. We did opt to pay for the breakfast at the Tequila Factory 2 days, out of 5, and looking back I think I would have booked it more days. The old town trolley tour stop 1 church away, along with all the great shops and restaurants. The pool looks clean, and everyone respected the pool hours so we were not kept up late. It was worth it for the view from our private balcony. Not all rooms have this, but we were in the upper floors of building 5. Love, love, LOVE! This will be my San Diego place from now on.

Thank you to all the staff at Hacienda San Diego. We started with Heidi and Ronell at guests services, when Ronell heard that we were part of a group he immediately offered us welcome goody bags, Heidi offered a really pleasant check in process and explained us the location of our rooms, she even offered us a latte and mocha, which is located at the front desk area, both were really nice, they answered our pore arrival questions. The room I was giving was great, a large King bed, a sofa, microwave, table for 2 ,refrigerator and in room safe was provided, so spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean, and water pressure was perfect. Loved the pillows! The restaurant meals were phenomenal, we had a phenomenal dining experience evert day, thanks to Benjamin, Maria and Jose, they are very warm. The views at the restaurant are gorgeous, can't wait to come back.

Very nice hillside property right in Old Town San Diego. In terms of design, I would rate this as probably the prettiest BW hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean and well appointed with nice beds, linens, tv, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Onsite overnight parking is available for a reasonable $15. The one negative comment is the buffet breakfast. The food offerings are identical to those available at other BW hotels, adequate but nothing special. And while the breakfast at other BW’s is included in the room rate, this one charges an additional $12.95. Also, on this day all the hot food items were cold. Unlike other BW’s, however, this restaurant also serves lunch and dinner that we did not have an opportunity to try.

In the heart of downtown but right on the shore so there were great night views, walkable restaurants like the gaslamp district, easy entry to parking and a clean up to date look. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a Starbucks and a small coffee shop on premises for quick coffee and food that was really convenient. My kids loved it and they ate free at lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall, a great hotel. The only challenge was the baseball stadium was right across the street so it was hectic on game days.

Hi there, Our room assigned had a beautiful view of the yachts and the gorgeous ocean. The food served at the breakfast location was excellent. I enjoyed the view and the breakfast in particular. The partner with me, enjoyed the amenities which were housed within the same building, including the fruit and protein bar store and the Starbucks coffee. I enjoyed checking out the Gift Shop. The customer service was extremely good and very friendly to us, they provided us with breakfast coupons as that was part of my rate sign up. I didn't have to ask for the coupons. These were given at check in. Very convenient.

Location (4/5) Conveniently situated near downtown with easy walking access to Petco Park and convention center. Easy rideshare from airport. Accommodations (4/5) I paid a small fee to upgrade to a corner king junior suite w/ sofa. Room was a bit smaller than what I would consider a junior suite, however, was well appointed, smelled fresh, and very clean. Loved opening the automatic blinds and looking out on the the water and Coronado. Note: there are no balconies in rooms at this hotel. Service (4/5) Very effective and friendly front desk staff at check-in and check-out. Although I did not have many interactions with the rest of the staff, I noted many to be available and happily assisting guests. Only negative was individuals promoting timeshares. Dining I did not dine in the bars/restaurants at this hotel during my stay. Atmosphere (4/5) All public areas were inviting. Pool area looked enjoyable. Lots of safe areas to walk around hotel. Excellent meeting rooms and food/drink service. Value for Money (3/5) Prices seem to be in $300-400 range during peak season. For this property, I feel the $200 range would be more acceptable. Cleanliness (5/5) The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas. Overall Experience As a Diamond member, I would certainly return and recommend to other business travelers. Rooms may be a bit small for families.

This was a last minute trip for us as a 25th Anniversary celebration trip. We were upgraded to a corner room with amazing views of Petco Stadium on one side and the Bayfront on the other. Karin in the concierge department sent up a wonderful and very thoughtful Anniversary gift of boxed sweets with a bottle of sparkling water. It truly made our trip special. The omelettes were huge at breakfast and very tasty. All of our servers and staff seemed caring and kind. The location is perfect to access all the local sights and restaurants. Most everything was within walking distance or a short, metro transit ride. A car is not necessary and parking can be expensive. We really enjoyed the free shuttle over to Coronado Island! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Hilton for a fantastic weekend!

I had such a nice time at the Manchester Grand Hyatt! The staff is terrific, and the hotel is stunning! After arriving from rainy and cold NY, the sunshine felt just right. Check in was super easy and Jasmine got us into our room quickly. Once settled my sister and I explored the hotel. The pool and gym were really nice and the rooftop provided amazing views. The Landing bar is located on the main floor and it is stunning. The hotel is kept immaculate and the security and taxi stand staff were so kind. The lobby gift shops and Market One were great places to grab coffee, tea, snacks and casual meals. We had Hyatt Club Access and it was a great experience. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food. Daily full breakfast, afternoon snacks as well as a tasty dinner with wine and cocktails were provided. The dessert bar was a nice way to end each evening.

The Manchester Grand Hyatt is our go to hotel in San Diego due to its convenient location by the Seaport Village and many restaurants and shops. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy the scenic views from our room and the hospitality of the hotel staff. During the past two visits we had the opportunity to upgrade to the penthouse which was awesome since the panoramic views are just so amazing! The penthouse was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Their breakfast buffet has a large variety of offerings including an omelette station. The MarketOne Cafe downstairs has many items including delicious pastries and other food and drink items. It is always a great experience to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Beautiful waterfront location within walking distance of Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and many restaurants. Our room had an amazing view, the highlight of our stay. Check-in was slow due to long lines, but service was attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the hotel bikes along the waterfront. Loved the cocktails and views from the 40th floor Top of the Hyatt, though it does get crowded. Overall, a great location and a memorable stay.

I'm surprised to see the mix of reviews, this was one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I've ever stayed at! I did not have a car, so maybe the parking is tricky if you do have one, but I felt that the property was very clean and pretty, the front desk staff were super friendly and professional, and they gave the upgraded wifi which made my stay even more enjoyable (free wifi at Hiltons is notoriously spotty and slow, in my opinion). I did not get to try the restaurant because my stay was brief but I appreciated that it was there. I liked the hotel so much that I came to TripAdvisor to review it because my Hilton member survey had already expired. Whoever is running the show there right now is improving it I guess, because I would definitely stay here again!

Property was very nice, nestled in a corner next to a strip mall. Nearby gas stations, jack in the box next door, freeway entrance and down the street were other fast food like Mc Donalds, rubios. There is a Vons for groceries and a Walmart and if you're really on a budget a dollar tree. The 4 stars overall is because they charge $16 parking for each day that wasn't disclosed on Expedia. Parking is not gated so don't understand the charge. Forgot to mention free coffee and water, there a quaint bar and the cafe is reasonable with a $20 breakfast buffet. Overall all i would stay again, staff was professional, rooms were clean, tv 50 inch, beds were comfy.

I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring the city. Bernard at the front desk was especially welcoming and friendly—his helpful attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

When we checked in Shaquille assisted us. He was super friendly, efficient and happily accommodated my requests. Angela was also at the front desk upon checking in and also assisted me during my stay and was also happy and fun to chat with and always willing to help. Rich Woods, Bell Captain, went out of his way to help us find a great place to have a glass of wine and then have dinner one of our evenings. He called ahead and made our arrangements and made sure we were taken care of at our venues. Every time I looked around during our stay he was out shaking hands and socializing. We had great experiences at the restaurant at the hotel as well. The hotel, restrooms and our room were very clean and my clothes didn’t smell like a hotel when I got home. Our room and the hotel felt a bit dated HOWEVER it was very clean and a fun and inviting atmosphere !! I told my husband I want to go back there. That is a big statement for me because I like to try new areas but this hotel makes we want to go back there. Kudos to the management for creating such a wonderful culture!!

I travel a lot for work and Hilton is always my preferred choice of hotel brand. The service is always top notch and the amenities are always above and beyond. This stay I got to stay long enough to enjoy the amenities and the pool was my favorite. It offers exceptional views of a golf course with the ocean not too far behind and a well kept pool. They also have a pool bar on weekends that I got to enjoy. It offers a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Christian the bartender made an exceptional margarita that was perfect for the sunny day. He offered great recommendations and ended up making me a drink that was specific to my likings. The valet service was also friendly and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would come back here for leisure purposes in the future as well.

From the kind, helpful valet who opened her door and held his hand out to help as she jumped out of our car, and helped her get her suitcase and bag of toys & snacks that she dropped, to the lady who chatted with her when we checked in as she giggled about how excited she was to be on vacation and then everyone who worked there until we checked out we had a wonderful time. We asked for suggestions on where to walk for dinner one evening and the sweetest lady at the front desk asked my daughter what her favorite food was and helped us with suggestions and directions. We felt safe wandering the area around the hotel, and loved that it’s conveniently located to many options for shopping and dining. The icing on the cake was the fun Sat evening movie (Moana) by the pool with snacks and drinks… and blankets! And… the Sleep Well lavender balm sample… amazing to help both her and I settle for good nights sleep after busy days!!

Hotel was very nice and clean, everyone was extremely nice and helpful especially the lobby bar bartender James and lobby bar Supervisor Monette, not only did they made my drinks exactly how i ask them for but they where beyond welcoming so easy to talk to, they went out an above when i asked for places and things i should do, they help me by providing me with a list of things i can visit during my stay. Not only did they provide me with walking distance things i can do as well as well as restaurants i should try, being this was a solo trip is was so helpful as i had no idea what to do during my stay there. James even made me a hangover drink when i asked for one which not many people know how to do and that was great. I will definitely be back and will definitely stay at this hotel as i felt extremely safe loved how everything you needed access to is with a key card even the elevator. James the bartender made my trip even better and thank you for that.

Great hotel. Clean. Quiet. We were on the 15th floor and it was quiet. 3rd floor has an outdoor pool and hot tub. We used the workout room. It was clean and had good equipment including treadmills, weights. Walking distance to many restaurants, Midway, Seaport, Broadway. The area seemed quite safe. We walked back to the hotel after a Padres game. We also walked to Little Italy from the hotel. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was great especially the hotel shuttle drivers. They were amazing and they deserve a shout out! We did the appetizers happy hour and it wasn't something we took advantage of the next night. Just not our thing. But you get a ticket for a glass of wine and some fried appetizers. Complimentary bottles of water, hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner and body wash available. They had bikes available but we didn't take advantage of that. Coffee shop in the lobby and assorted snacks and drinks. We would definitely stay again.

Besides the parking, overall the entire property was amazing, the breakfast buffet is great, the room was spacious, the bathroom was always clean, the entire property is beautiful and clean. The staff (Alice) was extremely helpful and they were very attentive when it came to more towels or anything else. The hotel is beautiful and we stayed in the King Bayview room. I would recommend the parking across the street (I believe the public library parking). Valet at the hotel is $60/day, self parking at the hotel came out to $40/night, the public parking said $25 but after one night is was $15. I would love to stay here again in summer.

This is my first stay in a Westin in a few years. I was there for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and common areas were clean and stylish. My room was missing wash cloths when I checked in. They promptly brought me some. The room was clean and comfortable. The Heavenly bed is still very plush. Housekeeping was not up to expectations. I don't believe they cleaned the shower while I was there. There was also a day they didn't take out the trash. The breakfast buffet was not as good as in the past. That's not to say it was bad. But it was not what I expected from a Westin. I no longer consider them a premium hotel.

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel- and once again I was impressed. We had 180 people total in the conference center, and about 100 staying at the hotel, and no problems at all. My 4 day stay was enjoyable, staff friendly and amenities great. Beds are super comfortable! Had a handicap room (only complaint it was FAR away from the elevator) with a great bath/shower and large bathroom. Room included fridge and coffeemaker. Lobby coffee shop provides snacks and tasty coffee (cashless). Great and clean work out room. Indoor and outdoor pools. Firepits outside make for a cozy evening after sightseeing all day. LOTS of restaurant choices right outside the doors, and the trolley makes it easy to see the sights.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was very spacious, which was great for the kid with us. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The bathroom door did not slide to close, so we had to shower and everything with the door open. No privacy. We parked on the street to avoid paying $39 to park. It was well lit and safe. Upon check out we were charged $4.73 CA Tourism Fee we were not expecting. Overall nice short stay

Pros: Very comfortable bed, quiet, cafe, bar, restaurant, central location, friendly staff, affordable price. Cons: Older hotel, somewhat dated rooms, thermostat in room didn’t work well, hidden charges (pet fees, early check in fees), expensive parking ($40 a day), stained room furniture and ripped curtains.

I enjoyed the hotel stay. The room was nice and clean. I’m a pretty basic guy so this was perfect for me. The only negative part was that the description said it had balcony access which I was excited about. Turns out, it does not have access to the balcony for “safety” reasons. Why would you say it has balcony access if it in fact, does not? Other than that, solid hotel.

The room was super clean housekeeping staff was very helpful. We stayed for a whole week pretty much all the staff was super helpful except some of the front desk. Overall, our day was great. We never really heard our neighbors restaurants inside the hotel were pretty nice. Breakfast was just OK but wasn’t very expensive. Wheelchair-accessible room with two queen beds and a bathtub was great. The room set up worked well for us (see photos). The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful, without exception. There is a $10 discount off of the breakfast buffet for Hilton Gold and Diamond members ($15 rather than $25). I missed this detail, but the front desk adjusted the charges to our room to reflect this discount. I thought the buffet was good for $15. The pool looked nice. I was pleasantly surprised that there was an EV charger open whenever we needed it. This location is near restaurants, Whole Foods, and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Not only was this was walking distance to the Del Mar Fairgrounds, it was close to anything you can think of to do nearby. Coastal Kitchen had great food and cocktails, the coffee bar in the morning served decent coffee and tasty quick-breakfast options, and everyone was just so friendly and helpful. I was bummed we only booked a one night stay! Will definitely be returning again.

Everything. This hotel was beautiful, well located, and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they even gave our puppy a toy when he came to say hello. Very pet friendly but super clean, huge pool with awesome hot tub and outdoor fire pits. Located right off the freeway for easy access, but still far enough to be very quiet, and it offered good parking. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Seriously no complaints.

Our stay at the Best Western in San Diego was generally pleasant, but a couple of minor issues left room for improvement during our three-night visit as a family of two adults and an 8-year-old. Another aspect that left us wanting more was the breakfast provided. While it's always nice to have breakfast included, the options were limited and not as diverse as we had hoped. A more extensive breakfast spread would have added to the overall value of our stay. On a positive note, the hotel's location and overall comfort met our expectations. It provided a convenient base for exploring San Diego, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out processes smooth. In conclusion, our stay at the Best Western in San Diego was decent overall, but the weak internet signal and limited breakfast options were areas that could use improvement. Despite these minor setbacks, we still enjoyed our time in San Diego, thanks in part to the hotel's central location and comfortable accommodations.

Booked 30 rooms for a high school band trip and was very satisfied at every step of the process! Sales Manager Breonna booked our stay and was so responsive in returning emails, and was professional and friendly, AND she gave us a good group rate. She was also conscious and thoughtful about how/where she assigned rooms for us in the hotel. Ashley checked us in upon arrival and was so friendly and helpful! She made us feel welcome (despite the large size of our group, which could be overwhelming to some). Complimentary breakfast included in our stay had enough variety and the breakfast area was large & clean, and they were cooperative with some allergy concerns. There was ample space for our 2 charter buses in the hotel parking lot. Our group visited both the nearby Zoo and Sea World, which were a convenient short drive away. Our students, parent chaperones and staff were well taken care of, and I heard no complaints about any of the rooms. I personally found the bed, pillows and linens in my room to be extremely comfortable. Our group stayed in rooms with 2 queen beds plus a sofabed, and the rooms had both a mini fridge and a microwave.

We were greeted immediately with a hello and smile from an employee just walking across the lobby, then again at the front desk. The front desk was kind and patient explaining to us where to park and where our room was. I am soory I didn't get her name. She deserves a shout out. The rooms were very clean, spacious with beds that as soon as I laid on it automatically said ahh. Very comfortable. The breakfast was like you would expect from a free hotel continental breakfast. With that said, I do have to mention the food was fresh, tasty, had great hours, coffee was good. There was always someone there, refilling, cleaning up and again was very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I were there for a wedding. Upon check in the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They had coffee available during business hours and had other great amenities to offer. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaints I have is that we were placed in room 320 which is located right under the cafeteria where they served breakfast so at really early hours we were woken up by noises of chairs and tables being moved around. Also the parking spaces were so small so if you have a large vehicle it practically impossible to park perfectly in the parking space. Over all we enjoyed our stay and it’s a perfect location if you are planning on visiting the beach, zoo or any attraction.

The entire staff at this hotel should be applauded. They were all super helpful and friendly. Everyone from the lobby staff including Jessica, to the cleaners, security, breakfast room staff…The breakfast is probably one of the biggest offerings I’ve ever seen. There rooms were well maintained and clean. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and there was only 1 restaurant within walking distance but not enough to make us not choose to stay again in the future.

The pros: Friendly staff and very safe. Comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Although our room was on the first floor and next to the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. Loved the breakfast. Hot water in restroom. The cons: Restroom needed some updating; sink did not drain well. Breakfast area is too small so fills up very quick. Also, the cleaning service trolley is way too loud! Overall: 4/5. Will consider staying again.

Most comfortable hotel bed ever! My stay at the Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town was perfect - from the time I checked in until I checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was really clean. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices to choose from, and the location was very convenient to both the airport and Old Town. I will be back!

I enjoyed staying at this Comfort Inn. It felt safe, the bed was very comfortable, everything in the room worked properly, and the staff were polite. Their free hot breakfast was scrambled eggs (not fresh) and little flavorful sausages. It was edible. And a variety of muffins, waffle makings, etc. which I didn’t eat. They had apples and bananas too. The facility was very clean and tidy. No room cleaning offered. They will fetch things you need for you. I would recommend it for an economical and comfortable place to stay.

I wanted to visit Old town San Diego and this place is just a few of blocks away that I could have walked over to old town. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was just like it shows online. The hotel offered free breakfast and that was good. The dinning area was updated, clean and food was constantly being refilled. Eggs, sausage patties, toast, waffles and more. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay agin.

I like this property because it’s centrally located, has a gas station across the street to fill up before you go on the freeway which the freeway on-ramp is literally one block away. The great thing is you don’t hear the freeway or traffic at all. The property is very quiet and I’ve stayed on both sides of the property and you hear nothing in your room. I always have a good night sleep when staying there. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Also, the water pressure and hot water is excellent in the shower. The lobby staff have always been nice. Also, there are plenty of dining options all around. In essence, location plus quiet comfortable clean rooms at a reasonable price point have made this property a preferred place to stay,

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western! DK assisted me during my stay and was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. Mary was also very kind and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. The Halloween decorations throughout the hotel were super cute and added a festive touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Great service, welcoming staff, and fun seasonal decor highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the pool is really nice. The hotel is close to several excellent breweries. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning is done daily - even when we ended up leaving the room late. They provide coffee and a coffee maker in the rooms. And the breakfast changes every day.

Stayed as a group for a work event and couldn't have asked for much more. For an older property, the rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great & staff was super friendly! Grills outside were brand new and the location is favorable for a short trip to the beach in La Jolla or a casual drive to Downtown San Diego and other nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn La Jolla for an affordable and accommodating/comfortable hotel in the greater La Jolla Beach/SD area.

We loved staying at the Homewood Suites and would stay there again. Everything about our stay was wonderful except for breakfast. I was less than impressed with the variety of breakfast foods available and with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Every time we were in the breakfast area, the clean dishes and silverware were sticky, like the dishwasher wasn't working properly. The housekeepers and desk employees were very nice, but the workers in the breakfast area were quite unpleasant to deal with. For example, I saw a worker turn off a waffle-maker on someone who was actively making a waffle at exactly 9:30 AM because breakfast was over. I thought that was pretty unnecessary. For $500 a night, I would think that a "hi, please finish up because breakfast was over" would have been a little more kind than racing out from the back of the house and making everything immediately inaccessible. It wasn't a good look for the brand.

The property is conveniently located near downtown, the beach, and various tourist attractions. The room is clean and well-equipped for families. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and changes daily, and guests can also enjoy a free cocktail in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at other Homewood Suites before. The quality was there at this one. Our room was quiet and spacious. Really appreciated the kitchen and microwave. The full size refrigerator was also nice to have. The basement had a gym and a nearby laundry area. In addition, there was basement parking which was close to the elevator, laundry, and gym - very convenient. No problems with check in and the front desk had change for the laundry area which was also convenient. Problems: 1. We booked a AAA Park and Stay (?) deal (Hilton website) which meant that we were not supposed to be charged for parking. They did anyway. Called them and they credited my bill right away - thanks! 2. Breakfast was less than optimal. They seem to be serving the same gray turkey sausage patties that Fairfield Inn serves. For this price point, they need to offer better breakfast meats.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazing. Lionel at the Front Desk did a super job and should be commended for his extra efforts at making us, and from what I witnessed other guests, feel welcome. The room was great. It was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast was perfect and the hotel was close to all the things we wanted to see in San Diego. If we ever come back, we will book here.

Great place to stay while visiting SDSU. Very clean, breakfast included, great staff. Rooms are very spacious, quiet and updated. Easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping, airport and much more! They offer complimentary happy hour with heavy appetizers and beer & wine a few nights a week. Nice workout room and on-site parking for $25/night.

I was aware of the recent renovations at this property and didn't quite know what to expect. I was so pleased with EVERYTHING that my 3 day get away turned into 6--I booked 3 more nights. Every single staff member was professional and very helpful. You could see they all took great pride in working there...front desk, serving, cleaning staff--smiles everywhere. So pleasant! Very pretty bar with TVs. The large pool was sparkling clean and heated! Didn't expect a jacuzzi and there was a very clean large one. The first morning the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh fruit, croissants, biscuits and gravy and huevos con chorizo---that was the best morning. The offerings changed each day. Loved it and am already booking another stay as I am a native San Diegan (this property is the former Hanalei for those who remember) and my family lives just up the hill. Super convenient for us all.

When we first walked in the staff was so friendly! We were upgraded to a floor level room with a patio over looking the pool. Traveling with little kids can be so hard but this free upgrade made it extra special and easy. The room was clean, spacious and beds were cozy. The pool is nice and heated. Pool towel were available and nice size. The breakfast was so good and we got free vouchers signing up for a promotion they were doing. Parking is easy and convenient. The waterfall outside our door was a nice touch. 10/10 will be staying here again!!

The room was excellent, cozy, big, clean and really comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view and we really enjoy it. The property it is a little bit old but with all the amenities. For sure we will come back again.

Bath has nice showerhead and pumps with Dove soap and bodywash (my favorite) instead of those little bottles. Wish the pool area was larger. Favorite part of our stay was the expansive breakfast! Hot eggs and sausage, toast, muffins, cereal (including hot oatmeal), fruit, yogurt, juice, and a fresh make your own pancake machine. The best part was the yummy warm cinnamon rolls! The coffee station even had flavored creamers. The breakfast area was large and clean and constantly being filled and maintained. It's too bad the area wasn't open for lounging during the day.

Clean, safe, comfortable, convenient and the breakfast is hot and the coffee is good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a bit of wear and tear: The A/C worked but the housing was falling off. My refrigorater did not work. My comode would sometimes keep running and I'd need to close the flap. The first night I got there the ice machine on my floor was not opperational. It was working after the first night.

Everything was clean when we arrived to our room except for the bathtub was dirty. It was also dirty in my mom‘s room as well. They made sure to clean it thoroughly the next day. Breakfast was OK. I would say that the beds were VERY comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised about that. Also sheets seem to be clean and everything else seemed to be clean in the room.

Friendly front desk, quiet room. All around nice stat. We would stay here again. Oh, and a very tasty full breakfast with friendly staff. Good coffee!

Overall, the Inn met my needs. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions promptly. I felt extremely safe in the property. The surrounding area, not so much. There was a couple restaurants next door and across the street. There is a 7 Eleven. Property smelled of incense, heavily in the lobby. There isn't much to do within walking distance. Plenty to do within driving distance. Would recommend if you need a bed and a bathroom. Microwave and mini-fridge work but are extremely small. I should note that I did book another room for next month. The breakfast was good. Incuded was eggs, sausage, homestyle potatoes, hot oatmeal, cereal, fruits, yogurt, juices and coffee. The dining area is fairly big. But I used to paper plates to take it back to my room. Fast check-out. Parking was plentiful and they didnt charge, like other places in the area. The rooms look dated but clean. A bit noisy when the kids were in the hall. Overall, it's a decent place for the price.

This is hotel is a part of the Marriot Bonvoy brand. Looks like there is still some renovations going on. But overall the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Upon check in staff who assisted were very friendly and offered a dessert while waiting thru the check in process and we were also given 2 waterbottles. Check out staff was also very friendly. They had private parking within the hotel which was nice and felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable. We had the king room with city view and a balcony. Rooms have mini fridges to store left overs, waterbottles or drinks. Walking distance to little italy. I believe this hotel is dog friendly, there is a dog park on the corner next to it. We enjoyed watching all the happy dogs trot their way to their neighborhood dog park. We did a one night stay for a festival at the waterfront, which is only a few blocks away, a quick Uber ride. Will stay here again.

The hotel is convenient to Little Italy as well as walk-able to many shops, restaurants and site seeing opportunities. The room was spacious, clean and cozy with the bed being quite comfortable. This room had a balcony which gave a great view of the area and water. The cost was budget friendly and had a breakfast included. Although some con's centered on noise, as you are downtown there is quite a lot of road/street sounds as well as the room doors seems to make quite a lot of banging noise opening and closing - at least in the proximity of the area of the floor during the stay. Something worth note - the sink water flow was quite low even with both handles open 100%

We celebrated our grandson’s send off to college here in sandiego. It was a long trip from Ohio where we live. We were met with friendly staff and welcoming bar hosts and waiters/ servers. The front desk was staffed by Alex and Paola, and the restaurant/ bar had Jason serve us wonderful dinner and then at many days of stay we really got to know him as the most pleasant guy— very warm friendly and able to recognize us and family as frequent guests! The food was great so I’d try to share some photos.it has been a very comfortable stay, with Little Italy being so close. Some night we just sat there and listened to the music( band).

The location was the best feature of this hotel. Little Italy is an amazing neighborhood! Walking 2 blocks you can find 10 different Italian restaurants and many different bars. It is super safe too. Best location for a hotel to be in. 10mins walking from the harbor, as well. The hotel itself is super clean, pretty decoration and feels very modern! Room was very clean as well!

The pool was amazing. My family and I took a nice swim as well as relaxed in the jacuzzi. We also loved the cookies that they gave out for free in the lobby.

We went for Christmas celebration. Everyone was very nice and whenever I text the group for anything(communicate to the hotel)they responded very fast! Location was great! We went to la jolla tide pool and torrey pines state park. There was lots of markets and place to eat around to it. Many parking lot spaces. We paid $25/night for parking. We used jacuzzi and it was so nice! Pool was heated as well! Only bad side was the wall was pretty thin. You can hear everything! Other than that everything was great!

Everything was Amazing. 5 star for me and already booking another stay right now. I will actually book a few. We had the bottom floor and it was a huge room. The shower and bathroom on the first floor was huge. The bartender Shawn was Amazing and so kind. The fire pits were going on and jacuzzi. The rooms had a large t v and we watched netlfix and the whole place smelled like ocean sand and coconuts like Hawaii. It was better than I expected and the pictures are no compariosn. In person the hotel looks so much newer and beautiful!! We were 12 minutes from the ocean in cae and close to a huge mall. It would be a good place if your guests were staying like for a wedding or birthday. 5 star and better than some boujie hotels I have stayed in. Also customer service was 5 star, only smiles and no one was rude. I took my dog and they made him feel like a king. Worth it!!!!

Perfectly located for our plans for the week, this DoubleTree could use some updated bathrooms, but everything was clean and the rooms were spacious and modern. The lobby was modern and welcoming and they have a great restaurant and bar that backs up to a pool area that is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. The bar is an inside/outside bar and the open air feels great. The shining star of this hotel is the friendly staff up front and in the restaurant. Sam Canfield couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful for us as first timers to San Diego. Always had a smile, and was friendly, knowledgeable and fast when helping us out. Kudos to him and his team. Would definitely go back!

We stayed here the night of the election, election central I think it was called. A very strong point of this hotel is the staff, everyone we dealt with were very helpful, friendly and professional! The valet parked aur car for us and another walked with us to the front desk, he gave us a little history of the hotel. I have lived in San Diego my entire life and worked in the downtown area and saw the redevelopment of this area back in the 80s. This hotel is in the center of the downtown area and is a beautiful piece of that area. Our room was very nice, clean and ready when we arrived. I believe they said the hotel was built in 1911 so it has a lot of old world craftmanship in its decor! The hallways are twisty and you walk around a lot of corners, all adding character to the hotel! The election gathering was held in a side room near the lobby, again very well maintained and clean. The downside of this hotel, is the same as its strong point.....downtown! Like I said I saw and was part of the cleanup and revitalization of the downtown area in the 2980s. It became a clean and vibrant downtown area.....now it is full of transients and smells like urine. We just walked across the street, saw way to many transients, psych issues and drug addicts, we are glad we did not have to venture far from the hotel. The US Grant hotel is very nice and I recommend staying there, However it is really sad to see what has happened to downtown San Diego

My wife and I are self-described "bougie travelers" and the US Grant did not disappoint. You’re greeted by a spotless lobby that smells like a spa. Glimmering chandeliers line the celling of the lobby, and fresh flowers are on every table. The hotel staff are lovely and kind. We were consistently offered chilled bottles of water and always had a fresh bottle on our bedside tables each day. Oliver in the valet area was a delight to chat with and Alejandro at the front desk was gracious. He even sent a bottle of Chardonnay to our room. The hotel room was elegant and the bathroom was clean and lovely. High-end bath products are provided for one's stay. We felt very safe at this hotel . The location is wonderful if you're interested in walking to the Gas Lamp District. We were able to walk to fabulous restaurants and pubs. As a picky traveler, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the US Grant again. My only cons to mention are: a very tiny bedside "table" on one side of the bed, and an issue with the room AC not being as cold as indicated on the thermostat. That being said, I loved our stay at this beautiful, historic gem.

Stayed there on a family vacation, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a very informative concierge, and their front desk staff is engaging and professional. We stayed in a suite, and the beds were quite comfortable, and the space very large. Newly updated parts of the hotel add to the character of this place, and we were happy to be so close to all the things to do in San Diego. Their bartenders in particular are very good mixologists, and servers friendly. We had breakfast there, and the people working there are kind and generous.

Fantastic hotel, great staff and attention to detail. Far too often hotels seem to be cutting corners or finding annoying ways to nickel and dime you. This is definitely not the case here. The bed was very comfortable the accommodations were clean and luxurious. The coffee and drinks in the bar were a very classy touch. The breakfast was also great! My only regret was not staying longer! Thanks for a great stay.

My last time in San Diego was 5 years ago. This time, I stayed at Comfort Inn Gaslamp. The hotel was convenient for convention. It took 10 minutes to SDCC on foot. My room was not spacious but it was ok for me. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The hotel provided free breakfast with wide variety. The hotel people were quite friendly. Please be noted that the maid was making up room every other day. I will come back for convention next year if possible.

The front desk service was amazing. Really friendly staff. The location was perfect for Comic Con. The beds were really comfy. Very spacious for a one bedroom double bed room. Breakfast was quick and good.

I like that it is walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. The inn was very clean and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Overall a good stay, quiet area of San Diego with most of the offices being closed. Pros: Quick and easy access to the 805 and 5 freeways Friendly staff Nice outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi AC actually stays on all night, able to get room nice and cold. Bistro has a decent amount of menu items available for breakfast (more than other local Courtyards). Cons: Pillows are the flattest I have ever slept on. Neck hurt every morning. If sensitive sleeper, bring your own. Charging 12.99 a day for parking. It's a Courtyard in an office park with tons of parking. Zero reason for this except as a money grab for people who expense their hotel rooms to a company or client. Overall: I would stay here again ONLY if the parking fee was removed or waived for elites. Sheer money grab in Covid times.

We stayed at the Courtyard for 3 night. The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Brent at the front desk was great. A few tips: do not get a room facing the road, it is noisy when the slider door is open. However with the door is shut you do not hear any noise. The gym only allows 2 people with current Covid guidelines. This was great for my husband and I as we had the gym to ourselves. The Starbucks in the lobby closes at 9:30am on weekdays. However the rooms had coffee makers with cream and sugar (so nice to have them as many hotels have not brought them back yet). There is a McDonalds, Chick Filet and convenient store within the walking distance. Overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness and well kept amenities of the property.

The rooms were very nice. Small balcony for each of the second and third floor rooms. Has a nice little café and bar, but the bar has a very limited drink menu. I only ate breakfast at the café, but I did try all of the breakfast menu items. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a beautiful social area and pool in the center. The room was very nice and surprisingly quiet. The parking is cheap for the area at $12/day. The bed was even comfortable. I would give it 5 stars BUT the restaurant was closed, the parking lot is in rough shape and, at the time, there was no place to eat at within a few miles on a Sunday afternoon except McDonalds. To nitpick, the kid sized bathtub was unexpected, and a little strange. IF everything were to open back up in the area and they repaved the parking, it would be a nice resort in the northern San Diego area.

The reception service was very good, except our bath tub was clogged, we reported it, the said they would send someone to fix it and they did not. It was quiet, clean, well- located in a place near restaurants, coffee places, et cetera. No jacuzzi, but a good pool. They charged 10 Dlls/day for parking because it's "private property."

I enjoyed my 13 nights at Sonesta ES Suites, Sorrento. Pros: Spacious studio room with very comfortable Queen bed, 4 plush pillows, full kitchen with large, quiet refrigerator. Hide-a-bed which doubled as a comfortable couch. Desk, office chair and fast Wi-Fi, 2 small coffee tables, large TV. My room (#322) looked south, onto palm trees and the pool. A/C worked well and was quiet. Parking ($10/day) offered spaces with morning or afternoon shade. Good hot breakfast, with egg & meat dishes, sometimes potato pancakes or sautéed vegetables. Fruit (usually bananas, oranges and apples). Oatmeal and toppings. Sweet pastries, breakfast cereals, yogurt. Decaf and regular coffee. 2% milk. 30 ft long heated pool, open 08-22h, in which I swam laps. I liked the staff, who were friendly and efficient. Owing to my low energy level caused by my liver problem, they let me check out 7 days early on only 12 hr notice, without penalty. The hotel was good value, with luxurious accommodation. It was as good as the Residence Inn (Marriot) in Sorrento and the Homewood Suites (Hilton) in Carlsbad, where my wife and I stayed in Feb/March this year.

This is a great hotel for an extended stay. The staff, especially Skip, was always professional, friendly, engaged and attentive. We had a sitting room with two bed/bathrooms attached. It was very well soundproofed from other guests. On Sunday we used a bbq grill in the common garden area to make grilled food for our weekly menu. We ate breakfast outside some days, too. Every night the staff lit a lovely round firepit and it was very welcoming. There is a wide variety of restaurants close by, gas stations, Hertz rentals, and an Aldi supermarket also within walking distance. Beds were firm but comfortable and so were the pillows. It was clean. We had control of our own thermostat. This was an excellent stay.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and nice. Parking was a little small and it was full when we checked in late on our first night but we were able to find parking on the street with no problem. The location was ideal since we were so close to everything! But still far out enough from Gaslamp that we had a quiet stay. Overall it was a really good experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great costumer service!!! I came in a little before my check in time and the lady was sweet enough to check me in and held my bags for me while my room got prepped since I had to leave right when I got there. Everything was very well kept the room was clean and very comfortable and their breakfast was very delicious made me feel right at home. Definitely recommend!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This Residence is located inside some industrial areas with a lot of high raised buildings. One way to enter and exit. There was huge construction going, and during night times, this puts time for you to get in and out. With other reviews, I understood the noise and asked a room away, and the one they gave worked for me. Parking is chargeable per night. I didn't have any trouble finding one any time. The front desk staff were super friendly and able to accommodate early check-in and late checkout. The rooms were spacious and clean if not great. The kitchen was perfect and full sized stoves with 4 stove tops, one warmer, and then oven below the stove top. The refrigerator was perfect size and worked great. The freezer ice machine worked great as well. Showers could use a little more water pressure, but the hot water was great and didn't take much time. Breakfast is served in the morning next to Lobby and not a great collection but definitely satisfies the morning needs. They got waffle station, bagels, and biscuits. Scrambled eggs, sausage. Cereals then orange juice l. There are plenty of yogurt options and cold milk. Fresh fruits were available, too. They do have outdoor seating available along the pool, sports area, and grill station. It is definitely a great place to stay.

It was a staycation for our family of 3. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel across all teams are excellent - always smiling and eager to help. Special shout out to Carol and Jawad from the breakfast team - was amazed to see how the 2 of them manage the entire breakfast service - that too with an always smiling face :-). They will go out of their way to help you - just ask them if you want something. Also special mention to Cathy at the front desk - she was there always for any help I required. Any feedback for improvement - well 3 of them (a) the mattress inside the sofa cum beds need attention to ensure they are firmer and comfortable (b) the AC noise inside bed rooms can be minimised and (c) include couple of non-stick cookware the in kitchenette. Thanks a lot to the team and all the best :-)

This stay was absolutely outstanding. Upon my arrival, I was met by a very professional customer service manager, Maytè, had my room ready for me and everything, and explained all costs and fees with the hotel, there’s a snack shop. She explained all the fees and prices, she answered every question about the pool andgym. The room suite was packed with everything that you needed for cooking. It had its own utensils, my favorite is the shampoo and wash in the shower, when traveling it’s nice to not have to take liquids with you, especially through the airport, the room was quiet, spacious, and one of the best days I’ve had in a long time would highly recommend for business or pleasure. .lastly the breakfast was like a sit down restaurant, added bonus to my stay.

I like the free WiFi, free EV charging and the beautiful garden and green everywhere. I also like the salt water pool and the jacuzzi.

Liked: Free parking, parking lot seemed to have ample parking, close proximity to freeway and downtown San Diego, kids were allowed at the pool but the jacuzzi was separate from pool and did not allow children (even though there were kids in there during our stay but I like the thought of it being separate and more peaceful), tropical plants/landscaping, room was spacious, fridge in room, coffee maker in room, water pressure in shower was good, quiet hotel even though it is close to the freeway. It has an eatery on site which we did not eat at, but I liked that it was an option. Could be improved: The room smelled a little musty and I noticed the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was bubbling up and starting to peel from all the moisture, coffee maker had a lot of calcification in it so I had to run multiple cups of water through it to clean out the chunks of calcium. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, especially for the price.

My wife and I really enjoyed a three-night stay at this real gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious and have allt he conveniences and the very extensive grounds are very clean and well-maintained. A real surprise, however, was the fact that their main swimming pool is possibly the warmest you will ever experience; for Valentine’s Day I think the pool temperature was probably about 82 degrees, which was real joy during the cool evening. The adjacent jacuzzi was equally impressive, not just for its warmth but multiple layers (upper body and lower body) of jets. The location of this facility, near the eastern end of Hotel Circle Drive, is ideal. You leave the grounds, enter eastbound Interstate 8 and almost immediately can be going south down Route 163 to Balboa Park, or north up Route 163 to Mission Valley Mall with lots of shops and a great food court and nearby impressive Civita Park (terraced gardens impressively overlooking the San Diego area) . The staff here are very friendly and professional. This very large resort is in very high demand each year around college graduation weekends. Try a mid-week or off-season stay here and you will really come to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

The Best Western Seven Seas was a convenient hotel for the one night we needed before flying out. It was right off the freeway and its staff was friendly. Our room was clean and everything we needed for the night. The restaurant also has an onsite restaurant that offers breakfast (not included with room) which I would highly recommend. The menu was quite extensive and the food we ordered was delicious. Our server was wonderful -- friendly and provided us with quick, efficient service. I would certainly recommend the Seven Seas for its friendly staff and great location.

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and would be happy to do so again. My room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I enjoyed the unique layout with the views of the core area. Best of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. One small matter--the carpet in parts of the core area could do with an update, but that didn't distract from my stay.

The staff were amazing and our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bar/restaurant had good food that came out promptly and cooked to perfection. I traveled with two other adults and five kids and we really enjoyed the pool and food.

It was so comfortable. We felt so safe and were able to relax. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. The restaurant was good. The staff was amazing. Especially the bartender in the restaurant.

The lady at the front desk was beyond awesome . Super welcoming and helpful. I wish I could remember her name 😔we drove 6 hours from Fresno ca. Got there and checked in at 4 pm on Friday, 9/27. She pulled up our reservation and checked us in while we asked her a few questions about sea world. The place was so clean . The pool was clean, and breakfast was great! As soon as something ran out, the cook was bringing more out . Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend. Kid friendly. pet friendly .

Very nice & clean hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager, Paula Vargas, was amazing. We spent a few hours after breakfast hanging with friends in the lobby. There were big screen TVs and a nice view of the patio with BBQs that leads to the pool. At breakfast, Albania was super helpful and very sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. Steve Concialdi

The hotel was amore than expected but with a couple little issues. I didn't expect a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave which was a huge plus. The room was very clean and smelt good. Very modern styling and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. My only issue was the bathroom door. It does not close all the way leaving a quarter to half inch gap that can been seen through. The door is opaque glass with slight transparency, if close to glass your body can be seen, so basically it's a privacy issue with the bathroom. The bathroom also has no fan which is no good. My other issue was that breakfast ends at 9am. They should push this till 10am. 9am is too early for this, some people like me eat at this time. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed here before at different location and was really happy with it.

This was perfect for our needs. Stayed here as a couple with no kids and it was great. It seems like it’s mostly for families of business people coming through town, but it worked and was great for us. It’s not the most scenic area of San Diego, but you’re about a 15-minute drive from everything. The overnight parking is very affordable. The breakfast was really good. Most importantly for me, the room was so clean and spacious. The customer service from everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great (especially Niveesha Hill) as when I first checked in the smoke detector was beeping and they quickly re-assigned me to a new room. Niveesha checked in on me the next day and I asked to have some water bottles and coffee/creamer dropped off at the room since I didn't have much time expecting a no. She went above and beyond and after a long day of meetings, was pleasantly surprised to see everything in the room that I asked for. Gym is OK for a workout along with the pool/jacuzzi. Will stay here every time I'm in the area, parking is free and well lit.

Our stay was amazing. I had my two boys who have autism with me and the staff was amazing and accommodating. They made sure we had what we needed during the whole stay. The room was spacious and modern. The pool was nice and the breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. There was a parking fee but it was very much worth it for how great the property was overall. I hope to come back soon.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Huge selection of bfast items. Room was nice and big. Beds comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that our bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. Like an ashtray. Wasn’t sure if it was coming from the vent or from the shower curtain.

My family enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites. It is really easy to find in Hotel Circle directly off the freeway. There are a few restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at Bunz and it was wondeful. There is a Dave & Buster's a few minutes away. We went there and spent a few hours and had a great time. I found the hotel on Expedia but went directly to the front desk to inquire about availability and rate. The rate they quoted was actually quite cheaper then it was on Expedia. Be advised that there is an $8 per day parking fee. Our room was more of a two-bedroom apartment! Very spacious! Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room and kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and stove with a nice breakfast nook. 3 televisions. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet. There was some construction going on at the time but it did not bother us in any way. There is free coffee in the pantry in the lobby. All in all, a great stay and great rate! 5/5 for us! Thanks for reading!

The two bedroom suite we booked was a nice size. Our party of six felt really comfortable and the seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us to have privacy; this was important to us since we were visiting our home town and wanted family members to stop by and visit. The beds were nice and comfortable, plenty of towels, all of the appliances worked well.There were dishes (plates, cups, pots and pans) available in the room. We utilized the gym, laundry facility and the convenience store located in the lobby. The only complaint I have would be that the floors, although they are nice! They were not cleaned properly. However, since our stay was approximately a week, I had no problem borrowing a broom and dust mop which was normally located on the first floor on the housekeepers cart. My biggest complaint would have to be the living room furniture. The pull out bed and reclining chair in the living area looked nothing like what was advertised on the website! They were old and worn and smelled like someone had stayed in the room for a long period of time with an animal! ( This hotel is pet friendly).😊 Overall, our stay was enjoyable! This location is safe, convenient and I would recommend this hotel for an extended reasonably priced family stay!

Large room with a kitchenette, a clean bathroom with plenty of counter space, and lots of room for storage. Pretty comfortable bed, and outlets by the bed. Room was cleaned well, and there were clean kitchen supplies provided. Plenty of parking available even though it was busy, helpful staff at the front desk, and a safe-feeling location tucked back behind and above hotel circle.

My family and i had personal business to attend to in San Diego and we needed a place to stay that was affordable but was large enough for the 4 of us. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was great and i loved that it had a full size refrigerator and gas stove. The location of the facility was up against the side of a mountain and one side of the room gave us a great view of all the lights, freeway traffic, and SeaWorld lights during the night. The other side of the room gave us an incredible view of the side of this mountain that almost made us feel we were in a forest... the kids loved it. The staff was very professional and check in was quick and efficient.

We stayed here 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Nancy checked us in fast and efficiently. Our room was spotless, had everything needed. The 1st night my husband had a medical issue and we had to call 911. Jay was at the front desk and very helpful! He was a great support to me while waiting. The next day Nancy was back and helped with towels and local recommendations. She is great! That night we were excited to see Jay back. It felt like coming home to family. He again offered any assistance and asked about our day. The hot tub was perfect and the coffee ground fresh with each cup! If you want a place that feels like home - stay here. Hopefully Jay and Nancy will be working! They are the best!

One of the best stays in a hotel ever! Great front desk staff, wonderful breakfast with warm food station (Continental style) and a nice view to the pool! Thanks for the easy access from the parking lot to the rooms. The two bed rooms are spacious and cozy, with balcony and dining table, the tub/shower with good water pressure and tv with a variety of channels. The king size suite is superb! Spacious room with a couch perfect to read a book, tea table, dining table where we got to enjoy some Panda Express 🐼 takeout while watching tv, a desk where l got time to design new projects, a comfy King bed made to rest and feel recharged! A balcony surrounded by trees. -Thanks to the staff, especially to Jennifer for the exceptional hospitality; Holiday Inn 🏨 one of kind. The Holiday Inn Express Solana Beach was an amazing place to stay. The hotel was clean, bright, and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was limited but tasty. There were cheese omlettes, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, toast, and juice. We even went to the breakfast room in the evening to play cards with friends. The coffee and tea was still available as well all the juices. They also have free fresh baked cookies by the front desk. The beach is 5 minutes walk. We will be returning next month.

From Check in to check out it was amazing. Our room was clean and fresh. Even though it is a little obvious that the hotel is older, it has great personality. Everything worked great. Bed was comfy. Ladies at the front desk were absolutely delightful. The other nice surprise was the breakfast. It was very delicious. The gal overseeing the room was meticulously clean and neat. The room was clean plus the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast location was a really nice area--spacious, with a high ceiling and very inviting. It had one big group table that was cool. Would make a good family game table as well during non-breakfast hours. I didn't have time to eat, so I actually don't know what breakfast tasted like. The location was excellent. You can walk to the beach. It's literally around the corner. There is also a good Italian restaurant literally steps away.

If you're attending a convention at San Diego Convention Center, this is the best location not only for service, great staff and excellent food/drinks but the rooms as well! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and I love that use Pathwater bottles for water in the room! So nice to see a hotel using reuseables and recyclables. Noise level was pretty quiet besides random sirens and other random things, and we went during Twitch Con, but we rested very well. Front desk staff amazing and kind. Wait staff superb, fun and knowledgeable. Bar staff simply the best. The star of the this property is Lindsey the bartender at this amazing property... Not only is she going to fill you with sunshine, good vibes and an unforgettable experience... Her skills, knowledge and dedication to excellent customer service is without a doubt the best in all of San Diego and I've stayed at virtually every hotel in the area many times. I learned so much from her and she truly has passions for work and experience she provides to each and every guest even during busy times but also in her personal life as well. We had a great visit to this property. The room was incredibly clean and well appointed. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance. We stayed one night for the dinner experience, le petite chef, onsite. It was such a fun experience!! The host and both servers were so great, I wish I had gotten their names. The only negative was, we were given a $30 validation for valet parking to attend the dinner. On my bill I was charged full price, $65. I called the front desk and Jasmine said, “we do not offer any credit for the validation. The guests that attended the dinner experience and didn’t stay on property, had to pay $35 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour. Of which, they received $30 off.” She was short with me and hung up on me. There is absolutely, no way, that is accurate. I am going to email the company that hosted the dinner experience and find out if the guests that parked, only for dinner, had to pay additional money for their parking… I understand, if there is some policy in place for a circumstance like this. If that were the case, there is no reason to get grumpy, just explain the policy. Other than that, it was SO much fun attending this event.

I had the most comfortable stay at the Hilton Gaslamp in San Diego. I've been going to the same conference in San Diego for 18 years, but this was my 1st time staying at this hotel. I was so very hapoy to snag a room. The staff was great. Kiaunie checked me in, and she followed up asking if I needed anything. My room was in the Loft area. The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean, quiet, and modern looking. The decor referencing rabbitville was so cute. They offer refillable aluminum water bottles, and they have some very convenient water refill stations throughout. The water station offers hot, cold, and room temperature water. The cold water was a very welcoming option in July. I am impressed and grateful for this feature. I feel they're being somewhat conscious of our environment while still making me feel appreciated. The proximity to the convention center was great. I think it took me about 3 minutes to get from the terrace elevator to the entrance of the convention center. The hotel has secured access from K Street as well as from the railroad crossing across from the convention center. I definitely plan to stay here again.

This is a great location, across the street from the convention center (where my event was held) and right in the Gaslamp Quarter area with many restaurants nearby. My room was on the train/trolley side of the hotel - I was surprised that the noise was not bad. Except there was one night the train was running for about an hour between 8 pm - 9 pm parking, which was slightly annoying - nothing the hotel can avoid, but if that will be a deal breaker for you, request not to be on that side of the hotel. I'd still stay in the room I was in. The rest of the nights were just fine, and I liked the view from that side of the hotel. Breakfast is great in the Wild Hare! I used my $25 food credit on that. They have fresh OJ, which is so delicious, and they have great coffee. I was not a fan of the dinner options, but it's San Diego, so I'm usually out eating great Mexican food anyway.

The rooms are a bit weathered and walking to the rooms down long hallways with views of neighboring vacant land is a bit unusual, but there are so many pluses to this hotel. It’s .7 of a mile walk to the COASTER station Solana Beach stop. It’s a 7 or 8 minute walk to the beach- cut through the first commercial complex east of the hotel and go down the stairs at Del Mar Shores Beach access. If you’re going to be here without a car, it’s doable. Staff were friendly, but not overbearing. We moved rooms on our second night, due to a lack of hot water, and a tub diverted that didn’t work at all (room 251). The new room (228) was larger and looked onto the courtyard. Breakfast is paid by the guest, not included- and IMO way too expensive for what it is. $13 for a very basic egg sandwich is pretty insane. There’s a good deli (Market Deli), just east of the hotel, with decent prices on sandwiches. Coffee in the rooms is AWFUL. Please get some Nespresso machines and have nice tea for your guests if you’re going to gouge them for breakfast. Fitness room is located in the basement, opposite the garage- and I would not spend more than 5 minutes in there to fill my water bottle only. Too depressing. Either fix it up- or move it upstairs like a normal courtyard would. It should have windows! Besides, if you’re here in Del Mar/Solana beach, you’re better off to enjoy the beautiful beach scene!

The location was great, the staff overall was very friendly. Initially, they gave a terrible room, very far on the outside corridor, terrible view, I let them know if there was something else, since I was going to be there a whole week, they instantly accommodated me to a better location/view. The room was bigger then expected and nice, clean and the bed was comfy. The walls a bit thin, I could hear the TV from the room next door. Their AC/Heater unit worked great. Shower was good, good water pressure. The staff at their little Bistro was super nice, the food was pricey but tasty. I ate there as few times.

The staff here was so helpful and nice. The front desk, housekeepers and staff in the Bistro all just super. There’s a secret path to the beach. Not much beach to actually sit on but it looks like they are restoring the beach in that area so maybe that will be improved. Fun to watch the surfers. The dolphins were out too! Several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a nice walk to Sunnyside Solana for breakfast. Good food!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Coming into the lobby was warm and easy. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great shower as well. I will definitely be back. It was a great stay that far exceeded my expectations.

The place was nice, we were surprised at the outside hallways, but I guess that’s just a Southern California thing. The room was large, clean and of course a comfortable Marriott mattress. The coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were appreciated. They just got their liquor license and we spent some time with bartender Chrissy out in the little Bistro. She made me a delicious Old Fashioned then we spent time at the fireplace talked to a couple from Toronto. Don’t miss Bangkok Bay Thai restaurant right next door, it’s the real deal, get a reservation.

The Coronado Island Marriot resort is so beautiful! This is my second time vacationing here. My favorite area is the pool and restaurant. I like that the pool is open at night for an evening or late night swim and jacuzzi. The breakfast is fabulous! So many great options to choose from. Also the rooms are spacious and pretty. Exceptional views of the bay at sunset. Also, only an 8 minute walk to the ferry and a cute waterfront restaurant area. I will stay here again! In my opinion the spa prices were a little high so I didn’t use them but I would have gotten a massage if it was more reasonable.

The staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. Our room was incredibly spacious with a comfortable bed and a patio with an excellent view. There are a plethora of amenities. We really enjoyed the bike rides and pools and wished we had enough time to kayak, paddleboard & play pickleball. Overall it was an excellent stay despite our disappointment that room service was delivered in takeout containers. I do not enjoy eating with a plastic fork. The quality of my beet & goat cheese salad with grilled chicken deserved a better presentation especially considering the price. Also, the jets in the pool hottub could use an update/more power. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff’s hospitality.

Great resort! Beautiful resort, friendly and helpful staff, great views and a fantastic location. We come here several times a year and love it. Restaurant is great. We’ve only been for breakfast and the food is always great. Best pancakes ever. Fluffy and delicious. Weekend buffet is excellent. Don’t skip the omelette/waffle station. The staff stands out. They make you feel welcome. But the best thing is that they are very dog friendly. Great stay.

This is my first stay at this hotel and it was amazing. The location & views were perfect, the hotel was beautiful the staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved how they had decorated for Halloween and famingo's were an added visual benefit. I also dined in their restaurant overlookinng the pool and water, the food was delicious and a lovely atmosphere and good staff made it very enjoyable. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Great location and views. Comfortable bed and large room and a nice and decent sized balcony. The shower is great. The only drawbacks from a 5 is the coffee in the room is horrible. For what you pay for the room you would expect coffee that is more than flavoured water. The other disappointing point was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was dirty from years of use and food residue not cleaned from carpet or balcony during our stay. All Staff were always friendly. Used the bikes and they were great to get around the island. Outdoor pool service is only on weekends and it was fairly slow.

Delicious breakfast buffet with amazing and helpful staff. Loved the pool location being central and private in the middle of the triangle of rooms. Handy to shopping and lots of restaurants. Close access to a main highway. Spacious room with kitchen area stocked with some dishes and utensils. Central to Legoland and SeaWorld and other places we wanted to visit. (30 min drive or less to all of them) Would definitely stay here again.

The only problem with parking was that first spot there were bushes or whatever and I couldn't get into the spot. The girl (and I remember it was her birthday) went to check the room for me and it was so much easier, right next to the elevator. The shower was easy enough for me to get into but it didn't have anything to sit on. I knew I was only taking a very quick shower so I didn't call the front desk but you need a seat in there and it will be perfect. I had also hoped we would have been able to get something for breakfast. I was told for my Saturday to Sunday stay the breakfast starts at 6am but when I got there it was at 7am. I was disappointed and so we left to get food at the airport. Which was in no way free.

A very clean and updated property. The suite was perfect for my needs and the supplies provided in the kitchen were just right. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The free breakfast looked generous and plentiful, although I did not partake. The fitness center was excellent as well with clean, updated and complete equipment and weights.

Great, central location and close to everything. Pool areas were very clean and breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room carpets could use better cleaning and housekeeping was sporadic - they only came once during a one week stay.

I mentioned to her that we were going to have dinner at Ruth's Chris, Steak House, and she recommended a restaurant in Del Mar, that was near the racetrack that had a nice view, and we decided to take her advice, and we ended up having a wonderful seafood meal with great service and a nice view.

We appreciated the friendly front desk clerk upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the breakfast sandwiches were excellent (and the coffee too) Special requests were quickly taken care of. Would definitely stay again

The location is central for my needs. I had trouble with the room coffee maker and the issue was resolved immediately Room is very clean and comfortable Shower had excellent pressure and water was hot. i liked the new larger bottles for shampoo/conditioner etc. You can use the amount you need versus the individual bottles - I have long hair and they never held enough conditioner

This hotel specifically is my favorite place to stay. The location is phenomenal. The crowd is pleasant. Everyone is friendly and upbeat! Yet calm and quiet at a decent hour. The staff is wonderful. The coffee was tasty :) thank you for such a wonderful visit!

I was very impressed with this Rodeway Inn. They are usually awful BUT NOT this the. It's super clean and has used really good, for-its-class, materials for its upgrades. It's quiet. The sheets were soft, and the mattress comfortable. The front desk personnel are professional and nice.

It’s quiet, safe and very comfortable. There’s not much more one could ask for when wanting a relaxing place to stay.

The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Much more comfortable than Hilton or Marriott!! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was there for a family emergency at the nearby hospital, so it was a super stressful week, but the comfort of the room was everything I needed and more. Definitely will return if I need to be in SD again.

Check-in was quick and I had a 2 night stay. Bed was comfy with big screen tv and watched tubi. Not all rooms have that option but it was coo for me* it was a quiet stay overall.

My stay was pleasant and quiet. Beds were comfy. Check-in and out was quick and the gentleman( didnt get his name) who checked me in was courteous/nice and Patrick who checked me out- was nice too.

We had quiet /cozy stay. I love they had alot of channels I watch. A quick check-in and out* the gentleman in lobby was nice. I always go to Iris when I'm in SD.

There were a lot of negative reviews that made me concerned about my booking but I got there and was pleasantly surprised to find how clean and comfortable the room was. Definitely a hidden gem.

I'm telling you we walked out these property doors and straight across is two very nice bars and just couple steps to right or left are some of San Diego's most famous spots for nightlife! Mexican restaurant next door was pretty good! but overall room was very nice and cozy. biggest thing for me is the rooms being clean, and these were very very clean! also the gym still smell's brand new and have some really nice new machines! valet is pretty pricey especially for being actual guest at the hotel, but overall would love to come back for summertime to actually use their pool!

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip, right in the heart of the Gaslamp District in San Diego. Had a very impressive large, modern, comfortable room and large bathroom and shower. Very modern. Couldn't fault it. They even supplied rooms with a white noise machine and ear plugs (should you need these at the weekends!). Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel in a very central location. Nice staff.

I had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed my experience at the rooftop pool. I was immediately greeted by Whitney, who told me a little about the space and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The decor is very fashion forward and transports you to a tropical oasis that is relaxing any tranquil. It is also close to all of the classic downtown staples, making it a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy a fun night out on the town. The General Manager of this hotel should be very proud of the work they have done with this hotel. I will definitely be back!

We just stayed here for one night so to not have drive home from our company party. The valet (only means of parking at the hotel) did not kick things off to a great start. All of the spaces were taken leaving us to just stop in the middle of the road, cars honking, and the valet didn't have much of a sense of urgency. He was kind though, and told us how to find the hotel around the corner. Check-in was super fast. The room was very modern and clean. They provide a white noise machine which is genius in the downtown area! Our party started at 6 so we thought we'd hang out at the bar until it was time to walk over there. Found out the bar doesn't open until 5 so we ended up going elsewhere. Upon check-out we asked if it was possible for them to hang onto our luggage while we had breakfast and they did so without question. Picking up the car from valet was quick and easy and all the guys were very personable. We intend to go to Shoot! House again and i will definitely choose this hotel for our stay.

Stay was great, the only issues we had was with the plumbing and cleanliness. The toilet sink and shower kept backing up. Even on arrival. I had this issue on a previous stay as well. It is probably a plumbing problem. Also the shower had some mildew which wasnt bad but still could have been cleaned better. Other than that our stay was perfect. I wish they kept Techno beso the upstairs restaurant/ bar open year round.

We loved the spectacular view from our room and the impressive decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, possibly with duck or goose feather pillows; I slept like a baby. The room was spacious, parking was accessible, and they offered numerous amenities like complimentary apples and happy hours. They have a pool and an accessible Jacuzzi, provide towels, and offer good security. You can also walk outside to see the Pacific Beach View during sunset. It was an incredible experience, and we plan to return.

Location was right on the beach with beautiful cliff views of the ocean. Pacific Terrace Hotel is pristinely maintained! The staff were all very friendly, professional and always eager to assist. We stayed in a junior suite with partial ocean views. Plenty of room for a family of four. The bathroom area is very large as is the living/bedroom area. I love that they had a large vanity area outside the shower/toilet room. Bedrooms were very comfy, nice dining room table and kitchenette in our room. We had delicious restaurant breakfasts each morning on the patio near the pool. Our 10 & 12 year olds loved the closeness to the beach and all the amenities too. Highly recommend and will return to Pacific Terrace when visiting San Diego area.

Excellent decor- many margarita glasses and Jimmy Buffet tributes- the whole place was clean, stylish and smelled amazing! Great downtown location for lively gaslamp quarter and for the conference centre. Spacious lobby, with lots of seating for gatherings or relaxing. A well equipped, quiet and clean gym was great and multiple lifts meant never waiting for long. Hotel bar and restaurant were super friendly staff were a highlight and made me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo traveller. Room service and turnover staff were great and rooms kept clean and neat.

The location was perfect and in the middle of lots of restaurants and bars and walking distance of Petco Park. Beds where super comfortable and the robes where very helpful. Bedroom, bathroom, lobby and everything was just incredible and clean. We truly felt we were at a resort at a beach. Staff was really nice and helpful! I’ll for sure stay here next time I’m in San Diego. Restaurant is independent of the hotel and delicious!

We spent three nights at the Margaritaville Hotel to see some baseball games. Petco Park is only a three minute walk. You can't beat the hotel's location to restaurants, shops, and bars in what we felt was a safer area in the Gaslamp area. The hotel has two restaurants/bars. The upstairs rooftop bar has a pool filled mostly with younger adults just socializing in the water with cocktails. If you are looking for a pool to swim, this one might not be the one. They have a great sitting area and bar on the rooftop with nice employees and funny bartenders. We ate mostly at the downstairs bar and people watched. Our room was great. If you are older, note there was not safety bar to get in the shower/tub which might be challenging for some. We enjoyed the location and would probably go back if we were twenty years younger! Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. Appetizers were very good!

I would stay at this hotel again 100 times out of 100! The rooms were spacious, clean, and temperature controlled perfectly. It was in the absolute BEST location - really anywhere in Gaslamp would be great, but I was here for a work conference at the Convention Center and it's so easily walkable there. My husband also accompanied me on this trip and we went to two Padres games, also both walkable. Literally any kind of food you could want is around this hotel. The pool and bar are amazing! Happy hour from 4-7 every day with a friendly bar staff. Further, some Margaritavilles are timeshare spots - this is NOT that, so don't be afraid to book this true hotel!

Luxury and relaxation at its best. The location is perfect for enjoying the Rancho Santa Fe village, including shops and restaurants. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bedding was sold and fresh. The shower was the best and the towels were fluffy. We did enjoy lunch at the Bistro Bar and a cocktail. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend a stay at the Inn.

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is hands down the best place we’ve stayed in the San Diego area. From the second you walk in, you just know it’s something special, like a secret getaway tucked into the hills. The design is perfection. Muted emerald latticework wraps the restaurant walls and ceiling, plush green banquettes, herringbone wood floors, and soft lantern lighting give it this perfect mix of vintage romance and modern chic. The cottages and bungalows feel like an old Hollywood hideaway, with floral wallpaper, velvet drapes, brass fixtures, and fireplaces. Every little detail is thought out. For me, it’s all about the details-the gold clawfoot tub, the Toto toilet, the Dyson hair dryer, the beautiful pool, the incredible spa. Even the coffee in the room is spot on. Lilian’s, their restaurant, is gorgeous and the food is unforgettable. The wagyu sliders? Insane. Bing’s Bar feels like a cozy, wood-paneled speakeasy where you can sit by the fire with a cocktail and never want to leave. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already planning our next trip. If we can, we’ll be back every month.

So cute, bohemian. The breakfast was excellent, convenient coffee maker, the jacuzzi tub drain stopper did not work, so we could not use it other than to shower, the manager is kind of rude, but the owner is sweet and a very talented architect and designer. Will stay at this one or Les Artiste - owned by same owner - again.

This is a fun and funky place for a few days when in Del Mar. The location is great, near shopping and dining and only a five minute walk to the ocean. Our room, the Lotus room had a partial view of the water. Our innkeeper, John, was very friendly and helpful. Included is a great, made-to-order breakfast, provided by the attached Peruvian Cafe. Choose from about half a dozen delicious options. The croissant sandwich was so tasty that I had it both mornings. The room was not overly large but had everything we needed. It reminded us of some laid-back places we have stayed in the Caribbean.There are only four rooms so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate hotel. The Secret Garden Inn has a sister property in the next block, Les Artistes Inn, and it looks equally unique and fun. We would recommend it and would return if our travels take us to the Del Mar area.

We had a wonderful time at the Secret Garden Inn. It is a quaint little B&B in Del Mar. The Lotus Room was very unique and reminded me of places I had stayed in Asia. The Peruvian restaurant served us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The staff of the hotel were most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Secret Garden Inn to anyone visiting San Diego, especially couples as it was quite the romantic staycation for us!

A unique and most quaint little Inn. Only four rooms nestled in a courtyard behind the equally quaint Peruvian Restaurant. Small but cozy. Breakfast was provided by the restuarant, the most delicious choices of eggs or empanadas. Friendly and welcoming owners. Highly recommend.

Everything about that property was great the host was great as well the view of the ocean the steam from the sauna the bubbles in the jacuzzi the open air the grill and all the nice rooms make for a great vacation stay I would give it 5 out of 5 stars.

This is the greatest place I've stayed at in a long time it has everything you need rite here games pool jacuzzi sauna you name it and it's close to all the stores and attractions around town.

Came over labor day weekend. Great place that met all my needs. Kitchen and washer dryer set. We travel with a baby so something are a must. They have baby stuff so that was great too. Pool and hot tub were nice. Everything else was also nice. Quiet area, if you wanted to fish in the bay their is access just a block away. If I'm ever back in San Diego I'll probably come back here.

Great location! Was able to take the golf cart to Oceanbeach, Sunset Cliffs, Liberty Station, etc. The pool and spa were wonderful! The owner was awesome! Super helpful if we had any questions. His response was quick!

Best vacation home! Nice decorating, very clean and new, a lot of bed room for group. Has everything in kitchen from plate, pot utensil, very nice pool Host is very kind

This was hands down is one of the nicest places I have stayed at in Mission or Pacific Beach!! And I’ve been going to this destination vacation place for 35 years. Beautiful spacious room/s, modern, clean, safe, affordable $$, comfortable, quiet, near everything hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Nestled between the beach and the bay as advertised. I had the best of both! Except tons of parking- but honestly- that was never a problem either. We always came back and there were 1-2 spaces waiting for us. And in a place known for having little parking that was huge. Oh and check in / out was a breeze too! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, can opener/ bottle opener, bar glasses/ set, silverware, serving utensils, glasses, cups bowls and plates. Dishwasher, coffee maker, college sized fridge with freezer, A/C and Heat if you needed it. My room also had a fire pit on the patio. My friend’s room had a 2-4 person hot tub!! All clean and in good working order too! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend! And I have made plans to come back next year too! This is without a doubt my new favorite place to stay while in San Diego while at the Beach/ Bay!

Julia, the manager, is so kind and helpful. The location of this property is not even a full block from the Mission Bay Harbor and promenade where grass and sand meet. It is two blocks straight to Mission Beach (lifeguard stand 19). The alley is tight for an oversized vehicle and parking is very limited at the hotel. We were able to find a parking spot for our stay and never moved our car - there was no need to. Shopping, dining, coffee, was right there!! The room was decorated very nice. It was very very clean and full kitchen. It was private and comfortable. Julia added to our stay with her helpfulness and kind personality. We took advantage of the free rentals from Cheap Rents - bikes, paddle boards, and beach chairs just up the street a few steps. What a wonderful service to offer. Made our stay even better. I would stay hear again- it is not beach front or ocean front views but the common patio is comfortable- lots of traffic and a little noisy but great for people watching.

Our stay was amazing! We loved our room. It was comfortable and very clean. Convenient lots to do within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the beach! Very friendly staff! Thank you!

The place was located seconds from the beach. There’s an amazing breakfast/brunch cafe on the corner as well as a terrific Caribbean place across the street. The room was stylish and fully furnished with stylish cooking utensils and retro/modern flair. The service was prompt and friendly! There were only a few small issues that made our experience a smidge from perfect. Overall with the price and thoughtful touches, I would definitely recommend this place and I’ll be coming back again for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay, the check in and check out process was easy and all my questions were answered over the phone, so friendly and so helpful. The rain shower in the bathroom was perfect. The kitchenette in our room had everything we needed to make a nice steak dinner, and we had a nice walk around the area. I would definitely stay here again.
