The view most of all. The staff was very very receptive to any and all questions or concerns. Always very respectful and smiles on their faces. The room was also very beautiful and spacious. The lounge pool and private Jacuzzi was wonderful as well. Very private and very quiet. Very luxurious. Food was also good. Breakfast a lot more than dinner.

Casa malva is located on the mountains, with a perfect view of the coffee region landscape. It’s surrounded by flowers and local wildlife. Absolutely stunning views plus the place itself is gorgeous! The pool suite 101 has a terrace, jacuzzi-pool, long chairs and there is also a place to lay down on a net bed! This suite also has a mini bar, room service at no extra charge, high quality toiletries, safety box , living room, bathtub inside the room, independent shower and Bluetooth speaker for guests to play their favorite music. Privacy is a priority in this place. It’s located in the coffee region in Quindio (province) one of the most beautiful regions in Colombia, this landscape was declared by UNESCO as patrimony of humanity!! I absolutely loved it!!! 100% recommended !

Everything. The staff is always on top of everything, the place is just amazing. This could be the best hotel in the eje cafetero. The rooms are well designed and the view is just amazing. The hotel contrasts with a beautiful town just a few minutes away. The attention to details is excellent.

Wonderful staff, friendly and welcoming. The suite was huge and well appointed. Breakfast (included) was delicious; the food was fresh with a nice selection of rolls and fresh fruit. The roof top jacuzzi and Turkish Steam Room were nice additions. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at Isa Victory Hotel and the staff were outstanding in every way, especially Bibiana at the front desk. She attended to our every need and made sure we were happy when there was a problem. The rooftop jacuzzi tub is relaxing after a day of hiking, and the breakfast buffet very good with made to order eggs. Great location for a trip to Salento and to any one of the many coffee farm tours in the area. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel in downtown Armenia. Really nice staff from front reception all the way through the kitchen and bar. Tatiana, Viviana and Juan were very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Amazing staff!! The room itself was big and comfort enough for me. They provide full delicious breakfast 10x way better than other hotel’s continental breakfast. I had dinner couple times at hotel and it was yummy! I would definitely come back if I’m in town, there’s a Shopping mall nearby less than a minute, restaurants and bars. The place is only 35 minutes away from Salento, Cócora Valley and Coffee Park. I highly recommend! Try out yourself, you won’t regret. Muchas Gracias!

The hotel is located in the city so if you are going to the EJE CAFETERO it might not be what you want. But having said that, if you don't mind a little driving to sites like the Parque Nacional del Cafe, Salento or Calarca, the hotel is a wonderful place. It is well located, with good restaurants in the area and (once you know the city) good access. The room I had was a suite, which was very big and comfortable. It was cleaned on a daily basis, with a large bath area and comfortable bed and room amenities. The "wet area" on the sixth floor was very nice, with a large hot tub to soak after a day of sightseeing and whatever you fancy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was well serviced, with a nice menu. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was generous and nice. Perhaps the only item to mention would be the parking lot (don't go to Armenia without a car). It is small and difficult to access, so better rent a small car rather than a large SUV. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Armenia and the Eje.

This hotel is very comfortable, staff is friendly and finding transportation is easy, the area es safe, there is a mall and pharmacy at walking distance, as well some restaurants. Breakfast is great, but, every day the same menu gets boring after a few days. in the morning a lot of noise comes from the upper floor restaurant. Walking a few blocks southbound, we found at cra 14 and Cl 10N the Lineas de Nazca restaurant, very good Peruvian food.

I love everything! It was amazing, your staff is fantastic, the sauna was relaxing and nice. The pool and the Jacuzzi is super fun and great! It's a perfect place to go with family and friends. The beds are super comfy and when you go to sleep the room is dark and nice.

The hotel Campestre Montecarlo is a great place to relax an enjoy the amenities. We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel has a short trail were you can do some bird watching. Staff is friendly an helpful.

Place was great. Super clean. Staff goes out of their way to help you. Breakfast was included and was great. Pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. Highly recommend.

What an amazing, peaceful and lovely stay. We enjoyed every bit of it. The private deck with a jacuzzi, the restaurant and swimming pool, the service, the view from our deck, the beautiful landscape. Best of all was the horseback ride through the river and with the doggies running next to us. Loved everything about this place, we didn't want to leave.

Excelente servicio, las instalaciones son hermosas, un concepto diferente de glamping, la ubicación hace referencia a su nombre, está entre dos Ríos, la privacidad es adecuada para una salida en pareja, la comida es buena pero podría mejorar, tienen varias actividades para desarrollar, la vista es inmejorable, el clima muy rico. Como recomendación al establecimiento sería poner una sombrilla al lado de el jacuzzi, el sol en horas de la mañana es muy fuerte y se pierde el atractivo del mismo.

Our stay at Glamping Entre Rios was unique from start to finish. The scenery of the roads as you get there is amazing and when you arrive at the hotel every detail is perfect. Excellent service and great amenities, bed, linens, and food. There is a choice of fondue, pizza, or raclette that is taken to you your safari so you can enjoy the view in the safaris private deck. The Safari where we stayed had a jacuzzi with a view of the Colombian landscape that is one of the most breathtaking and relaxing views I have experienced. Basically our stay at Glamping Entre Rios was a great experience and if you have the chance to stay here don't hesitate to do so.

Such an amazing experience. Alejandro, Andres, and John were all so great! They go above and beyond for their guests. We rode the mountain bikes they provide to a nearby farm (about 3 miles) called Recuca and participated in the coffee culture tour. I highly recommend that! It was so much fun. We also had the massages. We chose to have them at night under the stars and it was perfect. The food was delicious. The views are unreal. Our stay overall exceeded our expectations!

If you have the chance to visit this place, you should definitely do so. Beautiful place, amazing location and property, the staff goes above and beyond to service the guest. You literally sleep on a world class full serviced tent (hotel room). The river is a few steps away so you have a non stop soothing sound all day long. You can go fishing, bike riding, hiking, coffee tasting, or just enjoy being right in the middle of nature and connect with it. Their is wifi for us to whom part of being at ease requires to regularly Cheka on the business back at home, be aware is satellite, thus, don’t expect much, after all you are in the middle of no where. Amazing place.

A good breakfast Eggs, Coffee and sausage etc. Excellent matress on all the beds. Location a bit remote but that made it more natural/ nature feeling. Wonderful hot shower which can be hard to find in Colombia. Fully stocked refrigerator in each room. Great service at night for coffee, tea etc. Would stay here again when we visit family in Quimbaya.

The staff was excellent and assisted us with anything we needed. The view was breathtaking and amenities were on par. Chilling in the pool taking in the view of the sunset over the valley was exceptional.
