If you want to stay near Disney Springs and very close to the resorts this is one of the best hotels if not the best hotel. From the amazing staff who makes you feel like you’re at home to the regularly provided breakfast and evening kickbacks. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome and knowing we had transportation to the theme park was awesome as well. If you want to walk to Disney Springs, it’s only a 10 minute walk. Shout out to the amazing staff go get a pool drink from Matt, Bri or Jo, at the kitchen bar, get a drink from Kayla or Layla, at kickback make sure you say hello to Jonathon making your drinks as well as Jess.

We chose Drury Plaza initially because of the reviews online. I’ve stayed in Disney hotels previously and also hotels on international drive, but this seemed to tick a lot of boxes the others had missing. What a choice it was. I stayed with 5 other members of my family who had never been to Disney before and they were also blown away by the value this hotel offered. From the moment we stepped in everyone was so friendly and could not do enough for you. The hotel perks are endless, free (excellent) WiFi, breakfast AND dinner (if you are back from parks in time), transport (which was faultless), really convenient location just a 15min walk from Disney Springs. Never have I stayed in a hotel which is such good value for money. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, the maid service and cleaning staff deserve a shout out because they do a really exceptional job (thank you). Staff in all restaurants are lovely, if you love waffles then you’ll love Gina who works that station (miss you already Gina)! The beds are big and so comfy. The pool area is exceptional and pool is a fab size. We just had the best week staying here and cannot wait to go back. We’ve now moved over to our universal week and we all miss Drury Plaza already. If we get to come back to Disney again there is only one place we will stay, thank you Drury Plaza for just being exceptional.

The location couldn’t be better — it’s just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to Disney Springs, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and evening entertainment. Being close to the parks without paying Disney resort prices was a huge win for us. One of the best parts was the free food and drinks! The hot breakfast each morning had plenty of options — eggs, sausage, waffles, and fresh fruit. But what really sets Drury apart is their “Kickback” evening meal. It’s not your typical hotel snack; it’s a full dinner with rotating hot entrees, sides, salads, and even free soda, beer, and wine for adults. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel several nights and saving a ton of money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. Between the great location, amazing food perks, and overall value, we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next Disney trip!

⸻ We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel at Disney Springs while bringing my son for the Disney College Program, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to Disney Springs and all the magic, but still peaceful and comfortable. The hotel was spotless, modern, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and stress-free, which meant a lot during such an important trip. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were generous and delicious, saving both time and money. The pool area was relaxing, and the atmosphere felt family-friendly yet upscale. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Disney—it truly made our trip memorable.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom units, these units are the best. Plenty of space for 8 people to spread out, in unit washer & dryer. Plenty of closet space and pantry space. We cooked breakfast all week and a few dinners. Full kitchen made it simple. Their pool was nice and warm, a salt water pool, with a jacuzzi and kids pool. The Pool is closed if there is lightning within 10 miles. which was almost every afternoon the week we were there. The playground is ample and games in the courtyard was so enjoyable for the kids. The lake was so pretty and calming to sit and look out. Didn't see any gators nor snakes, just lizards and birds. Staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We traded into two rooms at the Grand Beach Lake Bryan Resort for an extended family event. HAD A BLAST! > Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. > Everything was sparkling clean! > Lots of activities, although we were too busy away from the property to take advantage of them. > Staff were helpful, kind, and resourceful in meeting our requests. > Prior to our arrival, we saw occasional reviews that complained about constructions noise. Personally, our group never heard a single hammer or saw cut a board. PEACE AND QUIET! > The grounds were lovely and well-appointed. Playgrounds were definitely cool. The giant checker/chess was a big hit with the kids!! > The screened veranda/porch was wonderful in the evenings -- played family games out there! If you want bars and night life...you probably don't want Grand Beach Orlando. BUT, if you want a family-focused property away from the noise and bustle... this is your spot!. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIIN!

Excellent stay for families. Cute and comfortable. Huge villa / condos. More than enough space for everyone. We stayed in a three bedroom condo on the third floor and had a balcony corner view of the man made beach with hammocks, walking trail and lake. Housekeeping / office staff and ground crews were very friendly and attentive. The pillows and mattresses were firm but not too firm. Perfect and I got a great night's sleep. Plenty of parking and if you're fortunate, you can snag a spot in the open air garage. Kitchen and appliances were top notch. There is a pool, etc. The only drawback were all the "Do not feed / be aware of alligators and snakes" signs along the pathways! This New Jerseyan stayed inside and let my Floridian brothers and sisters handle all that. Except for when we hit the Disney Park less than three miles away. Universal was super close as well. Go and enjoy!

We have stayed at Grand Beach many times over the past five years. The 3BR units are spacious, and the huge veranda is my go-to place in the early mornings. The resort is situated on Lake Bryan and provides hammocks and chairs in shady areas along the shore. There are tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, and the fitness center is being renovated and expanded. Service is phenomenal across the board, the resort staff is courteous and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained, and there is a cool playground for the kids. We have already booked our family vacation for next year.

What an amazing place. Beautiful, amazing, clean, and giant apartment on the lakeside. Amazing view, the only shame is that there are alligators and you can't swim in it... Very short drive to the Universal and Disney parks and to all the outlets. The maintenance team was very quick to fix any issue we had (including an issue with the AC). Front desk was super helpful with requests. Early check in worked fine, and they also agreed to give us a grace of 2 hours in check-out. Will definatly come back if we are in Florida

Absolutely amazing stay at the Magic Village Views, we had to move hotels last minute and managed to find a beautiful villa here on the same day, we couldn’t believe how luxurious the villa was for the price, an absolute bargain. Immaculate, beautiful furnishings, well equipped and very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and our villa was very spacious, we stayed in the 3 bed villa with bbq and hot tub, the patio area was wonderful. The hot tub was a gorgeous addition and very clean, although we didn’t get to use it much due to the heatwave in Florida at the moment, but this would be amazing for cooler weather. The pool was immaculate and so quiet, there is no shade by the pool but there are cabanas that provide shade, there was never a worry that we wouldn’t get a bed at any time of our stay. Parasols by the pool to provide shade & some music by the pool would make this stay even more wonderful. The staff are very chilled, allowed us to have guests to visit which many Florida hotels don’t allow. Wonderful location for all parks and shops.

Modern, clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Amazing air conditioning. They gave us some more towels when asked. Staff in reception always kind and helpful whatever time of day. Good sports facilities and pool wasn’t too busy. 10 mins from Disney. Grounds well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Magic Village. The apartment were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area incl. beach volleyball field. The location was perfect — close to the Walt Disney World Resort. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Love this place! Perfect scores for all expectations met. Beautiful and love the cave theme. Centrally located to all parks and plenty of activities. Provides shuttle service, spacious room and cleanliness, pool with slide and jacuzzi… Friendly staff and very accommodating. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort with our two boys (7 and 4). The location is super convenient to Disney Springs, Universal Studios and local grocery stores like Publix (7 minutes away). Our lake-view double room was spacious enough, with a handy mini fridge and plenty of counter space. The views were beautiful and the false balcony was nice. The resort’s pool area is fantastic — lots of pool square footage to swim, a hidden hot tub, a sandy lakeside “beach” and plenty of shade. The $50 daily resort fee covers bikes (even kid’s bikes and adult bikes with a child seat) stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats and more - there’s tons to do without leaving the property. While the 7 year old and I were at Universal the other two enjoyed a casual poolside dinner and then a movie on the poolside projector. Poolside food was consistently good (we ate there 3 days in a row for lunch) and the bar was well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They do offer shuttles to Disney Springs and the parks but the timing didn’t work for us. Even though we live less than 3 hours away, Orlando isn’t typically on our radar though we liked our stay so much that we’ll definitely be coming back for a relaxing weekend getaway!

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. The pool set up is amazing and we love that they play movies by the pool every night. There is also a large firepit and smaller more intimate firepit settings that you can make smores with. You can purchase the supplies at the Marketplace in the hotel. Depending on the room (Definitely request a higher floor if you can), you can see the fireworks from surrounding theme parks on your balcony. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many different options. The poolside snack bar also has delicious food to eat by the pool. There are different activities on premises that you can enjoy, and it is a quick drive to Disney Springs. I would definitely recommend this resort. It is very clean and the staff is friendly.

We've been to Orlando many times over the years but this was the first time we have stayed at the Grand Cypress. Wow! What a gem! The grounds are beautiful. There are 3 pools with waterfalls. One pool does nightly movies while the kids enjoy the waterslide. There are so many activities like kayaking on the lake, bicycles paddleboads, waterbikes, basketball, golf, a climbing wall, and walking trails. They also have a gym and sauna. It is so peaceful. There is a mini market and gift shop along with several restaurants and pool bar. The room have private balconies and you can see the fireworks from Disney. The rooms and the entire hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is our "go to" hotel anytime we come to Orlando. I can't stop raving about this hotel!

The Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua although a very large resort is divided into 4 "villages" which makes for a more intimate experience. Rooms are exceptionally well appointed and comfortable with balconies or patios with gorgeous water gardens outside each complex. Great to see the ducks enjoying the water gardens. The bathrooms are large and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The Watercourt restaurant is very nice with lovely Balinese food. The grand Club is exceptional with efficient friendly staff and the breakfast and cocktails hour were heaps of fun with outstanding food and drinks. I would highly recommend this resort.

Amazing, wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I knew this hotel was going to be a positive experience. Common areas are clean, smell fresh and employees are smiling, friendly & helpful (shout-out to Ileana at the front desk, who was sure to let me know about the services and amenities that would put my stay over the top!) I was more than pleasantly surprised upon entering the room, finding it to be really spacious and modern, with fully equipped kitchen and suite-style room that feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. It was spotless and smelled nice, large windows with city view and sun flooding the space. The sparkling pool is inviting and stocked with clean towels and plenty of sun chairs, fitness center is inviting and clean. LAUNDRY IS FREE!! That's right, FREE! All you have to do is bring your own soap! There are several broken washers, but hey it happens. They are so flexible and willing to make accommodations to make customers happy. This will be my go-to hotel from now until forever every single time I go to Orlando!

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. Ours was a weekend trip to visit some Disney parks. I loved the hotel location, lots of good places to eat walking distance. They have a shuttle to some of the parks. The room was spacious and clean, it even had a kitchenette ( which we did not use) but definitely a plus. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly. Ileana was helpful and pleasant. All in all was a great value. The only con is that it doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. We knew this before we book so it wasn't a big deal for us. They do have a little shop with basic necessities, coffee etc..and charge fair prices. Will stay again.

Great formula for an extended stay - no 'free' breakfast but a well managed, well maintained property in a good location for access to the parks and the Lake Buena Vista tourist hub. Suites are comfortable and well appointed with a really comfortable bed and all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, housekeeping is some of the best i have seen on my recent travels. Free coffee service is also 100%.

The hotel staff were all lovely - especially Christien (not sure on the spelling). The snack shop is very convenient and the laundry room was easy to use - we left with all clean clothes. The shuttle to the parks is great but it’s easy to get an Uber to and from them if you want to go at different times as the hotel is situated close to Disney and Universal. The hotel was modern, spacious and clean, and the staff were all very accommodating when we needed anything. Our room was lovely- the kitchen was great, it was clean, our bed was comfy and the fridge/freezer meant that we could always have cold drinks. I would definitely return if we were to ever come back to Orlando again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and felt safe, perfect for our family trip to Universal. The location was super convenient, the room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

My wife and I live i Kissimmee, and decided to get away fror a night to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. There were lots of hotels to choose from, and every one of them was cheaper than Gaylord - most of them significantly cheaper. I decided to spend the extra money and take a chance, and we are EXTREMELY happy that we did! When we first walked in, we were absolutely blown away at the shear size.it was awe inspiring. Every single aspect of our stay was just incredible. Check in was smooth and the young man that helped us was swift, friendly, and efficient. Once we got to our room ( we got the atrium view) we were incredibly impressed. The best way I could describe the cleanliness level of the room would be to describe it as "military" clean. Every nook, cranny and corner was absolutely impeccable. The view from the balcony was stunning. There are several restaurants on site as well as ice cream, Starbucks, Jamba, a spa, an arcade and shops. We didnt do any swimming, but the pools and water park were just as clean and just as impressive. The bed was firm and comfortable and even the pillows (which are always a crap shoot at hotels) were comfy. The 60 inch tv was perfect for watching a movie while we enjoyed our snacks dropped off by room service. If I was forced to come up with any feedback, the balcony could be a tad bigger. Our overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

The attention to detail throughout the entire resort was nothing short of immaculate. Every corner of the property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. The staff were professional, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and valued. My room was pristine—crisp linens, modern amenities, and a balcony view that was absolutely breathtaking. The indoor atriums were a highlight—lush, vibrant, and meticulously kept, creating a tropical oasis that felt worlds away from everyday life. Dining options were plentiful and each meal I had was flavorful, fresh, and served with care. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring the resort’s many features, or simply enjoying the ambiance, every moment of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Gaylord Palms to anyone seeking a truly first-class experience. I can’t wait to return!

As I stand on my balcony, overlooking the stunning atrium, I can't help but feel grateful for this breathtaking view. The colorful light show illuminates the entire space, making it even more mesmerizing. And the breakfast buffet is a culinary delight, with an array of mouthwatering dishes that leave me feeling satisfied and content. The ambiance of this hotel is simply lovely, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. And the staff are nothing short of amazing - always ready to assist with a warm smile and friendly attitude.

We visited this hotel as part of our journey to visit all the Gaylord hotels for our anniversary trips. We just have the new Gaylord in San Diego left. It was a nice comfortable stay and the food we had at four restaurants: Old Hickory Steak house, the Sports bar, morning breakfast options. It would be nice if they offered the complimentary breakfast we are accustomed to as platinum members. We only did the full breakfast buffet one day as part of the anniversary experience. The other mornings the breakfast food at the café was economically the better option. Marriott should consider providing some kind of perk for loyalty members.

We stayed 3 nights for part of our spring break getaway from MN! We truly wished our whole family could have joined us. We feel lucky & remarkably happy with finding this property while simply searching lazy river options in Florida! We love the high standards held everywhere on the property! One thing to note, it also has such a quiet & calm feel making it easy to unwind. To start, the indoor property is simply WOW! It is beautiful with fragrant flowers & plants & aquatic life. It is an oasis! We loved pool options & hot tubs as well as having options to eat pool side which were great & tasty. Nightlife/dinner plans was made perfect to stay on site to eat dinner and watch UCONN girls on the big screen. Thank you to all the staff who made our time so enjoyable!

The pool and the hottub was awesome had a blast

We came just for the day with a resort pass and had such a great time! The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the water slide was a fun bonus. Us old fat people were able to use it with no problems ! 🤣😭There were plenty of loungers and shaded spots, which made it easy to stay comfortable all day. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the food from the poolside bar was surprisingly good— we did some nachos and my friend's son had a burger. He had no complaints about it so it seems like everything was good. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, the overall vibe of the property was welcoming and peaceful. It felt like a mini escape close to the parks without all the crowds. Would definitely come back for another day of relaxing!

The property is spectacular! The pool, the amenities, all that they offer (basketball court, gym, market inside the property with a Starbucks, activities, restaurants, etc.), and the apartment was SO clean and the furniture was modern and well kept. The bed was comfortable, we had an amazing pond view and ate breakfast at our little varanda, the bathroom was well equipped and the water pressure was better than any I’ve ever had - including my own bathroom. Everything looked impeccable and we also felt very safe. They take such good care of the property and I saw security doing rounds at night too. We were very pleased and will definitely come back!

Convenient location to Walt Disney World. Our one night stay was to prepare for our cruise the next morning. We just needed a place to sleep, shower, & store our belongings. The unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious - perfect for the 5 of us! The front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They even had our unit ready for early check-in!! So very grateful!!

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and functional in our room and all the public areas we visited. I appreciated that the towels at the pool area were easy to get and return. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in our room and we used everything in the kitchen multiple times. The master bath-shower and jetted bath-was wonderful! We had Walmart groceries delivered right to the room, which was very helpful. The staff was prompt in helping with our questions. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped. I feel this resort is especially great for families with small children. There is a covered shaded playground and a very large splash pad area. We would’ve killed for this when the kids were younger! The only constructive criticism I have is that the beds were too hard and I wish it didn’t cost $30 to replace towels mid-week. This property wasn’t our first choice so we were a bit hesitant coming in but it was a wonderful stay that I can definitely recommend to others.

We booked this the day before we arrived. Arrived on presidents day and stayed that night and the following night. Location was perfect for the park's. The staff was so friendly and helpful. As a platinum Marriott Bonvoy member we got upgraded to a suite with views of Epcot on the 14 floor. We were blown away from the views. The room was huge, floor to ceiling windows, full dining tables very big bathroom with large walk in shower, a separate area for the toilet with an extra sink, large bedroom with huge TV. 2 additional TVs in the sitting area and kitchen area, mini fridge and microwave with coffee maker. Staying here you got the deluxe benefits of early entry to the parks and the extended hours. You also get the Disney transportation included along with the access to the facilities of the Swan and Dolphin hotels. Quick walk to Epcot and Hollywood studios. We chose the self parking which was super convenient and saved us a little not choosing valet. Perfect choice for a couple with no kids not wanting the Disney theme hotel, but wanting the benefits. Great hotel and we will be back.

If I could give the Swan Reserve six stars, I would. We had a truly exceptional experience there. They really take care of their Marriott elites. We got a nice upgrade to a suite (I am Ambassador level), and were invited to watch July 4th fireworks (and Saturday the 5th as well) at the Vue room on the top floor of the hotel. They had a great layout of snacks and drinks and games to play there. The room was well appointed with plenty of outlets, nice amenities, and was very quiet, which was especially pleasantly surprising for a hotel on Disney property with lots of families with young children. The hotel is only a few years old (I think four), so design is just better than most other hotels on or off Disney property. Service was excellent, including turndown service a couple of nights. When we needed something from housekeeping and called for it, it came quickly and with plenty to spare. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant is excellent. The buffet (continental or full) is perfect, and the a la carte items are also great. Gym was nice and had plenty of equipment and space. Kerry the GM went truly above and beyond to help when we had something to discuss with her, and her enthusiasm for the property shines through with her and the whole staff. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, and it will be our go-to hotel for Disney World for years to come.

This was the most amazing Disney Hotel!we had the chairman suite with an Epcot view. Definitely worth the cost. The location was perfect, direct ferry to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Short walk to the board walk. Access to 3 amazing resorts. Incredible view of fireworks every night! Amazing room, incredible restaurants. Nothing short of perfect!

My husband and I spent a night at Disney’s Swan Reserve, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Mackai made us feel welcome—warm, hospitable, and incredibly helpful. We were thrilled that our room was ready by noon, a rare and appreciated surprise! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was clean, crisp, and spacious—perfect for the two of us. We especially loved the thoughtful bathroom layout: a half bath with a sink and toilet separated from the main bath, which featured an additional sink and shower. It made getting ready so much easier. While we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the pool, restaurants, bars, or fitness center, we took a quick look around—and everything looked top-notch for future visits. The location is ideal for exploring EPCOT and Hollywood Studios—we loved not having to use our car at all. We’ll absolutely stay here again and are already recommending the Swan Reserve to friends, family, and clients.

This may be one of my shortest reviews. The location was convenient to local airports, and a water taxi or shuttle (both complimentary) ride to the entire Disney Park system. We were able to easily walk to the Boardwalk area restaurants as well. Check in was a breeze. Ryan made sure to ask about preferences, and let us check in early. The room was clean and bright. A fitting style for the Florida feeling. We experienced no problems during the stay. Everyone was actively helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and on the last day our group ate in the hotel’s restaurant. Quite good and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on a visit to Disney.

We just returned from our stay at the WDW Swan, and overall, the experience was wonderful. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and comfortable—especially the beds, which were incredibly relaxing after long park days. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were thoughtfully laid out and very well maintained. The hotel's location couldn’t have been better—convenient and close to the parks, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. For breakfast on our non-park days, Rosa Mexicano quickly became our favorite spot. On park days, Java was a great grab-and-go option, though I do wish they offered a gluten-free breakfast sandwich. We also dined at Il Mulino, the Fountain, and Cabana Bar and Beach Club—all of which delivered great food and excellent service. The only downside to our visit was a missed opportunity for some Disney magic. When my daughter lost a tooth, we reached out to both the concierge and front desk. We were told she had been added to a list, but unfortunately, nothing ever came of it. Not even a small note from Tinkerbell, which we’ve heard is a common gesture at Disney-affiliated properties. A simple acknowledgment would have meant a lot, and it was disappointing to see that moment missed. Still, aside from that one hiccup, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Pros: Beautiful grounds and complex, very friendly staff, lots of amenities in the area between the Swan and Dolphin (including multiple restaurants, arcade, market, etc.), convenient ferry access to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Boardwalk, walking distance to the Boardwalk, several pools with something for everyone (kids pool, quieter pools with more adults), happily upgraded usto a corner view room (we even saw Epcot fireworks!!) given my husband's Marriot status. Areas of Improvement: all of our USB ports throughout the room did not work so it was difficult charging devices (phones, computers, etc) without a block, hair dryer sparked and broke upon first use and was in a time crunch for dinner reservations and had to wait 30-40 minutes for another one, the comforter was loud, scratchy, and felt damp at times (just not very comfortable) on the first night so didn't get much sleep. We asked for "blankets" instead which were much more comfortable on the second night. Overall we will be back and try to plan ahead for the minor challenges we faced. :) We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying here. We are a family of 4: 2 adults & 2 teens. We did a split stay: 3 nights at Port Orleans Riverside and 2 nights here. We coordinated our Park days to take advantage of this location, which is walking distance (or a boat ride) to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Highly recommend the boat. We never waited more than 5-10 minutes. And the ride over is about 5-7 minutes. The hotel itself is Westin level and very much has a resort feel. Checkin was fast. And we were able to get a room right away (11:30am). Never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. Multiple pools, restaurants, and fitness center. We ate at the Cabana pool side restaurant. Service and food were good. The hotel room was freshly renovated. Very clean and modern. Light and bright. Quiet. My only criticisms are 1) there is no fan in the bathroom, which seems crazy for a newly renovated room. It was very steamy and took a while to dry out and 2) as others have mentioned, sadly the beds are not the usual Westin quality. They were very firm and more uncomfortable than lower end Marriotts I have stayed at. Even with these small criticisms, I would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness, relaxed vibe, and luxury feel are worth it.

The location of the property is hands down the best thing about staying here, particularly with small children. We loved how it was conveniently near parks but far enough away from the crowds like other resorts typically have. The food & drinks at the pool bar were amazing and not at all what we expected. Very high quality. The resort has lots to do for families, extremely clean and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. We utilized the resort for what it is and did not do any theme parks. We took advantage of spending quality time as a family and exploring everything the resort has to offer, which is a lot. The pool(s) are amazing, clean and for a resort of this size, we didnt feel like there were a lot of people and we could find lounge chairs. We are already planning a trip back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Walt Disney World Swan! The room was immaculate, the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Loved the walk in shower! The bed was super comfy. We called for extra pillows & blankets & within minutes they arrived. The views from our room were incredibly stunning!!! The front desk employees were all very accommodating & attentive. Superior service! Really great pool area! We loved our morning walks around the boardwalk loop, enjoyed many restaurants in the area, so convenient! We loved the close proximity to Epcot! We definitely look forward to coming back to the Swan Hotel.

The volcano pool, putt putt golf course, pickleball courts, board games bar. Very convenient to Disney Springs if that is a destination you want to visit. Well furnished kitchenette in the room.

We stayed at the property on an overnight getaway vacation, and it was fabulous. We stayed in a garden tub room- which was meticulously clean when we checked in. The pool was heated for evening swimming, and the jacuzzi was large and completely relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the property maintenance and grounds were well kept. And we got a great deal on the price from Hotels.com!

Spent an excellent week at this resort. We were lucky to get a three bedroom unit that had been renovated. No issues at all, although the one bed lock off was a bit strange. A large bath in the middle of the room and no comfortable seats to sit on. The grounds were spotless and staff were always about doing simple maintenance/cleaning work. All staff were very friendly but special mention must go to Carlos at the pool. He was always smiling, dried our wet sunbeds in the morning and checked we had enough towels. There were always sunbeds available although as you would expect it got busier in the afternoon. There was plenty of activities to do in the evening or on days where the clouds were about. The icing on the cake was the number of restaurants near the resort that were in walking distance. We enjoyed many of them but El Patron was our favourite. There is also a small bar in the sister resort that was perfect for a night cap after a long day sunbathing.

Amazing place. From check in to check out. Clean hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Clean pool area. Looked too good to be true online but when we got there WOW. Front desk was so polite and helpful with check in, with assisting us on how to use their in house barbecue.The pool was absolutely clean and beautiful and daily breakfast was a delicious bonus. Cleanliness, close proximity to everything, complimentary breakfast and mickey mouse shaped waffles are superb! Very quiet noise ceiled rooms so you're able to sleep comfortably. Clean restrooms and shower! Clean and nice size pool with well kept chairs and tables. Also, there's a very nice firepit lounge area and two gas grills (ask them to turn them on for you) with nearby clean restrooms. Very convenient and highly recommend!

Our room was cozy and comfortable. We loved the food service and free breakfast in the morning. The hotel was quiet and perfect for a couple's escape. For a Disney adult it is perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and respectful. The location is convenient for anyone planning to visit the Walt Disney World parks. The hotel also offers a nice pool, an indoor bar with a pool table, and plenty of games for kids.

I really liked this hotel - it was a great value stay, feels like higher than the published 3 star rating for sure. There were always lovely kind and welcoming staff (especially Armando and Manuel on the front desk and the gorgeous Gary who helped me out with park tickets and good advice every morning!). The rooms are large, very clean, modern and spacious, with a very handy microwave, full size fridge and keurig coffee machine. The bed was huge and very comfy! There were good quality dove toiletries dispensers in the bathroom- Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, lotion and soap bar. The breakfast was fine- pancakes, bread/toast, bagels, eggs and sausage, hot cinnamon rolls, yoghurts, muffins, cereal, oatmeal and bananas each day. It would have been lovely to have some more fresh fruit options but overall I was very satisfied. I never had a problem with queues and dined at different times each morning. In addition to this there is coffee/tea facilities open all day in the lobby- what a great benefit! I was able to take a fresh coffee out each morning and come back to a peppermint tea every evening. The pool area was great- water was chilly (but it is January) but the spa was hot. The front desk team said I could use the neighbouring hotel’s pool which was heated- I took one trip there for a dip, no problems- but their pool is pretty small so I generally stayed at the holiday inn pool.

Location is perfectly between Universal & Disney. Nice, clean comfortable hotel. Great to see clean looking carpets and esp linen looked and felt clean. They didn’t have anything hot in vegetarian, so the breakfast staff was very helpful and made us a vegetarian dish. Staff was courteous and helpful. Tip - they have to be told to clean the room.

The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfy. These things may help you decide: The hotel room doors slam loudly day and night. Also the ac unit in the room goes on and off with no obvious way to keep the fan constant. I don't recommend that you choose this place if you are a lite sleeper. The free breakfast is convenient and saves a ton of $ over eating at a park. The buffet was very similar every day that we were there. They have a shuttle service but none of the times worked for us. We used Uber/Lyft to get to and from the Disney parks for about $15 each way. The people who work there are all friendly and helpful

We have been traveling a lot and stay in another hotel chain. Decided to try Holiday Inn Express again because it met our location needs. Our room was spotless - trust me, I checked every nook and cranny. Microwave, fridge, safe, Kuerig in room. Comfy beds with extra pillows. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and lots of variety. The attendants kept the area stocked and clean. Great proximity to theme parks a variety of restaurants a short distance from the hotel. Concierge service for the attractions that sells tickets. Gentleman at the desk was knowledgeable with some great tips. Downside was only one elevator working. Wouldn't hold that against them. There was a parking charge which is a little nutty but hey you're in Orlando. Shouldn't be a surprise. Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean safe environment friendly staff. You could see Magic kingdoms fireworks. They only thing I wanted a standard room with 1 bed but I got the double bed and one of there bed seem like it was about to go any minute. It’s near to a lot of fast food Walmart and restaurant not far from icon park. Amazing view of the lake and surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again loved it. Another thing on the site it does not tell you it holds $100 for incidental fee and parking on the property to me is too pricey $26 a night is insane for no protection lot but you hold a fee if your property is damage.

First visit to this hotel. This place is big, multiple pools, restaurants, and bars. I was here for a staycation weekend and enjoyed myself. This is a great place for families as there is a lot for young children to do. Most of the activity occurs outside. The pools, slides and the lazy river were beautiful and refreshing. The grounds are well landscaped and clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. The standard guest rooms are spacious and inviting. However, I thought a bit more art would be nice, especially in the bathroom. There are several restaurants for varying appetites (Italian, Asian, bar), including a “Pantry” that has some fresh cooked offerings as well as several grab and go items. However, there is only one indoor restaurant open all day. At the pool bar/restaurant, I had the “Marriott Burger” that featured pineapple and bacon and served with fires (or a sub). Very good. The resort also has a spa and a well equipped fitness center. The Hawks Landing golf course is on property as well for an additional fee. *NOTE: If you want to tip housekeeping, bring cash or ATM. No method to tip HK digitally)

The resort is beautiful! We got to the resort early as we had an early morning flight. They let us check in right away which was great. We are BONVOY members so I am not sure if that matters. The water park and lazy river was the best we have seen so far in Orlando. Enough chairs with shade. Drinks were a little pricey, $20 for a Margarita, but we only had 1 or 2. Body slides were closed but my son had plenty to do. Main pool was nice, TVs had soccer on, laser show at night over the pool was amazing. 2 Queen room was large and immaculate, beds were comfortable. We sat on the balcony and had coffee every morning. So peaceful and beautiful pool view. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Shuttle to Magic Kingdom was convenient. We took a quick 2 day trip and it was amazing. We will be back soon.

The resort was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there for a business meeting and everything was very organized. The rooms were very clean and neat. My husband and I slept like babies. The food at the restaurants was very delicious. No complaints here. We were even able to get an Uber very quickly to go to Walmart, which wasn't very far away. The place was very laid back and we also enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. We stayed on the 10th floor, and it was fairly quiet. All in all we can't waiit to go back and especially enjoy the lazy river in the back pool area.

The room was very comfortable. I could see the amazing pool from my balcony.I had breakfast at the buffet one morning and I also had coffee and quick snack other mornings.

Perfect place to spend time with family and friends. This is the type of hotel that you park your car and don’t leave until your checkout date. There is Sooooooo much to do and see at this resort, you’ll need 3 or 4 days just to fully enjoy it. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. you are sure to enjoy your stay regardless of the occasion. most rooms have a balcony and a mini fridge. The water park alone is worth staying at for a few hours.This resort will always be in my top 10 favorite places to stay.

We are just back from an amazing stay at the Dolphin. We have been to Disney many times and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Walking into the lovely reception with the beautiful water fountain . We got a lovely welcome at check in and were offered what floor we wanted so we chose 8 for a view. We had an amazing view of Hollywood Studios and at night from the restaurant we could see Epcot fireworks. The room was very spacious and we had housekeeping daily so was very clean. Many pools to choose from and they were all really nice and clean, the pool could be cleaner at times, but I appreciate the task this takes. We used Fuel a lot and had a good chose and the staff were all really friendly. We ate at the Bluezoo and the food and experience was great, our first night and the holiday had got off to a great start. Staff top class. We ate at the IL Mulino. at the Swan and it too was really good and the staff very friendly. Water taxis- fab with a lovely view of the resorts lite up at night. Buses good never had to wait too long on one and drivers really nice. I never heard any noise from neighbouring rooms or above. I highly recommend this hotel, from reading some reviews not sure where they stayed!!! And finally for not being a Disney hotel you get the perks. We went to Animal Kingdom for extended evening hours and Epcot - it was really good as not so busy. Guys keep up the amazing work you are all doing, we will definitely be back. Thank you

Wow where to start with this superb Hotel/resort located at Epcot in the Disney Complex. This hotel is perfect for those who want to stay at a luxury hotel within the Disney World environment. The Hotel boasts a few excellent Swimming Pools with plenty of sun loungers as well as fantastic entertainment. The Hotel contains a number of excellent restaurants, and we had breakfast/dinner at the majority. The food was always delicious, served at a perfect temperature and was a reasonable price. The hotel also contained a superb coffee shop and Disney Gift store. This hotel was perfect for those wanting to access all Disney sites as well as Disney Spring’s. It was possible to walk to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, with buses provided to all other locations. It was also possible to get an Uber at a relatively good price to the Universal Complex. The room itself was spacious, clean, and provided excellent views of Magic Kingdom in the distance. The lightening and firework shows, on display were excellent. We were very lucky to stay in this special hotel.

Distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is amazing! A short boat ride away or a short stroll along the Boardwalk to Epcot. Friendly bus drivers to Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom. Fuel is a convenient grab and go type of eatery. Good variety of food, snacks and drinks. Beautiful lobby area with a unique fountain. Nice options for fine dining and a more casual dining atmosphere at the Fountain Diner. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice views. Quiet elevators. Hotel smells very nice. Front desk staff are professional.

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location, within walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite some construction work and the room being reasonably close to the elevators, there was no noise. We used the pool at the Swan, which was smaller and quieter, which we preferred. The staff at check in were helpful and welcoming and we were given a room on the 8th floor as I had requested a high floor. The reception area is beautiful. The view from the room could have been better as it was mainly facing other rooms, but it was okay. My review has downgraded to 4 instead of 5 due to the transport. We had booked a meal at O'hana on Wednesday 6 August. We allowed loads of time to get to Magic Kingdom on the bus and if we hadn't done this, we would have been very late for the meal. We waited almost one hour for a bus. Others waiting finally ordered an Uber to take them to Magic Kingdom. We were about to do the same when the bus arrived. It was very annoying to be told by every bus driver going to other parks that the Magic Kingdom bus "would be 5 minutes". We must have been told this at least 6 times by different drivers within the hour. I would prefer to be told that they don't know rather than making something up. However, apart from this, the 6 nights we spent at this hotel were very enjoyable and we will return.

I have to give it 5 stars even though their fees are a bit ridiculous. The resort itself is beautiful, so clean, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to Disney’s Boardwalk was by far the best part of the trip. We took the short walk over for breakfast and dinner and shopping. It’s nice to be able to take the boats or walk to HS and Epcot if you’re visiting the parks. The pools were nice and clean, though the chairs get reserved quickly so keep in mind to get out there early. They do supply life vests and towels, as well as all toiletries in the room, though we prefer to bring our own, it’s nice to have! There was also a nice night on the beach and Disney music playing outside by the fountain on the walk over to the Swan, which was a nice touch. The fees… $50 per night resort fee and $38 per night parking is a bit much. I understand all the non-Disney owned resorts have some sort of fees but this is definitely one of the highest I’ve ever encountered and will be the reason we do not return which is so unfortunate since we loved it so much. It’ll be our go to resort for one night stays if we choose to visit that way, otherwise we’ll look elsewhere.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable room, slept very well here and the bed was comfortable. Friendly reception staff, we didn’t really encounter any other staff members during our stay. Great base for visiting nearby attractions. Approx 15mins drive to both Disney and universal parks. I would note that the location is not very walkable compared to other areas I have stayed in Orlando. Breakfast was good however there was a strange smell in the breakfast room everyday which we found to be slightly off putting.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it never disappoints! Everything is always clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the beds are very comfortable. We also had a great dining experience with room service. Christian took our order and delivered the food from the hotel's restaurant. He was fantastic, professional, friendly, and quick. The kids' food arrived promptly, tasted great, and Christian made the whole process effortless and enjoyable. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista has a very welcoming staff, no matter what time of day/night you arrive. They are all so pleasant & accommodating, no matter the request. We have been here several times & will continue to do so. The food @ their restaurant is tasty. There is an arcade & pool table. I purchased a card for my son to play and the cars malfunctioned. I spoke with one of the employees, Gordy, and he went above & beyond to fix the issue. My son, who is on the spectrum, couldn't be happier with the kind gesture. Thank you Gordy. Muchisimas gracias Gordy. 🙂The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfy. The full kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware, coffee pot, coffee, tea and sweeteners. They also have breakfast included in your stay. The pool has plenty of lounges, some shaded. The pool also has a section for younger children. There is only one negative aspect, you have to pay $29/night for parking.

Pros: Location, Kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, 24 hour coffee service, friendly staff,amazing concierge team, special shout out to Donna Amedeo who went above and beyond for us in booking our Disney park visits. Thank you! Cons: Paid parking (pricey), limited options for vegetarians at breakfast (no warm food options except for oats... they could have included sauteed vegetables, potatoes, baked beans without pork etc.), fewer luggage carts that were difficult to locate when we were running late in the morning... maybe a tag pick up system could be put in place as not everyone is courteous to return the carts after use), breakfast time was 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., maybe consider extending to 10:30 a.m. for those with younger kids that don't wake up that early? Overall - a great place to stay with family. We had a comfortable stay. Thanks to the entire team.

We stayed on a two bedroom suite and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was also clean and the amenities were nice including both the gym and the laundry area. Please be aware that there is a conference hall here with maximum capacity of 180 if I recall correctly. The were both a conferences and a party during my stay here. The noise buffering can be improved upon because our hotel suite was located on the second floor close to the conference hall and during the party the music and especially base can be heard in the entire suite up to at least past 10 PM. If you are traveling with small children consider asking if there are rooms located away from the conference hall. It didn't help that someone pulled the fire alarm the evening of the party and we had to vacate the rooms with our children while the partygoers went on as if nothing had happened. Someone explained that the partygoers apparently had a smoke machine and someone pulled the fire alarm thinking there was a fire so please consider asking for rooms situated away from the conference hall if noise is a concern. Breakfast was fairly standard with coffee/tea, orange/apple juice, and milk. The hot foods counter had scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancake/biscuits. There are also assorted breads/muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and approx 5 mickey waffle makers. Small containers of yogurt are available early but can run out early. Overall a good place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to Disney Springs and the parks. The staff was SUPER friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed Jaime, Julio and Claudia were super attentive like everyone else at the property from front desk to valet. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice view and convenient amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day at the conference, and the hotel restaurant offered tasty and convenient dining options. Everything felt well cared for and family-friendly. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for the quality and service. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Location is amazing if you want to be around the Disney Springs area and the price is much better than others with keeping a clean and friendly resort. I also love that balconies are available. You can choose the view, which is a bonus. We chose the room that included breakfast and I cannot overstate how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was delicious. I chose what was already made, however there was a chef cooking omelets to order and two waffle irons that guests could make their own Mickey waffles. They also had fresh fruit, which made me very happy. Choose the room that includes the breakfast!!!!

An amazing place to stay in specially if you are heading to Disney World. The place is lovely, professional staff, amazing service, exceptional breakfast, beautiful rooms well equipped with amazing view and exceptional service. The shuttle to Disney world was amazing. And the early entry is an exceptional feature.

Excellent hotel with convenient shuttle service. The room was large, clean, and well-kept, with very comfortable beds. Although we were seated a bit low and didn’t have much of a view, that wasn’t a big deal for us. It's within walking distance of Disney Springs, which was a big plus. There’s a cozy little bar for drinks and a small shop for quick purchases. The breakfast buffet was on the expensive side, but the food was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets station.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was excellent, quiet, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Not to mention the wonderful view. Everything was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff who served us were very friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Jaime Eleazer for his attentiveness and for making sure we received everything we needed.

The Hotel is incredibly well maintained, organized and the staff is very friendly. My days there began with an amazing breakfast buffet with pastries, fruits and a delicious omelet made by Anais or Sebastian. The gym is very well equipped, the pool area is composed by two big pools and plenty of chairs to rest and enjoy your day. One of the things thar impressed me the most was the cleanness of the rooms. They really care about this. You also count with a market/coffee place, laundry room, kids arcade, bar, fedex station and The Benihana Restaurant (that never disappoints...). An amazing and cozy place to stay,!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Very Good Stay Location The Hilton has an excellent location with quick access to Disney Springs and an easy drive to the Disney parks. For anyone visiting the area, the convenience makes it a strong choice. Rooms We stayed in a two queen room that was clean and comfortable, but it felt dated compared to the beautiful lobby. The biggest issue was the shower head, which sprayed water outside of the enclosure no matter how we adjusted it. We needed extra towels just to soak up the water so we could use the shower. Service The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond, even assisting us with early entry to Magic Kingdom, which was a highlight of our trip. The hallways and common areas were spotless, which speaks to the care the staff put into the property. Value The lobby is gorgeous and has a great market with plenty of food options, as well as a Starbucks that stays open late, which was perfect for our late arrival. The hotel also has a Benihana attached, which we did not try, but it is a fantastic option to have right on site. Overall This is a very good hotel with excellent service and amenities. The guest rooms could use updating to match the high-end look and feel of the lobby, but the location and staff make it worth staying here. We would return again, and if the rooms are renovated as they appear to be, this Hilton has the potential to be truly outstanding.

The location was absolutely amazing! It was an easy and safe walk to Disney Springs. We were able to walk through the neighboring Saratoga Springs resort too and enjoy the beautiful views of Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we spent a day at the pool with live music and delicious drinks! We plan on returning to The Hilton LBV in a few years- it was wonderful!

The hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, with a short walk to the skyway over the street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The a/c was working but not too strong, but the room temperature was still comfortable. Bed and pillows were good, shower water pressure was great. The hotel is older but well maintained.
